SPEAKER_00: Klundaf Kuf Mem, the last daf of Msatchun that we're gonna go do together.
• 0:07
SPEAKER_00: So uh I think we covered most of it together.
• 0:09
  SPEAKER_00: But whoever's holding, that'll be a nice we'll get that done.
• 0:14
SPEAKER_00: But we're holding right now towards the bottom of Kuflam and Testament base where we ended off yesterday.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_00: Where are we over here?
• 0:24
SPEAKER_00: I think like five lines, six lines from the where it gets wide.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_00: I'm really papunai the Ramasla.
• 0:30
  SPEAKER_00: The Papunai.
• 0:31
SPEAKER_00: The people from Papuna, they said to Riv Masla.
• 0:34
  SPEAKER_00: Matsu can be reshalada.
• 0:35
  SPEAKER_00: What's the alakha?
• 0:36
  SPEAKER_00: So we're coming off a Gemara.
• 0:37
SPEAKER_00: The last Gemar just to end it.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_00: This is ending off the last uh Gemar we're doing right now.
• 0:40
SPEAKER_00: We're coming off the last Gemar that was discussing where you find the can, you find a nest in random places.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_00: Meaning we saw it's totally on the word derech because it says derech by Shullah Khan, and therefore only something that's considered bad derek, you would be hai in Shiloh Khakan.
• 0:52
SPEAKER_00: So what if you find in the middle in the sky, says the Gemaro?
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: You have a pasik that says derech, uh that calls the sky derech, and maybe you should be high in Shilokha Khan.
• 0:59
SPEAKER_00: Same thing for the yam.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_00: The Gemara entertained all that, and now we have the Papuna asking her of Masna, and that's the reason we're bringing this right now.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_00: What if you find a Khan Braj and you find the nest literally on a person's head?
• 1:09
SPEAKER_00: They built a nest on the guy's head, he's walking around.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_00: No, is there a khiv Shilulah Hakan or not?
• 1:13
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 1:14
SPEAKER_00: Is this a normal thing?
• 1:14
SPEAKER_00: Is it considered like it's on the floor or not?
• 1:16
  SPEAKER_00: So Umar V'adama al-Raishah.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_00: We see sometimes as a possible quoting that you can have a dhamma al-Raisha, and therefore you technically would be high in Shiluh Kha Khan.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: And the Papunai on that note continued asking Ramasana, and this part is very famous.
• 1:35
SPEAKER_00: So no, Myshima Tara Min9 Rash he says, before before uh Klaimah, Asulavi Bishagaman, the way Rash explains it is uh before Maisha was around, where do we find an illusion that Mysha is gonna be here?
• 1:47
SPEAKER_00: Where do we find the Tara before Mysha was actually born?
• 1:49
SPEAKER_00: So Myshima Tami Nain, Bishhagamhu Basar.
• 1:52
SPEAKER_00: And Bishhagam Rash explains it's Gematria Moisha, and it's a gamatria to Mysha.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_00: This is uh by the this is by the the Mabul, right?
• 2:01
SPEAKER_00: Vahim Rashemla Yadun Ruhhiba Adam Bah Adam La Bishagamu Basr Vayu Yamav Mehva Asamashana.
• 2:06
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gematria Mysha, Bishhagamu Basar, and then Vahu Yamav, Mehva Asamashana.
• 2:10
SPEAKER_00: Maisha lived 120 years, and the Gematria of Bishhagam is Maisha, and that is the Moishimanatara.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_00: That's the Ramsa the Moshimanatara.
• 2:17
  SPEAKER_00: Hamin Minatarminain.
• 2:18
SPEAKER_00: Where do we see Homanatarah?
• 2:20
  SPEAKER_00: Hamminhoit.
• 2:21
  SPEAKER_00: So that's also delicious.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_00: Estraminatarminain, where do we see Estran Drva Nahi Hastir Aster Panay?
• 2:27
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 2:28
  SPEAKER_00: So that's Estraminatara.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_00: Modha Minatarinayan Dhsev Mordrar M Targamina.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_00: What's the targam of Mordrar?
• 2:34
  SPEAKER_00: Which are the spices?
• 2:35
  SPEAKER_00: So that's Maria Dachya.
• 2:36
  SPEAKER_00: It's Murdhai, Marya Dachya.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_00: So that is what the Paphunoi were asking, Revmasna.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: And these are all the Ramazin that he gave over a lot to talk about over here, but we're going to do what we do.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_00: So we said in the Mishnah that the only time you're going to be high in Shiluahakan is Kiyi Kore Kansipo Levanakhabadarach, right?
• 2:56
SPEAKER_00: When it happens, ki kare, memural, it's time happens.
• 2:59
  SPEAKER_00: But not mizumin.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_00: Not if it's set up, it's in your house, it's you know prepared.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_00: That no, that there's not gonna be a khiyov in Shidulah Khan.
• 3:05
SPEAKER_00: Say the Gemarv, and what's considered not Mizumin, that there will be a khiov in Shiluhakan.
• 3:11
  SPEAKER_00: Rib Khiav Rib Shiman.
• 3:13
SPEAKER_00: So we're going right now, not on that part, sorry, we're going on the Vhulu, where the Mishnah discussed the uh Yoinus Hadracius or Hardasias, depending on the gear style.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_00: These Yonis Hardasias, those are much more domesticated and it's not considered Mizuman.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_00: It's not that that is considered Mizuman, there's not going to be a khi of Shilulah Khan.
• 3:29
SPEAKER_00: So says the government, what are these hardasyas?
• 3:31
SPEAKER_00: What are these birds that we mentioned in the Mishnah?
• 3:32
  SPEAKER_00: So Bhiaber of Shimon.
• 3:34
SPEAKER_00: One of them said, Hadani, Hadarsius.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: One put the Dalit before the Rish, Hadarsias.
• 3:38
  SPEAKER_00: The Hadani Hardasias.
• 3:41
SPEAKER_00: So if you put the Dalid before the Rish, well, like one of them said, Hadarsias, so that's Milosh Hurdus, like Herod, Herod the Great.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_00: So these pigeons were something that were uh, you know, they were uh they were from uh Herod the Great.
• 3:52
SPEAKER_00: He grew them, whatever it was.
• 3:53
  SPEAKER_00: So Hurdus, that's Hedarsius.
• 3:56
SPEAKER_00: These are the birds from Hurdus.
• 3:57
SPEAKER_00: The Khattani Hardasios with the Rish before the Dalit, that it comes before, as the government is about to explain, but basically a place like uh Rhodes, maybe someone wants to say, but Hardasius.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: But Mantani Hardassius Hall Sham Hurdus, that comes from Hurdus.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_00: And they come from a place called Hard Hardasia or Rhodes, whatever you want to call it.
