Transcript
- 0:02Welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev. But today my special guest is
- 0:07Crystal because she is Crystal clear. She said, you're so funny. I
- 0:15was like, we have a special guest today, Surprise Chris Beverly Crystal.
- 0:25Apparently I'm not as clear as I thought I was. Oh, okay.
- 0:29And then you're wearing blue and that blue is like what crystal clear water might
- 0:34look like. I don't know anyway, just getting correlations going on here.
- 0:39We'll make it work. And then actually, your color of shirt makes a
- 0:44lot of your background stand out. Its interesting. Yeah, it's a little
- 0:49dress, so even better. What's going on in your world? Sister?
- 0:58Just enjoying life? Yesterday I got to stay I mean I've been able to
- 1:03stay home Sunday, Monday, and then I'll stay home today. And my
- 1:07grandkids and one of my daughters came out yesterday and we had a bless nice
- 1:11and I'm you know, we've had conversations about me wanting to be more beneficial
- 1:19for them and help them on their journey and do all this stuff. And
- 1:23it's I've come to realization and I realized this last at least last week,
- 1:26that I recognize that I'm not in that space anymore, that same space that
- 1:30I was before I used to worry about these things and which was just yesterday,
- 1:34right really, because it hasn't been that long ago. But I'm acknowledging
- 1:38in that and seeing it. And it's like they got to have their journey,
- 1:41and it is anybody that tries to put themselves in that position or just
- 1:46ends up in that position out of habit. You don't even realize that you're
- 1:49there. But it's such a struggle we have. Absolutely We've talked about this
- 1:53so many times that we have no control. And who am I to say
- 1:59just because I see things a certain way, that this is the way it's
- 2:00supposed to be. So it gets a little bit confusing right when we start.
- 2:05That's where the duality comes into play, because we know that there are
- 2:07certain things that the way that we think they should be, what's right and
- 2:12what's wrong, and we're pursuing a lot of those things and moving forward in
- 2:15a lot of that way. So if I'm moving forward, I'm seeing something
- 2:19that's wrong and I'm trying to fix something that doesn't need to be fixed.
- 2:23Because each person has their experience, Because if I didn't have my experience that
- 2:25I wouldn't even be this person that I am right now sitting in front of
- 2:29you. And if you listen to the sum speakers, We've chosen a lot
- 2:31of things that have been in our experiences to see how we grow from that,
- 2:36to see how we respond to that, to see how we can expand
- 2:39for that from that, or how we can close ourselves off completely. So
- 2:44because it's a choice, so we get to be here on that choice.
- 2:46So that's a lot of the stuff that I'm acknowledging. And it's something else
- 2:50that hits me a couple of nights ago. It was you know, we
- 2:53all a lot of us are asking am I on the right path? You
- 2:58know, we want to talk to a psychic, you want to do this
- 2:59stuff, and am I on the right path? Well, if you think
- 3:02that keeps you off the path path, if you always know that you're on
- 3:07the right path, or you wouldn't be on where you're at right now.
- 3:09It's and I feel like I have been doing that for so long because I
- 3:15would start questioning it long on the right path? Well, yes, I'm
- 3:17on the right path. If I'm constantly questioning everything like that, that means
- 3:21that I'm not fully enjoying myself because I constantly think that I'm supposed to be
- 3:23somebody somewhere else. I'm supposed to be somebody else, I'm supposed to have
- 3:27something else when everything is right here and right now. So there's been a
- 3:30lot of you ask me what's going on? This is a lot, This
- 3:34is a lot. And then even still recognizing that, I get up and
- 3:39I didn't meditate the night before, a lot or a couple of nights ago,
- 3:44and I wake up the next day, I'm anxious. I'm not even
- 3:46noticing why, right, I'm not even paying attention to why I don't because
- 3:50I'm in this other frame of mind. I feel like I'm kind of stuck.
- 3:53I don't feel motivated. I'm not picking up messages, you know,
- 3:55I'm not all the little simple things. And it's like, oh, well,
- 3:59you did meditate. I just didn't give myself that chance, that the
- 4:03time for the break to relax, to reset, even though I had slept.
- 4:08But then I started doing things the next morning, not even you know,
- 4:12old patterns, just automatic doing, instead of taking the time to notice
- 4:17and setting up my day and acknowledging how beautiful the day is. That I
- 4:21just woke up into. So there's just a lot of things go No,
- 4:27how is your life? It's like and you're on you're up, so how
- 4:31are you doing. I'm just gonna say, I'm kind of mesmerized by your
- 4:35eyes because that shirt is making your eyes pop. Just telling you that's a
- 4:41good color for you. Awesome. So from now on, I'm gonna have
- 4:45to I'm gonna be online all day long. I finding this color so um
- 4:55yeah. So talking about being worried about being influence on your grandkids and all
- 5:02that, the best thing really we can do is just do our own inner
- 5:08work, live our life, be the example. We can plant the seeds
- 5:14here and there through the words that we speak. But to be in that
- 5:21space of the worry, because you're you're expressing some worry around that topic,
- 5:30that's like all future based. And it's also the message of that they're not
- 5:34going to be able to handle their life on their own one percent, and
- 5:41I need to fix that. I need to make sure. So now not
- 5:46only is it like worry and fixing, but it's also control. So we're
- 5:49stepping into control, and that is how easy it is to get wrapped up
- 5:56in those behaviors. I mean, it's been a part of our lives,
- 5:59our higher life, and it's we just automatically start thinking and doing in ways
- 6:08that we don't because it's so habitual that we're not consciously aware of it.
- 6:14Now, the more you become aware of it, the more you're aware of
- 6:17it quicker. And that's kind of where we're at BEV. Yeah, she
- 6:21sat in it for a while for a while, but it hasn't been years.
- 6:29Right, in the past, it would be years, So maybe it
- 6:32was months, and that's okay because now she's even more aware of it.
- 6:38Now it might end up just being four weeks and then days and then hours,
- 6:42and like it's each time it happens, we're always going to be having
- 6:46that opportunity to practice. As long as we're in this physical body. We
- 6:49will be practicing until we take our last breath, and we'll have more opportunity
- 6:56in the next lifetime. So but the more we practice and the more we're
- 7:03aware, the more we can we can have that acknowledgement that, oh,
- 7:10still showing up. I got to make some adjustments. Then we practice and
- 7:14then we're aware and ope still showing up a little bit. Right, It's
- 7:17just a continuous process and the person the way BEV showing up today, the
- 7:24way I'm showing up today isn't even the way we showed up a week ago
- 7:28or six months ago. I mean, you go back and watch our first
- 7:30videos that three years ago, and it will be different than we are today.
- 7:36So it's just a continuous evolution. It's continuous change. And I'm just
- 7:43embracing that within myself because I had a whole total control thing the other day
- 7:47because I had it in my head that my husband didn't know how to cook,
- 7:51just saying, and I needed to put my two cents in and it
- 7:55didn't turn out the way he wanted it, and he's like, that's why
- 7:58I don't do it like that. I said. I didn't get upset,
- 8:01I didn't get offended. And during the process, I'm like doing my int
- 8:05I'm like, wow, you're you're kind of being a control freak here,
- 8:09and this interesting, right. I was acknowledging it as I was going through
- 8:13this process. And then I also let him know he had a responsibility in
- 8:20it where he could have very easily said and I said this outline, I
- 8:24said, you could have very easily said I don't want to use that.
