Transcript
- 0:12Unknown: Patch the wretch,
- 0:31to change the old world. Didn't know what to do back then, did you, Alvin? Well, we got a few ideas these days. We discuss them here at the radio range.
- 0:39We try and analyze them. We try and break them down, see if they're right or wrong, go by historical legal precedents, and whammo, you pull the rabbit out of the hat. That's what we do here on a regular basis at the radio range. Roger Sale is your host. People's Patriot Network, our venue, our fledgling
- 0:57little venue of our core supporters, maybe spreading a little bit since we got some new tools out there.
- 1:03It is a Wednesday. It is a live show. The date of the show is November 14. I could've easily taken a day off today. I'm telling you.
- 1:12Didn't sleep real well last night. So, I'm kind of running on fumes.
- 1:16It's one of those nights you just can't go to sleep. You just lay there and your mind works and you go drink a cup of warm milk. That doesn't help, you know.
- 1:23All a full day of activity yesterday pretty much on my recovering foot and makes you real tired and that didn't help any. So, anyway, but there's so much going on and we've got some stuff that I've been wanting to talk about all week and we just hadn't had a chance.
- 1:41That I think are very important by the way. Where else? Like I said, I've taken a day off.
- 1:47So, here we go. If anybody has any questions, it's Wednesday. One thing I know is that one of our newer students, Patrick, out there in Memphis is usually hanging around the house on Wednesdays.
- 1:58So, maybe we'll get a call from him with some questions.
- 2:01Maybe we'll get a call from you
- 2:04with some questions, comments,
- 2:06answers,
- 2:07observations,
- 2:09analysis.
- 2:11404,
- 2:12that number, if you wanted to come in on any of those columns aforementioned,
- 2:16would be (404)
- 2:18448-1420.
- 2:23Repeat it again.
- 2:25404448.
- 2:29142404
- 2:31being the old original Atlanta area code. Just it was a sentimental choice on my part.
- 2:37And
- 2:38boy, it is spinning out of control. There's a bunch of stuff happening.
- 2:43We'll probably no doubt get around to it. A lot of financial stuff that we can touch on.
- 2:48Lot of tidbits,
- 2:49little tidbits of information like I just picked up one here a few minutes ago.
- 2:53I literally right right as I was going on the air within a couple of minutes.
- 2:58Go ahead and plug this at the first of the show for any of you.
- 3:03They're so inclined.
- 3:06Over on Silver Doctors, there's one of my favorite guys. I mean, you know, the the Bible says, seek wise counsel.
- 3:14And
- 3:15so especially in over in the financial realm, I mean, in all the realms really but especially in that one
- 3:21to have people with extensive
- 3:24experience
- 3:25behind the curtain
- 3:26that have
- 3:28opened the curtain and stepped to the other side
- 3:31and can give you that kind of viewpoint,
- 3:34history, observations,
- 3:36and analysis.
- 3:38And one of the best out there to me
- 3:42is Rob Kirby
- 3:44out of Toronto, Canada. Kirbyanalytics.com
- 3:48is his website, I believe.
- 3:51I'm sure all of you have seen an interview with Rob. He's pretty prolific. A lot of people wanna interview him because
- 3:57of the fact that he used to be behind the curtain big time, big time bond trader,
- 4:02and, an agent basically
- 4:04putting big buyers and big sellers together.
- 4:08So he's got a very interesting, almost an hour long interview interview over there this morning on the Silver Doctors or silverdoctors.com.
- 4:17And
- 4:18he mentioned a couple of things in there that,
- 4:21well, I wasn't aware of, and I can understand when he elaborated a bit why I wasn't aware of them, and I can guarantee you're not aware of them either.
- 4:30Because they don't appear in any of our press.
- 4:34Evidently,
- 4:35Rob goes or either has connections that know Russian
- 4:39and go to the Russian newspapers because that's where you get the truth these days.
- 4:48Oh, boy. It's a wild world, isn't it?
- 4:52I guess right now because he did this interview on the twelfth, which would be Monday.
- 4:59Right now, Russia
- 5:03and of all countries,
- 5:06Japan
- 5:08are doing a joint military exercise over somewhere close in some body of water close to the Middle East. I've forgotten exactly where he
- 5:17what body of water it was. I'd heard of it, but it didn't stick with me.
- 5:22But what did stick with me was the comment that he made
- 5:27that really startled me. Okay.
- 5:33And I did not know this.
- 5:36Japan has never signed an armistice for World War two with Russia.
- 5:43They've still got an open deal that was never closed
- 5:46from World War two,
- 5:48and our big ally, Japan, is now over there doing
- 5:52joint military exercises with Russia around The Middle East.
- 5:58Now,
- 6:00I think the the
- 6:02appropriate comment from me
- 6:04was pinned by a guy named Bob Zimmerman. You probably know him as Bob Dylan.
- 6:09And he said, you don't need a weatherman
- 6:12to know which way the wind blows.
- 6:14Those of us who are old enough remember that that was the
- 6:18line that gave the radicals in the sixties, the weatherman that went around bombing stuff.
- 6:24The early Saul Helensky
- 6:26crowd.
- 6:28It gave them their the name of their organization.
- 6:33And I dare say you don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows when you got that situation right there.
- 6:39When you got two people that have never two countries,
- 6:43two persons, if you will,
- 6:45two countries that have never even signed an armistice from the forties and the in this huge war.
- 6:52And they've got a lot of conflicts
- 6:54between territory, territorial arguments there, North Of Japan.
- 7:00When they're out doing a military exercise and you know the funniest thing? It doesn't show up anywhere in the world except in the Russian press.
- 7:09At least, I don't know. I don't know. Maybe Rob didn't read the Japanese press or maybe doesn't have an interpreter
- 7:15but I thought that was a real interesting harbinger right there. The other thing that he mentioned I thought in there was very interesting
- 7:21and you if you're inclined and interested in this stuff, I'd highly advise you to listen to that interview. Rob is just such common sense down to earth stuff that he puts out.
- 7:36Evidently,
- 7:36a private entity in China
- 7:40has cut a deal with Saudi Arabia
- 7:44for
- 7:46300,000
- 7:48barrels of oil a day.
- 7:53Now what his point was
- 7:55in discussing that arrangement,
- 7:57which once again, I guarantee you hadn't seen in any of our press.
- 8:02Russian press, again, I think is what he credited it to.
- 8:06And what he said was,
- 8:08there's no mention of the dollar.
- 8:11And if they're doing that with China, you can bet there is Saudi Arabia is accepting Yuan. Go back, Yuan.
- 8:19So once again, the US dollar gets cut out of the picture even to the point of the country that
- 8:27oil is backing it or at least part of it.
- 8:30On the surface, the average person will always tell you that that's what backs the dollars. It's a petro dollar. Well, we all know that that's
- 8:37not totally correct. I don't know. I shouldn't say we all know it. I might have some new listeners that aren't
- 8:43clued into our research, our findings, our the historical facts, and the
- 8:48man, when you really look at it and break it down into its simplest form,
- 8:53it's very obvious
- 8:55and and
- 8:57the more I think about this, I think the more I realize it's a key because as I've said on here and you know, lord of mercy, I've been doing this for a long time.
- 9:06I I've totally dedicated my life to this. What we're talking about here on the air, to this fight, to this battle, to expose these bastards, and get people understand what's going on and maybe even
- 9:18get their own freedom back.
- 9:21Gary?
- 9:25They always overdo it. They always press the envelope.
- 9:32But
- 9:34Saudi Arabia's oil
- 9:36does not back the dollar.
- 9:42The voluntary
- 9:43serfs under the scope and purview of the fourteenth amendment back the dollar,
- 9:49and you pay tribute through the form of income tax so that they can pay off themselves,
- 9:55the majority of bondholders.
- 10:00And that's the weak link. And I, you know, listen, that ain't even in the Russian press.
- 10:05It sure ain't in our press,
- 10:07and it sure not reach in very many people's ears, at least that it resonates with to the point of
- 10:14getting involved personally and helping spread the word.
- 10:19Because that's what we really need.
- 10:22We've got the information. We've got the proof. We've got the agreement from the secretary of state, the highest office in the federal government dealing exclusively
- 10:31with exclusive jurisdiction over all matters concerning citizenship.
- 10:36All ALL.
- 10:40We got their
- 10:42seal of approval.
- 10:46Because we've backed the lying bastards into a corner on their fraud, and they can't do anything about it. They they they can't reply. They can't rebut and they can't do anything because they don't want to draw any attention to it. They can't even attack me.
- 11:04I guarantee they probably like to,
- 11:07but over all the years I've been doing this, I had to do it under the table seven years ago with their little
- 11:12sodomy, pedophile, larceny center, little
- 11:16snitch,
- 11:17Russell Estes is his name by the way. Probably up in the Minneapolis, Saint Paul area.
- 11:24A rust from Minnesota if you've ever heard that troll call in.
- 11:29Yeah, he was a he was a southern poverty law center snitch.
- 11:34I tried to derail what I was doing from right there at the front front
- 11:38back in what happened to heck back in ex wife number one days. Okay, let's see who's popping me here.
- 11:45Oh, well, I'm doing good, Ashwin. I'm on the air.
- 11:50Well, let me just answer this.
- 11:57Okay, we'll take care of India. There's my pal in India checking in.
- 12:05Now, see, that's that's what happens to me. When that thing comes in and I get that noise and I gotta go over and check something to make sure that it's not important. Now my line of thought that I was on and where I was going is like gone.
- 12:17So that's why I don't like the interruptions. If you wanna have the interruptions, make them constructive, please.
- 12:25And it's just that I focus on this 100%,
- 12:28alright? It's not that, you know, that that other announcers can do. Other announcers can do it. Yeah. Well, they got the engineers. They got phone screeners.
- 12:37They got producers
- 12:39and and they got people that come in and wipe their behinds, I guess. Well, I don't have any of that, alright?
- 12:52So, where I was going is the importance, I think, I think. The importance of what we're doing here and the fact that
- 13:01they can't do anything about it. They're disarmed. They're exposed. Their fraud's exposed to the core and they can't do anything about it.
- 13:09How many times would you like to take these bastards and defang them? You can defang them right here. Because when it comes right down to it, if they don't have a superior arms and everything else, they are absolutely chicken ship high in transits.
- 13:23These are chicken ship high in transit bastards.
- 13:26The only way that they get that support superiority
- 13:29is to have superior arms, superior training, be able to reach their pockets into the,
- 13:36US tax holders' budgets and through their corruption of congress
- 13:40and their corruption of the entire system get billions of dollars.
- 13:45And then they take the billions of dollars they get from us and they buy arms from us, which they own the arms company, so now the profit goes to them. They've got the loan structured in such a way congress. They never have to pay em back. They're they're not loans, they're gifts.
- 14:01Actually, gifts under the the Edomite
- 14:06nexus or or or Aegis of of being theft.
- 14:10Disguised as gifts, of course.
- 14:15And then, I I mean, it's just a absolute
- 14:18spiral upward of
- 14:20fraud and deceit and murder and slavery and and racism and I I mean, just go on and on and on. That's who our enemy is. Well, if you file that affidavit with the Secretary of State, they're neutered.
- 14:34You know, and I've mentioned it before Gandhi's favorite famous saying.
- 14:38Of course, Gandhi beat him, alright?
- 14:41And Gandhi said, first, they ignore you, then they demonize you, then they fight you, and then you win.
- 14:49But you see, we've gone to the absolute
- 14:52nexus
- 14:53of the onion, of the rotten onion with all the different layers.
- 14:57And we've exposed them, how they've done it, and how they've taken and collateralized
- 15:03the people as a basis for the monetary system, the soon to be not world
- 15:11global monetary system.
- 15:14And they can't stand it because it was done with fraud.
- 15:20And when it's put in a proper document and sent to them, they can't do a damn thing about it.
- 15:26Because just like Gandhi's little litany there, first, they ignore you. Well, they've been ignoring me for years.
- 15:32The whole time I've been doing this.
- 15:34I can get on here and call them the dirtiest names. You know, I can cross the George Carlin line about seven or eight times and attach all those words to them.
- 15:46I can write them emails and tell them how much I hate them.
- 15:51And they'll never put me on a list. They'll never draw attention to this information.
- 15:59Because it absolutely
- 16:01strips some naked to the bone.
- 16:05For who
- 16:06and what they are
- 16:09and for how they've done what they've done and what their plans are.
- 16:14One little piece of paper does all that to the right person,
- 16:18And it insulates you.
- 16:23I had a couple of nice emails after yesterday's show. I want thank Chris for coming on. I know we've covered a lot of that background information before, but there's probably some people that hadn't heard some of
- 16:35Chris' misery over the last few years.
- 16:38Hats off to Chris for being such a dedicated fighter and so,
- 16:43absolutely fixed on the target.
- 16:46And having to go through what this poor guy's gone through for a couple of years.
- 16:51There are not many of us that could do that.
