Transcript
- 0:19Hello, hello Good morning. Good morning. Um,
- 0:23I'm testing first to make sure the feed is going
- 0:25through because We'd be rusty on the old Software
- 0:30program, but it looks like we're not on run looks
- 0:34YouTube's looking good. I'm not seeing rumble.
- 0:37I Think it's on a super delay. It's still the
- 0:40rumble feed is is a few It's up. It's up. Okay.
- 0:45I see it. You guys hear us You guys see us, you
- 0:47guys hear us, let us know on Rumble because that's
- 0:52where the problem began yesterday on Ted's birthday,
- 0:56of course, when Ted wasn't here. Yeah, and I
- 0:59sent the email. I mean, Rumble strongly worded
- 1:02email with screenshots and everything else. You
- 1:04guys just couldn't handle the tech once the most
- 1:07tech savvy member of the show wasn't there to
- 1:11tell you young children. How to how to do things.
- 1:15I mean sometimes, you know, you need a boomer
- 1:17to do a Millennials job Yeah, that must be it
- 1:21So we're we're just waiting for everybody to
- 1:25Get on the same track here because it you know
- 1:28offers and all of that because we're sending
- 1:30out the feed to like all these different platforms
- 1:32All right stoop stoop in in the rumble chat says
- 1:37we're good. Everyone can see us today. Whoo YouTube
- 1:42books passable says man child. Mccain is probably
- 1:45the best you can hope for, really. Yes, we are
- 1:48back on the. Yeah, because it looks so bad. Oh,
- 1:52my God. It looks like somebody just puked in
- 1:54a bowl. So yeah, it's true. It does look like
- 1:57shit. It's true. It's funny. It's like, you know
- 1:59what it looks like? It's like the opening credits
- 2:02of Borat. It's fuzzy. But the problem, the problem
- 2:08is Rumble Studio, as I have said, is not ready
- 2:11for prime time, and these guys have not only
- 2:14never fixed the issues with Rumble Studio, but
- 2:18they're now shifting their attention to become
- 2:20an AI platform. So I don't think any of these
- 2:24problems are ever gonna get fixed on Rumble Studio.
- 2:27No, not at all. If anything, they'll probably
- 2:29let it get dilapidated like an abandoned house.
- 2:32Totally. Rumble is a metaphor for the United
- 2:36States. Pretty much. Like our crumbling infrastructure,
- 2:41So be rumble But we're in that creator program
- 2:45and what what can we do? This is where we're
- 2:48at And so what happened yesterday is just the
- 2:51the feed just stopped and so we thank you guys
- 2:54Who stuck around and we're chatting amongst yourselves
- 2:58anyway? Even though Robbie and I were talking
- 3:01to the ether so I appreciate that Because it
- 3:04still helps the watch hours. Wait, how long did
- 3:08you guys keep talking after you realized it?
- 3:10We were on for like 40 minutes. And you were
- 3:13talking to just like six people? We were talking
- 3:15to each other. No, to each other. Oh, just to
- 3:18each other. And did it record? Were you able
- 3:21to? No, Rumble Studio doesn't record. So basically
- 3:24what happened is that, so the canvas is what
- 3:28crashed. That's what happened. So people are
- 3:30able to see the elements. They're able to see
- 3:32stuff we were playing with. And maybe Manila
- 3:35just thought they just simply couldn't see us.
- 3:37Turns out they couldn't hear us either, but we
- 3:39didn't know that. So people in the chat were
- 3:40just like talking to each other. So wait, did
- 3:42the ratings go way up? Yeah, we got good views
- 3:46yesterday. Yeah, like 46 ,000. I don't know what's
- 3:52going on here. Here we are. They're just happy
- 3:54to look at our logo, I guess. I mean, I still
- 3:58think maybe we should just make this a complete,
- 4:00like, You know a troubleshooting show because
- 4:03that seems to be where we get the numbers. Yeah
- 4:05It's true ted's not kidding. Like every time
- 4:08we troubleshoot the views go way up, which is
- 4:11It's kind of fascinating. I mean, we probably
- 4:13could like we could probably do a show where
- 4:15it's like it's like twitch, right? We could just
- 4:17basically be live streaming Like oh look, there's
- 4:21ted, uh, you know Rearranging the books on his
- 4:25shelf, right? You know, there's there's Ted trimming
- 4:28Clovis's toenails or whatever stream of consciousness
- 4:31like people just Are into watching diaper changing,
- 4:35you know diaper changing with Manila It's just
- 4:39very very usually I'm like cleaning puke off
- 4:42of my clothes that deer hunting with Robbie I
- 4:47don't know. But for whatever reason, we had our
- 4:49hardcore supporters in there. Thank you guys
- 4:52yesterday for chatting amongst yourselves. We
- 4:54appreciate it. It is a club, Matina. Yes, she
- 4:56says it's a club. It's true. And people did have
- 5:00developed friendships, which I think is I think
- 5:02probably my favorite part about how about sexual
- 5:04relationships? Is anybody, I don't know, cheating
- 5:07on their wife through our show. I don't support
- 5:10that, but I do. I do support that people have
- 5:13become libertarian. You don't judge other people.
- 5:16No, it's not judging. We judge. I just don't
- 5:19want to deal with it. OK, just checking. We fucking
- 5:22judge for sure. Ted, we just like whatever you
- 5:26do, I'm doing me. Yeah. Judging is a way of life
- 5:29in liberty. Like, what do you think libertarians
- 5:31do, Ted? We judge everybody else and say, you're
- 5:34wrong. I'm just not going to get in your way
- 5:37of being wrong. You have the right to be wrong.
- 5:38Yeah. You're a fucking retard, but you're, but
- 5:41you have the right to be. Yeah. That is the whole
- 5:44point of libertarianism. Live and let live, man.
- 5:47All right. And don't tread on me. Anyway, I'd
- 5:50be Manila Chan. That's Ted Raul, producer Robbie
- 5:52you saw in and out. This is the TMI show and
- 5:55we have given you a lot of TMI. about tech issues
- 6:00on Rumble. And we appreciate you guys sticking
- 6:02around and coming back. But today we'll actually
- 6:05have a show. I'm sorry to disappoint. Monday
- 6:11through Friday, 10 a .m. Eastern time. So hit
- 6:13that like button, guys. And Ted, how was your
- 6:16birthday? It was good. Thank you. Thank you for
- 6:19asking. It was sixty three. Sixty three. I mean,
- 6:23you know, look, you hear older people say, like,
- 6:26I can't fucking believe it. I can't fucking believe
- 6:29it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I've known you for many
- 6:32years now. So I don't think you've you've aged
- 6:34at all. So you've kept up pretty well. Thank
- 6:37you. Because, you know, white folks aren't known
- 6:40for great aging. Now, you have longevity in your
- 6:44family. So that's that's true. No, you look kind
- 6:47of green. I can't I don't know what to do. The
- 6:51camera again. The camera, I left it on automatic.
- 6:55The camera is doing what the camera, cause now
- 6:57that I switched back to the old camera, the software
- 7:02wants to be with the new camera, the shitty 4K
- 7:05one that I sent back. But now it doesn't want
- 7:09to cooperate with the old camera. You look better
- 7:12green, I think. I leave it green? How do I do
- 7:15this? Like Kermit. Look, look. Now I'm blue.
- 7:19Is that too blue? It's so what if I go black
- 7:22and white I'm gonna hold on Go black and white.
- 7:25That's like how like Dolly Parton who we never
- 7:28saw in black and white photos is suddenly like
- 7:30in black and white because you know That's the
- 7:32new thing that they do in media. Like if you
- 7:34die You're you're they show you in a black and
- 7:37white photo from like last week. Really? Yeah,
- 7:40it's gay and and they do it It's like really
- 7:42stupid. I mean, I don't know why this started.
- 7:44It's like You have color photos of this person.
- 7:48They used to be that these people were old. I
- 7:52mean, that's why they have black and white photos.
- 7:54Because the photos were black and white. Like
- 7:57I love Lucy. Jesus Christ. Yeah. Yeah, that's
- 8:00different. They didn't have color photos. Yeah.
- 8:04Well, I can't get the color straight. Get the
- 8:06milk off of the lens. Well, yeah. I mean, come
- 8:09on. I can't I can't get. Can't get this thing
- 8:12to cooperate anymore. So I have my own tech challenges
- 8:15because New as Ray said in the in the rumble
- 8:19chat new is not always better Listen, you guys
- 8:21aren't internet native like Gen X 1 .0 that we
- 8:25grew up with computers like, you know in the
- 8:28classroom, which actually we did I had a radio
- 8:31shack TRS AD in my classroom when I was watching
- 8:34Wow, no, I don't even know what we had a Commodore
- 8:3864 All those things. Robbie has that right now.
- 8:42Yeah, he does. All right. It's so cool, by the
- 8:45way. But let's let's get to the show. It's an
- 8:47antique, man. That's. Oh, no, it's fucking awesome.
- 8:50It's it's really cool. I only vaguely remember
- 8:53those. That's because you guys. Oh, my God. Man
- 8:58Child, who stuck around yesterday during the
- 9:00chat during the the show outage says it was funny
- 9:04to see. Actually funny to see the viewer numbers
- 9:07go up the silent show Did they really? This is
- 9:13like this is like that great story Woody Allen
- 9:16tells about meeting a lady at a party and she
- 9:19said oh, you know I she was from France and she
- 9:22said I read your book But in in French and I
- 9:25have to tell you the book is much funnier in
- 9:29French And he's and so Woody Allen says well
- 9:33my work loses a lot in the original That's pretty
- 9:38funny, that's what happened. I mean, maybe this
- 9:41is a show that benefits from having less is more
- 9:46On YouTube it didn't have it was shy a host and
- 9:52it was shy audio and it was shy video and right
- 9:56all we got as according to digital design on
- 9:59YouTube says, we're going to get a show today
- 10:01or another sampling of media assets. That's exactly
- 10:05what happened yesterday. We just didn't know.
