Torah Portion 21 Ki Tisa (כי תשא) - When You Elevate
Ki Tisa (Exodus 30:12–34:35), Explore the significance of the census commanded by God, where each person contributed a half shekel to symbolize equality and communal ownership in the Tabernacle. This portion also highlights the making of incense to cover the scent of burnt offerings, which Joseph likens to the sweet aroma of good works today—our acts of kindness, care for the poor, and love for one another. This lesson reminds us to actively participate in God’s work, reflecting His glory through service.
