• 2:14
Speaker 6: the point. Plus there's a new Senate president and it's
• 2:17
Speaker 6: not mister Tarr. We'll talk to him about that. Plus
• 2:19
Speaker 6: some interesting things going on in the State Democratic Party.
• 2:22
Speaker 6: I'm going to get into that. And I don't know
• 2:25
Speaker 6: if you've heard this story or not about the of
• 2:27
Speaker 6: course everyone knows the story of the United Healthcare CEO
• 2:31
Speaker 6: that was killed. You would be surprised to find the
• 2:35
Speaker 6: number of people who saw nothing wrong with that killing.
• 2:40
Speaker 6: Matter of fact, there's a new study out The Hill
• 2:42
Speaker 6: reported on it and Emerson College that if you feel
• 2:47
Speaker 6: that Killy was justified, We're going to talk about that,

• 3:08
Speaker 7: I'm wonderful. How are you there?
• 3:10
Speaker 6: It seems weird not saying shape Shop, Elli Snyder? Are
• 3:13
Speaker 6: you always going to be known to shape Shop Milly Snyder?
• 3:15
  Speaker 2: Though?
• 3:15
Speaker 7: Probably? I think I'm going to be known as the
• 3:17
Speaker 7: shape Shop and also the weight watcher lady, and all
• 3:21
Speaker 7: of those identifiers I'm very, very proud of because I
• 3:26
Speaker 7: can promise you it was a labor of love for
• 3:30
  Speaker 7: everything that happened.
• 3:31
Speaker 6: And you came in here sport in a little hardware
• 3:33
Speaker 6: this morning and I've got a picture that we took
• 3:36
Speaker 6: and I'm going to post that on the social media.
• 3:37
Speaker 6: After the show. You were given the key to the
• 3:41
Speaker 6: city and you brought the key. It's like the Stanley Cup.
• 3:44
Speaker 6: You're just like carrying it around with you everywhere you go.
• 3:46
Speaker 6: But you got that that that that key that was
• 3:49
Speaker 6: given a U beisode upon you by Mayor Amy Goodwin
• 3:51
Speaker 6: and her fine staff, Jane Bostick and the folks with.
• 3:54
Speaker 7: The idea it was happening.
• 3:56
Speaker 6: It takes a lot to surprise you, mal Yes.
• 3:58
Speaker 7: Jane called and said can I come over about ten twenty?
• 4:01
Speaker 7: I said sure, And then when she walked in, she said,
• 4:04
Speaker 7: do you mind if the Mayor comes over in about
• 4:06
Speaker 7: twenty minutes and in walk wow k TV, and I
• 4:10
Speaker 7: was truly honored, and I think everyone in the city,
• 4:16
Speaker 7: especially Jane and our wonderful Mayor Amy Goodwin. She just
• 4:22
Speaker 7: made me feel so very, very proud. And she spoke
• 4:26
Speaker 7: eloquently of the things that I've accomplished over these many
• 4:30
  Speaker 7: years with Charleston.
• 4:30
Speaker 6: And you got that, you got that key to the city.
• 4:33
Speaker 7: Yeah, And I don't know what it is.
• 4:34
Speaker 6: I'm gonna you just go in door to door trying
• 4:36
Speaker 6: to find something I did.
• 4:37
Speaker 7: Already and tough I gotta find. Ah.
• 4:42
  Speaker 8: You are.
• 4:43
Speaker 6: You are an institution here in Charleston. I didn't say
• 4:46
Speaker 6: you needed to be in one. I said you are
• 4:47
  Speaker 6: an institution.
• 4:48
Speaker 7: There's something that I should be.
• 4:50
Speaker 6: But but you're an institution here in Charleston. I mean,
• 4:52
Speaker 6: I mean, I mean, you really are. And I know
• 4:56
Speaker 6: in the short time that I've known you, which is
• 4:57
Speaker 6: I've been doing the show for about four and a
• 4:59
Speaker 6: half years, that I've gotten to know you really well,
• 5:02
Speaker 6: as have the listeners who knew you well before I
• 5:05
Speaker 6: ever came here. And you mentioned the weight watchers thing.
• 5:07
Speaker 6: And I can remember when I started my radio career
• 5:11
Speaker 6: running commercials at a much smaller radio station in southern
• 5:15
Speaker 6: West Virginia featuring Millie Snyder of the Weight Watchers commercials
• 5:19
Speaker 6: that we ran years. And I've been in the business
• 5:22
Speaker 6: for thirty six years, so that tells you how long
• 5:23
  Speaker 6: ago it was.
• 5:24
Speaker 7: But I've got just a few over you, but not
• 5:26
  Speaker 7: too many more.
• 5:28
Speaker 6: But all these honors that you're getting, you know, the
• 5:31
Speaker 6: key to the city and everybody coming all out when
• 5:34
Speaker 6: you announced that you were closing the Shape Shop and
• 5:36
Speaker 6: doing that very philanthropic thing by donating the building to
• 5:39
Speaker 6: the folks at Health Right, which you did.
• 5:41
Speaker 7: Well, I have to tell you that they there's as
• 5:43
Speaker 7: far as I'm concerned, Uh, Doctor Settle and her entire team,
• 5:49
Speaker 7: they absolutely have no limits to what they will do
• 5:54
Speaker 7: to help anyone everyone in need. And it's very very touching,
• 5:59
Speaker 7: and I'm grateful to them for being the kind of
• 6:01
Speaker 7: organization that they are. And doctor Settle will stop at nothing.
• 6:06
Speaker 7: She has no limits if she knows that there is
• 6:09
  Speaker 7: a need. I was at Kroger's the day before I
• 6:12
Speaker 7: got the key, and a girl came over to me
• 6:15
Speaker 7: and she said, missus Snyder, I just want to tell
• 6:17
Speaker 7: you that I know your son and several years ago.
• 6:22
Speaker 7: I needed health I needed health care and I had
• 6:25
Speaker 7: no insurance and I went to health Right and they
• 6:29
Speaker 7: helped me one hundred percent and helped me get well.
• 6:32
Speaker 7: So thank you very much for what you've done. And
• 6:35
Speaker 7: I did not know her, and she knew me remotely
• 6:38
Speaker 7: through my son, so that made me feel even better.
• 6:41
Speaker 6: Well, the folks at health Right. I've had Angie Settle
• 6:43
Speaker 6: on numerous times on the show over the last several years.
• 6:46
Speaker 6: And what people don't realize is that the majority of
• 6:49
Speaker 6: their clients are working people. Yes, they're not just what
• 6:53
Speaker 6: you everybody needs help, I guess from time to time
• 6:55
Speaker 6: I understand that, but they're working people that are doing.
