SPEAKER_00: Uh where should we start?
• 0:02
SPEAKER_01: We've got two couple shows this past weekend.
• 0:06
  SPEAKER_01: Two shows.
• 0:06
SPEAKER_00: Uh and then there I feel like there's loads of news that's happened though, which we can kind of just dive in on because random stuff, yeah.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_00: Like the firstly, what I do want to mention actually is that like there's a lot of bikini pros switching to fit model now.
• 0:19
SPEAKER_00: There are so many people switching to the body.
• 0:21
  SPEAKER_01: Tara looks amazing.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_00: Yes, Tara being one of them.
• 0:24
SPEAKER_00: That's why I kind of mentioned it.
• 0:25
SPEAKER_00: I think, and obviously, Marla is yes, um, she was obviously switched as well, and she's just done super well.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: She's obviously doing the fit model show this weekend as well.
• 0:35
  SPEAKER_00: So it's just it's just cool.
• 0:36
SPEAKER_00: It's honestly cool to see a lot of people from Bikini switch.
• 0:41
SPEAKER_00: And I wanted to ask the question before we get started why do you think that is?
• 0:45
SPEAKER_01: Uh, so I actually talked to Tara's husband, who coaches her this past week, and they had kind of a different reasoning on why.
• 0:51
SPEAKER_01: Like, I feel like everyone has an individual reason.
• 0:54
SPEAKER_01: Tara wasn't working out for a while and was out of the gym for a handful of time, and was I think he was kind of telling me that they were considering, like, are we pushing for bikini again?
• 1:03
  SPEAKER_01: What are we doing?
• 1:04
SPEAKER_01: Like, are we taking the year off?
• 1:05
  SPEAKER_01: Type of thing.
• 1:06
SPEAKER_01: And then they looked at what was being rewarded for fit model.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_01: They looked at where she was at, and he's like, Let's go at this full force.
• 1:13
SPEAKER_01: Like, I think you could fit it.
• 1:14
SPEAKER_01: And then she posted that update the other day, and I was like, that is someone coming from pro bikini, top of pro bikini, like multi-time Olympian pro bikini, um, to fit model that really fucking fits.
• 1:25
  SPEAKER_01: Like, she looks great.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like I'm looking at her and I'm like, your glutes aren't like wowing like bikini glutes, they're like fit model glutes, like downsized a bit, proportionate to what you need, delts aren't popping like crazy.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_01: It's like they streamlined her perfectly for what fit model needs.
• 1:40
SPEAKER_01: So I think she can do great.
• 1:42
SPEAKER_00: I think it'd be cool to see um her next to the other girls that have been fit model kind of.
• 1:47
SPEAKER_00: I say this entire time, but like that won their pro cards in Fit Model and then going into it.
• 1:52
SPEAKER_00: Because I think that's the hardest part is I do actually think we think Fit Model is smaller than we assume still.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_00: I think um it obviously has muscle, it has muscularity, and I think it's still got the shape that everyone wants, but I do think that like from the last two shows that we've kind of seen, I think it's a lot, not a lot, but smaller than we think it is in terms of like in general.
• 2:17
SPEAKER_00: So I'm I'm interested to see what she looks like next to everyone because that's always the case.
• 2:21
SPEAKER_00: It's always like cool, I'm smaller than what I was.
• 2:25
SPEAKER_00: Let's see what we look like in the television, but it could also not be where she needs to.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_00: And I think that's also I like the idea of her even trying because I think people wouldn't even try at the beginning and like just say, Oh, you know, I'm just gonna kind of not even bother.
• 2:38
  SPEAKER_00: But I I like it.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_00: I think it's cool that there's a lot more bikini pros even trying to go into big uh into fit model to see where they're at, you know.
• 2:47
  SPEAKER_00: So it's cool.
• 2:48
SPEAKER_01: Also gotta shout out just the fit model pros in general.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_01: You guys are showing up show after show, like the lists are just stacked every show.
• 2:55
SPEAKER_01: Bigger than bikini in the states, it's crazy, yeah.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, literally bigger than bikini.
• 2:59
SPEAKER_00: Most of the shows are like have been bigger than most of the bikini shows.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_01: It's been like 30 plus every show.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there's been like a bikini show and then a fit model pro show as well, usually at the same time, and they've been riding overriding bikini full force, which I think is really cool.
• 3:14
  SPEAKER_01: It is cool.
• 3:15
SPEAKER_01: So it is cool, but yeah, I do like a lot of the Fit Model pros switching over.
• 3:19
SPEAKER_01: I think, like you said, it's cool that they're even just getting out there and doing it.
• 3:23
SPEAKER_01: Like some people would take more time than others, right?
• 3:26
SPEAKER_01: Some people have, like Janet, for instance, like she's got shoulders, she's got glutes, she's Miss Olympia for a reason.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_01: It's gonna take her a while to get down into Fit Model and really be um pushing for a win there.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_01: And then you have someone like Tara who like just being whatever happened, being out of the gym for a minute, like she they looked at her and they were like, you can fit this, and she really can.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_01: Like everything's streamlined right on down into it.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_01: We'll see how she does this weekend in comparison.
• 3:51
SPEAKER_01: Um, but regardless, I do think that she has the has the look for it.
• 3:55
  SPEAKER_01: So I'm I'm excited for it.
• 3:57
  SPEAKER_00: I agree.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_00: Right, let's have a look at this past weekend.
• 4:03
SPEAKER_00: Was it just fit model?
• 4:05
SPEAKER_00: Uh not fit model, uh the girl girl power.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_01: I could have sworn there was one more show.
• 4:10
  SPEAKER_01: Was there not?
• 4:13
  SPEAKER_01: I might be wrong.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_00: I think that was just girl power.
• 4:17
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was just girl power.
• 4:18
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 4:22
  SPEAKER_00: So big so big.
• 4:24
SPEAKER_00: So this was the first call out.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_00: Or do you want to do the top six?
• 4:29
SPEAKER_00: I mean, this is pretty much the almost the top six anyway.
• 4:32
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this is good top.
• 4:33
  SPEAKER_01: This is what eight?
• 4:34
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 4:35
  SPEAKER_00: Great top eight.
• 4:36
  SPEAKER_01: Great top eight.
• 4:37
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you've got Rihanna.
• 4:38
  SPEAKER_01: Green first call out.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: Rihanna, and then I actually don't know.
• 4:41
SPEAKER_00: Wait, let me just actually go to the top six because I need to look at them.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_00: I don't know what her name is.
• 4:48
SPEAKER_01: In second, the girl who's got Gonzalez, I think, right?
• 4:51
  SPEAKER_00: Jessica, that's the one.
• 4:52
SPEAKER_00: Because I I kept on looking at her name being like this, and I just I didn't, I was like, oh, girl in the girl in the green.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: I just kept on saying that, which is really bad of me.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: Don't do that to people.
• 5:01
SPEAKER_00: But um, I was like, what's her actual name?
• 5:03
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_00: This was my favorite look from Rihanna.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_00: So like I loved it so much.
• 5:10
SPEAKER_00: I loved she went curly hair, long curly hair.
• 5:13
SPEAKER_00: She, I think she had the same suit colour on, but it just it her physique looks different.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_00: It just, I don't know, it just looked so much more like poppy, more like had more dimension to it, everything like that.
• 5:25
SPEAKER_00: Like I love, I loved this look on her so much, so much.
• 5:29
SPEAKER_00: I like that the fact it sounds really silly, but I do think hair volume makes such a big difference in your physique.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_00: Because I think I want to say uh she wore her hair for Charlotte straight, if I'm not mistaken.
• 5:46
SPEAKER_00: And I just think that it just didn't give the same pop as what it did when she was on stage for girl power.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: It just doesn't like and then so there's that, and then there's this.
• 5:58
SPEAKER_00: Wait, you need to go into the front pose first.
• 6:01
SPEAKER_00: I just feel like it just it's there's just more to it, you know?
• 6:05
SPEAKER_00: It just gives adds to the physique a little bit more, which I know sounds silly, but it makes a big difference.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_01: It's not silly at all.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_01: It might sound silly, or maybe to someone that like doesn't understand what you're getting at, but I can't even pinpoint the right words to describe it.
• 6:18
SPEAKER_01: But there's a difference in, especially in the front pose, in how it volumizes her look.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_01: Like the shape from the shoulders down to the taper and how the how the hair is sitting in the backdrop of her.
• 6:28
SPEAKER_01: It's just completely different in terms of having it curly here, just making her look more full and shapely in that front pose.
• 6:35
  SPEAKER_01: So it's it's a great look.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_01: This is still a great look, but I almost feel like the the volumization of her hair and it being like thicker and more curly just like presents a better front pose.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_00: It's hard to pinpoint what the wording is there, but um, but yeah, I just like the way that it's I also love the way it looks in the back pose, like her hair being fully covering the back, which is why we did that with my hair as well.
• 6:59
SPEAKER_00: Like it just it brings the whole back pose together when you can't see certain things.
• 7:05
  SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't know.
• 7:06
SPEAKER_00: I just feel like it just it just everything about her look I absolutely loved.
• 7:09
SPEAKER_00: She's doing, I want to say she's doing New York next, which is gonna be fun.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_00: So she's got New York, and then I think that might be her done for the season, and then she'll be moving on to growing for the Olympia, which is smart, you know.
• 7:23
SPEAKER_00: So that's gonna be cool.
• 7:24
SPEAKER_01: New York's gearing up to be good.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_01: We were just talking about this a couple weeks ago.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_01: We were like, I was like, I haven't seen a lot of names for New York, like Pittsburgh's gonna be crazy, but New York, and week by week we're seeing more and more people, that's gonna be awesome.
• 7:35
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, more and more people, which is cool.
• 7:37
  SPEAKER_00: So, and then Jessica.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_00: I her pre state where is she?
• 7:42
SPEAKER_00: Actually, I want to see the normal shot here.
• 7:45
SPEAKER_00: This one, she has such like she's come so far in terms of like she's gone from what winning her pro card last year to getting like top two immediately in like a big lineup, which is absolutely crazy.
• 8:02
SPEAKER_01: The one's the one that plays top in Charlotte as well, right?
• 8:04
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she got uh second to Rihanna in Charlotte.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_00: The one thing I will say is slow down closing very, very slightly.
• 8:14
SPEAKER_00: That's the only thing I'll say because I feel like she has so much like exciting energy that she just needs to like control it a little bit more.
• 8:23
SPEAKER_00: I think once she's done that, she'll be golden in terms of how she's presenting her physique for what she has at the moment.
• 8:28
SPEAKER_00: But I just feel like she's just moving too quickly.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: And it might just be because she's a new pro.
• 8:33
SPEAKER_00: Like that, this is what happens from with when you go from amateur to pro, you still are an amateur going into the pro league, you know?
• 8:41
SPEAKER_00: So it's getting that like yourself used to okay, what does it feel like to be slower on stage?
• 8:46
SPEAKER_00: Like and actually like hit poses for longer than two seconds.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_00: Like it's it's hard to get used to that because once you go on stage again for the first time, obviously from amateur the first time as a pro, your body's just gonna get used to that because you're like, oh, this is what we did before.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: So I think for her, just slowing down because she has all the confidence there, like she's so confident.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_00: Um she just needs to slow it down.
• 9:07
  SPEAKER_00: That's all.
• 9:08
SPEAKER_00: And hold the moment, hold the moments longer.
• 9:12
SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, I think she's got great physique.
• 9:15
SPEAKER_00: She just needs to grow everywhere.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_00: Um but she's got a great physique, like her conditioning is spot on.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_00: Like, again, like you see everything, like good for like tying at the bottom, proportion, everything's super balanced.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_01: There's nothing that's like missing, it's one of those things just like a little bit everywhere, and you'll keep moving up.
