  SPEAKER_00: So I want to just dive in because I've got a great question to start us off.

  SPEAKER_00: What is exciting you the most about being alive on Earth, particularly in particularly in this moment with human evolution?

  SPEAKER_01: Oh wow.

  SPEAKER_01: Okay.

  SPEAKER_01: So what excites me?

  SPEAKER_01: I suppose where I'm at is a kind of um, I'm really excited about what's happening on the planet, you know, the awakening, the shifts.

  SPEAKER_01: Of course, it's got its challenges, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, but I'm also excited um about I kind of blend it with living a very ordinary life.

  SPEAKER_01: It's it's almost like uh people online would see me as this kind of extraordinary, talking about extraordinary things.

  SPEAKER_01: But if they was to meet me and have tea with me, I'm reasonably ordered, reasonably, reasonably ordinary.

  SPEAKER_01: My my children don't think I'm ordinary, they think I'm like I think I'm off the planet somewhere.

  SPEAKER_01: But um one of the things I really excited about and the shift uh for me is also that I'm starting to travel more, and uh that has been the impulse after not really traveling that much for the last five years.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, a little bit.

  SPEAKER_01: I was in Bali last year, but this year, um Bosnia, Bosnian Pyramids, Istanbul.

  SPEAKER_01: I did a retreat there where we really cleared a lot of it was really intense actually.

  SPEAKER_01: Uh I'm going to Romania, I'm going to Canada.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, I have plans.

  SPEAKER_01: I know you got you're in uh Nicaragua.

  SPEAKER_01: I've got plans to come somewhere down there maybe next year, and um yeah, America.

  SPEAKER_01: Uh I'd like to come to America again.

  SPEAKER_01: America's a bit volatile at the moment, so with everything going on there.

  SPEAKER_01: So uh, but uh I might sneak in under the radar in America, I think.

  SPEAKER_01: So I'm really excited about this kind of new shift for me about moving, traveling, and clearing stuff.

  SPEAKER_01: I'm being called to go around the world clearing stuff, and uh there are places I'd love to go.

  SPEAKER_01: I kind of Egypt is one of those things I've been toying with.

  SPEAKER_01: Like, should I go?

  SPEAKER_01: Shall I not, you know, Luxor?

  SPEAKER_01: Um, but I've been kind of uh higher self has steered me away for a while, but I'd like like to go.

  SPEAKER_01: So there's that, and um, yeah, so what else am I excited about?

  SPEAKER_01: Um, well, I mean, I think that's yeah, they all come to me.

  SPEAKER_01: There's there's a beginning anyway.

  SPEAKER_01: Traveling, meeting new people.

  SPEAKER_01: There is a big starseed family that I'm meeting, and um people are sending me socks in the post because I do these sock sh reels and um and shorts on YouTube, and people get really excited about my socks.

  SPEAKER_01: So I'm like, I've got I've got so many socks, I've got a whole cupboard full of socks.

  SPEAKER_01: I've got I'm a I'm a fashion show sock person.

  SPEAKER_01: So that's my socks today are pretty boring though, they're just like stripey.

  SPEAKER_01: And I I didn't put on anything particularly exciting, sorry.

  SPEAKER_00: That is so fun.

  SPEAKER_00: So so starseeds.

  SPEAKER_00: Um can you share with us um okay.

  SPEAKER_00: I'd like to know more about the socks and how the socks kind of connect with the star seeds, but also to just some people might be hearing the word star seeds for the first time to share a little bit about starseeds as well.

  SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay.

  SPEAKER_01: Well, the socks thing really ties into me enjoying the simple things in life.

  SPEAKER_01: I think it's really good to enjoy the really, really simple things, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: We don't have to do cosmic meditations to really feel bliss.

  SPEAKER_01: We can really I feel bliss, you know, sitting by the sea, having tea and a nice cafe.

  SPEAKER_01: And you know, beautiful things.

  SPEAKER_01: I'm Libran, so I love beautiful things.

  SPEAKER_01: I've got loads of kind of jewelry and rings and pendants, and I mean, more more jewelry than I think most partners have ever, you know, have had.

  SPEAKER_01: They've all complained, you know, I've got more socks, more shoes, more jewelry, more, more bling, more shirts.

  SPEAKER_01: I've got a whole shirt thing, I like shirt color, colourful ones.

  SPEAKER_01: This one's pretty ordinary, but I've got all kinds of count colourfully ones.

  SPEAKER_01: So the socks is part of the kind of enjoying the ordinariness and the and the kind of playfulness of life.

  SPEAKER_01: There's that.
• 4:40
  SPEAKER_01: And the the the starseed uh for me, I heard the term starseed some years ago when I read the raw material, you know, the raw material, um, channels material back in I read it in the 90s, and I kind of thought, well, it's yeah, okay, interesting.

  SPEAKER_01: You know, wanderer souls, they have their home elsewhere, and they're coming here for a reason.

  SPEAKER_01: But I kind of at the time when I was in the 90s, my path was more pragmatic.

  SPEAKER_01: It was kind of like, well, is is it useful?
• 5:10
  SPEAKER_01: You know, I was into manifestation and healing, so starseed.

  SPEAKER_01: Well, you know, maybe, who knows?
• 5:17
  SPEAKER_01: Um, but then around the 2012 trigger point, I started to have a lot of experiences, and then it was after that that it I started connecting the dots and making sense that starseed seemed to be real, the whole ascension process, which I also didn't quite really know if it was real.

