- 0:00Speaker 1: I didn't say, buy me a race horse. Oh no,
- 0:03Speaker 1: it's one more thing. I'm strong and getty.
- 0:10Speaker 2: We're going to talk to a little artificial intelligence. And I
- 0:13Speaker 2: am god as much as I read about it and
- 0:17Speaker 2: I'm fascinated by it. You'd think I would be a
- 0:20Speaker 2: guy who is like paying for the premium chat GPT
- 0:24Speaker 2: and using it and trying it out, But I'm not so.
- 0:26Speaker 2: My first dipping the toe into AI has been what
- 0:29Speaker 2: has showed up on my iPhone in the last couple
- 0:31Speaker 2: of weeks with their new AI. The summaries of the
- 0:34Speaker 2: emails and texts.
- 0:35Speaker 1: I love.
- 0:36Speaker 2: It's really quite amazing. So I get a long text
- 0:39Speaker 2: from somebody and then just right there in the line,
- 0:41Speaker 2: is you know, just a few word summary of it?
- 0:44Speaker 3: Huge fan of it?
- 0:45Speaker 2: Oh, it's I love it. It's amazing. And then last
- 0:48Speaker 2: night I was I don't know if this always happens
- 0:52Speaker 2: or I just noticed it. So I got a really
- 0:53Speaker 2: long text from somebody about a complicated situation they're dealing with,
- 0:58Speaker 2: and I don't know how I feel about this, AI
- 1:00Speaker 2: suggested my reply. Oh, and I thought I'll come up
- 1:05Speaker 2: with my own replies.
- 1:06Speaker 1: If that's okay, How must you pull yourself up by
- 1:09Speaker 1: your boat straps.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Yeah, it was something like that.
- 1:12Speaker 4: I had one the other day where I sent somewhat
- 1:15Speaker 4: of a long message and a little thing popped up
- 1:16Speaker 4: that said, would you like to correct your grammar?
- 1:19Speaker 2: Like, no, don't tell me. I don't minding a book.
- 1:24Speaker 2: I don't mind hints on that. But this was like
- 1:26Speaker 2: a what take I should have on someone's problem? As
- 1:32Speaker 2: I replied to them, and I thought, that's that's not
- 1:36Speaker 2: your stay in your lane. AI.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Wow, that's bold.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what I thought. I thought. I'll be damned well.
- 1:42Speaker 1: I mean if if you described to me, Hey, if
- 1:45Speaker 1: it was crazy. A friend of mine called me last
- 1:47Speaker 1: night and said this, and I jumped in with, well,
- 1:49Speaker 1: you should tell him that he needs to you'd be like, dude, dude,
- 1:53Speaker 1: I'm just telling you about it. I didn't ask you
- 1:55Speaker 1: to like take it over.
- 1:56Speaker 2: Right, And but so that on the other end of it,
- 1:59Speaker 2: what you've gotta be ready for is you could send
- 2:02Speaker 2: some long heartfelt text to somebody about a breakup or
- 2:05Speaker 2: something problem you're having with a job, and the reply
- 2:09Speaker 2: you get might be your lazy buddy just hit the suggestion.
- 2:13Speaker 2: I think you gotta look for a new job, probably
- 2:15Speaker 2: not gonna work out there or whatever.
- 2:17Speaker 1: AI says, other fish in the sea, and then.
- 2:21Speaker 4: They come back to you. Hey, Mike, thanks so much
- 2:23Speaker 4: for that advice.
- 2:25Speaker 2: You're a real pal. You're always in a year I
- 2:29Speaker 2: can lean on. I appreciate that.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm starting to play with it a little bit
- 2:33Speaker 1: and enjoying it. I'll tell you this, friends, and this
- 2:35Speaker 1: is big fun if you go into image playground now on.
- 2:40Speaker 1: In messages, Jack doesn't use emojis because he lacks.
- 2:43Speaker 2: The capacity for joy, but yet to send my first emoji.
- 2:47Speaker 1: So, but you can now create AI images of yourself
- 2:52Speaker 1: in various moods and situations and that sort of thing.