• 9:32
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, 100%.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: She just needs, she just obviously, as time goes on, she just needs to develop it into her shape a bit more, and that's it.
• 9:38
SPEAKER_00: So that'll be exciting to kind of see.
• 9:41
SPEAKER_00: And then we've got Carrie ripping the UK.
• 9:45
SPEAKER_01: I texted you right after I was so yeah, like I I barely even know Carrie.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_01: We talk on Instagram every now and then, or we see each other at some shows, but like I just love seeing someone come from overseas.
• 9:55
SPEAKER_01: She's always a consistent first call-out girl, but coming from overseas, coming over here, jumping into a massive lineup and getting top three.
• 10:04
  SPEAKER_01: Like, good on her.
• 10:05
  SPEAKER_01: That's fucking awesome.
• 10:06
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's she's one that I think is climbing the ranks really nicely, and obviously, she's like what the she comes in crazy conditioning.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_01: That's an insane like look and silhouette just standing there left.
• 10:17
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, literally crazy.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_00: But I think she um she's one that's coming up quite well in terms of like she's you know, I've said this before multiple times.
• 10:27
SPEAKER_00: Like, I think once you've run the European market and seen it, stuff like that, I always think it's such a good idea to come to the US.
• 10:35
SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
• 10:36
SPEAKER_00: Like, come to the US, get in front of the judges, get in front of the different types of girls over here so you can get more widely spread feedback.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_00: It's nothing to do with the European market, it's just going up against different levels of girls each each show.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_00: Because there's so many US shows, there's only really so many European shows.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_00: Everyone's gonna be the same, you're gonna be against the same people, so it's trying to get not even away from the same people, but like in front of different people, so you can actually physically know what you need to work on.
• 11:06
  SPEAKER_00: And I think there's a lot more people.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_00: The one thing I love about New York Pro, which we'll get back to this in a second, but there is four UK girls rapping the bikini lineup, which I absolutely love.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_00: So, like again, it's like people are coming to the the these shows and like being like, Yeah, I can stand up against these girls, and I want to get the feedback against these girls.
• 11:29
SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
• 11:30
  SPEAKER_00: So I love I love that.
• 11:32
SPEAKER_00: So um but she's what like third on the points list now?
• 11:39
SPEAKER_00: So she's going to she's going to the Olympia, you know?
• 11:42
SPEAKER_00: So she's probably gonna either accumulate more points or at some point get those two wins and go to the Olympia.
• 11:48
SPEAKER_00: So she's definitely gonna go.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_01: And if she gets if she gets like five more points on the board, I think she's like even if she drops all the way down to like 20th, she's making any more.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_01: She's so fussy so far up.
• 11:58
SPEAKER_01: They're going into this last week.
• 12:00
SPEAKER_01: She was in third or fourth on the points list.
• 12:02
  SPEAKER_00: I think she's got 22.
• 12:03
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, 22.
• 12:04
  SPEAKER_01: Here she is.
• 12:05
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's that's crazy.
• 12:06
  SPEAKER_00: So she's got 22 already.
• 12:08
SPEAKER_00: If I'm honest, like the lowest right now is eight, which is cool because that's that's the guy, that's Jessica who just got second.
• 12:13
SPEAKER_02: Back to back seconds, yeah.
• 12:15
SPEAKER_00: And she's on the list now.
• 12:16
SPEAKER_00: So, and again, there's gonna be a lot of people that come off this list.
• 12:20
  SPEAKER_02: Yep.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_00: So the the points are gonna move up.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_00: Because remember, it was the lowest you get was 10.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: Now it's eight because there's been people that have been taken off.
• 12:28
SPEAKER_00: So I won't lie, I still think I think there's gonna be I think there's gonna be at least 60 of us still at the Olympia.
• 12:36
  SPEAKER_01: I think so, yeah.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it'll be reduced by about 15 people in total, roughly, but still gonna be a lot.
• 12:41
  SPEAKER_00: It's still gonna be a lot.
• 12:42
  SPEAKER_00: I I post it.
• 12:43
  SPEAKER_00: Which I love.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_01: Like, there's some people out there that complain about it.
• 12:45
  SPEAKER_01: I fucking love it.
• 12:46
  SPEAKER_01: Like, it's what we're here for.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_01: I like the people that want to complain.
• 12:50
SPEAKER_01: Are you gonna go complain because you have too many classic guys that you like to watch or too many open guys you like to watch?
• 12:55
SPEAKER_01: No, but because that's your division you like to watch.
• 12:58
  SPEAKER_01: That's us over here.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_01: Like, go fucking walk the expo during bikini if you want to complain about it.
• 13:03
  SPEAKER_00: Yes, quite literally.
• 13:04
SPEAKER_00: Um, I think what I would like to see though is it try to be not fully capped, but I do think that we at some point we're gonna need to even bring it down even more than this.
• 13:15
  SPEAKER_01: I think a 50 cap is a perfect number.
• 13:17
SPEAKER_01: 50 is a great number because we're going to see it's gonna prove it a lot this year, but we will likely see 20 plus 25 names on the two win list, the ones that that are off the points.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_01: So that shows us right there that okay, we can get a solid, like a good 25.
• 13:34
SPEAKER_01: You win two shows, you're fucking good.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_01: Um, and then after that, having a top 20, I don't even know how they would cap it at 50, but um having a 25.
• 13:45
SPEAKER_01: Actually, now that I'm saying this out loud, though, do you think there's gonna be over 60?
• 13:48
SPEAKER_01: Because that would mean that we'd have 42 show winners.
• 13:52
SPEAKER_00: So there's seven, so there's 17 on here right now, not it's not including Laurelly, because for some reason Laurelie's never on the list, and I don't know why.
• 13:59
SPEAKER_00: But this is set, this is 16 add Laurelie 17, then 25.
• 14:03
  SPEAKER_00: What's that?
• 14:04
SPEAKER_01: Uh Ashley is on there.
• 14:06
  SPEAKER_01: Um, I you said 40 and 17.
• 14:09
  SPEAKER_00: No, no, no, no.
• 14:10
  SPEAKER_00: 20 25 adds 17.
• 14:13
  SPEAKER_00: 45 42.
• 14:15
  SPEAKER_00: So that's already 42.
• 14:16
  SPEAKER_00: And then we've also got that's another 18, 18, 18.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_01: We can we can narrow down a little bit by looking at the list and seeing who already has one win and who's gonna get going.
• 14:31
  SPEAKER_01: One, two, three.
• 14:32
SPEAKER_00: I'll get another one, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen.
• 14:40
SPEAKER_00: So you've got 14 girls that only need, I say only, they need one more win.
• 14:45
SPEAKER_00: If they get one more win, then there's only four more girls that need to be 60 already.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_00: So or it would almost be it'd be just under 60.
• 14:58
SPEAKER_01: So I yeah, I think it will be you're right.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_01: It'll be right around there for sure.
• 15:02
  SPEAKER_01: For sure.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_01: I think there'll be it's hard for me to think about 25 plus people winning two shows, but I guess.
• 15:08
SPEAKER_00: I don't know how many more shows there are though.
• 15:10
SPEAKER_00: How many more shows are there?
• 15:12
SPEAKER_00: Also, equally, there have been this is probably the big biggest Miss Olympia like returning people returning to the Miss Olympia.
• 15:21
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 15:22
  SPEAKER_00: Like or Mr.
• 15:23
  SPEAKER_00: Olympia.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: So you've got Maureen, you've got then Laura Lee, you've got Ashley, you've got Issa.
• 15:30
  SPEAKER_02: Yep.
• 15:30
SPEAKER_00: It's it's it for the for the last like couple of years, this has been the most consistent, like there's been returning Miss Olympias.
• 15:37
SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
• 15:38
  SPEAKER_00: So I feel like it's good.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: I personally feel like I'm gonna throw this out here.
• 15:42
SPEAKER_00: I reckon next year they're gonna move this to top 20 or even lower.
• 15:46
  SPEAKER_01: I can see a top 20.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_00: I think top 25 is is a good number, but I do think that they're gonna make it harder each year to try and make them get that.
• 15:55
SPEAKER_01: I do like the it's like a it's like a double, I don't want to say double-edged sword because I think it's a positive thing, but it's one of those things where it's like you gotta be a little bit more strategic about your season, compete a little bit immediately post-Olimpia or like around the or like more people come out for Charlotte and Wasatch, like that beginning of the year.
• 16:14
SPEAKER_01: Um, but it's one of those things where I would like to see it narrowed down a bit because it's the pinnacle show of the year.
• 16:21
SPEAKER_01: You don't need 70 people in it.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_01: 50 is a really good cap, in my opinion.
• 16:25
SPEAKER_01: I like if if we see statistically, like just data-wise this year, that the amount of people that win two shows or that are on the automatic qualification list, like um people winning the big shows too, if we get like 25 to 30 on there, then cap it at top 20, 20 in points.
• 16:42
SPEAKER_01: Because then you cap it at 50.
• 16:44
SPEAKER_01: If they just gotta kind of use this year as data collection to see how many people end up on that two-show win list.
• 16:50
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think as well, like I again, like you said before, like I'm not complaining in saying like they should not have as many people, but I think as an athlete going to the Olympia, like it's hard to feel like this is the best show in the world when there's so many people as well.
• 17:08
SPEAKER_00: So I feel like I think that's what it's it's hard to say, like, oh, like there should be that many people there, because there should be, because there are so many more shows.
• 17:17
SPEAKER_00: Bikini's also one of the biggest shows, like biggest categories out of everyone.
• 17:22
  SPEAKER_00: Same with men's physique.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_00: So I understand that there's obviously going to be it's trying to figure out the best thing that fits everyone, not making it ridiculously impossible to get qualified, but also making it hard enough to make it feel like I've qualified for the Olympia.
• 17:36
SPEAKER_00: You know, you still need to have that like, oh, I've gotten to the Olympia like moment.
• 17:41
SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
• 17:41
SPEAKER_00: Which I think everyone always will, but don't ex because I've heard some people talk about like, oh, you only only need two show wins to go to the Olympia.
• 17:49
SPEAKER_00: And you're like, what do you mean, only two show wins?
• 17:51
SPEAKER_00: What are you talking about?
• 17:53
SPEAKER_00: Like, it's hard to get to the Olympia.
• 17:55
SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
• 17:56
SPEAKER_00: And I think that's we need to not have that anymore.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_00: We can't be having like, oh, it's only this or it's only that, or no, it should be hard.
• 18:05
  SPEAKER_00: It should be hard.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: It's the Olympia, it's the biggest show in the world.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, um green.
• 18:10
SPEAKER_00: So I think personally, anyway, we went on a bit of a tangent there, but there's so many other we can go on a whole tangent of this.
• 18:16
SPEAKER_01: There's other podcasts that talk about ways to like you get your list, and then they're talking about how to narrow that down for the actual Olympia day, like doing a preliminary round the week of and stuff like that.
• 18:26
  SPEAKER_01: Just so many.
• 18:27
  SPEAKER_00: I don't need to do that.
• 18:28
SPEAKER_01: There's just so much talk about what to do.
• 18:30
SPEAKER_00: That's then unfair because then it comes to because it's like the Olympics.
• 18:33
SPEAKER_00: Like you've made it to the Olympics at the Olympics.
• 18:36
SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
• 18:37
SPEAKER_00: Like it's not like oh, you know, now we're gonna be able to do that.
• 18:39
SPEAKER_01: Because then you even call yourself an Olympian at that point because you're not actually going to the Olympia stage, you're doing the preliminary round that week to get to the Olympia stage.
• 18:47
SPEAKER_01: So do you even like I know what to a lot of girls?
• 18:49
SPEAKER_01: It's like, I want to make the Olympics, I want the tracksuit.
• 18:52
SPEAKER_01: And it's like, so do you even get it at that point?
