• 1:17
  I'm
• 1:17
  Eric
• 1:17
  G.
• 1:17
  Thanks
• 1:18
  for

  joining

  today.
• 1:20
  Happy
• 1:20
  midweek
• 1:21
  special.
• 1:21
  This
• 1:22
  is
• 1:22
  our
• 1:22
  midweek
• 1:22
  update
• 1:23
  that
• 1:23
  talks
• 1:23
  about
• 1:23
  the
• 1:23
  stuff
• 1:24
  that,
• 1:24
  well,
• 1:25
  didn't
• 1:25
  make
• 1:25
  it
• 1:25
  into
• 1:25
  last
• 1:26
  weekend's
• 1:26
  show
• 1:27
  and
• 1:27
  isn't
• 1:27
  gonna
• 1:28
  make
• 1:28
  it
• 1:28
  into
• 1:28
  this
• 1:29
  week's
• 1:29
  show.
• 1:29
  And
• 1:30
  while
• 1:30
  I'm
• 1:31
  on
• 1:31
  location
• 1:31
  out
• 1:31
  here
• 1:32
  at
• 1:32
  my
• 1:32
  house
• 1:33
  that
• 1:33
  I'm
• 1:33
  putting
• 1:33
  on
• 1:33
  the
• 1:33
  market
• 1:34
  here
• 1:34
  tomorrow,
• 1:35
  it
• 1:35
  is
• 1:36
  photo
• 1:36
  shoot
• 1:37
  day.
• 1:37
  So
• 1:37
  I've
• 1:38
  been
• 1:38
  working
• 1:38
  out
• 1:38
  here
• 1:38
  before
• 1:39
  sunup
• 1:39
  trying
• 1:39
  to
• 1:40
  get
• 1:40
  things
• 1:40
  done
• 1:40
  to
• 1:40
  the
• 1:41
  projects.
• 1:42
  One
• 1:42
  thing
• 1:42
  I've
• 1:42
  learned
• 1:42
  about
• 1:43
  getting
• 1:43
  a
• 1:43
  house
• 1:43
  ready
• 1:44
  for
• 1:44
  sale
• 1:44
  is
• 1:45
  there's
• 1:45
  always
• 1:46
  one
• 1:46
  more
• 1:46
  little
• 1:46
  thing
• 1:48
  that
• 1:48
  you
• 1:48
  can
• 1:48
  do.
• 1:49
  And
• 1:49
  finally,
• 1:50
  today
• 1:50
  is
• 1:50
  a
• 1:50
  thing
• 1:50
  where
• 1:51
  I
• 1:51
  go,
• 1:51
  nope,
• 1:52
  this
• 1:52
  is
• 1:52
  gonna
• 1:53
  be
• 1:53
  it.
• 1:54
  And
• 1:54
  I
• 1:54
  tell
• 1:54
  you
• 1:54
  what,
• 1:54
  there's
• 1:55
  so
• 1:55
  many
• 1:55
  little
• 1:55
  things
• 1:55
  that
• 1:56
  you
• 1:56
  can
• 1:56
  chase
• 1:56
  around
• 1:56
  the
• 1:57
  house.
• 1:57
  Of
• 1:57
  course,
• 1:57
  I've
• 1:57
  got
• 1:58
  the
• 1:58
  things
• 1:58
  that
• 1:58
  should
• 1:58
  pass
• 1:59
  inspection,
• 2:00
  anything
• 2:00
  that
• 2:01
  people
• 2:01
  are
• 2:01
  taking
• 2:01
  a
• 2:02
  look
• 2:02
  at
• 2:02
  when
• 2:02
  you
• 2:03
  get
• 2:03
  the
• 2:03
  offer
• 2:03
  and
• 2:04
  you
• 2:04
  get
• 2:04
  that
• 2:04
  stuff
• 2:04
  in.
• 2:05
  And
• 2:05
  of
• 2:05
  course,
• 2:05
  the
• 2:06
  home
• 2:06
  inspector
• 2:06
  comes
• 2:06
  over.
