- 1:36Speaker 4: is brought to you by Hood Dental. Got out the
- 1:38Speaker 4: Hood Dental, big shout out. I wouldn't give him a
- 1:42Speaker 4: small one. It's hot as hell.
- 1:48Speaker 5: It is so hot, okay, I thought, was profusely.
- 1:53Speaker 3: Did Look.
- 1:53Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 1:55Speaker 6: I have this little thermometer back here. I can't I
- 1:58Speaker 6: can't say for sure if it works or not. It
- 2:00Speaker 6: says this eighty one degree.
- 2:01Speaker 3: I believe, and it does it say on there.
- 2:05Speaker 6: If temperature exceeds seventy five, called Johnny.
- 2:08Speaker 5: Johnny is not with us.
- 2:10Speaker 3: Johnny retired a year ago.
- 2:12Speaker 5: He is not with us anymore.
- 2:14Speaker 3: Oh, there's a guy named Johnny. Johnny passed away.
- 2:17Speaker 5: I didn't know that, and they're like, call him.
- 2:21Speaker 3: I didn't know Johnny pastor a little boy bad.
- 2:24Speaker 5: But anyway, it's very hot in here.
- 2:26Speaker 3: Heavy news already, I know. I know.
- 2:29Speaker 7: Sometimes there's noises in the hallway. Look, it's seven am,
- 2:32Speaker 7: nobody's here. We're leaving the door open. Yeah, it's hot
- 2:35Speaker 7: up in here.
- 2:35Speaker 5: Yeah, I need the air circulating.
- 2:38Speaker 3: And we still haven't really figured out which the thermostatic.
- 2:41Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't know which one is.
- 2:43Speaker 7: I think it's the one by the bathroom, like around
- 2:46Speaker 7: the corner.
- 2:46Speaker 3: I think it's that one. Yeah, we've talked about that before.
- 2:49Speaker 3: I've gone over there and looked at it. But the
- 2:50Speaker 3: problem is there's a completely different temperature on that.
- 2:53Speaker 5: Side, right, I don't know.
- 2:56Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure. I'm pretty sure it's that one.
- 2:58Speaker 7: So I know every time it's hot in you're Landing
- 3:01Speaker 7: always calls somebody and they're looking because my desk is
- 3:03Speaker 7: right there and they're looking at that one.
- 3:05Speaker 3: So I think it's that's that's the right one. But well,
- 3:10Speaker 3: they just don't realize that it's warming up in Baton
- 3:14Speaker 3: rage and they hadn't really changed the the thermostep same
- 3:18Speaker 3: temperature as it was when it was probably twenty eight
- 3:20Speaker 3: degrees a couple of weeks ago.
- 3:21Speaker 5: I mean, it feels so good outside.
- 3:23Speaker 3: Yeah, it's just opened up a window.
- 3:25Speaker 5: Yeah, Brian's windows.
- 3:27Speaker 3: Well, we got the fire exit right here, right up.
- 3:30Speaker 3: There's not many windows in this studio we can open. Hey,
- 3:35Speaker 3: I do it? Good morning, Great, everybody's good. Yeah.
- 3:39Speaker 5: Did you figure it out?
- 3:41Speaker 4: No, we didn't figure it was the A C was on.
- 3:45Speaker 4: It was on seventy.
- 3:46Speaker 5: Eight degree seventy eight.
- 3:49Speaker 3: It was seventy seventy.
- 3:50Speaker 4: Eight in here. And then I try to, you know,
- 3:53Speaker 4: knock it down. Nothing happened. I'm like, okay, why it's
- 3:57Speaker 4: not working, So open the flap the entire system as off.
- 4:00Speaker 3: They see it wasn't even.
- 4:03Speaker 7: Guess I guess what it was really cold? I turn
- 4:04Speaker 7: it never got kicked back on one.
- 4:07Speaker 3: Who did that? Oh? I think I might feel actually
- 4:09Speaker 3: feel the air. I feel some air. Yeah, Hey, good job,
- 4:12Speaker 3: high five.
- 4:13Speaker 4: Some gun wasn't known.
- 4:14Speaker 3: Bro, son of a gun?
- 4:16Speaker 5: How was it not on?
- 4:18Speaker 1: Like?
- 4:19Speaker 3: I know, sometimes we talk about it being cold in here.
- 4:21Speaker 3: It kind of has to.
- 4:22Speaker 5: Be, yeah, because there's too much equipment.
- 4:26Speaker 4: This room is not as big as it looks if
- 4:29Speaker 4: you're watching this on YouTube, very stuffy.
- 4:34Speaker 3: We could when who did that hand in hand goes
- 4:37Speaker 3: almost I mean it goes about three quarters of the way.
- 4:39Speaker 4: Yeah, you know who you are, and you're probably not
- 4:43Speaker 4: awake already.
- 4:43Speaker 5: You know who always has a blanket? Jordan? No, well,
- 4:48Speaker 5: Jordan always has a blanket floor.
- 4:52Speaker 3: Out here in a blanket one time.
- 4:55Speaker 5: Jordan like could be fully covered.
- 4:57Speaker 3: Oh.
- 4:57Speaker 7: I walked in one time, sweatpants, hoodie, beanie and like
- 5:02Speaker 7: a blanket that he was using like a snuggie.
- 5:05Speaker 3: And I walked in. I was like, what do you do?
- 5:07Speaker 7: And He's like I should get a hazard pay dude,
- 5:08Speaker 7: just way too cold in here.
- 5:09Speaker 3: And I was like, it's not it is. It is
- 5:13Speaker 3: cold in the studio. So are we saying Jordan's the culprit?
- 5:17Speaker 6: Probably Yeah, it has to be someone that knows where
- 5:23Speaker 6: the thermostat is.
- 5:25Speaker 5: But I just wanted to I do feel the air now.
- 5:27Speaker 3: I kind of outed myself, but it wasn't me.
- 5:28Speaker 5: Yeah I do. I did want to point out the
- 5:31Speaker 5: fact that he like walks around with the blanket.
- 5:33Speaker 4: Oh yeah, yeah, No, it would be probably Tate Jordans
- 5:40Speaker 4: or Cassie.
- 5:42Speaker 3: Cassie wasn't Mere. Maybe so maybe Moose.
- 5:48Speaker 4: I don't know, if I guess that does control the
- 5:50Speaker 4: entire floor.
- 5:51Speaker 5: Aid could be or Brian whoever was stopped doing never
- 5:56Speaker 5: in there.
- 5:57Speaker 3: Maybe Hunt's arms got cold because we know it's Cora's
- 6:00Speaker 3: right stays warm, and man loves a vest, respect to
- 6:06Speaker 3: the vest and in the tear system of vest loving.
- 6:10Speaker 3: It's Marty McFly, Hunt, Palmer, space, space space, every other
- 6:15Speaker 3: human you put, I'm in there. I'm in there.