  SPEAKER_01: I started to go, no, I believe this is real, starseeds are real, but and then I got told at a certain point to go and teach about ascension of starseeds by spirit.

  SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, Yeah, but do I know what you know?

  SPEAKER_01: Do I know?
• 5:50
  SPEAKER_01: And the kind of answer I got was you'll work it out and it'll be fine.

  SPEAKER_01: And so I was like, okay.
• 5:55
  SPEAKER_01: So I started.
• 5:56
  SPEAKER_01: And at the beginning, I I kind of I think I knew more than I thought I knew because I've been in the whole zone of light body awakening and all this kind of thing for a long, long time, but I didn't kind of connect a lot of things.

  SPEAKER_01: It took me so I had I was on a very fast learning curve about starseeds.
• 6:13
  SPEAKER_01: So I've got a business card which says um, what does it say, Starseed Ascension Guide on there?
• 6:19
  SPEAKER_01: And my daughter got hold of one and she said, Dad, what's this starseed ascension thing?
• 6:23
  SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, Oh god, how do I explain to my my daughter?
• 6:26
  SPEAKER_01: Very hard.
• 6:27
  SPEAKER_01: Whereas I can explain to an audience of starseeds, of course, because they all go, oh yeah, we resonate with all these signs, you know, the kind of signs of um not feeling earth is really home, not feeling a sense, not feeling a sense of belonging in sometimes family, or you know, in various um communities, not really feeling at home, maybe the rainbow sheep of the family, or feeling drawn to futuristic sci-fi, or feeling drawn to very um alternative lifestyles, or spirituality, sometimes kind of more way out aquarian kind of cosmic spirituality, um, rather than just like Reiki or something kind of you know on undercover.

  SPEAKER_01: Well, a lot of people get into those kind of things.

  SPEAKER_01: Um what else?
• 7:13
  SPEAKER_01: A feeling of actually for some star seats, they just don't fit in.
• 7:18
  SPEAKER_01: I didn't feel I fitted in.
• 7:20
  SPEAKER_01: Well, I was working in the city of London uh in banking for a while, and I just thought, why is it I just don't fit in here?

  SPEAKER_01: And I thought, well, maybe it's because I didn't go to a public school, but it wasn't that it was my vibration was uh people, you know, people who are kind of non-spiritual, they still can feel things, so they kind of get a sense, you know, you're not part of this group, you know, they get a they get a feeling for it.

  SPEAKER_01: So um, yeah, and then the more I got into it, there's there's it a whole universe started opening, like um, well, where am I from?
• 7:52
  SPEAKER_01: Or where are what are these different places that I could be from, and you know, all of these different star systems and planes of existence, and not only star systems, but there are inter other dimensional places, and it just felt like a whole box opening of stuff, you know, and so it's it's still a never-ending universe of like um you you think well, I thought I'd I'd heard because I was a part of a spiritual organization for 20 years, and I'd heard every week authors speaking, going to workshops.

  SPEAKER_01: I thought I'd heard everything, and then I went on this path and I go, Oh no, it's a whole new universe opening up.

  SPEAKER_01: So, yeah.
• 8:28
  SPEAKER_00: And is it like um Andromedans or Octurians and Pleiadians, like um so so people are from these different star collections and planets and um galaxies and uh that are that we can look up at our night sky and kind of feel a connection to a space and a dimension and a place that's out there, but that's in here, that's that we are from, that we were birthed through, that we vibrate within.

  SPEAKER_00: Maybe we also visit there at night.

  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, oh for sure.
• 9:05
  SPEAKER_01: I mean, there are there are the ones you've mentioned, there's a lot of lot of common systems which have been very involved in the earth.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, Sirius is one very Pleiades Pleiades and Sirius are two very very strong ones, but there are other ones.

  SPEAKER_01: Um I think a lot of the the the DNA of of humanity has been mixed with particularly Sirius and and Pleiades, so a lot of our cosmic DNA, which is activating now.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, but you know that there are these other races.

  SPEAKER_01: Andromeda is also quite interested, although a bit quite they're quite.
• 9:42
  SPEAKER_01: I feel a very strong connection to Andromeda, but they're kind of far away.

  SPEAKER_01: And I feel personally my my own uh evolutionary path, I do believe, is Andromeda Lyra Sirius here, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: But a lot of star seeds are not just hanging out in one or two places.

  SPEAKER_01: We've been around the block a few times, we've visited, we've incarnated in many different systems.

  SPEAKER_01: So we are truly wandering souls, but we may feel home, we might feel oh Arcturius or Andromeda or Lyra.

  SPEAKER_01: We feel we might feel one place really strongly, but it's not the only place mostly that we've come to.

  SPEAKER_01: And I know I'm I've been uh quite a traveler because I I think that inspires my work because uh my work is kind of quite broad.

  SPEAKER_01: I'm not channeling Archangel Michael every week, or I'm not uh connecting to the Arpterian High Council.

  SPEAKER_01: Um I'm kind of it's different.
• 10:38
  SPEAKER_01: It's each week could be something else.

  SPEAKER_01: It's and I think that's my own particular training and my own particular mission is to have that broad connection, really.

  SPEAKER_01: So yeah.

