SPEAKER_02: Like, I'm you're gonna have to carry the whole eight minutes because I don't have anything to say.
0:56
SPEAKER_01: Well, do we ever?
0:58
SPEAKER_02: That's my problem.
0:59
SPEAKER_02: That's my problem.
1:00
SPEAKER_01: We don't ever have cover.
1:01
SPEAKER_02: That's your problem.
1:02
SPEAKER_01: Maybe that's part of the problem.
1:04
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
1:05
SPEAKER_01: It's a big thing.
1:06
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
1:07
SPEAKER_01: So my friend, my friend Egot, that's that's yeah, that's his nickname.
1:13
SPEAKER_01: The guy who said we don't have chemistry.
1:16
SPEAKER_01: Oh yeah.
1:17
SPEAKER_01: What happened with him?
1:18
SPEAKER_01: Well, and he loves now he thinks we have chemistry?
1:22
SPEAKER_01: Well, he loves and supports us.
1:24
SPEAKER_01: You know this, right?
1:25
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's good.
1:26
SPEAKER_01: But we don't we still he's he was saying, like, we're not talking about anything.
1:32
SPEAKER_02: Oh he's like, you're not talking about anything.
1:34
SPEAKER_02: Well that's what it yeah, and that's what my problem is.
1:37
SPEAKER_02: And and and I don't have anything to talk about.
1:40
SPEAKER_01: And he said he said, and and I'm I'm I'm quoting maybe kind of.
1:46
SPEAKER_01: He said, I'll never get those eight minutes back.
1:51
SPEAKER_01: Oh that sounds bad.
1:53
SPEAKER_01: We got it, bruv.
1:54
SPEAKER_01: We gotta up it.
1:55
SPEAKER_01: He's he's got an egot.
1:56
SPEAKER_01: Or well, he doesn't have an egot, but he's going to.
2:02
SPEAKER_01: And here's here's what he's got.
2:03
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, well, we haven't really launched yet officially.
2:05
SPEAKER_01: No, I know, I know.
2:06
SPEAKER_01: Right?
2:06
SPEAKER_01: I know.
2:07
SPEAKER_01: Did you tell him we're still trying to figure out like what the podcast is about?
2:11
SPEAKER_01: Well, like um, I think he knows that.
2:14
SPEAKER_01: He doesn't like it.
2:16
SPEAKER_01: Well, no, he it's just he's you know, he's got like um, you know, he's he's got some suggestions.
2:23
SPEAKER_01: Like one thing he said is he said, I like I talk on top of you too much.
2:28
SPEAKER_01: He goes, Satchel's got like good stuff to say, and you just can't talk on top of them.
2:35
SPEAKER_01: Like, I guess I guess I need to listen more.
2:37
SPEAKER_01: I gotta just let you know.
2:38
SPEAKER_02: We're gonna have to, yeah, we're gonna have to figure out how to give each other space to talk because it is true that we can't talk on top of each other.
2:45
SPEAKER_02: And it's hard on the phone because I don't I can't see your expression, you know.
2:50
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but that's how people talk.
2:52
SPEAKER_01: People kind of talk like that.
2:53
SPEAKER_01: That's my we do.
2:54
SPEAKER_02: That's true.
2:55
SPEAKER_02: It's natural, right?
2:56
SPEAKER_01: That we we got that on our side, right?
2:58
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I told him.
2:59
SPEAKER_01: I said, it's just it's just Satchel and I talking.
3:01
SPEAKER_01: And but he's like, bruv.
3:02
SPEAKER_01: That's what it is.
3:03
SPEAKER_01: He's like, bruv.
3:04
SPEAKER_01: We need to talk about something, A.
3:06
SPEAKER_01: And B, let Satchel talk because he's the only one saying anything, I guess, is what my takeaway is.
3:13
SPEAKER_01: So so what do you got?
3:15
SPEAKER_02: Oh man.
3:16
SPEAKER_02: Well, and then that was my problem today.
3:18
SPEAKER_02: It was I was gonna tell you, I don't, you're gonna have to carry it because I don't really have I don't really have anything, you know.
3:25
SPEAKER_02: But uh like maybe we need you to do like maybe eight minutes is too long.
3:30
SPEAKER_02: No, it's not, it's not like then we'd have to change the name, you know.
3:34
SPEAKER_01: No, then we have to change the name of the podcast.
3:36
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, eight minutes is good.
3:39
SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
3:39
SPEAKER_01: I think it's simple.
3:42
SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, it forces me to get up in the morning, which is a good thing.
3:49
SPEAKER_01: One thing, one thing one thing he also said is when I was trying to figure out hyperbole, which was his word, he was like, and he was listening to it with his son.
3:59
SPEAKER_01: They're like, why isn't he just listen?
4:01
SPEAKER_01: Why doesn't he just look it up?
4:03
SPEAKER_01: Just look it up.
4:05
SPEAKER_01: So I guess I guess they didn't catch when I said, you know, I don't like looking things up, but maybe we should make it like an official rule that I think it has to be if we have any questions during SS88 or anything like that, we can't look it up.