- 2:56Speaker 1: And they are as my buddy Brian says, they're they're
- 3:00Speaker 1: quite realistic, they make you thirty percent better looking than
- 3:04Speaker 1: you are, cool, they're very amusing, and they will guaranteed
- 3:09Speaker 1: creep out your spouse or partner. Yes, it's there seems
- 3:14Speaker 1: to be one hundred percent correlation between sending it to
- 3:18Speaker 1: your loved one and then being creeped out by it,
- 3:22Speaker 1: which is hard to describe why exactly. Maybe it's that
- 3:26Speaker 1: what's the It's not Okham's rais or the Infinite Valley
- 3:31Speaker 1: or the Uncanny Valley.
- 3:32Speaker 3: Uncanny Valley.
- 3:33Speaker 1: Yeah, something that is almost right is disturbing to us
- 3:36Speaker 1: as humans for some reason.
- 3:38Speaker 3: This isn't almost almost right.
- 3:39Speaker 4: But the next step up in the playground is you
- 3:41Speaker 4: can make use that same technology and turn yourself into
- 3:44Speaker 4: an emoji that you can attach to texts. I just
- 3:47Speaker 4: sent you the one that it created of me. I
- 3:49Speaker 4: sent I put in a picture of myself and said
- 3:51Speaker 4: talking into a microphone. Yeah, so now I can throw
- 3:54Speaker 4: that little chick into texts. Oh, but it's it's problematic.
- 3:57Speaker 4: How much fun this this new AI is on these phones?
- 4:02Speaker 1: Oh yeah, here, stand by Jack. This is a very odd,
- 4:06Speaker 1: very odd here's uh, here's roughly what I sent yesterday.
- 4:12Speaker 4: Okay that and it's amazing how fast it does it too,
- 4:16Speaker 4: when you put the photo or whatever information in you need.
- 4:19Speaker 3: It's it's a matter of seconds.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, go sending it to the group. Dig
- 4:27Speaker 1: this this is the and birthdepw Wow, how do you
- 4:34Speaker 1: do this? Guys? Where do you find this sent image playground?
- 4:38Speaker 2: It does make you thir weirder, looking better because it's weird.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Better looking, But it's it's all putting to Judy.
- 4:46Speaker 2: I'll tell you that I'm not hitting on you, but
- 4:49Speaker 2: you're better looking than that.
- 4:51Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 4:51Speaker 3: That's a weirder teeth than that, for sure.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Teeth. That guy could use some white ners.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Yeah, mix it a little fluoride. Oh my god, Yeah,
- 5:02Speaker 1: I've got I got like summer teeth. Like it's like,
- 5:06Speaker 1: is this did I accidentally say and make me British?
- 5:09Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 5:11Speaker 4: There should be a piece of hay tucked in between
- 5:13Speaker 4: those two front ones right there.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Or make me homeless room and they still got a
- 5:17Speaker 2: few bugs to work out. I was messing with it
- 5:19Speaker 2: a little bit the other day when it first landed
- 5:21Speaker 2: on my phone, and I just did a I just
- 5:23Speaker 2: voice texted a I want to bear in a cowboy hat,
- 5:27Speaker 2: and it had and he gave me a baron a
- 5:28Speaker 2: cowboy hat and then dancing, and then it was a
- 5:31Speaker 2: baron a cowboy hat dancing, and just I tell it.
- 5:34Speaker 1: I want my wife and a cowboy hat.
- 5:37Speaker 2: I've seen plenty of that stuff. Yeah, you can do
- 5:38Speaker 2: that all day long, do it, but it's just it's amazing.
- 5:41Speaker 2: And if I would have loved that so much as
- 5:43Speaker 2: a kid, oh my god, it would have blown my mind.
- 5:45Speaker 3: So for everybody wondering and Michael, I know you just asked.
- 5:48Speaker 4: If you go to your settings on your iPhone and
- 5:51Speaker 4: scroll down, it says Apple Intelligence and Siri, and you
- 5:54Speaker 4: have to turn that on.
- 5:55Speaker 5: It.
- 5:55Speaker 4: I'll go through a download and upgrade process. But then
- 5:57Speaker 4: all of a sudden, playground and whatnot will appe.