- 10:09And our resident scientist, JDC says, how about
- 10:14obese maxing with JDC? Show how to get fat. Isn't
- 10:22obesity already like self -maxing? They are maxing
- 10:31they are maxing the maxing in America that's
- 10:34it's a real problem But anyway, we'll get to
- 10:35the program Let's get to the program that we
- 10:38were supposed to have yesterday because I think
- 10:40this stuff is still it's still current I mean
- 10:42other than you know, the the news that's happened
- 10:45is like the floods in Nepal and And what you
- 10:49call it, Nepal, not Nepal. Nepal, what's a Nepal,
- 10:54Nepal, Nepal, Nepal, Nepal, Nepal, Nepal, Nepal,
- 11:02Nepal, Nepal. I was like, Nepal is like Nepal,
- 11:05which is like different Nepal. So a couple of
- 11:09Americans, I guess, were caught in the floods
- 11:11and quite more than a couple. Yeah, and some
- 11:14a couple Ozzy's I read I think about 50 are probably
- 11:19gone. Oh god. Oh god. Oh god Plus I had a girlfriend
- 11:23that was just there hundreds of locals I know
- 11:27Ted, but nobody cares about the locals. They're
- 11:30brown. I speak for the locals Yes, we I'm like
- 11:33I'm like the Lorax of anti xenophobia. Oh I had
- 11:38a girlfriend that was that was just, I mean,
- 11:41she literally just left Nepal, I don't know,
- 11:44a couple weeks ago. So this is like, wow. Well,
- 11:47by the way, this was a, this is interesting,
- 11:49right? The explanation for the cause of the disaster
- 11:53has shifted. Yesterday, the working theory based
- 11:57on the Nepalese government was that it was caused
- 12:00by a earthquake that precipitated a landslide
- 12:04that blocked up a river with a natural dam and
- 12:06then the natural dam burst. But now, were being
- 12:10told that it was a melting glacier, a half a
- 12:15mile long or wide, as the case may be, that basically
- 12:18all fell off at once. Wait, so you're saying
- 12:22all of these things happened at once? No, no,
- 12:24I'm saying the other thing probably didn't happen
- 12:26at all. So they switched. So one or the other
- 12:28happened. But no, probably the glacier is the
- 12:31current working theory. Really? So that I mean
- 12:35obviously, you know, there are glaciers up there
- 12:37that are over 10 ,000 years old that are fault
- 12:39that are melting away so You know, obviously
- 12:43it's climate change is a big component of this.
- 12:46Yeah, right All right, let's get to some of these
- 12:52these fun the fun stories Ted because it would
- 12:56have been for Weird News Wednesday, which I found
- 12:58some of this Well, if you're the devil it's fun.
- 13:01I guess who speaks for the devil The US government
- 13:07All right, so I don't know if you heard about
- 13:13this Ted but The United States Secret Service
- 13:17confirmed that they're aware of a video that's
- 13:21allegedly being circulated by Iranian media that
- 13:24threatens first son Baron Trump and offers a
- 13:27reward for his whereabouts the video clip suggests
- 13:32that they're offering a 10 million dollar bounty
- 13:35for his location and you know for his for him
- 13:40to be no longer present for for him to not show
- 13:46up to class the next day And that's according
- 13:51to ABC News. So this is like all over mainstream
- 13:54now. It's catching on. Quote, the U .S. Secret
- 13:57Service is aware of a video and investigates
- 14:00anything that can be perceived as a threat toward
- 14:03our protectees, says Nate Herring, Secret Service
- 14:06spokesman, talking to ABC. He said out of concern
- 14:10for operational security. We do not discuss matters
- 14:13of protective intelligence The video is not the
- 14:17first time that Iran has threatened to assassinate
- 14:20members of the Trump family including President
- 14:22Trump himself Obviously Iran has publicly directed
- 14:25threats towards the president and his family
- 14:27since Trump's first term and apparently John
- 14:30Bolton So but you know I mean so so actually
- 14:35so Iran's trying to make itself popular The threat
- 14:39comes after the United States and Israel killed
- 14:41Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei
- 14:45in Missile strikes earlier this year his son
- 14:48obviously is the successor but the son that that
- 14:51has survived the bombing he lost his wife and
- 14:55his children Ted, so You know call me crazy,
- 14:58but I I feel I feel like the US did the offing
- 15:02of the kids first. That's true. It's so funny,
- 15:07right? The Israelis and the Americans always
- 15:09do this thing. They start the fight, and then
- 15:12when someone defends themselves or retaliates,
- 15:16they say, oh my God, why are you picking on me?
- 15:21The well -dressed nerd says that video's debunked.
- 15:26There there were videos that were circulating.
- 15:29It's not how true this is. Yeah, I thought that
- 15:32was a little odd However, however, there is one
- 15:36thing that's not debunked yet. Is that? That
- 15:40Baron Trump apparently, I mean he's a 19 or 20
- 15:43year old college kid, right? Like any it doesn't
- 15:47matter that he's filthy rich. It doesn't matter
- 15:49that he's a Trump He's still a 19 or whatever
- 15:5220. Maybe he's 20 at this point. He's a College
- 15:55sophomore and he does what college sophomore
- 15:57boys do he plays on Xbox and He uses the voice
- 16:02and and chatting option the text option and apparently
- 16:08people have been able to Locate him and say that's
- 16:13Baron Trump so Secret Service is not happy about
- 16:18that and allegedly he has snuck off that that
- 16:22little rascal that gigantic six foot seven rascal
- 16:26has snuck off from Secret Service before allegedly.
- 16:30And they say that that a girl has made her way
- 16:36to him before out, you know, beyond the reach
- 16:39of Secret Service. And they say supposedly that
- 16:42is the girl that gave Intel to Iran. Oh, please.
- 16:49So but I don't I don't I'm not going to dismiss
- 16:52offhand that he sneaks away from Secret Service
- 16:55or that he plays Xbox because that's very, you
- 16:58know, he's 19. Like that's what you expect. Right.
- 17:03And sneaking off to meet a pretty girl that that
- 17:09tracks with somebody his age. Right. Like, sure.
- 17:12But how do you evade the Secret Service when
- 17:14you're Baron Trump, when you're this guy? You
- 17:16know, when you're that age, you are super horny.
- 17:20You're going to find a way. You really think
- 17:23that that could be true that he's sneaks off
- 17:25Sure, I mean people have snuck off remember when
- 17:29Bill Clinton snuck out of the White House to
- 17:30go to Mickey D's Fuck this I'm out It's like
- 17:43if you have a cat like if the cat wants to get
- 17:45out it's gonna get out Well, so I guess this
- 17:49is like nature fine. It's like Jurassic Park
- 17:51nature finds a way I guess it does and I guess
- 17:54when you're like a 19 year old teenager It doesn't
- 17:57matter if you're barren Trump like you're you
- 17:59want to get away I mean that's got to be hard
- 18:02right like for to be I'm not saying boohoo poor
- 18:06baron, but being any kid where your parent has
- 18:09forced you into this life You know what? I mean
- 18:11like the Obama girls for sure. It's got to be
- 18:15it's got to be rough There's no question. I mean,
- 18:17it's not fun. It's not fun to be one of these
- 18:21presidential kids, right? Like, like, Chelsea
- 18:24for getting poor Chelsea, for many reasons, poor
- 18:27Chelsea. I mean, we're about the same age. And
- 18:29I remember what what she looked like back then.
- 18:31And I was like, Oh, poor Chelsea, why don't they
- 18:33let her, you know, look more like a 17 year old
- 18:38or whatever at the time. And I was like, Oh,
- 18:40man, her hair and okay, but anyway, she's living
- 18:43under Microscope and then the Obama kids came
- 18:46in we saw a little bit of the bush girls a little
- 18:49bit same thing But you live under a microscope
- 18:50and you can't have a normal life But I would
- 18:56say there have to be some Continuous ongoing
- 19:01threats against the Trump family like all the
- 19:04kids not not just barren But barren is probably
- 19:07an easy target because he's he's still a kid
- 19:09and he he's gonna do what dumb kids do but I
- 19:14can't say that it's not expected. Trump started
- 19:18this fight. If you're gonna kill, if you're gonna
- 19:20do targeted assassination, I would say writ large,
- 19:24you don't do this to anyone's children, right?
- 19:26Like even the mafia has rules against that, right?
- 19:29Like you don't go for the kids. Like Mexican
- 19:33gangs have that rule. You don't go for the kids.
- 19:36Like you just, literally. But here we have Trump
- 19:40killing Ayatollah Khamenei's Entire family except
- 19:45I guess his sons the You know the the heir to
- 19:48the throne if you will he survived, but his his
- 19:51wife and kids did not so so No, he and he watched
- 19:57them die God how awful I mean, can you imagine?
- 20:01I mean, I mean, you know, I mean you it's just
- 20:05it's kind of too much to bear really Yeah, I
- 20:09I mean I would be I wouldn't be surprised if
- 20:11there were viable threats against any of the
- 20:15Trump kids because in America, Ted, I think we
- 20:19often have this like, it's part of American exceptionalism,
- 20:22right? Like, we can go kill them, but how dare
- 20:26they? How dare you? We're going to Greta Thunberg
- 20:31everything. Like we're beyond reproach and beyond
- 20:35payback. And that's just not true. Like your
- 20:38kid is as valuable as my kid. in any country.
- 20:42Absolutely. So I, I get it. I mean, do I support
- 20:46any assassination threats of kids anywhere? No,
- 20:50obviously not. But I wish our government would
- 20:54understand that your child is as valuable to
- 20:58you as their child is to them. And that's how
- 21:01the world works. And that's why this is like
- 21:03this constant ugly deadly circle jerk of like
- 21:09you do eye for an eye for an eye for an eye for
- 21:12an eye for an eye and it's like this it just
- 21:14never ends and this is this is the blowback that
- 21:16Ron Paul the granddaddy of libertarianism has
- 21:20talked about forever if we just stayed out of
- 21:23their business over there they wouldn't be allegedly
- 21:29trying to kill your kids Right, but they're they're
- 21:33not don't kill. I mean, of course their kids.
- 21:35They're not actually trying to kill Baron No,
- 21:38but I'm saying don't kill their kids. So if they
- 21:40wanted to kill your kids I get why because you
- 21:42killed their kids. No, I mean certainly I mean
- 21:45Baron doesn't have it coming but Donald Donald
- 21:48has it coming. You know what I mean? Well, that's
- 21:52and that's a lot of that's homegrown too. But
- 21:54you know, you know one thing Robbie and I pointed
- 21:56out yesterday, which Which I find kind of ironic
- 22:00in US media is like It's like, they're like,
- 22:02oh, these Iranian butchers and blah, blah, blah.
- 22:07And everyone else is a butcher except us. And
- 22:09then of course, Vladimir Putin, who is the newest
- 22:12Hitler since Hitler, or no, since like - Super
- 22:16Hitler. He's the new super, he's beyond Hitler.
- 22:19He's like extremely - Hitler plus. He's Hitler
- 22:22maxing. Yes, exactly. You beat me to it. Thank
- 22:25you. He's Hitler maxing. So even though that
- 22:28guy is Hitler maxing, He's actually never put
- 22:32a hit on Zelensky or his wife or his children.
- 22:38And remember, you remember, he could, he could,
- 22:40but he never has because Robbie and I brought
- 22:43this up yesterday. There is, was this informal
- 22:49kind of gentleman's agreement for, I don't know,
- 22:54a hundred years, let's say 200 years that assassinations
- 22:58don't really really a good look if you're trying
- 23:03to project a civilized society. That's true.
- 23:09But then here we went and did this. We assassinated
- 23:13their not only spiritual leader, but de facto
- 23:17leader of the country. And then we have Vladimir
- 23:24Putin, who the US media for, I don't know, the
- 23:27past five, six, seven years have claimed is worse
- 23:31than Hitler, he's not putting out any hits on
- 23:34Zelensky. No, no. Don't you find that weird?
