🚨 BIG WARNING from Elon Musk 🚨 as Fed Rate Cuts Redefine the Gold and Silver Price! · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

• 0:01
What did Elon Musk say about silver that will pique your
• 0:05
interest? And he had something very scary
• 0:08
to say about the US dollar as well.
• 0:11
Look, Elon Musk is either hated or loved by many, many people.
• 0:16
But we'll talk about his background and why we need to
• 0:19
pay attention to what he's saying.
• 0:20
But what about Hillary? How does that make you feel?
• 0:23
Hillary. Kamala Obama, I'll have a
• 0:27
prediction for you about what I think is coming.
• 0:30
We've got tons of political uncertainty, guys.
• 0:33
We are living through unprecedented times for most of
• 0:38
us during our lifetimes. We'll talk about that.
• 0:40
Most importantly, let's talk about $96.35 silver.
• 0:46
How about let's go all the way? Let's just say $100 silver.
• 0:49
What do you say, basement dwellers?
• 0:51
I have definitive proof that we could easily see $96.35 over
• 0:58
next year. We'll get to that as well.
• 1:00
But let's start out with our friend Elon Musk.
• 1:02
Maybe you don't like Elon. That's OK.
• 1:04
People either love or hate this guy.
• 1:07
But one thing for sure, we need to admit he's been very, very
• 1:11
successful and transformative. That wasn't he one of the
• 1:14
founding partners in PayPal? Like everybody uses PayPal,
• 1:20
right? It kind of revolutionized the
• 1:22
online payment system. He started a automobile company
• 1:26
from scratch. Sure, he had some government
• 1:28
help, some government subsidies, but guys, when a lot of the big
• 1:34
automobile companies were going out of business, he started an
• 1:37
electric automobile. Obviously Tesla, that's doing
• 1:40
  quite well. What about SpaceX?
• 1:44
You know, I was talking to one of my neighbors, a very young
• 1:46
smart guy at the 4th of July party here in Saint Louis, and
• 1:50
he's apparently a real Tesla lover.
• 1:52
And he was like, you got to admit, if nothing else, what
• 1:55
what Elon Musk has done with SpaceX is absolutely astounding,
• 2:00
  right? Just completely destroyed NASA
• 2:03
in a lot of ways. That's what he said, right?
• 2:05
Like they have rockets now, guys that that blast off into space
• 2:09
and then successfully and pretty much reliably now land
• 2:12
themselves. So let's get right to what Elon
• 2:15
  said about silver. I'm not a I'm not a big he's in
• 2:18
the solar, right? I mean, Elon is, if nothing
• 2:22
else, unimpressive smart guy, may not like him, whatever.
• 2:26
And I think the mainstream media is somewhat aligned against him.
• 2:29
While he owns Twitter X, right, which is actually a platform for
• 2:34
people for free speech. A lot of people are saying it's
• 2:37
the freest place right now for free speech.
• 2:40
I won't get into that, but let's go see what he said about
• 2:42
  silver. This was very interesting.
• 2:47
He actually, Elon, where are we with the dollar value
• 2:53
destruction, you might ask? And then he posts this.
• 2:58
He shows number one, right, a Morgan silver dollar.
• 3:02
The next phase was AUS silver certificate.
• 3:07
You remember I've showed showed you these a couple times that
• 3:10
you used to be able to convert dollars into silver.
• 3:13
It says it right down here at the bottom.
• 3:16
Then we went to pure paper dollar and he says we are here
• 3:20
right between paper Unicorn fartus dollars and the Reserve
• 3:25
Bank of Zimbabwe. And for those of you that know,
• 3:27
like Zimbabwe's had the worst currency devaluation issues of
• 3:32
any country in the world. And after that comes bullets
• 3:36
comes wars. This is Elon Musk saying this.
• 3:39
OK, It's important to remember, guys, Elon Musk also is a guy
• 3:46
who needs a lot of silver for his companies, right?
• 3:50
He has a solar company, He has an electric car company.
• 3:53
He has a space company. All three of those sectors use a
• 3:56
tremendous amount of silver. But when we have a world leader,
• 4:02
right? And I would say Elon Musk is a
• 4:04
world leader, people don't like him.
• 4:06
And I'll tell you, I'm not a Tesla fanboy.
• 4:09
I'm not an Elon fanboy, right, but I think of the reason that a
• 4:13
lot of people don't like him is because the mainstream media has
• 4:17
aligned against Elon Musk. You, you know, if I mentioned
• 4:21
Elon Musk to Susie, she kind of snarls and I'm like, why?
