- 0:33Speaker 2: for thirteen years.
- 0:34Speaker 3: You ever have aspirations to become, you know, like a

- 0:40Speaker 1: Don't you want those two letters next to your name
- 0:42Speaker 1: g M?
- 0:43Speaker 2: I don't think so. I don't think so. I think

- 0:48Speaker 1: It does.
- 0:48Speaker 3: But wouldn't you like talent stupid people what to do? Like,
- 0:52Speaker 3: wouldn't that be fun?
- 0:53Speaker 2: Hypothetically, Hypothetically, if I was in a position to tell
- 0:56Speaker 2: people what to do, I would like that.
- 1:00Speaker 1: You kind of are right now.
- 1:01Speaker 2: I kind of am right now.
- 1:02Speaker 1: By the way, she's my boss. I want everybody to do.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Joel texted me essay, He's like you're gonna be smoking
- 1:09Speaker 1: in front of your boss. I'm like, yeah, I've also
- 1:10Speaker 1: been friends with her for a really long time. And

- 1:24Speaker 2: Oh you are too, aren't you? Yeah?
- 1:26Speaker 3: Because you know why, we're recording this episode on a Sunday,
- 1:28Speaker 3: which means just naturally, tomorrow's a Monday, which means naturally
- 1:32Speaker 3: he's not coming to work.
- 1:33Speaker 1: That's not true. I worked every day in November.
- 1:36Speaker 2: No, he very much does not work Monday.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Fuck. See, this is the whole episode. Is gonna be
- 1:43Speaker 1: like this.
- 1:43Speaker 3: At least Monday's in the fall because she likes fall
- 1:47Speaker 3: activities he does.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Yeah, well, what's your excuse?
- 1:50Speaker 2: Now?
- 1:51Speaker 1: It's December. You know what I'm gonna do tomorrow? What
- 1:53Speaker 1: I have to take my car and because it's having
- 1:55Speaker 1: a little bit of a problem, and I'm gonna get
- 1:57Speaker 1: some Christmas shopping done because let me get your money.
- 1:59Speaker 1: I'm gonna be pret octive tomorrow, Lena, get you my violin.
- 2:01Speaker 1: I'm gonna do tomorrow. You know what you're just jealous
- 2:03Speaker 1: because you have one day left off for the rest
- 2:05Speaker 1: of the year.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Oh that's sad.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Yeah, well it's because I had too many sick days.
- 2:10Speaker 3: And it's funny because two days ago I woke up
- 2:12Speaker 3: and I thought, motherfuck, I'm getting the cold and I
- 2:16Speaker 3: can't even take like a you know, I have one
- 2:18Speaker 3: more but thirty days and one one sick day, like
- 2:21Speaker 3: that's yeah, it's cutting it.
- 2:22Speaker 2: You know, you only you have prescribed amount of sick
- 2:26Speaker 2: days that you can take. Oh yeah, oh no, that's
- 2:29Speaker 2: so sad. I know we used to have that too
- 2:31Speaker 2: our company. Is not that I ever take advantage of it.
- 2:34Speaker 2: By the way, when I get sick, I call it sick.
- 2:36Speaker 2: I've never been to one to like call out just
- 2:39Speaker 2: to like not go to work. I've never been like that.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I've never really I haven't used a sick day like
- 2:43Speaker 1: that since probably like I was twenty two years old,
- 2:45Speaker 1: at least, not Tuesday through Friday. There's a vacation days
- 2:50Speaker 1: I'm using, by the way, earned time off earned. I'm
- 2:58Speaker 1: trying to earn it.
- 3:00Speaker 2: You do you do, you do a great job. It's
- 3:03Speaker 2: a phenomenal jump. Tuesday through Friday.
- 3:06Speaker 4: Thank you God.
- 3:07Speaker 3: Thanks for lying directly to my face Tuesday through Friday.
- 3:10Speaker 2: It's so funny because it's.
- 3:11Speaker 1: So true and confused. Podcast.
- 3:15Speaker 3: So I'm in this habit recently of asking for things back. Yeah,
- 3:19Speaker 3: Like I give things to people and then years later
- 3:21Speaker 3: I decide I want that back, so I asked for
- 3:24Speaker 3: it back.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Is that bad.
- 3:28Speaker 2: Years later you asked for it? Well, well, like, what
- 3:31Speaker 2: what's the most recent thing you.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Asked for I'll give you agree. I was just talking
- 3:34Speaker 1: about this yesterday.
- 3:35Speaker 3: I'll give you a good example. So these headphones over here, peez,
- 3:39Speaker 3: they're the Apple AirPod max Is. They're a couple of
- 3:42Speaker 3: years old now, but they're like, you know, the top
- 3:44Speaker 3: of the line, very these are like seven hundred dollars
- 3:46Speaker 3: freaking headphones. Nuts, right, Who would spend seven hundred dollars headphones?
- 3:49Speaker 5: Me?
- 3:49Speaker 4: Dumb?
- 3:50Speaker 1: Right? Stupid?
- 3:50Speaker 2: I know.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Crazy.
- 3:52Speaker 3: So I used seven hundred dollars headphones for a while
- 3:55Speaker 3: and then I don't know, I just stopped using them. Man,
- 3:57Speaker 3: I decided I don't really use these anymore. And then
- 4:00Speaker 3: I don't know, maybe two years ago, my cousin was
- 4:02Speaker 3: over here and I said, oh, she's like, oh you
- 4:04Speaker 3: have you have the AirPod Maxes. I said, yeah, I
- 4:06Speaker 3: don't really use them. Why you want them? She was
- 4:08Speaker 3: can I?
- 4:09Speaker 1: Yeah? Can I have them?
- 4:10Speaker 3: And I was like, yeah, whatever, So I gave it
- 4:11Speaker 3: to her, and then I don't know, a month ago,
- 4:14Speaker 3: I'm thinking, why did I give her those headphones?
- 4:16Speaker 1: Like, even though I.
- 4:17Speaker 3: Don't use them, that's a lot of money. Just ask
- 4:20Speaker 3: for them back though. I just texted her and I said, hey,
- 4:22Speaker 3: remember those headphones?
- 4:23Speaker 1: She goes, yeah. I said, do you still use them
- 4:24Speaker 1: or not? Really?
- 4:25Speaker 3: She goes once in a while, And I said, can
- 4:26Speaker 3: I have them back? And she said sure, So she
- 4:29Speaker 3: gave them back to me.
- 4:30Speaker 1: That's nice of her. But then here's the thing. Two
- 4:32Speaker 1: days ago I put these on, I put music through them,
- 4:34Speaker 1: and I go, they didn't sound that good. I remember why,
- 4:36Speaker 1: I didn't.
- 4:37Speaker 3: Really like them that much? Can I have them for
- 4:39Speaker 3: seven hundred dollars?
- 4:41Speaker 1: They didn't sound very good. Now I want money for.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Me, But they're also a couple of years old, so
- 4:46Speaker 2: they've been depreciated a dollar.
- 4:48Speaker 3: So five dollars, yeah, five final offer sold, maybe five
- 4:52Speaker 3: hundred maybe I don't think there's seven hundred. Seven hundred
- 4:55Speaker 3: might be pushing I think they're like six six hundred.
- 4:57Speaker 1: How many years old of those now three? And they
- 5:02Speaker 1: were originally seven hundred dollars. I think six hundred dollars.
- 5:04Speaker 1: Let's say that's how much you think that you can
- 5:06Speaker 1: sell them for? Yeah, go on Facebook marketplace. Dude, did
- 5:10Speaker 1: you look you're selling these?
- 5:11Speaker 3: You look? No?
- 5:12Speaker 1: Oh, two hundred bucks. I bet they're worth Look God,
- 5:15Speaker 1: look it up? All right, look it up AirPod maxes
- 5:17Speaker 1: please hold iPod max right? No, no, all right, Sorry
- 5:27Speaker 1: you didn't know it at all first I didn't remember,
- 5:31Speaker 1: all right, So Amazon, for instance, Amazon new four hundred dollars. Okay, fine,
- 5:37Speaker 1: I think two hundred bucks is about right. Two hundred No.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Two hundred seems very fair.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Well, still send his mind.
