- 0:39Unknown: Forward moving and focused on freedom. You're listening to the Global Voice Radio Network.
- 0:50This mirror stream is brought to you in part by
- 0:53mymitoboost.com
- 0:55for support of the mitochondria like never before.
- 0:58A body trying to function without adequate mitochondrial
- 1:02function is kind of like running an engine without oil. It's not gonna work very well. It's also brought to you by snapfat.com.
- 1:11That is snap,phat.com.
- 1:14It's also brought to you by the Prife International terahertz frequency wand through iteraplanet.com.
- 1:22Thank you so much for joining us, and welcome to the program.
- 2:17Unknown: Yeehaw.
- 2:20So would we. I think collectively,
- 2:22I'm gonna include you anyway.
- 2:25We'd like to change it too, Alvin. We're gonna try. We got six days to see what we can accomplish in this stretch here, and this is the first of them at being, of course, Lunas Monday.
- 2:35Sometimes good, sometimes bad.
- 2:39Regardless,
- 2:39it is what it is. It's the seventeenth. For Tom D,
- 2:43it's the June
- 2:4417,
- 2:45date stamp.
- 2:47Roger Sales, your host, and the Radio Ranch, the name of our get together.
- 2:52Now, normally,
- 2:53as our protocol has dictated over years that we would introduce Paul right now, and he would give us a
- 3:01list of the folks that help us extend our reach here and carry the program. Well, we've changed that a bit, so we're gonna do that in an hour. So
- 3:10stay tuned.
- 3:12Unknown: Wow. Hope you had a good weekend weekend. Well Have a good weekend, Paul. The only thing we need to announce at the beginning of the show is Uh-oh. The website
- 3:21and free conference call.
- 3:24That's it.
- 3:25Okay. The platforms come at the top of the hour. So our website is thematrixdocs.com,
- 3:31and free conference call links are right there. So if you wanna join us live on the show, you don't have to wait until the top of this hour, this next hour.
- 3:40Unknown: Yeah. You don't have to wait to get the to find out how to join us. Well, we gotta give them credit. We gotta set it up so we can sink in with other platforms down the line as
- 3:52excuse me. More and more people
- 3:55find us and have an interest in reality,
- 3:59I guess,
- 4:00simply put.
- 4:01Unknown: Morning, Paul. Morning, Paul. Morning.
- 4:04Unknown: And you and you and the kitty had a rain out this weekend, you say? Yeah. Pretty much.
- 4:11Unknown: Pretty much.
- 4:13Yeah. Rain rain coming and going. And Right.
- 4:17Unknown: Yeah. I see. I was watching some of these baseball games and seeing some of that rain as those
- 4:23as those cells
- 4:25or the front goes to different areas.
- 4:28See, I got this streaming thing that I pay for, like, bucks a year.
- 4:33And I Paul, it's just just
- 4:36I guarantee you they offer virtually
- 4:38every signal in the world from every country, every quadrant,
- 4:42every
- 4:43sport, every broadcast
- 4:46unit.
- 4:47And it it gets it's overwhelming a little bit, really.
- 4:52So I had them set up my account where it only shows the English stuff,
- 4:58which is still somewhat overwhelming.
- 5:01As I click around, like, I click on last night, I was watching the hockey game. Congratulations,
- 5:06by the way, to the you Carolina folks or folks that follow the Carolina Hurricanes.
- 5:11They won the Stanley Cup, Lord Stanley's Cup,
- 5:15most sought after trophy in North America, certainly. So congratulations
- 5:19to them. That's not an easy feat.
- 5:22But, anyway, like I was clicking around, and I'll see every
- 5:26ABC that was on ABC last night. They'll have a list of every ABC affiliate in the country.
- 5:33So, oh, Corpus Christi. Check on Corpus Christi. Sometimes there's a little
- 5:38there's a glitch in it. You know, just for a second, there's an interruption. And and so sometimes
- 5:43you can go through a whole list of these different options and find you another one with a better signal that doesn't have that interruption. So, anyway, I was watching, clicking on one of them, and there's the weather weather thing that comes up in the little corner. So, yeah, congratulations,
- 5:59Carolina.
- 6:02Let's see. Yeah. So that was part of the weekend for me.
- 6:08It's a good escape time.
- 6:12When something happens Saturday night, we'll probably
- 6:15touch on here.
- 6:18Regardless,
- 6:19one of the things I wanted to come out with, open up with, if you will,
- 6:25was, this Greg Hunter interview guy yesterday.
- 6:30Do you do you watch do you watch the Chihuahua regularly,
- 6:33Paul?
- 6:34Unknown: No.
- 6:36Unknown: Okay. Okay.
- 6:38Well, this guy's been on four or five times. He's really he's a scientist guy, cutting edge stuff really way ahead of the crowd,
- 6:45and,
- 6:46I can't remember his name. He's real good, though. He's he's
- 6:49and, yesterday, he was talking about something near and dear to, well, my heart, maybe some of you too is water. Water. In his, presentation that he did yesterday, and I would encourage you to,
- 7:01all to go watch that if you've got any kind of
- 7:05interest in the scientific things that may be affecting us here.
- 7:10But he had a real neat little thing, you know, and I I just did it a minute ago, Paul.
- 7:16And I've been doing it for years
- 7:18charging my water.
- 7:21Remember? Mhmm. With the with the the wand, and we'd say charge your water, charge your liquids. You can charge food.
- 7:29You can charge anything that's got water in it
- 7:32Unknown: because it's charging Warren.
- 7:35Unknown: Weston Warren. Thank you, Jules.
- 7:38He's pretty good. Did you watch that yet? Julie?
- 7:44Unknown: Pardon me? Roger, what happened?
- 7:46Unknown: Did you watch Weston Warren's interview with Chihuahua yet?
- 7:51Unknown: I did. Yeah. I'm an avid I'm an avid, fly on the wall when it comes to,
- 7:57mister Chihuahua,
- 7:59Greg Hunter. I love him. Okay. Yes. That's
- 8:03Unknown: a really good name from Daryl gave him the answers.
- 8:05Pretty adept. We're talking about Greg Hunter. By the way, if you don't know who that is, usawatchdog.com,
- 8:12and he does really kinda fit the chihuahua moniker.
- 8:16So I just like, he's
- 8:19like the I've got one here on the property, little chihuahua.
- 8:27Daryl. The well, him and his Darylisms.
- 8:30Anyway, with this guy Weston Weston Wright, is that his name? He's very good. I've seen him on there several other times. But the thing I wanted to specifically go on, we can talk about some of the peripheral things of that later
- 8:42as I thought about it. But this guy has,
- 8:45he's got something that was he developed for for the air, cleaning the air that NASA's been using for twenty seven years. They use it in all the stuff up there in space.
- 8:57So,
- 8:58anyway, I loved his thing on water, though, yesterday, and he brings out this little toy.
- 9:03It's kinda like a geodetic dome when it's in full thing.
- 9:07You know? Well, I'm talking about not half of a a dome like you see people living in, but but the whole thing based on those triangles.
- 9:15And so
- 9:17he's messing with that thing. He says, well, it's really just a children's toy.
- 9:22And and he opens it up to this geodetic
- 9:27type shape.
- 9:28I forget what I'm looking for.
- 9:31There's a there's a word to describe that.
- 9:34Sphere, and I can't
- 9:36remember it here on Monday morning, especially. So, anyway, he's he would take and he would compress it. He would compress it down to a little bitty, not a ball, but a little bitty group of this material that was rubber or whatever it was. It was made up of the thing. And then he could grab it, and he could expand it into this full
- 9:56dome
- 9:58circle
- 10:00of this stuff. Hope you know what I'm talking about. I can't find the word I'm looking for.
- 10:05So, anyway, he was this is very interesting. I mean, it was to me. It might not be. You've been messing with water for years.
- 10:12Structured water and stuff you can add into it to structure it, and
- 10:16there's a couple of places around the world where it comes out of the ground in this in this, fully charged,
- 10:25capacity.
- 10:27And then evidently from what he was saying is that's the life cycle of the earth because water's the universal solvent, a,
- 10:34and it's,
- 10:35you know, some you can't live without more than a couple of days. Mm-mm. No
- 10:40no living,
- 10:41whatever it is, can live without water for a couple days. You can live without food for quite a while.
- 10:49So, anyway and he's playing with that thing, and he's, opening it up to the full dome and then compressing it down to the and he asked a question, Paul. He said, he's going in. It's very interesting here now. I'm telling you. The guy's very scientific oriented. He takes a water molecule, h two o,
- 11:06that we both,
- 11:08are very familiar with.
- 11:11Any schematics it up on the board, and what it is is the the water molecule
- 11:17is the big circle at the bottom and then the two hydrogens,
- 11:21h two o dio
- 11:23dihydro what
- 11:25Borch used to call it. You know, he'd say, Julie,
- 11:29dihydroxyl,
- 11:31Unknown: what is that stuff? That
- 11:33is dihydrogen
- 11:35monoxide,
- 11:36and that stuff will kill you in
- 11:38sufficient quantities.
- 11:39Unknown: That's right. And that's what water is, dihydrogen
- 11:42monoxide.
- 11:44And he even schemes it up on the schematic there on the board. Now this is very interesting, Paul. He's got the two hydrogen setting the way they sit evidently naturally
- 11:54on the on the, water
- 11:57molecule,
- 11:58and they're at a specific
- 12:00degree of separation,
- 12:02a one zero three point four,
- 12:05it was. There's a specific
- 12:07Unknown: and 104 degrees.
- 12:09Unknown: Thank you. I was close.
- 12:12104 degrees, and those two hydrogen molecules sit up there. Now that's when the water
- 12:18is depleted.
- 12:20It's depleted of all its energy, and it's not charged.
- 12:24And I think he called what do you call it, Julie? Bulk water?
- 12:28Unknown: I think he called it bulk water. So that's what's in the He calls it bulk he calls it bulk, and then he also calls it energized. So energized water is at a 108 degrees.
- 12:38Unknown: And bulk there? One zero four. Okay. Well, now Julie just spoiled the whole thing that I was building up. So you wanna repeat that?
- 12:45Unknown: So
- 12:47one a 104 degrees is the bulk water, and 108 degrees is the energized water. He he's he's an inventor. He's very smart.
- 12:55Unknown: Yeah. He's very smart. So, anyway, what Julie's trying to steal my thunder here, normally, if the water is discharged in a bulk water, as he called it, position, it's unenergized.
- 13:06And it's got these two hydrogen molecules sitting atop at exactly a 104 degrees opposite each other.
- 13:12That's when the water is bulk, and it doesn't have any of the real what, I guess, we'll call it identified as goodness. It's like got all the goodies in there.
- 13:22But when you get it up to a 108, Paul,
- 13:26on the degrees of separation from the two hydrogen molecules,
- 13:30now it's fully charged.
- 13:32So it's this charge and discharge
- 13:35of the water molecule cycle.
- 13:39It's one of the basic cycles on Earth of the most important thing we can have, water.
- 13:45It's very interesting. And he he really demonstrates it with this little kid's toy really adequately,
- 13:51I thought.
- 13:53So here's the cycle. It comes if it comes out of the water, a charge, then it discharges itself.
- 13:59But when if I was to ask you, Paul,
- 14:03which one of those two
- 14:05of these mental
- 14:08images I'm trying to put in your mind
- 14:11was the crumped up one or the fully discharged
- 14:16one where it's the big geographic dome?
- 14:19Which of those two is energized and which one is bulk?
- 14:25Unknown: Paul.
- 14:26Unknown: What? The position of the electrons, whatever? No. No. No. No. No. Let me go back.
- 14:32The toy that he started with, which can compress down in something you can hold in a hand, or he can enlarge it into this big circle like a geodetic dome, if you will, because it's the best thing I know to describe it. Which one of those two
- 14:47positions is charged?
- 14:52Unknown: Compressed?
- 14:54Unknown: Yes. Good guess.
- 14:56K? But it was an educated guess from Paul because he's a smart guy, and he knows some of these basic principles.
- 15:03Now I'm
- 15:04trying to stroke you, man. Come on. So so
- 15:09what happens is
- 15:11when the water is the bulk water, it's the big big
- 15:15dome, the big circle, geodetic dome, and it doesn't have any of the goodies in it.
- 15:20But when you charge it,
- 15:22it allows it to compress
- 15:24down.
- 15:25Now why would that be, Paul? It's totally opposite of what it it should be in our thinking, correct? Another dialectical
- 15:32Unknown: thing here, right? No. No. No. No. Because any proximity between
- 15:37the
- 15:38components
- 15:40of either an atom or a molecule,
- 15:44the tighter those electrons
- 15:46Unknown: are, the higher energy that molecule's gonna have. I just Oh, there you go. Well, see, I told you. I told you he knew all this stuff. He he shirked it off. I just I just illustrated it to you right there. So
- 15:59the advantage of the structured water, the charged water,
- 16:04the energized
- 16:05water, if you will, in its compressive state
- 16:09is because it can get down to the intercellular
- 16:12level.
- 16:14The big one without any of the goodies can't get that low.
- 16:19So it's the charging or the energizing of the water that allows us to get down to the deep root, fine points, capillary type size, and smaller parts of our body where it can hydrate you.
- 16:32I I just thought that was fascinating. Why?
- 16:36Because we got this device we've been messing with for a couple of years called an iTero wand.
- 16:42Many of you have got one.
- 16:44And one of the things they always said, no matter what you're using it for, your knees or this or that, you're the other,
- 16:51is you always charge your liquids.
- 16:54Well, for a long time, for a couple years, I did my water and my coffee.
- 16:59I've kinda dropped off on the coffee, but I still have a canister of water that I drink through every day,
- 17:05and I charge that every morning,
- 17:07or when when I need to fill it.
- 17:10And I think that's what the iTero wand is doing to that water is to shrink it down to that crumpled up size where it can get down to the intercellular level to hydrate you.
- 17:21So I encourage you.
- 17:25If you've got one of these, devices,
- 17:28and I know
- 17:30listen. To Paul, I got a recliner
- 17:33that's been unfortunately too much of my time in,
- 17:36here in front of the monitor.
- 17:41And right in the pocket it's got a pocket in the side. Right in the pocket, I got my little eye tear wand.
- 17:47And I do not I'm very guilty. I'll be the first one to tell you I do not use it as often as I should. I use it on the water,
- 17:55and that's really I've I've kinda dropped off the routine, and I need to get back in it because I think that is what this stuff's doing to the water.
- 18:03And and we know the the wand works. You know? I mean, I think I told you about my my good friend. Julie, you came well, you and I crossed paths on this last week.
- 18:15You interrupted. Hey. Roger. Roger. Roger. I had heard about this book, and I ordered it, and it just came from Amazon. It's a book you're talking about on the air, which isn't any like it was published last week. It was published in the eighties.
- 18:29It's called the body electric.
- 18:31And the author is, doctor,
- 18:34oh, it was two of them, but one of them was doctor Flick's medical adviser,
- 18:40the guy that wrote the body electric.
- 18:42Oh, Becker. Thank you, mister Becker.
- 18:45And,
- 18:46so that's where we kinda come in contact with Silverlawn and come back on a full circle.
- 18:53So, anyway, that's, just fascinating.
- 18:56I was fascinated to see that yesterday because it explained
- 19:00a lot of things to me I'd never had an understanding on before as it comes to this water. Now hello. Somebody's got a child, a grandchild,
- 19:08or something. I think it's Rick. Hey, Rick. No. That's that's a kitty. That's
- 19:14Unknown: my pet. That was a kitty.
- 19:17Unknown: Oh, Rick. I think the structure you're you're talking about is called a geodesic
- 19:22dome. That's it. Thank you, Rick. It's also called a biosphere,
- 19:27and the first big one was built for the nineteen sixty seven Montreal
- 19:31Expo World's Fair, and I've been in it.
- 19:35Unknown: Mhmm.
- 19:36And one that the one that was developed by the cripple guy Hawkins or whatever, he's the one that developed that sphere.
- 19:43And you've you see a lot of people use them as a dwelling. You can cut that sphere in half and use half of it as a dwelling. It's got some very unique properties.
- 19:53You can't really break the thing
- 19:55Unknown: because of the structure. Was
- 19:59Unknown: the guy designed it was Buckmaster Fuller. Yeah. Buckmaster Fuller. That's what I'm talking about. And it's designed of triangles
- 20:06all fit together,
- 20:08and you can't break the thing because the way of the design with the triangles when you put pressure on one point, it all bends to, to take up the pressure. It won't break.
- 20:17So it's got some very unique
- 20:20Oh, there you go, man, with those fancy words. It's a polyhedron.
- 20:24Is that what you said?
- 20:26Unknown: Yeah.
- 20:27Unknown: Good lord of mercy. Spell that 10 times. It's triangular.
- 20:31Unknown: It's it's it's triangular, but, of course, it's, you know, curve. Yeah. Anyway. And and what does this go back to?
- 20:38Unknown: Triangles.
- 20:39What makes what makes triangles
- 20:42either in the
- 20:45spear
- 20:47or the regular spear? What makes triangles so important, Rick? Do you know?
- 20:56Unknown: I bet Julie Well, they're they're important in plane geometry.
- 21:00Alright? Yes. Three points basis plane geometry.
- 21:04Unknown: Three points make a plane a flat plane,
- 21:08and it's the only,
- 21:10shape
- 21:11that does that, and it makes it the most stable shape
- 21:15in reality, and that's why the bad guys use it in all their mysticism.
- 21:19Same thing works evidently off grid.
- 21:22You know, the three points, the three planes make a trap,
- 21:26which the Babylonians came up with where they can trap you in a concept or concepts rather than
- 21:33a
- 21:34barbed wire fence.
- 21:35K? So it's got some real important implications,
- 21:38and this is what they would refer to as. I think Rick probably knows this.
- 21:43Sacred geometry.
- 21:45That's what they call this type of stuff.
- 21:47And that was, of course, the basis of the world's greatest closely held open secret, which is the holy grail.
- 21:56K?
- 21:57Which is what we've got.
- 21:59We we back engineered the thing. I'm sure that's what it is. I don't think the Illuminati's gonna come out and tell me, but I'm pretty sure that's what it is.
- 22:10But we're privy to all Hey. Rock pod. Yeah. Rick, let me just say it. We're privy to all kinds of stuff around here that normal
- 22:18people, even the educated people are not because we understand their basic game. Now, Rick, what were you gonna say?
- 22:26Unknown: But the tripod or three legged platform is the most unstable platform in the universe.
- 22:35Unknown: The what? The the
- 22:37what?
- 22:38Unknown: The tripod? A tripod. A three legged platform is the most unstable
- 22:44platform.
- 22:46Unknown: Oh, okay. But it still relays down that flat three points
- 22:50make a plane thing, which is very unique, and they have utilized this in the
- 22:56the real world and the, woo woo world. Woo woo. So have a good weekend, Rick.
- 23:03Unknown: Yeah.
- 23:04Unknown: How about you? Did you watch the did you watch the
- 23:07you watch the dog Saturday night?
- 23:11Unknown: No. I still haven't been able to get them,
- 23:13on a
- 23:15I haven't been been able to get a stream. He told me about a stream, and I looked at it, and all of sudden, it disappeared off the net. And I don't know if you can get it in The US or what. Yes. Yes. You can. It's called Stream. The one I use is called StreamQ.
- 23:29Unknown: There's a bunch of them out there. It's not an only one.
- 23:32There's one that's called Sling, s l I n g. You can go look at that. That was
- 23:38that was one of the first international
- 23:40of of of cable
- 23:42type transportation
- 23:44things. And when I first got to Argentina,
- 23:47let me see. There were some guys down there.
- 23:51Pretty interesting story, Rick. It is Monday. Right?
- 23:54There's a bunch of Americans down there and around Buenos Aires that went down there after the bankruptcy
- 24:00o one and after, you know,
- 24:03and, went down there because stuff was so dirt cheap, and the dollar was what everybody wanted. They go down there with a handful of dollars and buy up all these properties. I mean,
- 24:15a huge properties.
- 24:17And so a bunch of them got down there, and they bought this bar. They turned it into a bar. They tried to turn it into a,
- 24:25a female breast bar,
- 24:28and that didn't go too well with the Argentinians.
- 24:31And so they just converted it into a sports bar.
- 24:35And what they did in the early days, twenty years ago, was they had this thing called a sling box,
- 24:41the four four runner of sling,
- 24:44and,
- 24:45they would pipe all these college football games all over the country. You know? What it was was they could get into the ESPN
- 24:54family
- 24:55and get some of those real rare regional games that wouldn't they wouldn't even normally carry, and they'd pipe all those things down there to BA with one of these sling box things. And, Rick, I'm telling you,
- 25:07I met people in there that had a a vacation trip to South America, and they would plan their whole trip around that day and be in in Buenos Aires for that game at that bar.
- 25:17And pretty interesting, they these guys, they got it. Hell is written up in the New York Times and all over the place.
- 25:25And so that was the group of guys I kinda fell into down there.
- 25:30So that was pretty cool, but there's several others. It's not just Sling or StreamQ,
- 25:35but,
- 25:37anyway, that's, they've
- 25:39they tap into
- 25:42I think it's because probably it's being done illegally, but they can't get them with anything because it's outside the country,
- 25:48is they're tapping into these digital streams at some at all these stations, and they just make them all available to you.
- 25:56That's what I'm talking about. You're out from The US. Really
- 26:00yeah. Well, look. If you if you wanna follow-up on that, shoot me an email,
- 26:05and I'll send you their WhatsApp
- 26:08phone number, and you can get on there and ask them questions or
- 26:12whatever. K? If the website's gone, you still wanna do it. So, anyway, it's Okay. It's streamservice.queue.
- 26:19Unknown: I thought I thought it was qstream. It's streamqueue. Right? Correct. Streamq.com.
- 26:25Unknown: Okay.
- 26:27Alright. Never mind it. Good. The customer customer service is real good and all that, and, generally, the streams are depends on your Internet selection. We're down here off of a side backbone.
- 26:37Evidently, at least that's one of the theories of one of the guys I know down here that you're not in the Europe to US pipeline stream. We're down this downleg stream.
- 26:46And, occasionally, you'll get buffering and stuff. It's isn't too irritating
- 26:51a little bit, but occasionally.
- 26:54And, anyway, it gets served for $79
- 26:57a year.
- 26:58I mean, really?
- 27:00Unknown: Yeah. That's that's a big thing because I'm retired on Social Security. I can't afford a $100 a month for that kind of thing. You know?
- 27:09Unknown: Yeah.
- 27:10Well, it's worth it to me, and you get all the broadcast channels, regular broadcast, and everything else.
- 27:17Well, I'm getting Netflix and and and,
- 27:20or or HBO.
- 27:21You you get more stuff than I ever wanna watch. I can tell you that.
- 27:25I just wanna wanna see some football. I wanna see a few sports and occasionally
- 27:30something else, but not often.
- 27:32So, anyway, that was the other thing I wanted to mention,
- 27:35and
- 27:37thank you, Rick.
- 27:41Let's see. What else was on my mind over the weekend?
- 27:49Well, I'm guessing I can launch into this right now.
- 27:53That's funny that this has come around
- 27:56to me the way it has.
- 28:00When I first left the country nineteen years ago,
- 28:04pretty here pretty quick in about three weeks,
- 28:07Two and a half weeks
- 28:08is the nineteenth anniversary of me saying bye bye. I'm leaving on a jet plane.
- 28:14And, boy, I'm gonna tell you what. Tell you a couple things right here.
- 28:21When that aircraft
- 28:24gets lift
- 28:26and those wheels come off that tarmac,
- 28:30I felt like I had 100 pound weights lifted off my shoulders.
- 28:36Period.
- 28:37And
- 28:39so that was one thing. The other thing I'm gonna tell you is what people told me when I first got into Argentina. I didn't believe them.
- 28:48Foolish me.
- 28:50And they said, this is gonna take you a year or more to unwind
- 28:55from being in The US. Ah, sure.
- 28:58You know what? They were right.
- 29:01Now looking back, I can see that. At that point, I could not.
- 29:05You are so
- 29:06psychologically
- 29:07wound up with all this crap they're throwing at us. It will take you
- 29:12a minimum of a year more than likely to unwind from it, maybe longer. Longer.
- 29:17So
- 29:19think about that.
- 29:21So as I went down there, one of my thoughts was, and, of course, then now I had the answer. See?
- 29:28Because I'd gotten the answer the year before when I went down on my trip on my visit and
- 29:33found,
- 29:34found the answer in the passport application. So now I've got my passport back.
- 29:39By the way, I'm I I would say that if this crosses your radar
- 29:45on leaving the country,
- 29:48realize
- 29:50that it's gonna take you a lot longer than you dreamed it would've to get out.
- 29:56Unsevering ties, setting up stuff where it worked, getting this, getting that,
- 30:02Just takes time. I
- 30:05thought I'd be back in about two months. It took me nine months to get back. Now my situation was extraordinary.
- 30:14But, anyway, as I went through that, I kept thinking, well, man, I'd love to get find some like minded people and get them down here with us
- 30:23where we could have our own community
- 30:25like we have here. We have a digital community,
- 30:29but where we could,
- 30:31you know, be in proximity to each other and whatnot, really have a
- 30:36tangent family.
- 30:39So that was in the back of my mind the whole whole time.
- 30:45Now
- 30:46I get down there,
- 30:48and after a couple years in the accident and all that crap that happened,
- 30:53I start dating this this
- 30:55gal from one of the most important families in town. She was the oldest daughter
- 31:00of nine children,
- 31:03and her father was the big doctor in town.
- 31:07And when they were growing up, he was the head administrator of both hospitals,
- 31:13chief surgeon at one, and had his own private practice on the side.
- 31:20Catholic family, obviously.
- 31:22Funny enough,
- 31:24the her father and her mother were from the same place over South Of Cordoba
- 31:28in what's called the Hills Of Cordoba, a really nice tourist area there in Argentina.
- 31:33And, they were their families were there, and their families knew each other. Boy, get this, Rick.
- 31:38And when she was born, he was 16.
- 31:42And he said, I'm gonna marry her one day. Well, damned if he didn't,
- 31:46and they had nine children.
- 31:47Kind of an interesting story.
- 31:52But, anyway, so Cloudy and I started seeing each other. And,
- 31:56her
- 31:57father being the big doctor, she'd gone to medical school for a year or something. I had all kinda honor. She's smart as a whip.
- 32:04Loved this this stuff that we like.
- 32:08Truth. She's a truth seeker.
- 32:10And so, anyway, she just I was I'd feed her all this stuff. She loved it. And so her
- 32:16her husband had been killed about
- 32:19seven or eight years earlier in an automobile accident.
- 32:22He
- 32:23she was from this high profile family. Well, so was he. His daddy owned the construction company in town. They were the richest family in town. So the oldest son of the richest family in town marries the beautiful blonde daughter of the doctor.
- 32:38And they were she quit medical school, and they went and they had about five children,
- 32:45and then he got killed in an automobile accident.
- 32:48And
- 32:50so, anyway, after that, we we met at a party.
- 32:53And
- 32:54so the more Cloudy and I got to
- 32:57know each other and get involved,
- 33:00he had had a construction company too.
- 33:03This the son that got killed, her husband.
- 33:06And one of this piece of property he had purchased
- 33:11was outside of town away, so I can't remember if it was a 100 acres or a 100 hectares.