  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I feel like because it's broad, um, it will help so many different types of star seeds to to be able to like learn and um reconnect with their their star families.

  SPEAKER_00: So could you share with us?

  SPEAKER_00: Um you mentioned the cosmic DNA activating.
• 11:09
  SPEAKER_00: Could you share with us like what kind of experiences might we be having?
• 11:14
  SPEAKER_00: Because Steve, I'm having some wild things going on recently.
• 11:18
  SPEAKER_00: Like my brain, it's it's like it feels like it's turning crystalline and and bright and vibrating.

  SPEAKER_00: I can feel the energy in it.
• 11:30
  SPEAKER_00: Like even the other day, I did a channeling of these all direction beings, these beings that I mean, that's what they call themselves, all direction beings, they're in all directions.

  SPEAKER_00: And they they had never channeled through me before.
• 11:43
  SPEAKER_00: Normally, I'm I have a conversation with them.
• 11:46
  SPEAKER_00: But since they've channeled through me, I'm go I'm experiencing like as if like all the blood's rushing to my head.

  SPEAKER_00: Like I could faint, but but then instead of fainting, I'm just seeing like everything turn into colors and and frequency, and and yeah, it's it, and then my body is like vibrating even stronger, so there's loads going on.

  SPEAKER_00: So I'd love for you to share about what what people might be experiencing with this cosmic DNA activation.

  SPEAKER_01: Well, you've probably experienced like many that the last several months the light has accelerated.
• 12:20
  SPEAKER_01: I don't know if you've been feeling that.
• 12:22
  SPEAKER_01: Oh boy.
• 12:23
  SPEAKER_01: And yes, the light accelerating for me, it's happened since uh probably about uh October last year, but for some it's kind of really kicked off this year.

  SPEAKER_01: So the light accelerating has done a number of things at a global level, it's created a lot of chaos and volatility.

  SPEAKER_01: We see a lot of stuff going on this this year, you know, in terms of conflict and all kinds of things because the light will stir up old things, it it's not like it comes in and then everyone's going, oh, that's good, on the global level.

  SPEAKER_01: They're like it kind of stirs things up and it clears and it and people are confused and it creates stuff.
• 12:59
  SPEAKER_01: So we we've seen a lot of volatility, and America politically is going through a lot of uh volatility as well, but Europe is also going through volatility in the Middle East.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, personally, what's happening is the light is coming in and it's causing a lot of shifts internally.

  SPEAKER_01: For some people, it's causing a lot of old programs to come out and to rise up or old wounds to come up.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, it's also causing um these activations, you know, which can be like you know for me.
• 13:32
  SPEAKER_01: I've been feeling like uh I know with clients lately I've been doing like working with them, and then my I have to say, I need a cup of, I need to get a quick sip of tea because I'm spinning now working with you, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: And it's and I have to, and I feel also the connection to the higher self is becoming super strong, you know, like I feel this intense thing going through my spine and down, and um it's also the the kind of pineal uh activation opening, and there's this sense of you of knowing things instantly, much you know, and you know, and the important thing is not to question how do I know that, you know, because that kind of gets into the whole mind thing.

  SPEAKER_01: But if you just know and and just kind of go with it, then life becomes really interesting, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: Like uh, so for last year I had an invitation to go to um to Istanbul, and I said, Okay, Istanbul, why not?

  SPEAKER_01: But then um the invitation was also to go down into Anatolia to those old temples.

  SPEAKER_01: Is it Goblier Techpi Tepi?

  SPEAKER_01: You know, those old, really old temples, and I got the intuition it'd be great, but don't go.

  SPEAKER_01: And I was like, okay, and now of course the war and all those, and that's right on the border.

  SPEAKER_01: So it would have been a really bad idea to have gone down there.
• 14:51
  SPEAKER_01: So um, so it's those kind of things that I'm just getting instant, yes, no, do that, wait, you know, and I'm just following it.

  SPEAKER_01: So it's really important for people to trust these impulses, especially as the light shifting, because as the world, as the world's getting more volatile, it's really good to know.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, because if we're ruled by the the mind, you know, all kinds of weird stuff can happen.

  SPEAKER_01: You know, you find yourself doing stuff like why on earth did you choose that?
• 15:46
  SPEAKER_01: But you know, where was your intuition?
• 15:48
  SPEAKER_01: So for some people, the intuition is getting stronger, and some it's getting a bit more clouded because stuff's coming up.

  SPEAKER_01: So the activation of DNA for me is um combines with activation of chakra systems.

  SPEAKER_01: So the the DNA activation and chakra system activations work together.
• 16:07
  SPEAKER_01: So, as um, you know, you most of humanity works on these uh couple of strands, which is just the lower chakras, but as more and more are getting activated, they get activated in the etheric body.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, so you could have like 12 strands, but they're not all physical.
• 16:24
  SPEAKER_01: There's like the physical ones and then they're the etheric ones that get act in the etheric body.

  SPEAKER_01: I think further down the line we will start to see those strands become physical, but we're not ready for that yet.

  SPEAKER_01: We're not there yet.

  SPEAKER_01: So I don't think scientists have found, I don't know if they don't think they have found anyone with more than two physical strands yet.

