  You know, I was talking to one of my neighbors, a very young

  And he was like, you got to admit, if nothing else, what

  what Elon Musk has done with SpaceX is absolutely astounding,

  The majority of public believes, OK, that's that, that that

  people don't believe what's going on right now with the

  assassination attempt, everything else, heightened

  tensions with China and Russia. JD Vance apparently is is kind

  of insinuating that he wants to go to war with Iran.

  OK, he states in his first media appearance as the VP pick.

  But on the other side of the coin, JD Vance is committed to a

  rest belt first monetary policy that will devalue the US dollar.

  Devaluing the US dollar makes goods cheaper and a weaker

  dollar will send silver soaring. I think that if we get a Donald

  Trump presidency, guys, we are going to see a significantly

  lower dollar and we're going to see significantly higher prices

  in silver and gold. You know, I was thinking about

  it this morning. Don't shoot the messenger here.

  And I make you know, I did say that I thought we could see 44

  dollars silver by the end of the year.

  But I had this crazy strong gut feeling that that we, we might

  just stay where we are through the end of the year with both

  uncertainty in this country right now.

  There's also rumors. People are speculating about the

  well-being of President Biden, speculating.

  Not only are the valuations a bubble, but they're measured

  like a Ponzi almost, but they're measured in a currency, the US

  dollar, which we could also say is a it's like a double Ponzi.

  Does that make sense? I mean, we are skating on some

  thin, thin ice. There is no alternative.

  There's nothing I can see happening besides the US dollar

  losing value. It's just it's it's it's

  unfortunate on very unfortunate, but based on simple laws of

  mathematics, barring some bizarro miracle, there's really

  no other option but the US dollar losing.

  All right. The commercial real estate, the

  high yield debt ETFs are in big trouble in this country.

  I heard somebody talking the other day about the fact that so

  many people are invested in all these ETFs.

  They have no idea what they're buying.

  They just buy the ETF. And if they start running for

  the doors, especially on these high yield bond ETFs, that it

  could create like a tsunami of like a little miniature

  And we have bifurcation in this economy like no other time in

  history in the United States. Really, truly OK, A very small

  percentage of people are doing great.

  And I'd say maybe four percent, 5%, six, 8% of the people are

  doing great. The wealthy are doing really

  great in this country. The other 96% aren't.

  how much money they have in savings and it's eye opening.

  OK. According to a 2024 Gallup poll,

  April 2024, fifty, 4% of Americans identify as being

  middle class, with 39% identifying as middle class and

  15% identifying as upper middle class.

  So only half of Americans think that they're middle class

  anymore, and only 15% think they're upper middle class.

  That percentage is held fairly steady, but what a middle class

  Americans are experiencing has definitely shifted notably.

  Inflation has hit middle class families hard with incomes not

  keeping up with the cost of living.

  Housing costs have skyrocketed. Mortgage interest rates have

  skyrocketed. OK one listen to this.

  One government study found that cost of living has increased

  between 800 and $1300 a month a month depending on the state

  since 2021. What's 12 * 1300?

  That would be 12,000. That's that's $14,600 a year.

  class. So a lot of middle class
