- 0:00Amana, Can you look me in the eyes and tell me that you don't
- 0:03have a favorite when it comes to your two children. No, well,
- 0:07you've got the looking me in the eyes part down, very very uncomfortable.
- 0:10I gotcha. No, I don't have a favorite. Really. It really
- 0:14depends on the day, and I think that's probably how most people feel.
- 0:17Yeah, you don't love one more than the other though, No, gosh,
- 0:20well, it would be seemingly crazy to admit that. But here we
- 0:22are. Dion Sanders, one of the great athletes of our time, is
- 0:26now the head coach at the Colorado University of Colorado. Football was his boys
- 0:30play for. It was boys. So he's got five kids, Amanda.
- 0:33The names are Dion Junior. Of course, clearly the favorite loves him some
- 0:38Dion, it's for sure, Shiloh, Shador, and Shalom. Well he
- 0:42has He says he does have in fact, a ranking, a power ranking
- 0:46of his children. He said he does not love them all the same.
- 0:48When he was asked about Dion Junior and how he's ranked rising in the power
- 0:52rankings of his favorite children, he said this, he is moving up.
- 0:56He is moving on up like the Jeffersons. So it's tough. My kids
- 1:00rankings are tough. I'm an only one is about ranking my kids. You
- 1:03guys act like you love all them the same, and you don't. I
- 1:07don't know why y'all act like that. Wow, gosh, Dion, stop
- 1:11calling us out seem I have littles three and four years old, So when
- 1:14one seven at temper tantrum, of course I'm gonna lean into the other one.
- 1:18My kids, you know, haven't committed any crimes yet or sure,
- 1:23that would be tough. If you had to leg say you two like high
- 1:25school aged kids and one was constantly breaking the law and the other one race
- 1:29like on the honor roll. Might make it a little easier. And I
- 1:30don't know. I'm not saying Dion's kids have a track record or a rap
- 1:34sheet by no man, No, no, no, not at all.
- 1:37I just assume most people who would have those stronger feelings would probably be having
- 1:44a kid that's, you know, just a rascal, right hey, and
- 1:46listen. I would love to hear from anybody who who does care to admit
- 1:49that they have a ranking of their favorite children seven one, two, eight
- 1:53ninety eight. Seven would love to hear it. One brave soul give you
- 1:56one brave soul who's willing to admit it. We did post this on Facebook
- 2:00and Casey she had me really thinking because she goes not overall, but I
- 2:05have different situations. For example, if I go on a grocery run,
- 2:07I'm gonna take my oldest. I can relate to this so much. If
- 2:10I'm going to the grocery store, I'm bringing Sydney because she's not crazy like
- 2:15Briggs would be running down the aisle like hitting everything off or opening stuff eating
- 2:20it. He's just he's that kid. See when you say things like she's
- 2:23not crazy, it makes me think like you do have a favorite No,
- 2:27because then, for instance, let's say going to the park, I want
- 2:30to bring Briggs over Sid because Sid just doesn't ever want to leave the park,
- 2:32Whereas I can steal bride Briggs like, Hey, you want to go
- 2:36home and get a treat, Let's get home. You know, well,
- 2:38she doesn't fall for that. No, she goes. She does. And
- 2:42I quote, Mom, I know you're lying to me, like in a
- 2:46minute in the morning, big nutty eight point seven. You know what I
- 2:50mean. I know you and Nick have been struggling, lady, So I
- 2:52wanted to do something to help. Gosh, thank you so much. I
- 2:53really appreciate this is a therapy session totally. You're fine, you of course,
- 3:00but just in case, just in case, your relationship needs some improvement.
- 3:02These are what they call micro moves. Micro moves all right, just
- 3:07small little moves. Sounds smooth. These are things you can do today to
- 3:10drastically improve your relationship. I'm doing it. I'm doing all of them,
- 3:15okay, and they're easy. Again, they're micro moves, not macro moves
- 3:17like reminisce. Just you know, go out of your way to sit down
- 3:21with your partner and reminisce you remember your first date, your first kiss.