• 18:54
SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, do you even get your your like memorabilia from the week?
• 18:56
  SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
• 18:57
SPEAKER_01: Also from I don't agree with it either, but from a business standpoint as well, like how much is that also gonna cost?
• 19:03
SPEAKER_00: Because they're gonna have to have more time at the venue.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_00: And I'm not saying it's about business at all or anything like that, but they've got then think about all of that.
• 19:10
SPEAKER_00: How long is that gonna take?
• 19:12
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna take way more out of the judge's time.
• 19:14
  SPEAKER_00: Like it's it's it's not worth the hassle.
• 19:17
SPEAKER_00: It's trying to it's trying to narrow down the main list, probably, and then go from there.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_00: But also, what do you do with trying to bring down an ever-growing list because the divisions are only getting bigger and bigger?
• 19:30
SPEAKER_00: So I understand like it all from every part.
• 19:32
  SPEAKER_00: It's just it's hard.
• 19:34
  SPEAKER_00: And this is why.
• 19:39
SPEAKER_01: It's an incentive for certain states and cities and the promoters to be able to add pro bikini, add fit model, admin's physique.
• 19:47
SPEAKER_01: Like they want to add these because it brings the audience in.
• 19:50
  SPEAKER_01: People watch the stream.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_01: Like, you can't tell a show promoter, like, hey, we're not allowing you to have this anymore.
• 19:56
  SPEAKER_01: It's like, what?
• 19:57
SPEAKER_01: I've been running this for 10 years.
• 19:59
SPEAKER_01: Like, you don't want to have to tell them that.
• 20:01
SPEAKER_01: You want the pro shows.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_01: The the other option that I like is back in the day, back in the day, they did the uh they did the show tiers.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_01: Like every show's were worth a different amount of points.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_01: So that would kind of stagger who's going where, who needs to end up doing more shows.
• 20:17
SPEAKER_01: Like, let's say you have like a um, I don't want to call it a small show, but like a San Diego pro show is not at the same level as doing New York Pro, like on paper.
• 20:25
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, right.
• 20:26
SPEAKER_01: So you go to San Diego, maybe first, maybe only the top three there end up with points, and it's three, two, one instead of five, four, three, two, one.
• 20:34
  SPEAKER_01: Like stuff like that.
• 20:35
SPEAKER_01: You could tier the shows, and that could get some of the like someone could end up qualifying for the Olympia because they where they were fucking dedicated and end up doing six shows and getting in like the top three of those smaller shows, versus you have someone that goes and wins Romania automatically qualified, or New York, make that 10 points instead of five.
• 20:53
SPEAKER_01: Like things like that, you could tier the shows differently.
• 20:56
SPEAKER_01: That's another way to go about it.
• 20:57
SPEAKER_01: But yeah, again, you're still gonna end up with a top 25 points list, which needs to be narrowed down.
• 21:02
  SPEAKER_01: I agree with you, I think to 20.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_01: I think it makes it a much more pinnacle at that point.
• 21:07
SPEAKER_00: Unless they literally just do it old school, where they literally just make it point system where it is like top 20 points.
• 21:12
  SPEAKER_00: That's it.
• 21:13
SPEAKER_00: No, even your wins don't.
• 21:14
  SPEAKER_00: That'd be nuts.
• 21:15
  SPEAKER_00: That I mean that was 20.
• 21:16
  SPEAKER_00: That was my 2018 and 2019.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_00: Like everyone, I think people that come into the sport forget how it used to be.
• 21:23
  SPEAKER_00: It was fucking hard.
• 21:25
  SPEAKER_00: It was so hard.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_00: And it used to be 25, like 25 people.
• 21:29
SPEAKER_00: It was you get a top 20 points list, and then top five from the Olympia previously before get invited back.
• 21:36
  SPEAKER_00: That was it.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_00: And then obviously, like the Miss Olympias, like previously from before, but that was it.
• 21:41
SPEAKER_00: Like you had to fight to the death.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: And I remember there was one year, I think Issa was at the top with 42 points.
• 21:49
SPEAKER_00: I remember she had she had like 40 something points.
• 21:51
SPEAKER_00: This was either 2018 or 2019, but it was so high.
• 21:55
SPEAKER_00: I was like, this is crazy.
• 21:57
  SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm I'm there's no way I'm getting 40 something.
• 22:00
  SPEAKER_00: something points.
• 22:00
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_01: But again, it's only thing.
• 22:02
  SPEAKER_01: Go ahead.
• 22:03
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 22:03
SPEAKER_00: Oh, I was going to say the the thing is with the with the tiered systems or like taking away shows is like already there's still 25 plus girls in each pro show already.
• 22:15
SPEAKER_00: And we've got however many shows, multiple weekends.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_00: So like you taking away shows, you're going to literally make shows like 40 plus girls.
• 22:23
  SPEAKER_00: Like it's it's nuts.
• 22:24
SPEAKER_00: Like it's going to then it's then it's going to be even worse because it's like okay cool.
• 22:28
SPEAKER_00: Like how is then again the athlete experience going to be like going on stage and it being like that it's just it's just then not fun to want to compete you know um for sure.
• 22:38
SPEAKER_01: I think the only thing that I don't like about that thought of um like going back to how it was in 18 is it puts certain people at advantages based on where they live.
• 22:50
SPEAKER_01: Like take uh take Kate for instance.
• 22:52
  SPEAKER_01: She's in New Zealand.
• 22:54
SPEAKER_01: They have one pro show.
• 22:55
SPEAKER_01: So you're telling me that if she wants to rack up points because there's a top 25 and it's points only.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_01: Wins don't secure shit anymore.
• 23:02
SPEAKER_01: You're telling me she has to pack up and pretty much move to America for five shows plus just to get keep her name moving on the points list.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_01: Like you you guys have European shows though at least like you could you have FIBO you have the um you have UK pro Poland but like New Zealand people or China people they only have two Asia.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_01: They have a few shows a year total over there.
• 23:25
SPEAKER_01: So it's like they're at a big disadvantage at that point and I feel like it almost makes it like I get it it's the pro league.
• 23:31
SPEAKER_01: Not everything needs to be fair.
• 23:32
SPEAKER_01: But regardless it is an advantage to live in Europe or North America at that point.
• 23:37
SPEAKER_01: And it's taking away from the people in Asia in New Zealand, Australia.
• 23:42
SPEAKER_01: Like those areas are at a big disadvantage because they now need two three four times the cost just to go and compete and try to get on the list.
• 23:50
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 23:50
SPEAKER_01: So that's the only thing I don't like there.
• 23:53
SPEAKER_00: Yeah that's I mean it's hard because I always use everything as like a mimic of like the Olympics.
• 23:59
  SPEAKER_00: It's like the same.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_00: It's like you can have someone from like not Russia but like somewhere like really random and they just have to train in a facility that has the fucking bare minimum but they have to train just as hard.
• 24:13
SPEAKER_00: It's the same analogy in a way they have to train just as hard because it isn't the same they don't get the same kind of like availability as like someone from America or someone from elsewhere.
• 24:24
SPEAKER_00: And it's it becomes hard because it's like okay cool how inclusive do you have to be so then again that's why they have more shows like in Asia and other places.
• 24:32
SPEAKER_00: It's yes it's a never ending cycle especially when it comes to bikini and men's physique because it is so it's ever growing there's no answer that will please everybody.
• 24:42
SPEAKER_01: I think that what you said in the beginning like slowly narrowing it down more and more as they collect more data is the best way to go about it.
• 24:48
SPEAKER_01: See how many people qualify on two show wins this year.
• 24:51
SPEAKER_01: Okay we know that it's roughly 25 to 30.
• 24:54
SPEAKER_01: We want to cap the Olympia at about 50.
• 24:56
SPEAKER_01: So that's what we're going to make the top 25 is now going to be top 20 and then let it sit there for a year and see how that Olympia goes and every year improve on it where they feel they need to but I think it's heading in the right direction.
• 25:08
  SPEAKER_00: I agree.
• 25:08
SPEAKER_00: What would you do if they just cut it and was like yep top 10 only they'd be fucking nuts.
• 25:13
SPEAKER_01: That would from 25 to top 10 I would be like oh I yeah people be fighting for points but now to think from a business perspective just because it is a business as well how much does that turn some people off now I will be I will be the collegiate athlete hardcore fucking person for a second with this.
• 25:34
SPEAKER_01: Yeah it's supposed to be competitive as hell.
• 25:36
SPEAKER_01: You're supposed to have a dedicated mindset like whatever it takes like let's fucking gun it we got to run seven shows to get our in top five and all of them to make the Olympia.
• 25:47
  SPEAKER_01: Let's do it.
• 25:47
SPEAKER_01: But on the flip side not everyone has that mindset.
• 25:50
SPEAKER_01: Not everyone has the finances to do it either.
• 25:52
SPEAKER_01: Not everybody can compete that many times to even even top three which like if you're placing top three consistently you likely deserve to be at the Olympia.
• 26:01
SPEAKER_01: Let's say you win a show and get two seconds like that's huge.
• 26:06
SPEAKER_01: But if it's top 10 only likely you're not making that because you need to do another few shows.
• 26:10
SPEAKER_00: Not everyone has the finance system in that.
• 26:13
SPEAKER_01: So then yes let's say bring a tier system in tier system in that to that that would be that'd be a way to go about it yeah it's just one of those things where from a finance perspective of individuals it's hard.
• 26:23
SPEAKER_01: And then as the IFBB or the Olympia looking at it I'm like okay like I I we want to be a little more inclusive because we do want names here.
• 26:32
SPEAKER_01: We don't want certain people missing this.
• 26:34
SPEAKER_01: We want to make sure that people have an equal opportunity to get here at the same time yes you're supposed to have a hardcore competitive mentality.
• 26:42
SPEAKER_01: You're supposed to be like oh I'm an eighth out of the top 10 right now we got to run a couple more shows but not everyone can do that.
• 26:49
SPEAKER_01: And so it's like from a business perspective how much does that turn competitors off?
• 26:53
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 26:54
SPEAKER_00: So yeah I agree and I I I yeah it's not it's never going to please everyone I don't think it will they'll ever please anyone because obviously it's the it's a pro league is the best league in the world they're not it's not everyone's not going to agree.
• 27:07
SPEAKER_00: Already people don't agree with so much stuff and I'm like okay cool but like they there's only so much they can do.
• 27:12
SPEAKER_00: So I do think that it's coming though.
• 27:15
SPEAKER_00: So like for anyone pro-bikini and then even Fit Model I think Fit model at some point will go to finals but I even think Fit Model will be a point system at some point oh Fit Model will end up doing the same thing as bikini they're going to have the same numbers trending.
• 27:32
SPEAKER_00: They need more shows they need more shows they would have more shows and they'll have more time and yeah it'll be anyway we went on again another tangent but that's fine.
• 27:41
  SPEAKER_00: That's okay.
• 27:41
  SPEAKER_00: The people want it.
• 27:42
SPEAKER_00: The people have a tangent so it's fine um we have so Rachel looked awesome back to back she looks really good.
• 27:49
SPEAKER_00: Yeah because I think she got fourth uh Charlotte as well yeah it's Charlotte yeah yeah she's got some muscle to her some good dense muscle like the her lower body is nice and dense I mean even her upper body but she's weirdly like balanced she's quite dense and muscular but she's balanced from top to bottom in terms of like how she's got a dense upper body and a dense lower body but it works you know um I'm interested to see kind of what she would look like next to because I think this lineup and Charlotte were very similar.
• 28:22
SPEAKER_00: So I'm because obviously what the top a lot of the same names yeah so it'd be cool to see her next to some different physiques and stuff like that for sure.
• 28:29
SPEAKER_01: But I like I like Rachel's physique a lot her husband's a great coach too he coaches her there they are right there.
