- 0:00Speaker 1: Here's more. Mar Simone on seven ten wr Well, nobody
- 0:10Speaker 1: feels great today. It's a rough night. You got Mamdani
- 0:15Speaker 1: as the mayor elect. He's making some sort of an
- 0:17Speaker 1: announcement this morning. We'll wait and see what it is
- 0:21Speaker 1: he's announcing. Everybody's worried about who will quit. Will Jessica
- 0:24Speaker 1: Tish the police commissioner resign? We don't know, but I
- 0:27Speaker 1: can tell you that the fire commissioner just resigned. Robert Tucker,
- 0:32Speaker 1: who's a great guy, wonderful guy. Robert Tucker fire commissioner.
- 0:36Speaker 1: I was Jewish. I don't know if that has a
- 0:38Speaker 1: role in his resigning from this obviously anti Semitic mayor. Also,
- 0:47Speaker 1: Tucker is a very successful guy in the private sector.
- 0:50Speaker 1: He's got a great business and company can easily go
- 0:53Speaker 1: back to that. But he has resigned. The fire commissioner's resigned.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Robert Tucker, good guy, he's been there a year. But
- 1:00Speaker 1: it's also not unusual when a mayoralty is over for
- 1:04Speaker 1: the commissioners to start to leave. But Tucker has left.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Jessica Titi has had nothing so far. Cuomo, It's an
- 1:14Speaker 1: interesting case. Everybody agrees he's finished politically, that that's it.
- 1:17Speaker 1: There's no coming back from this. What does he do now? Now,
- 1:22Speaker 1: all these billionaires that jumped into back Cuomo, you know
- 1:26Speaker 1: they we love Cuomo. Back in Cuomo again. I always
- 1:30Speaker 1: warn you these big, big donors, these big billionaires, geniuses
- 1:34Speaker 1: at what they do. That's why they're billionaires. But when
- 1:37Speaker 1: it comes to politics, they don't know what the hell
- 1:39Speaker 1: they're doing. They always get it wrong. They always back
- 1:41Speaker 1: the wrong guy, and it's absolutely guaranteed every time whoever
- 1:45Speaker 1: they back loses always. Now they got caught up in
- 1:51Speaker 1: that Cuomo nonsense and he can't win. And now what
- 1:55Speaker 1: do they do with him? Somebody's got to give him
- 1:57Speaker 1: a job. The guy's going to need to do something.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Left as attorney general. Everybody figured he'll run for governor.
- 2:03Speaker 1: So it was in between period. Somebody gave him a nice,
- 2:06Speaker 1: big job at a big top financial firm, law firm, something.
- 2:09Speaker 1: You know, you pay him a few million years. So
- 2:12Speaker 1: you do that, although if the guy's finished politically, he
- 2:15Speaker 1: has a lot less value to you. But to these
- 2:17Speaker 1: big billionaires, believe or not, they're the most starstruck people
- 2:20Speaker 1: in the world. And if you got some big firm
- 2:23Speaker 1: financial firm, law firm or where Cuoma's got a certain
- 2:27Speaker 1: star factor to him, so they'll give him a couple
- 2:30Speaker 1: of million a year to hang around lunch with some
- 2:34Speaker 1: new clients. You bring Cuoma to lunch. Juema was a
- 2:37Speaker 1: good talker there, so somebody may give him one of
- 2:40Speaker 1: those kind of jobs. We'll see. Now, Cuomo, where did
- 2:46Speaker 1: he win? Well, he won big on the Upper east Side.
- 2:51Speaker 1: That was his main district, the Upper east Side, that's
- 2:53Speaker 1: where these billionaires all live, so he won that. It
- 2:56Speaker 1: was huge. He also won Staten Island. Now that's interesting.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Everybody's been telling all the Curtis voters abandoned Curtis vote
- 3:02Speaker 1: for Cuomo. Well, apparently that worked to a certain extent,
- 3:05Speaker 1: because Cuomo won Staten Island. That's big Curtis territory. Cuomo
- 3:11Speaker 1: won Staten Island. He won chunks, the little chunks of
- 3:14Speaker 1: Queens and little chunks of Brooklyn. But Mam Donnie's base
- 3:18Speaker 1: was Brooklyn, those newer, younger parts of Brooklyn, and Mam
- 3:23Speaker 1: Donni won those big. And the thing about those areas,
- 3:26Speaker 1: they're heavily populated, so it's a lot of votes. Now,
- 3:29Speaker 1: once again, we can't repeat this enough. Curtis had nothing
- 3:32Speaker 1: to do with Cuomo losing. If you took every Curtis
- 3:36Speaker 1: voter and gave it to Cuomo, Cuomo still lost by
- 3:39Speaker 1: a few points. So Curtis being in the race was
- 3:42Speaker 1: not a factor with Cuomo losing. Had no choice, but
- 3:46Speaker 1: Cuomo will say it was. He'll start to say this
- 3:48Speaker 1: a lot. Remember after the primary, humiliating defeat in the primary,
- 3:54Speaker 1: Mam Donni just crushed Cuomo in the primary, and then
- 3:56Speaker 1: the Cuomo team started telling everybody, well, it was that
- 4:00Speaker 1: ranked choice. If it wasn't for the rank choice, it
- 4:02Speaker 1: was because of the ranked choice, he lost. The rank
- 4:05Speaker 1: choice had nothing to do with it. He lost the
- 4:07Speaker 1: popular vote on the first round. The seconde Cuomo lost
- 4:11Speaker 1: the popular vote by a lot. Rank choice wasn't a factor.