- 33:17A hectare is about two and a half acres,
- 33:22but it was a big chunk of land. It was outside of town, and the whole boundary on the thing was, like, elevated. In other words, it's just a unique thing of ground where it rose about seven or eight feet above all the other ground around. It would have been a stunning
- 33:37place for a development. It's up next to the mountains or what we call the mountains, a close part, and it was just stunning. And it never came to pass,
- 33:46But I sure did think about it, and we discussed it potentially a lot.
- 33:52And so I've always had that that in my back of my mind
- 33:56of getting like minded people down here. But back then, the situation wasn't bad enough.
- 34:02You know, we could talk.
- 34:04I don't know of anybody that moved down here
- 34:08because of that back then. And like I said, the situation in The States wasn't bad enough. It was
- 34:13still, palatable.
- 34:15Well, I don't know if it's that way anymore.
- 34:18It's getting pretty unpalatable,
- 34:20and it's getting to the point where you can see the tea leaves.
- 34:23You can read the marijuana leaves. K?
- 34:26You lay them down there on the old desk, and, boy, it doesn't point to anything or too much good.
- 34:32We've got tremendous
- 34:33water problems.
- 34:35We've got tremendous for a 50 something percent of the farmers in The US can't get enough fertilizer
- 34:41now,
- 34:42much less a year from now,
- 34:45with the repercussions
- 34:46that build every day from this straight to Hormuz crap.
- 34:51So you can imagine where the West of the world is. Some of these little islands over there in the Pacific,
- 34:56I've I haven't heard anything lately, but I'm sure they got to you can only use electricity two hours a day and all that, and
- 35:04it's affecting the whole world.
- 35:07And so what has really happened here lately is I think things have changed a bit.
- 35:13Things have changed in the, pressures that are being exerted up there in The US.
- 35:19Their agenda is going along. Our wake up agenda is going along. We're seeing, all
- 35:25kinds of heinous things
- 35:27happening.
- 35:28This,
- 35:29Carmichael
- 35:30was his name, the black kid that stabbed the white track guy.
- 35:34That riot, now they've got all the blacks just all up over the country. And, I mean, it's just point blank. The kid had a pocket knife in his damn backpack.
- 35:44They asked him to leave. He was not even eligible to be at the track meet. This black guy, he was already been kicked out of school on another aggravated
- 35:53thing with with some kind of weapons or something involved. So he wasn't even supposed to be there. He intrudes there. He goes over into the tent he wasn't supposed to be at with these with this other team. They keep telling him to leave. He won't leave. Finally, this kid, the twin that, I guess, that he murdered,
- 36:10and he's just an outright murderer,
- 36:12pushed him pushed him towards out of the tent, and he reached in a backpack, got a a pocket knife, and stabbed him right in the heart. It penetrated the heart of the chambers.
- 36:24And the and and and we're getting riots.
- 36:27Why? Because there wasn't a black jury. Several of the black jurors that were vored hired excused themselves.
- 36:33The others that were asked questions said they they they think he was railroaded.
- 36:38So there ended up not being any blacks on the jury. There were some Asians.
- 36:43There were some Muslims.
- 36:44There were some other,
- 36:46quote, unquote, people of color, if you will, or lack of color or whatever the hell kinda,
- 36:51index were using. There's a couple other people that weren't white.
- 36:54And yet the black community, of course, they get them all fomented up, and they're, hey. It wasn't up there, jury. It was to the guy murdered him. Hell, he ought to hang for god's sakes.
- 37:07Don't you think?
- 37:09I mean, when are we gonna start using examples
- 37:12to use people and they what they've done as an example to others? We gotta get back into that. That's like a meritocracy.
- 37:20We gotta get back into that where people are promoted based on their abilities and their accomplishments,
- 37:25not on their color or their their didn't earn it score.
- 37:33So, anyway, what has happened here
- 37:37is a couple of things, I think.
- 37:39One thing is we're all getting older.
- 37:43I bet one of them I bet nobody would argue with that one.
- 37:49We're all getting older.
- 37:51Some folks are getting close to that magical age called retirement.
- 37:58When you take all those years of hard work you've done and all the diligent savings you've done and you set up your Roth IRA just like they told you,
- 38:06and they did all
- 38:08of those things, and you're about to pay at the end of your working life and you're ready to retire,
- 38:14and, you you gotta
- 38:18you may have a pile of money right there.
- 38:21Pile of funds. Excuse me.
- 38:26Anyway, the first ones were Annie and Clayton, and they
- 38:30called back last January
- 38:32just cute as they can be.
- 38:35And, they call up and we'd
- 38:38like to come to Ecuador.
- 38:40I go, oh, okay. And they said, well, how about this weekend?
- 38:46Gotta love those.
- 38:49And, so Annie and Clayton came down, spent a few days here, loved it. I just tremendous,
- 38:55enjoyable of having
- 38:57my opportunity or side of this to sit down with some of these people that you've touched their lives and have these wonderful face to face conversations. It's just,
- 39:07it's pretty damn warm fuzzy. I'm gonna tell you.
- 39:11So, anyway, they went back, and they're all enamored and starry eyed and
- 39:16liked it a lot.
- 39:19And then,
- 39:20about the same time, then, Dean and and Suzanne
- 39:24and Nancy's little sissy.
- 39:27Dean and Suzanne has planned a trip down here. They've been wanting to come down.
- 39:32He's about ready to retire.
- 39:35Kinda in semi retirement already. Well, they came down, and they they go all over the country down to Cuenca and over in the jungle, and they like it here. And they're going,
- 39:47you know, Dean goes, Roger, would you ask your dentist if he'd like to he could use some part time help a couple days a week?
- 39:56Well, that's the first indication. So I'm not sure either one of these people. I don't think I'm showing their cards,
- 40:02But I don't know if they're gonna come down on a, here and there basis. In other words, especially in Argentina because the summer and the winter
- 40:11are much more pronounced as opposites. So a lot of people would do six months in Argentina.
- 40:18You go down, you get three months as a visa, ninety days.
- 40:22That's very standard.
- 40:23Then when you get towards the end of that, if you're very
- 40:27diligent, you could do it one or two ways in Argentina.
- 40:30But you could go get an extension and pay a little couple of pesos,
- 40:34or you could wait till you what? Go ahead and stay through the nine an extra ninety days, and then you leave the country, and then they they catch it on the way out. You have to pay a fine on the way out.
- 40:46Either way, you can stay up to a hundred and eighty days,
- 40:49and they come down and spend the what's the Northern Hemisphere's winter.
- 40:54They come down there and spend the summer.
- 40:56And in in Argentina,
- 40:58go back and forth and back and forth. Very cool.
- 41:01And it's not a lot of, people came down there to stay.
- 41:05And that's a it's it's a trap down there.
- 41:08Because they come down there. They see all this property. It's dirt cheap. Honey,
- 41:12I always wanted to own a winery. Just always. It's been a dream of mine. So they come down with a handful of 100 bills and they buy one, and they never do get the residency stuff straightened
- 41:25out.
- 41:26And so they end up down there. And now the price of the land, they can't sell their land and get out. One of the reasons is because if you're not an official resident, when you sell the land, Argentina takes 33%
- 41:39of the sales price. That's
- 41:41a nice bite.
- 41:43So they get down there and they get into these situations and they wanna sell, and they can't sell because they're upside down in their property.
- 41:50They had everything they had in it, and they can't get out.
- 41:55Don't be that. Don't be them.
- 41:58Don't be those people.
- 42:01K?
- 42:01One thing Bob Chapman, the late Bob Chapman, I talked to him on the phone before I made that trip.
- 42:09He lived in seven different countries and all kinds of stuff. He told me a couple of things I thought were very valuable. I'm gonna relate them to you. I've mentioned them on here occasionally.
- 42:19If you do decide to go somewhere,
- 42:22do not
- 42:23buy
- 42:24anything
- 42:27with a except a minimum of two years you've been there.
- 42:32Maybe even longer.
- 42:33Don't buy don't go down there like these gringos come down to Argentina waving handfuls, $100 bills,
- 42:40and they see you coming, and they they they got scams. They're working on you for you every hit town.
- 42:47And they will scam you at every dime you've got if you let them.
- 42:51Be careful. Caveat, immature. Let the buyer
- 42:55beware.
- 42:59So
- 43:00then
- 43:02a friend of mine from Atlanta who I've known for years, one of the early gals that went through this process before I ever had a radio show or anything else.
- 43:10I had a neighbor
- 43:12that when he was single had dated her roommate. And so he in Atlanta met her and said she's a good gal, all this. And so she was very interested in what I'd been Frank and I used to get up every morning and walk, and I'd tell him all this stuff. And and and so he absorbed it, and he was telling them, and she got interested. So he put us together. And so, Debbie, I you wouldn't believe how how many hours I'd spend with her on the phone on this.
- 43:37I mean,
- 43:39a lot.
- 43:40So, anyway, Debbie, she's been threatening to come down to South America for
- 43:45almost the whole time I've been down here. Well, what's it like in Argentina,
- 43:49Roger? You know?
- 43:51And, so she calls up and goes,
- 43:54I'm moving to Ecuador.
- 43:58Wow.
- 43:59Okay. Well, I guess you're all the other times you threatened,
- 44:03and now you're gonna do it. Well, looks like Debbie's gonna do it.
- 44:08And then
- 44:11just a couple of weeks ago, our own little wallflower, sweet little wallflower Julie comes on the show one day, says, I'm moving.
- 44:21So all of a sudden, the situation has changed where it's gotten much more acute up there as these pressures that they've been gently
- 44:29asserting on us for a long time. Now they're getting new. We're getting down to gelding time at the Okay Corral, if you don't know.
- 44:38And so a lot of you are reacting to that. Some of you are moving retirement age, getting older into the position where you could leave anyway.
- 44:46Everybody's
- 44:47interested in your retirement life, how quality of life you're gonna live. That means how much cash flow do you have, and one of the advantageous
- 44:55parts about Ecuador is they're on the dollar.
- 44:58And, it goes a long way because Ecuador doesn't have the printing press.
- 45:03So if they need a few more dollars circulating, they just can't go, hey. But
- 45:08crank up the old Bond house over there. They can't do that.
- 45:12They gotta go to the shills and borrow it. Now if you know who these creeps are, we know who they are pretty good. Do you wanna go borrow a whole bunch of stuff from them? I don't think you do.
- 45:24Well, neither does Ecuador.
- 45:26That's the reason we got if I tell you, if you're gonna come down here and visit,
- 45:30if you can't if you don't bring a change purse, I'll take you someplace and show you where you can buy one for a dollar. Because
- 45:40they have to borrow the circulating
- 45:43fiat currency,
- 45:46coins,
- 45:47unlike the currency,
- 45:50are not required
- 45:51to be loaned into circulation.
- 45:54In other words, if somebody takes out a loan, they put the circulating Federal Reserve notes in the currency.
- 46:00But
- 46:01if they just wanted to, put money into the circulation,
- 46:06they would use coins.
- 46:09And they can get coins. When I first got down here, it was all that Susquehanna
- 46:13dollar.
- 46:13I said, well, you you wonder about the old Susquehanna dollar that you don't see in The US anymore? You wonder why it's not there? Because all of them are down here.
- 46:22Right?
- 46:23And this is a good monetary rule. I'm sure some of you don't know. Some of you have heard us go over this before.
- 46:31Currency is always, always loaned into circulation with a promissory note.
- 46:36Coins
- 46:37are always
- 46:38spent
- 46:39into circulation with no interest attached.
- 46:43So, naturally, if you're Ecuador, you're gonna be putting coins into circulation. You're not borrowing from the international
- 46:50bastards, and you're not getting their usurice
- 46:53amounts put on you. So, therefore,
- 46:56there's an awful lot of coins.
- 46:58And, therefore, because of the economy and stuff, it makes it real easy
- 47:03to just charge a dollar.
- 47:05So when I was I've told you when I go downtown in our little town here, which I like,
- 47:12They got all kinds of vendors and Indians and the Indian women in their in their native garb, real colorful,
- 47:18and all that. They've got their skirts on and their shawl wrapped and their little hat. They've all got a little hat,
- 47:25and and they're out all over the streets with the bags.
- 47:31Bolsitas
- 47:31is the little bags is the Spanish word, but those kind of bags, some are plastic. Some of them are the the weave
- 47:39kind of plastic, but
- 47:41you go up and go. They got them hanging on racks. They got some racks out there. Think
- 47:46eight eight or 10 tomatoes for a dollar.
- 47:50Alright. Eight eight or 10 onions for a dollar.
- 47:54It's all negotiable too, by the way.
- 47:58I mentioned the other day I got four papayas for a dollar.
- 48:02Medium size, not the big ones. Boy, papayas are good. I've never had them too much earlier in life.
- 48:09But they just got all these beans and things they grow and shell and all all kinds of stuff. You just go dollar dollar dollar dollar. If you were single and wanted to live close to downtown and you just wanted to eat like that, man, you can eat cheap. K. I mean, cheap. There's people down there that don't even have an air condition I mean, a refrigerator because they just go down on the street and get what they're gonna eat
- 48:32every day and bring it back and cook it and eat it.
- 48:37So, anyway, all of a sudden, a number of you are seem to be interested in
- 48:42leaving the country, which I totally understand.
- 48:46K?
- 48:47And, so I just wanted to say even though we might not have a contiguous land type community,
- 48:55we I think most people would like this area. Some of you may wanna live out of town or whatever, but I think it's going to build up where we will have
- 49:05a small group of our radio ranch and ranchers and ranchettes,
- 49:10living down here and kinda fulfill my dream.
- 49:14Which I had for a long time. It never materialized. I said, well, it must have been a pipe dream.
- 49:20So I went and took another hit. No. I just I take that back. I thought it might have been a pipe dream, so,
- 49:25I just kinda let it drift away and having to deal with these gringos down here that
- 49:31you know, I mean, here's an example. What started all this crap with me was this Georgia redneck.
- 49:38Been in construction all his life
- 49:42and said something, and I had mentioned the the Jews controlling it, and he's the one. Why why do you always blame everything on the Jews controlling everything?
- 49:53Well, well, you know, and I didn't think of it quickly enough. He got up and stormed out and started all this crap. I wanna say, Robert, you say, how old are you? 63, 64?
- 50:02You never heard of the freaking Rothschilds?
- 50:06And you wanna point a finger at me?
- 50:09Well, that's the kind of people I was over there having lunch with and gathering with. Well, if you're that damn ignorant, I don't wanna be around you. Functionally illiterate,
- 50:17much better.
- 50:19So, anyway, that's kinda what happened. We may have a group of our own folks down here. We'll have our own damn lunch. Okay?
- 50:25And we'll have a bunch of people that are truth seekers that know what the game is, know how it's being played,
- 50:30have chosen to remove themselves from it, and choose to want to,
- 50:36intermingle with people of the same because then we can talk about things,
- 50:41and you're not dealing with these whackers.
- 50:43Why you say the Jews ever control everything?
- 50:46I don't have to deal with that. I don't have to go back and educate somebody that sat functionally illiterate.
- 50:53I don't have to go back and educate them so they can understand what I was trying to get across to them.
- 50:59So, hopefully, that's gonna transpire.
- 51:01I'm I'm I'm real encouraged. I thought a lot about it over the weekend.
- 51:06I certainly did.
- 51:09And some of you are hitting brick walls on this,
- 51:14aren't you?
- 51:16Some of you are running into brick walls on this realization,
- 51:19aren't you?
- 51:23Yeah. Well, I guarantee you some of you are. K.
- 51:28So I just wanna put that out there. It's been a dream of mine since I've been down here. It looks through a series of events.
- 51:34Circumstances
- 51:35are changing,
- 51:36getting more acute,
- 51:38that, some of you may wanna take advantage on that. It's like I was telling Debbie, you know, and I was shocked at Debbie. She's been talk talking about moving down here so long. Well, she's an in she sells insurance.
- 51:50She's still out there working, still selling insurance.
- 51:53And she says, Roger, gotta pay my bills.
- 51:58Well, okay, Debbie. You're
- 52:00one up on a lot of people who can or don't want to.
- 52:06So I said, Debbie, how much do you get from, Social Security?
- 52:13She goes,
- 52:15$2,200.
- 52:18Now if Debbie would've checked I've been here nine years now.
- 52:22Debbie would've checked in to just a little bit asking a few questions like,
- 52:28what's the cost of living down there?
- 52:31And things like that?
- 52:34She would have probably been down here three, four years ago because she could totally retired, wouldn't have to be running the insurance jungle.
- 52:41Not only are you in the rat race. You remember, if even if you win the rat race, you're still a rat.
- 52:48She's still in the rat race, still having to go out there, driving, fighting that damn Atlanta traffic, doing all this stuff with with,
- 52:56with all of her insurance claims. She didn't have to. She could've retired and live like a queen
- 53:01the minute she became eligible for that amount of Social Security. Now that doesn't sound like much in The US,
- 53:08and you probably couldn't go too far on that amount in The US
- 53:12as to your comfort level. Be right.
- 53:15Yeah. But I'm gonna tell you one thing. If you got that kind of of of wherewithal,
- 53:20you can live like a king or a queen down here. Is that Ed?
- 53:24Unknown: Yes. This is Ed. How'd you know?
- 53:27Unknown: Ed, I know everything. Come on.
- 53:31Unknown: It's kinda fun that you know my voice now. I thank you for that. Yeah. Yeah. You you ever hear a you ever security.
- 53:38Unknown: Yeah. Did you ever hear a brother Dave Gardner, Ed? I'm sure you haven't. You're a Michigan guy. He was a southern politician.
- 53:45I mean, not to say. He was a southern comedian years ago when he put everything on records.
- 53:50And he's up in front of some audience. He's talking to him, and somebody asked him a question like you do with me.
- 53:57And Okay. And and brother Dave says, well, I don't know.
- 54:02And the guy goes, but I thought you knew everything. And he says, I do know everything, but I don't know that.
- 54:11His name is brother Dave. Way I am with you. That's the way I Dave Gardner was his name. Yeah.
- 54:17Unknown: Oh, okay.
- 54:18Unknown: Anyway, hi, Ed. How are doing? Have a good weekend.
- 54:21Unknown: Not too bad. Yeah. You were talking about Social Security, and, you know, I've been kinda messing around with that because I I
- 54:27just turned 65.
- 54:30I'm There's a train coming through.
- 54:32Sure. It is. Sign up for Medicare.
- 54:35So Okay. So I go into the Medicare office on
- 54:40day was that?
- 54:41Monday.
- 54:43Last Monday, so a week ago.
- 54:45And,
- 54:46you know, I'm I'm getting all prepared because, you know, I'm thinking, oh, they're gonna want me to sign something saying I'm a citizen of The United States and whatnot. So
- 54:55I sent a notice back in
- 54:58in March,
- 55:00and I
- 55:02sorry about the train.
- 55:04Unknown: Ed, have you ever seen my cousin
- 55:06Ed, hold the hold the story. We'll get back to another. Have you ever seen the movie My Cousin Vinny?
- 55:13Unknown: No.
- 55:15Unknown: Well, I'm sorry you haven't because that train in the background reminded me of it.
- 55:22Unknown: Yeah.
- 55:23Anyway, tell me something. Really
- 55:26loud there.
- 55:27And I'm gonna give Anyway
- 55:29Unknown: I'm a give you a suggestion. Would you like to have a little levity in your life for a few minutes?
- 55:33Sure.
- 55:34Yeah. Go find
- 55:36my cousin Vinny
- 55:38Unknown: and watch it. If you've never seen it, go find my cousin Vinny. I'm kind of a movie guy, so I'll have to check it out.
- 55:44Unknown: You've never seen that? You'd be rolling around on the floor holding your stomach laughing. It's hilarious. Okay. I like comedies.
- 55:51Unknown: Yeah. Yeah.
- 55:52Oh, boy. It's Hey, Roger. May I Go ahead. We're No. Hold on a second. I'm talking to Roger about Social Security.
- 55:58Yeah. We're talking about notice wanna get this out if you can hang on a sec. Okay.
- 56:02Alright. Go ahead, Ed. I'm sorry to interrupt you. Keep So so, anyway, so so I go into the Social Security office last Monday,
- 56:10and I'm like, you know, I'm prepared to sign something and, you know, try to defend myself or whatever. Bite the bureaucracy.
- 56:15Unknown: He
- 56:17got his boxing gloves on. So I so
- 56:20Unknown: I find out
- 56:22there's nothing to sign.
- 56:25You know, I didn't need to sign anything. They just asked to see my ID. I gave my passport.
- 56:32And I happen to be a dash o nine, so I'm not a citizen in The United States right on the face of that.
- 56:38But then
- 56:39they ask you to certify that you are, so then they send you paperwork. So by Friday, got paperwork from them.
- 56:47And the paperwork says, my name is Edward Zandy in all caps. Anyway,
- 56:52whatever.
- 56:52My birthday,
- 56:54I am a citizen of The United States.
- 56:56I want to enroll in Part B of Medicare.
- 56:59Then on the backside of that first page, it says,
- 57:03I know that anyone who makes or causes to be made a false statement or representation
- 57:08of material fact in an application for
- 57:12use in determining a right to payment under Social Security Act commits a crime punishable under federal law
- 57:19by fine, imprisonment or both.
- 57:23Of course, none of that's discussed in the conversation I had at the Social Security office.
- 57:30But anyway,
- 57:31and then they go on and there's a penalty of perjury on this. But then the thing that caught me, Raj, and something I learned from you
- 57:39is if you disagree with any of your statements, you should contact us within ten days after the date of this notice to let us know.
- 57:47Yeah. And I thought, that's a confirmatory
- 57:51writing,
- 57:53which I learned about from you and John.
- 57:56Unknown: Right? Well, okay. Okay.
- 57:58Unknown: So I'm thinking what they're doing is they're acting like everything's cool. Oh, we're easy peasy.
- 58:05Trouble.
- 58:06Unknown: Go ahead. You you got such a defensive mindset.
- 58:10None of these people Oh, I am. Any of this shit. I do. Okay? They don't know shit. Now let me tell you a story.
- 58:16When I opened up mine, I didn't wait till I was 65 like you. I I was a hell bent to do it at 62.
- 58:23I was in Argentina,
- 58:25and I was having to sell gold to live,
- 58:27and I don't like doing that. Okay?
- 58:30And so I reached 62,
- 58:32and then I I'm gonna open up my account. You gotta owe like you're doing here, you gotta open up your account.
- 58:38And so, I go through that. Well, if you're out of the country, you gotta do it through an embassy.
- 58:44So I go ahead and contact the embassy, and I go through all the stuff.
- 58:49And I sent them, basically, as I was doing this, my five page affidavit.
- 58:54From the very start, they never said a word, Ed. If you go, anybody can sign up for Social Security, I believe,
- 59:01at any country of the world, and so there is no stigma on you're a citizen of The United States here.
- 59:08And
- 59:09Right. So it's never been a big deal, and I I guess they can deal with anybody. So that's what I was gonna say. And, again, just like you with the gun deal, you're reading all this stuff into what they're doing. They don't know what we're doing here.
- 59:23Unknown: Right.
- 59:25So it's just like they're always trying to get you to say,
- 59:29I'm a citizen of The United States. Right?
- 59:32Unknown: Okay. Well, they could do that. And all of their paperwork.
- 59:36That's all they know. The other
- 59:38yeah.
- 59:41Unknown: You know, so they act like you gotta be one to collect it, and I don't I don't
- 59:47Unknown: anyway. But that's Well, technically there. I mean, I you know, what? Oh, no. No. No. It's some of these technical things. Technically,
- 59:54you are a capital c citizen
- 59:57of The United States Of America. Remember a few minutes ago when I told you about the announcement of Paul?
- 1:00:02Here it is. Oh,
- 1:00:05I'll hang on and Not a minute. Well can do it. We'll be back in a minute. There's some classical music.

- 1:01:00I'm Paul from the Radio Ranch and Global Voice Network. Thank you for being with us. We'll be returning to the program shortly.
- 1:01:07Thank you so much for your patience.
- 1:01:13Unknown: A little classical.
- 1:01:21Oh, Paul, that's a nice selection.
- 1:01:27Here we go. I think he's building to a crescendo.
- 1:01:34Ah, there it is.
- 1:01:41Alright. How long do we run now? Are there tones?
- 1:01:45Yeah.
- 1:01:50I expect that. The program, Ed. Did you able to stick through all of that?
- 1:01:56Unknown: Yeah. I did. It's pretty good.
- 1:01:59On
- 1:02:00Friday,
- 1:02:01I called the Social Security office. It's an amazingly
- 1:02:04difficult process to get somebody on the phone,
- 1:02:07but I did.
- 1:02:09They said,
- 1:02:10I sent you guys a notice in March.
- 1:02:14I'd like a certified copy of that.
- 1:02:18And the,
- 1:02:19oh, sure, that's no problem, no big deal. Well about twenty, thirty minutes later he was having trouble. He said, oh, our system is broken.
- 1:02:28I can't do that.
- 1:02:30And I said, well, I got to get going so
- 1:02:33supposedly he's mailing me the paperwork
- 1:02:36to do that, you know, paper wise.
- 1:02:39But but the when I went into the Social Security office, I said, do you guy you know, do you can you pull up that affidavit I sent you in in March?
- 1:02:48Oh, no. I can't see anything like that. So it's like it's like they take it.
- 1:02:53Yeah. You know, I know that I've, you know, I've got a receipt of delivery and stuff, but they won't act you know, they didn't respond to it. Yeah. They won't even acknowledge they got it. You know, I'm Raj, I'm not complaining. I'm not make you know, want you to solve my problem here. I'm just telling you how Oh, there you
- 1:03:11You know?
- 1:03:13Unknown: I
- 1:03:14can't solve bureaucratic
- 1:03:16Unknown: ease problems. I'm sorry. Yeah. Yeah. Well, they're they're absolute weasels. I mean, you know, they won't I You know, they can't this. Oh, that's broke. You know? Weasels, man. I'm telling you.
- 1:03:27Unknown: Don't you dare touch my retirement. Don't
- 1:03:30you mess with my benefits, you damn ringer.
- 1:03:35Unknown: Anyhow
- 1:03:36yeah. That's all I got so far today.
- 1:03:38Unknown: Well, you just lay and if I could get and I think you're getting there, Ed. I feel like you're getting there. You're gonna get to a point where you're not questioning these people. You're gonna go in and say, this is me, and this is what I need.
- 1:03:53And Right. Right. And and and you'll it'll come. It'll come. And even if they ask you, are you a citizen of The United States? And you said yes,
- 1:04:02that would not override your affidavit.
- 1:04:05Oh, I I I think I'm Because, technically, let's get back to the
- 1:04:10technicalities
- 1:04:11of this and the fine points, if you will.
- 1:04:14Go back to Plessy versus Ferguson in 1894
- 1:04:18and separate but equal versus
- 1:04:20Brown versus Boards of Education, equal in the classroom, equal in the society
- 1:04:24where they overcame,
- 1:04:26overturned
- 1:04:27the evil Plessy.
- 1:04:29I've heard congressmen go, they even overturned
- 1:04:32the evil Plessy versus Ferguson.
- 1:04:35Yeah. It was so evil that it distinguished between your political status.
