Latest / The Epstein Chronicles / Mega Edition: The USVI And It's Contentious Battle Against The Epstein Estate (7/1/26)

- 0:00Speaker 1: Darren Dyke and Richard Kahan are two of the smarmiest,
- 0:04scummiest individuals involved in this whole, entire, sordid case in
- 0:09my opinion, Yet somehow they're still playing a major role.
- 0:14Both of these guys are executors of the estate when
- 0:18they should really be guests of the state instead. From
- 0:24the very beginning, especially Darren Endyke, they have been obstinate
- 0:30with the survivors. Getting the compensation fund set up was
- 0:36a struggle. Having it administered was the struggle, And still
- 0:40to this day, Endike and Khan are not doing the
- 0:44right thing. Is it any wonder that they're named in
- 0:51a suit? Is it any wonder that they're being looked
- 0:54at criminally? These two men have zero business being involved
- 1:01in any of this. It's offensive and I can only
- 1:05imagine if me, just being some regular, run of the mill,
- 1:10average moron citizen is offended, I can only imagine how
- 1:13the survivors feel about it. These two people should have
- 1:19no input or no say so as to anything moving forward.
- 1:26There has to be some sort of apparatus or some
- 1:29sort of way to have these people removed from their
- 1:32positions as executors. The court needs to step in and
- 1:38they need to be gone. Maybe if they're indicted, they'll
- 1:42have to be removed. I don't know, Honestly, I don't
- 1:43know how any of this stuff really works when it
- 1:45comes to executors of an estate or anything like that.
- 1:50This is all new to me as well, and we're
- 1:52all trying to work our way through it, right, But
- 1:55it seems to me that if these two dudes have
- 1:58the class of responsibility in some regards as to what
- 2:05happened in this case, it would seem to me that
- 2:08these two guys should not be the executors of the estate,
- 2:12and that there has to be some sort of way
- 2:15to make sure that they are no longer involved, because
- 2:18they have proven themselves time and time again as obstinate,
- 2:24as not wanting to make things move in a quick manner,
- 2:31and certainly not helpful. So when it comes to con
- 2:37and Endiyke, I'm very very very clear about how I
- 2:42feel these dudes have no business being anywhere near this case,
- 2:48never mind as executors. And our article today is going
- 2:53to go into that just a little bit. This is
- 2:55an article from the Miami Herald and the the headline
- 3:00is executors of Jeffrey Epstein a state ask Virgin Islands
- 3:04judge to seal more records. The author of the article
- 3:08is Kevin G. Hall. And again here they are again
- 3:12looking to get more records sealed. They want more secrecy,
- 3:16more privacy. I mean, how much more secrecy do you
- 3:19want here? This stuff, this whole entire case has been
- 3:23stuffed down into a hole for the for decades, and
- 3:26now all of a sudden it's coming to light, and
- 3:28these two idiots are talking about how they want more
- 3:31record sealed. I really hope that the judge tells them
- 3:37to beat it. I really hope that they don't get
- 3:39their way. And honestly, it will be a great day
- 3:43when we wake up and we see that both of
- 3:46these idiots have unsealed indictments in the news. Executors of
- 3:53the estate of disgraced financier pedophile Jeffrey Epstein asked to
- 3:58judge in the US Virgin Islands on Tuesday to place
- 4:01under seal the monthly reports coming from the administrator of
- 4:05a special fund created to compensate Epstein's sexual abuse survivors.
- 4:10So why in the world would they want to have
- 4:14the monthly reports under seal if they're doing the right thing,
- 4:19and they're treating the survivors correctly, and they're not making
- 4:21any dumbass, stupid moves. Why in the hell would they
- 4:24want this stuff to stay under seal? It just does
- 4:27not make any sense. Now, if the survivors didn't want
- 4:31numbers getting out as far as how much money they received,
- 4:35I could see that from a privacy standpoint, But the
- 4:38estate has no privacy anymore. They should be laid bare
- 4:41for everybody to see. They have obviously admitted to wrongdoing
- 4:46by Jeffrey Epstein, or they wouldn't be involved in this
- 4:49compensation fund. Okay. So that means I don't want to
- 4:54hear anything about privacy anymore from the estate. It all
- 4:57should be laid bare. In a twenty four page filing
- 5:02to Judge Carolyn p Herman Purcell, the Magistrate Judge of
- 5:06the Superior Court, the estate did not present a pressing
- 5:10justification for why the report should be kept secret. And
- 5:14I don't really care for Judge Purcell so far as
- 5:17far as her rulings go. She doesn't really seem to
- 5:20be the type of judge that should be handling a
- 5:23case like this in my opinion, But who knows. Maybe
- 5:26going forward, she will prove to be a bit more
- 5:30staunch when it comes to dealing with people like Indike
- 5:34and Khan. But I'm not gonna hold my breath. In
- 5:39order to maintain the confidentiality of the programs administers monthly
- 5:43reports as agreed to by the Attorney General and Claimant's Counsel.