• 4:23
Why do you snarl, right? Why would you snarl at Elon
• 4:26
Musk? I mean, what, what's the guy
• 4:29
done that's bad? He created a green energy car
• 4:33
company create. I mean, so I think it's
• 4:35
important that we, excuse me, I'm still fighting off this
• 4:40
summer cold, recognize that Elon, like him or not, is a very
• 4:45
smart guy and he is pointing us towards silver.
• 4:48
Now. It was also interesting I ran
• 4:50
into this by accident, another tweet, something he retweeted,
• 4:54
America is going bankrupt. He retweeted this from
• 4:58
Shibitoshi Nakamoto. He said I am glad that 76% of
• 5:04
the income tax I pay goes directly to important things
• 5:08
like interest on past government incompetence.
• 5:12
Guys, this is crazy. Interest payments on U.S.
• 5:15
National debt will shatter 1.14 trillion this year, eating up
• 5:22
76% of all income tax collected. That basically means that if
• 5:29
you're paying income tax in the United States, 3/4 of what
• 5:33
you're paying is just going to pay interest.
• 5:35
Now this is, is not good. This is not a, a tenable.
• 5:40
Is that the right word, tenable situation?
• 5:44
Are we headed towards a doom spiral?
• 5:46
Are we in a doom spiral? I'll ask you that question.
• 5:49
Are we right now in the United States?
• 5:53
Uh oh. I think we're still alive.
• 5:55
Hopefully I didn't lose you guys.
• 5:57
Are we right now in a doom spiral?
• 5:59
I can say it with a smile on my face, but really, it's very
• 6:03
depressing. It's very, it's very scary to
• 6:06
think about the situation that we're in.
• 6:08
We're going to look at some pictures a little bit later
• 6:10
about Venezuela, how much piles of currency it took in Venezuela
• 6:15
in 2018 to buy things like a chicken or A roll of toilet
• 6:20
  paper. Guys, it's not good.
• 6:23
It's not a good situation. We'll, we'll see how it all
• 6:27
plays out. One thing for sure, we'll be
• 6:28
here with each other through it all.
• 6:30
Thank you for being here today. OK, please give this a thumbs
• 6:34
up, subscribe to the channel. It really helps and super chat,
• 6:37
super thanks are always super appreciated.
• 6:39
Thank you to the moderators. You know what, before I forget,
• 6:42
let's all type 888. For those that moderate, we've
• 6:45
got Annie Oakley. I know that Big 10, the
• 6:49
Silvershire is always on here and Jake from Jake's Custom
• 6:52
Parts and of course, Susie. Thank you to everybody that
• 6:56
  helps out. OK, it's a it's a it's a great
• 7:00
community and thank you useless knowledge for recognizing
• 7:04
everybody. We're going to keep growing.
• 7:06
We're going to keep going right? It's this is this is not easy
• 7:11
subject matter for us to talk about.
• 7:13
You know, it can be a little depressing.
• 7:15
It can be a little madding at times because what's going on in
• 7:19
the world right now is truly unprecedented.
• 7:23
OK, now do you think you want to hear about $100 silver?
• 7:27
I'm going to prove it to you guys.
• 7:29
OK, let's go out here. Thanks to our good friend Big
• 7:33
John Little at the Silver Academy.
• 7:36
He put out this unbeliev. You're not going to believe the
• 7:39
information in this article. You can always subscribe to his
• 7:43
sub stack, the Silver Industry sub stack.
• 7:46
There's a link to that in the description of this and all of
• 7:48
my videos. But listen, this is a fact.
• 7:51
This is a fact. Silver has delivered an average
• 7:55
return of 332% during the last three Federal Reserve rate
• 8:00
cutting cycles. Is that a guarantee that it's
• 8:03
going to happen this time when they cut rates?
• 8:07
No, of course not, right? Maybe it won't happen, but also
• 8:10
maybe it will be even greater. Think about that, huh?
• 8:14
What do you think of that, basement dwellers, Buttercup?
• 8:17
  Huh. Silver is spiking percentage
• 8:20
growth. This is the key here following
• 8:23
the last three rate cut cycles. OK, So we're going to see if we
• 8:28
can expand this, which we can. And let me make sure I have you
• 8:33
  guys alive. Yes, we do.
• 8:35
OK, So this is a chart in the Gray sections here our previous
• 8:40
rate cut cycles. So you can see we had what,
• 8:43
2001, 2002, the price of silver after that went up by 400%, OK.
• 8:53
Back in 2008, OK, we had the the great financial crisis, this
• 8:57
Gray area rate cut cycle, the price of silver went up 441%.