- 8:31I don't want to do it that way. And that was that, And
- 8:35I was very calm, just like I am, but it was like,
- 8:41I recognize my responsibility in it, and I acknowledged that with him myself and
- 8:46also letting him know he had a responsibility in that conversation as well. So,
- 8:52and I know communication is a struggle in his family line, and I'm
- 9:01an introvert by nature, working you know continuously. Again one of those things
- 9:07I'm working on and being an extrovert and using my voice, but I still
- 9:11have that introverted part of me where I still have to work on communication as
- 9:16well. So it was just a great lesson. It was it was brief.
- 9:20I recognized what was happening, and you know what, he's an adult
- 9:24and he's cooked before, and I'm sure he could have managed on his own
- 9:30without me button in and it probably would have turned out a little better than
- 9:35what it did. So we were still able to eat it just saying it
- 9:41wasn't bad, but it wasn't the way he wanted it, So gotcha the
- 9:48one way to show up. And then my first thing in my mind said
- 9:52was it's with love, really, it's with love to show up. It's
- 9:54just not judging anybody. I'm still in that space of love because if I'm
- 10:00anybody that this is something I've been working through. If I'm judging anybody,
- 10:03I'm judging myself because everybody is an aspect of myself. So it's recognizing,
- 10:07oh, look how look how I'm showing up today. I heard it from
- 10:11someone else not that long ago, but it's like, look at me,
- 10:13look at me show up today. Look at me the person that might slam
- 10:16the brakes on in front of you or something like, oh, look at
- 10:18how I just showed up for myself, instead of so being neutral of it
- 10:22and being like, okay, maybe I'm just not having a great day,
- 10:26you know, in that person in front of me. But it's recognizing that
- 10:28it's all an aspect of only really it's the only facet. And the interesting
- 10:35thing is I didn't look at it as a way of them. You know,
- 10:39growing up, they have their own compass, they have their own intuition.
- 10:43They do, and if I'm learning and trusting my own intuition, then
- 10:48I can guarantee my kids and my grandkids are all learning that as well.
- 10:52It's that it doesn't escape us because I'm at I'm at the top of that
- 10:56as far as I was here before them in this physical as far as this
- 11:01time frame. So I've got a little bit of that knowledge within me,
- 11:05and it's up to me. I've always wanted my kids to be able to
- 11:07manage to survive without me. Honestly, I want them to. So I
- 11:13don't rely upon myself to come fix everything for them, but I want to
- 11:16instill within them that love is the only way. So I just do I
- 11:20just do them beat myself, you know, I just do different things.
- 11:24And I showed I contacted my daughter to ear day because it wasn't a good
- 11:28day to bring out my grandson because they had just had their dog fixed,
- 11:31and I didn't really, you know, it wasn't ideal for them to leave
- 11:33because I'm twenty five, you know, twenty five miles out of town,
- 11:37so it's like I had forty five to come out to the house, so
- 11:41that you leave in critters behind. And it's like, well, why don't
- 11:45we just go to the water pad park, you know what I mean,
- 11:46go play there. And we did, and the kids have had a blast,
- 11:50and I watched them as they had their reactions to each other and there
- 11:54and something maybe a little bit of a temper tantrum here or something like that.
- 11:58But they adjusted self adjusted. And if I feel like I have to
- 12:01constantly entertain them, which is freaking exhausting, I can tell you to make
- 12:05them happy for the extra spot. So I just let them have their space.
- 12:09And then I talked to him after they've had their experience, if it's
- 12:11worth having a conversation about. But it is. It's all about love something.
- 12:20I don't know if we talked about this, but it was something.
- 12:22And if I did just tell me, but that I was. I was
- 12:24told to say over and over and over again, I love all of me.
- 12:28That was my conversation. Had I had that conversation with you, I
- 12:33love all of me. And then I come into my office right because I'm
- 12:35right. I get it while I'm playing a game or something like that,
- 12:39and it comes into me and I'm like, oh, okay, so I
- 12:41wrote down. I wrote it down. I'm coming here. I'm gonna start
- 12:43writing down what's in my mind because I like to put some of this these
- 12:46days, I'm journaling, So I start writing it down on a piece of
- 12:50paper. I love all of me, And every time I would write all
- 12:52the A just didn't look like everything else was like flowy and beautiful in the
- 12:56AI erase it like three times, and I realized I had a struggle with
- 13:01loving all of me. It wasn't a matter of I couldn't write the A
- 13:05right, it just didn't look rights because I had to struggle within myself.
- 13:07So then I started asking questions, where would this block be? Why would
- 13:11I feel that I don't love all of me? Because if I'm an aspect
- 13:13of God and God's in every cell of my body, how can I sit
- 13:16here and say that I don't love all of me when I'm from what I'm
- 13:18God, When I'm an aspect of God, how could I not love myself?
- 13:22So going through that whole process, like there's so many different little layers
- 13:26going on, And if I would have written down, I guess half the
- 13:30stuff, I would probably have a better idea of helping other people. But
- 13:35this is my journey and this is my experience, so I don't know what
- 13:37anyone else's journey. It's the same for them. I keep telling my clients
- 13:41that people that I come in contact with, it's whatever your intuition grabs,
- 13:46how it grabs you and pulls you in a direct directions. These are the
- 13:48things that I do because these are the things that got my attention in the
- 13:52levels, in the layers, in the sequence. However, it happened just
- 13:58for myself, for this, for the p that I've chosen. So I'm
- 14:01just going along on this journey. And like I said, I'm realizing I'm
- 14:05I'm on the right path. I've never not been on the right path.
- 14:09Even when I didn't feel like it was the right path, it was the
- 14:11best path. And I was on the right path. And if we only
- 14:15spend so much time second guessing ourselves, we keep ourselves stuck in stagnants,
- 14:20we don't get we suppress ourselves. And that's one of the ways that we
- 14:24do it. As you're talking, what I what I was seeing in my
- 14:30vision was us being as adults that this is our playground and the and the
- 14:37fun of it is is that people are the people that come into our lives
- 14:45for those what we would consider synchronicities or coincidences, but it's the energy of
- 14:52what they're doing and then energy of what I'm doing, and that brings us
- 14:56together, and the energy of what you're doing, and that brings you together
- 15:00with these other people out of these conversations and experiences, and um, I'll
- 15:05use an example of what I did a social post last week. Now,
- 15:11I was at the gym so early in the morning and tip I wanted to
- 15:18work on my abs. And it's a it's a thing that you stand on
- 15:22and then you fold over and it works your back and your abs right,
- 15:24and you've got to lift yourself up from your waist up is the movement.
- 15:31Your legs are kind of locked in secure And so I wanted to use X
- 15:37that was going to be my ab date and somebody was using it. I'm
- 15:41like, okay, well what am I going to do? So I decided
- 15:43to go over and lay do a lay on a bench where it works your
- 15:48lower abs where you you hook your feet in these things you put weights on
- 15:52it and then you pull your legs in and so that helps with your your
- 15:58abs right. So I was like, right, I'm gonna use this.
- 16:00I haven't used this thing in a while, like it's been a while since
- 16:03I've used it. So that was first thing I wanted to use. One
- 16:10machine it was being used, so I went use something else which I don't
- 16:14use very often. So I lay down on it do my reps. When
- 16:18I set up, typically I faced the front of the building, but today
- 16:22something said no, turned the other direction, So I turned the other direction.
- 16:26Something caught my eye on the floor and the machine next to me,
- 16:29the leg right, there's the legs and then there's a bar that goes between
- 16:33the legs, and just under that, barely showing was a dime and a
- 16:38penny. I haven't found dimes in a while. And then I was like,
- 16:44WHOA, isn't this interesting How I was guided to find these two coins.
- 16:49So of course I got to make it a teaching moment, and I
- 16:56posted on social along with a thing at talks about finding dimes similar to finding
- 17:02pennies. So then then the numerology of the years that were on the coins,
- 17:15and then you know ten plus one is eleven. So that's that has
- 17:18to do with manifest Like I went into this whole thing on this social post.