• 2:07
  So
• 2:07
  I
• 2:07
  try
• 2:07
  to
• 2:07
  make
• 2:07
  that
• 2:07
  as
• 2:08
  easy
• 2:08
  as
• 2:08
  possible.
• 2:09
  And
• 2:10
  it's
• 2:10
  so
• 2:10
  funny.
• 2:11
  The
• 2:11
  one
• 2:11
  thing
• 2:11
  I've
• 2:12
  noticed
• 2:12
  is
• 2:12
  when
• 2:13
  you're
• 2:13
  walking
• 2:13
  around
• 2:14
  your
• 2:14
  own
• 2:14
  house,
• 2:16
  there
• 2:16
  are
• 2:16
  so
• 2:17
  many
• 2:17
  things
• 2:17
  that
• 2:18
  you
• 2:19
  can
• 2:19
  overlook.
• 2:21
  It's
• 2:21
  like
• 2:21
  you
• 2:21
  can't
• 2:22
  see
• 2:22
  the
• 2:22
  forest
• 2:22
  through
• 2:23
  the
• 2:23
  trees
• 2:23
  kind
• 2:23
  of
• 2:23
  thing.
• 2:24
  And
• 2:24
  even
• 2:24
  I
• 2:24
  am
• 2:25
  guilty
• 2:25
  of
• 2:25
  that.
• 2:25
  I
• 2:26
  was
• 2:26
  walking
• 2:26
  by
• 2:26
  and
• 2:26
  went,
• 2:27
  wow,
• 2:28
  I
• 2:28
  didn't
• 2:28
  get
• 2:28
  that
• 2:28
  knocked
• 2:29
  out
• 2:29
  the
• 2:29
  way
• 2:29
  I
• 2:29
  wanted
• 2:30
  to.
• 2:30
  So
• 2:30
  I
• 2:30
  stop
• 2:30
  and
• 2:30
  get
• 2:31
  that
• 2:31
  done.
• 2:32
  And
• 2:32
  really,
• 2:32
  once
• 2:33
  you
• 2:33
  get
• 2:33
  things
• 2:33
  upgraded
• 2:34
  to
• 2:34
  100,
• 2:35
  then
• 2:35
  you'll
• 2:35
  look
• 2:35
  over
• 2:35
  and
• 2:36
  go,
• 2:36
  that's
• 2:36
  not
• 2:36
  100.
• 2:37
  But
• 2:37
  I
• 2:37
  could
• 2:37
  do
• 2:37
  one
• 2:37
  other
• 2:38
  little
• 2:38
  thing
• 2:38
  to
• 2:38
  that.
• 2:39
  And
• 2:39
  at
• 2:40
  some
• 2:40
  point
• 2:40
  you
• 2:40
  just
• 2:41
  gotta
• 2:41
  say,
• 2:41
  enough.
• 2:43
  And
• 2:43
  I
• 2:43
  know
• 2:43
  that's
• 2:43
  super
• 2:44
  tough,
• 2:44
  but
• 2:44
  you
• 2:45
  just
• 2:45
  gotta
• 2:45
  say,
• 2:45
  okay,
• 2:46
  that's
• 2:47
  it.
• 2:47
  That's
• 2:48
  all
• 2:48
  I
• 2:48
  can
• 2:48
  do.
• 2:48
  That's
• 2:48
  all
• 2:49
  we
• 2:49
  can
• 2:49
  do
• 2:49
  to
• 2:49
  get
• 2:49
  this
• 2:49
  thing
• 2:49
  wrapped
• 2:50
  up
• 2:50
  and
• 2:51
  we're
• 2:51
  good
• 2:51
  to
• 2:52
  go.