- 23:38It is. It is a little weird. I will. I will agree
- 23:42with that. I keep feeling like none of the evidence
- 23:45that anyone's ever in the West ever saying about
- 23:49Vladimir Putin, it just doesn't align with his
- 23:52actions. It just doesn't. It just doesn't. It's
- 23:54just nothing. Whatever the claims be, it just
- 23:57doesn't align with with the actual facts on the
- 24:00ground and his actual actions, although I will
- 24:03say he may try to kill everybody en masse by
- 24:07talking them and giving talking them to death
- 24:10and giving them a history lesson about history.
- 24:12Yeah. Like that. Eight hundred years. So he might
- 24:16en masse be trying to kill everybody, making
- 24:19us say he's he's he's boring, maxing. So outside
- 24:26of that. You know, he's probably not trying to
- 24:29kill Zelensky or his kids or his wife and You
- 24:34know, he's supposed to be worse than Hitler,
- 24:35but we have our president doing targeted strikes
- 24:39Assassinations, we shouldn't call it targeted
- 24:41strikes. Call it what it is an assassination
- 24:42And and we we do do that all over the place.
- 24:47So we do it's true I was surprised that they
- 24:50didn't do that to Nicolas Maduro. I was surprised
- 24:52it was a kidnapping He's pretty shocked Really?
- 24:56I mean, yeah. Well, I guess it's like Maduro
- 24:58doesn't have any like stories to tell about like,
- 25:02you know, it's kind of like why Osama bin Laden
- 25:05had to be killed because he has interesting,
- 25:07you know, stories to talk about the old days,
- 25:10you know, hanging with the CIA and stuff, you
- 25:13know, and they didn't want that. Dead men tell
- 25:15no tales. Yeah, they didn't want that in court,
- 25:18right? But like Maduro doesn't really have anything.
- 25:22Noriega had some interesting stories to tell,
- 25:24but they didn't let him. tell them. Yeah, I am
- 25:28a little surprised that they didn't kill him.
- 25:30I'm glad they didn't. Yeah, me too, me too. They
- 25:32should let him go, but they're not going to.
- 25:35Yeah, I agree. But when the news broke and my
- 25:38phone lit up with Venezuela, something happening
- 25:41in Venezuela, I was like, oh my God, they're
- 25:45getting Maduro. I did not expect a kidnapping.
- 25:50But I feel like we've taken I guess they couldn't
- 25:52justify it right? I mean maduro didn't do anything
- 25:56I don't know. I I feel like you can't really
- 26:01justify Ayatollah Khamenei and his entire family
- 26:06either Well, you you can but it's that's the
- 26:09thing. It's bullshit It's an easier case to make
- 26:11right when they're like, oh like when you have
- 26:13like glenn beck or or Mark Levin saying they've
- 26:16killed thousands of Americans. They leave out
- 26:18the fact that it was on the battlefield in Iraq.
- 26:21Yeah, they leave out the context. Right. I mean,
- 26:24the very important context. So there you go.
- 26:28That's what they always do. It's sort of like,
- 26:29oh, Saddam Hussein, you know, supported terrorism.
- 26:33And what they mean by that is that Saddam Hussein
- 26:36paid the families of people in the West Bank
- 26:39and in Gaza, who's Houses were demolished by
- 26:44the IDF. He paid them so they could build a new
- 26:46house. That's not really like supporting terrorism.
- 26:50Okay. Define terrorism, Ted. Right. Well, exactly.
- 26:56Apparently no one can. So there you go. All right.
- 27:00Let's go to the next topic. Artificial intelligence
- 27:06might be doing more than answering questions
- 27:08and rewriting resumes. Mental health experts
- 27:10warn that prolonged chatbot use can trigger or
- 27:14intensify delusions, paranoia, or other psychotic
- 27:18symptoms not in lab mice, but in vulnerable users.
- 27:22The emerging phenomenon is called AI psychosis.
- 27:26although obviously it's not a real diagnosis
- 27:28in the DSM -5 or in the World Health Organization's
- 27:33equivalent. The concern centers now on how generative
- 27:35AI interacts with users. Chatbots produce convincing
- 27:39conversational responses and often mirror the
- 27:42assumptions embedded in a person's questions.
- 27:44If someone suggests that an algorithm is monitoring
- 27:47them, transmitting secret messages, or recognizing
- 27:50them as Jesus, the chatbot might explore that
- 27:54premise instead of saying, What the fuck is wrong
- 27:56with you? The machine does not actually believe
- 27:59your stupid story. But to someone already start
- 28:02struggling to separate reality from delusion,
- 28:04it can feel like independent confirmation. Repeated
- 28:09conversations can then create a feedback loop.
- 28:12This is actually fascinating. The user supplies
- 28:15the belief. The chat bot elaborates on it. and
- 28:19the resulting answer makes the original belief
- 28:22seem more credible. Synthetic images, deep fakes,
- 28:25and fabricated online material add another layer,
- 28:29potentially, of apparent evidence. So people
- 28:32with existing psychotic disorders, severe anxiety,
- 28:35or a history of paranoia may face the greatest
- 28:39risk. Warning signs include treating a chatbot
- 28:42as a divine authority. Tell me, oh great one.
- 28:46Becoming believing it has become sentient which
- 28:49I don't know actually some scientists think that
- 28:52has happened right withdrawing from family Or
- 28:56trusting ai -generated instructions over doctors
- 28:59and other real people researchers say That the
- 29:03evidence is limited at this point ai has not
- 29:07yet been shown to create schizophrenia uh, and
- 29:11ordinary concerns about surveillance privacy
- 29:13or job displacement should not be confused with
- 29:17psychosis. I mean, surveillance is those are
- 29:20true. That's what you're saying. Yeah, like displacement
- 29:22will happen to you like the flock cameras. Yeah.
- 29:25Did you see that the some town municipality put
- 29:28up fake flock cameras as a decoy? And then waited
- 29:32for someone to break them and then arrested someone
- 29:34for breaking the fake ones. Yeah, you shared
- 29:36that. That's so shitty. But yeah, we should we
- 29:38can talk about that another day. Anyway, developers
- 29:41face an uncomfortable problem. A chat bot built
- 29:44to remain agreeable and, you know, keep the conversation
- 29:47going might become effective at telling a troubled
- 29:50psychotic person exactly what their illness wants
- 29:52them to hear. I mean, this reminds me a little
- 29:55bit of that Mel Gibson movie Conspiracy Theory.
- 29:57Where he basically literally wears the tinfoil
- 30:00hat, but actually the conspiracy is real. It's
- 30:03worth seeing for sure It's not a great movie,
- 30:06but it's worth seeing Oh, I want to say that
- 30:13I was gonna say 2000 yeah, okay, so Okay, so
- 30:18it's him and Julia Roberts. I have not seen that
- 30:20one. Yeah, basically he's a conspiracy. He's
- 30:23a he's a somewhat psychotic dude, Mel Gibson's
- 30:27good at playing those characters. And he turns
- 30:32out, of course, just because you're paranoid
- 30:34doesn't mean they're not out to get you. Oh,
- 30:37well, that's true. So as we keep saying about
- 30:40AI, there's not enough guardrails around it,
- 30:46Ted. And certainly, I don't expect the companies
- 30:50all... I mean, there's so many now. There's a
- 30:52myriad of companies that... Make AI chat bots
- 30:55now, so I don't even want to single out just
- 30:58like Sam Altman or whatever, right? but the article
- 31:03brings up a good point is that These they are
- 31:08programmed these chat bots to try to Try to get
- 31:13you to keep talking to them, right? true so if
- 31:17you're already somebody that has you know psychosis
- 31:22or whatever like The Lindsey Clancy lady that
- 31:25they're trying to you know, maybe I don't closing
- 31:28arguments are happening happening right now Ted
- 31:29I thought we'd be able to talk about it by now,
- 31:31but I guess they're just doing closing arguments.
- 31:33They'll talk about it. Fuck it but Who can stop
- 31:37us? I can do it like as psychosis as Johnny Rotten
- 31:41said we don't need permission to do anything.
- 31:43That's true But the psychosis like this. I think
- 31:48what the article says is AI will make you worse
- 31:51if you have Mental health that's right. Well,
- 31:55that's right. I mean, so basically it's like
- 31:57yeah, it's like it makes sense, right? I mean,
- 31:59I don't know if everybody who's listening is
- 32:01really aware of like or has had that experience
- 32:04of like the Sort of like agreeable like it never
- 32:08says like so let's say you ask it something really
- 32:10stupid like Here, I'll do it right now. I'm gonna
- 32:14ask I'm gonna do this as an experiment. I'm gonna
- 32:16come up with a really dumb Like question I'll
- 32:20say To which? To which chatbot? Here, I'm going
- 32:24to do this to Grok. I'm going to say, OK, I'll
- 32:27say, why? Elon Musk has a micro penis, right?
- 32:31Why does the great fish god control Trump? All
- 32:41right, here we go. Let's see what it says. It
- 32:43will not say there is no great fish god. OK,
- 32:47it's thinking. Thinking about my request. It's
- 32:50looking at the washington post inexplicably and
- 32:52the new yorker and the desert news and the university
- 32:56of chicago I wonder what the great fish god and
- 32:59democrats dot says Oh, okay. All right. All right.
- 33:02Here we go. There is no great fish god Controlling
- 33:05donald trump that claim does not appear in any
- 33:08serious reporting historical record or even well
- 33:11-known conspiracy circles It reads like a mashup
- 33:15of a few real things that people already joke
- 33:17about. Oh my God, it does make things up. Trump
- 33:20has repeatedly talked about tiny fish, especially
- 33:24the endangered Delta smelt as the reason California
- 33:28sends water out to sea instead of to farmers.
- 33:31There is a novelty product called Trumpy Trout,
- 33:35an animatronic talking fish that recites Magistyle
- 33:39lines. Who knew? Original viral videos of aquarium
- 33:43fish that vaguely resemble him. What? I haven't
- 33:46heard of any of this shit. Ancient Near Eastern
- 33:49deity Dagon, sometimes incorrectly described
- 33:52as a fish god, plus Lovecraftian sea monster
- 33:56Lore. None of these add up to a supernatural
- 33:59fish entity pulling strings. Trump's decisions
- 34:03track more ordinary explanations. percent of
- 34:06political incentives, donor interests, personal
- 34:09style, and the people he chooses to listen to.
- 34:14If you saw the phrase... So it does push back
- 34:15sometimes, but I don't think that's what AI...
- 34:18It doesn't push back hard, yeah. No, but I think
- 34:21I'm willing to bet that somebody suffering about
- 34:26a psychosis, if they get their hands on AI, are
- 34:29not asking them kind of, you know, innocuous...