• 6:59
Speaker 6: Oh by way, Texas, Milly is the absolute best. Wishing
• 7:03
Speaker 6: her the best always, thank you. I don't I'll identify
• 7:06
Speaker 6: that person because that came to myself when that was
• 7:07
Speaker 6: Fred Albert, our good friend over at the AFT American
• 7:10
Speaker 6: Fan who's also retiring.
• 7:12
Speaker 7: Yes, yes, he's just and he did such a wonderful
• 7:15
Speaker 7: job not only as a teacher and well remembered as
• 7:19
Speaker 7: a teacher, but also his role with leading AFT. And
• 7:24
Speaker 7: he's just a terrific man and he gives with his
• 7:27
  Speaker 7: heart and.
• 7:27
Speaker 6: Soul and you and Fred can go on a tour
• 7:30
Speaker 6: and pick up keys to the city all over the
• 7:32
Speaker 6: state of West Virginia. Well, probably need a truck to
• 7:35
Speaker 6: put them all in, but anyway, all right, But now
• 7:38
Speaker 6: I do want people to understand though, that just because
• 7:40
Speaker 6: you have donated Shape Shopworner, you're not going away.
• 7:45
Speaker 7: No, no, no. And somebody said to me.
• 7:47
Speaker 6: This juggernaut that is Millie Snyder is not going oft
• 7:50
Speaker 6: into the sunset. You got big plans for twenty twenty five.
• 7:53
Speaker 7: Absolutely, And someone said to me, so are you moving
• 7:55
Speaker 7: to Florida? I said, no, I hate I hate Florida. No,
• 7:58
Speaker 7: I'm going to stay in Charleston, West virgin And of
• 8:00
Speaker 7: course I want everyone to know that I am continuing
• 8:04
Speaker 7: with fix It with Foods, which is learning, living and
• 8:07
Speaker 7: loving the Mediterranean lifestyle. And now Mediterranean is taking center
• 8:13
Speaker 7: stage on the internet, in the newspaper. Doctors are actually
• 8:17
Speaker 7: paying attention. And if people will eat Mediterranean lifestyle ways,
• 8:23
Speaker 7: everything cooking, they're going to get healthier, They're going to
• 8:26
Speaker 7: be able to relinquish certain medications. And I don't want
• 8:30
Speaker 7: to sound like a doctor, because you know I'm not
• 8:32
Speaker 7: a real doctor, but Mediterranean is the way to go,
• 8:36
Speaker 7: and I am doing it in a group support system.
• 8:40
Speaker 7: We now meet at the Prosperity Center, which is part
• 8:44
Speaker 7: of Goodwill. They have the most beautiful meeting rooms. There
• 8:48
Speaker 7: is a parking lot. We're going to be doing it
• 8:50
Speaker 7: Thursday morning through the end of the year, and then
• 8:53
Speaker 7: right after the first of the year, we're going to
• 8:55
Speaker 7: add a late afternoon on Thursday, so working people we'll
• 9:00
Speaker 7: be able to get in and learn it and just
• 9:03
Speaker 7: put it into their life. It's such a it's not
• 9:05
  Speaker 7: a diet, it's a way of life.
• 9:07
Speaker 6: Now, when are the meetings held?
• 9:09
Speaker 7: I'm sorry, I meant to tell you that Thursday, Thursday, Thursday,
• 9:12
Speaker 7: ten o'clock Thursday morning, and we're going to be adding a.
• 9:15
Speaker 6: Is it every Thursday morning?
• 9:17
Speaker 7: Every every Thursday, but except next week. We have a
• 9:19
Speaker 7: little you know, we're not going to do it the
• 9:21
Speaker 7: day after Christmas because I think that's called Boxing Day
• 9:25
Speaker 7: in another country. Yeah, so we're not going to do
• 9:27
Speaker 7: it next week, but we're going to do it on Wednesday. No,
• 9:30
Speaker 7: we're not even doing it on Wednesday days this Christmas Day.
• 9:32
Speaker 7: Yeah no, So we're going to miss next week, but
• 9:35
Speaker 7: we're going to pick it up the following week, okay,
• 9:38
Speaker 7: because missing is not a good thing, well, taking care
• 9:40
  Speaker 7: of yourself.
• 9:41
Speaker 6: And we talk about this, you and I talk about
• 9:43
Speaker 6: this every year. You know. It's that once we get
• 9:45
Speaker 6: through Christmas, people start making those New Year's resolutions, about
• 9:48
Speaker 6: ninety five percent of which fail within in the first
• 9:52
Speaker 6: two to three weeks. So don't you don't have to
• 9:54
Speaker 6: gorge yourself for the next week or so or getting
• 9:58
Speaker 6: into you know, and saying I'm going to start at
• 9:59
Speaker 6: the beginning of the new year, start now, because most
• 10:03
Speaker 6: of the resolutions fail.
• 10:05
Speaker 7: Right before I joined weight Watchers, which I was not
• 10:08
Speaker 7: going to do because I thought it wouldn't work and
• 10:10
Speaker 7: I wasn't going to fail again. I ate as though
• 10:13
Speaker 7: a famine was going to take over Baltimore City. And
• 10:16
Speaker 7: then the day that I actually joined, I had such
• 10:20
Speaker 7: a chip on my shoulder. I didn't want to do it.
• 10:21
Speaker 7: I didn't like this one. I didn't like that one. Anyway,
• 10:24
Speaker 7: we all know how that story worked out. But it's
• 10:28
Speaker 7: not uncommon for people to eat themselves into some euphoric
• 10:32
Speaker 7: stage because they think everything that they love is going
• 10:36
Speaker 7: away and most of the things that they eat are
• 10:38
Speaker 7: bad for them in terms of processing there is so
• 10:42
Speaker 7: much information coming across the news media that we need
• 10:47
Speaker 7: to pay attention to. In terms of processed food, we're
• 10:50
Speaker 7: actually poisoning ourselves. Yes, yeah, I mean it goes without
• 10:54
  Speaker 7: it's a slow kill. It's not a you know, if
• 10:56
  Speaker 7: I eat potato chips, it's not a fast kill. I
• 10:58
Speaker 7: mean it tastes good in your mouth.
• 11:00
Speaker 6: Can have things though, in moderation, absolutely, and and everything
• 11:03
Speaker 6: is in moderation. But you just shut and I'm a
• 11:06
  Speaker 6: I'm a potato chips guy. I a potato chip guy
• 11:08
Speaker 6: with a sandwich. That's just that's like in the Bible
• 11:10
Speaker 6: or something. I'm not sure you have to have them together.