• 28:35
SPEAKER_01: Yeah great coach I yeah they they're killing it she's come a long way when did she turn pro?
• 28:42
SPEAKER_01: Damn I cannot remember she looks really good.
• 28:49
SPEAKER_01: He coaches Jordan Fisher now too so fingers crossed for that comeback next year.
• 28:53
SPEAKER_00: Ooh that'll be cool totally sorry Jordan I had to throw your business out there she's like I was like whoa that'd be cool yeah that'd be cool to see her come back and stuff as well Yulia Yulia looked awesome.
• 29:08
SPEAKER_01: Yulia's always just such a complete top to bottom package.
• 29:11
SPEAKER_01: It's one of those things where sometimes she loses to people that just have that genetically better like shape but there's nothing missing on Yulia.
• 29:19
SPEAKER_01: Her back pose is fucking nuts too.
• 29:21
SPEAKER_00: I want to see we'll have a look at the back poses in a second but I want to see that's a cool metal I like those I loved the whole like the whole thing for girl power I think girl power looks so cool like the whole stage like the like audience the they had like little gift bags and everything it just looks really good.
• 29:40
SPEAKER_01: Well you had plenty of people complaining wondering why the media was giving light to a female only bodybuilding show so we'll fucking talk about that later because I have some shit to say about that.
• 29:51
SPEAKER_00: My god um but yeah she looks really good she looks complete she's a she looks a little soft from behind like than what she's you she usually is.
• 29:59
SPEAKER_01: I mean and especially compared to a show of the year for her though so exactly so but I get very very overall compete I don't I don't remember her competing a lot post cutoff last year but she's at the top of the points list.
• 30:11
  SPEAKER_01: She's like top ten.
• 30:13
SPEAKER_01: I did not remember how many I you don't remember her doing that many shows yeah I think she has does she have a win right there 15 points she's like number eight on there oh yeah yeah she doesn't have a win though that's why I'm saying she must have competed a lot like I can't remember what though before the Olympia did she do any before the Olympia I can't remember if anything was before I'm gonna start she got she got sick at Olympia right she didn't get to do any competed shortly after that I want to say she did Romania for some reason but no uh I don't think she did there's these shows she got second to Ashley oh Battle on the bay okay yeah and then she did east coast here so third here so she's done she did a few shows before you got East Coast then this is yeah that's East Coast as well Atlantic Coast this one yeah she's Atlantic Coast she competed in the Hawaii is that Hawaii no no no this is this is Hurricane oh hurricane okay so she got top three basically yeah she was she was moving yeah yeah she got a lot and this is all aft oh they look Daytona third yeah yeah so she's she got a lot of top three placings which is why sixth place at Battle of the bodies hey everyone listening to this if you're pro take notes on this like she's coming into the season like in May right now or in April at the top of the points list and hasn't been out all year.
• 31:40
SPEAKER_01: Like that's what you got to do strategy wise.
• 31:42
SPEAKER_00: This is what I mean I do think that like it makes a big difference I think even same with like Jordan for example like she's at the she is at the top of the Olympia qualifying she knocked out two wins yeah straight away and then same with more um marie maria marie was like the same like straight away um so I think that's like it it shows like that's in that's gonna be a big like change and then you've got the whole of the year to kind of not relax but like be yeah done you know essentially so right I keep we keep getting sidetracked so let's just get through this let's get through this it was about Julia it's okay thank you for being organizing I know and then we've got star who was six stars super consistent this year she's been improving from show to show I think she did yeah was it Charlotte was her first and then was I sent the three back to back so that's quite a lot yeah and she's improved each time I do think Charlotte she I actually really liked her Charlotte look to be fair across here her waist was super tight here I think she's only just gotten better each time though which was cool to see and then she got fourth here nice tight waist and then she got sixth at wasar so I know her placings hasn't represented where she's come so obviously she's gone down in placements but she also has improved physique wise so this is also a really good example as to your physique also could improve from show to show but being up against different lineups over time it it can not work in your favor.
• 33:13
SPEAKER_00: Not not work in your favor but you know what I mean like not always represent what you've brought physique wise so it is just a case of keep running it getting in front of because all these judges were all different judges I think it was Tyler then Steve and then different judges in in girl power so they've all been in front of different judges so I do think that it's important to know that because I do think that people forget that part you know Stasi keep the purple I like the purple at a lot I like purple as well I do like purple I think purple matched the the it matched the girl power really well very well so okay that was and then the back poses for all these girls we looked at earlier I think it was a straight 369 as well yeah so it was a good show really good show yeah and then we had Fit Model we had Jane got her qualification yeah oh my god I was so happy when I saw that I was like and I think they finally nailed like really nailed her look really nicely um definitely I think she did have to get leaner than I think they expected which I think that's what I've said to to you earlier I do think that you are having to get slightly smaller or not leaner but smaller than people think for fit model in terms of what they're actually wanting to bring you know it's not just about bringing a softer physique it's still bringing in that nice like we said before nice tight core make and making sure that everything is like not too imbalanced or too off or anything like that.
• 34:43
SPEAKER_01: Do you know what I mean?
• 34:44
SPEAKER_01: No 100% and Jane has that that look where she's very proportionate and symmetrical top half and bottom half which isn't always in fit model's favor.
• 34:54
SPEAKER_01: Like if you go back to that top six I can point it out um like Jane but being able to bring her in that little bit smaller that little bit more streamlined worked very well in her favor.
• 35:04
SPEAKER_01: When you look at the two girls next to her look at their hip height and their leg length that's more of that genetic fit model.
• 35:11
SPEAKER_01: But Jane's been so consistent that I think her and Jamie just like brought it in perfect this show for what they had seen they needed to do show by show and killed it here.
• 35:20
SPEAKER_01: I mean Gisabel is an amazing fit model competitor here in third place.
• 35:23
  SPEAKER_01: Beating her is great.
• 35:25
SPEAKER_01: I'm not positive who second place is um I want to say we'll look at her in a second.
• 35:29
SPEAKER_01: But yeah Jane nailed it here.
• 35:31
SPEAKER_01: I think that she um I don't want to say fighting genetics like she's not fucking great like gifted genetically like she's been consistently first call outs every show that she's done now but um like they just it you really need to nail the look and really got it here for her.
• 35:45
SPEAKER_00: So I was I think she also has a little bit more lower body she's a little more lower body dominant.
• 35:51
SPEAKER_00: So I think that's also trying to make sure that we that you bring that in enough where you then I I think it's also a lot of girls are or a lot of women are lower body dominant in terms of where they hold their body fat or their muscle mass and like sure bringing in down that but also being careful enough where it's not then striated too much like lines showing like actually is so much harder than you think.
• 36:15
SPEAKER_01: Fit model is gonna it like once Fit model has like the I don't want to say the criteria down we know what it is but once like the look is there once the Olympia this year is done and we're like okay this is the first call to the Olympia we all fucking know exactly what they want um it's gonna be just as hard if not harder than bikini because you're you're running a very fine line of because bikini you can get away with little bits of striation tiny tiny bit because last minute fill up a little bit pump up here like let's like push some blood there and reduce the lines fit model if you do that now you're gonna be too big in that area not just like trying to get rid of some striations but too big in the area.
• 36:53
SPEAKER_01: It's gonna look too disproportionate to what they want.
• 36:56
SPEAKER_01: And it's gonna end up being a harder division to train for and to coach to the stage because of that.
• 37:02
SPEAKER_01: And it's going to be the hardest that there is it's not I don't want to say it is currently because everyone's still like messing with the looks that are getting on stage like let's see what they want for your look let's see how you place looking like this.
• 37:14
SPEAKER_01: But down the line give it a year in the fit model like once we nail down this is the fucking look it's gonna be it's gonna be hard which I love I know I agree.
• 37:24
SPEAKER_00: And then this is Carla Okay.
• 37:31
SPEAKER_00: And she got second to Jane.
• 37:33
  SPEAKER_00: She looks good.
• 37:34
SPEAKER_01: I like that color yeah I almost feel like the and I'm no fit model posing expert but I feel like her upper body is a little bit hunched a little bit slouch like she could be a little bit more prominent right uh if it could pause it can't pause but like in the even in the side by side in the top six.
• 37:52
SPEAKER_01: Yeah in the beginning like right oh here yeah it sits into the core a little bit and kind of slouches at the shoulders I feel like it could be a bit more hips back upright in the chest just to pronounce it better.
• 38:03
SPEAKER_00: I think the hard part is like when you're when you're sat into the back hips so much this is what I've been fighting as posing anyway like when you're sat back into the hips so much naturally it's so easy to just do this like especially because most of us we're always either on our phones if our work job is on our laptops we're hunched like this all the time.
• 38:20
SPEAKER_00: So naturally your posture follows that so you just have to remember to kind of keep it standing up without flaring the upper body because again when I say to girls stand up they're like this and I'm like no because we don't want to flare the upper body we still want it just relaxed.
• 38:33
SPEAKER_00: And also sometimes people actually relax it too much because they're scared to show off the upper body as well.
• 38:38
SPEAKER_00: So it is again it's dabbling in the don't do too much ear uh like space and it is actually really hard to like nail not doing too much you know um yeah and then who's this girl that got third Isabel she looks great.
• 38:55
SPEAKER_00: She's the one that um I liked her boots she's very um she's very is she the one that's really confident when she's walking out yes very I really I I think I saw her yeah this is the one I saw.
• 39:06
SPEAKER_01: Yeah she was a fast riser in this division I don't know what her history was before Fit Model but she won um the LA overall in January the regional then she went to Japan and got her pro card there and now she's obviously competing on the circuit and she kills it.
• 39:22
SPEAKER_00: She's very and the thing is again it comes down to like your confidence is kind of like everything.
• 39:27
SPEAKER_00: Don't get me wrong I don't think it's everyone's cup of tea where it's like a lot of hand movements and a lot of like movements and stuff but she looks you can't like say she doesn't look good.
• 39:37
SPEAKER_00: Do you know what I mean?
• 39:37
SPEAKER_00: Like doing it like she owns it when she's doing it.
• 39:40
SPEAKER_01: So I feel like that's and that's what posing should be some people have that natural it factor to their posing.
• 39:47
SPEAKER_01: Some people it's a little awkward if there's too much movement, too much flair someone like her like she looks like she's been on a runway like model spread like she's not even like her facial expressions aren't like like perfect or like doing it like this.
• 39:59
SPEAKER_00: She's just owning it and she's just done like however many advanced transitions in the space of 10 seconds because she's also fit model.
• 40:06
SPEAKER_00: So it's like I'm yeah I saw it and I was like wow damn she pose as well um yeah I think she'll definitely go to the Olympia as well.
• 40:13
SPEAKER_00: I think she'll be one to I think it will just be a matter of time until she wins.
• 40:16
SPEAKER_00: It just I think as well it's just trying it because the division is so large it's just go keep going.
• 40:22
SPEAKER_00: Like it's the same with Jane like she just obviously you know she just keeps going she did she did Japan which I always forget that Jane did it did Japan.
