- 0:00Welcome to yet another edition of the Urantia Radio Podcast.
- 0:03My name is Jim Watkins. I'm a longtime reader and
- 0:07student of the Urantia Revelation, and I'm so excited
- 0:11about this particular program because we're going to talk
- 0:13about something that you may not be aware of, but they're
- 0:16starting to discover these, or at least they think they're
- 0:19starting to discover these things in space.
- 0:22It's something called a Dyson sphere.
- 0:25What is a Dyson sphere? Well, it may turn out that
- 0:29they're on to something. What they may have discovered is
- 0:32where we go when we die. That's right, we're talking
- 0:38about heaven and what the Urantia Book has to say about
- 0:43Jerusalem, the headquarters world where we will at one point
- 0:47reside. And it's not our final stomping
- 0:49ground as we ascend as spirit beings, but it is a place where
- 0:54we will live. And it describes what this place
- 0:57is like. And when you compare to what
- 1:00they think a Dyson sphere is, it's remarkable.
- 1:04So we're going to talk about that this time up on the Urantia
- 1:07Radio Podcast. Space.
- 1:14A final frontier. These are the voyages of the
- 1:23Starship Enterprise, it's five year mission to explore strange
- 1:29new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly
- 1:34go where no man has gone before. All right, so I started noticing
- 1:50that they were writing about these things called Dyson
- 1:53spheres. I think I might have seeing
- 1:55somebody like Michu Kaku or someone like that and he's the
- 1:59guy that it's a physicist and he has this program called Science
- 2:02Fantastic. I actually had the opportunity
- 2:05of meeting him one time. Very nice man.
- 2:08And but we'll get to that later. And Needless to say, what is a
- 2:13Dyson sphere, right? I'll give you a little bit of
- 2:15background. A Dyson sphere is a theoretical
- 2:19mega engineering project that encircles a star with platforms
- 2:25orbiting in tight formation. It is the ultimate solution for
- 2:29living space and energy production, providing its
- 2:32creators ample surface area for habitation and the ability to
- 2:37capture every bit of solar radiation emanating from their
- 2:42central star. Now you might ask, well why
- 2:47would we build a Dyson sphere? Well, according to British
- 2:51American theoretical physicist Freeman Dyson, who first
- 2:55speculated about these putative structures in 1960, an
- 3:00intelligent agent or an intelligent alien species might
- 3:03consider the undertaking after setting on some moons and
- 3:07planets in their local stellar neighborhood.
- 3:11As their population increased, these extraterrestrials would
- 3:14start to consume ever greater amounts of energy.
- 3:17This is Dyson's theory. Assuming this alien society's
- 3:21populace and industry grew at a modest 1% a year, Dyson's
- 3:27calculation suggested that the aliens area and energy needs
- 3:31would grow exponentially, becoming a trillion times larger
- 3:35in just 3000 years. Should the solar system contain
- 3:39a Jupiter sized body, the species engineers could try to
- 3:44figure out how to take the planet apart and spread its mass
- 3:48in a spherical shell. Now that's that's getting into
- 3:52the weeds on that, but Needless to say, it's an interesting
- 3:56concept and it's not outside of the realm of possibility that we
- 4:02could discover such types of energy spheres.
- 4:05For example, in an article from What is This is this news.com
- 4:11dot AU headline read study finds potential Dyson sphere
- 4:16megastructure candidates in the Milky Way.
- 4:20And then it writes, it's thought that these structures absorb
- 4:24visible light from the star and emit waste heat as infrared
- 4:28radiation, creating a detectable signature.
- 4:32A study published in May 6th of 2024 called Monthly Notices of
- 4:37the Royal Astronomical Society revealed 7 potential candidates
- 4:42for Dyson spheres, raising eyebrows in the world of
- 4:46academia. Led by a gentleman by the name
- 4:50of Matthias Suazu from Uppsala University, the international
- 4:55team used data from the Gaia to Mass and WISEI guess that'd be
- 5:01wise astronomical surveys to identify these potential
- 5:05megastructures. The study is called Project
- 5:10Hippocytes. I think Dysons fear candidates
- 5:15from Gaia, DR32, Mass and YS. Now having said all that in
- 5:22describing this, I I want to jump over to an interesting part
- 5:27of the Urantia book where it talks about the physical aspects
- 5:32of a world known as Jerusalem. And for those who are unfamiliar
- 5:36with Jerusalem, and yes, you can correlate Jerusalem, but this
- 5:44Jerusalem is our capital according to the revelators.
