Sax player Matt Willard dropped his old identity for a fresh persona—Cali Jones—after a wild week at LAX with legendary producer Paul Brown, who helped craft his debut single “Midnight Strut.” Inspired by West Coast smooth jazz legends and shaped by Brown’s California sound, Cali Jones isn’t just a name change—it’s a full musical rebirth.