- 5:47Given the importance of maintaining an effective confidential at claimants
- 5:52sold discretion mechanism to provide compensation to those who suffered
- 5:56sexual abuse at mister Epstein's hands, the executors seek the
- 6:01court's approval to submit the program administrators monthly reports under seal.
- 6:07Said the request from Darren k Endyke and Richard Kahn, respectively,
- 6:11the chief lawyer and accountant for the Epstein estate. It
- 6:15is so ridiculous that these guys actually think that people
- 6:20are going to be okay with this. I highly doubt
- 6:23anybody is going to be okay with this information coming
- 6:26out under seal. There has been enough of that here.
- 6:31What are you so scared of? What are you trying
- 6:33to obfuscate? It is time for the curtain to be
- 6:38pulled completely back and for the public to have a
- 6:42whole eye full of what is occurring. Because some people
- 6:48still don't believe what is going on here. Some people
- 6:51don't believe it until they see it in the New
- 6:54York Times or one of the other propagate one of
- 6:57the other propaganda machine newspapers. And we're starting to see
- 7:02that even the people the symbiots and the people who
- 7:06had their symbiotic relationship with the CIA, such as the
- 7:10New York Times and the Washington Post, they're being forced
- 7:13to cover this story now as well because they want
- 7:16the clicks. But some people, well, they are never gonna
- 7:21believe what happened here because the secrecy of the media.
- 7:29The Epstein Survivors Compensation Fund officially opened its doors on
- 7:33June twenty fifth, and its new program administrator, Jordana Jordi Feldman,
- 7:39filed required monthly reports to the court on August third
- 7:43and again last week. So these are the reports that
- 7:47they want sealed, right, Connan Indyke don't want these reports
- 7:51out for the public to consume for whatever reason. My
- 7:55guess would be is because Conan Indyke are still up
- 7:58the scumbaggery. There's no indication that Feldman sought to have
- 8:03her reports filed under seal, since all parties had already
- 8:07agreed on their confidentiality. In fact, her fund's website notes
- 8:11that her monthly communication to the court will report on
- 8:15an aggregate level only. No individual claimant information will be
- 8:19published or disclosed in a way that compromises claimant confidentiality. Well,
- 8:25that's good, right. If again, if the claimants, the survivors
- 8:29don't want their information out there, then that's up to them.
- 8:32They have been through enough and I think that they
- 8:36have earned the right to some privacy at this point. Now,
- 8:39Indike and con not so much, all right, it's the
- 8:44state needs to be looking at them. And remember the state.
- 8:47I know this is going to be mind boggling for
- 8:49some people to understand and hard for some people to
- 8:52let seep in, but remember the state works for us. Okay,
- 8:57So Indike and Khan should not have any privacy and
- 9:01the estates should not have any privacy. Tuesday's filing by
- 9:07the co executors does provide some insight into the Compensation Fund,
- 9:11which was designed to give Epstein survivors a more private
- 9:14forum away from the court battles to seek a measure
- 9:17of financial redress for what happened to them. The filing
- 9:21from Endiken Cohn said forty seven individuals have submitted claims
- 9:25to the Confidential Compensation Fund, that eight determinations have been
- 9:29made and individual claimants informed, and that no funds have
- 9:34yet been distributed. The filing also said the deadline for
- 9:38accepting claims is March twenty fifth, twenty twenty one. So
- 9:43eight determinations have been made out of the forty seven
- 9:47claims that has been submitted so far. As to what
- 9:51those numbers are, we have no idea. That has not
- 9:54been released so far, we don't know. Nobody's talked about it.
- 9:57It remains confidential. So what I will say is, at
- 10:01least there is some movement here, right, That's a good thing.
- 10:05But again, I will reserve judgment until we see how
- 10:08this clan process all shakes out. I'm not going to
- 10:11sit here and act like, oh, everything's going great. I
- 10:14have no idea, right all. The only information I have
- 10:17is the same information that we're all reading right here.
- 10:20But at least it's not sitting idle. There has been
- 10:23eight determinations. Are those determinations correct? Are they going to
- 10:29be accepted? Who knows. We'll have to see the issue
- 10:33of sealed documents has vastly complicated a number of civil
- 10:36suits involving Gielan Maxwell, Epstein's alleged Madam, co conspirator, fellow
- 10:42child abuser, general all around scumbag, and bipedal serpent. The
- 10:47Miami Herald sued for the release of the documents, and
- 10:50a civil suits settled in twenty seventeen between Maxwell and
- 10:54Virginia Roberts, Epstein's longtime accuser, who alleges the two trafficked
- 10:59underage girls for sex and abuse them. The release of
- 11:03those documents has led to a lengthy legal fight, as
- 11:06Maxwell's lawyers attempt to keep secret a deposition from her
- 11:11that they say will prejudice her in her criminal case.
