The office and home of Andy Card, CEO of developer Card & Associates, were raided last week by the FBI. Gary/Chicago International Airport cut the ribbon Friday the new $12 million Wingtip Aviation Hangar. Plus, work begins on a major infrastructure project at the Cass County Agribusiness Park.
