- 0:00Speaker 1: God, there we go. We couldn't get the button open,
- 0:03Speaker 1: couldn't get the mic on. Wow, all right, now it
- 0:06Speaker 1: seems to be working. You can hear me. All right,
- 0:08Speaker 1: there you go. Hey, a lot going on. We're running
- 0:13Speaker 1: out of time. The mayoral race, we're running out of time.
- 0:17Speaker 1: It's about three weeks left. The debate is Thursday night,
- 0:22Speaker 1: that could decide the election. We'll get to that. We'll
- 0:25Speaker 1: get to Alec Baldwin, another accident with this Alec Baldwin.
- 0:29Speaker 1: We'll get to Israel, of course, the hostages. We'll get
- 0:32Speaker 1: to There's a big protest coming up Saturday, a big
- 0:38Speaker 1: protest everywhere in America. There's expected to be twenty five
- 0:42Speaker 1: hundred of these protests called the Company. These names the
- 0:45Speaker 1: No Kings Protest. It is pretty silly. They're No Kings Protest.
- 0:52Speaker 1: We we'll get to that. We'll get to all the
- 0:54Speaker 1: crazy left wingers in their bizarre reactions to the peace agreement.
- 1:00Speaker 1: He's thrown them completely off. We'll get to well, well,
- 1:04Speaker 1: let's get to the mayoral race now. This Thursday night
- 1:08Speaker 1: is the debate. If Curtis is going to win this
- 1:11Speaker 1: thing or turn it around, it's going to have to
- 1:12Speaker 1: happen this Thursday night in the first debate. Now, Mom
- 1:16Speaker 1: Donnie's a very good debater and Curtis is a great debater,
- 1:20Speaker 1: professional debater for decades. Cuomo is not a good debater,
- 1:25Speaker 1: so he could look very weak compared to these two
- 1:27Speaker 1: good debaters. But Curtis has to hit Mom Donnie with
- 1:31Speaker 1: some knockout punches. I don't know if he can do it,
- 1:34Speaker 1: but if he can, it'll be this Thursday night. Then
- 1:37Speaker 1: then it has to go viral because the debate's on
- 1:40Speaker 1: Channel four. Not a lot of people see television anymore,
- 1:43Speaker 1: but it'll have to go viral and get all over
- 1:45Speaker 1: the place. A lot going on. Curtis was on the
- 1:48Speaker 1: Breakfast Club this morning, right over there in the next studio,
- 1:53Speaker 1: Charlemagne the Breakfast Club. That's a big deal. Millions and
- 1:55Speaker 1: millions of people see that, and a lot of Democrats voters,
- 2:00Speaker 1: if they're gonna leave Mom Donnie or go to Curtis,
- 2:03Speaker 1: it's a chance to pick them up. So that's a
- 2:05Speaker 1: big opportunity there. I don't know if has Mom Donnie
- 2:09Speaker 1: been on I don't think so. Ma'm Donnie very careful
- 2:11Speaker 1: about doing interviews, and Charlemagne doesn't fool around, he'll ask
- 2:16Speaker 1: the tough question. So I don't think you'll see Mom
- 2:19Speaker 1: Donnie do that Mom Donnie rally yesterday. Now this was interesting.
- 2:24Speaker 1: He does a big rally. And who does he have
- 2:27Speaker 1: rally with him? Who's his co star? On stage? The
- 2:30Speaker 1: indicted Letitia James, And it was her first appearance, first
- 2:35Speaker 1: public appearance since the indictment, and she was quite defiant,
- 2:41Speaker 1: yelling and screaming, I will not bend, I will not kneel,
- 2:44Speaker 1: I will I won't give up, and I won't give in.
- 2:50Speaker 2: So we have no time to linger and focus on
- 2:53Speaker 2: pettiness and revenge. We've got to breath on West forward,
- 2:59Speaker 2: continue to Honey, claim the victory and gold.
- 3:03Speaker 1: No man, Now, when you're that guilty, you gotta scream.
- 3:08Speaker 1: You gotta yell and scream and be totally defiant and
- 3:12Speaker 1: yell as she will not. She was the whole thing
- 3:14Speaker 1: in there. I will not bend, I will not bow.
- 3:16Speaker 1: I'm not afraid of any Well, this one you might
- 3:19Speaker 1: be a little afraid of. He's got you pretty much
- 3:21Speaker 1: on the mortgage fraud. It's pretty clear now you could
- 3:24Speaker 1: say that, well, that's that mortgage try was not that big. Well,
- 3:27Speaker 1: seemed to be a monumental crime when you were accusing
- 3:30Speaker 1: Trump of it. And I love how they say he's
- 3:33Speaker 1: weaponized the justices. He's targeting his political opponents. Hey, the
- 3:38Speaker 1: two years of Biden and Leatsia James and everybody going
- 3:41Speaker 1: after Trump, did they once any of these same news people,
- 3:45Speaker 1: any of these same commentators, any of these same politicians,
- 3:48Speaker 1: Do they ever say she's going after her political opponent?