• 9:03
And then during the C19 crisis, we had a very brief rate cutting
• 9:08
  cycle. Silver went up 143%.
• 9:12
I imagine if you add these three numbers together, which I'm sure
• 9:15
now is the case, and divide by three, you're going to get the
• 9:18
332%. Now, I did some basic math when
• 9:24
I was doing the research for this article or for this live
• 9:28
  stream. I apologize.
• 9:29
And at the time, the spot price of silver was $29.02.
• 9:35
If we get that 332% gain, that would get us to a silver price
• 9:40
of $96.35. I know, crazy, right?
• 9:45
People say, oh, it's a clickbait thumbnail.
• 9:47
No, it's not crazy guys. Right?
• 9:50
Triple digit silver is a reality if we get better returns than
• 9:54
332%, right? Or if we base it off a little
• 9:57
bit higher silver price, like when John wrote his article, The
• 10:00
Silver Price was probably closer to 30313150 per oz.
• 10:06
We can get to $100 silver we can get to $150.00.
• 10:10
So we can get to much much higher prices.
• 10:13
OK, it absolutely is within the realm of possibilities.
• 10:18
Now let's read cuz then this article just gets better and
• 10:23
better as you go. It says, per this data, $100 per
• 10:28
oz silver by 2025. Excuse me, is in play.
• 10:33
Let's discuss some context leading up to these three
• 10:36
things. The stage is set for a move
• 10:38
higher and precious metals weakening economic data.
• 10:41
OK, increasing expectations of rate cuts, domestic political
• 10:46
risk. We're going to cover that here
• 10:48
in a little bit. I'm going to talk to you.
• 10:51
How does, how does Hillary Clinton or Michelle Obama, Oh,
• 10:58
how, how, how would you, are we going to hear those names?
• 11:00
I'm going to make a prediction, OK, You may not.
• 11:02
  I'm, I'm not saying I'm not a political guy.
• 11:04
I'm just giving you my gut feel Prediction of what we could see
• 11:09
as we head into the November election.
• 11:11
The majority of public believes, OK, that's that, that that
• 11:15
people don't believe what's going on right now with the
• 11:18
  assassination attempt, everything else, heightened
• 11:21
tensions with China and Russia. JD Vance apparently is is kind
• 11:25
of insinuating that he wants to go to war with Iran.
• 11:28
OK, he states in his first media appearance as the VP pick.
• 11:33
But on the other side of the coin, JD Vance is committed to a
• 11:36
rest belt first monetary policy that will devalue the US dollar.
• 11:41
Devaluing the US dollar makes goods cheaper and a weaker
• 11:44
dollar will send silver soaring. I think that if we get a Donald
• 11:49
Trump presidency, guys, we are going to see a significantly
• 11:53
lower dollar and we're going to see significantly higher prices
• 11:58
in silver and gold. You know, I was thinking about
• 12:01
it this morning. Don't shoot the messenger here.
• 12:04
And I make you know, I did say that I thought we could see 44
• 12:07
dollars silver by the end of the year.
• 12:10
But I had this crazy strong gut feeling that that we, we might
• 12:14
just stay where we are through the end of the year with both
• 12:18
the gold and the silver price and that would be OK.
• 12:22
You know, let's say we we stay at $30 silver through the end of
• 12:25
this year. We stay at 2324, maybe $2500
• 12:29
gold through the end of this year.
• 12:32
It, it feels like if it doesn't happen sooner here right before
• 12:37
the end of this year, that next year, it just almost feels like
• 12:40
a sure thing in my gut. I don't know if you feel this or
• 12:43
not. The gold and silver are really
• 12:45
going to take off, really going to take off other facts and
• 12:49
play. Hold on everybody, take a drink
• 12:51
of coffee with me. I need to clear up here for one
• 12:54
second. The bricks are adopting a hybrid
• 13:05
  gold standard. That's the unit.
• 13:08
OK, I keep promising you and I will.
• 13:10
I have a big article. There's just so much to cover
• 13:12
and only so much time. But guys, the unit could be
• 13:15
announced at the October 22nd BRICS Summit in Russia, which
• 13:20
would be a 40% gold backed. That's trade settlement currency
• 13:25
which would be used between the BRICS countries, right?
• 13:28
  It's for real. It's a real possibility.
• 13:30
I'm not saying it's for sure by any stretch of the imagination,
• 13:33
but it's a real possibility. U.S. banks have real unrealized
• 13:39
losses, spiking commercial real estate, right?
• 13:41
Collapsing layoffs across the country, housing market cooling.
