- 0:11Speaker 3: The Root! The Root's on fire!
- 0:14Speaker 1: You're about to experience the most high-octane, pedal-to-the-metal controversial show
- 0:18Speaker 1: of your life. Please buckle up and hold on tightly.
- 0:21Speaker 1: This station is not responsible for injuries. This is Wayne
- 0:25Speaker 1: Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital of the world.
- 0:28Speaker 3: Las Vegas. What time is it? It's time for War!
- 0:34Speaker 1: Here's your host, 100% raw truth, 100% American made, the warrior,
- 0:40Speaker 1: Wayne Allen Root.
- 0:54Speaker 2: All right, Wayne, Alan, Ruth, the Ruth.
- 0:56Speaker 3: The Ruth, the Ruth's on fire. Welcome to my show.
- 0:59Speaker 3: Today is Thursday. We're moving right along. Wednesday, 22nd, January 22nd.
- 1:04Speaker 3: This is not Memorex.
- 1:04Speaker 4: It's Wayne, Alan, Ruth, live and in person. I wrote
- 1:07Speaker 4: a column this morning, and I wanted to read it
- 1:10Speaker 4: to you. I also, if you didn't tune in yesterday,
- 1:13Speaker 4: I wanted to start the show by just reminding you
- 1:15Speaker 4: of what I said to open the show yesterday. Yesterday,
- 1:18Speaker 4: I had come straight from the gun show in Las
- 1:20Speaker 4: Vegas called the SHOT Show.
- 1:22Speaker 3: It's a once-a-year event. It's the biggest gun show in
- 1:24Speaker 3: the world.
- 1:25Speaker 4: And there were 50,000-plus people there, almost all men, almost
- 1:30Speaker 4: all white, almost all Republican, almost all Trump MAGA. And
- 1:36Speaker 4: every one of them had a crew cut and tattoos
- 1:39Speaker 4: on their arms, and they're all ex-military and ex-police. and
- 1:44Speaker 4: ex-secret service, and ex-CIA, and ex-FBI, and Trump Republicans, and
- 1:52Speaker 4: maybe 20% were women, and they had tattoos on their
- 1:55Speaker 4: arms too.
- 1:57Speaker 3: And they were good looking. And this is the gun crowd, right?
- 2:01Speaker 3: And in front of them were.
- 2:02Speaker 4: Displays with thousands of guns, including thousands of semi-automatic and
- 2:07Speaker 4: automatic rifles and machine guns and 9mm and. 357 Magnums
- 2:12Speaker 4: and little pink guns for women. It was the most
- 2:15Speaker 4: incredible display of guns you've ever seen. taking up the
- 2:18Speaker 4: entire Sands Expo Convention Center at the Venetian in Las Vegas.
- 2:23Speaker 3: And at Caesars Palace.
- 2:24Speaker 4: And yet nobody got hurt, thank God. No one got killed.
- 2:27Speaker 4: No one got shot. No one got robbed. There is
- 2:30Speaker 4: no crime when tough guys with guns are around. There's
- 2:33Speaker 4: only crime in gun-free zones. And there is no crime
- 2:37Speaker 4: from white Republican men.
- 2:39Speaker 3: That's the proof.
- 2:40Speaker 4: White Republican men, 50,000 of them with guns. And there's
- 2:43Speaker 4: nothing ever goes wrong. Liberals are so dumb. They don't
- 2:47Speaker 4: understand anything.
- 2:50Speaker 3: All right. Let me tell you the column that I
- 2:53Speaker 3: wrote earlier today. It's out at the Gateway Pundit. I
- 2:55Speaker 3: think it's out.
- 2:56Speaker 4: I hope it's out on my website, rootforamerica.com. You saw
- 2:58Speaker 4: it at Root for America? I know it's at Gateway Pundit.
- 3:01Speaker 4: So the title is, President Trump, great job with Greenland.
- 3:05Speaker 4: But what if that's just the warm-up act? The main
- 3:09Speaker 4: event is Alberta, the perfect 51st state. How about we
- 3:13Speaker 4: trade California? And that last line is really just tongue-in-cheek.
- 3:17Speaker 4: I know we're not going to trade California, but I
- 3:19Speaker 4: think it's fun to fantasize about it. I know virtually
- 3:22Speaker 4: nothing about Greenland, like most Americans, but President Trump plays
- 3:26Speaker 4: chess while the rest of D.C.
- 3:28Speaker 3: Plays checkers.
- 3:29Speaker 4: So, if President Trump has determined that Greenland is vital
- 3:34Speaker 4: to U.S.
- 3:35Speaker 3: National security interests, well, then it is, and I'm all in.
- 3:38Speaker 3: And it appears Trump has pulled it off.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Again, the impossible. He's Houdini.
- 3:44Speaker 4: His non-stop, relentless pursuit of Greenland has resulted in the
- 3:48Speaker 4: framework for a deal to somewhat, at least somewhat, or
- 3:51Speaker 4: fully control Greenland. At worst, America will gain new military
- 3:56Speaker 4: bases to protect our flank from attack by Russia or China.
- 4:01Speaker 3: Bravo, President Trump. Well played as usual.
- 4:06Speaker 4: But I've argued for years now on TV and radio,
- 4:10Speaker 4: on my TV and radio shows... that Alberta should become
- 4:14Speaker 4: our 51st state, Alberta, Canada. Alberta blows Greenland away in
- 4:19Speaker 4: every way. So while Greenland may be strategically important to
- 4:23Speaker 4: us and we want to control it, it also presents
- 4:26Speaker 4: several negatives. Greenland could become a U.S. territory, but it
- 4:29Speaker 4: should never become our 51st state. First, because a large
- 4:33Speaker 4: percentage of the people of Greenland live below the poverty level,
- 4:37Speaker 4: almost all of them, by the way, and have spent
- 4:39Speaker 4: their lifetimes dependent on government Greenland is built around the
- 4:42Speaker 4: Denmark welfare state model and mentality. Second, because once a
- 4:48Speaker 4: part of America, voters like that on welfare, dependent on government,
- 4:53Speaker 4: would almost certainly vote Democrat, therefore adding two new Democrat U.S.
