- 0:00Welcome to Frontline Static, we will get to hear interviews with
- 0:02some of my clients journeys of getting into flight and how they
- 0:05utilize coaching to help them create success of getting hired
- 0:08with less confusion and more ease.
- 0:10Make your dream a reality of getting into flight.
- 0:12Listen in as you hear some of the stories of the people
- 0:14getting there and come join the flight prep group.
- 0:16Hey you guys, welcome to this Instagram live.
- 0:18It's been a while since I did 1 and so I thought it would be
- 0:21really fun as I'm talking about the five step process of getting
- 0:25to flight this week of just bringing you a quick little
- 0:28workshop that talks about my five step process of getting to
- 0:32flight. For those of you guys who have
- 0:34joined me inside the Flight Prep Academy and I'm going to talk to
- 0:37you a little bit about the Flight Prep Academy today
- 0:39because we are preparing to do a 30 day challenge in the month of
- 0:43August. We are gonna be meeting twice a
- 0:45week and I'm really working towards your goal of flight.
- 0:49And so today I just want to, if you guys have noticed in the
- 0:53last couple of days over emails, draw my e-mail list or if you
- 0:57follow me on Instagram, I've been talking about the five step
- 0:59process. And I think I've trickled in the
- 1:02first three steps. But today on this workshop, I'm
- 1:04going to talk to you about all 5 steps of getting to flight.
- 1:07And then I'm going to invite you to come join us inside the
- 1:10Flight Prep Academy and talk to you a little bit more about that
- 1:12and what it includes. So for those of you guys who
- 1:17have never met me before or who are just joining us live, my
- 1:20name is Janessa. I am a flight nurse and flight
- 1:23medic coach for people who want to get into flight.
- 1:26I, when I was trying to get into flight years ago, I, I didn't
- 1:31know anybody in the industry. I didn't know the process of
- 1:34doing it. And so I kind of asked
- 1:36questions, googled a lot of things, talked to a lot of
- 1:39people, and really figured out how to do it on my own.
- 1:42After I got hired into flight, I worked as a flight nurse for
- 1:46about 7 years. And in that time, I got to sit
- 1:49in a lot of flight interviews. I got to train a lot of new
- 1:53flight nurses and flight medics. And because of this, I was asked
- 1:57a ton, how do you get into it? How do you do it?
- 2:00And within that period of time, I became a life coach.
- 2:04And I realized I really want to use my coaching skills combined
- 2:07with my flight nurse skills of really creating a program that's
- 2:11going to help more people achieve this dream of getting
- 2:13into flight, of being a flight nurse or a flight medic.
- 2:17Because of that, I've whittled down the process into 5 simple
- 2:20steps. And I've created a lot of
- 2:22success for dozens of people getting into flight for the last
- 2:26four years that I have ran this program.
- 2:28And my goal is to help each and every single person who knows
- 2:33that they want this as their goal.
- 2:35Make it achievable. Make it attainable for them.
- 2:37Map out their plan earlier on and start taking action towards
- 2:41it so that they are not just flapping their wings in the wind
- 2:45and taking a bunch of actions and doing a bunch of things.
- 2:48I really do have made this into 5 simple steps, so we'll help
- 2:51you get there. So I'm going to talk about those
- 2:52five simple steps today so that you guys have an idea and I am
- 2:57going to then talk to you about the flight prep Academy.
- 3:02Thank you so much for your comment in there.
- 3:05Really appreciate it. I I just love having you a part
- 3:09of the group and I love that you you get to show people what's
- 3:14really possible for themselves to by putting that comment in
- 3:17there. So thank you for that mention.
- 3:19So I'm going to talk about the five step process.
- 3:22So let's go number one is mindset.
- 3:24This is the biggest reason why I became a coach because I
- 3:27realized through through healthcare and through being a
- 3:30critical care nurse that mindset is everything that you don't
- 3:35have to be 100% confident before you do anything or go for big
- 3:39goals. You just have to be the person
- 3:41who can learn to have doubt and take it with you.
