• 0:01
  Speaker 1: Welcome.
• 0:01
Speaker 2: It is Verdic with Center, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you.
• 0:04
Speaker 2: I hope you had a fabulous Christmas with your family,
• 0:07
Speaker 2: your friends and holiday. And as we are getting back
• 0:10
Speaker 2: to the show as usual. I'm at the beach right now,
• 0:13
Speaker 2: so I've got a better tan than you do, Center,
• 0:15
Speaker 2: but you look professional today in the studio, so I'll
• 0:18
Speaker 2: give you props for that as well.
• 0:19
Speaker 3: Well. Ben, some of us I actually have to work
• 0:21
Speaker 3: for a living and ATRA want on behalf of our listeners,
• 0:26
Speaker 3: but especially on behalf of our viewers. I want to
• 0:29
Speaker 3: say thank you for not wearing the speedy the speed Oh,
• 0:32
Speaker 3: you're welcome, and especially for not wearing the full Borat.
• 0:37
Speaker 3: I mean, that would just be too much. Ferguson, it's
• 0:40
Speaker 3: only on Christmas Day. I keep it have to be
• 0:43
Speaker 3: Homer Simpson pouring bleach in the eyes to get that
• 0:46
Speaker 3: image out of my head.
• 0:48
Speaker 2: I knew you were going to take your shots, and
• 0:50
Speaker 2: nothing changed at the end of this year, so we're
• 0:52
Speaker 2: still this is how everything's right with the world, and
• 0:55
Speaker 2: we know it. We've got a lot to talk about
• 0:57
Speaker 2: on today's show outside of bor At, and that includes
• 1:02
Speaker 2: I would say I think probably the whole show today.
• 1:04
Speaker 2: The amount of fraud that is being exposed in Minnesota
• 1:10
Speaker 2: is truly incredible. And if you go back to the
• 1:13
Speaker 2: governor and his tweet that he put out on ten
• 1:15
Speaker 2: twenty of twenty twenty three, he said, quote, Minnesota's economy
• 1:19
Speaker 2: doesn't work without childcare providers, so we're giving them a raise.
• 1:24
Speaker 2: We're providing three hundred and sixteen million in direct funding
• 1:27
Speaker 2: to boost pay for childcare providers, all while building a
• 1:30
Speaker 2: stronger childcare system for middle class families.
• 1:34
Speaker 1: Learn more at mn dot gov.
• 1:37
Speaker 2: SLASHDHS, slash partners, and many of the groups that were
• 1:42
Speaker 2: defrauding our government are listed in that governor's text and
• 1:45
  Speaker 2: tweet right there.
• 1:47
Speaker 3: Well, look, this is a story number one about fraud.
• 1:50
Speaker 3: It's about corruption, It's about political corruption. It is about
• 1:56
Speaker 3: an immigrant community, the Somali community that came over and
• 1:59
Speaker 3: discovered American politicians willing to be partners with them, partners
• 2:04
Speaker 3: in robbing the taxpayers. The scale of this theft it
• 2:09
Speaker 3: really boggles the mind. You're looking at a period of
• 2:13
Speaker 3: years where Minnesota spent eighteen billion dollars on Medicaid and
• 2:19
Speaker 3: up to half of it, nine billion dollars, was fraudulent.
• 2:23
Speaker 3: One at every two dollars spent was stolen. And the
• 2:27
Speaker 3: absolute staggering brazenness of this really makes the jaw drop.
• 2:35
Speaker 3: But it also there was there was a vicious and
• 2:39
Speaker 3: corrupt circle where Minnesota politicians Democrats shoveled money to the
• 2:45
Speaker 3: Somali fraudsters. The Somali fraudsters made millions and even billions
• 2:51
Speaker 3: of dollars. They sent millions and even billions of dollars
• 2:54
Speaker 3: back to Somalia, back to Al Shabab, the Islamic terrorist
• 2:58
Speaker 3: group there. But they also gave thousands or even millions
• 3:03
Speaker 3: of dollars to Democrat politicians to get them elected, and
• 3:06
Speaker 3: in turn they shoveled even more and more cash. The
• 3:09
Speaker 3: two joined together. It was like Bonnie and Clyde. And
• 3:12
Speaker 3: to be clear, Tim Waltz is Bonnie in that analogy
• 3:16
Speaker 3: and is robbing the banks. But look, we wouldn't know
• 3:21
Speaker 3: about how bad this was. A twenty three year old YouTuber,
• 3:26
Speaker 3: a guy named Nick Shirley. Now I didn't know mister Shirley,
• 3:30
Speaker 3: I hadn't encountered him before, but he did something remarkable
• 3:34
Speaker 3: called investigating facts, interviewing witnesses and finding out what actually happened. Now,
• 3:41
Speaker 3: there was a time when when that particular collection of
• 3:44
Speaker 3: activities had had a word for it. It was called journalism.
• 3:47
Speaker 3: And there were these people who were typically chainsmoking, drunks
• 3:51
Speaker 3: and bars with grizzled voices who sort of pride themselves
• 3:55
  Speaker 3: on I am a journalist, that's what I do, and
• 4:00
Speaker 3: you know, and they would even give give awards, Pulitzer
• 4:03
Speaker 3: Prizes for people that engage in and there's a particular
• 4:07
Speaker 3: kind of journalism, investigative journalism actually going in well as
• 4:12
Speaker 3: the word says, investigating, asking, knocking on the door. By
• 4:17
Speaker 3: the way, their entire shows like sixty Minutes, the flagship
• 4:21
Speaker 3: news show of CBS, its entire stick is investigative journalism.
• 4:28
Speaker 3: None of the corporate media was interesting in investigating this.
• 4:33
Speaker 3: And so we're gonna actually do something unusual on this pod.
• 4:36
Speaker 3: We're gonna play significant segments from the video that Nick
• 4:40
Speaker 3: Shirley put out. This is the YouTuber who went and
• 4:43
Speaker 3: actually did the actual journalism that the corporate media refuses
• 4:46
Speaker 3: to do. I'll tell you this video has gone viral.
• 4:49
Speaker 3: As of right now, it has more than ninety million
• 4:53
Speaker 3: views on x and it keeps growing. It's adding millions
• 4:57
Speaker 3: every hour people are watching this because it turns out
• 5:00
Speaker 3: people actually want to know the truth about what happened.
• 5:03
Speaker 3: And I want you to watch and listen to this
• 5:05
Speaker 3: because he does something very simple. He goes to these
• 5:08
Speaker 3: daycare centers. He goes to these so called autism centers
• 5:11
Speaker 3: and he knocks on the doors a daycare center you
• 5:13
Speaker 3: would think would have children. So he goes and looks
• 5:16
Speaker 3: for the kids. What he finds, or rather what he
• 5:19
Speaker 3: doesn't find, is staggering. Give a listen, and this would
• 5:23
Speaker 3: be a good episode to watch on YouTube or on
• 5:26
Speaker 3: Facebook because you can actually see the fraudsters and not
• 5:31
Speaker 3: even a tiny hint of shame as they are robbing
• 5:35
Speaker 3: you blind. Give a listen, give a watch.
• 5:38
Speaker 2: But before we get to that, I want to tell
• 5:39
Speaker 2: you about our good friends at Patriot Mobile. And people
• 5:42
Speaker 2: ask me all the time how good is the coverage
• 5:44
Speaker 2: because you want to stay with the big mobile companies.
• 5:47
Speaker 2: I've been saying now for years, and they've been in
• 5:49
Speaker 2: business for well over a decade, that it is amazing coverage.
• 5:53
Speaker 2: If you've got coverage right now, you love You're gonna
• 5:55
Speaker 2: love your coverage of Patriot Mobile even more. But you
• 5:57
Speaker 2: get rid of the woke left agenda. I am proud
• 5:59
Speaker 2: to report to you that my phone worked in Israel.
• 6:03
Speaker 2: I traveled internationally and had zero issues with my sales service,
• 6:09
Speaker 2: whether I was in Bethlehem. Are literally calling from gaza
• 6:12
Speaker 2: at the Gaza Strip. This is not a joke. I
• 6:15
Speaker 2: had amazing coverage everywhere that I went. I flew back
• 6:19
Speaker 2: to the US, my phone worked perfectly, my emails, all
• 6:22
Speaker 2: the data I was posting on social media from my
• 6:25
Speaker 2: phone Tel Aviv last night. It was phenomenal. So if
• 6:29
Speaker 2: you're worried about coverage, don't be. Now why should you
• 6:32
Speaker 2: switch to the Patriot Mobile. Not only are probably gonna
• 6:34
Speaker 2: save real money every month, but then the magic happens.
