Speaker 1: you're sensing it's giving you a message, then it is.

Speaker 1: of cultural traditions, spiritual traditions, folk lore. And I wanted

Speaker 1: I'll tell you about the ladybug spirit and why she's

Speaker 1: being included in the Spirit Animals of Los Angeles. So

Speaker 1: a couple of years ago, twenty twenty four, I had

Speaker 1: a bunch of ladybugs that kept showing up in my closet.

Speaker 1: I have a very large closet I use like another room,

Speaker 1: and we had had a lot of rain that year,

Speaker 1: so I kind of equated it to that that we

Speaker 1: got a lot of rain. So ladybugs are coming in.

Speaker 1: But interestingly, I still have no idea how they come in.

Speaker 1: I do keep the windows open, but one has a

Speaker 1: screen and the other one's kind of slats, and at

Speaker 1: that time I wasn't really keeping that open very much.

Speaker 1: So I still don't know how they were getting in

Speaker 1: in such abundance, but they were, and I'm not like,

Speaker 1: not like a pest issue.

Speaker 2: They were just like.

Speaker 1: Three at a time, will be in the corners of

Speaker 1: the ceiling and started reading signs all the time. So

Speaker 1: I thought, well, this must name something, and so I

Speaker 1: did a quick search and I knew good luck and

Speaker 1: good fortune, and then I kind of tucked that away.

Speaker 2: So again, it had been raining.

Speaker 1: Quite a bit in twenty twenty four and those little

Speaker 1: silver bugs had started to come inside, and so my

Speaker 1: landlord had an exterminator come to treat those. And when

Speaker 1: he got to my place, he asked me if I'd

Speaker 1: been seeing those soul silver bugs, and I said, yeah,

Speaker 1: if you from time to time, not a big deal

Speaker 1: to me. Been seeing a lot of lady buds though,

Speaker 1: And I just kind of threw that out there. Again,

Speaker 1: I don't feel like it's been a test issue with

Speaker 1: the lady buds and he stops and big Burley Man,

Speaker 1: and he looks at me very seriously, and he says,

Speaker 1: you know, there's mean good luck. And he asked me,

Speaker 1: have you been seeing them a lot? And I said yeah,

Speaker 1: all the time. And he says, you are very lucky.

Speaker 1: And he didn't seem metaphysical or ru or superstitious, but

Speaker 1: he did seem firm in his assessment. And I knew,

Speaker 1: because again I read energy for a living, that it
4:39
Speaker 1: wasn't really him talking.

Speaker 2: It was spirit talking to me.

Speaker 1: But again, I was on the hustle and I was
4:45
Speaker 1: in the.

Speaker 2: Strive, and I had a goal.

Speaker 1: I was working, and so I was like, whatever, right,

Speaker 1: kind of when I looked them up the first time,

Speaker 1: I was like, okay, cool, let's keep going. And I

Speaker 1: believed them, but I didn't, you know, at that time

Speaker 1: in my life, I just wasn't. I wasn't feeling that

Speaker 1: quite frankly. And then you know, my mom passed late

Speaker 1: fall twenty twenty four. Twenty twenty five was a weird

Speaker 1: year for me, and I bumped up against all my limitations,

Speaker 1: and in that process, I returned to my practices, really

Speaker 1: devoted to my practices, and in all of that devotion,

Speaker 1: I thought really clear that I was done with the striving.

Speaker 1: I was done with the hustle. I was done with

Speaker 1: the pushing. Of course, I am a manifestor. I will

Speaker 1: always be pursuing a goal. I will always be setting intentions.

Speaker 1: I will always be manifesting. But the push around it,

Speaker 1: the wrapping my identity up in Bristol Bolts, I was

Speaker 1: done with. And so I've been doing these future self meditations.

Speaker 1: I actually am a service that I now. If you'd

Speaker 1: like to start connecting to your future self, I do

Speaker 1: have a service help you do that. And so I've

Speaker 1: been doing these future self meditations pretty regularly, and in

Speaker 1: one of those, my higher self came forward, different energy

Speaker 1: than the future self. Higher self came forward and reminded

Speaker 1: me of when I was.

Speaker 2: A kid.

Speaker 1: And my family would often tease me because I was

Speaker 1: very favored and things would just work out for me.

Speaker 1: And yeah, and I started to feel I was lucky.

