- 0:01Hello, and welcome to this from suffering to self love meditation. Thank you
- 0:07for being in this space with me today. Let's start to take a moment
- 0:13to settle down and to get into a comfortable position, whether that's sitting with
- 0:19your legs folded carefully in front of you or on a chair, or maybe
- 0:24that's lying down. Once you're comfortable, you may now begin to close your
- 0:32eyes, loosen your shoulders, your neck, allow your back to straighten up,
- 0:45and become centered in your position. Start to relax your breath, breathing
- 1:03in slowly and fully and exhaling long and freely. Turn your palms up towards
- 1:18the sky, placed on your legs and open to invite in the divine to
- 1:38give you the power and love in this space, giving and receiving breath,
- 1:57support and love. Imagining that when you breathe in, you're taking from the
- 2:09earth, and when you breathe out, you're giving back to the earth.
- 2:25So breathing in fully and exhaling long and freely, let's do this a few
- 2:34more times. Notice this transaction we do unconsciously, how we participate in the
- 3:21world, and how we are all as well. The cycle will consistently proceed
- 3:32throughout your life, giving and taking breathing in and out courageously and securely,
- 3:42without even knowing or focusing. Your body's intelligence is communicating and working all on
- 3:50its own. Hold a moment of gratitude for this connection, for our life
- 4:13and for life around us. Now we've raised our thoughts to the importance of
- 4:42the breath, we can work to maintain the peace that comes with this balance,
- 5:01just breathing in naturally. Now, your mind may wonder and may feel
- 5:26disturbed. You could feel pulled back to a thought from the past or a
- 5:32worry of the future, And that's okay. What troubling thing happened today means
- 5:44nothing when you focus your attention on the now. So just keeping your attention
- 5:57in this space, in this present moment, and if your thought one dissolved,
- 6:12just bring your attention right back calmly. Let's just sit with this a
- 6:29few more moments. The pain in your life you maybe experiencing is attached to
- 7:03a thought, which then charges an emotion and presents you with a belief.
- 7:15Right now, we're trying to change this cycle by mending the negative thoughts and
- 7:21altering them to rewarding and incredible ones instead. So your emotions will align and
- 7:31your beliefs will be constructive and empowered. And I want you to just rest
- 7:59your mind, let go of thoughts, and just go a bit deeper into
- 8:15your soul, into your inner spirit, into your consciousness, understanding we are
- 8:37all as one. Take a big and deep inhale in taking a law from
- 8:52the earth to your body. Then when you release your breath, use a
- 9:07sound to exhale all the sad feelings you may be experiencing. So again,
- 9:20a big and deep inhale in taking a love from the earth into your body,
- 9:31and then release it. Release your breath to the sounds of the feelings
- 9:37that you may be experiencing. Allow yourself to let go. The world will
- 9:48take your sadness and heal it. Your mind and your body can relax deeper
- 9:58and deeper, feeling your most will sink into your position, deeper in your
- 10:03breath, feeling a grounded sense of strength in your back, rooted to your
- 10:09potential, filled up with a lifting sense of self and love. Releasing and
- 10:22healing. Going deeper into your mindset allows you to connect to self and your
- 10:30value. The life you want to live is pushing its way from your chest,
- 10:39your mind and your higher self outward to the world. Let's sit here
- 11:00in a moment's silence and repeat the deepness of the breath, inhaling the uplifting
- 11:07sense of love, worth and balance. And while staying ground, did you
- 11:13begin to exhale attention and pain that's been placed in your mind and body.
- 11:24Let's continue this cycle a couple more times. I want you to listen carefully
- 11:56and truly believe and become these words of positive truth. We're now aiming for
- 12:03a sense of rich fulfillment by saying to yourself, I am enough, I
- 12:11am brave, I am strong, and I am worthy of love. Allow
- 12:20these affirmations to embed into your mind, to recoade your brain to a rich
- 12:26or in satisfying way of living and thinking about yourself. You are the best,
- 12:35most amazing person to be around to love you understand that you're able to
- 12:43achieve and become whoever you want to be. Let's repeat this again. I
- 12:52am enough, I am brave, I am strong, and I am worthy
- 13:00of love. I am enough, I am brave, I am strong,
- 13:09and I am worthy of love. Now, with a smile, begin to
- 13:56focus your attention back to the breath one last time, back to the inner
- 14:03body. Feel the deepness of your heart begin to lift and open. Feel
- 14:13how connected you are with your inner self. Notice now how you feel more
- 14:20engaged with healing and finding new ways to rewire your mind to invite all the
- 14:28best, most powerful and amazing things into your life. From now on,
- 14:37you'll change your daily thoughts from the moment you wake up to the moment you
- 14:41fall asleep. You will remember the affirmations and allow yourself to feel them completely.
- 14:52Well last time, I am enough, I am brave, I am
- 14:58strong, and I am worthy of love. Keep coming back to this meditation
- 15:24when you feel these negative thoughts, or when you feel any form of suffering
- 15:35or pain, and remember you are worthy of love and you can get through
- 15:46this, and you will get through this. I'll begin to slowly come back
- 16:00to the room you're in, to the physical body. Maybe you want to
- 16:11move your fingers and toes and notice the sensations that you feel now, the
- 16:22difference you feel and before you started this meditation. Open your eyes and take
- 16:37this piece with you throughout your everyday life. Thank you, and I must stay