• 6:37
Speaker 2: A portion of your bill every month goes back to
• 6:40
Speaker 2: support conservative causes, candidates, organizations that fight for first and
• 6:44
Speaker 2: our Second Amendment rights, the rights of unborn children, and
• 6:48
Speaker 2: they do something that's really special.
• 6:49
Speaker 1: They stand with our men and women in uniform.
• 6:51
Speaker 2: Whether it's police officers or law law enforcement in general,
• 6:55
Speaker 2: or our men and women that fight for this country overseas.
• 6:59
Speaker 2: They stand with our wounded warriors and our fallen families
• 7:02
Speaker 2: who've lost a loved one. So that there is the
• 7:04
Speaker 2: financial need and aid that is needed. So that's why
• 7:07
Speaker 2: I want you to switch to Patriot Mobile, because every
• 7:09
Speaker 2: time you pay that bill, you're making a real difference. Now,
• 7:12
Speaker 2: I also want to give you a free month of service.
• 7:14
Speaker 2: Go to Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict that's Patriot Mobile
• 7:18
Speaker 2: dot com slash verdict. Or call them nine to seven
• 7:22
Speaker 2: two Patriot. That's nine seven to Patriot for a free
• 7:25
Speaker 2: month of service. Switch today, make a difference Patriotmobile dot
• 7:29
Speaker 2: com slash verdict or nine seven to two Patriot and
• 7:32
Speaker 2: get a free month of service with a promo code verdict.
• 7:35
Speaker 2: All right, take a listen to this incredible and it
• 7:38
Speaker 2: is truly journalism that is lost, as you said, Senator,
• 7:41
Speaker 2: in all the mainstream media, they don't want to touch
• 7:43
Speaker 2: this with a ten foot poll. So they took a
• 7:45
Speaker 2: twenty something year old. He was brave enough to do it,
• 7:47
Speaker 2: and it's gone viral. Share it on social media.
• 7:50
  Speaker 1: By the way.
• 7:50
Speaker 3: By the way, a quick point, I no longer use
• 7:53
Speaker 3: the phrase mainstream media. There is nothing remotely mainstream about
• 7:59
Speaker 3: the dishonest, lying, propagandist hacks they populate CBS, ABC, NBC, CNN, MSNBC,
• 8:09
Speaker 3: The Washington Post, the New York Times. They are not mainstream.
• 8:12
Speaker 3: They are fringe leftist idealogues, and so I call them
• 8:16
Speaker 3: corporate media. I refuse to suggest there's anything remotely mainstream
• 8:21
  Speaker 3: about them.
• 8:22
  Speaker 1: Amen.
• 8:22
Speaker 2: Here is Nick again, a brave twenty something, doing the
• 8:26
Speaker 2: job that the media should have done and refuse to
• 8:29
Speaker 2: do it because they protect democrats and the governor their
• 8:31
Speaker 2: walts at all costs. Here is him telling the story
• 8:35
Speaker 2: of just how bad the fraud actually is.
• 8:38
Speaker 4: When I look at the world as whole and I
• 8:41
Speaker 4: look at fraud, the Twin Cities is ground zero. The
• 8:46
Speaker 4: fraud is worse here than anywhere else ever in history, anywhere.
• 8:51
Speaker 5: We're gonna go in front these people. We're gonna go
• 8:52
Speaker 5: to these daycare centers. We're gonna see of what's actually happening.
• 8:55
Speaker 4: Okay, so we have to be careful because these people
• 8:57
Speaker 4: are very violent, their exception violent.
• 9:00
Speaker 5: Now, with all of David's evidence, we headed out to
• 9:03
Speaker 5: the streets in Minneapolis to see how much fraud we
• 9:05
Speaker 5: could uncover in one afternoon. Where are we going?
• 9:08
Speaker 4: Now, We're going to a place called Mako Childcare, which
• 9:12
Speaker 4: actually has another childcare registered at the same address called
• 9:17
Speaker 4: Mini child Care Center.
• 9:19
Speaker 5: So we should see lots of children there's at this
• 9:22
Speaker 5: childcare centers. Especially there's two.
• 9:23
Speaker 4: The two of them combined our license for one hundred
• 9:26
  Speaker 4: and twenty.
• 9:27
Speaker 5: And how much money have these childcare senator received.
• 9:31
Speaker 4: None of those vans had moved in six months, none
• 9:34
Speaker 4: of them. In twenty twenty one of them received one
• 9:37
Speaker 4: point three million, and twenty twenty one they got nine
• 9:40
Speaker 4: hunt and eighty seven thousand. In twenty twenty two they
• 9:43
Speaker 4: got seven hundred and fourteen thousand. That's the last I
• 9:46
Speaker 4: have for that one, and then the other one one
• 9:48
Speaker 4: point six zero four million. In fiscal year twenty twenty five.
• 9:54
Speaker 4: Fiscal year twenty twenty four they got about eight hundred thousand,
• 9:58
Speaker 4: and in twenty you're twenty twenty three, they got nine
• 10:01
Speaker 4: hundred and four fifty nine dollars. This place right here, yes,
• 10:06
Speaker 4: outside of it, well, this is actually two daycares are
• 10:09
Speaker 4: registered here. One of them is Mako what you see
• 10:12
Speaker 4: on the sign. The other one has many childcare center
• 10:16
Speaker 4: and between the two of these childcare centers, they're pulling
• 10:20
Speaker 4: in about three million dollars a year, and there are
• 10:24
Speaker 4: no children. Every facility is you go to, the windows
• 10:26
Speaker 4: will be blocked out, so you can't see, and there's
• 10:29
Speaker 4: nobody here. You won't see a single child at any
• 10:32
  Speaker 4: of these facilities.
• 10:33
Speaker 5: There are indeed no windows. All the windows are blocked
• 10:37
Speaker 5: out right here. All right, let's go in and the
• 10:42
Speaker 5: childcare center is locked. Shooting the doorbell, try to get in,
• 10:46
Speaker 5: rang the doorbell. Nobody showed up. They're open seventy's a
• 10:49
Speaker 5: week at seventy end to ten pm, it says here
• 10:52
Speaker 5: on their sign. Yet there's absolutely nobody here. And this
• 10:55
Speaker 5: building here right here has generated millions of dollars, and
• 11:01
Speaker 5: it seems like business isn't even open right now, and
• 11:03
Speaker 5: it's a weekday. And if this was a daycare center,
• 11:04
Speaker 5: it wouldn't just be in some industrialized building there. It'd
• 11:07
Speaker 5: be maybe like a playground or something outside, or.
• 11:09
Speaker 4: There's no play area for the kids. So where are
• 11:13
Speaker 4: the kids? Where's anybody? How can there be nobody here?
• 11:17
Speaker 4: And it's like this every single day. I've never seen
• 11:20
Speaker 4: a single child here. In nine years, I've never seen
• 11:25
Speaker 4: a single child at this building right there.
• 11:27
Speaker 5: Oh, then now it looks like we've already gotten Somali's coming.
• 11:30
Speaker 4: To They're coming the words out.
• 11:31
Speaker 5: Hello, is this your daycare? No?
• 11:34
Speaker 6: Can you tell us.
• 11:34
Speaker 4: Where there are no children. Have you ever seen children
• 11:37
Speaker 4: at this childcare center?
• 11:40
Speaker 5: Doesn't know if you've ever seen a child here? All right,
• 11:42
Speaker 5: let's go to the next location. Now we're going to
• 11:44
Speaker 5: the next daycare center. How much money has this one generated?
• 11:47
Speaker 4: This one in fiscal year twenty twenty five one million,
• 11:51
Speaker 4: forty two fifty nine dollars, in fiscal year twenty twenty
• 11:55
Speaker 4: four one million, fifty nine thousand, seventy eight dollars, and
• 11:59
Speaker 4: in fifty year twenty three, seven hundred and twenty seven thousand,
• 12:02
Speaker 4: three hundred and thirty six dollars.