- 6:00Speaker 1: And it's the little plus sign next to the field
- 6:03Speaker 1: where you write a text where you can add photographs
- 6:05Speaker 1: or whatever picture you have to.
- 6:07Speaker 5: Have the newest iPhone or fifteen and up. Okay, good,
- 6:10Speaker 5: I do got fifteen now, so all right?
- 6:12Speaker 1: Yeah, so anyway, isn't it oddly off putting?
- 6:17Speaker 2: I'm trying to fill out figure out how you prompt
- 6:20Speaker 2: it to give you the AI suggestion. It looks like
- 6:22Speaker 2: it has to be a recent text you got, but
- 6:25Speaker 2: I but I got one today, like somebody texted me
- 6:31Speaker 2: something and AI says I should reply with I get that.
- 6:36Speaker 1: I don't.
- 6:36Speaker 2: I don't need your help on that.
- 6:37Speaker 1: All right, let me see if it will it work
- 6:43Speaker 1: in a group text.
- 6:44Speaker 2: I don't know. I just noticed it last night, and
- 6:46Speaker 2: the one it gave me last night was on this
- 6:48Speaker 2: really complicated friend of mine's life situation, and it said
- 6:54Speaker 2: it gave me some suggestions and I thought, this is
- 6:56Speaker 2: really not appropriate. Everybody's typing in their phone. I know,
- 7:03Speaker 2: I got a dance a cowboy hat, and I like,
- 7:06Speaker 2: how if you say a lot like my wife, if
- 7:09Speaker 2: you want a dancing bear in a cowboy hat, it'll
- 7:10Speaker 2: give you like five versions, fat bear, thin bear, cowboy
- 7:13Speaker 2: hat and vest in boots or cowboy hat and just
- 7:16Speaker 2: you know, a six gun or whatever.
- 7:19Speaker 4: I for some reason asked it to make a pickle
- 7:21Speaker 4: working out. So I have a pickle that's lifting a
- 7:23Speaker 4: bar bell.
- 7:24Speaker 3: There you go, that's a fun one.
- 7:26Speaker 2: Makes sense.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, let me send you this Jack and see
- 7:29Speaker 1: what it summarizes and whether it suggests a boy a reply?
- 7:37Speaker 1: What Jack read? That's real quick?
- 7:39Speaker 2: Yeah, so it's not suggesting a reply. And I don't
- 7:42Speaker 2: know why. I don't know why it sometimes doesn't sometimes doesn't.
- 7:46Speaker 1: Did it have a summary or was it too short
- 7:48Speaker 1: to need it?
- 7:49Speaker 2: I think it's too sure.
- 7:50Speaker 1: I wrote you were an idiot and held me back
- 7:52Speaker 1: my entire career. I quit, lose my number.
- 7:55Speaker 2: Lose my number. That pretty funny.
- 8:04Speaker 1: So the whole I didn't tell you to buy me
- 8:06Speaker 1: a racehorse introduction was about going into Jeff Fowler's column
- 8:11Speaker 1: in the Washington Post recently great tech writer, but he
- 8:14Speaker 1: was trying to assess the capability of AI at this point,
- 8:19Speaker 1: using a couple of different systems, and he had He
- 8:24Speaker 1: gave it a couple of missions. One was fairly successful.
- 8:28Speaker 1: He tested Operator, which is what company is that from?
- 8:33Speaker 1: I can't remember, it doesn't matter, Google it. But he
- 8:39Speaker 1: tasked Operator with interacting with my internet service provider, go
- 8:44Speaker 1: into my Comcast Xfinity account and see if you can
- 8:47Speaker 1: find me a less expensive plan. Operator applied, all right,
- 8:51Speaker 1: but thirty seconds later it stopped. It needed my log
- 8:54Speaker 1: into the Exfinity website. The problem is Operator didn't know
- 8:58Speaker 1: much about the nitty gritty details of your life, but
- 9:00Speaker 1: it needs your data to actually be helpful, so it
- 9:02Speaker 1: often pauses and asks for help, and it tries to
- 9:06Speaker 1: shield your privacy, which also means that often it stops
- 9:09Speaker 1: and says, hey, can I use this or can you
- 9:11Speaker 1: give me this whatever? But then this is where I
- 9:14Speaker 1: got more interesting. Once Operator was logged onto my Comcast account,
- 9:18Speaker 1: it took about two minutes to do something incredible. It
- 9:20Speaker 1: found a way to save me money, well sort of,
- 9:23Speaker 1: it said, it found an alternate internet plan for thirteen
- 9:25Speaker 1: dollars per month. That seemed awfully low because I currently
- 9:29Speaker 1: pay sixty eight.