- 16:54There are not many of us that would
- 16:57do that.
- 17:00So, hats off to Chris.
- 17:03Had a Email from Doug after the show. It was very encouraging to me yesterday.
- 17:08Doug's been a listener caller for a long time. He's not always able to listen live
- 17:12although now he can listen
- 17:14and any of you can listen to
- 17:17at any time or you can forward any of these programs that move you and you think might move someone else
- 17:23off of castcastcastbox.fm.
- 17:28Go over to castcastcast
- 17:32like you do a castnet or a
- 17:35rodandreelcastbox.fm.
- 17:39Go over there and
- 17:41I got Chuck.
- 17:43Chuck, our buddy in Oklahoma, opened yesterday. I I will find it over there. Well, all you have to do is go in. There's a search field up there and put either PPN
- 17:52which will come to the network folder
- 17:54or if you want to put Radio Ranch in, it'll go to my folder, I assume.
- 17:59You can listen to the show at that point just by clicking on the show or
- 18:04you can send it via, I guess, Facebook, Twitter,
- 18:10some of those other outfits and then by Email. If you click on the little email thing, the last one on the right, your
- 18:17default email
- 18:18program will pop up and boom. It's already got the link and everything in there. You just add the recipient recipients.
- 18:28And off you go.
- 18:30So, it's a good tool for us and it's a good tool for others
- 18:35that are interested and I, there are more and more people that are interested.
- 18:41They they're looking for answers, but and and, of course, they're looking for them in the wrong places. How's
- 18:46the IRS constitutional?
- 18:48Where's your jurisdiction?
- 18:52I'll talk about that video in a minute.
- 18:56If I can remember.
- 19:01So, that piece of paper
- 19:03is a big deal. It's the key to the matrix and
- 19:06Doug, as I was saying, Doug contacted me after the show and he said, Doug's always so polite.
- 19:14And
- 19:16he said, listen, I've been working up in, you know, the last couple of weeks. I've been working up in Missouri and helping some friends and
- 19:23talking about this. And he said, not only am I going to file an affidavit,
- 19:27I got three people that are going to do it too and I wrote him back and said, thanks, Doug. It's very encouraging
- 19:32and
- 19:33with the the same
- 19:37invitation I extended to Doug, I extend to any of you if you have any of those situations is, look, man. I'll be happy to help with it. If anybody's got any questions, we got an open forum here. Okay?
- 19:48An open forum, anybody can call.
- 19:51We accept one guy.
- 19:53Anybody can call with constructive information. He could even call with constructive information. He now such a terrible attitude.
- 20:03And I'll bend over backwards to help try and explain this to anybody, okay?
- 20:11We've gotten it simplified down to a point really. I'm
- 20:15as happy in the way that we've got this thing framed now.
- 20:20From a standpoint of simplicity, that's been the big hurdle the whole time I've ever been in this is getting over the complexity and holding somebody's attention.
- 20:29Holding somebody's attention long enough where they could get the the
- 20:33background
- 20:34that's needed on some of these legal concepts
- 20:36and the historical events so that you can take them to 26 CFR
- 20:411.1
- 20:42dash one A,
- 20:44right there at the front,
- 20:461.1
- 20:48dash one A,
- 20:50pretty close to the front,
- 20:53and show them what that term non resident alien means.
- 21:00And then I just thought of something this morning actually concerning that that I'd never thought of before.
- 21:08Because in that section of the Code of Federal Regulations,
- 21:11and I can just about quote it from memory here, it says an income tax is owed by all citizens of The United States and residents, to the extent of $8.71
- 21:19b and eight seventy seven b, those being sections of 26
- 21:24USC,
- 21:25their writing regulations
- 21:28for the code
- 21:30so the administrative state can control you and confuse you.
- 21:34Just like this example,
- 21:36to the extent of eight seventy one b and eight seventy seven b, all non resident alien individuals.
- 21:43Now of course that's the thing that kept me going and really got me started and kept me going for years and years. How they took that term and put that in there, and that convoluted
- 21:52definition and way of usage.
- 21:56Finally here a couple of years ago,
- 21:58I got Glenn on the phone. I said, Glenn, what's exactly what are eight seventy one b and eight seventy seven b?
- 22:08What are those two exceptional
- 22:11sections of the code that these nonresident alien guys are responsible for?
- 22:17And, of course, the average person, this may be a really I mean, if you're out talking to lawyers or anything here, any legal people, boy, you can nail them right here, I believe.
- 22:27And that's the fact that, Glenn came back, said one of them has to deal with corporate bonds, and that, of course, is what the Brushaber case was about in 1916,
- 22:35the very first landmark for case to first impression on the sixteenth amendment.
- 22:42That's still in there. That's one of those two sections. I'm not sure which one.
- 22:49And the other one is if you're gonna expatriate.
- 22:53Ideals with expatriation.
- 22:57Interestingly enough,
- 23:00So, let me ask you a question. What the hell is a non resident alien doing expatriating?
- 23:08If he's a non resident alien and the definition they're imputing into that term, he will, he's a foreigner anyway.
- 23:17He's Jose the tomato picker that crossed the border maybe with the migrant caravan. Hell, who knows?
- 23:25What
- 23:26is that section
- 23:28responsible
- 23:29to a person that in their eyes and the way they impute a definition into that term and the way it's used that ain't even part of the country. What's he doing paying an expatriation
- 23:38tax and being obligated for that?
- 23:44Yeah, over all these years, that thing's been around since '54, and of course, it'd been around since 1913.
- 23:51They'd just done revisions, and of course, then it didn't apply to everybody the way they got it snagged up there in 1954.
- 24:01So let's see. Fifty, sixty, seventy, eighty, ninety,
- 24:05a hundred, five, fifty.
- 24:06That's sixty,
- 24:09sixty years.
- 24:11That code has been a little more than sixty years. That code's been in effect for for a little more than sixty years. Not all the people that have gone to jail over and and
- 24:22had property stolen by these sorry thieving bastards
- 24:25over this IRS code. Now, now these attorneys, none of these judges, I don't guess anybody else has ever put that together.
- 24:32What is one of those exemptions
- 24:35in the code that specifically
- 24:37apply to this status that is a foreigner at least in your eyes? What's he doing paying an expatriation
- 24:44tax?
- 24:47Unknown: So
- 24:51Unknown: for people like
- 24:52mister B Craft and folks like that out there that just don't believe in my message.
- 24:58No. That just couldn't be right.
- 25:02Answer that question.
- 25:05What's an expatriation
- 25:07tax attached to a nonresident alien for?
- 25:17Crickets.
- 25:18Crickets.
- 25:20Crickets.
- 25:24So, we got powerful medicine here and there are people, a lot of people looking for answers.
- 25:31We got em.
- 25:33We can simplify it.
- 25:35We can get it down to where you virtually don't have to bring any of that complex stuff into this picture to get it across to somebody.
- 25:44All you have to do is ask em if they remember Brown versus Board of Education
- 25:49or have you ever even heard of that case?
- 25:53I dare say that he even hell, if somebody's been in a damn cave most of their life, they probably heard of Brown versus Board of Education.
- 26:07Or Brown versus Board of Education made us all equal.
- 26:13Well, what case did Brown what did Brown do? It overturned the previous case, a precedent case
- 26:19called Plessy versus Ferguson.
- 26:23Plessy,
- 26:24a guy that was nine tenths white, one tenth black,
- 26:28got onto a white only train car down there in Louisiana.
- 26:34And it went all the way to the Supreme Court and they said, nope, separate but equal. Even one tenth black.
- 26:42One tenth
- 26:47black
- 26:49made him drink out of the black drinking fountain and go on the black car in the railroad train.
- 26:57Was that right?
- 27:01Technically, it's probably right because of the legal the
- 27:06legal concepts
- 27:07are imputed into the fourteenth amendment.
- 27:09Well, obviously, that's how the Supreme Court interpreted it twenty five years after and basically saying
- 27:17that, yeah,
- 27:18these Jim Crow laws are right.
- 27:21Hey, Bob. Nice to have you on board, buddy.
- 27:26Unknown: Plus Roger. Amen. Help with a little of the lifting and Oh, good. Been The other I got plenty. One that comes to mind.
- 27:34Yeah. The other thing that comes to mind as far as the nonresident alien, and I have looked at it for several years, but I remember
- 27:41when the ACA,
- 27:42the Affordable Care Act, which we know was neither affordable nor did they care, They were acting.
- 27:48When it came out, you remember,
- 27:51way back in there, it talked about the fact that nonresident aliens were exempt.
- 27:56Unknown: Yes. Good point. I I you know, listen. I had missed that, and a listener turned me onto that in a video that was harping on that. I've told the story before. You probably remember. Yeah. But right there at at whatever point in the video, and the guy in a real derogatory
- 28:13tone,
- 28:14The guy who was narrating the video, and nonresident
- 28:18aliens are exempt from income tax. And he was real bitter about it, see, just because of that term and the confusion that's imputed into it intentionally,
- 28:27by the way, of course.
- 28:30Unknown: Yeah.
- 28:32I haven't looked at that for years. I remember when it came out and when you brought it to light on your program, and I went through it on,
- 28:40you know, whatever
- 28:42YouTube I assume and found it
- 28:44and listened to it.
- 28:46And
- 28:47stowed it away in my memory, but I can't come up with it. I assume I could probably search it out.
- 28:52I'm sure somebody has put the ACA
- 28:54into a
- 28:56PDF that you can search and come up with the term run. It's not resident alien. You ought to be able to come up with the exact point of the
- 29:03either that or ask Nancy Pelosi because now that we've passed it, you know, surely she's read it. Oh, yeah. Surely she's read it. Probably probably while sitting on the bathroom one morning.
- 29:13Unknown: You
- 29:15Unknown: remember that, of course. Yes. You know, it's interesting, and I just gotta pass it so we can find out what's in it. Sure. Right. I know fifth I know fifth graders that are smarter than that. Seriously? Can you really believe that? Oh my goodness. How could you disparage our future speaker of the house?
- 29:30How could I not?
- 29:35Wow.
- 29:36Unknown: Yeah. There's a barometer. There's a barometer for you. Uh-huh.
- 29:42Unknown: Yeah.
- 29:42Unknown: I
- 29:44also
- 29:45just came across the information
- 29:48reading something here in the last couple of days.
- 29:51You know, they when they took that case to the Supreme Court, basically, Roberts
- 29:56had to make the final decision on. He said it's a tax.
- 30:00Right. Well, the taxing penalty has been taken out of it as of January 1.
- 30:08Oh really? That's what I read. I don't know the specifics. I just don't take my time delving into that stuff because it doesn't apply to me. Understand what the general overall thing is and the concept, and we can use it in our analysis, observations,
- 30:22and discussions,
- 30:22I'm not gonna waste my time going reading through all that crap.
- 30:27Unknown: Right. Well, you see,
- 30:29regardless of my status as a nonresident alien or not or the affidavit,
- 30:36my wife and the family and I are in a
- 30:39medical
- 30:40coop,
- 30:41and they're exempt regardless.
- 30:43So I didn't even have to worry about it from
- 30:45that perspective.
- 30:46Unknown: Well, good for you. Unfortunately,
- 30:49most people aren't in that enviable position.
- 30:52Unknown: Yeah. We're we're in Christian Care Medishare
- 30:55and have been since oh gosh.
- 30:59Unknown: O three. Oh, something like that. Boy, I tell you what, man. There's just headlines and news flashing everywhere. I'll I'll get to this before the show's over.
- 31:13That little
- 31:14deal, that non resident alien deal, that's what allowed them to turn this whole thing,
- 31:20The
- 31:21fourteenth amendment,
- 31:22the bankruptcy,
- 31:23and that little deal on the non resident alien and that absolutely
- 31:28out of left field definition that's really the true definition, not the one that you automatically impute to it, is what's allowed them to turn this wheel.
- 31:41We can put a stop to it.
- 31:44We could put a stop to it if we could get enough people,
- 31:47and there's gonna be a lot, there's a lot of people looking for answers now,
- 31:51and there's gonna be more as it goes forward in the chaos.
- 31:54Boy, we're gonna, between now and the end of the year, we're gonna see some fur fly, and I promise you, it's probably gonna really start tomorrow,
- 32:03I think you'll see an impact on the financial markets tomorrow
- 32:07because tomorrow is forty five days before the end of the year, and any of these hedge funds, you got to give them forty day, forty five days notice. Oh, oh, oh. Before they deliver your
- 32:19withdrawal.
- 32:21Okay. And the feeling is that tomorrow trying to remember what for what what tomorrow was. I couldn't come up with it. Well, not only is it a a hard fork on Bitcoin Cash, which I will talk about that too, it's not going to affect us as much as I would have hoped it would,
- 32:37but it's going to really affect this hedge fund thing. And you also got that another
- 32:41aspect in of somehow legally
- 32:44the corporations
- 32:46can't buy back their stocks. There's a great decrease in the amount of stock buybacks that they can make, and that's how they've been propping some of this stuff up, is borrowing the cheap money and turning around and buying their own stocks and hollowing out their deal.