- 4:57Speaker 3: Senators. Disaster. Greenland is another Puerto Rico.
- 5:01Speaker 4: 47% of Puerto Ricans are on welfare.
- 5:05Speaker 3: Isn't that an amazing statistic?
- 5:07Speaker 4: Basically half the territory of Puerto Rico is on welfare.
- 5:11Speaker 4: And the current highest welfare percentage in any other U.S.
- 5:16Speaker 4: state is New Mexico, with 20% of its citizens on welfare.
- 5:21Speaker 4: The last thing we need is Puerto Rico as our
- 5:23Speaker 4: 51st state. All it would add to America is a
- 5:26Speaker 4: ton of welfare addicts and two new Democrat U.S.
- 5:29Speaker 5: Senators.
- 5:30Speaker 4: Why would Greenland be any different? It's just like Puerto Rico. So,
- 5:35Speaker 4: in the best of all worlds, President Trump gains control
- 5:37Speaker 4: of Greenland or access to more land for U.S. military bases,
- 5:40Speaker 4: but we don't own Greenland. We don't want to pay
- 5:43Speaker 4: their welfare bill or lose U.S. Senate control by adding
- 5:46Speaker 4: two new surefire Democrat senators.
- 5:50Speaker 3: But Alberta.
- 5:51Speaker 4: is everything Greenland is not. I hope you're listening, President Trump.
- 5:56Speaker 4: Alberta is the polar opposite of Greenland. Alberta is the
- 5:59Speaker 4: perfect 51st state. Alberta is worth fighting for. After President
- 6:04Speaker 4: Trump puts the finishing touches on his winning Greenland negotiations,
- 6:09Speaker 4: he should set his sights on making Alberta a part
- 6:12Speaker 4: of the United States.
- 6:13Speaker 3: Why Alberta? First, their politics. Alberta is the most conservative
- 6:17Speaker 3: province in Canada.
- 6:18Speaker 4: Alberta is the closest thing Canada has to MAGA.
- 6:21Speaker 3: Alberta is pro-fossil fuel.
- 6:24Speaker 4: Alberta is anti-climate change, anti-carbon taxes, and anti-environmental economic suicide.
- 6:31Speaker 4: Alberta is pro-gun. Alberta is anti-higher taxes and regulation. Alberta
- 6:38Speaker 4: rebelled against Canada's draconian pandemic lockdowns, masks, business closures, church closures,
- 6:43Speaker 4: and vaccine mandates.
- 6:45Speaker 3: These are our kind of people. But wait, it gets better.
- 6:50Speaker 4: Calgary's percentage of citizens on welfare is a very low 4.1%.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Fantastic.
- 6:56Speaker 4: Again, our kind of people. And then there's the biggest
- 7:00Speaker 4: selling point of all, natural resources. Alberta is rich in oil,
- 7:04Speaker 4: natural gas, gold, silver, diamonds, lumber, rare earth minerals, and
- 7:09Speaker 4: critical minerals. Now think of the oil and gas pipelines
- 7:13Speaker 4: that we could build directly from Alberta to America.
- 7:16Speaker 3: Remember, Alberta is right on our border, right there.
- 7:19Speaker 4: Adding Alberta to America would make us the most oil-rich
- 7:22Speaker 4: nation in the world by a mile.
- 7:24Speaker 3: Alberta is the American dream. But wait, I'm still not done.
- 7:29Speaker 4: As an added bonus, Alberta is just as important to
- 7:31Speaker 4: our national security as Greenland.
- 7:33Speaker 3: Did you know that?
- 7:34Speaker 4: NORAD bases at the top of Alberta, the very north,
- 7:38Speaker 4: are essential to U.S. security, and Alberta is the gateway
- 7:42Speaker 4: to the all-important Arctic that every superpower suddenly wants to control.
- 7:48Speaker 3: And I've saved the best news for last. I'm not
- 7:50Speaker 3: done yet.
- 7:51Speaker 4: Timing is everything in life. And at this moment in time,
- 7:55Speaker 4: Alberta wants to leave Canada.
- 7:58Speaker 3: They are in full-scale revolt.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Alberta citizens are standing in hours-long lines in sub-zero temperatures
- 8:05Speaker 4: and snow and ice to sign the petition to put
- 8:08Speaker 4: a referendum on the ballot to leave Canada.
- 8:12Speaker 3: Leave Canada. Succeed from Canada.
- 8:15Speaker 4: They need 177,000 signatures to put it on the ballot,
- 8:18Speaker 4: but the organizers say they will get over 1 million.
- 8:22Speaker 4: Right now, they're getting 10,000 signatures a day. No one
- 8:25Speaker 4: could believe their eyes. No one has ever seen such
- 8:27Speaker 4: long lines or such enthusiasm. The people of Alberta want
- 8:32Speaker 4: to leave. President Trump, let's make a deal. Alberta is
- 8:35Speaker 4: our perfect 51st state, and this is the perfect moment
- 8:38Speaker 4: to strike and to make that deal. And we'd almost
- 8:41Speaker 4: certainly gain two new Republican U.S.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Senators.
- 8:45Speaker 4: If we have to, let's trade California for Alberta. And
- 8:49Speaker 4: if need be, add two players to be named later,
- 8:52Speaker 4: Oregon and Washington.
- 8:54Speaker 3: I'm only kidding. Sort of.
- 8:57Speaker 4: For those who think trading California for Alberta is crazy,
- 9:01Speaker 4: after all, California by itself is the world's fourth biggest economy,
- 9:05Speaker 4: guess what? It would be worth it. Losing California means
- 9:09Speaker 4: we also lose Millions of Democrat votes that determine the
- 9:13Speaker 4: popular vote in presidential elections most of the time. Two
- 9:16Speaker 4: Democrat U.S. senators and dozens of Democrat congresspersons. Without California,
- 9:22Speaker 4: we would never lose another presidential election and hold control
- 9:27Speaker 4: of both the U.S.
- 9:28Speaker 3: Senate and House forevermore.