- 4:15Speaker 1: But they'll start to do that now, they'll tell the
- 4:17Speaker 1: Cuomo people will be telling everybody, yeah, Curtis hadn't been
- 4:20Speaker 1: in the rate, he was so close. If it wasn't
- 4:22Speaker 1: for Curtis, well, again, that's not true. You could add
- 4:25Speaker 1: every Curtis voter in with Cuomo and he's still lost
- 4:28Speaker 1: by a few points. Curtis was not a factor. The
- 4:33Speaker 1: Soros Is George Soros, Alex Soros, very very very happy
- 4:39Speaker 1: today there's Alex Soros, the big Mom Donnie Backer. He's
- 4:43Speaker 1: these soros Is. These are the guys that gave us
- 4:46Speaker 1: Alvin Bragg and now Mom Donnie. And the word is
- 4:49Speaker 1: they got about twenty six more. Mom Donnie's ready to
- 4:52Speaker 1: go in other cities. But there's the Twitter as Alex
- 4:56Speaker 1: Soros arm in arm posing with Mom Donnie thrilled about it.
- 5:01Speaker 1: So I'm trying to read my own writing here. What
- 5:06Speaker 1: can be done to stop Mom Donnie. Well, all that's
- 5:08Speaker 1: out there is the Department of Justice. Well, there's a
- 5:15Speaker 1: couple of teams that have been looking at Mam Donnie's money,
- 5:19Speaker 1: the foreign donations. They think a lot of money came
- 5:21Speaker 1: from China, a lot of money came to the Middle East,
- 5:25Speaker 1: a lot of money came from overseas, and they're tracing it.
- 5:28Speaker 1: If they can find Mom Donnie took it, used it,
- 5:31Speaker 1: and had some knowledge of it, they can remove him
- 5:34Speaker 1: and he'll never be mayor. Now they've been working on it.
- 5:36Speaker 1: There's a few teams and they've been sending stuff over
- 5:40Speaker 1: to the Justice Department. Now every time we talk to
- 5:43Speaker 1: these guys on these teams that Tay well, we were
- 5:44Speaker 1: almost just about we justified. We're almost but I've been
- 5:48Speaker 1: hearing that for a months so far they haven't gotten it.
- 5:51Speaker 1: The other thing is there are actual Justice Department officials
- 5:54Speaker 1: who have said they're going to watch Mam Donnie's every move.
- 5:58Speaker 1: If he does anything against the Jewish community, anything anti Semitic,
- 6:01Speaker 1: any that they want to, they say they will come
- 6:04Speaker 1: in and arrest him for a hate crime. So we'll see.
- 6:07Speaker 1: That's the kind of stuff that's out there to stop
- 6:10Speaker 1: Mom Donnie. The bad news is that nothing but bad news.
- 6:14Speaker 1: The other bad news is the city council did not change.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Most of the Democrats got re elected, so you still
- 6:20Speaker 1: got a kooky left wing city council. It pretty much
- 6:25Speaker 1: stayed the same as far as mostly democratic Alvin Bragg
- 6:30Speaker 1: got re elected. Unfortunately, now, you know, we go back
- 6:36Speaker 1: and look at the mayors of New York. They were
- 6:38Speaker 1: pretty qualified guys. Rudy Giuliani was a big, big crime fighter.
- 6:43Speaker 1: He'd been the US attorney for years. He'd been number
- 6:46Speaker 1: two in the Justice Department for years. He had quite
- 6:49Speaker 1: a resume when he took office. And then Michael Bloomberg
- 6:51Speaker 1: came along. He had a huge resume in the business world,
- 6:55Speaker 1: billionaire built one of the biggest companies in the world.
- 6:58Speaker 1: Obviously a manager. But the last three guys to be elected,
- 7:02Speaker 1: the last three to Blasio, Eric Adams, and this guy
- 7:07Speaker 1: Mom Donnie, no resume, no management experience, no qualifications other
- 7:13Speaker 1: than they were just kind of charming salespeople. To Blasio, yeah,
- 7:17Speaker 1: you had a certain charm to him and the TV commercials.