- 3:51Speaker 1: They never mentioned it. And another thing, she's not his
- 3:55Speaker 1: political opponent. You think he's ever going to run for
- 3:58Speaker 1: attorney general in New York. She's a tiny little speck
- 4:01Speaker 1: of sand on the beach compared to him. He's the
- 4:03Speaker 1: president of the United States. She's one of fifty attorney
- 4:06Speaker 1: generals in the United States. But this was the mom
- 4:09Speaker 1: Donnie Rallies locking hands, you know, standing by Letitia James,
- 4:14Speaker 1: and he's defending mortgage fraud.
- 4:17Speaker 3: And four years you have fought the good fight for
- 4:20Speaker 3: New Yorkers, and now it's our time to fight for.
- 4:24Speaker 1: You good fight for Nobody can see where she fought
- 4:28Speaker 1: this good fight in New York. She's just seemed to
- 4:31Speaker 1: vote a hell of a lot of time to going
- 4:32Speaker 1: after Donald Trump. And it's a tribute to Trump actually
- 4:36Speaker 1: that she really investigated him. You can be sure the
- 4:40Speaker 1: whole Biden Justice Department they really investigated Trump. They looked
- 4:45Speaker 1: at everything, and they couldn't find a crime nothing. It's
- 4:49Speaker 1: pretty impressive that they couldn't find anything in his business anything.
- 4:54Speaker 1: So they had to drum up this ridiculous charge of
- 4:57Speaker 1: he overvalued his apartment in a bank loan. I mean
- 5:02Speaker 1: it was a ridiculous charge, as the appeals court judge said,
- 5:06Speaker 1: has anybody on earth ever been charged with this? No,
- 5:09Speaker 1: of course not. And it was also a crime that's
- 5:12Speaker 1: actually impossible to commit. You couldn't defraud the bank with
- 5:17Speaker 1: a false number, because it's known to both sides, to everybody.
- 5:21Speaker 1: They'll never look at your numbers. They don't use your numbers,
- 5:23Speaker 1: They never even look at them. They do their own evaluations.
- 5:27Speaker 1: And then what was the other chair that Alvin bragg charge.
- 5:30Speaker 1: Did anybody ever mention Alvin Braggett he's going after his
- 5:32Speaker 1: political opponents? Did anybody ever say Alvin bragget weaponized the
- 5:38Speaker 1: He made up a charge. It doesn't even exist. Our
- 5:40Speaker 1: greatest legal scholar, Democrat Alan Dershwood, said he's read the
- 5:45Speaker 1: charge one hundred times he still cannot figure out what
- 5:47Speaker 1: the crime is. Totally manufactured nonsense. But in the case
- 5:50Speaker 1: of Letitia James, it's pretty clear she lied on a
- 5:53Speaker 1: mortgage application about what she was going to use this
- 5:57Speaker 1: place for. She called it her primary residence to get
- 6:00Speaker 1: big breaks on mortgage taxes, all that stuff, when she
- 6:04Speaker 1: obviously couldn't. It couldn't be her primary residence. It's in Virginia.
- 6:08Speaker 1: Here's more of her.
- 6:09Speaker 2: We see powerful voices trying to silence truth and punish dissent, and.
- 6:16Speaker 3: Yes, weaponize justice for political gain.
- 6:20Speaker 2: I will not bow, I will not wake, I will
- 6:24Speaker 2: not been, I will not capetulate, I.
- 6:28Speaker 4: Will not give in, I will not give up.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Oh god, I was actually married to her. Boy. She
- 6:33Speaker 1: knows how to yell, she knows how to scream. That's
- 6:36Speaker 1: a lot of yelling. That's a good look for Democrats. Screaming,
- 6:41Speaker 1: screaming like rabid dogs, that's a good look. That's a
- 6:44Speaker 1: good look. Here's the rally was yesterday.
- 6:46Speaker 3: We can demand a government that makes our lives better.
- 6:52Speaker 3: We can tell billionaires that this city doesn't just belong
- 6:56Speaker 3: to them. We can tell Donald Trump he cannot buy this.
- 7:02Speaker 1: They got themselves all worked up into a frenzy, and
- 7:04Speaker 1: they get a whole world of news media, mainstream media
- 7:08Speaker 1: feeding them with all this stuff, so they're actually convinced
- 7:10Speaker 1: of this. I saw a crazy liberal friend of mine,
- 7:12Speaker 1: you know, they post this stuff online. This one was,
- 7:15Speaker 1: if you taxed every billionaire two percent, you would have
- 7:20Speaker 1: enough money to get rid of homelessness, to change all
- 7:24Speaker 1: the pipes, to get rid of all the lead pipes,
- 7:26Speaker 1: and where you can do everything if you just tax
- 7:28Speaker 1: every billionaire two percent for a year, and it wouldn't
- 7:32Speaker 1: affect them at all. Well, first of all, it's not
- 7:35Speaker 1: a case of money. You got more money than you
- 7:37Speaker 1: could ever spend. You just waste it all. You know,
- 7:40Speaker 1: in New York State, our budget is double what it's
- 7:42Speaker 1: supposed to be. It should be about twenty five billion,
- 7:45Speaker 1: it's fifty billion. We have double the budget of Florida double.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Florida's got more population, it's got more cities. It's just
- 7:55Speaker 1: they waste the money you could get here. You can
- 7:57Speaker 1: hand them a trillion dollars to fix homelessness, nothing will happen.