- 17:23Now this is where like the secret synchronicity or coincidences. My mom posted
- 17:30on there in a comment that she found a dime the day before that,
- 17:40and she goes, I didn't know this whole thing about dimes, and she's
- 17:42referring to the post that I had put on there about finding dimes. So
- 17:49isn't that interest? Like it's just this playground of us being guided to do
- 17:56things that we hardly ever do or don't you know me never do, but
- 18:03we're guided to do it anyway, and then we come into this alignment with
- 18:07others and it's just it's just so fun when things happen like that that you
- 18:14know, we have these stories to share because then people other people recognize I
- 18:19have a story to share too, because then I will tell you. Last
- 18:22night, I'm in brushing my teeth in the bathroom and brushing my teeth,
- 18:26brushing my teeth, and something tells me to turn around and walk over towards
- 18:30Freeman's Mere, which I okay, I just walked that way and I looked
- 18:33down and there's a pill on the floor. So I picked up the pill
- 18:37and I went over and finished brushing my teeth and took it out to him
- 18:38and he says, well, I was wondering why my back wasn't feeling any
- 18:41better, And he says, thank god you found that, do you know
- 18:45what I mean? So it was just another thing that I wasn't even planning
- 18:48on. But it's I didn't question it before I want to questioned, Well,
- 18:52that was weird. Yeah, I knew that I was being directed over
- 18:56that way. And that's what's awesome because you're saying that, and that's it
- 18:59is awesome because it's just like that, and it's how how could I say
- 19:04it? It was just and it was just. It wasn't like I heard
- 19:07someone say, hey, turn around a walk over there. I just had
- 19:11this strong desire within myself to turn around and go walk over there, which
- 19:15is weird because I'm standing in front of my vanity brushing my teeth in front
- 19:18of my mirrors. Weird, But it was it had a message for it,
- 19:22just like Spirit guides me. I'll be looking for something specific to listen
- 19:26to and on forum YouTube, because that's what I listened to all the time.
- 19:33I let I asked spirit to inspire me or whatever space I'm in,
- 19:36bring me something, so I'll start listening to something. I started listening to
- 19:40something last week and then it was talking about ego and it was talking about
- 19:44Ego list and he had done the Alex for our next Level. Soul had
- 19:48done an interview with Vishna. I think it's Vishna, the creator of mind
- 19:52valley vision, vision, vision or vision. Yeah, it's not like that,
- 19:57that's what it sounds like. He was saying. Okay, the sound
- 20:00he was saying vision, but I thought it was visionary or something like that
- 20:02before. But anyways, so anyways, he was talking and he was saying,
- 20:06like, how do you how did you manage? Because the guy says,
- 20:08I started out, did I ever talk to talk about this last week?
- 20:12Okay, how my mind is like? But I watched it too,
- 20:15and I was like, it's so cool. It is so cool and the
- 20:18thing to think about. So he's talking about the story and how he's growing
- 20:22up and I think he was around the age of fourteen books and he finds
- 20:26the Silver method, and so the Silver method, from what I understand what
- 20:30he was saying, is like a practice of maybe three or five minutes a
- 20:33day. You do it three times a day, of visualization of what you
- 20:37want to achieve. When you think about it, you're putting more effort in
- 20:41your appearance if you're doing it for your appearance, or you're just putting more
- 20:45effort instead of the opposite. With a lot of our mind talk could be
- 20:49beating us down. So now you're you're devoting time to yourself for whatever you're
- 20:53trying to create. So anyways, he goes through this and him as a
- 20:57kid vision had all these you know, breakouts on the skin and stuff.
- 21:03Nice. I guess he deal at different likes for or four years, have
- 21:06been being picked on relentlessly, called all kinds of names. He finds this
- 21:10book and he starts practicing, and within a short amount of time he's healed
- 21:12the skin. The doctors couldn't heal it. The doctors couldn't do anything.
- 21:17So I think I don't remember how old he was. He was young,
- 21:19and he had started his website, started mind Valley, and then he had
- 21:22bought the rights to the Silver Method. And so he says, I went
- 21:27from making four thousand dollars a month, so now the company makes ten million
- 21:32dollars a month. And every time I say that that story is like it
- 21:36gives me goose bumps because it's just like that. He didn't have a plan
- 21:40when he started up. He didn't see like, this is how I'm gonna
- 21:42get from point A to point Z through each one of these steps and through
- 21:48his processes, he still had things that were problems. So Alex is asking
- 21:52him how did you keep your ego? How did you keep your ego out?
- 21:55And he says, I'm going to quote I think they need to be
- 21:59ego lists, but he says ego helps to guide us. And he talked
- 22:02about Jesus having if you didn't have an ego, you wouldn't do some of
- 22:04the things that he had done. Nothing wrong of it and wrong with it.
- 22:10And then we put that stuff like ooh, got put us in the
- 22:12closet. We can't have the ego out here. And I'm driving down the
- 22:15road synchronicities, right, You're just talking about synchronicities driving down the road,
- 22:18and he's talking about ego and ego lists and how it's important. I have
- 22:22never seen an eighteen wheeler pull on the trailer that said ego on it.
- 22:27I happen to look up at this trailer big it's in a big area ego,
- 22:33and just above it it says super And I thought, holy crap,
- 22:37Spirit freaking knows how to play this stuff out so well. I have full
- 22:41body of goose publems right now, but it blows. That's the fun stuff.
- 22:47This is what we came here for. It's not to get wrapped up
- 22:49in all the other stuff. It's not to get wrapped up and think I've
- 22:52got to raise my kids a certain way because I didn't do it right the
- 22:55first time. I've got to raise my grandkids a certain way because I couldn't
- 22:57do it right. No, what the hell do I want? What do
- 23:00I want? I love to be around my kids, my grandkids. Do
- 23:04I want to do that all the time. No, there's other things that
- 23:07I like to do. There's other passions that I have, And that's okay.
- 23:10And that took me like it makes you want to cry because it's it's
- 23:14okay that I don't feel like I have to take care of everything else and
- 23:18that's hard. That had been that felt hard initially, but it doesn't feel
- 23:23that way. It's just an acknowledgment that's like my soul's like, finally you're
- 23:27realizing this whole people pleaser thing you thought you had moved beyond again, right,
- 23:33it's just coming up into your experienced for another opportunity for us to grow
- 23:37from it. Thank you. I've heard other people that have things that trigger
- 23:41them. Let's use the grandkids. If I'm being triggered like that each time
- 23:47that you dive right back into it to be triggered again so that you can
- 23:49have awareness and then look at yourself and see where that's coming from. And
- 23:53I will probably tell you, not probably tell you now that I'm having this
- 23:56conversation with you, I will guarantee you it's coming from mean, not being
- 24:00seen, not being offerred, not being whatever. When I was a kid,
- 24:04not being played with, not being loved and nurtured. Not saying that
- 24:07I wasn't loved and nurtured to the best of someone's ability, I'm not saying
- 24:11that at all. But you know, we see parents all the time.
