- 0:03Speaker 1: This is a Bramble Jam podcast this week on your
- 0:13Speaker 1: gabble gabble. If your neighbor's dog runs out in front
- 0:15Speaker 1: of you your car and you hit their mailbox, do
- 0:18Speaker 1: they owe you money? Judge Ross is here to set
- 0:20Speaker 1: the pronoun straight. And if you get high in your
- 0:23Speaker 1: granddaughter's car and get a ticket, you gotta pay it back.
- 0:27Speaker 1: Are they leaving them high?
- 0:29Speaker 2: And try?
- 0:29Speaker 1: Judge Faithel, this really well, real cases. Thank this, this
- 0:32Speaker 1: is Joe. That's good. That's enough. That's enough. Gavel walk
- 0:40Speaker 1: and sit down. We'll gable everybody. All rise, all seats,
- 0:44Speaker 1: that's what we do. Well, come back, Thank you, Aran,
- 0:47Speaker 1: Welcome back to you'll have a gavel place. We'd rather
- 0:50Speaker 1: be Program Lord twenty twenty four or twenty eight, depending
- 0:54Speaker 1: on we're having a good time. We're taking brambles and
- 0:58Speaker 1: plus description you got.
- 1:00Speaker 3: We're talking about those TV court shows on I've watched one.
- 1:04Speaker 3: I'm gonna tell it to Dan. Dan watched one. He's
- 1:06Speaker 3: gonna tell it to me. You get to listen in.
- 1:09Speaker 3: That's how this works, very simple.
- 1:12Speaker 1: I got to judge faith. I've gone to God. I'm
- 1:16Speaker 1: gone to judge faith today. You're still your mean, your
- 1:21Speaker 1: means for no reason. I bet you're not always with it.
- 1:26Speaker 1: I'm not. I hope you give me a hard time.
- 1:28Speaker 1: I don't want to. I don't know. I don't want to.
- 1:30Speaker 1: I don't want to, Okay, because it hurts. I think
- 1:33Speaker 1: the biggest myth around here is that I'm the only
- 1:35Speaker 1: one that makes fun. I think that's the biggest myth.
- 1:39Speaker 1: He is me s all the time. Yeah, you, but
- 1:44Speaker 1: about other stuff, like about how you're mean to me. Okay,
- 1:48Speaker 1: all right, double or nothing. You've gone to faith. I've
- 1:52Speaker 1: gone to faith. I gone to Judge Roll. I'll go first. Okay,
- 1:56Speaker 1: Judge Faith. I nas O'Neill, you gone? Is suingz Durham?
- 2:03Speaker 1: What it's a double lines. It's a double lines.
- 2:10Speaker 3: And as O'Neil, here's how we will say it to
- 2:12Speaker 3: make it as clear as possible. I knows O'Neil is
- 2:14Speaker 3: suing her grandma for an unpaid traffic ticket of the
- 2:19Speaker 3: amount of one hundred and fifteen dollars, and as Durham,
- 2:22Speaker 3: grandma henceforth is doing a three hundred dollars countersuit claim
- 2:28Speaker 3: for for insurance an insurance claim. The amount, by the way,
- 2:33Speaker 3: one fifteen is an unpaid traffic ticket and detailing.
- 2:36Speaker 1: And detailing wow, both for one hundred and fifteen bucks man.
- 2:40Speaker 1: There's it's not what it used to be. Sure, isn't
- 2:42Speaker 1: You can't go out there and get a parking ticket
- 2:43Speaker 1: in detail? It's crazy. It's crazy. So I knows O'Neill
- 2:47Speaker 1: is suing her grandma, which we never want to see.
- 2:49Speaker 1: You don't want to see that she let grandma borrow
- 2:53Speaker 1: her car.