- 33:01Unknown: Yeah.
- 33:03Yeah. It's it's interesting to watch all those numbers go up, but you realize that it's absolute hot air. Yep.
- 33:09You know?
- 33:10Unknown: And and, of course, then in the long run for them, if their plan and agenda would have gone correctly,
- 33:17as the thing crashed,
- 33:19all of them would be the owners of all the corporations,
- 33:22and the corporations I've come to understand are the feuds in their scheme.
- 33:28They can't do countries and land masses, so they just took the concept and applied it to corporations
- 33:34because then all these trade things that Trump has has Right. Deconstructed
- 33:39Unknown: specific partnership partnership and all of that.
- 33:42Unknown: The way that had been presented. Yeah. IPP, UPP, everybody PPs. Okay. And so part of that deal was the fact that the countries had to delegate their total sovereignty to these boards of corporate executives who were appointed
- 33:57from which their decision there is no appeal.
- 34:01It's still in their sovereignty. They were now the lords of the banner of all the countries if that would have gone to fruition.
- 34:09Unknown: Right.
- 34:13Unknown: So and the people that you know, the other thing that's hard about this is people just cannot
- 34:18get that we're dealing with the feudal zone.
- 34:21We're dealing with the feudal era. You can go read, you know, I've read it in the past on the air. I could probably go in there and spend ten, fifteen minutes looking for it. But the guy, Carol Quigley, wrote Tragedy and Hope.
- 34:33Carol Quigley, Georgetown professor,
- 34:36Bill Clinton's favorite professor at Georgetown,
- 34:38he was allowed into the Council of Foreign Relations
- 34:41for two years to their internal records.
- 34:44And he came out and he wrote a book about it, Tragedy and Hope.
- 34:47Okay? First thing that happened after the first edition of that, the publisher
- 34:52melted down the plates. Did you know that Bob?
- 34:56I was aware of that, yes. Okay, so the publisher goes in after the first edition because he told too much and they melted down the plates. Well, now the book's been reproduced. You can acquire it. But one of the things he said in there is the system's gonna be bound by a worldwide global network of finances
- 35:13set up in a feudal fashion.
- 35:15That's Carol Quigley right from their own damn documents, man.
- 35:20If you're gonna have a feudal fashion, you gotta have serfs. If you don't have serfs, you don't have a feud.
- 35:31Unknown: Can you drill down on the word feud? Because I think that confused Well, that's the
- 35:35Unknown: it's not years. Well, this isn't like Richard Dawkins and the family feud.
- 35:40Right. Exactly. Okay. The feud is the basic word of of your land there, I believe, that that donates the designates
- 35:49the feudal era.
- 35:52And
- 35:53listen, some of you guys go back and read up on it.
- 35:56It was a thousand years of legal precedent. That system was in operation when it was in its pure form of a thousand years. There's a thousand years four times longer than our country's been in existence.
- 36:09They've got a thousand years of existing precedent.
- 36:17How do you have a feudal era without serfs?
- 36:25You don't Serfs are that. Yeah. Voluntary serfs, no less.
- 36:34So I I I mean, so anybody that can't get that across
- 36:38that where they brought that in is in the first three or four words of the fourteenth amendment.
- 36:45All persons
- 36:46born.
- 36:48Born.
- 36:49You don't follow your father's heretical anymore.
- 36:52You're born and you get your status.
- 36:56That's the feudal era.
- 36:59They were born into servitude
- 37:02and so are we.
- 37:11And anybody
- 37:12that that
- 37:13cannot
- 37:15is in a state of denial.
- 37:19And you've heard because you know you know these people personally, Bob. You've taken the the initiative to go meet some of these guys. Listen. I I guarantee we hadn't heard I hadn't heard from Tom Schramm in months. Okay? And you've heard those discussions, the Felix and and Oscar discussions we've had in the past
- 37:38about this, and you can't get he will not see this. It's not that he can't. He's a smart guy. I've known Tom for many years. It's that he won't.
- 37:50And it doesn't matter how much proof you put out there. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope.
- 37:55Okay, Tom, we'll go.
- 37:57Go find you know, water seeks its own level. Go go find yours.
- 38:07And all of our people even when you go to common sense stuff, okay,
- 38:12here's the common sense approach. If a couple hundred years ago, we were a bunch of greedy, murdering,
- 38:18Satan worshiping bastards that got together in in in candle worship and conjured up Satan and wanted to take over the world.
- 38:26Would we come up with a whole new system to do that with all the contingencies
- 38:31that we don't know are gonna happen in the future, the technology
- 38:35that we don't know is going to come along that might affect it, all the contingencies
- 38:39that can happen in any of these situations,
- 38:42and you got to have an answer for the contingency
- 38:44out front.
- 38:46Or are they going to look back, what's worked for thousands of years, change it a little bit, and bring it forward, and implement it because they know all the contingencies
- 38:54there?
- 38:55Now which one of those two is gonna happen just by damn common sense?
- 39:03Unknown: Well, it's funny to me. The older I get, the more I realize how
- 39:08little we learn from history.
- 39:12I
- 39:13think that
- 39:16the whole concept of evolutionary
- 39:18thought,
- 39:19Darwinism, etcetera, it lends itself to the idea that our ancestors were idiots.
- 39:26Yeah. I mean, just because we're evolving.
- 39:29Yeah. And and that implicitly says that as we grow and grow and grow, we're gonna get smarter and smarter and smarter.
- 39:35Well, anybody that's read Seneca
- 39:37or or,
- 39:38you know,
- 39:40Aristotle or some of those,
- 39:42I don't really think we're any sharp, but some they are
- 39:46because they were very insightful.
- 39:49And the thing is man's heart
- 39:52hasn't changed
- 39:54for millennia,
- 39:56and it won't
- 39:57because that's our nature.
- 40:01And that's what they're build that's what they're building their foundation on is a simple fact.
- 40:08Got a carrot, and you want an old garden.
- 40:12Unknown: Yeah. And and, of course, that's why they so vociferously
- 40:15hate Christianity
- 40:17because it's such an antithesis, and it does come in at least if people apply it, and and you're you're kind to your neighbor and you help people.
- 40:26Well, they wanna help people a lot. Just look at all of the Palestinian women and children that are defenseless they're shooting.
- 40:35Unknown: They wanna help you as long as you put them in charge. You know? Oh, yeah. Money. Give me give me the authority,
- 40:42and we'll tell you what to do. Don't think for yourself. Please don't even consider it. That's that's just silly.
- 40:48Unknown: Yeah. And
- 40:50Unknown: I would and I'm sure I understand how you're meaning the word Christianity,
- 40:54but I I I think the modern church is there greatly in its structure and its form and its
- 41:01governmental
- 41:04structure.
- 41:06In so many ways, we've mirrored
- 41:09the law of the city.
- 41:11And
- 41:13it's never it was never supposed to work that way. Nope. And and it doesn't work well that way to be true Christian
- 41:20because it is, in fact, all about
- 41:22loving your neighbor as yourself and having no God before him,
- 41:27and that includes yourself. In other words, get off the throne. You're you're not fit to sit there.
- 41:33Unknown: Well, you know, I remember pastor Peter saying something that stuck with me for many years. I've mentioned it a couple of times on the show.
- 41:41Anyway, I really encourage people if you if you're bent in this area and you're you're looking for answers and and and for some solace.
- 41:51Scripturesforamerica.org.
- 41:53Have you have you ever listed? Did you ever listen to pastor Pete,
- 41:56Bob?
- 41:58Unknown: I was never aware of him. I I I don't think I'd heard of him until you had talked of him. I've listened to multiple different
- 42:06videos of his and presentations of his,
- 42:09and I presume that was probably posthumously at that point because it's just been within the last three or four years. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He had died some time back.
- 42:18Unknown: He he used to say, and he he had the ability, that ability, I've got it somewhat,
- 42:22of being able to take complex things and break them down into pretty simple, understandable language.
- 42:29Oh, and I could give you a lot of examples of his talent and and gifts in that area, but the one thing that I remember right off that has always stuck with me, and I think it's so true, you know, is that
- 42:40we were written with god's laws on our heart, and they were written they were born and had their god's laws written on their heart.
- 42:50Unknown: Yep.
- 42:51I don't know. What god?
- 42:53What wrong.
- 42:54Unknown: Yeah.
- 42:55Well, you know, the small g, obviously, but
- 42:59the fact that and and that comes from
- 43:02our our training, our parents, our orientation when we're young and not conscious and those things are absorbed into our brain,
- 43:09and that's when they're over there teaching them that damn Babylonian Talmud.
- 43:16Unknown: Well,
- 43:17you know, I find it interesting to
- 43:20look at I mean, TV programming being just that programming.
- 43:24You know, what are the what are the most popular shows? They're courtroom dramas and cop shows.
- 43:30And what do they teach you?
- 43:32That you are subservient,
- 43:33that you are part of this city, and you ain't part of the you're you're you're not
- 43:39you're answerable to somebody.
- 43:41You're under somebody's thumb. Pay attention and do what you're told.
- 43:44I mean, that that is just chapter and verse hour after hour after hour,
- 43:50Whether it's a sitcom, whether it's, you know, drama, whether it's
- 43:55a love stuff, whatever.
- 43:57Every show you watch,
- 44:00it just
- 44:01I I just get so frustrated. I sit down and try to enjoy a little TV time with family, and I just
- 44:08I can't. Well I can't enjoy it because I'm over there ranting and raving.
- 44:12Unknown: You sound just like me, I
- 44:15Unknown: finally just have to leave because it's so patently foolish.
- 44:19Unknown: It just makes me wanna throw something at the television. You know? Well, I I I made a decision, a conscious decision years ago just to quit watching it. Now you've got a different situation. You got family.
- 44:29Unknown: You wanna spend time with your wife and your daughters. I make the conscious decision to walk out of the room and
- 44:35go click on something, you know, that I can find constructive or go read a book that's actually got some merit. You know? Yeah. But
- 44:43Unknown: yeah. Run to the computer and find some truth somewhere.
- 44:47You can get it there. But, you know,
- 44:49Unknown: you know, you go back to the courtroom dramas. We understand court to be
- 44:55this,
- 44:57anything but common law. That's never brought up, never, never, never, never alluded to. Nope. The concept isn't even isn't
- 45:04even
- 45:05allowed to germinate. You know? It's all about,
- 45:09you know, this is my courtroom, and thank god you do what I say and blah blah blah.
- 45:15And the whole idea of this hierarchical
- 45:18top down
- 45:20administrative
- 45:21BS.
- 45:23But it's subtle, but it's there, absolutely there to keep you lined up with the idea and the same thing with all these
- 45:31cop shows and, you know, the thing that I hate now is it's getting the the cops are getting so militarized.
- 45:38And it's being aggrandized
- 45:40in our popular culture, in our popular television shows and movies and all of that, and it's just
- 45:47I'm sure you saw on Zero Edge the other day where they had this
- 45:51company with, concealed traffic cameras and street lights. I did see that.
- 45:59That just kinda makes you wanna
- 46:01Unknown: move move away. Go somewhere else. Well, I You did. I saw one. I I did that a long time ago.
- 46:09Exactly. I saw
- 46:11well, I saw a story this morning.
- 46:14They're trying to, through the backdoor, institute the Chinese system.
- 46:19Know, the one where they you're
- 46:21give you a social score,
- 46:23except Social they're credit doing score. Yeah, they're doing there's an article on Zero Hedge about it today. They're doing it with facial profiles when you're shopping,
- 46:32And then, obviously, the corporations will come in and get that information and utilize it. So,
- 46:37another
- 46:38backdoor approach in trying to accomplish what they can do overtly in China. They can't do quite as What they're doing is trying to make your shopping experience more Oh, yeah. Of course. Pleasant and blah blah blah. Convenient. More more about No more. Hang yeah. Dangle that carrot. More convenient. It's so convenient. Absolutely.
- 46:58Unknown: Yep. Yep. Okay. So that's on Walmart
- 47:02that's about them
- 47:04making, you know, these little village areas to where you can just go and spend the whole day shopping at Walmart, enjoying the tennis courts, enjoying It's like, gee, they're bringing back the small town that they killed. Well, they're trying to cut Amazon's
- 47:18Unknown: throats, what they're trying to do.
- 47:21Unknown: Yeah. Well, I'd like to cut all their throats as far as Yeah.
- 47:24But yeah. Yeah.
- 47:27Unknown: You could, if you were a if you were a throat slitter, you'd you'd be gamefully employed the rest of your living days.
- 47:35Unknown: You've heard me say that. I think I've said this on your program before, but it just slays me.