Speaker 1: I need to say that I was lucky, but I

Speaker 1: felt a light a shame about it, because it was

Speaker 1: they were poking at me about it, like there was

Speaker 1: something wrong. And so in this meditation where my higher

Speaker 1: self came forward she reminded me of that, but she

Speaker 1: reminded me that, hey, that's who you really are, right

Speaker 1: And so I was like, ha, what if I trade

Speaker 1: striving for remembering how lucky I am? And I believe

Speaker 1: that that's what the Lady Buck spirit was showing up

Speaker 1: to guide me towards. Because she didn't just show up

Speaker 1: this year, She didn't show up in twenty twenty five.

Speaker 1: She showed up again this year, and she was no

Speaker 1: longer just hanging out in the closet. She had moved

Speaker 1: into the main room. And specifically I decided it was

Speaker 1: going to include the Lady Buck Spirit in the sphere

Speaker 1: of animals of Los Angeles. I was doing my research,

Speaker 1: I was taking notes, and I fall asleep and I
7:50
Speaker 1: wake up in the middle of the night. I decide

Speaker 1: to go get a coffee love twenty four hour Starbucks.

Speaker 1: And when I get home, the Lady Bos was on

Speaker 1: the door daand between the closet and my main room,

Speaker 1: and then she took off. She flew across the room

Speaker 1: like it's very rare seeing ladybugs fly, but it's still

Speaker 1: kind of scary to me. And so I was like, Okay, whatever,

Speaker 1: where are you going? And so she flew to exactly

Speaker 1: my eye line while I work, and she stayed there

Speaker 1: for two weeks. And I believe what she wanted me
8:30
Speaker 1: to know. Yes, of course I know she wants to

Speaker 1: be included in this series, but more searched, I think

Speaker 1: she was saying to me very clearly, and you remember
8:40
Speaker 1: that you were lucky. Remember that you are divinely favored.

Speaker 1: And for those of you out there who has experienced that,

Speaker 1: you know exactly what I'm talking about.

Speaker 2: And so.

Speaker 1: Across traditions, the ladybug spirit represents good fortune, and in

Speaker 1: my research folklore multiple traditions, just like the parents spirit,

Speaker 1: and go back and listen to that show, the Green

Speaker 1: Parent Spirit. There's some green parents who've become native to

Speaker 1: this area of Los Angeles. Very interesting story how they've

Speaker 1: made this their home. But just like the green parent,

Speaker 1: ladybugs are lucky. No matter what spiritual tradition you research,

Speaker 1: the symbolism around ladybugs is luck and good fortune, and

Speaker 1: so they represent divine protection and joy. So it's always

Speaker 1: a good sign when a ladybug shows up in your world.

Speaker 1: They represent resilience and rebirth. She wanted me to say

Speaker 1: that ladybugs were loved by farmers because they eat the

Speaker 1: bugs that destroy the crops, and the ladybug spirit is

Speaker 1: connected to the Virgin Mary. Now, farmers in ancient times

Speaker 1: would pray to the Virgin Mary about their crops, particularly

Speaker 1: these harmful pests that were showing up. And think about it,

Speaker 1: back then, if a harmful pest came through and destroyed

Speaker 1: the crops, that could create Simon, and it could affect

Speaker 1: multiple years in that village. And so the farmies would

Speaker 1: pray and pray and pray to the Virgin Mary. And

Speaker 1: then all of a sudden, the ladybugs showed up and

Speaker 1: again ate those harmful pests. And so then the farmers

Speaker 1: started to see the ladybug as holy. They are known

Speaker 1: as the beetle of our lady. And so that beetle piece.

Speaker 1: As I have a perspective on the beetle, beetle very

Speaker 1: earthy and very magic oriented. I think beetle in witch hangout.

Speaker 1: And now I see the ladybug not as a beetle,

Speaker 1: but it is a beetle, but as a holy holy

Speaker 1: entity that of like saints and the Virgin Mary. And

Speaker 1: so as I was asking the ladybug, do you feel

Speaker 1: more berietle like earthy, magical energy or holy And she

Speaker 1: said very clear to me, I'm holy.

Speaker 3: And I'm light, just pure light, and but I'm magical.

Speaker 3: There is a holy magic in me, and so.