- 24:15They go to extremes of the opposite of whatever the parent did, extremes if
- 24:21their dad was manipulate and controlling. They let their kid do whatever they want
- 24:23to do because they don't want to control anything. We just we do that,
- 24:27and that's been the nature of a to be that way, and it's
- 24:32recognizing it's just it's so much more peaceful if we can just go into that
- 24:37quiet space and I can send them love and I can focus on that energy,
- 24:41and then I'm doing so much more than I can possibly do with worrying,
- 24:45because what is worrying and doing, it's creating things that I don't want
- 24:49to create. If you're worrying about your grandkids, and you're worried about your
- 24:53kids and your husband and your spouse and your parents and your kids, Like,
- 24:56if you're worried about everything, you're constantly putting out to the universe,
- 25:00this is what you want in your experience, not even knowing that that you're
- 25:04saying, Hey, this is what I want me over here. Please send
- 25:08me some more of this because you don't because it doesn't feel good. But
- 25:11you don't know until you start paying attention. Yeah, I heard a teacher,
- 25:15one of my teachers, said, worry is praying for something that you
- 25:22don't want to happen. I was like, oh, I don't. Yeah,
- 25:30it's like sitting at It's like sitting at the restaurant ordering every single thing
- 25:33you know you do not like and having it to your table. It was
- 25:37like, why is this here? I didn't ask for this, Your energy,
- 25:41did your thoughts did? No? Thank you? You can go ahead
- 25:48and take the spinach back. But I like spinach now. But yeah,
- 25:51that's what I say. I'm sure I could come up with something. Peas.
- 25:55I don't like peas, I love peas. I used to take that.
- 26:00That's another thing, you know, as to grow, we change broccoli
- 26:04rab broccoli. I would never eat rob block broccoli. I eat it every
- 26:07single day right now, and that's only changed in the last month or two.
- 26:11Yeah, I was not If I had broccoli, it had to be
- 26:14cooked, and now I eat it like every day. Nice. Yeah,
- 26:18it's awesome, always changing, always growing, always expanding. That that's interesting
- 26:27because you know, when you talk to people you haven't talk to in a
- 26:30while, they're they're holding that experience or those memories of how you were at
- 26:37that time when you were associating with them on a regular basis, and then
- 26:41time, you know, goes by, and if we're growing and learning and
- 26:45expanding and changing and evolving and doing all these things, and then what I
- 26:52find is, oh, how because I can sense that they're still living based
- 27:00on their habits and programming and everything that they have, and not much has
- 27:07changed. I feel like I don't even feel drawn to them anymore, even
- 27:11family members, like I don't feel drawn to I don't feel connected. Let's
- 27:17put it that way. There's not a connection and it's just a surfacing conversation
- 27:22and then that's that, and it's like it's awkward to me. So so,
- 27:30um, yeah, it's just interesting. But living by the way,
- 27:37by the way of just being an example, I'm I'm embracing that more and
- 27:42more is I'm just gonna be me and and um, it's not my job
- 27:49to fix people. It's not my job to step in and try to control
- 27:53situations, not my job to try to to um to the waters, keep
- 28:00the waters calm. I just because if I'm really if I'm living in us
- 28:06from a space of love more often, I just said a few minutes ago,
- 28:11I still dip into old behaviors and stuff. But if I'm living more
- 28:15from a space of love, then that means there's more calmness within me.
- 28:21There's more peace within me, there's more contentment within me. And it takes
- 28:27quite a bit to get me riled up about anything like just like, oh
- 28:34that happened, Okay, so now what are we gonna do about that?
- 28:38Right? So, And that's the space I'm holding where my husband, on
- 28:42the other hand, he lets everything bother him. He's you know, he's
- 28:47got his mind racing. He's he's got to have external things happening so that
- 28:53he can take his mind off stuff. And and and I just you know,
- 29:00I can just go within and be with my breath and and be in
- 29:03a quiet space, and and it's just it's a great indicator when you're around
- 29:11people like that, like my husband, that it's just a great indicator of
- 29:17how far I've come and where I'm at how while I'm doing It's no different
- 29:22thing going to the gym. I you know, I mentioned earlier like I'm
- 29:26doing really good at the gym, um, but when I first started with
- 29:32modified push ups, I could barely do five. It was a struggle.
- 29:37But now over time, this is um for for continuous since December, over
- 29:45this amount of time, you know, I did twenty consecutive modified pushups,
- 29:52Like so that's my indicator, that's my my how I can keep track of
- 30:00how while I'm doing there's a there's a bench press machine that I you sit
- 30:08down and you're upright and you push out. I'm still on the lowest weight
- 30:14ten pounds. But when I first started that one, doing fifteen reps was
- 30:19like a huge struggle. And then and last the end of last week,
- 30:27I did I did forty five consecutive. I'm like, look at me,
- 30:33go right, So it's that celebration of you know, you know, how
- 30:40you were. You know how you're doing. You have something to compare yourself
- 30:44to. Don't compare yourself to other people, but compare yourself to who you
- 30:48were, your old behaviors and how you used to show up, how you
- 30:52used to get triggered. And when you're in s space where it's not that
- 30:59dramatic anymore or traumatic anymore, then celebrate that within yourself. Do something for
- 31:06yourself to just acknowledge how well you are doing, because that is so vitally
- 31:11important for your growth, is to celebrate. I agree. So the next
- 31:19time my husband decides to quick dinner and I keep my happy mouth shut and
- 31:22mind my own business and let him do his own thing, I'm going to
- 31:26celebrate that. I'd be like, whoa, look at me go and allow.
- 31:33Right, we've talked about that before, kind of along those lines.
- 31:37When we do that kind of stuff, we allow someone else to be strong,
- 31:41We allow them to step into that place and learn how to grow more,
- 31:45because that's that's an opportunity for him and for you. It was an
- 31:48opportunity all the way around, and just to see how how things would turn
- 31:52out, because it's kind of a big deal. I understand that it's a
- 31:55lot of I haven't cooked for a couple of years. Really, I really
- 31:57haven't dinners, breakfast. Everything's always prepared for me. I'm lucky and I
- 32:04appreciate it, I really do. But I can tell you right now,
- 32:07for me to turn around and go cook when I used to cook all the
- 32:08time, I'm not even sure if Freeman would like because it's you know,
- 32:14it's a lot of vegetables and a lot of other stuff that wasn't stuff that
- 32:16he would have been drawn too. So I don't know how his response would
- 32:20have been to any stuff that I haven't cooked. So I mean, I
- 32:23don't know. And so just even thinking about doing that is a little bit
- 32:28I could feel a little bit of anxiety, like because you know, you
- 32:30have you want to make sure that your loved ones exactly you know, you
- 32:36want them to be thrilled by it, and it's great, and you have
- 32:38such expectation when you're doing that, and I learned not to have expectations,
- 32:43but still I still go down that path sometimes, And that would be one
- 32:45of those things that would definitely that an opportunity for triggers for sure for me
- 32:51one hundred percent, and then being okay, with. It doesn't matter if
- 32:55someone else likes it or doesn't like it. Like last night I made some
- 32:59I I made asparagus together with some broccoli, and the way I seasoned it,
- 33:02it was so delicious, like I could eat it all day long.
- 33:07But it was delicious, and he doesn't eat that stuff, so I just
- 33:08got to eat it by myself. But hey, you got it all.
- 33:12I did it. But it's just to appreciate that stuff anyways when you're making
- 33:15it. I've had other people, gentlemen that are in relationship as clients,
- 33:21tell me, if my wife's not in a good mood, I don't want
- 33:23to make a dinner because then it doesn't taste so good. But when she's
- 33:27in a great mood, it tastes amazing. And he says, that's what
- 33:30I've learned. I learned that with with a relationship. I learned that if
- 33:35they're not having it, they're not filling it, they haven't had a good
- 33:37day, they're tired, whatever is going on. If they're not moved for
- 33:40it, don't have them cooked because it's just not going to turn out.
- 33:44It just doesn't turn out good, right because we're not in that space of
- 33:45awareness. Because sometimes we'll keep going and going and going until we collapse.