• 11:12
Speaker 6: I'm uh but uh, but but but but I but
• 11:15
Speaker 6: I will say moderation. And even during the Christmas season
• 11:19
Speaker 6: and everybody's getting together with family, and of course you
• 11:21
Speaker 6: have the New Year's parties and so on and so forth,
• 11:24
Speaker 6: you would you would be very wise to practice moderation
• 11:29
Speaker 6: if you want to have a cookie uh with uh
• 11:32
Speaker 6: or or at an office gathering or whatever. Okay, just
• 11:35
Speaker 6: and well you don't even get me started about alcohol.
• 11:37
Speaker 6: You know, it's just just moderate taste, moderation.
• 11:41
Speaker 7: And see if you like it.
• 11:42
Speaker 6: And then move on and then find out that you
• 11:44
Speaker 6: do exactly move on all right, and again knock out
• 11:47
Speaker 6: a couple of texture text says Love hearing Milly on
• 11:49
Speaker 6: the radio, please tell her have a happy Milli Christmas. Also,
• 11:53
Speaker 6: if she uses the key to my house, she ain't
• 11:56
Speaker 6: gonna find much. She's gonna use this key to go
• 11:59
Speaker 6: around to your cabinets and see what's in your cabinet
• 12:01
  Speaker 6: that shouldn't Oh.
• 12:02
Speaker 7: Yes, and then I'm going to post a big sign
• 12:04
Speaker 7: on the front of your house contaminated.
• 12:06
Speaker 6: Do not come in. You're not doing that, Tex says.
• 12:09
Speaker 6: Milly is a jewel in the state of West Virginia.
• 12:11
Speaker 6: She has made a major impact on the health of
• 12:13
Speaker 6: everyone she's met over the years. Thank you, Millie, thank
• 12:16
Speaker 6: you very much. But again, you're not going anywhere. You're
• 12:18
Speaker 6: going to be back here with us.
• 12:19
Speaker 7: You got to dispel the rumors that I'm moving. I'm
• 12:22
  Speaker 7: not going anywhere.
• 12:23
Speaker 6: You're not. You're not going on the road, you know,
• 12:25
Speaker 6: with Aerosmith or anything.
• 12:26
Speaker 7: I told somebody yesterday I was going to take a trip.
• 12:28
Speaker 7: I'm going to Parkersburg.
• 12:29
Speaker 6: Okay, Well, all right, are you coming back or are
• 12:32
Speaker 6: you gonna stay up there.
• 12:33
Speaker 7: For I'm gonna it's just gonna be a round trip.
• 12:35
Speaker 6: You ever been to Blener Hassett.
• 12:37
  Speaker 7: Oh many times?
• 12:38
  Speaker 6: Hotel?
• 12:38
Speaker 7: A number of years ago I took the grandchildren to
• 12:41
  Speaker 7: Blenner hasseg.
• 12:42
Speaker 6: With great hotels, a great place, a great restaurant here too,
• 12:44
Speaker 6: that that you can have things in moderation, absolutely anything
• 12:48
Speaker 6: you want to add to because twenty twenty four, Millie
• 12:52
Speaker 6: has been quite a year of transition, you know, for you.
• 12:55
Speaker 6: So I'm going to give you the last thirty seconds
• 12:58
Speaker 6: or so to just say whatever you want, Wish people
• 13:01
Speaker 6: happy New Year, thank people, whatever you want to.
• 13:03
Speaker 7: Do, and thank you for that opportunity, Dave, because you know,
• 13:08
Speaker 7: for the fifty six years that I've been part of Charleston,
• 13:11
Speaker 7: West Virginia, and seemingly from the first couple of weeks
• 13:15
Speaker 7: when I arrived with Harvey Snyder, who was at the
• 13:18
Speaker 7: time my husband, people wrapped their arms around me and
• 13:21
Speaker 7: they welcomed what I was here to do, and that
• 13:25
Speaker 7: was teach people how to eat healthfully. And my gift
• 13:29
Speaker 7: to West Virginia health Right because it will serve many
• 13:32
Speaker 7: is one of the ways that I want to say
• 13:35
Speaker 7: thank you to Charleston for everything this is where I
• 13:39
Speaker 7: grew up. When I arrived in Charleston, I was a
• 13:42
Speaker 7: very young and naive twenty seven year old. People can
• 13:45
Speaker 7: grow up later in life, and I'm still in that process,
• 13:49
Speaker 7: I might add. And I'm just so appreciative for the
• 13:54
Speaker 7: love that has been shared and everything that I've experienced
• 13:59
Speaker 7: having children here. I've given birth to two West Virginia
• 14:02
Speaker 7: born children. They have produced five West Virginia born children.
• 14:07
Speaker 7: And this is home. Baltimore is where I'm from, Charleston
• 14:11
Speaker 7: and West Virginia is my home. Thank you all, And
• 14:15
Speaker 7: you'll be back again in the new year, right, I
• 14:17
Speaker 7: hope if you invite me. Oh yeah, absolutely absolutely. Just
• 14:20
Speaker 7: Happy New Year, Happy New Year, and Merry Christmas to
• 14:23
  Speaker 7: one and all.
• 14:24
Speaker 6: And to everything that you celebrate and whatever that makes
• 14:27

• 19:17
Speaker 6: And it is all right. So I want to have
• 19:19
Speaker 6: you and talk about a few things. First of all,
• 19:21
Speaker 6: I want to I want to lead off by talking
• 19:23
Speaker 6: about the obvious elephant in the room, and that is
• 19:25
Speaker 6: the Senate presidency. It came down to you, Senators Randy
• 19:28
Speaker 6: Smith and Tom Tacuba in the end, Randy Smith came
• 19:31
Speaker 6: out as a new Senate president.
• 19:32
Speaker 13: Your thoughts on that, Uh, you know, well, first of all,
• 19:35
Speaker 13: I want to take congratulations to the Senator Smith and
• 19:38
  Speaker 13: his family. It's I mean, it's a really big deal
• 19:40
Speaker 13: to him in his family, so it's a blessing to them.
• 19:44
Speaker 13: So I just wanted to congratulate him on the air.
• 19:46
Speaker 13: And Tom and Randy and I are all really good friends.
• 19:50
Speaker 13: And as you know, the serving in the Senate together,
• 19:52
Speaker 13: as long as we have, you you go through quite
• 19:55
Speaker 13: a few gauntlets together, you know, so we're we're brothers.
• 19:58
Speaker 13: But we had you know, very distinct differently visions for
• 20:01
Speaker 13: the Senate and so those as that was shared, I
• 20:04
Speaker 13: think it kind of really showed the almost the reflection
• 20:07
Speaker 13: of what's happened nationally within the Republican Party, and we're
• 20:09
Speaker 13: seeing that in the Republican Senate.