- 9:30Speaker 4: Losing the California economy to save America is a fair
- 9:34Speaker 4: trade in my book. But enough fantasizing. Sadly, realistically, California
- 9:39Speaker 4: is probably here to stay. We're never going to trade them.
- 9:42Speaker 4: Trump's never going to give them up. So, President Trump,
- 9:44Speaker 4: after you're done with your warm-up act, Greenland, please aim
- 9:49Speaker 4: your full attention and relentless mindset on the main event,
- 9:53Speaker 4: adding Alberta as our 51st state. And I should have
- 9:57Speaker 4: put a PS in there.
- 9:58Speaker 3: I was thinking about it. I was walking my dog.
- 10:00Speaker 3: Bubba today, and I was thinking about this column, and
- 10:02Speaker 3: I was thinking about the PS I should have added
- 10:03Speaker 3: at the end. But I ran out of time, and
- 10:05Speaker 3: I had to walk Bubba.
- 10:08Speaker 4: So I sent it in to Gateway Pundit and my website, rootforamerica.com,
- 10:12Speaker 4: and I went on my walk.
- 10:13Speaker 3: But I was thinking about what the PS should have been.
- 10:15Speaker 4: It should have been, even if this is completely unrealistic
- 10:19Speaker 4: and it's never going to happen.
- 10:21Speaker 3: It doesn't matter.
- 10:22Speaker 4: You're torturing Mark Carney and Canada. You know we all
- 10:26Speaker 4: hate them now. They hate us now. We hate Mark Carney.
- 10:29Speaker 3: He's a communist. He's in bed.
- 10:31Speaker 4: He's bribed by China. He's now handed Canada to the
- 10:34Speaker 4: Chinese Communist Party. We hate this mother trucker.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Torture him.
- 10:39Speaker 4: Torture all the liberal Canadians.
- 10:41Speaker 3: Tell them we're coming for Alberta. Does it really matter
- 10:44Speaker 3: if we are? So even if what I'm talking about
- 10:46Speaker 3: is just a dream, a fantasy, it doesn't matter. Let's
- 10:49Speaker 3: screw him over. I hate Canada now. Screw you. All
- 10:53Speaker 3: these people in Canada, a bunch of liberal losers. You
- 10:55Speaker 3: know what they are? Canadians are the white people. liberal
- 10:59Speaker 3: women of the United States.
- 11:00Speaker 4: The whole Canada is a bunch of white liberals that
- 11:03Speaker 4: remind me of white liberal Karens in the United States.
- 11:06Speaker 4: They've had everything perfect their whole lives, they're white, and
- 11:09Speaker 4: so they hate themselves, they're guilty that they're born white,
- 11:13Speaker 4: and they wanna let the whole world in, and they
- 11:15Speaker 4: wanna hate America even though they never made a dime
- 11:17Speaker 4: on the road without us buying everything.
- 11:20Speaker 3: They couldn't even operate syrup without.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Us, okay?
- 11:23Speaker 4: The only reason they sell syrup is because America buys
- 11:25Speaker 4: it all. Canada's nothing without the United States. So let's
- 11:30Speaker 4: torture them. Let's go after Alberta. Talk about it 24
- 11:33Speaker 4: hours a day, President Trump, the same way you.
- 11:35Speaker 3: Talked about going after Greenland. And look what happened. You
- 11:38Speaker 3: actually made something happen. We can make something happen with Alberta.
- 11:41Speaker 3: They want to leave. Saskatchewan should come along with them.

- 14:13Speaker 4: than 20 years.
- 14:14Speaker 3: I'm a witness.
- 14:15Speaker 4: He recommended gold at $ 350 an ounce, Bitcoin at $ 2, 000.
- 14:16Speaker 3: He's really that good.

- 15:09Speaker 3: All right, Wayne Allen, the root, the root, the root,
- 15:11Speaker 3: the root's on fire.
- 15:12Speaker 4: Hold on, I've got to adjust my IFB here because
- 15:16Speaker 4: it's acting really wonky on me.
- 15:18Speaker 3: There we go, I think that's better. There we go,
- 15:19Speaker 3: hearing much better. It was kind of flipped backwards and
- 15:22Speaker 3: I was hearing an echo. Perfect.
- 15:24Speaker 4: So I'm sitting here in the break reading the Daily
- 15:27Speaker 4: Mail and the headline is, The Cancer Now Killing More
- 15:30Speaker 4: Americans Under 50 Than Any Other. Colon cancer is now
- 15:34Speaker 4: the leading cause of cancer deaths in young Americans.
- 15:37Speaker 3: Alarming research is found.
- 15:40Speaker 4: It's just surged across the country over the past two
- 15:43Speaker 4: decades from 8.6 cases per 100,000 people to 13 cases
- 15:48Speaker 4: per 100,000 in 2018. And then I can't even imagine
- 15:54Speaker 4: how high it is. They don't have the numbers yet
- 15:55Speaker 4: for the last couple of years. Since everybody got the
- 15:59Speaker 4: COVID vaccine, nobody wants to say that out loud. It
- 16:04Speaker 4: involves the COVID vaccine. Now, it was exploding, as I
- 16:09Speaker 4: just read you, between 1999.
- 16:10Speaker 3: It was 8.6 cases per 100,000.
- 16:11Speaker 4: And then in 2018, two years before COVID and three
- 16:13Speaker 4: years for the COVID vaccine.
- 16:20Speaker 3: It went to 13 cases per 100. So I understand that.
- 16:23Speaker 4: Colon cancer was already going up for the reasons they're
- 16:25Speaker 4: talking about in this article. Bad lifestyle, people eat bad food,
- 16:29Speaker 4: bad diet, they don't exercise enough, they drink.
- 16:32Speaker 3: Too much soda, they drink too much junk food, they
- 16:34Speaker 3: eat too much fast food.
- 16:36Speaker 4: I get all that. But it doesn't matter. It's exploded
- 16:39Speaker 4: so much more since 2020. That's the real story, is
- 16:43Speaker 4: that since the COVID vaccine came out, colon cancer is
- 16:48Speaker 4: this epidemic. And the only thing they won't talk about
- 16:51Speaker 4: is the COVID vaccine. They won't say a word about it.