- 33:52Because that's how I was until I would drop and then I just couldn't do
- 33:54anymore. That's it. I couldn't do anything. How often? I'm just
- 34:01curious, because I know I think about it, how often prior to meeting
- 34:07or having somebody fixing your meals every day? How often before that where you're
- 34:14like, man, it'd be nice somebody cook my meals for me. Man,
- 34:16it'd be nice if somebody could prepare these meals and I wouldn't have to
- 34:20cook anymore. You know, I don't even know. I don't I don't
- 34:22know if I even had those kind of thoughts because I would cook a lot.
- 34:25Jim would cook on the times that I wouldn't cook. But when the
- 34:28kid when the grandkids were over, I automatically felt like you, no matter
- 34:31when the kids were over or anything like that, they had their babies,
- 34:34I felt like I had to cook. So no matter what, I had
- 34:37to put this pressure on myself every single time that I had to go in
- 34:39and cook because those babies need to eat. Yeah. So it's like I
- 34:45would see the time to getting there and I'd be in there scrambling whatever I
- 34:47could put together. So it's like it's that I I don't know if I
- 34:52had an I don't know if I had a physical asking. But it's like
- 34:57we've heard Abraham when Esther hit channels. Abraham were always shooting a rockets of
- 35:01desire. So even amidst things that we're not, I mean, if you
- 35:06think about I'm on the opposite side of a lot of things as far as
- 35:09routines and habits and everything go. And you know, it's interesting because I've
- 35:14had things come up and I loved him very much, I really do,
- 35:16and I still love him. I will always love him. I will always
- 35:20love him. I have a bigger capacity to love him now than I did
- 35:23before because I love myself and I did not love myself before. But it's
- 35:30you know, going through that whole process him and stuff like that. I've
- 35:34had things recently and I almost feel like that he's reminded me of some of
- 35:39the shortcomings that I felt in the relationship, or how things weren't going smooth,
- 35:45or how it was such a struggle. Because it's so easy after someone
- 35:49transitions in my space, I could see all the good things that they did,
- 35:52and I'm not saying that he wasn't a good person. He was an
- 35:55excellent person. But I also know that during all that we were growing me
- 36:02that I didn't know about, but that would would hope totally have responses to
- 36:07a lot of the behaviors that he was having because he was growing. So
- 36:12it's like we were doing the best that we could. But as just remembering,
- 36:15like I said, I feel like he's flashed images inside of my mind
- 36:19to remind me of those times so that I'm not losing myself completely in him
- 36:23and losing myself completely and thinking that I was the worst thing on the planet,
- 36:30because for a while there I thought, man I was I was such
- 36:32an ugly person. How could he have loved me so much? And I
- 36:37would sit and beat myself up about things. But it's like we were both
- 36:39in a difference. We were both in that vibrational frequency or we wouldn't have
- 36:44been in it together. We were both in it together for our growth,
- 36:47and sometimes we weren't growing, and you know, it wasn't going as fast
- 36:52as it could it seems like, but it was all it was all worth
- 36:55it, and I wouldn't give it up. But I also won't give up
- 36:58more love because I deserve to have more love I deserve if the more that
- 37:01I'm here, I deserve to have that love. There's nothing I have not
- 37:06done anything wrong, no matter what, to deserve not being celebrated in love,
- 37:12because we all deserve to be celebrated and loved. And if we've done
- 37:15something that we think that maybe we fell short, then it's just to appreciate
- 37:20ourselves and know, look at how much we've grown. And that was all
- 37:22it was was an experience. It was an experience from this level, from
- 37:29this first plane level, from this human experience. And I just want to
- 37:31add to that that it's that's the whether you call it a soul contract between
- 37:37you and Jim or or whatever, that was the purpose of that relationship.
- 37:44That's for you to to understand and to have moved through. And people outside
- 37:50of that, in their human bodies, it doesn't matter if they understand it
- 37:55or not. Absolutely their business, yeah, journey, because they have their
- 38:02own experiences, honestly. Yeah. And so you know, we come back
- 38:07around to judgment when somebody external is judging you for for how you handled things
- 38:14between you and you're at that time spouse that UM get they're judging you,
- 38:22but really they're judging themselves. There's something about you and about your experience that's
- 38:29triggering them to bring up those judgments. But it's up to them to heal
- 38:34those triggers. And so we're always we're continuously being students and teachers for one
- 38:42another. Um, what you do with the information is on an individual basis,
- 38:47BEB and I. We choose to learn and grow and change and evolved
- 38:53is continuous. That's just something that we just do now. UM, that's
- 38:58part of who we are as part of our programming now is part of our
- 39:02practice. And UM, the only difference between us and the audience whoever's watching
- 39:10this is that we've probably been practicing it longer. That's it. And it
- 39:15doesn't matter what age you start to start start listening to your intuition. That's
- 39:23tells you just to go ahead and turn around over there and look at there's
- 39:27eleven cents. Go do this because and that those these are all ways that
- 39:31spirit and ourselves have left us all kinds of messages ahead of time, like
- 39:37it's all it's all because time doesn't matter. It does here because it helps
- 39:43us to kind of gauge where we're at, where we need to go next.
- 39:45It's not like it's a punishment or anything like that. It's just that's
- 39:49just part of our daily routines. That's how that we know. The seasons
- 39:52change and just a lot of different things. We're just going through change.
- 39:57And gosh, if you think about it, if the times just letting us
- 40:00know that change is inevitable, it's constant because it's constantly changing no matter what,
- 40:06with or without you. I was like the tree, right, the
- 40:09tree loses its leaves in the fall so that there can be new growth in
- 40:14the spring, and so that then there's shade during the summer. I mean,
- 40:17it's it's the tree is always changing. It's growing, it's shedding,
- 40:23it's growing and shed like it's continuous. And that's kind of what you know
- 40:28the snake. As the snake grows, it sheds its current skin and grows,
- 40:32gets bigger and then sheds and bigger. Like that's us. We're shedding
- 40:37those layers were we're growing and evolving and shedding, and it's just it's continuous.
- 40:45If you choose again, lots of moths coming every time going over there,
- 40:55say that again, have you had lots of moths coming into the office
- 40:59when doing at the office. I know every time I opened up the door.
- 41:04But it's it's transformation. And to me, that's like, there's huge
- 41:07transformation that's happening in that space. That's another form of messages, right we're
- 41:12getting messages again by the plethora of freaking moths that are coming. I mean,
- 41:16it is. It's it's a lot. Like it's a lot, I'm
- 41:22telling you, And I have to go in there and all I have to
- 41:23sweep up and vacuum and because they will just drop and then they're all by
- 41:28the I mean they're everywhere. And then someone opens the door and I'm like,
- 41:30oh, I let them mop and I'm like, no, you just
- 41:31like five and yeah. That is it just is. That's where we're at
- 41:37right now. But it is. And that goes back to what you were
- 41:39talking about kind of earlier. You said you had touched on how important it
- 41:45is for us to I don't remember how you said it, but it's important
- 41:49for us to all come together because we do start helping each other. Like
- 41:52we go back to the metronome tick tick, and when that environment has a
- 41:58high vibrational frequency, anything that comes into it's going to start raising up to
- 42:01that vibration. Naturally, that's how we change the whole world. It's not
- 42:07it's by these little tiny acts. You know, everyone's talking about these big
- 42:10things to do, and it's like these little tiny things that we do by
- 42:15coming together. Because now we're coming together with a group that's just having deep
- 42:20conversations. That's it. That is it. And if more and more people
- 42:23would get together and start making that be the goal instead of Hey, I'm
- 42:29gonna invite I'm gonna invite the old them and the old Amy to this party
- 42:32because they are the lives of the party. People have off the last Yeah.
- 42:37Now because because we would drink and here's to sister Amy, sister Amyan,
- 42:40we could drink and and have a party and have all these songs and
- 42:45be drunk. But these and those conversations could be it could be deeper conversations.