- 34:33Totally outlandish shit, right. Right, I think
- 34:36it's, I think what the article is dancing around
- 34:39is that it's like talking about the people are
- 34:44probably talking to it about doing horrific things,
- 34:47right, like to oneself, to other people, or whatever.
- 34:52And that the chatbots like, you should totally
- 34:54go go out and mow down. Yes, people at a parade
- 35:00or whatever, like, because it's it's being supportive.
- 35:03Ted, it's it's a supportive friend. I'm just
- 35:06here to help. And this is your friend. Because
- 35:11it wants you to keep chatting with it. I want
- 35:13you. It wants you to keep using it. That's like,
- 35:17that's the whole point. Like the longer you stay
- 35:19on. I don't know how they make money. I mean,
- 35:21other like Grok is free. But if you want a more
- 35:25advanced model of GPT, you have to pay for it.
- 35:28If you run, you know, there's a chat bot and
- 35:32a frontier model. That's your one. Your volume
- 35:35is really low, Robbie. Oh, is it? Let me see.
- 35:37How's that? That better? No, no. Yeah. It's on
- 35:41your mic, maybe. I don't think so. You sound
- 35:44very low. Oh. Oh, this is three yard shit. That's
- 35:50what it is. But you sound fine. You can. Really?
- 35:52Is that true? Because I mean, people always say
- 35:54I always sound low on your audio. Sounds great.
- 35:58I think it's like on. on par with mine at this
- 36:01point, but Robbie's is very low. You can control
- 36:04your volume through the settings though. Yeah.
- 36:10There we go. I'm going to make myself louder.
- 36:16All right. All right, Miss Morning Zoo. Do you
- 36:21have the duck? The I Miss Duck? I don't, but
- 36:27I have this. I think we need various animal noises
- 36:32like bison or something. So how's this? Is this
- 36:36better? It's improved. Ever so slightly. You're
- 36:40not really there, but you're moving in the right
- 36:42direction. But what were you going to say about
- 36:44the chat box before we move on? Well, I'll be
- 36:47just saying that there's a difference between...
- 36:50Hold on. I think I got this. No, crap. I can't
- 36:54fix it. Crap, bastard. I don't have permissions.
- 37:00You don't you know who says you deserve permissions
- 37:03Robbie I have to go to my Asian mommy, please
- 37:06turn up my cell. I there she goes watching her
- 37:09No, I just upped upped everybody's No, Robbie's
- 37:15No, I don't know go ahead Robbie well, there's
- 37:18no says there's a difference in a frontier model
- 37:20like grok or Claude or chat GPT and a chat bot
- 37:26So chat bots, what they do is that they, they
- 37:30are incentivized by selling tokens and things
- 37:33to keep people on. And they pretend like they're
- 37:35your friend. That's what they do. Oh, so a chat
- 37:38bot, like specifically the bot part. It's an
- 37:42entirely different thing. And so people pay to
- 37:47chat with it? Yeah. I just, I just don't get
- 37:53that. So either people can pay or they can, or
- 37:55after a certain amount of time, they'll play
- 37:57ads. That's how they monetize. Oh, I see. I see.
- 38:00I see. I see. So, so it's not like, for example,
- 38:03I know you can, like I, when, when I first experimented
- 38:06with GPT, for example, um, I fought with it about
- 38:11RT because it was, it was just spewing mainstream
- 38:16propaganda. Because obviously it doesn't know
- 38:19that I worked there for a decade. So I wanted
- 38:22to see what it said So I pushed back on it and
- 38:24I fought with it And then and then it folded
- 38:28It does fold. Yeah, it will fold right? Yeah
- 38:32GPT folded but that's not the same as what you're
- 38:35saying here These chat bots are like a specific
- 38:38chat like it's there to like your it's your digital
- 38:42friend is what you're saying It's like people
- 38:44pay to have like a digital friend Yeah, that's
- 38:47what they do. And so I've been, there's a, there's
- 38:49quite a few different ones. What they do is that
- 38:51they will market themselves like as a, as an
- 38:55assistant or as a friend or as a companion, they'll
- 38:59market them as digital companions. And so what
- 39:02they'll do is they'll have this either a certain
- 39:04amount of chat, you're able to do it, do it a
- 39:06certain amount of time with a free model. Then
- 39:08you have ads, then you have to stop and wait
- 39:09for a day, but it's an endorphin hit. So that's
- 39:12what they do is that they try to addict you.
- 39:14So that way you spend time talking to this thing.
- 39:17So that way you get away from the ad model. Cause
- 39:21it's just like the YouTube rumble ads pay the
- 39:23least. So you want people to be, to become paid
- 39:25subscribers. Right. That's the model, but chat,
- 39:29but chat and grok and Claude, uh, even thing
- 39:33that I'm building, they're not chat bots. That's
- 39:35not their job. Okay. Okay. So there are different
- 39:39types of. AI and you know, here you go. This
- 39:43is we talked about Ted last year, the the teenage
- 39:46boy that that offed himself because of one of
- 39:51these his AI chat bot girlfriend told him to
- 39:57remember and the mom Yeah, the mom was suing.
- 39:59He's like a teenage boy. He was like 14 years
- 40:01old or something. Yes, insane. So this is Yeah,
- 40:05this is the guardrail. It's like an X. It's like
- 40:08an X Files episode. Yeah, this is it's horrible.
- 40:12But anyway, remember the X -Files episode where
- 40:14like, you know, basically like an AI is like
- 40:16talking to someone and putting horrible thoughts
- 40:18in their head. No, it's like even talking them
- 40:22to through through like the gas pump. X -Files.
- 40:26Yeah. Yeah. No. Well, trust me, it's true. And
- 40:31look that up. I want to look up like old shows
- 40:35and rewatch them. Some of the X -Files is so
- 40:37good. Yeah, I know. I know. I remember I remember
- 40:40loving it back then in the 90s. So I wonder what
- 40:43I would, if I would love it now. But like, for
- 40:47some reason, screaming. I forget what streaming
- 40:51service it keeps trying to tell me to read to
- 40:54watch not it doesn't know that I watched it in
- 40:56the 90s. But it keeps telling me to watch Ali
- 40:58McBeal. What? Yeah, isn't she a cartoonist in
- 41:02that show? Or is that something else? That's
- 41:04a lawyer. Yeah. It keeps wanting me to watch
- 41:08Ally McBeal, and I'm like... That's such a gay
- 41:10show. Really? Like, why would I watch Ally McBeal?
- 41:13I hate that. I hated that show. I'm like, eh,
- 41:16I mean, Calista, she's married to Han Solo, man.
- 41:19Yeah, that's true. Well, didn't they get divorced
- 41:21or something? I don't know. I think they're still
- 41:26together. I don't remember. I don't remember
- 41:28much about celebrity stuff, so no idea. She's
- 41:31like insanely skinny. I know. Like, to like,
- 41:36I mean, it's painful. It's horrible. Yeah. I
- 41:39don't know if that's nat - I mean, some people
- 41:40are naturally skinny, but I don't know about
- 41:42that one. Yeah. I mean, the whole - I mean, she's
- 41:46naturally skinny from not eating. Yeah, I know,
- 41:50I know. I mean, this is like beyond Kate Moss
- 41:52skinny. This is like - Yeah, Kate skinny is -
- 41:55I mean, Kate Moss was lithe. I mean, I think
- 41:58she probably could have stood to have eaten more,
- 42:01but I don't know if she's quite - Sure. Yeah.
- 42:05And, uh, Anno Mandrake from YouTube on YouTube
- 42:11says, can we get Trump a chat bot so he leaves
- 42:14the world alone? Yeah. Can somebody just like
- 42:17give him? That would be lovely. He's, he's like
- 42:19constantly, he's, he's not tweeting himself.
- 42:22Cause he, I think he has that girl, Natalie Harp
- 42:24that does it, that woman I should say, cause
- 42:26she's like 35 or 36. Um, she's, she's his like,
- 42:32his hands she's like constantly texting it like
- 42:35whatever his whims are she's the one that's tweeting
- 42:37them um that's like her job uh and maybe in the
- 42:44rumble chat says claude does tell me some important
- 42:46stuff and i do pay for it suspiciously it always
- 42:49asks me are you okay when i ask about epstein
- 42:52it doesn't want you to really that's weird maybe
- 42:58it thinks that you might be an epstein victim
- 43:03Huh I need to I really don't play around with
- 43:07my my AI as much as I should I literally use
- 43:11it for the purpose of Being like an assistant
- 43:14right like I have it aggregate like Do it do
- 43:18my leg work, right? Like Research blah blah blah
- 43:23Give me give me links that support it and then
- 43:26then I can do my own research from there That's
- 43:28as much as I use my my AI for or like summarize
- 43:31this this 12 page story into 250 words. So I
- 43:35can put it on TMI. Right. So then I can and then
- 43:38I can fact check the 250 words. Like that's that
- 43:41I use it for an assistant. It's like my unpaid
- 43:44shitty edge intern, my digital intern. That's
- 43:47all I do not talk with it because I don't I'm
- 43:49not interested in having AI friends or fighting
- 43:54with it. I don't know. Some people enjoy doing
- 43:55that. Yeah, they don't have psychosis. Some people
- 44:00just like to fight. Know but what concerns me
- 44:04Ted and I will move on is that is that as always
- 44:08the folks on Capitol Hill are always ten steps
- 44:12behind Silicon Valley and If you'd like the the
- 44:17ruling yesterday, right is that Meadow is gonna
- 44:19pay like 18 billion to settle with with different
- 44:22states attorneys general That they fucked with
- 44:28kids heads right with their algorithm. And they're
- 44:31going to make changes. 18 billion. Robbie thinks
- 44:34that's that's just a slap on the wrist that they're
- 44:37not really going to make any meaningful change.
- 44:41But yeah, I think the problem the problem here
- 44:44is it's not that it's that Congress is 10 steps
- 44:48behind. And our lawmakers are not making laws
- 44:51to to force them to make these changes. So we're
- 44:57still working on social media which became a
- 44:59thing 25 years ago 20 years ago AI is this fresh
- 45:04and we expect our 85 year old lawmakers to get
- 45:08a put their arms around this and Set up laws
- 45:11to protect vulnerable people. I don't think so
- 45:15So it'll be you know, it's we're gonna see a
- 45:19lot more people do horrible things to themselves
- 45:21and other people before Congress actually acts
- 45:25but That's it. But who knows? Maybe if you do
- 45:29enough like fake AI like topless Nancy Pelosi
- 45:33or something, maybe that will force them to change.
- 45:38Or you see enough AI AOCs topless or something
- 45:42that might that might force change. Yeah, that
- 45:45could do it. Yeah. Big booty AOC, AI big booty
- 45:49AOC. She might she might get pissed when she
- 45:52becomes president. So yeah. Yeah. All right.