• 12:04
Speaker 5: This next one is literally one block away, and this
• 12:08
Speaker 5: one's also generated nearly three million dollars in the past
• 12:11
Speaker 5: three years. And see if there's any children. But see
• 12:13
Speaker 5: if any of the buildings are open. Here we go.
• 12:16
Speaker 5: All right, we've arrived to ABC Learning Center. All the
• 12:21
Speaker 5: windows are blocked out. Let's see if anybody is here.
• 12:28
Speaker 5: This door is locked.
• 12:30
Speaker 4: This facility has licensed for forty children, zero children. I've
• 12:35
Speaker 4: come by this place one hundred times. I've never seen
• 12:37
  Speaker 4: a child here.
• 12:38
  Speaker 6: Ever.
• 12:39
Speaker 4: Another thing I've ever seen is someone's standing outside smoking.
• 12:42
Speaker 5: What's crazy about this is that last daycare center? Is
• 12:44
Speaker 5: that green building right there, and the other daycare center
• 12:48
Speaker 5: right now is right here. These buildings should be operating
• 12:51
Speaker 5: as they're receiving literally millions of dollars. I knocked on
• 12:57
Speaker 5: the door, and to my surprise, somebody actually answered the door. Hello,
• 13:02
Speaker 5: can we speak? I would like to check a child
• 13:06
Speaker 5: in the daycare? Can I speak to a manager? Where
• 13:13
Speaker 5: can I get paperwork to file for my son? I
• 13:15
Speaker 5: wanted to put my son Joey in daycare? And after
• 13:17
Speaker 5: a few questions, the lady went silent. Looks like little
• 13:20
Speaker 5: Joey Shirley ain't going to daycare here? And now where
• 13:23
  Speaker 5: are we going?
• 13:23
Speaker 4: Now we're going to Sweet Angel Childcare.
• 13:26
Speaker 5: We're in the middle of a strip mall here inside
• 13:28
  Speaker 5: of this neighborhood.
• 13:30
Speaker 4: In fiscal year twenty twenty five, this facility, which sh
• 13:34
Speaker 4: has its license for seventy four kids, was paid one
• 13:37
Speaker 4: point two six million dollars in tax money. And there
• 13:42
Speaker 4: are no kids, and all the facilities are the same way,
• 13:45
  Speaker 4: all of them.
• 13:46
Speaker 5: Let's see if anyone opens.
• 13:47
  Speaker 6: Yeah, let's see.
• 13:48
Speaker 7: Once again, I try to find a spot for my
• 13:50
Speaker 7: son Joey, and they would not open the door.
• 13:54
Speaker 5: I want to put my son Joey in daycare cause
• 13:57
Speaker 5: I need a spot to put my son Joey. Yes,
• 14:02
Speaker 5: is this your daycare center?
• 14:04
  Speaker 1: No?
• 14:06
Speaker 5: I just wanted to put a child in daycare, but
• 14:07
Speaker 5: all the daycare centers seem to be closed. No one's
• 14:11
  Speaker 5: opening the doors.
• 14:12
  Speaker 8: You work here?
• 14:13
Speaker 5: Oh, E was Yeah, what's helping?
• 14:15
Speaker 6: Where are the kids? Yeah?
• 14:16
Speaker 4: Says it's license for seventy four children right here? State
• 14:20
Speaker 4: of Minnesota. Where are the kids? They got paid one
• 14:23
Speaker 4: point two six million.
• 14:24
Speaker 6: Dollars in fister, you're twenty twenty five.
• 14:26
Speaker 4: It says they have a capacity for seventy four children?
• 14:30
  Speaker 5: When when?
• 14:30
Speaker 4: Where are the kids?
• 14:31
  Speaker 6: Right here?
• 14:32
Speaker 4: State of Minnesota website? You work here and you don't know.
• 14:37
  Speaker 6: I don't know. I was dead before. I don't know.
• 14:39
Speaker 6: What's who goes going on?
• 14:40
Speaker 4: Were there any kids when you worked here?
• 14:41
  Speaker 6: He's dead, He's dead, so.
• 14:43
  Speaker 5: Many I don't know.
• 14:44
Speaker 4: I don't know. Yeah, you worked here? Okay, well then
• 14:47
Speaker 4: you're out of any hope.
• 14:47
Speaker 5: Can I put my son into daycare here?
• 14:49
  Speaker 2: No?
• 14:50
  Speaker 4: No, No, I don't know.
• 14:50
Speaker 5: Can I speak to someone I don't know?
• 14:53
  Speaker 4: No?
• 14:53
Speaker 5: Yeah, I would like to see if I can put
• 14:55
Speaker 5: my son Joey here?
• 14:56
Speaker 6: Who is his sign?
• 14:57
  Speaker 7: Joey?
• 14:57
Speaker 5: My son Joey, Can I check out daycare center?
• 15:01
  Speaker 1: No child?
• 15:04
Speaker 5: Do you put your kid here? In the staycare? There
• 15:06
Speaker 5: is one child in there? Yeah, would like to know
• 15:08
Speaker 5: if this is a legit business. Yeah, I'm scared of
• 15:10
  Speaker 5: you too.
• 15:11
Speaker 6: How come I explain.
• 15:12
Speaker 5: You're scared of me?
• 15:13
  Speaker 6: Yeah?
• 15:16
Speaker 5: Because of my color. You said you're scared of me
• 15:18
Speaker 5: because of my color. Does that make you a racist? No,
• 15:21
Speaker 5: but you said you're you said you're scared of me
• 15:23
Speaker 5: because of my color. I'm not saying you said you're
• 15:25
Speaker 5: scared of me because of my color, that makes you
• 15:27
Speaker 5: a racist. So right now they're all getting mad because
• 15:30
Speaker 5: he's showing the paperwork this business being registered as a business.
• 15:33
Speaker 5: Seventy four children? Have no children? He saw one child
• 15:36
Speaker 5: when the lady opened up the door. So now they're
• 15:39
  Speaker 5: all getting mad.
• 15:40
Speaker 4: What was this money spent on?
• 15:43
Speaker 6: One million? What was that money? Any kids?
• 15:47
Speaker 4: Afterdand aren't the kids? Well? Then why are you talking?
• 15:50
Speaker 4: For the talk to you? I'm sorry, I'm not what
• 15:54
  Speaker 4: he's talking about.
• 15:54
Speaker 6: Do you have a child here?
• 15:56
  Speaker 5: No?
• 15:56
Speaker 6: Does anybody where are there seventy four kids?
• 16:00
Speaker 8: Did you lose them? Did you lose these kids? Do
• 16:03
Speaker 8: I need to call someone? Do I need to issue
• 16:05
Speaker 8: an Amber alert for missing children. Are these children missing?
• 16:11
Speaker 8: It's not my business that children are missing. Seventy four
• 16:14
Speaker 8: infant and toddlers, free.
• 16:16
Speaker 5: School, the prison right there. There's no children anywhere here.
• 16:27
Speaker 5: It's kept buying away. I think we're moving on to
• 16:29
  Speaker 5: the next location.
• 16:31
Speaker 1: I have a good day, Senator.
• 16:33
Speaker 2: Let's just pause there for a second and and and
• 16:36
Speaker 2: just go back. I mean, we are basically ten minutes
• 16:40
Speaker 2: into this video that is forty two minutes long. I
• 16:42
Speaker 2: would encourage everybody to look at it. You've retweeted, I've
• 16:45
Speaker 2: retweeted it, and you can watch the entire thing. You
• 16:47
Speaker 2: can watch this video as well as on Facebook and
• 16:50
Speaker 2: on YouTube as we're putting it out there. But the
• 16:53
Speaker 2: level of fraud, I can't for a moment believe that
• 16:58
Speaker 2: the government and the and the governor and the Democratic
• 17:02
Speaker 2: Party were not involved in this fraud. Forget looking the
• 17:06
Speaker 2: other way, like this is just a gregious, deliberate corruption
• 17:12
Speaker 2: at the highest levels. And it's look, if it was
• 17:16
Speaker 2: one place, one location out of hundreds of childcare centers
• 17:19
Speaker 2: in the state, you could say, well, hold on, it's
• 17:21
Speaker 2: kind of hard to police every one of them. This
• 17:23
Speaker 2: one got under our radar. This is all of them.