- 11:15She was arrested on July second on charges she aided
- 11:18Epstein's alleged sexual crimes. Now we know that the lawyers
- 11:24for Gilaine Maxwell have been going hard in the paint
- 11:28to keep this stuff sealed. They've tried every trick in
- 11:31the book. They've tried to slow things down, they've tried
- 11:34to muddy the waters, and they have also tried to
- 11:37say that, oh, we have confidential information. It has just
- 11:41appeared and it's going to change everything, and none of
- 11:45it has worked. All the money she has spent on
- 11:49these high profile lawyers all the time they have spent
- 11:53wrangling and negotiating behind the scenes. All of the loopholes
- 11:58they've attempted to jump through have all turned up not
- 12:03off for them. And I really like the way that
- 12:07it's going. It really looks like for the first time
- 12:11that these people are finally on the ropes, that these
- 12:15people are finally on the run, or as I like
- 12:20to say, in twenty twenty, the predators most assuredly have
- 12:28become the prey. And we see that as the court
- 12:31keeps handing l's to Gielan Maxwell. We see people like
- 12:35Glenn Dubin getting a subpoenad, and we see people like
- 12:40Darren Khan, Richard Kahn, and Darren Endyke under the microscope.
- 12:47Now again, remember the grand jury is still unpaneled. They
- 12:51are still investigating, and I would not be shocked if
- 12:54there are many sealed indictments that have to do with
- 12:58this case, and if Indyke and Khan or one of
- 13:04the other is named in one of those sealed indictments, again,
- 13:08I will not be shocked. They played a critical and
- 13:11crucial role in helping Jeffrey Epstein maintain his criminal sex
- 13:18trafficking international enterprise. Is that clear enough? Indike and Khan,
- 13:26both longtime Epstein associates, are co executors of Epstein's will,
- 13:31which was changed shortly before he was ruled dead by
- 13:34hanging in a Manhattan jail cell in August of twenty nineteen.
- 13:39They face a civil enforcement action by the Attorney General
- 13:42of the US Virgin Islands, Denise George, who alleges they
- 13:45are part of an ongoing criminal enterprise. Lawyers for the
- 13:50for the Epstein estate had no immediate comment, nor did
- 13:54Feldman's office. Yeah, it's not it's not even alleging at
- 13:58this point, it's obvious that Khan and Indyke were part
- 14:00of the Epstein operation, that were part of the inner circle.
- 14:05And and Indike especially has his dirty ass fingerprints all
- 14:11over this case. His signature is everywhere. He helped out
- 14:15the associates, he helped out the Core four, and for
- 14:19some reason and somehow, this man is involved as an
- 14:23executor of the estate. I cannot wait for the day
- 14:31that Darren Indike faces the music. If you'd like to
- 14:38contact me, you can do that at Bobby Kapuci at

- 14:58c CI. All of the links that go with this
- 15:01episode can be found in the description box Welcome back
- 15:06to the Epstein Chronicles. Darren Endike and Richard Kahn shouldn't
- 15:12be the executors of anything. Instead, both of these dudes,
- 15:16in my opinion anyway, should be facing serious criminal investigations
- 15:21into their behavior while they were working with and for
- 15:25Jeffrey Epstein. We know that Darren Inendike and his signature
- 15:31are littered throughout all the paperwork when it comes to
- 15:35financial transactions, when it comes to payoffs, and all of
- 15:39the rest of the things that you would need your
- 15:41in house lawyer to do. And we also know that
- 15:44mister Kahn has been right there with them every step
- 15:48of the way, offering advice, being Jeffrey Epstein's confidante, and
- 15:54also helping this well oiled criminal enterprise keep operating. And
- 16:01I've been screaming from the rooftops for about three years now,
- 16:05folks about Indike and Khan and how important they were
- 16:11to the operation that Epstein and Maxwell were running. And
- 16:15yet there's still the executors of this estate with all
- 16:19of the things that are hanging over their head, especially
- 16:22considering we had Indike caught engaging in structuring when it
- 16:29comes to Title thirty one, with all of the different
- 16:31trips to the ATM and to the bank taking money
- 16:34out in the increments, he was taking it out so
- 16:37as not to trigger Title thirty one. That alone, right
- 16:40there should give the FEDS an end to investigate him
- 16:45and flip him. But for some reason, and I'll leave
- 16:48it up to you to decide why the FEDS refuse
- 16:51to do it. Well, now, down here in the Virgin Islands,
- 16:55Indike and Khan and the estate of Jeffrey Epstein is
- 16:59being accused of moving thirteen million dollars, and why wouldn't
- 17:04they considering that was old hat for them and that's
- 17:07how they hit all of the money. Anyway, do you
- 17:09really think Epstein only had six hundred and thirty four
- 17:11million dollars? You really believe that's all the dough this
- 17:14dude had. And obviously it's a lot of money, no doubt,
- 17:19But let's be very real here, this dude was stashing
- 17:23money all over the place. That's what his MO was,
- 17:26That's who he was. So how many offshore accounts are
- 17:30still out there that only in Dike and Cohn have
- 17:32access to or only Indike in con know about. And
- 17:35you mean to tell me that neither of these dudes
- 17:38should be deposed? And why is it falling on the
- 17:41shoulders of the US Virgin Islands to carry the load? Here?