- 47:41Yeah. Pun intended. Yeah. It just slays me to hear people talking on all kinds of different shows. But let's just say, for instance, you know, your
- 47:50your prepper patriot blah blah blah blah blah show. And guess what? You can get my book
- 47:56from Amazon. Yeah. Right. Oh my god. I mean, it just makes me wanna throw up. You can get you can get my book from Amazon
- 48:03Unknown: too. The only that's the only place you can find it. You know? You can get my book on Amazon too, but it's gonna cost you tenth $10.
- 48:12Unknown: Yeah.
- 48:14It just makes me you know, the the the whole the whole paradigm is just so antithetical to their message.
- 48:20We're we're we're talking decentralization.
- 48:23We're talking small, you know, blah blah blah, buy local, and all that stuff. Where can you get well, the only place that's available is Amazon. Oh, well, I see you get your own message pretty
- 48:33pretty tight there. Yeah.
- 48:35Unknown: Yeah. Well, there's there's great changes coming.
- 48:38There's great changes coming, Bob. The pendulum's shifting over to our side. We gotta be ready, we gotta be prepared,
- 48:45we gotta be knowledgeable, we gotta be able to talk to other people, and you gotta be able to explain
- 48:51of this Brown versus Board of Education, what did that do? It made us all equal, equal in the classroom, equal in the society. So we're not all equal in the society now. It overturned a previous case from 1894
- 49:04called Plessy versus Ferguson
- 49:06that was the definitive court ruling
- 49:08on the Jim Crow laws, and yes,
- 49:11it verified them. The
- 49:13question is, so now that that case is overturned
- 49:17by Brown versus Board of Education,
- 49:19exactly which of the drinking fountains are we all drinking out of now that we're so equal?
- 49:25Unknown: Exactly.
- 49:26Unknown: That is a good analogy. I mean, that's really man, that's the easiest way I've ever found to describe it. You don't have to bring in sections, code, IRS,
- 49:35the fourteenth amendment. You don't have to bring in anything to lay that in front of somebody and get the brain synapses firing.
- 49:42Unknown: Well, it's an old, old deal that it's much more difficult
- 49:46to build everybody up. It's much easier to just tear everybody down. Sure.
- 49:51I mean, if we want equality, yeah, we'll give you equality.
- 49:55And sit in the back of the bus. Shut up. Take what you said because
- 49:59we darn sure aren't gonna try to elevate everybody. That's too much work. Did you ever hear the back in the ex wife number three days, I had Jennifer Daniels on. Go through that. Ex wife one is what? Republic? Yes.
- 50:12Okay. Because see, that's way before my time. I never knew for sure, but I thought so. Okay. So you went through Republic Micro Effect and,
- 50:20ego.
- 50:21Unknown: Yeah. Chris Ego. And and after dealing with three psychopaths
- 50:25and and and people that are out somewhere in left field, I said, look. We're gonna have our own deal, and ain't nobody gonna mess with us.
- 50:33Unknown: Let's do something different. Yeah. Okay.
- 50:35So Okay. Well, I know I got lost because I never you didn't really ever specify. You just talked about x o x one. Well I'd never really known which number one was, but I thought that was the case. And that's you know? And and that wasn't a regular show. I was just on weekly with Bennett there, and then Bennett had a urinating match with the big big Buana that runs that outfit,
- 50:56Unknown: and he ended up leaving. And so I got drug along with him, and it worked into a full time deal. That's where it all kinda came from. By the way, John and Sarah found all those old shows on a on a thumb drive over the weekend. Yeah. I was listening to that. Yeah. So I guess we'll have some of them available. Chuck yesterday,
- 51:16our buddy from our beekeeping buddy there, the picture of a bee on my screen
- 51:22on my screen right now, one of my photos. There's a big bee buzzing around the rice, purple flower,
- 51:28and
- 51:29Chuck is a beekeeper out there. And he said, listen, I got a friend who's a paralegal type. He said he's finally won thinking about filing an affidavit. Can you load those two basics of law shows? You know, I did them a while back here and have used them as fillers when I wasn't,
- 51:44whatever
- 51:45reason, wasn't here.
- 51:47And,
- 51:49yes, I'm gonna do that. Okay? I will get that up on Castbox.
- 51:53But in the interim,
- 51:55if anybody
- 51:56wants that information,
- 51:58the very first time I ever broadcast that information is on YouTube.
- 52:04Science of law? That's the one, the science of law.
- 52:07It may be better than the ones I did here, really. I don't know, I had never compared them. I don't ever listen to my shows.
- 52:14It's just a pet peeve of mine.
- 52:17Look,
- 52:18I opened my mouth, it's there, it's in the can, I don't go back and try and scrutinize and all that stuff? I get on here and do the best I can. I do it from the heart,
- 52:29it's done once it's done. It's like the guy said,
- 52:32words
- 52:33Unknown: are like feathers. Faint's already dry, no reason to watch it. Yeah, words are like feathers.
- 52:40Unknown: Once they're scattered into the wind, they're very difficult to totally retrieve.
- 52:46Unknown: Oh, sure.
- 52:49Unknown: But that one was the first time I did it. I'm sure I put a lot more show prep into it than I do these days.
- 52:57And if you want something right handy that you can put in somebody's
- 53:00mailbox or whatever with a link,
- 53:03the science of law on YouTube. If it's still up, I'm assuming it hasn't been deemed as heats hate speech yet.
- 53:11It never was monetized.
- 53:14I and listen. I didn't put it up there. Some listener put it up there. I I still don't know. That's what I was thinking you'd said. I was thinking you'd said you were you were surprised to find it one time and realized it was there. Well, was nice to see that people are getting out there and putting
- 53:31well, so
- 53:33is gold, Matt.
- 53:36And
- 53:37it's good that people feel so strongly about the message that they take their own time and do that. The guy that put my old book, the first part of the first edition before we edited it a little bit,
- 53:51he's somebody had
- 53:53one of those books. We sold four fifty books first day.
- 53:57And
- 53:59somebody had one of those that they bought the first month or whatever that was before the change happened.
- 54:05And they the ones that they heard me on the radio, on the show talking about that it wasn't on Amazon because the problems I'd had,
- 54:12Amazon, but with these damn people that were stealing from me,
- 54:15using Amazon. And
- 54:17somebody took that and stuck their old original copy up on there for up to ten thousand dollars I didn't even know it till somebody sent it to me one day,
- 54:26and it may not even be up there now. But at one point, the original edition of the book was on there for $10, and I thought, well, man, I'm not gonna stick another one up there for, you know, 20 whatever dollars,
- 54:39because I like the publicity and the impact of that.
- 54:43Right. Yeah.
- 54:45Unknown: Leave it there and let it ride and let it be better.
- 54:48Unknown: Let's see here. Let's see what
- 54:52Matt was trying to tell us here, Bob.
- 54:55And we can get into a little bit of this.
- 55:00Well, Bitcoin's down to $5,800
- 55:02and they're suppressing it with the futures market.
- 55:06Good buying opportunity
- 55:08for sure,
- 55:09especially if you want to participate in the Bitcoin Cash Fork. It's down to $4.29
- 55:14if you can get some and get it. What I understand is, BitClub Network is not supporting this fork. Now as
- 55:22I think back, they made an announcement with the last fork,
- 55:26with Bitcoin Gold or something here a while back that that was the last fork that they were going to support.
- 55:32So I had
- 55:33forgotten that, but I remember it now that I realized they're not going to support this one. So if anybody wanted to support this, Kathy told me the only place that's really supporting it is CoinDesk.
- 55:46And so if you want to
- 55:49give them KYC's
- 55:51and stuff, I've never been to CoinDesk to sign up. I don't have an account there. I don't have a wallet there. I don't have any coins there. But if you wanted to participate in that, that's evidently where you'd go,
- 56:02and you probably don't have time to get all that done before tomorrow at this point anyway.
- 56:09Unknown: But okay. Well never been there. I was on Coinbase early on, and then, I
- 56:15went into local Bitcoin and just dealt
- 56:18with some people fairly close around that were doing their own mining.
- 56:22You know, you could get together. Basically, it was just a vouchsafe,
- 56:26you know, what's
- 56:29the right word here? A trusted third party, if you will. Yeah.
- 56:33Escrow to where
- 56:36they knew that you had
- 56:39completed your obligations, and you knew they completed your their obligations before
- 56:44anything changed hands.
- 56:45So it was it was convenient, but I got done with one back in probably
- 56:52March or April sometime. And the next thing I know, I'm getting some kind of a notification
- 56:57from
- 56:59local Bitcoin
- 57:00that took it entirely
- 57:02away from my taste that was wanting a whole lot more
- 57:06information
- 57:07from me, and I said, I just I just I've never clicked on it since. I just don't need that much out there.
- 57:14And here comes speaking to that point, they were they were allowing you to do it pretty much. Well, that say anonymously,
- 57:21Unknown: but there was no KYC or anything. Yeah. That's before they probably came in and cracked down on him now. Speaking of Chuck, Chuck has joined us here. Hey, mister beekeeper. How you doing?
- 57:31Unknown: I'm doing alright.
- 57:33I heard the name mentioned. How you how
- 57:35Unknown: how you bee, man?
- 57:39Good, Bob. Good. I know it's cheap. I know it's cheap. It's the best I can do. If I had a rim if I had a rim shot, I'd hit it. Rim shot. There he is. We need Robert for the rim shot. He's Boom. Boom. Boom. Yeah.
- 57:52Unknown: What's now he'll call it, of course. So, Chuck, your your buddy, I'm gonna issue you the same invitation that I issued to Doug last night. If your buddy needs any clarification, I'll I'll be happy to help him along.
- 58:05Unknown: Okay.
- 58:06Now this is a new guy. The the the
- 58:10paralegal guy I haven't talked to in probably a month.
- 58:15I've kind of laid laid low on him for that sort of stuff. That what
- 58:20I think in that area, what's going to make the difference is me
- 58:24putting the money where my mouth is. Well, no. You know, I. Let me make a suggestion.
- 58:30Since he's apparently I have the information, I don't act on it. Yeah,
- 58:35Unknown: well, you
- 58:37don't have to act on it to pass it on.
- 58:40Somebody may have a legitimate reason for not wanting to file that. I don't think those are, but they are in their minds, if that's stopping them, then it's stopping them. That doesn't mean you can't talk to other people about it. But if this guy has a legal background in a paralegal,
- 58:54use that Brown versus Board of Education Plessy comparison
- 58:58and ask him the simple question, since we're all equal, which drinking fountain are we drinking out of?
- 59:05Unknown: Mhmm.
- 59:07Unknown: Don't How equal are you? What yeah. Pigs are more equal than others. According to Animal Farm, you know, some pigs are more equal than others.
- 59:19Hey, listen, speaking of I have a story up here. I've been wanting to talk about it all week long. It just hit me as funny. Let me see if I can find it here real quick. If I can, I can get it from memory? There it is. I may have mentioned it the other day. A Chinese company pays their bondholders
- 59:36in ham instead of cash
- 59:38as domestic default store in China. My
- 59:43question is, what if they had any Jewish Chinese bondholders?
- 59:46Would they accept a ham instead of a yuan?
- 59:53Unknown: Yeah. I heard of cash being called cabbage.
- 59:56Unknown: Well, you know, the great called. You know, the great Jew I think I think there's just something Daryl brought us one day. The Jewish dilemma.
- 1:00:07Unknown: Do you remember that?
- 1:00:09I do, and I can't get I I remember coming up with it. I remember I laughed. Forget it. Do you know what the Jewish dilemma is, Chuck?
- 1:00:17Unknown: I don't remember. Free ham sandwiches.
- 1:00:22Unknown: Free ham sandwiches. Okay. Yeah. Exactly.
- 1:00:26That's funny.
- 1:00:28Unknown: It is.
- 1:00:30I guess it's the I guess that'd be the error, the the Muslim dilemma too, but, you know, they're not quite as greedy as the damn Edomites are.
- 1:00:41So so did you have a question, Chuck? You just wanna call in because we mentioned your name on the air. It's always good to hear from you. Yeah, I just
- 1:00:49Unknown: okay.
- 1:00:50Well, good. Thanks.
- 1:00:52I'm glad I can call in. What I wanted no. I was just gonna say that
- 1:00:58the apparently, I what I'll have to do with him is say, I'll have to go to we'll have to go dinner or something and then talk over it or invite him over the house and feed him. We've done that before and and talk to him about that. But
- 1:01:13Noah is a new guy. It's another guy, another friend of mine that I see two or three times a year,
- 1:01:19and, he doesn't live around. He's out in the country. So
- 1:01:23I'm
- 1:01:25he's he's a guy who's listened to Randy Kelton, and
- 1:01:29he's from Texas, actually. So he's he knows Randy Kelton and all those guys down in in Eddie Craig and the guys down in Texas that do the law, the rule of law radio stuff.
- 1:01:41And I don't we haven't gotten too much into law and other things. We talk about other stuff usually when we get together. But
- 1:01:49he when I showed him the affidavit,
- 1:01:52I had mentioned it to him and he hadn't replied to it, but I figured he would. So I took an affidavit up there and showed him what we done. So he got to read some of it and he was really interested.
