Speaker 1: Up everyone and welcome back to the epstein chronicles so
• 0:05
Speaker 1: glenn maxwell has hired harvey weinstein's lawyer to fight for
• 0:10
Speaker 1: her freedom during her appeal now i don't understand what
• 0:15
Speaker 1: draws all of these people to these lawyers that never
• 0:18
Speaker 1: win their cases but here we are You would think
• 0:21
Speaker 1: that you'd want a lawyer who actually, you know, gets
• 0:23
Speaker 1: their clients off. But it seems all of these rich
• 0:26
Speaker 1: people just go to the well all of the time
• 0:29
Speaker 1: and grab the same lawyer out. It's like the NFL
• 0:32
Speaker 1: owners who keep hiring the same coaches over and over
• 0:36
Speaker 1: and over again. I mean, how many times do we
• 0:39
Speaker 1: have to see a guy like Wade Wilson come in
• 0:41
Speaker 1: and screw up as coach? So we see the same
• 0:45
Speaker 1: thing with lawyers. The same people hiring the same lawyers
• 0:49
Speaker 1: over and over and over again. And for what reason?
• 0:53
Speaker 1: It's not like Harvey Weinstein got off here. It's not
• 0:55
Speaker 1: like Harvey Weinstein isn't going to be serving the rest
• 0:59
Speaker 1: of his life behind bars. So you go out and
• 1:02
Speaker 1: hire the same person, huh? Just bananas to me. If
• 1:06
Speaker 1: I had Ghislaine Maxwell money, there's only one person I'd
• 1:09
Speaker 1: be calling right now. And that's Andrew Brettler. But what
• 1:12
Speaker 1: you see here is more of the same. Another retread
• 1:16
Speaker 1: and another lawyer who doesn't seem to actually ever win anything.
• 1:21
Speaker 1: So from where I'm sitting, this is a great hire
• 1:23
Speaker 1: for Ghislaine Maxwell, but I don't understand the strategy behind it.
• 1:29
Speaker 1: Let's jump into this article from page six and see
• 1:32
Speaker 1: what's up. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell hiring Harvey Weinstein's lawyer in
• 1:37
Speaker 1: planned appeal. This article was authored by Ian Moore. Attorney
• 1:43
Speaker 1: Arthur L. Adala, who is representing disgraced movie mogul Weinstein
• 1:48
Speaker 1: in his New York appeal, confirmed to us that he
• 1:50
Speaker 1: has filed legal papers on Friday to represent Maxwell in
• 1:54
Speaker 1: her planned appeal. Well, Mr. Arthur L. Adala, let me
• 1:59
Speaker 1: introduce myself. My name is DJ Go Fuck Yourself, and
• 2:04
Speaker 1: your client is as guilty as the day is long.
• 2:09
Speaker 1: And while the appeal itself has not been filed... Adala
• 2:12
Speaker 1: alleged in comments to Page Six that we believe the
• 2:15
Speaker 1: trial judge made mistakes in Maxwell's case and that Maxwell
• 2:19
Speaker 1: was mistreated during her incarceration, including being malnourished. So they're
• 2:24
Speaker 1: going to use the same exact shit that they tried
• 2:26
Speaker 1: while Maxwell was locked up. It didn't work then and
• 2:29
Speaker 1: it's not going to work now, Arthur Adala. This dude
• 2:34
Speaker 1: might as well just be pilfering this money from Maxwell
• 2:37
Speaker 1: or Maxwell might as well just go and light this
• 2:39
Speaker 1: money on fire in the rec hall. Because she's not
• 2:42
Speaker 1: going to win this appeal. There's no way on what grounds. Now,
• 2:48
Speaker 1: they might say that the juror issue with Scotty David,
• 2:51
Speaker 1: that might come back to rear its head a little bit.
• 2:54
Speaker 1: But besides that, they really have nothing to go on here.
• 2:57
Speaker 1: No tenable ground to stand on. So I don't know
• 3:00
Speaker 1: what their strategy is even going to be. He added
• 3:05
Speaker 1: that the appeals process would not be about Maxwell's guilt
• 3:08
Speaker 1: or innocence, but whether the judge who decided the case
• 3:11
Speaker 1: made the correct legal ruling. And there you have it, folks.
• 3:14
Speaker 1: It's not about her innocence or guilt. We already know that.
• 3:18
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell is as guilty as it comes. This bipedal serpent,
• 3:24
Speaker 1: this child abuser, this human trafficker is exactly where she belongs,
• 3:29
Speaker 1: right behind bars. And there's not a damn thing Arthur A.
• 3:33
Speaker 1: Idalla or anyone else is going to do to change
• 3:37
Speaker 1: that fact. He pointed out that there was a controversy
• 3:42
Speaker 1: in the case when one juror told the judge that
• 3:44
Speaker 1: he'd failed to disclose his own history of child abuse
• 3:48
Speaker 1: during jury selection. Now, of course, this is something that
• 3:52
Speaker 1: is a topic of interest for anyone who is a
• 3:55
Speaker 1: legal scholar. And there's certainly an argument to be made
• 3:59
Speaker 1: that what this juror did was way out of bounds.
• 4:03
Speaker 1: You can't lie during the questioning period, but that's not
• 4:06
Speaker 1: enough to make it a mistrial. And Judge Nathan already
• 4:10
Speaker 1: made that ruling. And the crazy part about that is
• 4:13
Speaker 1: she's now also on the appeals court. So when he
• 4:16
Speaker 1: does appeal this, it's going to go right back to
• 4:19
Speaker 1: Judge Nathan. The judge, he says, didn't know what she
• 4:22
Speaker 1: was doing. Sure, that's going to work out well when
• 4:24
Speaker 1: it hits the desk of her colleagues. The judge in
• 4:27
Speaker 1: the case, United States Circuit Judge Allison J. Nathan, shot
• 4:31
Speaker 1: down Maxwell's request for a new trial, and she was
• 4:34
Speaker 1: convicted on five of six counts, including sex trafficking and
• 4:38
Speaker 1: conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. She was sentenced to 20
• 4:41
Speaker 1: years behind bars, and she got off light. That's right,
• 4:45
Speaker 1: I said it, she got off light. She should have
• 4:47
Speaker 1: been hit with a Rico. Imagine if she would have
• 4:50
Speaker 1: got hit with RICO predicates, what that would have done
• 4:52
Speaker 1: for this whole case. How many other people would have
• 4:54
Speaker 1: got dragged in? Would have seized everybody's money. It would
• 4:57
Speaker 1: have been a real shit show. Exactly what it should
• 5:00
Speaker 1: have been. But way too many people were protected by
• 5:03
Speaker 1: way too many powerful people for that to ever occur.
• 5:07
Speaker 1: And the SDNY and all the tough talk they do
• 5:10
Speaker 1: down there. I find it laughable that they let Ghislaine
• 5:14
Speaker 1: Maxwell off with only a 20 year sentence. Adela claims
• 5:20
Speaker 1: there were other mistakes made in the case and that
• 5:22
Speaker 1: Maxwell was so mistreated during her period of incarceration that
• 5:26
Speaker 1: it violated so many of her constitutional rights to defend herself.
• 5:30
Speaker 1: That's an absolute straight up bullshit lie, Mr. Adela. Garbage.
• 5:36
Speaker 1: You know who was mistreated behind bars? Kalief Browder. Not
• 5:40
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell, 14 hours a day to sit with her lawyers,
• 5:45
Speaker 1: all the court filings in the world that you could
• 5:47
Speaker 1: possibly have. You show me one poor person sitting in
• 5:51
Speaker 1: jail right now for a few crack rock that had
• 5:54
Speaker 1: even a bit of Ghislaine Maxwell's ability or Ghislaine Maxwell's
• 6:00
Speaker 1: privilege while she was in prison or in jail. So
• 6:04
Speaker 1: it's laughable when they come at us with that kind
• 6:06
Speaker 1: of bullshit, especially for those of us who know people
• 6:09
Speaker 1: who have been to jail or have been to prison.
• 6:13
Speaker 1: I promise you, everybody I know who went to prison
• 6:16
Speaker 1: or jail, I promise you, were treated much worse than
• 6:19
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell can ever even imagine being treated. She was malnourished,
• 6:25
Speaker 1: Adala said. And yet she's supposed to sit for a
• 6:27
Speaker 1: trial with her life on the line? He added that
• 6:30
Speaker 1: in the United States of America, anyone who's accused of
• 6:33
Speaker 1: any crime should not be abused by the U.S. government
• 6:36
Speaker 1: the way she was abused. Well, I'm saying she wasn't abused, Mr. Aydala.
• 6:40
Speaker 1: She was treated the same way the justice system treats
• 6:44
Speaker 1: people on a daily basis inside of those archaic, shitty lockups.
• 6:49
Speaker 1: So why should we care how Maxwell is treated? And
• 6:53
Speaker 1: all of a sudden she's this big proponent of cultural
• 6:57
Speaker 1: change within the Bureau of Prisons. Oh, what? Now that
• 7:00
Speaker 1: you had a little taste, where were you when you
• 7:02
Speaker 1: were hanging out with the jerk offs who are making
• 7:04
Speaker 1: these laws in the first place? You made. He said
• 7:07
Speaker 1: she did not get a fair trial and further added
• 7:10
Speaker 1: the judge ignored the many claims of malnourishment, living with
• 7:13
Speaker 1: vermin in her cell, lack of sleep. and overall deplorable conditions.
