- 4:43Speaker 3: This is the first Monday of May. So y'all, we
- 4:49Speaker 3: are now marching. We we're marching on yet another month.
- 4:54Speaker 3: We conquered another month. For those that did not even
- 4:59Speaker 3: think that they will see twenty twenty five. Be proud
- 5:03Speaker 3: of yourself because you are now in the fifth month,
- 5:07Speaker 3: and five represents grace. And I'm just thankful. I'm just thankful.
- 5:12Speaker 3: I'm thankful, y'all. We've been talking about shift over these
- 5:15Speaker 3: last what I think we're on intentional now we should
- 5:21Speaker 3: be moving on right alone with intentional and focus should
- 5:27Speaker 3: be our next two that we're going to be discussing.
- 5:30Speaker 3: But I want to thank you guys for tuning in
- 5:32Speaker 3: and all you that have purchased your copy of the book,
- 5:37Speaker 3: whether you get you got the printed copy, the e copy,
- 5:41Speaker 3: or the audio copy. Y'all, I'm telling you go grab them.
- 5:45Speaker 3: Why they are acha purchable, purchasable because y'all know what
- 5:51Speaker 3: these tarts and all these different things that may be changing.
- 5:54Speaker 3: I want you to go ahead and grab it. Why
- 5:57Speaker 3: you can afford it, because right now you can get
- 5:59Speaker 3: them out of your book for ninety nine cent. You
- 6:02Speaker 3: can get the digital book for ninety nine cent, and
- 6:05Speaker 3: you can get a printed copy for eight dollars an
- 6:08Speaker 3: eighty eight cent. Y'all, I'm telling you this is definitely
- 6:11Speaker 3: a book that you want to have in your library,
- 6:15Speaker 3: just for reference, just something that you can refer to,
- 6:18Speaker 3: something that you can pull on every day. You can
- 6:21Speaker 3: go back and you can reflect on it. It's a
- 6:23Speaker 3: seven day challenge. It's teaching you how to shift, y'all.
- 6:27Speaker 3: And every time you elevate, every time you shift through
- 6:29Speaker 3: these different seven stages, you can go back and repeat
- 6:33Speaker 3: them and continue to elevate. So I was just sitting
- 6:36Speaker 3: over here, just thinking because I was working on the
- 6:41Speaker 3: men's book that I'm working on. Did not get the
- 6:44Speaker 3: response from the gentlemen our kings that I was expecting
- 6:48Speaker 3: to get. So I'm going to have to, you know,
- 6:51Speaker 3: really do this book myself. Me and I have a
- 6:54Speaker 3: couple of friends that's gonna, you know, come together with me,
- 6:58Speaker 3: because y'all a lot of us really truly don't understand
- 7:03Speaker 3: that some of the things that we have endured, some
- 7:04Speaker 3: of the things that we have endured, some of the
- 7:06Speaker 3: things that we have experienced overcame. However we look at it,
- 7:13Speaker 3: it was not for us, but it was for people
- 7:15Speaker 3: that we were going to come in contact with, people
- 7:19Speaker 3: that we were going to need to share these things with.
- 7:22Speaker 2: You know.
- 7:22Speaker 3: Oftentimes I said that I wonder why did I have
- 7:24Speaker 3: to go through some of the things that I went through,
- 7:26Speaker 3: and no one else in my family had to endure
- 7:29Speaker 3: these things. No one else in my family had to
- 7:30Speaker 3: go through these things. But then all the time the
- 7:36Speaker 3: answer is why not? Who who are you? I have
- 7:41Speaker 3: no respectable person? So how you get through these things?
- 7:48Speaker 3: How you you maneuver through you know, how you here?
- 7:53Speaker 3: He want to see what your what your character is
- 7:58Speaker 3: going to be like here. He want to see how
- 8:00Speaker 3: you're gonna handle people. If you're gonna handle people with
- 8:04Speaker 3: respect why you're going through, or you're gonna be disrespectful.