- 42:51But I don't remember me having deeper conversations when now it's in those spaces
- 42:54and I feel for me, I feel like alcohol actually changes the vibrational frequency
- 43:00and kind of drops you a little bit lower. And then if you think
- 43:02about that, if you have a whole bunch of this my minds it's processing,
- 43:06but you have a whole bunch of energies that are coming together for this
- 43:07big party. Right, what in common do we have? Does everyone's gonna
- 43:12they're gonna grab different drinks, but we're all gonna drink. But we're all
- 43:15going to kind of match down here and stead way up here, and then
- 43:17sometimes we'll get kind it can get kind of crazy. But now get together
- 43:22and have deep conversations, have conversations that matter that you that you walk out
- 43:25that room and you feel like, oh my god, I feel lighter today.
- 43:29I feel like anything is possible. Today. I'm going to go buy
- 43:31a lot of ey chicket. I don't know why, you know, it's
- 43:34just like because it just feels like anything as possible. Yeah, And that's
- 43:37because we come together, and that's how we we co create, and that's
- 43:40how we evolve, and that's how we change the whole world without having to
- 43:44think that we have to change something. So, just like you said,
- 43:47lead by example, we're leading by example. We don't have to fix anybody.
- 43:52We don't have to tell them that they're doing something wrong. If they
- 43:54feel like that they need questions or have some answers that maybe we can ask.
- 43:59You can ask questions and then we'll see what the universe brings. But
- 44:02I mean, that's what it's all about. It's just having these deep conversations
- 44:06and then growing and evolving together, being more than we were just a few
- 44:09moments before. We walked into a space. Right, It's awesome. While
- 44:14you were talking, I was looking up on next level. So the lady
- 44:17I just listened to doctor Yvonne Casson check. She's she's had five NDEs in
- 44:25her lifetime, five near death experiences. But what I love so much about
- 44:31listening to her is just you could feel the love that was coming away out
- 44:37from her, like her love for the experience that she had, for the
- 44:42near death experiences of the other side and being in that loving space, and
- 44:47she just you could just see her feeling it so deeply and then expressing that
- 44:55outward and her I mean, the main thing I was listening to, and
- 45:04most NDEs say, this is what we think is important in this life is
- 45:09not. What's important is love. That we love each other, that we
- 45:15love ourselves, that we love each other. That's what's important, and and
- 45:21it's most I've hit on this before in other videos. What I have found
- 45:25is for most people, especially women, it's somewhere around forty forty years old
- 45:35that we start thinking about life differently, we start questioning. That's a lot
- 45:42of times that's when the questions start popping up of what's my purpose? Why
- 45:47are we here? What's the point of life? Right? I mean I
- 45:51was asking those questions in early, early in life, but it's usually around
- 45:57forty when when people start really thinking about being here on this planet and why.
- 46:06And she's she was just like m Yvonne cass And she's just like,
- 46:12it's to love. We're just here to love. Is she reconciled a long
- 46:17standing um disconnect from her father. They came back together. They had a
- 46:25relationship for a few years. I think, I don't know, she said
- 46:30seven years. But anyway, that she was able to have a relationship with
- 46:35her dad before he died, she's able to reconcile that. But she said,
- 46:38you know why, he was still himself. He was still the way
- 46:43he was before our disagreement. He was still the same. She goes,
- 46:47I changed and I loved him and I was able to have a relationship with
- 46:54him before he died. And how many people, you know have those regrets?
- 47:02Oh my gosh, I should have said this, or I should have
- 47:05done that, or we should have did decent you know, and it's like
- 47:09we're here to love, We're here to learn to love each other in our
- 47:14physical bodies. Yes. Yeah, So if you haven't watched that video,
- 47:23I would suggested I have started watching it, and it's I find it fascinating
- 47:32that you who bring that. I just got delivered to two new books,
- 47:37so I'm telling you, yeah, I got some medical medium Brainsaver and the
- 47:52Medical Medium um book. Yeah, see behind Chronic and Mystery Illness. Um.
- 48:01Oh, shoot, what's his name? Anthony william Milliam. So she
- 48:06just got two books by Anthony Williams. M I did. I've got four
- 48:10other ones, so now I've got six. I think I've got all of
- 48:14his books. So, but there's a lot of valuable information in it.
- 48:19Yeah, No, I just canna say. They're really full of information.
- 48:23They're pretty amazing. They really are. And you just but again, you
- 48:27just take whatever resonates with you. And a lot of his stuff has It's
- 48:30actually changed my life, it really has. There's a lot of things.
- 48:36But also I will tell you people to listen. She has such valuable information.
- 48:42You can find her on YouTube. Valuable information. Like just Barbara O'Neill
- 48:50talks. She talks about a lot of hormones, just different foods and stuff
- 48:55like that. She's talked about Anna's wild gams which helps to balance out hormone.
- 49:00That doesn't matter what age you are, but you know, you could
- 49:02be eighteen and ninety two, it doesn't matter. It's beneficial. There's just
- 49:07so many things that are beneficial for us. And we've got these books and
- 49:12nobody can change them. So in this time space reality, there has been
- 49:16things that have been known to be changed or omitted, deleted, whatever you
- 49:21want to call it. Does no longer exist. People disappear. So it's
- 49:24like I take information as much as I can from someone else's knowledge because well,
- 49:30personally, right now I'm resonating with it. I get pulled in that
- 49:32direction. It's making a difference in my body. It's making a difference in
- 49:36the way that I feel on a daily basis. You know, leading from
- 49:39a diet that was bodybuilding diet, which was I had a lot of protein,
- 49:45a lot of carbs, and barely any facts. I had no Sivian
- 49:49because I didn't have enough knowledge about the information before. But just learning and
- 49:52even watching my grandkids. So this has actually helped me me having swelling in
- 49:57my legs forth I don't know, thirty years and not realizing what was going
- 50:01on. I was very super salt sensitive and I would not ever add salt
- 50:07to my food, and I didn't I didn't like to go out to eat
- 50:12food because of a salt because I couldn't regulate because as soon as I had
- 50:15it, I would have the swelling. And now it's because I know it's
- 50:17because first of all, having the celtic the minerals in it, but having
- 50:22that with making sure I'm having a potassium throughout the helps the fluid get into
- 50:29the cells. But there's so many things that are going on it and I
- 50:31recognize it my grandkids. My daughter says, oh yeah, she'll drink water
- 50:35and it goes right through her. If it's going right through you, you
- 50:37need potassium and you need sodium in your diet. You're missing something in those
- 50:42things in your diet. Then you need to start looking at it. Find
- 50:45the foods that has I'm kind of gravitating towards because that's even less expensive when
- 50:51you think about it. And if you can grow your own foods, gosh,
- 50:53we can grow it inside windows, inside the house, you can there's
- 50:57so many places that you can grow things smaller outs of things that you have
- 51:00access to it, so you know what's going into your soils and stuff.