• 17:25
Speaker 2: This is everywhere they're going.
• 17:28
Speaker 3: Look, this is organized theft at a wholesale scale, and
• 17:34
Speaker 3: it's brazen. So what we just witnessed this is one
• 17:37
Speaker 3: twenty three year old guy with an iPhone going and
• 17:41
Speaker 3: just looking at the addresses. You can get the addresses
• 17:43
Speaker 3: from the state website, going to the actual locations. Now,
• 17:46
Speaker 3: Number one, a daycare would be open, the door would
• 17:50
Speaker 3: be open, the windows you'd be able to see in.
• 17:53
Speaker 3: All of these windows are blacked out. They don't want
• 17:55
Speaker 3: anyone to see in. There would actually be people there.
• 17:58
Speaker 3: It would be possible to read just through your child
• 18:01
Speaker 3: to go to daycare, and there would be friggin children
• 18:05
Speaker 3: like you would have playground equipment you would have by
• 18:08
Speaker 3: the way, you know you read Mike Waltz's tweet about
• 18:12
Speaker 3: how important playgrounds are and daycares. His tweet has pictures
• 18:15
Speaker 3: of playground equipment. You know what's not at any of
• 18:18
Speaker 3: these places that are being visited playground equipment. These are
• 18:21
Speaker 3: empty warehouses. And listen, one government inspector walking by could
• 18:28
Speaker 3: do exactly what this kid is doing, which is knock
• 18:31
Speaker 3: on the door, let me see the kids. Are they safe? Wait,
• 18:33
Speaker 3: there are no kids why did we send you so
• 18:37
Speaker 3: In those three daycares that Dick Shirley went to in
• 18:40
Speaker 3: that first part of the video, it was a total
• 18:43
Speaker 3: of nine point three million dollars. Nine point three million
• 18:46
Speaker 3: dollars went to three locations with no children that claim
• 18:50
Speaker 3: to be daycares, and yet they're just stealing blind and
• 18:54
Speaker 3: any idiot inspector could have walked up and notice. It's
• 18:58
Speaker 3: not subtle. It's not like, oh, they're just doing fancy bookkeeping. No,
• 19:02
Speaker 3: there are no kids. It's a total brazen lie. By
• 19:05
Speaker 3: the way, these locations were a block away. They're all
• 19:10
Speaker 3: in the same neighborhood. They're all run by Somalians. And
• 19:13
Speaker 3: to watch these Somalians coming up and confronting him and listen,
• 19:18
Speaker 3: it was threatening to get violent. They're screaming at him,
• 19:20
Speaker 3: this is not your business, this is not your business,
• 19:23
Speaker 3: this is not your business. The reaction, I actually love
• 19:26
Speaker 3: watching the reaction because we have several more where he asks,
• 19:29
Speaker 3: can I sign my son Joey up to go here? Though, no, no, no, no,
• 19:34
Speaker 3: no no child like the look of horror that no,
• 19:39
Speaker 3: you can't actually put a child here. We're busy stealing money.
• 19:43
Speaker 3: This next segment gets very interesting because as they go
• 19:47
Speaker 3: on to the next daycare center, a couple of things happen.
• 19:50
Speaker 3: Number One, the Somalians begin following them. Listen, this is
• 19:54
Speaker 3: a intertwined, corrupt community of criminals. These are you don't
• 20:01
  Speaker 3: steal nine.
• 20:02
Speaker 1: This is the cartels.
• 20:04
Speaker 2: This is exactly what you're dealing with here with this
• 20:05
  Speaker 2: Smali's in Minnesota, that's what.
• 20:07
Speaker 3: And by the way, they're the single largest financial supporters
• 20:10
Speaker 3: of Al Shabab, the radical Islamic terrorist group in Somalia.
• 20:15
Speaker 3: It is the Minnesota taxpayers from the money that they're stealing.
• 20:18
Speaker 3: So they begin following this twenty three year old kid
• 20:21
Speaker 3: because the word is out. And in this next segment,
• 20:26
Speaker 3: you're gonna say, look, I gotta say that the internet
• 20:28
Speaker 3: is weird. The Internet comes alive. Do you know the
• 20:31
Speaker 3: meme of the Karen, the meme of the Karen of
• 20:35
Speaker 3: the the angry liberal who's screaming with really short hairen
• 20:39
  Speaker 3: is screaming.
• 20:40
Speaker 1: Yep, Oh yeah, I know exactly what you're talking about.
• 20:42
Speaker 3: Okay, you're about to see if you are watching this
• 20:45
Speaker 3: on video, the meme of the liberal Karen come alive.
• 20:50
Speaker 3: And I swear it's the same woman. It is the
• 20:53
Speaker 3: exact same woman, and you will discover in liberal Karen world,
• 20:58
Speaker 3: facts don't matter. It is all a a partisan battle
• 21:04
Speaker 3: and truth is evil and she hates you. Don't take
• 21:07
Speaker 3: my word for it. Give a listen, give a watch.
• 21:12
Speaker 5: I have a good day. As we continue to show
• 21:14
Speaker 5: the blatant fraud that was taking place here in Minnesota.
• 21:17
Speaker 5: Somali started following us around the city, and now we're
• 21:20
Speaker 5: being followed by the Somalis. This is another daycare center,
• 21:23
Speaker 5: absolutely no signage and there's no footprints in the snow
• 21:26
Speaker 5: of children playing outside. Five million dollars in the past
• 21:30
  Speaker 5: two million years.
• 21:32
Speaker 4: Five point nine million they received in two years that
• 21:35
  Speaker 4: facility right there.
• 21:37
Speaker 5: And now we have a group of Somali's telling us
• 21:39
Speaker 5: in our vehicle right now. From this daycare center, we
• 21:42
Speaker 5: headed over to the infamous Quality Learning Center, which actually
• 21:47
Speaker 5: spells Quality Leering Center on the outside of their sign.
• 21:51
Speaker 5: That's how blatant this fraud is here at this daycare.
• 21:55
Speaker 5: So this is Quality Leering Center. I meant to say
• 21:59
Speaker 5: quality Learning center. Don't open they said they spelled learning wrong.
• 22:04
Speaker 5: Don't open up. How do you have ice here, ma'am?
• 22:07
  Speaker 5: I'm literally a YouTuber. Don't open up? Ma'am, what do
• 22:09
Speaker 5: you think about the fraud that's taking place here in Minnesota?
• 22:11
  Speaker 5: Don't open up.
• 22:13
Speaker 4: We have ice, man. What do you think about this
• 22:16
Speaker 4: place being licensed for ninety nine children? Don't open up
• 22:20
Speaker 4: and getting four million dollars over them, four million dollars
• 22:24
Speaker 4: in the last two years. What do you think about that?
• 22:27
Speaker 4: Are you in favor? Are you in favor of that?
• 22:31
  Speaker 6: Go away?
• 22:31
Speaker 3: You know we're not welcome here, are you man?
• 22:34
Speaker 5: You are you in favor of one point nine million
• 22:37
Speaker 5: dollars going illegally fraudulently to this business that has quality
• 22:42
Speaker 5: learning center? But Kenny's still learning right on the door.
• 22:45
  Speaker 5: Don't open up, ma'am. We are not ice. I don't
• 22:49
Speaker 5: care who you are. You don't belong here. I belong
• 22:52
Speaker 5: here just like you belong here.
• 22:54
  Speaker 6: Don't open up.
• 22:55
  Speaker 4: It's ice.
• 22:56
Speaker 5: You do realize that there's supposed to be ninety nine
• 22:59
Speaker 5: children in here at this building, but there's no one here.
• 23:02
Speaker 5: This is a child daycare center.
• 23:04
Speaker 4: Ninety nine children paid one point nine million dollars this
• 23:07
Speaker 4: year in seacamp funding. Do you know where the children are?
• 23:10
Speaker 4: Where they kidnapped? They run away? Where are the children?
• 23:14
Speaker 4: This is state of Minnesota. Are here, And who are you?
• 23:18
Speaker 5: My name is Nick Shirley, ma'am. And who are you
• 23:20
Speaker 5: with Nick Shurley? Nick? Surely on YouTube?
• 23:23
Speaker 3: Yeah, so who are you with here?