- 6:18Speaker 5: Likely, I don't know.
- 6:19Speaker 4: I feel like ever since we kind of brought it up,
- 6:21Speaker 4: you don't wear them as much.
- 6:25Speaker 3: I'm worn mon a lot this year, were a ton
- 6:27Speaker 3: last winter, haven't.
- 6:28Speaker 4: I haven't really heard on Monday, I'm I saying you
- 6:31Speaker 4: don't wear them anymore? But you once were up there
- 6:34Speaker 4: with Hunt and Marty McFly.
- 6:36Speaker 3: Well, yeah, when the temperatures are low enough to make
- 6:38Speaker 3: my core cold. Now it's heating up a little bit, buddy.
- 6:45Speaker 3: You got to dress appropriately for the weather.
- 6:46Speaker 4: Yeah, no, I know it's heating up, So I just
- 6:48Speaker 4: went and found the a C.
- 6:50Speaker 3: Thank god you did it, buddy. That's the best thing
- 6:52Speaker 3: you've done since picking up a linebacker, ticking out a linebacker,
- 6:58Speaker 3: tackling that guy after I threw pick.
- 7:02Speaker 4: Is still did you see somebody put that online the
- 7:04Speaker 4: other day? I did say that, how bs was it
- 7:07Speaker 4: that I got fifteen yards?
- 7:08Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 7:09Speaker 4: Like I had four Alabama players.
- 7:11Speaker 6: Like I think someone that, Yeah, I need a breakdown
- 7:16Speaker 6: of this funny You.
- 7:16Speaker 4: Have Kirby smart like taking one of the players away,
- 7:19Speaker 4: but then like you could see the players and like
- 7:22Speaker 4: there's a walk on little nad non athletic dude that
- 7:27Speaker 4: comes behind me and like grabs me by the back
- 7:29Speaker 4: of the jersey, and I got fifteen yards. I think
- 7:32Speaker 4: Shaw was the referee of that. You're a bum, Like, yes,
- 7:36Speaker 4: we know you're a homer already for them, but my god,
- 7:39Speaker 4: I got fifteen yards for that.
- 7:40Speaker 3: Yeah, you an't called rough of the passer either. Some
- 7:44Speaker 3: sure I got rough some terrible officiate. He didn't even
- 7:48Speaker 3: try to hide it. At that point, that's where it
- 7:49Speaker 3: really started.
- 7:51Speaker 4: We got fun. We do need to find that and
- 7:53Speaker 4: pull it up. It was like two weeks ago, though,
- 7:57Speaker 4: so there's a lot of a lot of noteations.
- 8:01Speaker 3: I'm just trying to make a play out there. Well
- 8:02Speaker 3: it's kind of a bad play design, sure is, like
- 8:05Speaker 3: I had to play out. I had to play action,
- 8:08Speaker 3: but also had to go cut the defensive end. True,
- 8:11Speaker 3: he was hanging off your leg. Yeah, just trying to
- 8:13Speaker 3: make a playing to do it for the Tigers.
- 8:17Speaker 4: So if I'm going to cut the defensive end, it's
- 8:18Speaker 4: gotta be a quick pass. But the routes didn't feel
- 8:20Speaker 4: like they were very quick. They weren't, were they No, Yeah,
- 8:25Speaker 4: maybe the fullback got hung up. Maybe, you know, because
- 8:30Speaker 4: the fullback doesn't get out, sometimes that play can be
- 8:32Speaker 4: a disaster.
- 8:34Speaker 3: I don't remember.
- 8:36Speaker 4: I just remember them giving me a fifteen yard penalty
- 8:38Speaker 4: because I pushed somebody.
- 8:39Speaker 3: To get.
- 8:41Speaker 4: It was a minor setback for a major comeback. Yeah,
- 8:44Speaker 4: we just want to make a drama.
- 8:46Speaker 3: You know.
- 8:46Speaker 4: We didn't want to blow out Alabama, Coach Saban, we
- 8:48Speaker 4: want you to watch, Yeah, I mean, get up to
- 8:51Speaker 4: the I just wanted to score the winning touchdown. Honestly,
- 8:56Speaker 4: mus have been selfish well, Brad jumped over the top.
- 9:06Speaker 4: That was our fifth time in a row to beat
- 9:09Speaker 4: Alabama at that point, five out of five.
- 9:14Speaker 3: Mm hmm.
- 9:15Speaker 4: That's what I was, right, because you'll bet him no three, right, yeah,
- 9:19Speaker 4: because you only lost to Florida.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Florida, Chris sleep May spending that thing. It's a forgotten
- 9:28Speaker 3: guy right there. Forgotten guy for sure. Yeah, it's good.
- 9:31Speaker 3: He was my recruiting class too, started as a true
- 9:33Speaker 3: freshman at Florida.
- 9:36Speaker 4: Well, a lot of people don't act like it, but
- 9:38Speaker 4: he was the starter with Tebow's first year as well.
- 9:41Speaker 4: How can we full screen that?
- 9:43Speaker 3: That? That is full screened so well? At first, I'm
- 9:45Speaker 3: saying I put up on? Is that Richard I was
- 9:48Speaker 3: throwing too? Is that singers? There's two plays in it.
- 9:51Speaker 3: I'll pull them up.
- 9:52Speaker 4: Yeah, So I hawked this guy down. Watch watch him
- 9:55Speaker 4: push me? Look push me push Look see that?
- 9:57Speaker 3: Look at that.
- 9:58Speaker 4: So I get up and I pushed Noumber two, it's
- 10:01Speaker 4: Kirby Smart getting Hi out of the way and then
- 10:03Speaker 4: no flag, no flag.
- 10:04Speaker 3: Okay, that was also like you didn't like pushing hard?
- 10:10Speaker 3: That was singer.
- 10:12Speaker 4: This play probably got me drafted though, because I hawked
- 10:14Speaker 4: this guy down his first round pick. But look watch
- 10:17Speaker 4: then pushing me. Look look at that.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Did you give him a little extra business at the end,
- 10:21Speaker 3: It looks like he kind of rolled over and tackled
- 10:23Speaker 3: him again.
- 10:24Speaker 4: God, yeah, what a bomb dropping that flag.
- 10:28Speaker 3: Number two over here celebrating steel. Yeah, we were teammates
- 10:32Speaker 3: in San Diego. Well did you see Richard just tackling
- 10:39Speaker 3: Oh dude, watch Richard.
- 10:40Speaker 4: It didn't It doesn't show the walk on nad. Come
- 10:42Speaker 4: pull me from behind the clip that we got tagged
- 10:45Speaker 4: on Twitter? Did non athletic dude?
- 10:47Speaker 7: Okay, got it, I'll pull it up. There's this is
- 10:50Speaker 7: the one on Twitter, but there's there's two pictures.
- 10:52Speaker 3: Watch Richard. Richard's just like, ah, that's funny.