- 2:54Speaker 3: Now they have. They both agree, Dan that they have
- 2:57Speaker 3: always had a very close relation ship. In fact, you
- 3:01Speaker 3: may have picked up on this ins is named after
- 3:04Speaker 3: her grandma. That is how close they are. Iz O'Neill
- 3:08Speaker 3: is I Naz Durham's namesake, So serious stuff.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Grandma says. Grandma says that's true, but as is now
- 3:18Speaker 1: a dead beat grand dog whoa wowsers.
- 3:22Speaker 3: Grandma is awesome, by the way. She's so cool, she does.
- 3:26Speaker 3: She gives zero f's in this courtroom, and I love her.
- 3:30Speaker 4: So I says her.
- 3:30Speaker 3: Grandma needed to borrow her car, a car that Grandma
- 3:35Speaker 3: says is partially hers because she helped pay for it.
- 3:39Speaker 1: So she needs to borrow the car to go to Sam.
- 3:42Speaker 1: The cars in name not Grandma's name, Yes, it but uh,
- 3:47Speaker 1: she needs to go to Sam. Sam's Club is one
- 3:49Speaker 1: of the places she likes to go. It's like cost
- 3:51Speaker 1: cod not as good. She's she's she likes going there.
- 3:54Speaker 1: Now in Naz tells her Grandma. Grandma goes straight there,
- 3:58Speaker 1: straight back, comes straight back. That's it. No dilly dallying. Now.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Grandma has a tendency than to pick up friends. You
- 4:07Speaker 1: were remote smoke weed in the cars. Is tired of it.
- 4:12Speaker 3: She has to keep getting the car detailed because Grandma
- 4:16Speaker 3: keeps smoking in the call. Grandma goes to Sam's Club
- 4:23Speaker 3: and she's never in a hurry. She likes to free samples,
- 4:26Speaker 3: she got the monchy. She likes looking at deals. She
- 4:30Speaker 3: likes to hanging out there with her friends. And a
- 4:32Speaker 3: trip to Sam's Club for one item can turn into
- 4:35Speaker 3: three hours. You're having a good time. Goes to Sam's
- 4:37Speaker 3: Club for one item. Can you imagine want to calls
- 4:40Speaker 3: coaches for coffee?
- 4:42Speaker 1: I can't, I can't.
- 4:44Speaker 3: I can't imagine going there for a hot dog though, okay,
- 4:47Speaker 3: a slice of pie.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Yeah, the pizza's there is not bad. I'm getting hungry.
- 4:51Speaker 3: So it as brings up her cousin and the first
- 4:54Speaker 3: thing that her cousin says, is I know that Grandma
- 4:58Speaker 3: smokes weed because we smoke weed together, and Judge Faith
- 5:02Speaker 3: is like, listen, Grandma's not denying that she smokes weed.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Why are you out at yourself? And he's like, I'm
- 5:09Speaker 1: not outing myself. I am setting the scene. We smoke
- 5:12Speaker 1: weed in my car, which is why Grandma thinks it's
- 5:15Speaker 1: okay for her to smoke weed and iz' car. Faith
- 5:19Speaker 1: is like, I'm not sure that she thinks that it's okay,
- 5:22Speaker 1: and he's like, oh, oh, she does. She thinks that
- 5:25Speaker 1: everything she does is okay. And Grandma pops up and
- 5:28Speaker 1: she's like, that's right. I'm the oldest. That means I
- 5:30Speaker 1: can do what I want. Is that how that works? Yeah,
- 5:33Speaker 1: Grandma is living life. She's living life and she doesn't
- 5:35Speaker 1: care what you say. Uh. He's like, Grandma, you live
- 5:40Speaker 1: five minutes from Sam's Club, it shouldn't take three hours.
- 5:44Speaker 1: I has made a simple request. Go there, come right right,
- 5:46Speaker 1: come right back.
- 5:47Speaker 3: Yeah, And uh, Faith's like, listen, I know the elders
- 5:52Speaker 3: in my family. They have places like they that they
- 5:54Speaker 3: like to go.