- 1:04:41So
- 1:04:43so now
- 1:04:44that there's only one and they come back and tell us that a citizen of The United States is is a US national
- 1:04:52in places,
- 1:04:54so then they're the same. So if you are a citizen of The United States, then you really are a citizen of The United States Of America. You've differentiated
- 1:05:03it. You've done it to the person you have to differentiate it with, the secretary of state. Right. And and one little flew up. What if the bureaucrat checked it wrong? They can't hold you and take away your citizenship.
- 1:05:16So I I understand everybody's thinking on this because I I was the same damn way. What what landmine can I step on that's gonna screw this up?
- 1:05:26And you can if you've got the affidavit in. I don't believe you can screw that up, and you've got to overcome that with another one changing the status,
- 1:05:35and we learned about that
- 1:05:37from Efrahim
- 1:05:38versus,
- 1:05:39Rusk.
- 1:05:40Now we heard the other day, Ed. Now this is interesting. I was thinking about it over the weekend, so I'm glad you got me here,
- 1:05:48today.
- 1:05:49We heard over the, last week or week before last that it was Efrahim
- 1:05:53v Rusk,
- 1:05:55the nineteen sixty six or sixty eight Supreme Court case
- 1:05:59that opened up the door for dual citizenships.
- 1:06:04Somebody read us that the other day, and I would like for us to explore that a little bit and figure out exactly how Afrim did
- 1:06:14open up dual citizenship
- 1:06:17channels.
- 1:06:18You know? So some of the people may not remember this one. It's something like one of our listeners
- 1:06:24up in Dallas, Georgia brought to us. So have you ever heard of this case? I had
- 1:06:29not.
- 1:06:30Rusk,
- 1:06:32the the defendant
- 1:06:34in this example was secretary of state Rusk.
- 1:06:38He's from Georgia, Dean Rusk. Yep.
- 1:06:41And,
- 1:06:42so there
- 1:06:44had been a ruling
- 1:06:45that in the late fifties by the same supreme court
- 1:06:49that if someone,
- 1:06:52broke a law of this regulation on voting in foreign elections that they could take away your citizenship.
- 1:06:58And there was a ruling at the Supreme Court on that. He brought it in a few about eight years later, ten years later, and challenged that again. This is how you have to challenge a supreme court previous ruling.
- 1:07:09K? Because you don't have anybody to appeal it from from them,
- 1:07:13so you gotta go back and start and bring the issue up again, take it all the way to the top. Well, that's what happened. That's what Efraim did.
- 1:07:20A f r o y I m, if you wanna look it up, a f r o y I m, Efrahim.
- 1:07:27And Efrahim
- 1:07:29was a Hungarian Jew.
- 1:07:32He'd immigrated to The US, so therefore voluntarily,
- 1:07:36he came over to The US. He wanted those fourteenth amendment rights,
- 1:07:39citizen of The United States, went through the process,
- 1:07:42got him happy as a as a
- 1:07:47a tick on a bagel. K?
- 1:07:49And so then they caught him, then they caught him voting in an Israeli election.
- 1:07:55So this is where this dual citizenship thing had to come from if that statement was correct that it came from this decision or this opinion in this case.
- 1:08:05And so it overturned
- 1:08:07the previous
- 1:08:08case in 1958.
- 1:08:10Don't remember the style of it, but it overturned it.
- 1:08:13And they said,
- 1:08:15no.
- 1:08:17You can't take Ephraim's
- 1:08:19citizenship away.
- 1:08:20I've never read the case. I don't know that they stated. I doubt if they do.
- 1:08:26Anywhere in that decision
- 1:08:28that the reason you can't take Efrahim's
- 1:08:31rights away
- 1:08:32is because they gotta be voluntary. He volunteered into them. They can't come take them away.
- 1:08:37Just because he broke one, they're silly little rules.
- 1:08:42Unknown: It Rusk, r u s k?
- 1:08:45Unknown: Ed, what?
- 1:08:47Unknown: It was it Efrahim versus Rusk, r u s k?
- 1:08:51Correct. Dean Rusk, secretary of state of Georgia. Okay. Gotcha.
- 1:08:55Unknown: And the reason, he's the defendant.
- 1:08:58Why is Alden, Ed? Why is he the defendant?
- 1:09:01Because he's got ultimate authority on all matters, considering citizenship.
- 1:09:06So that's who they have drug in as a defendant.
- 1:09:10Unknown: Yep.
- 1:09:12Okay. So now Few more cases like that.
- 1:09:15Oh, I I had one more comment. What on this on this paper they they sent me where all you know, I made all these statements.
- 1:09:23One of the statements that they wrote down here,
- 1:09:26I do not have a bank account.
- 1:09:30She never asked me anything about that.
- 1:09:33You know, they never asked for my bank account information or whatever. Okay. They just write on this piece of paper, I do not have a bank account.
- 1:09:42Unknown: Oh, so, and you're asking you're
- 1:09:44asking why they didn't ask you. Are you a national
- 1:09:48mean, you know, the that's why I said this bureaucratic ease. You get into those. That maze, you have no idea what those people are doing.
- 1:09:55So most of them, I think, do the right thing.
- 1:10:00Unknown: Well, then they throw in the penalty of perjury stuff on the second page, and it's like, come on, you guys. You know? And, anyway so that I just wanted to kinda call in to let you guys know what
- 1:10:11Unknown: time you're characters, you know. Dealing with a federal
- 1:10:15bureaucracy or state when you can expect that kind of stuff. If you get anything different, it'll be a blessing.
- 1:10:22Come in. Okay. So oh, there's a comment. Alright. Well I knew I'd get one. Thank you, Ed. Alright, buddy. We'll go back to the break job. Yes, Paul. Quickly for Ed.
- 1:10:34Unknown: You know why they they made the presumption that she didn't have a bank account?
- 1:10:40Unknown: No. I'd like to know.
- 1:10:42Unknown: Okay. It was very easy.
- 1:10:45If you don't have a bank account, they issue you a debit card.
- 1:10:48And that debit card is backed by either Visa or Mastercard,
- 1:10:53and it's their own private system. And every time you use that card to get your money, the government gets a kickback from it.
- 1:10:59So it's a revenue stream.
- 1:11:02Okay. If if they give you direct deposit, that money's gone, and they never see it again.
- 1:11:09Unknown: Okay.
- 1:11:11It's on their pension payment. That's interesting. I,
- 1:11:13now this is Medicare,
- 1:11:15Paul.
- 1:11:16So I'm gotta, you know, I've gotta pay them quarterly.
- 1:11:19You know?
- 1:11:21Right. Anyway.
- 1:11:23Unknown: But how would you I opted out of office. They didn't answer that, but they write it down like it's fact. You know? I opted out all that crap. I don't want any I don't wanna pay them anything. I don't want anything to do with them. Send me my little check that I earned, my money, and I'll just be totally happy. Shine it on, baby. Shine it on.
- 1:11:43Okay. Anybody else have anything for Ed or Paul or me? Yeah. There you go. Any other comments, questions, observations,
- 1:11:50analysis?
- 1:11:54Wow.
- 1:11:55Roger. Has
- 1:11:57has Paul's kitty got your tongue?
- 1:12:00Yes. Hey, Larry.
- 1:12:03Unknown: Hey. How are you? I was just just curious what age
- 1:12:08Ed retired at.
- 1:12:10Unless he doesn't wanna have He's
- 1:12:13Unknown: still working, man.
- 1:12:15Unknown: Well, I mean I mean, as far as the Social Security is concerned.
- 1:12:20Unknown: Yeah. I'm not on Social Security.
- 1:12:24Unknown: Yeah. If you did, you'd have to stop working because you earned too much. Repairing cars are gonna take away what they're supposed to give you with SS. Maybe.
- 1:12:33Unknown: I think after 67
- 1:12:35for me, then they stop messing around with, you know, taking part of your money back because then I'll be full retirement age for my year of birth. Okay.
- 1:12:45Unknown: Yeah. Well, I can tell you this is kinda interesting because I was doing it at 62 because of my circumstances.
- 1:12:51And so I I got the girl on the phone,
- 1:12:55and she goes, of course, they're always trying to hover over that fund. You know? And
- 1:13:01she goes, well, our our our
- 1:13:03don't you wanna wait till you're 65? You'll get more.
- 1:13:08And so I very astutely said,
- 1:13:11how much more?
- 1:13:15He did a little figure and said, $30.30 dollars.
- 1:13:18So if I'd have waited till I was 65, I'd have gotten $30 a month more. I said, no. Thank you, ma'am. I'll take it right now. Thank you very much.
- 1:13:26Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:13:28Unknown: Yeah. And grateful for it, and I was not gonna enroll in it. I always thought it was their money. My friend David Strait, the good David Strait,
- 1:13:38said, Roger, that's your money, man. You paid that in. You know? And we'd have discussions over it, and I finally decided to do it. And I've been grateful
- 1:13:46ever since. I've been getting it fifteen years now, and it's, for the most part, pretty pretty regular, pretty dependable.
- 1:13:54So, anyway, I'm grateful for it. I wouldn't have been or thought that or said that a number of years ago, but I've changed my tune.
- 1:14:04Unknown: Johnny. Roger.
- 1:14:05Unknown: Yes. Okay. Well, I think there's a Larry oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, there's another three of you. You weren't first.
- 1:14:12Rick was first, Larry was second, and I think that's Dave is third. Rick?
- 1:14:17Unknown: Yeah. Just to support Larry, you can work and draw Social Security at the same time. You just have to watch what you declare.
- 1:14:24Okay? If you work in cash,
- 1:14:27Unknown: and don't declare it, you know, you can make as much as you want. Well, I'll bet this car mechanic here could do some deals in cash. I'd be betting you.
- 1:14:37In the white or in the black, Ed, that's what they call it down here. Are you working in the black or are you working in the white? In other words, are you telling them what you make and giving them all what they should and helping your employees of their retirement and all that? That's white.
- 1:14:53You're in the black. Going way. And it's all cash, and and Brent Brent Bachman might come and enforce it if you give us any crap. I wouldn't want that. Wish that on anybody.
- 1:15:05Okay. I think Larry was second. Dave was next. Did we get you there, Larry? I mean, Ed? Yeah.
- 1:15:13Unknown: But That was Rick. That was
- 1:15:16This is Larry now.
- 1:15:18Yeah. You got me off. Yeah. Rick, I am aware of I am aware of the rules with Social Security,
- 1:15:23but
- 1:15:24I was I must have misheard
- 1:15:28Ed. I thought he was applying to get his Social security.
- 1:15:31Unknown: No. No. No. Medicare. Oh,
- 1:15:34Unknown: okay. Is that what it was? Yes. Okay. Yep. So, Ed, you you plan on collecting when you're at 67?
- 1:15:42Unknown: I I don't know. You know, I'm not sure.
- 1:15:45Unknown: Okay. Well, anyway, this is just an FYI,
- 1:15:48and I learned about this
- 1:15:50a number of years ago. And the Social Security Administration
- 1:15:54will not advertise this. It's like a little secret
- 1:15:58that they keep to themselves,
- 1:16:00and you'll see for obvious reasons why once I explain it.
- 1:16:05But I I remember making a delivery to this old timer
- 1:16:10who was working at a chemical dock
- 1:16:13for like twenty years,
- 1:16:15and he would unload the chemicals like drums. We used to deliver drums
- 1:16:19of chemicals to this place. It was an open dock
- 1:16:23and a very nice individual.
- 1:16:26And I remember the one day I was
- 1:16:28making a delivery there and I said, hey, how are you doing? And we were just talking for a few minutes. And he says, yeah, I'm getting ready to retire. I'm going to start collecting my social security
- 1:16:37and I'm heading on down to get my lump sum payment.
- 1:16:40And I said, what do you mean your lump sum payment? He said, well, he said, I never knew about it until
- 1:16:47I talked to a friend of mine.
- 1:16:49And so he was he he learned that you could go down to the Social Security office, and when you're applying to get your Social Security money, you know, your monthly checks,
- 1:17:00you can actually get a you can you can apply
- 1:17:03to get a lump sum,
- 1:17:05but you have to be beyond the age of 62 as far as
- 1:17:09paying into the system.
- 1:17:12So
- 1:17:13he
- 1:17:15learned about that and he told me he was going to get a good amount of money.
- 1:17:19And so I I went and investigated that,
- 1:17:22and I mentioned it to my my father-in-law because he was he was getting ready to retire
- 1:17:29at 70 years of age.
- 1:17:31And I said, listen, dad,
- 1:17:34why don't you look into this when you guys go down to the Social Security office because this is unbelievable.
- 1:17:40I said, you could get a lump sum amount and still get your monthly paychecks.
- 1:17:44So they go down there and
- 1:17:47they had just I think they just started to collect it, so they were still within the window
- 1:17:52of
- 1:17:54of,
- 1:17:55you know, being able to get the lump sum.
- 1:17:58And
- 1:17:59no. No. I'm mixing that up with something. But they went down to the Social Security office and they applied for it. And my mother-in-law told me they were both sitting there at the desk with the
- 1:18:11with the the lady,
- 1:18:13and and my mother-in-law said, look. We would like to get a lump sum payment.
- 1:18:19And the lady didn't didn't even blink. She didn't say nothing. She just said, And she starts typing things out on the computer.
- 1:18:28And and so they they actually got a pay check
- 1:18:33from the Social Security Administration for
- 1:18:36just under $20,000,
- 1:18:39and it only lowered their monthly payout by about $80 a month.
- 1:18:44And they were just floored that that was actually available.
- 1:18:48And so that's something you might want to look into if you delay
- 1:18:53taking your benefits,
- 1:18:54you know,
- 1:18:56past the age of 62.
- 1:18:59That's all I got. Okay.
- 1:19:01Unknown: Wow. So,
- 1:19:03Unknown: Larry, Larry,
- 1:19:05so supposedly,
- 1:19:06according to this, you can go in when you're opening your account
- 1:19:11to withdraw.
- 1:19:13You can go in and say, I want partial lump sum, and you get part of it in a lump sum, and it only barely affects your payment.
- 1:19:22Is that what I got out of that? Exactly.
- 1:19:25Unknown: So like I said, my mother and father-in-law went in there. My my father-in-law was
- 1:19:30was gonna collect that 70 when
- 1:19:32he was 70.
- 1:19:34And so he he paid over,
- 1:19:36you know, eight years over the 62 mark. If you just go in there and try to get a lump
- 1:19:42sum
- 1:19:43at 62,
- 1:19:44it won't work because
- 1:19:46you have to kind of I don't know if this is the right word, preaccumulate
- 1:19:52the money because I think what they're doing is they're paying you for so many months
- 1:20:00beyond the age of 62,
- 1:20:03and they're giving that to you in the form of a lump sum. And then they just they do the math, and then they subtract that from,
- 1:20:10you know, what you're
- 1:20:12you know, because you're taking a chunk of money out of whatever that chunk of money is that it all adds up to be. And then they're doing the math, and it's just lowering your payments a little bit.
- 1:20:22And, yeah, this this is real. I I had a conversation with them with my mother and father-in-law, and they did get, like, a little less than $20,000,
- 1:20:32and it only
- 1:20:33affected their monthly payout
- 1:20:36by a minimal amount, so they took it.
- 1:20:39Unknown: Well,
- 1:20:40Liz, on that on that,
- 1:20:42bit of knowledge, I'm just going to throw it out to the audience.
- 1:20:46Any of you that are about to go in, possibly go in and apply and open your Social Security account, put
- 1:20:52this in your back pocket and mention it to them, see if that's available
- 1:20:56to you.
- 1:20:58At least we'll learn more about it. I've heard people say they get lump sum payments out of the SS,
- 1:21:04but I've never seen that verified before what you just told us today, Larry.
- 1:21:10So, anyway, food food for thought. Cool.
- 1:21:13Yep. Alright. Thank you, Larry.
- 1:21:16Got your email, by the way,
- 1:21:18and,
- 1:21:19we'll reply here later.
- 1:21:23Dave.
- 1:21:26Wasn't it Dave? Third guy there. Wasn't it Dave?
- 1:21:33Whoever was trying to say something you don't wanna say anymore, did you get your question answered? You go away? Who me? Paul kicked you out. What what happened? Who me?
- 1:21:43Well, I don't I guess. Were you were you trying to say something?
- 1:21:47Unknown: Were you trying to wish me a happy birthday or something?
- 1:21:50Unknown: No, man. I thought you were in that covey of people that were trying to say something at the same time. I've gotta be the host here that differentiates
- 1:21:57you to be perfectly fair
- 1:22:00and be able to put you in line the word the order you were in. I thought that was you as the third person. Was I correct, or was I
- 1:22:08just imagining?
- 1:22:09Unknown: Well, I you were imagining things, but you must have had my birthday on your mind, and you you chummed me up to wish me a happy birthday.
- 1:22:18Unknown: Well, I don't know. I didn't know it was your birthday. I would certainly say.
- 1:22:25Unknown: Well,
- 1:22:26gracias.
- 1:22:27Gracias. Yeah.
- 1:22:30Unknown: See, the Spanish, they do things different. They don't say happy birthday.
- 1:22:34They say
- 1:22:36happy
- 1:22:37birth year.
- 1:22:40Ah.
- 1:22:42So there you go. Well,
- 1:22:44Unknown: it it I guess every year is your birth year. Right?
- 1:22:49Unknown: I get when it comes around to that day. And if you're a girl
- 1:22:54and you're 15,
- 1:22:56it's a big deal.
- 1:22:59Unknown: Oh, yeah. Kinsay
- 1:23:01Unknown: Kinsay Kuplianos.
- 1:23:03It's a big deal, and parents plan and save for that day
- 1:23:08for years, and they have huge parties and all kinds of stuff as the girl basically is a female bar mitzvah.
- 1:23:17Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:23:18And they buy those big old,
- 1:23:21stuffed animals filled with candy.
- 1:23:24Unknown: Hey. Oh, pinatas.
- 1:23:25Man, they they they really you know, they they will extend
- 1:23:29as much financial wherewithal as they can gather to to it's such a big deal in this culture down here. So, anyway,
- 1:23:37Unknown: there you go.
- 1:23:39Unknown: Now do you have something to add besides you want us to wish you a happy birthday?
- 1:23:43So the No. Fifteenth Six seven six seven.
- 1:23:48Well,
- 1:23:49Unknown: with it's belated. Made a meme for my birthday.
- 1:23:53Unknown: To to wish you a belated happy birthday?
- 1:23:57Unknown: No. No. Today's my today's my 60
- 1:24:00birthday. Arrival. Oh. My day.
- 1:24:04Unknown: Okay. Yep. 06/15/1959.
- 1:24:08Gotcha. Didn't even know you were the day after Trump. You're not gonna have a cage fight out on the property there, are you? Oh, no.
- 1:24:15Unknown: Nope. I'm not even gonna watch one.
- 1:24:18Okay.
- 1:24:19Unknown: Thanks, sir. Well, HB,
- 1:24:22they just Thank you. Thank you. Appreciate it. You know, the old the old metaphor
- 1:24:27where they got the calendar there and just ripping days off them.
- 1:24:32About what life goes at that pace at this age, it seems.
- 1:24:37I've got one of these coming up a little over a month away,
- 1:24:41so I'm right there with you, Dave. So who else is I'll tell you what, Roger. Okay. Every Friday
- 1:24:47Unknown: yeah. Every Friday when when Brent's on, I'm like, oh my god. It's Friday already. It was just Friday yesterday.
- 1:24:55Can't believe how fast the weeks are flying
- 1:24:59by. It is unbelievable.
- 1:25:01Unknown: Rolls along pretty quickly. Yes. It does.
- 1:25:05Is anybody in the audience who have anything to add? Well, there's somebody right there. Didn't even have to get through the spiel. Yes, sir?
- 1:25:12Jared Jude Garcia in Carlsbad. Hey, Jerry. How are you doing, man?
- 1:25:30Unknown: And didn't know about that lump sum, could you go back and
- 1:25:35just
- 1:25:35ask?
- 1:25:37Unknown: I've I would doubt it. But does anybody know any more about this? If you're already on it, can you go back and go, hey. I forgot to ask you.
- 1:25:45Unknown: Ignorance of the lump sum is no excuse. Oh,
- 1:25:49Unknown: god. Listen to the legal concepts come rolling.
- 1:25:55Probably not, Jared. Be my guest, but, you know, well, you could always call and ask them.
- 1:26:02I just found out about this lump sum thing. Can I can I get in on that action?
- 1:26:10Unknown: Sure be nice. Getting ready to retire too. Yeah.
- 1:26:15Unknown: Is she on Social Security yet? Maybe.
- 1:26:19No. No. She no. Okay. Well, she could ask the question when she's ready to get
- 1:26:25to that point.
- 1:26:28Listen. There's another something that came up the other day on the show Friday, Rick. Thanks to Rick.
- 1:26:34I meant to mention it today, so I'm glad you asked, Jerry. He wasn't dealing with this.
- 1:26:39Bory, is Bory on with us today? Bory, I know you're always there in the background. You work and stuff. Are you there,
- 1:26:46Bory?
- 1:26:49Bory.
- 1:26:53Well, I wanna make sure he hears this, so I don't know whether to say it now. Y'all can maybe help me. Can you hear me, Roger? I am here, Roger. Hear you, buddy. Yeah, man. I hear you. I got a question for you. You weren't listening Saturday morning.
- 1:27:08Unknown: Sir. Yes, sir. I was listening. Yes. Did you And nationals Puerto Rican nationals?
- 1:27:14Yes. Yeah.
- 1:27:16Unknown: Roger. Well
- 1:27:17Unknown: but yeah. You may have to give in Puerto Rico to do that.
- 1:27:21Unknown: Well, I know, but he's got friends in Puerto Rico.
- 1:27:24So I was kinda anxious to find out, what do you do? You go to the secretary of state of Puerto Rico and say, wanna be a Spanish citizen and give them an affidavit?
- 1:27:36Unknown: No. You have to go to Spain.
- 1:27:38They give you you go to Spain,
- 1:27:40and and Spain, they give you a residency instead in in ten years. They give it to you in two years
- 1:27:47because you got blood related.
- 1:27:50Unknown: Okay.
- 1:27:51Yes. But and what why? Because
- 1:27:54Spain
- 1:27:55is a
- 1:27:57just
- 1:27:58sanguineous
- 1:27:59country.
- 1:28:00They transfer
- 1:28:01her regimen in Spain
- 1:28:03by who your parents were,
- 1:28:05not where you were born. Okay,
- 1:28:12Bory. Well, if you investigate that anymore and find something interesting, let us know. Okay?
- 1:28:19Unknown: Alright. I tell you. Thank you.
- 1:28:21Unknown: Okay. Great, buddy. I just thought I'd never heard that before. No telling what you learn around here at the old radio ranch. Who else has got something here on this Monday with a few minutes left in the program?
- 1:28:35Nobody? We don't have we don't have Haika or or any of our good question gals. We don't have, you know, care. Hey, May Rod. This is Matt. I got something.
- 1:28:45Hey, Matt. What you got, buddy? Yeah, man. I can. Hey.
- 1:28:49Unknown: Yeah. This is on your earlier conversation about people wanting to move to Ecuador or whatever. I just wanna put it out there that I have two houses
- 1:28:58and
- 1:28:59you know where Alone is just north of
- 1:29:02Unknown: It's on the coast. Right?
- 1:29:04Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. The the next just north of the party town down there. Anyway, so it's actually in Korea,
- 1:29:09just north of Olon. I have two houses right on the beach that are for sale. Really? So Really? Anybody's
- 1:29:15interested.
- 1:29:16Yeah. Yeah. So
- 1:29:19and How long have you owned? I'll just say it.
- 1:29:23Well, the first one, I think, in 2011
- 1:29:26and the second one in 2013.
- 1:29:28Unknown: Yeah. You rent them through Airbnb
- 1:29:30or what?
- 1:29:32Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So
- 1:29:38Unknown: loose.
- 1:29:40Unknown: Properties.
- 1:29:43Unknown: Okay. Hold on because you're clipping. You lost some of that information right there. I'm stopping.
- 1:29:47Unknown: Driving.
- 1:29:48Unknown: I'm Good deal.
- 1:29:50You. Thank you. Inti Inti
- 1:29:53Unknown: Inti Luce Properties, I n t I and then space l u z,
- 1:29:57Properties, Ecuador. If you just type that in,
- 1:30:00and at the bottom of the first page,
- 1:30:03you can see the two houses. One's yellow and one's white. And they're right next to each other and they're on the beach.
- 1:30:08And I, you know, I just want I I I that's a local
- 1:30:12company that's listed them, and I let them set the price. And so they set one at $3.10, one at $2.90. I'm
- 1:30:19I will take less.
- 1:30:21I'm and especially if if it's from a US person, there there does they do charge you to take money out of the country. So so if you advise them, I'm gonna 5%. I'm gonna end up with fee more.
- 1:30:32So
- 1:30:33so yeah. So I'll I'll take so anyways, I just wanted to put it out there if anybody's interested.
- 1:30:38Okay. Thanks, man. Out there and they call me and talk to me. Yeah.
- 1:30:43Unknown: I've never been to the beach. I've been up here all nine years. And in July, I've never been to the beach. So it just when I moved here, I started this network
- 1:30:52and tried to get this thing off the ground. I've been working pretty much ever since. And at my age, I'm about over traveling. I'm from the best beaches in the world in Florida there, and I just don't have much of a desire to go hang out down there. Although I know that's a lot of people's dream. Good for you. K?
- 1:31:11Unknown: So let me just state that the
- 1:31:14beach that these properties are in front of,
- 1:31:17it's an eight mile long beach. It's got about four miles to the north and four miles to the south. It's an excellent beginner surfing beach. Excellent. It just goes out forever.
- 1:31:28The
- 1:31:29and I just can't think of the name right now. I think too much aluminum, but but the the the big town, the big party town that everyone goes to that's on the beach, which is just five miles down road, 10 miles down Monte?
- 1:31:41Monte? Montanita.
- 1:31:43Montanita.
- 1:31:44Unknown: Montanita. Okay. Montanita.
- 1:31:46Unknown: Okay. Montanita. So Well Back in
- 1:31:4902/1312,
- 1:31:51or thirteen, they had the world
- 1:31:53Surfing Championships
- 1:31:55there in in Montanita, and I watched that.
- 1:31:58Yeah. So so that's so so that's really good surfing surfing beach in Montanita.
- 1:32:03So anyway, just wanted to just wanted to throw it out there for anybody that's interested in a hold of me.
- 1:32:09Unknown: Okay. Thank you. Okay. That's it. Alright. Appreciate it. Uh-huh. Hey, Roger. Alright. They've also got great fishing over there right at the top of the,
- 1:32:19oh, the Gulf Stream equivalent, and, I can't think of this the thing that goes up from Antarctica.
- 1:32:25Wonderful fishing.
- 1:32:27Should also say, if you don't know, the Galapagos
- 1:32:30are also
- 1:32:31Ecuadorian territory.
- 1:32:33So there's just an awful lot here. Yeah. Rick, was that you?
- 1:32:37Unknown: No.
- 1:32:38This is Jerry.
- 1:32:40Unknown: Jerry. Hey. Garcia.
- 1:32:43Unknown: Hey. I asked Susie or whatever her name is on that. Grock.
- 1:32:47If you could go back and ask and and she said
- 1:32:52or what's her what's her name? Lexi? I don't know. Anyway, she said, yes. You can absolutely ask
- 1:32:58to receive an unclaimed or missed
- 1:33:01lump sum retirement payment.
- 1:33:05That's what they said.