• 13:46
OK, Gen. Z and the millennials are shut
• 13:48
out of the American dream. China silver imports are picking
• 13:53
  up. OK.
• 13:55
It goes on and on. There's a new story out this
• 13:57
morning, another piece of news about silver.
• 14:02
India apparently slashed their import duties on silver.
• 14:07
So people are saying now this could spark a wave of of silver
• 14:11
purchases in India. It's kind of breaking news.
• 14:14
I'm not. I'm not saying that as as gospel
• 14:19
right now, but apparently there's something big going on
• 14:23
potentially with India slashing trade duties on silver.
• 14:27
We'll have to see how that one all plays out.
• 14:29
I mean, everywhere we look, it's just getting crazier and
• 14:33
crazier. Let's talk about the political
• 14:35
uncertainty in this country right now.
• 14:37
There's also rumors. People are speculating about the
• 14:41
  well-being of President Biden, speculating.
• 14:43
I don't want to spread rumors, but there's people haven't seen
• 14:47
him for three or four days in person.
• 14:49
There's all types of uncertainty surrounding that.
• 14:53
We've got the Kamala Kamala Harris situation, right?
• 14:57
Are we going to have, I'm telling you, I believe I could
• 15:00
be wrong and I'll eat my words on this, but I believe we're
• 15:04
going to have when it when it comes to November, we're going
• 15:07
to have either the name Clinton, right, which starts with an H,
• 15:13
Hillary, or Obama, which starts with the letter M for Michelle.
• 15:17
One of those two somehow is going to be involved in this
• 15:22
next presidential race. And I mean materially involved
• 15:25
either as possibly the presidential candidate or even
• 15:29
as a vice president. I just can't see that the
• 15:33
Democrats are going to pass up the opportunity to use one of
• 15:37
one or or or both of those two names, right?
• 15:42
I mean, God, who knows, right? Because people, I don't, I mean,
• 15:44
the mainstream media makes it seem like, excuse me, Kamala is
• 15:49
like the candidate. But then you hear other people
• 15:51
say, no, it could be somebody else.
• 15:53
What if we get what if we get Hillary Clinton running for
• 15:57
president with Michelle Obama's vice president?
• 16:00
This is a bizarro world in which we live, guys.
• 16:03
I'm not saying I advocate support.
• 16:06
This is not a political show. I'm just reporting the facts.
• 16:09
I know that right now, according to the polls, Donald Trump and
• 16:13
JD Vance are are favored to win the election.
• 16:16
So what I will say at minimum is it's going to be super
• 16:20
interesting, a ton of political uncertainty as we head into this
• 16:24
election cycle. I want to revisit something with
• 16:28
you guys that that really stirs up a lot of controversy.
• 16:32
You get mad, excuse me, a lot of you guys get mad when this when
• 16:36
this subject comes up. But it's becoming apparent that
• 16:40
the digitization of gold in particular is happening, and
• 16:45
we're going to have it, and we might have it within the next
• 16:47
four to five years. I'm going to talk with Rick Rule
• 16:49
later today, and I'm going to ask him his thoughts on this.
• 16:52
But apparently, the World Gold Council, partnering with the
• 16:56
LBMA, is working on a huge project to digitize all the
• 17:01
world's gold. OK, The big gold, the big bars
• 17:06
that are traded. This is the way I understand it.
• 17:09
OK, we may not like the LBMA, but we do have to admit they are
• 17:12
powerful when it comes to the precious metals.
• 17:15
They still hold probably the most sway in the world, right?
• 17:19
Is this their last ditch effort to retain control of the
• 17:24
precious metals market, right? And they're working on this.
• 17:28
It's called Gold 247. Let's just briefly take a look
• 17:31
at the website. You can go out here and check it
• 17:34
out for yourself, but this is on the World Gold Council's
• 17:38
website. It's called Gold 247 and Gold
• 17:42
247 is the World Gold Council's vision for transforming the
• 17:46
global gold market to meet the challenges of today's consumers
• 17:51
and investors. OK, and it's just talks about
• 17:57
the world is transforming, we need digital gold.
• 18:00
OK, here's the initiatives. Integrity, accessibility, and
• 18:04
fungibility. OK, now what makes you mad about
• 18:07
this? And I'm gonna address that in a
• 18:08
second, right? Are they gonna take all your
• 18:10
gold away? Are they gonna take all your
• 18:12
silver away? I want you to think about that
• 18:14
for a second, because that's why the World Gold Council has
• 18:24
partnered with the LBMA to develop and implement an
• 18:28
international system for gold bar integrity.