- 16:54Speaker 4: And they also won't tell you that the only solution
- 16:57Speaker 4: is to eat healthier and exercise and take a lot
- 17:00Speaker 4: of vitamins and maybe take ivermectin. I'm not a doctor,
- 17:04Speaker 4: so I'm not prescribing, but ivermectin and several other drugs
- 17:07Speaker 4: in a cocktail that I've read online, have incredible results
- 17:10Speaker 4: compared to the things that big pharma wants to sell
- 17:13Speaker 4: you on, which costs hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars,
- 17:16Speaker 4: which include chemo and radiation and don't help. People die anyway.
- 17:20Speaker 4: They wind up with stage four colon cancer and they're dead.
- 17:23Speaker 4: I don't care what the doctors do. Most of the
- 17:25Speaker 4: time they're dead. So big pharma doesn't want you to
- 17:28Speaker 4: know their vaccine caused it. causing this dramatic increase, causing
- 17:31Speaker 4: this massive, you know, high-impact death, Nell, death pandemic. And
- 17:37Speaker 4: they don't want to tell you that the cure that
- 17:38Speaker 4: they're trying to sell you on, it costs millions of
- 17:41Speaker 4: dollars per person for your insurance company and you, bankrupts
- 17:44Speaker 4: you on the way out while you're dying or bankrupts
- 17:46Speaker 4: your family and doesn't work.
- 17:48Speaker 3: What works is natural. In the first place, if you
- 17:51Speaker 3: got rid.
- 17:52Speaker 4: Of the soda and you got rid of the junk
- 17:54Speaker 4: food and you got rid of the fast food and
- 17:55Speaker 4: you stopped drinking so much alcohol and you stopped using
- 17:58Speaker 4: so many drugs and you stopped smoking cigarettes and you
- 18:01Speaker 4: ate a good diet and you exercised and you got
- 18:03Speaker 4: a lot of sunshine and fresh air, it wouldn't be
- 18:05Speaker 4: happening in the first place. And take mega doses of vitamins.
- 18:09Speaker 4: That's my answer. That's what I would do. I'm not
- 18:12Speaker 4: a doctor.
- 18:12Speaker 3: I'm not prescribing. I'm telling you what I would do.
- 18:15Speaker 4: Article out there, Alberta sees large turnout for petition to
- 18:19Speaker 4: separate from Canada and become an independent country. Their petition
- 18:22Speaker 4: is not saying we want to become part of America.
- 18:25Speaker 4: They're saying we want to leave Canada, become an independent country,
- 18:28Speaker 4: which wouldn't be bad for us either. Kind of like
- 18:29Speaker 4: the deal Trump is cutting with Greenland. Right. We're not
- 18:33Speaker 4: taking over Greenland. We're not taking responsibility for all their
- 18:36Speaker 4: welfare addicts. We're not going to have two new U.S.,
- 18:38Speaker 4: two new Democrat U.S.
- 18:39Speaker 6: Senators.
- 18:40Speaker 3: It's not going to be the 51st state.
- 18:42Speaker 4: Well, maybe Alberta will never be the 51st state either,
- 18:44Speaker 4: but maybe like Greenland, it will become an independent nation,
- 18:49Speaker 4: an independent nation, which is what they want to do.
- 18:51Speaker 4: And then they will build all kinds of gas pipelines
- 18:54Speaker 4: to the United States that Canada has blocked. Canada won't
- 18:57Speaker 4: let them do that. Natural gas pipelines and oil pipelines
- 19:00Speaker 4: to the United States.
- 19:01Speaker 3: If Alberta was.
- 19:02Speaker 4: Independent, forget about the 51st state, if it was just independent,
- 19:05Speaker 4: that would be great news for us.
- 19:08Speaker 3: And here's an interesting article, how Canada's only.
- 19:10Speaker 4: Leverage over America disappeared in an instant.
- 19:16Speaker 3: And the answer is Venezuela.
- 19:18Speaker 4: Venezuela, now that the United States is in charge of
- 19:20Speaker 4: Venezuela's oil, the biggest loser isn't China or Russia.
- 19:25Speaker 3: It's Canada.
- 19:26Speaker 4: Western Canada sends over 4 million barrels a day of
- 19:29Speaker 4: heavy crude to America and American refiners that are equipped
- 19:33Speaker 4: to handle this type of oil. But now, with access
- 19:36Speaker 4: to massive flows of Venezuelan crude, which is similar to
- 19:39Speaker 4: Canadian crude, the United States no longer needs to rely
- 19:42Speaker 4: on Canada to keep the refineries on the Gulf of
- 19:45Speaker 4: America running at full capacity. Indeed, the oil shipments that
- 19:48Speaker 4: previously went to China are already being redirected to American refiners.
- 19:53Speaker 4: So us taking over Venezuela and removing Maduro and taking
- 19:58Speaker 4: over their oil.
- 19:59Speaker 3: Has changed everything, and we don't need Canada anymore.
- 20:01Speaker 4: You guys in Canada, I keep telling you, we're your customer.
- 20:04Speaker 4: We're your biggest customer in the world by a mile.
- 20:06Speaker 4: Without us, you all go out of business. If we
- 20:08Speaker 4: don't want to buy your oil anymore, you're done.
- 20:10Speaker 3: You're finished. Stick a fork in you. Bye-bye, Canada.
- 20:13Speaker 2: Bye-bye.
- 20:13Speaker 4: Have a nice life. Don't let the door hit you
- 20:16Speaker 4: in the ass on the way out.
- 20:18Speaker 1: All right.

- 21:58Speaker 3: All right, Wayne Allyn Root. I love Trump. I love Trump.
- 22:02Speaker 3: He warned Canada today. He said they should be so
- 22:05Speaker 3: grateful to us.
- 22:06Speaker 4: Canada lives because the United States. Remember that, Mark, the
- 22:09Speaker 4: next time you make your statements referring to Canadian Prime.
- 22:13Speaker 3: Minister Mark Carney. And then he said to the leaders
- 22:16Speaker 3: of Iran. that he has left very specific instructions.