- 3:24Just have a little session of reminiscent. It's fun sometimes, Like you know
- 3:27how you get Snapchat memories and I like those because they're very personal between like
- 3:31Nick and I. It's like something funny that had happened and whatever, like
- 3:34when we first started dating, and I'll send them that be like, oh,
- 3:37it takes you back. It's like, gosh, remember when we did
- 3:39that. Nothing nothing wrong with that. Little reminiscent. Also creating rituals,
- 3:44traditions. Those are fun things, little micro moves you can do, and
- 3:46that's easy. They're they don't have to be big extravagant things, right,
- 3:50you know, I get it that, but I'm like, I see,
- 3:52I thought big and extravagant. Give me an example of a quick tradition I
- 3:54could whip up today with my husband. Well, that's something you can just
- 3:58look forward to, you like a weekly thing. Like I know a couple
- 4:00a friend of mine, a couple of friends of mine, the ones who
- 4:02I just detail their wedding, Eric and Kelsey, and they do this thing
- 4:04they told me about where once a week on the same night, I forget
- 4:08what night they do wine and frozen pizza. Simple as ye love, easy,
- 4:12easy, something you might do anyway, but just to go out of
- 4:14your way to say, hey, like, you know, looking forward to
- 4:16frozen pizza and wine night. Very affordable, but just very fun. Uh.
- 4:20Make out? Do you ever try and make it out? Yeah?
- 4:24Every once in a while. Sometimes we get a little giggily though. Yeah,
- 4:26you don't take it seriously because sometimes we'll be making out and then all
- 4:30of a sudden is saying you're done. It's like, oh, it's been
- 4:32a long time, and you can't help but kind of laugh like that felt,
- 4:36So what happened? To that part of our marriage. Oh, come
- 4:40on, now, you need some micromoves. It's what you mean to make
- 4:43some of these micro moves to drastically improve your relationship today. Leave notes?
- 4:46You ever leave notes? I think I've maybe left up two notes in my
- 4:49life. I said, like, hey, don't forget to, you know,
- 4:53leave a key or something. Nick used to leave notes all the time
- 4:55when we first started. Put them on my pillow, and he so cute,
- 5:00he's gonna kill me. But he'd always put number forty two on it
- 5:01because that's his football number. How is that cute? It's like that's odd
- 5:06at best. Put like his name in the summer. I know he really
- 5:12sold you. This is how he won you over. He really sold like
- 5:15leaned into the fact that he played Division one college football. Duff. Gosh.
- 5:19I didn't take it for a note guy, but I guess now it
- 5:21makes more sense. It was just for him to go acting like he's signing
- 5:27out number forty two out love it. Oh so cute. Gosh, he's
- 5:33gonna kill me old number forty two. All right? Ask her. Exercising
- 5:39together another micro movie you can make. We just played pickleball together the other
- 5:43night. That was so fun. Number forty two on the pickleball corn Dad
- 5:46had to make his way in the How was he a pickleball? It's gonna
- 5:53shot? Yeah, pretty good, Yeah, I believe it. Just an
- 5:57athlete, Yeah, athlete is gonna athlete. I have asked him if he
- 6:00could let me play golf with him, but that's a hard no. He
- 6:02just doesn't want anything to do with golfing with me. He wants to keep
- 6:05that his thing. I think together. You know, it's pretty soon I'm
- 6:10gonna go want to go rifle hunting like thing. Listen, as a golfer,
- 6:15I know, like it's no fans, Like if you're a beginner golfer,
- 6:17great, but it's not going to be fun to play with somebody who's
- 6:20like a more serious It's just not And he even gets mad even if I
- 6:24just sit in the cart with him. He just because why are you getting
- 6:28mad at me? I'm just I know what you do, just enjoying your
- 6:32company. I guarantee when he hits a shot, like to you it looks
- 6:35like why he whacked it, but to him it was a horrible shot.