Speaker 1: I want you to think of the Ladybug spirit as

Speaker 1: representing that luminous aliveness. There is also a message of

Speaker 1: true love around the Ladybug spirit. It could mean you're

Speaker 1: getting ready to meet someone or reignite a romantic relationship,

Speaker 1: or you just need to bring the energy of true

Speaker 1: love into your life. And the energy of true love,

Speaker 1: you know, I've talked about quite a bit. I love

Speaker 1: the energy of true love because it creates miracles. And

Speaker 1: you know, if there's something you truly love, you'll find

Speaker 1: that no matter how difficult something is, it will still

Speaker 1: work out in your favor because you truly love it.

Speaker 1: That's that holy magic she's talking about. The Ladybug spirit's

Speaker 1: talking about.

Speaker 1: An aspect of the Ladybug is that she makes a

Speaker 1: complete transfer information, very much like the butterfly, and so

Speaker 1: the Lady Buck spirit can represent transformation. But specifically, what

Speaker 1: she told me is that if you are in the

Speaker 1: middle of a transformation of any type, maybe you're making

Speaker 1: a life big lifestyle change, releasing weight, changing a habit,

Speaker 1: moving across country, choosing a new profession, becoming a parent.

Speaker 1: She says that you're on the right track if she's

Speaker 1: showing up, and that it will be your journey will

Speaker 1: be laced with good fortune. If you are manifestor, it

Speaker 1: is a message that your manifestation is close or on

Speaker 1: its way to you and that you get to relax

Speaker 1: and trust that holy magic to support you. And if

Speaker 1: you are a new manifesto or considering manifestation, it can

Speaker 1: be a message to be more intentional about your desires.

Speaker 1: The Lady Book Spirit represents abundance. Does she not get

Speaker 1: any better? Right? Both spiritual abundance and physical world abundance

Speaker 1: material abundance. She also represents divine favor in addition to

Speaker 1: that she is a feminine energy. She could tell me

Speaker 1: that and so she can represent divine, feminine and goddess energy.

Speaker 1: So trusting your intuition, being open to receiving, allowing things

Speaker 1: to flow, which again her showing up in my world.

Speaker 1: Her personal message to me was very much in response

Speaker 1: to the prayers I've been praying around really letting go

Speaker 1: of the striving, the stressing, the hustling. I think she's saying, Okay,

Speaker 1: there's another path, and it's not like, oh, you rent

Speaker 1: work that path and when you get to that path.

Speaker 1: That was my kind of perspective. It was like work

Speaker 1: really hard to hear and then I'll get to the

Speaker 1: luminous path. What she's saying to me is choose. You

Speaker 1: get to choose. You can choose that hard path, that striving, struggle, stress,

Speaker 1: make it happen, or you can choose the luminous path,

Speaker 1: the receptivity path. You still take action, but you're doing

Speaker 1: it from a place of inspiration as opposed to I

Speaker 1: have to do this to get this. She's very fund energy.

Speaker 1: So Lady buckspeirit wants you to open your heart to

Speaker 1: all good things that you have the ability to create

Speaker 1: your reality with your energy, so you can approach a

Speaker 1: situation intentionally and positively, or from a place of life

Speaker 1: is happening to you and you're at the mercy of

Speaker 1: whatever situation you're in. So it's very much like those farmers.

Speaker 1: They could have been like, oh, hell, our crops are

Speaker 1: going to be destroyed. No, they used their spiritual magic

Speaker 1: of prayer and all of a sudden, these ladybugs showed

Speaker 1: up to serve them chrin. So if the Ladybug spirit

Speaker 1: is showing up, know that you are in a favorable

Speaker 1: moment of your life. Make lots of wishes and expect

Speaker 1: things to flow, and even more than that, expect results

Speaker 1: that are too good to be true.

Speaker 4: It was so good, it was so good that I

Speaker 4: had to I had to muck it up. I had

Speaker 1: Energetically, I was acknowledging it was good, But then there

Speaker 2: The part of me It's like, oh it can it

Speaker 1: And even just that bit of hesitation made it made

Speaker 1: it a stickier journey. I still raped the rewards and

Speaker 1: it was beautiful and it was truly a divine blessing.

Speaker 1: But I was like, man, what if I just what

Speaker 1: if I just let.

Speaker 2: Things be too good to be true?

Speaker 1: And I think that's what the Lady Book spirits saying

Speaker 1: to all of us is be lucky, Let yourself be lucky,

Speaker 1: Let things work out for you. Let the beautiful, amazing

Speaker 1: to it happening, happen, and let it just happen. Don't