- 10:59Speaker 4: Oh, good, clean fun And we got a fifteen yard defense.
- 11:04Speaker 4: Hell him to a field goal? I'm pretty sure though, Yeah,
- 11:06Speaker 4: no big deal, sorry about it. Won the game. I
- 11:09Speaker 4: get fifteen yards of that. I'm on their sideline. They're
- 11:12Speaker 4: grabbing me by the back of the jersey. They're coaches
- 11:15Speaker 4: that are also nads with visors, talking trash. Richard out
- 11:21Speaker 4: here just scrapping out of the play. That kind of
- 11:24Speaker 4: is on you though, for throwing it. This singer like
- 11:26Speaker 4: that maybe I signed to Richard. I don't know know
- 11:28Speaker 4: who you're telling. Probably shouldn't have thrown it.
- 11:32Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, that's the part. Yeah.
- 11:33Speaker 4: You look at his Tom Ritter, that's the guy. I
- 11:37Speaker 4: think he's like in charge of sec officiator or he
- 11:39Speaker 4: was or something.
- 11:40Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 11:41Speaker 4: I'm looking like, what the hell me push him there?
- 11:44Speaker 4: But look but watch look this guy tried to pull
- 11:47Speaker 4: me from behind.
- 11:48Speaker 3: What are you doing? Look at his face. That's a
- 11:52Speaker 3: villain and okay he was the that's Tom Ritter, I
- 11:55Speaker 3: believe is his name. That guy he should be an
- 11:59Speaker 3: act and play the villain.
- 12:02Speaker 4: Yeah, he didn't want to see all that stuff when
- 12:04Speaker 4: they were throwing me off the positive that's where that's
- 12:08Speaker 4: where his That guy has called more plays in favor
- 12:11Speaker 4: of Alabama than anybody in history, and that's where it started.
- 12:14Speaker 3: That's his villain story. That's the origin story, the origin story,
- 12:18Speaker 3: son of a gun. Yep. Yeah. In the chat, mister Spectrum, wellcare, yeah,
- 12:26Speaker 3: I know, nice past, Matt, Okay, leave me alone? Did
- 12:33Speaker 3: we go back? Can we go back real quick one
- 12:35Speaker 3: more time? Sorry? I know we've played it up.
- 12:36Speaker 4: Which ones I don't want to see. I just want
- 12:39Speaker 4: to see if the fullback got out, it was Quinn
- 12:42Speaker 4: by the way, Yeah, Quinn.
- 12:45Speaker 3: Got out, because if he got out, then that is
- 12:48Speaker 3: on you. Fully, I told you, like during the during
- 12:54Speaker 3: this past season we're breaking up film, I was like, man,
- 12:56Speaker 3: we should go back and break down one of our
- 12:58Speaker 3: films and see how bad we were.
- 13:00Speaker 4: Yeah, all right, let's see. No, he got covered. He
- 13:04Speaker 4: got covered. There's nobody as a bad play designed by
- 13:07Speaker 4: Gary geary Bear. Yeah, that's bad plays on.
- 13:13Speaker 3: Yeah. Also, nice runndown Jake.
- 13:15Speaker 7: For those who don't know that, it's Kareem Jackson and
- 13:18Speaker 7: he was really really fast.
- 13:19Speaker 3: Yeah, look at Kirby right there by the way. That
- 13:21Speaker 3: play never got called at the University of Oregon by
- 13:24Speaker 3: Gary Crowton. No, never ran that personnel. No. All right, well,
- 13:32Speaker 3: hey guess what. Guess we won the game? We did
- 13:36Speaker 3: so what through three picks in the second quarter? Holly,
- 13:38Speaker 3: what were you? We looked this up the other day.
- 13:43Speaker 3: That was look at was blocked by Jake? Cool.
- 13:47Speaker 4: Yeah, but it's a defensive end like that. Boys supposed
- 13:49Speaker 4: to be out. You're not gritty enough blocking in? Why
- 13:53Speaker 4: did we Well, no, it' supposed to be quick, Like
- 13:56Speaker 4: I got a piece of him.
- 13:57Speaker 3: Was it even third and short. I don't even know.
- 14:00Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, so we were trying to get a hard
- 14:05Speaker 4: play action. That guy, I think that guy's name is
- 14:08Speaker 4: Wallace Gilbery, the d N. He's a good player. He
- 14:11Speaker 4: talked trash like great guy after the game, one of
- 14:14Speaker 4: those and like would laugh about it, but talked matd
- 14:17Speaker 4: like even the senior ball.
- 14:19Speaker 3: He's talking trash. I'm like, dude, this is like it's
- 14:22Speaker 3: an all star game. I guy. Yeah, not the best
- 14:26Speaker 3: play design, No, that been but everybody and you probably
- 14:30Speaker 3: could have hit Dixon though I might have been thrown
- 14:33Speaker 3: it to him. Actually I'm looking at him. That's a
- 14:36Speaker 3: hard one. You can't read because you're not. You don't
- 14:39Speaker 3: ever read the corner route on that play because that's
- 14:40Speaker 3: a short yard is play. Yeah you didn't. I didn't
- 14:44Speaker 3: when I was getting tackled, mister b Sure, Bud, great
- 14:47Speaker 3: tackle though you get all the credit, thank you. Fifteen
- 14:51Speaker 3: yards to wait to be selfish? Yeah, got any other
- 14:56Speaker 3: guys on the team you worried about and really didn't
- 15:00Speaker 3: fall for any of that play action? He wouldn't.
- 15:03Speaker 4: He didn't really think it was supposed to be half
- 15:05Speaker 4: of it car play action. Then take him over he
- 15:08Speaker 4: like he didn't white running back was gonna get No,
- 15:11Speaker 4: you didn't anyways, ye Hood Dental shout out.
- 15:15Speaker 3: Yeah.

- 15:28Speaker 5: sick panels.
- 15:28Speaker 3: There are some sick panels.
- 15:31Speaker 4: I like how you always think you're van of white
- 15:33Speaker 4: and you always go the opposite direction of where you're
- 15:35Speaker 4: supposed to.
- 15:37Speaker 3: There you go.
- 15:38Speaker 6: Oh yeah, it's a bad day for for Matt Flynn.
- 15:43Speaker 3: Did you see the ball results? I did. I gotta
- 15:47Speaker 3: I gotta really question the intelligence level of people have voted.
- 15:50Speaker 3: Then it was like over two hundred and something people
- 15:57Speaker 3: we got in the whole fan.
- 15:58Speaker 6: Base, they would have We have got to dive into
- 16:01Speaker 6: the the biathlon.
- 16:04Speaker 3: Oh yeah, that's gonna be the Olympic drama this show
- 16:08Speaker 3: for sure. Jake probably don't even know because he hates
- 16:11Speaker 3: America and the Olympics.
