- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of The
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. Last week, a group of Epstein's survivors met
- 0:08with James Comer about the Committee's investigation into Jeffrey Epstein
- 0:12and his associates. Well, according to sources of survivors, are
- 0:17pushing James Comer to investigate these potential leads that have
- 0:21been uncovered and talked about during these committee meetings. And
- 0:26I would think that that door is open, right. There's
- 0:29a lot of people that should be investigated. There's a
- 0:32lot of people that have come up during these conversations
- 0:35that should be looked at, and that includes mister Levine
- 0:40and mister Foucai. Just because somebody is an alleged abuser,
- 0:46like Sarah kellen Vickers, that doesn't mean that she should
- 0:49be abused herself by these other people. And I think
- 0:52when we say that two things can be right at
- 0:54the same time, this is the perfect example of that.
- 0:57You can be somebody who's been abused, but you can
- 1:00also be an abuser yourself. One doesn't cancel out the other.
- 1:04So I think that Sarah kellen Vicker should answer for
- 1:07her bs when it comes to helping Jeffrey Epstein. But
- 1:11I think the people that she's accused of abusing her,
- 1:14they should answer for their bullshit too, starting with mister
- 1:17Levigne and Frederick Foucai. Today's article is from CNN and
- 1:23the headline Epstein survivors push Comber to investigate potential leads
- 1:28from DOJ's files in private meeting. This article was authored
- 1:32by Jake Tapper and Annie Greyer. In a private meeting
- 1:36last week, a group of survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and
- 1:39family members of the late Virginia Roberts point at House
- 1:42Oversite Chair James Comber to allegations from the Justice Departments
- 1:46Epstein files to further investigate, arguing that Acting Attorney General
- 1:50Todd Blant's suggestion that there were no more leads to
- 1:53pursue in the case is not true. Well, it wasn't
- 1:56true then, and it's certainly not true now. And I
- 1:59think that's why one of the most infuriating things for
- 2:01people who understand what's going on here, the fact that
- 2:04they can look you in the eye and tell you
- 2:06that there's no one left to pursue, that there's nothing
- 2:08left to uncover, when there obviously is, and we didn't
- 2:12need the files to tell us that we knew that already.
- 2:15The files just confirm everything we've been saying. The group
- 2:20brought documents from DJ's release Epstein files, an email detailing
- 2:23a list of men from the late convicted sex Offenders Orbit,
- 2:27as well as Roberts twenty fifteen testimony to investigators to
- 2:31help the Republican chairman refine his own probe and to
- 2:35argue there are allegations against powerful men that the Justice
- 2:39Department could pursue. Look, every single person that was accused
- 2:43by Virginia should be investigated, and unfortunately that's never happened.
- 2:48And that was one of my biggest problems with the
- 2:50whole thing. Now, if there was a fair investigation and
- 2:54they came back and they showed us, you know, point
- 2:56A to point B, I'd be much more willing to
- 2:59believe what the government's telling us. And I'd be the
- 3:03first one to come on this podcast and say, look,
- 3:05we had it wrong. But the thing is they'll never
- 3:08do that because they know that Virginia was telling the truth.
- 3:11And they avoided all those people, all those powerful people,
- 3:16because they didn't want to rock the boat. And that's
- 3:18because they didn't want you to realize just how bad
- 3:20all of this was, and that's why they worked tirelessly
- 3:23to try and kill the story. Then and now, the
- 3:27private meeting between the survivors and the House Oversight Committee
- 3:30provides a fresh window into the back channeling between the
- 3:33two groups and the pressure the survivors are applying as
- 3:37they seek accountability as the investigation into the late convicted
- 3:40sex offender and his orbit has largely stalled under Blanche
- 3:44all by design. I've told you that for how long now.
- 3:49The whole point of having Blanche run this shit is
- 3:51to make sure that the blast doesn't come too close
- 3:54to the president, and the best way to do that
- 3:58is to just slow everything down. And that's why you
- 4:00have Todd Blanche out here saying the things he's saying.
- 4:06The survivors presented COMRA a partially redacted set of emails
- 4:09from July twenty twenty five that showed FBI officials were
- 4:13aware of an email discussing building out a spreadsheet of
- 4:16allegations against more than a dozen men. One week, they're
- 4:19telling us they have a bunch of new information, truckloads
- 4:23of it, and then the next day they're telling us
- 4:25that there's nothing to see here, there's no investigation to
- 4:28be had. Nobody should be looked at. And it's that
- 4:31kind of bipolar approach that really hurts their argument, that
- 4:35really hurts their narrative, and that destroys their credibility. Take
- 4:41these names and build out a new spreadsheet with all
- 4:44the derog on them. A redacted individual says in one
- 4:47of the emails on the chain, referring to a list
- 4:50of fourteen men and all these agents that were involved.
- 4:53Why are their names redacted? Especially when they say that
- 4:56the big problem was systemic issues within the department. So
- 5:01if there were systemic issues, shouldn't we know who's involved.