• 4:17
SPEAKER_00: So as Amar of Khanar, of Khanov says, Medidi Khazion.
• 4:21
SPEAKER_00: I saw these birds from uh Hurdus, the Kaiman Shitsu Dari, there were 16 rows of them, the Fati Mila, and they were it was a mill wide.
• 4:32
SPEAKER_00: There were 16 rows of these birds, Mamish lined up uh uh for Hurdus, and it was a row and it was a mill wide.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: And they were calling out, these birds were talking, they were trained to say, My master, my master, kirikur, referring to uh Hurdus here.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_00: Have a chadminayu, to lay havikari, kirikira.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_00: One of them were not calling kirikiri, one of them was not obeying, he was not uh doing his uh master calling.
• 4:52
SPEAKER_00: So I'm in a chaberta, so it's bird all of a sudden started talking to him.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_00: It's uh its friend started talking to him, and he said, Summa! It's like I was using a lush, like, what are you thinking?
• 5:00
  SPEAKER_00: You're a Summa.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: I'm Rikirikiir, you have to say Kiri Kir, foul the foul suit over here.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_00: So Amra, Suma, Amri Kiribiri.
• 5:07
SPEAKER_00: So the bird answered back, you're getting it all wrong.
• 5:09
SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm saying under my breath, I have saying kiriku, but I'm not saying kirikiri, I'm saying kiribiri.
• 5:13
  SPEAKER_00: Referring to Hurdus.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_00: Biri is like uh uh lush of Evid.
• 5:17
SPEAKER_00: Because we know Hurdus was not a legitimate king, it was an Evid, the whole story over there.
• 5:21
SPEAKER_00: But the point is that I'm really saying a negative thing about Hurdus.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_00: I'm saying Kiribiri and Asiwa, once the servants and the guards over there, whatever, got wind of what's going on with this bird, and what's he's what he's saying?
• 5:30
SPEAKER_00: Asiwab is shaktu, and they went and shachted it.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_00: And this is Rab Khanin, or this is Rafkahana saying this over, which uh brings in many problems, of course, because Rafkhana was in Amoira much later on, and Hurdus was at the time of Bayashani.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: He was the king of Earth in the time of Bayashani, and um, so what exactly is going on?
• 5:46
SPEAKER_00: So Rashi seems to say that what's what what happened is that that we're talking about the birds that were the the the tsetzaim of those birds of Hurdus, and for somehow they kept with this minog and they were still paying tribute to Uhurdus himself, and even the Avadim that were around, Rashi says right here, Avadim Shhenisha Rumeh Hurdus.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: The Avadim that were Nishan Rumehavde Hurdus Because obviously Rivkahana is uh the Amaira is not in a time of uh Hurdus the Great.
• 6:13
SPEAKER_00: But says the Gemara Umar Ravashi, Rivashi says on that that Amr Ribchanina Milan.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: Rivchanina is stamps saying words.
• 6:20
SPEAKER_00: Sounds like he's saying things that aren't true.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_00: Like this couldn't have happened.
• 6:23
SPEAKER_00: Or Hurdus, Rivkana saw the birds that are talking from times of Hurdus.
• 6:27
SPEAKER_00: What exactly is going on?
• 6:28
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't make any sense.
• 6:28
  SPEAKER_00: So Milan Salgadakh really?
• 6:30
SPEAKER_00: Rivkana Rivashi said that about Rivkanah.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_00: What that he stamps saying shhthus, he's stamm saying lies, it can't be.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_00: The way Rashi says it, he's saying Milan, the Umar Rafkaana, Didi Khazi, Rafkana said, I saw it.
• 6:43
SPEAKER_00: He wouldn't say it if it's not true.
• 6:44
SPEAKER_00: What do you mean me saying Milan?
• 6:45
  SPEAKER_00: He's stam saying things.
• 6:46
  SPEAKER_00: So Elaima Bim Milan.
• 6:48
SPEAKER_00: What Ravashi meant to say is he's saying Bim Milan.
• 6:51
SPEAKER_00: What Rafkaana saw was bin milen.
• 6:53
SPEAKER_00: It was using Milan, which means over here that it was using ksofin, Rashi.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, this is not an easy story to understand, and therefore the way this happened is there was sorcery going on, there's all types of kishuf, and therefore that's exact that's where Ravashi was coming to.
• 7:04
  SPEAKER_00: That word Khanasal.
• 7:05
SPEAKER_00: Whatever, however, this happened it was kishuf, this is not your everyday occurrence that you can find these uh kiri kiri hordas birds lined up and talking, says the gimar.
• 7:14
  SPEAKER_00: Oif tameh potem shaleh.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_00: So we saw in the Mishnah that Oiftameh is Potter Mishlishaleh.
• 7:20
SPEAKER_00: Now If tame is a uh non-kosher bird, only kosher birds have the khieman shallah can, but non-kosh birds do not have a chem shlwach khan.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_00: How do we know that?
• 7:29
SPEAKER_00: Because the pask says, Ki kore kansipur lefanach.
• 7:34
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: Because the pask says ki korai kansipur.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: When you happen upon uh kansipur, lifanho.
• 7:40
  SPEAKER_00: So if mashmabin tarbentame.
• 7:42
  SPEAKER_00: So it's mash.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_00: So if, if you have the word oif, it's mashma, whether it's tame or tar.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: Sipur is tara ashkhandikur tipur, tame ashkhandikur tipur.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_00: Whenever you have the word sipur, it's only mashmah kosher bird, it's not mashmah a non-kosher bird.
• 7:55
  SPEAKER_00: Says Nigamar.
• 7:56
SPEAKER_00: So again, how do we know that it's only a kosher bird that's gonna be high in shilohakan?
• 8:00
  SPEAKER_00: Because a morning.
• 8:02
SPEAKER_00: We're only how do we know that only a kosher bird is chai in shillowhakan?
• 8:06
SPEAKER_00: Because it says kikuri kan sepur.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: Tipur is chai in shilhak.
• 8:09
  SPEAKER_00: A tzipur is a kosher bird.
• 8:11
SPEAKER_00: Oh, if can be also a non-kosher bird, but since a zipper can only be a kosher bird, that's how we know kiikuri kan siepar only refers to kosher bird.
• 8:17
  SPEAKER_00: It says so.
• 8:18
SPEAKER_00: Let's ask a bunch of koshs on this tavness called seapur kanaf, right?
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: It says in uh Israel Dazara, you're not allowed to have uh any type of uh statue of a tavnis, any like a tsipur, kanaf, etc.
• 8:29
SPEAKER_00: So laft zipper, bain tarma and tame, it doesn't even mean over there you can't have any bird, uh whether it's kosher bird or not so kosher bird.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_00: So we see the word seapur, that means even a non-kosher bird.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_00: Kash on everything we just said that sipur only means kosher bird.