- 5:50And as a footnote to this, because we'll read from Paper
- 5:5246, you have to, if you think about the fact that the Urantia
- 5:57book says it's an epical revelation, it calls itself an
- 6:01epical revelation. So we are to understand that
- 6:05what it's revealing is information heretofore we did
- 6:09not know and that they say we will never know unless they
- 6:13reveal it to us. And this is supposed to help us
- 6:17advance as intellectual and material and spiritual beings on
- 6:22this world, supposed to help us. Just like the previous
- 6:26revelations, Jesus presented the truth that he came and that he
- 6:31was a son of a creator divine God who was all of our fathers.
- 6:35That was his revelation was that God was a loving parent.
- 6:41He was also the Son of God. So that gives him extremely high
- 6:45significance. He could have chosen 10 million
- 6:49worlds, according to the Urantia revelation to live out his 7th
- 6:53bestow, and he chose ours. That's pretty significant.
- 6:57And it was an epical revelation. Now, what's the epical part of
- 7:00the Urantia book? And I've thought long and hard
- 7:04about this because it does reveal a lot of little details
- 7:09that some could say, wow, that's just someone's figment of their
- 7:12imagination. But what's the big reveal?
- 7:17What is the big reveal of the Urantia book?
- 7:19If you had to encapsulate it into one idea or one grand tada,
- 7:25I think that would be that. The Urantia Book is the only
- 7:30religion or religious based concept that includes with
- 7:37specificity the fact that we are in a universe that is not
- 7:43densely populated but intelligently controlled and we
- 7:47will be a part of a much grander civilization and we call that
- 7:53heaven, the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus said in my Father's house
- 7:58are many mansions. Whatever the vernacular, the the
- 8:02big reveal of the Urantia Book is you are not alone and you
- 8:06never have been and you never will be.
- 8:08And your planet and the people on it have a real and definitive
- 8:12purpose, and it's time for you to know about the rest of us.
- 8:17And that's what the big reveal is.
- 8:20So when science sometimes stumbles upon something, which
- 8:25they've done with these Dyson spheres, because they're
- 8:28thinking, what would an advanced civilization be?
- 8:32Now, I happen to think that the Kingdom of Heaven would be a
- 8:35very advanced civilization. Why not?
- 8:39They've been there forever, literally.
- 8:41I mean, God is infinite Now. Creation is not infinite.
- 8:45It might be eternal, but it does have a starting point.
- 8:48There was a moment when God the Father conceptualize and brought
- 8:53into existence. It may be an an existential
- 8:56moment that you and I as material beings can't
- 8:58understand, but the Father, the Son and the Spirit in in that
- 9:04Toto in Toto resulted in the creation of the universe.
- 9:11And the universes are set and there's a plan and the the plan
- 9:15is, is to have the family of God, which would be the sons,
- 9:20the daughters, the angels who administrate and grow these
- 9:25pockets of civilizations that emerge on all the planets
- 9:29surrounding the Suns and stars of our universe.
- 9:34So even though you and I, we think of, you know, it's not a
- 9:37big deal to think, oh, yeah, maybe there's life out there.
- 9:39But what if it's not only just life out there, but it's, it's a
- 9:43community that the more intelligent species all know
- 9:46about one another. So I don't want to get too far
- 9:49in the weeds on that. But I'm just saying, now that,
- 9:51you know, that science is, is saying, wait a minute, we think
- 9:56we've found these, these Dyson's fears.
- 10:01And so let me read to you what the physical aspects of
- 10:04Jerusalem is according to the Urantia book, and how closely it
- 10:10aligns with what they think are Dyson's spheres.
- 10:14I don't know where Jerusalem is, but it is the capital of our
- 10:18system. And our system is named Satania.
- 10:22And right now we are the 606th planet of this system.
- 10:27And eventually there will be 10. There will be 1000 evolutionary
- 10:31worlds and that will constitute the entirety of the system.