- 3:44And so mindset is a big thing when it comes to flight nursing
- 3:48because if you don't believe that you're a flight nurse,
- 3:49companies aren't going to either.
- 3:51Now, that doesn't mean that you have to be 100% confident before
- 3:54going for it. I really am going to teach you
- 3:57how to have doubt, how to be nervous, how to how to have
- 4:03fear, how to have big fears of failure, how to be afraid of
- 4:06your big goals and still continue to take action and
- 4:09still continue to move forward. And so mindset is everything
- 4:14when you're getting to flight. So growing your mindset to both
- 4:17be a confident critical care nurse and to get into flight and
- 4:22to think about yourself as that flight nurse before it even
- 4:25happens is key. So that's the first step of
- 4:28becoming a flight nurse is not being 100% confident, but
- 4:31learning to grow that confidence through doubt.
- 4:33And I really teach you how to do that.
- 4:35I really teach you how to listen to both sides of your brain.
- 4:39The way that I explain it is that sometimes we kind of have
- 4:43two sides going on. We have the side that's like
- 4:46telling us we can't do it. And then we have the side that's
- 4:48telling us we can. And mindset is big because I
- 4:52teach you how to hold both sides and how to listen more to the
- 4:55side. That's like, yes, I can do it.
- 4:58And to grow that believe and that confidence level.
- 5:00At the same time, 100% confidence or being confident as
- 5:04a flight nurse or as a critical care clinician does not mean
- 5:08that you know everything. It just means that you
- 5:11confidently know when you don't know it and that you can ask the
- 5:15right person and that you're going to get the right people to
- 5:18help you out and you're going to figure that out.
- 5:21So there's going to be moments where your confidence is going
- 5:23to wax and wane. There's going to be moments when
- 5:26your belief is going to wax and wane and getting to this goal in
- 5:29anything that you're doing. And so the mindset piece is
- 5:34really learning how to navigate the imposter syndrome, how to be
- 5:38friends with imposter syndrome, and how to know that that
- 5:41imposter syndrome is not going to go away and leaning into it.
- 5:46So that's step one in getting to flight is really navigating your
- 5:49mindset, learning to have doubt and confidence at the same time
- 5:52and bringing them both with you in this process.
- 5:55The second step in the process of getting to flight is mapping
- 5:59out your plan. Now this means as soon as you
- 6:02know that you want flight nursing or as soon as you know
- 6:05that you want flight paramedicine, getting your plan
- 6:08mapped out. This is so important.
- 6:11I mapped up my plan as soon as I knew it, which was in nursing
- 6:14school. And so I've created an entire
- 6:16road map no matter where you're starting, what to be working on.
- 6:20So for example, if you're starting in nursing school, I
- 6:22have a road map of nursing students of what they should be
- 6:25doing in nursing school, then after graduation, then year one,
- 6:28year 2 and year 3 and so on and so forth.
- 6:31No matter where you're starting, there are a couple reasons why
- 6:35having a mapped out plan is so important.
- 6:37The very first reason is it keeps you on track.
- 6:40It keeps you out of overdoing, overactioning, overworking.
- 6:45I just see a lot of people who want flight go out and blindly
- 6:49work a bunch of different departments for a bunch of
- 6:51different years. And then after they get trauma
- 6:54experience then and they go get ICU experience and then they go
- 6:56get pediatric experience and then they think they need
- 6:59cardiac device experience. And not having a mapped out plan
- 7:03has you just doing all of the things.
- 7:05So having a mapped out plan helps you keep things short,
- 7:08concise and simple and only taking the right action on the
- 7:13right things and not doing a bunch of different things.
- 7:16So it, it keeps you on track, it keeps you out of overwhelm, it
- 7:22keeps you out of overdoing and it keeps you out of spinning.