  SPEAKER_01: But when we activate these um other strands, uh there's at least 12 of them, uh, then all of these gifts come online, you know, such weird gifts, strange gifts, interesting gifts, of like the inner knowing is just one, telepathy is another one, where you just kind of read people's thoughts and you go, I know what you're thinking, you know, I know what you're feeling, I can feel it instantly.

  SPEAKER_01: You know, I maybe probably have that.

  SPEAKER_01: You know that experience of you're with someone and you I know what you're thinking, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: You just get the or you can get their higher self talking to your higher self, talking to you, and you go, Ah, you're um you're I'm now speaking to your higher self, and your guides are telling me stuff, and it's all very quick, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, so I I I in my own experience, you know, I have all these kind of very quick things happening, and sometimes there's several happening at once.

  SPEAKER_01: And I remember my ex-partner used to complain, she said, You you went shopping and you forgot the onions.

  SPEAKER_01: And I went, Yeah, but I've got seven transmissions in my head.
• 17:44
  SPEAKER_01: She never accepted it as a good excuse, though.
• 17:47
  SPEAKER_01: Well, I thought it was a good excuse.
• 17:48
  SPEAKER_01: You know, I've got you know all of these things going on, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: I forgot the onions, but so what?

  SPEAKER_01: You know, I can go and buy them again.
• 17:54
  SPEAKER_01: But there we are.

  SPEAKER_01: So the the inner world becomes richer because of all of these things activating, and and then the gateway's opening to other worlds and other universes, other planes.

  SPEAKER_01: So, you know, there was times where I'd spent hours just exploring other other worlds, just going off and you know, or even going into my own, going into my own worlds in my own psyche, just going down and going, what's down here?

  SPEAKER_01: What needs to be opened up, cleared out?

  SPEAKER_01: What what draws have I forgotten down here that need to be looked through and are you know and uh brought to the surface?

  SPEAKER_01: So there's um yeah, the the DNA activations, the gifts on one side and the light, so the light is activating the gifts on one side, and on the other side is the is um releasing shadow elements that want to be rein healed and reintegrated, bringing out old ego programs that need to be seen and cleared and and transformed, so that the ego, which is a collective, the ego isn't one thing, it's a collective parts, a personality cells, you know, inner child, in a inner all kinds of bits of ours.

  SPEAKER_01: They all have to be upgraded and brought in alignment with our being and our light.

  SPEAKER_01: We don't destroy the ego, we upgrade it, and that's also part of what's going on, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: And when it's when we upgrade it, it becomes helpful, it stops becoming a nuisance, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: Like uh in the early stages, the ego goes, What are you doing?
• 19:21
  SPEAKER_01: You know, what crazy, what's all this crazy stuff?
• 19:23
  SPEAKER_01: You know, what it's gonna arms because I know most people go through that.

  SPEAKER_01: I did my ego going crazy.
• 19:29
  SPEAKER_01: Why are you doing all these crazy new age workshops?
• 19:31
  SPEAKER_01: You should be doing something else, you know.
• 19:33
  SPEAKER_01: Or when I resigned from the corporate world, why are you resigning for this job?
• 19:36
  SPEAKER_01: It's well paid.
• 19:37
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's a bit stressful, but why are you you know, the ego goes a bit crazy with these decisions, but then it settles now my ego settles down, it kind of gets all right.

  SPEAKER_01: You know, okay, we I understand your your path is a bit different, all right.
• 19:49
  SPEAKER_01: You know, it kind of settles down a bit and becomes more helpful.
• 19:55
  SPEAKER_00: Do you have like a personal practice to help to settle it or to help to like um yeah dissolve the parts that are trying to control?

  SPEAKER_01: Ah, well, you know, some of these parts are in conflict with each other, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: That's some also the thing.
• 20:10
  SPEAKER_01: You know, we can have one part that wants to be spiritual, another part that's no, or you know, we have these kind of conflicts.

  SPEAKER_01: Um so what I tend to do now is if I'm feeling any kind of um inner resistance, because I think it the ego would tend to resist, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm putting my foot gently on the bro on the accelerator, and the ego is putting it on the brake.

  SPEAKER_01: So I'm kind of like, ah, uh there's there's a kind of push-pull, there's a kind of resistance, nothing's happening in a way, it's not there's no flow there.

  SPEAKER_01: So I sit and um I sit and go inside, and I kind of go, Well, one way of doing it is where in my body am I feeling a resistance to whatever's going on in the world or wanting to move forward?

  SPEAKER_01: And you know, if my heart is like, oh, my heart feels heavy, what's going on there?
• 20:59
  SPEAKER_01: What does the energy feel like look like?
• 21:01
  SPEAKER_01: What is the emotion?
• 21:02
  SPEAKER_01: And I kind of start dialoguing.
• 21:04
  SPEAKER_01: Well, what's the issue?
• 21:05
  SPEAKER_01: You know, and if I might it might tell me, well, we're worried about X, and so I have to negotiate this concern because it may be a real concern that I go, Oh, I didn't think about that, let me think about that, or most of the time, 90%, it's more of just a fear-based, not really anything to be concerned about, other than neutralizing the fear or the doubt or the confusion, whatever's going on.

  SPEAKER_01: But yes, that happens, but there's also pitfalls, and you have to know that there are things you're going to come up against and know how to deal with it.

  SPEAKER_00: How did dissolve resistance, a protection, and a cleansing tool?