- 10:39And there are thousands, millions of systems throughout
- 10:42the galaxies. But Jerusalem as a headquarters
- 10:45sphere is divided into 1000 latitudinal sectors and 10,000
- 10:50longitudinal longitudinal zones. Now we have.
- 10:54For reference, we have 360 longitudinal zones 360°.
- 11:01The sphere has seven major capitals and 70 minor
- 11:04administrative centers. The seven sectional capitals are
- 11:08concerned with diverse activities, and the system
- 11:11sovereign is present in each at least once a year.
- 11:15The standard mile of Jerusalem is equivalent to about 7 urantia
- 11:18miles. The standard weight.
- 11:20The gradient is built up through the decimal system from the
- 11:24mature ultimaton and represents almost exactly 10 ounces of your
- 11:28weight. The Satania day equals 3 days of
- 11:31Urantia time less one hour, 4 minutes and 15 seconds, that
- 11:36being the time of the axial revolution of Jerusalem.
- 11:39That's a clue. So it takes one full day for
- 11:43Jerusalem to have one axial revolution, and that one full
- 11:48day equals 3 days of our time. The year consists of 100
- 11:53Jerusalem days, so roughly their year is about the same because 1
- 11:57* 300 or one time 1 * 100 * 3 is 300 and ours is 365.
- 12:05So their their year is about the same as ours short about 65
- 12:10days. The time of the system is
- 12:13broadcast by the master Cronald Dicks.
- 12:16This is a group of beings that were created whose job it is to
- 12:20maintain the universal connectedness of time from 1
- 12:25system to another so that everybody is on the same time.
- 12:29I guess you would kind of consider a Cronald deck is like
- 12:33a whatever we have the atomic clock.
- 12:37The energy of Jerusalem is superbly controlled and
- 12:39circulates about the sphere in the in the zone channels.
- 12:43This is where it starts to get into the description which
- 12:45mirrors what Dyson had projected to be a sign of an intelligent
- 12:51race. Now these these the energy is
- 12:55circulates about the sphere in zone channels which are directly
- 12:58fed from the energy energy charges of space and expertly
- 13:04administered by the master physical controllers.
- 13:07The natural resistance to the passage of these these energies
- 13:11through the physical channels of conduction yields conduction
- 13:16yields the heat required for for the production of equitable
- 13:20temperatures. On the planet the full light
- 13:23temperature is maintained at about 70°F, while during the
- 13:27period of light recession it falls to a little lower than
- 13:3050°. So Jerusalem is being described
- 13:34as this world where their temperature averages about 70°
- 13:38in the day and about 50° at night.
- 13:41The lighting system of Jerusalem should not be so difficult for
- 13:44you to comprehend. There are no days and nights, no
- 13:47seasons of heat and cold. The power Transformers maintain
- 13:51100,000 centers from which rarefied energies are projected
- 13:57upward through the planetary atmosphere undergoing certain
- 14:01changes until they reach the electric air ceiling of the
- 14:03sphere. And then these energies are
- 14:06reflected back and down as a gentle sifting and even light of
- 14:11about the intensity of Uranus sunlight when the Sun is shining
- 14:14overhead at 10 in the morning. Under under such conditions of
- 14:20lighting, the light rays do not seem to come from one place.
- 14:23They merely sipped out of the sky, emanating equally from all
- 14:27space directions. This light is very similar to
- 14:30natural sunlight, except that it contains very much less heat.
- 14:35Thus, it will be recognized that such headquarters worlds are not
- 14:39luminous in space. If Jerusalem were very near
- 14:42Urantia, it would not be visible.
- 14:44Now, that's an important distinction because these
- 14:47observers, according to this report, have picked out
- 14:50candidates what they think are these stars, these Dyson
- 14:56spheres, right? And the other observation that
- 14:59you can make here is that it's not really the Dyson spheres
- 15:04collecting energy from the sun as much as it is the cosmic
- 15:08energies of space. And then on Jerusalem, as it
- 15:11describes this process is then turned into light waves, sifts
- 15:17of this kind of air that travels as dust and it and it has a a
- 15:22light eminence of it. And they say that the gases
- 15:26which reflect the slight energy from the Jerusalem up at upper
- 15:29ionosphere back to the ground are very similar to those in the
- 15:32Urantia upper belt which are concerned with the auroral
- 15:36phenomena of your so-called Northern Lights.
