- 0:58Speaker 2: But I'm here to tell you, like home, if home
- 1:00Speaker 2: sales fail six percent in July and the housing market
- 1:04Speaker 2: is in there in their recession, and over the last
- 1:06Speaker 2: year the market is failed twenty percent, that means we
- 1:10Speaker 2: technically are in a correction territory heading into a crash.
- 1:16Speaker 2: If private equity is not spending as much money. If
- 1:19Speaker 2: quantitative easy and the Federal Reserve says that I'm not
- 1:22Speaker 2: buying any bonds anymore, the bonds have to actually provide
- 1:26Speaker 2: some damn value. What does that tell you? We may
- 1:31Speaker 2: go through a two year period where we're in the
- 1:32Speaker 2: bear market. For those you have houses and you're like, hey,
- 1:36Speaker 2: what do I do with the information? If you have
- 1:37Speaker 2: a house that you like and you want a good deal,
- 1:39Speaker 2: if you're going to hold for a ten to thirty
- 1:41Speaker 2: year period, it matters not for those in real estate.
- 1:46Speaker 2: If we are Ford standard deviations outside of the range
- 1:50Speaker 2: of which we should be, we are going to come
- 1:52Speaker 2: down to a normal area. I love you guys. Last
- 1:56Speaker 2: week I made some comments on Netflix, so I want
- 1:58Speaker 2: to give full contexts. At first one I was like,
- 2:02Speaker 2: let me put the video together and put my notes.
- 2:03Speaker 2: I was gonna come on here on my mind flex
- 2:06Speaker 2: Hogan shoutouf on flex. It's when they come on my
- 2:09Speaker 2: macho man thing. But let me break down why I'm
- 2:12Speaker 2: telling you. Netflix will probably be the first one of
- 2:18Speaker 2: all streaming services to go away. More than likely Microsoft
- 2:23Speaker 2: or Apple is going to end up buying Netflix. If
- 2:26Speaker 2: it goes under one hundred dollars and thirty seven cent.
- 2:29Speaker 2: But let me pull up some more of these facts
- 2:32Speaker 2: for you so I can make you a better investor.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Total debt sixteen point six billion dollars at the end
- 2:40Speaker 2: of June. Total liabilities twenty seven point three billion dollars.
- 2:46Speaker 2: I'm not an economist by any stretch of imagination, but
- 2:49Speaker 2: twenty seven point three billion dollars is a lot of
- 2:51Speaker 2: damn money, right, reporter is first quarterly loss in a decade.
- 2:57Speaker 2: The customer basis that have hates when a increase prices,
- 3:01Speaker 2: that's a terrible thing. In twenty twenty two, their projectors
- 3:06Speaker 2: to spend eighteen billion dollars on content for you to
- 3:08Speaker 2: burn through it and one weekend while you're having sex
- 3:11Speaker 2: with Jasad Bay and never watch it again. Tell me
- 3:15Speaker 2: what happened in episode for a Stranger Things, Man, I
- 3:18Speaker 2: got a great idea, Troyvishall, let's shorten me shows thirty
- 3:21Speaker 2: minutes forty five minutes. Disney's spending thirty three billion dollars
- 3:26Speaker 2: on content, Peacock is spending three billion. Netflix has an
- 3:30Speaker 2: eighteen percent profit margin. Now when we get to real numbers,
- 3:35Speaker 2: eighteen percent profit margin is not great, especially when you
- 3:38Speaker 2: have a competitor like Apple that is a luxury brand.
- 3:41Speaker 2: The number one brand in the world is a luxury brand.
- 3:44Speaker 2: Their profit margin is twenty eight point eight percent, and Google,
- 3:48Speaker 2: who owns you to profit margin is twenty nine point
- 3:51Speaker 2: five percent. So those two alone are putting an incredible
- 3:55Speaker 2: amount of pressure on Netflix. I know for those of
- 3:57Speaker 2: you that are in LA and your filmmakers and you're like, hey,
- 4:00Speaker 2: they're never going to stop. Trust me, I know a
- 4:04Speaker 2: couple of people. Man, don't make me call Weezy right
- 4:06Speaker 2: now and get Weezy on the line and give you
- 4:09Speaker 2: some insight. Things are changing, trust me. So I don't
- 4:15Speaker 2: want it once again. Please click this part up. I
- 4:17Speaker 2: don't want Netflix to go under. And I think because
- 4:23Speaker 2: they needed growth hedge fund managers. It's the day that
- 4:26Speaker 2: I'm referring to. Netflix got bundled up and they were
- 4:30Speaker 2: one of the ones who ended up going up too
- 4:32Speaker 2: fast and too high. But the thing that killed Blockbuster
- 4:35Speaker 2: too much debt. It's a thing that's gonna end up
- 4:37Speaker 2: killing Netflix. And if America is broke and financially broken,
- 4:44Speaker 2: why do you think a company that holds that much
- 4:46Speaker 2: debt and people are upset to pay fourteen ninety five
- 4:49Speaker 2: for a movie that costs one hundred and fifty seven
- 4:51Speaker 2: million dollars. How the hell is that a good business
- 4:53Speaker 2: equation and a good business model? But what do I know?
