A 28-year-old man, Devante Clay Ransom, has been arrested in King County for trafficking a 14-year-old girl and sexually assaulting her at a SeaTac motel. The victim, who knew him as “Tay,” said he forced her into sex work, took all her earnings, and even acted as her pimp and manager. Authorities were alerted after a 911 call on April 3rd, and evidence—including hotel records, surveillance, and online ads—confirmed his involvement.