• 7:17
Speaker 1: There were also issues regarding lack of access to her lawyers.
• 7:21
  Speaker 1: That's a straight up lie. Mr. Aydala, that's a lie.
• 7:25
Speaker 1: And I'll just, I'll straight up call it what it is.
• 7:27
Speaker 1: It's a lie. She had more access to her lawyers
• 7:29
Speaker 1: than anybody in that lockup. And in fact, after the
• 7:32
Speaker 1: coronavirus ban was kicked out, Ghislaine Maxwell was the second
• 7:36
Speaker 1: person in the whole entire New York to sit down
• 7:40
Speaker 1: with her lawyer. After that, ban was lifted. So please
• 7:43
Speaker 1: miss me with the bullshit. You might be able to
• 7:46
Speaker 1: pump this on people who didn't follow this the whole time,
• 7:49
Speaker 1: but I got news for you, Mr. Idalla. We haven't
• 7:52
Speaker 1: went away. What'd you think, your boys stopped paying attention?
• 7:57
Speaker 1: And now that you're bringing your appeal up, well, you
• 8:00
Speaker 1: better be ready for them choppy waters. Ask Christian Everdell
• 8:04
Speaker 1: how those choppy waters feel. This is all in violation
• 8:08
Speaker 1: of her fundamental constitutional rights and will be powerfully brought
• 8:12
Speaker 1: to the attention of the appellate courts. You know whose
• 8:15
Speaker 1: rights were really stepped on? All of the girls and
• 8:19
Speaker 1: women who were abused by Ghislaine Maxwell and her pal
• 8:21
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. So you can save the whole woe is
• 8:25
Speaker 1: Ghislaine for somebody else. I don't want to hear it.
• 8:30
Speaker 1: A brief in the appeal, he said, is estimated to
• 8:32
Speaker 1: be filed weeks from now with the U.S. Court of
• 8:35
Speaker 1: Appeals for the Second Circuit. The appeal would mark Idalla's
• 8:39
Speaker 1: firm representing two of America's most notorious cases in Weinstein
• 8:44
Speaker 1: and Maxwell. Perfect clients for you to represent, my man.
• 8:48
Speaker 1: And look, don't get it twisted. Everybody deserves representation. But
• 8:52
Speaker 1: if he thinks he's going to walk into this courtroom
• 8:55
Speaker 1: and start slinging around mud and acting like a complete jackoff,
• 8:59
Speaker 1: he has another thing coming. Weinstein is serving 23 years
• 9:03
Speaker 1: for rape and sexual abuse, but he will have another
• 9:06
Speaker 1: shot at arguing that a judge made mistakes in his
• 9:08
Speaker 1: case in New York. We previously reported that in August,
• 9:12
Speaker 1: the convicted sex offenders bid for an appeal was given
• 9:15
Speaker 1: the go ahead by the state of New York court
• 9:17
Speaker 1: of appeals. And that's completely fine. People should get that
• 9:20
Speaker 1: appeal processed and it should be a go. But once
• 9:23
Speaker 1: they get into the courtroom, the absolute beat down should
• 9:26
Speaker 1: begin by the prosecution. The former producer also just had
• 9:32
Speaker 1: another criminal trial in Los Angeles where he was found
• 9:35
Speaker 1: guilty of one count of rape and two counts of
• 9:37
Speaker 1: sexual assault. Maxwell was given 240 months in prison for
• 9:42
Speaker 1: her role in a scheme to sexually exploit and abuse
• 9:45
Speaker 1: multiple minor girls with Jeffrey Epstein over the course of
• 9:49
Speaker 1: a decade. Prosecutors said after her sentencing, and we all
• 9:53
Speaker 1: know it was many decades, she got off light. If anything,
• 9:56
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell got off light. And then you have people
• 9:59
Speaker 1: out here talking about oh her civil rights were stepped
• 10:03
Speaker 1: on no they weren't no they weren't we went through
• 10:06
Speaker 1: the process she had her trial her lawyers couldn't pass
• 10:09
Speaker 1: the ball and make a completion and they ended up
• 10:12
Speaker 1: losing the game because of it and you know why
• 10:15
Speaker 1: because Ghislaine Maxwell was guilty that's why U.S. Attorney Damian
• 10:21
Speaker 1: Williams said in a statement at the time, Today's sentence
• 10:23
Speaker 1: holds Ghislaine Maxwell accountable for perpetrating heinous crimes against children.
• 10:28
Speaker 1: The sentence sends a strong message that no one is
• 10:31
Speaker 1: above the law and it is never too late for justice. Apparently,
• 10:35
Speaker 1: Maxwell's family reached out to Idella specifically because his firm, Idella,
• 10:40
Speaker 1: Bertuna & Cammons, worked on Weinstein's appeal. After her sentencing,
• 10:44
Speaker 1: her trial team was done representing her and her family,
• 10:48
Speaker 1: quite frankly, reached out to us. Obviously, we'd been in
• 10:52
Speaker 1: the headlines with Mr. Weinstein's case. Yeah, because it's worked
• 10:55
Speaker 1: out so well. Let me reach out to Aydala because
• 10:59
Speaker 1: he got Weinstein off, said nobody ever. Correct me if
• 11:03
Speaker 1: I'm wrong, but isn't Weinstein spending the rest of his
• 11:05
Speaker 1: life in prison? So let's not act like this is
• 11:09
Speaker 1: Johnny Cochran over here, right? If the glove don't fit,
• 11:11
Speaker 1: you have to acquit. Breaking news, Mr. Aydala, your client
• 11:16
Speaker 1: is guilty. She did this, and she's going to spend
• 11:18
Speaker 1: the rest of her sentence behind bars. No matter how
• 11:22
Speaker 1: many appeals you, her, or anyone brings to the court. So,
• 11:28
Speaker 1: like I always say, Ghislaine Maxwell, enjoy those bologna sandwiches.
• 11:34
Speaker 1: All right, folks, that's going to do it for this one.
• 11:36
Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that

Speaker 1: also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The
• 11:54
Speaker 1: link that I discussed can be found in the description box.
• 11:59
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone? And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 12:03
Speaker 1: Leon Black is engaged in a legal struggle against Guzel Ganieva,
• 12:09
Speaker 1: who is suing him for what she says was physical
• 12:13
Speaker 1: and sexual assault. Now, obviously, Leon Black denies these allegations
• 12:18
Speaker 1: and has hired a hotshot legal team. The only problem
• 12:21
Speaker 1: is one of the people who is in the law
• 12:24
Speaker 1: office now of the company representing him. Well, that person
• 12:28
Speaker 1: used to be a prosecutor. So now Guzelganieva and her
• 12:33
Speaker 1: team are trying to get Leon Black's law firm disqualified
• 12:37
Speaker 1: from the case. So let's get to this article from
• 12:39
Speaker 1: Reuters and let's get caught up. Headline, Leon Black's law
• 12:44
Speaker 1: firm fights disqualification bid in Russian models case. This article
• 12:49
Speaker 1: was authored by David Thomas. A law firm defending billionaire
• 12:54
Speaker 1: investor Leon Black in a defamation and sexual misconduct lawsuit
• 12:58
Speaker 1: is fighting to keep its role in the case after
• 13:01
Speaker 1: Black's accuser said the firm should be disqualified for hiring
• 13:04
Speaker 1: a New York prosecutor who once investigated him. So look,
• 13:08
Speaker 1: this lady was working as a prosecutor and not only
• 13:12
Speaker 1: as a prosecutor, but somebody who was investigating Leon Black.
• 13:15
Speaker 1: Then this person decides to leave the prosecutor's office and
• 13:19
Speaker 1: join this law firm. Well, this law firm obviously is
• 13:23
Speaker 1: representing Leon Black. So you could see why Ms. Ganieva
• 13:26
Speaker 1: would be trying to get them dismissed here. Is it
• 13:28
  Speaker 1: going to work? I don't know. But it's certainly a
• 13:31
Speaker 1: valid opinion or a valid concern. The former prosecutor, Joan Alusi-Orban,
• 13:39
Speaker 1: said in court papers Tuesday that she has nothing to
• 13:42
Speaker 1: do with the case. Black represented by law firm Perigua
• 13:46
Speaker 1: is battling claims by Russian model Guzel Ganieva in New
• 13:50
Speaker 1: York state court that he abused her sexually and then
• 13:53
Speaker 1: lied and falsely accused her of extortion when she spoke out.
• 13:58
Speaker 1: He has denied the allegations. And she also said that
• 14:00
Speaker 1: he tried to traffic her to Jeffrey Epstein. Now, are
• 14:04
Speaker 1: these allegations true or not? We don't know. Right. We
• 14:08
Speaker 1: weren't there. Nobody knows. But whenever you're somebody who's rolling
• 14:11
Speaker 1: around with Jeffrey Epstein and being involved with him to
• 14:14
Speaker 1: the tune of $ 158 million, you better believe people are
• 14:18
Speaker 1: paying attention when someone says you tried to traffic them
• 14:21
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein. Last month, Ghanieva said Perry Guha should
• 14:27
Speaker 1: be thrown off the case because the law firm had
• 14:30
Speaker 1: recently hired a Lucy Orban from the Manhattan District Attorney's
• 14:34
Speaker 1: Office where she led the trial division. I don't see
• 14:37
Speaker 1: that being as too big of an ask here. Leon
• 14:40
Speaker 1: Black has plenty of money, plenty of lawyers out there.