- 5:43Speaker 3: Here's the thing, No, regardless, moral of the story is
- 5:46Speaker 3: two hundred dollars is better than zero dollars for the
- 5:48Speaker 3: six hundred dollars headphones.
- 5:49Speaker 2: No, that's true.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Do you think it's Is.
- 5:51Speaker 3: It rude to ask for something back that used to
- 5:53Speaker 3: be yours and then you gave it away because I
- 5:55Speaker 3: want to do it again.
- 5:56Speaker 1: I think the way you handled this particular situation was fine.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Like you asked, hey, remember those headphones, just use them?
- 6:04Speaker 2: You know?
- 6:05Speaker 1: She just so happened to not really use them that often.
- 6:07Speaker 1: It made sense. I give them back. I want to
- 6:09Speaker 1: do it again. Yeah, I know, you want to do
- 6:11Speaker 1: it again. He and I were texting yesterday. He was like,
- 6:13Speaker 1: should I get a PlayStation? Now? This guy has never
- 6:16Speaker 1: mentioned video games to me. That's not true. You you
- 6:19Speaker 1: like rock Band, right, I know that about him, But
- 6:21Speaker 1: he's never mentioned video games to me ever. And now
- 6:24Speaker 1: you want to get a PlayStation. But here's what you
- 6:26Speaker 1: want to do. Well, I have one play.
- 6:28Speaker 3: Rock Band and Guitar Hero and you know, like the
- 6:30Speaker 3: old school games. But here's the thing. Like years ago,
- 6:33Speaker 3: I had all the instruments for rock Band. I had,
- 6:35Speaker 3: you know, I had a full band. I had the keyboard,
- 6:37Speaker 3: and I had the drums with the symbol extensions, and
- 6:40Speaker 3: I had the microphones. I had the guitars. I had
- 6:42Speaker 3: everything right, And for what, just like the headphones, for
- 6:46Speaker 3: whatever reason, I stopped playing the game, I stopped using them.
- 6:49Speaker 3: So I gave them to my neighbor, Matt it Liad
- 6:51Speaker 3: was up the street from my parents growing up. How
- 6:53Speaker 3: long ago, that's at least fifteen years ago. Fifteen years
- 6:57Speaker 3: you can still have them.
- 6:58Speaker 1: I don't know, what would you do if he was like,
- 7:01Speaker 1: these are you know, worth a little bit of money? Now,
- 7:03Speaker 1: he better not do that? Kill him? No, better not
- 7:06Speaker 1: do that. I do want him back, though, Make it happen, Kevin,
- 7:11Speaker 1: because no, you're You're right. As time goes on, I
- 7:13Speaker 1: have thought about that.
- 7:13Speaker 3: Those are probably worth a lot of money now, not
- 7:15Speaker 3: a lot of money, but a decent trunk of change,
- 7:17Speaker 3: you know.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Yeah they are.
- 7:19Speaker 2: I've tried to go buy rock band all over again
- 7:21Speaker 2: and it's way too expensive for me now.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Jen Carlson is on the show today, episode twenty nine
- 7:26Speaker 1: of the Blaze of Confused podcast. Not only is she
- 7:28Speaker 1: my boss and an awesome human being a very funny person,

- 7:42Speaker 1: all that shit is not funny. Wow boy boy says,
- 7:45Speaker 1: who wow?
- 7:46Speaker 3: You me?
- 7:47Speaker 2: That hurts my feeling.

- 8:00Speaker 1: nine the Blazed and Confused podcast. Let's spark this and
- 8:02Speaker 1: kick off the show.

- 8:25Speaker 1: Cool window, bro, I lifted it up. It just falls
- 8:28Speaker 1: right down. Everything's falling down in this apartment. You had
- 8:30Speaker 1: a plan over there that's falling down. Yeah? Perfect, you
- 8:33Speaker 1: know that.
- 8:34Speaker 3: That actually notoriously happens with apartments my old apartment and
- 8:37Speaker 3: did that too. You'd like put the window up and
- 8:39Speaker 3: it would fall right away. My window needs viagra? Oh
- 8:42Speaker 3: does I don't have an astray?
- 8:45Speaker 1: All right? Whatever happens on that side is all on you.
- 8:48Speaker 3: I have one, all right? So the area coach. This
- 8:51Speaker 3: is episode twenty nine.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Yeah. So should I be doing two nine or nine?
- 8:57Speaker 1: I don't know the last couple episodes I think you've
- 8:59Speaker 1: been doing. Am I going back for seven?
- 9:01Speaker 4: Oh?
- 9:01Speaker 1: And then last episode I think you did zero two
- 9:04Speaker 1: eight and it was in Dublin, wasn't it was like
- 9:07Speaker 1: an Ireland or something? Yeah? Hellow Irish friends? Uh no?
- 9:09Speaker 1: So two nine oh is saint he holy? Shut up?
- 9:17Speaker 3: Bitch, I can't pronounce this sounded out Saint Helena, Helena, Helena,
- 9:25Speaker 3: h E L E n A. Yeah, yeah, where's that at?
- 9:29Speaker 2: How do you not know how to say Helena?
- 9:31Speaker 3: That's not like like Colleen Halleen Hellen. Oh okay, that
- 9:36Speaker 3: would have an e Helena Helena Helena. It's an African
- 9:42Speaker 3: island nation, that's all. It's all anybody at That's all
- 9:46Speaker 3: I wanted to know. Where is it?
- 9:47Speaker 1: A majority of our listeners are are from there, so yes,
- 9:50Speaker 1: thank you, So Saint Hello, Helena, Hello, sat hold on, Hello, Hello,
- 9:54Speaker 1: Saint Hello. All our friends in the African island nations
- 9:58Speaker 1: down there. Hello, they're going to send in. Let's yeah,
- 10:00Speaker 1: we're off to a great star. By the way, So
- 10:04Speaker 1: Jen tell us about the world of improv.
- 10:07Speaker 2: What do you want to know.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Right now? What can we improv?
- 10:12Speaker 2: Improv comedy is all made up on the spot. You
- 10:16Speaker 2: get a word or a sentence from the audience, and
- 10:20Speaker 2: then you build a whole story. You build a whole thing, uh,
- 10:25Speaker 2: never done before, never to be done again. And it
- 10:30Speaker 2: is very, very fun.
- 10:31Speaker 1: So they give you like a prompt and you run
- 10:33Speaker 1: with it.
- 10:34Speaker 2: You run with it.
- 10:34Speaker 1: So it's like mad libs, but in acting form.
- 10:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 10:38Speaker 2: Yeah, I guess mad libs is a weird way to
- 10:40Speaker 2: put it, but I always call it like improvised karaoke.
- 10:47Speaker 1: I don't know, Okay, improvised karaoke.
- 10:49Speaker 2: I don't know. That's a that's terrible cut that I
- 10:52Speaker 2: don't like it. No, No, I'm mixing, I know, and
- 11:01Speaker 2: I'm terrible around not at all. No. Yeah, but it's uh,
- 11:05Speaker 2: it's really fun. It's you get to play characters, and
- 11:08Speaker 2: the best part about it is is you don't have
- 11:10Speaker 2: to memorize lines like you do a stage play and
- 11:14Speaker 2: you've got to It's.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Like s n L is an SNL all improv comedy.
- 11:17Speaker 2: That's a sketch comedy, so a lot improv. They're very
- 11:22Speaker 2: very different sketches.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Actually complete opposite.
- 11:25Speaker 2: Yeah, sketch you have to write. And uh, the people
- 11:30Speaker 2: who are on SNL, a lot of them came from
- 11:33Speaker 2: improv houses like uc B, your Groundlings or a Second
- 11:37Speaker 2: City or whatever. Yeah, all right over.
- 11:39Speaker 3: There, great, but uh, I'm just looking. This is how
- 11:47Speaker 3: COVID start.
- 11:49Speaker 2: Oh no, that he wet himself coffee.
- 11:53Speaker 3: Oh it's coffee. I was coffing so hard with my coffee, mugg,
- 11:56Speaker 3: and now I spilled coffee everywhere you want to go?
- 12:00Speaker 3: Change really quick. Please hold again. I'm back much better,
- 12:10Speaker 3: much better. Back to improv comedy. I want like a
- 12:13Speaker 3: give me an example. So you and how many other
- 12:15Speaker 3: people do the improv comedy?