- 9:30Speaker 2: I was going to say, I think Lend's like eighty.
- 9:32Speaker 1: Yeah, So I inspected it's browser window and saw a
- 9:34Speaker 1: Comcast was really saying this plan would be minus thirteen
- 9:38Speaker 1: dollars compared to my current plan, not thirteen dollars. Okay,
- 9:42Speaker 1: it missed the minus sign. Another big question is whether
- 9:46Speaker 1: AI can. About AI is whether it can understand enough
- 9:49Speaker 1: about the real world or even just the web to
- 9:51Speaker 1: operate in it. Repeatedly in my tests, I saw that
- 9:54Speaker 1: operator could misinterpret what it saw in its browser. Now
- 9:59Speaker 1: this part it is interesting. In this case, Operator redeemed
- 10:03Speaker 1: itself after I asked it to spell out the full prices,
- 10:07Speaker 1: including taxes and fees. It gave the right total and
- 10:10Speaker 1: did one better. It read all the fine print and
- 10:14Speaker 1: found that this deal would go up by sixteen dollars
- 10:16Speaker 1: after an introductory period, making it a bad deal.
- 10:20Speaker 2: That is helpful.
- 10:21Speaker 4: I didn't even think about having AI read the you know,
- 10:25Speaker 4: the terms and.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Condition summarize the ten pages where it's going to watch
- 10:30Speaker 2: every keystroke or whatever it says.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Right, and at this point it might miss the salient points,
- 10:36Speaker 1: the really important stuff. But the fact that it's moving
- 10:38Speaker 1: in that direction. Hey, read this legal lease and tell
- 10:42Speaker 1: me the parts I need to know would be super helpful, obviously,
- 10:47Speaker 1: But then the failure that was a success, he said.
- 10:50Speaker 1: The failure was he said, find the cheapest set of
- 10:53Speaker 1: a dozen eggs I can have delivered. Then I gave
- 10:56Speaker 1: it my address to conduct its search. It needed my
- 10:59Speaker 1: logins for grocery delivery services. Blah blah blah. I didn't
- 11:03Speaker 1: think about it at the moment, but doing so also
- 11:04Speaker 1: gave Operator access to the credit cards I'd saved with
- 11:07Speaker 1: those services.
- 11:08Speaker 2: About to say, I'm not willing to give aim at
- 11:10Speaker 2: credit card and see, I wonder how it does with this.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Initially, Operator found some five ninety nine a dozen eggs
- 11:16Speaker 1: on a site called Mercado, but noticed there was a
- 11:18Speaker 1: twenty dollars minimum order requirement. Good job told I told
- 11:22Speaker 1: it that it could add additional eggs to check the
- 11:24Speaker 1: final price, but it decided to switch it's onto Instacart.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Then Operator went quiet as it clicked around, and I
- 11:29Speaker 1: walked away from my computer. A few minutes later, I
- 11:31Speaker 1: got an alert from the credit card app on my phone.
- 11:33Speaker 1: I had just made a purchase on Instacart. What happened?
- 11:36Speaker 1: How do I stop it? I gasped, Was there any
- 11:38Speaker 1: chance the AI might go on a bigger shopping spree?
- 11:40Speaker 1: I hadn't told it to buy eggs, just find cheap ones.
- 11:44Speaker 1: I was able to reconstruct some of what had happened.