- 15:40Although these are produced by different causes.
- 15:43On Urantia, it is the same gas shield which prevents the escape
- 15:47of the terrestrial broadcast waves reflecting them earthward
- 15:51when the strike, when they strike this gas belt in their
- 15:54direct outward flight. And that is true.
- 15:58I mean in broadcasting. This is why AM stations
- 16:01typically will go much farther than FM, because FM is line of
- 16:05sight and you have to have a lot of power to get it to go far.
- 16:09AM, you just shoot the, the Herzean waves N into the
- 16:15atmosphere and then they bounce off the ionosphere.
- 16:19And that's why we have a, a, a radio station that I run in
- 16:24Wyoming. There's a guy in Norway that if
- 16:26he has his antenna just the right way, he can detect the
- 16:30signal. But that's a, that's a physical
- 16:32reaction that's going on. And they're saying that their
- 16:35energy is, is operates in in similar fashion.
- 16:40The lighting of Jerusalem is uniformly maintained for 75% of
- 16:45the Jerusalem day. So that'd be in our terms, if it
- 16:48was 24 hours, it'd be about 16 hours, right?
- 16:51And then it becomes night time minimum illumination.
- 16:55The light is about of your full moon on a clear night.
- 16:59So that's a depiction of what a Jerusalem day looks like where
- 17:03the sun might be at the angle of 10:00 AM in the morning.
- 17:06So kind of a soft Huey light. And then at night it turns into
- 17:11a place where it's like the full moon is out all night and in
- 17:15Jerusalem reef. And this is where it gets
- 17:17specific about this. Jerusalem receives faint light
- 17:21from several nearby Suns, a sort of brilliant Starlight, but it
- 17:26is not dependent on them. And worlds like Jerusalem are
- 17:30not subject to the vicissitudes of sun disturbances.
- 17:33Neither are they confronted with the problem of a cooling or
- 17:37dying sun. The seven transitional study
- 17:40worlds and their 49 satellites are heated, lighted, energized
- 17:46and watered by the Jerusalem technique.
- 17:49So that's Section 1 from this particular paper, 46 describing
- 17:54our headquarters world. And in later subsequent chapters
- 17:59they talk about the arrangement of society.
- 18:03They talk about the differences in where people live and where
- 18:06they operate. It is a real Society of
- 18:10advanced, I want to say creatures, but their advanced
- 18:14beings would be, I think, the more appropriate way of
- 18:18describing it. In paper Section 2 of this paper
- 18:2246, it talks more about the physical features of Jerusalem.
- 18:27On Jerusalem you will miss the rugged mountain ranges of
- 18:30Urantia and other evolved worlds, since there are neither
- 18:33earthquakes nor rainfalls, but you will enjoy the beauteous
- 18:37Highlands and other unique variations of topography and
- 18:41landscape. Enormous areas of Jerusalem are
- 18:45preserved in a natural state, and the grandeur of such
- 18:48districts is quite beyond the powers of human imagination.
- 18:53There are thousands upon thousands of small lakes, but no
- 18:56raging rivers nor expansive oceans.
- 19:00There is no rainfall in either storms nor blizzards on any of
- 19:04the architectural worlds. Now I want to zero in on that.
- 19:08What they just called is a is an architectural world.
- 19:11These worlds were made to order and there are previous
- 19:15paragraphs and sections where it talks about in the early ages of
- 19:20when Michael had designated Nebedon as his local creation.
- 19:26The first thing that happens is the master physical controllers
- 19:29and all of those who are of what they do, they construct these
- 19:34and I believe they say it takes about I, I'm probably wrong on
- 19:37this, but it, it takes about a it takes a long time.
- 19:42I'll tell you what, if anybody wants to have fun and research
- 19:46that, it says specifically how long it takes to build these
- 19:49architectural worlds. And they're all designed the
- 19:52same way as I just described. They say that they're the dew
- 19:58point is higher on a three gas world than on A2 gas planet like
- 20:02Urantia. They describe the physical plant
- 20:05life. And the Morontia world of living
- 20:08things, both requiring moisture, but this is largely supplied by
- 20:12the subsoil system of circulation which extends over
- 20:17the entire world, giving even at the very top of the Highlands.
