- 0:02[SPEAKER_01]: Get ready for some wins!
- 0:05[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to the Beat till you see it podcast, where we talk about taking messy action, knowing that perfect is boring.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_00]: I'm also Logan, Ply's instructor and fitness business coach.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_00]: I've trained thousands of people around the world, and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self-doubt.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_00]: My friends, action brings clarity.
- 0:28[SPEAKER_00]: And it's the antidote to fear.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_00]: Each week, my guests will bring bold, executable, intrinsic, and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and be it till you see it.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_00]: It's a practice, not a perfect, let's get started.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, be a babe.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_01]: How are you?
- 0:48[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome back to our Friday episodes.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my gosh, okay so this Friday you're hearing this and I'm about to go into a whirlwind of trains planes and automobiles so we are praying to the travel gods that everything goes well.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_00]: But today is also a fact that Friday which means we get to vent a little bit and you get to share some winds and you get a mantra and get on your day and that means I get to share your winds.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_00]: And so when you send them into thebietpod.com slash questions, it really helps because then I can share it with you on the date.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_00]: You might need to hear.
- 1:17[SPEAKER_00]: You might be stuck in traffic and going, oh my God, that's a win.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_00]: I had a month ago, thank God.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I reminded of that right before you into a win.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_00]: Because fear in my communities, you know, you can vent, but you have to have a win.
- 1:26[SPEAKER_00]: So,
- 1:27[SPEAKER_00]: I'm gonna tell you right now, my hair looks really good on this video if you're watching it, but I've been annoyed with my hair because it feels like it only looks good.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_00]: The day I wash it, it air dry so cute, and then it's a tangled mess, and then I brush it, and then it's never cute again.
- 1:43[SPEAKER_00]: Don't even come at me with your spray bottles.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_00]: I've tried them all, I bought everything that's for type 2A hair, aka Irish hair.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_00]: I've tried everything, it doesn't work.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm just frustrated because I just want to have pretty hair without spending an hour on it every day.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_00]: My makeup only takes eight minutes, right?
- 1:59[SPEAKER_00]: So anyways, here's what happened.

- 2:02[SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, can we like shave my head?
- 2:04[SPEAKER_00]: Can we cut it off?
- 2:05[SPEAKER_00]: Can we do this?
- 2:06[SPEAKER_00]: And she's no, no, no, no, no, no.
- 2:08[SPEAKER_00]: And then finally, the girl who cuts hair next to her is a wonderful, and I've talked to her every time I come in.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_00]: I love her.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_00]: She said, my hairdresser, who does my hair?
- 2:14[SPEAKER_00]: I ask my hairdresser.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_00]: She's cutting your hair.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_00]: She's going to be the one that does it.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_00]: She's doing it.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_00]: And so that girls, when am I seeing you?
- 2:20[SPEAKER_00]: I'm okay when I get back from work.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_00]: So after I record this, I am going to get my haircut by someone who is going to do a great job.
- 2:27[SPEAKER_00]: And I love my girl who dies my hair.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_00]: But she really, really wants someone else to cut it.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_00]: And I respect that.