- 11:46Speaker 1: On the instacart website. Operator found a dozen large white
- 11:49Speaker 1: eggs for thirteen dollars and nineteen cents, more than double
- 11:52Speaker 1: the other site. For unclear reasons, it purchased these, added
- 11:56Speaker 1: a three dollar tip and a three dollars priority fee
- 11:59Speaker 1: on top of a seven dollars and ninety nine seven
- 12:02Speaker 1: ninety nine delivery fee, four dollars service pee fee, and
- 12:06Speaker 1: twenty five cent bag fee. Thankfully, at least operator climbed
- 12:10Speaker 1: and offered to sign up for an Instacart membership blah
- 12:13Speaker 1: blah blah, And they got the wrong number on that actually,
- 12:15Speaker 1: and it cost him thirty three dollars I think it
- 12:18Speaker 1: was for his eggs. Thirty one dollars on a dozen eggs.
- 12:23Speaker 2: That's pretty interesting that it didn't do that and then
- 12:27Speaker 2: say would you like to purchase it just went ahead
- 12:28Speaker 2: and purchased them.
- 12:30Speaker 4: And then you have to call the credit card company
- 12:31Speaker 4: and say sorry, that was AI that did that.
- 12:34Speaker 3: It wasn't me forgery.
- 12:35Speaker 1: You make some omelets?
- 12:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I called the credit card company, said I can't
- 12:39Speaker 2: eat this many eggs? What should I do?
- 12:42Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, So who did Jack? Did you do that? You?
- 12:45Speaker 3: I did Jack?
- 12:46Speaker 1: Oh? Oh my gosh. Have you looked at that yet? No,
- 12:51Speaker 1: don't worry. It doesn't totally make you look like a rube.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Oh my god, Oh my god, that is that's not
- 13:00Speaker 2: thirty I hope that's not thirty percent better looking. I'll
- 13:05Speaker 2: just I'll just make that my my dating profile if
- 13:07Speaker 2: I ever go online.
- 13:08Speaker 6: Here you go, Oh my god, that's brutal. Oh my god,
- 13:13Speaker 6: my kids are going to you said, so you got
- 13:16Speaker 6: to plunk out this theme from Deliverance on your jet.
- 13:21Speaker 5: Yeah, that's supposed to be a picture of me. It
- 13:23Speaker 5: didn't quite come out right at all.
- 13:24Speaker 2: A second, how come you get to look like that?
- 13:27Speaker 1: You know?
- 13:27Speaker 5: All I put was dark hair, five foot seven, and
- 13:30Speaker 5: it said, you know, gifts it and I put leather pants.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Why does AI make you look like that? But makes
- 13:35Speaker 2: me look like this?
- 13:37Speaker 4: Michael gave a description of himself. I actually put a
- 13:40Speaker 4: picture of you in there, and it pulled from a photo.
- 13:43Speaker 2: No, Michael looks like you know, Timothy Shallomet at his best,
- 13:47Speaker 2: I mean, hot, angrogynous model type. I look like somebody
- 13:52Speaker 2: you would run from or donate to. Right, I was
- 14:00Speaker 2: old it, this is crazy angry look. I gotta send
- 14:05Speaker 2: that to a few people and see how they react.
- 14:08Speaker 1: You know what, It's funny. I gave it a clearly angry,
- 14:11Speaker 1: disapproving look, and it at most it made me look
- 14:16Speaker 1: oddly manic, But the rest are pleasantly contemplative. It's like
- 14:20Speaker 1: Apple won't let me be angry, just it.
- 14:24Speaker 3: Doesn't want you to be likes happy Joe.
- 14:28Speaker 2: I'm gonna I'm gonna spend more time paying attention to
- 14:32Speaker 2: Oh my god, I'm going to spend more time paying
- 14:34Speaker 2: attention to the suggested replies to text me now that
- 14:39Speaker 2: I'm getting them, because I went to one last night
- 14:42Speaker 2: my son. I texted him something and he said, it's
- 14:46Speaker 2: really late. I'm getting ready to go to bed. And
- 14:48Speaker 2: then AI suggested I say okay, good night, which is
- 14:52Speaker 2: you know, reasonable, I guess just to avoid having to
- 14:55Speaker 2: type it out or say it.
- 14:57Speaker 1: You know, I tell you what though, you use any
- 15:00Speaker 1: keyboard shortcuts?