- 1:02:03And I sent him all your book, your ebook, and the affidavit
- 1:02:08so he could look at it and take more time looking at it. And then some other
- 1:02:13some other
- 1:02:14stuff that you've sent me in.
- 1:02:18What I wanted to do though was those two audio files, I I was listening to the science of law yesterday.
- 1:02:24I didn't get to finish it, but I got about halfway through it. And I like the two hour presentation that you bought that you brought on
- 1:02:32PPN
- 1:02:34better
- 1:02:35Okay. I think than that one. Okay. So
- 1:02:38Unknown: all I've gotta do is go back and find them, download them from the server because I don't know where they are on my hard drive if I've got them in this. I've changed computers so many times here lately, and that's just a real hassle moving
- 1:02:51information over and keeping it where it was, and your memory says, You go there and you're over here and you go somewhere and it ain't there, and all that confusing stuff.
- 1:02:59But they are on the server, I just gotta go on there and download them and then upload them again over on Castbox.
- 1:03:06I will try and do that for everybody, okay? Because I know those are important. Yeah,
- 1:03:12Unknown: it is. And I could do it. I think I've done I've sent them to some other people, but it was off my it must have been off my computer. If I send it off my phone
- 1:03:21because my computer's down. Yeah. So I tried to send it over my phone, and the phone will only allow me to send 25 megabytes and if you send both files it's like 200 something megabytes.
- 1:03:33So it wouldn't let me do it and what I'm trying to do today is to try to find another laptop that I can get, use
- 1:03:40one that I can get and then start working off it again. It's got because my computer's got the affidavits on it and everything and
- 1:03:48check this out.
- 1:03:50Those affidavits we did, we got the let we got our friend who's a
- 1:03:58okay. What's the the
- 1:04:00people that stamp the affidavits?
- 1:04:03I can't. A notary. Yeah.
- 1:04:05A notary. She's she's a friend of ours, and she did
- 1:04:09she made
- 1:04:11we told her we just needed one original copy, and then we can copy off the rest of them, and that would be fine. But
- 1:04:16she was hesitant about it, so she made us,
- 1:04:1920 copies each
- 1:04:22original.
- 1:04:22Oh. Oh, I understand. Copies, but twenty twenty originals.
- 1:04:26And yeah. And you know what?
- 1:04:28I cannot find my affidavits.
- 1:04:31I
- 1:04:32got them. I I'm serious. I sent them off.
- 1:04:36Right? I sent them sent the ones off to the to the secretary of state, and I cannot find the rest of them that I need to send off to other places, and I cannot find them. My daughter can find hers, but I can't find mine. Well,
- 1:04:49Unknown: you're just gonna have to look a little bit harder, Chuck. I don't know what to tell you. I don't know.
- 1:04:55When you're when you're the computer goes down. I know. I know, man. And, boy, then those technicians have got you by the short hairs
- 1:05:03because somebody that's got their life on a computer will pay anything to get it fixed.
- 1:05:08Unknown: Yep. Well, the hard drive's fine. It's the the monitor was going out anyway, and I had it plugged up to another monitor, which I could use, but you gotta sign in and out.
- 1:05:18Log in to the computer through the original monitor, and now it's gone.
- 1:05:23And the
- 1:05:25yeah, and then it got to where it wouldn't the, cable,
- 1:05:29Internet wouldn't work on it. So I think the Internet card's gone out of it. So
- 1:05:33Unknown: Yeah. Well, there's probably some
- 1:05:35pretty good back. Okay. Thank you, Bob. Just join us when you get back. That's there's probably some pretty good cheap used ones out there on the market right now. Oh, yeah. Yeah. That's what I was looking at earlier. So What I was gonna say when you're giving the affidavit to people and when
- 1:05:53you showed him the affidavit, was it the original five page one that's in my book or the one page one? No. The one page. Okay. For him,
- 1:06:01pointing to the five page one because he's got the legal background. That thing's full of sites.
- 1:06:09Okay. And he can't read that without coming. I mean, you cannot read those without knowing what's going on especially if you've got
- 1:06:18a paralegal and a legal oriented background.
- 1:06:21It just clears nose on your face in a mirror, man. I mean, really.
- 1:06:26Now, what? The reason we cut it down to one, if any of you don't know,
- 1:06:31is because some people
- 1:06:33want to go file it at the property records office or in the legal organ
- 1:06:38and
- 1:06:39do that before they send it in. You don't have to,
- 1:06:42but
- 1:06:43some people want to. Dot every I and cross every t, And if you carry it down to the courthouse to file it, would you rather have a one page filing fee or would you rather have a five page filing fee?
- 1:06:57A one page. Well, obviously. Okay. So that's why it's shorted down.
- 1:07:03And I understand where it came from, how it was used originally, and why it was like that, and who wrote it, and the expertise that's involved in that five pager, and it is totally reproduced
- 1:07:14in the back of the book from Sovereign to Government by the Treachery and Deceptional Words with my name on it as the author.
- 1:07:21I wrote the manuscript.
- 1:07:23John and Glenn edited the book into what it is today.
- 1:07:26Okay?
- 1:07:28Credit where credit is due, alright? But if you look in that, you'll see all the stamps.
- 1:07:33You'll see the certification of the clerk of the court. You'll see all the stamps on there, okay?
- 1:07:42Unknown: Okay.
- 1:07:43Unknown: And your friend will easily recognize
- 1:07:46that if something's filed in the property records office,
- 1:07:49it fits the requirement of due process.
- 1:07:53And when no one objects,
- 1:07:56yours
- 1:07:57stands.
- 1:07:58Same deal as the secretary of state.
- 1:08:02Unknown: Well, I think on the the paralegal guy, I think his problem is
- 1:08:06I think he he still ties the from the information that he had gotten before
- 1:08:12from that one guy, that other friend of his that's done something similar to this. Their thing
- 1:08:18is that they still tie the nexus to the Social Security. Sure. And it's not what
- 1:08:23Unknown: you asked them why if anybody can signs up in the world to Social Security,
- 1:08:30and they can,
- 1:08:31why there's no jurisdictional nexus on them?
- 1:08:37How if if it's a citizen of Japan, a citizen of Ecuador, citizen of Germany, if they wanna sign a Social Security, they can't.
- 1:08:46And they pay them a little bit per month, and after when they retire, they get, you know, the federal government steals 90% and gives them back 10.
- 1:08:55Alright?
- 1:08:56I can that by the way.
- 1:08:59And so why
- 1:09:01doesn't OSHA and IRS and EPA
- 1:09:04and all those agencies now that they have jurisdiction because of this nexus, why don't they go over and enforce the regulations on him?
- 1:09:15Unknown: Yep.
- 1:09:16Unknown: I mean, ain't that pretty simple and logical?
- 1:09:19Unknown: Yeah. I yeah. It makes sense to me. That's why the the whole thing that they missed, though, is the birth certificate.
- 1:09:26And they use the the numbering system that they have and tie that in try to tie it into that, I guess. I don't know. But what I see is exactly what you've explained it because I that's where I had come from too was the Social Security issue.
- 1:09:40But it makes sense when the birth certificate as as a bond is tied into the system for collateral. Oh, it's not the bond. Ties us into their The birth certificate is not the bond. It's the security
- 1:09:54Unknown: for the bond. It's the collateralization.
- 1:09:59Unknown: Right.
- 1:10:00That's what I meant. It's a certificate to it.
- 1:10:03Unknown: It's actually technically if you're talking into your legal guys or people that are legally oriented. I believe John's
- 1:10:10idea is correct even all these years later.
- 1:10:14It's what's called a warehouse receipt.
- 1:10:17Unknown: Warehouse receipt. Yeah.
- 1:10:19Unknown: Where the piece of paper takes on the identity
- 1:10:24of the good,
- 1:10:25and the good takes on a shadowy
- 1:10:28existence
- 1:10:29because it's now represented
- 1:10:31by the paper.
- 1:10:34Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:10:36Unknown: Mhmm. Well, it'd be like having gold stored in the bank and you get gold certificates. Yeah. Or a certificate of title for your car or, you know, all all the the whole litany of stuff. Okay? The whole litany of fraud and deception.
- 1:10:50Mhmm.
- 1:10:52Unknown: Yep.
- 1:10:53Unknown: Yeah. And I I don't under I mean, I don't have a problem.
- 1:10:57Unknown: And I don't have a problem,
- 1:10:59understanding that. So And that's why I say, and these things are complex, and, you know, it's like the old Mark Twain thing. It's easier to fool a man than tell him he's been fooled.
- 1:11:09And I understand completely what's going on here with people like your friends
- 1:11:13because I've been in this for so long, and I've gone through all this myself.
- 1:11:17Okay?
- 1:11:18And back when you don't know where where the nexus is, and you're searching desperately
- 1:11:24for some connection where you can connect the dots and make sense out of this damn thing in your mind, you reach
- 1:11:31because that's the only thing you can do because they don't they've hidden it so well, okay? So, you reach out and you say things like, everybody's got a Social Security number. They want you to get one. That's gotta be the nexus to the system. Or they're reading the constitution and they say, oh, oh, here's admiralty law in the constitution. It's gotta be admiralty law.
- 1:11:51Well, neither one of those things are correct.
- 1:11:54Unknown: I know.
- 1:11:57Unknown: I know. And
- 1:11:59it's and and now you're you're fighting the battle of going in and explaining a complex system to somebody that doesn't wanna listen because they're stuck on the idea that what the misinformation
- 1:12:09that they've learned and taken so closely to heart's wrong, and they don't wanna let that go. Tom Schramm is a perfect example.
- 1:12:20Unknown: You know?
- 1:12:21Unknown: Yep.
- 1:12:23Unknown: Okay. I
- 1:12:25he's listened to the Rod Klaas so much. I think it that
- 1:12:29seems to be where a lot of his
- 1:12:31he takes the stance that Rod Klaas does. And Rod Klaas has some good stuff. He puts out a lot of information and history,
- 1:12:39but, he doesn't completely tie it all together either. And so I just learned from different people and put it together. I don't take just off of one, but you're the guy that's,
- 1:12:48Unknown: I think, is more complete than anybody that I've listened to. Well, I've been in it for twenty seven years. I've been around all the gurus in the in the movement, not all of them, but most of them of any significance.
- 1:13:00And because of my training, because of the information on that video,
- 1:13:05the basics of law, when they're coming out and saying all this stuff, I could pick it apart because they didn't even know the damn origin of the concept of the word person.
- 1:13:14And they're trying to tell people all these things are applicable, and they don't even know the base word, the concept behind the legal concept behind the word person,
- 1:13:23and every
- 1:13:25law is written for persons,
- 1:13:28things,
- 1:13:29or actions with the majority of them being persons.
- 1:13:33The majority of laws are written for persons and they don't even understand the legal concept. Now, when I understood that sitting there listening to them, why should I take very much of their other stuff? And why should I even take my time to listen to them to see if I glean anything out of there when I know they don't even know the basic concepts.
- 1:13:54Unknown: Right. Right.
- 1:13:56Unknown: I mean, one thing I'm not into doing, if I'm gonna waste my time, I'm gonna do it on recreational personal enjoyment.
- 1:14:03I'm not going to go chasing things like that
- 1:14:07arrogant guy I had on the air because the listeners telling me how deep he thought and how good his information. What was that guy's name?
- 1:14:16Richardson?
- 1:14:17I don't remember what his name was. I I. Yeah. Clint.
- 1:14:20Clint Richardson.
- 1:14:22He comes on there and and he's telling me he's quoting a litany of strings quotes out of the Bible And one of the ones right at the close of the break, because we were doing breaks back at the end of x-ray for number three, and he goes, god says, stay away from persons who are evil. And
- 1:14:37I asked him, I said, well, what what about persons that aren't evil? Well, he'd never even imputed that consideration.
- 1:14:44He just took the word person and thought that god said stay away from persons because all persons are evil.
- 1:14:53Unknown: Yeah. Clint's Clint's
- 1:14:55got some good stuff. Well, he may. The
- 1:14:58corporation go the The States. But Well, he may. That other stuff.
- 1:15:02Unknown: But not only does he not know what he's talking about from the basic standpoint,
- 1:15:07but he doesn't have an open mind to listen. Because if you heard that show, he told me I was full of ship high in transit right here on my own program where I invited him for a guest and hung up on me and the audience.
- 1:15:23Unknown: Right. Right.
- 1:15:26Unknown: Yeah. I know.
- 1:15:28Unknown: Okay. So why should I go glean hours going through his stuff when I already know that it's not me who's full of ship high in transit, it's him.
- 1:15:40At least when it comes to these basic concepts.
- 1:15:44Doug,
- 1:15:44my old buddy Doug,
- 1:15:47a man of few words.
- 1:15:50How are you? Oh,
- 1:15:52Unknown: hey. Pretty good. Hey.