- 6:39So you probably are the type that goes like, oh good shot, honey,
- 6:42and he's just like, you mean, doesn't stop it, You're just
- 6:46rubbing it in number. And finally, the micro movie you can make to
- 6:50improve your relationship to day, get him a gift, little gift, don't
- 6:54be much. Well, he did play yesterday the cobb are open, Go
- 6:57get him some more golf balls. But he lost to feel Oh yeah,
- 7:00probably appreciate the cover open. Is he playing college golf? Now? Did
- 7:03you have some eligibility left? All number forty two in the morning? What
- 7:10a nightmare for this mom. You know, the process of naming your child
- 7:13at the hospital is very exciting, I would imagine. Yeah, most people
- 7:16I think already haven't in the can. Yeah, just get a hone it.
- 7:19I'm like, okay, this is what we're gonna do. If they're
- 7:21up to two names, it's like, hey, when that baby comes out,
- 7:25maybe we'll decide see what it looks like. Well, this woman who
- 7:28is an ABC reporter, found herself in an interesting predicament because she was working
- 7:32on a story. Now, the goal of the story was to find out
- 7:36basically, how ridiculous of a name could you name your child before the baby
- 7:41registrar? With registrar would say no, oh okay, So Basically, there
- 7:46is a line and if they do deny the name of the baby, if
- 7:49it's like two vulgar or whatever, they'll give you like a default name until
- 7:53you get a new one. So she was pregnant herself working on the story.
- 7:57She tried to reach out to the baby registrar to give an answer and
- 8:01they would not give on. So she's like, all right, I'm gonna
- 8:03put it to the test. So she has a baby, and so she's
- 8:05thinking, all right, for the story, I'm gonna name my baby the
- 8:09most ridiculous thing that's for sure gonna get denied to find out what they will
- 8:13do. Okay, So the name she came up with that would surely get
- 8:16denied was meth and fetamine rules. First and first and middle name meth and
- 8:24fetamine rules. So she submits it and much to her surprise, it was
- 8:28very quickly approved. She received the birth certificate comes in the mail with the
- 8:33first and middle name meth and fetamine rules. So now she's stuck with a
- 8:39baby. Well, I mean, you can go meth for sort, So
- 8:41there's short Methilly. They just aren't even if she has another girl, she
- 8:50can name her Crystal. So what she did is Andy quickly making a feel
- 8:58and reached out, Uh do the baby registrar? If that's even how you
- 9:03say that word. And they've they've assured her that they'll be able to get
- 9:07a different name eventually, but of course the meantime, still you're gonna be
- 9:11I mean, yes, it's a story to tell, and I guess that's
- 9:13what she is, a storyteller as a reporter. So your kid's gonna have
- 9:16a fun story. Yeah, and you've done some good work here, but
- 9:20that is shocking to me. I mean, listen, and they've denied names
- 9:24for much less. I don't know if they thought it was like a Greek
- 9:28name or something even like have you ever tried to get a personalized license plate?
- 9:31No? Have you? Oh? Yeah? Still for our band low
- 9:33Standards, who has that show coming up October fourteenth at far but Brewing he
- 9:37gets on seal Now they won't. So we have like a lot of inside
- 9:41jokes. Is like any group of friends, might you know. So we
- 9:43have this phrase we say all the time, which is rim tim. Doesn't
- 9:48make any sense, it's just a thing we say, rim Tim. So
- 9:50when we got a trailer for the band, we had to get a license
- 9:54plate for it, and we're like, all right, which we it's like
- 9:56fifteen bucks extra, why don't we get a funny license plate? Yeah?
- 9:58So I submit to the North Dakota whatever and I put you, I gotta
- 10:01put a few options. The first one was rimm, Tim, and then
- 10:03they ask you an explanation of why, because just to make sure I don't
- 10:07know what was your explanation. Basically, I kept it really vague, hoping
- 10:11that you know, because you could maybe think it's something dirty. It's not.
