We believe that fasting is important in helping us develop spiritual knowledge to enhance our sense of wisdom in our journey into the realities of the Kingdom establishment. Fasting also helps us keep shape our minds, our thoughts; our body is brought into that point of divine realignments. Further, the toxic waste in our body needs to be drained out so we can renew our body system. God wants us to live a healthy life. Every aspect of needing adequate care of and fasting plays a major role in this renewal and wholeness of our entire spirit, soul, and body.