  SPEAKER_01: So for cleansing, the the my favorite cleansing, and it's quite quick for me because I've been doing it now for a while, is I um connect my energy.

  SPEAKER_01: Um it sounds quite advanced, really, but it's it's it's not really.

  SPEAKER_01: I I I imagine connect, you know, like there's a grounding thing, you can ground roots down, connecting to the crystalline core of the earth.

  SPEAKER_01: So from the heart downwards, connecting down through the base, down through the legs, and then you can also bring light up from the core of the earth, like these silver white light accords up, and that um grounds you, protects you by raising your vibration.

  SPEAKER_01: That alone is very helpful.

  SPEAKER_01: But then what you can do is almost like send your light up through the crown to the core of the sun and bring that light down.

  SPEAKER_01: So I do it quite quickly.

  SPEAKER_01: I kind of call down to the earth, up to the sun, and open the inner channel, and this this kind of light begins to shift out through my field, cleansing and clearing all the layers of the aura and the layers of the body.

  SPEAKER_01: Our aura has a number of layers, and you know, the body also has layers, you know, um, cellular, subatomic levels.

  SPEAKER_01: So cleanse it can be done really quickly.

  SPEAKER_01: And ask my higher self, please assist me in connecting up, down, opening the inner channel, radiate light out.

  SPEAKER_01: That's kind of that's one I do, but there's a very simple one for people who go, Well, that's quite advanced, Steve.

  SPEAKER_01: So the simpler one would be just imagine you're standing under a waterfall of silver violet light, washing through your energy field, through the body and around the body, through all layers of the aura, washing away other people's energy, washing away any uh etheric, emotional, mental energies, washing it out through your washing other people's energy out.

  SPEAKER_01: Because a lot of people don't realize they can absorb energy that's not theirs, they can absorb their mother's energy, their father's energy, their boss's energy, or whatever, and just or even a spiritual group's energy.

  SPEAKER_01: We need to release their energy and then fill up our auric field with light, and imagine sealing the edge of our auric egg.

  SPEAKER_01: The aura's like a kind of big egg, with gold, a layer of gold light, or whatever people want, gold, silver, silver, violet, whatever you want to do, just to protect the outer.

  SPEAKER_01: I just set the intention to bounce off lower energies, but allowing in the higher energies, allowing in love and joy and uh you know, peace, but bouncing off blame, criticism, anger, all of those fear.

  SPEAKER_01: Just that's a quick cleansing one.

  SPEAKER_01: And the protection would be the outer, the outer, you know, a layer of the aura, putting gold or or silver violet, something like that.

  SPEAKER_01: But also the best protection really is um neutralizing any fear we have in our bodies and our minds.

  SPEAKER_01: So, for example, before this call, I was having these messages from someone who was really in quite a strong uh fear about something, and um I had to reassure her that actually the fear was a big part of the problem, you know, um, because that fear was turning into paranoia of something is trying to get me, you know, something, you know, and I'm trying to say, well, get rid of the thing, you know, throw it away, and some spiritual thing or book she got, and she was really in pain.

  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but what if somebody else gets it and they're attacked and say, Don't worry, it'll probably be put it in the rubbish, it'll be incinerated.

  SPEAKER_01: Now, fear lets things in, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: So we had to kind of calm, calm her down, everything is fine.

  SPEAKER_01: You're actually more powerful than you realize, you have a strong inner light, you are connected, you and blah blah and so on, so and then she calmed down, and then the whole paranoia calmed down, and so she was more able to protect herself.

  SPEAKER_01: Because if if someone's in, and I know people like this, someone's in fear and they develop all kinds of spiritual protection techniques, they don't work very well because at the core they're still afraid of dark forces or something, you know, and dark forces do exist, but we shouldn't be afraid of them, actually, because dark forces are part of this ascension process.

  SPEAKER_01: Actually, we need dark forces to help, they're the grit in the oyster that's helping the whole thing keep going, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: Where otherwise we'll all be, you know, everything's lovely, and everything, you know, the world isn't lovely, and it's causing us to grow.

  SPEAKER_01: It's that tension, that opposition to our light that's creating um the a really uh vigorous path for for us, really.

  SPEAKER_01: So this is the earth plane is not seen as an easy school, it's seen as a tough school because it's dense and there are forces opposing our light, which makes it dense.

  SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, so don't be afraid, and anyone listen to this, do not be afraid of dark forces.

  SPEAKER_01: You're more powerful than you know, really.

  SPEAKER_01: And techniques can work, but once you neutralize fear and doubt and confusion, then these techniques work even more powerfully, and then nothing will touch you.

  SPEAKER_01: You know, I I do get dark forces, and I don't know about you, Natalie, you might get them kind of tapping on my shoulder or trying to interfere quite regularly, actually.

  SPEAKER_01: And um you know, mosquitoes come through the window, but I just let them out, you know, kind of thing.

  SPEAKER_01: So um the ego resistance, it's really we shouldn't force our ego to do anything.

  SPEAKER_01: We're not here to force um, for example, you know, uh a lot of issues with the with the ego comes from maybe inner child parts, which are vulnerable and um hurt and maybe abandoned.

  SPEAKER_01: So with those parts, we don't kind of try and force them, we actually love them, embrace them with light, and reassure them, and um that goes a long, long way actually in terms of personal healing.

  SPEAKER_01: The other thing we can do is sometimes ego parts have a job that they're running on that's way no longer useful, if you know what I mean.