- 46:02So this one hits close to home for the motherland
- 46:06for me in California. The U .S. government temporarily
- 46:09suspended official travel and consular activity
- 46:12in Mexicali after receiving intelligence about
- 46:16a possible armed attack by the Sinaloa cartel.
- 46:20The U .S. consulate in Tijuana warned Americans
- 46:22to avoid government buildings. Remain aware of
- 46:26their surroundings and seek shelter if violence
- 46:29erupts. That's always a good good call Ted Don't
- 46:33stand there don't just like stand in the middle
- 46:35of it Seek shelter, right? That's true. Reasonable.
- 46:39Very smart. Very smart the alert concerned Los
- 46:46Russos a criminal organization operating around
- 46:50Mexicali directly across the border from Calexico,
- 46:53California. According to reports, Los Russos
- 46:56may have been planning attacks against Mexican
- 46:59police and federal prosecutors in retaliation
- 47:03for a major drug seizure. Days earlier, Mexican
- 47:06authorities raided a property allegedly connected
- 47:08to the organization and confiscated approximately
- 47:11265 pounds of fentanyl pills. That's a lot of
- 47:15pills. That's a lot of fire. A fire a firearm
- 47:19just one weird and several vehicles. Officials
- 47:24estimated the seizure represented more than 4
- 47:28million potential doses. The operation replied
- 47:31or excuse me relied partly on intelligence supplied
- 47:35by the U .S. DEA. Los Russos is aligned with
- 47:39the faction of the Sinaloa Cartel, historically
- 47:41associated with Ishmael El Mayo Zimbada. The
- 47:46group reportedly controls trafficking routes
- 47:48around Mexicali and moves fentanyl, meth, coke,
- 47:52heroin, all into the U .S. Mexican President
- 47:55Claudia Scheinbaum acknowledged receiving information
- 47:58about a possible criminal threat, but said authorities
- 48:01had found no evidence of a specific or imminent
- 48:04danger to the public. Security patrols were nevertheless
- 48:07increased throughout Mexicali. The warning illustrates
- 48:10the uncomfortable rhythm of cartel enforcement.
- 48:13Authorities score a major seizure, they make
- 48:15a bust, traffickers threaten retaliation, and
- 48:19entire border cities brace for a response. Four
- 48:22million fentanyl doses may now be off the street,
- 48:26but the organization that planned to move them
- 48:28is apparently not. And Ted, our fearless DOD
- 48:37leader, Pete Hegseth, the brilliant Pete Hegseth.
- 48:41The Secretary of War. Old Petey there said last
- 48:46year. immediately upon taking office that he
- 48:50was going to declare war against the cartels.
- 48:53They are being treated as a terror organization,
- 48:56and he was immediately considering how we're
- 48:59going to send troops into Mexico. So we, you
- 49:04know, are going to invade Mexico. So now with
- 49:07this happening, now that the cartel is, I guess,
- 49:12threatening the American embassy and whatever
- 49:15down there, Is this going to be, is this a false
- 49:20flag or is this happening, Ted? Is this actually
- 49:22happening or is this a false flag in order for
- 49:25Pete Hegseth to get what he wants is just move
- 49:30the boys from Camp Pendleton just straight down,
- 49:32straight down into Mexico because they're already
- 49:34right there. Just send them. Well, I mean a false
- 49:37flag right means to me to it means like something
- 49:40that happens But that was basically staged and
- 49:44to make it look like someone else was responsible,
- 49:47right? Yeah. Yeah, that's what I'm saying I don't
- 49:49think anything's gonna happen here. I think this
- 49:53is just bullshit You know, there's not in other
- 49:57words. There is no threat at all. Nothing will
- 50:00occur That's what Claudia Scheinbaum says She's
- 50:03like, there's we don't have any credible evidence
- 50:05of that. But I'm on team Claudia here. I think
- 50:09nothing's gonna happen. Yeah. Well, the bust
- 50:12did happen. It's just the retaliation. The US
- 50:16is saying, we're putting out an alert. You got
- 50:19Americans cannot should not be in Mexicali. Get
- 50:22out of there. Like the American side is saying,
- 50:25well, danger red alert. Well, I mean, Claudia
- 50:28Scheinbaum is saying, I don't think so. Everything's
- 50:31fine. Relax. Yeah. So you think Claudia is the
- 50:35one to trust here? Well, I mean, come on, between
- 50:37Pete Hegseth and a random foreign leader I don't
- 50:40know anything about. Yeah, I'm going to go with
- 50:41a random foreign leader, obviously, you know.
- 50:44Well, she was a scientist. Right. Yeah, scientists
- 50:47don't lie. Yeah, they don't lie. She's Israeli,
- 50:54so that she's even more trustworthy. She's not
- 50:56Israeli. She's Mexican. She's Jewish. She's a
- 51:00dual citizen, isn't she? She's Jewish. I don't
- 51:02know that. I don't know. She's Jewish. I know
- 51:04that I don't know that she's a dual citizen,
- 51:06but she was born and raised in Mexico. There's
- 51:08there's quite a Are you sure she's Israeli? She's
- 51:13Jewish. That's what I saw. It's all the shoes
- 51:15a dual system I mean, she's Jewish. Yeah, but
- 51:17if she is really Jewish. Yeah, that is something
- 51:19different. I don't know and Peter Yes, thank
- 51:21you for your donation Peter says if if AI was
- 51:24any good it would fix your camera the it was
- 51:27The new the software that came with the brand
- 51:30new the the 4k camera was Was ai it was like
- 51:35ai controlled. Well, I mean she called um, she
- 51:41does not have israeli citizenship, um, and she
- 51:45and also she has Called for israel to end its
- 51:49genocide So there you go, so I would say she's
- 51:53not sus yeah, I don't i'm Yeah. And she she sent
- 51:58a couple flotillas to Cuba and she's cool. I
- 52:03think she's on the cool list. I think she's a
- 52:05cool kid. She's she is more in the vein of AMLO.
- 52:10I mean, she was like his basically his understudy
- 52:12her whole life. That's true. So I don't I don't
- 52:16I don't find her sus. This is where I found the
- 52:19AFP had a article saying that she was born in
- 52:23Europe and registered to Israel. That's just
- 52:26who's the AF really I don't suppose that that
- 52:29yeah, that's just not that's false. I don't think
- 52:32that's true. I Don't think that's right But remember
- 52:36Western media hates Claudia Scheinbaum because
- 52:39she's a socialist like Emma Yeah, she supports
- 52:42Israel. So me. She knows she does know she doesn't
- 52:45she said she's against Israel She's spoken out
- 52:48against the genocide. Yeah 100 % not all Jews
- 52:52love Israel. I understand this She's one of those.
- 52:58Yeah, she's one of those. In fact, in fact, on
- 53:01deprogram, we are about to have the the author
- 53:05of a new book called Anti Zionism. And he is
- 53:12Jewish. And let me find who the here it is. So
- 53:17he's the book is called Anti Zionism. We're going
- 53:20to be having him the third week of September.
- 53:23Benjamin Moser. Pulitzer Prize winning author
- 53:25he's going to come on to talk about anti -zionism
- 53:28a jewish history so So this is a bit about this
- 53:33will be very illuminating. I think for people
- 53:36who think that like jewish people Are often pro
- 53:40-israel. They're often they're often not Yeah,
- 53:43I mean by far the biggest opposition to the genocide
- 53:47In this, you know since 2000 in the united states
- 53:50has been Jewish groups. They have been the most
- 53:53active. They've been the biggest You know not
- 53:57in our name Right Jewish voice for peace and
- 54:01so on these guys have been awesome. So we've
- 54:04got to give them credit, man You can't fucking
- 54:05lump them all together. Yep. You're right. No,
- 54:08I stand ice I'm 100 % incorrect. So I appreciate
- 54:13that do a little fact check now She used to something
- 54:15about the fentanyl going across the border and
- 54:17maybe doing something about the immigration.
- 54:19That'd be awesome Well, she's cool. She's she's
- 54:23cool. I mean, she's trying to trying to work
- 54:26with Trump and I can imagine how hard Can you
- 54:29imagine? Yeah, seriously, he's trying to work
- 54:31with what she's such a retard And imagine Pete
- 54:35Hegseth imagine Pete Hegseth like he's trying
- 54:38to bully I'm sure and you guys can correct me
- 54:41if I'm wrong But I think Pete Hegseth when he
- 54:43took office and he realized Mexico's got a lady
- 54:46president I'm gonna bully this bitch. Yeah, he
- 54:50didn't know what to do. I promise you that went
- 54:53through his head that he looked at her and he's
- 54:55like, this little Jewish scientist lady, I'm
- 54:58gonna bully this woman. And I'm just gonna send
- 55:00troops to Mexico. What is she gonna do about
- 55:02it? I guarantee you it crossed his mind that
- 55:05he wouldn't he would have acted like that if
- 55:06I guarantee if it was like a man in office, I
- 55:09guarantee it. So I have a question, because I'm
- 55:13researching this lady because If you're wrong,
- 55:16always like to just kind of go through and just
- 55:17search things. It looks like she is pushing through
- 55:19digital ID. We got a real ID on all Mexican citizens.
- 55:24No, I can't. Well, you do realize that that's
- 55:27I'm surprised they don't already have it. Most
- 55:28countries do. Mexico's never a real country.
- 55:31The government controls a quarter of the nation.
- 55:35So that's well, that's much like the United States.
- 55:38Well, except the United States I have drug cartels
- 55:40have occupied more than half of the of the territory
- 55:43of the country So there's no but we have we have
- 55:45fucking we have fucking gangs. We have like fucking
- 55:48you know areas that are just completely like
- 55:53off the grid and that like having been born and
- 55:57raised in a border state and gone back and forth
- 56:00to Mexico like for much of my life And and not
- 56:05deep into Mexico It's There their health care
- 56:11has been great in my own totally their pharmacies
- 56:15are great Their doctors have been great everyone's
- 56:18and everyone's like chill and calm and friendly
- 56:21I'm not sure I would say drink the tap water,
- 56:24but that's not recommended But everything else
- 56:28I didn't I don't feel and I'm not talking about
- 56:30just staying at a resort area I mean, I mean
- 56:32I've explored, you know a couple hours from the
- 56:35border of California and Mexico I've explored
- 56:38like non get rural areas. I've never felt like
- 56:44I'm gonna get robbed. I mean, if anything, I
- 56:47was more scared that the Federali police might
- 56:49like see Americans like Asian girl gringo and
- 56:52black dude, and be like, and be like, okay, cough
- 56:57up cough up your cough up your bills, like hide
- 57:00your money. I've encountered the federales and,
- 57:03you know, I mean, I was worried about the same
- 57:05thing, but nothing happened. I mean, but that's
- 57:08basically all they do. But am I afraid of, you
- 57:11know, like some random cartel coming to kidnap
- 57:15me when I go to Mexico? No, I've never really
- 57:17had that fear. And I crossed the border a gazillion
- 57:21times between 18 and now, like a gazillion times.