- 1:33:06Okay. Well And then social Social Security Administration,
- 1:33:10if you are past your full retirement age and delayed your benefits,
- 1:33:16you may be eligible to file for a lump sum retroactive
- 1:33:20payment.
- 1:33:21Unknown: Okay. So that means yeah. I get are you 68 or 65 or whatever?
- 1:33:28You can you can access a lump sum payment.
- 1:33:31I'd
- 1:33:32heard it. Never heard any of the specifics. Pretty interesting.
- 1:33:38Yes, sir. So if any of you are close to that age or you wanna go back and tap on, hey. Let me in. I'm you did you forgot to mention that to me.
- 1:33:48Do that.
- 1:33:50Hey, Roger. Thanks, Jerry. Yeah. So I that's Doug.
- 1:33:57Unknown: Thank you
- 1:33:58for recognizing me. Doug. Hey. So Hey, buddy.
- 1:34:03Unknown: How are you, Roger? I know you're well. Yeah. I'm pretty pretty good. Am I? Pretty good. All in all? Yeah. No complaint.
- 1:34:10Unknown: Well, wanted to Not really. Tell you my
- 1:34:14okay.
- 1:34:15Sorry. I brought it up.
- 1:34:17The What?
- 1:34:19My experience with Social Security, I
- 1:34:25started mine at age seven.
- 1:34:28I was on the phone speaking with a lady,
- 1:34:32And
- 1:34:33near the end of the conversation, she said, okay. We're gonna send you a check.
- 1:34:38I said, oh, you are?
- 1:34:40I said, what's that for?
- 1:34:42And the the context
- 1:34:45was something along the line of what
- 1:34:48think Borey just said or who whoever that was about,
- 1:34:52you know, I hadn't collected. I think 65 you could start
- 1:34:57officially,
- 1:34:58and I hadn't done that for those five years. So I asked her. I said, well,
- 1:35:04how
- 1:35:05much is that gonna be? And
- 1:35:08she told me, and, you know, I
- 1:35:10if I had false teeth, they would have fallen out.
- 1:35:14The so I got, like, about $9,000
- 1:35:20lump sum.
- 1:35:21Unknown: It
- 1:35:22okay. Well, that's good to know. So you did but you did that after 65,
- 1:35:27right,
- 1:35:28Unknown: or 70? I did that at 70.
- 1:35:31Unknown: Did it at 70. So you real you waited even past 68 to seventy. Okay. Well, there's some advantages there evidently if you do that in my situation at that time.
- 1:35:41I needed it, and I wanted it. I'm glad I made that decision. Everything's been pretty good. So
- 1:35:47Unknown: can't Well, you know why I waited, Roger?
- 1:35:50Because I still hadn't gotten
- 1:35:53the
- 1:35:54truth
- 1:35:56that
- 1:35:57collecting Social Security
- 1:35:59was not a nexus to any kind of
- 1:36:03Ah.
- 1:36:04Crap or yeah.
- 1:36:06Unknown: Yes. Quite an old patriot pathology.
- 1:36:11Yeah. But Here's how little here's how little the page yeah. Here's how little the patriots think about that.
- 1:36:19Okay. Here's our here's our setup.
- 1:36:22Everybody's gotta have a Social Security number.
- 1:36:26Everybody's gotta pay taxes where they ask you for that number.
- 1:36:31So, therefore, it's the nexus to the system and do obligate you to the system. Without thinking that
- 1:36:38back in the old days, you didn't need a Social Security number till you went to work.
- 1:36:43So do you think these guys are gonna wait till you're 16, 17, 18 years old to lock you into the system?
- 1:36:51Do you really think they're gonna operate that way?
- 1:36:54No. They're not.
- 1:36:56They want you right at the start.
- 1:36:59It's
- 1:37:00just the same way of looking at this thing.
- 1:37:02If I was a Almost Doug, if you and I were were a group of all greedy
- 1:37:08Right.
- 1:37:09Zionist bastards a couple hundred years ago, we were gonna say Oh, that's called.
- 1:37:16You know, I,
- 1:37:17you know, I,
- 1:37:18I think we need to take over the world, Doug. And
- 1:37:22you're and we're gonna sit there and talk and scheme. We're gonna go, okay. Here's what we're gonna do, Doug.
- 1:37:27We're gonna devise this system where this happens and that happens and these things happen over here, and then those happen. Do you think that's the way they're gonna do that? They're never gonna do it that way. And I can tell you why. Because they have no idea what's in the future that they don't know a contingency
- 1:37:44that they might not have figured on that's gonna mess up their whole deal.
- 1:37:48But you know what they are gonna do? They're gonna look backwards in history
- 1:37:52and see what's worked
- 1:37:54and pick something where they already know all the contingencies.
- 1:37:58They're gonna change a few labels, a few names,
- 1:38:01and they're gonna bring that system forward
- 1:38:04because that's the only way they can. The the Babylonian
- 1:38:08Yeah. Commercial
- 1:38:10system. Yeah. So what I'm saying is they they they're they're not looking ahead and formulating this system. When Doug's 18, he's gonna go get a Social Security number. By god, we'll have him then.
- 1:38:22That's not the way these people think.
- 1:38:25That's patriot
- 1:38:26You know what? Because it's not thinking.
- 1:38:29It's coming to conclusions
- 1:38:31that don't make sense,
- 1:38:33and then founding your beliefs on them, and then teaching that to others and expanding on them and screwing everybody up with just like Doug said.
- 1:38:42He waited till he was 70 because he always thought the Social Security number was the nexus to the system.
- 1:38:49Point made. Thank you, Roger,
- 1:38:52Unknown: if I had done it at 65,
- 1:38:57I would have earned I don't know if I would have got a lump sum.
- 1:39:01Well But I figured it out that over the time,
- 1:39:04I would have gained another $12,000.
- 1:39:08So not another, but at least $12,000.
- 1:39:11Unknown: You're not getting a lump. You're getting
- 1:39:14if you go back and apply and open your account later in life, you're getting everything they would have paid you from 65
- 1:39:22to that point.
- 1:39:24Unknown: That's what I'm it to you. Another
- 1:39:28thing, Roger, a patriot myth
- 1:39:31was the whole mailbox.
- 1:39:33If you have a, you know, a a mailbox.
- 1:39:36Unknown: Oh, man. Boy, I can tell you stories about that. What
- 1:39:40Unknown: a pain in the butt that was trying to because I would get one. I got one at the low PO box.
- 1:39:46I mean, a
- 1:39:48what do you call it? A box at yeah. It's a PO box at the post office.
- 1:39:52So I'd have to go there.
- 1:39:54And then they
- 1:39:57over a number of years, then they said, oh, nope.
- 1:40:00Can't.
- 1:40:01So then I had to go to travel
- 1:40:05to nearby
- 1:40:06cities, do it again,
- 1:40:09and
- 1:40:10what a pain
- 1:40:12it was.
- 1:40:14I'll just start here? Okay. And I would the audience. I'd go in before
- 1:40:18I started it, and I would have a conversation with the postmaster in that post office
- 1:40:25to let him know, okay. Here's my status.
- 1:40:28Here's what I'm doing.
- 1:40:31So we're clear. Oh, yeah. No problem. But
- 1:40:34somehow,
- 1:40:37through the grapevine,
- 1:40:39they would discover
- 1:40:41I opened, and and then cancel it. I I opened up
- 1:40:46two bank accounts without using a Social Security number,
- 1:40:50and that would last for quite a while.
- 1:40:55And then
- 1:40:56whoever was behind the scenes checking up, etcetera,
- 1:41:01then I'd get a notice from the bank.
- 1:41:03Unknown: You can't you know, we're closing your account, and and it was because I didn't have a Social Security number on The impact on people's lives of all this, I had to Tom D got ahold of some guy all calling the RBN. I got ahold of him.
- 1:41:19I
- 1:41:20use is Phil Marsh still alive?
- 1:41:24I use a post office box and only take bunny orders and all that. I'm just sitting there shaking my head. Here's a guy that for thirty years has altered his lifestyle and the way he does things based on total bullshit.
- 1:41:39Total.
- 1:41:41That's why I try and make these points, especially for the newer folks that might be listening that have probably have been searching
- 1:41:48for the truth, and you finally found us where you probably come across some of this nefarious
- 1:41:54BS along the path, and you and the problem is is somebody told you. It's probably somebody you trusted or liked, and then you take it in because they told you. You take it in as the gospel,
- 1:42:07and then you find us.
- 1:42:09And for most people, it's hard as hell to get that out of your brain.
- 1:42:15I mean, I figure we gotta get 20 mule team Borax
- 1:42:18and hook it up and try and drag it out of there because it's almost impossible.
- 1:42:25See And Roger is the only Social Security number Yes. And all this. And it's just because
- 1:42:31people because they've got the answer hidden so well, Doug,
- 1:42:35that they never thought anybody find it, and damn sure almost that happened.
- 1:42:40Go ahead, Doug.
- 1:42:41Unknown: And
- 1:42:42well,
- 1:42:43I'm just gonna say that
- 1:42:45the only source
- 1:42:47where all these lies
- 1:42:50that entangled
- 1:42:51me
- 1:42:53was the radio ranch,
- 1:42:55was your show.
- 1:42:57Unknown: Well So I thank you for that. God, thank you're welcome, Doug. I'm happy to be the man that did that, and I'm sure it's that way for a lot of other people too.
- 1:43:05Unknown: Nobody had these age And if it was your birthday You can And if it was your birthday, I'd say happy birthday.
- 1:43:11Unknown: Thank you. Well, it will be in about a month, so put it in your back pocket.
- 1:43:16But but but the the it came along, and all these people call us names. There's still people out there teaching that stuff, folks.
- 1:43:24So just be glad that you are who you are. I don't know who you are, all of you. I know some of you, at least secondhand through through the audio stream here, but
- 1:43:34just be grateful that you are who you are
- 1:43:38and that you, like me, I'm very grateful. I crossed paths with John and Glenn
- 1:43:43in that little six month window that they were teaching thirty years ago.
- 1:43:48And and then we got into it just a couple of months, and then the IRS raids them all three offices.
- 1:43:55It takes all the files, all the computers, everything else, holds locks
- 1:43:59at their heads,
- 1:44:01etcetera.
- 1:44:02And we didn't know much. I didn't I'd been in this couple of months at that point,
- 1:44:07and I didn't I was green as a twig, really. I was anxious to learn, but it was all very confusing to me and all the other students.
- 1:44:16And,
- 1:44:17but when they came down on them like that,
- 1:44:20I said, holy shit. I don't know much about this other stuff that they're teaching,
- 1:44:25but I do know a little bit about the federal government.
- 1:44:28And I know that they don't move that quick
- 1:44:31on anybody
- 1:44:33for anything.
- 1:44:35Now think about it. How quick does the federal government
- 1:44:39move about like paint drying?
- 1:44:42Well, man, they hopped to it and hit this within a few months. So what's the conclusion? It's gotta be important. It's gotta be valid.
- 1:44:51And so that was what rubber stamped their validity right there.
- 1:44:56And,
- 1:44:57but the federal government doesn't move that fast on anybody, folks. So what happened was John and Glenn, they didn't just find out about him teaching. John and Glenn had put together a whole package for him with the work study book they,
- 1:45:11that we got and some of the other stuff. They sent it to Philadelphia there, and, that's the service center that handles nonreson alien returns.
- 1:45:20And they sent us that we're gonna be going around the country teaching. This is what we're teaching. And if you wanna send your agents in and they show us ID, we'll give them not only can they get in for free, we'll give them free class materials.
- 1:45:34And the IRS wrote back and said, thank you very much.
- 1:45:39We're gonna pass this on to the education department,
- 1:45:42and they must have because John and Glenn damn sure got an education
- 1:45:47along with the rest of us.
- 1:45:51Don't move that fast for anything. They were on the thread here, and that was the feudal system.
- 1:45:57And they could tell at the IRS
- 1:46:00that somebody was finally on the answer, and that's why they moved so quick. And they got them to jail just to get them off the street.
- 1:46:08Okay. There is a female and there's a male there. Who was was the male? Larry, was that you?
- 1:46:15Unknown: Yeah. So recently, I was listening to,
- 1:46:18your old an old
- 1:46:20episode
- 1:46:22where where
- 1:46:23you were filling in for John b Wells Wells,
- 1:46:27and you had Glenn Ambrose on the show as a guest. Do you remember that? I'll be darned. I sure do vividly.
- 1:46:34Yeah. So
- 1:46:36I read the complaint
- 1:46:38that the United States government filed against John Benson and Glenn Amort,
- 1:46:43and one
- 1:46:44of the
- 1:46:45counts was that they were
- 1:46:47assisting
- 1:46:49others
- 1:46:50to defraud the United States government,
- 1:46:53and I believe Glenn Amborg said that in that interview
- 1:46:57that they never
- 1:46:59assisted anybody, that that was all total fabrication,
- 1:47:03that they just taught the material
- 1:47:05and it was up to the people that were at the seminars
- 1:47:09to just fill out their own ten forty NRs and x's. Is that true?
- 1:47:15Unknown: As I remember, I didn't understand what was happening. I said, do this, do that, do the other. I mean, I just complied.
- 1:47:22It's true as far as I can remember it, Larry, but I can tell you this. They had an over 90 counts against Glenn.
- 1:47:29And hardly any of them had anything to do with this more than that one right there.
- 1:47:34They were all they had gone with a Canadian gal and done some sort of stock market MLM kind of thing. She was in Canada,
- 1:47:42and they most of those charges had to do with that, if I remember correctly. K? But the point being is they were gonna get John and Glenn off the street because they knew they were on the path
- 1:47:55and damned if they almost didn't squash it. They came close.
- 1:47:59Because there was only 12 as I've said this before, you can noodle on this if you're new. There's only 1,200 students that paid to go through the course.
- 1:48:08Back in 1992,
- 1:48:10there's about 300,000,000
- 1:48:11maybe or, in the country. So out of 300,000,000
- 1:48:15people,
- 1:48:161,200 paid to go through the course. Out of those 1,200,
- 1:48:21I was the only one
- 1:48:23that took it further after that raid.
- 1:48:27Folks, if it wasn't for that right there and the reason that I am there
- 1:48:32is because I've got the truth, Gene, and a big curious,
- 1:48:37and I'd been wondering why the country was so screwed up and things weren't working correctly since I was in my teens.
- 1:48:45And there it is right there. All of a sudden, I crossed paths with the answer, indirectly, the tax issue,
- 1:48:51but that's what it's here. I was there for truth. I was like the reason most of you folks are here. You're truth seekers. You want truth. You wanna live your lives in a truthful
- 1:49:03parameters.
- 1:49:04Okay? And you hadn't been able to find it until now, and all the dust settles generally when you get in here.
- 1:49:11And so,
- 1:49:13that's kinda what happened. I took it further. I kept asking questions. I kept in contact with John and Glenn even after they were in prison. I typed up a bunch of the stuff that they were handwriting
- 1:49:25as they were handwriting the textbook,
- 1:49:28a taxation without with with misrepresentation.
- 1:49:32They'd send me that written. I'd type it up and get it back to him. Finally,
- 1:49:36Glenn scrounged a typewriter somewhere. They weren't supposed to have one. They'd hide it under a box,
- 1:49:43somewhere, and they'd get it out, and they could do their own typing then.
- 1:49:46Kept in contact with them, and, I
- 1:49:49remember the first time
- 1:49:51that I got to talk to John Benson after they got released, Larry.
- 1:49:57And I happened to be in Buenos Aires.
- 1:49:59And I was I was just trying I found a hotel. I was trying to find out something about that bar. I went by, and there's a note on the door or something. I was sitting there reading it. This guy comes up to me and starts talking to me.
- 1:50:12He ends up he's the owner of this really swanky hotel right around the corner.
- 1:50:17And so he said, well, you come stay here, discount this, that, and the other, and and him and I had a had a little relationship built up. Hell of a nice guy.
- 1:50:26And,
- 1:50:27he let me go up into their conference room at this swanky hotel
- 1:50:32and call back to The US and talk to John on the phone.
- 1:50:35And I remember his first time we had spoken in years, and I just broke down crying.
- 1:50:41You know, thank him. Thank you, man. You've changed my life. I can't believe this, that and the other. And I think he was very overwhelmed by that.
- 1:50:49But, yep, sure remember that event perfectly,
- 1:50:52Larry.
- 1:50:56Yep.
- 1:50:57See, I I if you're new and you're just stumbling into this, you have no idea
- 1:51:02the path that this concept and this information has taken.
- 1:51:07They have to be defined as divine
- 1:51:11interventions
- 1:51:11along the way,
- 1:51:13have to be that that the good lord is steering this. I mean, it's just it's just no other answer.
- 1:51:20K?
- 1:51:21And so I feel very blessed why
- 1:51:24why he chose me
- 1:51:27and groomed me because I can look back through my whole life and see where everything I've done
- 1:51:32leads up to this right here and contributes to me being able to do this and do it effectively.
- 1:51:38And now we've got the game down.
- 1:51:41Their game is dissolving,
- 1:51:43and the stakes are getting higher by the day, and we're waiting on the sideline
- 1:51:48until the good lord decides it's time to open the door,
- 1:51:52and we're gonna throw a match on a pool of gasoline.
- 1:51:55Don't know when that's gonna be, but I do know this.
- 1:51:59The worse it gets on the other side,
- 1:52:02the bigger the reaction's gonna be when that event happens.
- 1:52:07The more people it's gonna envelop in effect
- 1:52:10when the door is opened
- 1:52:12because they they're looking now. They know these bunch of shysters run our government. They understand at least a hell lot more than they have in years what the deal is. Israel's being exposed for who and what they are, and that's gonna continue to build because they're gonna double down. And every time they double down, they get more exposed. That's the pattern.
- 1:52:34That's gonna continue, and that's gonna build until the good lord's ready. He's gonna open the door. And when he does, this foundation of people that are tuned to this message wherever you are.
- 1:52:46Now
- 1:52:47our foundation is gonna be very, very important
- 1:52:50because it's not just Roger on the radio saying this. We've got that. Maybe at that point, we'll have enough people we could start getting organized.
- 1:52:59That's another real big deficit for us is we haven't had enough people to get organized. We can have these great ideas.
- 1:53:06What about a real citizen's grand jury with real state citizen
- 1:53:12nationals
- 1:53:13as the people that set it all up and divvy out and charge them and all that? They can't come in and and shut that down. What about we start getting organized with something like that and and things we can put teeth into?
- 1:53:28Well, we don't we've never had enough people. We've never had enough people coming around or here to really even outside of a pipe dream think about those things. Yes. Who was who was Roger there?
- 1:53:41Christian.
- 1:53:42Hey, Christian.
- 1:53:45Unknown: I wanna I wanna I want every time you tell that story, it makes me so
- 1:53:52beside myself
- 1:53:54to know the truth. Yeah.
- 1:53:57And the truth that god god searches
- 1:54:01all the world
- 1:54:02to show himself strong through someone,
- 1:54:06and you
- 1:54:07you give him glory
- 1:54:10every time you tell that story.
- 1:54:13Unknown: Man, I give him glory every time I can because there's no other way this could happen to me, Christian.
- 1:54:19I mean, look. I used to when I I remember when I was in my first divorce, you know, and I was you ever bargain with god?
- 1:54:25You ever get to you know, I was, okay, man. I want some relief from this divorce. It's driving me crazy. I wanna know that you're real god. Set that bush outside my front door on fire,
- 1:54:36and I'm gonna know you're real.
- 1:54:39Oh, come on, Roger.
- 1:54:41No. He devised this
- 1:54:44to show me he's real,
- 1:54:46And there are no other answers that can are even possible.
- 1:54:50Just like I say, when I met these two guys and went through that weekend course,
- 1:54:56he put a a row a a ring in my nose, and he attached a nice piece of hemp rope to it and said, come here, boy. You're following me,
- 1:55:05and I've been doing that ever since.
- 1:55:08And this is my ministry, but it's not a, hey. Bring you to Jesus ministry.
- 1:55:12It's bring you to truth because Jesus is the truth. I'll let you make that connection on your own. But I'm gonna bring you here if you're willing, kick and screaming, or willing, and I'm gonna fill you full of as much truth and say, you don't have to be a slave to the satanic Jew slavers.
- 1:55:31You don't have to be. You are now. Here's how they did it. You've been happy as a tig, you know, on a bug. But now you're unhappy, you can get out of it. And they can't do a thing about it because it's your choice.
- 1:55:45You're you now in this real world are the terrorists because you terrorize the fraudsters.
- 1:55:52And this whole thing they've built to enslave you and enrich them and control the world. I was gonna tell that story a minute ago. Somebody brought it up about the mailboxes.
- 1:56:02Doug,
- 1:56:04I can't remember the guy who spear there was a a group of guys out of California that were, proffering that, Doug.
- 1:56:12One of them was the guy that was in every which way but loose with the orangutan.
- 1:56:17I can't remember his name, the actor.
- 1:56:20He was part of the group.
- 1:56:23No. No. It wasn't him. It was another guy that had control of that orangutan.
- 1:56:28But
- 1:56:29he was part of that bunch, and they would not fly.
- 1:56:33And so they took a train all the way from California to Georgia, Northeast Georgia there, some little town, and they had a seminar while we all went up there.
- 1:56:42And their deal was that because if you've got their deal was because you got a a mailbox on your property,
- 1:56:50that that extends jurisdiction throughout their property and to you.
- 1:56:54That's a little bit of a reach. I went up there and heard what they had to say. This is what it turns out. The only part of the mailbox that is government property is the inside.
- 1:57:07That's why people could come and put flyers and tape them and do anything on the outside,
- 1:57:13but they can't put those things inside the mailbox. That's federal territory.
- 1:57:17But that was their spiel,
- 1:57:19was that because you had a mailbox on your land and the ZIP code and all that stuff figured into it that it extended federal jurisdiction, it didn't.
- 1:57:29But a whole bunch of people went they they went to and from coast to coast on a train just to tell us a bunch of us that.
- 1:57:37So, anyway, that's where that came from. No. It's not. It's not correct.
- 1:57:43None of those things are correct that I've been able a a ever able ever
- 1:57:49able to prove.
- 1:57:51Well, look at that there. Look who showed up.
- 1:57:56Well, alrighty. If you got something to say, you better say it quick because we're about to exit stage left like snagglepuss
- 1:58:02here.
- 1:58:03So if you got something to say, do it now.
- 1:58:06Unknown: Hey, Rocky. God bless all.
- 1:58:08Myr, Julie, and all all all,
- 1:58:11and god bless y'all all.
- 1:58:14Unknown: Thank you, Christian and everybody. And he well, hasn't he
- 1:58:18by the mere fact that we're here, Christian,
- 1:58:22hasn't he blessed us?
- 1:58:25Yes.
- 1:58:26Okay. Yeah. I think so too.
- 1:58:29Quite an experience. I would have never dreamed that my life was gonna turn into this. It just magically pivoted
- 1:58:35on the 07/16/1992
- 1:58:42when I cut off the tape from Al Carter,
- 1:58:45a PAY triad
- 1:58:47going over the tax system halfway
- 1:58:51through
- 1:58:52to watch Bill Clinton's acceptance speech.
- 1:58:56Replayed his saxophone
- 1:58:57for
- 1:58:58Unknown: way too long. That was brutal.
- 1:59:02Unknown: That's right. Well, Saturday morning, that was a Thursday. Saturday morning, I get up, bound down the stairs,
- 1:59:09play the rest of that tape, and at the end of it, I ask myself what many of you are asking yourselves.
- 1:59:16They can screw us this bad.
- 1:59:18What the hell is going on that we don't know about? Welcome
- 1:59:23to the radio ranch
- 1:59:25and a
- 1:59:27big,
- 1:59:28big funnier truck.
- 1:59:34Do you send truth seekers?
- 1:59:40There we go.
- 1:59:41Happy Monday, kids. Well, I'm kinda anxious to find out what's going on in the world. I don't know if we're bombing Iran or what what the hell is going on over there. I do know this.
- 1:59:52The longer that Trump delays being able to get a deal in that
- 1:59:57in that
- 2:00:00body of water open,
- 2:00:02we're gonna have big problems. So let me ask you this. Paul,
- 2:00:05are you a boat person at all?
- 2:00:08Unknown: I wish I used to be. On the air.
- 2:00:10Unknown: I used to be a boat person. You know how many of those, 300 foot oil carriers
- 2:00:16are are locked in the in the that body of water over there?
- 2:00:21Unknown: I don't have a clue.
- 2:00:23Unknown: You don't have a clue? No.
- 2:00:271,500.
- 2:00:29Unknown: Oh god.
- 2:00:30Unknown: Fifteen hundred? Fifteen hundred, 300 foot oil characters
- 2:00:35that have been in warm water
- 2:00:37sitting for a hundred and ten days or so. What do you think is happening to the underside of that boat?
- 2:00:47Unknown: Oh, I don't know.
- 2:00:49Unknown: It's got more barnacles,
- 2:00:51sea crap,
- 2:00:52spurns,
- 2:00:54all kind of sea growth on there because it hadn't been moving.
- 2:00:58Do you know what it's gonna be to clean just one of them?
- 2:01:05Yeah.
- 2:01:06Unknown: Noodle on it. Well, I'm familiar with
- 2:01:10Unknown: what it takes to clean the bottom of a 25 and a half foot boat. Yeah. There's no picnic. It it ain't no picnic at all, especially if there's barnacles on there. Yeah. So, anyway, noodle on that. Noodle on what we said wherever you are. Roger. If
- 2:01:28you wanted to get out of there and and you had all the tea leaves, I'll get second Larry.
- 2:01:34You can live real comfortably down here like a king. If you got 2,000
- 2:01:39plus a month, you can live unbelievably well down here. Yes, Larry.
- 2:01:45Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:01:46Unknown: I think the person that you're referencing,
- 2:01:48his name was John Quaid.
- 2:01:51Unknown: And he Quaid. Exactly. Explicitly
- 2:01:54Unknown: yeah. He explicit he gave a lot of seminars
- 2:01:57back in the day when the patriot movement was at its peak. He gave a lot of seminars back then around The United States,
- 2:02:04and he explicitly taught that citizens should give up their Social Security numbers.
- 2:02:09He argued that the federal government used them to infringe on individual sovereignty.
- 2:02:15So he he's one of the patriots that made that nexus connection,
- 2:02:20which you argue against,
- 2:02:22just FYI.
- 2:02:23Unknown: Well, it's just not true. You know? And I'm sorry. I thought he believed it. He believed everything. He didn't do it to go out and intentionally mislead people.
- 2:02:31These are the misconceptions
- 2:02:33that patriots get in. They know there's something wrong.
- 2:02:36They're trying to take two points and connect them.
- 2:02:39Everybody has to have a Social Security number. You use it to file your taxes. Therefore, the Social Security number's gotta be the nexus to the system. It's a it's a non sequitur. Do you know what a non sequitur is, Larry?
- 2:02:56Unknown: I'm sure you've run across that for us. Yeah. I've heard it before. There's a comic strip.
- 2:03:01Unknown: It means that that does not follow.
- 2:03:04So you got logic, but it doesn't make sense.
- 2:03:08Unknown: Yeah. There's actually a comic strip by that name. Did you know that? No. I didn't.
- 2:03:13Unknown: Did not.
- 2:03:16So who else has something for Roger after I've been talking for two hours for the most part?