- 17:45Where's the SDNY, You know, the vaunted SDNY with all
- 17:49of their stupid ass, loudmouthed, big shot blue check marks
- 17:53running around Twitter all day. So that's why I find
- 17:58it so laughable and find it to be such a
- 18:00joke when people talk about client lists this and client
- 18:03lists that, when we already have so many names out
- 18:06there that nobody has done a thing about. So when
- 18:10we start pulling some of these pieces off the board,
- 18:13get at me. And of course I'm talking about the
- 18:16people who have never cared about this case beforehand, right,
- 18:20They only cared about it once they thought they could
- 18:23maneuver it politically for them. And then of course we'll
- 18:27jump in, we'll have something to say about it. Where's
- 18:29the client list? Well, where were you for the last
- 18:31three and a half years when we've been in the
- 18:34trenches trying to get to the bottom of this. So
- 18:38for those of us who have followed the case, yeah,
- 18:41client list is something we've all really been wanting to see.
- 18:45And the closest we're ever going to get probably is
- 18:48that black book. But my biggest gripe has been and
- 18:51will continue to be all of these names that are
- 18:54out there already that nobody wants to do a thing about,
- 18:57and the US Virgin Islands is going to the place
- 19:01to try and get justice here. I really don't have
- 19:04all that much faith in the motivations behind Denise George,
- 19:08but if she's the one to bring these guys down,
- 19:10more power to her. And I'm okay, I'm happy for it. Right.
- 19:13I don't care who does it. I don't care who
- 19:17ends up catching these people in the snare. But Indike
- 19:23Khan Vickers, these people have to be brought in and
- 19:28they have to be deposed at the very least under oath.
- 19:31You mean to tell me you don't have enough to
- 19:33nail them. So it's gonna fall on the Virgin Islands
- 19:36to continue to pursue this. I thought that the SDNY
- 19:40and the federal government in general was gonna pursue all
- 19:43the co conspirators. Yeah, well, we're not too impressed with
- 19:47the job you're doing so far. All right. Today's article
- 19:51is from the New York Times and the author of
- 19:54this article is Matthew Goldstein. Headline. Executors Ofeffrey Epstein's estate
- 20:01are accused of moving thirteen million dollars in illegal filing.
- 20:05The Attorney General for the US Virgin Islands said that
- 20:08two men sheltered the money from the liquidation of an
- 20:10investment fund in which the deceased financier Pedophile had a stake.
- 20:15So if that's the case, can we charge them criminally? Please?
- 20:19I'm tired of all of these civil suits. The SECO
- 20:22case is fine, it's great, but can we get a
- 20:24real rico case. I almost want to go back to
- 20:29school and become a prosecutor just for this one reason.
- 20:33Get a RICO case brought against all of these people.
- 20:37After I get them all convicted, Mike drop and walk
- 20:39the fuck out of the courtroom. The two executors of
- 20:44Jeffrey Epstein's estate, both longtime advisors to the deceased financier Pedophile,
- 20:49could receive millions of dollars in payouts long after his death.
- 20:53The authorities in the US Virgin Islands said in illegal
- 20:56filing on Friday, you know it's funny you get these offs.
- 21:00There's like mister Goldstein, who will call their you know,
- 21:03political rivals, all sorts of names. But he doesn't even
- 21:06have the decency here to call Jeffrey Epstein what he is. Oh,
- 21:10the financier, the deceased financier, no bitch, the pedophile, the scumbag,
- 21:15the piece of shit, the child toucher, the diddler on
- 21:18the roof. You know, the guy that you and your
- 21:20buddies in the media protected forever, mister New York Times guy.
- 21:26The payouts to the executors Darren Endyke and Richard Khan
- 21:29are tied to the Butterfly Trust, an investment vehicle mister
- 21:32Epstein had established in twenty thirteen, according to the filing
- 21:36by lawyers for Denise George, Attorney General for the US
- 21:40Virgin Islands. And look, I've given Denise George a whole
- 21:45heaping plateful of shit for going after the money the
- 21:50way she has. But she can redeem herself in my
- 21:53eyes here if she can get a criminal conviction against
- 21:56Indyke and Khan. She can have some of that money.
- 21:58As far as I'm concerned. Take the thirteen million that
- 22:01they were going to stash. Give that togin of the
- 22:04Virgin Islands because somebody has to step up to the
- 22:07plate and do their job here. Can we really have
- 22:12a whole ass justice department with people who just don't care?