• 18:32
What they want to do is develop a system where gold is tracked
• 18:37
electronically, real physical gold so that it can be used
• 18:43
right, that it can make gold functional again so that it can
• 18:47
be tracked and also in this would be done in the blockchain.
• 18:52
And remember guys, there's a big difference between the
• 18:54
blockchain and cryptocurrency. It would be done in the
• 18:57
blockchain to track the gold, but it would also make gold
• 19:01
functional. It would allow people to, you
• 19:04
know, to do it could spur what it could do.
• 19:07
It's good. It's good for you in two ways.
• 19:09
OK, number one, number one, it could make gold functional
• 19:16
again. It could allow people to save,
• 19:19
right, invest and even transact more easily in gold.
• 19:23
And you know, silver wouldn't be far behind.
• 19:26
OK. So think about that from a
• 19:28
demand for gold perspective as the dollars, you know, slowly,
• 19:33
at minimum, slowly falling apart, right?
• 19:37
This you, you, we, we're likely going to have this option for
• 19:40
gold to be able to invest, save and transact.
• 19:43
It'll make gold functional. And again, silver likely
• 19:48
wouldn't be too far behind, But wouldn't that spur a massive new
• 19:54
source of demand for precious metals?
• 19:57
Think about it, OK. And these aren't lightweights
• 20:00
that are doing this, you know, I mean, these are big name brand,
• 20:03
you know, the World Gold Council.
• 20:05
In the LBMA, it's real. And so think about #1 you know,
• 20:11
you this could create a massive new source of demand for
• 20:14
precious metals, OK? But think about #2 and this is
• 20:18
what gets a lot of you really upset, makes this into a big
• 20:21
problem. And it's not a problem.
• 20:24
This will not prohibit you from continuing to stack physical
• 20:29
gold or silver, if that's what you like to do.
• 20:32
This is not saying that all gold in the world needs to be tracked
• 20:35
  on this. No, no, OK.
• 20:37
It can only work to your benefit, right?
• 20:39
Because it could create a huge you.
• 20:41
You aren't going to get your gold or silver taken away from
• 20:43
you. It could create a huge new
• 20:45
source of demand for silver and gold.
• 20:48
And to the extent that you decide to participate at a very
• 20:52
low transactional cost, it could allow you to use your silver and
• 20:56
gold to, to, to conduct your everyday business to pay your
• 21:00
electric bill, to pay your, your medical bill.
• 21:04
Man, Speaking of medical bills, it's, it's ridiculous.
• 21:06
And I think most of you are in the United States.
• 21:09
Our medical system is screwy. I went on one of those C pap
• 21:12
  machines. OK.
• 21:15
And now like everyday it feels like I get a new, a new alert on
• 21:18
my phone from Cigna, my insurance company, saying you
• 21:22
have a new bill, you have a new claim, you have a new.
• 21:24
It's like, jeez, give me a break.
• 21:26
But I will say this about the for anybody out there that uses
• 21:30
AC pap machine. This was about a month ago that
• 21:32
I got this thing and I was like angry, I didn't want to do it.
• 21:36
The doctor that I went to did the sleep study was like, yeah,
• 21:39
you're dying like 6 * a night when you sleep because you stop
• 21:42
breathing. You really need one of these
• 21:44
machines. And I was like, Are you sure?
• 21:46
I was like, you, Are you making a Commission off this?
• 21:49
Anyway, I gave it a shot and after a month, I can say I'm
• 21:52
pretty darn glad that I did it. So anyway, this is not a health.
• 21:56
This is a silver and gold channel, not a health and
• 21:59
fitness channel. But if your doctor tells you you
• 22:01
need AC pap machine, give it a month or so.
• 22:04
Now I'm kind of sort of hooked on it, I guess I would say, and
• 22:07
glad that I did it. OK.
• 22:09
So yeah, this will not prohibit stacking back to the
• 22:13
digitization of gold. Hey, before I forget, hey, let's
• 22:16
go out. Let's do a couple things.
• 22:17
We need to go check on the silver and gold price because as
• 22:21
you know, it changes on a minute by minute basis.
• 22:24
So this was about 1/2 hour ago. Gold was up $6, silver down 15.
• 22:32
Let's press. We're at Pin Backs channel
• 22:33
  sponsor. We're at their website.
• 22:35
Let's check the magic button here.
• 22:37
And OK, we're up $5 on gold. Hey, only down seven cents on
• 22:41
  silver. Silver still hovering above
• 22:43
$29.00. If you decide that you want to
• 22:46
get some silver, gold or platinum group metals, Pinbex
• 22:51
makes this live stream makes all the videos possible by
• 22:56
sponsoring Rons basement. OK please do yourself a favor.