• 14:42
Speaker 1: You have to have the lawyer where there's a bit
• 14:44
Speaker 1: of a conflict of interest? Well, of course they do.
• 14:47
Speaker 1: They want everything weighed in their favor, right? And a
• 14:49
Speaker 1: guy like Leon Black has the money to make sure
• 14:52
Speaker 1: that happens. But I could see from Ms. Ganieva's perspective
• 14:56
Speaker 1: here why she wouldn't want Orban involved. If Orban was
• 15:00
Speaker 1: working in the office that was prosecuting this case, don't
• 15:03
Speaker 1: you think she might have some inside information? And I
• 15:06
Speaker 1: don't want to hear, oh, well, I would never, ever
• 15:08
Speaker 1: do something like that. Yeah, right. So what you want
• 15:12
Speaker 1: me to believe is a lawyer telling me something? Yeah,
• 15:16
Speaker 1: fat chance. Elusi Orban received confidential information about Black, the
• 15:22
Speaker 1: former head of private equity firm Apollo Global Management Incorporated,
• 15:26
Speaker 1: when Ganieva reported his alleged sexual misconduct to Manhattan prosecutors
• 15:31
Speaker 1: last year. Ganieva alleged. Allowing Perry Guha to stay on
• 15:35
Speaker 1: Black's counsel would be a flagrant ethical violation, she argued.
• 15:40
Speaker 1: But in an affidavit filed Tuesday in New York County
• 15:43
Speaker 1: Supreme Court, Elusi Orban said she is completely walled off
• 15:46
Speaker 1: from Perry Guha's work on Black's case. See, I have
• 15:50
Speaker 1: a hard time believing that. And I don't think that
• 15:52
Speaker 1: there should even be a bit of room for people
• 15:57
Speaker 1: to say, oh, well, Because she was working on the
• 16:00
Speaker 1: case as a prosecutor, that's why things went south. And
• 16:03
Speaker 1: you would think that Mr. Guha here would want to
• 16:06
Speaker 1: avoid that as well. But, I guess not. And maybe
• 16:09
Speaker 1: this is more common than I know. Like I always say,
• 16:12
Speaker 1: I'm certainly not some legal eagle who follows this stuff closely.
• 16:16
Speaker 1: Usually only when it falls onto our plate. Perry Guha
• 16:22
Speaker 1: separately called Ganieva's move to disqualify it shameful, saying it
• 16:26
Speaker 1: was not based on any actual conflict. Samit Guha, a
• 16:30
Speaker 1: partner at Perry Guha, said in a statement, the disqualification
• 16:34
Speaker 1: motion is a cynical litigation tactic that has no basis
• 16:38
Speaker 1: in law or fact. And that's probably close to the truth.
• 16:42
Speaker 1: We know that when lawyers get to battling here and
• 16:45
Speaker 1: they lock horns, there's really nothing that they're unwilling to do.
• 16:50
Speaker 1: I mean, lawyers get it in. They'll hire private investigators.
• 16:53
Speaker 1: They'll go through your trash. They don't give a shit.
• 16:57
Speaker 1: So while I find it a bit silly for them
• 16:59
Speaker 1: to say, oh, well, this is a disqualification motion is
• 17:03
Speaker 1: just cynical litigation tactics. There's certainly an element of that there,
• 17:08
Speaker 1: but it's also gamesmanship. Lucy Orban told the court she
• 17:14
Speaker 1: could not publicly confirm or deny any investigation of Black
• 17:17
Speaker 1: by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. She added that her
• 17:20
Speaker 1: former office had no concerns about the propriety of my
• 17:23
Speaker 1: work with Perry Guha or my conduct. Oh, well, since
• 17:27
Speaker 1: the Manhattan District Attorney's Office says so, we have to
• 17:30
Speaker 1: just get on board, right? Considering they have such a
• 17:33
Speaker 1: great track record of worrying about people who have been assaulted.
• 17:40
Speaker 1: Elusi Orban said she is an independent contractor with Perry
• 17:43
Speaker 1: Guha and typically works less than 10 hours a week
• 17:46
Speaker 1: at the firm. Must be making some big dough. You're
• 17:49
Speaker 1: only working 10 hours a week and you're able to
• 17:51
Speaker 1: pay your bills and shit. Must be nice. Lawyer Jean Christensen,
• 17:57
Speaker 1: a partner at Wigdor representing Ganieva, said Perry Guha's filings
• 18:00
Speaker 1: this week indicate that they did not give notice about
• 18:04
Speaker 1: Elusi Orban's hire or implement any screening formally in their
• 18:09
Speaker 1: office for months. So there's a procedure that has to
• 18:12
Speaker 1: be followed here. And according to Jean Christensen, who is
• 18:15
Speaker 1: representing Guzel Ganieva, she says that that wasn't followed and
• 18:20
Speaker 1: there was no buffer zone here. There was no implemented
• 18:24
Speaker 1: screening or anything for months. Last month, Black filed a
• 18:30
Speaker 1: separate lawsuit against Ganieva. And her law firm, Wigdor, alleging
• 18:35
Speaker 1: Ganievo broke a confidentiality agreement she had with him. And
• 18:40
Speaker 1: that case is also pending in New York County Supreme Court.
• 18:44
Speaker 1: Christensen called Black's latest lawsuit total nonsense. Well, that's because
• 18:49
Speaker 1: they're going to go back and forth and call each
• 18:51
Speaker 1: other's lawsuits nonsense. And when you're dealing with Leon Black,
• 18:54
Speaker 1: you have to remember that you're going to be dealing
• 18:57
Speaker 1: with somebody who's bringing the knives out. This is a
• 19:00
Speaker 1: man who is... not playing around, and a man who
• 19:03
Speaker 1: has always been very, very feared as far as being
• 19:06
Speaker 1: somebody who goes all the way. Obviously, some of that
• 19:11
Speaker 1: facade has been rubbed off since his fall from grace
• 19:14
Speaker 1: over at Apollo, but he's still not somebody to be
• 19:17
Speaker 1: trifled with. And he will do whatever it takes to
• 19:20
Speaker 1: make sure that he wins this case. If that means
• 19:22
Speaker 1: hiring 10 prosecutors, that's what he'll do. Black is also
• 19:27
Speaker 1: appealing the dismissal of his federal lawsuit against Ganieva and Wigdor.
• 19:32
Speaker 1: He accused them in engaging in a criminal enterprise, including
• 19:35
Speaker 1: by falsely linking Black to the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
• 19:39
Speaker 1: Falsely linking Black to the late sex offender. 158 million
• 19:43
Speaker 1: reasons why he should be linked to Jeffrey Epstein. And
• 19:47
Speaker 1: in fact, I don't think enough is made about his
• 19:49
Speaker 1: connection to Epstein. How about that? This is a man
• 19:52
Speaker 1: who was there for Epstein for all of these years,
• 19:55
Speaker 1: provide financial support, financial sucker. And all of a sudden
• 20:00
Speaker 1: we should just forget that Leon Black had any connections
• 20:03
Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein. Give me a break, man. Now, as
• 20:06
Speaker 1: far as Mrs. Ganieva allegedly being trafficked to Jeffrey Epstein
• 20:11
Speaker 1: or offered to Jeffrey Epstein, I can't confirm or deny that.
• 20:15
Speaker 1: But I will say this. It doesn't seem like completely
• 20:17
Speaker 1: out of left field considering who Jeffrey Epstein is and
• 20:20
Speaker 1: what he was. A judge dismissed the suit in June,
• 20:25
Speaker 1: calling it dubiously pled, legally tenuous and threadbare. A spokesperson
• 20:29
Speaker 1: for Black did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
• 20:35
Speaker 1: And that's been his MO. We're not going to hear
• 20:37
Speaker 1: anything from Leon Black. That's for damn sure. But he's
• 20:40
Speaker 1: going to continue to go hard here with this steamroller
• 20:42
Speaker 1: approach in hopes that he can litigate Gazelle Ganieva into oblivion.
• 20:48
Speaker 1: That's how these guys roll. How many times have we
• 20:49
Speaker 1: seen it? These rich, powerful people, they'll have these long,
• 20:54
Speaker 1: laborious litigations. That way they can drain the coffers of
• 20:58
Speaker 1: the people that they're having these legal disputes against. And
• 21:01
Speaker 1: that's why you see many people not go up against
• 21:03
Speaker 1: people like Leon Black. you don't have the war chest,
• 21:06
Speaker 1: or if you don't have a lawyer who's willing to
• 21:08
Speaker 1: go all the way, you're in big trouble. You're cooked
• 21:10
Speaker 1: right from the beginning. But the fact that Leon Black
• 21:13
Speaker 1: would even attempt to distance himself from Epstein is just
• 21:16
Speaker 1: absurd to me. And anyone who's followed the story understands
• 21:20
Speaker 1: that from a financial perspective, Leon Black was right in
• 21:24
Speaker 1: the mix. He was right there with Epstein this whole time.