- 22:16Is that really where we are? Certainly seems to be
- 22:18the case. The court filing by the Virgin Islands authorities
- 22:24raised questions about the transfer of millions of dollars from
- 22:27a trust originally set up by mister Epstein to several
- 22:31trusts that stood to benefit the executors. I mean, guys, really,
- 22:39are we really that naive? Is the legacy media really
- 22:43that naive? Or are they just that ignorant? Did anyone
- 22:47think that Epstein didn't have a whole bunch of other
- 22:51treasure chests buried in the sand, meaning hidden offshore and
- 22:55if anyone's going to have access to it, it's gonna
- 22:58be Indyke and con The whole idea is to weather
- 23:01this storm and then stuff their pockets full of money.
- 23:04That's their plan. I know. I'm like, the uh, what's
- 23:07that lady's name? Baba? Baba whatever her name is, the
- 23:11mind reader, the future teller. Yeah, I'm that lady Baba
- 23:15Vinga or whatever the hell her name is. You can
- 23:16call me that from now on, because that's exactly what
- 23:19these dudes are doing. The transfer of money took place
- 23:22nearly a year after mister Epstein killed himself allegedly in
- 23:26his prison cell jail cell in Manhattan, after Miss George's
- 23:29office had sued mister Epstein's estate. I mean, can't even
- 23:33get the basics right of the story. I mean, oh,
- 23:36in prison, No, he was in jail. The Butterfly Trust
- 23:42initially received a wire transfer of thirteen million dollars in
- 23:45April twenty twenty, after the liquidation of another investment fund
- 23:49in which mister Epstein had a stake. According to the filing,
- 23:54some of that money was transferred again several months later
- 23:57to three newly created entities, two of which listed mister Endyke,
- 24:02mister Khan, and their spouses as beneficiaries. The filing said,
- 24:07and when we talk about the offshore activities of Epstein,
- 24:10Indike and con were right there with them. So they
- 24:12know the game, they know the hustle, and they know
- 24:14all of the right people. In these banks to talk
- 24:17to what you think the banks aren't taking their money?
- 24:19Stop it? Miss George and or lawyers asked a Virgin
- 24:25Island's judge to order the estate to submit to discovery
- 24:28requests to make sure other estate assets have not been
- 24:32transferred to enrich the executors. And it's crazy too you
- 24:35think about how little in context and relatively speaking, the
- 24:40survivors were paid out. And when I was going on,
- 24:45I was yelling and screaming about that as well. How
- 24:48are you just going to pay the survivors out a
- 24:51one to sixth basically of what the estate is worth
- 24:54when they're the ones who have suffered the most? We
- 24:57all know, gross ass Uncle Sam meaning the federal government
- 25:00had their fat ass hand out to get their payday too.
- 25:03You know you think they could wave that right? What
- 25:06is it? One missile system to Ukraine. That's the price
- 25:12of waving what the taxes would have been. But nah,
- 25:15screw the survivors, right, Let's just keep revictimizing a federal government.
- 25:20The media jerk offs on the internet. Ah, why not?
- 25:24It's such a farce. And the fact that our federal
- 25:27government has continued to let it happen. Time and time
- 25:30again is just an absolute travesty. The government discovered that
- 25:37substantial funds kept secret from the government were transferred for
- 25:41the benefit of the co executors in an apparent effort
- 25:44to enrich themselves and shelter these assets from recovery. The
- 25:47filing said, Oh, so, now you guys want to do
- 25:50a forensic analysis. Huh, how about a forensic analysis into
- 25:54the relationship between Jeffrey Epstein Jess Daily or how about
- 25:58Jeffrey Epstein unless weax, Oh, we're not done, all right,
- 26:02we'll just throw Leon Black in their Wait. Wait, hold on,
- 26:04there's another person you want to add. All right, come on,
- 26:07Glenn Dubin. You're involved now too. Wait a minute, hold on,
- 26:10didn'ty donate a lot of money to the Clinton Foundation?
- 26:13Well that's right, mister Bill and Hillary you're on the
- 26:16clock too. Meanwhile, none of that's happening, and it's all
- 26:20just getting swept under the rug. Mister Endyke was mister
- 26:25Epstein's personal lawyer, and mister Kahn was an in house accountant.
- 26:29Daniel Wiener, a lawyer for the estate, said the executors
- 26:32categorically reject the baseless assertions of wrongdoing made against them,
- 26:36and they never received thirteen million. He added that the
- 26:40twenty thirteen Butterfly trust mentioned in today's filing by Miss
- 26:45George has nothing whatsoever to do with mister Epstein's estate
- 26:49or any funds available to it. Oh, I'm sure that
- 26:52Denise George just made this up. She just, you know,
- 26:54was sitting around having her tea and crumpets this morning
- 26:57and said, you know what, we're gonna make some thirteen
- 27:00sounds like a good number. Huh, thirteen million. Fantasyland. These
- 27:06mother efforts are living in fantasyland, folks. The US Virgin
- 27:11Islands sued mister Epstein's estate in January of twenty twenty,
- 27:15seeking to recoup at least eighty million in tax benefits
- 27:19that local authorities can tend is Southern Trust Company received
- 27:22through deception and fraud. Well, speak to the federal government.