- 7:20Speaker 1: You had a nice smile and a certain charm. Eric
- 7:22Speaker 1: Adams a good looking guy, a lot of charm. This
- 7:25Speaker 1: guy in his own way charming, a slick salesman, but
- 7:28Speaker 1: with no resume and no management experience. So it's a very,
- 7:33Speaker 1: very weird trend we've started here. Now the New York Times,
- 7:38Speaker 1: big article now in the New York Times about Democrats
- 7:40Speaker 1: have a new leader. There's a new leader of the
- 7:44Speaker 1: Democratic Party. They're talking about Mom Donnie. Now, also figure
- 7:49Speaker 1: there's going to be a lot of angry people in
- 7:51Speaker 1: the Democratic Party, like AOC. You know, she was supposed
- 7:54Speaker 1: to be the left wing leader, the kook woke socialist
- 8:00Speaker 1: left wing leader of the party. Well, now this guy's
- 8:03Speaker 1: replaced her, and this guy can really out talk her.
- 8:07Speaker 1: So you're going to see a little bit of a
- 8:08Speaker 1: You're going to see the war between the old Democrats,
- 8:11Speaker 1: the old Chuck Schumer fossils, the old dinosaurs, and this
- 8:14Speaker 1: new young breed. But within the young group, you're going
- 8:16Speaker 1: to see a fight between AOC and Mom Donnie. Is
- 8:20Speaker 1: that the first Lady? I think so, yeah, Mom Donnie
- 8:23Speaker 1: doing a little appearance now. And that's the other thing.
- 8:27Speaker 1: The first Lady, the new first Lady, the new first Lady, missus.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Mom Donnie stayed under the radar the whole campaign, although
- 8:36Speaker 1: apparently behind the scenes, she was a mastermind at the
- 8:40Speaker 1: strategy of the campaign, the branding of the campaign. She
- 8:44Speaker 1: and the mother of Mom Donnie. Remember the mother is
- 8:47Speaker 1: a big filmmaker, big movie maker, so she knows a
- 8:52Speaker 1: lot of theatrical tricks. So between the wife and the mother,
- 8:55Speaker 1: they helped with the branding, the messaging, the strategy of
- 8:59Speaker 1: the campag I ain't putting that all together. But we
- 9:01Speaker 1: know very little about this first lady. Mom Donnie met
- 9:05Speaker 1: her on Hinge, the dating app Hinge. You know, you
- 9:08Speaker 1: got all these different dating apps. There is plenty of fish,
- 9:12Speaker 1: there's this one, that one, there's match dot com. But
- 9:15Speaker 1: the high end ones, the high end dating apps are
- 9:18Speaker 1: like a Hinge and a few others. So that's where
- 9:21Speaker 1: mom Donnie met his wife. But again, that's perfectly normal.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Nowadays everybody is going to at some point everybody will
- 9:29Speaker 1: have met their wife that way. Hey, we'll get back
- 9:33Speaker 1: to the mirural race. But but let's just go to
- 9:36Speaker 1: Jack Smith for a moment. This weird bug eyed, cape
- 9:41Speaker 1: wearing weirdo prosecutor Jack Smith may have some real trouble now.
- 9:46Speaker 1: It looks like besides the terrible investigation in the Trump
- 9:50Speaker 1: and it was ridiculously overdone. You know, you saw the
- 9:53Speaker 1: pictures hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of boxes at Marlago,
- 9:57Speaker 1: Well those were just presidential records. None of those were
- 9:59Speaker 1: classified doc and that was later proven when Jack Smith
- 10:03Speaker 1: only found in the entire building thirty five classified documents.
- 10:07Speaker 1: If you put the thirty five in a folder, it's
- 10:10Speaker 1: about one inch thick, so one inch of one box
- 10:13Speaker 1: classified documents. All those boxes you saw were not classified documents.
- 10:18Speaker 1: And then Smith did a couple of horrible things. If
- 10:20Speaker 1: you're going to raid mar a Lago, First of all,
- 10:22Speaker 1: that was a horrible decision to raid a president's home,
- 10:27Speaker 1: but he did it. But even worse, they went through everything,
- 10:30Speaker 1: They went through the kid's bedroom, Malania's stuff. They went
- 10:33Speaker 1: through Malania's underwear drawers, just like Polly Walnuts and the Sopranos.
- 10:39Speaker 1: And Smith actually got permission to use deadly force in
- 10:45Speaker 1: mar A Lago. He actually got permission from Remember we
- 10:48Speaker 1: had the dirtiest Attorney General ever, Merrick Garland, who granted
- 10:52Speaker 1: that permission to use deadly force in mar A Lago.