4:22
SPEAKER_01: We can ask somebody, we can ask a person, like you asked.
4:25
SPEAKER_01: Or we can ask a person that's walking by.
4:27
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we can ask, but we can't look it up, especially during well, like I didn't look up hyperbole later.
4:38
SPEAKER_01: I was just like, all right, this information will get to me somehow.
4:42
SPEAKER_01: So maybe we'll make that one of the like when we launch the podcast, which is not now, we'll make that one of the rules.
4:48
SPEAKER_01: We can't look anything up.
4:51
SPEAKER_01: So that's yeah, we don't want to I like that.
4:54
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think I think we need another rule.
4:57
SPEAKER_02: What that we do it every day forever.
5:03
SPEAKER_02: Well, right?
5:06
SPEAKER_02: Forever, just because then people then people are gonna know like this is this is gonna be consistent, and they're gonna want to come here every day.
5:15
SPEAKER_02: And if we just say, yeah, we're gonna be here every day, forever, no matter what.
5:20
SPEAKER_02: That I think is gonna be good business.
5:23
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, well, you gotta have your phone charged.
5:25
SPEAKER_02: So well, that's the first, that's the first time.
5:28
SPEAKER_02: Like that was just weird last night where I plugged it in and then did it really, I didn't get it plugged in enough or something.
5:36
SPEAKER_02: Or do you have a are you okay?
5:37
SPEAKER_02: Are you okay?
5:38
SPEAKER_02: Do you have a call?
5:39
SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
5:39
SPEAKER_01: I'm just are you choking on something?
5:41
SPEAKER_02: Coffee went down the wrong need the Heimlich maneuver or anything?
5:45
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
5:47
SPEAKER_01: Um, I also think we should establish that 8 a.m.
5:51
SPEAKER_01: means anywhere in that 8 a.m.
5:55
SPEAKER_01: hour.
5:56
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
5:57
SPEAKER_02: Pacific time.
5:59
SPEAKER_01: Right.
5:59
SPEAKER_01: Pacific time.
6:00
SPEAKER_02: TB Because people live all over the world.
6:03
SPEAKER_02: And so 8 a.m.
6:05
SPEAKER_02: is just what we're is like whatever time it is, whatever, whatever time, whenever 8 the 8 a.m.
6:11
SPEAKER_02: hour is in Los Angeles, California, that's when you can expect and during that hour at some time.
6:17
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because we're just humans.
6:18
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
6:18
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I might want to sleep in one one day, you know.
6:22
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
6:23
SPEAKER_01: But we'll get to it at 8 a.m.
6:26
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
6:26
SPEAKER_01: We'll get to it.
6:28
SPEAKER_01: I think we have to like have inspirational thought.
6:32
SPEAKER_01: One inspirational thought per episode.
6:34
SPEAKER_01: Oh no, I don't know.
6:37
SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
6:37
SPEAKER_01: That's hard.
6:38
SPEAKER_01: Well, but every day?
6:39
SPEAKER_01: You can't have inspirational stuff every day.
6:42
SPEAKER_01: Just a thought, just uh just or even like um even um you know, like uh like a us wishing people well.
6:52
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I guess that's easy, but I think like that sounds dumb.
6:57
SPEAKER_02: It does just to wish people well?
7:00
SPEAKER_01: What are you talking about?
7:02
SPEAKER_01: We're gonna wish everybody well.
7:05
SPEAKER_01: What the okay can we curse?
7:07
SPEAKER_01: 15-second update on Love Island.
7:09
SPEAKER_01: What happened?
7:10
SPEAKER_02: Should we should we start closing it out?
7:13
SPEAKER_02: Um, I'm gonna stop watching that show because it's really trashy, and it's not I I think I've gotta stop.
7:21
SPEAKER_02: Like that was it.
7:22
SPEAKER_02: Last night was the last time I'm watching it.
7:24
SPEAKER_01: What happened?
7:25
SPEAKER_01: You got 10 seconds.
7:26
SPEAKER_02: Uh, some of the guys started missing some of their girlfriends, and some of the girls started missing some of their boyfriends, and a lot of times it was the same girls missing their boyfriends as the girls missing the girlfriends.
7:38
SPEAKER_02: It's it's it's it's it's whatever.
7:40
SPEAKER_02: I mean, that it's I don't even remember.
7:43
SPEAKER_02: I don't even know.
7:44
SPEAKER_00: We gotta wrap up though, don't we?
7:46
SPEAKER_00: Are we running out of time?
7:47
SPEAKER_00: Go ahead, right.
7:48
SPEAKER_00: You can start wrapping it up.
7:49
SPEAKER_01: Wait, wait, I did you wrap it up this time.
7:51
SPEAKER_01: I wrapped it up last time.
7:53
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
7:53
SPEAKER_01: All right.
7:54
SPEAKER_01: Um SS eighty eight.
7:57
SPEAKER_01: Wishing everybody well and happy.