- 27:26They got a fat chunk of that asked them to
- 27:28break you off a little peace. They like breaking off
- 27:31money to everybody, but the citizens of the nation. I'm
- 27:34sure they'll break you off a little taste. Miss George
- 27:42has argued that the US Territory was deceived into granting
- 27:46lucrative tax benefits that enabled mister Ebstein to use his
- 27:49private island residence there as a place to sexually abuse
- 27:53teenage girls and young women and just women in general.
- 27:57And furthermore, that sounds like a U problem US Virgin Islands.
- 28:02Get your shit together, or as the homie Smoke would say,
- 28:05my main dude, Smoke, shout out to Smoke, fix yo face.
- 28:12It's a bad look going after money that should be
- 28:15going to these survivors, an absolutely terrible look, especially considering
- 28:20it was your own politicians who set these deals up
- 28:22with Epstein. You can't say, oh, well they were duped.
- 28:26They're not allowed to be duped. They're in public office.
- 28:30Their job is to safeguard the public from shit exactly
- 28:32like this, so when it goes south, it is on them.
- 28:35How many of them went to prison? Oh, none of them.
- 28:37So you're not getting any money at least that's how
- 28:40I feel about it. The Butterfly Trust had been used
- 28:45by mister Epstein to make payments to some of the
- 28:47people who helped them recruit and groom teenage girls for abuse,
- 28:51according to bank regulators in New York. And you think
- 28:54the name means nothing Butterfly Trust, he's turning you know
- 28:59what a Butterhow butterfly? He becomes a butterfly? Right, Yeah,
- 29:01the whole process. Well, that's what he thinks he's doing
- 29:05to these disadvantaged girls. Jeffrey Epstein. Oh, I'm gonna make
- 29:10them into a butterfly. Sick, disgusting, perverted, gross motherfucker. Mister
- 29:18Epstein's estate, valued at around six hundred million at the
- 29:21time of his death, is now worth less than one
- 29:24hundred and eighty five million after paying one hundred and
- 29:27twenty one million in settlements to more than one hundred
- 29:30and thirty five survivors and nearly two hundred million in
- 29:33federal taxes. So between taxes and the survivors, you're looking
- 29:38at three hundred and twenty one million. So where's the
- 29:40rest of the money. It sure costs them a lot
- 29:42of dough to keep up the hedges. Huh. How much
- 29:45is direct TV in the Virgin Islands? Because from where
- 29:48I'm at you can get all the channels and shit,
- 29:50and you're looking at about three hundred a month. So
- 29:53where's all this money going if it's not being funneled anywhere?
- 29:57Such a joke, Such an absolute joke. I'm trying not
- 30:02to get so fired up on a Saturday morning. But man,
- 30:05these motherfuckers make it difficult, all right, everybody, Well, that's
- 30:09gonna do it for this episode. And I'll tell you what,
- 30:11it's just very frustrating to see these people continue to
- 30:15get away with it when there's all of this evidence.
- 30:18If it was me or you with even half of
- 30:20the charges or one of these charges, we'd have our
- 30:22door kicked in already. But bitch ass clowns like Indike
- 30:26and con get to continue to swim around in their pools,
- 30:30drink their mixed drinks and live the high life. Well
- 30:34I'm here to tell you, folks, Me, my fat mouth
- 30:37and my beard, we're gonna be here yapping and yelling
- 30:39and roaring about these scumbags until somebody does something. All Right,
- 30:46that's gonna do it for this episode, folks. If you'd
- 30:48like to contact me, you can do that at Bobby
- 30:50Capuchi at ProtonMail dot com. That's b O. B b
- 30:54Y c ap u Cci at proton mail dot com.
- 30:58You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore
- 31:03caap Ucci. The link that I discussed can be found
- 31:08in the description box. What's up everyone, and welcome back
- 31:11to the Epstein chronicles. So the US Virgin Islands and
- 31:16Denise George, well, they've settled with Jeffrey Epstein's estate, and
- 31:21Jeffrey Epstein's estate is now paying the Virgin Islands one
- 31:25hundred and five million dollars. So, like I said from
- 31:28the Jump, with Denise George and the Virgin Islands, it
- 31:32was nothing more than a shakedown. They shouldn't have got
- 31:35one single dollar from all of this. Remember it was
- 31:38their elected officials who let Jeffrey Epstein do what he
- 31:41was doing. But Denise George came out and was talking
- 31:44all kinds of a good game. Oh, I have a
- 31:46SECOL lawsuit. I'm looking for justice for the girls. Really,
- 31:50she was looking to get some money for the Virgin Islands,
- 31:53like I said from Jump Street, and here we go
- 31:56once again, that being played out right here across the headlines.
- 32:02You see all of these people who claim that they
- 32:04care about justice, this, that the other thing. They don't.