- 5:54Speaker 1: To spend their time for. For Grandma, it's it's Sam's
- 5:57Speaker 1: Club for others, it's you know the club, what have
- 6:00Speaker 1: Bingo Bingo Hall, But you're suing because she got a ticket.
- 6:06Speaker 1: So let's just get to that she has a ticket.
- 6:09Speaker 1: And it was like, yes, and I have proof because
- 6:13Speaker 1: of a video that shows her going through a red light.
- 6:18Speaker 1: And Grandma's like, I know that they have cameras, but
- 6:21Speaker 1: they didn't get me. Did they get her? I can
- 6:25Speaker 1: prove it.
- 6:25Speaker 3: So we see a video and the video is clear
- 6:30Speaker 3: red car. Her car drives through red light. Red light's
- 6:34Speaker 3: been read for ages and the car we see it
- 6:39Speaker 3: from the back, we see it from the rear. So
- 6:41Speaker 3: it's like set up like this car goes through, it
- 6:42Speaker 3: takes a left left on red, very dangerous, left on red,
- 6:47Speaker 3: very dangerous.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Grandma said. Grandma says, I can prove that it's not
- 6:54Speaker 1: me driving that car. Oh my gosh. She brings her
- 6:58Speaker 1: bank statement.
- 7:00Speaker 3: Okay, she, according to her bank statement, was not in
- 7:06Speaker 3: the state of Georgia on those days. She was in
- 7:08Speaker 3: the state of California for her grandson's graduation. She says,
- 7:13Speaker 3: here are all the places that I was on the
- 7:15Speaker 3: dates in which this happened, proving that I was not
- 7:18Speaker 3: in that vehicle when that video took place.
- 7:22Speaker 1: This is tough because she could have given her There's
- 7:25Speaker 1: so many loopholes there.
- 7:26Speaker 3: Judge Face says, does anybody else have access to your
- 7:29Speaker 3: bank accounts or a credit card or anything like that?
- 7:32Speaker 1: She's like, nope, it's just me. Uh she A.
- 7:36Speaker 3: Faith then asked about the counterclaim for insurance. Grandma says,
- 7:40Speaker 3: I paid a month of insurance when we bought this car,
- 7:42Speaker 3: and Ess says.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Two years ago. Yeah, who cares. That's got to be
- 7:47Speaker 1: thrown out immediately. It's not for the verdict. Faith's gonna
- 7:49Speaker 1: throw that out. She's also gonna throw out the suit
- 7:51Speaker 1: because this is enough proof to say that that was
- 7:53Speaker 1: not Grandma in the car. She can't get any money too.
- 7:57Speaker 1: That's it's not irrefutable, but it is enough. I think
- 8:01Speaker 1: they've met the burden of proof there. I don't think
- 8:03Speaker 1: you can give her any money. Here's what Judge Face says.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Judge Faith says, throwing out the countersuits two years ago.
- 8:10Speaker 3: You should have asked for it back then. But I
- 8:14Speaker 3: am not going to make Grandma pay for this ticket.
- 8:18Speaker 3: She clearly was not yeah in the state at the time,
- 8:21Speaker 3: but I am. Because Grandma has admitted to smoking weed,
- 8:26Speaker 3: in your car multiple times. I am gonna make her
- 8:29Speaker 3: pay for the detailing, eighty dollars for detailing, telling her
- 8:33Speaker 3: maybe this will be the thing that'll that'll force her
- 8:36Speaker 3: to stop smoking and driving.
- 8:38Speaker 1: I don't think she's gonna Yeah, well, she's definitely not
- 8:40Speaker 1: stopped stopping smoking. I'm doing some quick matthe your brain.
- 8:44Speaker 1: It was one fifteen total, one fifteen total. The ticket
- 8:47Speaker 1: for running a red light was thirty five dollars. I
- 8:50Speaker 1: guess so, man, where is this magical land outside Atlanta?
- 8:53Speaker 1: There you have it. Man, that's fascinating. So there you go,
- 8:56Speaker 1: David Rady Bucks see it coming. Grandma, Grandma just doesn't.