• 2:52
  So
• 2:52
  when
• 2:53
  you're
• 2:53
  working
• 2:53
  on
• 2:53
  the
• 2:53
  projects,
• 2:54
  of
• 2:54
  course,
• 2:55
  make
• 2:55
  sure
• 2:55
  you
• 2:55
  get
• 2:56
  them
• 2:56
  dialed
• 2:56
  in
• 2:56
  perfectly
• 2:57
  and
• 2:58
  they're
• 2:58
  looking
• 2:58
  good.
• 2:59
  And
• 3:00
  I
• 3:00
  tell
• 3:00
  you
• 3:00
  what,
• 3:01
  that
• 3:01
  will
• 3:01
  really
• 3:03
  make
• 3:03
  you
• 3:03
  not
• 3:04
  go
• 3:04
  crazy
• 3:04
  if
• 3:04
  you
• 3:04
  can
• 3:05
  say,
• 3:05
  that's
• 3:05
  good
• 3:05
  enough.
• 3:06
  It's
• 3:06
  not
• 3:07
  like
• 3:07
  I'm
• 3:07
  selling
• 3:07
  a
• 3:07
  $7
• 3:08
  million
• 3:08
  house
• 3:09
  here.
• 3:10
  It's
• 3:10
  going
• 3:10
  to
• 3:10
  be
• 3:10
  beautiful.
• 3:11
  It
• 3:11
  is
• 3:11
  beautiful.
• 3:12
  And
• 3:12
  this
• 3:13
  last
• 3:13
  week
• 3:13
  we
• 3:13
  tackled
• 3:14
  a
• 3:14
  really
• 3:14
  cool
• 3:14
  project
• 3:15
  here
• 3:15
  in
• 3:15
  the
• 3:15
  backyard
• 3:16
  that
• 3:16
  was
• 3:16
  awesome
• 3:17
  with
• 3:17
  my
• 3:17
  friends
• 3:17
  over
• 3:18
  at
• 3:18
  System
• 3:18
  Pavers.
• 3:19
  They
• 3:19
  came
• 3:19
  in
• 3:20
  here
• 3:20
  and
• 3:20
  did
• 3:21
  a
• 3:21
  knock
• 3:22
  down,
• 3:22
  drag
• 3:22
  them
• 3:22
  out.
• 3:23
  Just
• 3:23
  beautiful
• 3:24
  job.
• 3:24
  Two
• 3:24
  days,
• 3:24
  got
• 3:25
  the
• 3:25
  patio
• 3:25
  done.
• 3:26
  Hauled
• 3:26
  out
• 3:26
  a
• 3:26
  ton
• 3:27
  of
• 3:27
  work.
• 3:27
  And
• 3:27
  you
• 3:27
  want
• 3:28
  to
• 3:28
  see
• 3:28
  perfectionists,
• 3:29
  you'll
• 3:29
  have
• 3:30
  to
• 3:30
  watch.
• 3:30
  I'll
• 3:30
  share
• 3:30
  some
• 3:31
  pictures
• 3:31
  up
• 3:31
  today
• 3:32
  once
• 3:32
  we
• 3:32
  get
• 3:33
  that
• 3:33
  knocked
• 3:33
  out,
• 3:33
  but
• 3:33
  I'm
• 3:34
  super
• 3:34
  happy
• 3:35
  with
• 3:35
  how
• 3:35
  those
• 3:36
  guys
• 3:36
  did
• 3:36
  the
• 3:36
  job.
• 3:36
  I've
• 3:37
  got
• 3:37
  a
• 3:37
  job
• 3:37
  walkthrough
• 3:38
  later
• 3:38
  on
• 3:39
  today.
• 3:39
  After
• 3:39
  that,
• 3:40
  I'll
• 3:40
  show
• 3:40
  you
• 3:40
  some
• 3:40
  pictures
• 3:41
  up
• 3:41
  here,
• 3:41
  hopefully
• 3:41
  on
• 3:42
  our
• 3:43
  around
• 3:43
  the
• 3:43
  House
• 3:44
  channel
• 3:44
  here
• 3:45
  on
• 3:45
  Facebook.
