Over 19 million kids nationwide missed out on free school breakfast last year—don’t let your child be one of them. In Delaware, eligibility depends on income, participation in assistance programs, or if your child’s school uses the Community Eligibility Provision (which means free meals for everyone). Automatic qualifiers include Head Start, homeless, migrant, runaway, or foster youth.