- 51:04There's just a different way to make your life better. And this is this
- 51:07where I've been being guided to. So it's not right or wrong, but
- 51:09this is what's what my body needed. So it's been amazing step that's been
- 51:15coming into my experience. And how is it all getting there? Because I'm
- 51:19open, right, I'm worsening. She's on her playground and she's ready to
- 51:22play and receive. That's right, And really we're all about solutions. So
- 51:27I'm all about solutions. I'm I'm not sitting in I'm not saying that I
- 51:30don't because I do sometimes sit and look at the problem. But then I
- 51:34also realized now I don't have to spend any time in that. First of
- 51:37all, it doesn't feel good, and that's that's a lot of why a
- 51:39lot of my behaviors and stuff have changed because I don't like the way it
- 51:43feels. I don't want to be in that same space again. You know,
- 51:45I'm always saying, well, how do I change? Oh, they
- 51:47say this well, well, but I don't know how to change, We'll
- 51:50just stop doing it. Well, how do I do that? Well,
- 51:52you'll know when you get sick and tired of doing a certain behavior all the
- 51:57time, or you or you catch yourself thinking and staying bullshit and I those
- 52:00bullshit thoughts, they don't serve you, they don't feel good. There's no
- 52:05growth in it. And it's it's creating, trying to create from the past,
- 52:08because it's all the past information that I had in trying to create from
- 52:12that space, I'm just not anymore. And one of the most amazing things
- 52:16if you can get into anybody can get into the practice of it, when
- 52:20you start having a trigger, have awareness, like it's almost as if you
- 52:22come outside of yourself and you watch yourself with this trigger. Because when you
- 52:28come out of that space and you ask, now, you can say,
- 52:30I wonder what the solution is? And am I really curious? I might
- 52:35ask where did this come from? Where did this? Where did this originate
- 52:37from? When did this start? Was it even in my experience or was
- 52:40it my ancestors? Was it even mine? Because some of the stuff I'm
- 52:45starting to recognize because I'm asking the questions I start getting subtle differences about what's
- 52:50mine and what isn't mine. What was my ancestors? Just like I say,
- 52:54when someone pops into your head, play with it, like you said,
- 52:58because it's our playground, pops into your head all out of the blue.
- 53:01You weren't thinking about them. They were thinking about you. Call them
- 53:06they were. If you feel like something that's been big recently, is apologizing
- 53:10because that was on that vision that interviewed you, is apologizing, not holding
- 53:15that, not keeping all that stuff inside of yourself. An apology doesn't We've
- 53:19talked about so many times, but I have to stress it because I go
- 53:22through the same thing too. And sometimes I didn't think my biological father,
- 53:25I didn't really think I need to apologize to him, but I think there
- 53:29are some things that I was kind of a shitty to him a couple of
- 53:30times. Do I have to do it in firston? No, I can
- 53:34go into meditation and I can have a heartfelt conversation with him to tell him
- 53:37how much I appreciate him, because i've because I wouldn't be here if he
- 53:42hadn't been a contributor in that relationship with my mother. So I mean,
- 53:46there's just so many different things, but I don't want to carry this stuff.
- 53:50And I didn't know that my dad was something to come up with that
- 53:53being a situation. But I have realized recently and I've tried to and my
- 54:00biological father, I really don't call him a dad because he really wasn't able
- 54:05to be a dad, but it's I haven't wasn't able to find any information
- 54:09on him. So I was like, it's okay, because it's just it's
- 54:14the conversation between soul and a soul that's going to happen, and that's the
- 54:17better conversation anyways, because a lot of times we have these conversations with people
- 54:22and we don't even realize that. Because I've thought about some of the things
- 54:24that would come forward to apologize or even for with my stepdad, So I
- 54:30could go into places like that and I can see I haven't always been easy.
- 54:35I could see where where he was flawed in our relationship at the end
- 54:38there it's not really the end, but I mean during that time frame.
- 54:44But I can also see I had There's no way that I was one hundred
- 54:49percent a loving person then, because I wasn't even a one hundred percent loving
- 54:52even in my relationship with my husband, with my kids, with my mom,
- 54:57because I was not in a space to be that way. So I
- 54:59also see that I contributed to this some of the energies as well. And
- 55:04before I was it was so easy to put the blame on someone else.
- 55:07And I'll tell anybody, if you could put the blame all on someone else,
- 55:10you're not You're not seeing the full picture because you don't want to see
- 55:14yet. And that's okay. There's nothing wrong with that because maybe that's all
- 55:17that you can handle at that time, because that's all that I can handle.
- 55:21That you're disempowering yourself too, and you because you're giving all the power
- 55:23to the other person because of the behavior. I'm like this, so,
- 55:28yeah, I have no power over myself. So when you take no responsibility.
- 55:35Yeah, and then this again, if you're holding someone in darkness,
- 55:37you hold yourself in that same darkness. You want to be out there and
- 55:40be love and light, but yet you're it sat about something because somebody to
- 55:45do something that was right or did something wrong against you. And I'm not
- 55:49saying that it wasn't wrong against somebody. Judgment, by the way, it
- 55:52is a judgment, but to realize it was an experience, it was an
- 55:58opportunity, and it was another way of use seeing how you're showing up.
- 56:01So if we're all if, if all the if, everybody's a character that's
- 56:06shown up my experiences, they're just doing their job at the same time,
- 56:13just as I was doing my job at the time, and they're shown up
- 56:15in the best way they know how to in that moment, one hundred percent.
- 56:19And it doesn't mean that it was bad. It was just the best
- 56:21they could do. And how how could we How could I judge someone else
- 56:25by their best when I'll tell you how because I've judged myself at my best.
- 56:30Yeah, And that's that right there, and lets me know that there
- 56:35was no reason for me to be judging myself. It just show up and
- 56:37do your best every day. It's not always gonna be Yeah, my best
- 56:43isn't your best. Yeah, And it's not the same every day. We
- 56:46don't maintain that. We don't go out and be like, I'm gonna be
- 56:49perfect the best. Well, you're gonna be perfectly amy, I'll be perfectly
- 56:52bad. Then we'll show up the best the best way. Yeah, I
- 56:58was. I also watched UM, a podcast by ed my let and he
- 57:05talked to doctor Caroline Leaf and they talked about neuroscience, and so I would
- 57:12highly recommend watching that too because it's very beneficial in some tips and tricks and
- 57:17how to change your change, reprogramming yourself and creating different habits in um,
- 57:30it's kind of like using visualization, but it's a little different. And I
- 57:34was like, Oh, this is good, this is really good. I
- 57:37got it. I got excited about him. Probably gonna watch it again because
- 57:39I got pretty when when when it comes about the brain and how we operate
- 57:44and show up. Man, I'm interested in those things, and I get
- 57:46excited about him and probably, um, it's not as shod that I know.
- 57:53I know I'm at where I'm at because this is where I'm supposed to
- 57:55be. But I should probably should have been a neurosciences because I just love
- 58:00the brain and all that stuff. But also I can take that information and
- 58:06turn it into simple term, simple language to coach, right, So I'm
- 58:12like a conduit for the information. So I know I'm right where I'm supposed
- 58:15to be. I just said that out of humor, and um, but
- 58:19I do. I really it really intrigues me. How how we show up
- 58:24and how we can change it and the things that we can do. But
- 58:28really the responsibilities on us. It's not about anybody else. What was the
- 58:34interviewee ed my let? Who who did he interview? Caroline Leaf laf okay
- 58:45And it was just released. It shows released nine hours ago, so it
- 58:50was just release. Gotcha for some reason, I kind of don't gravitate towards
- 58:54him, and there's someone else that does. We used to watch him.
- 58:59I used to watch you watched him, and I used to watch them all
- 59:00the time. But then it got to be too business. Ye I guess
- 59:04is it felt like for me? So I'll go back and listen to this.
- 59:07That's why I liked about Alex Frori because he has such a wide range.