- 10:15So I said, if you want to. Basically, I said,
- 10:16this is a thing that my band says all the time. And apparently that
- 10:20wasn't good enough for them, because when we got the license plate, they
- 10:22don't even tell you. You just it just came with the seel like y
- 10:26two x four three two. Wow. We put a silly second one two,
- 10:28but it was much cleaner, less suggestive. Got it anyway, So
- 10:33we got denied, but it was very upsetting. I still have beef with
- 10:35North Dakota. That's why I moved a couple of years ago. Is that
- 10:37what that was in the morning trending? Now here's what you need to know.
- 10:48Hang on, Oh god, we have an update on the story.
- 10:50We do, we do, yes, reporting live from South Carolina that fighter
- 10:56jet has been found. Oh good, which is good because I was starting
- 11:01to be just as concerned as everybody else, all up on Twitter going on,
- 11:03how do you lose an F thirty five? Yeah? Maybe if you're
- 11:07just waking up the big There was a literal fighter jet that the military misplaced.
- 11:11It happens every day. Well, they didn't misplace it. They was
- 11:15being flown by somebody and there was a mishap, so the pilot ejected.
- 11:18Thankfully, the pilot is stable, recovering, totally fine. But then they
- 11:24couldn't find it, and everybody is going, how was there not a tracking
- 11:26device on an F thirty five. Yeah. They ended up finding it about
- 11:31two hours northeast of the base where it originally had taken. Good. You
- 11:33know what I always lose is the Apple TV remote. Do you have an
- 11:37Apple TV? No? But we have a mid Cohen, we have a
- 11:39smaller one. We just lost it in the middle of the bed yesterday.
- 11:41Isn't incredible. It's like a black hole. Then sheets my mom for Christmas
- 11:46one year. But they came in a pack of six and you put like
- 11:50these little beepers on it. But then the funny part is is the beepers
- 11:56you'd attached to whatever it is, your phone, your key is all that.
- 11:58But then that beeper and also came with a remote, so you had
- 12:01to have the small remote in order to beep it to find it. And
- 12:05it's like one of those is it Norwegian dolls or whatever, the little like
- 12:07wooden doll that there's a big one and then you open it up and there's
- 12:11a smaller one, and then it's like that for remote. They just keep
- 12:13getting everything as a remote that's just a little smaller than the one before.
- 12:18I ye's a heck of a ret. Don't don't know, we yup me.
- 12:22That was a heck of a reference Norwegian dolls, I know, the
- 12:26little stack of no I know, I got some Johnson's and some Johansen's listening
- 12:31going oh yeah, we get it, I got it. I'm sorry,
- 12:35excuse me, Thank you guys, everybody. Pike made a good Norwegian reference.
- 12:41Thank you. Go ahead, and I am Norwegian, so I can.
- 12:45Okay, you're gonna probably get people dropping up left set today. They're
- 12:48gonna be so happy. Some croom coca. Now we're in business. My
- 12:54grandma would love this segment. God rest soul. The cost of raising children
- 12:58and I didn't even want to do this story because I don't want you to
- 13:01shy away from having kids. Literally, everything you've said about kids is deterring
- 13:07me from wanting to have kids. No, they're the best. Ya tell
- 13:11me what you're about to tell me is worth it. Absolutely. The US
- 13:15cost of raising a kid has gone up. It's almost two hundred and forty
- 13:18thousand dollars just for the basics to raise a kid from birth till they're eighteen.
- 13:24And that is not including sports. So all the hockey parents right now
- 13:28are like, come on now, yeah that's a that's a bit aggressive.
- 13:33It is in it. You know you want to have two three? Now
- 13:35you're talking up we're of a mill. Well, they're talking about childcare costs
- 13:39too, And I can feel this in the pocketbook. Parents on average or
- 13:43spending about twelve thousand dollars per year. And again, yeah, total that
- 13:46up, goods. It gets to be a lot just two kids. Think
- 13:50how many snacks and dinners you could do? Snacks and dinners. Yeah,
- 13:56I prefer to have snacks and dinners with my kids. Something about them,
- 14:00you sit around that dinner table, Pike ask how their day is. I
- 14:03mean, imagine just staring at your wife the rest of your life. Yeah,
- 14:07I know that other one, I'm hard to make it. I'm trying
- 14:11to add, what does Lauren have to do with this? Jeemes apologize immediately.