- 12:17Speaker 2: Well, in my group, my main group, there's six total people,
- 12:20Speaker 2: myself included.
- 12:21Speaker 1: And what do you guys called again?
- 12:23Speaker 2: Cobra?
- 12:23Speaker 1: Awesome? Yeah, yeah, cobra.
- 12:25Speaker 3: All right, So you get all six of you it
- 12:27Speaker 3: together on a stage and then they throw out like
- 12:29Speaker 3: a prompt and you guys take the ball and run
- 12:31Speaker 3: with it exactly.
- 12:32Speaker 1: So what would the prompt be? Give me an example
- 12:33Speaker 1: of a prompt.
- 12:34Speaker 2: It could be anything. It could be smiley face, it
- 12:37Speaker 2: could be gumball machine, it could be.
- 12:39Speaker 3: Turkey, could be I just spilled coffee all over myself
- 12:42Speaker 3: and it looks like I'm pissed myself exactly.
- 12:45Speaker 2: It could be that. Yeah, and we just go from
- 12:48Speaker 2: there and we extrapolate from that sentence and we we
- 12:53Speaker 2: do something called a to see it. So like I
- 12:56Speaker 2: just spilled coffee all over my pants makes me think
- 12:59Speaker 2: of the time when I had to go outside and
- 13:03Speaker 2: I had my clothes were all wet, and then see
- 13:06Speaker 2: would be you know, I'm freezing, and then you build
- 13:10Speaker 2: a whole scene about freezing, and then you weave in
- 13:15Speaker 2: all different kinds of thoughts and concepts and weirdities and oddities.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Man, could you do that? I was just thinking about
- 13:22Speaker 1: how we could do it. Right now, let's do one
- 13:25Speaker 1: about how we found a dog, but we want like
- 13:27Speaker 1: the most elderly looking young dog and name's Lucy. Fun
- 13:32Speaker 1: of my dog. I'm not making fun of you are
- 13:35Speaker 1: making fun of my dog. Yeah, your dog. I want
- 13:38Speaker 1: to love your dog. She don't love you. She doesn't
- 13:40Speaker 1: love me, and I'll tell you that, but I she doesn't.
- 13:43Speaker 3: Realize what it does to me. She doesn't like anybody.
- 13:45Speaker 3: She doesn't like dude. You know what the funny thing
- 13:47Speaker 3: is too people come over. My dog goes, she goes ballistic.
- 13:49Speaker 3: She barks for everybody. She's you know, she's not gonna
- 13:51Speaker 3: bite or anything. She just sits upstairs. She barks for
- 13:53Speaker 3: five minutes and then she's good. Some people listen to
- 13:56Speaker 3: a dog bark at them and move on with their day.
- 13:58Speaker 3: Other people are like, oh, how do you do that?
- 14:02Speaker 3: Your dog is like it's like, yeah, it's a dog.
- 14:06Speaker 3: They bark. No ship sherlock like, you know what these people. Yeah, well, look,
- 14:10Speaker 3: my neighbor's friends, everybody.
- 14:11Speaker 1: You gotta get any neighbors and new friends.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Yeah you really do.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Do you cuddle your dog?
- 14:16Speaker 1: I do. She is the biggest cuddle dog ever.
- 14:18Speaker 2: Okay, I was just curious the way you talk about her.
- 14:21Speaker 2: You sound like you hate her. Oh wow, you do.
- 14:24Speaker 2: You sound like you almost have a grudge against her.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Grudge against her. I'm just tired of her ship Like.
- 14:30Speaker 2: I have to walk down for flights of stairs.
- 14:34Speaker 3: You'd have a grudge too about that. I'm just telling
- 14:36Speaker 3: you have five minutes. You would too.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Yeah, she didn't know she was coming into a home
- 14:40Speaker 1: that had to be so fancy. The penthouse suite at
- 14:43Speaker 1: the top of a building. Oh yeah, oh god, She's like,
- 14:46Speaker 1: you should have moved for me, Yeah, should have moved
- 14:50Speaker 1: to the ground level.
- 14:51Speaker 2: Yeah, eighty eight compliance or uh yeah, for poor little.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Don't make fun of my dog yet, I'm not making both. No, no, no,
- 14:59Speaker 3: this is elderly looking dog here.
- 15:01Speaker 2: Okay, this is making fun of you.
- 15:03Speaker 3: Oh okay, well, in that case, you can continue.
- 15:06Speaker 4: To do that, and you're about to learn absolutely nothing.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Go Blazed and Confused podcast, Jen, Do you know the
- 15:16Speaker 1: concept of the podcast. What's going on here?
- 15:18Speaker 2: You're smiling weed and talking? Are we not allowed to
- 15:22Speaker 2: say that?
- 15:23Speaker 1: I mean, you know, well you just did so, thanks
- 15:25Speaker 1: a lot. Get us in trouble.
- 15:27Speaker 2: I don't know the rules. Guys didn't tell me. It's
- 15:29Speaker 2: just like here, have a microphone and talking.
- 15:31Speaker 1: It was fine up until now, Jude, thanks a lot.
- 15:34Speaker 1: No one knows we smoke on this podcast. He only
- 15:37Speaker 1: complains about me dropping ash all over the side of
- 15:39Speaker 1: the table constantly.
- 15:41Speaker 3: Anyway, all right, so Jen, this is a stone or
- 15:45Speaker 3: trivia podcast. Oh okay, and we're going to start asking
- 15:48Speaker 3: you the questions with the with the rapid round. Okay,
- 15:51Speaker 3: so we have ten questions in a minute. Your job
- 15:54Speaker 3: is to answer them as fast and as rapidly as possible.
- 15:57Speaker 2: I'm going to be a real disgrace here because I
- 15:58Speaker 2: don't smoke. That might help you, That might help me,
- 16:02Speaker 2: yeah clear c Yeah, yeah exactly. So these particular set
- 16:07Speaker 2: of questions and not really questions, are kind of like
- 16:09Speaker 2: hints or prompts, if you will, all of the answers
- 16:12Speaker 2: to these questions.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Uh, are they going to start with the letter G?
- 16:15Speaker 1: All right, I wanted to try. You told me you
- 16:19Speaker 1: hated it, and then you asked me why I didn't return,
- 16:21Speaker 1: So I'm making a return. I asked you why never mind,
- 16:26Speaker 1: never mind, you're stupid? Thanks? What but fun of my dog?
- 16:29Speaker 1: Tell me stupid? I've watched him interact with his dog.
- 16:33Speaker 1: It's very endearing to me. They get along really well.
- 16:36Speaker 1: She's you know, she's in love with him and he's
- 16:40Speaker 1: in love with her. It's not like me, you know.
- 16:42Speaker 1: But I have no peanut butter in this apartment.
- 16:44Speaker 2: I swear to god, you know you got some honey.
- 16:49Speaker 1: That joke went over the head. They that's okay, all right,
- 16:53Speaker 1: it's not my head. It's not for everyone. It's not
- 16:55Speaker 1: for everyone.
- 16:58Speaker 2: And him loving his dog, Yeah, that didn't go over
- 17:01Speaker 2: my head. I said, I said, do you have honey instead? Instead?
- 17:06Speaker 1: Okay, get it?
- 17:07Speaker 2: I did get it?
- 17:08Speaker 1: What do you think I am?
- 17:09Speaker 2: Seven?
- 17:12Speaker 1: Oh man, I'm glad Jen's here.
- 17:14Speaker 2: That was an inappropriate joke, and I feel uncomfortable. I'm
- 17:21Speaker 2: gonna have to go to I'm going to HR tomorrow tomorrow.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Yeah, you're fine, Monday.
- 17:27Speaker 2: Remember Anyway, the game begins.
- 17:37Speaker 3: A trick or device intended to attract attention, publicity, or
- 17:42Speaker 3: business is of what starts with.
- 17:44Speaker 1: G This is hard A trick or device intended to
- 17:47Speaker 1: attract attention, publicity, or business.
- 17:49Speaker 2: A gimmick.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Got it?
- 17:50Speaker 2: This is a gimmicky show.
- 17:53Speaker 3: Yeah, there you go to play a game of chance
- 17:55Speaker 3: for money or bet on an outcome gamble.