• 23:24
Speaker 5: Oh? He's just been doing some research and investigating the
• 23:26
Speaker 5: fraud that's taking place here in Minnesota. This lady, she's
• 23:30
Speaker 5: calling on his ice. We're just trying to put law
• 23:32
Speaker 5: in order back in the streets of the United States,
• 23:35
Speaker 5: get rid of all the fraud. Have you ever seen
• 23:37
Speaker 5: children at that daycare center right there? Or yeah, it's
• 23:40
Speaker 5: right there, it says the child you've never seen Jacobs.
• 23:43
Speaker 5: We're gonna educate you on something. So what do you
• 23:45
Speaker 5: think about this daycare center? They spelt learning wrong. They've
• 23:48
Speaker 5: received over one point nine million dollars this year alone,
• 23:51
Speaker 5: and they're supposed to have ninety nine children here.
• 23:53
  Speaker 6: I don't see it.
• 23:54
  Speaker 4: Children.
• 23:55
Speaker 5: Have you ever seen any children here?
• 23:56
  Speaker 3: None?
• 23:56
Speaker 6: None at all? None.
• 23:58
Speaker 4: This year they got one point nine million. Last year
• 24:00
Speaker 4: they got one point five million of your tax money
• 24:03
Speaker 4: for nine or nine children. We just want to know
• 24:05
Speaker 4: where are the kids?
• 24:06
  Speaker 6: Right?
• 24:07
Speaker 4: Where are the children?
• 24:08
Speaker 6: I don't see him. I've been here since twenty seventeen.
• 24:11
Speaker 6: I haven't seen anybody like that, And so.
• 24:13
Speaker 5: You've never seen a child here for eight years?
• 24:15
Speaker 6: Nope, not at all.
• 24:17
Speaker 5: And how does that make you feel? Knowing that this
• 24:19
Speaker 5: place is received a one point nine million dollars disgusting?
• 24:23
Speaker 9: I mean, what the hell they stealed in the money.
• 24:24
Speaker 9: That's a federal grant too. Let's see if they get
• 24:26
Speaker 9: caught for that's a federal offense.
• 24:28
  Speaker 6: I don't know. I studied law.
• 24:30
Speaker 5: And do you think Tim Watts should go to jail
• 24:32
Speaker 5: for all the fraud that's he's enabled here in his state?
• 24:34
Speaker 9: That's him doing this? Sure, heck care he's gonna be
• 24:38
Speaker 9: a helicopteral for this. I mean, no, no rhyme or reason.
• 24:41
Speaker 9: What's going on here?
• 24:42
Speaker 6: It's simple. It's nothing there. It's parking lot.
• 24:45
Speaker 5: And look, they even spelt learning wrong on their sign
• 24:47
Speaker 5: for a place that's supposed to be educating children. Children.
• 24:52
  Speaker 3: That's crazy.
• 24:54
Speaker 6: Well, I mean, who who runs it? Who supposedly runs it?
• 24:57
  Speaker 5: So millions?
• 24:58
Speaker 6: Oh my god, oh my god.
• 25:02
  Speaker 1: Center.
• 25:03
Speaker 2: You look at the caren there and she's screaming ice,
• 25:05
Speaker 2: don't let them in. There's no one by the way
• 25:07
Speaker 2: to let them in because there's no kids there. Constantly,
• 25:10
Speaker 2: you see nothing to do with kids. You see no
• 25:12
Speaker 2: playground equipment. You see no footprints in the snow. These
• 25:15
Speaker 2: are just fake front companies. Another way to.
• 25:18
Speaker 1: Describe it, I mean, I give the mob actually some credit.
• 25:21
Speaker 2: Usually when the mob was running like a dry cleaner,
• 25:24
Speaker 2: they actually had clothes they were dry cleaning. When they
• 25:26
Speaker 2: were running like an auto repair, they would actually be
• 25:28
Speaker 2: repairing cars like they actually when they were like cleaning
• 25:32
Speaker 2: their money back in the good old days, they would
• 25:34
Speaker 2: actually have a legitimate business to then run. There you know,
• 25:38
Speaker 2: corruption through it. They're not even faking it. And I
• 25:42
Speaker 2: mean when you see the learning center sign misspelled the
• 25:46
Speaker 2: word learning on the sign, what else do you need
• 25:49
Speaker 2: to understand about just how corrupt this is. They can't
• 25:51
Speaker 2: even spell the word learning correctly.
• 25:54
Speaker 3: So look, when the mob was running a dry cleaner,
• 25:57
Speaker 3: or running a bar, or running a restaurant. Part of
• 25:59
Speaker 3: the reason they would actually run a legitimate organization in
• 26:02
Speaker 3: additioning to laundering money or doing whatever else they were doing,
• 26:05
Speaker 3: is because you actually had law enforcement. You had police officers,
• 26:08
Speaker 3: you had city inspectors, you had the FBI, and so
• 26:12
Speaker 3: you had people coming and checking. This is so brazen
• 26:16
Speaker 3: that there is only one conclusion, which is no one
• 26:20
Speaker 3: from the state of Minnesota bothered to check on anything
• 26:23
Speaker 3: what Nick Shirley is doing. No employee from Minnesota, no
• 26:28
Speaker 3: employee from Minneapolis or Saint Paul actually went and said, Hey,
• 26:32
Speaker 3: we gave five million dollars to this daycare. Let's go
• 26:34
Speaker 3: see if they are like having the kids play with
• 26:37
Speaker 3: like toxic sludge or like, you know, sleep with rattlesnakes.
• 26:41
Speaker 3: Like I mean, there is in an ordinary civilized world
• 26:46
Speaker 3: that there are inspections that hospitals, that daycares have where
• 26:50
Speaker 3: you have to make sure that the facilities are safe.
• 26:55
Speaker 3: Nobody ever came to check. And actually this, Karen and
• 26:59
Speaker 3: I have to say, if Saturday Night Live were funny,
• 27:02
Speaker 3: they would literally take that character. They would take that
• 27:06
Speaker 3: character and put her in a skit because you know,
• 27:09
Speaker 3: she's short haired and angry and she's screaming. She knows
• 27:13
Speaker 3: nothing other than she's screaming, don't open its ice, don't
• 27:16
Speaker 3: open its ice. Look, I'm sorry. That kid is not Ice.
• 27:20
Speaker 3: If you've ever seen he's a big old dude in fatigues.
• 27:24
Speaker 3: Is Ice, not not a skinny twenty three year old YouTuber.
• 27:28
Speaker 3: But in her view, this is good and evil, and
• 27:33
Speaker 3: she the benighted left are good and everyone else is
• 27:39
Speaker 3: a cursed and evil and so what she's saying, don't
• 27:43
Speaker 3: come out Ice. She's assuming whoever's inside that door is
• 27:46
Speaker 3: here illegally. She's assuming that that that if Ice saw them,
• 27:51
Speaker 3: they would arrest them. That they may find out they
• 27:54
Speaker 3: were a criminal, they may find out they had violent crimes.
• 27:57
Speaker 3: They might may find out they're murderers or or rapist,
• 27:59
Speaker 3: or child molesters, or gang members. The last thing she
• 28:04
Speaker 3: wants is a gang member actually apprehended and deported. She
• 28:07
Speaker 3: would rather her community where she lives to be filled
• 28:11
Speaker 3: with people who are there illegally, for whom there is
• 28:14
Speaker 3: no scrutiny. And when you see them asking, okay, so
• 28:17
Speaker 3: this place got one point nine million dollars for running
• 28:21
Speaker 3: a childcare center and they're no kids, she has no
• 28:24
Speaker 3: response to that. She doesn't not abstances at all, and
• 28:29
Speaker 3: she doesn't care. This is actually what is interesting. It
• 28:33
Speaker 3: doesn't matter to her. She hears they're stealing millions of
• 28:37
Speaker 3: dollars for the taxpayers and there are no children, and
• 28:40
Speaker 3: there's not at all like, well, that would be bad.
• 28:44
Speaker 3: Like a normal person if you heard, Hey, what do
• 28:48
Speaker 3: you think about someone stealing millions of dollars or the taxpayers,
• 28:51
Speaker 3: like any normal rational person would say that.