- 32:08None of them do. If they did, and they were
- 32:10in a position to pursue these people, they would continue
- 32:13to pursue them. But it was all about getting some
- 32:15money from the estate. That's one hundred and five million
- 32:18dollars that should have went to the survivors, but instead
- 32:21is going to some government entity. So it could probably
- 32:25be spread around with the politicians. What the people of
- 32:28the USVII are going to see this money? Yeah, okay, sure,
- 32:32it's such a joke, and it's laughable that people would
- 32:35actually think that Denise George and the USVII really cared
- 32:40about these survivors one hundred and five million dollars. Let's remember,
- 32:45the whole entire settlement program only paid out what one
- 32:49hundred and forty million, But the Virgin Islands was wrong
- 32:53so badly that they get one hundred and five million dollars.
- 32:56Huh yeah, real equitable, And then people wonder why folks
- 33:01are up in arms all the time. It is such
- 33:04a joke. The brinstruck should have backed up to the
- 33:08survivor's houses and it should have just dumped money on
- 33:11their lawn. But instead they had to go through this
- 33:14whole process. They had this whole program set up, and
- 33:17now when we look back in hindsight, now that program
- 33:20doesn't look so great, does it. Considering the Virgin Islands
- 33:25gets one hundred and five million dollars. You mean to
- 33:28tell me that they were wronged more than these little
- 33:30girls who were raped. Sorry, I don't buy it. I
- 33:33didn't buy it then, and I don't buy it now.
- 33:35And I find it disgusting that another government entity is
- 33:42gonna benefit from Jeffrey Epstein and is disgusting ill gotten gains.
- 33:48Today's article is from NBC News headline Jeffrey Epstein's estate
- 33:53agrees to pay the Virgin Islands more than one hundred
- 33:55and five million to settle the civil lawsuit. The lawsuit,
- 33:59filed in Januuary of twenty twenty, alleged that Epstein created
- 34:02a network of companies and conspired with others to help
- 34:05him carry out and conceal the alleged sex trafficking scheme. So,
- 34:09instead of going after that alleged sex trafficking scheme that
- 34:13Denise George talked about that she filed the sicco suit
- 34:15about she settles hell of a prosecutor. She really has
- 34:20your best interest at hard, folks. This article was authored
- 34:25by Rich Shapiro, Sarah Fitzpatrick, and Diana Dasrath. The estate
- 34:32of Jeffrey Epstein has agreed to pay the US Virgin
- 34:35Islands more than one hundred and five million dollars to
- 34:38settle a lawsuit alleging that he used the territory as
- 34:41a base of extensive sex trafficking operations. Yeah, you know,
- 34:45all of the tax breaks that the elected officials down
- 34:48there gave him, all of the politicians hooked them up with.
- 34:51They didn't go to jail. Did any of them have
- 34:53their bank accounts sieved or anything like that? No, of
- 34:56course they didn't. But let's steal from the survivors a
- 34:58little bit more. The suit is being settled nearly three
- 35:03years after Denise N. George, the Attorney General of the
- 35:06US Territory, suede Epstein, a New York financier. You mean
- 35:10a New York pedophile who died by suicide allegedly in
- 35:14twenty nineteen as he was awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. Yo.
- 35:18It gets burdensome to have to continuously correct the narrative
- 35:23in these legacy media pieces. I mean, for real, you
- 35:25can't call him a pedophile. Oh yeah, he died by suicide.
- 35:29We can prove that. Yeah, okay. Sure. The settlement restores
- 35:33the faith of the people of the Virgin Islands that
- 35:35its laws will be enforced without fear of favor against
- 35:38those who break them. George said in a statement on Wednesday.
- 35:41We are sending a clear message that the Virgin Islands
- 35:43will not serve as a haven for human trafficking. Oh
- 35:46give me a break. You're sending a message that you're
- 35:49going to get rich on the pain of other people.
- 35:51That's what this is. The Virgin Islands is profiting off
- 35:55of the back of these survivors. That's how I see it.
- 36:00Find it reprehensible. Daniel Wiener, a lawyer for the estate
- 36:06Perfect name by the way, said that the settlement does
- 36:08not include any admission of liability or fault, and that
- 36:11the co executors deny any allegations of wrongdoing. Oh yeah,
- 36:15you know, because Darren Indei didn't go to a bank
- 36:18ninety seven times in structure with jaws or anything like that.
- 36:21That never happened, never mind all the rest of the stuff.
- 36:25But yeah, ah, they didn't do anything. They're not going
- 36:28to accept any liability here. Why should they. The co
- 36:34executors ultimately concluded that the settlement is in the best
- 36:37interest of the estate, including its creditors and claimants, to
- 36:40avoid the time, expense, and inherent uncertainties of a protracted litigation.
- 36:45Wiener said the settlement is consistent with the co executors
- 36:49stated intent and practice since their appointments to those roles
- 36:54to solve to resolve claims related to any misconduct by
- 36:57Jeffrey Epstein in a manner sensitive to those who suffered him.