• 21:26
Speaker 1: $ 158 million? Right there with Jeff Staley, helping to enable him,
• 21:31
Speaker 1: acting as a vehicle for Epstein to keep advancing in
• 21:34
Speaker 1: the financial sector. So, miss me with all of the, oh, well,
• 21:38
Speaker 1: we didn't really even know Jeffrey Epstein's. Such BS. Now, again,
• 21:44
Speaker 1: does that mean that Guzel Ganievo was trafficked to Jeffrey
• 21:48
Speaker 1: Epstein or offered to him? No, it does not. And
• 21:51
Speaker 1: that's what this trial is going to try and figure out.
• 21:54
Speaker 1: But for me, any time we hear somebody like Leon
• 21:57
Speaker 1: Black or anyone who was in Epstein's orbit have these
• 22:00
Speaker 1: sorts of allegations against them, you know it's time to
• 22:03
Speaker 1: take a look and see what's going on. So we'll
• 22:05
Speaker 1: continue to keep an eye on this case and continue
• 22:08
Speaker 1: to keep an eye on the court proceedings to see
• 22:10
Speaker 1: where it all ends up. All right, folks, that's going
• 22:13
Speaker 1: to do it for this one. If you'd like to
• 22:14
Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at BobbyCapucci at ProtonMail.com.
• 22:19
Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at ProtonMail.com. You can also find me on
• 22:25
Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that I discussed
• 22:32
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. Ghislaine Maxwell has
• 22:38
Speaker 1: added another high-profile attorney to her defense team in hopes
• 22:43
Speaker 1: of finding a way to wiggle off of this hook.
• 22:47
Speaker 1: When you have the sort of money that she has,
• 22:51
Speaker 1: and when you have the sort of access to the
• 22:55
Speaker 1: best attorneys, well, this is what happens. You end up
• 22:59
Speaker 1: adding a ton of attorneys to take your case in
• 23:02
Speaker 1: hopes that all of these great attorneys together can come
• 23:06
Speaker 1: up with some bullshit loophole to figure a way out
• 23:10
Speaker 1: for you. My question is, why does she still have
• 23:15
Speaker 1: access to her funds? Who is paying for her lawyers?
• 23:17
Speaker 1: Shouldn't all of her money be frozen? You would think
• 23:21
Speaker 1: that every dime of hers would be frozen at this point,
• 23:24
Speaker 1: so I wonder how she is paying for all of
• 23:26
Speaker 1: these high-profile lawyers. The lawyer that she added tonight, or recently,
• 23:33
Speaker 1: is quite the doozy. And that lawyer is Bobby Sternheim.
• 23:39
Speaker 1: If you follow geopolitical matters, then you know that she
• 23:43
Speaker 1: was the lawyer who defended Khalid Al-Fawaz, who ended up
• 23:48
Speaker 1: being sentenced to life for the Kenya bombing of the U.S.
• 23:52
Speaker 1: Embassy in 1998. She defended him, and that's where she
• 23:59
Speaker 1: got her claim to fame, I guess you should say.
• 24:02
Speaker 1: But she is a very well thought of lawyer, highly
• 24:05
Speaker 1: respected in her field, and she is good at what
• 24:08
Speaker 1: she does according to all reports. But I don't think
• 24:13
Speaker 1: it matters, folks. At this point, with the evidence that's
• 24:16
Speaker 1: going to be presented against Ghislaine Maxwell at the trial,
• 24:21
Speaker 1: and I'm not just talking about the evidence from these
• 24:24
Speaker 1: four charges that we're looking at here. I mean, these
• 24:28
Speaker 1: first charges that we're looking at here. I mean, afterwards.
• 24:33
Speaker 1: There's going to be a lot more that comes out
• 24:36
Speaker 1: and it's going to be real tough for Ghislaine Maxwell
• 24:40
Speaker 1: and her team of lawyers to defend her from the
• 24:44
Speaker 1: onslaught of truth. You see, because there's only so many
• 24:48
Speaker 1: ways you can wiggle out of something, right? When the
• 24:51
Speaker 1: truth is dropped in the lap of a jury, there's
• 24:55
Speaker 1: no way that they're going to be able to defend
• 24:59
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell and her behavior. If the circumstantial evidence is
• 25:05
Speaker 1: telling the story, this lady has zero chance of walking,
• 25:10
Speaker 1: of beating this, of finding a loophole, of having a
• 25:13
Speaker 1: technicality pop up that she can exploit. And I think
• 25:18
Speaker 1: that the prosecution most certainly has their foot on her
• 25:22
Speaker 1: throat and they are pumping her behind the scenes. Now,
• 25:28
  Speaker 1: I don't know if she's cooperating, if she's signed a proffer.
• 25:31
Speaker 1: I don't know any of that. I don't have that information.
• 25:34
Speaker 1: I'm just going on what we've been basing the whole
• 25:37
Speaker 1: entire narrative on up to this point, right? What is
• 25:42
Speaker 1: likely to happen now that she's in custody? A, is
• 25:45
Speaker 1: she going to give up other people to try and
• 25:47
Speaker 1: save herself? Or B, she's going to be closed-lipped and
• 25:51
Speaker 1: she's going to take her punishment like a G. Yeah,
• 25:55
Speaker 1: I'm going to say she's going to take the Tekashi
• 25:57
Speaker 1: 6ix9ine route, folks. The Henry Hill route. They don't make
• 26:04
Speaker 1: them like they used to back in the day, right?
• 26:06
Speaker 1: And especially people like Ghislaine Maxwell. Everybody's turning state evidence
• 26:10
Speaker 1: these days when they get caught up in a criminal conspiracy.
• 26:13
Speaker 1: Never mind a quote-unquote socialite. Please. So I know that
• 26:19
Speaker 1: there's definitely more going on behind the scenes and we've
• 26:23
Speaker 1: seen that from the articles that we've read recently about
• 26:26
Speaker 1: how the investigation is still active, how it's expanding, and
• 26:30
Speaker 1: how these indictments that we see for Maxwell are just
• 26:35
Speaker 1: a part of an overall larger investigation. So there's definitely
• 26:41
Speaker 1: more coming down the pipe. And these people, like Ghislaine Maxwell,
• 26:46
Speaker 1: they're going to need all the help they can get.
• 26:47
Speaker 1: So if I was Sarah Kellen Vickers or Leslie Groff
• 26:52
Speaker 1: or Adriana Ross... or Nadia Marchenkova, or Indyk, or Khan,
• 26:58
Speaker 1: I'd be looking for my own high-profile lawyers right now.
• 27:01
Speaker 1: That's what I'd be doing. Because guess what? The shit
• 27:04
Speaker 1: is about to roll downhill, folks. All right, let's check
• 27:09
Speaker 1: out our article tonight. This is from the, today, from
• 27:12
Speaker 1: the New York Post. Author, Lee Brown. Headline, Ghislaine Maxwell
• 27:17
Speaker 1: hires lawyer who defended Osama Bin Laden's henchmen. And again,
• 27:21
  Speaker 1: I don't hold that against the lawyer. I think I've
• 27:25
Speaker 1: been pretty clear how I feel about that. Everybody in
• 27:28
Speaker 1: this country, in the world, in my opinion, is entitled
• 27:32
Speaker 1: to the most competent law help that they can find
• 27:35
Speaker 1: if they get themselves into a jam. My beef is
• 27:38
Speaker 1: not with the lawyer who takes on the client who
• 27:41
Speaker 1: is accused of heinous shit, right? That's how our system works.
• 27:46
Speaker 1: Equal justice under the law. So my beef isn't because
• 27:50
Speaker 1: of her clients, right? I'll never... I'll never malign a
• 27:54
Speaker 1: lawyer for that. It's the way the system works and
• 27:57
Speaker 1: that's just the way it is. Now, what I will
• 28:00
Speaker 1: have a problem with is the behind-the-scenes finessing of people
• 28:04
Speaker 1: like Dershowitz reaching out, using your connections to try and
• 28:08
Speaker 1: finesse the situation into your favor. That, my friends, is
• 28:12
Speaker 1: country club bullshit and I am not a fan. But
• 28:17
Speaker 1: there's no... Hint that that is the way Sternheim conducts herself, right?
• 28:21
Speaker 1: That's not what I'm saying at all. But she is
• 28:23
Speaker 1: a pretty high-profile lawyer, and if you have the money
• 28:27
Speaker 1: to hire somebody like this, this is definitely somebody that
• 28:30
Speaker 1: I'd probably bring in too. Accused Jeffrey Epstein Madam, co-conspirator,
• 28:36
Speaker 1: fellow child abuser, general all-around scumbag and bipedal serpent, Ghislaine
• 28:41
Speaker 1: Maxwell has hired a super lawyer who once represented one
• 28:45
Speaker 1: of Osama bin Laden's henchmen, Legal Papers Show. Bobby Sternheim
• 28:50
Speaker 1: filed papers Monday in New York's Southern District Court to
• 28:54
Speaker 1: note that she hereby appears as counsel for defendant Ghislaine
• 28:58
Speaker 1: Maxwell in her sex trafficking case. So she's an official
• 29:02
Speaker 1: part of the defense, right? Filed the papers, everything's locked
• 29:06
Speaker 1: and loaded with the courts, and she is now on
• 29:09
Speaker 1: the case. So Allison Moen Company have a new foe
• 29:13
Speaker 1: to deal with. Somebody that is serious about their business, right?