- 8:00Speaker 1: They'll just hand out contracts to people that shouldn't have them.
- 8:03Speaker 1: They'll get nothing done. It's like even fixing the road.
- 8:08Speaker 1: It's forty thousand dollars a mile to pave a highway.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Forty thousand a mile. We spend almost two million a mile.
- 8:15Speaker 1: They just waste all the money, and when they do it,
- 8:17Speaker 1: they don't even do it right. The road is cracked
- 8:20Speaker 1: and broken, filled with potholes. Six months later, so hey,
- 8:23Speaker 1: Curtis was on the Breakfast Club this morning. I think
- 8:26Speaker 1: this is a bit of it with to Berat. Did
- 8:28Speaker 1: I take off my wow? I mean you said you're
- 8:32Speaker 1: going to take it off permanently when you're elected xactly
- 8:34Speaker 1: If people are sold disturbed by me wearing this beret
- 8:37Speaker 1: like me, may I promise qush my heart helped it.
- 8:40Speaker 1: I'll never wear it again.
- 8:42Speaker 5: That's great.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Yeah, there's a lot of people. I know. It's just silly.
- 8:45Speaker 1: It's ridiculous. They're arguing about the hatrat means absolutely nothing.
- 8:48Speaker 1: It's not a factor in the election, doesn't mean anything. Well,
- 8:52Speaker 1: it looks silly. Hey, a guy just got elected president
- 8:55Speaker 1: wearing a red hat. You can wear a hat. It's
- 8:58Speaker 1: not a big deal. But Curtis now getting threats everywhere,
- 9:01Speaker 1: and it's frenzy.
- 9:02Speaker 6: Oh, Zora Mondami, the world will end now some are
- 9:07Speaker 6: directing threats to myself and my wife, Nancy more important
- 9:10Speaker 6: than me.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Yeah, that's not good. It's terrible.
- 9:13Speaker 6: I never had armed security thereafter. Never you've seen me
- 9:17Speaker 6: in the trains. Oh security. Now everywhere I go, armed security,
- 9:22Speaker 6: Nancy where she goes, armed security. Because of these crazies
- 9:26Speaker 6: out there who are threatening my life in Nancy, and
- 9:29Speaker 6: not on behalf of anybody, but because of the rhetoric
- 9:33Speaker 6: that is being stirred up.
- 9:34Speaker 1: You've gotta drop out. Yeah. The Cuomo people pushing them
- 9:38Speaker 1: to drop out, the Cuomo donors pushing them to drop out,
- 9:41Speaker 1: the push I saw Curtis the other day. I say, hey,
- 9:43Speaker 1: I got to talk to you about something, and he said,
- 9:45Speaker 1: you're not gonna try to bribe me too. I said, no, no,
- 9:48Speaker 1: But they're all pushing them to get out.
- 9:50Speaker 4: He drop out.
- 9:51Speaker 6: I'm the second major party, Kennedy the Republican. When you
- 9:54Speaker 6: go in and you look, you see zor on Mandami Democrat,
- 9:57Speaker 6: a Republican Courtius Leaver. Try to find Andrew Clmo's name
- 10:00Speaker 6: on that ballot. He's lost amongst all these other independents. No,
- 10:03Speaker 6: I'm not dropping out. Don't threaten me, and certainly don't
- 10:07Speaker 6: threaten my wife Nanci.
- 10:08Speaker 1: Hey, Now that's another point. You know, you talk about
- 10:10Speaker 1: dropping out. They said, well, Curtis, I should drop out
- 10:14Speaker 1: because he's hurting Cuomo's chances. It's the other way around.
- 10:17Speaker 1: Cuomo should drop out because he's hurting Curtis's chances. Remember
- 10:20Speaker 1: there's only two major party candidates in this race. There's
- 10:24Speaker 1: the Democrat Mamdani, there's the Republican Curtis. Cuomo is on
- 10:30Speaker 1: some third party. He's a third party candidate. Bear that
- 10:33Speaker 1: in mind. When did you ever tell a major party
- 10:36Speaker 1: candidate to drop out for a third party candidate? And
- 10:40Speaker 1: Curtis is right about that ballot ballot problem. Culomo has
- 10:43Speaker 1: a ballot problem. You know, when you get that ballot
- 10:45Speaker 1: and you go to vote, it's the Democratic candidate and
- 10:48Speaker 1: the Republican candidate. Cuomo's name is way down the ballot.