- 1:15:55Something odd is going on.
- 1:15:57I don't know. I I almost hung up and tried to call again.
- 1:16:02There's, like, an exorbitant amount of
- 1:16:30Unknown: let us know because it may be isolated to your area there, Doug. So go ahead. Yeah. I was I was listening to the program through my iPhone prior to calling, and I didn't hear anything then, but that's been forty five minutes. Okay. Greg just checked in. He said no static. So it's on your end, Doug.
- 1:16:49Unknown: Yeah. Well, when Chris gets called It's Sealy dance song, isn't it? No static at all.
- 1:16:56There you go. Yeah.
- 1:16:59Good one. Bob, you could Static. I
- 1:17:02Unknown: one liners. Bob, you continually amaze me, man.
- 1:17:09So,
- 1:17:10Douglas
- 1:17:11from the Northwest
- 1:17:13Arkansas,
- 1:17:14Arkansas
- 1:17:15area,
- 1:17:16our buddy.
- 1:17:18Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:17:19Hey. So, anyway, what I was gonna say, I've I've listened to a lot of Rod Klass for years.
- 1:17:26Unknown: And as I understand what he's been doing
- 1:17:30is he's gone in as a fourteenth amendment citizen
- 1:17:34Right. And and and fighting that fight
- 1:17:38within that by
- 1:17:40demonstrating
- 1:17:42that they're breaking their own laws and rules. Correct.
- 1:17:46Unknown: Right. And he said some success. I'm gonna hang up. And and I'm not opposed to all that. I just see it as a waste of time and energy. You guys want to do all this stuff that if you're already in the mess, you're already in this pot of soup, okay? But if you're not in the pot of soup yet, that's a person I want to reach because I don't want to have to see people going through what Rod Klass goes through. I know what's involved. Okay? And I know the average person isn't gonna do that.
- 1:18:13And and the above average person isn't gonna do that. It's exceptional,
- 1:18:17really, really isolated person that's gonna dedicate everything they got to fighting these bastards in their ring by their rules not knowing what the hell they're doing.
- 1:18:26Okay? And I'm trying Get off the line. Alright. Yeah. So I'll see you later. Well, somebody's getting a call too. So
- 1:18:34but but what I'm trying to reach is the people that aren't in that yet. They can file one of these affidavits,
- 1:18:40and man, they ain't never gonna be in it because they'll never come after you when you've got that thing in your administrative folder at the secretary of state because you can bring it in any courtroom proceeding, and it bypasses the rules of evidence. And they're not gonna put this in front of anybody in a court setting,
- 1:18:59not if they can possibly help it.
- 1:19:03Unknown: No. They wanna tie you down in their system.
- 1:19:08Unknown: That's why it's so important. You know, but it's not just let me reiterate. Honest to goodness. It's not just about filing the and I wanted to tell this to Doug last night, so I'm glad you're listening, Doug, is remember when you're talking to these people, it's the information that's their freedom, and they're gonna have to sacrifice a little bit and learn and understand the information. That's my suggestion to them and my advice to them. Because if somebody does come and challenge them on it, if they don't know it, they're not gonna be able to defend their position belligerently
- 1:19:38or any other way.
- 1:19:40Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:19:45Unknown: That's right.
- 1:19:47Unknown: Your freedom's in the information.
- 1:19:52Unknown: Go ahead, appreciate Brent's yeah. I really appreciate Brent's having,
- 1:19:58I would say, dumbed it down, but that's really not even true. It's actually wised it up to the point that
- 1:20:04you can get it in such a concise
- 1:20:06city versus
- 1:20:08Unknown: comment. Brent. Law of the land versus law of the city. Man, that's just that's just so simple. When you can get it down to dialectics So accurate. You see, when you can get it down to dialectics, and that's what you wanna do is reduce all these things down to a single dialectic,
- 1:20:22and then it becomes real easy.
- 1:20:28By the way, I should say this, I was really, really titillated
- 1:20:32after Friday's show. Brent and I usually exchange an instant message or two. And, you know, good show, Brent. Thanks. All that kind of stuff.
- 1:20:40And and he and he responded back to, let's talk more about the fourteenth next week.
- 1:20:47Unknown: Sign me up.
- 1:20:49Unknown: So I thought that was great because,
- 1:20:52you know, listen, boy, it's taken me many years to pull pull the Brent across the ditch. Okay?
- 1:21:00Unknown: What
- 1:21:01Unknown: what was I missed last week's show. Well, you go right over to Castbox and listen to it.
- 1:21:07I will. I will. Did you guys talk about the fourteenth? Yes. We got into a very good discussion Friday and
- 1:21:13Daryl called in. A couple people called in and I had several people that commented on the show and I felt good about it and Brent did too.
- 1:21:21But I look back on when him and I first started doing these shows and it's been, lord, it's been four years at least.
- 1:21:28And, so we've been doing a show. We've only missed a couple in four years. That's how,
- 1:21:35dependable it's been.
- 1:21:37And He even went to the effort of putting him on Thursday when his Friday schedule was consumed by his lawyering. Right. We even had we even did shows when he's up in Alaska, and he was getting his Internet on a laser beam up in Palmer in the Matanuska Valley up there. Okay?
- 1:21:53So I'm in Argentina on the other side of the world. He's up there all the way in Alaska being lasered in on the internet, and we're having a program, and it was real good fidelity. It was amazing.
- 1:22:04It was amazing to me that day, just from the technological
- 1:22:08standpoint.
- 1:22:09And Patrick's joined us. I'm going to welcome you in a second, Patrick but you know, listen, I've been trying to drag Brent across this ditch for four years and man, he just didn't get it. I could tell. I'd have listeners, you know, get a hold of me and say, man, Brent just doesn't get it. He just doesn't get it. Well, all of a sudden, he's gotten it.
- 1:22:29Hey, Patrick. Have you gotten it yet, buddy?
- 1:22:32A little here, little there. We got it. We just ain't sold it up yet. Yeah. It takes a bit. It takes a bit to get your arms around it because there's so much here, and you gotta unlearn a bunch of stuff.
- 1:22:44Unknown: Oh, yeah. Yeah. I've been I've been tattooed. I gotta get rid of the tattoo.
- 1:22:48Question.
- 1:22:50Over on page 88 where it's talking about the
- 1:22:54the, separation there in, the slaughterhouse, and it goes on to talk about the final decision read from the decision itself.
- 1:23:00When the,
- 1:23:01civil rights were given to the
- 1:23:05spokes, do they
- 1:23:07Unknown: where did they drag us down to their status at that point? Can you tie that together for me? Well, they didn't drag. They didn't. No. No. They didn't they didn't drag us down to their status at that point. That's what the Jim Crow laws were about. That's what Plessy versus Ferguson was about.
- 1:23:21Okay. Alright. So they went from the hate rights here. Right. Well, they don't have any. They got civil rights. We got god given rights.
- 1:23:29Alright? And back then, the state citizens knew that, and then everybody knew it because the blacks drank out of one fountain and the whites drank out of the other, and it was accepted all over the country. And that's what tested that took up to take Plessy versus Ferguson to test that right there. And the Supreme Court came down and it certified it. So now they had to work through the first part of the of the night of last century
- 1:23:54and get up to the point where they could cause financial chaos, have control of the money supply, allowing them to take control of the key government offices,
- 1:24:03allowing them with the Federal Reserve to to open the credit tap and get everybody in the roaring twenties drunk on credit,
- 1:24:10get it all in Wall Street, crash the system. Now they come in and bankrupt the country. That's when they brought the system in. And if you want absolute proof, what happened on 03/09/1933,
- 1:24:21Patrick?
- 1:24:23Unknown: Oh, they shut down the, banking
- 1:24:26Unknown: system and stole all the gold and run off. Alright. There you go. Rockefeller. Well, they didn't take it all to Switzerland. They stole all the gold. I'll agree with you there. But so what is important about that is if you go to Black's Law Dictionary and look at the bank holiday in 1933,
- 1:24:42and it'll give you the answer right there. And it says the banks closed for three days for a bank holiday, and they opened up with the secretary
- 1:24:50of treasury
- 1:24:51overriding
- 1:24:53the regulations
- 1:24:55now controlling the banking system. Okay? So then we switched to paper. Then we went from gold to paper. Right?
- 1:25:03Right. Well, why'd they want the gold? It still says they were supposed
- 1:25:06Unknown: well, because it had been had monetary substance and value. You can't, you know, paper fiat. It's worthless. I mean, you you can burn it up. I mean, you you can certainly burn up gold. Why did why did they solid, I think. Why did they outlaw it and you couldn't have it up until when
- 1:25:22Unknown: Ron Paul got that bill walked through congress in his first term personally,
- 1:25:27single handedly, virtually. But you couldn't hold gold for a long time. Okay? Why not?
- 1:25:34Unknown: I believe they well, they took the gold from us. They didn't want us to have it. They wanted to put in their feudal suit. I mean, their, their, they got money. Okay. I'm And they put us put us as slaves. We're we're leaving. I'm trying They took the gold out. I'm trying back the gold now, my birth certificate. Okay. Now I'm trying to use the old salesman's trick that it's easier to pull a rope than it is to push a rope. Okay? So that's why I'm asking you these questions.
- 1:25:58Unknown: Legally,
- 1:25:59what were the implications in that change?
- 1:26:05That they outlawed the gold. They started a new system of, currency. Why did they outlaw the gold and prohibit you from having it and put people in jail? One guy got got prosecuted,
- 1:26:14if you had it and they found it.
- 1:26:17Unknown: Well, they're they're
- 1:26:19Unknown: were they're wanting to put in a new system, and they They they don't the collateral. The new system was already in at that point on March 9 when they made the change. Here's what I'm getting at.
- 1:26:28Man, man.
- 1:26:30Pay. No. No. This isn't me. No. I I am. The stat.
- 1:26:34The point is that free men pay debts.
- 1:26:39Slaves
- 1:26:40discharge debts.
- 1:26:41You pay debts with real money. You discharge
- 1:26:45debts with specie that you're the collateral for.
- 1:26:50Unknown: Gotcha. The same in the position of the people.
- 1:26:53Unknown: Okay. Gotcha. The position of people so they can only disconnect their self from from debt or or so you said slave
- 1:27:00can discharge debt,
- 1:27:02Unknown: and we have to Let's look at it another way. If you're if you're a slave, you're a piece of property. Right?
- 1:27:09Right. Okay. Well, property can own property. Can your can your truck can your can your I know that. I know that. Okay. So you're
- 1:27:18in the car, you go out and tow cars and stuff, okay?
- 1:27:22Can your tow truck go out and
- 1:27:25go off on its own and go buy gasoline and tires?
- 1:27:29No. Okay. Property can't own Your
- 1:27:32dog can't run down to the store and get a leash and a collar and a can alpo.
- 1:27:38Unknown: Right. Right. I got you. Okay. I got you. So that's Well, at least lean to that question,
- 1:27:47you know, you got an MSO or certificate of origin. We don't actually ever own that vehicle when we start purchasing under the
- 1:27:54Unknown: used system. Right? That's correct. You you The you know
- 1:27:58And we've had that verified,
- 1:28:01I personally,
- 1:28:02back in the eighties, I had a friend that was over in Germany,
- 1:28:06and that was back when the dollar was real high. Reagan was in the office,
- 1:28:10and the dollar was real high, And my buddy could get,
- 1:28:14US spec cars back into The States
- 1:28:17with no tax
- 1:28:18in his capacity over Gray line cars. Yeah. They would call them gray cars, but they weren't. It was US spec. It wasn't a European car brought in that didn't meet US spec, but that's what they called it regardless.
- 1:28:30Unknown: I worked on a bunch of them. Okay, well when I
- 1:28:33Unknown: had to send my money, I had to go borrow on my house equity line, because I had to send him the money out front, because he had to pay for it before it came through the manufacturing line. It was paid for before it And got
- 1:28:45so I had to send my money over there in advance. He stuck it in a German bank account so he'd get a little interest. In the interim, he paid for the car and he shipped it, had to drive and put a couple miles on it, so they drove it around one afternoon So, it qualifies as a used car and then they brought it back over. I ran down to Jacksonville, picked it up at the Port Of Jacksonville.
- 1:29:05When I went through all the paperwork, guess what I got?
- 1:29:10Unknown: A real MSO.
- 1:29:11Unknown: A real manufacturer statement of origin.
- 1:29:14Now back then in the eighties, I was still, you know, ignorant functionally,
- 1:29:19and I went to the I went to the Georgia tag department,
- 1:29:23and I I gave them I went and registered the damn thing and gave them the manufacturer
- 1:29:28statement of origin, but you know what? They didn't want it,
- 1:29:32and I've still got it. They didn't want it. I've got it here with you. But now we had some people in The States who were as people have become aware of this, they're wanting to get
- 1:29:41clear titles to stuff with the manufacturer statement of origin. So they go to the dealership and they go, well, I don't want a title. I want a manufacturer statement of origin. You know what the dealership tells them?