- 14:18Imagine the sad, lonely life having to just stare across the table at
- 14:22your wife eternity. But tell you said that I love Lauren sounds yet.
- 14:33I was really trying off the cuff to come up with like a good scenario
- 14:37and I failed. And ABC announced on Monday that the network will carry an
- 14:43NFL game during every week of the season. ABC apparent company of Walt Disney,
- 14:46which also owns ESPN, decided to make that change in order to help
- 14:50offset some of the impact of the ongoing Hollywood strikes. So I feel like
- 14:54that's the first time we've probably felt it or seen it. I wouldn't say
- 14:58i've felt it. How do you feel that? Yeah, A man,
- 15:05what did it feel like when they put two NFL games on the same network
- 15:07yesterday? I mean, being able to see the Saints after Chubb just hit
- 15:11hurt his knee. I was like, whoa I would have missed that if
- 15:15it wasn't for the split spring screen stuff. Yeah, weatherwise today it's just
- 15:20going to be beautiful. It's sunny in a high of eight. Well,
- 15:22hey, we're piking Amanda in the morning and at ten to eleven an hour
- 15:26for a mere hour from now, Megan's gonna call another name of their big
- 15:28birthday board, so you could win up to fifteen hundred bucks. In fact,
- 15:31we're getting very close to giving away some big, big money and it
- 15:33could be used, so text money to seven oh one two eight one ninety
- 15:37eight seven, like in a minute in the morning on Big Nutty eight point
- 15:43seven. So we're just talking about how Dion Sanders, famous athlete, one
- 15:46of the grades of all time. He openly has a power ranking that's crazy,
- 15:50of which children he loves the most. Imagine being number five? What
- 15:54did you have to do? And eat? By all accounts as like,
- 15:56you know, good children, they're all either athlete, are you really good
- 16:00at some other things? So we issued a challenge anybody who cares to it,
- 16:03man that they do love or like one of their children more than the
- 16:07others. Seven to one two eight one ninety eight seven. Good morning.
- 16:11So you're talking about reading your kids. Yes we are. Who's this?
- 16:14Well, this is Meredith okay, and my children, my girls, I
- 16:18should say say that my son is my number one, you see. And
- 16:21don't you feel though if your kid feels like there's a favorite, it's simply
- 16:25because you're given a little bit more love and attention to that kid. Well,
- 16:27and he's also the baby. Well, they were all babies at one
- 16:30point, and they were. He was just the last one. He was
- 16:32just the last one. Yes, they all feel because he's the baby,
- 16:34he's the special child. And I keep telling them and they don't listen.
- 16:38I hate him all the same. Pike and Amanda in the morning, get
- 16:42up on big maybe eight point seven? No, Amanda spills that. See
- 16:48let's see. So we were talking about it yesterday. The NFL was having
- 16:53a little bit of fun about and there's a new name out there, which
- 16:56what do you like? I guess there's two of them. Do you like?
- 16:59Tavis or trailer for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey celebrity dating name piece.
- 17:06I love trailer. I love trailer, big fan, But what's it?
- 17:08Travis? Tavis? Well, that's dumb. You don't like it? Oh?
- 17:12Absolutely dumb. Give trailer well NFL Networks. Rich Eisen. He jumped
- 17:18on Instagram and he put together a reel and he tagged Travis Kelsey in it
- 17:23with all of the drops he did over the weekend in regards to this new
- 17:27hot maybe relationship, and he just said, look what you made me do,
- 17:32Travis, I prepare to listen to the cheesiest worst thing you've ever heard.
- 17:34Well, even though that bone bruise and the injury one would think is
- 17:38delicate, he's been able to shake it off. I should have known that
- 17:44all too well, that you would not know well. I mean you saw
- 17:47it on Thursday night, when Travis Kelsey wasn't in there. It left a
- 17:51blank space. But I think he returns today and proves to be the anti
- 17:55hero. I'm with you. Are all putting on the lone Wolf had all
- 18:03right, they're the chiefs Oh Kelsey coming out August. It's over September.