• 28:54
Speaker 2: By the way, just a humanitarian question, like where are
• 28:57
Speaker 2: these kids? This goes back to when she Care was
• 29:00
Speaker 2: giving away children that were coming across southern border to
• 29:03
Speaker 2: people that were not family members, and then they called
• 29:05
Speaker 2: a check on the kids and no one could find
• 29:07
  Speaker 2: the kids.
• 29:08
Speaker 3: And ideology trump, ideology trump, Saul and listen. In the
• 29:14
Speaker 3: wake of this, what has happened, several things are going
• 29:17
Speaker 3: to happen. Number One, I am hoping the corporate media
• 29:21
Speaker 3: will be shamed in this, saying the damn job reporters
• 29:25
Speaker 3: to go do the same thing. What this YouTuber did
• 29:29
Speaker 3: was not particularly complicated. It's astonishing that nobody else would
• 29:33
Speaker 3: do it. He simply showed up at the places and
• 29:35
Speaker 3: asked basic questions. He asked the neighbor, Hey, how long
• 29:39
Speaker 3: you lived here? Since twenty seventeen? You ever seen kids
• 29:41
Speaker 3: come in into the place called a daycare? Nope, never
• 29:44
Speaker 3: seen a kid there at all. Like, that's not profoundly difficult.
• 29:49
Speaker 3: The reason it wasn't happening is Tim Waltz and Keith Ellison,
• 29:54
Speaker 3: the Attorney General, and every elected Democrat, every elected Democrat
• 29:58
Speaker 3: on the city council. They don't. I want to ask
• 30:00
Speaker 3: those questions. Why don't they want because they.
• 30:02
Speaker 1: Want the votes. They want the Somali community votes.
• 30:04
  Speaker 6: This comes down.
• 30:05
Speaker 3: About one hundred thousand Somalis in Minnesota. They vote as
• 30:08
Speaker 3: a block. They vote for Democrats. By the way, they
• 30:10
Speaker 3: elect some of the most rabidly anti American Ilhan Omar. Yeah,
• 30:16
Speaker 3: that's who they elect. They elect people who are radical
• 30:19
Speaker 3: and extreme and and and the local Democrats they are
• 30:24
Speaker 3: utterly complicit in helping them steal billions of dollars and
• 30:29
  Speaker 3: the cynicism.
• 30:31
Speaker 2: Can I just bring up the Ilamo o Mar. A
• 30:33
Speaker 2: lot of people probably ask this question. She's made a
• 30:35
Speaker 2: lot of money. When she went to Congress, she was
• 30:37
Speaker 2: in debt. Now she's a multi multi millionaire. There are
• 30:40
Speaker 2: people now asking a lot of questions about her, and
• 30:43
Speaker 2: not only like marrying her brother as a possibility, but
• 30:46
Speaker 2: how she made all her money. Now you go and
• 30:48
Speaker 2: you look at her district and you're seeing this, and
• 30:49
  Speaker 2: you're like, I have a lot more questions that I
• 30:51
Speaker 2: think should be answered about Elamo Mar and her husband
• 30:54
Speaker 2: and where all their money is coming from.
• 30:57
Speaker 3: The scale of the fraud and corruption is staggering and
• 31:02
Speaker 3: everyone is complicit, obviously, the thieves are yes, obviously, the
• 31:07
Speaker 3: Democrat politicians who won't even send an inspector. By the way,
• 31:11
Speaker 3: you know what Tim Waltz did this weekend. He sent
• 31:14
Speaker 3: out a picture of his cat and said, Happy catter Day.
• 31:20
  Speaker 6: Yeah, but like.
• 31:21
Speaker 3: Nothing to see here, look at my pretty little cat.
• 31:24
Speaker 3: I responded on X and I said, does the cat
• 31:28
Speaker 3: have nine billion dollars?
• 31:29
  Speaker 6: Yeah?
• 31:30
Speaker 1: Like where's the yeah, where's And.
• 31:32
Speaker 3: By the way, by the way, if Tim Waltz is
• 31:34
Speaker 3: not utterly guilty, I've got a couple of questions for
• 31:37
Speaker 3: Tim Waltz. Tim, have you watched all forty two minutes
• 31:40
Speaker 3: of Nick Shirley's video? Yes? Or no? If no, why Tim,
• 31:44
Speaker 3: has every member of your cabinet, has everyone in charge
• 31:47
Speaker 3: of daycare and healthcare and Medicaid and autism? Have they
• 31:51
Speaker 3: watched all forty two minutes of Nick Shirley? And if not,
• 31:54
Speaker 3: why the people who are on that video who are
• 31:58
Speaker 3: obviously committed theft and fraud? Have you sent police investigators
• 32:05
Speaker 3: to investigate them? Have you arrescued them? Are you prosecuting them?
• 32:09
Speaker 2: I'm not crazy to say this, and if you disagree
• 32:11
Speaker 2: with me, please tell me why. If you are a
• 32:15
Speaker 2: person that is in a position of power as an
• 32:17
Speaker 2: elect official. You see this video, wouldn't the first thing
• 32:21
Speaker 2: you would do was to get together with your staff
• 32:23
Speaker 2: that then we get together with the law enforcement, then
• 32:24
Speaker 2: immediately send out teams like Monday morning to go to
• 32:28
Speaker 2: all these places and investigate immediately.
• 32:31
Speaker 3: That They don't want to shut them down. They want
• 32:33
Speaker 3: to cover it up. They want to say, no, no,
• 32:35
Speaker 3: it wasn't us, it wasn't us. We're not responsible. And
• 32:38
Speaker 3: this is the scale. It is so brazen they can't
• 32:42
Speaker 3: deny it. And by the way, all right to all
• 32:45
Speaker 3: the corporate reporters who've done no journalism for years except
• 32:48
Speaker 3: attacking Donald Trump for everything he says and does. Here's
• 32:52
Speaker 3: the next place the story is going. Here's where the
• 32:54
  Speaker 3: puck is going.
• 32:55
  Speaker 6: Yeah.
• 32:56
Speaker 3: How much of that money has gone directly into the
• 32:59
Speaker 3: campaign coffers of the elected Democrats? How much is Tim Wallace,
• 33:02
Speaker 3: it's a great point. How much of the US senator's made,
• 33:04
Speaker 3: how much of the members of the House made, How
• 33:07
Speaker 3: much has the mayor made? How much has the city
• 33:09
Speaker 3: council made? How many millions of dollars were they buying
• 33:12
Speaker 3: political protection in order to enable them to steal billions.
• 33:17
Speaker 3: All right, I want to play one more segment, yea,
• 33:20
Speaker 3: And this is a This is a segment where Nick
• 33:24
Speaker 3: Shirley tries to go to another daycare center. Woman answers
• 33:27
Speaker 3: the door. He asks if he can sign up his
• 33:30
Speaker 3: son Joey. That she says no, no, no, no, no,
• 33:33
Speaker 3: no no no, we don't take children here. And then
• 33:36
Speaker 3: he says, all right, let's branch out. We've struck out
• 33:39
Speaker 3: at every daycare centator and these are all within a
• 33:41
Speaker 3: couple of blocks of each other, all of these fake storefronts.
• 33:44
Speaker 3: He said, let's go to an autism center. And we've
• 33:47
Speaker 3: seen an explosion of autism centers, and I want you
• 33:51
Speaker 3: to watch and listen to what happens when he goes
• 33:53
Speaker 3: to an autism center that once again is being paid
• 33:56
Speaker 3: millions of dollars by the taxpayers of Minnesota. Give a listen,
• 33:59
  Speaker 3: give a walk.
• 34:01
Speaker 5: Little Joey would not be accepted to that daycare.
• 34:03
  Speaker 6: Always go home.
• 34:05
Speaker 5: Joey's still looking for daycare. And because little Joey couldn't
• 34:08
Speaker 5: get into a daycare, we went to an autism center.
• 34:11
Speaker 5: As they have been popping up everywhere as a rise
• 34:14
Speaker 5: of autism has occurred here in Minnesota because of the
• 34:17
Speaker 5: government funds that they're receiving. I tried to check my
• 34:20
Speaker 5: son Joey into an autism center. We've been going to
• 34:22
Speaker 5: a lot of these daycare centers. We're trying to find
• 34:24
Speaker 5: a spot for our little boy Joey. But we thought
• 34:27
Speaker 5: maybe we could check them in the autism center because
• 34:30
Speaker 5: now the daycar centers are open. Yeah, and how many
• 34:32
Speaker 5: kids do you guys have at this autism center? I
• 34:39
Speaker 5: can't give you a burning, like more than five probably,
• 34:44
Speaker 5: so you don't really know. What do you guy think
• 34:47
Speaker 5: about like the fraud that's been labeled on the autism
• 34:48
Speaker 5: centers here? What do you guys do think about the fraud?