- 16:14Speaker 5: Well, Tommy, America, this got this got.
- 16:16Speaker 3: What Olympics real sports said.
- 16:21Speaker 4: I didn't grow around snow, so I don't have any
- 16:23Speaker 4: connection to the sports all said. So we don't watch
- 16:29Speaker 4: the hockey. With over five hundred votes, five hundred and.
- 16:32Speaker 5: Ten votes, it's a lot of votes.
- 16:35Speaker 3: Do you like that L s U holds up the L?
- 16:39Speaker 4: Sixty seven point three percent say yes, thirty two point
- 16:43Speaker 4: seven say no.
- 16:44Speaker 3: Mmm, some of you don't have a lot of grit
- 16:48Speaker 3: in it shows.
- 16:50Speaker 4: Well because we hold up an L for our school.
- 16:52Speaker 4: Some somebody even said, like it may be a shape.
- 16:54Speaker 4: It's even like throwing up the boot.
- 16:55Speaker 3: That that was a bad That was a bad comment.
- 16:58Speaker 3: I don't see it as the L. I just see it.
- 17:00Speaker 3: You're holding up the boot, like.
- 17:01Speaker 4: What's holding up and now for your school, for your state,
- 17:04Speaker 4: for your.
- 17:05Speaker 3: Because it's not a tigers, you should have your pride
- 17:12Speaker 3: inside in your heart. Okay, But like old.
- 17:17Speaker 5: Full eyes clear hearts or waiting full hearts, clear eyes,
- 17:20Speaker 5: lose lose.
- 17:21Speaker 4: So you you don't like when Baylor does sicken Bears.
- 17:25Speaker 3: You know what else has a bunch of l's in it,
- 17:28Speaker 3: Live Left Love?
- 17:30Speaker 5: You know what, that's a good counterpoint.
- 17:32Speaker 3: I actually kind of put the l's up in the
- 17:34Speaker 3: same vein as live Left Love. Well, I would live
- 17:36Speaker 3: left love.
- 17:37Speaker 7: In between the two of you because I like the L.
- 17:39Speaker 7: But I hate the backs, the backwards out.
- 17:41Speaker 3: I mean I would assume that that's going to get
- 17:43Speaker 3: a hundredercent of votes, would hate it.
- 17:45Speaker 5: Yeah, the backwards, well, I guess the backwards hands.
- 17:49Speaker 3: Yeah, your hands on that. Yeah, I don't like the
- 17:51Speaker 3: backwards Okay, just hand out. You did it four times.
- 17:54Speaker 3: Those thats why you took the polaroids down. You did
- 17:56Speaker 3: ad it four times.
- 17:56Speaker 4: Yeah, they stood up for four years and I said,
- 17:58Speaker 4: you know what, I took pictures of it one per year.
- 18:01Speaker 3: I don't care.
- 18:02Speaker 4: I mean, I don't love it, but it is the
- 18:03Speaker 4: right way if you're doing it. The only reason I
- 18:06Speaker 4: don't like it is because it's kind of associated with
- 18:10Speaker 4: Brian Kelly.
- 18:11Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying. I associated the ls of
- 18:14Speaker 3: Brian Kelly. Well that before I know, they did a
- 18:17Speaker 3: little bit before I'm here Coach O doing it. Yeah,
- 18:21Speaker 3: a little bit. So you hate Coach O. We love
- 18:24Speaker 3: Coach here on O t B.
- 18:26Speaker 4: Brian Kelly made it cringey, the backwards, all of it.
- 18:34Speaker 4: So you don't get your guns.
- 18:36Speaker 3: You know what, I'm okay to put my pride to
- 18:38Speaker 3: side and just go after the backward out rather than
- 18:41Speaker 3: all the other. So let me take take care of
- 18:42Speaker 3: the backward out first and then we'll go after the
- 18:45Speaker 3: full out. Okay, but I'll put I'll shelf that, I'll
- 18:48Speaker 3: table that as long as we can go after the
- 18:50Speaker 3: backward out as you self collective. I know it's credit
- 18:54Speaker 3: to myself on this one. I've always said that about you.
- 18:57Speaker 3: Credit to myself with this one, putting my pride aside,
- 19:00Speaker 3: and I just think as a foxhole, we should go
- 19:02Speaker 3: after the backwards out and hopefully our listeners will follow
- 19:05Speaker 3: a suit. Yeah. Yeah, Bilbo is right.
- 19:07Speaker 4: The l has been a track and field thing since
- 19:09Speaker 4: the nineties and we can back Bilbo up.
- 19:11Speaker 3: Shout out to Bilbo. He has been Washington. Seene you
- 19:13Speaker 3: in there. Bo.
- 19:14Speaker 4: Michael Bonnett, sports and information director, who has been at
- 19:18Speaker 4: LSU forever, did one day when we were talking about
- 19:21Speaker 4: a confirm it was the track team that starts. Yeah,
- 19:25Speaker 4: so you don't like Bennie Brazil love Benny, you don't
- 19:27Speaker 4: like t he just.
- 19:29Speaker 5: Like randomly came in that one day.
- 19:30Speaker 3: That's my boy. Yeah, Bennie's my boy. M HM.
- 19:35Speaker 5: Landon came in here like Benny's here to see you,
- 19:37Speaker 5: and I.
- 19:37Speaker 4: Was like, yeah, even when he made his run extra
- 19:42Speaker 4: onetends he's still.
- 19:42Speaker 3: My boy, Bennie's man. I love Benny. I don't like
- 19:46Speaker 3: the l but again credit to myself, table and my pride.
- 19:53Speaker 3: We'll just go to the backwards now right here and
- 19:54Speaker 3: off the bench, all right? Fair enough?
- 19:57Speaker 4: Well, I don't really know what that was. Shout out
- 20:00Speaker 4: to whoever turn the AC off because it started that conversation.
- 20:05Speaker 4: Because we had other things we were going to talk
- 20:06Speaker 4: about in the opening segment. I mean, none of them
- 20:09Speaker 4: are gonna make sense either, but still did change the
- 20:11Speaker 4: path of the show. So we will take our first
- 20:14Speaker 4: break of the show. We'll get this show started. A
- 20:17Speaker 4: lot coming your way. I did just actually hear back
- 20:20Speaker 4: from Coach Bethterina, so maybe get her on today.
- 20:24Speaker 3: Of course, Coach Kim Malke's on today as well.
- 20:27Speaker 4: Doctor Stephen Etheridge is on today as well, So a
- 20:30Speaker 4: lot coming your way. Stay locked in here. It is

- 24:13Speaker 3: tell you all this.
- 24:15Speaker 4: It's still seven twenty seven, so I don't know where
- 24:18Speaker 4: you're about to go with this.
- 24:19Speaker 3: I just heard you all.