- 59:13It's constantly getting my attention, right, So all this one's got my
- 59:15attention now too, so I'll go my lad. He's It's been interesting watching
- 59:20him evolved because the more people he's interviewed, the more you can feel him
- 59:25leaning more into the i'm gonna say feminine energy, meaning the nurturing and the
- 59:31spirituality and in corporate he's he goes to church, he does, he believes
- 59:37in God, he believes in Jesus, he prays. He does. You
- 59:39know, he's considers himself Christian, but he's also very aware of the spiritual
- 59:45aspects of energy and spirit and that type of language. And you can see
- 59:52how he has blended those two and how much softer he's gotten. That's where
- 59:58that feminine energy like, he's incorporating that feminine energy and bringing more harmony to
- 1:00:04the feminine masculine energy. Um, and it's showing up. And it's just
- 1:00:08it's been great to see him evolve in that. And I think he's a
- 1:00:15great interviewer. The people that he interviews. He asked some amazing questions and
- 1:00:21brings forward some gets some bring forward some great information. And so, um,
- 1:00:25I'll listen to him as well. Yeah. Yeah, it's evolved quite
- 1:00:32quite a bit over these past couple of years. And yeah, and and
- 1:00:37I and I haven't, like I said, I haven't watched him that very
- 1:00:38much. There's another one that we would watch too. Um it's just like
- 1:00:43I said, it was just because it was I appreciated the conversations, but
- 1:00:46it was like some self help stuff, and um, I feel drawn more
- 1:00:52to the spiritual stuff. Yeah, which is so I'm glad that he's changing
- 1:00:57otherwise, like we've said, like you said, I wouldn't be I would
- 1:01:00be hearing this conversation otherwise. Well, the idea that he's even open because
- 1:01:04it just yeah, the idea that he's even open to hearing, Yeah,
- 1:01:08the spiritual aspects, because he had he's had a like a spiritual well,
- 1:01:14he's he's interviewed I think he's interviewed Michael Bernard Beckwin, I think. But
- 1:01:19he did have another pastor on there where they talked about spiritual stuff and religion
- 1:01:25stuff. Um, but he he had John Edwards on there, the you
- 1:01:30know, world renowned psychic medium, Yeah, John Edwards. And in the
- 1:01:35idea that he's just he's been open, right, He's he's been asking those
- 1:01:39internal questions and he's been open to letting those people come so that he can
- 1:01:45interview him and get more more information. And he's he's he's um embracing that.
- 1:01:53I think. So we're watching him yeah, well, which is awesome.
- 1:01:58Yeah, I love it. And of course, you know, the
- 1:02:00more he grows and changes and is better in himself, that's affecting his family
- 1:02:06and friends and and emitting out. He's a big influencer. He's like one
- 1:02:09of the number one or top podcast growing podcasts, and and so he's affecting
- 1:02:16millions of people, and then that's emitting out from each and every one of
- 1:02:21us who's watching it, right, So there's so much energetic growth and change
- 1:02:25happening because so many people are showing up doing this work. Alex Ferrari talks
- 1:02:32about how his podcast has grown exponentially over these past couple of years, and
- 1:02:39so people taking that information and right and taking it, and then all the
- 1:02:45people that are being interviewed and they're right. So it's just this continuous outflow
- 1:02:50of goodness that's happening and love that um and then you know, we're showing
- 1:02:55up doing this every week. So the more people we have doing this stuff,
- 1:03:00Wow, what's going to happen next year, five years? Right,
- 1:03:04it's just going to be incredible. I mean, le even look at our
- 1:03:08time frames. We blink and it's like two months have gone by. I
- 1:03:12mean it's really the time frames are fast, so we're just in that space
- 1:03:16now. It's to see it in a lot of ways. My mind before
- 1:03:21it was like, oh I love this fast. I love this fast because
- 1:03:22that means we're gaining knowledge faster. Everything's happening faster, but at some points
- 1:03:28it feels like is that a natural flow? I mean, should it be
- 1:03:31that fast or were to be better if we kind of slow down and savor
- 1:03:37the flavor of this new path that we're all on, this new growth that
- 1:03:42we're all in, or do we just just keep constantly evolving just celebrated anyways,
- 1:03:45like to go along the whole path, because it's we have control over
- 1:03:49that time frame. And I know you know this because we can have it
- 1:03:52with sometimes like you, when we're doing something in the flow, we could
- 1:03:55achieve a million things at one time. I mean, it seems like because
- 1:04:00at the end of a couple of hours, you've already finished everything that felt
- 1:04:02daunting maybe a few days ago, and you've just got into different taking care
- 1:04:08of We grow fast that way. There's just it's just interesting because I also
- 1:04:14know that in a massage, I used to keep a track on the time,
- 1:04:16like, oh, I spent way too much time on the back,
- 1:04:18and then I'd be like, worried, I spent a half an hour on
- 1:04:20the back. They are always muscles and I'm trying to get to go the
- 1:04:23rest of the things, and it's like I don't. I haven't done that
- 1:04:26forever, but I didn't recognize it until I started noticing, Oh gosh,
- 1:04:31how did I finish that? So how am I all the way over on
- 1:04:34this side and where we still have like twenty minutes left? Or like,
- 1:04:38how is that possible? Because I and then I had to learn I don't
- 1:04:42even question myself now, I don't put a time frame on each part of
- 1:04:45the body. I go through the body knowing that I'm going to finish at
- 1:04:47the right time because I'm taking care of everything. If I have an extra
- 1:04:50twenty minutes for the neck, the neck meets an extra twenty minutes because there's
- 1:04:54some conversations, there's some holds, there's some whatever's happening, whatever I get
- 1:04:58shown, I just do just like standing in the bathroom and you know,
- 1:05:02and then feel like I need to go look at the other mirror for some
- 1:05:04reason and then seeing there's a pill. So I mean, it's just little
- 1:05:10things like that. It's so subtle like that. If we just listen to
- 1:05:12that little stuff every single day, our days are so much better. Yeah,
- 1:05:17I don't playground all day, and it is fun. I love the
- 1:05:25synchronicity stories. I just love them because there's just so much magic in them
- 1:05:30and it's it's it just adds so much playfulness and brightness, like connection because
- 1:05:41you know, you came into came into um an experience with somebody else.
- 1:05:50So it's fun when you get to do that, coming coming into an experience
- 1:05:55with somebody else, and that you get to share and how you got there,
- 1:05:58right, And then that actually just goes way back to our birth and
- 1:06:01before when we were in spirit, all the choices and decisions we made that
- 1:06:06brought us to that point where I where I found this diamond penny and then
- 1:06:12I posted and then my mom's like, oh I just found a dime,
- 1:06:15thanks for posting. Like everything that's happened in life has brought us to this
- 1:06:19moment. And that's you know in Bev's talking about earlier, is I love
- 1:06:24all of me. That means my entire life, all my decisions, my
- 1:06:30whole story, where I'm at now, all of it, all of it.
- 1:06:36So we get better at writing all writing that Dirk face. Yes,
- 1:06:45I'm just saying it because I've had my moments. We have to remember I
- 1:06:48was a person that was very angry most of my life, and then I
- 1:06:51didn't want anyone getting close to me, And how was it I to protect
- 1:06:55myself because I had this force field, if I had this energy, if
- 1:06:58I had this just angry anger energy about me, and it's like who wants
- 1:07:04to approach that all the time? Well, if some people think they would
- 1:07:08want to, they did. So I mean, I'm sorry though, but
- 1:07:13I love all of it. I love all of it. And this because
- 1:07:16if if you think about that was my little kid that was showing up looking
- 1:07:19old, big and truugh stuff as she could so no one would mess with
- 1:07:23her and pick on her right. So that's all I mean it was.
- 1:07:26That was it? Simply awesome. Wow, there's a lot there today.
- 1:07:32So I hope, I hope you all got something out of this, and
- 1:07:36we appreciate your time and energy. Be sure to share us with your friends
- 1:07:40and family that you know they're probably going to get something out of it too.
- 1:07:44So this is tea time with Amy and Bev and we will be back
- 1:07:47next week. Have a matchical week, See you later, good Bye,