- 22:21Speaker 4: If they were to assassinate me, this is Trump talking,
- 22:23Speaker 4: if they were to assassinate me, they are to press
- 22:26Speaker 4: the button and wipe out Iran.
- 22:27Speaker 3: The entire country will be wiped out. You'll all die.
- 22:29Speaker 4: So don't even think about assassinating Donald Trump. I just
- 22:33Speaker 4: think Trump is the greatest. I mean, what would Bush
- 22:36Speaker 4: be saying?
- 22:37Speaker 1: Nothing.
- 22:37Speaker 3: What would Romney be saying?
- 22:38Speaker 2: Nothing.
- 22:39Speaker 3: What would Jeb Bush be saying? Nothing. What would Kamala
- 22:42Speaker 3: Harris be saying? Nothing.
- 22:44Speaker 4: What would Joe Biden be doing? sleeping, preparing for his
- 22:47Speaker 4: eventual elderly death. I mean, it's just, it's hilarious. What
- 22:50Speaker 4: would Obama be doing? Obama would be smoking the peace pipe.
- 22:54Speaker 4: He'd be smoking pot.
- 22:55Speaker 3: With the leaders of China. Trump is just the best
- 22:58Speaker 3: we're ever going to have.
- 22:59Speaker 4: He's the best we've ever had. He's the best we're
- 23:01Speaker 4: ever going to have. No one will ever be like Trump.
- 23:04Speaker 4: We've got a great guest coming up. It used to
- 23:06Speaker 4: be a very important official in the Trump administration. We'll
- 23:09Speaker 4: get to Ken Cuccinelli in just a second.
- 23:11Speaker 3: Right now, we've got to thank greatpatriotstore.com.

- 24:32Speaker 4: All right. Ken Cuccinelli is with us. National Chairman of
- 24:35Speaker 4: the Election Committee. Transparency Initiative. His website, electiontransparency.org. Former Homeland
- 24:42Speaker 4: Security Acting Deputy Secretary under President Trump from 2019 to 2021.
- 24:47Speaker 3: Former Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli. How are you?
- 24:51Speaker 6: I'm good.
- 24:52Speaker 1: How are you?
- 24:52Speaker 3: I'm doing great.
- 24:54Speaker 4: I don't think there's ever I'm being very negative here,
- 24:56Speaker 4: but I don't think you're probably ever going to get
- 24:58Speaker 4: another Virginia governor or attorney general Republican. It seems like
- 25:01Speaker 4: that state has gone completely 100 percent blue now. Sadly,
- 25:05Speaker 4: I don't think Republicans have a shot. The Democrats have
- 25:09Speaker 4: the whole legislature.
- 25:10Speaker 3: Once they get a hold of it.
- 25:12Speaker 4: Then they cheat in elections badly with mail-in ballots and
- 25:17Speaker 4: ballot harvesting and ballot drop boxes and no voter ID.
- 25:20Speaker 3: And then you're dead.
- 25:21Speaker 4: No Republican could ever win again. So Virginia may be
- 25:25Speaker 4: slipping away from us forever.
- 25:27Speaker 3: Your thoughts on that real quick? Yeah, Wayne.
- 25:29Speaker 6: So they had the trifecta in 2020 and 2021. They
- 25:32Speaker 6: made it.
- 25:34Speaker 5: Over 60 changes to Virginia's election law, which couldn't be
- 25:38Speaker 5: undone when Youngkin was governor because he didn't have a
- 25:43Speaker 5: Republican legislature. And as Glenn Youngkin said in 2021, when
- 25:49Speaker 5: he was running for governor, I don't like these rules,
- 25:52Speaker 5: but these are the rules and we need to win
- 25:54Speaker 5: by these rules.
- 25:55Speaker 6: And he went ahead and did it. But I do
- 25:58Speaker 6: agree with you.
- 25:58Speaker 5: There's a trend toward being more blue and We're the
- 26:03Speaker 5: underdogs now. But there's one key thing that could really
- 26:06Speaker 5: put Virginia back in play, and that's something like a
- 26:10Speaker 5: balanced budget amendment that finally shrinks the federal government and
- 26:14Speaker 5: sends all these Democrats in northern Virginia back to New
- 26:17Speaker 5: York and Massachusetts and Illinois and California, where they came from, and.
- 26:22Speaker 6: Gives us our state back. But that's a little ways off.
- 26:26Speaker 3: Well, I could see something bigger than that.
- 26:28Speaker 4: If we could finally get the Senate— the United States
- 26:31Speaker 4: Senate to kill the filibuster and pass no mail-in ballots
- 26:36Speaker 4: anymore and voter ID for every federal election and proof.
- 26:39Speaker 3: Of citizenship, then I think all the blue states are
- 26:42Speaker 3: in play.
- 26:43Speaker 4: And Virginia's kind of on that borderline, trending blue and
- 26:47Speaker 4: definitely purple, but it's not deep blue. So maybe you'd
- 26:50Speaker 4: never win back New York or California, but I think
- 26:52Speaker 4: you'd win back, you could win back the Virginias if
- 26:55Speaker 4: you got voter ID for every federal election.
- 27:00Speaker 3: Your thoughts on that one?
- 27:01Speaker 5: So Virginia is, as frankly, Glenn Youngkin and Jason Meares
- 27:06Speaker 5: and Winsome Sears showed us, is winnable.
- 27:09Speaker 6: But we're the underdogs.
- 27:11Speaker 5: And and look, they Republicans won when Joe Biden was
- 27:16Speaker 5: in the White House. Democrats won when Donald Trump took
- 27:20Speaker 5: the White House back. And just as they did in 2017.
- 27:23Speaker 6: When he won.
- 27:24Speaker 5: That's a pretty common theme here because Washington is local
- 27:29Speaker 5: news for people who.
- 27:30Speaker 6: Live in most of Virginia.
- 27:32Speaker 5: It's not like living in Kansas or Alabama or Texas,
- 27:36Speaker 5: where D.C.
- 27:37Speaker 6: Is some far-off place.
- 27:39Speaker 5: 35% of Virginia's gross domestic product is traceable to federal dollars.