- 2:03:26Hello, Roger. I I feel very blessed to be where I am, what I know, and the position I'm in. It just really gives me the big warm fuzzies to meet you people, to help change your lives, and see it right here.
- 2:03:40Our relationship develops, I see it affect your life and change you, empower you, and it's just wonderful feedback for me. You that's the reason I don't charge you. You can't put a price on that kind of feedback.
- 2:03:56K. Yes. Who was Roger Roger ing there?
- 2:04:01Good morning, Roger. Victor in Washington state. Hey, Victor. I was thinking about you the other day. Last I talked to you, you were in an airport going somewhere. I haven't heard from you since.
- 2:04:13Unknown: Victor, you know what Philippines visiting. Okay.
- 2:04:16Unknown: I'm sorry. What happened that night, you wanted to talk? I was eating dinner on a Sunday night about 06:30
- 2:04:23or seven in the middle of the seventh game of a Stanley Cup playoff.
- 2:04:28Unknown: Oh, lord. Uh-huh.
- 2:04:32Unknown: Oh, okay.
- 2:04:33That's what I was in Spokane, Washington heading back to Federal A. Okay. Okay. Well, glad to hear from you, Dan. Glad you're alright.
- 2:04:42Yeah.
- 2:04:43I just got back from The Philippines also.
- 2:04:47Unknown: The biggest thing that I've always Yep. Did ho ho. Did you have power down there?
- 2:04:53Unknown: Yes. We did. Yep.
- 2:04:55Unknown: Hold time or any restrictions?
- 2:04:59Unknown: There's a couple couple times when the results were a few hours, couple hours at a time. Uh-huh. Uh-huh.
- 2:05:06In fact, I know that I need to get off my butt and get solar panels on top of that house as soon as I get a chance.
- 2:05:12But
- 2:05:14I'm I'm still I'm still
- 2:05:17I took a break from the revocation of election for a while. Now I'm back on it again.
- 2:05:23And
- 2:05:24I know that
- 2:05:26I've been told by a couple of students
- 2:05:29that
- 2:05:30if you don't wanna pay federal income tax, you have to do revocation of election.
- 2:05:35But I've talked to other couple of students that say, well, you could do a Okay. Well well, let's make sure we're on the same page
- 2:05:41Unknown: because this term
- 2:05:44gets attached
- 2:05:45different definitions around here.
- 2:05:49I see it when you say that
- 2:05:53as you going back and applying for the last three years that you paid in to income tax and changing that and applying to get refunded with
- 2:06:03ten forty x's.
- 2:06:04Is that what you're talking about, or are you talking about simply giving the IRS notice
- 2:06:10that your affidavit's on file with the secretary of state?
- 2:06:15Unknown: It's totally separate.
- 2:06:17It's it's it's related, but separate.
- 2:06:20And I know that we've had the same conversation twice before that you don't really understand
- 2:06:25what I'm trying to do,
- 2:06:27But it's it's
- 2:06:28when you when you send everybody your notices,
- 2:06:31the IRS,
- 2:06:32that's that's you're noticing them, and they're supposed to suspend your account
- 2:06:37for their rules.
- 2:06:39Unknown: I guess. Okay. Okay.
- 2:06:41Unknown: Okay. That's what I've been told by another student, but the
- 2:06:46revocation of election is you're revoking your election to donate money to them for the rest of your life. Okay. Removing yourself to the system completely. Okay. So you're not on I want money back definition.
- 2:06:56Unknown: You're on the here's your notice that I'm out of your system.
- 2:07:00Okay. There you go. Here's my Now we know well, now when we're on the same definition, now we know both know what we're talking about. K? So when you say revocation of election,
- 2:07:11you're talking about notice.
- 2:07:12So what are you back on in having a problem with, Victor?
- 2:07:17Okay. I just wanted to clarify. It's not notice. The notice is the first step that you do when you notice everybody else in their jurisdictions that you're gonna be traveling through that you don't wanna get messed with. That's a notice. Well, that's the problem. People think that's revocation of election, and, technically, it may be. This is just something that's hung with me for all these years because I went through. That's why I'm trying to make sure we're on the same page here.
- 2:07:43Unknown: Yep. We're on the same page, and I'm just clarifying
- 2:07:47my understanding.
- 2:07:49And it's they're separate. The notice is the one thing that you notice everybody else. You notice the IRS. That's your notice.
- 2:07:56That the revocation is separate. That's the final
- 2:08:00Unknown: final step of removing yourself from their system permanently forever for a lifetime. I don't I I would think you would've done that with the notice. K? But maybe that's not right. I don't know. That's always worked in the past, k,
- 2:08:14my knowledge. Yep.
- 2:08:16Unknown: From a very knowledgeable student,
- 2:08:20when you notice them, per their own rules, they're supposed to suspend your account.
- 2:08:25Just just suspend it.
- 2:08:27But when you do a revocation,
- 2:08:31that is removing yourself from their system completely where you they can never
- 2:08:36attach
- 2:08:37any kind of they can't they can't have you donate money to them ever again.
- 2:08:42And, apparently, you can't go back and
- 2:08:46reenter their system once you do it.
- 2:08:48Unknown: So Oh, I
- 2:08:50bet you I bet you if you wanna volunteer a 10:40,
- 2:08:54that they won't turn you down. What do you wanna bet, Victor?
- 2:08:59Unknown: Yeah. I I agree that it's Joe Lesica is one of them that says that that it's you know, he she lays it all out in all the documents. But the
- 2:09:08biggest question is is another great student
- 2:09:12knows about doing LLCs,
- 2:09:14having businesses and trusts and having your parts of your businesses in different trusts and then distributing funds to yourself.
- 2:09:22And because yourself is not responsible for taxes, then you shouldn't have to pay federal income tax.
- 2:09:27So you will you'll you'll end up owing nothing on those expenses, basically. I just wanted to see
- 2:09:33if we could clarify it.
- 2:09:34Unknown: Well, good approach.
- 2:09:37Not my area of expertise necessarily.
- 2:09:40But
- 2:09:41Unknown: May I make a comment?
- 2:09:43Unknown: Julie,
- 2:09:45Unknown: yes. You may. Hi, Victor. How are you?
- 2:09:49Unknown: I'm doing great. It's good to hear from you. I I do I I was surprised to hear that you're planning on going to Ecuador, though. That's great. I don't know. I'm really considering it. Yes, I'm done with this country.
- 2:10:00Unknown: Anyway,
- 2:10:02I don't believe that the IRS has any rules over us at all, period. And so while I respect Joe Lestica immensely,
- 2:10:12I know that John Garland down in
- 2:10:15Georgia I think he opted out. He might have opted back in again. Don't know.
- 2:10:20But once you become a national, they don't have jurisdiction over you anymore.
- 2:10:25And so if you decide you want to make a donation, every single thing with the IRS is a contract on an annual basis.
- 2:10:33You're contracting with them on an annual basis. And so
- 2:10:36if you decide you want to go back in the system again and
- 2:10:40I think John did that because he needed a loan, or he he wanted to get a loan and they needed they he couldn't get the loan without the tax returns that were filed. But
- 2:10:50I I do believe that you can opt in and opt out.
- 2:10:54Unknown: You want me to give you the specifics on exactly what happened there?
- 2:10:59John went through that. Yeah. You Got an got an incredible
- 2:11:03an incredible amount of funds back. I was shocked. Okay? It wasn't what he stated.
- 2:11:10And so then he inherited the farm. It's a huge farm. It's 10 miles by 10 miles, 100,000 acres.
- 2:11:18Now he bought a little bit to make it that. Anyway,
- 2:11:22he wanted to extend the credit line of his uncle who had died of cancer.
- 2:11:27They went to the local bank, and the guy goes, well, no problem. I just need to see three years of your tax returns.
- 2:11:33And he went, oh, crap.
- 2:11:35And so then he he said he went to the point. He told me that he drove fifty, sixty miles away to another bank and and got in there. Guy said, well, I'll be fine. I just need three, years of your tax returns.
- 2:11:47So he had to give it back and change.
- 2:11:51Unknown: Hey, Raj.
- 2:11:52Unknown: Yes. From
- 2:11:56Unknown: what I know,
- 2:11:58he did a revocation of election, he did three years, and he got three years back. He got that money
- 2:12:05and then his uncle
- 2:12:08passed away and he inherited the farm and
- 2:12:12he
- 2:12:13was trying to assume
- 2:12:16the
- 2:12:17letter of credit. The line of credit. The credit line
- 2:12:21that his uncle had, and the banks wouldn't allow him to do it unless he had three years of tax Tax
- 2:12:28returns. So what he did
- 2:12:30was he filled out those three years of tax returns,
- 2:12:34and he gave the money back to the IRS,
- 2:12:37and they took it.
- 2:12:40Yep. They did.
- 2:12:41Unknown: So Yeah. You think those bastards will turn down funds if you're offering to them? Shit. No. They're whores. What
- 2:12:49Unknown: dream world are you living in? They're whores. So you can volunteer in at any time.
- 2:12:55Unknown: They'll call him the commissioner for nothing.
- 2:12:58Unknown: Stop being Yeah. But I was just referring to
- 2:13:01Unknown: I was referring to the statement that
- 2:13:05Victor made
- 2:13:06where you can only volunteer out once.
- 2:13:09If you go back in, you can't volunteer out again. Yeah. I point is that they don't have jurisdiction over us. They do not have jurisdiction
- 2:13:17over us at all. That
- 2:13:19Unknown: would be some kind of control over us, and they don't have any. That's all our decisions.
- 2:13:23So this is a thing like Ed.
- 2:13:26You gotta get into this enough to where you get dispelling. I'm asking permission.
- 2:13:31There's something I can do to mess this up. There's nothing you can do to mess it up except put in another affidavit
- 2:13:37and tell them you wanna revert back to your former
- 2:13:40servitude,
- 2:13:41voluntary servitude condition.
- 2:13:43They'll accept that too. What do you want to bet?
- 2:13:46Unknown: All you have to do is file a ten forty. You file a ten forty. You've opened a brand new agreement, and they don't have to recreate your account. Even if they remove you from the IRS books,
- 2:13:57that IRS account is actually attached to your CUSIP number and attached to attached to your Social Security number,
- 2:14:04and that will never ever go away. Never. It's
- 2:14:08Unknown: just as the protocol pool, get them arguing over matters of little difference. These are matters of little difference. Please stop overthinking this stuff, folks. Who's trying to say something right there?
- 2:14:20Unknown: Hey, Roger. It's Victor here again.
- 2:14:23Unknown: Yes, Victor.
- 2:14:25Unknown: I want I wanted to clarify that
- 2:14:28I didn't say that
- 2:14:30Joe Leslie Kuh showed us the document saying that if you do a revocation, you you
- 2:14:37can't
- 2:14:38you can't volunteer back in.
- 2:14:42You can never volunteer back in. He was saying that the the actual document state that once you do a revocation of election, you're done. You can't volunteer back in. Who's saying this? Can't volunteer volition of Joe Lesterkus.
- 2:14:54Unknown: Oh, Joe. Joe.
- 2:14:56Unknown: Look.
- 2:14:57Unknown: I I could be. I don't know. If you wanna go explore
- 2:15:01that, go explore it. To me, it doesn't that's not true. Doesn't matter. You know? I don't know anybody else except maybe somebody liking John's condition, very rare situation
- 2:15:13that you'd have to do that.
- 2:15:15So I I think we're making much ado about nothing here.
- 2:15:19So what Joe No. But the reason about it What is your question I'm trying to answer? So you got it so complex. Okay. I don't even remember what we're looking for.
- 2:15:29Unknown: Okay. We're looking for here I am, an electrician
- 2:15:33getting ready to go back to work,
- 2:15:35and I know that you can fill out a ten forty NR, give it to your employer because they're just a collection agency for the IRS. No. No. No. No. Ten forty NR is what you file with the IRS.
- 2:15:48Unknown: With your employer,
- 2:15:50there's a couple of different ways. You like Joe Lusica?
- 2:15:53What about a w eight b e n? Try a w eight b e n. He's got a video on that over in his channel.
- 2:16:00It seems to work for some people. For some other people, it didn't. I don't know the differentiations.
- 2:16:06This is not my field of expertise,
- 2:16:08and I'll be the first one to tell you. Okay?
- 2:16:11So you're talking about what you're filing with your employer.
- 2:16:16Are you a subcontractor
- 2:16:18with the employer or are you an employee?
- 2:16:20The second, Julian. I'm an employee.
- 2:16:23Can you become a subcontractor?
- 2:16:27Unknown: I could if I got an administrator's license, but I don't intend on doing that yet.
- 2:16:32And that's the whole reason for the call is because go ahead. So
- 2:16:37Unknown: if you were going to be an independent
- 2:16:42contractor,
- 2:16:43you could set yourself up as an LLC and all the other stuff and work. As an employee, you can't do that to my knowledge. K?
- 2:16:51So
- 2:16:52try first AW eight B e n
- 2:16:56and see if they accept it.
- 2:16:58They accept it. They'll stop the withholding, and we'll all go along our merry little path.
- 2:17:04If they don't take it, there are other fallback positions.
- 2:17:08I can't tell you exactly what they are. Larry probably could off the tip of my hand. I hadn't filled out one of the things since the mid nineties,
- 2:17:17Victor.
- 2:17:19Unknown: Yeah. Okay. I understand your I understand Julie. Your
- 2:17:22Unknown: Okay. Julie, who generally is very knowledgeable in some of these areas. Julie had something to say.
- 2:17:29Julie.
- 2:17:32Unknown: Yeah. So, Victor, if you fill out a w four, you can just check the exempt button on there. They have an exempt area for it now. If you do not want, that will eliminate federal and state tax withholdings, but it will not eliminate MedicareMedicaid.
- 2:17:48If you want everything eliminated, you've got to fill out a W8BEN,
- 2:17:52which is what William did down in Georgia.
- 2:17:55However,
- 2:17:56there's two problems with that. Number one, if you don't fill it out properly, it can be rejected. And number two, if you do fill it out properly,
- 2:18:05but the human resources
- 2:18:07personnel
- 2:18:08who processes it doesn't know what they're doing because they've never seen one of those before, they could just reject it and mess it up.
- 2:18:15So sometimes you gotta educate the human resources department and go on the IRS website,
- 2:18:21follow the instructions of filling it out,
- 2:18:24Unknown: and, you may have to educate the human resources department on exactly how they process something like that. Yeah. See, the thing here's the problem, Victor. Your company you work for, they're scared of the IRS than you are.
- 2:18:42Unknown: K? I understand. And I am not and I'm not scared of the IRS. I just I'm getting ready to go back to work, and I wanna be prepared
- 2:18:51for when it comes time to do the onboarding and all the paperwork
- 2:18:54Uh-huh. To give them the correct paperwork, but it it
- 2:18:58Unknown: Do you have a little Philippine bride down there or something going on?
- 2:19:04Unknown: I've got a wife and kids in The Philippines. That's correct.
- 2:19:08Unknown: Cool. How many children you got down there?
- 2:19:11Unknown: Got a six year old son and a
- 2:19:1417 year old stepdaughter
- 2:19:15Unknown: and a 40 year old wife this month. Cool. How long do you how often do you get down there? I'm sure not often enough.
- 2:19:24Unknown: I've been there about 25 times since 2018.
- 2:19:27Unknown: Oh, wow. That's a lot. And what's the what flight do you take? Down to LA and straight to, or you gotta do a milk run or what?
- 2:19:36Unknown: Seattle to Manila, Manila to Tagularin,
- 2:19:39the island of the whole. Damn. Direct flights from Seattle.
- 2:19:43Unknown: Cool, Victor.
- 2:19:44Unknown: Cool, man. But Oh, okay. Next time I wanna go to South Korea. But
- 2:19:50The biggest thing here is
- 2:19:53Unknown: Okay. I'm glad to hear they're not getting affected too much by this straight to Hormuz thing. Some of the other islands Comment for Victor? Are are more affected. Yeah. Hold on. Let's see. Comment for Victor.
- 2:20:07Unknown: Yeah. This is man on Montana.
- 2:20:11Samuel turned me on to this research
- 2:20:14by the god culture.
- 2:20:16And if you haven't
- 2:20:19dived into that and you're going to The Philippines, I highly suggest
- 2:20:24that you watch some of their videos
- 2:20:26about the Garden of Eden. You'll if you if you don't know what I'm talking about, you'll love it.
- 2:20:33Unknown: Copy that. Garden of Eden god culture.
- 2:20:37Unknown: Yeah. You yep.
- 2:20:39Unknown: Okay. Cool. So so, Roger So, Vic Roger I'm trying yeah. Sure. What else can we do you for?
- 2:20:47Unknown: Roger, I understand that you're not familiar with this stuff, but like I've said before, this is the final
- 2:20:53step
- 2:20:54in freeing yourself,
- 2:20:56the whole thing that we're trying to do, and this is the one that
- 2:20:59Unknown: Well,
- 2:21:00put it another way. This is their teeth and their only teeth.
- 2:21:06Unknown: Yeah. So this is you've got all these excellent students. They have all this knowledge.
- 2:21:13And
- 2:21:14one of the reasons why I'd wanna do a consultation with you so that we could nail it down harder, but I know that we can get to the bottom of it. Now I know that you gotta give them a w eight b e n and all this and that.
- 2:21:28But
- 2:21:29if you've ever been on nationalstatus.info
- 2:21:32David Spring's web site, you can see his treasury check where he got his
- 2:21:37past tax year back because he did a revocation. He tells you how to do it and everything.
- 2:21:42But I I got sidetracked because I learned from another student about doing LLCs and distributing funds to yourself and not having to pay them anyway.
- 2:21:50But then I also heard that you have to in order to not pay taxes, you have to do a revocation. You'll have to pay taxes if you don't do a revocation.
- 2:21:58So I just wanna nail it down hard. That's all. And I yield. Victor.
- 2:22:02Victor.
- 2:22:04Unknown: Victor, you can
- 2:22:07you can
- 2:22:09be
- 2:22:10a corporation
- 2:22:11or a l limited liability company or a trust.
- 2:22:16And you might have to file tax returns, which is called reporting.
- 2:22:21But there's ways not to have to pay any liabilities
- 2:22:25if you structure them properly.
- 2:22:28So yes, it might be a pain in the butt. You got to report. You got to file a tax return. If you learn TurboTax,
- 2:22:35you can do them yourself. Otherwise, you're going to have to hire somebody.
- 2:22:39But there are ways to
- 2:22:41if you have an LLC
- 2:22:43and it's an S Corp and you have to file taxes,
- 2:22:47if you yourself file a revocation of election with the IRS and you're a non taxpayer
- 2:22:52and you distribute the earnings out of that to yourself, yeah, you're going to file a tax return as an S Corp LLC,
- 2:22:59but you're not going to pay any taxes because you distributed them to yourself as an individual and you're a non tax payer.
- 2:23:06Unknown: Correct. And if I remember right, one of the fellow students said that
- 2:23:11you have to do the revocation to not be liable for the tax. You have to do the revocation first.
- 2:23:17Unknown: You have to do a revocation of election with the IRS. Yes. But hold And David Kates have
- 2:23:25Unknown: Victor, when they tell you that, what definition are they using?
- 2:23:30My point.
- 2:23:31Unknown: It
- 2:23:32Unknown: it's the official revocation of election from the IRS. It's it's There's a form there's a form that says revocation of election, or is this something white Harris people grew up? Or what? Roger,
- 2:23:45Unknown: it's one of three forms that Dave and Kay have on their West website, nationalstatus.info.
- 2:23:51They have
- 2:23:53an SEDM
- 2:23:55four pager.
- 2:23:56They have your one pager,
- 2:23:58and then they also have a white Paris 13 pager.
- 2:24:01And they have AI, you put your information in it, spits out a cover letter. Now, I can tell you for a fact, because I'm in another group with thousands of students,
- 2:24:11that you
- 2:24:13don't have to file an affidavit of citizenship evidence with the Secretary of State if you don't want to. And I can also tell you for a fact that there are
- 2:24:23so many people who haven't filed taxes for ten, fifteen years. And I start getting letters from the IRS, and they're filing the 13 pager Weiss Paris one on Dave and Kay's website,
- 2:24:34and that applies
- 2:24:36retroactive.
- 2:24:38And it even cancels payment plans that you have with the IRS.
- 2:24:43I was shocked
- 2:24:44when I learned about this, and I have the proof
- 2:24:47because on the private group I'm a member of, they went to irf.gov
- 2:24:52and they entered their ID. Me and they showed you in the back end of the database their account. And it specifically says no tax returns due.
- 2:25:03So
- 2:25:04there's many ways to skin the cat.
- 2:25:07Roger's way is the simplest way because it's one page. It's a couple it's four sentences, five, six sentences, and you're done. But other people like Anna Gone Wrong, her her
- 2:25:20revocation of election has worked for some of her students as well. David Strait, not the one that Roger knew and who he accolades in the in the forward of his book from from
- 2:25:31surf to sovereign or whatever, sovereign surf.
- 2:25:34That
- 2:25:34one that that's that's a different David Strait, but the one that recently passed has his own revocation of election networks for people. It's a matter of what one you wanna choose. All the people here on Roger's show have used his, and it's worked. Yeah. Do we have some issues from time to time from the IRS come in, especially with the state?
- 2:25:53Do. We do.
- 2:25:54But yeah. We do. But at the end of the day,
- 2:25:58you know, they're they're clamoring for money right or for currency right now because so many people are opting out. You know
- 2:26:06Unknown: Thank you for Why ours works and theirs may or may not work
- 2:26:11is because we understand and can explain how it works.
- 2:26:17They can't.
- 2:26:19That's the difference.
- 2:26:22Unknown: Yep.
- 2:26:23Unknown: Okay. I yield the best. That's the best word. I mean, you can even go I'm gonna tell you. Hold it, Victor. I'm a tell you because I you know more about this evidently than I do. So I'm gonna tell you to to take whichever one of those approaches that really resonates with you and take it.
- 2:26:40K? Yes. You're right. It's the end of the process
- 2:26:46and their teeth. This is where they're attaching you to a hypothecated
- 2:26:51fraudulent debt that you can never pay off or your grandkids
- 2:26:55or your progeny for generations.
- 2:26:57You're removing yourself from that. And since that was the object of their whole deal, they don't like it, but they don't can't do anything about it. Nobody's coming and getting houses seized,
- 2:27:09cars seized,
- 2:27:10wages garnished.
- 2:27:12None of those things are happening or even getting along the path.
- 2:27:17Because you see, here's a misconception of folks that don't know this stuff. They think the IRS just snaps their fingers and goes and starts grabbing shit.
- 2:27:25Well, that ain't the way it works.
- 2:27:27Because of who they are and what's going on, they've got a very established process
- 2:27:32that they have to take.
- 2:27:35That one that's one of the only ways we've been able to beat them is in process violations.
- 2:27:41They didn't do something they're supposed to or they did it wrong or whatever. That's where all of our patriot wins or many of them. We don't get patriot wins on law for god's sakes. We get it on process and procedure.
- 2:27:55So they got a whole bunch of that, and it would probably take them
- 2:27:59two years or more to get to you.
- 2:28:02They got and they're trying. They're going, hey. Hey, Victor. Please pay this and get back to the system. You're sticking out there. Our bosses don't like it. They want me to hammer the nail. Please let me hammer you. Please let me hammer you. Get back to the system, then I can go to somebody else. That's what's going on.
- 2:28:22Unknown: Yep.
- 2:28:23Just for your information, Roger, I have followed your affidavit process
- 2:28:28to the letter from the beginning, and here I am at the end of the line. And
- 2:28:33thank god for Julie and Larry and others.
- 2:28:36Yeah. I just wanna nail them down and hope Mhmm. Yeah. And I'm hoping that hoping that it helps you also.
- 2:28:44Unknown: Well, since you're just getting back in the stream of things, Victor, and you're appreciating what we got here,
- 2:28:50and since you haven't been here, do you know what we're trying to do with Paul?
- 2:28:54We're trying to get Paul out of New York.
- 2:28:57Okay.
- 2:28:58Well, if you can contribute anything to that, we'd appreciate it. I didn't know if you knew about it or not. Okay?
- 2:29:04Unknown: So Yep. It's been done already.
- 2:29:06Unknown: Thank you very much. Okay.
- 2:29:09Thank you, Victor. Welcome home. Bienvenidos.
- 2:29:12Hey, Roger. Alright. Hold on. So I think it's Larry. Is that you, Larry?
- 2:29:17Unknown: Yeah. So,
- 2:29:18you know, this whole
- 2:29:21business about, you know,
- 2:29:23researching things
- 2:29:25that has to do with our national status, it's an ongoing thing.
- 2:29:29When
- 2:29:30I
- 2:29:31come upon new information,
- 2:29:34I tend to adjust
- 2:29:35my belief system.
- 2:29:37And so
- 2:29:39I used to
- 2:29:41believe that 6013
- 2:29:43gs
- 2:29:45was meant for us. That's what revocation of election is based on,
- 2:29:49where you can terminate the election. It's permanent. It says it right
- 2:29:54in in the the statute that it's permanent. And
- 2:29:57and the IRS website
- 2:30:00Unknown: Is that a regulation or a statute? Is that a regulation or statute? It's statute.
- 2:30:06Unknown: And so Okay. The thing is, I've come to find out that you know? And I've always known this.
- 2:30:12The way the way I was trying to apply it was
- 2:30:15that the nonresident alien
- 2:30:18American national or national is hidden behind
- 2:30:22the nonresident alien foreign national because sixty thirteen g
- 2:30:27is explicitly dealing with
- 2:30:29the foreign nationals. So it's the foreign nationals
- 2:30:33that once they terminate the election, they can never go back in.
- 2:30:37That's not true for us, however.
- 2:30:41I think that's why
- 2:30:44John LaFarmer Garland was
- 2:30:46able to
- 2:30:47go back to contributing to the IRS
- 2:30:51because
- 2:30:52that whole revocation of election process,
- 2:30:55like I said, it was always meant for the foreign national. Once they terminate the election,
- 2:31:01then it's no longer
- 2:31:03applicable
- 2:31:04to them. They don't have to file any more income tax
- 2:31:08forms,
- 2:31:09returns.
- 2:31:10And the the thing is they can never go back in and make the election again.
- 2:31:16It's permanent. It's forever. And it says that right on the IRS website.
- 2:31:20It uses the word forever.
- 2:31:23So, anyway,
- 2:31:28what
- 2:31:30I've found is most
- 2:31:33tax
- 2:31:34court convictions
- 2:31:36have been prosecuted
- 2:31:38on the regulation that you
- 2:31:40I would say just virtually every one of them
- 2:31:43have been the the defendants
- 2:31:45have been
- 2:31:47convicted
- 2:31:48on that that regulation that you often quote because they did not prove they were
- 2:31:53not a citizen or resident of The United States.
- 2:31:57And the judges, they go by the regulations.
- 2:31:59They don't go by the statutes.
- 2:32:01They convict on that regulation 1.1
- 2:32:04dash one a,
- 2:32:05and they they will look at the defendant and say, you are a US citizen or resident, aren't you? And they will say, yes. I am. Well, therefore, you're guilty.
- 2:32:15Unknown: The one so Vermont. The Browns are the one years ago. They a couple got up there, and I just heard a while back that came up. Somebody was discussing it, and that's what they convicted them on. The US prosecutor came in and said, according to your passport application, you're a citizen of The United States.
