Lubbock Animal Services is back for its ninth annual “Clear The Shelters” event, teaming up with NBC and Telemundo to find forever homes for as many animals as possible while raising funds to keep the shelter running. The main event kicks off August 22nd at the Lubbock Animal Services facility on Southeast Loop 289, and for those who can’t make it in person, a virtual adoption option is back for its eighth year—letting you browse pets by breed and size, submit applications, and ask questions from home.