• 20:11
  Speaker 12: Uh, Senate.
• 20:12
Speaker 6: So were you and you knew it was gonna happen,
• 20:14
Speaker 6: I mean, because it happened to the Democrats and whoever's
• 20:16
Speaker 6: in charge, that happens.
• 20:17
Speaker 13: You know, yeah, and that's and that's what I mean.
• 20:18
Speaker 13: We go we're probably going to have you know, at
• 20:20
Speaker 13: least thirty two Republicans here in the Senate coming in,
• 20:23
Speaker 13: so is with those thirty two out of thirty four seats,
• 20:28
Speaker 13: you start losing a common enemy. So you start fighting
• 20:32
Speaker 13: amongst yourselves a little bit. And fighting maybe is a
• 20:34
Speaker 13: little aggressive term on it, but it's.
• 20:36
Speaker 6: It wouldn't be the way the it wouldn't be the
• 20:39
Speaker 6: way the system was set up if everybody went in
• 20:41
Speaker 6: and just was a rubber stamp on everything. There needs
• 20:44
Speaker 6: to be discussion. That's what the people, that's why they send.
• 20:46
Speaker 12: You there one hundred percent.
• 20:47
  Speaker 13: I mean, it's the what you know, there's a always
• 20:50
Speaker 13: have it in my head is that it's different forms
• 20:52
Speaker 13: of warfare, you know, so you have actual warfare where
• 20:55
Speaker 13: you have weapons, and you have political warfare, and you
• 20:56
Speaker 13: have fiscal warfare those type of things. And this is
• 20:59
Speaker 13: you know, are our legislature is where you you pick
• 21:02
Speaker 13: a representative to go represent you and if it comes
• 21:04
Speaker 13: to however aggressive, they need to represent you. That's what
• 21:07
Speaker 13: you want, you know, you want a champion in there.
• 21:09
Speaker 13: And so in the Senate members they certainly bring that
• 21:13
Speaker 13: fur their different districts across the state.
• 21:15
Speaker 6: What do you anticipate that the new session is going
• 21:18
Speaker 6: to look like? And I'm and I asked this Eric
• 21:20
Speaker 6: specifically for for you, what's it going to look like
• 21:23
Speaker 6: for you with the changes that are coming up.
• 21:26
Speaker 13: Yeah, so that's I don't expect me to be sitting
• 21:28
Speaker 13: in a leadership position, uh, with with this new group
• 21:31
Speaker 13: coming in that's taking leadership. The the Senate is set
• 21:35
Speaker 13: up into really as it sits now, three different factions.
• 21:39
Speaker 13: So you've got the the ones on uh, the Tomkuboat
• 21:43
Speaker 13: side of things that and the ones that really had
• 21:46
Speaker 13: strongly strongly support him. That are your people who business
• 21:52
Speaker 13: is the first thing they want. If they're going to
• 21:55
Speaker 13: have to deal with social issues. They're more to the
• 21:56
Speaker 13: left side of the Republican issues with social issues, but
• 21:59
Speaker 13: they're not have to deal with them if they don't
• 22:00
Speaker 13: have to. And then on Randy's camp over there, you
• 22:04
Speaker 13: have the people who feel more strongly that we should
• 22:06
Speaker 13: deal and probably with the more freedom issues social issues,
• 22:10
Speaker 13: less so with the larger macroeconomic issues, but if they
• 22:14
Speaker 13: have to deal with macroeconomic issues, they'll be right on
• 22:16
Speaker 13: them when we do that.
• 22:17
Speaker 12: And then I was kind of in the middle of
• 22:19
Speaker 12: all that. You know, I'm the guy both a little
• 22:21
  Speaker 12: bit of both.
• 22:21
Speaker 13: Yeah, so I had, you know, I was fighting on
• 22:23
Speaker 13: both fronts there for that seat. So with that new
• 22:26
Speaker 13: group coming in, we are eye to eye on just
• 22:30
Speaker 13: about every one of those freedom and social issues. The
• 22:34
Speaker 13: difference being I would say that that I brought as
• 22:37
Speaker 13: compared to Randy, is that I still have an eye
• 22:41
Speaker 13: on the bigger picture economically, and I think that's you know,
• 22:43
  Speaker 13: that's why I ran, That's why I came up, and
• 22:46
Speaker 13: so that's what I wanted to focus on.
• 22:47
  Speaker 12: So I'll step.
• 22:50
Speaker 13: Back and kind of let those two groups figure out,
• 22:54
Speaker 13: you know, which way the sen is going to go
• 22:55
Speaker 13: this next session. So for me personally, I'm going to
• 22:58
Speaker 13: focus on district. You know, it's a I've had an
• 23:00
Speaker 13: incredible run as a senator up here, and we'll continue
• 23:02
Speaker 13: to work my tail off for Senate District four. You know,
• 23:06
Speaker 13: if you look at everything that's happened over the past
• 23:07
Speaker 13: few years, we have new Core come down there, which
• 23:10
Speaker 13: is three billion dollar investment we have time at that
• 23:11
Speaker 13: came in the Ravens Wood up in Jackson County up
• 23:15
Speaker 13: there that area that is a huge investment and continues
• 23:19
Speaker 13: to grow in investments in northern Mason County. There's several
• 23:23
Speaker 13: companies that we can't really go out and disclose those
• 23:25
Speaker 13: names yet. But they are also multiples of billions of
• 23:28
Speaker 13: dollars are coming investment, major housing development growing like crazy
• 23:32
Speaker 13: all over this district now, and infrastructure projects. So there's
• 23:36
Speaker 13: a lot for me to be to go back and
• 23:38
Speaker 13: make sure that we tend to that growth in District four.
• 23:42
Speaker 12: So I have plenty to do.
• 23:43
Speaker 13: I've got plenty to do, and that's a you know,
• 23:44
Speaker 13: I'm gonna those things. I've been really blessed and feel
• 23:49
Speaker 13: grateful that I was able to be part of that,
• 23:51
Speaker 13: and so I want to make sure that it's nourished.

• 24:09
Speaker 6: get your opinion on something here. As far as Randy
• 24:12
Speaker 6: Smith as a leader, because Craig Blair was there eight
• 24:17
Speaker 6: days a week, I mean he you know, he was there,
• 24:20
Speaker 6: and a house speaker Roger Henshaw realizes as well that
• 24:24
Speaker 6: when you are the leader of the legislative the respective
• 24:28
Speaker 6: legislative groups. Although we have a part time citizen legislature.