• 29:18
Speaker 1: I think that Sternheim is probably a bit more of
• 29:22
Speaker 1: a competent lawyer than the other two, Everdell and Cohen even.
• 29:26
Speaker 1: And that's not a slight on either of them. They're
• 29:28
Speaker 1: both very competent attorneys. But Sternheim has been around for
• 29:32
Speaker 1: quite some time and she has done some serious work.
• 29:35
Speaker 1: So she's a pretty stiff test, right? But again... again,
• 29:40
Speaker 1: there is only so much an attorney can do with
• 29:43
Speaker 1: a shitbag client like Maxwell. There's only so many tricks
• 29:48
Speaker 1: in the book, folks. Because guess what? The truth is
• 29:52
Speaker 1: a very, very heavy burden. And it is resting squarely.
• 29:58
Speaker 1: above Maxwell's head, and about to drop. Sternheim's law firm, Fasulo, Braverman,
• 30:06
Speaker 1: and DiMaggio, called her a recognized leader in the local
• 30:10
Speaker 1: and national criminal defense bar for litigating difficult and complex cases. Well,
• 30:15
Speaker 1: I think this fits the bill of that, right? Difficult
• 30:18
Speaker 1: and complex. Most assuredly. I don't think it gets more
• 30:22
Speaker 1: complex than this, right? Especially considering... They don't even know
• 30:27
Speaker 1: as a defense what the prosecution has. The prosecution's holding
• 30:32
Speaker 1: all the cards. The prosecution's the house. And the prosecution
• 30:36
Speaker 1: likes to win. She is the first and still only
• 30:41
Speaker 1: woman to get the New York Criminal Bar Association's Award
• 30:44
Speaker 1: for Excellence in the Profession. The firm boasts on her
• 30:48
Speaker 1: online bio. Again, big time rewards, right? Big time awards,
• 30:52
Speaker 1: big time, a big time lawyer. There's a lot of
• 30:56
Speaker 1: lawyers out there like this. Very powerful. Great in the courtroom.
• 31:00
Speaker 1: And the type of lawyer that you really, really, really,
• 31:02
Speaker 1: really want on the case. Especially considering what she has
• 31:07
Speaker 1: been involved with, okay? And this next paragraph will tell
• 31:11
Speaker 1: the whole story, folks. Bobby has tried international organized crime
• 31:17
Speaker 1: and racketeering conspiracies. International terrorism offenses. international telemarketing fraud, capital murder,
• 31:27
Speaker 1: and interstate transport of pornographic media. Her bio noted saying
• 31:31
Speaker 1: she also holds top secret SCI clearance. So, this is
• 31:37
Speaker 1: a lady that has some clearance. But the most telling factoid,
• 31:41
Speaker 1: and again, what do I always say about that little
• 31:44
Speaker 1: nugget of gold? Well, this is another lawyer who specializes
• 31:49
Speaker 1: in racketeering conspiracies, folks. Rico. just like Everdell. You don't
• 31:54
Speaker 1: think they're preparing for something bigger? You don't think they're
• 31:57
Speaker 1: preparing for a big-time Rico Smash-ola? Because it's coming. You know,
• 32:04
Speaker 1: like when the Incredible Hulk starts going ham and starts
• 32:07
Speaker 1: yelling about Hulk Smash? That's what's about to happen. Rico
• 32:11
Speaker 1: Smash for all of these clowns. Her most high-profile case, however,
• 32:18
Speaker 1: remains representing for Bin Laden's henchmen, Khalid Al-Fawaz in his
• 32:23
Speaker 1: 2015 trial over the 1998 bombings of two U.S. embassies
• 32:28
Speaker 1: in Africa that killed 224 people. And for those of
• 32:33
Speaker 1: you who might be too young to remember that, that
• 32:36
Speaker 1: was all pre-9-11, right? This was all leading up to
• 32:40
Speaker 1: 9-11 when nobody was taking Al-Qaeda seriously, when nobody was
• 32:45
Speaker 1: really taking international terrorism seriously. seriously, within United States borders.
• 32:51
Speaker 1: It was not something that was thought about. The thought
• 32:56
Speaker 1: process was, not in America. That's something that happens in Israel.
• 32:59
Speaker 1: That doesn't happen in America. And the American authorities became lax.
• 33:06
Speaker 1: And well, I won't even get into it. But that
• 33:09
Speaker 1: whole entire situation that led up to 9-11, this was
• 33:12
Speaker 1: one of the This was one of the flashes for us, right?
• 33:17
Speaker 1: A flash into the future. When they attacked this embassy,
• 33:21
Speaker 1: it was, all right, game on. And we see the
• 33:25
Speaker 1: result of what happened after that. And that is her
• 33:29
Speaker 1: most high profile case up to this point was defending
• 33:32
Speaker 1: Khalid Al-Fawaz. And I'm shocked that he only got life
• 33:36
Speaker 1: in prison and not a death sentence for that sort
• 33:39
Speaker 1: of crime. It was heinous. If you're not familiar with
• 33:42
Speaker 1: what the blast site looked like, Jump onto the internet
• 33:45
Speaker 1: at some point and check it out. It was absolutely insane.
• 33:50
Speaker 1: Then U.S. Attorney Preet Bahadur, God, I cannot stand that guy, sorry.
• 33:55
Speaker 1: I don't mean to make a joke of his last name,
• 33:57
Speaker 1: but I just do not like him, said at the
• 33:59
Speaker 1: time that Al-Fawaz played a critical role for Al-Qaeda in
• 34:03
Speaker 1: its murderous conspiracy against America. Sternheim said she was disappointed
• 34:08
Speaker 1: when her client, Bin Laden's spokesman in London was convicted
• 34:12
Speaker 1: on four counts of conspiracy and sentenced to life in prison. Well, yeah,
• 34:16
Speaker 1: of course, a lawyer is always bummed when their client
• 34:20
Speaker 1: gets convicted, right? A lawyer, their job is to make
• 34:23
Speaker 1: sure that their clients don't go to prison, that they
• 34:25
Speaker 1: don't go to jail. So it hurts their profile if
• 34:28
Speaker 1: their clients get hemmed up. But when you're a high
• 34:31
Speaker 1: profile lawyer like Sternheim, it's a little different, right? Because
• 34:36
Speaker 1: the stakes are much higher. The stakes were life and death,
• 34:39
Speaker 1: and at the very least, she was able to make
• 34:41
Speaker 1: sure that he only got life in prison. Sternheim also
• 34:48
Speaker 1: represented other terrorists, including Ming-Kwang Pham, who admitted a plot
• 34:53
Speaker 1: to blow up London's Heathrow Airport and was sentenced to
• 34:56
Speaker 1: 40 years in prison in 2016. I have no idea
• 35:00
Speaker 1: who that person is. She is listed as a super lawyer,
• 35:04
Speaker 1: one of those recognized by their peers for their outstanding
• 35:07
Speaker 1: work and commitment to the spirit of the legal profession,
• 35:10
Speaker 1: the site said. So I guess the other scumballs in
• 35:15
Speaker 1: so-called polite society got together and gave her the nod
• 35:18
Speaker 1: of approval. Well, maybe we'll call that when you're a
• 35:21
Speaker 1: super lawyer, maybe we'll call that the Dershowitz nod of approval, right?
• 35:25
Speaker 1: Because I'm sure Mr. I kept my underpants on has
• 35:28
Speaker 1: to sign off on that, right? I mean, according to him,
• 35:30
Speaker 1: he's the greatest lawyer of all time. He is the
• 35:33
Speaker 1: lawyer to be all lawyers. He is the chief of chiefs,
• 35:36
Speaker 1: the greatest person to ever litigate a case ever. Just
• 35:41
Speaker 1: ask him. Their knowledge of the law, professional work ethic,
• 35:46
Speaker 1: and advocacy on behalf of their clients allow them to
• 35:49
Speaker 1: stand out among other attorneys in the field, super lawyers said.
• 35:53
Speaker 1: Sternheim is not Maxwell's only high-profile lawyer in the team
• 35:57
Speaker 1: battling to get her off charges of conspiring with Epstein
• 36:01
Speaker 1: to sexually abuse young women. No, she has several powerful lawyers, right? Cohen,
• 36:07
Speaker 1: who handled the hearing, is a powerful lawyer in his
• 36:11
Speaker 1: own right. And Everdell is very highly thought of in
• 36:15
Speaker 1: his profession. An ex-prosecutor from the SDNY, a man that
• 36:19
Speaker 1: knows how to navigate himself a RICO case for sure.
• 36:23
Speaker 1: And if you think that Ghislaine Maxwell is not thinking
• 36:26
Speaker 1: the long game, if you think her law team isn't
• 36:30
Speaker 1: giving us a few hints here by bringing in more
• 36:33
Speaker 1: skilled lawyers who are prepared to deal with a large
• 36:38
Speaker 1: ranging RICO investigation, then you're just not paying attention, folks,
• 36:42
Speaker 1: because that is exactly what's going on from where I'm sitting.
• 36:46
Speaker 1: This case is growing by the minute. This case is
• 36:49
Speaker 1: expanding by the minute. All that's left to see is
• 36:52
Speaker 1: is how far the prosecutors go. All that's left to
• 36:56
Speaker 1: see is if the prosecutors and the Department of Justice
• 37:00
Speaker 1: are going to do their job, because I can't see
• 37:04
Speaker 1: a bigger slam dunk for the office of the SDNY
• 37:08
Speaker 1: than the one that's sitting right here in front of us.