• 23:01
I never tell you guys what to do, but check out Pinbex compare
• 23:05

• 23:19
lot of my fellow basement dwellers have found this because

got from penbacks. So please, if you want to help
• 23:43
support Ron's basement, help support Penbacks and oh, oh, oh,
• 23:49
before I forget, here boy, oh boy.
• 23:51
We are doing a giveaway on August 31st.
• 23:55
This is a 10 oz silver bar Coca-Cola.
• 23:59
Very cool. OK, don't worry, I'll wipe all
• 24:02
my Grammy fingerprints off it before I send it to you.
• 24:05
But Pinbacks has donated AA10 oz, A5 oz, and a one ounce.
• 24:11
You can get 16 ounces of Coke. Oh, that's upside down.
• 24:16
No, hold on. 16 ounces of coke, OK, If you win the if you win
• 24:23
the giveaway, yeah, I'll send you the real silver, not the 16
• 24:29
oz bottle of Coke. But if you want to, if you want
• 24:32
to enter the giveaway, there will be a link in the
• 24:35
description of this and every video that I have.
• 24:38
That'll bring you to a short video that will give you the
• 24:40
very simple directions on how on what you need to do to enter the
• 24:45
the giveaway. OK, Now, is the United States
• 24:49
skating on thin ice? I think we are.
• 24:51
Do you think we are? I think we are skating on thin
• 24:54
ice. I was thinking this morning
• 24:56
about the stock market, thinking about NVIDIA, right?
• 25:00
Thinking about these big tech stocks that are just so grossly
• 25:04
  overvalued. Everybody's saying they're a
• 25:06
bubble. And then it hit me.
• 25:08
You ever thought about this? Not only are the stocks, look,
• 25:11
I'm an accountant. I can tell you that based on the
• 25:13
valuations, they are in a bubble.
• 25:15
OK, But on top of that, there's something else to consider.
• 25:20
Not only are the valuations a bubble, but they're measured
• 25:25
like a Ponzi almost, but they're measured in a currency, the US
• 25:30
dollar, which we could also say is a it's like a double Ponzi.
• 25:34
Does that make sense? I mean, we are skating on some
• 25:37
thin, thin ice. There is no alternative.
• 25:42
There's nothing I can see happening besides the US dollar
• 25:45
  losing value. It's just it's it's it's
• 25:50
unfortunate on very unfortunate, but based on simple laws of
• 25:54
mathematics, barring some bizarro miracle, there's really
• 25:58
no other option but the US dollar losing.
• 26:01
All right. The commercial real estate, the
• 26:03
high yield debt ETFs are in big trouble in this country.
• 26:07
I heard somebody talking the other day about the fact that so
• 26:09
many people are invested in all these ETFs.
• 26:12
They have no idea what they're buying.
• 26:14
They just buy the ETF. And if they start running for
• 26:17
the doors, especially on these high yield bond ETFs, that it
• 26:21
could create like a tsunami of like a little miniature
• 26:25
  financial crisis. OK, Excuse me.
• 26:32
And we have bifurcation in this economy like no other time in
• 26:36
history in the United States. Really, truly OK, A very small
• 26:40
percentage of people are doing great.
• 26:43
And I'd say maybe four percent, 5%, six, 8% of the people are
• 26:47
doing great. The wealthy are doing really
• 26:50
great in this country. The other 96% aren't.
• 26:53
You want to hear some heartbreak, heartbreaking
• 26:55
stories here? I read this last night and it's,
• 26:59
it's, it's really, well now I'm going to come back.
• 27:02
It's really, it's really sad what's happening to a lot of
• 27:06
middle class Americans. Very, very sad what is
• 27:09
  happening. Middle America is being
• 27:14
decimated. Here's a, an article from
• 27:19
Upworthy. OK, middle class families share
• 27:22
how much money they have in savings and it's eye opening.
• 27:28
Let's just read a couple of these.
• 27:30
I used to freak out if I had under 10K in savings.
• 27:33
Now I'm happy if I have over 150.
• 27:36
OK. According to a 2024 Gallup poll,
• 27:40
April 2024, fifty, 4% of Americans identify as being
• 27:46
middle class, with 39% identifying as middle class and
• 27:51
15% identifying as upper middle class.
• 27:55
So only half of Americans think that they're middle class
• 27:57
anymore, and only 15% think they're upper middle class.