• 24:34
Speaker 6: In my opinion and observing this for a long time
• 24:37
Speaker 6: and having good friends that have served there, it's not
• 24:40
  Speaker 6: a part time job. I mean, if you're a legislator,
• 24:44
Speaker 6: like you're about to be a legislator, it can be
• 24:46
Speaker 6: up where you've got to ord knows you have enough
• 24:48
Speaker 6: else to keep you busy. But if you're in a
• 24:50
Speaker 6: leadership position like that, like the Senate President, like the
• 24:55
Speaker 6: like the Speaker of the House, it's really not a
• 24:57
Speaker 6: part time job. There have been those that have said
• 25:00
Speaker 6: Pine on this show and Hoppy and others that, with
• 25:04
Speaker 6: all due respect to Randy Smith, and I don't mean
• 25:06
Speaker 6: this in a disparage in a way that he may
• 25:08
Speaker 6: not be as hands on. Do you see that as
• 25:11
Speaker 6: being if that if that is the case, senator, do
• 25:13
Speaker 6: you see that as being problematic?
• 25:16
  Speaker 3: Man?
• 25:16
Speaker 13: That's that's pointed question. So my my gut instinct says yes.
• 25:20
Speaker 13: So I've had in my time up there, and I'm
• 25:22
Speaker 13: speaking strictly, this is you know, from Eric, this is you,
• 25:25
Speaker 13: this is this is me, this is me. You know,
• 25:27
Speaker 13: I came up as a as an advisor under Bill
• 25:30
Speaker 13: Cole up there when he was Sentate president and so
• 25:33
Speaker 13: worked on him as an advisor.
• 25:34
Speaker 12: I was there with Mitch as an advisor.
• 25:37
Speaker 13: And also that's serving as a senator when Mitch Carmichael
• 25:39
Speaker 13: was sent a president, worked also very closely of course
• 25:43
Speaker 13: with Craig Blair senter president. So in my time in
• 25:46
Speaker 13: the Senate, I have worked more out of that Senate
• 25:48
Speaker 13: President's office than I have any other office in the
• 25:50
Speaker 13: cap including my finance office. It's just it's just just
• 25:52
Speaker 13: where my role has been. In part that's partly where
• 25:55
Speaker 13: I think it's cost me to send you know, the
• 25:56
Speaker 13: president race as well. It is just because it's I've
• 25:59
Speaker 13: been very focused on that that the work of there
• 26:03
Speaker 13: of the Centate President's office, and so one of the
• 26:05
Speaker 13: things that I do know is that every one of
• 26:07
Speaker 13: those men that were in that position put in way
• 26:10
Speaker 13: more than forty hours a week into that job. And
• 26:12
Speaker 13: it's we came that group came in up to really
• 26:17
Speaker 13: fix major, major economic issues in West Virginia and and
• 26:23
Speaker 13: been doing that. And so now you see Westvirginia turn
• 26:26
Speaker 13: a curve and we're growing just exponentially, and you're gonna
• 26:29
Speaker 13: see that the steam that's heading this way on economic
• 26:33
Speaker 13: growth is not slowing down. It will not for several years.
• 26:35
Speaker 13: You couldn't get in the way of it right now
• 26:37
Speaker 13: if you tried, so that with that growth, it takes
• 26:42
Speaker 13: a lot more than you can ever imagine when you
• 26:44
Speaker 13: start dealing with billions and deck of billions of GDP
• 26:50
Speaker 13: growth that that you.
• 26:53
  Speaker 12: See from that.
• 26:53
Speaker 13: So if if you do not tend it well, then
• 26:58
Speaker 13: you slow the momentum. And we want as much of
• 27:00
Speaker 13: that moment as we possibly can. So you know, for me,
• 27:04
Speaker 13: I really do think that the man or a woman
• 27:07
Speaker 13: who would ever sit in that seat that it absolutely
• 27:10
Speaker 13: deserves the people of West Virginia deserve full time effort there.
• 27:15
Speaker 6: Eric explain what happened with the special session that wasn't
• 27:18
Speaker 6: a week ago. Interims were already scheduled. We already know that,
• 27:21
Speaker 6: but there was talk about a special session to deal
• 27:23
Speaker 6: with economic development. There have been all sorts of talks
• 27:26
Speaker 6: to what it may or may not have been, perhaps
• 27:28
Speaker 6: a data center. Last week I had Senator Glenn Jefferies
• 27:33
Speaker 6: on the show, and he and I were kind of
• 27:35
Speaker 6: on the same page referring to what it may have been.
• 27:37
Speaker 6: He indicated that it may that's not dead. Do you
• 27:40
  Speaker 6: care to comment.
• 27:41
Speaker 12: It's not dead. Yeah, it's not dead.
• 27:43
Speaker 13: There's and it's one of many of these type investments
• 27:46
Speaker 13: that we're looking at.
• 27:48
  Speaker 12: I think that.
• 27:51
Speaker 13: One is that Governor Justice on his way out is
• 27:55
Speaker 13: juggling the transition from leaving the Governor's office to going
• 28:00
Speaker 13: into a US Senate seat for one and all the staff.
• 28:02
Speaker 12: That's there along with that as well.
• 28:05
Speaker 13: And the group that that really was wanting this legislation
• 28:10
Speaker 13: passed felt like that it was urgent for them to
• 28:13
Speaker 13: get it passed. As it was communicated to the Governor's office,
• 28:16
Speaker 13: I believe now the communication to the legislature on what
• 28:21
Speaker 13: the legislation would do was less than stellar, I would say,
• 28:26
Speaker 13: by how fast it came to us and the description
• 28:29
Speaker 13: of actually what was going on. So you really can't
• 28:32
Speaker 13: deal with one hundred and thirty four people like that
• 28:34
Speaker 13: that are coming up and then you have it's a
• 28:36
Speaker 13: major piece of legislation. It's it's pretty significant on what
• 28:39
Speaker 13: that legislation would do. So as we got the looking at,
• 28:41
Speaker 13: there's an awful lot of questions and in the timeframe
• 28:44
Speaker 13: that was given by that group to answer those questions
• 28:47
Speaker 13: was just not going to be able to happen.
• 28:48
Speaker 12: I don't think so actually get the legislation passed.
• 28:51
Speaker 13: So once that that was pulled back, it was revealed
• 28:58
Speaker 13: that that time frame really was as urgent maybe as
• 29:01
Speaker 13: we anticipated it could be what it was brought to us.
• 29:04
Speaker 13: So I think that you'll see the legislation come back
• 29:06
Speaker 13: around in regular session. I do not think you're gonna
• 29:09
Speaker 13: see anything that hinders the investment that's coming at the
• 29:11
Speaker 13: scale of that investment relatively stalling until regular session, and
• 29:18
Speaker 13: the stuff we're looking at really will have a huge
• 29:22
Speaker 13: future impact on the state of West Virginia, and it's
• 29:25
Speaker 13: important to get it right.