  SPEAKER_01: So maybe it was useful you know 20 years ago, but it stops being useful.

  SPEAKER_01: So we have to have a conversation and say, Well, thank you for the work you're doing for me, but I really don't want you to do that anymore.

  SPEAKER_01: I'd rather you do this, and most of the time they'll agree to it.

  SPEAKER_01: Most of the time, they'll say, Yeah, all right, I can do that.

  SPEAKER_01: And we can actually get the higher self and angels to release old ego parts that want don't want to be with us anymore, and we can release them and then call new light back in.

  SPEAKER_01: So um, yeah, it's a big, it's a big subject.

  SPEAKER_01: I I've kind of scratched on the surface a little bit there, but I hope it gives people an idea or flavor.

  SPEAKER_00: So um people are now gonna know that when when the ego is coming in, that with awareness they recognize it and they can either say to the ego, hey, instead of bringing in this fear, this doubt, this worry, this control, would you like a new role?

  SPEAKER_00: And how about instead you could be my protector or nurture or nourisher?

  SPEAKER_00: And if the ego says, Yep, I'll take on the new role, then you you move it on to the new role, and and then, or if it says no, and you say, Okay, well, maybe our time together is complete and you send it away into the light.

  SPEAKER_01: And you know, you you I sometimes give them a choice.

  SPEAKER_01: I say, Would you would you like to do a new job, or would you like to go and and you know, go on your own journey?

  SPEAKER_01: And they have a choice, and they'll and most of the time they'll say, I I prefer to to do a new job, but sometimes they want to leave, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, the other aspect of it is sometimes these energies are are other lifetime energies that we're feeling.

  SPEAKER_01: So it's the resistance may not be just our ego, it might be we're we're feeling something from another lifetime that's bleeding through.

  SPEAKER_01: And it's very common actually.

  SPEAKER_01: Uh, for example, most many star seeds have been persecuted in other lifetimes for being who they are.

  SPEAKER_01: So, you know, it's very common to be, you know, I know I've had lifetimes of being killed, one definitely at least one was being burnt as a witch, which which is quite something.

  SPEAKER_01: So these kind of bleed-through energies can create fear programs or terror programs, but once we realize they that doesn't belong to this lifetime, and we thank them, bless them, call light in, and we can dissolve and release them.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, that there's not for us to deal with, you know, and let it go.

  SPEAKER_01: Um a lot of issues are actually, especially we go further down the path, are other lifetime issues that are just activated, triggered.

  SPEAKER_01: And then we have to really, but then of course we have to have the awareness where's this coming from?

  SPEAKER_01: I'm feeling a bit out of sorts.

  SPEAKER_01: So it gets a little bit, you know, complicated, but having a strong intuition means you can get quickly, ah, I know where it is.

  SPEAKER_01: So I just ask the pendulum, is this is this, you know, is this ancestral, is it ego, is it other lifetime?

  SPEAKER_01: So it's good to have a technique to find the answer.

  SPEAKER_01: Sometimes people just go in and get the answer immediately and go, oh, I know where it's from.

  SPEAKER_01: So uh in the beginning stages of the journey, it's not as complicated, it just gets a little bit more, little bit more like that as we go further, further down.

  SPEAKER_00: If you are getting confused by what is this, it means you're deep in the journey.

  SPEAKER_00: Like at the beginning, it's like taking a brush and clearing away the dust, and then you're getting deeper into the rock of it where you have to chisel away.

  SPEAKER_00: Um, inside there is the crystal, the powerful you that's always here, and that's so much brighter and stronger than any of that darkness.

  SPEAKER_00: And I like the pendulum, and and also you can ask, you see, the soul is in the body, so you can ask the body, body, show me a yes, show me a no.

  SPEAKER_00: A yes could be leaning forward, a no could be leaning back.

  SPEAKER_00: Um or you could like get a sense, show me what yes feels like inside my body, and yes might feel like expansive with yellow light, no might feel like contractive with the deep blue.

  SPEAKER_00: And so once a person finds their yes and no, and everyone can find it, but by going in and asking, show me a yes, show me a no, and the body, the soul will show you.

  SPEAKER_00: Then you can, then you can figure out when when these things come up, like what is it, and and yeah, and just really knowing that I love what you said, Steve, about oh, okay, well, that's a past life stuff.

  SPEAKER_00: So, my advice for people is like to call upon your guides, your staff, family, the angels, and you can say to them, place me in protection, raise the frequency of my body, of my room, of my space, and that immediately clears out any low frequency energy.

  SPEAKER_01: Well, I think part of my journey has been to meet the dark forces because I think part of my mission is to help people who, I mean, not my own mission, our only mission, but part of it is to help people who are bothered by them, because quite a few people are bothered by them, and finding ways of how do we neutralize this problem and also teach telling people or showing people it's nothing to be afraid of.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, there are false light beings, you know, the whole thing of false light beings where people posing as light that happens on the inner plains, so some people get fooled.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, I've seen a lot of people get fooled, particularly in the twin flame area, you know, that whole thing where people, oh, this person's my twin flame, then they go down a whole weird road and they come out sometime afterwards.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, there are there are, I mean, I do also feel there are some spiritual teachers who are also unaware that their guides are not 100% of the light.