• 40:30
SPEAKER_01: She did Japan she did wasar girl power three and she's gotten her qualification you know same as Gabby she didn't get the win straight away yeah like Gabby did thingy then got second like it's it's just consistency you know oh for sure um especially for fit model too it's one of those things where if you're consistently in the first callouts right now you know you've got the look you just if you're pro in general obviously you have the look you stood out last year to get that pro card but especially right now if you're in that top five the top ten in these shows like the judges are rewarding you for that because you have the look that they want the division to go to so yeah this is I'm pretty sure this is the first pro-bikini girl who has placed I don't know if this is completely 100% correct okay one of the first because she's pro-bikini or she's got a bikini profile picture and I now she's in bikini she looks for me look yeah okay she was pro-bikini which I didn't know that yeah yeah bikini pros pros bring a serious muscle master lose capital results yeah yeah she was this is I don't know I don't know how she did previously before I don't know what she did before or how she placed but this was her in bikini I can't see it I can see but she might again this is an another thing I don't know what she did previously before she might have taken time off and you know not you know done as done as much obviously this was her in sorry I'm like trying to figure out my one right there that one's a video of her but oh never mind this is this one but I then don't think um she looks she looks good for bikini as well this is the thing so it's like again yeah it might just be it might just not be something she wants to continue with and that's honestly that that's what I'm finding with a lot of the bikini pros are like they just don't want that look anymore or to to keep striving for that look and that's also absolutely fine you know um it doesn't bring a bad light on bikini it doesn't also make them a bad athlete or wanting to like downgrade that's why I like that fit models here too because it it's good delineation between the two divisions where even the athletes in the divisions are seeing like okay these are nowhere near each other.
• 43:03
SPEAKER_01: It's like that side by side that James made back in December of the girl that won Fit model overall the girl that won bikini overall at nationals where everyone saw the girl that won the pro card in um fit model and they were like she looks big like she looks and then you do the side by side and you go oh shit that's bikini that's fit model and now that we're seeing it on the pro stage there is a massive difference in mass you can see a big difference like even just looking at her what she posted here like that was a really good example of like what she was previously before she had a lot more density previously before she still has the density in Fit Model.
• 43:37
SPEAKER_00: Like it's not like it's like cool she's lost all her muscle it's not I didn't realize she did wasat yes she did she got I think she got third if I'm not mistaken or fourth.
• 43:48
SPEAKER_00: No third was gene she got fourth oh yeah she got fourth in Wasatch as well as girl power.
• 43:54
SPEAKER_00: Awesome okay so again she's in that top five like yeah yeah I don't know if this was her first show back I'm sure I I think it was her first show back.
• 44:01
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because the other only other one was Japan.
• 44:04
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, Rasoch was her first show back as fit model.
• 44:07
SPEAKER_00: And she's straight away top five.
• 44:09
SPEAKER_00: So and she's again proven it top five again.
• 44:12
SPEAKER_00: So like she'll probably be another one who goes to the Olympia.
• 44:15
SPEAKER_00: It's just a case of keep running the shows.
• 44:19
  SPEAKER_00: I love this girl's look.
• 44:21
SPEAKER_00: I think I saw it and I was like, oh my god, I love this look.
• 44:24
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know what it is.
• 44:26
SPEAKER_00: I like the blonde, the suit, the like confidence.
• 44:29
SPEAKER_00: Like she just looks really good.
• 44:31
  SPEAKER_00: I like this look a lot.
• 44:32
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I like this.
• 44:33
  SPEAKER_00: It's a very fit model-esque look as well.
• 44:36
  SPEAKER_01: Very much so.
• 44:42
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 44:42
SPEAKER_00: I feel like I just like how much.
• 44:45
SPEAKER_00: I think she got fourth.
• 44:47
  SPEAKER_00: No, she didn't.
• 44:48
  SPEAKER_00: She got fifth.
• 44:50
SPEAKER_00: I think she got sixth or fifth or something like that.
• 44:54
SPEAKER_01: Like with the same girls showing up, like they're showing that they have the look.
• 44:58
SPEAKER_01: Like this is what they want for fit model.
• 45:00
  SPEAKER_01: I like that a lot.
• 45:02
  SPEAKER_00: I mean that's that's very good.
• 45:04
  SPEAKER_00: That's very good.
• 45:05
SPEAKER_00: And then we've got Sheila.
• 45:12
SPEAKER_01: She sounds familiar or looks familiar.
• 45:14
  SPEAKER_01: I don't know from where.
• 45:15
SPEAKER_01: I mean, obviously the stage.
• 45:17
SPEAKER_00: She used to be, I think she used again.
• 45:19
  SPEAKER_00: I no, she wasn't pro bikini, I don't think.
• 45:23
SPEAKER_01: She said pro debut here, so I think that's a good thing.
• 45:25
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it says pro debut, so it must have been.
• 45:28
SPEAKER_00: But she's got again, she's another one.
• 45:30
SPEAKER_00: She's got great energy, and she just looks like she just fits the division so much.
• 45:35
SPEAKER_00: So I think again, we're gonna only see her, especially if this is her pro debut, we're only gonna see them climb, you know.
• 45:41
  SPEAKER_00: So I'm excited.
• 45:42
SPEAKER_01: She's not like Janet posing energy about her, yeah.
• 45:45
SPEAKER_01: Those transitions and everything, very much so.
• 45:47
SPEAKER_00: And she's absolutely stunning, like absolutely stunning.
• 45:50
SPEAKER_00: So I feel like this division will just be like, yeah, perfect for her.
• 45:54
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 45:56
SPEAKER_01: Let's go through this upcoming weekend.
• 46:01
  SPEAKER_00: Oh my goodness, there's a lot.
• 46:02
  SPEAKER_00: There's a big big list.
• 46:04
SPEAKER_00: Let's do fit model first because it's rammed.
• 46:06
SPEAKER_00: And this is why this is who we were talking about at the beginning, Tara entering, and and I love how she dropped it.
• 46:14
SPEAKER_00: Like, hey, I'm in peak week.
• 46:16
SPEAKER_00: Not even like I'm switching.
• 46:17
SPEAKER_00: Those are two like massive announcements that she dropped, and I was like, I literally went oh when I was like when I saw it.
• 46:23
  SPEAKER_00: I was like, what's going on?
• 46:25
SPEAKER_00: So peak week, and that she's switching to Fit Model because obviously she's a top, you know, bikini Olympian.
• 46:31
SPEAKER_00: She's done the Arnolds before, like Arnold UK.
• 46:34
  SPEAKER_00: She's a three-time Olympian.
• 46:36
SPEAKER_01: Um, I mean, outside of Janet, this is the this is the biggest name in bikini to switch.
• 46:42
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 46:42
SPEAKER_01: Like in terms of multi-time Olympian, like she's always a consistent first call out, no matter the pro show.
• 46:48
  SPEAKER_01: Like, she's good.
• 46:49
SPEAKER_01: So this is a really cool switch.
• 46:50
SPEAKER_00: So I think it'll be cool to kind of see what she looks like.
• 46:53
SPEAKER_00: Again, like I said, next to each other.
• 46:54
SPEAKER_00: And I think what I meant, what I saw beforehand when I saw this photo, I was like, she still has development there that I think will only be revealed whether or not she fits this criteria or if she needs to lose and more until she gets in front of people.
• 47:08
SPEAKER_00: So she looks great by herself.
• 47:09
SPEAKER_00: I think this is a really good look.
• 47:10
SPEAKER_00: And I like this fit model pose on her a lot.
• 47:13
SPEAKER_00: Um I think it's just a case of seeing what she looks like next to people.
• 47:16
  SPEAKER_00: That's actually it.
• 47:17
SPEAKER_00: And that's all you can do moving forwards.
• 47:20
SPEAKER_01: I think a side by side of um, I mean, we'll get it from on the stage.
• 47:23
SPEAKER_01: I'm sure she'll make it, but a back pose side by side will really show how much um like put it in perspective for people how much bikini pros need to come down for Vib model.
• 47:33
SPEAKER_00: I think she did she put one up on her story.
• 47:37
  SPEAKER_00: No, she did not.
• 47:39
SPEAKER_00: I think she put something up, and I saw or maybe her partner did it.
• 47:46
SPEAKER_00: This was this was what she looked like for bikini.
• 47:48
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, this I don't know when this was, but that's December.
• 47:54
  SPEAKER_01: This was December.
• 47:56
SPEAKER_01: That shows the one that Ashley, Yulia, and I believe Tara all did together.
• 48:00
SPEAKER_00: Like she has a lot of density here, and then she's obviously now.
• 48:04
SPEAKER_00: I know the different poses, but like obviously come down a little bit.
• 48:07
SPEAKER_00: So, like you said, if she's not been training for a little bit of time, obviously it's not lost, don't get me wrong.
• 48:12
SPEAKER_00: Like, you can't lose muscle that quickly, which is which is why I'm interested to see what she looks like next to the girls to see how much of a difference it would be.
• 48:21
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be cool.
• 48:23
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be cool to see, and again, it just keeps things exciting, fun and exciting.
• 48:26
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 48:27
SPEAKER_00: So okay, so then we've got oh we've got Faith, who is the runner, the the the main one for this person.
• 48:36
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she's the front runner for sure.
• 48:38
  SPEAKER_01: I mean Isabel's right there too.
• 48:40
SPEAKER_01: I mean, she looks she just got third place, looks great, so her and Faith will be gunning for it.
• 48:45
SPEAKER_01: Malou, Malou's been fitting really well after Wasash.
• 48:48
SPEAKER_01: I really liked her look.
• 48:51
SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, there's so many.
• 48:53
  SPEAKER_00: So many.
• 48:55
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, we've got Faith.
• 48:57
SPEAKER_00: Who I think again, everyone has um a perception not a perception, but a um like they I heard a few people saying that her quads are too big.
• 49:09
SPEAKER_00: I don't think her quads are too big.
• 49:12
SPEAKER_00: She's also quite compact and she has more density in her lower body, but I don't think they're too big, if that makes sense.
• 49:18
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I don't I don't think too big at all.
• 49:21
SPEAKER_01: I think more so one, her stance there is a little um like quad heavy, like that back planted leg is straight up and down instead of kind of sitting back into it, like when you look at um Jane next to her or Gabby next to her.
• 49:33
SPEAKER_01: But regardless, um, I think what helps her a lot and what really makes her stand out is the super thin, lengthy core.
• 49:42
SPEAKER_01: Like the hips go into a super tight waist and core, and then you see nothing again until it comes out into her lats.
• 49:48
  SPEAKER_01: Like it's killer.
• 49:50
  SPEAKER_01: Like I I love her look.
• 49:52
SPEAKER_01: I think her front pose, it maybe it's just this photo itself, but the front pose um could be hit a little bit better for that back leg.
• 49:58
SPEAKER_01: It's almost like she's making a V rather than it being like a stance where she's actually standing up on that leg.
• 50:04
SPEAKER_00: For me, it's that back leg where you can just probably even turn that like forwards.
• 50:08
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like that's literally have the foot forwards all more diagonal and just twist that back leg back so you just hide it more.
• 50:14
  SPEAKER_00: That's it.
• 50:15
SPEAKER_00: But also, she is a little wide in this.
• 50:16
SPEAKER_00: So she could probably uh she's not too wide, actually, there, but you it's playing around with the illusion of it.
• 50:22
  SPEAKER_00: I think that's what it is.
• 50:23
SPEAKER_00: I don't think her physique wise is too quad dominant or lower body dominant.
• 50:28
SPEAKER_00: I think she has a nice amount of development, but she just needs to know how to show off a bit better.
• 50:33
SPEAKER_00: Which also she turned pro in December, like it's April, you know?
• 50:37
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so it's it's only gonna take a little bit more time.
• 50:41
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I will say she has zero quad training, zero.
• 50:44
  SPEAKER_00: So that's crazy.
• 50:45
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's crazy.
• 50:47
SPEAKER_00: So, and then we've got Isabel, which we went through earlier, and again, I love her.
• 50:51
  SPEAKER_01: Love this.
• 50:52
  SPEAKER_01: Her presentation's amazing.
• 50:53
SPEAKER_01: Her and Faith Together presentation on stage would be awesome because we were just making the comment about like runway modeling, and I think I said on the last podcast it's literally what Faith is.
• 51:02
SPEAKER_01: She's a swimwear runway model, so both have that energy about her, so it's gonna be great.
• 51:08
  SPEAKER_00: I didn't know that.