- 9:00Speaker 1: I gotta be honest, I did not see.
- 9:04Speaker 3: The question that I still have after this case is
- 9:06Speaker 3: why did they think that grandma was driving the car?
- 9:09Speaker 5: Like?
- 9:10Speaker 1: How about it? How are they high? Like what? Like
- 9:13Speaker 1: either her grandma borrowed the car, she didn't borrow the
- 9:15Speaker 1: car on this day like a twist, But that seems
- 9:17Speaker 1: like something that would have been on before we go
- 9:19Speaker 1: on to court. You need to know I wasn't here. Yeah,
- 9:21Speaker 1: so who's driving the car? Yeah? I don't know. I
- 9:25Speaker 1: don't know. I'm trying to get is trying to get
- 9:27Speaker 1: her grandma to pay her own ticket. That's next level, Gamester,
- 9:31Speaker 1: that's the next level, man. There you go her grandma. Uh, Greg,
- 9:35Speaker 1: next next thing. Grace Wang is suing Patrick Rubin for
- 9:40Speaker 1: what a you dippity doing for eight and eighty five
- 9:44Speaker 1: dollars in America's court, and America's court obviously governed by
- 9:49Speaker 1: one judge Kevin Ross not a foreign cons sure not here,
- 9:53Speaker 1: not now, Patrick Rubin dipity doing counter suing for three
- 9:57Speaker 1: hundred and fifty dollars at eight fifty eight eighty five
- 10:02Speaker 1: eighty five, three fifty eighty five for car damage, three
- 10:05Speaker 1: fifty for a new mailbox. Don't ask, we'll get there.
- 10:09Speaker 1: We'll get there. We'll get there. We'll get there. Yeah,
- 10:12Speaker 1: Grace says, uh, they're like more than it's I'll just
- 10:16Speaker 1: tell you it's a brick mailbox. Okay, it's a brig
- 10:18Speaker 1: That's why it's because that's like, that's a lot of
- 10:21Speaker 1: red lights and outside of Atlanta it's a lot ten
- 10:24Speaker 1: or twelve. Yeah. So Ross does as he always does,
- 10:29Speaker 1: which is so you're suing about that. He basically recapped
- 10:32Speaker 1: your suing because your car was damaged. Well, go ahead,
- 10:36Speaker 1: Well tell me about it. That gets and Grace immediately
- 10:42Speaker 1: starts by saying, yes, your on her, this is my
- 10:44Speaker 1: terrible neighbor. Patrick. That's how she starts. Ross is like, listen,
- 10:48Speaker 1: we're now okay, we're not off to a good start. Yeah,
- 10:52Speaker 1: see you see what I mean. We're having fun. Yeah,
- 10:54Speaker 1: we're having fun. There you say, I'm gone to judge
- 10:57Speaker 1: Faith and I'm mean, yeah, you know, out of nowhere,
- 11:01Speaker 1: no one said anything, but you don't remember say anything wrong.
- 11:04Speaker 1: And you just were like, Dan's a bad neighbor. Nobody
- 11:07Speaker 1: nobody clocks that. Nobody's like brand stop being because they
- 11:10Speaker 1: know what he's doing is you've put it on display
- 11:12Speaker 1: how you're a bad neighbor. Oh my gosh.
- 11:14Speaker 3: And I also say this is important to remind people
- 11:16Speaker 3: that we're having a good time.
- 11:17Speaker 1: We're having a good time. You don't. You don't do that.
- 11:19Speaker 1: We're having a good time. You can correct me. And
- 11:21Speaker 1: I'm having a good time. I gone to judge Ross,
- 11:22Speaker 1: we're having a good time. We're not having it. I'm
- 11:24Speaker 1: not go ahead him, Dan, if you're not having a
- 11:26Speaker 1: good time, just give me a little signal, okay, I will,
- 11:29Speaker 1: I'll give you the not having a good time signal
- 11:31Speaker 1: and we'll call h R. What will happen? Yeah you can,
- 11:35Speaker 1: that's right. He is sneaky mean, you get it. He's
- 11:38Speaker 1: sneaky mean.