- 24:21Speaker 4: I know, I just heard y'all talking about this on
- 24:23Speaker 4: the way in. So I feel like we're good to go. Yeah,
- 24:27Speaker 4: Matt Landretete, take it away.
- 24:30Speaker 3: We talked about the biathon as one of these strange
- 24:34Speaker 3: of incredible where somebody, you know, probably one hundred and
- 24:36Speaker 3: fifty years ago, just wanted to win a medal at
- 24:39Speaker 3: something he was good at, probably a Norwegian hunter. It
- 24:42Speaker 3: was just like, you know, I'm good at skiing around,
- 24:44Speaker 3: I'm good at shooting. Let's make it a let's make
- 24:46Speaker 3: an event. So a strange event but fun. Nonetheless, well
- 24:50Speaker 3: there's a Norwegian by athlete Sterla Holme lay reed.
- 24:55Speaker 5: Light grad Yeah like grid yep, Grid yep, yep.
- 24:58Speaker 3: Yep, he's a ye, he's from like the frozen territory.
- 25:01Speaker 5: He's from Norwegian.
- 25:03Speaker 3: Yep, something like that. He has ACHIEVEDI he's from Norwegian.
- 25:10Speaker 3: He's Norwegian. He has achieved a lifetime goal. He's worked
- 25:16Speaker 3: his whole life right, going a long way with the
- 25:20Speaker 3: ski and shooting guns. He's worked a long time. And
- 25:24Speaker 3: two days ago he achieved one of the ultimate goals
- 25:27Speaker 3: of most of these athletes. In the snow and in
- 25:29Speaker 3: the ice. He achieved an Olympic medal, got a bronze medal,
- 25:34Speaker 3: and what how what did he do with that moment?
- 25:37Speaker 3: Immediately afterwards, He didn't had himself on the back. He
- 25:42Speaker 3: didn't thank anybody. He made a confession. That confession was
- 25:48Speaker 3: that he cheated on his girlfriend. Let the whole world know.
- 25:53Speaker 3: Took his moment to cry into the camera and say,
- 25:57Speaker 3: I made the biggest mistake of my life older a
- 26:00Speaker 3: week ago. Obviously she broke up with me and she
- 26:05Speaker 3: was love of my life. Blah blah blah. Took that
- 26:07Speaker 3: moment to have like the ultimate confession and like the
- 26:12Speaker 3: biggest stage in the world literally to apologize. Well, I
- 26:18Speaker 3: under she kind of responded, didn't she?
- 26:20Speaker 5: She did respond?
- 26:21Speaker 3: Oh.
- 26:22Speaker 6: So the girlfriend responded this morning, and she said that
- 26:27Speaker 6: it will be hard to forgive him for cheating on
- 26:29Speaker 6: her and from making a public display of it after.
- 26:32Speaker 5: He won in a medal on Tuesday.
- 26:35Speaker 6: Direct quote was, it's hard to forgive even after a
- 26:38Speaker 6: declaration of love in front of the whole world.
- 26:41Speaker 5: So I don't know she's bying that.
- 26:44Speaker 4: Is difficult, but didn't say it was right exactly.
- 26:47Speaker 3: This is fresh news for her. She got this a
- 26:50Speaker 3: week ago. Now, I think he said it happened like
- 26:53Speaker 3: six months ago.
- 26:56Speaker 7: That's the biggest problem this quote. Six months ago I
- 27:00Speaker 7: met the love of my life. Okay, maybe three months ago.
- 27:04Speaker 7: Three months ago I made the biggest mistake of my
- 27:07Speaker 7: life and cheated on her. Okay, So you're so infatuated
- 27:10Speaker 7: with this woman that six months ago you decided this
- 27:14Speaker 7: was the love of your life and it only took
- 27:16Speaker 7: you three months of being with her to cheat on her.
- 27:19Speaker 3: This timeline just doesn't add up to me.
- 27:22Speaker 7: Like, I love her so much that A cheated on
- 27:24Speaker 7: her after three months and that's only no one her
- 27:27Speaker 7: for six months, Like this is this is who I
- 27:29Speaker 7: want to be with. But I mean, you know, it's
- 27:31Speaker 7: just it's just not gonna happen.
- 27:33Speaker 6: So manipulative, but also the same guy Sterla starts. Sterla
- 27:40Speaker 6: back in twenty twenty three at the Biathon World Cup.
- 27:45Speaker 5: This guy, I just I was telling you all this morning.
- 27:48Speaker 5: I just think he's an idiot. So at the Biathlon
- 27:51Speaker 5: World Cup, Uh, he was.
- 27:55Speaker 6: Disqualified from participating in the World Cup because he accidentally
- 27:59Speaker 6: discharge his rifle in the Norwegian team hotel.
- 28:03Speaker 5: While doing dry shooting.
- 28:05Speaker 6: He was so it prohibited him from starting in the
- 28:08Speaker 6: men's mass start event.
- 28:10Speaker 7: I'm not even sure if we could blame this guy
- 28:12Speaker 7: at this point. He I'm not gonna like him.
- 28:18Speaker 5: He obviously immediately apologized for the.
- 28:20Speaker 3: Okay, so like, but how would you get disqualified from
- 28:23Speaker 3: an event for something that happened at the hotel. He's
- 28:26Speaker 3: a liability. He's a liability, like you fired the guard
- 28:29Speaker 3: in the hotel lobby like a firearm.
- 28:33Speaker 4: That's like if an NFL player tackled the bell hop
- 28:35Speaker 4: at a hotel before the game. Yeah, but it was
- 28:37Speaker 4: an accidental you know, I don't know, I accidently tripped
- 28:40Speaker 4: and tackled the bell.
- 28:41Speaker 3: They're gonna plead not guilty on no one. Well, Sterla,
- 28:44Speaker 3: he he had time to cool down after his race,
- 28:47Speaker 3: time to settle in, time to like see what his
- 28:49Speaker 3: actions had done in the world, how the headlines were making,
- 28:53Speaker 3: and he was asked a few more questions in the
- 28:55Speaker 3: public eye, and he said, I'm happy because maybe she
- 28:59Speaker 3: has not and maybe she will see it at the
- 29:02Speaker 3: right time. I hope I don't make it worse for her.
- 29:05Speaker 3: Maybe it can help. I don't know.
- 29:07Speaker 5: We will see, sir. I hate to break it to you,
- 29:09Speaker 5: but she saw it.
- 29:11Speaker 3: She definitely saw it. The whole world saw. We're talking
- 29:13Speaker 3: about it in Baton Rouge Louisiana, right. Are you sure
- 29:16Speaker 3: she saw it?
- 29:17Speaker 5: She had a response. Yeah, But I'm like, what did
- 29:23Speaker 5: he say it again? What was it again?
- 29:25Speaker 3: They said, I hope I did not make it worse.
- 29:27Speaker 5: Okay, you did. You did make it worse because he
- 29:30Speaker 5: did better for us.