• 3:46
  Just
• 3:46
  go
• 3:46
  Facebook
• 3:47
  around
• 3:47
  the
• 3:47
  House
• 3:47
  show
• 3:48
  and
• 3:48
  you
• 3:48
  can
• 3:48
  find
• 3:49
  it
• 3:49
  right
• 3:49
  there.
• 3:49
  And
• 3:49
  it's
• 3:50
  actually
• 3:50
  just
• 3:50
  Facebook
• 3:51
  look
• 3:52
  around
• 3:52
  the
• 3:52
  House
• 3:52
  podcast.
• 3:53
  You'll
• 3:53
  find
• 3:53
  it
• 3:54
  there.
• 3:54
  And
• 3:54
  that's
• 3:55
  the
• 3:55
  easiest
• 3:55
  way
• 3:56
  to
• 3:56
  find
• 3:57
  that
• 3:57
  Facebook
• 3:58
  page.
• 3:58
  And
• 3:59
  then
• 3:59
  of
• 3:59
  course,
• 3:59
  I
• 3:59
  got
• 3:59
  some
• 4:00
  new
• 4:00
  videos
• 4:00
  that'll
• 4:00
  be
• 4:00
  posted
• 4:01
  up
• 4:01
  here
• 4:01
  a
• 4:01
  little
• 4:01
  bit
• 4:01
  later
• 4:01
  this
• 4:02
  week.
• 4:02
  Can't
• 4:02
  wait
• 4:02
  to
• 4:02
  show
• 4:02
  you.
• 4:03
  And
• 4:03
  that
• 4:04
  is
• 4:04
  going
• 4:04
  to
• 4:04
  be
• 4:04
  a
• 4:04
  lot
• 4:04
  of
• 4:04
  fun.
• 4:05
  We
• 4:05
  got
• 4:05
  some
• 4:05
  great
• 4:05
  new
• 4:06
  projects
• 4:06
  that
• 4:06
  I've
• 4:06
  been
• 4:07
  tackling.
• 4:07
  I
• 4:07
  just
• 4:08
  got
• 4:08
  to
• 4:08
  get
• 4:08
  the
• 4:08
  time
• 4:09
  to

  them
• 4:09
  up
• 4:09
  and
• 4:09
  get
• 4:09
  them
• 4:10
  there.
• 4:10
  And
• 4:10
  you
• 4:10
  know
• 4:10
  something
• 4:11
  with
• 4:11
  my
• 4:11
  team,
• 4:12
  we're
• 4:12
  almost
• 4:12
  there.
• 4:13
  I
• 4:13
  had
• 4:13
  to
• 4:13
  get
• 4:13
  this
• 4:14
  project
• 4:14
  done
• 4:14
  so
• 4:14
  we
• 4:15
  could
• 4:15
  tackle
• 4:15
  some
• 4:15
  new
• 4:15
  stuff.
• 4:16
  And
• 4:16
  we
• 4:16
  got
• 4:16
  some
• 4:16
  great
• 4:17
  new
• 4:17
  stuff
• 4:18
  coming
• 4:18
  up.
• 4:19
  And
• 4:19
  we
• 4:19
  got
• 4:19
  a
• 4:19
  great
• 4:19
  show
• 4:20
  coming
• 4:20
  up
• 4:20
  this
• 4:20
  weekend.
• 4:21
  No
• 4:21
  real
• 4:21
  big
• 4:21
  recalls
• 4:22
  that
• 4:22
  I
• 4:22
  saw
• 4:22
  here.
• 4:22
  A
• 4:23
  couple
• 4:23
  little
• 4:23
  things,
• 4:24
  but
• 4:24
  really
• 4:24
  that
• 4:25
  was
• 4:25
  about
• 4:25
  it.
• 4:26
  Nothing
• 4:26
  like
• 4:26
  we
• 4:27
  had
• 4:27
  last
• 4:27
  week
• 4:27
  with
• 4:27
  a
• 4:28
  bunch
• 4:28
  of
• 4:28
  different
• 4:28
  stuff.