• 29:26
Speaker 6: Once we get through the holiday season and we get
• 29:29
Speaker 6: the new governor in office, and we get the new
• 29:33
Speaker 6: Center President, so on and so forth. Once you when
• 29:35
Speaker 6: you folks on legislature, get down to business. What's on
• 29:37
Speaker 6: the what's on the plate? What what?
• 29:39
  Speaker 11: What?
• 29:39
Speaker 6: What's exciting you about the upcoming session? What are some
• 29:42
Speaker 6: things that Eric Tarr would like to see?
• 29:45
  Speaker 14: You know?
• 29:45
  Speaker 5: Uh?
• 29:45
Speaker 13: For me, I think it's that we we double down.
• 29:49
Speaker 13: If I if if, what would I like to see it?
• 29:50
Speaker 13: I like to see we double down on making sure
• 29:53
Speaker 13: that we get our government as efficient as possible. I'm
• 29:56
Speaker 13: really excited that Patrick Morsey has that same agenda, so
• 30:00
Speaker 13: I'll be happy to support and help him with that
• 30:02
Speaker 13: in his really his honeymoon years he comes in as
• 30:04
Speaker 13: governor and having the first really long time Republican with
• 30:08
Speaker 13: a Republican agenda coming in and somebody who's really championing
• 30:11
Speaker 13: that from the get go, with a history that backs
• 30:15
Speaker 13: it up. So I'm excited about getting into that and
• 30:19
Speaker 13: making the government of West Virginia work for the people
• 30:24
Speaker 13: of West Virginia rather than it being the other way around,
• 30:27
Speaker 13: which we have in several agencies when you get four
• 30:30
Speaker 13: or five levels deep in them. So I'm excited about that.
• 30:33
Speaker 13: What that offers to the people of West Virginia is
• 30:36
Speaker 13: that your tax dollars that go in is improved value
• 30:39
Speaker 13: from those tax dollars and hopefully going forward, less of
• 30:43
Speaker 13: them required to run government, which ultimately we really really
• 30:49
Speaker 13: really need to get to that at least a fifty
• 30:51
Speaker 13: percent reduction and income tax to be competitive. If that's
• 30:54
Speaker 13: the way we're going to address our tax structure as
• 30:56
Speaker 13: opposed to personal property tax, or we're going need to
• 30:58
Speaker 13: really focus on property tax, and those are two huge
• 31:01
Speaker 13: advantages that we can keep this moment. I'm going for
• 31:04
Speaker 13: generations to come. We've got to be competitive on this front.

• 31:23
Speaker 6: the book is written about the relationship and the the governorship,
• 31:28
Speaker 6: if you will, the administration of Governor Jim Justice. One
• 31:32
Speaker 6: of the chapters in that in that in that metaphorical book,
• 31:36
Speaker 6: Eric will be that the governor did not always have
• 31:40
Speaker 6: the best relationship with with with with leadership, particularly in
• 31:46
Speaker 6: the Senate. And we look back and we look at
• 31:48
Speaker 6: the property tax deal, we look at various things. And
• 31:50
Speaker 6: so do you anticipate a better relationship with incoming Governor Morrison?
• 31:55
Speaker 13: I do solely on that you'll have a governor who's present.
• 31:58
Speaker 13: He's present in the engaged and so when you when
• 32:02
Speaker 13: you have with with all due respect to Governor Justice,
• 32:08
Speaker 13: the way that he ran things, he kind of ran
• 32:11
Speaker 13: removed from the process a lot, which created more friction
• 32:14
Speaker 13: than was necessary. I think when you have somebody who's
• 32:17
Speaker 13: going to be involved in the process that certainly gives opportunity.
• 32:19
  Speaker 12: For friction too.
• 32:21
Speaker 13: But I think you're gonna have somebody who's going to
• 32:23
Speaker 13: have a better handle on understanding.
• 32:28
Speaker 12: The the the view of.
• 32:29
Speaker 13: The legislature as you're moving forward on policy and working
• 32:31
Speaker 13: a little closer on making sure you have a common view.
• 32:34
Speaker 13: And when you can do that, man, if we if
• 32:36
Speaker 13: we have and I'm this is I'm so optimistic for
• 32:38
Speaker 13: what's coming in because here here's the thing to get
• 32:40
  Speaker 13: excited about.
• 32:41
  Speaker 12: Got you got.
• 32:41
Speaker 13: You've got a Republican governor who's excited about coming in
• 32:44
Speaker 13: and running a really Republican agenda. You have a mega
• 32:47
Speaker 13: majority of Republican legislature who's excited to have that governor.
• 32:51
Speaker 13: And if he comes in and gets it right, he's
• 32:53
Speaker 13: going to be smacking that ball right in the threads.
• 32:56
Speaker 13: I mean, it's just uh have every opportunity to So
• 32:59
Speaker 13: I'm ex side to be able to go in and
• 33:01
Speaker 13: be in locksteps as our three chambers, an executive, Senate,
• 33:06
Speaker 13: in the house in making an impact for the future
• 33:10
Speaker 13: West Virginia. So I'm excited about that. I think it's
• 33:12
Speaker 13: going to be a better relationship.
• 33:14
Speaker 6: It's an ary tarm anything you want to close, anything
• 33:17
Speaker 6: on your mind, wish people have Merry Christmas, whatever you
• 33:20
  Speaker 6: want to do.
• 33:20
Speaker 13: But I want to congratulate the Winfield Generals last night
• 33:23
Speaker 13: from winning their second their second basketball game or gets
• 33:26
Speaker 13: sense of a Cistonville. I think it was sixty forty
• 33:27
Speaker 13: five last night. It's a big deal for that group.
• 33:30
Speaker 13: They're playing a bunch of freshmen out there and they're
• 33:31
  Speaker 13: winning games.
• 33:32
Speaker 6: And you know something about the head coach of Winfield, right.
• 33:34
Speaker 12: Yeah, he's a good guy. You know.
• 33:35
Speaker 13: It's also happens to be your brother. Happens to be
• 33:38
Speaker 13: my brother. Happy to be my brother. Yeah, the varsity
• 33:39
Speaker 13: head coach down there, he's a good dude. So that
• 33:42
Speaker 13: and just merry Christmas to everybody. Be careful on the
• 33:45
  Speaker 13: roads today.
• 33:45
  Speaker 12: I came up.