- 1:29:54Gonna cash,
- 1:29:56by the way, for it. So the dealership tells them, the only way I can do that is if I'm exporting it for you.
- 1:30:05Unknown: Unreal. I wonder what they'd I wonder what they'd say if you told them you were gonna pay with gold
- 1:30:10because then you're paying with real money. Yeah. Well, know, they'll
- 1:30:14Unknown: still being as ignorant as the most of the population is, they're still gonna insist because they're not gonna fight your battles for you. It's like going to your employer and saying, man, get rid of my withholding. I don't owe them taxes.
- 1:30:27They're not gonna fight the IRS for you.
- 1:30:32Unknown: Yep. You're right. You're right. I yesterday, I had a car that was, come up stolen, and the MPD called us, and they said,
- 1:30:40we won't come out and get that car. It's a squad car out, and my,
- 1:30:43manager said, well, just bring us a warrant, and we'll let you have it. And I said, what? He said, yeah. Go get a warrant. So we get it. I get a call a couple hours later at lunch.
- 1:30:52And this lieutenant was nice enough as he was. He wouldn't
- 1:30:56he wouldn't bully me around like most of them. They were screaming and yelling, but he said, look. I understand you want a warrant for this car. Said, yeah. I need to track this car. I got it's it's legally mine. I perfected the lien on it. I said,
- 1:31:09well, I can't do that. He said, if I do that, I want to come down and check every car and shut your shop down. I said, so y'all done it before and never done that. I said, what is this harassment or something? Because I'm in a lawsuit with y'all now in federal court.
- 1:31:19Well, let me get back with you. We get back with each other.
- 1:31:24We get back with each other, and
- 1:31:26he decided he still still don't wanna do it. He's holding his stance. Said, I'll tell you what. I'll tell you what. I said, I I spoke to counsel,
- 1:31:32which is not attorneys. And I said, we made a decision as long as you give me a receipt
- 1:31:36and sign for it. So he calls the permits office, and they said, we ain't got nothing like that to sign. I said, well, you need to learn about how warrants proceeded or
- 1:31:43or taken property. You have to sign for it. I said, well, I signed for property out of, when I when I'm getting arrested down there, I signed for my property back. I said, that's normal course of business. It's called a track record.
- 1:31:54So I ended up getting a copy of the report and the tow ticket.
- 1:31:58When they picked the car up, I videoed it. And I was nice enough to the guys and, you know, the the bait cops and stuff.
- 1:32:04But I'm gonna go back, and I told them when was out there, I said, y'all basically, I shot this deer, and y'all took it from me. And they said, what do you mean? I said, that's how I eat.
- 1:32:12I said, you see all these cars out here? Yes. So there's couple 100 of them. I said, each one of them means value to me. I said, I don't do this for play or game. I mean, not for game. I said, don't do this for practice or for play. I said, I'd do it for real.
- 1:32:24And I said that, you know, this is serious to me, although it didn't be you. You're
- 1:32:28on my tax dollar. I'm the guy that provides your costume.
- 1:32:32And they
- 1:32:33they got it.
- 1:32:34And went on about their business, but I'm gonna take it to a small claims court and request my my $1,800 sold on that car
- 1:32:42for my storage and everything. And I'm I'm just fed up with them. We've we've never done it. And we won one case. We're in another one. We're starting to stand up to them, and I'm just tired of them making it up as they go.
- 1:32:51Unknown: It makes my blood boil. Well, as as judge learn at hand said in one of his decision you familiar with him, learn at hand?
- 1:33:00Learn at hand. No. It's a hell of a name. I I he's probably he may not be the best justice it's ever been, but it's the greatest name they've ever attached to a judge. Learned hand. Learned hand is, you could say it that way.
- 1:33:12They never let him get to the Supreme Court because they're scared as hell of the guy.
- 1:33:17But in one of his decisions,
- 1:33:18and I'll paraphrase it for you, he said to claim one's rights,
- 1:33:23one must be a belligerent
- 1:33:25claimant.
- 1:33:28Unknown: Yeah. I like it. I like it when a grandstand. I had an attorney a long time ago in my divorce. He put on a show, son, and I ain't seen one like him since. He was in a little southern town in Lexington, Tennessee.
- 1:33:38Unknown: And got those. Can never see him.
- 1:33:42Unknown: It. Bob He would get over and look at the part. Yeah. Take a word. He'd look over there. It's that little girl. That little girl's recorder. He said, now did you get that little darling? And he's going to, you know, put on his show.
- 1:33:55Unknown: I'd probably get him this far these days. No. I get him called sexist. Yeah. Sexist.
- 1:34:02Unknown: Sexist.
- 1:34:03Unknown: Oh, yeah. Yeah. Male chauvinist etcetera. Well, listen, Patrick. Word belligerent. Yes. The word belligerent Yeah. We take it in in common in common usage in the vernacular. We take it as being argumentative.
- 1:34:16That's
- 1:34:18just
- 1:34:19text, I think. I mean, the word antebellum. What does that mean?
- 1:34:23Before the war. Got me. You know?
- 1:34:25It means before the war. Bell. Bella. Antebellum. You know? Bella is good, but but
- 1:34:31ad vacuuming appeal to the stick. You're gonna beat the hell out of you, basically.
- 1:34:37But belligerent doesn't necessarily mean door. It Staunch.
- 1:34:43Belligerent.
- 1:34:44Staunch.
- 1:34:45Unknown: It
- 1:34:46doesn't mean you have to get in their face, although you probably want to and you may. Resolute.
- 1:34:51Resolute
- 1:34:52as another good one.
- 1:34:56Unknown: Going to take it to the map. You're gonna take him down. You don't have to be belligerent
- 1:35:01to be belligerent.
- 1:35:03Unknown: Well, let me context. Let me draw what he was saying. Let me draw a parallel filing that affidavit with the secretary of state's belligerent.
- 1:35:11Unknown: That's a very belligerent action. You're standing up. You're resolute. You're you are resolved. Be what come what may.
- 1:35:19Unknown: Here I stand. Here's my facts in the highest form of legal truth that's accepted in the entire legal establishment
- 1:35:27all over the world historically.
- 1:35:29Here's mine.
- 1:35:30You beat it or mine stands.
- 1:35:34Oh, and by the way, yours has to be signed under penalty of perjury, you lying son of a bitches, and it's gotta be notarized too.
- 1:35:43And they are sons of bitches because their damn father's the devil.
- 1:35:50Unknown: Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. You said Can we go back to
- 1:35:53Unknown: can we go back to 1933?
- 1:35:56Unknown: Boy, wouldn't you like to in a sense, Bob?
- 1:35:59Unknown: Say
- 1:36:00Unknown: again? Wouldn't you like to in a sense?
- 1:36:03Unknown: Well, yeah. I am upset, but I would.
- 1:36:06Okay.
- 1:36:07So
- 1:36:08I knew where you were leading, Patrick.
- 1:36:12But
- 1:36:13I know the answer, but I'm not sure I understand how it came about.
- 1:36:18The point being,
- 1:36:20is it just the presumption?
- 1:36:23I mean, here we are back to this. What did we do to get ourselves in this fixed?
- 1:36:28Basically, it's not that we did anything. It's that we didn't do anything to stay out of it. It's the presumption
- 1:36:34override. Now when they went into the when they went into the bank holiday,
- 1:36:41basically,
- 1:36:42nobody was resident.
- 1:36:45And when they came out of the bank holiday, they said, okay. At this point,
- 1:36:49it's been on the books since 1868.
- 1:36:51I believe that's the fourteenth amendment. Correct.
- 1:36:55And at this point, we're gonna slam the door down, and we're gonna make it real.
- 1:36:59And you're gonna be looked at as a resident in the most strict legal sense, whereas prior to that, they hadn't. And now
- 1:37:06you can't own gold because you can't
- 1:37:09Unknown: your your property, you can't own property. Yep. Is that the basic Yeah. Basically. Right. It's just the presumption. Yes. It's a presumption. It's like the presumption of the old days when you were innocent until proven guilty. Now you're guilty until proven innocent.
- 1:37:23Just just ask president Trump. Yes.
- 1:37:26Okay?
- 1:37:27They and it's all reversed. And they knew this was gonna happen,
- 1:37:31and they set it up like that.
- 1:37:34I had a thought, I had a real good thought a second ago on that, and I lost it. It'll come back to me in a second on your question specifically.
- 1:37:40But they
- 1:37:42took that rascal and they let it sit there. And then the important thing that happened in the interim, Bob, was Wong Kim Ark.
- 1:37:52Okay? And that was two years after Plessy, by the way. I think Plessy was 1894
- 1:37:57and Wong Kim Ark was 1896,
- 1:38:01and Chief Justice Fuller was the head of the Supreme Court on both of them. And
- 1:38:05that's when they took it and they brought it up and they said, Oh no, it doesn't just apply to blacks, applies to Chinese and Mexican coolies and any other. So that's when they took the specific black
- 1:38:19application
- 1:38:20and spread the superstructure
- 1:38:22where they could pull off 03/09/1933,
- 1:38:25and it would apply to anybody. Opinion?
- 1:38:28Well,
- 1:38:34if they're really Kenyans my hand up. If they're really Kenyans and their father's not a damn communist writer from Chicago, it might.
- 1:38:42Unknown: Okay. Well, there's that.
- 1:38:44Unknown: Yeah. Patrick,
- 1:38:46recognize your hand up there, brother.
- 1:38:50I love questions, man. I love to answer these questions.
- 1:38:55Unknown: Yeah. Speaking of the,
- 1:38:58I call them the hired liars of the life of the world, the, the fine attorneys.
- 1:39:04Your legislative executive and judicial bodies, which one do they come out of?
- 1:39:08The lawyers? Or fit under.
- 1:39:11Yeah.
- 1:39:15Unknown: Hell. Well, the the
- 1:39:16DOJ
- 1:39:18would seemingly be under their umbrella, but the the, Department of Justice is a cabinet level office,
- 1:39:25and they're at the discretion of the president. You can see all that going on with Whitaker right now.
- 1:39:31Unknown: I would thank judicial because they're they're a a counselor of the court, but,
- 1:39:36how do, attorneys end up being, politicians and hold two different statuses legally?
- 1:39:42What is that? When they're supposed to be all three separate. What about the original thirteenth amendment?
- 1:39:49Unknown: What about it? I have to study. Sleep it under the carpet and forget about it. Yeah. Well, you have you ever read it, Patrick? Up as they go. Yeah. Have you ever read the original thirteenth?
- 1:39:59No, sir. Alright. Well, you need to go do that's a little side. Here's a little 14 right now. Alright. Well, I'm gonna give you well, wait a minute. I'm I'm going backwards. I'm a give you a little history. I'm
- 1:40:09a give you a little homework assignment.
- 1:40:11Go in and do in a search engine the missing thirteenth amendment,
- 1:40:14and you'll find some very interesting
- 1:40:17wording,
- 1:40:18because one of the things that outlaws is anybody with the title of nobility
- 1:40:22serving in office.
- 1:40:25You know why they had to That get rid one of that comes to mind. Yes,
- 1:40:28okay.
- 1:40:29And
- 1:40:30that's the one, and they have found it, actually I have seen it in
- 1:40:35a book. We had a guy in our in our patriot group. I've said this before. Hey, Chris. We had a guy in our patriot group in Atlanta named Joe D'Ambrosia.
- 1:40:43He's been dead a few years. He was just an all around good guy with a white hat, man. Everybody loved him, was just such a good guy, and he was Italian, D'Ambrosia,
- 1:40:54and he was really into family and
- 1:40:57genealogy,
- 1:40:58and so he had some family members up in Connecticut,
- 1:41:01and he went up to visit them, and when he was up there, he started looking around some old law law libraries and stuff, and he came up with a constant with a book with the constitution printed in it before they took the thirteenth amendment out, and it's sitting there in constitution in a book, in a law book.
- 1:41:20Now they'll come back and tell you that it was not ratified by, oh, Virginia was the last state to ratify it. It didn't really ratify it, so we just took it out all the books.
- 1:41:32They couldn't do it because they were planning on changing the whole system and breaking it down where they had a system that was run through political contributions
- 1:41:41just like this behemoth that we've got up there in DC right now. And before I get past it, because I want to talk about it today, and it's been such a good conversation we haven't gotten to it. If you have not seen the Al Jazeera
- 1:41:55four part video series that's floating around that was released over the weekend
- 1:42:00called The Lobby.
- 1:42:02Have any of you watched that yet?
- 1:42:06Unknown: Say it again? I haven't. The Lobby.
- 1:42:09Unknown: I'll tell you what. I'll put the link to it in today's show description on Castbox.
- 1:42:15Okay?