- 27:46Speaker 5: I'm not proud of that fact, but that's just how
- 27:50Speaker 5: serious the tie is between Virginia and the federal government.
- 27:54Speaker 5: It's not like other states because of the proximity and
- 27:58Speaker 5: the number of people who are directly involved in that government.
- 28:02Speaker 6: Now, I will disagree with you a little bit.
- 28:05Speaker 5: I mean, the filibuster saved us when the Dems had
- 28:08Speaker 5: control in 2021 and 2022. And I would like to
- 28:12Speaker 5: get voter ID everywhere. I'd like to see the SAVE
- 28:14Speaker 5: Act that President Trump is talking about now passed. It's
- 28:18Speaker 5: out of the House. Democrats voted for it in the House.
- 28:23Speaker 5: So not many. But look, this is just common sense legislation.
- 28:27Speaker 5: And I know you and I agree on that. And but,
- 28:32Speaker 5: you know, someday we're not going to have these again.
- 28:35Speaker 5: And we're going to want that filibuster protection. And in
- 28:38Speaker 5: my experience, when it comes to how far will one
- 28:42Speaker 5: side push it, the Dems push it so much farther
- 28:46Speaker 5: than Republicans in Congress ever have the guts to do
- 28:50Speaker 5: that we lose out in the how.
- 28:52Speaker 6: Far will you push. contest of the two teams.
- 28:56Speaker 4: Well, that's the reason I want to kill the filibuster,
- 28:58Speaker 4: because I believe in my heart, Ken, and I've made
- 29:01Speaker 4: like 10,000 predictions in the 10 years I've been on
- 29:03Speaker 4: the air, and all of them have come true, other
- 29:05Speaker 4: than I predicted Trump would win the 2020 election. And
- 29:08Speaker 4: I think I was right. They cheated, and he really won.
- 29:11Speaker 4: But that's the only one I've been wrong. So I
- 29:12Speaker 4: say I'm batting 999.999. My prediction is, as soon as
- 29:17Speaker 4: Democrats take control again, they will kill the filibuster, and
- 29:20Speaker 4: that will be the end of it. So why don't
- 29:22Speaker 4: we just jump the gun and do it ourselves? which
- 29:24Speaker 4: means they'll.
- 29:24Speaker 3: Never win for years to come.
- 29:26Speaker 4: If they win, they will do it, I promise you,
- 29:29Speaker 4: because they've become so radicalized now.
- 29:31Speaker 3: Look at Minnesota. Look at what's going on in California.
- 29:34Speaker 3: They're so radical. They're going to kill the filibuster.
- 29:38Speaker 6: Right where I live.
- 29:38Speaker 3: The governor's so radical.
- 29:41Speaker 5: People— and actually, that's true, but the governor looks tame by
- 29:47Speaker 5: comparison to the legislators in Virginia who've been elected. I
- 29:52Speaker 5: really don't think most people across the country realize just
- 29:56Speaker 5: how communist radical the up-and-coming young elected Democrats are. We're
- 30:03Speaker 5: seeing it more in Minnesota with the mayor of Minneapolis.
- 30:07Speaker 5: We're seeing it certainly— in the first set of bills
- 30:10Speaker 5: proposed now that the Democrats have regained control in Virginia.
- 30:14Speaker 6: It's just crazy stuff.
- 30:15Speaker 5: They're trying to californicate Virginia, and they're going to do
- 30:18Speaker 5: it in about one year.
- 30:20Speaker 3: Right, so that's what I mean. They're just so radical.
- 30:22Speaker 3: And no, I didn't know.
- 30:23Speaker 4: I didn't know how bad they were. I knew how
- 30:24Speaker 4: bad the new governor is. I've heard some of her comments.
- 30:27Speaker 4: I knew how bad— is it Lutevin, the governor, or the
- 30:30Speaker 4: attorney general— that made comments and yet still got elected
- 30:34Speaker 4: that he wished that his opponent's children would die.
- 30:36Speaker 6: That was the attorney general.
- 30:37Speaker 3: Attorney general. I mean, I can't believe things like this.
- 30:40Speaker 4: It's so beyond the pale that you just can't believe
- 30:42Speaker 4: it's possible that people elected. I've said something like that,
- 30:45Speaker 4: but they're just so bad. I have no doubt they'll pass.
- 30:48Speaker 4: You know, they'll kill the filibuster first. So we'll might
- 30:50Speaker 4: as well do it. But all right.
- 30:52Speaker 3: Hey, kid, look, what will it take to get national
- 30:54Speaker 3: voter ID?
- 30:55Speaker 4: If it's not killing the filibuster, how do we get it?
- 30:59Speaker 5: Yeah, the way we get it is in must pass legislation.
- 31:03Speaker 5: And this is a time tested method that both sides
- 31:09Speaker 5: have used for one thing or another, but only for
- 31:13Speaker 5: on our side, really.
- 31:14Speaker 6: Important items like.
- 31:15Speaker 5: Protecting the Hyde Amendment, for example, to keep public money
- 31:20Speaker 5: out of abortion. That's one use that's been successfully made
- 31:24Speaker 5: of it.
- 31:24Speaker 6: But this is another one. It's already passed the House.
- 31:29Speaker 5: And if the Senate will put it in must-pass financial
- 31:32Speaker 5: legislation later in the year, then we can get it through.
- 31:37Speaker 5: I don't think we'll get 60 votes. And for now,
- 31:41Speaker 5: the filibuster is there. So you have to use must
- 31:43Speaker 5: pass legislation. Mike Lee has talked a lot about this.
- 31:47Speaker 5: He's been very specific. He and I wrote an op
- 31:49Speaker 5: ed together on this subject in the summer.
- 31:52Speaker 6: And it is possible.
- 31:54Speaker 3: I got to ask you something. I got to ask.
- 31:57Speaker 4: I'll play dumb. I'm as dumb as all the people
- 32:00Speaker 4: watching my show. I don't even know what that means.
- 32:03Speaker 4: must pass legislation.
- 32:05Speaker 3: If I don't know, I'm sure my audience doesn't.