• 51:09
SPEAKER_00: That's cool, and then yeah, we've got Angie here as well, who she has been placing consistently.
• 51:15
SPEAKER_00: I don't know where she got in what's at Wasatch.
• 51:19
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so one do you think it is?
• 51:21
SPEAKER_00: Because obviously she got what fifth at Japan?
• 51:25
  SPEAKER_01: Fifth at Japan, yeah.
• 51:26
SPEAKER_00: And then she's obviously come to Wasatch and gotten 10th.
• 51:29
SPEAKER_00: What do you think the differentiation of that is?
• 51:33
SPEAKER_01: Um, one, I think that a few, a few people, um, such as like Faith.
• 51:38
SPEAKER_01: Faith didn't do um Japan.
• 51:40
  SPEAKER_01: Um did she?
• 51:41
SPEAKER_01: No, she didn't do Japan.
• 51:42
SPEAKER_01: So having a couple people that hop in the lineup, like Isabel or Faith, um, I just think that they flow a little bit better in Fit Model.
• 51:51
SPEAKER_01: I think that they like they're just gonna be those girls where when they do the show, they're gonna automatically be in that front-running, like front-running contenders.
• 51:58
SPEAKER_01: Um, but with that being said, too, um, I think that some of these girls are really dialing in more and more.
• 52:05
SPEAKER_01: Look at Jane, for instance.
• 52:06
SPEAKER_01: Um, Jane placed behind Angie in Japan.
• 52:10
SPEAKER_01: And then Jane dials it in a lot better going into Wasatch, and then even better going into girl power, gets the win there, where Angie's just kind of staying a little bit stagnant in how she's looking, I feel like.
• 52:21
SPEAKER_01: Now, I don't want to speak for what they're doing, but I just um I think I see everyone else around her like dialing in it a bit, and then Angie just needs to really like I don't know what I'm trying to pinpoint what I would personally see on her physique.
• 52:36
SPEAKER_01: In this shot itself, it's her shoulders are too big, like just this shot itself, but it's an angle.
• 52:40
SPEAKER_01: I don't know specifically, but um I don't know what her feedback was either.
• 52:45
SPEAKER_01: I have not, I didn't ask her coach or anything.
• 52:47
SPEAKER_00: And this is the thing, you you won't know what she's specifically doing, but I do I know what you mean where you're like, this is a one, this is one week ago.
• 52:54
SPEAKER_00: So obviously, this was her going, oh, this is this was peak week for a while.
• 52:58
SPEAKER_01: This is one of those things where you look at her physique and I'm like, this is gonna go win any fucking show.
• 53:02
SPEAKER_01: And then she steps on stage, and there's those couple people that maybe have a like genetic advantage in the waist or advantage in this, whatever it may be.
• 53:10
  SPEAKER_01: Presentation.
• 53:11
SPEAKER_01: Um, but standing here by herself, this is like a fucking flawless fit model look to me.
• 53:16
SPEAKER_01: Like the delts are like that very, very slight roundness to them, no actual cap to it, a little bit of lat that creates that dimension down to the waist, but nothing flaring and popping.
• 53:27
SPEAKER_01: Like everything here is exactly where it should be.
• 53:29
SPEAKER_01: She just steps on stage, and I think it's outshined maybe on the presentation side of things or how people kind of flow through their transitions in the front and back pose.
• 53:37
  SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
• 53:39
SPEAKER_00: And that doesn't, and that and the reason I wanted to ask this because I like for me, I like to know and exp like get people to understand.
• 53:48
SPEAKER_00: Like, because you know, that doesn't mean she's not fit model.
• 53:51
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't mean that she's not like if you're not if you're not placing at a show of how you want, that doesn't mean you're not the category.
• 53:57
SPEAKER_00: It's about making sure that you can make the changes to get to the she got fifth out of 40 and she got 10th out of 37.
• 54:05
SPEAKER_01: So it's like she's she's very much so up there, like big time.
• 54:08
SPEAKER_01: Um, it's just a matter of I don't know what the feedback was.
• 54:11
SPEAKER_01: She does have Ryan Benson's her coach with zero gravity, and he's that man's got fit model on lock in his head, like big time.
• 54:17
SPEAKER_01: He he's good at it, he's very good at it.
• 54:19
SPEAKER_01: I mean, so they'll they'll dial it in better and better.
• 54:22
SPEAKER_01: But he's also got Isabelle too, so really shows his his uh awareness of Fit Model big time.
• 54:27
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and then Maluze.
• 54:29
SPEAKER_00: I do think that um um what's it called?
• 54:32
SPEAKER_00: Uh people are still figuring out Fit Model, you know, like people are still bringing like okay, this work, this this looks didn't work this show, let's do this instead.
• 54:40
SPEAKER_00: Like, and that's what you do from show to show.
• 54:42
  SPEAKER_00: That's a big one.
• 54:43
SPEAKER_01: That's that that goes right back to how I said I think Fit Model is going to rival bikini for being the hardest division to coach because we say it in bikini all the time: proper conditioning in bikini looks different on everyone.
• 54:54
SPEAKER_01: The same level of body fat, the same percentage of conditioning on you might be completely different than it is on Ashland, on Jazzy, whoever it may be.
• 55:04
SPEAKER_01: If you measured your body fat, which is what conditioning is, you guys could be a difference of three to four percent from each other, but that's the look for your bikini look.
• 55:14
SPEAKER_01: So the same thing comes down to fit model, where looking at Angie um versus Isabelle, just using the two of them because they have the same coach, he might have it dialed in with Isabel right now, right?
• 55:24
SPEAKER_01: Like, this is the look, we're getting rewarded for it.
• 55:26
  SPEAKER_01: Let's capitalize on this.
• 55:27
SPEAKER_01: And with Angie, it's still like, okay, this is what the judges said this time.
• 55:31
SPEAKER_01: So let's try to adjust here and there and see how this next look comes.
• 55:34
SPEAKER_01: Because once you start to nail it, once you're in that consistent top five, you just keep capitalizing on it.
• 55:39
SPEAKER_01: You're like little tweak, little tweak.
• 55:41
SPEAKER_01: When you're out of that top five, it's like, okay, what do we need to do differently to really get back in there?
• 55:47
SPEAKER_01: So there's just those little tweaks that go a long way.
• 55:49
  SPEAKER_00: But exactly.
• 55:51
SPEAKER_00: Marloo, I love this look on her so much.
• 55:54
SPEAKER_00: I think I said this in the last podcast.
• 55:56
  SPEAKER_00: I absolutely adore this.
• 55:57
SPEAKER_00: I think the main thing she just needs to be careful of, again, she's a pick, she was a previous bikini pro.
• 56:01
SPEAKER_00: She just still needs to downsize, I personally think anyway.
• 56:04
SPEAKER_00: Um uh she just needs to, I mean, obviously, I know it says oh look, a little bit more adjustments were to downsize more in the glutes and legs.
• 56:13
SPEAKER_00: And they said upper body was fine.
• 56:15
SPEAKER_00: I mean, in my opinion, the upper body you can still see it just a lot of a little bit of shape, but that also that could be fine for some people as well.
• 56:24
  SPEAKER_00: So it's that that's our opinion.
• 56:25
SPEAKER_00: But I do think, yeah, just downsizing everywhere is gonna fit her physique perfectly.
• 56:29
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she suits this very, very well though.
• 56:32
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 56:32
SPEAKER_01: Kim told me the same thing when she got off stage.
• 56:34
SPEAKER_01: He was I he was so happy with the look, and he's like, still got those bikini glutes though.
• 56:39
SPEAKER_01: I was like, yeah, bring it down a little bit more.
• 56:41
  SPEAKER_01: Fair enough.
• 56:42
  SPEAKER_00: Fair enough.
• 56:43
SPEAKER_00: And then you've got Shay, Shay, Shayla, Shay Lynn, um, who yeah, she did go apart this weekend.
• 56:48
SPEAKER_00: So again, she'll she'll she'll probably be out there as well, which will be exciting to see.
• 56:56
SPEAKER_00: I think she did, yeah, she did one.
• 56:59
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, okay.
• 57:01
SPEAKER_00: Did she do one sash?
• 57:02
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she did one sosh, um yeah, she did wash and girl power.
• 57:10
  SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
• 57:12
  SPEAKER_00: I like her physique.
• 57:14
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 57:16
  SPEAKER_00: She got great structure.
• 57:18
SPEAKER_00: I like that front pose a lot.
• 57:20
SPEAKER_00: That front pose is really showing off for some nice.
• 57:22
SPEAKER_00: I think her tan just needs I don't know what it was.
• 57:25
SPEAKER_00: I think the tan was a little bit weird for a few people at Wasarch.
• 57:29
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know what it was.
• 57:30
SPEAKER_00: I don't know if it was different for everyone, but I think the tan wasn't consistent along the board.
• 57:36
SPEAKER_00: So I think definitely just trying to make sure that like it sounds silly, but like those little things that really do matter, you know.
• 57:42
SPEAKER_00: Um, so making sure that's all always consistent.
• 57:44
SPEAKER_00: But she looks very good.
• 57:45
  SPEAKER_00: Where's she from?
• 57:46
  SPEAKER_01: I'm not sure.
• 57:48
SPEAKER_01: I she was first call-outs at Wasash, right?
• 57:51
SPEAKER_01: I recognize her, like in the top 10, I feel like I think so.
• 57:55
SPEAKER_01: I'm reading the captions, but they're not in English, so I'm not about possibly she plays to it.
• 57:58
SPEAKER_00: I really like this look on her a lot.
• 58:01
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I do too.
• 58:02
  SPEAKER_01: Great look.
• 58:03
SPEAKER_01: I think this is the this is a very, very good example of like what balance looks like in fit model, like what's not too much.
• 58:10
SPEAKER_01: And for everyone listening, the word balance in fit model, kind of contrary to bikini, also means like not being too, or I guess not contrary to, but means not too big.
• 58:22
SPEAKER_01: Like in bikini, we can get big glutes, big legs, big shoulders.
• 58:26
SPEAKER_01: It just needs to be balanced and proportionate.
• 58:28
SPEAKER_01: There'll be a time where it's too much, like you don't want to come out and have like wow factor delts and they take over the show, obviously.
• 58:34
SPEAKER_01: But in fit model, there's an even finer line of even if it's proportionate glutes, legs, upper body, like the second that the glutes are too big, the legs are too big, like that's where that fine line is, where you're bordering jumping into the next division up.
• 58:51
  SPEAKER_00: So great.
• 58:54
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, Seppi.
• 58:56
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she got top ten in um Japan as well.
• 59:00
SPEAKER_00: Ah, I was gonna say, I was like, has she competed?
• 59:03
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she got top ten there.
• 59:05
SPEAKER_01: I don't know where she turned pro.
• 59:06
  SPEAKER_01: Oh no, no.
• 59:07
SPEAKER_01: I said I don't know where she turned pro at.
• 59:08
  SPEAKER_01: She came from bikini.
• 59:10
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 59:11
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, okay, okay.
• 59:12
  SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
• 59:13
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she was top 10 here for sure.
• 59:15
SPEAKER_00: That's yeah, she was she was ninth place.
• 59:17
  SPEAKER_00: That's cool.
• 59:19
  SPEAKER_00: That's really cool.
• 59:20
SPEAKER_00: Again, another one who's just like just get on stage more and go on go up there and compete, you know.
• 59:26
SPEAKER_00: Like obviously Japan was what February, so it's now just okay, cool, get up there and see what see what happens.
• 59:32
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I like her look though.
• 59:34
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I do too.
• 59:37
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, we've got Lauren.
• 59:39
SPEAKER_00: She got um I think she got I don't know where she got at Wasarch.
• 59:45
SPEAKER_00: I think she just needs to come in a little tighter, and I do think that it's come down to like conditioning wise, um, just a little bit more.