- 17:59Speaker 1: A dish of avocado.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Guacamole, that's so good.
- 18:04Speaker 1: The elected executive head of a US state governor.
- 18:07Speaker 3: A warrior who battled in Roman arenas such as the
- 18:11Speaker 3: Colosseum gladiator. Yes, yes, a room or building for the
- 18:16Speaker 3: display of the works of art. Sorry, they're wrong gallery,
- 18:19Speaker 3: got it? Relating to the whole world, worldwide?
- 18:23Speaker 2: Global?
- 18:24Speaker 1: That's very good.
- 18:25Speaker 3: A large primate known for its intelligence and close to
- 18:27Speaker 3: genetic relation to humans. Gorilla, a precious metal with the
- 18:32Speaker 3: chemical symbol au gold.
- 18:35Speaker 1: The force that pulls objects to the center of the
- 18:37Speaker 1: earth gravity.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Yeah, did I get them all?
- 18:41Speaker 1: You did? Absolutely.
- 18:43Speaker 3: The only thing you got wrong is when you said
- 18:44Speaker 3: that guacamole's good.
- 18:46Speaker 2: That's it, man, what's wrong with you?
- 18:50Speaker 1: We don't like avocado, you, neither of you.
- 18:53Speaker 2: What is wrong with you? What's wrong with Where do
- 18:57Speaker 2: you get guacamole from?
- 18:59Speaker 1: I don't have it because I don't like it.
- 19:01Speaker 2: That's everything about this is wrong.
- 19:03Speaker 3: Let me ask you a question, as a guacamole lover,
- 19:06Speaker 3: why do you enjoy eating a food that looks like
- 19:08Speaker 3: somebody else already ate it.
- 19:10Speaker 2: Because there's lemon or No, there's lime in it.
- 19:13Speaker 1: That's the reason why.
- 19:14Speaker 2: No, that's it's delicious.
- 19:16Speaker 1: Limon Margarita's too.
- 19:17Speaker 2: I don't like Margarita's. No, really, no, I don't. I
- 19:22Speaker 2: don't like tequila.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean neither, though I'm not allowed to have
- 19:24Speaker 1: that anymore.
- 19:25Speaker 2: Oh no, I.
- 19:26Speaker 1: Had a bad time when I was nineteen. Oh oh yeah,
- 19:29Speaker 1: when you were nineteen. Yeah, I was underage. That would
- 19:31Speaker 1: be illegal. One I could have been in a country
- 19:33Speaker 1: that I was legal. I wasn't in it.
- 19:36Speaker 2: You were lying just now.
- 19:38Speaker 1: You did really well on the rapid round questions. All
- 19:40Speaker 1: the answers were something that started with G a trigger
- 19:43Speaker 1: device intended to attract attention, publicity or business. That's a
- 19:46Speaker 1: gimmick to play a game of chance for money or
- 19:49Speaker 1: bet on an outcome gamble. You got guacamole, You got
- 19:52Speaker 1: the governor, you got the gladiator. I don't think him. Joel,
- 19:56Speaker 1: what do you think could you get these kind of questions?
- 19:59Speaker 1: I would have never gotten on the first one right off,
- 20:02Speaker 1: the bat is tough.
- 20:03Speaker 2: The gimmick one. Yeah yeah, I was still in that
- 20:06Speaker 2: you flew through them. I thank you. I watched those
- 20:09Speaker 2: TikTok videos where they do this kind of trivia all
- 20:11Speaker 2: the time, So I'm practiced.
- 20:14Speaker 1: I'm seasoned, awesome, beautiful, blazed, and confused.
- 20:19Speaker 3: Random thoughts for those of you that you know we
- 20:22Speaker 3: have a lot of international listeners.
- 20:24Speaker 1: For those of you that are listening in.
- 20:25Speaker 3: The African Islands, as we discussed earlier in the two
- 20:29Speaker 3: nine zero area code, we are indeed in eastern Pennsylvania,
- 20:34Speaker 3: and it does tend to get a little chili around
- 20:36Speaker 3: this time of year. Yeah, right, So this is the
- 20:38Speaker 3: first week I'd say, where you walk outside in eastern
- 20:41Speaker 3: Pennsylvania think, whoa, I need a parker right now and
- 20:44Speaker 3: a scarf because.
- 20:45Speaker 1: It's a little it's a little chili, you know, it's
- 20:46Speaker 1: a little nippy.
- 20:47Speaker 3: Right. So me and mister Becker go out to a
- 20:51Speaker 3: local restaurant, uh here in eastern Pennsylvania. We won't name
- 20:54Speaker 3: it or anything, but it rhymes with crime steakhouse, crime
- 20:59Speaker 3: stat Oh.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Gosh, there you go.
- 21:01Speaker 3: Right, So it's freezing out right, it's like three degrees
- 21:04Speaker 3: out we go in. She says, do you want to
- 21:07Speaker 3: sit at a high top or do you want to
- 21:08Speaker 3: sit at a booth? And I said wherever I hope
- 21:11Speaker 3: it's warm. Ye, anywhere that's warm. And you said, yeah,
- 21:14Speaker 3: wherever wherever the warmest spot is right. She proceeds to
- 21:18Speaker 3: walk us all the way to the back of the
- 21:20Speaker 3: restaurant and places us in a booth right next to
- 21:23Speaker 3: the drafty door, right next to the door, next to it,
- 21:27Speaker 3: like it was a foot from me, not close to it,
- 21:29Speaker 3: next to it.
- 21:30Speaker 1: She likes chaos approaching the area, I was like, fucking cold.
- 21:36Speaker 1: Do you think she did that on purpose? I think, so?
- 21:38Speaker 1: What to funk with us? We had to move like
- 21:40Speaker 1: it was like we had to keep our big jackets
- 21:42Speaker 1: on if we were going to sit there having my drink.
- 21:45Speaker 1: And I was like, we should move.
- 21:47Speaker 3: Working in restaurants, we hit on this a little bit
- 21:49Speaker 3: last week in last week's episode.
- 21:50Speaker 1: By the way, the end, the restaurant was pretty empty,
- 21:53Speaker 1: it was pretty ampy. She put us in the furthest
- 21:55Speaker 1: part from this door next to another door.
- 21:57Speaker 3: Eything though in her in her defense, the way that
- 22:00Speaker 3: I think most restaurants work is they have say six
- 22:03Speaker 3: servers on and each server has a certain amount of
- 22:06Speaker 3: tables in their section, right, so they try to keep
- 22:09Speaker 3: it tally, and they try to keep it even. I'm
- 22:11Speaker 3: going to go to section one, then two, then three,
- 22:13Speaker 3: and it rotates, and if somebody comes in in her defense,
- 22:16Speaker 3: if somebody comes in and goes, oh, I want to
- 22:18Speaker 3: sit somewhere warm, well then it fucks up the whole rotation,
- 22:21Speaker 3: and then the servers start bitching.
- 22:22Speaker 1: Then you just sat Gina twice. I don't have any
- 22:26Speaker 1: tables like that. That happens at restaurants, so I get it.
- 22:30Speaker 1: And I if I.
- 22:32Speaker 3: Was on the receiving end of that and two Stone
- 22:34Speaker 3: guys came into my restaurant and said, can we sit
- 22:36Speaker 3: some words warm.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Yeah, i'd be pissed too. I don't know if i'd sit.
- 22:40Speaker 3: Them by a door that's like directly next to it,
- 22:42Speaker 3: you know, I'd be the other thing too.
- 22:44Speaker 1: If like the door was it was a bad fucking door.
- 22:47Speaker 3: Man.
- 22:47Speaker 1: It was drafty. It was a foot like the windows
- 22:49Speaker 1: open right now. I don't if you could feel that.
- 22:50Speaker 1: If you're too cold, let me know, But it was
- 22:52Speaker 1: like full on draft like the door was open. We
- 22:54Speaker 1: might as well been sitting outside.
- 22:58Speaker 2: She looked at you, and she was like, those two
- 23:00Speaker 2: are men. They can handle a little draft. Yeah, it's
- 23:04Speaker 2: time to make you masculine again.
- 23:07Speaker 1: You think anyone's ever looked at us and thought that yeah, probably, yeah,
- 23:09Speaker 1: probably probably.
