- 0:01Many people are beginning to reflect and even entertain the
- 0:05notion that the world we experience on a day-to-day basis
- 0:10is somehow unreal or illusory. Films, such as the dystopian
- 0:16story, set forth in The Matrix and vision that uman beings are
- 0:21fettered and their brains wired. So they experience a form of
- 0:26reality while their actual bodies and lives are turned into
- 0:30an energy, farming activity when they are disconnected, from The
- 0:35Matrix. They wake up to a bleak reality
- 0:38and an enormous struggle to free Humanity from subjection to this
- 0:42terrible illusion. Some find however that the
- 0:47illusion is so much more appealing than the real life,
- 0:50they wake up to. So they want to get hooked up
- 0:53again. This is not of course the first
- 0:57time that the thought has been entertained about the illusion,
- 1:01going back to Plato's, parable of the cave.
- 1:05There is a thought that what we perceive may not be the reality
- 1:10or at least not all of the reality.
- 1:14SRI shankaracharya, of course, became a leading philosophical.
- 1:18Proponent of the illusion, the Maya of the life in the external
- 1:23world. Modern writers such as Harriman.
- 1:27Hesa wrote tales about the illusory nature of life in
- 1:30society and the dream like Wade can be experienced.
- 1:36Modern-day scientists are now speculating about whether we
- 1:39live in a hole of G. If so, we are not in touch with
- 1:44our reality, to the extent, we involve ourselves in the drama
- 1:48of the holographic World, others extrapolate, either.
- 1:53Multiple worlds, that work out all possible, variations in
- 1:57life. Or the coexistence of the past
- 2:02present and future through the implications of the theory of
- 2:06relativity, all of these things point to an increasing Readiness
- 2:12for Humanity to recognize that the traditional objects of our
- 2:17lives were limited and prepare a Tori.
- 2:21And that there is a greater Destiny and greater life
- 2:24possible and that at some point, As we awaken to that, we
- 2:30undertake a reversal of Consciousness, the shift to a
- 2:34new standpoint and status of awareness, and begin the next
- 2:40phase of the evolution of Consciousness, that we see as a
- 2:44central thread in the development of life on Earth to
- 2:48date. whether one uses the analogy of the caterpillar
- 2:52living to eat, then secluding itself into a sheltered location
- 2:58and later emerging as a butterfly, Or the story, the
- 3:02mother describes about the development and Awakening into
- 3:05the outer world of a chick there examples.
- 3:09We can see of dramatic Transformations taking place
- 3:13that do not show any evidence of the result until after it is
- 3:18ready and actually occurs. The mother observes quote.
- 3:25These are not words, it is altogether, true that everything
- 3:29changes its appearance totally that life and things are
- 3:34completely different from what they appear to be.
- 3:39All this contact, this ordinary perception of the world loses.
- 3:43Its reality completely. This is what appears unreal.
- 3:49Fantastic illusory. Non-existent There is something
- 3:56something very material, very concrete, very physical, which
- 4:02becomes the reality of the being and which has nothing in common
- 4:06with the ordinary way of seeing. When one has this perception,
- 4:12the perception of the work of the Divine force of the
- 4:16movement, being worked out behind the appearance in the
- 4:20appearance through the appearance.
- 4:23One begins to be ready to live, something truer than the
- 4:27ordinary human falsehood, but not before there is no
- 4:33compromise. You see?
- 4:35It is not like a convalescence after an illness.
- 4:38You must change world's so long as your mind is real for you
- 4:44your way of thinking something. True for you real concrete, it
- 4:50proves that you are not there yet.
- 4:53You must first pass through to the other side afterwards.
- 4:59You will be able to understand what I am telling you.
- 5:03Pass through to the other side. It is not true that one can
- 5:09understand little by little. It is not like that.
- 5:13This kind of progress is different.
- 5:16What is more true? Is that one is, shut up in a
- 5:19shell and inside it, something is happening like the chick in
- 5:24the egg, it is getting ready in there.
- 5:28It is in there. One doesn't see it.
- 5:32Something is happening in the Shell, but outside one sees
- 5:37nothing. And it is only when all is
- 5:40ready, that there comes the capacity to pierce the shell.
- 5:45And to be born into the light of day.
- 5:50It is not that one becomes more and more perceptible or visible
- 5:54when he's shut in shut-in. And for sensitive people, there
- 6:00is even that terrible sensation of being compressed of trying to
- 6:05pass through, and then coming up against a wall, and then one,
- 6:11knocks and knocks, and knocks, and one can't go through.