- 18:08Oh god, that's such a low effort comedy. It is so ridiculous.
- 18:14Here's the guy who probably says when you ask how he's doing, he says,
- 18:15live in the dream. Oh dam. Travis, By the way,
- 18:19did respond in the comments, tell me what you think is he hinting ut
- 18:22a relationship or not. He just simply said well played, Rich, well
- 18:26played, And everyone's propping Rich up as if it's the funniest thing. Anyway,
- 18:33enough annoys you. It's just so, And just think if they are
- 18:38together, how long this is gonna last? Now. I did find out
- 18:41though, Taylor Swift is on a break from her tour, so she's not
- 18:45back on tour until November, so maybe she's just hanging out at the Chief
- 18:48Stadium. Just you know, it sounds like they're together, because would he
- 18:55not deny it or just not say anything if they weren't. Is how embarrassing
- 18:57for him? Yeah, that is true. I never thought about that might
- 19:00with them and Yellowstone. The drama continues. A new report says that Kevin
- 19:04Costs reps were basically begging in the series creator and paramount to let Kevin return
- 19:08to the show. So this is a plot twist because it was a couple
- 19:12of weeks ago he opened up for the very first time saying that he will
- 19:17take them to court if he has to because of the contract negotiations and the
- 19:21disputes that they were having. Really, so I now I'll admit I'm not
- 19:23totally up to date on the Yellowstone drama, but it sounds like Casey wants
- 19:27back in. Now see, Now you got people confused because Casey Dutton is
- 19:33also a character. I'm talking about Kevin cost Casey the Kansas City Chiefs And
- 19:41anyway, I'm just trying to be cool John Dutton, John Dunn is who
- 19:44the good looking guy with the jeans on that's rip? Oh my gosh,
- 19:48you should have watched season one, episode one on CBS on Sunday night.
- 19:52It sounds like we don't need Costa on the show. Anyway, you got
- 19:55rip see, And I guess maybe I'm in the minority here rip. I
- 19:59mean, yeah, he's whatever. Really, Kevin Costner, that man does
- 20:03it for me? Been of a daddy? Is he? Okay? Okay?
- 20:10Man. Berney Spears is not very enthusiastic about her sister Jamie Lynn being
- 20:14on season thirty two of Dancing with the Stars. Who would have thought?
- 20:18Who would have thought that show had this kind of longevity? Remember how silly
- 20:21it sounded right away? I know, here we are, and Brittany,
- 20:23I guess this is where it gets a little crazy. She says, it's
- 20:29bad timing and I thought, oh my gosh, what's going on? Maybe
- 20:32with her trying to steal the Thunder because Britney's book is going to be coming
- 20:34out soon. No, it's because she is currently dealing with a split from
- 20:38her man Sam and she just feels disappointed by her family and this one just
- 20:44stings. Huh what am I missing? Okay? This is so imagine you're
- 20:49sibling getting upset that you took a new job because they're you know, like
- 20:52going through a hard time. And she's doing like Zoe one O two,
- 20:56she's got a lot of stuff going on him, a lot of big stuff,
- 21:00and she's donating her money. Correct, Yes, Jamie Lynn said that
- 21:03all the money that she receives on Dancing with the Stars is going to the
- 21:07writer strike. What a weird thing to donate to think, you know what
- 21:10I mean? Like like she probably doesn't want the negative press just like everybody
- 21:15right now. Oh because okay, because that's why it's about her image and
- 21:18like not being a scab or whatever you want to call it. Because she's
- 21:22because technically it's a show, right exactly, And she probably knows she's a
- 21:25bad dancer, and she's like, I'm gonna make it one episode and there's
- 21:29a thousand dollars have fun. Guys. Well, she's as good as her
- 21:32sister is a dancing at least lately. Anyway, Gosh, she's not gonna
- 21:36do too well, Pike. Wait to get to the root of the problem.