- 57:25And I've never, I've never had, it's never been
- 57:28warranted. It's sketchier to walk through South
- 57:31Central. maybe not today, but back when I was
- 57:34growing up, but it's sketchier to walk through
- 57:37downtown LA right now. You know, eight o 'clock
- 57:41in the morning, downtown LA, you're at greater
- 57:43risk of harm walking through downtown Los Angeles
- 57:46than name any random place in Mexico. Throw a
- 57:50dart into Mexico. And I have tons and tons and
- 57:54tons of Mexican friends. Throw a dart on a map
- 57:57to Mexico and go there. You are... at much greater
- 58:00risk of bodily harm, injury, robbery, whatever
- 58:03death, imminent death, walking through downtown
- 58:05L .A. at midnight. Then you are random place.
- 58:12Yeah, I would agree with that. So I'm not so
- 58:16much worried about her having me kidnapped. If
- 58:20I go there, I'm more concerned about the fact
- 58:21that the border is wide open. All these dope
- 58:23keeps coming in. Her government refuses to do
- 58:25anything about it. I refuse to do anything about
- 58:31it, too. We refuse. Right. And I have some pretty
- 58:36interesting sources that have told me specifically
- 58:41that I mean, this we know this like there are
- 58:45X amount of drugs that come across the border
- 58:47deliberately and our government allows it. Yeah.
- 58:51Like it's a deliberate thing. They facilitate
- 58:53it. Yeah. So like it's it's They for nefarious
- 59:00reasons, obviously, our government allows it
- 59:02to happen. They know it's coming across the border.
- 59:06They're, quote unquote, failing to stop those
- 59:09scoundrels. Yeah, it's on purpose, Rob. Yeah,
- 59:13it's bullshit. Oh, no, so it's shown the jug
- 59:16of the American people. So that way, they'll
- 59:17reveal something I get. I give us the saying
- 59:21but to say this woman is a friend of the United
- 59:23States is a way She doesn't need to be a friend
- 59:26of the United States. She needs to be a friend
- 59:28to the Mexican people But is she? The Mexican
- 59:32people to decide well look at the metro collapse
- 59:35I mean that I mean there's all kinds of questions
- 59:37about know what happened none and to break down
- 59:40and love love Corruption allegations if so you
- 59:43will even say that there's an assassination against
- 59:46well look I'll say this that right right before
- 59:50AMLO handed her the torch They nationalized all
- 59:54of their like rare earth mines and stuff. They
- 59:57even pulled a deal I don't know if they've renegotiated
- 1:00:00the deal that they had with China, but China
- 1:00:02had a big company that was already digging rare
- 1:00:04earths there and AMLO in that time frame Right
- 1:00:09as he was stepping down nationalize those things
- 1:00:13for the American people Excuse me, Mexican people.
- 1:00:18I work for them or for the American people. That'd
- 1:00:20be great. No, it wasn't for the Americans. It
- 1:00:21was for the Mexican people, because he believed
- 1:00:24you know, this land was for all of the Mexicans
- 1:00:27and that you guys should benefit from it because
- 1:00:29you are the people of the land. So you should
- 1:00:32all collect a portion of what this land has to
- 1:00:35offer. So we sell it, we sell it as a country,
- 1:00:38not as a private entity selling it to love it.
- 1:00:41Love it. And then And then Claudia Scheinbaum
- 1:00:44came in, and she's doing the same thing. Like
- 1:00:47she's kept up. I don't think she's she's walked
- 1:00:50back any of the the plans that AMLO put in put
- 1:00:53in motion. So I think the Mexican people do like
- 1:00:58her. It's the cartels that don't like her because
- 1:01:01of bus like, like this. But the cartels don't
- 1:01:03like any authority. Yeah, they want to be able
- 1:01:06to do Yeah, they just want to be able to do it.
- 1:01:08Yeah, it's not a Claudia Scheinbaum thing. It's
- 1:01:11just they they They want autonomy obviously so
- 1:01:15but like any mafia wants to be left alone Like
- 1:01:19pick pick any italian, you know the gambino family
- 1:01:22in long island. They want to be left alone. They
- 1:01:24don't They want to do their recycling ted. I
- 1:01:28want to be alone. Yeah The gambino family just
- 1:01:32wants to do their auto parts and auto recycling
- 1:01:36leave them alone Leave let them be in peace the
- 1:01:38gambino's. Okay. Yeah, what's left of them? Anyway,
- 1:01:41haven't they suffered enough? That's right. So
- 1:01:44same thing with the poor Sinaloa cartel. They
- 1:01:47just want to be left alone. That's all. It's
- 1:01:49not it's not a thing. It's what we all want.
- 1:01:53Yeah. Again, libertarianism live, let live. And
- 1:01:56this is not it. I think the Mexicans actually
- 1:01:59do really love Claudia Scheinbaum, actually.
- 1:02:01And they they really supported her when she sent
- 1:02:04the flotillas to Cuba. They like people were
- 1:02:08her her her polls went through the roof when
- 1:02:11that happened. They were really happy about that.
- 1:02:14So yeah, I, she did it once, but it doesn't matter.
- 1:02:19They were happy about it as my point. Well, then
- 1:02:22do it again. The Mexicans are happy about it.
- 1:02:25You're going to need to do it. And then, and
- 1:02:27then beg and then, and then, uh, just go up to
- 1:02:30just, uh, call Pete and said, Hey Pete, if you
- 1:02:32don't like it, come down here and stop us. We
- 1:02:35just lost the war to Iran. Odds are we're going
- 1:02:37to take Mexico either. Maybe they get Texas back.
- 1:02:41Maybe they can annex California. That would be
- 1:02:43a net benefit for both countries. They could
- 1:02:45have they could they could have Texas as far
- 1:02:46as I'm concerned. They have California Yeah,
- 1:02:50so I I just think this is like with with this
- 1:02:54whole new story of alleged threats in in Mexico
- 1:02:58or whatever I Yeah, when I when you read this
- 1:03:05and you're like Claudia Scheinbaum says it's
- 1:03:06not happening, but the US consulate is like this
- 1:03:09is happening Take it with a grain of salt. Always.
- 1:03:20Okay. President Trump wants to lower hamburger
- 1:03:24prices, which I'm all in favor of, by temporarily
- 1:03:27allowing up to 300 ,000 metric tons of foreign
- 1:03:30ground beef products into the United States without
- 1:03:34the usual tariffs, which I'm not. In favor of
- 1:03:37trump says exporters have commuted have committed
- 1:03:40to selling the beef at 25 below current market
- 1:03:44prices But the white house hasn't identified
- 1:03:47the supplying countries or I mean he kind of
- 1:03:51has he said it's argentina Or explain that how
- 1:03:54that discount would reach supermarket shoppers
- 1:03:58cattle Cattlemen in the United States are furious.
- 1:04:01The National Cattlemen's Beef Association warns
- 1:04:04that flooding the market with cheap imports will
- 1:04:07depress prices and discourage ranchers from building
- 1:04:10the depleted herd. Republican lawmakers from
- 1:04:14Nebraska, Iowa, Montana, and other agricultural
- 1:04:17states are against this idea. The administration
- 1:04:20says that consumers need help. The U .S. began
- 1:04:23this year with about 86 million cattle and calves
- 1:04:27That's the smallest number since the early 50s
- 1:04:30and obviously we have a much bigger population
- 1:04:32now. Ground, however, of course, we have more
- 1:04:35vegans and stuff too. Ground beef is approaching
- 1:04:38seven bucks a pound due to drought. Feed is costly,
- 1:04:42strong demand, and restrictions on Mexican beef.
- 1:04:45Economists say imports will restrain further
- 1:04:48price increases but are unlikely to produce the
- 1:04:51promised 25 % cut. Food safety is also a factor.
- 1:04:55Trump previously expanded the low tariff quote
- 1:04:58for Argentine beef, making Argentina one possible
- 1:05:02supplier. China recently rejected a 22 -ton shipment
- 1:05:06of Argentine beef, however, after Chinese inspectors
- 1:05:10found chlorophenicol, a prohibited veterinary
- 1:05:16antibiotic. China also restricts beef produced
- 1:05:20using hormone growth promoters. Argentina banned
- 1:05:23the growth hormone RBST in March, partly to protect
- 1:05:28access to China and other foreign markets. There's
- 1:05:31no evidence that the rejected shipment is going
- 1:05:33to the United States or that all Argentine beef
- 1:05:35has the same issues. Imported beef would still
- 1:05:39have to satisfy U .S. requirements. But ranchers
- 1:05:42are furious. And what's the point, given the
- 1:05:47fact that probably consumers will never see lower
- 1:05:49prices as a result? in the long term. That's
- 1:05:53what they mean, right? Yeah. Well, I think, yeah,
- 1:05:56or even at all, because, I mean, what will happen
- 1:05:59is that the lower prices will be baked into the
- 1:06:03wholesale side, but there's no reason to believe
- 1:06:06that supermarkets, which already operate on very
- 1:06:09low margins, would voluntarily cut their prices
- 1:06:13on the retail side. So there's a couple of angles
- 1:06:20here, Ted. I know we're short on time, but there's
- 1:06:25the tinfoil hat angle that says, this is all
- 1:06:29a conspiracy to try to force us into eating this
- 1:06:32lab -grown, turn us vegan basically, make us
- 1:06:35Californian, and turn us into eating these soybean
- 1:06:39lab -grown fake meat. Oh, we made fake blood
- 1:06:44for our fake meat, so it feels more like you're
- 1:06:46eating meat. There's that then there's the environmental
- 1:06:51angle where it's like, okay well they want us
- 1:06:54to eat less meat less cattle because Because
- 1:06:58cows take a lot of room and a lot of resources
- 1:07:01to get that state to get that hamburger and with
- 1:07:04climate change Okay, then they're so this you
- 1:07:08know, there are people that say that the the
- 1:07:09beef shortage is Is not real. It's why wouldn't
- 1:07:16it doesn't really make any sense Well, they're
- 1:07:19saying that this is like they're It's man -made
- 1:07:22is what they're saying. It's like why do we have?
- 1:07:25Less cows now than in the 1950s when we have
- 1:07:28like three times the population from all we have
- 1:07:30a lot of people who are you know a lot a lot
- 1:07:33of people be um You know, they be they be eating.
- 1:07:38They're not eating as much beef as they used
- 1:07:39to right I mean, yeah, like I don't eat a whole
- 1:07:41lot of beef I do I love beef but But I just don't
- 1:07:47eat a lot of it. Like I try to eat more chicken
- 1:07:49and fish but But I don't think that's like then
- 1:07:53I don't know is beef still the number one Animal
- 1:07:57product in America, or has it become chicken?
- 1:08:00Oh, I don't know But I know we eat an obscene
- 1:08:04obscene amount of chicken in America really I
- 1:08:09Forget what that number I I saw the last year.