- 2:32:34Bam.
- 2:32:35Unknown: Right.
- 2:32:36And so I think what Victor was referring to is something that I've always advocated for, and it was based on a flowchart I found on the IRS website.
- 2:32:46And it had to do with nonresident alien foreign nationals.
- 2:32:50And it talks about how if it's proven that they are not a citizen or resident of The United States,
- 2:32:56then the agent
- 2:32:58that is that is addressing their account
- 2:33:01must suspend the account.
- 2:33:04And if the if the nonresident alien
- 2:33:09if it's shown that they submitted a statement
- 2:33:14in which they provided a revocation of election, a short statement,
- 2:33:19then the agent is instructed to terminate the account.
- 2:33:23So that goes back that flowchart is basically
- 2:33:27pointing you back to sixty thirteen g in the statutes,
- 2:33:3126 United States code
- 2:33:33sixty thirteen g,
- 2:33:35and the flowchart is based upon all of the law that is in that statute.
- 2:33:40And like I said, it all has to do with nonresident alien foreign nationals,
- 2:33:45not an American national. I've always been led to believe, you know, I've come to my own conclusions that, well, maybe they're hiding us behind the nonresident alien foreign national,
- 2:33:55and so we can use sixty thirteen g
- 2:33:58and make it applicable.
- 2:34:00And, therefore, if we terminate the election, it's forever, and you can never go back in. But I don't see that anymore. I think it is it's exclusively
- 2:34:08dealing with the foreign national,
- 2:34:10and you can
- 2:34:12volunteer
- 2:34:14money to the IRS,
- 2:34:16you know, either way.
- 2:34:17And I think your your process is what is solid. Once you prove to the IRS that you're no longer a US citizen or resident according to 26 CFR
- 2:34:281.1
- 2:34:29dash one a,
- 2:34:30then they have no jurisdiction over you.
- 2:34:34Unknown: That's what I wanna talk to you about, Larry. I'll call you after shows off.
- 2:34:39So
- 2:34:41Unknown: okay. Anybody else got something? Well, I I I agree with I
- 2:34:46Unknown: comment? Agree with, yes. You agree with, mister Larry?
- 2:34:50Unknown: Absolutely.
- 2:34:51He and I've had discussions about this, off air, and we've gone over that W-8BEN
- 2:34:57form a million times with all of the instructions on there as well. And they're hiding the IRS in our opinion.
- 2:35:04They're doing more equivocation than we have ever really realized. And I'm with Larry. I'm always trying to learn new things. It's like
- 2:35:12Mark always comes on the show and says, If you invest in individual stock yourself
- 2:35:18and you get dividend income, that is U. S. Sourced income. That is actually 1000%
- 2:35:23incorrect. It has to be a federally chartered corporation.
- 2:35:27And if it's not a federally chartered corporation, it's not U. S. Based. Yes, it's not U. S. Based, it's not U. S. Sourced income.
- 2:35:34So
- 2:35:35we always need to be questioning what we're reading and what we're learning and trying to figure out what other tricks are they trying to hide behind these words
- 2:35:45just like they do on the passport, Roger, because
- 2:35:49it's just that W H B E N typically states on the very front page of
- 2:35:54the W-8BEN
- 2:35:55that you have to withhold 30%
- 2:35:58of income
- 2:35:59from capital gains, from interest income, from banks,
- 2:36:03from
- 2:36:04all sorts of
- 2:36:06what they define as income,
- 2:36:09but those are for foreign nationals. We're not a foreign national. We're an American national. That doesn't apply to us.
- 2:36:15Unknown: Greetings. If you care about pronunciation,
- 2:36:18Unknown: it's applicable, not applicable accents on first syllable. This is Yeah. And then we don't need we got myrrh. We don't need the pronunciation police. See you, Ferris.
- 2:36:29Unknown: Goodbye,
- 2:36:30Barry.
- 2:36:31Unknown: Yep.
- 2:36:32Anyway
- 2:36:33Unknown: And it's applicable,
- 2:36:35mister Ferry.
- 2:36:36Unknown: Oh, come on. Don't let's not get all this started.
- 2:36:39Unknown: I can't stand him.
- 2:36:42He's such a hater.
- 2:36:44Unknown: Well, he just usually
- 2:36:46I I mean, like I said, we got Murr here. She's generally the pronunciation police, and she was first.
- 2:36:52So,
- 2:36:53anyway, potato, potahto, tomato, tomato.
- 2:36:57I'll see you tomorrow.
- 2:36:59Unknown: Yeah. And I wanna I'm gonna say to you, banyo banyo.
- 2:37:03Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Banyo.
- 2:37:05Banyo.
- 2:37:06Unknown: Banyo banyo.
- 2:37:08Unknown: Banyo banyo. Yeah. I guess so. Is that his and hers?
- 2:37:12Unknown: No. Unless you're playing De Banjo in De Banjo. Oh,
- 2:37:17Unknown: man. You gotta have a big banjo for that. Okay. Who's anybody for me or I'm leaving?
- 2:37:24I'll see you tomorrow.
- 2:37:25Have a good day. Good to have you back, Victor. Ciao.
- 2:37:41Unknown: It got awfully quiet.
- 2:37:46Unknown: Yeah. If you don't.
- 2:37:51Unknown: Yeah. It's a a comment
- 2:37:57With all your knowledge, Julie and Larry
- 2:38:01and others,
- 2:38:03this in my opinion,
- 2:38:05if we could nail this down concrete
- 2:38:08in some kind of instruction
- 2:38:10document
- 2:38:11where where where at least a few of us agree, a few of you agree,
- 2:38:15I think it would help everybody because I've I've done Roger's process from the beginning,
- 2:38:20and here I am getting ready to go back to work.
- 2:38:23And I wanna hand these hand the HR person the proper form.
- 2:38:29And and, yes, of course, I am gonna go back and get money back. That's not the whole reason I'm doing it, but, yes, I would like to recover money that I donated while I was a national.
- 2:38:39So I yield on that. It would just be great if we could nail it down permanently,
- 2:38:44and I yield.
- 2:38:49Unknown: This is for Ferris.
- 2:38:53Unknown: Applicable.
- 2:38:56Unknown: He's he's
- 2:38:58not here anymore.
- 2:38:59He's gonna
- 2:39:02Unknown: listen to the recording call. He has nothing better to do in his life, so I want him to have the last laugh.
- 2:39:08Unknown: There is no recording for him because he dials in through an anonymous phone,
- 2:39:14and there is no playback number that he can listen to.
- 2:39:22So
- 2:39:24Unknown: Can I say something? This is
- 2:39:27Unknown: Yeah. Heikka.
- 2:39:28Unknown: How are you? Hey. Hey. I'm going through very good. I've been listening all morning because, you know, I'm working on the affidavit and all this stuff, And it gets more and more confusing,
- 2:39:39you know, as people call in. You know? So
- 2:39:43Wow. So, yeah, I just wanted to thank you guys, you know, because, you know, I do learn. You know? And,
- 2:39:51Lisa, is
- 2:39:53there a way to contact you? Through Telegram or something like that? I don't think Lisa is here today.
- 2:40:00Unknown: I think she's playing grandma. Talking?
- 2:40:03That's Julie.
- 2:40:05Unknown: Who? That was Julie. Oh, Julie. Yeah. Yeah. Is Judy
- 2:40:09reachable somehow
- 2:40:10through Telegram
- 2:40:12with questions?
- 2:40:13Unknown: Oh, you could give her my my contact information, Paul.
- 2:40:18Unknown: I don't know if I
- 2:40:21Unknown: don't know if I have Okay. Her contact
- 2:40:24Unknown: Tell you what. Send me send
- 2:40:27me an email
- 2:40:28at p g bienergmail
- 2:40:31dot com.
- 2:40:32P g b I e

- 2:40:37Send me an email. Oh, can you say And I will Yeah. P g b
- 2:40:41I e Wait. Wait. N e r.
- 2:40:45Unknown: Oh, okay. Look. Man, I'm so sorry. What is what is the first letter T?
- 2:40:51You had to hear.
- 2:40:52Unknown: It's OPPop
- 2:40:54Papa
- 2:40:55Yeah.
- 2:40:58GolfGolf.
- 2:41:02Bravo.
- 2:41:04Unknown: Bravo.
- 2:41:05Unknown: PGP. India. India.
- 2:41:09Echo.
- 2:41:12Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 2:41:14Unknown: November.
- 2:41:16Unknown: Uh-huh. Got it. Echo.
- 2:41:22Unknown: Romeo.
- 2:41:25Unknown: Alright. Yeah. That's Bina. That's okay. PgBina@what?
- 2:41:29Unknown: At Gmail? At Gmail dot com.
- 2:41:32Unknown: Yeah. I
- 2:41:34Unknown: will look to do that. I will look for it. Just just put in the subject line all caps for Julie,
- 2:41:41and then I will forward your email right off to her. Okay?
- 2:41:45Unknown: Okay. I will do that. I really appreciate it. Thank you so much. Yep.
- 2:41:51Unknown: You're welcome. I already get 300 emails a day. Why not? You know? So it's it's obviously no secret to anybody what my email address is.
- 2:42:01Unknown: So You know? And and I do have a quick question. So so my son is now working
- 2:42:07as an independent contractor.
- 2:42:09Right?
- 2:42:10Yeah. And
- 2:42:11he gets
- 2:42:13so he doesn't pay any taxes to his employer. Right?
- 2:42:17Right. And so he has to file his he has to file his own taxes.
- 2:42:21And so
- 2:42:23does he have you know, I was just listening, and somebody said, like, an LLC.
- 2:42:29Does he have to,
- 2:42:33you know, make his own LLC to avoid paying taxes?
- 2:42:37I'm now confused. No.
- 2:42:40Right? No.
- 2:42:43Unknown: Well Right? It it just depends on if it his
- 2:42:47it depends on if his employer
- 2:42:51is going to want him to file an I nine
- 2:42:55Unknown: or a w nine. What is it called? Oh,
- 2:42:58a w nine?
- 2:43:00Unknown: Yes. Bully. Either
- 2:43:02Unknown: one of those either one of those documents
- 2:43:05is agreeing to be
- 2:43:08is agreeing to file a tax return,
- 2:43:11you know, agreeing to pay taxes. No.
- 2:43:15Unknown: I don't think they have given him anything.
- 2:43:18They were just saying
- 2:43:20that
- 2:43:21to write things off, he could Well, I had to inform
- 2:43:25his
- 2:43:26Unknown: tax myself today today because
- 2:43:29I have to be looking in my camera camera. You're not
- 2:43:33Unknown: needed.
- 2:43:34Unknown: Trash truck coming up the street. So I got right up and I went out there. It it was heavy. It was hard to get up there up there. And and I got up there as the truck was arrived because it because it it looked like it just picked up picked up
- 2:43:50the browns
- 2:43:53and went up the street and picked up an up.
- 2:44:00Unknown: Got that taken care of.
- 2:44:04Unknown: Sorry, Paul. That was funny. Yeah,
- 2:44:08Unknown: well, maybe he got the message that he was unmuted
- 2:44:12because he got removed from the room. You know,
- 2:44:20that is the standard operating procedure. If your mute is open and you're having a side conversation
- 2:44:25and you're making noise interfering,
- 2:44:29you'll just be removed. We're not going to mute you anymore, we're just going to remove you. You can call back in
- 2:44:35and then make sure you're muted when you call back.
- 2:44:39So anyways,
- 2:44:41okay.
- 2:44:43What they're probably going to do is they're probably going to send a ten ninety nine
- 2:44:48into the IRS,
- 2:44:50and
- 2:44:54then the IRS is going to be sending a confirmatory writing to him, oh, we noticed we have we have a 1099 for you, but we don't have a tax return.
- 2:45:04If you've already filled that out and sent it in, please disregard this notice. If not,
- 2:45:11please do so,
- 2:45:12you know, all that shit. Yeah. And then at that point, then he can just
- 2:45:18send a note back to
- 2:45:20the IRS with his affidavit
- 2:45:23and a cover letter saying,
- 2:45:26please
- 2:45:27refer to the attached
- 2:45:30affidavit of citizenship evidence
- 2:45:33and the attached revocation of election.
- 2:45:38Unknown: What? What is that?
- 2:45:40Unknown: Tax The revocation.
- 2:45:42Unknown: I don't understand.
- 2:45:43Unknown: Revocation of what? Rev Yeah. The revocation of election form.
- 2:45:48If he's all done paying taxes, if he's done paying taxes, he might as well send a revocation of election form into the IRS.
- 2:45:56And there's no better time to do it than when he's already been issued a ten ninety nine from his employer.
- 2:46:04Unknown: Well, she How about getting a ten ninety nine. How how about getting ahead of everything
- 2:46:09and do it now?
- 2:46:12Unknown: You could do it now.
- 2:46:14Yeah. You do a revocation of election because
- 2:46:18right. You go ahead. No. Brent is absolutely right. He can do it now. He can send a copy of his affidavit and the revocation of election form into the IRS,
- 2:46:28and then they can make a note in their system, and then when they receive a ten ninety nine from his employer, and you know
- 2:46:37they're going to,
- 2:46:39then
- 2:46:40all he has to do is send them copies of what he already sent them before
- 2:46:46in response to any letter they
- 2:46:49may send him.
- 2:46:52Unknown: Right. So we are actually still working on this affidavit.
- 2:46:56I I I get con a little bit confused because there's an affidavit on thematrix.com,
- 2:47:03and then there is one
- 2:47:05on the telegram.
- 2:47:07So so we are still working on it, but I'm hoping, you know, we will
- 2:47:11send it in next week.
- 2:47:13Unknown: Well, if you're finding one on okay. If you're finding one on Telegram, that's Mirka's playground.
- 2:47:19And she Yeah. She exercises
- 2:47:22the ultimate
- 2:47:24matriarchical
- 2:47:25control over that, and I have not seen that affidavit. I know nothing about it. So I cannot answer any questions about anything on Mirka's telegram group. That is her deal,
- 2:47:37and I am hands off.
- 2:47:40Unknown: Oh, okay. Well, I'm just learning the ropes here, and that's why I'm saying, you know, know Right. I'm I'm
- 2:47:47looking at all the information, you know, and I'm trying to decide,
- 2:47:52you know, which one we want to use and how to go about it. You see? That's where the confusion comes in,
- 2:47:58and you just clarified it, so I'm really grateful for that. Thank you.
- 2:48:03Unknown: Yeah. Well, I just don't know anything about that affidavit,
- 2:48:07and there isn't any fluff or
- 2:48:10fuss
- 2:48:11or muss required.
- 2:48:13You know, the one sentence
- 2:48:18on where is it?
- 2:48:21It is my intent to
- 2:48:23be a national and not a citizen of The United States. I had it's basically one sentence.
- 2:48:30That's it. That's all it needs. Right.
- 2:48:33Unknown: Right. And and that is the affidavit we already have notarized.
- 2:48:38But then I stumbled
- 2:48:40after we had it already notarized
- 2:48:42because, you know, I'm German, and and we are, like, to the tee, and we wanna know everything. And sometimes
- 2:48:49that's a drawback. We may make things a little bit too complicated.
- 2:48:54But
- 2:48:55there is that that one code
- 2:48:59which I found
- 2:49:01somewhere, probably not on Rogers.
- 2:49:04I I don't know. And that's what I called in the other day,
- 2:49:08and it had this
- 2:49:10this code from the IRS on the bottom if I need to put that in.
- 2:49:16And now I can't find it. That CRF
- 2:49:19code.
- 2:49:23Unknown: CFR, code of federal regulations?
- 2:49:26Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:49:28Somewhere it was suggested
- 2:49:31that that should be put
- 2:49:33on the affidavit of citizenship.
- 2:49:37Unknown: Okay. That's probably that was probably suggested by Mirka,
- 2:49:42so you would have to ask her that.
- 2:49:45Unknown: Right. Right. See, that's why I got so confused.
- 2:49:49I didn't know
- 2:49:51that you guys are there and this is over here. Right? So Yeah. Now Mirka Mirka's got her own playground.
- 2:49:58Unknown: She's got her own playground, and she's got her own way of doing things.
- 2:50:01Unknown: One sentence.
- 2:50:04One sentence.
- 2:50:05The less you have, the less to rebut rebut.
- 2:50:10Unknown: Right. I wish I could find it.
- 2:50:14How can I not find it?
- 2:50:22Unknown: It's a sign of the police. Yeah.
- 2:50:27Unknown: Well, if I find it, I'll chime in again if you guys are not gone.
- 2:50:33Retention.
- 2:50:34Unknown: What's that? Your affidavit?
- 2:50:36Unknown: Yeah. So we had it already all written up and and all ready to go.
- 2:50:42And then I you know what? I'm going to my computer, and it's right there. And then I stumble about
- 2:50:48another affidavit,
- 2:50:51and I don't I cannot even remember where I got it from.
- 2:50:56Let let me read you this.
- 2:50:58Okay.
- 2:51:00So there is an affidavit, and it doesn't even have a jurat. That's why I was like, this is really, really strange.
- 2:51:08Wait here. I find it here.
- 2:51:11There is this one affidavit
- 2:51:13which says,
- 2:51:15as the okay. Which has on the on on the bottom of declaring a person a national
- 2:51:22as defined the term national status is identified
- 2:51:26at 26 c f r one one
- 2:51:30dash one a as a nonresident
- 2:51:32area.
- 2:51:36Unknown: Yeah. It doesn't need a GRAD as long as it's
- 2:51:39signed and sworn to before a notary.
- 2:51:45Unknown: No. No. But
- 2:51:47one of the affidavits is really short. There is only one sentence. Right? You wanna hear mine? I'll get mine if you wanna hear it.
- 2:51:56Unknown: Do we wanna give her a third one? Do we wanna give her another one to confuse her?
- 2:52:02Unknown: It's one sentence. It's the one sentence they offer. I only thing I changed was from being duly sworn to being affirmed by god.
- 2:52:13Unknown: You want to have the affidavit itself
- 2:52:16and then there's your notification
- 2:52:18letters
- 2:52:19that are going to be slightly different to the secretary of state and the one to the IRS.
- 2:52:26The one to the IRS,
- 2:52:28I would have the 26
- 2:52:31CFR in there
- 2:52:33and, you know, 1.1
- 2:52:35dash one one
- 2:52:37a.
- 2:52:38Unknown: Yes. Exactly. Exactly. You just nailed it. That was my my question.
- 2:52:44Has that twenty six year of code,
- 2:52:47does that have to show up in the affidavit
- 2:52:50of citizenship
- 2:52:51evidence?
- 2:52:52Unknown: It it needs to be on the
- 2:52:56Cover letter. The on the cover letter. Yeah.
- 2:52:59Unknown: To the IRS. What also what also has to be on the cover letter
- 2:53:04or the affidavit
- 2:53:06at the top is lawful legal notice not to be considered
- 2:53:11a filing.
- 2:53:15Unknown: Well, that is to the IRS.
- 2:53:17Unknown: Yeah. That's to the IRS, but it might as well be on both of them. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It doesn't matter. It might it might as well be on every affidavit you send
- 2:53:26Unknown: because it doesn't trying to find you.
- 2:53:29Unknown: State department isn't gonna know what you're talking about. Yeah. Whereas,
- 2:53:34Unknown: you know I'm getting well well confused.
- 2:53:37Unknown: Yeah. But definitely in the cover letters,
- 2:53:40you know, are the one to IRS
- 2:53:42have their stuff in there.
- 2:53:46Unknown: I got What there's
- 2:53:49no way.
- 2:53:51Unknown: What you wanna have on the
- 2:53:54affidavit
- 2:53:55is
- 2:53:56what is that thing?
- 2:54:00The thing
- 2:54:02Unknown: Notice the principal. Notice the agent.
- 2:54:04Unknown: The header. No. No. No. That's in the cover letter.
- 2:54:09Unknown: I'm talking about considered a filing?
- 2:54:12Unknown: No. I'm talking about that book where you're you make your own determination.
- 2:54:19I forgot the name of it now.
- 2:54:24What's that, guys? It's it's The Kell's law of nation?
- 2:54:27Yes.
- 2:54:29You wanna have,
- 2:54:31Unknown: you know, that line in The right to self your right to self determination. Julie
- 2:54:37Unknown: Julie,
- 2:54:38hang on. Nobody can concentrate when you're finishing their sentence.
- 2:54:44Unknown: He needed my help. He was saying, what is that sentence? What is that sentence? I was trying to help him, Paul. And you are my niggifix and other.
- 2:54:54If you like that more. And Brent is and Brent is and Brent is my buddy.
- 2:54:59Unknown: Mhmm.
- 2:55:00Unknown: Okay. But not that way. But
- 2:55:03Unknown: we are buddies.
- 2:55:09Unknown: Okay, girlfriend.
- 2:55:11Alright.
- 2:55:16Micah, did you have you seen my affidavit?
- 2:55:21Unknown: Is
- 2:55:23that on the matrix?
- 2:55:25Unknown: No. No. It's on note it's on notice.paulbiner.com.
- 2:55:31Unknown: Oh, let me write that down.
- 2:55:33Unknown: Notice very little correction.
- 2:55:36Unknown: Notice.paulbiner.com.
- 2:55:54And Beaner is spelled the same as it is in my email address.
- 2:55:59Unknown: Right. Notice.paulbeaner.com.
- 2:56:04Unknown: Yeah. Go to notice.paulbeaner.com.
- 2:56:11Did you bring it up? Check that out. Oh,
- 2:56:14do you want me to look right now? I will. You can look you can look right now if you want.
- 2:56:21Unknown: Notice.
- 2:56:33There we go. Thinking.
- 2:56:41You're on LinkedIn.
- 2:56:47Unknown: I don't Did you bring it up?
- 2:56:49Unknown: No.
- 2:56:53Unknown: It's not doing this.
- 2:56:58Guess I'll have to check that out later because
- 2:57:04Unknown: I want Talk right into the phone. You.
- 2:57:07Unknown: No. I'm
- 2:57:09Unknown: not Talk right into
- 2:57:11the phone. I'm having trouble hearing you.
- 2:57:14Unknown: Oh, I don't do that. You don't know how
- 2:57:18No.
- 2:57:21I cannot pull it up right now. I'm
- 2:57:24I'm sorry.
- 2:57:25Unknown: What's it doing?
- 2:57:28Unknown: Is it did you It's giving me something totally different.
- 2:57:32No. I'm trying to pull up
- 2:57:35an affidavit I had to create it and then delete it, and I think it was the best one that
- 2:57:42I trained.
- 2:57:44Unknown: Alright. Well, go to But I go to go to a web browser, go to the location bar,
- 2:57:50not the Google, and don't do a Google search for it. Just go directly to where you can type in a web address.
- 2:57:58Unknown: Oh, I wouldn't even know how to do that. Believe me.
- 2:58:03Unknown: You don't have a browser?
- 2:58:07I don't know. Gotta have a browser.
- 2:58:09Unknown: This stuff for a while. I know. I do. I He needs to go for a walk in the woods woods.
- 2:58:15Unknown: Oh, okay. Let me put it in. Wouldbenice.com.
- 2:58:22Unknown: Hey, Paul.
- 2:58:24Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:58:26Unknown: Yeah. The ad from Michigan.
- 2:58:28I couldn't pull it up when I did a duck duck go search.
- 2:58:32See it. But when I typed it directly into the
- 2:58:36Unknown: address line, it went right to it. That's that's what I said. You put it you put it in the address bar.
- 2:58:43You don't use Google. You don't use DuckDuckGo.
- 2:58:49Unknown: Yep. It popped up. I won't do it. Won't do it. Thanks. I'll I'll check it out, Paul. Popped up when I typed it into Brave Brave. Popped right up. Right.
- 2:58:58It's actually the address, so I got google.com
- 2:59:00and blah blah blah. So
- 2:59:04Unknown: I see what you got. I got in it. Yeah. And you sent
- 2:59:09see, my son is doing a passport application.
- 2:59:13Does this all go with the passport application?
- 2:59:18Unknown: Well, the affidavit does.
- 2:59:21Unknown: The affidavit. Oh, okay. So you just wanted me to look. Yeah. And do not let the postal person
- 2:59:28dissuade you because they're gonna try and say, what's this?
- 2:59:32And what does it hold on?
- 2:59:36Make sure it's in there.
- 2:59:39Unknown: Okay. So just as yours, Paul. The only thing the only thing that I would change on that, if you use that as
- 2:59:51if you use that as an example.
- 2:59:54Okay?
- 2:59:54The only thing I would change is
- 2:59:57I
- 2:59:58put
- 2:59:59U
- 3:00:00period S period national.
- 3:00:04I would just make that US, no periods.
- 3:00:11Unknown: US national.
- 3:00:14Unknown: No. My die my I would say my intention and desire to be a national of The United States.
- 3:00:25So replace US national with
- 3:00:29national of The United States,
- 3:00:33and proper name capitalization on United States, capital U, United capital S,
- 3:00:39dates.
- 3:00:40Unknown: Of The United States, but not The United States America.
- 3:00:44Unknown: Yeah, but not in but not in all caps.
- 3:00:47Don't put United States in all caps. Put it put it proper name
- 3:00:52capitalization.
- 3:00:53Capital united
- 3:00:55space capital s tates
- 3:00:58of capital a America.
- 3:01:02Unknown: Right, they're all capitalized.
- 3:01:04Unknown: Not all caps. Right.
- 3:01:07Unknown: No, no, no. Just the first letter. Only the first letter. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Right. Okay. Okay.
- 3:01:14Unknown: So basically it just says Thank you.
- 3:01:17Basically that affidavit covers
- 3:01:23you intend let's see,
- 3:01:26I Paul Gordon Beaner being duly sworn
- 3:01:28under the penalty of perjury of the laws of The United States Of America,
- 3:01:33so that's the without jurat,
- 3:01:36hereby declare my intention and desire to be a national of The United States Of America
- 3:01:42with unalienable God given constitutionally
- 3:01:45protected rights and not a US citizen of the all caps United States in a condition of voluntary servitude with limited civil rights under the scope and purview of the fourteenth amendment.
- 3:01:58As a national of The United States Of America,
- 3:02:01US national, get rid of The US
- 3:02:05national there,
- 3:02:07I am nonresident
- 3:02:09to the residency and alien to the condition of voluntary servitude of the fourteenth amendment.
- 3:02:14National status is deceptively identified at 26 CFR 1.1 dash one parentheses
- 3:02:21small a
- 3:02:22as a non resident alien
- 3:02:26under the universal declaration
- 3:02:28of human rights
- 3:02:30adopted by the UN General Assembly in 1948,
- 3:02:33all peoples have the right of self determination.
- 3:02:36By virtue of that right, they freely determine their political status and freely pursue their economic, social, and cultural development.
- 3:02:45I therefore
- 3:02:46declare myself to be a national of The USA,
- 3:02:52get rid of the U period s period national,
- 3:02:56of The USA owing allegiance to only Minnesota state, which was my birth state, so you can replace that with whatever state you're living in.
- 3:03:05I am not a federal citizen under the fourteenth amendment to the constitution of the all caps United States. I reserve the right to amend, correct, rescind or revoke this document at any time and or for any reason.
- 3:03:17So just get rid of any
- 3:03:20time the U Period s period appears before the word national. Just get rid of that.
