Latest / The Robbie Harvey Show / Major Clues from Mica Miller's Attorney
Transcript
- 0:01Dedicated to telling your stories.
- 0:03This is the Robbie Harvey take a look at this e-mail sent to a
- 0:12friend of Micah Miller's after Micah confided in her about what
- 0:19she was going through with John Paul Miller.
- 0:21And for those of you listening, I'm going to read it out to you
- 0:24because I've, I've now set it up where people can listen in their
- 0:27car. Oh, you can hear my voice
- 0:29whenever you're driving to your work, wherever you need to
- 0:31practice soccer, wherever. But listen to this e-mail.
- 0:34Micah goes and confides to her friend Bruna, tells her what all
- 0:39is going on in her marriage. And this is the e-mail from John
- 0:42Paul Miller. Bruna, I'm sorry and would love
- 0:47to speak in person sometime if you like and you know it's
- 0:50written by John Paul because it's spelled you the letter you
- 0:54like. But I don't feel comfortable in
- 0:57my marriage with you and Micah as friends.
- 1:02This is him now attempting to separate Micah from friends.
- 1:07When Micah exposed all of my sins to you again, the letter U
- 1:11and you the letter U listened. That was just as much as sin as
- 1:17a very thing y'all were discussing about me.
- 1:20So he's, he's saying that them talking, confiding in each
- 1:25other, it's just so much of A sin as him sleeping with Susie
- 1:29Skinner anyways. And you did not stop her.
- 1:35You listened and you listened intently.
- 1:38The letter U gossip, slander, exposing sin and listening to it
- 1:42are all just as sinful as the very sins you're talking about.
- 1:45So he's comparing them to him, saying it's just as bad what
- 1:51you're doing is as bad as what I'm doing.
- 1:54Because of this, I don't trust you, the letter U as my wife's
- 1:57friend. I feel very unsafe when the two
- 2:01of you are together and I would like for you to not be involved
- 2:06in our lives now if you would ever like to get together and
- 2:09repent for listening to all of that without stopping her, I
- 2:13would be more trustworthy of you in our lives.
- 2:17I'm sure Ricky, her husband would not want Micah in your
- 2:21life. That is that is untrue.
- 2:24And if you had exposed every sin of his and she listened without
- 2:28stopping her. Thank you so much.
- 2:31Welcome to the show. We've got a lot of big things
- 2:36we're going to talk about some things that Regina Ward spoke
- 2:40about and and some major clues. And I want you to hear them.
- 2:44But this e-mail is a prime example of what John Paul Miller
- 2:49was doing. For those of you wondering why
- 2:52didn't Micah go to people? Why didn't they help her?
- 2:54This is it. She was going to people, and
- 2:57once he found out, he would go after them and shame them.
- 3:02This is this is what I've been told from the very beginning.
- 3:05And finally everything's coming out.
- 3:09He was trying to control the narrative and he was using
- 3:11religion to shame people who were willing to listen to
- 3:17Michael. Remember, there's a sermon where
- 3:18he says, I went through Micah's phone and 18 people reached out
- 3:22to my wife saying, hey, if you ever want to talk about John
- 3:27Paul, you can come to me, 18 people.
- 3:29And he calls those people demons on stage in front of everybody
- 3:36just weeks before Micah's death. So he's shaming anybody.
- 3:40Hey, if you listen to my wife, she's a demon.
- 3:44But don't forget the text message that he sent to
- 3:46everybody exposing her sins, claiming that she was being
- 3:51intimate with a explicitly intimate with a man on the
- 3:55beach. And we know that's not true, but
- 3:58let's say it is true. He's doing exactly what he's
- 4:03condemning to others. He's telling everyone, hey,
- 4:08Micah, send on the beach, y'all? She did it with this guy and
- 4:14she, he sent that to hundreds, I believe, at least dozens.
- 4:23That's what we're dealing with. He was losing control of the
- 4:26narrative and he was starting to see that people like Bruna and
- 4:30others that you have not seen, Charlotte, her family, we're
- 4:35starting to speak out. They were starting to support
- 4:40Micah. They were starting to realize
- 4:45the truth and John Paul Miller was starting to panic.
- 4:50He was starting to freak out because he was seeing that Micah
- 4:54was ignoring the NDA that she signed.
- 4:59She was ignoring all the threats of the past.
- 5:03She was no longer afraid and she was exposing John Paul Miller to
- 5:12the church. And remember, he had already
- 5:15lost his church, church once. He couldn't do it again.
- 5:22Micah helped rebuild the church and now here we are again, all
- 5:27over again. He knows the affair of Susie
- 5:31Skinner's starting to be talked about.