• 34:51
Speaker 5: Or how come the autism centers are popping up?
• 34:56
  Speaker 4: Important?
• 34:57
Speaker 5: My name is that Nick. We're doing a little documentary
• 34:58
Speaker 5: trying to find little Joey spot to put himself in
• 35:01
Speaker 5: one of these centers here because there's the fraud. Yeah,
• 35:06
Speaker 5: we want to make sure we're going to legit business
• 35:07
Speaker 5: if we're gonna bring our little boy Joey here.
• 35:11
Speaker 6: This is not a due spot.
• 35:13
Speaker 5: Well, that's our number on you. This is what you're gonnacse. Okay,
• 35:20
Speaker 5: thank you, So once again, little Joey. He can't even
• 35:23
Speaker 5: go to daycare, and now they won't even accept him
• 35:25
Speaker 5: if he has autism.
• 35:26
Speaker 4: And again, no kids couldn't tell you how many kids
• 35:28
  Speaker 4: they served.
• 35:30
Speaker 7: After being able to provide no evidence of them actually
• 35:33
Speaker 7: being an autism center in a place where a child
• 35:35
Speaker 7: could go, they shut the door and we headed to
• 35:37
Speaker 7: the next fraudulent daycare center that was just around the corner.
• 35:42
Speaker 5: We're on to the next location. We're still trying to
• 35:44
Speaker 5: find little Joey a place to go to get some daycare.
• 35:46
Speaker 4: So where we're going now is a place called Super
• 35:49
Speaker 4: Kid's Daycare Center. Interestingly, this daycare center was shut down
• 35:55
Speaker 4: when it was called Creative Mind's Daycare and it had
• 35:59
Speaker 4: received two point four or five million dollars this fiscal
• 36:04
Speaker 4: year twenty twenty five. They had the shutdown because there
• 36:07
Speaker 4: were so many violations, and they went and they just
• 36:11
Speaker 4: reopened under a new license and they renamed the center
• 36:14
Speaker 4: super Kids Daycare Center, LLC.
• 36:16
Speaker 5: So they got shut down then started another one. Literally
• 36:19
Speaker 5: the next day Creative Mind's Daycare two point four or
• 36:23
Speaker 5: five million dollars got sent to this daycare center.
• 36:26
  Speaker 6: We have.
• 36:28
Speaker 5: Empty parking lot, we do have a bus here. This
• 36:31
Speaker 5: is different. We'll see if we see anybody.
• 36:33
Speaker 7: I knocked on the door. Absolutely nobody was inside, and
• 36:36
Speaker 7: once again no children could be heard anywhere.
• 36:39
Speaker 5: So David, once again another child daycare center. We have
• 36:43
Speaker 5: a bus out here, no one's inside, license for over
• 36:47
Speaker 5: fifty kids, no children anywhere, But yet millions of dollars
• 36:53
  Speaker 5: every single year.
• 36:55
Speaker 4: So the sign says Creative Mind's Daycare. They got in
• 36:59
Speaker 4: so much trouble, they had so many violations that they
• 37:02
Speaker 4: had to shut down and they reopened the next day
• 37:06
Speaker 4: under super Kids Daycare Center. You see thirty eight oh
• 37:09
Speaker 4: one Portland. Thirty eight oh one Portland, which is where
• 37:13
  Speaker 4: we are.
• 37:14
Speaker 5: So that's fraud right there alone.
• 37:17
Speaker 4: Millions and millions of dollars, and again the kids are missing.
• 37:20
Speaker 4: Where are the kids.
• 37:20
Speaker 5: You'd think if they had the same address that whoever's inside,
• 37:24
Speaker 5: we're working at the capitol here inside of Minnesota, would
• 37:27
Speaker 5: to say, oh, maybe that's a red flag.
• 37:30
Speaker 4: They just they just write the check. Human Services. They
• 37:33
Speaker 4: got to clean out the whole bunch. They're the ones
• 37:35
Speaker 4: who enabled this fraud. How can you not look and say,
• 37:39
Speaker 4: wait a minute, these two are registered at the same address.
• 37:42
Speaker 5: On top of all the childcare centers. That's just only
• 37:45
Speaker 5: a small piece of the fraud. What other fraud of
• 37:47
Speaker 5: the committee here in Minnesota?
• 37:48
Speaker 4: So another major piece of the fraud is the home
• 37:52
Speaker 4: healthcare industry. Where we're going now is a building that
• 37:58
Speaker 4: has fourteen Somali owned home healthcare companies in the same building.
• 38:04
Speaker 5: Fourteen of the same healthcare companies in the one building.
• 38:08
Speaker 4: Fourteen home healthcare companies with different names in the same building.
• 38:11
Speaker 5: How bad has Tim Watz managed the budget here inside
• 38:14
  Speaker 5: of Minnesota?
• 38:15
Speaker 4: So the last biennium we had an eighteen billion dollar surplus.
• 38:21
Speaker 4: This biennium we have a six billion dollar deficit. That's
• 38:26
Speaker 4: a twenty four billion dollar swing in one biennium. How
• 38:32
Speaker 4: in the world can you burn through twenty four billion
• 38:34
Speaker 4: dollars in two years? This is how right here. This
• 38:38
Speaker 4: is a huge part of it.
• 38:39
Speaker 5: And so would you say a lot of that is
• 38:41
Speaker 5: fraud that's taking place here in Minnesota?
• 38:42
Speaker 4: Absolutely, I would say better than ninety percent of it
• 38:47
Speaker 4: is absolute outright fraud.
• 38:49
Speaker 5: And a large percentage of this fraud is from these
• 38:51
Speaker 5: healthcare companies that are charging the state millions of dollars
• 38:56
Speaker 5: while they actually aren't providing anything. In fact, the FBI
• 39:00
Speaker 5: just did a rade a few days ago on a
• 39:01
Speaker 5: building similar to the one we were about to enter.
• 39:04
Speaker 5: Inside of this building, there were fourteen of nearly the
• 39:07
Speaker 5: exact same businesses offering the exact same services. Right here.
• 39:11
Speaker 5: You have a list of all of the healthcare companies,
• 39:15
Speaker 5: loads of them right here. We want healthcare, Yes, we'd
• 39:19
Speaker 5: like to speak about getting healthcare here? Why can't I
• 39:22
Speaker 5: get healthcare here? Warning? You are under video surveillance, no
• 39:27
Speaker 5: trespassing security armed. This is the strangest place I've ever
• 39:36
Speaker 5: been to get healthcare. Just a bunch of different places.
• 39:41
Speaker 5: Healthcare here, healthcare here, another healthcare company right here. There
• 39:48
Speaker 5: are three healthcare companies inside of this building, right here
• 39:52
Speaker 5: in this room of seven c. Now we have another
• 39:55
Speaker 5: helping hands home Care LLC, another healthcare company present help
• 40:01
Speaker 5: right here. We're looking for the best rates of healthcare
• 40:03
Speaker 5: here inside this building because we have so many options.
• 40:05
Speaker 5: Who can we talk about getting the best healthcare?
• 40:07
  Speaker 4: I don't know?
• 40:09
Speaker 5: No, all right, we will not get any health care here, David.
• 40:14
Speaker 5: This is one of the stranger places I've ever been. Literally,
• 40:18
Speaker 5: healthcare every door you go to, yet nobody will give
• 40:21
Speaker 5: you a rate. How much money you think's been funneled
• 40:23
  Speaker 5: through this building.
• 40:24
Speaker 4: Every year, I would say fifty to sixteen millions at least.
• 40:29
Speaker 7: And finally we were accepted into one of the daycare
• 40:31
Speaker 7: centers and they actually took down information to give us
• 40:34
Speaker 7: a rate. However, when we left, we were then met
• 40:37
  Speaker 7: with the police.