• 28:01
That percentage is held fairly steady, but what a middle class
• 28:06
Americans are experiencing has definitely shifted notably.
• 28:15
Inflation has hit middle class families hard with incomes not
• 28:19
keeping up with the cost of living.
• 28:21
Housing costs have skyrocketed. Mortgage interest rates have
• 28:24
skyrocketed. OK one listen to this.
• 28:27
One government study found that cost of living has increased
• 28:32
between 800 and $1300 a month a month depending on the state
• 28:39
  since 2021. What's 12 * 1300?
• 28:44
  That would be 12,000. That's that's $14,600 a year.
• 28:50
OK, putting a squeeze on everyone, including the middle
• 28:54
class. So a lot of middle class
• 28:56
families are now spending somewhere between 10,000 and
• 29:01
  15,000. Not a lot.
• 29:03
All are spending between 10,000 and $15,000 more per year just
• 29:09
to survive. I have twin 12 year old
• 29:12
  daughters. Susie does not work.
• 29:14
I do all the bills. I will tell you that is
• 29:17
  absolutely the case. OK?
• 29:19
That is absolutely the case. One woman shared that her family
• 29:23
is just getting by and asked other people.
• 29:25
So she asked other people to chime in on what they have in
• 29:28
their in their savings account. She said I swear every paycheck
• 29:32
I'm putting money into my savings but needing to transfer
• 29:35
it back within a few days. My registration is due.
• 29:38
  My husband's registration is due.
• 29:40
He needed two new tires even though they have a warrant
• 29:43
  $300.00. My oldest needs braces.
• 29:45
He needs a pallet expanders. That's 120 a month not to
• 29:49
mention groceries or 200 more a week.
• 29:51
Forget about feeding your family great ingredients because who
• 29:55
has 500 a week to spend on on good food?
• 29:58
Basically OK. She explained that her husband
• 30:03
makes enough money that they should be able to live
• 30:05
comfortably and that she quit her job because the cost of
• 30:08
daycare was more than she was making.
• 30:11
At some point something has to give.
• 30:13
What is going on? How do I save money?
• 30:15
OK, we make the most money we ever have and have zero savings.
• 30:20
We live paycheck to paycheck and every month I don't know how we
• 30:23
get by. I think the middle class is 1
• 30:26
  personal disaster away from bankruptcy.
• 30:29
This is what's happening right now in our country.
• 30:32
And the and the leaders tell you everything's great.
• 30:34
This economy is wonderful. No, it's not.
• 30:36
These are what the real people are saying.
• 30:39
OK, we make almost 100 KA year with no savings.
• 30:44
I it's always something. OK, these are what other people
• 30:48
  are saying. Savings account.
• 30:50
I transfer money each paycheck, but always end up transferring
• 30:53
it back. My husband, we were scraping by
• 30:57
$803.00, but we have to pay a 750 deductible.
• 31:01
That's because of because my husband had a deer.
• 31:03
OK, I mean, it's just like it it guys.
• 31:07
Yeah, they say thankfully the inflation issues appear to be
• 31:09
waning, but they don't reverse. OK, It's it's ugly.
• 31:14
There was a a whole stream of people let me see if I can hold
• 31:21
  on here. Hold on.
• 31:22
Bear with me. I want to see if I can play her
• 31:24
video and see if if I can present.
• 31:30
Hold on here guys. I'm going to see if I can play
• 31:33
  the video. Hold on here.
• 31:38
Remove OK, Hold on. I'm going to see if I can play
• 31:42
the video. OK, we're we're going to we're
• 31:48
going to get through this. Bear with me, basement dwellers.
• 31:51
OK, slides share screen. All right, entire screen.
• 31:58
All right, hold on here. I'm going to share the audio.
• 32:01
All right, that didn't take too long.
• 32:03
I got it. OK, now let's go back here.
• 32:07
I'm going to put my earbuds in because I think we can watch her
• 32:13
video where she this is like a viral video right now where she
• 32:17
talks about how hard it is being a middle American family.
• 32:24
Is this it? Yeah, I think this is it.
• 32:32
TikTok. I don't know if this is going to
• 32:34
  work. Oh boy, here we.
• 32:37
Go father had no idea why the bus driver was keeping his
• 32:40
daughter on the thing his daughter on the bus long thing
• 32:43
his daughter on the bus longer than the other children.
• 32:46
So he followed him and discovered a terrible.
• 32:48
  I don't think that's it. Oh, boy.
• 32:50
I tell you what. I apologize, guys.
• 32:53
Bear with me. Let me try one more thing here.