- 8:07Speaker 3: Because I know a lot of people when they're going
- 8:09Speaker 3: through they wear a lot of their emotions, that wear
- 8:13Speaker 3: a lot of what they're going through on them. You
- 8:17Speaker 3: can see what they're going through because they display it
- 8:20Speaker 3: all over them. And we want to get out of
- 8:25Speaker 3: that place where we wear everything. We need to get
- 8:32Speaker 3: in a place where stuff happens. We realize that these
- 8:36Speaker 3: things happen, we get over it. You know, I have
- 8:40Speaker 3: not always been at that place, but now I'm at
- 8:43Speaker 3: a place where I value my health, I value my peace,
- 8:49Speaker 3: I value a lot of different things, and I look
- 8:52Speaker 3: at things a lot of different than I looked at
- 8:54Speaker 3: maybe ten, fifteen, maybe even five years ago. You know,
- 8:58Speaker 3: I look at a lot of the situations that I
- 9:02Speaker 3: allowed myself to get into. If I had been in
- 9:06Speaker 3: the mind space in the in the place where I am,
- 9:09Speaker 3: now what these situations have happened. No, they would not
- 9:12Speaker 3: have happened. But I had to go through that so
- 9:16Speaker 3: that I could get to this place where I am
- 9:18Speaker 3: now so that I could be able to help somebody else.
- 9:23Speaker 3: So know that whatever you are going through, know that
- 9:27Speaker 3: it is for your good and it is for his glory,
- 9:31Speaker 3: because whatever you're going through, He's gonna get glorified through it.
- 9:35Speaker 3: If you give him praise, if you acknowledge him, if
- 9:38Speaker 3: you just recognize him, he can be glorified. And when
- 9:44Speaker 3: you begin to glorify him, when you begin to give
- 9:46Speaker 3: him praise, he began to open doors. He began to
- 9:49Speaker 3: make things happen for you. He began to allow allow
- 9:54Speaker 3: you to line up with that that is already put
- 9:57Speaker 3: ordain for you. Nothing that is happening in your life
- 10:03Speaker 3: that should not be happening. We we look at a
- 10:07Speaker 3: lot of things, and then we want to give the enemy,
- 10:10Speaker 3: the devil, his imps, and all those people that don't
- 10:12Speaker 3: deserve any credit. We want to give them credit because
- 10:15Speaker 3: He's already told us that the enemy is under our feeto,
- 10:19Speaker 3: and we have the power over scorpions and and all
- 10:23Speaker 3: those things. So if we have power over them, then
- 10:32Speaker 3: why don't some of us operate in our power? That
- 10:37Speaker 3: the Word tells us that we have the power to
- 10:39Speaker 3: speak life or death. But yet I still hear people
- 10:44Speaker 3: saying that people are trying to do this to them.
- 10:47Speaker 3: People are doing this to them. People are doing this.
- 10:49Speaker 3: They're always allowing you allow that energy in. You allow that.
- 10:55Speaker 3: So when you are allowed you then they have to manifest.
- 11:00Speaker 3: It's because you've talked it up. You brought it up,
- 11:02Speaker 3: you brought it into to your vibration, you brought it
- 11:05Speaker 3: into your space. See, when move from things, when you
- 11:12Speaker 3: know and you accept it for what it is, you
- 11:18Speaker 3: own up to whatever it is, You accept it and
- 11:22Speaker 3: you move on. You don't keep hold it on to
- 11:26Speaker 3: the same thing. Because when we hold on to that stuff,
- 11:28Speaker 3: we hold onto that baggage, y'all. We keep carrying it
- 11:31Speaker 3: around when we say, we don't let it go, and
- 11:34Speaker 3: we wonder why we can't go to the next level.
- 11:36Speaker 3: We wonder why things are not opening. No, people are
- 11:39Speaker 3: not coming against you. Nobody is coming against you. Nobody
- 11:42Speaker 3: is is mixing your energy, nobody is doing nothing. You
- 11:45Speaker 3: doing it to yourself. Why, because you're holding on to baggage.