- 32:06Speaker 6: That's a great question, Wayne. That is a great question.
- 32:08Speaker 3: I have no idea what that means.
- 32:11Speaker 6: It is a Washington thing.
- 32:13Speaker 5: It's something like, for example, funding pay for military members.
- 32:20Speaker 6: No matter how much.
- 32:21Speaker 5: Fighting is going on, and you'll notice in the last shutdown,
- 32:26Speaker 5: The last shutdown ended before military members missed a paycheck.
- 32:30Speaker 5: So that's what I mean when I describe something as
- 32:33Speaker 5: must-pass legislation.
- 32:35Speaker 6: Legislation that the consequences of voting against would be so dire.
- 32:40Speaker 5: In any losable state that no sitting Democrat would vote
- 32:43Speaker 5: against it.
- 32:44Speaker 3: Yeah, well, I just don't know that this is dire enough.
- 32:47Speaker 3: To me it is. To you it is. But to Democrats,
- 32:50Speaker 3: it's not.
- 32:51Speaker 4: Or maybe it is dire because they know they'll never
- 32:53Speaker 4: win an election again if you pass it. So it
- 32:54Speaker 4: is kind of dire to them that they don't pass it,
- 32:57Speaker 4: that they don't allow it to pass.
- 32:58Speaker 3: I don't think Democrats can win if they don't cheat
- 33:01Speaker 3: outside of extremely blue cities. They can't win without cheating. Hey, Ken,
- 33:06Speaker 3: we're going to a break. Can I get you one
- 33:08Speaker 3: more segment?
- 33:09Speaker 1: Yeah, sure.
- 33:09Speaker 3: Okay, hang around for a minute.
- 33:10Speaker 4: We'll be right back with Ken Cuccinelli, National Chairman of
- 33:13Speaker 4: the Election Transparency Initiative, website electiontransparency.org, former Homeland Security Acting
- 33:20Speaker 4: Deputy Secretary under President Trump, and former Virginia Attorney General in.
- 33:24Speaker 3: The days when Virginia elected some good Republicans. We'll be
- 33:27Speaker 3: right back. Wayne Allyn Root, War Zone. Hi, this is
- 33:34Speaker 3: Wayne Allyn Root from my great.
- 33:36Speaker 4: Friends, John and Chelsea Jubilee of Energized Health. Energized Health
- 33:40Speaker 4: changed my life, literally. I lost 25 pounds of fat,
- 33:43Speaker 4: including the dangerous inner body vitriol fat, and gained 10 pounds.
- 33:46Speaker 3: Of muscle in only 88 days. Now, I look the
- 33:49Speaker 3: best in my life. I'll be on this program for
- 33:51Speaker 3: life because it's simple and easy.
- 33:53Speaker 4: John and Chelsea have the only patent pending in the
- 33:55Speaker 4: world for a method of achieving intracellular hydration.
- 33:59Speaker 3: Now, that's credibility.
- 34:00Speaker 4: The patent application includes over 500 pages of science, sequencing,
- 34:04Speaker 4: and processes of how to transform your cells so they
- 34:07Speaker 4: can hydrate, allowing you to lose fat and upgrade your

- 34:12Speaker 4: of inner body hydration. It's all set up in a

- 36:41Speaker 2: All right, Wayne Allen Root.
- 36:51Speaker 4: We're back with Ken Cuccinelli, National Chairman of the Election
- 36:55Speaker 4: Transparency Initiative, website electiontransparency.org, and he was the former Homeland
- 37:00Speaker 4: Security Acting Deputy Secretary under President Trump, former Virginia Attorney General.
- 37:05Speaker 4: When I look at this list, Ken, of all the
- 37:08Speaker 4: day one priorities of the new Democrat governor of Virginia,
- 37:11Speaker 4: everything that she wants to do is about making sure
- 37:15Speaker 4: no Republican will ever win again in Virginia. Let's take
- 37:18Speaker 4: an example. Ranked choice voting. Your thoughts on ranked choice voting.
- 37:24Speaker 5: So for your viewers who haven't heard of ranked choice
- 37:28Speaker 5: voting yet, first of all, be grateful. But there's a
- 37:33Speaker 5: there's a reason it's a problem and there's a reason
- 37:35Speaker 5: the left is pushing it sometimes with Republican help. It's
- 37:39Speaker 5: it's confusing. You're used to going and voting for a person.
- 37:43Speaker 5: Rank choice voting requires you to rank all the candidates
- 37:47Speaker 5: in most elections.
- 37:48Speaker 6: Most people don't. They just know the basics.
- 37:53Speaker 5: You and I are not statistically normal in how much
- 37:56Speaker 5: attention we pay to politics, right?
- 37:59Speaker 6: But our neighbors and our neighborhoods that we live near.
- 38:01Speaker 5: And so forth, they pay attention typically at the last
- 38:05Speaker 5: minute when it's time to go vote. And maybe they'll
- 38:08Speaker 5: know who they want to vote for, for governor and
- 38:10Speaker 5: lieutenant governor. But then they look down the ticket and
- 38:13Speaker 5: there are other offices that And maybe in your state
- 38:17Speaker 5: they're identified by party. Maybe they're not. And you have
- 38:21Speaker 5: to rank them in a rank choice voting system. And
- 38:25Speaker 5: you may know one of them. You may know the
- 38:27Speaker 5: one you want to vote for. And what's happening is
- 38:30Speaker 5: people are getting confused by this system.
- 38:33Speaker 6: Frankly, it may be intended to confuse people. Right.
- 38:36Speaker 5: And when someone doesn't win 50 percent of the vote,
- 38:40Speaker 5: which in Virginia, if you get 45 percent, you still win.
- 38:43Speaker 6: Don't you just love Zoom? Let's see if we can
- 38:46Speaker 6: get the fireworks. Nope, not today.
- 38:49Speaker 5: But in ranked choice voting, they then go to a
- 38:53Speaker 5: second round. And this is where you start losing voters.