- 10:53Speaker 1: You're going to have to hunt for his name on
- 10:55Speaker 1: the ballot. It's not going to be easy. And I
- 10:58Speaker 1: don't think Cuomo, as far as I know, has still
- 11:01Speaker 1: not opened a campaign headquarters. I don't know if he's
- 11:03Speaker 1: actually running a campaign. Occasionally you'll see a commercial. There's
- 11:07Speaker 1: a lot of Curtis commercials on the air a lot
- 11:09Speaker 1: of them from Curtis's campaign, and now there's a super
- 11:13Speaker 1: pack running commercials very anti Momdani and pro Curtis. And
- 11:18Speaker 1: I've seen a lot of them this Good Day in
- 11:21Speaker 1: New York. I was watching Good Day New York in
- 11:23Speaker 1: the morning. There's Curtis commercials all over it. If you're
- 11:25Speaker 1: watching the Big Yankee playoff game, there were Curtis commercials,
- 11:28Speaker 1: So he's spending some money. Hey, Israel an amazing, amazing story. Boy.
- 11:35Speaker 1: You watch the video of the hostages reuniting with the families,
- 11:40Speaker 1: the screaming, the crying, It is so moving, so powerful
- 11:43Speaker 1: to watch. Unless you're a Democrat then it's very upsetting.
- 11:47Speaker 1: You don't want to see them released. The Democrats would
- 11:49Speaker 1: love to have kept this thing going. It's a campaign
- 11:51Speaker 1: issue they can use. They wanted to continue. They don't
- 11:55Speaker 1: like a peace agreement because it hurts their ability to
- 11:59Speaker 1: attack Israel day and night. But the hostages back with
- 12:02Speaker 1: their families, the other things. You know, You look at
- 12:07Speaker 1: these hostages, emaciated, obviously been through hell, ribs protruding through
- 12:12Speaker 1: the skin, and it looked like Holocaust survivors. It was
- 12:15Speaker 1: just awful, awful images. You see what a brutal Hamas
- 12:20Speaker 1: was with them. And you know, all you've been hearing
- 12:26Speaker 1: about the Israel has been so brutal when you look
- 12:28Speaker 1: at these hostages, seems to be the other way around.
- 12:30Speaker 1: You look at the Israeli prisoners that were released. They
- 12:32Speaker 1: all look pretty healthy to me. But Democrats are very
- 12:35Speaker 1: upset by this piece. They want gossip to be attacked.
- 12:40Speaker 1: I know, they can act like they're fighting for the
- 12:41Speaker 1: palace and they're fighting for God. They weren't. They just
- 12:44Speaker 1: want to go after Israel. It was a great way
- 12:47Speaker 1: to do it. If Gods is not being attacked, it
- 12:49Speaker 1: hurts their ability to go after him. You see these
- 12:53Speaker 1: crazy democrats, these crazy media people. Now you take CNN
- 12:58Speaker 1: or PBS's Christian Christian on Amanpur she had to apologize
- 13:03Speaker 1: yesterday for her awful comments. It gives you a real
- 13:08Speaker 1: insight on how bad these people are. She was talking
- 13:11Speaker 1: about the hostages and she said they were treated better
- 13:18Speaker 1: in Gaza than Israel treated Gas. It was some kind
- 13:22Speaker 1: of weird. It was just awful, awful totally, and she
- 13:27Speaker 1: apologized later. She got so much flak for it by
- 13:30Speaker 1: saying the way the hostages were fine, it was the
- 13:34Speaker 1: Gosins that were treated much worse than by Israel than
- 13:37Speaker 1: the hostages were absolutely insane comments. She later apologized. She
- 13:42Speaker 1: said it was insensitive, it was wrong. She acknowledged the
- 13:46Speaker 1: physical and mental torture the hostages endured for two years.
- 13:50Speaker 1: She did apologize. But that's PBS, that's their host, the
- 13:54Speaker 1: PBS host, Christian ahmanpur that's CNN, and that's the way
- 13:59Speaker 1: they think. Hey, we'll get to Alec Baldwin coming up.
- 14:03Speaker 1: The hell is it with this Alec Baldwin. A lot
- 14:05Speaker 1: of accidents, a lot of accidents with guns, with cars.
- 14:09Speaker 1: He's driving his wife's turns out his wife's car, it's
- 14:12Speaker 1: a white Range Rover, and he crashes into a tree.
- 14:18Speaker 1: This is in East Hampton. He's now saying there was
- 14:22Speaker 1: this enormous garbage truck. He called it a whale of
- 14:25Speaker 1: a garbage that way, This garbage truck was so big.
- 14:30Speaker 1: We've all seen garbage trucks. They're pretty much a standard size.
- 14:33Speaker 1: They're really a standard size. And apparently it was coming
- 14:36Speaker 1: from a construction site carrying away debris. But everybody listening
- 14:41Speaker 1: to me right now has seen garbage trucks on the road.
- 14:43Speaker 1: You've driven around garbage trucks. Past garbage trucks, doesn't mean
- 14:49Speaker 1: you crash into a tree. See if he was, I
- 14:51Speaker 1: would have used the nor'easter excuse the wind, the rain.
- 14:54Speaker 1: He couldn't see. Now people wonder if he was drinking.
- 14:58Speaker 1: No indication yet that he was. He's actually I think
- 15:02Speaker 1: an alcoholic and it's been sober for forty years now.
- 15:05Speaker 1: But he did crash into a tree. It's in East Hampton.