• 8:40
  SPEAKER_00: Says the gamar kanaf.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_00: And doesn't isn't that what we mean when we say tsipur?
• 8:44
SPEAKER_00: We mean pain tarmain tameh and when we say kanaf in the positive, we mean haggavin.
• 8:47
SPEAKER_00: We mean we don't even have uh a tavness of chagovin.
• 8:49
  SPEAKER_00: Says the gemar loi.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: Sepur tahor, kanaf, tame v chagav.
• 8:53
SPEAKER_00: The word sipur only means kosher bird.
• 8:55
SPEAKER_00: As relates to the word kanaf, that's what includes a non-kosher bird and also grasshoppers.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: So the maratash will ask another kosher.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: Hahaya the khaberamas with seapur kanaf.
• 9:03
SPEAKER_00: So over here we also have the word seapur and kanaf.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_00: So my love, seapur main tarmin tameva, kanaf chagovin.
• 9:08
  SPEAKER_00: Doesn't it mean seapor?
• 9:09
SPEAKER_00: Tiper means any type of bird, even a non-kosher bird.
• 9:11
SPEAKER_00: Kasha and what we just said, that seapur only means kosher, and kanaf in the posik means non-kosher bird.
• 9:14
SPEAKER_00: Uh sorry, kanaf in the posig means grasshoppers.
• 9:17
SPEAKER_00: So the more like seapur tahor, seapor only means a kosher bird.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_00: Kanaf tameva kagavin, and kanaf would be talking about a non-kosher bird, and also hagavin.
• 9:24
  SPEAKER_00: Whereas seapor not.
• 9:25
SPEAKER_00: Says the kimara Tashman, I'll ask you another kosher.
• 9:27
  SPEAKER_00: Called Seapur called Kanaf.
• 9:29
SPEAKER_00: So there's another puzzling, and again we see Seapur.
• 9:31
  SPEAKER_00: My love, Kidimakashinan.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: We don't even bother to ask the question over here.
• 9:34
SPEAKER_00: Don't we say the same question we had before, Kidimakshinan?
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: So like Kidemashin, the same answer we had before.
• 9:38
SPEAKER_00: Don't we ask the same question that separ means kosher and non-kosher and kanaf would mean just same hagavin?
• 9:43
SPEAKER_00: No, we answer the same way that seapur means only tohor, and kanaf would mean specifically non-kosure birds and also hagam.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gamar Tashmah asking another Kash.
• 9:52
  SPEAKER_00: Again, same Kash.
• 9:53
  SPEAKER_00: My love Kidakshinan.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: Can't we sit ask the same question we asked before that Sipur means across the board?
• 9:56
SPEAKER_00: So we see even it means a non-klosure bird.
• 9:58
  SPEAKER_00: Look the shani.
• 9:59
SPEAKER_00: You know, we're just gonna answer the same thing we answered already four times.
• 10:02
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gimara Toshmah.
• 10:03
  SPEAKER_00: I'll ask another Kashuban.
• 10:04
  SPEAKER_00: Hoihi.
• 10:05
SPEAKER_00: In its branches, you durun siparishamah, tsiparishamah.
• 10:08
SPEAKER_00: So in its branches, this is a pasak in Danil, the Nivua of Daniel, and in its branches, you durun safre shamah.
• 10:15
SPEAKER_00: You have the tsiporeshama, you have the birds of the sky that are living in its branches.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_00: But over here, what's the question?
• 10:20
SPEAKER_00: The kasha over here is you don't have the word kanaf.
• 10:22
SPEAKER_00: The whole kasha we were asking is because you have the word kanaf.
• 10:25
SPEAKER_00: So we could assume and we could answer kidashanin, right?
• 10:27
SPEAKER_00: Like we answered four times, that the word kanaf really refers to uh non-kosher birds, and the word sipur means kosher birds.
• 10:33
SPEAKER_00: So right now we're good.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_00: Tippur only means kosher birds, but over here, right, it says manfay yadurin sipar shemai.
• 10:38
SPEAKER_00: And mistama, we're referring to any type of bird.
• 10:41
SPEAKER_00: We're not only referring to, we're not only referring to uh to to kosher birds, and it doesn't say kanaf, so you can't tell me kanaf is referring to non-kosher birds.
• 10:49
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, tsipur over here in the positiv only means uh obviously tsipar means across the board, even non-kosher birds, cash on what we're saying.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_00: And says the Gemara, tsiparishimayo ikru.
• 10:58
  SPEAKER_00: You're right.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: Non-kosher birds can be called tsiparishimaya, like we see in this posture.
• 11:02
SPEAKER_00: But siparistamalikru, but tipur stam, it's not gonna be called.
• 11:06
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gmaratashmask another kosher, called sipar t'aira.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_00: It says called sipar taira.
• 11:12
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, miql dikmea.
• 11:14
  SPEAKER_00: So what's that?
• 11:14
  SPEAKER_00: What does that imply?
• 11:15
SPEAKER_00: That you have to tell me it's sip taira, a kosher bird.
• 11:17
SPEAKER_00: Okay, what does that imply?
• 11:18
  SPEAKER_00: That there's a non-kosher tipur, right?
• 11:20
SPEAKER_00: So called tipar ta'ira is mikal dikmeah.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_00: It's mechlal very much that there is a tsipar that's not kosher.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Light, don't make that diak rather michal dika asurah.
• 11:27
SPEAKER_00: Don't make the diak to say that it implies that there's a tsipur that's not kosher.
• 11:31
SPEAKER_00: Make the diak to say there's a tsipur tea teahra, mashmah that there's a tzipur that's asurah, but it's still a kosher bird, it's just asar to eat.
• 11:40
SPEAKER_00: Why is it why is it asar to eat?
• 11:41
  SPEAKER_00: Because maybe it's trefa.
• 11:42
SPEAKER_00: We're about to suggest why it says.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_00: What exactly is a kosher bird that you're not allowed to eat?
• 11:46
  SPEAKER_00: Eat trefa.
• 11:46
SPEAKER_00: If the case is a trefa, the adjuksif, right?
• 11:48
SPEAKER_00: We have a first posik telling you you're not allowed to eat a trefa.
• 11:51
SPEAKER_00: Who bossab is de treval.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_00: I don't need another posik telling me from a diak that you're not allowed to eat a trefa.
• 11:55
SPEAKER_00: Maybe shuta the mitzvah, maybe you want to tell me that it's a kosher bird.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_00: What type of kosher bird that you're not allowed to eat?