- 7:25And the other reason why having a mapped out plan is so
- 7:28important is that obstacles are going to come up and you're
- 7:32going to lose confidence in yourself.
- 7:34And having a mapped out plan knows and teaches you how to get
- 7:38right back on track. You know, OK, this is a plan
- 7:40that I need to be doing. This is what I need to be
- 7:42focusing on to get right back on track.
- 7:44So it gives you clarity, it gets you out of confusion, and it
- 7:47keeps you on track and tells you where to start.
- 7:50So this is the very first thing that we do inside the Flight
- 7:53Prep Academy. When you come and join is no
- 7:54matter where you're starting, we have your plan mapped out.
- 7:58And you, if you know that you want flight, you want to keep
- 8:02your actions, that you're taking it very simplified.
- 8:05So that's why having an individual mapped out plan is so
- 8:08important. I teach you exactly where to
- 8:09start no matter where you're starting in your journey inside
- 8:11the Flight Prep Academy. The third step of getting into
- 8:15flight that I teach is doing ride alongs and making
- 8:18connections with flight companies.
- 8:20This is what I talked about today on my Instagram page.
- 8:22This is so important. There's three reasons why you
- 8:25want to do this. Number 1, you get to sit in that
- 8:28helicopter seat. You get to see, taste, feel what
- 8:32it's like to do the job and being with the team helps you
- 8:35feel like, oh, OK, this is what it's going to be like when I'm
- 8:38doing it. And it helps you feel like it's
- 8:40closer than you think. Ride alongs are not meant to you
- 8:43right before you apply and you want to get into flight nursing.
- 8:47No, you want to be doing ride alongs as soon as nursing
- 8:50school. And I actually recommend doing 6
- 8:53to 8 a year. I teach you inside the flight
- 8:55prep Academy exactly how to ask for them and how to start doing
- 8:58them. And I have someone in my group
- 9:00who once I taught her that, she did six in four weeks, six ride
- 9:05alongs in one month. Now, I don't recommend that.
- 9:08I recommend spreading them out throughout the year, so about
- 9:113:00 to 4:00 in a six month period.
- 9:13But I teach you how to do them and how to ask for them.
- 9:15And flight companies want you to do them so bad that you are.
- 9:18It's totally doable for you to be able to do 6 to 8 ride alongs
- 9:21a year. So number one reason of doing
- 9:23that is you get to sit in that helicopter seat, you get to be
- 9:25with the team, you get to see what it is like to do the job
- 9:28and it will feel much closer to you than you think.
- 9:30It gets you very excited. It's awesome to be doing that
- 9:33before you even get into flight and get to know the teams #2 The
- 9:38second reason why you want to be doing ride alongs and making
- 9:40connections is you want to speed date a bunch of companies.
- 9:43I've used speed dating as an allergy and getting to know
- 9:46flight companies because when you want to get into flight, you
- 9:50want to speed date a bunch of people.
- 9:51You don't want to just marry the first company that you think
- 9:54that you want to date, that you think that you want to work for.
- 9:58No speed dating and doing 6 to 8 ride alongs a year helps you get
- 10:03to know them and them get to know you you you want to find
- 10:06out what do they value what's their teamwork like what's their
- 10:10culture like what's their company culture like what's
- 10:13their training like and so because you're seeking out all
- 10:17of those things, doing these right alongs with different
- 10:19companies, different teams gives you an idea of what they value.
- 10:22The second reason is that you want them to get to know you.
- 10:26You want them to get to know who you are, what you value, the
- 10:29team player you are, what it's like to kind of work with you
- 10:32and give them a picture of that. And so when you do a ride along,
- 10:35they get to know you and you get to know them and you get to date
- 10:39them on a on a level that is way more relaxed than if the first
- 10:44time you met the team was in the interview.
- 10:47This brings me to the third reason why you want to do ride
- 10:49along to make connections. The third reason is this is how
- 10:52you in get invited to a flight interview.