- 15:09Speaker 1: He's with his brother, Stephen Baldwin, these two geniuses, driving
- 15:12Speaker 1: in a storm and they crashed into this tree. East
- 15:16Speaker 1: Tampton police show up. Now he's a pretty connected guy,
- 15:20Speaker 1: a very powerful guy there in East Hampton. He was
- 15:22Speaker 1: there all week for the big East Hampton Film Festival.
- 15:25Speaker 1: It's a big thing for them East Hampton. They think
- 15:28Speaker 1: it's important. But so the police like him, and who
- 15:31Speaker 1: knows how hard they investigated this, But he then put
- 15:34Speaker 1: up an explanation online.
- 15:35Speaker 7: It must have been something commercial for like taking away
- 15:40Speaker 7: material from construction something. It was the biggest garbage truck
- 15:43Speaker 7: I've ever seen any anyway, I woncome into the details now.
- 15:46Speaker 1: It was so big. It was what an actor it was.
- 15:49Speaker 1: It was the biggest garbage They're all the same size
- 15:51Speaker 1: pretty much for you.
- 15:52Speaker 7: But to avoid hitting him, I hit a tree. I
- 15:57Speaker 7: had a big fat tree and crushed my car or
- 16:00Speaker 7: my wife's car.
- 16:01Speaker 1: He's so dramatic. Probably to avoid the garbage truck, I
- 16:06Speaker 1: deliberately crashed into a tree. Brilliant. So I don't know. Again,
- 16:10Speaker 1: the East Tampton police like him. I don't know how
- 16:12Speaker 1: hard they're how hard they will investigate. But boy, this
- 16:15Speaker 1: guy has a lot of accidents. He's I guess he's
- 16:18Speaker 1: competing with the Billy Joel record. How many trees as
- 16:20Speaker 1: Billy Joel hit? How many crashes Billy Joel's crashed a car,
- 16:24Speaker 1: a motorcycle, a boat. So far with Baldwin just a
- 16:29Speaker 1: but he's when it comes to accidents, the people have
- 16:32Speaker 1: died in some Alec Baldon accidents. Anyway, we'll get back
- 16:34Speaker 1: to him. Got a lot to talk about. Hey, we'll
- 16:36Speaker 1: take some calls. Next eight hundred three to two one
- 16:39Speaker 1: zero seven ten is the number eight hundred three to
- 16:43Speaker 1: two one zero seven ten. Hey, let's take some calls.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Let's go to Patrick, long Beach. Patrick, how you doing,
- 16:51Speaker 1: How's it going good? How's a long beach much better
- 16:54Speaker 1: than yesterday?
- 16:54Speaker 8: Right?
- 16:59Speaker 1: Yeah, hear you. But it must have been very bad
- 17:01Speaker 1: the weather yesterday.
- 17:03Speaker 9: Oh terrible, terrible. But I just wanted to talk about
- 17:06Speaker 9: Letitia James for a second. It's just as an independent,
- 17:10Speaker 9: it just boggles my mind how she's able to do
- 17:15Speaker 9: all that to Donald Trump with those like very very
- 17:20Speaker 9: false claims. Meanwhile he's doing it right back to her,
- 17:24Speaker 9: but he has more of a legal claim than she does.
- 17:27Speaker 1: Yeah, it's it's more than Trump derangement syndrome. Some people
- 17:30Speaker 1: just have Trump arrangement syndrome, but this is like a
- 17:33Speaker 1: total blindness. They can't It's just they're insane with this stuff.
- 17:39Speaker 1: You know. They can investigate Trump over absolutely nothing. A
- 17:42Speaker 1: bunch it wasn't Trump, but a bunch of people actually
- 17:44Speaker 1: dug into Letitia Champs. They found an actual crime, sent
- 17:47Speaker 1: it into the Department of Justice, and she is berserk.
- 17:51Speaker 1: They go insane. If you come after them, we be
- 17:54Speaker 1: powerful voices. I won't give the yelling, screaming. Let's go
- 18:01Speaker 1: to uh Stuart in South Carolina. Stuart, how you doing, hey?
- 18:05Speaker 4: Mark her?
- 18:05Speaker 10: You you know one as a police officer, I've seen
- 18:09Speaker 10: the destruction and rapes and murders and robberies from.
- 18:13Speaker 5: That Alvin Bragg has basically done nothing about Do you
- 18:16Speaker 5: really think there's a chance that this sorrows guy could
- 18:20Speaker 5: be re elected?
- 18:22Speaker 1: Well, let's hope not.
- 18:23Speaker 8: Now.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Alvin Bragg is also a pre election in three weeks.
- 18:26Speaker 1: In this election, vote vote for the Republican. Maud Marriage
- 18:29Speaker 1: sexually a Democrat, but she's a Republican on the ballot
- 18:32Speaker 1: and was very good on crime. She'll get Alvin. She'll
- 18:35Speaker 1: be a much better DA than Alvin Bragg. She'll actually
- 18:38Speaker 1: put people.
- 18:39Speaker 4: Oh, no question, you know after the Badega vote for her.