• 11:59
SPEAKER_00: The shuta de mitzaira, the bird that was used as part of the mitzaira tahara process, and the one that you shachted.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_00: There were two birds, one of them you let away, one of them you shachted.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's the shuta de mitzaira that that's what it's referring to that you're not allowed to eat.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: It's around my seputal karanovka.
• 12:11
SPEAKER_00: We already know that from the sepa deposik.
• 12:17
SPEAKER_00: What are you not allowed to eat?
• 12:18
SPEAKER_00: To be marbe, also shuta's mitzaira.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_00: That bird you're not allowed to eat.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_00: So, what are we talking about over here?
• 12:22
SPEAKER_00: Again, it very much sounds like the diuk.
• 12:24
SPEAKER_00: Cult sipur tehoyra to allow any tip tehoira.
• 12:28
  SPEAKER_00: Sounds like there's a tipur tmaya.
• 12:29
SPEAKER_00: So that was our rayah.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_00: That separ can also mean non-kosher bird.
• 12:32
  SPEAKER_00: We said no.
• 12:32
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't mean cult sipar tameo.
• 12:34
  SPEAKER_00: Don't make that diuk.
• 12:35
SPEAKER_00: It means any not any tsipurasura.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: But tipur only means a kosher bird.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_00: But it means kosher bird you're not allowed that you're not allowed to eat.
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: So what kosher bird are you not allowed to eat are we talking about?
• 12:43
  SPEAKER_00: If it's teha tmeh, if it's uh trefa t'mafarsh, if it's shutis mitzaira, it's always m'furish.
• 12:49
SPEAKER_00: Really, we're talking about a shuta de mitzaira.
• 12:51
SPEAKER_00: And you're right, we already know you're not allowed to eat it.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_00: But Vilavarovi Asai Vilaisase, we have another pasik over here to be to tell you that to just give you an extra isr over here, that if you eat a shrita uh shuta na mitzaira, you're gonna be having not only the lysase, but only in a but in asse as well.
• 13:06
SPEAKER_00: And that if you're over this, you're gonna be over in asse and the lysase, and a say from what?
• 13:10
SPEAKER_00: From our pasik of code tiper tahaira tehelu.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: That's the asei you're gonna be over, because if you eat that, you're not following that mitzvahze, which is against the diuk of if it's uh if it's uh tipur asura, then you're going to be, then you're not allowed to eat it.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_00: So lavar laba sevala sase, really it applies to shudd and the mitsar.
• 13:28
SPEAKER_00: So at that point, once we're saying that you're right, it's a second Mikar.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: So why don't we just go back to Trefa, right?
• 13:34
SPEAKER_00: So we're fine with saying that it's a trefa as well, but Lavra Labasibalasa say the same thing.
• 13:38
SPEAKER_00: Lava la base, says I'll tell you why I said it by Shudana Mitsara, not Shrefa, because Davar Alamin Mayana.
• 13:43
  SPEAKER_00: Uhana the shutiq si.
• 13:45
  SPEAKER_00: Where is this said?
• 13:45
SPEAKER_00: Where is this Pasik talking about cult separatariat?
• 13:48
SPEAKER_00: You're allowed to eat any kosher burn.
• 13:49
SPEAKER_00: That's talking about something you're allowed to eat, something that had a proper shita.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: So as it relates to the Midasha Tara Jesus by of Davar Alamimana, you stay with the same context.
• 13:57
SPEAKER_00: So if I'm gonna learn something from there, I'm gonna learn something that's much more similar, like something that had a kasharashita.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_00: So it's if it's talking about something that had a kashra shita, I'm gonna be marving something that had a kasharishita, and that would be the shutter the mitzvah.
• 14:08
SPEAKER_00: Had a kashar shita, but you're still not how to eat it, and that's why I Dafka learned Shutana Mitsara and not a trefa, which didn't have a kashra shita, says the Gemaravaitu.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_00: Tashma, it's gonna the kasha.
• 14:19
SPEAKER_00: So again, we're firing away right now with different koshmaas.
• 14:21
  SPEAKER_00: Asking kashas on what?
• 14:23
  SPEAKER_00: Very simple thing.
• 14:24
SPEAKER_00: We said sipur only means kosher bird, says the Gemara.
• 14:27
  SPEAKER_00: Really?
• 14:27
SPEAKER_00: Tipar only means kosher birds, tash mah.
• 14:30
  SPEAKER_00: I see shtsiparam chaias.
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: So what does that mean?
• 14:32
  SPEAKER_00: What's highest?
• 14:32
  SPEAKER_00: My chaius.
• 14:33
  SPEAKER_00: Lav shachhius peficha.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_00: Doesn't it mean that it lives in your mouth?
• 14:36
SPEAKER_00: What does that mean it lives in your mouth?
• 14:37
SPEAKER_00: That you're able to eat it.
• 14:38
SPEAKER_00: Doesn't it mean that you're able to eat it?
• 14:39
SPEAKER_00: So we see tzipur is highest, which teaches me what?
• 14:45
SPEAKER_00: We see that sipur haias.
• 14:46
SPEAKER_00: It's sipa that you're allowed to eat.
• 14:47
SPEAKER_00: Mash mother, there's a sip, you're not allowed to eat.
• 14:49
  SPEAKER_00: There's a sipa that's not a kosher.
• 14:53
  SPEAKER_00: Says the gymarloi.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_00: Loi, my haias, that's not what highest means.
• 14:56
  SPEAKER_00: Don't make that deal.
• 14:57
  SPEAKER_00: It's not a question.
• 14:57
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 14:58
SPEAKER_00: Because what's what does highest mean in the positive?
• 14:59
  SPEAKER_00: Shechay and rose.
• 15:01
SPEAKER_00: It means that they're not missing any evarim.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: That all they're rush a varim achain, that's what it means.
• 15:04
SPEAKER_00: It has nothing to do with uh chhais pefiha.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_00: Says the gemar, another kasha, sefa from the sefa.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_00: Tehoiras, the positive there says tehoiras.
• 15:11
  SPEAKER_00: What does that imply?
• 15:12
SPEAKER_00: Again, if you have a tzipar that's tar, michl diika tmeyas.
• 15:15
SPEAKER_00: Same kasha we asked before, right?
• 15:17
  SPEAKER_00: It implies that there's a tzipa that's tame.
• 15:18
  SPEAKER_00: So it implies there's a non-cosher tiper.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_00: Cash on what we said.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: Says don't make that implication.
• 15:23
  SPEAKER_00: Michaldiika Trefas.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: Don't say Michaldiika tmeyois, that it implies that there's a non-kosher tiper, but rather michl diika trefais, that there's a type you're not allowed to eat.
• 15:32
  SPEAKER_00: So Michldiika Asurais, right?