• 33:46
Speaker 13: It is an absolute gauntlet if you're traveling the interstate
• 33:48
Speaker 13: this morning, so you're dodging everybody and everything that's left
• 33:51
Speaker 13: on the road from the accidents.
• 33:52
Speaker 6: Yeah, and it's just rain. I mean, that's the thing
• 33:55
Speaker 6: we talked about with Larry Dawson earlier. There's far more
• 33:57
Speaker 6: accidents in rain than there is in snow, so it's
• 34:00
Speaker 6: going to be like this all day, So please please
• 34:02
Speaker 6: just use caution. I did have a text here and
• 34:04
Speaker 6: I want to ask you this on your way out
• 34:06
Speaker 6: the door. Have you been asked to service finance chare again?
• 34:09
Speaker 6: If so, did you decline?
• 34:11
  Speaker 4: Yes?
• 34:11
  Speaker 13: I have been asked, and yes I declined. There's I
• 34:14
Speaker 13: think that this this new group coming in the relationship.
• 34:19
Speaker 13: Let me let me, let me posture this the relationship
• 34:21
Speaker 13: between the Senate President and the Finance chair. To operate
• 34:25
Speaker 13: it like I have operated as a finance chair requires
• 34:29
  Speaker 13: absolute trust.
• 34:30
  Speaker 12: It just does.
• 34:32
Speaker 13: When you're going in and there are big battles that
• 34:34
Speaker 13: you have over lots of dollars. What you can't do
• 34:38
Speaker 13: is is from finance chair, at least in my perspective,
• 34:42
Speaker 13: be worried about the Senate President cutting your knees out
• 34:45
Speaker 13: for potentially either not understanding or not being involved in
• 34:49
Speaker 13: the discussion at a very high level. And then have
• 34:51
Speaker 13: the trust that what you're doing is in the best
• 34:54
Speaker 13: interest of the state, so that you you you're fighting
• 34:58
Speaker 13: back to back in those two positions, you're back upped
• 35:00
Speaker 13: each other, and you handle the left, I'm handling the right.
• 35:04
Speaker 13: I didn't feel like I could have that level of
• 35:07
Speaker 13: relationship with really anybody else who would have went into
• 35:10
Speaker 13: that Senate president's seat.
• 35:11
  Speaker 12: And that's why I ran. That's just just why I
• 35:13
Speaker 12: ran for cent president.
• 35:14
Speaker 13: I would have stay in that sentence, financed share as
• 35:15
Speaker 13: long as I had somebody like Craig Blair. They're serving
• 35:18
Speaker 13: as president for as long as the people would have
• 35:21
Speaker 13: me there. I don't feel like that same opportunity is
• 35:25
Speaker 13: there now with a with somebody else that's in our
• 35:28
Speaker 13: caucus that would step up into that seat. And so
• 35:31
Speaker 13: I made it very clear to the caucus that that
• 35:34
Speaker 13: I did not expect once once Craig had lost his race,
• 35:37
Speaker 13: is that I did not expect to continue as Finance chair.
• 35:40
Speaker 6: All right, Siner, Eric Tarbill, leave it there. I appreciate

Speaker 6: the murder of Brian Thompson, the CEO of a United

• 39:52
Speaker 6: but several institutions have reported it, including Emmercy College, which

Speaker 6: to those folks from the Chamber of Commerce coming up
• 40:19
Speaker 6: on tomorrow's show. I want to talk a little bit
• 40:21
Speaker 6: about politics this morning before we go to break. I'm
• 40:24
Speaker 6: kind of over time here. I did find it interesting
• 40:28
Speaker 6: that there seemed to be some issues popping up with
• 40:32
Speaker 6: the State Democratic Party. On Monday, State Democratic Party Chair
• 40:37
Speaker 6: and Delegate Mike Pushkin issued a statement on behalf of
• 40:40
Speaker 6: the state party saying that they were quote disappointed by
• 40:44
Speaker 6: the Biden administration's decision to commute the sentences of individuals
• 40:49
Speaker 6: convicted of public corruption. Quote here from Pushkin. Some of
• 40:53
Speaker 6: these pardons are the kinds of pardons we would expect
• 40:56
Speaker 6: from President elect Trump, not President Byte. He then mentioned
• 41:02
Speaker 6: in the piece a few of the pardons that President
• 41:05
Speaker 6: Biden has handed out. And I only bring this up
• 41:07
Speaker 6: because it's not often, As Steven Allen Adams of Ogden
• 41:11
Speaker 6: Newspapers pointed out on x, it's not often that you
• 41:14
Speaker 6: see a state party chair of any party criticize the
• 41:18
Speaker 6: sitting president of the same party. I mean, you know,
• 41:22
Speaker 6: there's no way that any Republican party state chair is
• 41:26
Speaker 6: going to do that to Donald Trump. In the meantime,
• 41:31
Speaker 6: there are some speaking out against the fact that the
• 41:36
Speaker 6: guy who was at least for a time a delegate
• 41:38
Speaker 6: elect switched his party from Republican to Democrat as kind
• 41:43
Speaker 6: of a screw you to the Republican caucus. Of course,
• 41:46
Speaker 6: I'm talking about mister de Soto, who is charged with
• 41:49
Speaker 6: making terroristic threats against other legislators. Some on social media,
• 41:57
Speaker 6: including former Legislator Rick Stateton, who has been on the
• 41:59
Speaker 6: show show in the past, have criticized the State Democratic
• 42:04
Speaker 6: Party for not condemning in a timely manner the threats
• 42:07
Speaker 6: allegedly made by De Soto against his fellow legislators. Now, granted,
• 42:12
Speaker 6: I have not spoken to party Cherdell Mike Pushkin about this.
• 42:15
Speaker 6: The next time, as I mentioned earlier, he scheduled to
• 42:17
Speaker 6: be on the show is next Tuesday, and that will
• 42:19
Speaker 6: be cheap programming plug here a politics free day, as
• 42:22
Speaker 6: we will again be presenting our giant Jewish Christmas Spectacular
• 42:26
Speaker 6: as we do each Christmas feature in the music stylings
• 42:29
Speaker 6: of one Mike Pushkin. Get him on the show at
• 42:33
Speaker 6: a different time to talk about that, I promise, but
• 42:34
Speaker 6: we're not going to talk about it when he's on
• 42:36
Speaker 6: on Tuesday. I think the Mountaineers did better at what
• 42:40
Speaker 6: some people thought they would in the Scooter's Coffee Frisco
• 42:43

Speaker 6: two to thirty seven, but after going to sleep to
• 42:49
Speaker 6: the first half, they actually came alive in the second half.
• 42:51
Speaker 6: They were down seventeen at one point before the comeback.