• 37:11
Speaker 1: Just from circumstantial evidence alone, it's enough to have a
• 37:16
Speaker 1: grand jury indict these people. And with all of the
• 37:20
Speaker 1: sealed indictments that we are not aware of yet, the
• 37:24
Speaker 1: people who are mentioned in those sealed indictments and the
• 37:28
Speaker 1: people who are going to be held responsible, well, I
• 37:31
Speaker 1: have a funny feeling that it is not going to
• 37:34
Speaker 1: be much longer before we see some more arrests made here.
• 37:38
Speaker 1: I think that the way the case looks, the way
• 37:40
Speaker 1: it's growing, the way it's expanding, and the fact that
• 37:43
Speaker 1: Ghislaine has brought in this other lawyer, Ms. Bobby Sternheim
• 37:47
  Speaker 1: at this point, I think it's a tell and it's
• 37:50
Speaker 1: foreshadowing into the future of what her and her legal
• 37:54
Speaker 1: team expect to come down the pipe at any moment.
• 37:59
Speaker 1: The question is, just how far is the prosecution going
• 38:04
Speaker 1: to go? And are we finally going to get Rico out?
• 38:10
Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that

Speaker 1: of the links that go with this episode can be
• 38:30
Speaker 1: found in the description box. So this article this morning
• 38:34
Speaker 1: is from the Daily Mail, and the headline is, Hypocrite
• 38:38
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew is torturing Jeffrey Epstein survivors by offering to
• 38:42
Speaker 1: speak to U.S. authorities, then shutting the door, claims their lawyer. Well,
• 38:49
Speaker 1: let's be honest here real quick. Gloria Allred is not
• 38:52
Speaker 1: the lawyer for all of these girls. She's a lawyer
• 38:54
Speaker 1: for some of them. So the headline says claims their lawyer.
• 38:58
Speaker 1: That's not exactly correct because, well, She's not all of
• 39:01
Speaker 1: their lawyer, but I guess that's just, you know, that's
• 39:04
Speaker 1: getting down into the nuts and the bolts of it.
• 39:07
Speaker 1: So let's just jump into the article. Before we do that, though,
• 39:10
Speaker 1: the authors are Martin Robinson. The author is Martin Robinson,
• 39:14
Speaker 1: chief reporter for Mail Online. Prince Andrew's failure to speak
• 39:19
Speaker 1: to the FBI is inflicting more pain and suffering on
• 39:22
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein survivors who feel like they are in a
• 39:25
Speaker 1: torture chamber their lawyer has claimed today. Well, we'll say
• 39:29
Speaker 1: glory Look, there is a lot more suffering. There is
• 39:42
Speaker 1: a lot more stress, a lot more mental anguish when
• 39:46
Speaker 1: this man who has come out and said, oh yeah,
• 39:48
Speaker 1: I'm going to cooperate. I'll speak to authorities. Then he
• 39:51
Speaker 1: comes out and clams up like this. Imagine being Virginia
• 39:54
Speaker 1: Roberts for a second. Imagine how she feels to see
• 39:57
Speaker 1: this guy who treated her so wrongly and so horribly.
• 40:02
Speaker 1: Get up there and act like he is innocent. Act
• 40:05
Speaker 1: like he is not a liar. You know, I had
• 40:08
Speaker 1: somebody on Twitter yesterday say to me, well, you know,
• 40:11
Speaker 1: we really don't know the whole story and, you know,
• 40:16
Speaker 1: they deserve their day in court. Of course they deserve
• 40:18
Speaker 1: their day in court. So why are they avoiding it?
• 40:21
Speaker 1: Why are they avoiding speaking to the authorities? If he's
• 40:24
Speaker 1: so innocent and he is so honorable and he has
• 40:27
Speaker 1: so much honor that he could hop on a plane
• 40:29
Speaker 1: to go break up with his BFF, Jeffrey Epstein, the pedophile,
• 40:33
Speaker 1: He can't muster up just a little bit of honor
• 40:36
Speaker 1: to speak to these authorities? Does not sound like an
• 40:39
Speaker 1: innocent man to me, folks. Gloria Allred, who represents five
• 40:44
Speaker 1: women who were allegedly abused by the Duke of York's
• 40:46
Speaker 1: pedophile friend, has revealed she sent a letter to the
• 40:49
Speaker 1: royal's Windsor home urging him to help the authorities, but
• 40:53
Speaker 1: has not had any reply. Well, not only did she
• 40:57
Speaker 1: send a note, she also sent the bus over there,
• 40:59
Speaker 1: which I thought was pretty righteous. Look. I am not
• 41:02
Speaker 1: a fan of Gloria Allred. I am not a fan
• 41:04
Speaker 1: of any lawyer who inserts themselves in the case to
• 41:06
Speaker 1: become the story. I'm a fan of lawyers who stay
• 41:10
Speaker 1: in the background for the most part, and then when
• 41:13
Speaker 1: they get into the courtroom, they're animals. Those are the
• 41:16
Speaker 1: kind of lawyers I like. But what I will say
• 41:18
Speaker 1: is this. If Gloria Allred's going to do things like
• 41:22
Speaker 1: send the bus over and then bring more... bring more
• 41:28
Speaker 1: eyes to the case then hey that's fine but let's
• 41:30
Speaker 1: just let's remember that she is not representing Virginia Roberts
• 41:35
Speaker 1: so when she's speaking she's not really speaking for Virginia
• 41:38
Speaker 1: Roberts defense team so we always have to keep that
• 41:41
Speaker 1: in mind Gloria Allred is involved in the case right
• 41:44
Speaker 1: but not representing Virginia who is the one who has
• 41:49
Speaker 1: accused Prince Andrew, so we have to remember that Gloria
• 41:53
Speaker 1: Allred is not a spokesperson for Virginia. I guess that's
• 41:56
Speaker 1: what I was trying to get to, and I took
• 41:58
Speaker 1: the detour to get there. Ms. Allred also believes that
• 42:03
Speaker 1: claims Andrew has not been contacted by the authorities in
• 42:06
Speaker 1: the U.S. are false. she said this is so hypocritical
• 42:10
Speaker 1: on the part of prince andrew aka the prince of
• 42:12
Speaker 1: punk asses there is this drip drip drip and this
• 42:16
Speaker 1: torture chamber where he says he will speak to them
• 42:18
Speaker 1: then he won't then he will with conditions this does
• 42:22
Speaker 1: nothing but inflict more pain and suffering on the survivors Again,
• 42:26
Speaker 1: she's right about that. Either this dude needs to shit
• 42:29
Speaker 1: or get off the pot. There is no way that
• 42:31
Speaker 1: this guy should be able to dictate the terms to
• 42:34
Speaker 1: the investigation. The investigation should dictate the terms to him.
• 42:39
  Speaker 1: I don't care that he's a prince. I don't care
• 42:41
Speaker 1: that he hides behind mummy skirts. I don't care that
• 42:44
Speaker 1: he's hiding in Buckingham Palace. None of that matters. None
• 42:49
Speaker 1: of that matters. There is no escape. From the federal government.
• 42:54
Speaker 1: Of the United States. Okay. Ms. Allred told the BBC.
• 43:00
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew didn't say what he meant. Or mean what
• 43:03
Speaker 1: he said. When he was sympathetic to the survivors. Of
• 43:06
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. And that he would speak to the authorities.
• 43:09
Speaker 1: The FBI and the Department of Justice if required. He's
• 43:12
Speaker 1: shutting the door. You know, and I predicted that, folks.
• 43:16
Speaker 1: I said that the second he gets lawyered up, the
• 43:19
Speaker 1: lawyers are going to sit down and have one conversation
• 43:21
Speaker 1: with this moron and realize that this babbling fool has
• 43:25
Speaker 1: zero chance to withstand the interrogation methods of the federal
• 43:29
Speaker 1: government of the United States. So the lawyers got in,
• 43:32
Speaker 1: sat him down, said from now on, you are not
• 43:35
Speaker 1: saying a damn word. Shut your stupid mouth. Let us
• 43:40
Speaker 1: take care of this. And that is exactly what's going on.
• 43:42
Speaker 1: We see now that he has his lawyers. The lawyers
• 43:45
Speaker 1: have all told him, look, shut up. Just shut your mouth.
• 43:48
Speaker 1: Don't say another word. You're going to incriminate yourself more
• 43:50
Speaker 1: than you already have. And we're going to take this
• 43:54
Speaker 1: to whatever degree we need to take it to. We're
• 43:56
Speaker 1: going to stall as long as possible. And then we'll
• 43:58
Speaker 1: go from there. Because that's exactly what's going on in
• 44:01
Speaker 1: all of these cases with these elite people. They always stall.