- 23:11Speaker 3: And then we ended up moving, which probably really pissed
- 23:13Speaker 3: her off to but it was one booth, so we
- 23:15Speaker 3: moved over one booth. And then she was coming back
- 23:18Speaker 3: to clean off some of the tables. It looked like
- 23:20Speaker 3: she was the host and the busser. This girl wasn't
- 23:22Speaker 3: paid nearly enough. She went to go drop off the
- 23:24Speaker 3: menu and she goes, you forgot these on your original table.
- 23:28Speaker 1: But she said it just like that, Yeah, our original table,
- 23:31Speaker 1: the OG table.
- 23:32Speaker 3: God, well, thank you for the wine menu from our
- 23:35Speaker 3: original table.
- 23:36Speaker 1: It was very good. Yeah, podcast, hear about this. The
- 23:43Speaker 1: most commonly used password in the United States in twenty
- 23:46Speaker 1: twenty five was admin. Of course it was right. Yeah,
- 23:51Speaker 1: they found this data out because I guess all these
- 23:53Speaker 1: companies that did watch for threats and stuff like that,
- 23:55Speaker 1: it's always the password is admin, which is what most
- 23:58Speaker 1: companies used for their administrative people to access their shit.
- 24:03Speaker 1: Of course it's going to be admin. The second one
- 24:05Speaker 1: was password. I feel like you do that your passwords password?
- 24:09Speaker 2: No.
- 24:09Speaker 3: I mean my password has definitely been password for certain
- 24:12Speaker 3: things over the years, but I don't think it's my password.
- 24:15Speaker 1: Isn't password for anything currently? Do you have the same
- 24:18Speaker 1: password for everything?
- 24:19Speaker 4: I do?
- 24:20Speaker 1: Kind of Yeah, I kind of do too.
- 24:21Speaker 2: It's like variations of the same.
- 24:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 24:23Speaker 3: Here's the thing, though, I find passwords as time goes
- 24:26Speaker 3: on to be even more challenging because passwords as time
- 24:30Speaker 3: goes on is less.
- 24:31Speaker 1: It's less of a thing.
- 24:32Speaker 3: Now your phone is scanning your face or scan in
- 24:35Speaker 3: your you know, there's a couple things that your phone
- 24:37Speaker 3: automatically logs you on. And then when you're on a computer,
- 24:40Speaker 3: you go to log on or something and you have
- 24:41Speaker 3: to log in with a password. I'm like, a gee,
- 24:44Speaker 3: I don't know. My phone just looks at my face
- 24:46Speaker 3: and logs me in for this. So I think it's
- 24:49Speaker 3: harder now than it was ever before to keep passwords
- 24:52Speaker 3: in line in your brain.
- 24:53Speaker 1: I have a friend sometimes we have to go to
- 24:55Speaker 1: the bank, you know, the ATM or whatever, and I'll
- 24:57Speaker 1: pull up to the drive through and he be like,
- 24:58Speaker 1: can you do it for me? I look at him
- 25:01Speaker 1: and be like, your passwords not one two three four.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Still is it any Yeah, like you gotta change that.
- 25:08Speaker 1: That's the easy for your point.
- 25:09Speaker 3: Yeah, I know, my god, it's amazing that the bank
- 25:12Speaker 3: would allow you to have a pin that's one two
- 25:14Speaker 3: three four. Yeah, that's kind of crazy, just like it's
- 25:16Speaker 3: it's crazy to me that any digital platform ever would
- 25:19Speaker 3: allow you to have the password password.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Like at work, at through iHeart, you can't have password passwords.
- 25:26Speaker 1: So I have tried. Because here's the problem with those men.
- 25:29Speaker 3: They make you, uh, you gotta change your password every
- 25:31Speaker 3: thirty freaking days.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Uh See the old company we worked for, it was
- 25:35Speaker 1: like every four months or three months. No, I guess
- 25:39Speaker 1: it was every ninety days. Who has who has a new.
- 25:41Speaker 3: Password in their brain every ninety days because I certainly don't.
- 25:45Speaker 1: I don't either.
- 25:46Speaker 2: There's too many secrets. You've got to hide the secrets.
- 25:49Speaker 1: I've made my passwords sentences.
- 25:51Speaker 2: Now, Oh that makes sense.
- 25:53Speaker 1: Oh, Like I think we brought it up in an
- 25:54Speaker 1: earlier episode, But my old one at my old company
- 25:57Speaker 1: was like, I hate all you fucking people cash you know,
- 26:01Speaker 1: pound signed one. The only thing that's bad about way
- 26:06Speaker 1: to quit. Like literally it was like, you know, a
- 26:08Speaker 1: countdown to the only thing that's bad about that is
- 26:10Speaker 1: what if you know, God forbid you ever have a
- 26:13Speaker 1: real bad tech problem with your computer and you're on
- 26:15Speaker 1: the phone with it and they're like, all right, sir,
- 26:17Speaker 1: what's your password? Oh?
- 26:19Speaker 3: I hate these fucking people. One, two, three, four You
- 26:21Speaker 3: know what I mean? Like that, fire me already? Six
- 26:27Speaker 3: nine you lost?
- 26:31Speaker 4: They probably are too blazed and confused.
- 26:35Speaker 1: Podcast. I love this one. I saw this video the
- 26:38Speaker 1: other day. If you have a charter to buy for
- 26:41Speaker 1: this holiday season, I have the perfect gift for you.
- 26:44Speaker 5: So you sharted yourself out in public, what do you do?
- 26:47Speaker 5: You pull out your shark survival kit. So this one
- 26:49Speaker 5: is going to include oopsie poopsie disposable undies, a brown
- 26:53Speaker 5: Town tissue pack, some clean booty shart whites, and then
- 26:57Speaker 5: it also comes with a shark survival badge. One says
- 27:00Speaker 5: I survived a short attack. I got this one from
- 27:03Speaker 5: my brother because unfortunately he does struggle with this stuff
- 27:05Speaker 5: a lot, and as his older.
- 27:06Speaker 2: Sister, I feel like it's my job to make sure
- 27:08Speaker 2: that he's okay, no matter where he's at or what
- 27:10Speaker 2: he's doing.
- 27:11Speaker 5: You know someone that struggles with shorting themselves, I'm going
- 27:14Speaker 5: to leave the short survival kit down.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Below in this video for you guys, I survived a
- 27:18Speaker 1: shart attack. Dude, I got this for my brother. Do
- 27:22Speaker 1: you see this on? Was that on Facebook? Yeah?
- 27:24Speaker 3: It's funny because you really are not on TikTok all right,
- 27:27Speaker 3: not really, because I saw that on TikTok two months
- 27:30Speaker 3: ago and I ordered two of them, and I have
- 27:32Speaker 3: two of them in that cabinet over there.
- 27:34Speaker 1: For a Christmas kid. Do you realize of them they're
- 27:37Speaker 1: in there? Yeah?
- 27:38Speaker 3: Wow, I thought about weird because honestly, normally my my
- 27:41Speaker 3: method to the man is with Christmas presents, I just
- 27:44Speaker 3: buy a shitload of stuff, like random stuff, and then
- 27:46Speaker 3: I pick and choose who all I want to give
- 27:48Speaker 3: what to.
- 27:48Speaker 1: So I thought about giving you one. I guess I'm not.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Now you have to give me something a little bit better.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Somebody out there is better than that. A short survival kit. Yeah,
- 27:57Speaker 1: well that's pretty good. Not that I shart myself.
- 28:00Speaker 3: So it's just amazing that I see everything on TikTok
- 28:03Speaker 3: two months ago, and then.
- 28:04Speaker 1: I know and now you're slowly but surely I'm on
- 28:07Speaker 1: the older person's platform. I get it. Yes.
- 28:09Speaker 3: On Mikey's AARP messaging gold dug do anybody this?
- 28:15Speaker 1: Wow?
- 28:16Speaker 3: Well done? You get a short survival? Could glad we
- 28:19Speaker 3: did that part and the free grabber? Yea light up radio.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Trivia.
- 28:27Speaker 4: Man, it's like the universe asking us questions, you know, yeah,
- 28:35Speaker 4: confused podcast?