  SPEAKER_01: So that happens, you know, and it's it's not that they're bad, you know, these it's just awareness we need to know.

  SPEAKER_01: So when we've got this strong intuition, as you say, the body is a very good way of doing you know the kinesiology is another way of testing, body pendulum, all of these things.

  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I feel like the tool you gave us of going into the earth and connecting to the sun, um, I feel like that is super powerful for anyone who is um like feeling like they're attacked by darkness to go and re-listen to that and do that practice.

  SPEAKER_00: If darkness is coming in, it's because there's a resonance.

  SPEAKER_01: Um yeah, I think um since well, let me see the the the the the old timeline going back, let's say when I was you know in the in the 60s, 70s, the old timeline then a lot of psychics were looking into it, were seeing uh kind of destructive timeline or maybe dystopian timeline, a dark future they saw back then.

  SPEAKER_01: But then as the consciousness has shifted going towards 2012, before and beyond, uh, new timelines have been really anchoring more strongly.

  SPEAKER_01: Starseeds have been anchoring these timelines, and um the old timeline um is still there, but it's it's kind of it's it's not got any power to create that future.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, but there there are some people who will will kind of leave the planet, I think, and not going to follow a 5D timeline, they're not interested.

  SPEAKER_01: So when they leave this planet, they'll go somewhere else to continue their 3D, you know, evolution, and that's right for them.

  SPEAKER_01: But there's a there are more, I don't see just one timeline at the moment, I see a few, and um the but they're all leading upwards through the main the main the main groupings I see at the moment is one which is um going through a 5D timeline through more um challenging uh events on the planet, and the other one or the other ones are less challenging, they're kind of on slow, ongoing shifts and changes, but the other one uh could allow more dramatic change, but they're both leading to uh a new earth.

  SPEAKER_01: Um and my hope is that the planet will move towards the one where there's less dramatic, let you know, like for example, we're seeing all the the people on the planet trying to create war, and the consciousness is closing it down and stopping it.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, so it doesn't spread, it doesn't kind of create this big thing, which I think some people want actually crazily.

  SPEAKER_01: So I'm seeing that I'm hoping that um these events will be contained and ended so that the planet can move more peacefully into a higher um a higher frequency.

  SPEAKER_01: But I I do feel that we're going through the next five um four or five years is still gonna be intense for the planet.

  SPEAKER_01: But by what by the time 2030, 2032, then there's another acceleration of light, and we start um it's gonna be much, much harder for dark forces to do what they're doing, I think, um, at that point.

  SPEAKER_01: Um War in Iran, wars in the Ukraine, a lot of it are being created by the um military industrial complex that just in it for money.

  SPEAKER_01: And so, what's happening that those who want to go and experience earth will go on to the reincarnate into those dimensions of the earth where they'll have their Armageddon dystopian futures, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: But we are but what so we're actually shifting into uh a higher dimensional plane of the earth.

  SPEAKER_01: Or there's this crossover between this dimension and a higher dimension, and we're it's a bit confusing because you know the 5D energy is an hour energy, uh, and until eventually we somehow shift into that vision um uh dimension of the earth.

  SPEAKER_01: I heard I heard spiritual teachers talking about this in the 90s and say, well, how how does this dimensional thing work?

  SPEAKER_01: How are we gonna move over, shift over?

  SPEAKER_01: But I do see that we are shifting in the higher dimension and there are lower dimensions, and those lower dimensions are not nice.

  SPEAKER_00: I also can't see into like how how it's gonna happen, but one thing that I do feel is that we know it already.

  SPEAKER_00: It's like inside, there's like a deep inner knowing, and so there's like a certain vibration that's activating inside of us, which is expanding, which which like makes it come into fruition and and brings it into like physical reality.

  SPEAKER_01: Well, there are places on the earth, probably you're in one actually, Natalie, where that 5D vibration is already there and it's very easy to come through.

  SPEAKER_01: Um, where I'm living, the I I wouldn't call it a 5D town at all, but I mean it's beautiful, but you know, I've been to places on the earth, you go, ah, this is this is the energy of paradise on earth, and that but my my role is really, you know, I'm here uh working with these energies for whatever reason.

  SPEAKER_01: And uh, but you know, I've been to places on earth which have that paradise feel, and you know, oh, this is how the earth could be, this is where the earth is wanting to go, the whole earth is paradise, and um, but I do also see that that that the planet is is also we are shifting into Aquarius, which is a more technological age, and so what's I do feel what's gonna happen is the technology is gonna be in alignment with Gaia, which at the moment it's not totally the technologies we're using are not really Gaia doesn't really I don't think likes them very much, but more and more we're gonna be the scientists are gonna be downloading and channeling technologies which are which Gaia will go great, you know, that's fabulous.

  SPEAKER_01: You know, you can have because oil and gas are so 3D, you know, and a lot of wars are fought over 3D oil and gas, but there are technologies already available which helps us move out of that, but they're not freely available on the planet because of um various control reasons and money reasons and whatever.

  SPEAKER_01: But the technologies are there, so I do see humanity moving into a higher technological technological age, but one that honors the planet and honors human communities rather than the moment we're seeing it's it's really we're in that kind of darkest before dawn period where we're seeing the worst of you know technologies and the worst of human behavior, but it will break through um and we'll move away from that.

  SPEAKER_00: When are you sensing like a big breakthrough might happen if if you're looking at the timelines that we're currently uh on?