• 59:53
SPEAKER_00: But I know that she has some you know inconveniences and stuff in her peak week, so it's just about now making sure that we can just bring it in exactly where it needs to be.
• 1:00:00
SPEAKER_00: Because that it happens, you know, like it it's not always the perfect run through of everything, but I think she has a great look.
• 1:00:08
SPEAKER_00: It's just making sure that she can just bring that on stage and highlight that a little bit more.
• 1:00:12
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, agreed.
• 1:00:13
SPEAKER_00: So I'm excited for her though, she looks good.
• 1:00:17
SPEAKER_01: One thing I will say too um, fit model in general, everyone listening, and you can weigh in on this for posing if you've seen it.
• 1:00:24
SPEAKER_01: Um because the transitions are more, there's like more of a tempo to it, there's more flow to it.
• 1:00:32
SPEAKER_01: Like you hit it and you move to the back, right?
• 1:00:33
SPEAKER_01: You can't, you don't hit an actual transition, you just transition to the back.
• 1:00:38
SPEAKER_01: Um, I'm seeing a lot more people, whether it be because they came from bikini or they have competition history prior to fit model, where they're used to maybe taking that step back or their step back to the front.
• 1:00:49
SPEAKER_01: And when they hit that 45 degree or they hit that side shot when they're sitting into the hip or sitting into the glute, that's typically where you're able to stay upright and tight, push into the hip and glute.
• 1:01:00
SPEAKER_01: But because you don't have that stopping point, I'm seeing more people letting their stomach hang out, letting like they're letting their breathing go.
• 1:01:08
SPEAKER_01: So you no longer have that tight core and they hit it.
• 1:01:12
SPEAKER_01: And and I'm not saying because we just saw it in that video.
• 1:01:14
SPEAKER_01: I didn't see it in that video, it just made me think of it.
• 1:01:16
SPEAKER_01: Um, but when you're stepping back to the front and you just like hit that spin to the front, it's like you're it's I think some people have a history of remembering in bikini or in past competitions that they can recollect themselves there.
• 1:01:32
SPEAKER_01: They hit that, that's a stopping point, tight core, chest up, and then finish the transition.
• 1:01:37
SPEAKER_01: Versus fit model, you don't have that like gathering step.
• 1:01:41
SPEAKER_01: Like you don't have that step into it where now I can sit back into it, collect myself, get to the front pose.
• 1:01:47
SPEAKER_01: You're getting right into the front, and it's like the core is like breathing out in transition.
• 1:01:52
SPEAKER_01: I have seen that in like half the lineups, watching it when they do their routines.
• 1:01:57
SPEAKER_01: So just be wary of that.
• 1:01:59
SPEAKER_00: I I I completely agree with that because I think people, when people turn around, they they they think forwards to the front and they need to hit the front pose immediately, like straight away.
• 1:02:08
SPEAKER_00: And that's what football is.
• 1:02:10
  SPEAKER_00: So that makes sense.
• 1:02:11
SPEAKER_00: So it's just but it's just trying to know how to control that enough.
• 1:02:14
SPEAKER_00: So no, I completely agree with that for sure.
• 1:02:17
  SPEAKER_01: Posing portal, guys.
• 1:02:18
SPEAKER_00: Thanks, I was gonna say thanks, thanks, posing coach.
• 1:02:21
SPEAKER_00: And then we've got bikini.
• 1:02:24
SPEAKER_00: Bikini, which we've got Allison coming back.
• 1:02:29
  SPEAKER_01: Yes.
• 1:02:30
SPEAKER_01: I I'm curious to see if uh I haven't looked at the schedule.
• 1:02:33
SPEAKER_01: I don't know what else there is in like Europe after this show, but I'm wondering if she's gonna come to like New York or Pittsburgh.
• 1:02:39
  SPEAKER_00: I reckon she will.
• 1:02:40
SPEAKER_00: I think that would be smart for her too.
• 1:02:42
SPEAKER_00: It'd be very smart for her to, especially getting the feedback like straight away from like Tyler and everyone like that.
• 1:02:48
SPEAKER_00: Again, you might not need to, she might not need to, but I think it would be smart for her too.
• 1:02:54
SPEAKER_00: We've got Zolfia, who she needs one more win, so she could also she could also get that win because Alison's right now not on the point system at all.
• 1:03:03
SPEAKER_00: So she would need to get either accumulate two wins or a lot of show like points.
• 1:03:09
SPEAKER_00: And again, Pittsburgh and New York has a higher point system, so even you getting second at Pittsburgh, I think I'm pretty sure gets you nine points.
• 1:03:22
  SPEAKER_00: No, I actually think it's 14.
• 1:03:23
  SPEAKER_00: I think it's like 14.
• 1:03:24
  SPEAKER_00: That'd be huge.
• 1:03:25
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so it's a lot of points that would immediately get her like halfway through the lineup.
• 1:03:29
SPEAKER_01: Like, because she needs out there gatekeeping the first place, you guys.
• 1:03:32
SPEAKER_01: We're just gonna go straight to second.
• 1:03:33
SPEAKER_01: How many points do you get for second in New York?
• 1:03:37
SPEAKER_00: That's the mentality we need.
• 1:03:39
  SPEAKER_00: That's the mentality.
• 1:03:40
SPEAKER_00: No, but I do agree, I do agree.
• 1:03:42
SPEAKER_00: I think like that you will see a lot of people coming from overseas because the point system, those are the only two shows that have higher points now.
• 1:03:50
SPEAKER_00: So, and they're the only two shows that you can win and you're straight away in.
• 1:03:54
SPEAKER_00: So, like, it would be smart for people to come over.
• 1:03:57
SPEAKER_00: Like, I I personally feel so if you're not already, come on over to Pittsburgh and New York.
• 1:04:02
SPEAKER_01: Got their tickets, see you in two weeks.
• 1:04:04
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, see you in two weeks.
• 1:04:04
  SPEAKER_00: Come on, let's go, let's go.
• 1:04:06
SPEAKER_00: But I do think Zophia will be she has a good shot at winning this train show and getting qualified for sure.
• 1:04:12
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because she's been she's only been getting better every single show, so I do think this is gonna be cool to be.
• 1:04:17
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, she's just teetering between like first, second, third every show.
• 1:04:20
SPEAKER_01: Like she's she's nailing it over and over again.
• 1:04:22
SPEAKER_00: This is one I think this is the most streamlined Allison I've seen for a very long time.
• 1:04:28
SPEAKER_00: I think this is giving like I think when she first was starting to get into the bikini scene 2021-ish time, 2022, or around her first Olympia time, that was her best bikini look, I think.
• 1:04:42
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, granted, like there's other there were other looks that she liked, like there was a bit more muscular, a bit more conditioned, but this is the best bikini look I've seen of her.
• 1:04:49
SPEAKER_00: I'm interested to see what the look this will look like, obviously on stage, of course.
• 1:04:53
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 1:04:54
SPEAKER_01: She's almost this is just my opinion on this, but um, if she posed in like a little bit brighter lighting here, or even didn't have like the the black tie on the side of her bottoms there, I think it would it would make her pose, it would make her front pose flow better here because she's almost teetering X frame in the front pose rather than having the actual like curvature to her physique, the actual S curve.
• 1:05:18
SPEAKER_01: It's a little bit too much X, but I don't think that's gonna translate in a negative way to the show stage.
• 1:05:24
SPEAKER_01: Um, I literally just think it's because of the bottoms that she wears and how dark the backdrop is here.
• 1:05:28
SPEAKER_01: But when she hits her front pose, you'll see straight diagonal line from the lat.
• 1:05:32
SPEAKER_01: Like straight diagonal line, not a whole lot of curve there.
• 1:05:35
SPEAKER_01: But again, it's the it's a lot of backdrop in how she wears her bottoms here.
• 1:05:39
SPEAKER_01: Um, but it's just it stood out to me immediately in her front pose.
• 1:05:42
SPEAKER_01: So just something that I want to throw out my opinion on seeing earlier because it it stood out right away.
• 1:05:47
SPEAKER_01: But regardless, I agree with you how stream, how much more streamlined it is.
• 1:05:53
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and you that's the thing I think people need to know the difference between X frame and S curve, because I do think people think, okay.
• 1:06:00
  SPEAKER_00: I need more S curve.
• 1:06:01
SPEAKER_00: So let's really try and flare that more.
• 1:06:03
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, it comes from all angles, not just from the light.
• 1:06:07
SPEAKER_00: It will come from the glutes.
• 1:06:08
SPEAKER_00: It'll come from the waistline.
• 1:06:09
SPEAKER_00: And it's about it being like projected outwards in both scenarios versus it just being from like the upper body.
• 1:06:16
SPEAKER_00: I personally feel and I like that you use that analogy of like diagonal, because that that makes sense.
• 1:06:21
SPEAKER_00: Like if it's just really, like, really straight, that shows off the X frame more.
• 1:06:26
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 1:06:26
SPEAKER_01: And for everyone listening, X frame goes is a term for front and back pose.
• 1:06:31
SPEAKER_01: Like hourglass is typically used in the back pose in comparison to X frame.
• 1:06:35
SPEAKER_01: And then the front pose, you have S curve and you have the X.
• 1:06:38
SPEAKER_01: And it literally is just that flow of that line from the shoulder to the lat, down to the waist, and how it comes out at the hip.
• 1:06:45
SPEAKER_01: And the reason I said that for um for Allison is because when you look at it, you can see like where the tie is on her black bottoms.
• 1:06:52
SPEAKER_01: It's almost doing a disservice to her check-in video because it makes it look way sharper of a line down into her waist rather than like flowing out at the hip and glute.
• 1:07:01
SPEAKER_01: But I think she'll be solid for the stage.
• 1:07:03
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm excited to see it.
• 1:07:04
  SPEAKER_00: Then we've got Lisa.
• 1:07:07
SPEAKER_00: Um she hasn't done the best, I think, this year so far.
• 1:07:12
SPEAKER_00: Not saying she's not brought her best, but I think conditioning-wise, from what she's usually bringing, she's she's a lot fuller this time, but she just needs a little bit more conditioning behind her.
• 1:07:23
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I personally feel like anyway.
• 1:07:25
SPEAKER_00: So get her her look that she usually has from what she's definitely doing, if it makes sense.
• 1:07:30
  SPEAKER_01: She's a multi-time show winner.
• 1:07:32
SPEAKER_01: Like she's won a bunch of shows.
• 1:07:33
  SPEAKER_01: She I agree.
• 1:07:34
SPEAKER_01: She's just missing the mark on that.
• 1:07:35
SPEAKER_01: And one of those looks where when she she misses that mark, like a couple percentage, it throws off the whole look.
• 1:07:41
SPEAKER_01: She really needs to talk about it.
• 1:07:43
SPEAKER_00: I think nowadays as well, like because bikini is getting so competitive, it's like if they've seen you at your best already, it's like they expect that every single time, which is unfortunately what it's bodybuilding is.
• 1:07:56
SPEAKER_00: They see you, they know what your best is.
• 1:07:58
SPEAKER_00: So if you come like a little bit under that, or like a lot under that, wherever, it's like, okay, cool, that's that's what's that's what's missing because they've already seen you at the best, which is unfortunate, and that happens, you know.
• 1:08:10
SPEAKER_01: There's there's human nature in judging, guys.
• 1:08:12
SPEAKER_01: Like it's just a fact of the matter.
• 1:08:14
SPEAKER_01: Like, yes, you're supposed to judge what is on stage in front of you that day, which the judges do to the absolute best of their ability.
• 1:08:22
SPEAKER_01: Uh, but regardless, if let's say Phoebe does New York and then the next week she does Pittsburgh, if she goes into Pittsburgh and she is lacking a little bit in comparison to the New York look, and she's also up against like Laura Lee and Amy on that stage, that's gonna automatically like put her in the eye of the judges, like we just saw you better last week, and now Laura Lee and Amy fucking brought it 100%.