- 5:34He knows the history of his affairs.
- 5:38He knows his ex-wife is willing to talk.
- 5:42And now he has Micah who's willing to talk.
- 5:46Micah knew about Susie y'all she knew.
- 5:53I'm telling you this e-mail is a prime example of what people
- 5:59went through when they try to support Micah.
- 6:04This e-mail and and think about it.
- 6:06If if you didn't do what he said, he didn't leave the
- 6:10church, then he would amp up his harassment and you had no clue
- 6:17of what he was going to do next. There were, there's other
- 6:21witnesses, many of you may not remember her, but Angela, she
- 6:27says her tires were slashed one day.
- 6:30Now, she can't prove who did it, but it happened to her.
- 6:37John Paul Miller denies all of this, of course, despite the
- 6:41evidence, despite the common sense, despite the dozens of
- 6:45people coming out and showing things like this, this e-mail to
- 6:51those of you wondering how did he separate Micah from friends
- 6:57and family and what necessarily going through Micah, he wasn't
- 7:00necessarily just saying, hey, Micah, you can no longer be with
- 7:04that person. He was going straight to the
- 7:06source and he was using the Bible to separate Micah.
- 7:13By the way, that's not biblical. I've told you from beginning,
- 7:16he's not a pastor. He's not.
- 7:20None of that in that e-mail is biblical.
- 7:24None of that. God builds a community for this
- 7:29very reason. God wants you to lean on each
- 7:34other during troubling times, and Micah could not go to her
- 7:39pastor. So that's a great example of
- 7:48what we've been trying to share over the past couple of years to
- 7:53help people understand a prime example.
- 7:56And there's more and I can't wait for everybody to see it.
- 7:59So tonight we're going to talk about Regina Ward.
- 8:02Does an interview on Criminally Obsessed go to their channel.
- 8:07I'm I'm only going to show a couple of clips and let you
- 8:11listen to a couple clips from the interview with Regina Ward,
- 8:14but go watch the whole thing when you're done here.
- 8:18It is a, in my opinion, a bombshell interview because we
- 8:22know Regina Ward knows more than me, knows more than anybody
- 8:27else. She has the evidence.
- 8:30So for her to say the things that you're about to listen to
- 8:34is massive, in my opinion, massive.
- 8:38And I want you to hear some interesting statements.
- 8:44The first clip you're going to hear is Regina talking about
- 8:48Micah being diagnosed bipolar. Listen to this you.
- 8:53Know one thing that I kept on thinking about was that she did
- 8:55have this bipolar disorder diagnosis that we heard about in
- 9:01the documentary specifically is when I'm thinking about it.
- 9:04But do you think she did suffer with a mental illness or was it
- 9:09that she was this was a mental illness that was brought on by
- 9:14her being a victim of abuse. There, there was never any proof
- 9:20or evidence presented that Micah was ever professionally
- 9:23diagnosed by the appropriate professional, which would have
- 9:26been a psychiatrist. JP whenever he made his sermons,
- 9:30he'd made a, gave a sermon one day that said that he was
- 9:33bipolar and he was on lithium. That was what he told his
- 9:37congregation. And you know, he also his, his
- 9:41story was that, you know, when she went through this body
- 9:46altering surgery that he requested for her to do that
- 9:50when she woke up, that she had, you know, adverse reaction to
- 9:53the anaesthesia and that that triggered her to have bipolar.
- 9:58And the thing that happens as a result of that surgery, the
- 10:01anaesthesia is temporary. It can last for a few hours, it
- 10:05can last for a few weeks. It can even last up to a year,
- 10:08as I understand it. And of course, I'm not a medical
- 10:10professional, but I didn't see any of that in MICA.
- 10:13And plus, you know, John Paul Miller, he comes with binders of
- 10:18evidence. You know, he's always got his
- 10:19binders of everything that backs up everything he does.
- 10:22Well, there's two things missing in there.
- 10:24The, the, the claimed, you know, surgical procedure that
- 10:29triggered this bipolar event. There are no medical records
- 10:32that he presented for those that says anywhere in the notes that
- 10:36that was, you know, a side effect or, you know, a
- 10:38contraindication that happened. And the other thing is if she'd
- 10:42been properly diagnosed by a specific psychiatrist, which is
- 10:46what is required, don't you know, he would have had that
- 10:48paper or he at least would have had the the person's name and
- 10:52said, well, doctor, so and so is the one that said it, you know.