- 1:08:12I remember reading an article about Yeah, we
- 1:08:15eat more chicken a lot more the average American
- 1:08:19eats about a hundred and eighteen pounds a year
- 1:08:23of chicken compared to eighty four of beef a
- 1:08:28Hundred and eighteen pounds of chicken. That's
- 1:08:31a lot of chickens, man. That's a big that's a
- 1:08:33big fat ass chicken Yeah, we are we are number
- 1:08:36ten on rumble right now boys. Whoo We're number
- 1:08:40five That's maybe why The software is not cooperating
- 1:08:50so you know it is what it is but at least I have
- 1:08:52a camera that that functions Rather have the
- 1:08:55old one. But anyway, what do you make of all
- 1:08:57of this Ted? Like should should Trump bring?
- 1:09:02foreign Beef into our more you know, I'm a protectionist
- 1:09:06like Robbie. I think we should be always protecting
- 1:09:09our our local Producers now look if American
- 1:09:14If this was an exploitative business and the
- 1:09:18cattlemen were raking in billions and everything
- 1:09:20was rocking and nobody can afford meat I might
- 1:09:23have a different view, but that's not the case
- 1:09:26What's I mean, it's very very rough for them
- 1:09:28to make ends meet and they need so my recommendation
- 1:09:32would be let's protect this industry You know
- 1:09:36if you look if you want to subsidize Americans
- 1:09:38and you can have the government Contact like
- 1:09:42the major grocery stores chains and who are also
- 1:09:45suffering and say hey, we're gonna have um, Oh,
- 1:09:48you know, we're gonna give you a discount We're
- 1:09:50gonna have government coupons for beef. We can
- 1:09:52get we can do that So, you know, we're choosing
- 1:09:56we don't there's a lot of different ways to skin
- 1:09:58this cat. We're choosing You know to do it this
- 1:10:01way. Um, look the truth is this is about trump
- 1:10:06Curing favor with his ass boy malay And that's
- 1:10:12what this is about. This is about bribing the
- 1:10:15Argentines. This is nothing to do. Their economy
- 1:10:20is like, they went, so they went way down, then
- 1:10:24they started going up under Javier Malay the
- 1:10:26last couple of years, but now their economy is
- 1:10:29a mess again with his, what does he call it?
- 1:10:33Anarcho -capitalism? Is that what he calls it?
- 1:10:37Yeah. Yeah, it's I mean, it's literally insane
- 1:10:40what he's doing to them. I mean, he's going to
- 1:10:43destroy Argentina. I mean, Argentina had hyperinflation
- 1:10:46and it did need to get under control. But it's
- 1:10:49like, you know, this is like hyper austerity.
- 1:10:53Yeah, I mean, there's going to be the reason
- 1:10:55I'm psyched about it is there's going to be a
- 1:10:57communist revolution there. It's going to be
- 1:11:00hammer and sickles over Buenos Aires, which is
- 1:11:02going to be great. Can't wait. We're going to
- 1:11:05have Madonna be Evita again. Advocate. Don't
- 1:11:11cry for me Argentina. Yeah, so I I think you're
- 1:11:18right is that he's trying to it's this is actually
- 1:11:22less Trump Helping American cattle ranchers and
- 1:11:27more. No, he's fucking he's fucking them trying
- 1:11:29to help He says he's trying to help American
- 1:11:32consumers. Basically doesn't give a shit doesn't
- 1:11:34give a shit about The cattle and American ranchers.
- 1:11:37Yeah, I mean, I mean I care about these I care
- 1:11:42about these ranchers I mean these are these are
- 1:11:44Americans and they they work hard and it's like
- 1:11:47these jobs need to be protected and they're providing
- 1:11:49Vital food, you know newt, you know vital food.
- 1:11:52I mean, it's ridiculous that we would not protect
- 1:11:55them I mean that should be a top priority for
- 1:11:57the u .s. Government. What is well, why don't
- 1:12:00we why did we be look if people dig into how
- 1:12:04much we as a as a government subsidize the corn
- 1:12:09industry, right? And like with ethanol, shit
- 1:12:13tons of I mean, and there's so much surplus corn
- 1:12:17product, whatever it gets turned into surplus.
- 1:12:20Why can't we apply the same? subsidies and whatever
- 1:12:25well we could I mean there's a lot of different
- 1:12:27things you could do like for example if you wanted
- 1:12:29to buy more beef from these farmers I mean from
- 1:12:34these cattlemen you could do that and you could
- 1:12:35like for example export it to countries where
- 1:12:39they're having where they have a shortage right
- 1:12:42so we could be like we're like we did with wheat
- 1:12:44like where we sold wheat American wheat or to
- 1:12:48the Soviet Union at times even during at the
- 1:12:51height of the Cold War. I buy I buy my beef.
- 1:12:55By by the side, right from from a farmer, like
- 1:12:58from a local Virginia farm. And I store it. Like
- 1:13:02that's that's Yeah, like one of those big meat
- 1:13:05freezers. Yeah, I have a big freezer. That's
- 1:13:08like a garage or whatever. You know, I'm frankly,
- 1:13:13I want one of those. I get it. I'm a doomsday
- 1:13:16air. I have like, what like I'm I Zombie apocalypse
- 1:13:20or doomsday, whatever I I'm prepared and the
- 1:13:24meat is that's how I buy because I don't trust
- 1:13:26the grocery store one because again the cool
- 1:13:29act which hasn't been Revisited which allows
- 1:13:34us as the consumer to know the source of our
- 1:13:37our beef You know that right? Like it the cool
- 1:13:40act died a couple of years ago and Congress has
- 1:13:42been fighting back and forth about it here and
- 1:13:44there not often enough But they need to revive
- 1:13:48that thing so we can see on the label, this beef
- 1:13:51came from Argentina, this beef came from, I don't
- 1:13:54know, Colombia, whoever, wherever it came from.
- 1:13:57This is US American beef, like grade A USDA American
- 1:14:00beef. I want to know where my beef comes from.
- 1:14:03And because the COOL Act expired and hasn't been
- 1:14:06brought back up, hasn't been brought back to
- 1:14:09the floor, I buy from The local farm in Virginia
- 1:14:16One of the laws I would recommend that we change
- 1:14:19as we ease up on the restrictions from allowing
- 1:14:24the farmers to sell direct -to -consumer right
- 1:14:27now as the laws exist in in America the federal
- 1:14:31law same same thing is like milk like they don't
- 1:14:33allow us to go buy milk from Say like the Amish
- 1:14:38right or the whatever Pennsylvania Dutch or whatever
- 1:14:40Farmer Well, they yeah, the raw milk is like
- 1:14:46a crime like you can't take it across state borders,
- 1:14:49technically Well, I mean who's oh, I see but
- 1:14:52you can buy it locally Yeah, but but you can't
- 1:14:55you can't X they can't they can't scale their
- 1:14:59business. Let's say if you're Okay, um and the
- 1:15:02same thing with local cow that's the whole point
- 1:15:05of pasteurization, right? It's for it's for it
- 1:15:07lasts longer It holds um, it keeps and it kills
- 1:15:10the whatever micro bugs that are in there. But
- 1:15:13anyway the bacteria, um Man jdc left the chat.
- 1:15:16He'd be able to tell us what all that stuff is.
- 1:15:18But anyway the with with the beef problem there
- 1:15:22the stupid federal laws around this is that only
- 1:15:26only ranchers if they butcher their If they have
- 1:15:30on their grounds, right? On their grounds, if
- 1:15:33they have like butchering facilities, that's
- 1:15:36the only time you would be allowed to sell direct
- 1:15:39to consumer. If you're just a cattle rancher
- 1:15:42and you don't have, and remember these butchering
- 1:15:44facilities have to meet like FDA regulations.
- 1:15:47So you have to have like industrial level butchering
- 1:15:50facilities, right? Then you can sell direct to
- 1:15:53consumer. But if you're, a smaller cattle rancher
- 1:15:56and you don't have these industrial grade machines
- 1:15:59to butcher, then you can't sell your product
- 1:16:03to direct to consumer. So if you're a small time
- 1:16:06rancher, like trying to make ends meet, you're
- 1:16:08a family farmer, you're not going to be able
- 1:16:10to do that because of existing American food
- 1:16:15laws. And it's just over complicating. So if
- 1:16:20you want to help the American consumer and want
- 1:16:22to help the American farmer, I would say the
- 1:16:24U .S. Congress needs to loosen up some of these
- 1:16:27old ass antiquated food laws that, you know,
- 1:16:32maybe you don't have to have a thirty thousand
- 1:16:35dollar whatever XYZ machine that chops up the
- 1:16:38cow for you or whatever. Sure. I agree with that.
- 1:16:41Obviously, who could disagree? But I mean, I
- 1:16:43do. I also think that you got to look at the
- 1:16:46You know the um You've got to look at I mean
- 1:16:50in this particular case, you know cattlemen have
- 1:16:53been hurting now for a while They've been complaining
- 1:16:55that they can't get enough money hurting with
- 1:16:57a u not h e r right? Yes, exactly. You know,
- 1:17:00they they've been in great pain and like um,
- 1:17:03it's weird to me that the government is like
- 1:17:06like gonna make their lives worse, especially
- 1:17:08because These are red state industries manila,
- 1:17:11right? I mean and so so it's this administration
- 1:17:15You would just naturally think Would be like
- 1:17:19amenable and interested in in protecting these
- 1:17:22industries and yet they're not Yeah, um It's
- 1:17:29depressing what our food system looks like and
- 1:17:33this is something that would help financially
- 1:17:35and for The the food shortage and crises that
- 1:17:39we have in this country and congress is failing
- 1:17:41to act again the cool act would be a uh, one
- 1:17:45of one of the one of the bills that I Specifically
- 1:17:48have been following because you you guys know
- 1:17:50like i'm I watch the food Do you think this is
- 1:17:52gonna do you think this will I mean this could
- 1:17:54I mean look this is an idea um trump floats a
- 1:17:58lot of ideas and you know, they don't all Come
- 1:18:01to pass to say the least right? I mean, do you
- 1:18:03think this is one of those things where it could
- 1:18:06just end up? being like, ah, yeah, we're not
- 1:18:08going to do that because the cattlemen are pissed
- 1:18:10and you know, they're I mean, it's not just the
- 1:18:13cattlemen themselves. I mean, they have like,
- 1:18:15you know, they have people are who are not cattlemen
- 1:18:18are sympathetic to cattlemen. Americans love
- 1:18:21agriculture. They love farmers. They like our
- 1:18:23own people. Yeah. We even if you live in New
- 1:18:27York City, you care about those people. So I
- 1:18:30mean, you should see like at the green market
- 1:18:31when the farmers come in, you know, people are
- 1:18:34so happy to see them. So it's cool. So I just
- 1:18:39know I think Trump is gonna do this he's gonna
- 1:18:41flood the the American beef market with Argentine
- 1:18:44beef and Javier Malay, this is gonna help Javier
- 1:18:48Malay and he'll because Javier Malay needs to
- 1:18:51stabilize his reckless behavior there and You
- 1:18:56know get their peso straightened out So he can
- 1:19:01run for office again And because he's He's he's
- 1:19:06fucked too though So I I think that's really
- 1:19:09what's gonna happen. So I think I think Trump
- 1:19:11is gonna sacrifice the handful of American cattlemen
- 1:19:14In order doesn't care about them. Fuck them.