- 18:43Speaker 5: Yeah, when he when he charged the Badega guy with
- 18:49Speaker 5: murder when he was defending himself. He charged Kenny on
- 18:52Speaker 5: the subway, who basically saved all these people. I mean,
- 18:55Speaker 5: it's just phenomenal that this guy even has a chance.
- 18:59Speaker 1: Hey, you're the Stewart, you're a police officer for many years.
- 19:03Speaker 1: Alec Baldwin crashes into a tree. He said it was
- 19:06Speaker 1: a very large, the biggest garbage truck ever. So that's
- 19:09Speaker 1: just your instincts. What do you think happened there?
- 19:12Speaker 5: This guy's a walking nightmare. I mean, I'm around garbage
- 19:15Speaker 5: trucks all the time. They've never caused me to drive
- 19:18Speaker 5: into a tree, you know, and hopefully the police would
- 19:21Speaker 5: investigate it. You know that you said he's been more
- 19:25Speaker 5: sober for forty years. Yeah, he's got a real, real
- 19:28Speaker 5: angle problem, which is just as bad.
- 19:30Speaker 1: That could be. I never know what this guy. All right,
- 19:33Speaker 1: thanks for calling, Stuart. Let's go to Rich and Myrtle Beach. Rich.
- 19:37Speaker 1: How you doing.
- 19:39Speaker 8: Andy?
- 19:39Speaker 4: Thanks Mark, I used to live in Long Beach. We
- 19:41Speaker 4: used to love those big storms the surface, you know.
- 19:43Speaker 4: But you know, a couple points number one, you know,
- 19:45Speaker 4: we always know that Biden's been, you know, an angry, plagiarizing,
- 19:49Speaker 4: lying sack of crap and said him and blink and
- 19:52Speaker 4: even try to put their stink on this Donald Trump
- 19:55Speaker 4: historic peace plan just shows what a classless and arrogant
- 19:59Speaker 4: act this guy is. That that really takes the case.
- 20:01Speaker 4: And then I read yesterday that the Virginia Homer Latitia James,
- 20:05Speaker 4: her niece, has been sitting there with open warrants. And
- 20:08Speaker 4: now they're thinking, I'm not getting here for Hall. Bring
- 20:10Speaker 4: a fugitive yees.
- 20:11Speaker 1: No she From what I hear, there are more charges
- 20:14Speaker 1: coming against Latitia James. More charges are coming against Latitia James.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Let's go to Mike in Florida. Mike, how you doing,
- 20:22Speaker 1: Good morning, Mark, that's Mike.
- 20:25Speaker 10: If anybody's seen Letitia James, everybody who should know, she
- 20:28Speaker 10: couldn't bend if she wanted to. That aside, you know,
- 20:32Speaker 10: I'm glad he made the point about Curtis's hat because
- 20:35Speaker 10: I keep listening to these Republican leaning shows and everybody
- 20:40Speaker 10: makes the you know, oh, Donnie's going to do this
- 20:42Speaker 10: and this, but Curtis is wearing a hat, and it's like, guys,
- 20:46Speaker 10: it's so intellectually dishonest. And then they'll say almost the
- 20:49Speaker 10: best pick because he if he does lose, it won't
- 20:52Speaker 10: be by as much. I'm thinking, how is that logical?
- 20:55Speaker 10: I've actually heard guys say that yesterday.
- 20:57Speaker 1: Well, you know what the problem is, most people they
- 21:00Speaker 1: don't really follow this. They pretend they're they're following it.
- 21:03Speaker 1: They really don't know much of anything. They have this illusion,
- 21:06Speaker 1: and Cuomo went around meeting with many of them that
- 21:10Speaker 1: he is some sort of mainstream traditional politician. He was
- 21:15Speaker 1: the most left wing kook of a governor, with his
- 21:17Speaker 1: no bail, no jail, with his close up persions level.
- 21:21Speaker 1: He was as far left as mom Donnie. But he
- 21:24Speaker 1: looks like a you know, older, distinguished looking. He looks
- 21:28Speaker 1: like he must be some sort of mainstream politician. It's
- 21:30Speaker 1: kind of like the same thing we went through with
- 21:32Speaker 1: Joe Biden. You look at this Biden, he looks like
- 21:35Speaker 1: a politician of the nineteen fifties. He looks like Eisenhower.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Then you put him in office, he opens the borders,
- 21:40Speaker 1: he hands everything the illegals. He's a total nut job
- 21:43Speaker 1: left wing. The same thing with Cuomo. Anyway, Bill, O'Reilly
- 21:48Speaker 1: not with us today. He's at the White House actually
- 21:52Speaker 1: working on something big with the President. So he's you're
- 21:56Speaker 1: not gonna be with us. But instead we'll have Greg Jarrett,
- 21:58Speaker 1: the greatest legal analyst of all. Next I will ask
- 22:01Speaker 1: him about Letitia James and what's going on there and
- 22:05Speaker 1: more coming up next on seven to ten. Wr. Well,
- 22:08Speaker 1: here's the best legal analyst in America, Greg Jarrett. Hey
- 22:12Speaker 1: get his books. He's got a lot of great books,
- 22:14Speaker 1: The Constitution and other patriotic documents, Trial of the Century,
- 22:17Speaker 1: the Riveting Book, and go back and get the earlier
- 22:20Speaker 1: books on the FBI, on what was going on there,
- 22:23Speaker 1: witch hunt and the Russia hoax. And he's with us
- 22:26Speaker 1: right now. Greg Jarrett how you.