- 10:55And the other thing is there's a sentence in the apology letter
- 10:58that says, I wish I would have taken you to a good doctor to
- 11:00have you properly diagnosed, which said to me in big words as
- 11:04you never were diagnosed. So that's coming from Micah's
- 11:09attorney who has all the evidence and they've been to
- 11:15court and not once, as John Paul Miller produced any document
- 11:21saying that Micah was properly diagnosed with bipolar 12,
- 11:26schizophrenia and personality disorder.
- 11:28I'm listing those things because that's what he's listed.
- 11:32And she brings up there, he never gave a name of a doctor.
- 11:36Well, he gave me one, was a plastic surgeon and he
- 11:41specifically told me that, well, we were going to sue him.
- 11:48You get what I'm saying here. There's plenty of opportunity
- 11:52for John Paul to present from a psychiatrist.
- 11:56Hey, she was diagnosed in December 2017, January 2018 by
- 12:01this psychiatrist. Here's the documentation.
- 12:05Not once. All he has ever produced and the
- 12:09files are incomplete. I've had multiple doctors look
- 12:11at them, medical professionals look at them.
- 12:14They're incomplete files. But all he has ever produced is
- 12:17is when he takes her to the hospital, Clinician notes.
- 12:23And. And seeing a doctor that was
- 12:26convicted back in the day for selling drugs.
- 12:34Now, I didn't know that part, did y'all?
- 12:36Yeah, go check it out. Go look it up.
- 12:40I'll dive deeper into that a different day.
- 12:43I did that a couple years ago. But yeah, that's he's never
- 12:48produced documentation. And by the way, he is 1.
- 12:56I mean, you saw it in the clips there, a whole binder full of
- 13:00stuff, but yet he can't produce the day of her surgery.
- 13:05What the doctor said. Oh, yeah, she's she's suffering
- 13:08from bipolar 1/2 and schizophrenia.
- 13:10I've got it in text messages. He claims that you telling me he
- 13:16can't produce. The psychiatrist say, hey, my
- 13:20wife, my wife passed away. The police are wanting to know
- 13:24more. Can you provide this, please?
- 13:26I need it for my records. He can't produce that.
- 13:32And everyone I speak to say to me she was not mentally ill.
- 13:42They confirmed she was on medication.
- 13:46But they never saw a schizophrenic person in a manic
- 13:51episode. Never.
- 13:55Not once. And don't forget if she was
- 13:58schizophrenic, Bipolar 1/2, multiple personality disorder.
- 14:03This woman was in charge of the youth program.
- 14:06This woman was in charge of the graphics.
- 14:08This woman was in charge of putting sermon notes on the
- 14:10screen. This woman was in charge of the
- 14:13coffee ministry. This woman was in charge of the
- 14:16ladies ministry. She was in charge of a awful lot
- 14:19of stuff for being a crazy person.
- 14:22She was in charge of worship. So we're giving a person who
- 14:30attempted to take her life six or seven times all this
- 14:36responsibility, specifically over children?
- 14:41Is that what we're doing? You understand what I'm saying
- 14:45here? You understand why none of that
- 14:50makes sense. But again, as I've stated, let's
- 14:53just agree she was mentally ill. Let's agree she did have
- 14:57multiple personality disorder, bipolar 1/2, schizophrenia.
- 15:02Again, his words, not mine. Let's say she did attempt six or
- 15:06seven times in the past. Again, his words not mine.
- 15:10No documentation to back that up, no police reports or
- 15:13anything. But his words, not mine.
- 15:16OK, let's say she was. Then all the things he did to
- 15:20her and the final months of her life makes it worse.
- 15:24He did these things to a mentally ill person.
- 15:30He did these things to a woman who was on the brink, who was
- 15:36all for medication. He slashed her tires, posted
- 15:39that photo cyber stalked her, lied about her to his
- 15:44congregation, texting messages like that, stealing her
- 15:47electronics, stealing her car. I don't care if it was marital
- 15:50assets, he stole them. He did all of this stuff to a
- 15:56mentally unstable person so you get what I'm saying.
- 15:59Neither argument works. If she was mentally unstable,
- 16:05more the reason for you to go to jail for murder, I don't care.
- 16:09Again, I stand and say John Paul Miller was not by Micah that
- 16:13day. He didn't pull the trigger but
- 16:18he's responsible plain and simple.
- 16:21Especially if she was mentally ill.
- 16:25So he did all this stuff to a crazy person that he's supposed
- 16:29to love and take care of and not write emails and separate her
- 16:34from happiness. Listen to what else Regina Ward
- 16:40talks about. We talk about the 911 call and
- 16:45many of you question it. And, and outside of, of the
- 16:50legal field, you know, it's all speculating.