- 11:39Speaker 5: He's just so nice and like.
- 11:41Speaker 1: You don't realize how just a serpic, just down right. Yeah,
- 11:45Speaker 1: it's oppressed having fun and he just says that like
- 11:50Speaker 1: a white guy at a country club.
- 11:53Speaker 5: If we're having a good time a girl, of course,
- 11:55Speaker 5: I'm gonna tell the car girl she looks good. We
- 11:57Speaker 5: had a good time. I never I have my sweet
- 12:02Speaker 5: too little white privilege sprinkled dinner.
- 12:04Speaker 2: I have a good time bad I do do yes correct,
- 12:08Speaker 2: I've never.
- 12:17Speaker 1: No, no, no, no no. This is what he does.
- 12:19Speaker 1: This is what Brandon does. He's a listen, he's a
- 12:22Speaker 1: white dude at a country club who thinks he's better
- 12:24Speaker 1: than everybody. I like sweet tea.
- 12:27Speaker 4: They like the privilege just to like to sleep tea.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Here we go. So Ross is like, uh, we're starting
- 12:43Speaker 1: things off on a really bad foot. If you if
- 12:45Speaker 1: you're saying he's my terrible neighbor, Patrick, has it always
- 12:49Speaker 1: been this way? And she says, yes, your honor. He
- 12:50Speaker 1: goes who lived there first? And Patrick's like, I lived
- 12:54Speaker 1: there first, and Grace is like, yes, he's lived there
- 12:57Speaker 1: fifteen years. I lived there seven years. But he's been
- 13:01Speaker 1: terrible since day one. He never takes care of his property.
- 13:06Speaker 1: He doesn't take care of it. His grass is out
- 13:08Speaker 1: of control, it's too high. Patrick is like, look, occasionally
- 13:11Speaker 1: my grass gets like two inches higher than it's supposed
- 13:14Speaker 1: to be. And she calls the HOA immediately, and Grace
- 13:19Speaker 1: is like, I'm a real estate agents. I know these things,
- 13:22Speaker 1: and so yeah, I want the yard to look good
- 13:25Speaker 1: because I want to follow the rules and I want
- 13:27Speaker 1: the neighborhood to look good and that's part of the HOA.
- 13:29Speaker 1: And Patrick is like, you're onto. This woman's crazy ever
- 13:32Speaker 1: since she moved in, and she's she's become a realtor
- 13:36Speaker 1: and then she's basically become the neighborhood police.
- 13:38Speaker 3: People that love hoas and live to follow the rules.
- 13:43Speaker 1: Brian Harold are the worst. Yeah, that's right. But Brian
- 13:46Speaker 1: Harold having a good time, you know, I mean this guy, Yeah,
- 13:50Speaker 1: I'm getting it. I'm getting it. Uh. And so she
- 13:53Speaker 1: he's like she calls the HOA all the time. And
- 13:56Speaker 1: Kevin Russell is like, well, does the HOA have his
- 13:58Speaker 1: pacific rules? About how high your grass can be, and
- 14:02Speaker 1: they both confirmed that it does all right. Well it
- 14:05Speaker 1: is like so it's a violation, like you just don't
- 14:07Speaker 1: like being called on it, and he goes, I've never
- 14:10Speaker 1: been fined, you're honor not once. She's the only one
- 14:12Speaker 1: who complains she's called and been complaining over fifty times
- 14:16Speaker 1: over the last seven years. And she's like, that's an exaggeration.
- 14:19Speaker 1: I've not called fifty times. And he goes, wh how
- 14:21Speaker 1: many times had you called? And she was like, in
- 14:23Speaker 1: the thirties, okay, I love that. So he's like, so
- 14:27Speaker 1: fifties crazy, But in the thirties, that's that's not you know.