• 15:34
SPEAKER_00: But it's still a kosher bird, it just happens to be a trefa.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_00: Trefa is Michael's navka, but says Gemara, I learned that from Chayas.
• 15:39
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: Because it's not Chayas Pethika.
• 15:41
SPEAKER_00: Because it told you Chayois, anything that's Hayas Pethicha that you're allowed to eat, a trefa you're not allowed to eat.
• 15:45
SPEAKER_00: It has nothing to do with the shahita or not, the shit.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_00: It has to do with the fact that you're not allowed to eat it or not.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: And the trefa you're not allowed to eat, so we already learned that.
• 15:50
  SPEAKER_00: Says Gemar.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_00: Okay, let's uh hold on a second because or rather, Chayas, in essence, that it's living, and a trefa, the identity of a trefa is that it's not gonna be able to live out.
• 16:00
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry, that's more pshovir.
• 16:01
SPEAKER_00: Chayas means that it's gonna be able to live.
• 16:03
SPEAKER_00: Trefa is inherently not able to live, and therefore I learned very much from the word chaias, the positive of the word chayas, that it's not that leme with the trefa because trefa' is not gonna be able to live.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, says the Gemara, honey chlamanama trevachaya.
• 16:14
SPEAKER_00: That makes sense according to Manama that Trefa can live, because then it's included in Chayas, and that's why I I don't necessarily know it from the first word chaias, and I could learn it from the next thing where it says to others.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_00: Elamanar Trefaya, but we know we had a machelikas about a hundred daf ago, whether Treva Chaia Trefaya, whether the inherent taich of a trefa is it gonna be able to live or it's not gonna be able to live.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: But there is a sheetah that holds that again, Trefa Chaya Trefa will be able to live and it still has the den of a trefa.
• 16:36
SPEAKER_00: But what according to my number of that trefa enichaya, Mike in the Memo, what are you gonna tell me?
• 16:40
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 16:40
SPEAKER_00: The question is that if trefa enichaya, then from the word chaya's trefa' is already excluded because trefa is not chaya, so it's not including the word chaya, so why do I need ta'hirais to exclude it?
• 16:49
SPEAKER_00: says the Gemara the Oid.
• 16:51
SPEAKER_00: And furthermore, I'll prove to you that what the word ta'is is not coming to be Mimai Trefas.
• 16:57
SPEAKER_00: Because main the mandama trefia, being the mandamachaya means it's a I don't care whether you hold trefah, trefa inachai, because in the end of the day we learn that a trefa is not kosher again for taharas mitzaira for that uh trefa shuta that for the for that bird shuta that we're talking about.
• 17:14
SPEAKER_00: We know that a trefa is not kosher for Taharis Mitsaih.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_00: That's why I don't need Tahiras in the possibility to exclude it by the uh by the bird for the mitsaira.
• 17:20
SPEAKER_00: We already know that a trefa is not kosher for Tahir's Mitsaih.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_00: How do I know that from Tananda Marishmal?
• 17:26
SPEAKER_00: Nemer Mahsher Machabra Bukhim and Nemer Mahir Mahabra Bukhut.
• 17:28
  SPEAKER_00: We have.
• 17:29
SPEAKER_00: We know karbanas can uh wear different hats.
• 17:32
SPEAKER_00: Some karbanas are what's considered a maqshir.
• 17:35
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to be maqshar something.
• 17:36
SPEAKER_00: So think of like I led this, I need the mitzvah.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_00: Anything that uh he's coming to be maqshar.
• 17:41
SPEAKER_00: Now he's allowed to enter the mikdash.
• 17:42
SPEAKER_00: It's maqshur him that now he's on a higher level of tahara, he's not tamay anymore.
• 17:46
  SPEAKER_00: So it's maqshar him.
• 17:47
  SPEAKER_00: There's also a kapara, right?
• 17:48
  SPEAKER_00: It's a michapir.
• 17:49
SPEAKER_00: There's a karman only coming to bring kapara.
• 17:51
SPEAKER_00: It's not coming to to make you tahur, it's coming to be machapur on your avlinas, like a karman chatas, etc.
• 17:57
SPEAKER_00: So you have a mahir and a chaper bifnim.
• 17:59
  SPEAKER_00: That's very simple.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_00: Bifnim inside the base of Megdash.
• 18:01
SPEAKER_00: You have all types of maqshers and mahapers, and uh mahshar is a karman that a lettuce brings.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: Oh, machapur is gonna be a regular karm chatas.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_00: You could pick of a few, right?
• 18:08
SPEAKER_00: So you have a mahir nahapur and a machapur inside the base of mingdash.
• 18:11
  SPEAKER_00: Venamar mahakshir machapur bachutz.
• 18:13
SPEAKER_00: We also have some types of mashir and machapur bachut.
• 18:16
SPEAKER_00: What's a mahir and machapur that you have outside the base of Megdash?
• 18:18
SPEAKER_00: So maqshir would be like the tsipaira mitzaira, one of them you send away.
• 18:21
SPEAKER_00: That's not an evidence in the basement, and therefore that would be considered a maqshir because it's gonna be maqshir him.
• 18:27
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be it's part of the tahara process for the mitzvah, so it's a mashir for the matzaira, and then it takes place outside the ba outside the basement.
• 18:33
SPEAKER_00: And also we have a machapur bachut.
• 18:35
  SPEAKER_00: What's a karban?
• 18:36
  SPEAKER_00: That's mechapur, and it's bakut.
• 18:38
SPEAKER_00: Answer to that, davarabi matai, is the sarya mishtaleah on Yamakipurim.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_00: The Sara Mistalah on Yamakipurim was obviously the whole Avaida was done, the nachae was was was done outside the base of Mikdash.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: And and uh that Sarah Mishhtaleah was Balachapur on all the other Avairas, right?
• 18:56
SPEAKER_00: And all the Avaido inside the Besha Mikdash on Yamakipuram on the Yamakudash was specifically always for what entire Gantz of Avaida we through Tumas Mikdash Makadash.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_00: It was only for Tumas Mikdash Makadash, that's what it's for.
• 19:07
SPEAKER_00: We learnt about that extensively.
• 19:09
SPEAKER_00: Whereas the Sarah Mishhtaleach, which was a little bit of the side program in your maqsir, but that was actually Balchapar on all other Aveiras.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_00: That's what's coming to be Mahaprabhu the right.
• 19:17
SPEAKER_00: So we have a Mahakshir Machabifnim.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_00: We have a Mahshar Machabir Bachutz.
• 19:20
SPEAKER_00: So we have the Mahshir and Machabifnim.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_00: We said Mahshar Mahaprab Bachutz, or what?
• 19:24
SPEAKER_00: The Maqshir outside is the Say of the is the is the Tsipur of the Mitsaira.