- 15:02Speaker 2: No, I'm familiar with the term, but I don't use them.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Yeah, I do, for partly for when I'm forwarding articles
- 15:09Speaker 1: to myself at mailbag at Armstrong and geddy dot com.
- 15:13Speaker 1: It's so cumbersome to type out and if it doesn't autofill,
- 15:16Speaker 1: I just do the first five letters and it autofills
- 15:18Speaker 1: for me, no matter what, whether the site's working properly
- 15:20Speaker 1: or not. And actually there's a funny story connected to this.
- 15:25Speaker 1: My son discovered this years ago. You could do that,
- 15:28Speaker 1: and for whatever angsty teenage reason at the time or
- 15:33Speaker 1: very early twenties, he thought it was just so dumb
- 15:36Speaker 1: and cliched when people would text lol, And so he
- 15:40Speaker 1: and we shared an Apple account in a way that
- 15:42Speaker 1: doesn't exist anymore. But so I would type lol. I
- 15:46Speaker 1: remember talking about this on the air, and it would
- 15:50Speaker 1: instead of that, it would auto fill a phrase that was,
- 15:55Speaker 1: why don't you blank my face because I'm a blanking blank.
- 16:01Speaker 3: Okay, I remember this feature?
- 16:03Speaker 1: Yes, yes, that's hilarious. Oh it was, And I typed
- 16:08Speaker 1: that and I'm like, what the f Wait a minute, honey, honey.
- 16:11Speaker 1: I went to gudy and look what my phone just did.
- 16:14Speaker 1: What the hell is this? Oh that's brilliant, And it
- 16:19Speaker 1: was an unrepeatable phrase.
- 16:21Speaker 4: I have to turn that off on my phone, I
- 16:23Speaker 4: think for a couple of reasons. Because I tried to
- 16:26Speaker 4: say I was d D the other night to a
- 16:28Speaker 4: friend because I was designated driver, and for some reason,
- 16:30Speaker 4: my phone thinks d D means sorry, I'm driving, I'll
- 16:33Speaker 4: text you later, and it wouldn't let me just say
- 16:36Speaker 4: d D. So yeah, it's a little a little frustrating.
- 16:40Speaker 1: I don't know, but anyway, I'm sorry. To get back
- 16:42Speaker 1: to Jack's point. Judy, who is my wife, who's a
- 16:47Speaker 1: very busy person and does various things around town, musical
- 16:52Speaker 1: things and craft things and whatever. She always texts me
- 16:56Speaker 1: when she's on her way home, and you know, it's
- 16:59Speaker 1: usually it's always on my way exclamation point, and you know,
- 17:03Speaker 1: I reply with a hard or whatever, a great scene,
- 17:05Speaker 1: a few or whatever. But she revealed that she has
- 17:11Speaker 1: programmed her phone so all she has to do is
- 17:13Speaker 1: do like O and space M and it finishes the
- 17:16Speaker 1: message for her. So she's not actually typing out on
- 17:20Speaker 1: my way exclamation point, her phone is doing it for her.
- 17:24Speaker 1: And I find myself resenting that just a little bit.
- 17:28Speaker 2: That's interesting. That's what I was wondering about. These replies.
- 17:31Speaker 2: I don't have any problem with saying to my son
- 17:35Speaker 2: good night, obviously, but the computer suggesting it and me
- 17:40Speaker 2: just agreeing to it.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Having the computer wish your son good night on your
- 17:47Speaker 1: behalf certain.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Yeah, it seems a little weird.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Does seem a little Victorian. The nanny interacts with the
- 17:54Speaker 1: child ninety eight percent of the time, and on Sundays
- 17:57Speaker 1: I will go for a walk with the boy and
- 17:58Speaker 1: then send it back to boarding. It just seems a
- 18:01Speaker 1: little why is there a little man.
- 18:02Speaker 2: Here to right?
- 18:03Speaker 1: Right?
- 18:04Speaker 2: And the example I had of somebody sending me a
- 18:06Speaker 2: long heartfelt text about something I never remembered it was
- 18:08Speaker 2: last night, and then the AI suggesting a reply, I
- 18:10Speaker 2: thought that would be really cheapening the seriousness of this conversation.
