Haywood Fennell hosts The Other Page Radio with guest Shawn Matthews, program manager of housing and stabilization at Home-Start. Home-Start helps provide housing for the chronically homeless-- those who have been documented as being homeless longer than 365 days. Veterans, families, individuals struggling with disabilities, substance abuse and unemployment, among others, are some of our community members that Shawn works with in outreaching to provide a support network to achieve stability.