- 3:03:27Unknown: Oh,
- 3:03:28so you and U S national and not U Period S national. Okay. No. No. Don't use US national because
- 3:03:36Unknown: some people consider
- 3:03:38some people refer
- 3:03:40US national to being synonymous with citizen, US citizen.
- 3:03:44So just get rid of The US altogether. It's just simply national
- 3:03:48or national of The United States Of America.
- 3:03:54Anywhere it says US national, get rid of that.
- 3:03:58Unknown: Right.
- 3:03:59Unknown: And
- 3:04:00I do intend to redo Okay. This
- 3:04:05Unknown: It is either national or a national of The United States Of America.
- 3:04:10Unknown: Right.
- 3:04:11Unknown: Right?
- 3:04:13Unknown: Yeah. And I do intend to redo this affidavit.
- 3:04:16However, this one has been seasoned since 2022,
- 3:04:21and I'm kind of reluctant to
- 3:04:24to
- 3:04:25replace it
- 3:04:27because
- 3:04:29it does have in the last paragraph
- 3:04:34oh yeah, so
- 3:04:36yeah, it's all wrong
- 3:04:39because I therefore declare myself to be a U Period S period national
- 3:04:44of The USA owing allegiance to only Minnesota state.
- 3:04:49Let me read mine.
- 3:04:52Yeah. I gotta get rid of
- 3:04:54I have to replace this document.
- 3:04:57I have to update it. Right. Right. Damn. Right.
- 3:05:00Damn that traffic jam.
- 3:05:03What?
- 3:05:06Unknown: Talking to Mary. She's forbidden.
- 3:05:09Unknown: We're both No. Well, let me I'll read it for sure for
- 3:05:13Unknown: Okay.
- 3:05:15Unknown: I, Mary e Bailey, being affirmed by God, hereby declare my intention to be national but not a citizen of The United States,
- 3:05:25period. Period.
- 3:05:31Unknown: La dee da.
- 3:05:34Unknown: Damn right. Damn
- 3:05:37Unknown: straight.
- 3:05:39Unknown: Okay. Is that Mur? Mur?
- 3:05:41Unknown: I'm opening my document.
- 3:05:47Unknown: Murr is nothing but a show off.
- 3:05:50Unknown: She's not a show off.
- 3:05:53Unknown: Not more than a show off.
- 3:05:56Unknown: Murr is statue. This is Heikka.
- 3:06:01Unknown: What's that? What's that?
- 3:06:04Unknown: Is this Murr in the in the chat?
- 3:06:09Unknown: I don't think I put anything in the chat yet. What do you want?
- 3:06:12I am
- 3:06:14Unknown: so I'm on Telegram with this lady. That's you, Murrah. Right?
- 3:06:18Unknown: Yeah.
- 3:06:19Oh,
- 3:06:20okay. I'm not Mirka. I'm not Mirka. No. I see what you mean what you mean.
- 3:06:25Unknown: Oh, okay.
- 3:06:26Unknown: A mer. I was here before Mirka. Mirka.
- 3:06:30Unknown: Okay. Mirka
- 3:06:32is m x in the chat.
- 3:06:36Unknown: Let me see.
- 3:06:38Oh, okay.
- 3:06:39So there are two people with an m. It's Smoker and Mer.
- 3:06:44Yeah.
- 3:06:45Unknown: Yeah. And mine has a big capital m before it now because something messed up and whatever. It's capital m and then another M, lowercase, Mervaily.
- 3:06:54Unknown: Okay. Okay. So I I love you you two guys in one person. I'm so sorry. Yeah. Yeah. That happens a lot.
- 3:07:03Okay.
- 3:07:05Alright.
- 3:07:06Getting more clarification.
- 3:07:08Unknown: I appreciate it. I'm surprised you didn't say how dare you.
- 3:07:14Unknown: Me? Me? Yeah. Yeah. How dare me what? Ain't
- 3:07:19Unknown: her.
- 3:07:21Unknown: Kidding. No kidding. I said it obviously over.
- 3:07:24Unknown: Can I I say something? Can I read you this one affidavit which is here in front of me? And I think there might be a jurat missing. Do you mind if I read it out loud? Go for it.
- 3:07:38So I, and then the name,
- 3:07:41being affirmed by God under natural law in The United States Of America,
- 3:07:46hereby declare my intention and desire to be a national
- 3:07:50with god given secured rights and not a citizen of The United States
- 3:07:56in the condition of voluntary servitude with civil rights under the scope and pure view of the fourteenth amendment.
- 3:08:05As a national,
- 3:08:07I am a nonresident
- 3:08:09to the residency and alien to the condition of voluntary servitude
- 3:08:14of the fourteenth amendment.
- 3:08:17As defined, the term national status is identified at 26 CFR
- 3:08:22one one one a as a nonresident
- 3:08:25alien.
- 3:08:27I don't see a juror in this one.
- 3:08:30Am I see it correctly?
- 3:08:35Unknown: Here's the thing. Here's the thing. That sentence I gave you, I got from their own their
- 3:08:41own their
- 3:08:42you know, stuff. Actually,
- 3:08:45it was Alan that pointed it out on the page. And like I said, I only changed changed being
- 3:08:50affirmed by god rather than being duly sworn because I don't do swearing.
- 3:08:55Alright? Oh, okay. And that's not I see. That's all you need. You don't have to keep backing it up with everything else. You don't even have to mention the fourteenth amendment.
- 3:09:04See, this is the thing. People put all this stuff in there in there,
- 3:09:09and then they have to rebut it rebut it. Know? So that that you don't need it. Don't need it. Now Roger's saying you need to put more in there because you gotta be prepared to be pulled over by the locals and all that jazz.
- 3:09:21Well, one fellow that did all that, it was really good stuff and it went I think he even put it in the paper, whatever. It's a guy up in Michigan, not Dave, somebody else.
- 3:09:29And, they were like picking on him and his daughter and his wife and everybody else and trying to call him sovereign citizens.
- 3:09:36And, that's not what their their affidavit read at all, but it did read a whole lot of stuff.
- 3:09:43And so
- 3:09:45don't give him any any ammunition. That's all I'm saying I'm saying. Oh, okay.
- 3:09:54Unknown: Oh, okay.
- 3:09:57Yeah. Yeah. I'm still gathering information
- 3:10:00and trying to wrap my head around it. What's the best way to do it? Yeah. Here's the here's the cover I have.
- 3:10:07Unknown: And Charlie was here that day. It was thirty. I see Paul's was, July
- 3:10:122022.
- 3:10:13So I went far behind.
- 3:10:16It was and I probably wouldn't have done it all like some people have never done it at all, but I needed it. And I was really glad to know that this
- 3:10:23existed
- 3:10:24because I live in let's say in a boat okay but my domicile
- 3:10:29is in New Jersey and so they're trying to get me from jury duty
- 3:10:33and I'm not going to anybody's jury duty because they're all messed up but now I know how to do it. So I sent that, and they said, nope. You can't come. And I also checked off that, nope. I'm not a citizen. I'm not a resident.
- 3:10:46So
- 3:10:47but the cover page I have here is notice to the agent is notice to the principal. Notice to the principal
- 3:10:55is notice to the agent
- 3:10:57nominees successors
- 3:10:59and assigns
- 3:11:01and
- 3:11:04then head of administrative records
- 3:11:07please find my notarized citizenship evidence enclosed.
- 3:11:11Place the citizenship evidence firmly and permanently
- 3:11:15in my administrative file. And I signed it. And I all I handprinted it. I didn't even print it out anywhere because I don't have any of that ability and
- 3:11:25it's fun. It's helped me find.
- 3:11:30Like I said, in the title
- 3:11:33that I read you before, it says affidavit of citizenship evidence and what I read you before.
- 3:11:37And then, of course, your name and the last four of your social, x's for the other numbers, and my birth date and birthplace,
- 3:11:45and then the
- 3:11:46notary's
- 3:11:47information.
- 3:11:49Okay.
- 3:11:50I'll hush now.
- 3:11:51Unknown: And
- 3:11:52can I get your name again? You are now Murr. Murr.
- 3:11:57Unknown: Mary. Mer.
- 3:11:59I go by Mer. I have the acronym of my initials. M e r Oh. Bailey.
- 3:12:04Unknown: Oh, that's Mary.
- 3:12:06And the other lady on telegram is?
- 3:12:09Unknown: Mirka, m I r k a.
- 3:12:13Unknown: Oh.
- 3:12:15Alright.
- 3:12:16Just just trying to
- 3:12:18Unknown: Tuck you guys all apart. I know what you mean.
- 3:12:21Unknown: Yep. Alrighty.
- 3:12:23Okay. Yeah. Well, that's good information. I really appreciate everything you guys do.
- 3:12:29Educating us, you know, and that's what's really needed, you know. So thank you so much.
- 3:12:37Unknown: There is a god
- 3:12:40because he only made one myrrh, and that's more than enough.
- 3:12:45Unknown: Thank you very much.
- 3:12:48Unknown: I didn't mean that in a good way.
- 3:12:51Unknown: Well, that's on you then, isn't it? Because we're each unique.
- 3:12:55Only one of you was made also.
- 3:12:58Unknown: Yeah.
- 3:12:59There's unique, and then there's this plain weird.
- 3:13:05Unknown: You're clearly weird, I'm remark. Just kidding,
- 3:13:08Unknown: Merg. Just kidding.
- 3:13:09Unknown: I'm a nice weird. I'm a nice nasty too, apparently.
- 3:13:15Unknown: Yes.
- 3:13:15You are. You are.
- 3:13:17Hey, Paul. When are you gonna finish with your version? I mean, you're you're gonna have it
- 3:13:22put up on the webs I mean, on the
- 3:13:25show notes or whatever?
- 3:13:27Unknown: I can put an example up there, but I can't modify
- 3:13:32the existing affidavit because it was a scan of a notarized document.
- 3:13:38So I can't modify
- 3:13:40that one that is
- 3:13:43online without
- 3:13:46neutering it.
- 3:13:49Okay. So I might have to We'll give you
- 3:13:53Unknown: we'll give you five minutes and and we'll we'll give you five minutes and then you're in trouble.
- 3:14:00Unknown: Yeah. Well, good luck enforcing that.
- 3:14:05Unknown: Sam, who the heck left you head, Nick?
- 3:14:15Unknown: Oh, hell no. You ain't got no n word pass.
- 3:14:19Unknown: It's only half of it.
- 3:14:21Unknown: I don't care.
- 3:14:22Unknown: What what did she say I missed that?
- 3:14:27Unknown: What we white girls used to say to each other in school, like, we're on the plantation who when they get real bossy,
- 3:14:33would say, who died and left you head, Nick?
- 3:14:40Unknown: You see what I mean? She's a murd.
- 3:14:45Unknown: Can't be be anything else but. What do you want?
- 3:14:49Unknown: And
- 3:14:52Unknown: one is more than enough.
- 3:14:55Unknown: And you a troublemaker.
- 3:14:59Unknown: Yes. Is. I'm
- 3:15:01Unknown: not talking about her.
- 3:15:05Unknown: Come on, Paul.
- 3:15:07Unknown: You, Paul. Troublemaker. I'm I'm I'm perfectly innocent over here.
- 3:15:11Unknown: No. No. You ain't innocent. You know, I tell you who's innocent. I'm innocent because I never muted your ass
- 3:15:18ever. None
- 3:15:20Unknown: of you is perfect or innocent. Let's get this straight.
- 3:15:25Unknown: I I never muted your ass. I am not the only one with muted capability.
- 3:15:30And if I did mute your ass, it was only because your microphone was opening, you were making background noise, or you were being obnoxious.
- 3:15:39In which case you deserved it. So
- 3:15:42you would not be
- 3:15:44so so I would not be called out for muting you.
- 3:15:48Unknown: Yep. You're getting me confused to somebody else, Paul.
- 3:15:53Unknown: You Sam in Houston?
- 3:15:57Unknown: Well, I I play that,
- 3:15:59character on television, but no.
- 3:16:02Unknown: Okay. I well, if you're Sam in Houston and you spoke up after me and Samuel went roundabout
- 3:16:09and you said I side with Samuel because Paul muted me too,
- 3:16:14then that would be you, wouldn't it? No.
- 3:16:17Unknown: I never said you muted me muted me.
- 3:16:20No. I just said Samuel is an important part of the show. He's like a Oh, no. He's like that Samuel, I side with you. You said, Samuel, I'm on your side because Paul muted me too.
- 3:16:34Unknown: Samuel said that because Paul muted I I never
- 3:16:38said that, Paul, because you never muted me muted me. Samuel was on the rag that day, so maybe you were too.
- 3:16:46Unknown: The one who's No. You didn't. No. You didn't.
- 3:16:49Mhmm.
- 3:16:50Unknown: Comment?
- 3:16:53Unknown: Yeah.
- 3:16:56Unknown: Okay. So
- 3:16:57I've heard the term
- 3:16:59jurat mentioned at least three times
- 3:17:02today today.
- 3:17:04And one of the fellow students
- 3:17:08suggested that I attach a jurat
- 3:17:10to my revocation of election.
- 3:17:13And I searched for a couple hours what the hell is a jurat, and they came up with basically, it's a notary deal that you put on your form, or you attach a notary to it.
- 3:17:24So can somebody please clarify what is a juror at?
- 3:17:28I yield.
- 3:17:30Unknown: Under penalty of perjury, I declare I sign this thing and
- 3:17:35that I attest that everything the foregoing is true and correct to the best Signed of my
- 3:17:42this day
- 3:17:43and witnessed by a notary. She puts her stamp on it and send it in.
- 3:17:49Unknown: Copy that. Thank you, sir. A notary, you don't need a juror. Yeah.
- 3:17:56Unknown: That's that's that's what I was verifying your your signature,
- 3:18:00Unknown: now it's on you. If you think think you've gotta put that there, I ain't lying. Well, then you're lying, probably.
- 3:18:10Unknown: Jurat. Jurat.
- 3:18:12Unknown: Definition is for high risk acid
- 3:18:15Unknown: to an affidavit
- 3:18:16or document verifying that you
- 3:18:19signed it under oath. Juris.
- 3:18:22Jurisdiction.
- 3:18:24Definition of the term
- 3:18:26law,
- 3:18:27like in juris doctor
- 3:18:28or a geographical
- 3:18:30area where a specific court or entity
- 3:18:33has the legal authority to enforce laws.
- 3:18:37The difference between juror and juris,
- 3:18:41one, you sign with an affidavit under penalty of perjury.
- 3:18:45The other, you
- 3:18:48like, having jurisdiction
- 3:18:50only.
- 3:18:58Unknown: Jerry Garcia and Carlsbad,
- 3:19:00New Mexico.
- 3:19:05Unknown: Democrat
- 3:19:06that elects Republicans, that's an idiot.
- 3:19:09I'm sorry.
- 3:19:19Unknown: And I was just thinking. So if you notary
- 3:19:23Unknown: refused to
- 3:19:25Unknown: Go ahead. Process my
- 3:19:27affidavit.
- 3:19:31Unknown: Well, then that notary violated federal law.
- 3:19:39And you can What I actually had
- 3:19:43You can file a complaint. You can file a complaint against
- 3:19:47her notary
- 3:19:49charge.
- 3:19:52Her notary commission. You can file a complaint against her.
- 3:19:59Unknown: Whoever. Because technically, they're not they're not even supposed to read what you have. They're just supposed to verify who you are.
- 3:20:06Unknown: Exactly. But when you file a complaint, file it under a bill,
- 3:20:11a bill
- 3:20:12of complaint.
- 3:20:14This is my bill
- 3:20:16of complaint, and then add your fee schedule to it.
- 3:20:22Unknown: Comment?
- 3:20:24Unknown: Yeah. No. Who did So I
- 3:20:27Unknown: I
- 3:20:29this is Victor in Washington again. So I I specifically
- 3:20:34went into my Alaska USA Credit Union, which is now global,
- 3:20:38and I asked the notary,
- 3:20:40so am I am I required that you read this?
- 3:20:43And she told me,
- 3:20:45yes. I can if I want to, I can I don't have to sign this? I don't have to notarize this unless I'm sure of what it is.
- 3:20:53So I was just curious about that.
- 3:20:55Unknown: They have to do is read the title
- 3:20:58to verify what type of document it is and that's it.
- 3:21:05Verify
- 3:21:06the type
- 3:21:07of the document,
- 3:21:09they verify three things: the type of the document,
- 3:21:14whether or not you appear to be under duress,
- 3:21:17and that you are actually you.
- 3:21:20So if you're asking
- 3:21:22her to
- 3:21:24notarize it
- 3:21:26and you provide identification
- 3:21:29and there is a title
- 3:21:32that titles the document, Affidavit of Citizenship Evidence,
- 3:21:37that tells what it is.
- 3:21:40It is not her business what type of citizen you are.
- 3:21:45Anything in the body, anything between those,
- 3:21:49it's not her business, it's not her concern.
- 3:21:52It's a violation of privacy to read the entire document. She goes to the top, she goes to the bottom,
- 3:21:59and she puts on her stamp. That's it.
- 3:22:03And yes, you can file a complaint
- 3:22:06against them.
- 3:22:12Unknown: Well, it's been my my experience
- 3:22:14that
- 3:22:15they're only concerned with you being you. They wanna see your ID.
- 3:22:20That's all they care about. Yep.
- 3:22:24Unknown: That's all they care about.
- 3:22:28Unknown: What I
- 3:22:31had done is ran off a
- 3:22:34I tried to find the the best format
- 3:22:39for title 28
- 3:22:42section
- 3:22:43seventeen
- 3:22:44forty six,
- 3:22:48and there's, like, the a
- 3:22:50I think it's the a
- 3:22:52and b. And
- 3:22:54I've noticed that they also kinda mix them up, you gotta be really careful. But
- 3:22:59I I went to my local credit union, and I I got them to sign
- 3:23:07that
- 3:23:08document that I had ran off on the
- 3:23:12on the on
- 3:23:13the printer.
- 3:23:15But it was it's the one that says,
- 3:23:19without The United States and within The United States Of America.
- 3:23:24That's the one that I had
- 3:23:26gone and had a a a notary
- 3:23:30stamped.
- 3:23:32But one of them,
- 3:23:35when I found a better format,
- 3:23:37I had
- 3:23:38tried to go back and do it again at a different location.
- 3:23:42And and
- 3:23:43I guess when she read the title, she said,
- 3:23:48I'm not gonna stamp this
- 3:23:52because
- 3:23:53we've got a form because she said it was it's called a.
- 3:23:58So we have a premade
- 3:24:00form
- 3:24:01that I can do for you. So I didn't wanna argue with her, so I just let her go on ahead and,
- 3:24:07you know, use her her preformatted one.
- 3:24:12But
- 3:24:13I have another one anyway from another
- 3:24:16notary. So that's the one I'll probably use or I'll fuse them together somehow.

- 3:26:45stamp it
- 3:26:47under per penalty of perjury
- 3:26:49and file it. That's your only job.
- 3:26:54Unknown: Hey, Jerry. You forgot she's supposed to verify or he's supposed to verify who you are too.
- 3:27:00Unknown: No. That's the law. That's the law right there. They don't have to verify who nobody is.
- 3:27:07Unknown: I think I think I thought that's what the whole purpose of of
- 3:27:11having a
- 3:27:13notary done was to verify
- 3:27:15who you are. That's Exactly.
- 3:27:18Ready to
- 3:27:19throw that stamp down.
- 3:27:21They're they're looking at you because you have to show them ID.
- 3:27:26And the reason why I know that is because I had an expired driver's license,
- 3:27:32and I tried to get a notary done and they wouldn't do it because
- 3:27:36I didn't
- 3:27:37didn't have a quote

- 3:27:41I tried to use my VA

- 3:27:48then they said, no. We can't accept that.
- 3:27:50It's all of it's gotta have a
- 3:27:55as like, an
- 3:27:57address,
- 3:27:59a signature.
- 3:28:03Unknown: That was the excuse that they gave me. Impossibly photo. But if you're dealing with your bank, they already know who you are. Clerks

- 3:30:32Unknown: And that's also what I asked
- 3:30:35I asked them that also. I said, look. Even though I've got an expired driver's license,
- 3:30:41okay, so you're not gonna take that. I have a expired
- 3:30:46passport
- 3:30:47out in my vehicle.
- 3:30:49So I told them that's the highest form of ID that there is. And just because it's expired
- 3:30:55doesn't mean that I'm expired.
- 3:30:57It says who I am or who I was.
- 3:31:02And they said, no. We gotta have a we have a have to have an updated driver's license.
- 3:31:10I said, okay. So your back's full, and I left.
- 3:31:13Unknown: So they lied to you.
- 3:31:15Bet you don't know that they lied to you because they don't even know their own policies.
- 3:31:2318 USC code two forty two is a federal crime
- 3:31:28statute that makes any crime for anyone acting under the color of law,
- 3:31:33such as a police officer,
- 3:31:35a prison guard,
- 3:31:36or other
- 3:31:38government officials
- 3:31:40to willfully deprive a person of their constitutionally
- 3:31:43federally protected rights.
- 3:31:50But because we don't know this start,
- 3:31:53eighteen two forty two, whoever under any
- 3:31:56whoever under color of any law,
- 3:32:01statute, ordinance, regulation,
- 3:32:03or custom willfully subjects any person in any state, territory, commonwealth,
- 3:32:09possession, or district of the
- 3:32:12of
- 3:32:13or district of Columbia
- 3:32:15to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunity secured or protected by the constitution
- 3:32:21or laws of The United States
- 3:32:25or to different punishments,
- 3:32:26pains,
- 3:32:27or penalties
- 3:32:28on account of such person being an alien or by reason of his color or race,
- 3:32:35then are prescribed
- 3:32:37for the punishment of citizens shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year or both.
- 3:32:44And if bodily injury results from the acts committed
- 3:32:47in violation of this session
- 3:32:49or as such acts include this use attempt to use
- 3:32:54or threatened use of dangerous weapon, explosives, fire, or imprisoned
- 3:33:01not more than ten years, or both.
- 3:33:03And if death results
- 3:33:05from the acts committed in violation of this section
- 3:33:10or if such acts include kidnapping,
- 3:33:13which your property, your documents,
- 3:33:16they're kidnapping you your documents
- 3:33:19or threatening you
- 3:33:21that they're not gonna file them.
- 3:33:24Kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap,
- 3:33:27they're attempting to kidnap your property by not letting you file them, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse
- 3:33:36or an attempt to kill shall be found under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life or both,
- 3:33:45or
- 3:33:46may be sentenced
- 3:33:48to
- 3:33:48death.
- 3:33:52Who? I said a mouthful.
- 3:33:54Unknown: Yeah. I think that's kind of a stretch,
- 3:33:57Jerry.
- 3:33:59Unknown: Hey, Paul.
- 3:34:01Unknown: Yeah, Larry.
- 3:34:03Unknown: Yeah. So a notary
- 3:34:04can read your document. They don't usually do because
- 3:34:08they're in a hurry.
- 3:34:10And but they what they end up doing is they scan over your document.
- 3:34:15They are required
- 3:34:16to make sure the document is complete. If you have multiple pages,
- 3:34:20they got to look at each page and make sure you're not missing a page.
- 3:34:24They also have to make sure
- 3:34:26what kind of document you're filing. If it's a court filing, if it's an affidavit for some other purpose,
- 3:34:33because they gotta mark all this down in their little book
- 3:34:37because
- 3:34:38sometimes a court may call upon them.
- 3:34:42I was was talking to a notary
- 3:34:45that does my documents at a bank at Wells Fargo.
- 3:34:49I asked him if a if the court if a judge ever,
- 3:34:52called upon him to, you know, bring his book in that it records, you know, all the all the notary recordings.
- 3:34:59And he said, all of all the years I've been doing this, yes, one time I had to
- 3:35:04appear in court and show the judge my book because there's some type of issue going on. I can't remember the details,
- 3:35:11but that's why it's very important that they
- 3:35:14are very,
- 3:35:16you know, accurate as far as what they're writing in their book and what kind of document is being notarized.
- 3:35:21Another thing they look over is the notary page.
- 3:35:25They gotta make sure it's compliant.
- 3:35:27So here's another thing in Florida, and you you gotta check to make sure how how
- 3:35:33your state applies that page
- 3:35:35and make sure that you are compliant
- 3:35:39with the law.
- 3:35:41Because, like, in Florida, a few years ago, they changed to the way they accept the notary
- 3:35:46the notary page.
- 3:35:48And and so if you try to use the old way,
- 3:35:52notaries now will reject
- 3:35:54it. They'll they'll tell you that you gotta be compliant
- 3:35:58because the supreme court even passed it as a as a law,
- 3:36:02and it supersedes the old way of,
- 3:36:04you know, putting down the
- 3:36:07the words on that notary page. And so you you your best it's best to just check with your local laws
- 3:36:14to find out, you know, if you are compliant
- 3:36:17so that the notary doesn't reject it.
- 3:36:20But the notary is under very strict privacy laws, so they're able to look over your document. They just can't disagree with it,
- 3:36:28they can't
- 3:36:30reveal its contents unless
- 3:36:33they were ordered by a judge.
- 3:36:35Like, if they're if if especially their book, like, the judge might ask them, you know, do you remember notarizing
- 3:36:41this and, you know, what what this had to do with or whatever? So they'd have to be under the order of a court.
- 3:36:54Unknown: So the purpose of an affidavit,
- 3:36:56though,
- 3:36:58is to verify
- 3:37:00that the individual
- 3:37:03is saying
- 3:37:04who he says he is,
- 3:37:06identificationally
- 3:37:11in association with the, quote, document.
- 3:37:14That's that's what I understand.
- 3:37:18Unknown: Well, there's different kinds of affidavits. So if you're talking about Roger's affidavit,
- 3:37:22again, a a notary can't disagree with it. They're
- 3:37:26just there to see that you're the person that's signing the document,
- 3:37:29and they're gonna record in their booklet,
- 3:37:31you know, whatever required information is necessary. But
- 3:37:35if you're talking about an affidavit of facts,
- 3:37:38I mean, how can they disagree with that?
- 3:37:41You know, if, like, say you witnessed a crime and or some some something happened, some very, you know,
- 3:37:48detrimental thing occurred,
- 3:37:50and so you you just you wanted to
- 3:37:54fill out an affidavit of facts,
- 3:37:57then those are your facts. How could anyone disagree with them? You're the one that witnessed them according
- 3:38:03to your five senses.
- 3:38:07You know, there's different kinds of affidavits.
- 3:38:12Unknown: Yeah. Larry, when
- 3:38:14back in '85
- 3:38:17when I filed
- 3:38:20or I put in for my first
- 3:38:22passport.
- 3:38:23I was actually already over in Europe,
- 3:38:27but
- 3:38:28I was over there in
- 3:38:30the military. So
- 3:38:32we all had to quote military ID cards, which
- 3:38:36on the back of it, I believe it had this what they call the SOFA, status of forces
- 3:38:43agreement,
- 3:38:45which I I guess that's supposed to be like a, you know, a big hoopla in itself.