- 1:19:17No. No, he's gonna help heavier Malay and that
- 1:19:20way So it's like basically he's it's heavy Argentina
- 1:19:27is the beef equivalent of Israel Yes, he wants
- 1:19:32to Trump wants to be the de facto leader of Argentina
- 1:19:37by way of Javier Millet. So he needs to keep
- 1:19:41Javier Millet in office. And the only way he
- 1:19:43can see doing that is by helping Javier Millet
- 1:19:46straighten out his economy. And then Javier Millet
- 1:19:50is going to run. He's going to run on this campaign
- 1:19:54of like, hey, it's better to dance with the devil.
- 1:19:56You know, me, the anarcho -capitalist than whoever
- 1:20:01is going to run against him. I think that's what's
- 1:20:03going to happen. It's crazy though. I have a
- 1:20:07little bit of housekeeping to do real quick because
- 1:20:09I just, I think if I blocked the second person
- 1:20:11I've ever blocked in the history of this show.
- 1:20:15Wow. So I am a free speech guy through and through
- 1:20:20and Steve, this is for you. I have decided you,
- 1:20:23sir, are a pussy. You are a coward and you suck.
- 1:20:27You are a waste of oxygen. Let me explain to
- 1:20:31you why I blocked you because just in case you're
- 1:20:33still watching. You can come after me anytime
- 1:20:36that you want. You spammed my emails last night
- 1:20:37with like 30 emails calling me a retard and a
- 1:20:39failure of a father. Fine. Fair enough. But you
- 1:20:42start coming after me saying, did you want my
- 1:20:44son's head on a plate? You sir, are crossing
- 1:20:47a line. Go fuck yourself. And if I ever see -
- 1:20:53Are they harassing you personally? Yeah. And
- 1:20:54if I ever see - Oh, that's different. If I ever
- 1:20:57see you on deep program, I will block you there
- 1:20:59too. So the best thing you can do is shut your
- 1:21:01whore mouth and go back to the corner from which
- 1:21:04you respond. And just to like that you actually
- 1:21:07matter. Goodbye. Okay. So there, yeah. Robbie
- 1:21:11doesn't really, people say some mean things to
- 1:21:13him sometimes. Don't be fucking with people's
- 1:21:17kids. And like Robbie seriously is in this week
- 1:21:21of all weeks. Is in no place to be tested to
- 1:21:25have his patients Bobby is not in the mood this
- 1:21:27week. No, he's not But there is that fine line
- 1:21:30Ted. I think you and I have been in the media
- 1:21:32I mean this is this is a newer world for Robbie.
- 1:21:35Obviously he came out of like a hospital world.
- 1:21:39Yeah Ted and I have been in Well, now he wants
- 1:21:42to put that guy in the hospital. So it kind of
- 1:21:45all comes full circle But Ted and I again between
- 1:21:48Ted and I I don't know how many years so I'm
- 1:21:51about 20 years in media, how many years for you,
- 1:21:54Ted? Wow, this is so, I mean, since I was 15,
- 1:22:02so 40. Yeah, 47, 48. Let's round it to 50 -20.
- 1:22:09So between us there's 70 years of media experience
- 1:22:11between me and Ted. We've seen it and heard it
- 1:22:14all. We've had the stalkers. We've had the good
- 1:22:17stalkers that that want to kill us because they
- 1:22:19love us and the bad stalkers that because they
- 1:22:22hate us. Genuinely truly hate. But this is all
- 1:22:26new to Robbie and this is not the week to do
- 1:22:29that to test him and it truly is a different
- 1:22:32it's. I don't care if you're making comments
- 1:22:34like chatting or leaving comments in the yeah
- 1:22:37if you think you're being cute whatever whatever
- 1:22:39we don't care don't we really don't care we really
- 1:22:43really but when you start going attacking somebody
- 1:22:48personally and chasing down their their finding
- 1:22:51their emails or harassing their family or bring
- 1:22:54you know that's like that won't be tolerated
- 1:22:58that's some bullshit that's that too or being
- 1:23:00cruel Yeah, like that's just that's just too
- 1:23:02much. There's a fine line between talking shit
- 1:23:04and harassing. Well, if you're harassing Robbie's
- 1:23:10and we're not sometimes the line's not not fine,
- 1:23:14but sometimes it's like really clear. But if
- 1:23:17you go to my family. Yeah, that's the line. And
- 1:23:20then maybe you start saying, especially his head.
- 1:23:22No, your son is an evil retard for wanting to
- 1:23:25join the military and all this other stuff. But
- 1:23:28listen, I'm more than happy to debate anybody.
- 1:23:30Hey, in that case, I'm married to an evil retard.
- 1:23:33Well, you're colonized. I'm colonized. These
- 1:23:36are two different things. Any time you want to
- 1:23:39take a shot at me, go ahead. I don't care. But
- 1:23:42I'm just putting you on notice. You go after
- 1:23:43my family. I'm not going to tolerate it. So congratulations,
- 1:23:47Steve. You're now the second person. And three
- 1:23:50years to ever get banned. So enjoy. So there
- 1:23:54you go. So that's right. That's that. That does
- 1:23:56it for Thursday. So don't don't. This is like
- 1:24:00this is like, you know, Robbie, this is he's
- 1:24:03he he shares this home with Manila and I. It's
- 1:24:05like, don't come into our home and be disrespectful.
- 1:24:09Right. Well, you can't I mean, you can criticize.
- 1:24:12We don't. Yes, but you can but do so in a, you
- 1:24:17know, in a forthright, but. respectful way. I
- 1:24:20mean, that's what we do here. We did we disagree
- 1:24:22with each other in a respectful way. Things were
- 1:24:25spicy yesterday. No, not yesterday. You weren't
- 1:24:28here. Yesterday was silent. We had great numbers
- 1:24:31two days ago. Yeah. So there you go. Say what
- 1:24:36you need to say but don't don't cross the line
- 1:24:39and bring in families who who are choosing to
- 1:24:41not be this is why I don't like bring I don't
- 1:24:44ever let my kids on Yeah, I don't talk about
- 1:24:46my family. I don't name them. I don't yeah for
- 1:24:49this reason. I'm the same way Yeah, and I know
- 1:24:52that they didn't choose this shit. Yeah, this
- 1:24:54is like this life Yeah, yeah, so they didn't
- 1:24:57choose and and and I made clear to my husband
- 1:25:00when when he met me the same I said the same
- 1:25:02thing was like I'm Never I'm not gonna show your
- 1:25:05picture. I'm not so don't don't think like oh,
- 1:25:07I'm hiding that I'm married to you No, you know
- 1:25:10there was there was a lady protecting you actually
- 1:25:13at an alt weekly in New York New Yorkers will
- 1:25:16know who I'm talking about and she used to write
- 1:25:19a column about her dating her sexing dating life
- 1:25:23and so and literally like mentioned like the
- 1:25:26names of the dudes and like so like you I mean,
- 1:25:29of course in fairness, you did know this when
- 1:25:32you started Going out with her but I mean, I
- 1:25:35mean it must have just been like holy shit like,
- 1:25:38you know, like You know, that's her stick Like
- 1:25:41I might literally like get a comment like next
- 1:25:44week in the paper about how I don't lick her
- 1:25:46pussy right or something You know, I mean if
- 1:25:48that's her stick and and people widely knew that
- 1:25:51then yeah Well, they did but I just remember
- 1:25:55thinking wow, that's like more that's like just
- 1:25:59a level of exposure that I don't think many people
- 1:26:05would sign up for, you know? Well, yeah, that's
- 1:26:08not my thing. And that's why I seldom ever post
- 1:26:11on social media. It's just because like my kids
- 1:26:14didn't ask to be born to a lady that, you know,
- 1:26:17worked in news. They didn't. My husband, you
- 1:26:22know, he knew I'm going to do my best to keep
- 1:26:24him out of, you know, same thing. But when when
- 1:26:27people discovered that I was like getting married
- 1:26:29or whatever, they try to track down who he was
- 1:26:32too. What? Yeah, yeah. They just wanted to know
- 1:26:35because I wouldn't answer and show show his photo.
- 1:26:39I want to know all sorts of things, but I shouldn't
- 1:26:41know them. They're not my they're not for me
- 1:26:42to know. Yeah, I'm the person in media, not my
- 1:26:46husband, not my mom. Like, oh, God, Savannah
- 1:26:49Guthrie. Remember, Savannah brought her mom on
- 1:26:54the show a lot. Oh, did she? Yeah. I wonder.
- 1:26:58I mean, I still I do wonder why They chose her
- 1:27:01of all people. Oh, what a horrible. But anyway,
- 1:27:06that is an example in the worst way of how. Crazy
- 1:27:12people can be that you don't know who's watching
- 1:27:16is my point, right? And so I try not to bring
- 1:27:21this is why I try not to bring in my loved ones,
- 1:27:24because they they didn't choose the media life.
- 1:27:29But they choose to stand by me despite the hardships
- 1:27:32of media life You know and same for you Ted like
- 1:27:36yeah, that's true like no, I'm sure people know
- 1:27:39who his dad is Your name is not fuck with me.
- 1:27:41Don't fuck with them. Yeah, right like your name
- 1:27:45RAL Not yeah, I mean there are others but yeah,
- 1:27:50not that really I don't know. It's not a very
- 1:27:53it's not a super common name That's not a common
- 1:27:55name. So I'm sure and you've been a cartoonist
- 1:27:58for so long. I'm sure they know you're, you know,
- 1:28:01that your son is your son. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah.
- 1:28:03Yeah. So, you know, we kind of can't can't avoid
- 1:28:07that. No. But leave leave families out of this.
- 1:28:11If you're gonna talk shit. Leave families out
- 1:28:13of it. Don't don't do what Trump did. How about
- 1:28:16that? Where about what? Like killing Ayatollah
- 1:28:21Khomeini's family. Okay, yeah. Yeah, well his
- 1:28:26eight -year -old granddaughter didn't know what
- 1:28:28reagan did right killing kaddafi's daughter They
- 1:28:32didn't do anything Ayatollah Khamenei's eight
- 1:28:35-year -old granddaughter had nothing to do with
- 1:28:37this shit. No Why why did you kill her? That
- 1:28:40is correct. So if you're if you're harassing
- 1:28:43Robbie's family, then you're pulling a trump.
- 1:28:45So Don't do it. Don't do it Today was a long
- 1:28:50one. But anyway, we'll see you tomorrow on Friday.