- 28:36Speaker 1: Yeah, he runs it loud? What you scared the ship
- 28:39Speaker 1: out of?
- 28:39Speaker 4: Jam?
- 28:40Speaker 2: Very loud?
- 28:40Speaker 1: Oh?
- 28:41Speaker 3: Here?
- 28:41Speaker 1: Do you want me to turn it down?
- 28:42Speaker 2: No, it's it's okay. I'm just I'm easily frightened. I'm
- 28:45Speaker 2: a d That was okay.
- 28:49Speaker 1: I always tell people, I'm like, we're better than that.
- 28:51Speaker 1: You know that horn as a podcast team, we're better
- 28:54Speaker 1: than I like that.
- 28:56Speaker 2: That was good. That's dumb.
- 28:59Speaker 3: Sorry, look at this how riveted, riveting content for our
- 29:08Speaker 3: listening audience. They just got a tour of my buttons. Yeah,
- 29:11Speaker 3: everybody wants to tore on my button.
- 29:13Speaker 2: Yeah, loosen up my buttons. Baby's froighten me? It is? Yeah,
- 29:22Speaker 2: pussy Cat.
- 29:23Speaker 1: Dolls like two thousand and three, he was five years old.
- 29:27Speaker 1: Then I think, oh that's right.
- 29:29Speaker 2: I forgot you're like three years old. You're please younger
- 29:34Speaker 2: than your dog.
- 29:37Speaker 1: On that note, question number one, who's going first? And accumulatively,
- 29:44Speaker 1: we're all you's going first? Anyway you should go first?
- 29:49Speaker 1: Asking you go ahead?
- 29:51Speaker 3: A slogans mister Becker, question one slogans, Oh, Jim, by
- 29:54Speaker 3: the way, you're the lifeline.
- 29:56Speaker 1: Oh okay, so we can go to you once one time?
- 29:58Speaker 3: Yeah, what clean product uses the slogan stronger than dirt?
- 30:07Speaker 1: What are you looking at your phone for? My dad
- 30:08Speaker 1: texted me, I get worried stronger than dirt?
- 30:16Speaker 3: What cleaning product uses the slogan stronger than dirt?
- 30:27Speaker 1: What's that guy? That bald headed guy, mister clean. No,
- 30:31Speaker 1: I'm gonna go with mister clean for my final answer.
- 30:36Speaker 2: Damn it, that's so hard.
- 30:39Speaker 1: Yeah, that's pretty difficult. Yeah, correct answer is ajax.
- 30:43Speaker 3: Oh man, Ajax like a third level. I've seen ajax before,
- 30:49Speaker 3: but like, I don't know what that is off the
- 30:51Speaker 3: top of my head.
- 30:52Speaker 1: It's like an all purpose cleaner.
- 30:53Speaker 2: Right, it's like a grainy stuff.
- 30:55Speaker 3: I thought that's the ship that you put in the toilet,
- 30:57Speaker 3: the powdery stuff it is?
- 30:59Speaker 1: Is that what it is? Yeah? I don't even know
- 31:01Speaker 1: who uses that. Yeah, I've seen your toilet. I believe
- 31:03Speaker 1: you don't.
- 31:04Speaker 2: Use that, So I love you.
- 31:07Speaker 1: What the hell happened? What's not my fault. It's hard
- 31:11Speaker 1: water here, Yeah, it is.
- 31:13Speaker 3: It's hard to wa so like the water sits in
- 31:15Speaker 3: the toilet and then you know, it gets like the
- 31:17Speaker 3: little ring on it.
- 31:18Speaker 1: It's not the thirty cups of coffee you drink per day.
- 31:20Speaker 1: It has nothing to do with it. Now, No, you
- 31:23Speaker 1: think because I drink coffee by the toilet. Let's ask
- 31:26Speaker 1: your toilet.
- 31:32Speaker 6: I don't want to be the one to tell you this,
- 31:35Speaker 6: but your shit stinks and it really hurts my soul.
- 31:42Speaker 6: I'm really I'm really yellowed. They were all yellow. They
- 31:47Speaker 6: keep dropping the kids at the pool and I don't
- 31:51Speaker 6: like it. Stop drinking coffee.
- 31:56Speaker 3: Man, She really went to down on that one. I
- 31:58Speaker 3: don't think. I don't think my coffee drinkage has anything
- 32:02Speaker 3: to do with my crusty toilet.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 32:04Speaker 3: And by the way, it yes, ajax. The slogan is
- 32:06Speaker 3: stronger than dirt. Never used it. But I you know
- 32:09Speaker 3: I can't clean the toilet I use. When I do
- 32:11Speaker 3: clean it, I use a CLR.
- 32:13Speaker 1: It's called you ever heard of that? Yeah?
- 32:15Speaker 3: Calcium, lime and rust and shit. Apparently, question too, human body,
- 32:21Speaker 3: that's the category. Question has some big words in it too,
- 32:25Speaker 3: Some big words, some big word questions. All right, human body,
- 32:29Speaker 3: what's the name for that little flap of cartilage that
- 32:33Speaker 3: prevents food from entering your whim pipe?
- 32:37Speaker 1: Little a little flap of cartilage? Flip flip flip flip
- 32:40Speaker 1: flip flip flop. I don't need my lifeline for this.
- 32:43Speaker 1: It's called the uvula? La, Am I right?
- 32:46Speaker 2: Right?
- 32:46Speaker 1: Final answer? Yeah? Am I wrong? What is it called?
- 32:50Speaker 1: Dun motherfucker? It's not uvula?
- 32:54Speaker 2: Is it would?
- 32:55Speaker 1: What would the uvula do to catch food? Your ubula
- 32:58Speaker 1: catch food? What happens when you touch your uvula? Do
- 33:00Speaker 1: you not cough? How could your usual a catch food?
- 33:04Speaker 2: What is it the uvula? The little ball thing?
- 33:07Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what I thought. He was talking about. What
- 33:09Speaker 1: happens when you touch that? You gag? So how could
- 33:13Speaker 1: the food possibly touch that?
- 33:14Speaker 3: Oh?
- 33:14Speaker 1: Yeah, I guess you're right. Listen to me. I'm a dumbass.
- 33:17Speaker 1: So even I thought that the answer Dick had, Oh.
- 33:23Speaker 2: That would have ever gotten that so much harder than.
- 33:27Speaker 3: You know why, because I've been going too easy, So
- 33:29Speaker 3: now it's time to pick it up a little bit.
- 33:30Speaker 2: Oh boy.
- 33:31Speaker 1: And then I kind of got a little difficult with him,
- 33:33Speaker 1: And yeah, hippoglottis I thought that most people know that. No,
- 33:36Speaker 1: did you know that upper glottis? I feel like I did.
- 33:39Speaker 3: Oh yea, I have it right here E P I
- 33:44Speaker 3: G L O T T I S. And that still
- 33:46Speaker 3: might be wrong. Yeah, probably, I don't know that.
- 33:50Speaker 1: Question three, all right, guess the year. It's a little easier,
- 33:56Speaker 1: so you can quit your bitching over here. I guess
- 33:58Speaker 1: the year.
- 34:00Speaker 3: What year did Apple unveil the very first iPod, changing
- 34:05Speaker 3: how music was consumed forever?
- 34:10Speaker 1: First iPod? Did you have an iPod? No? You never
- 34:14Speaker 1: had an iPod? Not really, not really, No, I didn't.
- 34:17Speaker 1: I never got one, never got one. I don't know
- 34:20Speaker 1: what to tell you. I don't have the reason why, though.
- 34:22Speaker 1: What about you, Jen, You have an iPod?
- 34:24Speaker 2: I had one? Yeah, back in the day.
- 34:26Speaker 1: Yeah, do you remember your first iPod?
- 34:29Speaker 2: It was like blue, I think, yeah, yeah, like a
- 34:31Speaker 2: shimmery blue. It was cute. It was adorable, but it
- 34:36Speaker 2: was weird because there's no buttons.
- 34:38Speaker 1: There was no buttons.
- 34:39Speaker 2: No, no, yeah, it was like a circle thing.
- 34:42Speaker 1: Oh did you have a shuffle? That was the yeah? Yeah,
- 34:45Speaker 1: no screen then.