• 42:54
Speaker 6: The Mountaineers finished six and seven on the season. Now,
• 42:57
Speaker 6: Coop's on vacation this week and I've been setting in
• 42:59
Speaker 6: for him to the first hour of Hotline with Dave Weekly,
• 43:02
Speaker 6: and the question of the day yesterday on Weekly was
• 43:06
Speaker 6: next season, if Rod goes seven and six. As a
• 43:10
Speaker 6: Mountaineer fan, would you be happy? Well? This season under
• 43:14
Speaker 6: Neil Brown and the term coach Chad Scott last night
• 43:16
Speaker 6: they finished six and seven. Not a lot of people
• 43:18
Speaker 6: happy about that going back to a next season. My
• 43:22
Speaker 6: contention is if the Mountaineers go seven and six but
• 43:25
Speaker 6: still beat Pitt, that might take some of the sting
• 43:28
Speaker 6: out of Otherwise what was a disappointing season. Anyway, the
• 43:31
Speaker 6: Mountaineers close out the season with the loss. Now they
• 43:33
Speaker 6: get ready for the twenty twenty five season and the
• 43:35
Speaker 6: return of rich Rod Hoppy we'll talk more about the
• 43:37
Speaker 6: Bowl game on talk line this morning weekly and I
• 43:39
Speaker 6: will talk about it on the hotline. Of course. Then
• 43:41
Speaker 6: you know the Sportsland guys are going to be all
• 43:43

Speaker 6: So A lot has been written about the killing of
• 46:38
Speaker 6: United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson. Luigi Manjoni is charged. It's tragedy.
• 46:45
Speaker 6: I think we all admit all around, but apparently not
• 46:50
Speaker 6: everyone feels that way. There is a poll out and
• 46:54
Speaker 6: it just goes to show you in my opinion, where
• 46:58
Speaker 6: we are as a society. Emerson College is out with
• 47:02
Speaker 6: a poll that says forty one percent of young people
• 47:07
Speaker 6: and define here as ages eighteen to twenty nine, that
• 47:14
Speaker 6: forty one percent say that the killing of the CEO
• 47:18
Speaker 6: of United Healthcare was justifiable. It takes a lot for
• 47:26
Speaker 6: somebody who's been in this chair for the last four
• 47:29
Speaker 6: years and been doing this for thirty six years to
• 47:30
Speaker 6: be shocked by something. But when I first heard that
• 47:35
Speaker 6: on the radio, and then I did a little research
• 47:37
Speaker 6: on it, it, I was totally floored by that that
• 47:46
Speaker 6: forty one percent think it was justified. And this is
• 47:50
Speaker 6: young people that we're talking about between the ages of
• 47:53
Speaker 6: eighteen to twenty nine. That's how they defined you know,
• 47:55
Speaker 6: That's how I would define them.
• 47:59
  Speaker 4: In five In.
• 48:00
Speaker 6: Doing a little digging, not only do an alarming number
• 48:06
Speaker 6: of people find the killing okay, and trust me, it's
• 48:09
Speaker 6: not just those between the ages of eighteen and forty nine.
• 48:13
Speaker 6: That's just what they pulled here. A great number of
• 48:16
Speaker 6: people are donating thousands of dollars to the alleged killer's
• 48:23
Speaker 6: defense fund, even as going so far as to put
• 48:28
Speaker 6: money in his prison commissary account. Because he's being viewed
• 48:36
Speaker 6: by many as a hero now and that's where we
• 48:49
Speaker 6: are right now, and doing a little checking on the
• 48:55
Speaker 6: man that they call BT, Brian Thompson. I think I've
• 48:58
Speaker 6: got a friend named Brian Thompson has been on the
• 48:59
Speaker 6: show show. I think if your name is Brian Thompson,
• 49:01
Speaker 6: they automatically call you BT. But uh, he was a father,
• 49:07
Speaker 6: he was a husband, rose up through the ranks in
• 49:12
Speaker 6: the healthcare he was an accountant by trade, rose up
• 49:14
Speaker 6: through the ranks. And look, our is our healthcare system
• 49:18
Speaker 6: in America? Fine? And is it good? No? No, it's
• 49:21
Speaker 6: not okay in a lot of ways. However, however, that's
• 49:27
Speaker 6: where we are now, that we're saying that the killing
• 49:29
Speaker 6: of someone is justifiable. That's that's that's that's where we are.

• 49:57
Speaker 6: I read that, Uh Tex says that United Healthcare, see,
• 50:00
Speaker 6: you know, made forty four million dollars by denying people
• 50:02
Speaker 6: to service that they've paid for. These people had a
• 50:05
Speaker 6: worse quality of life or died because of that greed.
• 50:08
Speaker 6: I don't see why it's so difficult to understand the
• 50:10
Speaker 6: lack of sympathy for the CEO, because, uh he was
• 50:14
Speaker 6: a father, because he was a fellow human being. Maybe
• 50:19
Speaker 6: removed from the job if he was doing such a
• 50:21
Speaker 6: piss poor job. But to say his killing is justified, really,
• 50:30
Speaker 6: Dex says, that's really not surprising to me concerning there's
• 50:33
Speaker 6: eighty one million people that voted for a person that's
• 50:35
Speaker 6: going to pardon nine hundred people that beat the crap
• 50:38
Speaker 6: out of a policeman on January sixth for zero reason,
• 50:41
Speaker 6: and these people think it's okay. Speaking of pardons, someone
• 50:44
Speaker 6: sent me a text about the number of pardons, and
• 50:47
  Speaker 6: I don't know, there's no there's there's no evidence on
• 50:52
Speaker 6: this as to where this came from, but it was
• 50:55
Speaker 6: a number of presidential pardons according to this, Joe Biden
• 50:57
Speaker 6: eighty sixty two, Donald Trump two thirty seven. Now again,
• 51:01
Speaker 6: I don't know what that's based on. That was just
• 51:02
Speaker 6: numbers that were sent to me. Tex says, I'm not
• 51:05
Speaker 6: surprised at the support of the CEO murder when everyday
• 51:08
Speaker 6: folks see the dumbing down on the value of life,
• 51:11
Speaker 6: when a million murders of unborn babies are glorified by
• 51:14
Speaker 6: the media. As God says, be sure your sin will
• 51:17
Speaker 6: find you out. Tex says, You're concerned that this is
• 51:21
Speaker 6: where we are as a society, aren't we all? But
• 51:24
Speaker 6: why are we here? It's obvious we disregard God and
• 51:28
Speaker 6: his word and refuse to bring him into the public

• 52:14
Speaker 6: killing was quote excused and blamed on the evil healthcare

Speaker 6: and insurance industry. So apparently the murder was justified and