- 37:01I mean, come on, man, you guys are out here
- 37:05really trying to pitch this bullshit. And anyone who thinks
- 37:10this is a good idea, I'd love to hear why
- 37:12you think it's a good idea. So should the State
- 37:16of New Mexico sue for one hundred and five million dollars?
- 37:19Should the State of New York suit? How is it
- 37:21that the Virgin Islands, all of a sudden, is a
- 37:24victim here? Under the terms of the settlement, Epstein's estate
- 37:31will pay the Virgin Islands one hundred and five million
- 37:33in cash, as well as half of the proceeds from
- 37:36the Selle of Little Saint James, one of two private
- 37:39islands Epstein owned. Georgia's office said in a statement. The
- 37:43estate also agreed to pay four hundred and fifty thousand
- 37:46dollars to repair environmental damage around Great Saint James, the
- 37:50other Epstein owned island. I mean, this is just crazy.
- 37:54Remember all of this money should have went to the survivors,
- 37:57but it didn't. We know that some of them got
- 37:59low sobald. We know that some of them were turned down. Meanwhile,
- 38:04now the US Virgin Islands, which didn't do shit to
- 38:08earn this money. In fact, I'd probably sue them if
- 38:10I was one of these girls. And now they're getting
- 38:13one hundred and five million. Must be nice. The lawsuit,
- 38:23filed in January of twenty twenty, alleged that Epstein created
- 38:26a network of companies and conspired with others to help
- 38:29him carry out and conceal the alleged sex trafficking scheme.
- 38:33The so called Epstein Enterprise transported dozens of women and
- 38:37girls as young as twelve to his estate on Little
- 38:40Saint James, where they were forced to engage in sexual acts.
- 38:43The suit said. The alleged the so called Epstein Enterprise
- 38:47is the author of this article really attempting to cast
- 38:51doubt that there was a criminal enterprise being run by
- 38:54Jeffrey Epstein. And if so, folks, that's all you need
- 38:57to know about your legacy media. Epstein engaged in a
- 39:02pattern and practice of trafficking and abusing young women and
- 39:06female children on this private secluded island of Little Saint James,
- 39:09where Epstein and his associates could avoid detection of their
- 39:13illegal activity from the Virgin Islands and federal law enforcement
- 39:17and prevent these young women and underage girls from leaving
- 39:20freely and escaping the abuse. The suit said, So, if
- 39:23it was that brutal, and it was that bad, and
- 39:25it was why are you settling as a prosecutor? Now?
- 39:28Why would you settle even for one second? Here? I'll
- 39:32tell you why. Because it was all about the money
- 39:34from Jump Street and it wasn't about justice. Epstein, who
- 39:40was found hanged in the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan
- 39:43in August of twenty nineteen, was previously charged by New
- 39:46York prosecutors on sex trafficking and conspiracy charges. He was
- 39:50facing up to forty five years in prison if he
- 39:53were convicted. The prosecutors in that case said Epstein, who
- 39:56was sixty six at the time of his death, sexually
- 39:59abused of underage girls at his properties in New York
- 40:03and Florida in the early two thousands. He was also
- 40:07accused of paying many of his victims survivors, you mean
- 40:10to recruit others, allowing him to build a vast network
- 40:13of women to exploit. Yeah, that's what he did. It
- 40:16was a sexual Ponzi scheme. Okay, and call them what
- 40:19they are survivors. Have these people not gotten the memo
- 40:24yet on how to properly talk about stuff like this?
- 40:29Epstein bought Little Saint James off Saint Thomas for seven
- 40:32point nine to five million in nineteen ninety eight. NBC
- 40:35News reported he went on to build a vast, vast
- 40:38estate featuring a twenty four thousand square foot private residence,
- 40:42two pools, a spa, and a blue stripe structure that
- 40:45drew intense scrutiny online. Yeah, you mean that temple that
- 40:48he built. Why don't you just call it what it is?
- 40:51It was a temple of some sort. Now you all
- 40:53know me. I'm not into the occult or that Satanism
- 40:55stuff people are talking about all the time. I don't
- 40:58know anything about that, right, I don't know anything about
- 41:00spirituality or God or the devil. What I do know
- 41:04is that there is fucking evil right here on earth,
- 41:07and that evil is people like Jeffrey Epstein. And the
- 41:10fact that this dude was able to do what he
- 41:13did for as long as he did it is enough
- 41:17to make me sick. And then you flip the script
- 41:20here and you have somebody like Denise George down in
- 41:22the Virgin Islands, who was after this money the whole
- 41:26entire time, like I've said from Jump Street, finally gets
- 41:29the money she was after. Meanwhile, how many more survivors
- 41:32are out there? How many more women are out there
- 41:35who haven't come forward yet? So what happens when they
- 41:37come forward? There's gonna be nothing left in the kiddy
- 41:39because Denise George and the US Virgin Islands are victims here. Well,
- 41:45seems like that's the way it's gonna end up going.
- 41:49And for my money. Not a good look. All right, folks,
- 41:54that's gonna do it for this one. If you'd like