- 22:28Speaker 8: Doing, Mark, I'm fine, good to be with you.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Hey, I don't know if you saw the Mom Donny rally,
- 22:33Speaker 1: there was Letitia James screaming, I will not bend, I
- 22:36Speaker 1: will not bow, I will not break. What does all
- 22:39Speaker 1: that mean?
- 22:42Speaker 8: Well, she, you know, she is, you know, creating a
- 22:46Speaker 8: melodrama for her own benefit. The problem for her is that,
- 22:51Speaker 8: purely on the paperwork that she executed, you know, it's
- 22:55Speaker 8: a pretty serious case against her bank fraud fault stavens
- 22:59Speaker 8: to a financial institution. You cannot claim a house, whether
- 23:04Speaker 8: it's primary or secondary, as an occupied residence and then
- 23:10Speaker 8: obtain a lower, more favorable mortgage rate and then rent
- 23:14Speaker 8: it out without telling the bank. You're cheating the lender
- 23:18Speaker 8: by lying about the financial risk. And documents show that
- 23:23Speaker 8: James incriminated herself. Take a look at her mortgage papers
- 23:28Speaker 8: or insurance application. In both of those she said she
- 23:33Speaker 8: would occupy the house at least partially, but on IRS
- 23:39Speaker 8: records she admitted it was cheerly rental with zero personal occupancy. Well,
- 23:45Speaker 8: it can't be both, and it turns out that James
- 23:49Speaker 8: never resided there even briefly. Her defense, through her attorney is, oh,
- 23:54Speaker 8: it's all a terrible misunderstanding. It's just a paperwork snaffo.
- 23:59Speaker 8: Somebody else is to blame. But under James's own stated
- 24:04Speaker 8: standard in the case she brought against Trump, she declared,
- 24:07Speaker 8: that's never an excuse.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Under the law, the.
- 24:09Speaker 8: Borrower is always responsible, regardless of what other did. So
- 24:16Speaker 8: you know she's she's hoisted on her own. Petartes Shakespeare would.
- 24:20Speaker 1: Say, that's a good point. Trump brought that up in
- 24:22Speaker 1: his case, that he didn't fill out any of that
- 24:24Speaker 1: stuff and he wasn't the one doing the loan.
- 24:26Speaker 8: Streat, and she said it didn't matter.
- 24:33Speaker 1: So let's get let's get the komy James comy. Uh
- 24:37Speaker 1: what how is he going to fight this case? What
- 24:40Speaker 1: will his strategy be in court?
- 24:42Speaker 8: Well, I wrote a column about this, so you can
- 24:45Speaker 8: read it on Fox news dot com. But you know,
- 24:47Speaker 8: when he was preening like a peacock in front of
- 24:51Speaker 8: a camera the day the indictment came out, saying let's
- 24:56Speaker 8: have a trial, that was just another pre It's another
- 25:00Speaker 8: lie by phony Comy. It's a con job. The last
- 25:05Speaker 8: thing he wants is a trial, which is why his lawyers,
- 25:09Speaker 8: on the day of his plea notify the judge that
- 25:13Speaker 8: they're going to file motions to dismiss claiming the charges
- 25:17Speaker 8: are vindictive and selective retribution by Trump, and so Comey's
- 25:24Speaker 8: strategy obviously is to put Donald Trump on trial to
- 25:29Speaker 8: avoid his own trial. Now, typically that's an uphill battle
- 25:35Speaker 8: for a defendant under the law, for example selective prosecution.
- 25:40Speaker 8: Commy has to prove by clear evidence that the charges
- 25:44Speaker 8: have an unjustified motive. But if they're justified, it's not
- 25:50Speaker 8: a defense. And of course the argument that Trump is
- 25:55Speaker 8: the terrible villain, poor Jimmy is the innocent victim is nothing,
- 26:01Speaker 8: you know, more than a farce, given Comy's long list
- 26:05Speaker 8: of wawless schemes, lives, deceptions, abuses of power. I mean,
- 26:11Speaker 8: remember Colley's the guy who invented law there by launching
- 26:15Speaker 8: the perverted Russia hoax against Trump. So you know, his
- 26:20Speaker 8: hypocrisy and arrogance is quite stunny.
- 26:23Speaker 1: Yeah, Greg Jarrett, you wrote the best stuff your books
- 26:26Speaker 1: about Comy and that seventh floor up there with all
- 26:29Speaker 1: his cronies, those dirty guys there. How much has been
- 26:32Speaker 1: done to clean that up and clean up the FBI.