- 16:53And, and by the way, usually 97% of the time I take what police
- 17:01say at their word. But we know that Robeson County
- 17:06Sheriff's Department botched this investigation, so it's hard
- 17:12to trust anything they say. So let's listen to what Regina
- 17:17Ward says. What are we missing here?
- 17:20Like as far as I mean, she makes a phone call, 2911, This is
- 17:25where I am. I'm at Lumber State River Park,
- 17:30and I'm going to do this to myself.
- 17:32Yeah. What are we missing?
- 17:35Well, assuming that that's happened, just like you said it,
- 17:40you know that there was no one there actually holding a gun to
- 17:43her head, making her say certain things or guiding her along.
- 17:47Don't forget control and manipulation and, and, and
- 17:49eroding of the self-confidence in your and just basically
- 17:55robbing you, your soul can put you in a very, you know,
- 18:00vulnerable place. And as far as that goes, if that
- 18:05is the way that happened, that this not, you know, it's obvious
- 18:08not only to me, but to everybody else that all of this control,
- 18:12manipulation, threats, isolation, intimidation and
- 18:15well, this craziness, this non-stop chaos and destruction,
- 18:20you know, could be something that would drive somebody to do
- 18:22something like that. She literally said I'm calling
- 18:25to tell you where to find me. You can read that a couple of
- 18:29different ways, right? Well.
- 18:31Sure. But I think my humble opinion,
- 18:35there's a big thing in that conversation that every, all the
- 18:39cyber slits have missed. And I don't want to say anything
- 18:43about what that is because obviously there are pending
- 18:46federal charges right now. And there's, there's something
- 18:49in there and that's very significant that I feel like
- 18:53everyone is missed and, and at the right timing.
- 18:56Maybe after we get through the trial, I'll be able to talk
- 18:59about that a little bit more. But there's a big, there's a big
- 19:01something in there. In the 911 call, yes.
- 19:06But well, between the 91, yes, especially the 911 call and some
- 19:11other things, I'm closely associated with that.
- 19:19Well, that's certainly interesting if you ask me.
- 19:26You can tell by her tone, you can tell by her face.
- 19:31It's kind of a little more, kind of a little more.
- 19:38And even she mentions that, hey, even if she did do this,
- 19:42everything he put her through, doesn't it makes sense that
- 19:47someone would go ahead and do that?
- 19:51You see what I mean? The argument doesn't matter.
- 19:53Whether she was mentally ill or not doesn't matter.
- 20:00Doesn't matter. But what she says here about the
- 20:06911 call? And, and what she's suggesting
- 20:09that hey, after this is done with, I can't wait to talk about
- 20:13it. I've I've, I've said that for
- 20:17two years about some things and y'all are y'all are just now
- 20:20seeing a lot of that. There's still more that I'm not
- 20:23going to talk about until after the the case, but there's more.
- 20:30But Regina has access to way more and I want to be clear, I
- 20:36don't want to, I don't have any information.
- 20:39I'm I'm not Privy to anything that she has in regards to this
- 20:43911 call. I don't know what she's talking
- 20:45about. Go watch the entire interview on
- 20:48Criminally Obsessed on YouTube. It's phenomenal.
- 20:51Go watch the entire thing. So I'm just giving you the kind
- 20:54of teasers that I want you to go check out after we're done here.
- 20:59So now let's listen to Micah's 911 call and let's see if we can
- 21:05try and figure out what Micah or or what Regina's talking about.
- 21:10Robeson County 911. What's the address of your
- 21:12emergency? Hi.
- 21:16Are you able to trace the location of my phone Let.
- 21:24Me. See, you don't know where you're
- 21:27at. And National Park.
- 21:33What's the phone number you're calling me from?
- 21:368436555242. Where's the park located at?
- 21:51In fair Bluff, let's. See.
- 22:02I have my location on I think on my phone.
- 22:07I'm going to, I'm going to pause.
- 22:11There's something interesting in there that I heard that I'm only
- 22:15hearing with my earbuds on. How can I explain because I want
- 22:23y'all to hear it. Usually 911 operators have a
- 22:31headset, right, Right. But you can hear, I can't do it.
- 22:47You can hear as if they've got a regular phone up against their
- 22:54ear and you know that noise a regular phone makes against
- 22:59their ear. So why would the 911 operator be
- 23:02using, they can't be using it a handheld home and being phone
- 23:07and being able to type, you know what I mean?
- 23:09It sounds like a regular wired home phone, not a cell phone up
- 23:15against someone's ear. And it's making that rubbing
- 23:19sound. Listen.
- 23:20Listen to it, Robeson. County 911 What's the address of
- 23:23your emergency? Hi are you able to trace the
- 23:30location of my phone let? Me.
