Victory for Women and Girls in Sports at the U. S. Supreme Court
Washington, D.C. – June 30, 2026: Today, the United States Supreme Court released a decision in two cases: West Virginia v. BPJ and Hecox v. Little in favor of keeping men and boys out of women’s sports. This decision is a landmark victory after many notable women athletes have shared their stories of having to surrender victories and their safety when they were forced to compete against male athletes.
