Sunday, 20 April 2025 For she said to herself, “If only I may touch His garment, I shall be made well.” Matthew 9:21 “For she said in herself, ‘If only I shall touch His cloak, I will be saved’” (CG). In the previous verse, it noted the woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years. She came behind Jesus and touched the hem, meaning the tassel, of His garment. In doing this, we read, “For she said in herself.” The verb is imperfect.
