  Once a federal agents got you stopped and they're giving you

  lawful orders like turn off the car or show me your hands.

  Hitting the gas and trying to plow through them isn't just

  fleeing, it's felony assault on a federal officer with a deadly

  weapon. Federal code 18 USC 1111 covers

  that hard. You can get up to 20 years just

  for assaulting them and it jumps way up if you use a car.

  Doesn't matter if it's local PD or ICE.

  You don't get to treat a two ton truck like a getaway car when

  they're standing right there. That's why the use of force

  escalation was instant and justified.

  From the clips you can hear the crowd yelling let her go, don't

  touch her. All that noise while the agents

  are trying to give commands? That's textbook 18 USC 15-O1.

  Interfering with a federal officer in the performance of

  their duties doesn't take much. Just yelling and crowding can

  cross the line into obstruction, especially when it's amping up a

  tense situation and distracting the agents who've got guns

  as hell sanctuary state vibes and the local cops basically

  stood around with their thumbs up their asses instead of

  clearing the crowd or helping secure the scene.

  DHS already put out a statement saying Minneapolis PD refused to

  assist or even provide traffic control.

  So yeah, the agents were on their own island while people