- 26:36Speaker 8: Well, Comey created a cancer on the seventh floor, you know,
- 26:41Speaker 8: with the whole gang of people Andy McCabe and Peter
- 26:46Speaker 8: Struck and you know, the whole cast of misfits and
- 26:52Speaker 8: miscreants that abused the law and they did it for
- 26:55Speaker 8: political reasons. And as I say, you know, Comey's the
- 27:00Speaker 8: who was the motivating driver behind the Russia hoak. So
- 27:06Speaker 8: you know Cash Fattel, the new FBI director, Dan Bongino
- 27:11Speaker 8: deputy director, and they got their work cut out for them.
- 27:15Speaker 8: You know, you've got to get rid of the bad actors.
- 27:18Speaker 8: They've done some of that, and you have to dig
- 27:21Speaker 8: deep in vaults where Cony squirreled away all kinds of
- 27:28Speaker 8: things and try to uncover the truth and hold people accountable.
- 27:33Speaker 8: That doesn't necessarily mean that you criminally charge them, but
- 27:37Speaker 8: you certainly expose their misfeasans and mouth seasons.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Yeah, hey, Greg, Jared, who do you think is next
- 27:45Speaker 1: to get int? A lot of people think Bolton, the
- 27:48Speaker 1: Bolton indictment will come later this week or next Yeah.
- 27:52Speaker 8: I mean, look, Bolton's got problems for pulling a Hillary Clinton,
- 27:57Speaker 8: and you know, allegedly maintaining classified evidence at home and
- 28:04Speaker 8: in his office, both of which were rated by the FBI.
- 28:10Speaker 8: You know, you would think people would learn from Hillary Clinton.
- 28:14Speaker 8: She got away with her thanks to comy. But you know,
- 28:19Speaker 8: David Betraeus did the same sort of thing eventually, you know,
- 28:23Speaker 8: pled guilty. You know, you cannot take top secret classified
- 28:28Speaker 8: documents home with you unless you have a skiff at home,
- 28:31Speaker 8: you know, a secured facility, and most people don't. And
- 28:36Speaker 8: you know, Joe Biden did the same thing, you know,
- 28:40Speaker 8: squirreling away at his home as well as his garage
- 28:43Speaker 8: what turned out to be classified documents. And of course
- 28:47Speaker 8: he escaped any prosecution because of special counsel that he's
- 28:52Speaker 8: too old and dement to bring charges against him. But
- 28:55Speaker 8: it's okay if he runs the you know, the United
- 28:58Speaker 8: States as president. So you know, this sort of thing
- 29:02Speaker 8: happens sadly all too often, and it jeopardizes national security.
- 29:07Speaker 8: But you know, I think Adam Shift, I think he's
- 29:10Speaker 8: in deep trouble for mortgage fraud, same sort of thing.
- 29:14Speaker 8: So we'll wait and see when the next shoe drops.
- 29:17Speaker 1: Well, now you're a great legal historian. When did this
- 29:20Speaker 1: legal development happen? Where it's only a crime if Trump
- 29:24Speaker 1: does it, it's not a crime if we do it.
- 29:27Speaker 1: Where's that legal standard in the law books?
- 29:31Speaker 8: It doesn't exist, you know. I mean, the Lawfair campaigns
- 29:39Speaker 8: plural against Trump were really pretty shameful. Leticia James bring
- 29:45Speaker 8: a ludicrous case, Alvin Bragg an even more absurd case.
- 29:51Speaker 8: And as I wrote in my column this week, you know,
- 29:54Speaker 8: Joe Biden's dirty fingerprints were all over the double indictments
- 29:58Speaker 8: brought by special counsel Jack Smith.
- 30:03Speaker 1: You know.
- 30:03Speaker 8: So, you know, Lawfair has really reached an apex, not
- 30:11Speaker 8: with Trump but with Democrats that we're trying to prevent
- 30:16Speaker 8: him from seeking reelection. It backfired on them tremendously. I mean,
- 30:23Speaker 8: that's really one of the biggest political boomerangs I've ever witnessed.
- 30:28Speaker 8: You know, people saw Trump not as a villain but
- 30:31Speaker 8: a victim of Lawfair, and it, you know, helped propel
- 30:35Speaker 8: him to a second term.
- 30:36Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, amazing period in history. Everybody, get Greg Jarrett's
- 30:40Speaker 1: great books, and hey, read these columns. Who've been talking
- 30:43Speaker 1: about the brilliant columns. You can go to foxnews dot com.
- 30:46Speaker 1: You can read Greg Jarrett's column there. Of course, you'll
- 30:48Speaker 1: see him all over Fox News. Greg Jarrett, thanks for
- 30:51Speaker 1: being with us.
- 30:53Speaker 8: Take care, Mark, thanks for having me on.
- 30:55Speaker 1: All right, take care Hey, coming up, We'll get to
- 30:57Speaker 1: a lot of stuff to get to in the next era.
- 30:59Speaker 1: But at noon today Buck Sexton and Clay Travis excellent show.
- 31:04Speaker 1: And then at three o'clock the most listened to radio
- 31:07Speaker 1: show in America, Sean Hannity. Actually, I'll be filling in
- 31:10Speaker 1: today for Sean three to six today on seven ten
- 31:14Speaker 1: Woir