- 20:21The water system is not entirely subsurface for there are many
- 20:24canals interconnecting the sparkling lakes of Jerusalem.
- 20:29The atmosphere of Jerusalem is a three gas mixture.
- 20:33The air is very similar to that of our world with the addition
- 20:36of a gas adapted to the respiration of the morontia
- 20:39order of life. This third gas in no way unfits
- 20:43the air for the respirations of animals or plants on the of the
- 20:48material orders. So they're saying there's going
- 20:52to be animals there, they're going to be plants there just
- 20:54like they are here, but they'll also be the Morontia order of
- 20:58life that coexist along with the material forms of life on this
- 21:01world. This is where it gets
- 21:04interesting. It talks about the
- 21:05transportation system on Jerusalem.
- 21:08And bear in mind, this book was written in 1934.
- 21:13So this is about the time that we're we have airplanes, we have
- 21:18trains, but we're still early in our transportation development.
- 21:23And they write about the transportation system and how
- 21:26it's allied with the circulatory streams of energy movement,
- 21:30similar to the way that our planes fly and jet streams and,
- 21:35and even boats and the trade winds really that that would be
- 21:38considered energy movement. So they have that kind of
- 21:41transportation system that uses the energy movements.
- 21:45They the meet the main energy currents being located at 10
- 21:48mile mile intervals. So they must be like energy
- 21:52regenerators of some, some kind. By adjustment of physical
- 21:56mechanisms, the material beings of the planet can proceed at a
- 22:01pace varying from 2 to 500 mph. The transport birds fly at about
- 22:06100 miles an hour. Transport birds, the air
- 22:11mechanisms of the material Suns, travel around 500 mph.
- 22:16Material and early Marancha beings must utilize these
- 22:20mechanical means of support, but spirit personalities proceed by
- 22:25liaison with the superior forces and the spirit sources of
- 22:30energy. Jerusalem is indeed a foretaste
- 22:34of para desiacal glory and grandeur, but you can never hope
- 22:40to gain an adequate idea of these glorious architectural
- 22:43worlds. By any attempted description.
- 22:46There is so little that could be compared with the ought on your
- 22:49world, and even then the things of Jerusalem so transcends that
- 22:53of Urantia that the comparison is almost grotesque.
- 22:58Until you actually arrive on Jerusalem, you can hardly
- 23:01entertain anything like a true concept of the heavenly worlds.
- 23:05But that is not so long a time in the future when your coming
- 23:08experience on the system capital is compared with your sometime
- 23:12arrival on the more remote training spheres of the
- 23:15universe, the Super universe and Havona.
- 23:21And there's more. There's much, much more, but
- 23:24that's just a sort of a foretaste.
- 23:26And it could very well be that these Dyson spheres that they
- 23:30think they've located throughout space are in fact the
- 23:34architectural worlds which I've just described.
- 23:37And that's why I thought it important to bring up on this
- 23:40edition of the Urantia book, because what I've basically have
- 23:43described to you is a, a narrative that tells you what to
- 23:48expect when you wake up on resurrection mourn.
- 23:53I think that's pretty revelatory.
- 23:57Thank you for stopping by. I appreciate it.
- 23:59Always reach out your Encha book, radio@gmail.com, and we'll
- 24:03have another episode coming up real shortly.
- 24:06We're going to start delving into the apostles and some of
- 24:10that. And also I want to talk about
- 24:11Abraham in future episodes. Abraham was a very important man
- 24:16and he does not get the mentions that he deserves, considering
- 24:19what he has done to preserve monotheism, which of course was
- 24:24the foundation of Judaism, and then later of course, preparing
- 24:29us for the teachings of Jesus himself.
- 24:31Until next time, thanks again for stopping by the Urantia
- 24:34Radio podcast. I've seen these you people
- 25:16wouldn't attack ships on fire for showing of a life.
- 25:27I watched these glittering the darkness of 10 hours a day.
- 25:38All the moments will be lost in time, like tears.
- 25:57Time to die the.