- 5:05That way, we can see if they've ever been disciplined,
- 5:09if they've ever faced any consequences for you know, the
- 5:13systemic errors they were part of. They'd have you believe
- 5:15that these systemic errors just happen, that nobody's responsible. But
- 5:20the truth is there's a lot of people that are responsible,
- 5:23and none of them have been held accountable. And if
- 5:26you're wondering why, well, if they held one person accountable,
- 5:29they'd have to hold all of them accountable. And they
- 5:31can't do that because that would give the game up.
- 5:35And that's the last thing they have any desire to do.
- 5:38That list includes some who have previously testified to the committee,
- 5:42like Bill Clinton and Les Wexner, and other high profile
- 5:45names such as Andrew mount Batten Winsor and President Donald
- 5:49Trump who have not appeared before the panel. A CNN
- 5:52review of the public Apstein files revealed that agents started
- 5:56to gather allegations for each of the fourteen men named
- 6:00that same day. Look, there's a lot of people that
- 6:03should and could be investigated. And I'm not talking about
- 6:06just because of what we've seen in the release files.
- 6:09I'm talking about what's come before. All the information we've had,
- 6:13all the people that have come forward and said that
- 6:15they've been abused. You would think that would lead to
- 6:18a sprawling investigation with no rock left unturned. But we
- 6:22never even got to the initial part, right, especially considering
- 6:25the vast majority of the main players in this were
- 6:28never even interviewed by the investigators. So how can you
- 6:32tell me there was an investigation when people like Sarah
- 6:35Kellen Vickers, Leslie Groff, Adriana Ross, Darren Endyke, Richard Kahn,
- 6:40and the rest of them aren't even interviewed. That's not
- 6:42an investigation. You're gonna name people as co conspirators and
- 6:46never even speak to them, and then for the cherry
- 6:49on top, we're gonna give them immunity without ever hearing
- 6:52a word from them, without them ever confessing to their crimes,
- 6:55and a proffer like they should. Okay, I guess that's
- 6:58the way things go if you're Jeffrey Epstein. Clinton and Waxner,
- 7:03who have appeared before the Committee for videotaped and transcribed interviews,
- 7:07have each denied any wrongdoing and knowledge of Epstein's crimes.
- 7:11CNN has reached out to Mount Batton Winsor, who has
- 7:14also denied any and all wrongdoing in his dealings with Epstein. Well, yeah,
- 7:19you know, Prince Andrew. Hell of a guy, never did
- 7:21anything wrong, never told lies, never hung out with cheats
- 7:25and scumbags. Hell of a guy, that, Prince Andrew. Whatever
- 7:29you do, though, don't touch his Teddy Bear collection. Trump
- 7:33has consistently denied wrongdoing related to Epstein, and White House
- 7:36spokeswoman Abigail Jackson told CNN Monday that just as President
- 7:41Trump has said he's been totally exonerated on anything relating
- 7:44to Epstein, Well Trump said it, so it's true. Can
- 7:48you imagine running around and saying you've been totally exonerated
- 7:51on anything Epstein, especially considering there's an ongoing cover up
- 7:57that you're managing and overseeing. But sure you've been exonerated
- 8:01on everything Epstein, yo the stones. It takes to light
- 8:05to the American people like this and expect them to
- 8:07buy it. And by releasing thousands of pages the documents,
- 8:10cooperating with the House Oversight Committee subpoena request, signing the
- 8:14Epstein Files Transparency Act, and I love that one. As
- 8:17if he had a choice, he couldn't even veto it
- 8:19was veto proof, so he had to sign it, and
- 8:24calling for more investigations into Epstein's Democrat friends. President Trump
- 8:28has done more for Epstein victims than anyone before him,
- 8:31as he hires Leon Black's son, as he surrounds himself
- 8:35with Epstein adjacent people but have no fear of folks.
- 8:38Donald Trump has done more for Epstein's survivors than anybody
- 8:42in history, than anybody of all time. And on top
- 8:45of that, he also split the Red Sea and walked
- 8:48on water, just ask its supporters. It was not immediately
- 8:52clear from the files what the FBI and DOJ did
- 8:55to pursue the outlined allegations for the fourteen men. The
- 8:59women in the meeting disputed blanche claims, including the CNN's
- 9:03Dana Bash in February and The Fox in April, that
- 9:06there was nothing in the files that could lead to
- 9:08prosecution and that the files should not be part of
- 9:11cases brought by the current Justice Department. And all these
- 9:14people ran around calling everybody a child toucher for how long?