• 32:57
Darn it. I watched the video the other
• 32:59
night. Let's see if we can get here.
• 33:02
  It is. Is this it?
• 33:03
  No. Darn it.
• 33:07
Hold on, hold on. If I refresh it.
• 33:14
Hey, that's why, you know, we love our live streams.
• 33:16
Because we never know quite what will happen.
• 33:21
And where did it go? Something's got to get Abby
• 33:25
  Rose. Is this it?
• 33:26
Come on, let me. Let's see if this works.
• 33:36
If not, we'll stop. We'll look at some Venezuela
• 33:38
pictures. All right, continue as a guest.
• 33:42
  That's fine. I don't have a Tic Tac.
• 33:45
Here we go. Here we go.
• 33:48
If you are considered middle class, can you chime in and let
• 33:52
me know what you have in your savings account?
• 33:54
Because I swear every paycheck I am putting money into my
• 33:59
savings. Been needing to transfer it back
• 34:02
within a few days. My registration's due.
• 34:03
My husband's registration's due. He needed two new tires even
• 34:06
though he had a warranty that was $300.00.
• 34:09
My oldest needs braces. He needs a paddock spanner.
• 34:12
That's $120.00 a month. Not to mention groceries are
• 34:17
$200.00 more a week. Forget about feeding your family
• 34:23
like great ingredients because who has $500 a week to spend on
• 34:28
perfect ingredients to feed your family?
• 34:30
My husband makes enough money to where we should live
• 34:32
comfortably. I mean, is it just the economy?
• 34:35
This is America I. Don't have savings.
• 34:38
I quit my job because we couldn't afford daycare.
• 34:41
I was paying the daycare more than I was making and I so at
• 34:44
some point something has to give.
• 34:46
  What is going on? What?
• 34:48
  How do I save? Money.
• 34:49
Are you guys saving money? What's going on?
• 34:52
OK, OK, I'm glad we got that to work.
• 34:57
So the moral to the story here is that thing, that's America.
• 35:02
That's what's going on right now.
• 35:05
Hold on, I think we're still alive.
• 35:06
I didn't lose it, right? That's what's going on right now
• 35:09
in America. Does that sound a little bit
• 35:11
like I'm going to go off the deep end for just a few minutes?
• 35:15
But does that sound a little bit like indentured servitude or
• 35:20
even, I hate to use this word because slavery is going on
• 35:24
throughout the generator, but it's almost like modern day
• 35:27
slavery. People are working just to be
• 35:30
able to get by and they're in a hole.
• 35:32
And that's what a lot of middle Americans are, are, are dealing
• 35:36
  with right now. I mean, I can't it's, it's,
• 35:40
that's America. That video has gone viral.
• 35:43
  There's a reason why it's gone viral.
• 35:45
Videos that people relate to. If I put out a video that you
• 35:49
relate to, right? I know from experience that it
• 35:53
will do very well. That video has done very well
• 35:56
because that's a woman in her car explaining how is a middle
• 35:59
class family making $100,000 per year.
• 36:03
They can hardly get by. That's what's going on.
• 36:07
We are on thin ice in this country.
• 36:09
We are and it's and it's really I'm talking with Rick Rule later
• 36:13
today and I heard him say this just this the other night.
• 36:17
We don't realize. I don't think this is critical.
• 36:19
Guys, think about this, that and he said from 1982, I like to say
• 36:24
from like the 1970s through today through, well, not through
• 36:28
today, from the 1970s up through let's say two or three years
• 36:33
ago, it was like the glory days for the United States.
• 36:37
Everything worked in our favor. We won the Cold War.
• 36:40
Not everything, but generally speaking, it was a an
• 36:44
environment that was very conducive to the well-being of
• 36:48
the United States, right? Unfortunately, our, our leaders
• 36:52
plundered our admirable position in the world, right?
• 36:57
So if that's what we're at right now, after 50 years of what
• 37:02
really was a great environment, but what we know, we just went
• 37:05
through like the best 50 years that any country, right?
• 37:07
We won World War Two, we won the Cold War, we had the Petro
• 37:11
dollar, we ruled the world, right?
• 37:14
And, and you know what, we wound up with $35 trillion in debt.
• 37:18
They plundered it. They plundered it.
• 37:20
There's no other way to say it, right?
• 37:22
And now the middle class is paying the price, isn't it isn't
• 37:27
it I mean it's like the final act of of of crappy right?
• 37:32
The middle class is paying the price.
• 37:34
So all right guys, thanks for being here thanks for being on
• 37:37
the live stream have a great day things will be okay.

  Thank you.
