Milwaukee’s launching a bold new program where impounded motorcycles get a second life—thanks to Bikerfest MKE and the city’s Department of Public Works. Instead of heading to the scrapyard, these bikes are being restored by kids ages seven to sixteen, teaching them hands-on repair skills, mentorship, and responsible riding.