• 19:28
SPEAKER_00: That's a maqshir, it's mahir the mitzaira, and it happens outside.
• 19:31
SPEAKER_00: And the machapur outside is a soil, that's also machapar on your Avainas.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_00: And it happened outside the base of Migrant.
• 19:36
SPEAKER_00: So we learn a Hekish Mah, Mahsri Machapar almir bifnim, asei boy, mah, asei boy mahshir kimchapir.
• 19:42
SPEAKER_00: Just like the mahir machapir that said inside, they have the same allaha.
• 19:45
  SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see in a second.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_00: Af mahshar and machapur omir machuds.
• 19:48
SPEAKER_00: So to the mahir machapur that we said outside the base of Migdur, Asei boy maqshir kimchhapir.
• 19:53
SPEAKER_00: The maqshir needs the same din as the machapir, that what?
• 19:57
SPEAKER_00: Just like the machapir that happens outside the base of Migdur, so the Sarah Mistaleh cannot be a trefah.
• 20:01
  SPEAKER_00: Why can't it be a trefa?
• 20:02
SPEAKER_00: We're pushing it off a cliff, right?
• 20:04
  SPEAKER_00: Why can't it be a trefah it's gonna be a trefa?
• 20:05
  SPEAKER_00: Why can't it be a trefa?
• 20:06
SPEAKER_00: The answer is because we know that the Sarah Mistaleh had to be shava bishava with the sarcem, right?
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: It had to be equal.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: And the sarcem was a karma, that for sure couldn't be a trefa.
• 20:15
SPEAKER_00: So since the sar mishtaleh had to be equal to the sarcem, which was bot Baslin, couldn't be a trefa, so so to the sarmishtaleh couldn't be a trefa.
• 20:24
SPEAKER_00: So we learn maqsir kemchap.
• 20:25
SPEAKER_00: So just like the michapir, which is the sar mishtaleh outside, is can't be a trefah.
• 20:30
SPEAKER_00: So to the maqshir, which is our tsipar mitzairah that we flew away, that happened over here cannot be a trefa.
• 20:37
SPEAKER_00: So after this long-winded question, the question was we already know this.
• 20:40
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Elamaritz, but that's where I'm Nachmaritz said that what am I gonna word the we use the word ta'iras for?
• 20:46
SPEAKER_00: Lemutai tzipare Irani Dachas to exclude birds from an Irani Dachas.
• 20:50
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, okay.
• 20:51
SPEAKER_00: But we're using that to exclude them from the tsipare mitzairah.
• 20:55
  SPEAKER_00: But Lemai.
• 20:56
SPEAKER_00: But for which of the two birds of the Tahara Prasa, the Mitsara are we excluding them for?
• 21:00
SPEAKER_00: Ilushidwach, even if for the one that's being sent away.
• 21:03
  SPEAKER_00: Larmatara shalekh lit takala.
• 21:05
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, it can't be a bird from an Irani Dachas that's considered uh, you know, uh the cravis of it, maybe not the cravis of a desira, but uh isra of Avedazara.
• 21:13
SPEAKER_00: We're not gonna send it away, why?
• 21:15
SPEAKER_00: Because the yid is gonna stumble upon it, he's gonna catch this bird, think it's a random bird from the wild, and he's gonna use it.
• 21:19
SPEAKER_00: So the tariff didn't tell you send it away to lit takala to cause another yid at takalah.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_00: So obviously, what are we talking about?
• 21:27
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about to be used for the other bird, and that one is not eaten anyway.
• 21:32
SPEAKER_00: The shuta de mitzaira is not eaten anyways, that one.
• 21:34
  SPEAKER_00: And that's what we're telling you.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_00: So you would think maybe it could be a trefa, kamashmalon, kamashmalon, it k is what we're bringing, that one from the from the tsiparri mitzaira, the one that's specifically the shuta, that again it's not eaten anyway.
• 21:51
SPEAKER_00: So you would have kamashmalana.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: Rava says it's a little different that it's coming to meet shlele zaviglah.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: We know the birds were paired up by the tires mitzar.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_00: There were two of them, and they were paired up.
• 22:03
SPEAKER_00: One was for Shiluach, one for one was for shachting.
• 22:05
SPEAKER_00: What if one of them got lost?
• 22:06
SPEAKER_00: You want to mix and match, take one from here, one from there.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_00: You have two different mitzvahs, maybe, and you want to combine their carbonas.
• 22:12
SPEAKER_00: Before you send it away, you can't take another one from a different mitzvah to pair it up with it.
• 22:16
SPEAKER_00: Which bird are we talking about?
• 22:17
SPEAKER_00: Eilash Kitah is the one that's being shachted Hawaii Shiluah.
• 22:20
SPEAKER_00: You can't use the one that was gonna be sent away for shritah.
• 22:23
SPEAKER_00: That for sure you can't interchange from one mitsara to the other one.
• 22:25
SPEAKER_00: El in shiloh that we're talking about for Shiluach, the one that was gonna be sent away, we're gonna use that also for Shiloh for someone else.
• 22:32
SPEAKER_00: That is what it's coming to be my mind.
• 22:36
SPEAKER_00: For birds that he traded for Avadazara.
• 22:38
SPEAKER_00: So it was kind of like uh, you know, we have essenzaino, machir kela of that you're not allowed to bring, but also uh obviously something that you got tmu ras abadazara.
• 22:46
SPEAKER_00: So you traded abadazara for something, you got some uh you bartered something.
• 22:50
SPEAKER_00: So that is what it's coming to be might.
• 22:53
SPEAKER_00: Dikse where we see the prosak Vahi Sokhirem Kamayu Shakya, it's right Shakhtanu.
• 22:58
SPEAKER_00: So teaches me Koma sha ta mihaya himanu kamayu.
• 23:02
SPEAKER_00: Anything that you get from it, that you trade for it, has the din of the Abedazar itself.
• 23:06
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be also what do you have a half minute to use for one of the tsiparim if you switch this out for Aba Desara?
• 23:12
SPEAKER_00: Which of the Tipurim by Amataira?
• 23:14
SPEAKER_00: Eal Shiluach Lematara Takalah again, if it's the for Shiluwa for the one sending away.
• 23:18
SPEAKER_00: The Tara's not gonna tell you to send it away if it could cause another yield takala.
• 23:21
  SPEAKER_00: Sell us khitah.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_00: Obviously it's talking about shritah.
• 23:27
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about a if that killed someone.
• 23:29
SPEAKER_00: And this is what's called a sharanisko.
• 23:31
SPEAKER_00: It's not a shar, but it's an ifanisko, right?
• 23:32
SPEAKER_00: Because it's the same name of a sharanisko because it killed someone and therefore it's kayamisa.