- 4:57Speaker 2: Enjoy Shout out to my guy Josh. I saw him
- 5:01Speaker 2: this past Thursday, I think, and he made the equation
- 5:05Speaker 2: or I made the statement that Apple is the perfect stock,
- 5:09Speaker 2: and when you look at it, damn near is if
- 5:13Speaker 2: you look, Apple is technically a value stock, a growth
- 5:17Speaker 2: stock tied in one. They're five percent of four percent
- 5:20Speaker 2: off their all time highs in the middle of a
- 5:23Speaker 2: bear market or pullback. They are the largest waiting in
- 5:27Speaker 2: the index. So when you buy Apple, you're technically buying
- 5:30Speaker 2: the index that are the largest waiting in the S
- 5:33Speaker 2: and P A NASDAC. They are a dividend stock, luxury stock.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Berkshire bought four million shares and I can't name seven
- 5:42Speaker 2: companies historically that has been better in terms of managing
- 5:47Speaker 2: a business in comparison to them. I know, sometimes people
- 5:52Speaker 2: want all these exotic ass companies that supposed to shape
- 5:57Speaker 2: the world. And we'll do chart time later and we'll
- 5:59Speaker 2: walk through some But man, when you guys ask me,
- 6:03Speaker 2: I don't know where to start with investing? What should
- 6:04Speaker 2: I do? Two Tech two Index, No stress for those
- 6:09Speaker 2: of you who like, hey, why do you need to?
- 6:11Speaker 2: They anchor one another. So most investors want value or growth.
- 6:17Speaker 2: The S and P five hundred gives you value or
- 6:20Speaker 2: slow steady growth. The NASDAC gives you fast growth. Apple
- 6:24Speaker 2: and Microsoft are so big that.
- 6:28Speaker 3: This episode is brought to you by P and C Bank.

- 9:16Speaker 1: all you need.
- 9:17Speaker 2: Once again, if they collapse, it would destroy the American
- 9:20Speaker 2: economy as a whole. Some of you are not old
- 9:23Speaker 2: enough to remember what it was like during two thousand
- 9:25Speaker 2: and seven. In two thousand and eight when Lehman Brothers
- 9:27Speaker 2: went under and it affected the American economy. How many
- 9:30Speaker 2: of you please put Liman in chat if you heard
- 9:33Speaker 2: of Leman prior to the night Celensio. So if Apple
- 9:39Speaker 2: or Microsoft goes under, it would destroy our economy. These
- 9:43Speaker 2: are probably two of the safest stocks. And when I
- 9:45Speaker 2: tell you only need to focus on a few, that's
- 9:48Speaker 2: all you need to do. I want to clarify my
- 9:51Speaker 2: comments on Ethereum. So Ethereum one hundred and ten bucks
- 9:55Speaker 2: is to load the boat. Price. So load the boat
- 9:57Speaker 2: I would define as the price in which you should
- 9:59Speaker 2: buy in investment or asset class at the rock bottom
- 10:03Speaker 2: price where it's at recession or depression levels. So for
- 10:08Speaker 2: those of you like you Ho, what's up on ethery one?
- 10:11Speaker 1: Tu?
- 10:13Speaker 2: I know? Wait, wait, wait till it, Tali, come on here, boy,
- 10:17Speaker 2: I'm gonna shake to end up these next two years. Boy.
- 10:22Speaker 2: I told you about Meta and the challenges they were
- 10:26Speaker 2: faced with. TikTok came true. Told you about Michael Saylor
- 10:30Speaker 2: potentially being positioned out of his company if Bitcoin got
- 10:33Speaker 2: to twenty thousand came true. Told you about Bitcoin going
- 10:37Speaker 2: to twenty thousand came true. Told you they were recovering
- 10:40Speaker 2: sixty three days. Please put in chat. Are you here
- 10:44Speaker 2: to gossip or are you here to get rich? This
- 10:48Speaker 2: is the thing I love about investing in trade and
- 10:50Speaker 2: actually being able to trade. Man, nobody opinion on anything matters,
- 10:54Speaker 2: not as long as TD and Maria Trade keeps in
- 10:58Speaker 2: my access, and THENJA in Trade of eight all the
- 11:01Speaker 2: other firms out there, right, and all o the brokerages,
- 11:03Speaker 2: you're good. I'm not launching a campaign against Netflix or ethereum.