- 9:18I mean, kids are getting trafficked and wayfair, Oprah, Tom Hanks,
- 9:23everybody's a diddler. And now that we actually have evidence
- 9:27of diddlers and people taking part in Epstein's bullshit, they
- 9:31want to call it a hoax. The only hoax is
- 9:34the fact that the Department of Justice is out here
- 9:36saying that there's nothing left to pursue. CNN has reached
- 9:40out to the DOJ, the FBI, and representatives of the
- 9:44other men for comment on the email exchange and testimony
- 9:47provided to Comer. Comer soon acted on at least some
- 9:51of the information provided to him by the survivors after
- 9:55meeting with them. The Republican chairman announced he would ask
- 9:57Attorney Alan Dershowitz to testify in the panel's probe due
- 10:02to public reporting, documents released by the Department of Justice,
- 10:05documents obtained by the Committee, and your former role as
- 10:09mister Epstein's attorney. The Committee believes you have information that
- 10:13will assist in its investigation. The panel said in its request, Oh,
- 10:18I can't wait for Dershwitz to get up there and
- 10:19make a mockery of everything again. He's calling this shit McCarthyism.
- 10:25Imagine going to Jeffrey Epstein's house, getting a massage, keeping
- 10:28your draws on and using that as your excuse, and
- 10:31then crying about everybody else talking about it. And he's
- 10:34so smug. Every time he gets on TV. He acts
- 10:37like he's this be all end all when it comes
- 10:39to Epstein, and then he plays coy. Oh, well, I
- 10:42didn't know this. I didn't know that. I thought you
- 10:44knew everything about him. Oh, but you didn't know the
- 10:46bad stuff, right, Only the good stuff. Only that Jeffrey
- 10:49Epstein was, you know, a much maligned man, and the
- 10:52giral that he abused was about to be eighteen right.
- 10:55Mister Dershowitz, a spokesperson for the committee, told CNN that
- 10:59based on information provided by Epstein's survivors and testimony, for
- 11:03miss Groff. Chairman Comer is requesting that Alan Dershowitz appear
- 11:06for a videotaped, transcribed interview. Dershowitz, who has long publicly
- 11:11maintained he has never done anything wrong or illegal related
- 11:14to Epstein or his victims, told CNN on Monday, I
- 11:18did absolutely nothing wrong. That's why I volunteered to testify. Now, look,
- 11:22I don't know what Dershowitz did or didn't do, but
- 11:25I do know this. He has run cover for Jeffrey
- 11:28Epstein ever since he was his lawyer, trying to play
- 11:31down what happened, trying to play down his role in it,
- 11:34and trying to act like it was just a regular
- 11:36old case when it's obviously not. And remember, lives of
- 11:40omission are still lies. So I don't believe he's been
- 11:43truthful about his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, and I find
- 11:46it laughable when he tries to brush it all off.
- 11:51Dershowitz was part of the legal team that negotiated Epstein's
- 11:54controversial two thousand and eight plea deal. In twenty twenty two,
- 11:57Roberts agreed to drop allegations she made again Dershowitz, which
- 12:01he consistently denied, saying she may have made a mistake
- 12:04when she also accused him of sexual abuse. Yeah. I
- 12:08think Virginia at that point was just tired of it.
- 12:12Constant litigation, constant lawsuits, training her money, and for what,
- 12:18for people not to believe her, even if she gets
- 12:20a settlement, for people not to believe her, even if she,
- 12:23you know, provides proof. So at some point you have
- 12:26to say to yourself, enough is enough. And I believe
- 12:30that's the point Virginia came to with this whole legal
- 12:32battle with Alan Dershowitz. Now do I know that for sure? No,
- 12:36I never talked to Virginia about any of that stuff.
- 12:40But it seems like a logical conclusion to make considering
- 12:46Roberts family members also took Comer's excerpts from their Late
- 12:50Sisters twenty fifteen deposition, in which she named men she
- 12:53said Epstein and Glaine trafficked her two. The cloud of
- 12:57the Epstein files continues to hang over the Trump administration,
- 13:01even as the Justice Department has maintained in recent months
- 13:04that there is nothing left to investigate. As CNN reported,
- 13:08a group of Epstein's survivors came out in opposition to
- 13:11Blanche's nomination as Trump's permanent Attorney General in the wake
- 13:15of The New York Times reporting that Blanche participated in
- 13:20secret White House meetings on how to contain the political
- 13:22fallout from the Epstein files. He's always been that person.
- 13:27He's a bureaucrat. He's the kind of dude that would get,
- 13:30you know, the order to put you on a train,
- 13:33and he'd have no problem doing it, and then he'd
- 13:36hit the Monday morning circuit talking on news about how
- 13:39it was righteous. That's the kind of motherfucker we're talking
- 13:42about here. The House Oversight Committee, meanwhile, has conducted at
- 13:45least fifteen interviews as part of its ongoing Epstein probe,
- 13:48including the Clinton's Commerce Secretary, Howard Ludnik, Bill Gates, and
- 13:52key members of Epstein's in her circle. So, look, I
- 13:56don't know where the investigation is going to end up.
- 13:59I don't have much faith that we're going to get
- 14:01to a point where people from the committee anyway are
- 14:04going to be held accountable. But if you're going to
- 14:07talk to people about Jeffrey Epstein, I'd say that Alan
- 14:10Dershowitz is a decent place to start, all right, folks,
- 14:15that's going to do it for this one. All the
- 14:17information that goes with this episode can be found in