• 1:08:43
SPEAKER_01: It it throws Phoebe's look off that much more.
• 1:08:46
SPEAKER_01: So you just wanna like once they see you at your best, keep bringing it and capitalize on it.
• 1:08:52
SPEAKER_00: This go, she's is it Irene?
• 1:08:55
SPEAKER_00: She's been competing in Asia a lot recently.
• 1:08:57
SPEAKER_01: She's done like three yeah, she's up on the points list of Japan, I think.
• 1:09:03
  SPEAKER_00: Three shows?
• 1:09:03
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she did two shows in Asia already, which is cool.
• 1:09:06
SPEAKER_00: So she did Japan, Taiwan.
• 1:09:11
SPEAKER_00: She did Taiwan, she got that was just recent.
• 1:09:15
  SPEAKER_00: Fifth?
• 1:09:16
  SPEAKER_01: Fifth there.
• 1:09:17
SPEAKER_00: And then I'm pretty sure she's gonna have to.
• 1:09:19
  SPEAKER_01: She has a win, doesn't she?
• 1:09:22
SPEAKER_00: I don't and then she got fourth here.
• 1:09:24
  SPEAKER_00: I don't think she does.
• 1:09:26
SPEAKER_00: I could have sworn she go to the points list really quick.
• 1:09:29
SPEAKER_00: I could have sworn she's on it.
• 1:09:31
  SPEAKER_00: She's on the points system, but I don't think she's got I don't know if she's got a win.
• 1:09:34
  SPEAKER_00: No, she's not got a win.
• 1:09:36
  SPEAKER_00: She's got 11 points.
• 1:09:37
  SPEAKER_01: No, okay, 11 points.
• 1:09:38
  SPEAKER_01: Okay, I don't know why.
• 1:09:39
SPEAKER_00: So she did comp she did compete a lot because she's European, so she did compete a lot in Europe um after the cut-off point, because there's of a lot of the shows in Europe are after the cut-off point.
• 1:09:50
SPEAKER_00: So I do think that that's that's where she got the points from.
• 1:09:53
SPEAKER_00: And then she's obviously accumulated a couple points here as well.
• 1:09:56
SPEAKER_00: So um and then we've got Naomi.
• 1:10:01
SPEAKER_00: She's has she completed this year already?
• 1:10:05
  SPEAKER_00: No, she's not competing.
• 1:10:06
SPEAKER_00: But I love her look.
• 1:10:07
SPEAKER_00: I've always loved her look, she's got a very like nice shape and frame to her, and she has like a good amount of like, like you said before, S curve.
• 1:10:15
SPEAKER_00: And it could teeter on the side of X frame as well.
• 1:10:19
SPEAKER_00: It's just about making sure that she doesn't bring that.
• 1:10:22
SPEAKER_00: Um, but I love her shape, I've always loved her shape, and she's got great posing.
• 1:10:28
SPEAKER_00: I used to pose her a long time ago, and she's now kind of like developed it even more.
• 1:10:33
SPEAKER_00: I and I love seeing her progress because I do think that she's just gotten better every single time with how she needs to present herself.
• 1:10:39
SPEAKER_00: She's someone who does more with her posing, and I do think that sometimes that can be a bad thing because then it's too much.
• 1:10:47
SPEAKER_00: But once you dial it in and you do enough, it just looks so good on stage, and I think she's really finding that now, which is cool.
• 1:10:58
  SPEAKER_00: I've got Danny.
• 1:11:01
SPEAKER_00: She did East Coast last year.
• 1:11:03
SPEAKER_01: That poll stuff is so fucking hard.
• 1:11:05
SPEAKER_01: The core work in the core work in that must be ridiculous.
• 1:11:09
  SPEAKER_01: Insane.
• 1:11:10
  SPEAKER_00: Ridiculous.
• 1:11:11
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looks good.
• 1:11:14
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:11:15
SPEAKER_00: This was her obviously last year.
• 1:11:17
SPEAKER_00: I don't think she's put anything um recently up, but she's on the list.
• 1:11:23
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so she's gonna be competing for this for this year.
• 1:11:26
SPEAKER_00: So again, I always like seeing like people when they've not actually competed like this year so far, because I'm like, cool, what are you gonna bring?
• 1:11:34
SPEAKER_00: Why have you not got anything on your Instagram?
• 1:11:36
SPEAKER_00: Show me so I would have said easier, Paulina.
• 1:11:43
SPEAKER_00: When did she win her pro card?
• 1:11:45
  SPEAKER_00: Recently.
• 1:11:47
  SPEAKER_00: Oh no.
• 1:11:49
  SPEAKER_00: 2024.
• 1:11:55
  SPEAKER_00: Again, another one.
• 1:11:56
  SPEAKER_00: I'm like, show what's your physique?
• 1:11:58
SPEAKER_00: I don't know what you look like.
• 1:11:59
  SPEAKER_00: Focus, ignore the noise.
• 1:12:01
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, let's go.
• 1:12:03
SPEAKER_00: I'm excited to see you on stage and see what you bring.
• 1:12:10
SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of European names on here, obviously, because it's a European show.
• 1:12:15
  SPEAKER_00: When was she pregnant?
• 1:12:18
SPEAKER_00: Oh, this must have been like a transformation, not like recent.
• 1:12:22
  SPEAKER_00: No, that's crazy.
• 1:12:24
SPEAKER_00: I always love those types of like transformations though, because you literally went through motherhood and like you come came back and competed.
• 1:12:31
  SPEAKER_00: Like, that's honestly insane.
• 1:12:33
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so cool.
• 1:12:34
  SPEAKER_00: So cool.
• 1:12:35
SPEAKER_01: What is that tattoo picture?
• 1:12:38
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's cool.
• 1:12:40
  SPEAKER_01: It is really cool.
• 1:12:41
  SPEAKER_01: It's a lot of things.
• 1:12:42
SPEAKER_00: I like I like fine, but I like fine, um finer tattoos, like when they're instead of like the thick tattoos.
• 1:12:49
SPEAKER_00: I have a lot of thick tattoos.
• 1:12:50
SPEAKER_00: I'd love to get like a thin tattoo tattoo.
• 1:12:52
SPEAKER_01: It looks like it's like a big like canvas of just things she likes.
• 1:12:56
SPEAKER_01: It was like a hamburger in a wine glass.
• 1:12:58
SPEAKER_01: Like that was really cool.
• 1:12:59
SPEAKER_01: That was such random things.
• 1:13:02
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, we love this.
• 1:13:03
SPEAKER_00: Then then we've got bikini girls who are like, I will show you every single face.
• 1:13:06
  SPEAKER_00: I'll show you everything.
• 1:13:07
SPEAKER_00: I love, yeah, and I love that.
• 1:13:08
SPEAKER_01: We don't bring this to the stage, but I'm gonna show you all.
• 1:13:11
SPEAKER_00: Like all of it, please.
• 1:13:12
  SPEAKER_00: I love I love that though.
• 1:13:13
SPEAKER_00: I I love it when people just show Ace because they're proud of their physique.
• 1:13:17
SPEAKER_00: It's not like I mean, regardless, you can do what you want, of course, but I love when people showcase off their physique because they're proud of it.
• 1:13:22
SPEAKER_01: Show us that pro card, that's such a sick photo.
• 1:13:25
SPEAKER_00: That's um this is this is um Spain, I want to say.
• 1:13:29
SPEAKER_00: Like the that one there.
• 1:13:31
  SPEAKER_00: Benwidah, Ben Weeder, yeah.
• 1:13:33
SPEAKER_00: So I love Spain shows because like they give like the ring, they've got the crown, they've got like so many things.
• 1:13:39
SPEAKER_00: I I want to do an Alacante show so bad, because that's where I won my pro card.
• 1:13:43
SPEAKER_00: I won my pro card at an Alacante show.
• 1:13:45
SPEAKER_00: I think it was the amateur Olympia.
• 1:13:47
SPEAKER_00: I so I want to go back there and like win the pro show one day.
• 1:13:51
  SPEAKER_00: That'd be cool.
• 1:13:52
SPEAKER_01: Is the Ben Weeder Spain also a natural show like it is here?
• 1:13:55
SPEAKER_00: I think there's two, so they've do like two.
• 1:13:59
SPEAKER_00: Um because they think that there's there's open as well.
• 1:14:03
  SPEAKER_00: I'm pretty sure.
• 1:14:04
  SPEAKER_00: I'm pretty sure anyway.
• 1:14:05
  SPEAKER_00: I'm not sure about so that's that's this week's lineup.
• 1:14:08
SPEAKER_00: So we've got a really good, lengthy list.
• 1:14:11
  SPEAKER_01: Yes, very good.
• 1:14:13
SPEAKER_00: And let's see who gets onto the list or gets taken away or moves up or whatever.
• 1:14:17
  SPEAKER_00: I think there's gonna be a shift.
• 1:14:19
SPEAKER_00: I mean, every single show nowadays there is yeah, a shift every single week.
• 1:14:24
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna be really cool to kind of see, okay, what's what's this shift next?
• 1:14:28
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, it's cool too because it's not a other than maybe like if there's a three show weekend where every winner already had a win, there's not any like confusing shifts.
• 1:14:37
SPEAKER_01: You're not like, oh shit, like three people are gonna jump off the list of this league.
• 1:14:40
SPEAKER_01: It's like no every week.
• 1:14:41
SPEAKER_01: Like Rihanna just topped off.
• 1:14:42
SPEAKER_01: Now we see eight points is in the 25th spot.
• 1:14:45
SPEAKER_01: So it's really cool to see that week by week.
• 1:14:47
SPEAKER_00: I think you'll see in July, is it July or even August actually, the last month is that's where it's gonna be shot change, shot change, shot change.
• 1:14:56
SPEAKER_00: I think that's where it's gonna be like the because you'll have people on there that obviously haven't gotten one win on there that have a lot of points that might need to get a certain amount of points.
• 1:15:06
SPEAKER_00: This is what happened to me last year.
• 1:15:07
SPEAKER_01: It's also where you're gonna see, yeah, you're gonna see the top name or like a two-show winner drop off, one winner come up.
• 1:15:13
SPEAKER_01: Um, but you're also gonna see like you were getting at is the multiple people that are like getting points that are fighting for that 20 to 25th spot.
• 1:15:22
SPEAKER_01: All those are gonna keep jumping every week.
• 1:15:24
SPEAKER_01: So it's gonna be cool to see.
• 1:15:26
SPEAKER_01: I'm excited for it regardless.
• 1:15:27
SPEAKER_00: So I do have to go.
• 1:15:29
SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna lie, so I apologize.
• 1:15:31
SPEAKER_00: But I think we did do that.
• 1:15:33
SPEAKER_00: We had went on a rant with uh the Olympia stuff.
• 1:15:36
SPEAKER_00: So let's hope that they're here and it's like this is what we're gonna be doing for next year.
• 1:15:42
SPEAKER_00: Um but no, thank you guys as always for watching, listening, all that fun stuff.
• 1:15:46

SPEAKER_00: So if you're not already subscribed, tell your friends subscribe.
• 1:15:52
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, subscribe, please, so we can you know hit another milestone and potentially get another giveaway going.
• 1:16:00
SPEAKER_00: Because I actually did win, um yeah, I did I did win a few things for from the last show, and one of them was um, I think a bikini voucher for a different Tarant.
• 1:16:12
SPEAKER_00: So maybe I was actually gonna have a look at maybe giving it away to someone.
• 1:16:16
SPEAKER_00: So I might just do that um for our next episode.
• 1:16:20
SPEAKER_00: So keep watching and subscribing, please.