- 10:57Speaker 1: In other words, they could come in with guns drawn
- 10:59Speaker 1: and fire their guns if they needed to. Now Trump
- 11:02Speaker 1: was not at mar Alago. He was in New York
- 11:06Speaker 1: I think at the time. And at mar A Lago
- 11:10Speaker 1: was just the staff, the butler, the maids. Why would
- 11:12Speaker 1: you need to use deadly force? Now there's also members there,
- 11:15Speaker 1: but have you ever seen those members? It's a little
- 11:17Speaker 1: old ladies going, how are you? You don't need deadly force?
- 11:21Speaker 1: It was just insane. Now it turns out Jack Smith
- 11:24Speaker 1: also seized the phone records emails of dozens and dozens
- 11:30Speaker 1: and dozens of people in Congress, did surveillance on them.
- 11:34Speaker 1: And then yesterday we find out Jack Smith got President
- 11:41Speaker 1: Trump's cell phone from the first term. You know, when
- 11:44Speaker 1: you're the president, Trump has its own cell phone. But
- 11:46Speaker 1: when you're president, they give you an official presidential cell
- 11:49Speaker 1: phone to use. It's different from It looks like a
- 11:52Speaker 1: regular cell phone, but it's tricked out with all sorts
- 11:55Speaker 1: of privacy features and scramblers and all kinds of things
- 12:00Speaker 1: to keep your communication private. And then when you leave
- 12:03Speaker 1: the presidency, I guess it goes back to the government.
- 12:06Speaker 1: But Jack Smith got permission to take it, and the
- 12:09Speaker 1: dirty law air Biden administration handed it over, so Jack
- 12:14Speaker 1: Smith was able to go through it and see all
- 12:16Speaker 1: the Trump's calls, texts everything. By the way, he's using
- 12:20Speaker 1: his own cell phone. Now, he's got that presidential cell phone,
- 12:24Speaker 1: but most of the time if he calls, it's on
- 12:25Speaker 1: the personal cell phone. Now I know why, because he
- 12:27Speaker 1: doesn't trust the next administration a safeguard his presidential cell phone.
- 12:32Speaker 1: But Jack Smith, I mean, this is out and out
- 12:35Speaker 1: wiretapping of the president. Jack Smith had no reason to
- 12:39Speaker 1: do that, no reason to do that. He's in real
- 12:41Speaker 1: trouble now they're going to really come after him for this. Now.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Jack Smith is telling his friends that he welcomes this,
- 12:50Speaker 1: that he can't wait to defend himself and he wants
- 12:54Speaker 1: to counter attack. He said he can't wait to get
- 12:56Speaker 1: into a courtroom and explain himself. He said he had
- 12:59Speaker 1: a hell of a case against Trump, but judges kept
- 13:02Speaker 1: denying him a chance to present his evidence in court.
- 13:07Speaker 1: He said, now he has tons of evidence that he
- 13:10Speaker 1: can present in course. I don't know what he's talking about,
- 13:14Speaker 1: and he'll never be able to explain this. Trump had
- 13:17Speaker 1: a handful of classified documents. There weren't anything earth shattering.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Joe Biden had eight thousand classified documents. He had him
- 13:25Speaker 1: in his house, he had him in his office, he
- 13:27Speaker 1: had him in his office at the University of Delaware, Pennsylvania.
- 13:33Speaker 1: He'll never be able to explain this. But Jack Smith
- 13:36Speaker 1: looked for him to really really have a problem at
- 13:39Speaker 1: some point. Hey, we'll take some calls. Next, we'll get
- 13:41Speaker 1: back to the mayoral race. We'll get to the governor's race.
- 13:46Speaker 1: Mikey Cheryl is your new governor.
- 13:48Speaker 2: And I just got a call from Jack Chittarelli, and
- 13:51Speaker 2: I want to recognize him for stepping up.
- 13:54Speaker 1: Okay, she wants to recognize him.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Serving you is worth any tough I have to take on.
- 14:01Speaker 2: And I am incredibly honored to be your next governor.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Does she sound like a governor? Does she really sound
- 14:08Speaker 1: like a commenter?
- 14:09Speaker 2: Serving you is worth any tough fight I have to
- 14:12Speaker 2: take on, and I am incredibly honored.
- 14:15Speaker 1: To be your next time. All right. It's an unusual
- 14:18Speaker 1: from New Jersey to go with one party for three terms.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Usually a two terms of one party they switch, and
- 14:23Speaker 1: that's always been the case for many decades. First time
- 14:26Speaker 1: in decades that they've gone three terms with one party,
- 14:29Speaker 1: but it happened. Anyway, we'll get back to the mural race.
- 14:32Speaker 1: We'll take some calls next. Eight hundred three two one
- 14:36Speaker 1: zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three two
- 14:39Speaker 1: one zero seven ten.