• 23:36
SPEAKER_00: So that's what we're coming to mind.
• 23:37
SPEAKER_00: Say Marikinami, what are we talking about?
• 23:40
SPEAKER_00: If it already had its Gemarddin in Besdin, then Bartik Barakataluhu.
• 23:43
SPEAKER_00: It's a bartakal barkatal already, it's a dead oif walking or flying.
• 23:48
SPEAKER_00: And Rashi seemed to say before when we had this Gemara two days ago, I think, that Vihimlot, right?
• 23:53
SPEAKER_00: How exactly did it get it, did it get away?
• 23:55
SPEAKER_00: Bezdin has this cage down.
• 23:57
SPEAKER_00: So it says Gemara, Ella Khadim Gardina.
• 23:59
SPEAKER_00: We're talking about before it's Gemardin, and that's what we're coming to be in mind.
• 24:08
SPEAKER_00: What are we talking about for the Taras Matar?
• 24:10
SPEAKER_00: If it's the one we're sending away, you can't send it away, because as a Gemardin Lamisa, you have to bring it to Besdin, and we make the Basik Vyarth Rameka becha to stone to kill it.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_00: So Ella Lishita, obviously, we're talking about the one that we're shouting.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_00: Let's try to do a little more, turn the page, even though I gotta run.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_00: But we saw that what?
• 24:28
  SPEAKER_00: Where's Rebe heading?
• 24:29
  SPEAKER_00: That's a good question.
• 24:30
SPEAKER_00: Soif Tameh Revet Abe Se Iftar.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_00: So we saw that the mitzvah of Shilakan only applies by kosher birds.
• 24:38
SPEAKER_00: Whether the everything has to be kosher.
• 24:41
SPEAKER_00: The birds have to be kosher, then uh the eggs and the ifretum have to be kosher.
• 24:45
SPEAKER_00: What if you have an interchange?
• 24:46
SPEAKER_00: So we saw in the Mishnah, Oif Tame, Rebitz Obitto Iftar.
• 24:48
SPEAKER_00: If you have a non-kosher bird that's uh being rebits on kosher eggs, that is not gonna be high in Shilokakan.
• 24:56
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 24:56
SPEAKER_00: Because the both has to be kosher.
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: I understand why Bishlama If Tamar Revit al Basil Aftar being in Sipar Valeka.
• 25:04
SPEAKER_00: I understand why this is a cape though that the mother bird needs to be kosher.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_00: That's because it says if it says tzipur, right?
• 25:09
SPEAKER_00: But in siparvalekah, and as we just proved in the first part of the Gemara, Tsipur means kosher bird.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_00: So you need a kosher bird, and this is a not kosher bird, so I understand why there's no khiov shouldn't.
• 25:19
  SPEAKER_00: Very simple.
• 25:19
SPEAKER_00: What about the opposite though?
• 25:20
SPEAKER_00: Allah if tar, revit albatif tameh, but if the eggs are tame, but the if itself is tar, the if itself is a kosher bird, and it's just nesting on non-kosher eggs, non-kosher afrahim, there's a mixed mash over here, whatever the case is, and then today you have your kosher bird, and that seems to be the committee from the pasik, the tzipur.
• 25:37
SPEAKER_00: So you have a tipur, which is a kosher bird.
• 25:38
SPEAKER_00: What do I care what the eggs are?
• 25:39
  SPEAKER_00: Why is there no?
• 25:41
SPEAKER_00: Why is there no uh khib shlokanah zipu?
• 25:43
  SPEAKER_00: It's a tip.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: It says the kimana rifkana.
• 25:45
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you based off something your khanna said.
• 25:47
  SPEAKER_00: Tikahlcha, right?
• 25:48
  SPEAKER_00: What the pasik says?
• 25:49
SPEAKER_00: The pasik says, But either way, tikahlokh, you're supposed to take the eggs for you, which teaches you Vila Klabechah.
• 26:03
SPEAKER_00: You only take it if you could use it.
• 26:04
SPEAKER_00: But not if only your dogs can use it.
• 26:06
SPEAKER_00: And non-kosher eggs, it's not tikahl, it's not being used for you.
• 26:09
SPEAKER_00: You could use it for your dogs, maybe, but you're not gonna be able to eat these eggs and scramble them because they are not kosher.
• 26:13
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, tikak lechavlaliklebecha is me might it from shiluhakin hochanami.
• 26:18
SPEAKER_00: So the same way Rafkana said it over there, we're gonna apply it over here to say tikak lechav laliklabeka, and that's why it's gonna be potter mishli shilohakan.
• 26:28
SPEAKER_00: Where would Rafkana say this Josha?
• 26:30
  SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
• 26:30
SPEAKER_00: He said on the following way of brace, in trefah chaibishloch.
• 26:33
SPEAKER_00: If it's a trefa, it's still high and shiloch.
• 26:35
SPEAKER_00: So even if the bird is a trefa, it's chaib in shilochan.
• 26:38
SPEAKER_00: Efreichim trefis, however, if the eggs or the ephraichim, the the the little chiclets are trefus themselves.
• 26:45
SPEAKER_00: Oh, if the ephrachim are trefas, then potem shlok.
• 26:49
SPEAKER_00: Then it's gonna be potter from shlok.
• 26:51
SPEAKER_00: Says why is it such a thing?
• 26:52
SPEAKER_00: So it seems that the baitsim are actually more khamar.
• 26:54
SPEAKER_00: So me na mili, what's in the card to this?
• 26:56
SPEAKER_00: Um, the armor cover is supposed to say tikahlechah the lakecha.
• 26:59
SPEAKER_00: That the bait sim, what do you do with the afraichim?
• 27:02
SPEAKER_00: You're supposed to take it for you.
• 27:03
SPEAKER_00: If the bottom are trefas, you're not gonna you're not gonna be able to eat them.
• 27:06
  SPEAKER_00: Because they're trefas.
• 27:07
  SPEAKER_00: Then it's not tikakhlecha.
• 27:08
SPEAKER_00: It's only the klavecha, it's a tiklachlha, and not only not for your klavecha, not for your dogs, and therefore and therefore you're not gonna be able to uh you're not gonna have a khi of shilah akan over here, says the Gemara.
• 27:18
SPEAKER_00: Or rather, you're not gonna yeah, you're not gonna have a shl khia of Shilah Kakan if the if the if Reichim are trefahs, but you will have a Shiloh Khan, uh, you will have a Khi of Shilakan if the mother is a Trefa, special khadish over here, because again, there's no qpaidah on her not being a trefa.
• 27:32
SPEAKER_00: There's a qpaida on tikka chlecha, what you're taking, which is the kids, they can't be a trefa because it has to be eligible for you to eat.