- 10:55This is how you get an interview before your three-year mark.
- 10:59This is how I help someone get hired after only working one
- 11:02year of ER. And this is how I've had helped
- 11:05multiple people cut their timeline in half of getting to
- 11:08flight and get hired way before the three-year mark, even at the
- 11:112 1/2 year mark is by doing ride alongs.
- 11:14When you do a ride along, they're going to want to invite
- 11:16you to an interview. They want to get, they're going
- 11:17to want to get to know you. You don't want to rely on
- 11:20applications and looking for online applications online
- 11:23because that's too late. All those positions are already
- 11:27spoken for and they're spoken for people who've been doing
- 11:29ride alongs and making connections for years with them.
- 11:32So ride alongs and making connections get you on the
- 11:35roster for interviews and get you asked to be a part of the
- 11:38team prior to positions opening. And and also what I'm seeing is
- 11:43companies are starting to really interview people 6 to 18 months
- 11:48prior to even having an opening, or if they don't have an
- 11:51opening, they're creating a rosters of applicants that they
- 11:54like. And so because of that, doing
- 11:57these ride alongs is gonna get you invited to an interview,
- 12:00gonna get you invited to formally get to know them.
- 12:03And when you do an interview and they're already bought into you
- 12:06because you've been getting to know them and quote UN quote
- 12:08dating them, that makes the interview so much more relaxed.
- 12:13OK, that's Step 2 or step three. That was kind of a meaty Step 3,
- 12:17because I really think that ride alongs and making connections is
- 12:19really important and part of this process.
- 12:22Step 4IN getting the flight is getting your resume flight ready
- 12:26and preparing for your ride along day.
- 12:28So there's certain things in your resume that flight
- 12:31companies are looking for. You want to make them very
- 12:34succinct one page and there's things that you want to take out
- 12:37and things that you want include in there.
- 12:39Flight resumes are really important because they don't get
- 12:41to talk to you, they just get to see it.
- 12:44And so having them have a succinct version of exactly what
- 12:48they're looking for on this one page resume is really important
- 12:51for them to be enticed to want to bring you to a ride along and
- 12:54bring you to an interview. I recommend getting your flight
- 12:57resume ready as soon as nursing school.
- 12:59This will also help with critical care interviews and
- 13:02getting yourself in a critical care interview as a new grad.
- 13:05And so inside the flight prep Academy, I teach you exactly
- 13:08what to include in the flight resume and what you don't need
- 13:11to include in there. The second part of this is
- 13:14preparing for your ride along day.
- 13:15So now you've joined the flight prep Academy, you have ride
- 13:18along set up. They're all ready for you, which
- 13:20I do want to offer you when you come join.
- 13:22You can get a ride along in the first month of joining the
- 13:26Flight Prep Academy. I really teach you how to delve
- 13:28in there and do it. And like I said, I had someone
- 13:30who did six ride alongs in a four week period, which I don't
- 13:33recommend. But once she learned the
- 13:35process, she was all about doing them.
- 13:37And so you really want to prepare for this ride along day
- 13:39in the Flight Prep Academy. I teach you in Step 4 what
- 13:43questions to come prepared with, what to wear, what to eat, what
- 13:46to expect, what questions are they going to ask you.
- 13:49This is really important because I'm now seeing that ride along
- 13:53days are pre selections for interviews as well.
- 13:57So you want to just make sure that if they're going to kind of
- 14:01interview in these ride alongs that you're ready for them and
- 14:03you're ready for what to expect and what to ask them the day of
- 14:07and how to prepare. That's step four.
- 14:10Step 5 of getting to flight nursing or flight paramedicine
- 14:14is preparing effectively specifically for flight
- 14:19interviews. And that's the common mistake
- 14:22that I see a lot of people make is they just go into these
- 14:25flight interviews, like critical care interviews, and they're
- 14:27nothing like you've expected. Flight interviews contain
- 14:32usually a large panel interview and they ask you a lot of
- 14:35psychosocial questions. So in my 5 step process inside
- 14:38the Flight Prep Academy, I teach you what common questions
- 14:42they're going to ask and how to prepare for any psychosocial
- 14:44panel interview that they give you.