• 4:28
  But
• 4:29
  so
• 4:29
  there's
• 4:29
  nothing
• 4:30
  to
• 4:30
  report
• 4:30
  there.
• 4:30
  And
• 4:31
  of
• 4:31
  course
• 4:32
  it
• 4:32
  is
• 4:32
  7:25am
• 4:34
  Right
• 4:34
  now,
• 4:34
  Pacific
• 4:34
  Time
• 4:35
  here
• 4:35
  in
• 4:35
  the
• 4:36
  Pacific
• 4:36
  Northwest.
• 4:37
  And
• 4:37
  of
• 4:37
  course,
• 4:37
  we're
• 4:37
  all
• 4:37
  waiting
• 4:38
  to
• 4:38
  see
• 4:39
  what
• 4:39
  happens
• 4:40
  with
• 4:40
  the
• 4:40
  interest
• 4:41
  rates.
• 4:41
  Is
• 4:41
  that
• 4:41
  going
• 4:42
  to
• 4:42
  help
• 4:42
  us
• 4:42
  out?
• 4:42
  Is
• 4:43
  it
• 4:43
  going
• 4:43
  to
• 4:43
  be
• 4:43
  quarter
• 4:44
  point?
• 4:44
  Is
• 4:44
  it
• 4:44
  going
• 4:44
  to
• 4:44
  be
• 4:45
  a
• 4:45
  half
• 4:45
  a
• 4:45
  point?
• 4:45
  I'm
• 4:46
  hoping
• 4:46
  half
• 4:46
  point
• 4:47
  odds
• 4:47
  are
• 4:47
  still
• 4:48
  leaning
• 4:48
  toward
• 4:48
  the
• 4:49
  quarter
• 4:49
  point,
• 4:49
  but
• 4:49
  I'd
• 4:49
  love
• 4:50
  to
• 4:50
  see
• 4:50
  half
• 4:50
  a
• 4:50
  point
• 4:51
  just
• 4:51
  to
• 4:51
  see
• 4:51
  if
• 4:52
  we
• 4:52
  can
• 4:52
  get
• 4:52
  those
• 4:52
  rates
• 4:52
  down
• 4:53
  for
• 4:53
  people
• 4:53
  to
• 4:54
  get
• 4:54
  out
• 4:54
  there
• 4:54
  and
• 4:54
  buy
• 4:54
  homes,
• 4:55
  save
• 4:55
  a
• 4:55
  little
• 4:55
  bit
• 4:55
  of
• 4:55
  money
• 4:56
  and
• 4:56
  put
• 4:56
  that
• 4:57
  away
• 4:57
  so
• 4:57
  they
• 4:57
  can
• 4:58
  save
• 4:58
  some
• 4:58
  money
• 4:58
  on
• 4:58
  those
• 4:59
  interest
• 4:59
  rates
• 4:59
  out
• 5:00
  there.
• 5:00
  All
• 5:01
  right,
• 5:01
  everybody,
• 5:01
  have
• 5:01
  a
• 5:01
  great
• 5:01
  rest
• 5:02
  of
• 5:02
  the
• 5:02
  week.
• 5:02
  I'm
• 5:02
  keeping
• 5:03
  this
• 5:03
  super
• 5:03
  short
• 5:04
  today
• 5:04
  because
• 5:05
  I
• 5:05
  got
• 5:05
  to
• 5:05
  get
• 5:05
  to
• 5:06
  work.
• 5:06
  I
• 5:06
  have
• 5:06
  about
• 5:07
  an
• 5:07
  hour
• 5:07
  and
• 5:07
  a
• 5:07
  half.
• 5:07
  I've
• 5:08
  got
• 5:08
  my
• 5:08
  photo
• 5:08
  team
• 5:09
  showing
• 5:09
  up
• 5:09

  do
• 5:10
  all
• 5:10
  the
• 5:10

• 5:10