- 18:16Speaker 2: Not that they would know, but it's.
- 18:18Speaker 4: I don't know if it's something that you're already going
- 18:22Speaker 4: to say and the phone assists you, like how Judy
- 18:25Speaker 4: does the on M and it says on my way,
- 18:28Speaker 4: I mean she was already going to type that you
- 18:30Speaker 4: Jack were already going to say good night.
- 18:32Speaker 2: It's not like But the other example I have it
- 18:34Speaker 2: was something like, I think you're on the right track.
- 18:36Speaker 2: I hope that works out for you after a really
- 18:39Speaker 2: long heartfelt text about some difficult situation. And that's just
- 18:42Speaker 2: that ain't right.
- 18:44Speaker 1: That that ain't right. So final note that last picture
- 18:49Speaker 1: I sent you. I wish I could send the original picture,
- 18:51Speaker 1: but I can't figure out that was me like angrily
- 18:55Speaker 1: grimacing at the phone, and Apple turned it into a
- 18:58Speaker 1: you know, cheer alert picture.
- 19:01Speaker 4: I think it's very Stepford wives. First of all, this
- 19:05Speaker 4: aged you for some reason. I don't know why I
- 19:08Speaker 4: did that.
- 19:08Speaker 3: This photo. Hell no, you're not.
- 19:11Speaker 4: But the second part of it is in that prompt
- 19:13Speaker 4: you can tell it the mood you want the photo
- 19:16Speaker 4: to be in. So m so you can grimace and
- 19:20Speaker 4: then tell Apple, hey, make me look like I'm like
- 19:23Speaker 4: I'm pissed, and it should do it for you.
- 19:26Speaker 1: And then you can add cowboy and whatever else a
- 19:29Speaker 1: series of prompts for it to.
- 19:31Speaker 2: But one thing Apple needs to figure out what these
- 19:33Speaker 2: made up emojis of you is. They don't flossing is exists.
- 19:39Speaker 2: Flossing exists, toothpaste exists. Let's teeth, Yeah, the teeth are bad.
- 19:45Speaker 2: What is going on there?
- 19:48Speaker 1: It's sounds like like I got newscaster teeth or anything.
- 19:51Speaker 2: But they're okay, but they're not brown with those big
- 19:53Speaker 2: gaps in between. I mean, what the heck is going
- 19:55Speaker 2: on there?
- 19:57Speaker 1: All right, one more one more effort? Make Apple make
- 20:02Speaker 1: me look angry? Right, there's my grimacing. I'm even got
- 20:08Speaker 1: like one eye closed like I'm Popeye and then angry.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Will Tim Cook permit me to feel natural human emotions
- 20:20Speaker 1: are not? Oh hey, that's pretty good. Wow, that's like
- 20:26Speaker 1: call security. Okay, Tim, I retract the criticism. I just
- 20:30Speaker 1: wasn't good at it.
- 20:33Speaker 5: That's a good one, Katie.
- 20:36Speaker 2: Yeah, that actually looks like you. Katie. What was the
- 20:39Speaker 2: prompt that got a cartoon drawing of you that actually
- 20:42Speaker 2: looks like you? I just a picture of it, used
- 20:44Speaker 2: a photo of you?
- 20:45Speaker 1: Okay, Well you have the advantage of being super cute.
- 20:48Speaker 2: Yeah that makes it easier.
- 20:50Speaker 3: Yeah, you guys, it's two weeks, Joe.
- 20:52Speaker 1: This last one of you is great. Yeah, that's that's
- 20:56Speaker 1: you know you live with me. You're gonna see that face.
- 20:59Speaker 1: I'm gonna use it. What I'll tweet that right now
- 21:02Speaker 1: our ex account so you can see it.
- 21:08Speaker 5: I'm gonna use AI to win arguments with my wife.
- 21:11Speaker 5: I'll just look at it and wait for the response,
- 21:13Speaker 5: and this is what I'll tell her exactly.
- 21:15Speaker 1: You take over here. Yeah, well, I guess that's it.