- 11:52Speaker 3: You're holding on to stuff. See, I have to separate
- 11:56Speaker 3: myself from some people because they were hurt, you know,
- 12:01Speaker 3: and and they kept saying that, you know, they wanted
- 12:05Speaker 3: to be here that they've forgiven people, that they've let
- 12:08Speaker 3: things go. But every conversation was always the same conversation
- 12:13Speaker 3: and it was always a hurt for conversation. But yet
- 12:17Speaker 3: we see people, ye know, we wear many masks, and
- 12:22Speaker 3: we keep covering up, we keep covering, like when are
- 12:25Speaker 3: we really gonna deal with these things? And that's what
- 12:29Speaker 3: I'm trying to show you here in shift, So we
- 12:36Speaker 3: say it's shifting. There is five there's five major frameworks
- 12:48Speaker 3: to shift. And the five major frameworks to shift is first,
- 12:59Speaker 3: we have to understand self awareness. We have to know
- 13:06Speaker 3: who we are. We have to understand habits, good habits
- 13:12Speaker 3: and bad habits. Good habits are those things that can
- 13:15Speaker 3: help us grow, those things that can help us develop,
- 13:17Speaker 3: those things that can help us go to the next level.
- 13:20Speaker 3: Those bad habits are things that will keep us in
- 13:23Speaker 3: the hindrance state, that will keep us stagnated, that will
- 13:27Speaker 3: keep us always blaming others for our mistakes instead of
- 13:31Speaker 3: owning up to that that we have done. But once
- 13:35Speaker 3: we are self aware of who we are and all
- 13:40Speaker 3: those things that come with being self aware, and once
- 13:45Speaker 3: we have learned what those bad habits are and done
- 13:50Speaker 3: away with some of those bad habits and begin to
- 13:53Speaker 3: allow those good habits to triculate through our lives and
- 13:57Speaker 3: become part of our lives. Then we can move on
- 14:01Speaker 3: to the intentional stage, where we can be intentional about
- 14:05Speaker 3: those things that God has called us to, those things
- 14:08Speaker 3: that He has purposed us to do specifically for us.
- 14:14Speaker 3: You know a lot of us we look at what
- 14:17Speaker 3: other people are doing and we get sidetracked. And I said,
- 14:20Speaker 3: a lot of it comes from us wanting to live
- 14:25Speaker 3: up to those things that other people say that we
- 14:27Speaker 3: should be doing when we were. If we go back
- 14:30Speaker 3: to those things that we love to do as a child,
- 14:36Speaker 3: and we those things that brought us joy, that that
- 14:40Speaker 3: that we were, that that was that that that was
- 14:45Speaker 3: that gave us peace. You know that that was not stressful.
- 14:50Speaker 3: And I tell people all the time, those are the
- 14:52Speaker 3: things that you need to pursue as a career. You know,
- 14:55Speaker 3: those things that that that that brought you joy, that
- 14:58Speaker 3: brought you peace, that brought you happiness, those things that
- 15:02Speaker 3: allowed you to be creative, those things that allowed you
- 15:05Speaker 3: to be free and not feel like you were in
- 15:09Speaker 3: some type of bundage. And that's just with being aware
- 15:20Speaker 3: of who you are. And then developing those good habits.
- 15:29Speaker 3: So how do we be intentional? How do we be intentional?
- 15:37Speaker 3: So the five steps to being intentional or as follow
- 15:45Speaker 3: Here you go. So the first step is reflection. So
- 16:08Speaker 3: how do we reflect? We have to pause and think
- 16:17Speaker 3: about what we've done, like, look within us, ask powerful questions,
- 16:27Speaker 3: notice your thoughts and feelings, and get a clear what
- 16:33Speaker 3: you want and need in this season? It's all about
- 16:38Speaker 3: what you need and what you want in this season?