- 34:46Speaker 2: Either, Oh no, no, I'm older than u Juel.
- 34:51Speaker 3: The original iPod still had a screen, though, the iPod
- 34:54Speaker 3: shuffle without a screen, the small one with just a
- 34:56Speaker 3: button and nothing on it that was introduced later.
- 34:59Speaker 2: The year you were born was when the first iPod
- 35:02Speaker 2: came out.
- 35:03Speaker 1: I'm older than the iPod, Thank you very much. Oh okay,
- 35:06Speaker 1: I think the first iPod came out in two thousand
- 35:08Speaker 1: and one, two thousand and one. I think hold on,
- 35:14Speaker 1: let me see where I was. The radio station didn't
- 35:16Speaker 1: have him quite yet. All right, I'm gonna go with Actually,
- 35:23Speaker 1: I'm gonna change it two thousand and four, two thousand
- 35:26Speaker 1: and three. He's a two thousand and one. You should
- 35:31Speaker 1: have gone with your original.
- 35:33Speaker 3: I know, I find the thing, the first thing that
- 35:35Speaker 3: pops in your brain that should be your answer.
- 35:36Speaker 1: I can't give you a reason why I never got
- 35:38Speaker 1: an iPod. I listened to a music a lot in
- 35:41Speaker 1: my car, you know, I had CDs and stuff like that.
- 35:43Speaker 1: Maybe I didn't have a computer that was good enough
- 35:45Speaker 1: to like load music onto it yet.
- 35:46Speaker 3: Did you have a weird MP three player like a zooon,
- 35:49Speaker 3: remember the whole thing.
- 35:51Speaker 1: I don't think I did. No, I don't think so
- 35:53Speaker 1: nothing I had, Like I love my CD player back
- 35:55Speaker 1: in the day, my discman. I carried that around for
- 35:57Speaker 1: a long time, but I don't know why I never
- 35:59Speaker 1: got one.
- 36:00Speaker 3: So you're telling me the first way that you digitally
- 36:03Speaker 3: listened to music was when you got a smartphone or
- 36:07Speaker 3: a computer. I would listen, but I'm talking like mobile
- 36:10Speaker 3: on the go, yeah, pretty much, rail phone.
- 36:12Speaker 1: Yeah. Wow, that's suspicious. I don't know why. I listened
- 36:18Speaker 1: to music a lot when I was younger, just like
- 36:19Speaker 1: a different ways, that's all. We were just talking about
- 36:21Speaker 1: this too. He still has the iPhone three. It's ridiculously
- 36:24Speaker 1: it's insane. iPhone twelve, it's not that bad. It's still
- 36:27Speaker 1: pretty bad.
- 36:28Speaker 2: That's like five years old, right, Yeah, it's gonna die.
- 36:32Speaker 1: It's starting to.
- 36:34Speaker 3: At least somebody shares in my my urgency to get
- 36:37Speaker 3: new technology.
- 36:38Speaker 2: Right. Yeah, even if you get a REFIRB fourteen, do something.
- 36:42Speaker 3: An update, all right, Get off my back. It even
- 36:44Speaker 3: has the old charger on it like a temperature anyway.
- 36:52Speaker 1: No, I have one more, Oh okay, question four twenty
- 36:56Speaker 1: what all right? Music? Music? By the way, I asked
- 37:00Speaker 1: you a music question last week.
- 37:02Speaker 3: The answer to their question was Roger Daltrey famously sang
- 37:06Speaker 3: in what British Invasion rock band?
- 37:08Speaker 1: And it was the food fighters I got all right, No,
- 37:10Speaker 1: I'm just joking. Obviously, it was the who I'm improving.
- 37:13Speaker 3: Both my parents, both my parents respectively reached out to
- 37:17Speaker 3: me on their own. Both texted me and said they did,
- 37:20Speaker 3: Oh my god. Becker didn't know that Roger Daltrey was
- 37:23Speaker 3: the cigarette the who. It escaped me, It escaped you.
- 37:26Speaker 1: I hate you. All right, Let's see if you get
- 37:28Speaker 1: this one.
- 37:29Speaker 3: This is more your time what early two thousands of
- 37:31Speaker 3: rock band was created when Chris Cornell from Soundgarden joined
- 37:35Speaker 3: Tom Morello and former members of Rage against the Machine.
- 37:40Speaker 1: I'm gonna go with Jen because I don't remember. Actually
- 37:42Speaker 1: I really don't remember. And you call yourself a DJ,
- 37:45Speaker 1: I don't remember it. I want to say it's audio slave.
- 37:48Speaker 1: Audio slave. Yeah. I was never a really big fan
- 37:50Speaker 1: of him, but I'm gonna go with that one because
- 37:51Speaker 1: I know, I know it's yeah, yeah, I never really
- 37:55Speaker 1: listened to I remember them, but I was never a fan.
- 37:58Speaker 2: I got the only question right in your round.
- 38:00Speaker 1: Good job, thanks for putting that out.
- 38:04Speaker 2: I like to be the smartest person in the room.
- 38:07Speaker 1: How can you feel really good about myself? Next one?
- 38:11Speaker 7: Actually it's over, and it was a music question. Too,
- 38:13Speaker 7: which this is my note to sell if Joel. When
- 38:17Speaker 7: you want to stump mister Becker, always choose music basic
- 38:21Speaker 7: music too, Hey Becker, name all four Beatles, Steve, Mike, Carl, Joe,
- 38:27Speaker 7: and n Vidio.
- 38:30Speaker 1: Very good trivia.
- 38:31Speaker 4: You didn't know you needed, or maybe you still don't.
- 38:35Speaker 4: It's still Blazed and Confused podcast.
- 38:39Speaker 1: I'll let you choose your category. How about that? Okay? Aronyms, lyrics,
- 38:44Speaker 1: human body or census.
- 38:46Speaker 3: Census is a really good senses senses as in like
- 38:50Speaker 3: smelling and touching, or census as in like.
- 38:52Speaker 1: The US Census. That's the second one, the US censes.
- 38:55Speaker 3: Okay, okay, just people, Okay, Yeah, I guess I'll go
- 38:58Speaker 3: with that, all right, like statistics or less? Sure?
- 39:01Speaker 1: What is the most populated state in the US.
- 39:04Speaker 3: M hmm, it's gotta be California, California.
- 39:13Speaker 1: At least you're not singing the Red Hot Chili Peppers
- 39:15Speaker 1: version Californiaication. I hate that song.
- 39:19Speaker 3: They have a lot of songs with California that Danny
- 39:23Speaker 3: California is Like, we get it, You're from California.
- 39:25Speaker 1: We understand California oriented. Yeah.
- 39:28Speaker 3: State with the largest population Texas, Texas, Texas or California.
- 39:34Speaker 1: Don't look at me like that. I like therowing them off.
- 39:37Speaker 1: It's fun. What is the most populated state in the
- 39:39Speaker 1: United States?
- 39:40Speaker 3: See, like, Texas is bigger than California, but I think
- 39:42Speaker 3: the California has more people because a bunch of Texas
- 39:47Speaker 3: is you know, bumblefuck right.
- 39:49Speaker 1: I think it's California. I'm gonna go with California. Finally,
- 39:52Speaker 1: final answer, Yes, do you have any opinion on this?
- 39:55Speaker 1: Before we hit the button?
- 39:56Speaker 2: I think it's California.
- 39:58Speaker 3: It's California. Yeah, wow, I'm doing good this week. Well
- 40:04Speaker 3: you got one rite thirty nine and by the way,
- 40:06Speaker 3: thirty can I talk?
- 40:09Speaker 1: Go ahead and you go first. I was just gonna
- 40:10Speaker 1: ask how many did you get? Right? California has thirty
- 40:15Speaker 1: nine point one million people. What do you think second?
- 40:22Speaker 1: New York? What do you think second place?
- 40:25Speaker 2: I would also go to New York.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Texas is thirty million people in second place. Then they
- 40:29Speaker 1: have Florida twenty two point two million, probably the most
- 40:33Speaker 1: uneducated people too. New York has nineteen point eight million.
- 40:38Speaker 1: In Pennsylvania twelve point nine million. Were the fifth or yeah,
- 40:42Speaker 1: one two four or five thirty that most populated state?