- 14:46And then the second part of this that's really important
- 14:50specifically for flight interviews is preparing for case
- 14:52scenarios. And I created a systematic
- 14:55process for you to go through no matter what case scenario they
- 14:58give you so that you can successfully and confidently
- 15:01work yourself through it, even if you've never seen it before.
- 15:04So for example, high risk OB patient or a pediatric patient,
- 15:08if you haven't had that, I teach you a systematic process to go
- 15:12through and check off as you're doing an oral case scenario with
- 15:15them and how to confidently navigate them and go through
- 15:19them. In my flight interview prep
- 15:22course that I give you inside the flight prep Academy, I'm
- 15:25also teaching you what to expect as far as the what questions
- 15:31they're going to ask you, but also what to expect minimally
- 15:34going in there as far as clinical expectations.
- 15:37So what minimally you need to know about ventilators, what you
- 15:40need to be knowing about intubations, what you need to be
- 15:43knowing about RSI drugs. I teach you all of that inside
- 15:46my flight interview prep course. So that's Step 5 of getting into
- 15:51flight nursing or flight paramedicine.
- 15:52So I'm going to just go through them again one more time really
- 15:56quickly with you. And I'm talking about them all
- 15:58this week as well. But the first step is mindset.
- 16:01Working on your belief that you can become a flight nurse,
- 16:03working on your imposter syndrome, taking the doubt with
- 16:05you and growing your confidence. Number 2 is mapping out your
- 16:07plan. Know what your individualized
- 16:09plan is. No matter where you're starting,
- 16:11get your plan mapped out sooner. The sooner you do that, the more
- 16:15time that you can cut out. I'm helping people cut time in
- 16:18half of getting to flight. It's taking the people inside
- 16:22the flight prep Academy less than three years to get hired
- 16:24because they're following the simple plan.
- 16:26Having a mapped out plan is so important that the very first
- 16:29thing that we're gonna do together inside the Flight Prep
- 16:31Academy, The third step is doing ride alongs and making
- 16:34connections with flight companies.
- 16:35Let them get to know you and you get to know them.
- 16:38Get yourself in that helicopter seat as soon as nursing school
- 16:40or medic school start doing them.
- 16:42They're a lot of fun. Once you get one done, you're
- 16:44gonna be hooked and continue to do them.
- 16:47The fourth step is getting your resume flight ready and
- 16:49preparing for your ride along day.
- 16:50Now that you've already scheduled, I teach you exactly
- 16:52how to do that inside the flight Prep Academy so that you can
- 16:55take your resume with you on every ride along.
- 16:56And you can be prepared if at any time they ask you to
- 16:59interview, even if it's before your three-year mark, and you're
- 17:02prepared for your ride along day so that you can make the most of
- 17:04it and show up successfully and confidently.
- 17:06The final and 5th step of getting to flight is getting
- 17:09ready for flight interviews. Specifically, I teach you what
- 17:12to expect for panel interviews and specifically how to get
- 17:16ready for case scenarios and show up confidently for that.
- 17:18OK, that's my five step process. That was a lot.
- 17:22But now I want to just offer you guys, if you know that you want
- 17:26flight, have No Fear. I teach you all of those exact
- 17:31steps inside the flight prep Academy.
- 17:33And what's what I wanted to bring to you this week and what
- 17:37I'm offering you about talking about every step is in the month
- 17:39of August we are going to be coupling with the all flight
- 17:44nurse and all flight flight medic group and both programs,
- 17:48the flight prep Academy and the people who have already helped
- 17:50get in the flight. We're going to be running a 30
- 17:52day challenge. Now in this 30 day challenge we
- 17:56are going to be working on one goal of getting to flight.