- 38:57Speaker 5: And some people get to vote twice. So it violates
- 39:00Speaker 5: one man, one vote constitutionally. And it confuses voters. And
- 39:05Speaker 5: they end up with what are called spoiled ballots. And
- 39:08Speaker 5: it's amazing to me that these people on the left
- 39:12Speaker 5: who don't are so concerned that everybody, including people who
- 39:15Speaker 5: shouldn't be, like illegals, get their vote counted, are so
- 39:20Speaker 5: willing to toss out thousands or tens of thousands of
- 39:24Speaker 5: votes using a ranked choice voting system where confused voters
- 39:30Speaker 5: who are used to coming and just voting for a
- 39:32Speaker 5: candidate get eliminated in the later rounds of the voting.
- 39:37Speaker 5: So it's a very bad system. And chaos is the
- 39:41Speaker 5: friend of the left.
- 39:43Speaker 3: Right.
- 39:43Speaker 5: They still swarm the courts with lawyers. They outlaw us
- 39:47Speaker 5: on the right. That is still the case, even though
- 39:50Speaker 5: we've closed the gap since 2020 in particular.
- 39:54Speaker 6: Nonetheless, they want confusion. They want chaos.
- 39:57Speaker 5: Because they're in a better position to take advantage of
- 40:00Speaker 5: it with more better paid lawyers.
- 40:01Speaker 4: Here's my only personal experience with ranked choice voting. I'd
- 40:04Speaker 4: never heard of it in my life.
- 40:06Speaker 3: And I didn't know anything about it.
- 40:08Speaker 4: And I don't know if you know, I was the
- 40:09Speaker 4: Libertarian vice presidential candidate in 2008. It was a short
- 40:12Speaker 4: flirtation with anything other than the Republican Party. I've been
- 40:15Speaker 4: a Republican my whole life before that, my whole life
- 40:17Speaker 4: after that. But I did run for president of the
- 40:19Speaker 4: United States, a Libertarian. I did win the VP nomination
- 40:22Speaker 4: with former Republican Congressman Bob Barr.
- 40:24Speaker 3: As my running mate.
- 40:26Speaker 4: The next year, everyone came to me and said, we'd
- 40:29Speaker 4: like you to be the national chairman of the Libertarian Party.
- 40:33Speaker 4: And you could take it in a more conservative direction
- 40:35Speaker 4: because we always had a fight between conservative libertarians and
- 40:38Speaker 4: liberal libertarians who wanted open borders and drug legalization, all
- 40:41Speaker 4: of that. And I couldn't stand that faction. So I said, great,
- 40:45Speaker 4: I'll run for the national chairman. I'll become the national chairman.
- 40:47Speaker 3: Of the Libertarian Party. So now I run and there's
- 40:50Speaker 3: a thousand delegates. And guess who wins in the first round?
- 40:53Speaker 2: Me.
- 40:54Speaker 3: Guess who wins in the second round?
- 40:56Speaker 6: Me.
- 40:56Speaker 3: Guess who wins in the third round, Ken? Me. Guess
- 40:59Speaker 3: who wins in the fourth round? Not me.
- 41:01Speaker 4: Because then they all got together as they got eliminated
- 41:04Speaker 4: and they all voted for the other.
- 41:05Speaker 3: Guy who was left against me.
- 41:07Speaker 4: Now, the way things work in America, you win a
- 41:10Speaker 4: baseball game 10 to 9 in the ninth inning, it's over.
- 41:12Speaker 3: You win.
- 41:13Speaker 6: You win a football game.
- 41:15Speaker 3: I didn't win. I won three times, but I didn't win.
- 41:17Speaker 3: That's ranked choice voting. It doesn't work. It's no good.
- 41:20Speaker 4: How could you win but lose? Makes no sense to
- 41:22Speaker 4: me at all. So I sure don't want it. And
- 41:25Speaker 4: as Pitar pointed out, my director sitting next to me,
- 41:28Speaker 4: he said, isn't that like Alaska? I said, yeah, that
- 41:31Speaker 4: was Sarah Palin. She won, but she lost just like me.
- 41:35Speaker 4: Even Sarah Palin in Alaska couldn't win.
- 41:37Speaker 3: With ranked choice voting as a Republican.
- 41:40Speaker 5: In the second round of that election, about 15,000 voters
- 41:44Speaker 5: had their ballots thrown out. That's actual disenfranchisement in this system.
- 41:52Speaker 5: Where are the complaints about that disenfranchisement?
- 41:55Speaker 3: Seems quiet.
- 41:56Speaker 4: Well, where are the complaints on the left, Ken, about 25,000
- 42:00Speaker 4: people being murdered in the streets of Iran by a
- 42:03Speaker 4: Muslim government? If a Jew in Israel kills one Muslim,
- 42:08Speaker 4: the entire world's on fire. But when 25,000 Muslims are
- 42:12Speaker 4: killed by Muslims, they don't say one word to the left.
- 42:14Speaker 3: They couldn't care less. It's amazing. If an American kills
- 42:17Speaker 3: them or if a Jew kills them, we're horrible.
- 42:20Speaker 4: But if a Muslim kills 25,000 Muslims, leftists don't care
- 42:24Speaker 4: because it's one of their protected groups that did the killing.
- 42:27Speaker 3: They don't care.
- 42:28Speaker 2: It's amazing.
- 42:29Speaker 6: Sad.
- 42:30Speaker 3: Hypocritical.
- 42:30Speaker 1: Sad.
- 42:31Speaker 3: All right. I hear the music in my ears. We're
- 42:33Speaker 3: running out.
- 42:34Speaker 4: I just want to say thank you for all the
- 42:35Speaker 4: work you're doing to make elections better and more transparent
- 42:39Speaker 4: and more honest.
- 42:40Speaker 3: We appreciate you. I always liked you.
- 42:41Speaker 4: I thought you were great when you were over at
- 42:44Speaker 4: Homeland Security as well.
- 42:46Speaker 3: Thanks for all you do, Ken.
- 42:48Speaker 6: Glad to do it.
- 42:48Speaker 1: Thanks, Wayne.
- 42:49Speaker 6: You have a good night.
- 42:49Speaker 3: You're a good man, and thank you for coming on
- 42:50Speaker 3: the show. Happy New Year, my friend.
