It may be summer vacation time but teachers across Connecticut are very focused on a major decision that could impact public education in our state. The state’s teachers' unions are pressing Governor Lamont to reject a federal education tax credit. To understand this better, we checked in with Fran Rabinowitz, Executive Director at the Connecticut Association of Public School Superintendents.