- 23:36See, you don't know where you're at.
- 23:40And National Park. What's the phone number you're
- 23:46calling me from? 8436555242.
- 23:58Where's the park located at? In Fair Bluff, let's see, I have
- 24:15my location on I think on my phone and my phone is on listed
- 24:28my shell and my location. OK, I'm showing.
- 24:34Yeah, hold. On one second.
- 24:37Hold on, I'm sorry to interrupt again.
- 24:45Y'all hear it right? Y'all hear it.
- 24:49But then maybe I'm digging too deep into this.
- 24:54I don't care. That's how this case has gone.
- 24:57But then you hear Micah is saying hey, find my location is
- 25:01on, but yet it's not like she's going like this and find my
- 25:08locations on. You get what I mean?
- 25:09She's talking like this and find my locations on the range of her
- 25:18voice doesn't change from here to there and we're hearing this
- 25:25rubbing sound what sounds like from a regular phone.
- 25:31I've never I'm doing this right now as I'm doing this show.
- 25:36I'm just now realizing this stuff.
- 25:38I didn't have a plan for all this.
- 25:39I'm spending too much time on this clip because I'm hearing it
- 25:43with my headphones for the first time.
- 25:45I I set up my show without my headphones and I'm hearing it
- 25:50Listen OK we'll get through it. So listen to the the range of
- 25:55her voice change from here to there.
- 25:56It doesn't. So she's saying oh find my
- 25:59locations on she's searching her phone while talking, but yet the
- 26:04distance from the phone to her mouth doesn't sound like it
- 26:08changes doesn't sound like she goes to speakerphone or anything
- 26:16doesn't sound like she's moving the phone to look.
- 26:21Y'all get what I mean? Y'all know we've all been there.
- 26:24Let's listen, Robeson. County 911, What's the address
- 26:27of your emergency? Hi.
- 26:31Are you able to trace the location of my phone Let.
- 26:39Me. See, you don't know where you're
- 26:42at. And National Park.
- 26:45You can hear the typing. What's the phone number you're
- 26:49calling me from? 843, 6555242.
- 27:02Where's the park located at? In Fair Bluff I'm.
- 27:13I'm sorry, let's see that. I have my location on I think on
- 27:20my phone. And my phone is on listed my
- 27:32Sheila, my location. OK, I'm showing so.
- 27:36She did that that quickly. Hold on one second.
- 27:45She. Turned on share my location that
- 27:47quickly there's a little sniffle or something from Micah.
- 28:01I don't think you are in Robeson County.
- 28:14Yeah, Lumber, the Lumber River State Park, and yeah.
- 28:18That's where I am. OK, tell me what's happened.
- 28:34I'm about to myself and I just want my family to know where to
- 28:42find. Me OK, ma'am?
- 28:48Just. Listen to what I'm saying, OK?
- 28:52Let me make sure I got the exact location where you're at, OK?
- 28:55Just one minute. So that's it.
- 29:04Now, I don't know if that's what Regina's talking about.
- 29:09I, I've been in A911 operating center.
- 29:14They have headphones. My father grew up or my father
- 29:19was a firefighter when I grew up and we went to the 911 center
- 29:23multiple times. I, I went a few years ago with
- 29:26some friends of mine as in the Police Department, they had
- 29:31headphones. Now, look, she may not have a
- 29:34headphone. It's hard for me to believe.
- 29:39It's hard to, for me to believe that a woman who's taking on an
- 29:43emergency would be like this. That's just hard for me to
- 29:47believe. And it's Micah was able to turn
- 29:52on her share my location very quickly.
- 29:57Look, we're going off what Regina Ward says.
- 30:00We're going off her seemingly suggesting there's a lot more
- 30:04and she's going to talk about it once this trial is over.
- 30:06I'm telling you, there's something that doesn't make
- 30:08sense. And we all know that.
- 30:12Now, you heard in the documentary the accusations that
- 30:16John Paul Miller forced Micah four times a day.
- 30:22Quite the accusation and I've been told for a long time that
- 30:28yes, this was happening so much that Michael was in physically
- 30:32physical pain on a regular basis.
- 30:35Multiple friends told me that. Take a listen to what Regina
- 30:40Ward says about about this again on Criminally Obsessed on
- 30:44YouTube. Go watch the entire interview on
- 30:47their channel as soon as we're done here, but listen to this.
- 30:50Yes. And obviously that's not
- 30:52something that would just be put out there that that those things
- 30:56were talked about in Micah's affidavit.
- 30:59They were talked about in her journal.
- 31:02She told me about those things that had happened.