- 3:38:50You didn't have to have a passport
- 3:38:53because you normally either well, you flew over on orders,
- 3:38:58and usually,
- 3:39:00as soon as you got to the airport,
- 3:39:04you were shuffled away
- 3:39:07by military people that were showing you, you know,
- 3:39:11they were in processing you
- 3:39:14to that command. But, anyway, when I eventually, when I did fill out my
- 3:39:21paperwork
- 3:39:22to do a get a passport
- 3:39:24so I could go over to Czechoslovakia
- 3:39:27back in back when the wall was still up,
- 3:39:30I literally
- 3:39:32remember
- 3:39:34there was a quest there were there were questions
- 3:39:38that were asked. And
- 3:39:41I had just finished a book. I don't know if it was Eustace Moan's book or I thought it was America Throw Off the Yoke, but I wouldn't you know, I I could that was so long ago I can't remember. But I do remember this.
- 3:39:56And and it's in my
- 3:39:58it's in my personnel files
- 3:40:00or should still be.
- 3:40:02They might sometimes they purge things after a a certain period of time.
- 3:40:07But
- 3:40:08it literally asked me the question back in 1985,
- 3:40:13are are you
- 3:40:15are is
- 3:40:17it was that
- 3:40:20think it was 18
- 3:40:21or 28 USC
- 3:40:24at 1746
- 3:40:25Dash 1 where
- 3:40:28when I I checked the block
- 3:40:30that it
- 3:40:32said without
- 3:40:33The United States,
- 3:40:37And it said within The United States Of America.
- 3:40:41And that's the block that I checked.
- 3:40:44And I'll never forget that because, you
- 3:40:47know, when I
- 3:40:49years later, when I got back to States and eventually, I'm I'm hearing Roger on RBN.
- 3:40:56And
- 3:40:59years and then also years later,
- 3:41:03he was talking about the affidavit and stuff.
- 3:41:06It it triggered me
- 3:41:10actually checking a block that said
- 3:41:13without The United States, within The United States Of America.
- 3:41:17And I knew that that
- 3:41:19the definition of when I checked that block is that I'm not
- 3:41:25I'm not under the jurisdiction of the District of Columbia.
- 3:41:32So it's
- 3:41:33it's out there. And what I wanted to do
- 3:41:36was I wanted to get and
- 3:41:38just print off that,
- 3:41:41and I guess they call it a.
- 3:41:44But,
- 3:41:45yeah, that
- 3:41:47notary,
- 3:41:48she she didn't wanna sign that because she said we've got pre prefabricated
- 3:41:55form here that I'll notarize for you.
- 3:41:59And I said, okay. Well, yeah. Alright. Whatever. Because she she didn't wanna she didn't wanna put her little
- 3:42:06a pot I don't know what they call it. A pots a pot hole or
- 3:42:11whatever to the form.
- 3:42:13Because that's what I was looking for. I I was looking for the a notary on that that said
- 3:42:20with
- 3:42:21without The United States.
- 3:42:25Unknown: A possible That's really up to you to put that in there. They they shouldn't have any say in that.
- 3:42:32So there's a difference between the jurat, your penalty of perjury statement,
- 3:42:36and your notary certification.
- 3:42:38The sort what I was referring to is your notary certification
- 3:42:42has to be compliant according to the laws of of your state.
- 3:42:47So like I said, in Florida a couple of years back, the supreme court
- 3:42:51changed the law.
- 3:42:52And so now if you go in there
- 3:42:55and try to use an old notary certification,
- 3:42:58way it was done
- 3:42:59before the law changed,
- 3:43:01most notaries will tell you that you need to go back home and change it. Or if you're pressed for time,
- 3:43:08I've had this done too,
- 3:43:11they
- 3:43:12will insert their own page that is compliant because they have to go they have to be compliant with the law. So they'll just
- 3:43:21they'll just cross out your your notary certification page,
- 3:43:25and they'll include their own,
- 3:43:28and they'll provide a brief explanation. Some some of them will do that. But
- 3:43:33that's what you gotta be careful about. So just before you go to the notary or even be while you're typing up your document,
- 3:43:41just look up the the notary certification for your state and make sure, you know, it is a a more recent one in terms of of that it's being based on the law the recent laws,
- 3:43:54and and then draft it that way, and you shouldn't have any problem.
- 3:44:00Unknown: Now there there's no there's no Hey. I I So this is hate taking. Take it
- 3:44:05Unknown: that there's no problems putting on your
- 3:44:09after they have
- 3:44:11notarized it,
- 3:44:12you can you can come around later on and put notice to the agent's notice to the principal, notice to the principal, notice to the agent,
- 3:44:21and that shouldn't fudge up the affidavit
- 3:44:24any, should it?
- 3:44:27Unknown: Well, technically, you're not supposed to alter a document,
- 3:44:31you know, but,
- 3:44:34you know, I guess you could do that,
- 3:44:36you know, because the notary is not really really you know, they're they're allowed to read it, but they're not really reading it reading it in its entirety. Like I said, they're looking for missing pages. I once filed a federal complaint,
- 3:44:47and it had an affidavit that needed to be notarized
- 3:44:50toward the end of the complaint.
- 3:44:52And most federal complaints, you you just need to get them notarized anyway, especially if you're a pro se.
- 3:44:59I think most attorneys can get away with not doing that.
- 3:45:02But, the notary at the bank,
- 3:45:05I mean, this is a pretty long complaint.
- 3:45:07I
- 3:45:09think I think it have a consistent of, like, a 100 pages
- 3:45:12with exhibits,
- 3:45:14and they were the I can't remember. I think it was a female. She was yeah. It was a female. She was thumbing through that thing, making sure every page was there and
- 3:45:24looking
- 3:45:24at what kind of document it was
- 3:45:27recording
- 3:45:28it in her book.
- 3:45:30And so they're allowed to do that. They just can't they just gotta adhere to the privacy laws,
- 3:45:37And they can't disagree with it either. That's your document.
- 3:45:43Unknown: Okay.
- 3:45:46Well, thank thanks, Larry.
- 3:45:57Unknown: Comment.
- 3:46:00When I was doing my revocation of election
- 3:46:03a while back,
- 3:46:05it was suggested to me that I
- 3:46:07attach a jurat to it.
- 3:46:10So I tried putting a
- 3:46:13notary form basically on my document, but there wasn't enough room.
- 3:46:17So my question is,
- 3:46:20how would you do additional page for just the jurat?
- 3:46:24So,
- 3:46:25Larry, you did all those multiple pages, so you must have had one page that was just the jurat page in that yield.
- 3:46:36Unknown: Well, you're just you're signing under penalties of perjury under the laws of The United States Of America without The United States. I think that's 28 United States code seventeen forty six, if I'm not mistaken.
- 3:46:49I mean, that's fine. You can have that.
- 3:46:51And then right after that, it's gonna be your your notary certification
- 3:46:55page,
- 3:46:56which is to be based upon the laws of your particular state.
- 3:47:01And
- 3:47:02and you could have that as a like, it's when it comes to, like, a federal complaint,
- 3:47:07I mean, it could it could be standalone. It could be included in the complaint.
- 3:47:13I mean, I don't think there's any rule. I I just included mine as a page within the complaint somewhere near the end of the complaint.
- 3:47:22It was a federal lawsuit,
- 3:47:24civil lawsuit,
- 3:47:26and and then, you know,
- 3:47:30all my exhibits were right after that. So
- 3:47:34I don't think there's a
- 3:47:38specific rule that you can't do this or can't do that.
- 3:47:42You just got to make sure that the certification
- 3:47:45page is is
- 3:47:47correct. So does that make sense?
- 3:47:54Unknown: It does make sense. It's a certification
- 3:47:56page that's
- 3:47:58separate from all the other pages. Correct?
- 3:48:04Unknown: It's what the it's what the notary signs. Like, you like, they
- 3:48:09so and so appeared before me. Like, you'll have a line. So and so appeared before me or not appeared, but was
- 3:48:16before me this day, and they write in the date and
- 3:48:20showed me identification
- 3:48:22or they personally knew you.
- 3:48:24That's another choice.
- 3:48:26Most of the time, most people don't know their know the note you know, the notary that they're going to. So
- 3:48:32it's always gonna be, you know, they present an identification,
- 3:48:36and then they
- 3:48:38the notary has their stamp and they stamp the page, says my commission expires on such and such date,
- 3:48:44and then they have to literally,
- 3:48:47subscribe the page. They have to sign the page, the notary certification
- 3:48:51page,
- 3:48:52but your jurat is right before that. And you don't sign that until you're in their presence and you sign it and date it in their presence.
- 3:49:01So in other words, got your affidavit.
- 3:49:04Like, say you witnessed a crime, You know, I saw this. I heard this.
- 3:49:09I smelled this.
- 3:49:11And then you have your jurat, you're you know, under penalties of perjury under the laws of The United States Of America.
- 3:49:17I certify that these facts are true, certain, correct, and not misleading.
- 3:49:23And then right after that is your notary certification,
- 3:49:27which goes by the laws of the state,
- 3:49:30and they the notary fills all that out, that they looked at your ID, they check marks. Like in Florida, you got to have a little check mark box
- 3:49:37that they checked your ID.
- 3:49:42Or if it was an online
- 3:49:44notary,
- 3:49:45there's a check mark box for that, I believe.
- 3:49:47But you know? And then they they print your name out,
- 3:49:52and they
- 3:49:53they fill fill in the date. I think there's, like, seven
- 3:49:57seven
- 3:49:58parts that they have to fill out on a if it's a at
- 3:50:03least here in Florida,
- 3:50:05order to properly complete
- 3:50:08the notary certification page,
- 3:50:10the notary has to be sure that there's
- 3:50:13seven items on that page.
- 3:50:16And and some of them are their signature,
- 3:50:20their notary stamp.
- 3:50:22They have to put the data data. They have to put how they
- 3:50:26how they, identified
- 3:50:28you. They have to put the county that they're in, you know, county of,
- 3:50:33state
- 3:50:34of, county of. So there's, like, seven elements to a notary certification
- 3:50:39page,
- 3:50:40and it's up to the notary to fill all that out. You're just when you draft the page,
- 3:50:46you're going to get like a template.
- 3:50:48If you look up in the laws of your state,
- 3:50:50you'll find a template
- 3:50:52in the statutes,
- 3:50:54and you just transfer that to your document,
- 3:50:57like in your in your Word document that you're drafting.
- 3:51:00And you have that template there, and it's up to the notary to fill it all in and and put their stamp on the page.
- 3:51:08And then you sign the juror in their presence and you date it in their presence.
- 3:51:14Does that make sense?
- 3:51:17Unknown: Yes. All of that makes sense.
- 3:51:20The main thing I'm trying to drill down into is you've got all of your documents there, and then you've got your certification
- 3:51:27page.
- 3:51:29That's basically what I was getting at is that you would have your own separate page
- 3:51:33that's included with all of your other documents that they need to sign and fill out. I understand.
- 3:51:38Unknown: Yeah. I mean, you could draft an affidavit. Like, if you're gonna draft an affidavit like what Roger teaches,
- 3:51:44could get all that on the front on the front of the page.
- 3:51:48You know?
- 3:51:50I I did. Did. Even I got my I got my, you know, statement that I make made that I'm
- 3:51:58that I'm a national, not a citizen of The United States. I got my juror ad in there, and I've got my compliant notary certification
- 3:52:07at the very bottom of the front of the page. I got it all squeezed on one page.
- 3:52:13I didn't want there to be multiple pages and I don't want it to be on the back.
- 3:52:17Some say it's okay, like, if you can't fit it
- 3:52:21instead of, you know, the possibility of
- 3:52:25having a page get lost or misplaced,
- 3:52:28like especially your second page,
- 3:52:30you could do it on the back and then at the bottom of the front page, could just write continued on back or
- 3:52:37notary certification continued
- 3:52:39on back.
- 3:52:41And that way
- 3:52:42it's all on one page literally,
- 3:52:44if you can't fit it all on the front of the paper.
- 3:52:49Unknown: Understand.
- 3:52:51When when we were talking about revocation of election earlier and Julie was talking about David Spring's nationalstatus.info
- 3:52:59website
- 3:53:00where they have three different types of revocations,
- 3:53:03one of them being a 13 page one that I didn't know.
- 3:53:06I was planning on doing my own, but the 13 page one sounds better now.
- 3:53:12And that's what I'm getting at is you've got these 13 pages, and you need to get a jurat included with those pages. That's that's what I'm trying to drill down to is the physical paper
- 3:53:23itself.
- 3:53:26Unknown: Because I tried to If you wanna do a registration of election,
- 3:53:30you can include
- 3:53:32a notary certification page and a jurat on it also. There's nothing wrong with that.
- 3:53:39Unknown: I think that 13 page has, like, a jurat on it, but if it doesn't, these people aren't doing a jurat. They're notarizing the last page, you're sending it in.
- 3:53:48And they're not notifying and they're not notifying everybody. They're only notifying two offices, the IRS commissioner
- 3:53:55in
- 3:53:57Washington DC and the IRS director closest to your state. That's it.
- 3:54:04Unknown: Okay. I think I numbered?
- 3:54:06Yeah. The yeah. That's enough. And, you know, Julie, here's the problem.
- 3:54:10Unknown: You know how you put that that statement,
- 3:54:12notice to the principal's notice to the agent? Well, you're sending that to an agent with no principal.
- 3:54:19I
- 3:54:19don't know even I don't even know how to think about that at this point because they're You know what? As far as I know, there's no principal. You can't have an agency without a principal.
- 3:54:29Unknown: Well, they have I understand that, but they put that on there anyway. I mean, it depends on who gets it. If they get it an IRS agent gets it,
- 3:54:38I I don't know.
- 3:54:40You know? You've got the prince the principal there. It would be the IRS commissioner. The IRS agent would be the No, there's only one principal and he's
- 3:54:51Unknown: put there by the president as far as I know,
- 3:54:54and that office is vacant.
- 3:54:56Used to be beset,
- 3:54:58but he's no longer the principal of the IRS. So you have a He's the acting commissioner. He
- 3:55:05was the acting, but there is no principal now. I don't know how they're lawfully getting away with that.
- 3:55:12Unknown: Well, they are. They're using they're he's he's the one who's
- 3:55:16you know, all you gotta do is you don't even have to address his name on it. The the the white Paris one just says to IRS commissioner.
- 3:55:24The one that you send to the nearest state that's closest to yours, they're just putting to IRS director. They're not putting names on them.
- 3:55:36They're not and they're not addressing it to any of these state people.
- 3:55:42Unknown: Right. I'm not saying not to do it. I'm just saying how are they getting away with being
- 3:55:47a legitimate agency,
- 3:55:49which we know they're not legitimate. Right. Right. How are they getting away with not having a principal in office?
- 3:55:56Unknown: You know what? Whole
- 3:55:58the whole shenanigan is a lawless mafia run organization.
- 3:56:02They have they don't even have laws. They do whatever they wanna do. They make up whatever they wanna do. They prosecute us for whatever they wanted prosecute us for. They make up charges. So
- 3:56:12all I know is that these people are getting sixty day letters back from the IRS saying, we need sixty more days to evaluate, they never hear from them again. You go to the irs.gov
- 3:56:21and you go to the back end of the database and put your social security and number in and it says no tax no taxes owed.
- 3:56:36So the 13 pager White Paris document is working as is on Dave and Kay's website.
- 3:56:44Unknown: And if you really wanna be specific, Victor, you can
- 3:56:48file a a 60 pager like Jerry Day.
- 3:56:51That's
- 3:56:52unbelievable.
- 3:56:53Unknown: Didn't you say 60 pages, Julie? Yeah. That's 60 pages. Yep. And and, you know, and Von Rice is is around that as well. Hers is a lot a of time.
- 3:57:14Unknown: Yeah. Larry and Julie, I wanted to say I really appreciate all the help. And it's
- 3:57:19pretty clear
- 3:57:21that I I was wondering today, it's the
- 3:57:24the juror act, the the declaration page, and it's a different document that you included.
- 3:57:33Unknown: Vic Victor, you're muffled.
- 3:57:37Unknown: I was saying that I appreciate both of you guys' help. And what I'm getting out of this is
- 3:57:43that the the jurat, the declaration page, is just a separate document that you include with all of your other pages and whatever you're filing that you wanna get notarized.
- 3:57:59Unknown: Say say that again. I'm
- 3:58:02Unknown: just saying that declaration page is a separate page apart from the other pages that you're including with all the other pages
- 3:58:09to
- 3:58:11notarize that document.
- 3:58:13It's
- 3:58:14Unknown: you have a you have a you have your declaration.
- 3:58:17In other words, whatever it is you're trying to say
- 3:58:20for
- 3:58:21whatever purpose,
- 3:58:23and then you have your jurat.
- 3:58:25You're without The United States statement under penalties of perjury.
- 3:58:30I certify this to be true, correct,
- 3:58:33not misleading.
- 3:58:35And then you have your notary certification right after that. It's all one document.
- 3:58:41It's not separate documents. It's all one document.
- 3:58:45It's just those are the different parts of the same document.
- 3:58:49Unknown: Yeah. What I mean by separate document is,
- 3:58:52let's say that I do the 13 page one on nationalstatus.info,
- 3:58:57and I want to include the Julie says that the juror is already on there, but
- 3:59:02if I did my own, for instance, 13 page document,
- 3:59:06that declaration would be just a different another page added to those other pages is what I'm getting at.
- 3:59:14Yeah. If
- 3:59:17Unknown: it doesn't have a notary certification
- 3:59:19page,
- 3:59:20you could add it if you want. It would probably
- 3:59:23be wise to do that, in my opinion.
- 3:59:29I've heard that whatever you send to the IRS,
- 3:59:32in order to make it official,
- 3:59:35you should always get it notarized.
- 3:59:38Now there's been times I've helped people respond and I've responded myself without
- 3:59:43having a document or a response notarized,
- 3:59:47and I think it still gets the job done.
- 3:59:49But
- 3:59:51if you really want to make it official,
- 3:59:53you could get it notarized.
- 3:59:55I guess that puts a little bit more
- 3:59:59know,
- 4:00:00gives it a little bit more teeth like Roger says.
- 4:00:09Unknown: Okay. Once again, thank you both very much for your input on all of this,
- 4:00:15and I yield.
- 4:00:17Unknown: Yeah. One more thing. I I would just
- 4:00:19I won't even I won't even reference that thing about being suspended and terminated.
- 4:00:25That all comes from a flowchart.
- 4:00:27And I think now as I look back on it, because like I said,
- 4:00:34adjust
- 4:00:35what I believe to be the right thing and what
- 4:00:39I consider to be truth as I go along and continue researching something,
- 4:00:44I adjust what
- 4:00:46I believe.
- 4:00:48And so
- 4:00:49I used to think that
- 4:00:52perhaps
- 4:00:53the
- 4:00:54non resident alien American national was hidden behind
- 4:00:58the
- 4:00:59And to some extent, I still believe that,
- 4:01:02was hidden behind the
- 4:01:04non resident alien foreign national. And so I figured on that flow chart,
- 4:01:10which is based off of the actual statute,
- 4:01:13sixty thirteen gs,
- 4:01:16that's what they're using to
- 4:01:19justify the flow chart.
- 4:01:22But now as I look back on it, I'm thinking
- 4:01:26that flowchart,
- 4:01:28gee,
- 4:01:30they're dealing specifically
- 4:01:32and exclusively
- 4:01:34with the
- 4:01:35nonresident alien foreign nationals.
- 4:01:39And so
- 4:01:42won't even
- 4:01:44bother
- 4:01:45referencing
- 4:01:46that material anymore.
- 4:01:50Anyway, just an FYI.
- 4:01:54Unknown: I understand, Larry.
- 4:01:56The reason why I brought up the
- 4:01:58suspending the account and everything is to try to help Roger understand better.
- 4:02:03What I would really like to have happen is that it's all concrete,
- 4:02:07so there's really not so much confusion
- 4:02:09in the in the future for upcoming students and current students,
- 4:02:14if that makes sense.
- 4:02:18Unknown: Yeah. It does.
- 4:02:20Unknown: Okay.
- 4:02:21Unknown: Alright. Thank you. I yield. I'm out of here. The problem, Victor, is that there's more than one way to skin a cat.
- 4:02:27And some people prefer to write their own. Other people prefer to add things, subtract things. So there's no one
- 4:02:35right way
- 4:02:37to do this.
- 4:02:39Unknown: Yeah. I understand.
- 4:02:41But as long as we knew the proper definitions
- 4:02:45of WABEN,
- 4:02:47its proper purpose, 100% for sure this is its proper purpose. I know you can read the instructions, but you know how reading IRS instructions are,
- 4:02:56and I yield.
- 4:03:04Unknown: Since 10/06/2025,
- 4:03:07there's no
- 4:03:08commissioner at the IRS. It was replaced. Department of Treasury announced the creation.
- 4:03:14They had been in there before they put him in the Treasury.
- 4:03:18It's now Chief Executive
- 4:03:20Officer.
- 4:03:27Unknown: I don't see a name for who? Oh, wow. Now they're admitting that they're a corporation and a for profit corporation,
- 4:03:33finally.
- 4:03:34Unknown: Right? Right? Just like the board department says what it is. Mur, what are they saying?
- 4:03:40What are they saying? At the IRS, they don't have a commissioner anymore. They have a chief executive officer.
- 4:03:52Unknown: Are they still a principal?
- 4:03:54Unknown: I guess that would be called the principal.
- 4:03:57It's now the chief executive officer instead of a commissioner.
- 4:04:04Unknown: You know,
- 4:04:06when I heard that first time I heard that, and and, literally, they did read that off
- 4:04:13down at the
- 4:04:17processing
- 4:04:18center here where I live
- 4:04:21when I was trying to get some
- 4:04:24get that document affidavit to the court, but they literally read literally read that off inside the office
- 4:04:33around
- 4:04:33there were, like, at least six to eight people that were
- 4:04:37working within that office when she read that
- 4:04:41notice to the principal's notice to the agent, notice to the agent, and notice to the principal.
- 4:04:46And
- 4:04:47when I first heard that, I'm, like, thinking, well, principal, it must be something like the school principal.
- 4:04:54Correct?
- 4:04:57Unknown: Yep. PAL,
- 4:04:58not PLE.
- 4:05:02Unknown: Oh,
- 4:05:04there is a difference.
- 4:05:18Myr, what what was your meaning or translation of
- 4:05:23PLE and PAL?
- 4:05:29Unknown: In school, it's AL also.
- 4:05:32Principal means the and people mix that up with loans too. They think it's LE and not AL.
- 4:05:38The principal
- 4:05:41is the above.
- 4:05:42It's and
- 4:05:44LE is more like
- 4:05:47things you follow principles.
- 4:05:53Unknown: Or Well, the the
- 4:05:56I I think I've
- 4:05:58heck, I don't remember what I put. I don't know if I put PLE or PAL. I can't remember.
- 4:06:07I figured PAL,
- 4:06:10Unknown: but I could be wrong. Yeah. That would be it, I think.
- 4:06:21Unknown: But hike Haika, earlier when she read off what
- 4:06:26she it sounded like she was gonna use.
- 4:06:30I thought,
- 4:06:32well, that's
- 4:06:33that's exactly what's on the
- 4:06:36on the
- 4:06:38on the site.
- 4:06:40Use of force.matrix.com.
- 4:06:43SWAT training day,
- 4:06:44March 5. SWAT train
- 4:07:29Unknown: For me and Paul's sake, can we not say there's
- 4:07:33more way to skin a cat?
- 4:07:36Can it be
- 4:07:38a different
- 4:07:39term?
- 4:07:42Unknown: Make up your own.
- 4:07:57Now you see this is a good thing about doing this very different ways.
- 4:08:01They can't come back to
- 4:08:03one way and find it
- 4:08:05wrong and then that way all the ones that use that form are wrong in their book. If they're all different,
- 4:08:13it's like herding cats, let alone skinning them.
- 4:08:29Unknown: Okay. There's more than one way to do it.
- 4:08:33Variety is the spice of life.
- 4:08:36Different strokes for different folks.
- 4:08:39And there's more than one way to cook an egg.
- 4:08:42There's more than one way to peel an orange.
- 4:08:45And there are many ways to skin a kitchen and more than one way to bake a cake. How's that? How's that? And every which every which way, loose. How about that, Julie?
- 4:08:55Unknown: And none of them have anything to do with kitten fricacy.
- 4:09:03Unknown: You have an alarm kitty cat in the house in house. Or Szechuan
- 4:09:07Unknown: Siamese.
- 4:09:09Unknown: Oh.
- 4:09:12Unknown: Yeah. I thought we were trying to get away from that.
- 4:09:15Unknown: Every which way but loose.
- 4:09:21Unknown: You look around a Chinese restaurant,
- 4:09:23there are no cans.
- 4:09:25If you look around a Mexican restaurant, there are no chihuahua dogs.
- 4:09:34Unknown: Yeah. When I worked in Atlantic City, mostly nighttime, there was
- 4:09:38either a Chinese restaurant that stayed open late or a
- 4:09:42pizza place.
- 4:09:44So they would vary for takeout for our 4AM
- 4:09:47lunches
- 4:09:49or thereabouts.
- 4:09:51And I
- 4:09:52would only get spring rolls, but this
- 4:09:55restaurant,
- 4:09:57they weren't forewarned at one point, and the health inspectors found rats in the freezer.
- 4:10:03Unknown: Tastes like chicken. Really? Really? Mhmm. Oh god. Oh god. Did you see that one Chinese restaurant?
- 4:10:10One Chinese restaurant has big big letter sign up in front of restaurant. It say, we no see your cats, so stop asking.
- 4:10:21Unknown: Yeah. You might have eaten it. Yeah. You're closer than you think.
- 4:10:25Unknown: My
- 4:10:26favorite.
- 4:10:31Unknown: Cats in the kettle at the peaking moon,
- 4:10:33the place I eat every day at noon.
- 4:10:43Baby bitch,
- 4:10:45chicken or pork.
- 4:10:46It's Garfield on my fork.
- 4:10:51Unknown: Yeah.
- 4:10:53Yeah. Didn't get any greasy sausage either. I learned about that. Mhmm. That's how they like to do up people.
- 4:11:00Yeah. Oh.
- 4:11:01Ew. Ew.
- 4:11:03I get black olives.
- 4:11:05It was funny. Some of the people putting together the pizza, the black olives, you know, big black olives, they'd slice them usually, but I don't know if they're in a hurry or what. Sometimes they'd be like, oh.
- 4:11:15One time it rolled off toward this lady on the other side of the table in the lunchroom and she freaked out. She just saw it out of the corner of her eye and thought a big bug was coming for her.
- 4:11:29But she deserved it. She would go and get people stuff out of the little fridge. Right? So somebody put
- 4:11:35put laxative in their stuff and
- 4:11:39she got it. It worked on her.
- 4:11:41Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 4:11:44I've
- 4:11:45I've heard of people that actually
- 4:11:48said what they did,
- 4:11:51and,
- 4:11:53they got fired
- 4:11:58for tampering with food even if it was theirs.
- 4:12:03They got fired.
- 4:12:06So if you do that, keep quiet.
- 4:12:11Oh, there must have been something in my lunch you were sensitive to. I don't know.
- 4:12:22Maybe you shouldn't have stolen it.
- 4:12:27You really shouldn't eat things that you don't know where they came from.
- 4:12:40I'm just saying.
- 4:12:41Okay. Now I gotta restore some windows because I've been working on stuff, and I gotta figure out
- 4:12:49what time it is. Where's my clock? No. I don't see my clock. There's my clock right over here.
- 4:12:56Oh, good lord. The stream's been up for over four hours.
- 4:13:00Good grief.
- 4:13:03I mean, Natalia, this is weird. This is weird. Okay.
