Growing up, I spent countless hours helping make dinner, cooking fish, and baking holiday cookies with my mom. I also learned the art of smoking meat, grilling, and grinding sausage with my dad during our backyard barbecues. These moments instilled a love for food and taught me the importance of connection around the table.