- 21:37Britney Spears has been That's what she's been doing on Instagram. She's been
- 21:41vying to be on Dancing with the Stars this whole time. Like in a
- 21:45minute in the morning, big Nutty eight point seven, you suspect to sing
- 21:51when you're the telephone fix friends, lucky this lessen Fice friend interested? Okay,
- 22:03man, So this lady's husband knows that she's afraid of spiders, as
- 22:07most you know, saying people are for everybody in my bedroom, it gets
- 22:12me a little uneasy. Apparently this lady is an uber driver, So let's
- 22:15see if I can't interesting. Hello. Yeah, is this Lucy? Yeah?
- 22:27This is Lucy. Hey, Lucy the uber driver? Right? Hey,
- 22:30say, I was one of the rides you gave this weekend. You
- 22:33dropped me off in my place and I was wondering if you can maybe help
- 22:36me. I seem to have misplaced a pretty important item. Yeah, sure,
- 22:41is this gonna sound crazy, but I can't see him ever since you
- 22:44dropped me off to be able to find my pet spider named Hercules. And
- 22:49I'm thinking, because I've looked everywhere, Hi, I'm low all his favorite
- 22:52hiding spots, I'm thinking that I maybe had just left him in your car
- 22:56there. Wait did you say spider, Yeah, pet spider Hercules. Yeah,
- 23:02I can't seem to find him. Been very worried about him and as
- 23:04well being. So I'm wondering maybe you have a spighter in my car you
- 23:10brought well, Lucy, He's an emotional support spider, so please hold off
- 23:14on any judgment. I'm just wondering if you can maybe take a peek around
- 23:17quick. Uh very about this is very unlike him, I get. I
- 23:22mean, okay, oh my god, Okay, So the fighter Hercules.
- 23:29Did you say it's name was Hercules? Yeah, Hercules Junior. His dad
- 23:33passed away several years ago. But uh yeah, he's sort of a glove
- 23:38box guy, kind of likes to hang around in the glove box. Maybe
- 23:41you want to take a peek in there. Okay. I don't like to
- 23:45understand. Second of all, I don't like fighters, and this is well
- 23:51interrational fear. You know, they're not nearly as harmful as their portrayed as
- 23:53in movies and TV. Yeah, okay, yeah, I'm okay, I'm
- 24:00looking. Start calm down. It shouldn't be too hard to fined. He's
- 24:03pretty big. How big is this fighter? Well, Hercules is what they
- 24:10call it, face sized tarantula, so you know, roughly the size above
- 24:15face. You know, maybe maybe he's on the glove box. Can you
- 24:19look under the seat? Can you just kind of like blindly dig your hand
- 24:22under the seat and see if you feel my hand under the seat. I'm
- 24:26not seeing my hand under the seat, but I will look. Okay,
- 24:30take a peek down there with you. No, I don't see this whatever.
- 24:33I don't see Hercules anywhere he finds himself in the crevice between the seats.
- 24:37You might stick in your hand down there in the crevice. No,
- 24:40I will look. I'm not sticking my hand. I don't see anything.
- 24:44Okay, Lucy, Lucy, Lucy, do be a favorite. Pull your
- 24:53hand out from the whatever crevice you have it in at the moment, because
- 24:57it's a prank. Call Lucy. It's Pike in a maiden in the morning,
- 25:02a big ninety eight point seven. It's been a Pike's prank. Oh
- 25:06are you serious? All right? So here's the deal. We get nominations
- 25:11from people who want to mess with their loved ones or friends, and in
- 25:14this case happen to be your husband, Chris, who said you're afraid of
- 25:18spiders and thought there was maybe something we could do with spiders. So,
- 25:23oh my god, I will see Amanda, and you can probably agree.
