A 21-year-old inmate, Xavier Isiah Gutierrez, pulled off a brazen jailbreak in Hays County, Texas, by impersonating another inmate with the same first name who was scheduled for release. Already facing felony theft and evading arrest charges, Gutierrez now also faces a third-degree felony escape warrant.