- 16:42Speaker 3: What do I truly desire? What do I what do
- 16:47Speaker 3: I want to change or experience? Second, and these are
- 16:56Speaker 3: your five steps to being intentional in this season. Number two,
- 17:03Speaker 3: Release let go of anything that holds you back old beliefs,
- 17:14Speaker 3: oh regrets, bitterness, fear, forgiveness of self and others. Opens
- 17:25Speaker 3: room for growth. What can I let go of today
- 17:31Speaker 3: to make space for new beginnings? That's what we should
- 17:34Speaker 3: be asking ourselves now right now? What can I let
- 17:38Speaker 3: go of today that will allow for new beginnings? How
- 17:54Speaker 3: can I let go of something? Next? After you have released,
- 18:10Speaker 3: the third step is renew How do you renew? We
- 18:21Speaker 3: know over in the scripture it says that we need
- 18:24Speaker 3: to renew our minds. So we have to fill our
- 18:28Speaker 3: mind in our heart with fresh hope and truth. How
- 18:33Speaker 3: do we do that? We got to read the word,
- 18:37Speaker 3: we got to meditate on the word, we got to pray,
- 18:42Speaker 3: and then we got to declare positive affirmations over ourselves.
- 18:48Speaker 3: What are some powering words and some truths that I'm
- 18:54Speaker 3: holding on to today? Well? What can I speak over
- 18:58Speaker 3: myself that I can hold on to that I can
- 19:01Speaker 3: carry throughout the day, that I can really embrace And
- 19:05Speaker 3: I only carry throughout the day, but I can carry
- 19:07Speaker 3: it throughout the week and throughout the month and it
- 19:10Speaker 3: becomes part of me. One of the things that I
- 19:14Speaker 3: started a couple of years ago was I had I believed,
- 19:18Speaker 3: and I started telling myself that I am the change
- 19:21Speaker 3: that I desired to see. If I want change, I
- 19:25Speaker 3: had to be that change. Change starts and end with me.
- 19:32Speaker 3: And I began to tell myself that every day, every
- 19:37Speaker 3: day I wake up and I believe that if I
- 19:39Speaker 3: want to see change, that I have to do something
- 19:44Speaker 3: to make that change come about. Even if I'm not
- 19:48Speaker 3: seeing the change, I still have to do something every
- 19:52Speaker 3: day to reach that change that I desire to see,
- 19:56Speaker 3: even if I don't see it in this realm, because
- 20:00Speaker 3: I don't see it in this lifetime. At least I
- 20:03Speaker 3: know I've done the things that I needed to do
- 20:09Speaker 3: so that I could see a change that I wanted
- 20:11Speaker 3: to see. It may not come into the next generation,
- 20:16Speaker 3: the generation after me, but I put it out there
- 20:19Speaker 3: because this is something that I want to see changed.
- 20:23Speaker 3: So when you want to see change, you have to
- 20:25Speaker 3: do something about it. A lot of us we want
- 20:29Speaker 3: more book sells, we want more, we want more presence,
- 20:35Speaker 3: we want more. We want a lot more than where
- 20:38Speaker 3: we are. But y'all, we're not doing anymore than what
- 20:41Speaker 3: we did two years ago, two minutes ago, two seconds ago,
- 20:48Speaker 3: twenty years ago. It's like we're doing the same thing,
- 20:52Speaker 3: but we were insane because we're expecting something different. It's
- 20:57Speaker 3: gonna come. It's just like we believe and that a
- 21:02Speaker 3: million dollars is just about to follow in my lap.
- 21:04Speaker 3: And I'm just about to get a million dollars. But
- 21:06Speaker 3: yet I don't go to work nowaday. I just lay
- 21:08Speaker 3: here in my bed and do nothing. But I'm believing
- 21:11Speaker 3: that a million dollars is about to come forth. And
- 21:16Speaker 3: for all those that just believe and don't believe that
- 21:20Speaker 3: you have to put any actions behind it, you're so
- 21:25Speaker 3: far from the truth. Yeah, we may write these great books,
- 21:29Speaker 3: you may be the greatest speaker, you may post them everywhere.