- 18:00Meaning we are going to in 30 days get you a ride along, get
- 18:04you an interview or get you hired.
- 18:06And so in this 30 day challenge, we are going to be meeting twice
- 18:10a week with every call recorded just in case you can't make it
- 18:12live 'cause I know you guys still have shift work, but we
- 18:15are going to really be working on collapsing your timeline and
- 18:18cutting your time in half of getting to one of these three
- 18:21goals or another goal if you want to work on that.
- 18:23But I really believe like this is the time to be focusing on
- 18:27your flight goal if you want to do it.
- 18:28Flight companies are running a ton of calls.
- 18:31I worked for a company in these months, we ran about 120 calls a
- 18:36month. We had three aircrafts at my
- 18:38base and we just ran, we had a lot of fun.
- 18:41We ran a lot of different calls. And so this is the time if you
- 18:44know that you want flight nursing or flight paramedicine
- 18:47to be doing this and doing these right alongs now because you're
- 18:51going to see a whole gamut of different calls and flight
- 18:53companies just are really busy. So you'll get to see what it's
- 18:57like to sit in that helicopter seat.
- 18:59OK, so join the Flight Prep Academy this week so that you
- 19:04can be a part of the August challenge where we're going to
- 19:06be working on in 30 days, getting a ride along, getting
- 19:10you an interview, or getting you hired.
- 19:12So right now I'm going to talk to you about what the Flight
- 19:14Prep Academy includes. And if at any time you're
- 19:18interested in joining, you can DM me personally or you can
- 19:20comment flight right now on this live and I will send you the
- 19:23information to join. So in the flight prep Academy we
- 19:27have, which I'm really proud of, created a member portal, which
- 19:31now you can access anytime. So you'll have your own login,
- 19:34you'll have your own password. Inside this member portal is a
- 19:37five step process of everything that I just talked about today
- 19:41with videos to help you navigate and work through it so that you
- 19:45know exactly what to be doing on each of the five steps.
- 19:48With that, you're going to get weekly support on this five step
- 19:51process, meaning we meet every Tuesday, the same same time
- 19:55every Tuesday and we coach on and I meant to you on where are
- 19:59you in the five steps of this process?
- 20:02What are you working on towards flight?
- 20:03And we coach on the obstacles every week that you're facing or
- 20:08how do we move the needle forward a little bit more?
- 20:10Like I said, in the month of August, we're going to be
- 20:12coaching Tuesdays and Thursdays. Now I know all of you guys work
- 20:17shift work and most of my people who are in the flight proper
- 20:20Academy work two to three jobs. So because of that every call.
- 20:25Is recorded and it's housed in the member portal for you to go
- 20:28back and watch. So every call that we have every
- 20:31Tuesday, if you can't make it on Tuesdays, that's OK, they're
- 20:34recorded. You can go back and watch the
- 20:36replays anytime and go back as far as you want to and watch
- 20:40those. The weekly calls are really nice
- 20:42because it's not like I'm just giving you content on the five
- 20:46step process. No, every week we're going to be
- 20:49able to workshop that together. So wherever you are in your
- 20:52plan, in the process, we're going to be able to talk to
- 20:55those on, talk about those obstacles that you're facing on
- 20:58the weekly call so that you can start taking actions towards
- 21:01them and so that you don't get stuck.
- 21:03I mean, I know as a critical care nurse, there was a lot of
- 21:07classes or courses that I bought and I had questions and there
- 21:10was no like support that you could go back and watch them on.
- 21:13So when you come join the Flight Prep Academy, I'm going to
- 21:16support you all the way to an offer.
- 21:17When you come join, you're going to get an offer because I'm
- 21:20going to coach you and mentor you all the way to that offer no
- 21:22matter where you're starting. So you have that member portal,
- 21:26you have the weekly calls with the replays that are going to be
- 21:28recorded so you can go back and watch them anytime.
