- 0:00Speaker 1: Kyle, what's going on in the entertainment world?
- 0:01Speaker 2: If you had tickets to see Charlie XCX tonight in Glendale, unfortunately,
- 0:06Speaker 2: you got the tickets, but there will be no show.
- 0:09Speaker 2: She has officially canceled, and she just said she's been
- 0:12Speaker 2: fighting an illness throughout the tour and now has completely
- 0:15Speaker 2: lost her voice. The biggest bummer about this, like, you
- 0:17Speaker 2: understand people get sick, and, like, I feel bad for
- 0:20Speaker 2: her because, you know, no artist wants to cancel a show.
- 0:23Speaker 2: but like they're not rescheduling it they said they tried
- 0:27Speaker 2: but none of the dates worked so they are not
- 0:29Speaker 2: rescheduling she is still planning on doing the vegas show
- 0:31Speaker 2: which is the 23rd but and it's her last show yeah.
- 0:34Speaker 3: So that's why i'm sure you know she's probably like
- 0:36Speaker 3: i'm done for like this tour is burtney out i
- 0:38Speaker 3: was so excited for this show she looked it looks
- 0:41Speaker 3: so cool like the heart was broken the video i
- 0:44Speaker 3: see from that concert looks like the lights the vibes
- 0:47Speaker 3: the The band, they all, it looked amazing. I mean,
- 0:50Speaker 3: a Charlie XCX show is an experience, and me and
- 0:52Speaker 3: my little brother were so sad. We were just, like,
- 0:54Speaker 3: singing Party for You the whole day.
- 0:56Speaker 2: I know, and so many people had traveled to Arizona
- 0:58Speaker 2: to see this, but, you know, Vegas, I guess, is
- 1:00Speaker 2: a short drive away. Yeah, you will get a refund.
- 1:03Speaker 2: They do say they are going to refund all the tickets.
- 1:06Speaker 2: Black Pink's Lisa is bringing some serious glam to PlayStation,
- 1:09Speaker 2: you guys, dropping a limited edition controller that is basically
- 1:12Speaker 2: a little piece of her personality.
- 1:14Speaker 3: It's pretty gorgeous.
- 1:14Speaker 2: It's got like a pearl finish, her signature initials, even
- 1:18Speaker 2: illustrations of her famous bangs and eyes. That drops October 3rd.
- 1:22Speaker 2: which is pretty cool for the PlayStation world. Dylan Sprouse
- 1:25Speaker 2: said he found something out about his family history that
- 1:28Speaker 2: he probably wishes he could unlearn. He says he was
- 1:31Speaker 2: doing some ancestry research and discovered that relatives on both
- 1:35Speaker 2: sides of his family ended up marrying each other way
- 1:39Speaker 2: back during the California gold rush.
- 1:41Speaker 4: But that means you're only four generations removed from incest? Yeah,
- 1:45Speaker 4: but I don't have webbed toes. But I am a twin. Now,
- 1:49Speaker 4: something else came up. One of my aunts was a twin,
- 1:53Speaker 4: but she was one of the twins who ate her
- 1:55Speaker 4: twin in the womb. And then when they cut open
- 1:57Speaker 4: a cyst on her shoulder, it had like teeth and hair.
- 2:01Speaker 3: It is so wild.
- 2:02Speaker 2: He says he told his twin brother about all this
- 2:03Speaker 2: and his twin brother just hung up on him.
- 2:05Speaker 1: She's like, I don't want to hear about that.
- 2:06Speaker 3: Why would you tell me this?
- 2:08Speaker 2: I saw this all over my social media feed yesterday
- 2:11Speaker 2: and actually hearing her reaction to it is... So devastating.
- 2:15Speaker 2: So Christina Applegate, she revealed that the multiple sclerosis diagnosis
- 2:20Speaker 2: she got back in 2021 was actually incorrect.
- 2:24Speaker 3: This may come as great news. To me, it comes
- 2:26Speaker 3: as like I'm back at square one.
- 2:29Speaker 1: It's hard to say that she came into my room
- 2:33Speaker 1: and she said, congratulations, you don't have MS. Congratulations. I
- 2:39Speaker 1: was like, not happy at all.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Because you don't get misdiagnosed and then all of a
- 2:43Speaker 2: sudden I'm better.
- 2:44Speaker 4: Right.
- 2:45Speaker 1: I haven't gotten better, Jamie. If anything, I've gotten worse
- 2:49Speaker 1: in some ways.
- 2:51Speaker 2: And then you think about like the medication she's been
- 2:52Speaker 2: taking for something she doesn't have, which may contribute to
- 2:56Speaker 2: her condition getting worse. And they have no idea, which
- 2:58Speaker 2: is why she's like, I mean, I guess that's good,
- 3:01Speaker 2: but I still feel like garbage.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm sure. I hope somebody hears that.
- 3:06Speaker 3: That's one of those types of doctors that can diagnose her.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Yeah, that can help her out.
- 3:10Speaker 3: Yeah, that can step in. Okay, if you were watching
- 3:12Speaker 3: the New York Knicks game last night versus the 76ers,
- 3:15Speaker 3: LeBron's first game with the 76ers, you may have seen
- 3:18Speaker 3: Harry Styles in the crowd because he was there. for
- 3:21Speaker 3: the Knicks opening night ring ceremony and banner raising. He
- 3:25Speaker 3: was at Madison Square Garden. He was actually signing autographs
- 3:28Speaker 3: for fans before the game. So I love that Harry
- 3:31Speaker 3: was there. And Jalen Brunson, who plays for the Knicks,
- 3:33Speaker 3: has been to a couple of Harry's shows in New York.