  SPEAKER_01: Well, I do as I I mentioned 2030-32, I think around 3030, 2032, but then another one around 2050, a big shift, a big major acceleration.

  SPEAKER_01: So, you know, to shift the whole planet from darkness to light, it takes probably a good hundred years, I would imagine.

  SPEAKER_01: So the planet started shifting slowly in the 1950s, very slow, you know, it's very slowly.

  SPEAKER_01: Then in the 60s, a bit you know, flower power and all of that kind of a bit faster, and then spirituality started emerging in the 70s, 80s, and now we're accelerating.

  SPEAKER_01: So by 2050, that really by then I think the planet will be you won't recognize it.

  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's my feeling.

  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know, like okay, imagine we're sitting in like 2050, and and we're in this whole different experience, um, and then we look back and we go, oh wow.

  SPEAKER_00: What what do you what would you say, like, oh, those were the points that those are the things that help to change and accelerate everything?

  SPEAKER_01: Um well uh spiritually, I think more starseeds incarnating is a you know that if you imagine um back in the 1950s uh there was a a few percent of starseeds, one percent maybe, one or one and a half, two percent.

  SPEAKER_01: But then now you've got um it's much, much higher.

  SPEAKER_01: I mean, it could well be something like 10%, possibly eight to ten percent of the planet's starseeds.

  SPEAKER_01: By 2050, I've got a feeling that that the majority of beings on this planet, if not the vast majority, would be starseeds, and that would change everything.

  SPEAKER_01: Because if you imagine people, it's all consciousness.

  SPEAKER_01: So if you a lot of the people in the moment in leadership positions are a very 3D consciousness, but if you imagine as the population shifts into uh they'll demand and they'll and they'll create leadership of a much higher nature, and also uh the kind science coming through, in fact, every area of life, they will demand a higher frequency.

  SPEAKER_01: And so if you imagine a world that's actually the where someone in leadership, political, financial, whatever's going on, are star seeds.

  SPEAKER_01: At the moment, the majority of leaders in this world are not star seeds.

  SPEAKER_01: You might get the occasional one or two, but they have a tough time there, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: Somebody, um, I mean, I I would imagine somebody possibly like Mendela, certainly an awakened being.

  SPEAKER_01: Maybe it's certainly later in life, he certainly woke up and was an enlightened being.

  SPEAKER_01: I've met in British politics, uh, members of parliament uh MPs who are awake.

  SPEAKER_01: Uh, they are in the vast minority, of course, you know, but they are awake.

  SPEAKER_01: And um, but you imagine getting a prime minister or a president.

  SPEAKER_01: Imagine Trump being booted out, and you have a star seed sitting in the president's office and him supported by a lot of people who are star seeds.

  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you you the world will be overnight, will be changed, war would end, they would stop doing what they're doing.

  SPEAKER_01: They'll actually let's sit down, have tea, and arrange things, let's work it out, which they're not doing at the moment, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: You know, they're all a bunch of adolescents running the the planet's run by a bunch of ego adolescents, really.

  SPEAKER_00: So if we if we keep dissolving our fears and those old patterns, we we become more spacious and more more of our light is present, and then our outer world shifts and and and and reflects our inner.

  SPEAKER_00: I can okay, so already there must be some some star seeds inf infiltering, infiltrating, because um, like on the 21st of December, it's like World Meditation Day.

  SPEAKER_01: There was pictures of Queen Elizabeth I in the in the cafe, an original.

  SPEAKER_01: Anyway, um I asked the guy, the person I was with, is it would would he mind if I went into the um House of Lords?

  SPEAKER_01: So you don't, it's a bit like the the two houses in you've got in America, but the House of Lords is the higher house.

  SPEAKER_01: So he said, No, fine, go in.

  SPEAKER_01: So I went in the House of Lords, and there was nobody in there, and I sat down and meditated, and I was expecting because I'd heard all kinds of theories about things, and I was heard I thought, well, maybe it's gonna be a bit dark and heavy, but I felt angels in the place, and I was like, Oh my gosh, there are angels in this in this hall, and it gave me it really gave me so much.

  SPEAKER_01: Um it inspired me to think, well, there's angels helping to keep the country at some level, you know.

  SPEAKER_01: I'm sure the other house, House of Commons, were a bit more, you know, uh a bit more volatile.

  SPEAKER_01: But there it was like, oh wow, I there are angels at least here, and there was the two thrones in the house of in of lords, one for the queen.

  SPEAKER_01: Well, it was then for the queen and her husband.

  SPEAKER_01: I mean, now it's the king and you know the queen, but um, yeah, so I it gave me a lot of like, oh wow, it's fabulous.

  SPEAKER_01: I didn't expect it.

  SPEAKER_00: Wow, as you say that, I'm feeling just come in and I'm hearing them singing, and I'm hearing them saying, We are we are in all the places and spaces, and so I feel like I'm just asking them right now to to light up those those dark spaces that need it, and to to just drop like one drop of light into the minds of all those leaders that have forgotten the light that they are and have have gotten um lost along the way.

  SPEAKER_01: But actually, I do feel a lot of star seeds will reincarnate further down when they when the earth is different in the 5D space, and then all of this hard work that people are working and clearing and healing, actually, there it'll be like, Well, here's the here's the fruit of all of the work you've been doing.