- 25:27How brave of Lucy just to be, just to be blindly reaching around you,
- 25:30willy nilly getting in the glove box with a tarantula. Luis, Come
- 25:34on, now, what I want to know is who came up with the
- 25:38name of Hercules, because I don't have a spider, but if I did,
- 25:42that's what I would name her. A minute in the morning. Seven,
- 25:51Well, we've got a lawsuit on her hands. And once again,
- 25:53just like the infamous lawsuit of the nineties, McDonald's is being sued for serving
- 26:03coffee that was too hot, because that was the very first thing that had
- 26:07happened, right with the fast food restaurant in a lawsuit. I mean,
- 26:11I don't know the president of any other lawsuits. I don't know if it's
- 26:14the first one I mean, if you're gonna play people's court, know what
- 26:15happened. No, I'm just kidding. No, there was. I mean,
- 26:18I'm just saying I don't know if it was the first step for fast
- 26:19food lawsuit. I just know that a woman back in the nineties sued McDonald's
- 26:23and one because they served her too hot a coffee. And I will go
- 26:26on record saying that McDonald's coffee is like exceptionally hot. It really, I
- 26:32don't know what temperature it is, but it takes so long for it to
- 26:34get to a reasonable temperature. Okay, but that's besides the point. A
- 26:38San Francisco McDonald's is being sued by a woman in her eighties allegedly who sustained
- 26:44severe burns from a scalding cup of coffee and was even worse, Amanda refused
- 26:49help by store employees. Why because she was like, I've been waiting eighty
- 26:56years for this lawsuit, shut shang judging. According to court documents, the
- 27:02woman, Mabel Childress, filed her lawsuit after she claims that the employees of
- 27:08the McDonald's breached their quote duty of care after failing to secure a coffee cup
- 27:15lid properly that she purchased from a drive through. Now, Mabel, this
- 27:22poor lady then spilled the coffee on her lap? And have you ever done
- 27:26that in a drive through? I've done that once. It was like and
- 27:30of course it was on a day where I was like kind of having a
- 27:32day, and then that happened and it burns. Now Mabel, for her
- 27:37part, received second degree burns on her thighs and growing was she wearing Daisy
- 27:44Dukes? Old Mabel, I don't know what if she was that it would
- 27:48describe the second degree burns. So she's taking McDonald's the court because now she
- 27:55says that she sat there for an hour waiting for employees to help her,
- 27:57and nobody would help her because she was just this poor old lady with third
- 28:03degree sam sorry, second degree burns on her growing. What do you think
- 28:08believe that I just well, she's got a few holes in her story.
- 28:14An hour? You really think that nobody was there helping her? Have you
- 28:18ever gone I mean, listen, and you know I go spend a lot
- 28:19of time McDonald's. But there are times, especially at night, you go
- 28:22into McDonald's, you might not be getting helped. Ever, Okay, there's
- 28:27the help isn't what it used to be? Or did they just like,
- 28:30hey, can you pull around to that like stall where they have to come
- 28:33back out to you, probably like oh I'm burned, and they go,
- 28:38ma'am can you pull up? Can you pull forward? Please? We're waiting
- 28:41on fries. Yeah. What's the what's the dollar amount here on the lawsuit?
- 28:45Yeah? Remember back in nineteen ninety two the lawsuit I had mentioned previously.
- 28:49The lawsuit was from a seventy nine year old named Stella, and she
- 28:53was awarded two point seven million dollars in punitive damages. So talk about precedence
- 29:00two point seven million nineteen ninety two. Yeah, with inflation, what do
- 29:06you think that is? I mean, there's gonna be a billion dollars lossuit
- 29:07we're looking at See. I told you, Mabel, she's just holding out
- 29:11for this. She's absolutely the coffee you just kept waiting for that faulty lid.
- 29:15As soon as there was a little bit of a lip on that plastic
- 29:18lid, She's like, here we go. It's a good time. Wouldn't
- 29:22you just let hot coffee spill on you? I told you I already having
- 29:26five million for man, I will say there's a little more at risk there.
- 29:30You know, I know I haven't had kids yet, so it's like
- 29:33there's that potential risk. Right. It's hot coffee, Amanda in the morning,
- 29:41Nickelback, come to the farmer Dolf just plump full of hits twenty some
- 29:45years it hits Amanda, And we have two tickets right now all week long.
- 29:48Give a chance to win, by the way, so let's give a