- 14:31Speaker 1: And she's like, well, there could have been a lot
- 14:32Speaker 1: more times. On Thursday nights, they are so loud. They're
- 14:36Speaker 1: out in the lawn, they're drinking, they're loud, and I
- 14:39Speaker 1: have young kids who are trying to get to bed.
- 14:41Speaker 1: And Patrick's like, you're on her. First of all, it's
- 14:43Speaker 1: poker night. Thursday night's poker night. That's first of all important.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Second of all, there's a noise ordinance at ten o'clock,
- 14:50Speaker 1: and at ten o'clock we're done. We don't go. We
- 14:53Speaker 1: never break the noise ordinance, and Grace is like, yeah,
- 14:55Speaker 1: but my kids have school. It's too late. They're up,
- 14:58Speaker 1: they're loud, my kids can't go to it's a mess.
- 15:01Speaker 1: And Russ was like, Okay, clearly you guys don't like
- 15:03Speaker 1: each other and your neighbors. Let's get to it. Grace
- 15:06Speaker 1: is like, so I'm driving home from work and his dog, Sushi.
- 15:10Speaker 1: His dog's name is Sushi. You need to know that
- 15:12Speaker 1: his dog, Sushi runs right in front of my car.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Uh And I saw like saw Sushi, didn't want to hit.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Sushi swerved out of my way, so Sushi roll. Yes,
- 15:25Speaker 1: we were getting you built and people. It was good.
- 15:27Speaker 1: That was really good. Yes, she swerved out of her
- 15:30Speaker 1: way to hit the mailbox. It was really good. It's good.
- 15:34Speaker 1: And I hit his mailbox, but I did save his
- 15:36Speaker 1: dog's life. But my car was damaged from the mailbox.
- 15:40Speaker 1: I have pictures. I have an estimate. Here it is
- 15:43Speaker 1: she has pictures.
- 15:43Speaker 3: She has us, her dog, Sushi, his dog, her car,
- 15:48Speaker 3: her car, his mailbox, his mailbox.
- 15:51Speaker 1: Yeah, place, Patrick is like, your honor, My dog wasn't
- 15:55Speaker 1: out of the art. I don't know what she saw.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I don't know if it was a raccoon, but she
- 16:00Speaker 1: hit my mailbox and I got an estimate here to
- 16:02Speaker 1: fix it is three hundred and fifty bucks. And and
- 16:05Speaker 1: Ross is like that's a lot of money. And then
- 16:06Speaker 1: he looks and it's a brick mailbox. He's like, okay,
- 16:09Speaker 1: get it. Ross is like, so, miss Wang, why shouldn't
- 16:12Speaker 1: you pay for the mailbox? And Grace is like, I
- 16:15Speaker 1: saved his dog's life by swerving out of the way,
- 16:19Speaker 1: and that's why I hit the mailbox. And his dog
- 16:22Speaker 1: shouldn't have been out to begin with. And Patrick like,
- 16:24Speaker 1: my dog wasn't out. I have a fenced in backyard.
- 16:26Speaker 1: I have a doggy door. My dog comes and goes
- 16:28Speaker 1: as he pleases. He doesn't need to go out, he
- 16:30Speaker 1: doesn't need to escape. He has a full backyard, doesn't
- 16:33Speaker 1: need the front yard. And Grace is like, there's a
- 16:36Speaker 1: big hole in the fence. The dog gets out all
- 16:38Speaker 1: the time. I did point it out to him to fix.