- 31:05And when I heard when she told those things to me, I mean, I
- 31:08literally just got up. I had to go give her a hug
- 31:11because I was like, I just wanted to run out the door at
- 31:14that moment and go find that SOB and just lay into him.
- 31:18I was willing to go to jail that day.
- 31:20I was so angry. I was I have to maintain my
- 31:23professional composure and and remain professional and think
- 31:28like a lawyer and go, OK, what can we do?
- 31:32So there's a lot more. This is well documented, and
- 31:36this is from Micah herself. And Micah's saying this backs up
- 31:41what friends were saying that hey, she was in physical pain
- 31:46from the demand and her and we know she was taking steroids
- 31:51because her voice began to change.
- 31:55It wasn't for the physical side of things, because she was
- 31:58losing her hair. She was gaining weight.
- 32:00You can physically see it. So she wasn't taking steroids.
- 32:05They become muscular and to entered these competitions on
- 32:10stage where they're posing and and things of that nature.
- 32:13No, she was gaining weight, she was losing her voice, she was
- 32:16losing her hair. So what other reason would she
- 32:18be taking steroids? This wasn't a secret.
- 32:24Everyone, well I shouldn't say everybody, but everyone amongst
- 32:27the circle knew she was taking these and they knew the reason
- 32:33she was taking them. And so that evidence combined
- 32:38with her physical pain, her journals and the documentation
- 32:41of it, supports this claim that John Paul was forcing her to do
- 32:46this 456 times a day until she was in physical pain.
- 32:53And you've already seen the sermons.
- 32:57I, I, I promise, maybe next week I'm going to, I'm going to go
- 33:00through some old sermons you've never heard that are audio only.
- 33:04But he preaches about this on a regular basis that that women
- 33:07are not to tell their husband no, never.
- 33:14And if you do, then there's going to be multiple
- 33:17temptations. I cannot believe he said that on
- 33:21stage and, and, and God's not going to send the Angel down
- 33:27from heaven to to satisfy him. Y'all heard it?
- 33:31It's in the documentary. But there's a lot more of that.
- 33:37So we've seen in the e-mail that he sent Bruna how he uses the
- 33:40Bible. Can you imagine what he was
- 33:42telling Micah to convince her to lay down and take it?
- 33:48We've seen the text messages that he sends.
- 33:51When Micah leaves and turns off her location, he freaks out.
- 33:55Can you imagine his reaction if she ever said no?
- 34:06That's what makes this story so devastating.
- 34:13Doesn't matter if she was mentally ill, listen to what she
- 34:18was forced to go through and and and and I'm over the discussion
- 34:28on whether she was bipolar 1 to schizophrenia or multiple
- 34:32personality disorder. I'm over all that because it
- 34:35doesn't matter. She's dead because of him.
- 34:42Whether she pulled the trigger or someone else did, it's
- 34:46because of him. Did Micah want to live?
- 34:54Did Micah have plans in the future?
- 35:01I revealed last week that Micah, on the day John Paul Miller was
- 35:05served divorce papers, went out with friends that night, that
- 35:08Thursday, days before her death, and celebrated.
- 35:12And of course it's a sad day because you're now looking at a
- 35:1630 year old woman who is going to be divorced twice now.
- 35:22Not a good look. Look for a woman who wants to be
- 35:27in full time ministry. It's sad.
- 35:32But did she want to live? Listen to Regina Ward again from
- 35:38Criminally Obsessed on YouTube. So.
- 35:41Regina was she? She was on the up and up.
- 35:43I mean, things were going up in her world, OK?
- 35:45She had. Plans for the future.
- 35:48She had dreams. She was she already had a
- 35:50journal that was saying what she was going to do first, second
- 35:53and third. I mean, her plan, our future
- 35:55plan that she was thinking about and looking forward to and
- 35:58excited about talk to her family even about it told them, you
- 36:01know, that she found and she told me this, which was like
- 36:05another cause of another hug in my office.
- 36:08And that was that she felt like she had found her true calling
- 36:12from God. And that was to serve in the
- 36:14mission ministry and to go to Africa and build schools there
- 36:17for the for the children that have no education whatsoever.
- 36:21She was, so she had a plan for. The future.
- 36:24She did, and she had herself confidence back.
- 36:27So to turn around and all of a sudden, you know, drop all of
- 36:31those dreams and, and, and, you know, want to go on a log
- 36:35yourself, just it just not makes sense.
- 36:37And plus there are so many steps in that process that just don't
- 36:43it doesn't pass the smell test. OK.
- 36:46And the other thing that for me, that's a big one is that there
- 36:51is no solid alibi of where John Paul Miller is.