- 11:11Speaker 2: I'm just telling you the truth of where we may
- 11:14Speaker 2: end up. But if you don't believe in my statement,
- 11:16Speaker 2: in my takes, you are more than welcome and take
- 11:19Speaker 2: your life savings and put them into Netflix and let's
- 11:21Speaker 2: see what happens, and you'll be good. Real quick, let's
- 11:26Speaker 2: go through a couple ETFs and a couple of stocks
- 11:29Speaker 2: tied to China that you can invest in. And the
- 11:32Speaker 2: homework last week was what are the four ETFs you
- 11:35Speaker 2: can invest in or short if China falls apart, Let's
- 11:39Speaker 2: go through a couple of them real quick, And the
- 11:42Speaker 2: same thing goes with any asset class. Please write this down.
- 11:45Speaker 2: Only invest in the top four. So if you look
- 11:48Speaker 2: at bitcoin, and I'm currently at twenty one thousand and
- 11:51Speaker 2: three thirty five, remember when the world thought it was
- 11:54Speaker 2: impossible for us as slide to twenty. But if you
- 11:57Speaker 2: look at these areas up here, any in the sixty
- 12:01Speaker 2: and seventy range is a no go these are the
- 12:05Speaker 2: areas in which you will want to exit or take profit.
- 12:08Speaker 2: You do not want to buy here. This is a
- 12:10Speaker 2: no bay zone. You only want to buy in the trenches.
- 12:14Speaker 2: A simple thing you can do is just mark off
- 12:17Speaker 2: the bottom of each month and then that can tell
- 12:20Speaker 2: you a price of where you can get in. Do
- 12:22Speaker 2: not buy. And once again, if somebody is telling you
- 12:25Speaker 2: to buy or going on like three month media campaigns
- 12:29Speaker 2: telling you to buy something, it's only because it's in
- 12:31Speaker 2: their benefit to do so. You don't have to really
- 12:33Speaker 2: push your asset class if it's good. If we look
- 12:36Speaker 2: at ethereumm e. Theoriust has slid down as well. I
- 12:41Speaker 2: told you guys last week to buy fifteen forty four
- 12:43Speaker 2: on August twentieth, and went to fifteen thirty one seventy three,
- 12:47Speaker 2: you would already be in profit. For those of you
- 12:49Speaker 2: who executed it and did that, I am proud of you.
- 12:52Speaker 2: Let's go to some of the ones that we talked
- 12:54Speaker 2: about in China. C Hix. Does this look like I
- 13:00Speaker 2: could go into investing in long term? Yes? Or no?
- 13:04Speaker 2: The top is up here is up here, the bottom
- 13:06Speaker 2: ranges are down here. Stock is currently at eleven ninety nine.
- 13:11Speaker 2: I really don't like it until it gets maybe to
- 13:14Speaker 2: eight dollars and thirty cent Let's look at KBA. Put
- 13:18Speaker 2: these on your watch list. I don't want you to
- 13:20Speaker 2: buy them, don't want you to buy them. But KBA
- 13:26Speaker 2: is another one in which you can look at and
- 13:29Speaker 2: which you potentially can short. I want to say this now.
- 13:32Speaker 2: It's a homework question, but I'm going to give you
- 13:33Speaker 2: guys an answer. How long should you short a company
- 13:37Speaker 2: or asset that is falling apart? How long should you
- 13:41Speaker 2: short a company that is falling apart in the worst
- 13:44Speaker 2: case scenario, I only want you to short it for
- 13:47Speaker 2: three months. And here's why. You can short the stock
- 13:51Speaker 2: and at maximum if it is not leveraged, the highest
- 13:55Speaker 2: return you can get is one hundred percent. The risk
- 13:58Speaker 2: is unlimited, though, and if you don't have rules in
- 14:02Speaker 2: every trait that you take, and you don't stay away
- 14:04Speaker 2: from emotions, that can lead to a lot of disaster.
- 14:07Speaker 2: So I only want you to short something for three months,
- 14:09Speaker 2: and you still need to short at the top of
- 14:11Speaker 2: the market. So if at top of twenty twenty twenty
- 14:16Speaker 2: twenty one you were short in this area, I would
- 14:19Speaker 2: not be mad. Now it's almost at the value area
- 14:22Speaker 2: on what you should be buying before you touch it.
- 14:26Speaker 2: My graduates from my school being.
- 14:29Speaker 3: Force backdrop bag drop, Mike, drop backdrop drop.
- 14:45Speaker 4: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 14:49Speaker 4: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from El Salvador
- 14:53Speaker 4: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 14:57Speaker 4: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 15:01Speaker 4: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 15:05Speaker 4: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 15:09Speaker 4: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 15:13Speaker 4: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 15:17Speaker 4: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 15:20Speaker 4: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 15:24Speaker 4: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned and deported, you will
- 15:28Speaker 4: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 15:32Speaker 4: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 15:36Speaker 4: Do what's right, leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 15:41Speaker 4: border and families will be protected.
- 15:43Speaker 2: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