- 29:32Speaker 3: He said, she's probably still processing last week's message, which
- 29:35Speaker 3: was sure.
- 29:36Speaker 5: So you decided.
- 29:37Speaker 3: To step out on it last week.
- 29:40Speaker 5: So you told her last week that you cheated on
- 29:42Speaker 5: her in private. She broke up with you. So then
- 29:44Speaker 5: you decided to tell the entire world that you cheated
- 29:48Speaker 5: on it.
- 29:48Speaker 3: And I will say this. You know there's not one
- 29:53Speaker 3: person out there that's never made some sort of mistake,
- 29:55Speaker 3: and we all make mistakes, and we hope that we
- 29:57Speaker 3: can recover for it. We hope that you can make
- 30:00Speaker 3: things right, make up for it, to make things even better. Sometimes,
- 30:05Speaker 3: and in the world of apologies, this is probably the
- 30:09Speaker 3: biggest apology you can make. This is as grand of
- 30:12Speaker 3: a gesture as you certainly can make on the world stage.
- 30:15Speaker 3: Something you've been working towards your whole life. You take
- 30:18Speaker 3: that moment to apologize now, But is this the right
- 30:22Speaker 3: thing to do? Maybe a week, like a week removed
- 30:26Speaker 3: from the news being dropped. It's a tough luck. But
- 30:31Speaker 3: you know, I guess, in the world of apologies, pretty
- 30:35Speaker 3: decent apology. I guess I kind of like it, and
- 30:38Speaker 3: I like it and he goes. So I apologize to
- 30:40Speaker 3: my teammate Johan. He was supposed to enjoy this too,
- 30:42Speaker 3: and I probably just took the shine away from him
- 30:44Speaker 3: because I'm not in the right headspace. I'm like, you've
- 30:46Speaker 3: been in the right headspace for three months. Yep, Johann
- 30:50Speaker 3: over here. He's a great husband, he's a winner. Jo
- 30:54Speaker 3: Hunt's like, Hey, don't don't drag me into this place anyway.
- 30:59Speaker 4: Go south, are you even really exclusive in only three
- 31:01Speaker 4: months though, right?
- 31:04Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 31:04Speaker 7: So did you really like it's the love of his life?
- 31:06Speaker 7: Apparently though did he figure that out before or after
- 31:10Speaker 7: he cheated?
- 31:10Speaker 5: After he cheated?
- 31:11Speaker 6: Like he figured it out after he cheated, and then
- 31:14Speaker 6: she's like peace out.
- 31:15Speaker 5: And he's like, oh, but you're the love of my life.
- 31:19Speaker 6: No tough, look, I see right through you, Sterla.
- 31:28Speaker 5: That does that would have fell for it? Well, that
- 31:31Speaker 5: would have got back with him.
- 31:32Speaker 3: Girls do like grand gestures, and that was pretty good.
- 31:34Speaker 3: That's a grand that's again pretty as grand as again.
- 31:38Speaker 5: You're good grand gesture. But it's the wrong one.
- 31:41Speaker 3: You got it? I mean it's better than like sending
- 31:45Speaker 3: a note do you love me? You used to use
- 31:53Speaker 3: the biggest stage you can, right, and he had a
- 31:55Speaker 3: big one. Did Someone is not an Olympic medalist, you know?
- 31:59Speaker 3: If there's days is just a karaoke bar? Did you
- 32:01Speaker 3: use that one? I'm gonna say they get back together,
- 32:04Speaker 3: true love, true love and Norway. I'm pulling for uh
- 32:12Speaker 3: Sterla old Sterla.
- 32:16Speaker 5: I'm not Sterla home labor.
- 32:21Speaker 3: Three names is the lead to three names? Well, I
- 32:24Speaker 3: think I feels like a lot of Norwegians have three
- 32:26Speaker 3: names it's not the point matter based on absolutely nothing
- 32:29Speaker 3: that's about to say. What are you basing that off of? Yeah, yeah, answers. Yes,
- 32:32Speaker 3: you know a lot of Norwegians. I know a lot
- 32:37Speaker 3: to play someone that went to school in great school
- 32:39Speaker 3: with those from Norway.
- 32:40Speaker 4: No, basically nobody in Tyler, Texas in Norway.
- 32:43Speaker 3: My neighbor to No, that's made up, No chance that's
- 32:48Speaker 3: my neighbor. My neighbor was the name uh Teresa Teresa
- 32:55Speaker 3: mm are m arsen Ago maybe oh yeah, uh threesa exists.
- 33:02Speaker 3: She only had two names, hm, sure she had a
- 33:04Speaker 3: middle one.
- 33:05Speaker 2: Though.
- 33:06Speaker 3: On that note, we'll take a break. Got more OTB
- 33:10Speaker 3: coming your way.
- 33:12Speaker 4: We got to talk about, well, a really bad men's
- 33:14Speaker 4: basketball program when we come back, because last night it
- 33:17Speaker 4: might have been the final straw. We'll talk about that,
- 33:20Speaker 4: break it down, react to what we saw, what they
- 33:25Speaker 4: didn't do, all the bad when we come back here
- 33:28Speaker 4: live from the Raisin Kines studio. Off the bench. All right,
- 33:33Speaker 4: our friends over at First American Bank and Trust have
- 33:35Speaker 4: been doing it for over one hundred years here in
- 33:38Speaker 4: this area.
- 33:39Speaker 3: That's right, one hundred years.
- 33:41Speaker 4: And you don't, you know, get to that point unless
- 33:44Speaker 4: you're doing things the right way, and you're doing those
- 33:46Speaker 4: things the right way for your local community. So when
- 33:50Speaker 4: you have a big decision that is made with one
- 33:52Speaker 4: of you know, a loan that you're trying to get
- 33:55Speaker 4: me at your home, beat your business. It's not sent
- 33:58Speaker 4: up to New York. It's not out to San Francis, Go,
- 34:00Speaker 4: it's not up to Chicago. It's right here in this area.
- 34:03Speaker 4: And so they are all about this community. Again, over
- 34:06Speaker 4: a hundred years, they've been a part of this community.
- 34:09Speaker 4: Go see them online at fabt dot com. That's f

- 34:37Speaker 1: Don't you girl around me off the bench presented by Hoodental.
- 34:46Speaker 5: Smell it, smell it. Not sure why, I don't know
- 35:03Speaker 5: what's happening.
- 35:05Speaker 4: I put on my headphones thinking I was about to
- 35:09Speaker 4: hear another R and B banger.
- 35:11Speaker 3: It was silent.
- 35:15Speaker 5: My computer is lagging.
- 35:16Speaker 4: Yeah, just when you get into like the first five
- 35:20Speaker 4: seconds of the song and then just silent.
- 35:25Speaker 3: I was on the remote too much. Yeah, like for
- 35:30Speaker 3: two weeks. Yeah, yeah, what you were trying to figure
- 35:36Speaker 3: out if you're going to cover something else soon? Right?