- 36:54Now, I know there's a flat camera with his truck and the
- 36:58tag on it, but his windows were tinted to the blackest black you
- 37:02could get. You only know if there was one
- 37:04person or 40 people in the cab of that car.
- 37:07And he claims he was in Charleston, SC, at a soccer game
- 37:10with hundreds of people. And you know, don't don't forget
- 37:14he comes with a book of receipts and proofs for everything.
- 37:17But guess what he doesn't have? He doesn't have receipts for gas
- 37:21on the way down or on the way back.
- 37:22No hotel receipts have been produced.
- 37:24There are no photographs of him going go team anywhere and he
- 37:28claims that that he had a quote witness with him a female that
- 37:32he wasn't going to name and would probably guess if this is
- 37:35true, it probably been Susie and say what and disclose the name
- 37:39of the witness that could put him somewhere else.
- 37:41So there is nothing out there and my professional legal
- 37:46opinion that shows any evidence of where John Paul Miller was on
- 37:50that specific. So sorry, I cut that off a
- 37:55little too early. Here is where I'm going.
- 37:59To be fair, I disagree with Regina on the second part.
- 38:03Now we we agree Michael wanted to live.
- 38:07There's no doubt in our minds about that.
- 38:09And the evidence points to that. I've spoken.
- 38:13I'm going to be clear about this.
- 38:15I'm going to let you decide on what to believe.
- 38:19And remember, she has more than me and I'm not saying she's
- 38:22given me anything. I don't know.
- 38:27I've spoken to one person that says they were at that soccer
- 38:32game that day. The game was around 10 AM.
- 38:37And forgive me, folks, Charleston.
- 38:40Did she say it's in the Georgetown County?
- 38:42You got to go through Georgetown South of Myrtle Beach.
- 38:46So spoke with one person. OK, John Paul Miller provided me
- 38:54a receipt for from Olive Garden dinner the night before.
- 39:01So he was according to this receipt.
- 39:04Now, when I got that receipt, hold on, let me confirm.
- 39:07I'm going to confirm. I'm going to pull it up right
- 39:10now straight from John Paul. I just want to confirm that I
- 39:15got it from him because it's been a while.
- 39:20No, I did not. So somebody provided me a
- 39:27receipt. That's interesting.
- 39:30I almost gave John Paul credit. I'll be happy to show y'all.
- 39:35These are all you don't see a receipt.
- 39:39This is all the screenshots John Paul has sent me.
- 39:42So I don't care what you see. This is him recording videos for
- 39:47me to share when it when he and I were on a a talking terms.
- 39:52There's no receipt. And I'm, I'm scrolling.
- 39:56Let me double check links. Nope, No links.
- 40:00Let me double check info. Nope, nothing.
- 40:05So somebody provided me a receipt allegedly from John Paul
- 40:11the night before the soccer game.
- 40:13And it was his daughter's soccer tournament.
- 40:17But I've been told that he was there.
- 40:20OK. I just want to be clear.
- 40:21I want to be told I've been told he was there.
- 40:24I've been told by reliable sources that he was there and
- 40:28I've been told that he made a fool of himself, wanted
- 40:31everybody to know that he was there.
- 40:34So I'm going to disagree with Regina on this.
- 40:38I've spoken with people who say they saw him there.
- 40:41I believe them. I was provided a receipt, can't
- 40:44remember who gave me that receipt that shows he paid for.
- 40:47It was something like 600 something dollars out of Olive
- 40:50Garden and I and I've spoken with multiple people who saw
- 40:55him. So with that said soccer game I
- 40:59think was at 10 AM that age. The games last I think an hour,
- 41:06at least in my part. So and I'm told he left
- 41:09immediately. So take what I give you, take
- 41:14what Regina gives you, and y'all go with that.
- 41:22But now let's take what Micah gives you, and let's listen to
- 41:27Micah herself. And let's remind you what Micah
- 41:33had to say about all of this. So today my heart's a little
- 41:38heavy. I've had a lot of.
- 41:42Women that have reached out to me about situations of abuse and
- 41:49I I just want to tell you what a lot of people have told me
- 41:54lately and reminded me because I think I forgot I knew, but I for
- 41:59I pushed it in the back of my head just because of my
- 42:04situation. But you are the bride of Christ
- 42:08before anybody else's bride, male or female, doesn't matter.
- 42:12It doesn't matter what what gender you are.
- 42:15Abuse is abuse and you are the bride of Christ, and my Bible
- 42:23says that He took all the abuse you could think of for you so
- 42:29that you didn't have to live that life of slavery and bondage
- 42:36and pain. Jesus took it all for you.