• 27:37
SPEAKER_00: Whereas the mother, there's no qpaeda for trefa, but there is a qeda if she's a not kosher bird, because it has to be tzipur.
• 27:43
SPEAKER_00: So as it relates to kosher, they both have to be kosher.
• 27:45
SPEAKER_00: As it relates to Trefa, only the kids have to be trefa, which m which comes out the eggs in Lafrechim are actually more Hamar because across the board they have to be perfect.
• 27:52
SPEAKER_00: Says the ge Maru La Hakish.
• 27:54
  SPEAKER_00: Why don't we make a hekish?
• 27:56
  SPEAKER_00: It's more of a question.
• 27:56
SPEAKER_00: The different gears over here is uh is uh they bring Vilakh Vilakish.
• 28:02
SPEAKER_00: Why don't we why don't we make a hekish over here?
• 28:03
  SPEAKER_00: That what?
• 28:04
  SPEAKER_00: Aim Trefa Lefreh.
• 28:05
SPEAKER_00: We should make villaeshim trefah the trefrechim.
• 28:07
SPEAKER_00: We should make a hekish between the mother if it's a trefa, the tepah that if it's a trepah, to the freakim.
• 28:12
SPEAKER_00: The mafrehim trefas poter mishiloach afim afim trefa naming potter mishulah.
• 28:17
SPEAKER_00: So why don't we make a uh hekish between them to teach you that even if even if the mother is a trefah, you're gonna be potter and shiluah over here.
• 28:23
SPEAKER_00: Why do we say you're still gonna be Ham Shilah Khan if the mother's a trefa?
• 28:25
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 28:26
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why, because Im Kane, Sipur Lamutame Lamali.
• 28:29
SPEAKER_00: If so, then why would I need the word sipur to be me memet in oiftameh?
• 28:34
SPEAKER_00: Sipur Imkane, Rashi says, Imkain, the m the umcain, the imonami uh me tikah lichab lilakla becha mimait, right?
• 28:46
SPEAKER_00: If I know that already from a hekesh.
• 28:48
SPEAKER_00: And what was the original mekabhrankin?
• 28:50
SPEAKER_00: Because tikakhlicha, because you have to take it if you're able to eat it, right?
• 28:53
SPEAKER_00: So tikahlikha is much more general.
• 28:55
SPEAKER_00: Tikah licha means you can only take it if you if you're able to eat it.
• 28:58
SPEAKER_00: And if you're not able to eat it, I don't care what the reason is, you're not, you don't have a Tiroshizal Khakan.
• 29:02
SPEAKER_00: What could be the reasons?
• 29:03
SPEAKER_00: It could be a trefa, it could be a non-cusher bird.
• 29:05
SPEAKER_00: So tikahlcha already includes everything.
• 29:07
SPEAKER_00: So if a very good khajbin, if you're learning it from a hekish from the fraykem, which are learnt out of the which learnt out of the drosh of tikahlikha velaliklabah, it's only referring to things that you're able to eat.
• 29:21
SPEAKER_00: So therefore, why if that hekish is all of a sudden gonna make it apply also to the mother, and the mother also has to be something you're able to eat, so I already know that it has to be a kosher bird.
• 29:28
SPEAKER_00: I already know that it can't be a trefa.
• 29:30
SPEAKER_00: So in Kain Sipul the Mutti, Aftami, Lamalia.
• 29:32
SPEAKER_00: So why do I need the word sipur to be memit and iftami to be memit and non-kosher bird?
• 29:35
SPEAKER_00: Of course a non-kosher bird is memuh is m already uh nimat from this.
• 29:38
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 29:39
SPEAKER_00: Because it's uh it's uh it's not tikahlechag, you're not gonna be able to eat it.
• 29:42
SPEAKER_00: It's only like labecha, and that is why I'm not gonna make that hekish, because I see clearly sipur, the word sipra is megale to us that the mother's different.
• 29:51
SPEAKER_00: We don't make this hekish, and the mother can even be a trefah.
• 29:53
  SPEAKER_00: So that's the gimmar.
• 29:54
SPEAKER_00: But I have a breast that says, aim afraichen trefa, imafreichin trefa, if the ephreichim, if the afraichem, or you could read it, aim, but imafraim, but I think it's totally on the way Abaih reads it well.
• 30:07
  unknown: Rash reads the iman.
• 30:08
SPEAKER_00: Rash reads the iman, very good.
• 30:09
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, fine.
• 30:10
  SPEAKER_00: So eman efreichen trefa.
• 30:13
SPEAKER_00: So the way we're understanding right now, the mother of Ephraichim, which are trefahs, right?
• 30:17
SPEAKER_00: That's what we were saying.
• 30:18
SPEAKER_00: So the eman, the aim afraich and trefa of Ephraichim that are trefas, hai bishulak.
• 30:21
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see?
• 30:23
SPEAKER_00: What do we see over here that uh that the Ephraichim, I'm Rabbi Kam Efrah, Imon Trefa, Haibishulah.
• 30:31
SPEAKER_00: Right, so we see that there's a Khiv Shulaf.
• 30:33
  SPEAKER_00: Very good.
• 30:33
SPEAKER_00: We just said that when the kids are trefahs, you're going to have you're gonna be potter from Shulak a khan.
• 30:38
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 30:38
  SPEAKER_00: Because it's tikahlakhulabach.
• 30:40
  SPEAKER_00: This is not tikakhlicha.
• 30:42
SPEAKER_00: But the brain says, or in the kasha, I think it's more aim afraid and trefahishulak.
• 30:47
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be chaib and shilach.
• 30:48
SPEAKER_00: I thought it's potabhulah, if they're freaking trefas, because it's not tikahreh, it's clean so you come at this out, you have to read it.
• 30:55
SPEAKER_00: Efreiah Shahiman Trefa Chai Bishloch.
• 30:57
SPEAKER_00: It's not referring to the Ephraiming Trefas.
• 31:00
  SPEAKER_00: It's the mother.
• 31:00
SPEAKER_00: It's the Ephraim that their mother is a trefa.
• 31:03
SPEAKER_00: It's still gonna be Haib and Shiloh, which very much lines up like what we saw a minute ago.
• 31:07
SPEAKER_00: And we will hold it over here.
• 31:09
SPEAKER_00: I want to have a Gemarcha Simateveh, and whoever finished calling on the for the bits and pieces and gaps that we missed, we're gonna have a Gansimir Sashem.
• 31:17
  SPEAKER_00: Second night of Halamaid.
• 31:18
SPEAKER_00: Hope to see you all.
• 31:20
SPEAKER_00: And see you next Bikharas, Mir Sashem.
• 31:22
SPEAKER_00: It's hard with the choppiness over here, but we do what we gotta do first.