- 35:38Speaker 3: The combine? The combine? Wow? Yeah, well are you gonna
- 35:42Speaker 3: find out about that? Probably today or tomorrow? When is
- 35:44Speaker 3: the combine? Not next week but the week after? Okay? Yeah,
- 35:50Speaker 3: you just stay traveling.
- 35:53Speaker 4: And I don't feel like I've got a lot of points.
- 35:55Speaker 4: I feel like I should.
- 35:56Speaker 3: Mm like, actually there's the company that serious take the points?
- 36:01Speaker 3: Or do you get them?
- 36:01Speaker 1: No?
- 36:01Speaker 4: I mean because they put my flyer like information in there. Well,
- 36:07Speaker 4: I mean frequent Flyer is not its like in there
- 36:11Speaker 4: like two different ways to do it. I don't know
- 36:13Speaker 4: either way. I don't feel like I have a lot
- 36:14Speaker 4: of points. I have like enough points to buy free
- 36:17Speaker 4: Wi Fi on the plane, you know what I'm saying,
- 36:20Speaker 4: Like that's where my points. I'm like, I travel from
- 36:22Speaker 4: December to March every year. The places that aren't close
- 36:26Speaker 4: to Louisiana.
- 36:27Speaker 3: No, don't get don't buy it. Don't use your points
- 36:30Speaker 3: on the Wi Fi. Buy with your credit card, then
- 36:32Speaker 3: expense it.
- 36:36Speaker 4: I could just still to make huh do my company
- 36:39Speaker 4: a solid on it.
- 36:40Speaker 3: It's just easier and faster. Don't have to get my
- 36:41Speaker 3: card out. You know, you're doing them a solid about
- 36:43Speaker 3: leaving your family to go work. Yeah, it's true, but I.
- 36:50Speaker 7: Could see you being the type to like rack up
- 36:52Speaker 7: a toon and be like they owe.
- 36:53Speaker 3: Me well doing. Listen to this. Listen to this real quick,
- 36:57Speaker 3: because I forget so.
- 36:59Speaker 4: In Mobile, the house we stay at there's a great
- 37:02Speaker 4: little coffee shop. It's kind of like a Highland coffee type,
- 37:06Speaker 4: you know, plays great coffee shop there Mobile and doing
- 37:10Speaker 4: one day is like, hey, you want to ride with me?
- 37:12Speaker 4: Go grabs some coffee between shows? Like yes, sure, let's go.
- 37:15Speaker 4: So I go and he's like, hey, you want anything.
- 37:16Speaker 4: I'm like yeah, yeah, it's take something. He's like, I
- 37:18Speaker 4: got it. I'm like not, dude, I'm forty. I got
- 37:20Speaker 4: my coffee there, I got it. I'm like all right,
- 37:22Speaker 4: pushy about it. Breakfast coffee probably twelve bucks you know,
- 37:26Speaker 4: for me. And so he does it. And then at
- 37:29Speaker 4: the Super Bowl a guy comes up to me and
- 37:33Speaker 4: he's like, hey, hey, well you know, I forget his name,
- 37:35Speaker 4: so I apologize, but he's like, I'm Chris Doring's agent.
- 37:38Speaker 3: I'm like, oh man, that's my guy. Like, so nice
- 37:40Speaker 3: to meet you.
- 37:41Speaker 4: He goes, yeah, I was laughing at Dooring because I
- 37:44Speaker 4: was going through his expense reports and he expensed coffee
- 37:47Speaker 4: for Jacob Hester on his expense report. Like what, like,
- 37:52Speaker 4: you were pushy about buying me coffee. Yeah, I told
- 37:56Speaker 4: you no twice. You did it anyways. And then he's like,
- 37:58Speaker 4: so he can expense it absolutely, like it was like
- 38:01Speaker 4: a business meeting we were having.
- 38:04Speaker 3: At least you wrote it down twelve dollars. I mean
- 38:07Speaker 3: you got to expense it. You gotta expend your meals
- 38:09Speaker 3: on you when you're traveling, you gotta expend your coffee.
- 38:12Speaker 3: I'm bad about it. I'm bad about like not know
- 38:14Speaker 3: you need to because it's like you're like, well, oh
- 38:16Speaker 3: the thought process is And I noticed because I have
- 38:18Speaker 3: like salespeople that travel and stuff. It's like, well, like
- 38:22Speaker 3: you're gonna eat anyway, so why do I gotta pay
- 38:25Speaker 3: for You're gonna eat anyway? Well, that's true, and you're
- 38:27Speaker 3: gonna drink coffee anyway. But when you're out on location,
- 38:33Speaker 3: like usually you just eat at home on with groceries
- 38:36Speaker 3: you already purchased, so you're having to buy new things
- 38:38Speaker 3: to eat instead of just what you got. You gotta
- 38:40Speaker 3: buy new coffee instead of the coffee you've already bought
- 38:42Speaker 3: at home.
- 38:42Speaker 4: So you're saying I should expense everything.
- 38:44Speaker 3: Yeah, all your meals, Okay, all your meals casoline. Yeah,
- 38:49Speaker 3: I hope. So definitely that isn't expected.
- 38:51Speaker 4: In my mind, I'm like, if I don't do it,
- 38:53Speaker 4: then maybe like I'll get to go to all these
- 38:55Speaker 4: cool things still, because like, hey, that's just gonna save
- 38:58Speaker 4: us some money.
- 38:59Speaker 3: He's not gonna did the expense report. Yeah, but that's
- 39:03Speaker 3: eating into what you're spending your spinning week. I really know,
- 39:06Speaker 3: layoff men, you're talking about life fifty bucks a day.
- 39:11Speaker 3: That's why they call it most. A lot of people
- 39:12Speaker 3: when they send people to travel, they'll just give it
- 39:14Speaker 3: per dem. So you're not you can't write anything or
- 39:16Speaker 3: you can't that's anything. Here's your pre dim. I got you, bro.
- 39:22Speaker 4: Do you think anybody on LSU basketball earned a per
- 39:24Speaker 4: DM last night?
- 39:25Speaker 3: Nope?
- 39:27Speaker 7: Sitting in that studio last night, guys, I'm sorry, for
- 39:30Speaker 7: the late night text. But uh, this this could be
- 39:35Speaker 7: the worst basketball team I've seen in my lifetime of
- 39:37Speaker 7: watching LSU.
- 39:38Speaker 3: And that's saying something. We've had some bad ones.