• 44:04
Speaker 1: They'll go through all these motions because they have money
• 44:07
Speaker 1: to burn, folks. What does it matter if their lawyer
• 44:09
Speaker 1: costs $ 1, 500 an hour? It doesn't matter to them. They
• 44:11
Speaker 1: have all the money in the world. While the rest
• 44:14
Speaker 1: of us, $ 1, 500 an hour for a lawyer is just
• 44:17
Speaker 1: so incredibly impossible that we're stuck with half-rate lawyers, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
• 44:26
Speaker 1: And then again, what you do is you get a
• 44:27
Speaker 1: very good stark view of the two-tier justice system and
• 44:32
Speaker 1: how it is stacked against you and stacked against me
• 44:36
Speaker 1: and built in the favor of dirty scumbags like the
• 44:39
Speaker 1: prince of the prince of punk asses i understand he
• 44:44
Speaker 1: has been contacted by the authorities i sent a letter
• 44:47
Speaker 1: to his home in december on behalf of the survivors
• 44:49
Speaker 1: asking him to speak to the fbi he doesn't have
• 44:52
Speaker 1: to come here he can speak to them in the
• 44:54
Speaker 1: uk and there's zero chance he's coming to america i
• 44:57
Speaker 1: mean you know he ain't eddie murphy This guy comes
• 44:59
Speaker 1: to America, forget it. He's going to jail if he
• 45:02
Speaker 1: comes to America. He's going to get arrested, and he's
• 45:04
Speaker 1: going to jail. If the feds don't do it, then
• 45:07
  Speaker 1: it's going to be a citizen's arrest because I'm showing
• 45:09
Speaker 1: up to put him in cuffs. Enough is enough with
• 45:11
Speaker 1: this dude. Enough is enough with all of these so-called
• 45:14
Speaker 1: elites just thumbing their nose at the law while the
• 45:17
Speaker 1: rest of us are stuck living by the rules that
• 45:22
Speaker 1: these elites set, even though they don't even live by
• 45:26
Speaker 1: their own rules. The Duke of York has completely shut
• 45:30
Speaker 1: the door on cooperating voluntarily with the U.S. investigators over
• 45:34
Speaker 1: the Jeffrey Epstein case, a top New York prosecutor said yesterday.
• 45:40
Speaker 1: In a statement which raised the possibility of a transatlantic
• 45:43
Speaker 1: legal battle, outspoken U.S. attorney Jeffrey Berman said the American
• 45:47
Speaker 1: authorities are now considering further options. And if you listened
• 45:51
Speaker 1: to the podcast last night, I was talking about that.
• 45:53
Speaker 1: When you thumb your nose at the feds in America,
• 45:56
Speaker 1: you better be ready to go to the mattresses because
• 45:59
Speaker 1: these dudes love nothing more than prosecuting people. Now, that
• 46:05
Speaker 1: goes for the average Joe, average Joe public. They don't
• 46:08
Speaker 1: have as much wherewithal, as much inner fortitude when it
• 46:11
Speaker 1: comes to going after people like Prince Andrew. Although, in
• 46:16
Speaker 1: this case, like I said, I don't believe Prince Andrew
• 46:20
Speaker 1: will be the first domino to fall. I believe that
• 46:23
Speaker 1: they're exerting pressure on Andrew right now and shaking his
• 46:26
Speaker 1: tree and rattling him up a little bit to get
• 46:28
Speaker 1: some of the other co-conspirators to If they see that
• 46:33
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew is under this scrutiny, none of them can
• 46:35
Speaker 1: be sleeping well. I mean, look, you got to think
• 46:38
Speaker 1: that Sarah Kell and Vickers, who we're going to discuss
• 46:41
Speaker 1: at length tomorrow, and Leslie Groff and Haley Robson and
• 46:45
Speaker 1: the rest of them are not sleeping well right now. Because,
• 46:50
Speaker 1: in my opinion, and if this case breaks the way
• 46:52
Speaker 1: that most of these cases break in organized crime cases,
• 46:56
Speaker 1: because we know how that works, if this case breaks
• 46:59
Speaker 1: that way and they pursue it as a criminal enterprise,
• 47:03
Speaker 1: an ongoing criminal enterprise... then people like Sarah Kellen Vickers
• 47:08
Speaker 1: and Haley Robson and Leslie Groff, those are the kind
• 47:10
Speaker 1: of people that are going to be crucial to bringing
• 47:14
Speaker 1: down the rest of the organization because they're lieutenants who
• 47:17
Speaker 1: have a lot of information. They're like capos. In the mafia.
• 47:22
Speaker 1: They have a lot of information. They've had face time
• 47:25
Speaker 1: with the boss. They've talked to the boss. They know
• 47:28
Speaker 1: the boss's plans. They've had direct orders from the boss.
• 47:32
Speaker 1: So they can directly implicate. A.K.A. the boss. A.K.A. Ghislaine Maxwell.
• 47:38
Speaker 1: As one of the leadership. In one of the leadership roles.
• 47:41
Speaker 1: So once you start bringing those people in. Then the
• 47:44
Speaker 1: higher ups. Are in real jeopardy of getting pinched. His
• 47:50
Speaker 1: extraordinary broadside came days after details emerged of the high-powered
• 47:54
Speaker 1: legal team assembled by the Duke of York, a.k.a. the
• 47:57
Speaker 1: Prince of Punkasses, as the FBI continues to investigate his
• 48:00
Speaker 1: close association with pedophile Epstein. He is being advised by
• 48:05
Speaker 1: extradition expert Claire Montgomery QC, who previously fought to keep
• 48:09
Speaker 1: Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet from facing justice. Prince Andrew, 60,
• 48:15
Speaker 1: was a friend of Epstein, the convicted sex offender, and
• 48:18
Speaker 1: millionaire pedophile who killed himself last August, allegedly, while in
• 48:23
Speaker 1: custody in New York awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
• 48:27
Speaker 1: The Queen's second son denies all claims of sexual misconduct
• 48:30
Speaker 1: relating to the Epstein case, but his step back from
• 48:33
Speaker 1: public duties after an interview with the BBC about their
• 48:36
Speaker 1: friendship backfired spectacularly. Yeah, well, that's... All you have to
• 48:42
Speaker 1: do as one of his new lawyers is take a
• 48:43
Speaker 1: look at that interview, and you realize very quickly that
• 48:46
Speaker 1: you cannot put this man in front of a prosecutor.
• 48:50
Speaker 1: Not the way he was. Now, they might be grooming
• 48:52
Speaker 1: him now, schooling him now, and getting him prepared for
• 48:55
Speaker 1: some sort of um talk with investigators if that if
• 48:59
Speaker 1: that comes to you know comes to pass at some
• 49:01
Speaker 1: point but there is zero chance that the prince andrew
• 49:04
Speaker 1: we saw sit down for that bbc interview would ever
• 49:08
Speaker 1: be sitting down with federal investigators from the united states
• 49:12
Speaker 1: with you know as far as the lawyers are concerned
• 49:14
Speaker 1: there is zero chance the lawyers would allow that yesterday
• 49:19
Speaker 1: mr berman you U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of
• 49:21
Speaker 1: New York, said, Well, I can help them out with
• 49:23
Speaker 1: the options. Very simple. Just slap RICO charges on a
• 49:45
Speaker 1: whole lot of these people and be done with it.
• 49:47
Speaker 1: And then watch the dominoes fall. Then watch the rats
• 49:50
Speaker 1: scurry off of the deck. Because once the RICO case starts,
• 49:54
Speaker 1: oh boy, it's a whole new ballgame. The Duke told
• 49:59
Speaker 1: the BBC in November that he was willing to help
• 50:01
Speaker 1: any appropriate law enforcement agency with their investigations if required.
• 50:06
Speaker 1: But in January, Mr. Berman accused him of failing to
• 50:08
Speaker 1: help the FBI's Epstein probe, saying he had provided zero
• 50:12
Speaker 1: cooperation despite a request for an interview. He suggested the
• 50:16
Speaker 1: prince had rebuffed all attempts by federal prosecutors to interview him,
• 50:20
Speaker 1: and I don't doubt that. These lawyers weren't just hired recently, folks.
• 50:24
Speaker 1: He's been in talks with them. He's had legal counsel.
• 50:28
Speaker 1: And they have told him to not speak to these investigators.
• 50:32
Speaker 1: And that's just the way it goes. That's what these
• 50:34
Speaker 1: lawyers do. And I said that in the very beginning.
• 50:36
Speaker 1: I said the second he gets lawyered up, if the
• 50:38
Speaker 1: lawyers are worth their weight in salt, they're going to
• 50:40
Speaker 1: make him shut his yap right away before he incriminates
• 50:43
Speaker 1: himself more. At the time, an angry and bewildered Andrew
• 50:48
Speaker 1: denied claims that he had snubbed the FBI's Epstein inquiry
• 50:51
Speaker 1: friend said. Again, another lie. So how many lies do
• 50:55
Speaker 1: we have to catch this man in before his credibility
• 50:57
Speaker 1: is absolutely and completely shot with everyone? Now, I know
• 51:01
Speaker 1: a majority of people... believe Virginia's story and believe that
• 51:05
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew is up to his neck in this. But
• 51:07
Speaker 1: there are still some people who actually believe that this
• 51:10
Speaker 1: is some kind of hit job on this man. And
• 51:12
Speaker 1: I just, I wonder what is wrong with those people.