• 40:38
Speaker 5: We received a complaint that someone mentioned your description. We're
• 40:42
Speaker 5: in this building arousing the individuals who stay here. Oh,
• 40:46
Speaker 5: we're just seeing we're checking out the rates for healthcare
• 40:48
Speaker 5: because there's fourteen healthcare companies inside this building.
• 40:50
Speaker 4: So okay, he said, he said, there's fourteen companies here,
• 40:54
Speaker 4: and he's trying to assume because there's Somli providers that
• 40:57
Speaker 4: everyone in your stradulent.
• 40:58
Speaker 5: So gets here with some kind of no, we're just
• 41:01
Speaker 5: checking this is this is a area that we're allowed
• 41:06
Speaker 5: to enforce trust passing ordinance. Is there any other reason
• 41:08
Speaker 5: that you guys are here, Well, we're checking rates. We
• 41:12
Speaker 5: were checking rates. We asked for rates.
• 41:15
Speaker 2: Okay, I'm gonna have if you guys grow a good
• 41:17
Speaker 2: we're gonna step out that and we.
• 41:19
Speaker 5: All right, let's leave. So all right, we're getting escort
• 41:21
Speaker 5: it out right now. The police have arrived. When we
• 41:24
Speaker 5: were checking out the rates, seeing what was happening inside
• 41:26
Speaker 5: this building. No one would really speak with us. We
• 41:28
Speaker 5: did go inside the one daycare center and she actually
• 41:30
Speaker 5: did give us rates for childcare. Much respect to that lady.
• 41:33
Speaker 5: What's the problem offstre Well, so again, we're we've been
• 41:36
Speaker 5: getting reports from there are now multiple individuals that you guys.
• 41:39
Speaker 3: Were harassing individuals who are work here. At the end
• 41:43
Speaker 3: of the day, this is private property and it's one
• 41:45
Speaker 3: that people are allowed to ask you to leave.
• 41:48
Speaker 5: And it's also in the Minneapolis Police Department is allowed
• 41:50
Speaker 5: to enforce Truss passing ordinance at this address.
• 41:52
Speaker 7: Yeah, so as we got escorted out of this building,
• 41:55
Speaker 7: the Somali's filmed us as we left and we headed
• 41:58
Speaker 7: over to the next building.
• 42:00
Speaker 2: Senator I would encourage everybody go watch. There's another twenty
• 42:04
Speaker 2: ten minutes of this video and we'll put it up
• 42:06
Speaker 2: on social media. But it is truly impressive to watch
• 42:09
Speaker 2: the Somalis there use the police to kick someone out
• 42:13
Speaker 2: of their building who is exposing their fraud by just
• 42:16
  Speaker 2: asking for rates.
• 42:18
Speaker 1: You're talking, he said, sixty.
• 42:19
Speaker 2: Seventy eighty million running through that building every single year
• 42:23
Speaker 2: with no one offering anything, and yet the police show
• 42:27
Speaker 2: up not to arrest these people that are just lynching
• 42:32
Speaker 2: are tax tours to the American people. But instead when
• 42:35
Speaker 2: a twenty two to twenty three year old YouTuber who's
• 42:38
Speaker 2: a hero is the guy they're harassing.
• 42:42
Speaker 3: So Nick Shirley, in one afternoon he uncovered one hundred
• 42:46
Speaker 3: and ten million dollars of fraud, and in fact, during
• 42:48
Speaker 3: the video he has a running tallly of the fraud
• 42:50
Speaker 3: each place that he uncovers. The reason at the end
• 42:55
Speaker 3: it speaks volumes that the police showed up and forced
• 42:58
Speaker 3: them to leave, not because because they were investigating fraud
• 43:01
Speaker 3: that the people in that building were obviously robbing the
• 43:06
Speaker 3: Minnesota taxpayers. Now, listen, I don't fault that police officer.
• 43:10
Speaker 3: He's doing his job. The problem is his job is
• 43:14
Speaker 3: decided by the Mayor of Minneapolis and the City Council
• 43:17
Speaker 3: of Minneapolis, and they are all corrupt democrats who are
• 43:20
Speaker 3: being paid for by these Somali thieves. And so at
• 43:26
Speaker 3: the end of the day, the police knows their jobs
• 43:30
Speaker 3: is protect the criminals, protect the thieves because the thieves
• 43:34
Speaker 3: are funding the politicians who are in charge of the city. Now,
• 43:39
  Speaker 3: I don't know about you, but if I was a
• 43:40
Speaker 3: Minnesota taxpayer, I'd be really pissed off. I am a
• 43:43
Speaker 3: US taxpayer. Those are federal tax funds they're stealing. Also,
• 43:46
Speaker 3: and you know, there was an interesting snippet that I
• 43:48
Speaker 3: want to stop that was there. So one of the
• 43:51
Speaker 3: things in that last section was autism centers. And autism
• 43:55
Speaker 3: centers are popping up like crazy. Here's an amazing total
• 44:00
Speaker 3: of autism Medicaid payments. So in twenty seventeen, Medicaid paid
• 44:06
Speaker 3: one point three million dollars in medicaid payments. In twenty eighteen,
• 44:12
Speaker 3: Medicaid paid two point two million Medicaid autism payments. Twenty nineteen,
• 44:18
Speaker 3: what do you think it went to?
• 44:20
Speaker 1: I have no idea at this point, it's got to
• 44:22
Speaker 1: be triple that. I don't know.
• 44:24
Speaker 3: Nineteen point eight million dollars. From two million, it went
• 44:28
Speaker 3: to nineteen and in twenty twenty it went to thirty
• 44:32
Speaker 3: two point four million dollars. Let's get all the way
• 44:35
Speaker 3: back up to twenty twenty three. What do you think
• 44:37
Speaker 3: it was in twenty twenty three forty million, two hundred
• 44:42
Speaker 3: and one point three million dollars, and then twenty twenty
• 44:45
Speaker 3: four two hundred and twenty eight million, ninety two thousand
• 44:51
Speaker 3: eight hundred and ninety dollars. So it went from one
• 44:54
Speaker 3: million a year in twenty seventeen to two hundred and
• 44:57
Speaker 3: twenty eight million a year in twenty twenty four. And
• 45:00
Speaker 3: you know you can shovel a lot of cash out
• 45:02
Speaker 3: the door if you open empty storefronts. You say it's
• 45:06
Speaker 3: for autism, You claim you're helping lots of kids with autism.
• 45:09
Speaker 3: You don't actually help any kids, you don't treat anyone,
• 45:13
Speaker 3: but you go and rob the taxpayers of two hundred
• 45:18
Speaker 3: and twenty eight million dollars in one year. In one year.
• 45:22
Speaker 3: That's how you get up to nine billion dollars. When
• 45:24
Speaker 3: you're robbing hundreds of millions of dollars year after year
• 45:30
Speaker 3: after year, and you're doing it in childcare, you're doing
• 45:32
Speaker 3: it in autism care, you're doing it in quote home
• 45:35
Speaker 3: health care. This is organized crime, and it is organized crime.
• 45:42
Speaker 3: And understand, the Democrat politicians are not innocent bystanders. They're
• 45:47
Speaker 3: not just lazy. It's not that they're incurious and they're
• 45:50
Speaker 3: just hadn't noticed it. If they have skin in the game,
• 45:54
Speaker 3: they want this fraud and grift to continue because the
• 45:59
Speaker 3: people who are stealing are turning around and number one
• 46:02
Speaker 3: voting for the Democrats, and they want to keep that.
• 46:05
Speaker 3: Roughly one hundred thousand Somalians in Minnesota, they want to
• 46:08
Speaker 3: keep them voting for Democrats. They vote as a solid block.
• 46:11
Speaker 3: But number two, they are writing checks and they are
• 46:14
Speaker 3: funding the Democrat campaign campaigns. And this is stunning, It
• 46:23
Speaker 3: is an indictment. By the way, the local newspaper there
• 46:26
Speaker 3: everyone in the local newspaper. You know that the local
• 46:28
Speaker 3: newspapers have not even covered Nick Shirley's video. They just
• 46:32
Speaker 3: did a year in review what happened this year in
• 46:36
Speaker 3: Minnesota and then the largest fraud in history Apparently it
• 46:40
Speaker 3: didn't happen according to the local newspaper. That's not journalism.