- 42:44So you don't have to stay in a abusive relationship, whether
- 42:49that's sexual, whether that's somebody forcing you to take
- 42:54illegal drugs or alcohol abuse or physical abuse, psychological
- 43:03abuse, making you think that this is all your fault or you're
- 43:06a bad mom or you're a bad wife or you're a bad husband, or
- 43:10you're you're not giving it your all when you know you are.
- 43:18God hates divorce. But why?
- 43:20According to everybody I've asked and the scriptures that
- 43:23I've found, it's because it hurts people.
- 43:27But does abuse hurt people? How do you think God feels about
- 43:31that? So I want to remind you, like a
- 43:37bunch of people have been reminding me lately that I'm
- 43:41God's pride 1st. And even an earthly spouse who's
- 43:47a good spouse when they know that their bride is being hurt,
- 43:54just imagine what an earthly spouse does.
- 43:56That's right. What do you think your heavenly
- 43:59spouse does when you're the bride of Christ and he sees his
- 44:02bride going through abuse and hurt?
- 44:06What do you think he thinks about that?
- 44:10So encouragement in all this is you are the bride of Christ
- 44:15first before anybody else's, and he's got you and he sees you and
- 44:23he loves you. So that's Micah telling John
- 44:29Paul, God has seen what you have done to me and he's coming for
- 44:36you. I always get chills.
- 44:48That moment when she says I'm God's bride's bride 1st.
- 44:54Every time I hear that sentence from Micah, it gives me chills.
- 45:01But you can see in her face, she's done.
- 45:07You can see in her face that she is, is is is is ready to speak
- 45:16out. And I'm going to play this in
- 45:17the background with no audio because I want you to see her
- 45:22face as I talk. Look at her.
- 45:25She's determined. She's ready to expose what was
- 45:31going on in her life. You can see the anger in her
- 45:34eyes. You can see the determination.
- 45:37She's ready to reveal to the world what was happening.
- 45:41And we've seen already in text messages when she starts to
- 45:45deviate from John Paul Miller's life, what he puts people
- 45:49through. We've seen from the e-mail that
- 45:51you saw earlier what he puts others through if they listen to
- 45:55Micah. And now here she is for the
- 45:58first time ever on a public platform just weeks before her
- 46:02death, exposing to the world, hey, this is what's going on.
- 46:09And God has seen it all. And God is coming for his
- 46:15revenge. Bondage and pain.
- 46:22Jesus took it all for you so you don't have to stay in a abusive
- 46:28relationship, whether that's sexual, whether that's somebody
- 46:34forcing you to take illegal drugs or alcohol abuse, or
- 46:40physical abuse, psychological abuse, making you think that
- 46:45this is all your fault or you're a bad mom or you're a bad wife,
- 46:50or you're a bad husband, or you're you're not giving it your
- 46:54all when you know you are. God hates divorce, but why?
- 47:01According to everybody I've asked and the scriptures that
- 47:04I've found, it's because it hurts people.
- 47:07Look at that face. But.
- 47:08Does abuse hurt people? How do you think God feels about
- 47:12that? So I want to remind you, like a
- 47:18bunch of people have been reminding me lately, that I'm
- 47:22God's pride first. Look at that.
- 47:25She's ready to fight. She's ready to take on John Paul
- 47:31Miller. She's ready to live.
- 47:36She's ready to get out of this abuse.
- 47:38She's ready to survive, become a survivor.
- 47:43She's ready to escape everything.
- 47:50And she had the most support we have ever seen in this whole
- 47:54story. People were starting to surround
- 47:57her, people were starting to help her.
- 47:59People were starting to wake up to what was happening in her
- 48:02life. And people were finally saying
- 48:04no more. And they were speaking out
- 48:07against John Paul Miller. And they were speaking out to
- 48:11what he was doing. And they were revealing to
- 48:13others, maybe not publicly on on online like that like Micah did,
- 48:18but they were speaking amongst each other and saying, hey,
- 48:21Micah needs our help. And John Paul Miller was losing
- 48:24control and he had to do things like trick her into getting her
- 48:28hospitalized. Micah was ready to fight.
- 48:33She was ready to live and now she's gone.
- 48:40Thursday I have a major interview that you want to see
- 48:48from someone you've never heard from, someone that was connected
- 48:53to this case closer than almost anybody.
- 48:59We're going to talk to him so times are different for YouTube
- 49:05and whatnot. 7:00 Eastern Time on YouTube.
- 49:10Don't forget to join me every Tuesday.
- 49:12Thursday. We're going to stick with this
- 49:14case until justice is served. We'll see you then.