- 1:42:17They Castbox. Try
- 1:42:19Go to castbox.fm,
- 1:42:23and when you get there, put in Radio Ranch or PPN
- 1:42:27and it'll show up. I've been putting my shows up there for about ten days, two weeks now.
- 1:42:32And you send them an email to anybody, and you can listen to them right there, the fidelity's exceptionally good.
- 1:42:40Man,
- 1:42:41kind of stuff's real important, see, and those kind of things that, like you, Patrick, our people aren't real familiar with. Go back and do a search on the original thirteenth amendment, you'll see exactly why the hell they had to get rid of that thing. Not only that, but they had to get the new one in because it set up the fourteenth.
- 1:42:58And here's a little history, we've gone over it before, I don't know if you heard it, but when they voted the thirteenth amendment in, the one that's currently in the constitution,
- 1:43:06they let all the Southern States Representatives
- 1:43:10into congress to vote on it.
- 1:43:12Six months later, when they brought up the fourteenth amendment,
- 1:43:15they excluded
- 1:43:16them.
- 1:43:18Why? What year was this? What year? What year? This would have when they passed the fourteenth amendment back in 1868,
- 1:43:25'67, whenever it was. '68, I '68.
- 1:43:28'68. Okay. I just want to pair of time. And the reason they couldn't do it is because you can take the constitution and put it in any in front of any
- 1:43:36almost.
- 1:43:38You don't have to put it in front of a legal person. You can probably put it in front of somebody that could barely frost a mirror, and if you point it out to them, you can show them the parallel systems of government. The thirteenth amendment does what? It outlaws servitude
- 1:43:52and involuntary
- 1:43:53servitude except as a crime that had been duly convicted
- 1:43:57in all the states and their
- 1:44:00jurisdiction,
- 1:44:01plural,
- 1:44:02their
- 1:44:03jurisdictions.
- 1:44:05There's the original government. That's why they let the southern representatives in to vote on it. But if you look at the fourteenth amendment they passed six months later, it says subject to the jurisdiction thereof.
- 1:44:16There's the singular government.
- 1:44:18There's your two forms of government, the old one hiding right there that they've veneered over, and I've never heard any of these constitutional law experts
- 1:44:28ever comment on that.
- 1:44:31Does it ride with the admirable law and the maritime law? No. It has nothing to with it. Law. No. It has nothing to do with that. It has to do with law of the city, which is what they brought in to federalize everything with the fourteenth and the old state citizens that were, beholden to god and got their rights from god and owed god their duties, but they were called state citizens.
- 1:44:51And it was only if you were a state citizen that you were a national citizen.
- 1:44:57Gotcha. And they did so look for title of nobility. They took that out in the thirteenth amendment. Well, took the whole thirteenth amendment. It says you can't get any gifts from foreign potentates and stuff like that in there too if I remember.
- 1:45:09But you can go back and look that stuff up and see they had to get rid of that because they were gonna run-in a damn
- 1:45:15congress down the line a sixty, eighty years of politicians.
- 1:45:19That's why they had to change the seventeenth. That's why the seventeenth
- 1:45:22amendment's in there because it took the right of the states to appoint senators,
- 1:45:27which gave the states connections into DC,
- 1:45:31and it severed that. And now they're popularly elected, and they gotta get copious amounts of money.
- 1:45:37Unknown: They kept South out on voting. Yep. They kept the South out on boating on the fourteenth amendment. They didn't allow them to come in on that one. That's correct.
- 1:45:46Unknown: Okay. Staying on 1933.
- 1:45:48Unknown: And guess what? If the if their states didn't pass it, after they passed it in congress and went through the ratification process where every state has to go in and they have to bring it up in front of the legislature,
- 1:46:01and they have to read it three
- 1:46:03times
- 1:46:04without a jot or a tittle changed.
- 1:46:08They can't change an and to an or, they can't change an and to an r, they can't change a comma, they can't change a semicolon,
- 1:46:16they can't change a period.
- 1:46:18It's gotta be read three times in front of the legislature,
- 1:46:22and when the Southern states would not ratify the fourteenth amendment,
- 1:46:27they sent the reconstruction people in, put in carpetbaggers
- 1:46:30and new, federal citizens in there, and they burned the law libraries.
- 1:46:38Unreal. Nope. It's justified means. Yep. Hey, Chris. How you doing, man? Vote on it.
- 1:46:45Unknown: Yeah. They wouldn't let anybody have a quorum. They demand that they vote on the crowd, the crowd that God gave us. They wouldn't allow them to vote on it, but they they demanded they ratify it.
- 1:46:56There you go. Salient points.
- 1:47:00Unknown: Yes, sir. Initially installed
- 1:47:02was termed a rump military
- 1:47:05group of governors in place of the state elected officials
- 1:47:10and usurpated the state governments
- 1:47:12by putting in military rule so they could force them to
- 1:47:17exceed the fourteenth.
- 1:47:20Also,
- 1:47:21I think it was Bob. It might have been Patrick asked the same question on which branch of government the attorneys fall in. Yeah. It was Patrick. Well, I know the district attorneys
- 1:47:30are part of the
- 1:47:33legislative
- 1:47:34the the executive branch, excuse me, the executive branch. Because
- 1:47:38judiciary
- 1:47:39branch,
- 1:47:41that's where the separation of powers doctrine violations come in my case because the dick district attorney, the executive,
- 1:47:49was married to his wife, the judiciary,
- 1:47:52who conspired together.
- 1:47:54And truly,
- 1:47:55all offices of government, the executive, the judiciary, and the legislative
- 1:48:01are usurpated
- 1:48:02and taken over by the bar because they occupy
- 1:48:06all offices of congress as elected officials, and that was the danger of the titles of nobility, the original thirteenth act. That's why they were excluded and precluded. Very good point, Chris.
- 1:48:19Unknown: I was I was wondering if you would consider them one of you know, I mean, it's kind of under the illusion, isn't it? Just in as much as they're really, at this point, part of the administrative state, which isn't
- 1:48:30yeah. It's quasi judicial and quasi
- 1:48:33executive and quasi legislative.
- 1:48:36I mean, none of them are actually attached to the original.
- 1:48:40Unknown: You're exactly right. When we consider that we have a de facto by force of arms government, we're
- 1:48:47our de jure government or lawful government constitution
- 1:48:51for America.
- 1:48:52That's because it's under the corporate model of the DC Incorporation Act of 1871.
- 1:48:58And the state plans were all states ceded to become
- 1:49:03subcorp for US Inc because they can manage their corporate interest
- 1:49:08without the pesky change of the constitution interfering with their,
- 1:49:13agendas that they're putting forth.
- 1:49:15Curiously,
- 1:49:17in reading over that Arjmon case yesterday
- 1:49:20and some of the,
- 1:49:22Nationality
- 1:49:23Act case law that I read,
- 1:49:25they talk about it in their,
- 1:49:28alien courts or my courts
- 1:49:30that these are actually persecutors
- 1:49:33there rather than prosecutors.
- 1:49:35They're actually persecutioners
- 1:49:37and pro se executioners
- 1:49:39is what these people really are because of the war court tribunal.
- 1:49:45Unknown: Well, I Prince. Go on.
- 1:49:49Yeah. You know, I've said for years that that your taxes are tribute. Go ahead, Bob. I'm sorry for interrupting.
- 1:49:57Unknown: No problem. You
- 1:49:59had you you were let's just say leading Patrick along trying to get him to the point that,
- 1:50:05you know, the status had changed or at least the presumption of status. The presumption. But
- 1:50:11wasn't that also the point in time, or am I mistaken, when
- 1:50:16the
- 1:50:20international
- 1:50:20teams
- 1:50:21the the the attorney general and the secretary of the treasury
- 1:50:26Unknown: changed. That's when it changed. Of them now being Well, Black's law dictionary tells you that if you go look under the bank holiday in 1933.
- 1:50:34It doesn't tell you it outright.
- 1:50:36It just says when they opened up, they opened up under regulations
- 1:50:39under the authority
- 1:50:41secretary of the treasury. Well, guess what? There wasn't a secretary of the treasury.
- 1:50:46There was a treasurer of The United States.
- 1:50:51Unknown: Treasury of the United States, which is a different kinda like state of and
- 1:50:55and
- 1:50:57And and whatever state. State of Kansas and Kansas.
- 1:51:01Unknown: Yeah. Exactly. And and why did they have to put that office in there to control the banks?
- 1:51:07Because they were now in bankruptcy,
- 1:51:09and the secretary of the treasury is the receiver in bankruptcy.
- 1:51:18Unknown: And I keep thinking about that. And, of course, you brought it to light, the idea that, you know, Sessions, who is now gone, but who was, you know, doing this, doing that, doing the other.
- 1:51:28And, you know, you're his boss just firing. Well, yeah, I'm not really sure who's the boss in that case because if your paychecks
- 1:51:34if you're getting your check strokes out of the International Monetary Fund, then I'm
- 1:51:39Unknown: not really sure the president's your boss or not. Well, let's say that that goes least to make it. Let's say that goes back to the feudal system and one of the tenants or cannons of law that came out of that system, Bob.
- 1:51:51If you receive the benefit, you owe the duty.
- 1:51:55Unknown: Yeah. Yep.
- 1:51:58Unknown: So, anyway, that's left us out of the fourteenth amendment. They didn't go ahead.
- 1:52:03Unknown: Excuse me, Bob. More
- 1:52:05Unknown: equivocation. More equivocation. What? That's what it that's this whole thing. If you wanna look in the dictionary, Patrick, that's where you can point in somebody's nose. Equivocation
- 1:52:15is what's running this whole deal. Dialectics.
- 1:52:18Giving you a word with multiple definitions, and you don't know which one.
- 1:52:24Unknown: And hoping you take the wrong one in your mouth and bite it and keep it in there like a bit. How about if they condition you to do that?
- 1:52:33Oh, yeah.
- 1:52:34Unknown: Give me a correct spelling on location.
- 1:52:37Unknown: On E Q U I V, equiv, 0 C a T I 0 n.
- 1:52:43Go
- 1:52:45back, man. And let me tell you what. Go hey. Let me tell you where to look. Go look in an old Webster's dictionary from the eighteen hundreds.
- 1:52:53And at the end of his definition, guess what he says?
- 1:52:57This is often used by non Christians
- 1:53:00to fool Christians.
- 1:53:04Unknown: If they didn't if they didn't have us vote if
- 1:53:08they didn't have us vote on the fourteenth amendment, did they have a true quorum?
- 1:53:12Unknown: Well, hell, it was never legally ratified. Hey.
- 1:53:15They these are never legally ratified anyway. Of course not. There's a great, there's a really, really, really good background
- 1:53:23on the fourteenth amendment in the congressional record
- 1:53:26that was put in there by a Louisiana congressman named Rarick,
- 1:53:31R A R I C K.
- 1:53:33It's in the congressional record now. He read it right in there. You can go online and search Rarick and find it and it gives a lot of background on it.
- 1:53:43Well, they were under. First gear. Hold on, Chuck. They were under Murf Marshall Law. Yeah. Yeah. It was under that was you know, this is where yesterday,
- 1:53:53Matt chimed in, said, we're under the Libra code. Well, they were definitely under the Libra code back then.
- 1:53:59Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:54:01And they have to renew that every two years, do they not? To Well, I
- 1:54:06Unknown: continue funding the armed forces the way they are, which are not constitutional as well. I'm not sure about that. I know that if you file an affidavit chain under a no Liber code.
- 1:54:17True, true.
- 1:54:20Unknown: But that's how they operate their system though. Then is
- 1:54:24it not the bankruptcy comes up every seven years, does it not?
- 1:54:29Unknown: No. That's
- 1:54:31a that's a lien. You're thinking about a lien.
- 1:54:35A lien has to be renewed every seven years. Bankruptcy's just gone on. And, man, I mean, I saw a figure the other day. We paid something like
- 1:54:453 or 4 or $500,000,000,000
- 1:54:48in in interest on the national debt just last year.
- 1:54:55Okay. Now how many years we've been paying that kind of an amount on this thing since the thirties, and we ain't paid off the bankruptcy yet,
- 1:55:05Unknown: Look at your mortgage. Just look at your mortgage on your house and see what you're paying. Sure. Exactly. This is let's yeah. Different different unit. One's big. One's a, you know, one's a twin screw barge on the river, the pushboard, and the other one's a a canoe. Yeah. They all sink the same. And you're and you're pulling it.
- 1:55:24Unknown: Listen, I'm gonna put that. I had the site here. We got in such good conversation today. This is from
- 1:55:31informationclearinghouse.info
- 1:55:34is where you'll find the Israel lobby
- 1:55:37and I encourage all you to watch it. I'm a put the link to it in today's show description on Castbox so you can easily find it. These people have been nailed, folks.
- 1:55:48They've been nailed,
- 1:55:49okay? So, I'll put that up there. We'll be back tomorrow. If you guys want to join in, we just continue tomorrow. We'll see what breaks for now and then. I'm expecting today, tomorrow to be a really big financial