- 21:31The biggest part that I love about the Flight Prep Academy as
- 21:34well is the community. So as soon as you join, you're
- 21:38also going to be able to join the group chat community.
- 21:43And in this community group chat, you get 24/7 support.
- 21:47Meaning this is a place that you can go.
- 21:49You had a hard shift, you can vent.
- 21:51You want to know more about how to read rhythms, you can ask
- 21:55people in the group like what's the best resource for that?
- 21:58There's ongoing CCRNCENCFRCFRN study groups in it.
- 22:05You can use this as a 24/7 resource in this community group
- 22:10chat. You can come to me and ask me,
- 22:12hey, this is what I'm working on with this ride along or I have a
- 22:15ride along tomorrow. This is how I'm feeling.
- 22:18What are some coaching or ideas that you can give me to help me
- 22:21overcome this? You can tap into that 24/7 in
- 22:24the community group chat. There is no other community like
- 22:26that where you can get that support no matter where you are.
- 22:29So you're going to get the weekly calls, the member portal,
- 22:33and the community group chat. And then also with that, you're
- 22:37going to get ongoing support in between the calls every day.
- 22:40With the 24/7 support and the community group chat, there will
- 22:44never be a time where you can't ask anybody or reach out to
- 22:46anybody for support. Also in this member portal,
- 22:49you're going to get that flight interview prep course that I
- 22:52talked about where I tell you exactly how how to handle case
- 22:55scenarios, the systematic process to go through them.
- 22:58You're going to see me workshop through some of them.
- 23:00And then on our third call on the third Tuesday of every
- 23:03month, we specifically go over flight interviews and we
- 23:07evaluate ones that people are doing in the group.
- 23:10And then we also talk about getting you ready for a flight
- 23:13interview if you are and how to prepare for them.
- 23:15We go through case scenarios. We go through panel interview
- 23:18questions and if you are a nursing student or a medic
- 23:22student and are trying to get hired into a job, a critical
- 23:24care unit or onto a ground unit, we also troubleshoot and help
- 23:29you prepare for critical care interviews as well.
- 23:31On the third Tuesday of every month, again, this is the time
- 23:35that you want to join. We're going to be working on a
- 23:3730 day challenge together in the month of August and we're going
- 23:40to, in 30 days, get you your first ride along, your first
- 23:44interview or your first offer. And so you want to come join us
- 23:47inside the Flight Prep Academy. This flight prep Academy is
- 23:50lifetime access. I made this lifetime access
- 23:53because I want to mentor you all the way to a flight goal.
- 23:56So for example, let's say that you join in nursing school, You
- 24:00have lifetime access and lifetime membership into this
- 24:05flight prep Academy, into this program, all the way to a flight
- 24:08offer. So because of that, 100% of
- 24:10people who join are going to get an offer.
- 24:13I'm going to mentor you and coach you all the way to an
- 24:15offer. So the weekly support, the group
- 24:18chat, the calls, the member portal, the lifetime access is
- 24:22all $2000. Inside the flight Prep Academy.
- 24:25I have made different payment options as well as a pay in full
- 24:29option if you're wanting to do that.
- 24:31But I never want the cost to be the reason why people can't
- 24:33join. So because of that, I've made
- 24:35there's a pay in full option of $2000.
- 24:37There's a four monthly payment plan option of 500 or there's a
- 24:4112 monthly payment plan option of 176.
- 24:45You can comment flight right now if you want to join, I'll send
- 24:47you the information or you can go to the link in my bio and
- 24:50click on join the Flight Prep Academy.
- 24:52You will be able to see all three payment plan options
- 24:55there. As soon as you join, you're
- 24:56going to get access to the member portal and the community
- 24:59group chat. And then you will be able to
- 25:01join us as soon as today, which tomorrow we're going to have our
- 25:04call. So you can join our calls right