- 39:40Speaker 4: I don't bet on anything LSU. I just I think
- 39:43Speaker 4: it's a slippery slope. I think I'm too close to
- 39:45Speaker 4: the program calling the games, even if I don't call
- 39:47Speaker 4: it basketball obviously, but I just feel like it's in
- 39:51Speaker 4: my best interest to not do it. I never have
- 39:55Speaker 4: a problem with it. I never struggle with that. When
- 39:57Speaker 4: I saw that Arkansas was only a four and a
- 39:59Speaker 4: half point favorite last night against LSU, I wanted to
- 40:03Speaker 4: bet the house, and I mean, like the actual house,
- 40:06Speaker 4: like my home. I was like, are you four and
- 40:08Speaker 4: a half? That's the safest bet I've ever seen in
- 40:11Speaker 4: my life. I said that on air last night. That's
- 40:14Speaker 4: the safest bet you can play. If you want to
- 40:16Speaker 4: get rich, go play this. They won ninety one to
- 40:20Speaker 4: sixty two. LSU falls to two and nine in conference play.
- 40:26Speaker 4: Arkansas's a ranked basketball team. Arkansas is a good basketball team.
- 40:30Speaker 4: So it's not the fact that you lost. It's a
- 40:33Speaker 4: fact that you got beat by thirty in your own
- 40:37Speaker 4: building and you out got outscored by double digits in
- 40:40Speaker 4: both halves, and it looks like you laid down.
- 40:45Speaker 7: Also, DJ Wagner and Carter Knox, two of Arkansas's the
- 40:48Speaker 7: best players, and neither of them played last night, So
- 40:50Speaker 7: the DJ Thomas excuse goes out the window too. Both
- 40:54Speaker 7: of them did not play last night.
- 40:58Speaker 3: Unfortunately, the nice guy doesn't always win. I know, and
- 41:01Speaker 3: I look, I'm a.
- 41:05Speaker 4: I'm a big fan of Matt McMahon as a person,
- 41:11Speaker 4: and he had a very difficult job to take over.
- 41:15Speaker 3: But you're this far down the road. That's kind of worse.
- 41:19Speaker 4: Yeah, it's gonna be it's gonna be tough, and it's
- 41:23Speaker 4: also gonna be tough because.
- 41:26Speaker 3: We expect the football program to get back on track.
- 41:29Speaker 4: The baseball programs the standard, the softball program always hosting
- 41:33Speaker 4: the postseason. The basketball team on the women's side won
- 41:36Speaker 4: a national championship.
- 41:37Speaker 3: Is always in the conversation top ten basketball.
- 41:40Speaker 4: Team, right, And we could go, what's the appetite for tracks?
- 41:44Speaker 4: Always incredibly competitive soccer just made a run in the
- 41:50Speaker 4: NCAA tournament. A point is there's only really one team
- 41:55Speaker 4: right now in your athletic department. Yep, that's not carrying
- 41:58Speaker 4: its weight, and it's one of the revenue generating sports.
- 42:01Speaker 3: It can't continue on down this road. That's the problem.
- 42:05Speaker 3: And the other problem is what's the appetite of the
- 42:09Speaker 3: administration and the fans to tear it all down to
- 42:12Speaker 3: the SuDS When you're not gonna be allocated a lot
- 42:16Speaker 3: of the nil money, You're gonna have to go raise
- 42:19Speaker 3: money on your own as a head coach like some
- 42:21Speaker 3: of the other schools do because you're not going to
- 42:23Speaker 3: get a lot of the rev share. What's the appetite
- 42:25Speaker 3: of the administration to give them any money for the
- 42:28Speaker 3: rev share? You know what I mean? When you have
- 42:30Speaker 3: all these powerhouses and coaches that are lobbying for their
- 42:33Speaker 3: sport and going outside and raising extra marketing dollars, Like
- 42:37Speaker 3: what businesses is jumping up and down to do that
- 42:39Speaker 3: to throw money at the team. So like there's not
- 42:42Speaker 3: a light at the end of the tunnel right now
- 42:44Speaker 3: for that unless you bring a coach in the has
- 42:52Speaker 3: charisma and can can speak and you walk in the
- 42:57Speaker 3: room and like, okay, well you got my attention just
- 43:00Speaker 3: walking in the riom, Like you got to have that
- 43:01Speaker 3: type of person coming in to turn this around. And
- 43:03Speaker 3: it's not going to be an easy job. But as
- 43:06Speaker 3: much as we like him and thank he's a great guy, yeah,
- 43:09Speaker 3: it's gotten worse.
- 43:10Speaker 4: Yeah, And we'll talk about this coming back in this
- 43:13Speaker 4: next break as well. Certainly there's more of a conversation
- 43:17Speaker 4: to be had, and we will have it when we
- 43:19Speaker 4: come back here on OTV. Off the bench, all right,
- 43:24Speaker 4: go to central Plumbing dot org. That is your website
- 43:28Speaker 4: for Central Plumbing, of course, but not only in this

- 43:36Speaker 4: holiday game day number. Take this down. It's a new number.

- 44:37Speaker 1: Off the bench presented by Hoodental.
- 44:46Speaker 4: Will run all right.
- 44:48Speaker 3: Welcome back in OTB.
- 44:50Speaker 4: I always want to remind you about our friends over
- 44:52Speaker 4: at Rous's Rouses dot com is the website.

- 44:59Speaker 4: the perfect time.

- 45:02Speaker 4: with well every key cake you can imagine. And it

- 45:31Speaker 4: they are and what they do rowses dot com.
- 45:33Speaker 3: And you can pick up some of my high while
- 45:35Speaker 3: you're there as well. Oh, get hydrated.
- 45:38Speaker 4: I also forgot to mention the gymnastics program. That's another
- 45:41Speaker 4: national championship winning program here on campus. The golf teams
- 45:46Speaker 4: are incredible, Everybody beach volleyball is always in the top ten.
- 45:51Speaker 4: Everybody is pulling their their weight really except one sport,
- 45:56Speaker 4: and that's that's just going to highlight what men's basketball
- 45:59Speaker 4: right now. And obviously when we start talking about money
- 46:01Speaker 4: generating sports, football is going to be the king, but
- 46:04Speaker 4: men's basketball across the country is going to be as
- 46:07Speaker 4: far as REV share a lot of times number two,
- 46:10Speaker 4: and it's gotten to a point where it feels like
- 46:13Speaker 4: it's no return.
- 46:15Speaker 3: And it's interesting how all these schools, different schools allocate
- 46:18Speaker 3: their REV share dollars. Certainly schools that don't have big
- 46:22Speaker 3: football programs can allocate more to men's basketball. And where
- 46:26Speaker 3: you are, the less you're going to get allocated, because
- 46:28Speaker 3: I just don't think the appetite is going to be
- 46:30Speaker 3: there from the ad the administration. It's certainly the fan base,
- 46:34Speaker 3: all
- 46:34Speaker 4: Right, coming back our number two, doctor Stephen athred sits
- 46:37Speaker 4: in with us here and we've got to ask about well,
- 46:39Speaker 4: people skiing downhill with no ACLS hotb off the bench.