- 40:46Speaker 1: One two three, four the four Beatles again.
- 40:49Speaker 2: Four, that's Carl.
- 40:51Speaker 1: Vinnie and that guy, that guy. That's right. Question two?
- 40:57Speaker 1: All right, acronyms lyrics or human body lyrics? My loneliness
- 41:05Speaker 1: is killing me. I must confess I still believe Britney Spears.
- 41:10Speaker 1: It made this hit me baby one more time?
- 41:14Speaker 6: Fuck?
- 41:14Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah yeah. What year was that?
- 41:17Speaker 3: Nineteen ninety nine? I think it was ninety eight, ninety nine.
- 41:21Speaker 3: You want to bet it's on her first album? It's
- 41:22Speaker 3: ninety nine.
- 41:23Speaker 1: You want to bet? Go ahead, look it up, Go ahead,
- 41:25Speaker 1: google it nineteen ninety eight, September of nineteen ninety eight. Wow,
- 41:30Speaker 1: how do you feel about yourself? It's on her first album.
- 41:32Speaker 1: That's not nineteen ninety nine, which came out in nineteen
- 41:35Speaker 1: ninety eight. Look it up.
- 41:37Speaker 2: The first hit might have really popped off in ninety nine.
- 41:41Speaker 2: Maybe that's what you're thinking.
- 41:42Speaker 1: All right, Well I was only off by a year. Geez,
- 41:44Speaker 1: all right, fine, what do you want next? Yeah, here's
- 41:48Speaker 1: your dollar.
- 41:49Speaker 2: He was so confident about it, I really believed him anymore.
- 41:53Speaker 1: Ridiculously easy lyric questions for me? Not right now? Acronyms
- 41:57Speaker 1: stupid or human body? I guess I'm gonna go with
- 42:03Speaker 1: human body. I hate acronyms. I hate acronyms. How many
- 42:07Speaker 1: teeth does a typical human body have? Thirty two including
- 42:10Speaker 1: wisdom teeth? A shit?
- 42:12Speaker 3: You know what's funny about the wisdom teeth. You're supposed
- 42:14Speaker 3: to have four of those. I only have one.
- 42:17Speaker 2: Yeah, I only have two.
- 42:19Speaker 1: You only have two?
- 42:20Speaker 2: Yeah? I have to get one of them removed. Wow.
- 42:24Speaker 3: You know, mouth stuff freaks me out, and I think
- 42:27Speaker 3: mouth mouth pain is the worst pain period.
- 42:30Speaker 1: Right, I had a baby Okay, yeah, sir, I never
- 42:34Speaker 1: did that yet.
- 42:36Speaker 2: There's time for you, Joel.
- 42:39Speaker 1: I believe in you.
- 42:40Speaker 3: No, I don't think I do well with childbirth or
- 42:43Speaker 3: any of that, to be honest with you, but no,
- 42:45Speaker 3: I think mouth pain is worse. Everybody's like, oh, yeah,
- 42:47Speaker 3: you know, it's no big deal to get your wisdom
- 42:49Speaker 3: teeth out. Man, I'm gonna be down and out when
- 42:52Speaker 3: I get my wisdom teeth out, the one.
- 42:53Speaker 1: That I have. I was on the couch for like
- 42:55Speaker 1: five days. Were you just eating ice cream and watching
- 42:57Speaker 1: daytime TV?
- 42:58Speaker 2: I'm so encouraged.
- 43:00Speaker 1: Great to be.
- 43:01Speaker 3: Honest with you. I wish I could do that without
- 43:03Speaker 3: getting my wisdom teeth out. Just sit eat ice creams.
- 43:06Speaker 3: Watch the prices?
- 43:07Speaker 1: Right?
- 43:08Speaker 2: Why not? Why can't you?
- 43:09Speaker 3: Even though Drew Carrey kind of gets on my nerves,
- 43:12Speaker 3: what is it about him?
- 43:13Speaker 1: He's just no Bob Barker. He's not as authentic, you know,
- 43:17Speaker 1: he's not as warm and welcoming. Have you seen some
- 43:19Speaker 1: of those Ai Bob Barker videos? Yeah, you send them
- 43:22Speaker 1: to me daily. Of course, I've seen some of the
- 43:25Speaker 1: funniest things I've ever seen.
- 43:27Speaker 4: God, listen, Linda, you seem like the type of lady
- 43:30Speaker 4: who likes to blow money. Well, today's your lucky day
- 43:34Speaker 4: because I got a tattoo of one hundred dollars bill
- 43:36Speaker 4: on my pecker.
- 43:39Speaker 3: I just hope people don't watch those that think they're real.
- 43:41Speaker 3: That's the only thing.
- 43:42Speaker 1: It's like, Man, again, I'm dumb, but at least I
- 43:44Speaker 1: know this is fake.
- 43:45Speaker 3: There's got to be somebody out there that's looking at
- 43:47Speaker 3: this thinking, oh, it's real.
- 43:48Speaker 1: Anyway, what's your dumb question again? How many teeth does
- 43:51Speaker 1: a typical human have, including wisdom teeth?
- 43:53Speaker 5: All?
- 43:53Speaker 1: Right?
- 43:54Speaker 3: So, I think so most people have four? Right, So,
- 43:57Speaker 3: but I think you have thirty. I keep thinking it's
- 44:01Speaker 3: either thirty two or thirty six, And I keep thinking
- 44:03Speaker 3: thirty two three. Well, if you have four, there was
- 44:06Speaker 3: thirty two six three four yeah, so thirty six, thirty six,
- 44:10Speaker 3: all right, final answer thirty six.
- 44:12Speaker 1: All right, you got it wrong. Shit, really, thirty two.
- 44:20Speaker 1: That was fun for me.
- 44:21Speaker 2: You always go with the first thing that comes to mind.
- 44:23Speaker 2: You know what you just told Becker.
- 44:25Speaker 1: Looks like you got one wrong. Thirty so you don't
- 44:27Speaker 1: know aside from your wisdom teeth, you only have thirty two,
- 44:31Speaker 1: thirty nine, twenty seven teeth other than the wisdom ones
- 44:36Speaker 1: now thirty two minus four yeah, twenty twenty eight. Oh yeah, jesus,
- 44:41Speaker 1: I was off by one. I told you I was.
- 44:44Speaker 1: I keep being off by one. I'm not a I
- 44:45Speaker 1: don't do numbers. I'm not a number guy. Question four,
- 44:49Speaker 1: All right, acronyms, go ahead.
- 44:50Speaker 3: Twenty seven, go ahead, go ahead, give me the acronyms,
- 44:53Speaker 3: go ahead.
- 44:54Speaker 1: What does a wall stand for? As and what like?
- 45:00Speaker 1: When a soldier leaves you know the base? Oh you
- 45:03Speaker 1: go a wall? Go a wall? That normally that normally
- 45:07Speaker 1: means you're like going nuts, don't.
- 45:09Speaker 3: It like you hear somebody say, oh, he's going crazy,
- 45:13Speaker 3: he's going a wall?
- 45:15Speaker 1: No? No, sort of, no, sort of I mean not really,
- 45:19Speaker 1: but no.
- 45:19Speaker 2: I think that's a stratch.
- 45:21Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, So should I not be going to my life?
- 45:25Speaker 2: I mean no, you shouldn't.
- 45:27Speaker 1: A question?
- 45:28Speaker 2: Uh away wayward.
- 45:33Speaker 1: Son carry on? Away is in there twice right in
- 45:36Speaker 1: a row?
- 45:37Speaker 2: Out of out of line?
- 45:39Speaker 3: Yeah, away away can't be away? So a wall is
- 45:45Speaker 3: a military term.
- 45:47Speaker 2: Yes, without assignment, without operational lineage.
- 45:59Speaker 1: Correct?
- 46:02Speaker 3: Really no, I don't even know where to start, So
- 46:05Speaker 3: I'm just gonna like be that and congratulations.
- 46:08Speaker 1: Absent without official leave h without I could have sworn that.
- 46:13Speaker 3: When you say somebody's going a wall, it means they're
- 46:15Speaker 3: going berserk.

- 46:21Speaker 1: wall A lot. Then funny one. It's guy's a comedian.

- 46:55Speaker 2: about it.