- 16:40Speaker 1: He didn't fix a picture of the Patrick's like, uh no,
- 16:43Speaker 1: we don't. But Patrick's like, yeah, there's a hole in
- 16:45Speaker 1: the fence, but the dog never gets out. My dog
- 16:46Speaker 1: doesn't get out. Uh. And Grace is like, not only
- 16:50Speaker 1: have his other neighbors This is where I did get
- 16:52Speaker 1: an actual gofag in the corn room. Because sometimes you
- 16:54Speaker 1: just sometimes things happen and you don't you don't see
- 16:57Speaker 1: the world where it could exist. Sure, and this is
- 17:01Speaker 1: one of them. Gray says, your honor. Not only do
- 17:04Speaker 1: his neighbors the neighbors have also seen sushi out, but
- 17:07Speaker 1: also I knew it was sushi because he was wearing
- 17:09Speaker 1: his motorcycle jacket. And Ross is like, please, can we
- 17:16Speaker 1: stop just real quick? He was what, and she was like,
- 17:20Speaker 1: Sushi was wearing his motorcycle jacket. And He's like, mister
- 17:25Speaker 1: Reuben doing and Patrick is like, it's cold out there. Yeah,
- 17:30Speaker 1: my dog wears a motorcycle jacket. So that's good. So
- 17:40Speaker 1: that Ross is ready to rule. I don't know if
- 17:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna give you. There's a lot of detector tests
- 17:48Speaker 1: at the end of this for some reason. I don't
- 17:51Speaker 1: know why. Well, you know what, I know why because
- 17:53Speaker 1: this is at this point he said, she said, that's right,
- 17:56Speaker 1: this is a I saw I saw sushi Sushi shoes
- 18:01Speaker 1: because of the motorcycle jacket.
- 18:03Speaker 3: Hails allest time. He said, it couldn't have been my dog.
- 18:06Speaker 3: But what else is was there a raccoon wearing a
- 18:08Speaker 3: motorcycle jacket. Do you want me to give you a
- 18:10Speaker 3: lot of detective tests or not? Do you want to
- 18:11Speaker 3: just see take a guess. I'm gonna I'm gonna say
- 18:15Speaker 3: just based off what I know right now, I am
- 18:17Speaker 3: gonna say that she's gonna have to pay for the mailbox.
- 18:22Speaker 3: I think she could have swerved any number of ways.
- 18:26Speaker 3: At the end of the day, she swerved into the
- 18:28Speaker 3: mailbox his property. His property. Grace agreed to take a
- 18:32Speaker 3: lot of detector test. First question was did you hit
- 18:34Speaker 3: the mailbox with your car? The answer yes, The detector
- 18:37Speaker 3: said no deception. Next question, did Patrick's dog sushi cause
- 18:41Speaker 3: you to hit the mailbox with the motorcycle jacket on?
- 18:44Speaker 3: She answered yes, Low detective tests said no deception.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Oh good. The third question, were you on your cell
- 18:50Speaker 1: phone or otherwise distracted while got brought up? She said no.
- 18:57Speaker 1: Lot detective tests said deception.
- 19:00Speaker 2: On.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Come on, did Patrick take one? I don't think so.
- 19:05Speaker 1: Not that what I guess. No. Kevin Ross says, it
- 19:08Speaker 1: seems suspect at the speed where you normally would pull
- 19:11Speaker 1: into a driveway, that you would have to swerve at
- 19:15Speaker 1: that speed and hit something. It would seem a lot
- 19:18Speaker 1: easier to hit the brakes as you pull into a driveway.
- 19:21Speaker 1: That is true.
- 19:21Speaker 3: I will say, if the speed in which it would
- 19:24Speaker 3: take to destroy.
- 19:26Speaker 1: A merrick brick mailbox correct, going pretty sure he gets
- 19:30Speaker 1: his three point fifty. You get absolutely na a justice
- 19:34Speaker 1: is not a foreign concept here in Ross. You get
- 19:36Speaker 1: a picture of the dog and the don't get sushi
- 19:39Speaker 1: in the motorcycle jacket? And what are we even doing?
- 19:41Speaker 3: Because that's this this country's going to hell a hand basket.
- 19:45Speaker 3: In fact, it's a really nice, nicely decorated handbasket in
- 19:48Speaker 3: a hand basket.
- 19:48Speaker 1: Nonetheless, we're done, everybody. We'll be back next time with
- 19:51Speaker 1: another one. Until then, all rise your gabble. Gavel's a