• 51:15
Speaker 1: Are they suffering from CTE? Did you fall and hit
• 51:17
Speaker 1: your head? What could possibly lead you to believe that
• 51:21
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew is being honest in this situation when all
• 51:25
Speaker 1: he has done the whole entire time is lie? A
• 51:30
Speaker 1: source close to the prince claimed nothing could be further
• 51:33
Speaker 1: from the truth. He was in fact more than happy
• 51:35
Speaker 1: to talk, but he hasn't been approached by them yet,
• 51:37
Speaker 1: the source insisted. Another lie. So not only is he
• 51:41
Speaker 1: the prince of punk asses, we should call him the
• 51:43
Speaker 1: prince of lies as well, because that's exactly what he is.
• 51:46
Speaker 1: A lying bastard. Andrew is categorically denied having any knowledge
• 51:53
Speaker 1: that Epstein was sexually abusing teen girls. He has also
• 51:57
Speaker 1: strenuously denied claims made by Virginia Roberts that she was
• 52:00
Speaker 1: forced to have sex with him on three occasions in London,
• 52:03
Speaker 1: New York, and on Epstein's private Caribbean island. Ms. Roberts
• 52:07
Speaker 1: alleges she first had sex with Andrew in 2001 when
• 52:09
Speaker 1: she was 17 after being trafficked by Epstein. She said
• 52:17
Speaker 1: she was flown on Epstein's private jet to London to
• 52:19
Speaker 1: meet the Duke, and the pair were photographed together in
• 52:22
Speaker 1: the Belgravia home of Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's former girlfriend. We've
• 52:27
Speaker 1: seen the pictures. We've seen the receipts. We've heard the evidence.
• 52:30
Speaker 1: We've heard from the pilots. We've seen the flight logs.
• 52:33
Speaker 1: We've heard from other witnesses who have seen... Them together
• 52:37
Speaker 1: at Tramp. We've heard from somebody who saw Andrew groping
• 52:41
Speaker 1: her and kissing her on the island in the Virgin Islands.
• 52:43
Speaker 1: But there is not enough evidence to bring this guy
• 52:45
Speaker 1: in for questioning yet. If it was you or I, folks,
• 52:49
Speaker 1: we'd already be in there. We wouldn't have had our
• 52:51
Speaker 1: first phone call yet. And they would not have been
• 52:53
Speaker 1: giving us our Coca-Cola, okay? We'd have the screws put
• 52:57
Speaker 1: to us. 24 hours straight of interrogation. The whole flip.
• 53:01
Speaker 1: Why is it so hard for them to administer justice fairly? Ms. Montgomery,
• 53:11
Speaker 1: who has been hired by the Duke, is Britain's most
• 53:13
Speaker 1: respected extradition lawyer. In 1999, she represented Pinochet in front
• 53:18
Speaker 1: of the law lords when he faced multiple allegations of
• 53:22
Speaker 1: human rights abuses. Attempts to extradite him were dropped after
• 53:26
Speaker 1: he was ruled unfit to stand trial. Buckingham Palace refuses
• 53:30
Speaker 1: to comment on Andrew's legal battle with the U.S. authorities,
• 53:33
Speaker 1: saying the matter is being dealt with by the Prince's
• 53:35
Speaker 1: legal team, which is yet to issue a statement. Wow.
• 53:42
Speaker 1: Miss Roberts claims that she was flown to London by
• 53:44
Speaker 1: Epstein in March 2001 when she was 17 and coerced
• 53:48
Speaker 1: into having sex with the Duke. This was the first
• 53:50
Speaker 1: of three alleged sexual encounters with the prince. Andrew, 60,
• 53:54
Speaker 1: has categorically denied the claims, and in November, he told Newsnight,
• 53:58
Speaker 1: Emily Maitlis, I have no recollection of ever meeting this lady.
• 54:02
Speaker 1: None whatsoever. Well, first of all, when you met her,
• 54:05
Speaker 1: she wasn't a lady. She was a girl. Okay? That's first. Second,
• 54:08
Speaker 1: you're an absolute liar, Prince Andrew, okay? You're an absolute liar.
• 54:13
Speaker 1: Nobody believes you. They don't believe you in New York.
• 54:17
Speaker 1: They don't believe you in Minnesota. They don't believe you
• 54:19
Speaker 1: in California. They don't believe you in Arizona. They do
• 54:22
Speaker 1: not believe you in Texas. And they do not believe
• 54:25
Speaker 1: you in Louisiana. They don't believe you in Italy. They
• 54:29
Speaker 1: do not believe you in China. They don't believe you
• 54:32
Speaker 1: in the UK. And guess what, Prince Andrew, the prince
• 54:35
Speaker 1: of punk asses, the prince of lies? The polar bears...
• 54:40
Speaker 1: In the great arctic north. Don't believe you. And the penguins.
• 54:45
Speaker 1: In the antarctic. Do not believe you either. Nobody believes
• 54:50
Speaker 1: your BS. In an interview with Dateline last year, Miss
• 54:55
  Speaker 1: Roberts said, I just couldn't believe it. I couldn't believe
• 54:58
Speaker 1: that even royalty were involved. He was a prince. He
• 55:01
Speaker 1: was famous. It just stuck out in my mind. I
• 55:04
Speaker 1: grew up watching Disney and princesses and princes were the
• 55:07
Speaker 1: good people in the world and he wasn't. Folks, how
• 55:13
Speaker 1: is this man still running around free? How has this
• 55:17
Speaker 1: man not been brought in for questioning? Put yourself in
• 55:21
Speaker 1: the position of Virginia Roberts for a moment or her
• 55:24
Speaker 1: family or anybody who cares about her. And think about
• 55:28
Speaker 1: the great burden that has been thrust upon her shoulders
• 55:30
Speaker 1: for this many years, for this long, by a man,
• 55:33
Speaker 1: like she just says right there, a man who is
• 55:35
Speaker 1: a prince. And when you think of a prince, you
• 55:37
Speaker 1: want to think of someone like Robb Stark, right? But instead,
• 55:42
Speaker 1: what you get with Prince Andrew is you get more
• 55:44
Speaker 1: of Joffrey. And it's disgusting, it's disturbing, and we're not
• 55:49
Speaker 1: going to let our foot off the gas until justice
• 55:51
Speaker 1: is served. You know, I've... I've gotten to the point
• 55:56
Speaker 1: with this case where we're 157 straight days in right
• 56:00
Speaker 1: now with the podcast. And I just, I have never
• 56:03
Speaker 1: been more motivated to keep going, folks. I'm not burned out.
• 56:06
Speaker 1: It's not a grind for me. I enjoy every single
• 56:09
Speaker 1: conversation that I have with you folks. Every single time
• 56:13
Speaker 1: I turn on the microphone and I record an episode,
• 56:16
Speaker 1: I have a great time doing it. and at the
• 56:19
Speaker 1: same time I get agitated like it's nobody's business when
• 56:23
Speaker 1: I read these articles and I see how these people
• 56:26
Speaker 1: have gotten away with it for so long and I
• 56:28
Speaker 1: see that these survivors deserve to be heard that they
• 56:34
Speaker 1: deserve justice and I see that the media just has
• 56:38
Speaker 1: abandoned them for so long they turned their back for
• 56:41
Speaker 1: so long everybody turned their back on these survivors for
• 56:44
Speaker 1: so long and now though Traction is starting to be gained.
• 56:49
Speaker 1: People are starting to wake up. People are starting to
• 56:51
Speaker 1: be aware of what was going on. And now that
• 56:54
Speaker 1: the public is learning the true story, now that the
• 56:57
Speaker 1: public is learning that the media... drop the ball as
• 57:01
Speaker 1: well as the authorities, well, the public is no longer
• 57:04
Speaker 1: trusting the media to report this case fairly. And so
• 57:08
Speaker 1: what happens is there's been a huge, a huge, huge,
• 57:13
Speaker 1: huge upturn in investigative journalists who are independent, not working
• 57:19
Speaker 1: for any outlets who have dove into this story. And
• 57:22
Speaker 1: without all of their hard, great work, We would never
• 57:25
Speaker 1: have been even anywhere near the point of Prince Andrew
• 57:29
Speaker 1: even being blown up like this in public. So I
• 57:32
Speaker 1: just want to give a shout out to all of
• 57:34
Speaker 1: those content creators and independent journalists and everybody working tirelessly
• 57:39
Speaker 1: to bring some justice to this case. You know, all
• 57:43
Speaker 1: I could say, the only advice I can offer is
• 57:45
Speaker 1: just keep your foot on the gas. Keep going. Do
• 57:47
Speaker 1: not get discouraged. And we have to see that we
• 57:50
Speaker 1: have to see this through to the end now. And
• 57:52
Speaker 1: that's just the only way to go. It's the only
• 57:54
Speaker 1: way to move forward is to just put your head down.
• 57:59
Speaker 1: chew on your mouthpiece, and start throwing punches in the
• 58:02
Speaker 1: middle of the ring. Because these people aren't going to
• 58:04
Speaker 1: go down without a fight. So we have to be
• 58:07
Speaker 1: willing to do what it takes to stand there and
• 58:09
Speaker 1: absorb some blows to throw some back. And that's what
• 58:13
Speaker 1: I plan on doing. I'll never be intimidated. I'll never
• 58:16
Speaker 1: be chased off of this podcast. And I will never, ever,
• 58:19
Speaker 1: ever be told what to say or what to think.
• 58:23
Speaker 1: All right, everybody, if you'd like to contact me, you
• 58:25
Speaker 1: can do that at BobbyCapucci at ProtonMail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at ProtonMail.com.