- 3:39Speaker 3: So they share each other's love.
- 3:40Speaker 1: So LeBron joins the 76ers, and the 76ers beat the
- 3:44Speaker 1: world champions at their home.
- 3:46Speaker 3: It was a good game.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Dang.
- 3:47Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Right now, that would mean the 76ers are going to
- 3:51Speaker 1: be unstoppable.
- 3:52Speaker 3: We'll see.
- 3:53Speaker 1: And they're playing here New Year's Eve against... No. The
- 3:56Speaker 1: Knicks are New Year's Eve against the Suns, and the
- 3:59Speaker 1: 76ers are a couple days before that.
- 4:00Speaker 3: I hope LeBron wants to play that day. Okay, A
- 4:04Speaker 3: $ AP Rocky, he kind of got himself into some hot
- 4:06Speaker 3: water with Rihanna. So do you remember a couple of
- 4:09Speaker 3: months back when he was like, oh, yeah, R9 is coming,
- 4:12Speaker 3: Riri's getting in the studio? Well, apparently, when he got home,
- 4:18Speaker 3: she was like, uh-uh, you need to keep your mouth shut.
- 4:20Speaker 3: He said that his life was like a living hell
- 4:22Speaker 3: for a couple of weeks. Because having to deal with
- 4:25Speaker 3: Rihanna's wrath. So he says he's minding his own business
- 4:28Speaker 3: and will not answer any more questions when it comes
- 4:31Speaker 3: to her new projects. Last night was Dancing with the
- 4:35Speaker 3: Stars Dedication Night, and it was an emotional rollercoaster for
- 4:38Speaker 3: literally everyone. The night brought out the very first tenth
- 4:41Speaker 3: of the season. Julia Stiles, she did a contemporary routine.
- 4:44Speaker 1: Is that what you were crying about?
- 4:45Speaker 3: Yes!
- 4:46Speaker 4: No.
- 4:48Speaker 3: I was. I literally was like crying watching the Julia
- 4:51Speaker 3: Stiles can't take my eyes off of you in memory
- 4:54Speaker 3: of Heath Ledger. And so they did her dance and
- 4:57Speaker 3: it was so beautiful. And then at the end, they
- 5:00Speaker 3: did the scene where Julia Stiles does the poem and
- 5:02Speaker 3: she's like, and I hate that I don't hate you.
- 5:04Speaker 3: And she puts a rose down. She backs up and
- 5:07Speaker 3: then the rest of the surviving cast from 10 Things
- 5:09Speaker 3: I Hate About You was there.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Oh, wow.
- 5:11Speaker 3: Everyone was there, and I was a mess.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Wow, that's okay.
- 5:14Speaker 3: But the big announcement of dedication night was actually Tyler Cameron.
- 5:18Speaker 3: He did a dance dedicated to his mom, but he
- 5:21Speaker 3: brought out his pregnant fiance, and they did a cute
- 5:25Speaker 3: little lift, a dance, and then all of a sudden
- 5:26Speaker 3: you see pink confetti falling from the sky because they're
- 5:29Speaker 3: having a baby girl.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Oh, that's good. Was that after the Heath Ledger tribute?
- 5:34Speaker 3: I think it was after. Actually, I think it was
- 5:35Speaker 3: before the Heath Ledger.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Okay, I was going to say, I don't think you
- 5:37Speaker 1: can do anything after the Heath Ledger.
- 5:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Of course, that would raise the spirits.
- 5:42Speaker 4: A little bit.
- 5:42Speaker 1: It would raise the spirits, but it would still be
- 5:44Speaker 1: like you couldn't. You'd be like, yeah, we'll give you
- 5:46Speaker 1: an eight. We'll give you a seven.
- 5:47Speaker 3: That was good. Okay, really, really quickly, because I know
- 5:49Speaker 3: people are so excited about this. A couple of weeks ago,
- 5:51Speaker 3: I was telling you guys that Ryan Murphy said maybe
- 5:53Speaker 3: there will be a Glee reboot if everyone is down. Well,
- 5:56Speaker 3: it was just announced like three hours ago. It's happening.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Everyone's down. We are getting a Glee reboot, and I
- 6:02Speaker 3: am pumped.
- 6:03Speaker 1: It'll be interesting to see how they do it.
- 6:04Speaker 3: I know.
- 6:05Speaker 4: Do you know what I mean this time?
- 6:06Speaker 2: Because it's going to have to be different.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Probably all new cast.
- 6:07Speaker 3: It's going to be a little bit more woke. Yeah.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Do you think? Probably all new cast. It's not going
- 6:12Speaker 1: to be the same. I'm sure they're going to bring back.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Amber Riley as like a teacher.
- 6:15Speaker 1: They're going to be teachers in a different world.
- 6:17Speaker 3: They're going to bring back Lea Michele.
- 6:19Speaker 1: They're going to be teachers and they're going to be whatever,
- 6:22Speaker 1: but it's going to have to be a whole new cast.
- 6:23Speaker 4: Yeah.