- 21:34Speaker 3: You may do all this, but nobody may not know
- 21:38Speaker 3: who you are because you engage with no one. You
- 21:40Speaker 3: go live now time, you have no conversations with no one.
- 21:45Speaker 3: You don't interact on podcasts, you don't even try to
- 21:48Speaker 3: get featured in magazines. You don't do anything to put
- 21:53Speaker 3: yourself out there. But you're expecting a miracle to happen. See,
- 22:02Speaker 3: when you want the impossible to happen, you have to
- 22:09Speaker 3: believe that the possible God is gonna do something. So
- 22:12Speaker 3: in order for him to operate, he operate on our faith.
- 22:19Speaker 3: He not finna, just do something. And you ain't invited
- 22:22Speaker 3: him in to do nothing. So how do you invite
- 22:24Speaker 3: him in? You have to let him know what's going on.
- 22:27Speaker 3: You have to you have to meditate, You got to pray,
- 22:30Speaker 3: You got to reference him, you got to include him.
- 22:36Speaker 3: And then a lot of us we want we want
- 22:38Speaker 3: to move in secret because we say people don't mean
- 22:42Speaker 3: us no good, People out to hinder us. No, you
- 22:45Speaker 3: are hindering yourself. You mean yourself no good because everything
- 22:50Speaker 3: that you're saying that other people are doing to you.
- 22:53Speaker 3: Guess what, baby, those people that you say hurt you,
- 22:57Speaker 3: they they not even thinking about you right now, because
- 23:00Speaker 3: guess what if they hurt you, they hurt you, and
- 23:02Speaker 3: they moved on, they onto the hurt of the next person.
- 23:08Speaker 3: So while you're holding on to all of the hurt,
- 23:12Speaker 3: all of the pain, all of the unforgiveness is doing
- 23:15Speaker 3: nothing but keeping you in a state where you can't
- 23:19Speaker 3: function on them. And then they seemed like all the
- 23:23Speaker 3: stuff that you're worrying about other people doing is causing
- 23:26Speaker 3: you to distract from the things that you should be doing.
- 23:29Speaker 3: Like some of us we should have been put books out.
- 23:32Speaker 3: Some of us should have five six books out in
- 23:35Speaker 3: the hands of your readers. Number one, you have people
- 23:41Speaker 3: out here that need your message that you yet to
- 23:44Speaker 3: allow them to hear your message. And then we have
- 23:47Speaker 3: some individuals that keep being in anathologists, where if you
- 23:51Speaker 3: take the funds that you're pulling into these anthologies, you
- 23:55Speaker 3: can put them into your own book. Told you anybody
- 24:00Speaker 3: want to publish a book, I will help you self published,
- 24:03Speaker 3: start to finish, walk you through everything step by step
- 24:08Speaker 3: within ninety days for five twenty five If you don't
- 24:14Speaker 3: want me to do it. You want to do it
- 24:16Speaker 3: on your own. I got a book, y'all. I got
- 24:18Speaker 3: a book in its own Walmart dot com. You can
- 24:22Speaker 3: google it ninety days self publishing with Queen Angela, and
- 24:27Speaker 3: I think it's eighteen dollars and the it gives you
- 24:31Speaker 3: everything you need to know, and it gives you some
- 24:34Speaker 3: places where you can go and get additional information. Y'all,
- 24:38Speaker 3: there's no excuse for us not being able to operate
- 24:44Speaker 3: and to do the things that God has called us
- 24:46Speaker 3: to in this season, because He's equipped us with individuals,
- 24:52Speaker 3: and he's equipped individuals with resources and things that will
- 24:56Speaker 3: help you. Don't think it's by chance that you're engaging,
- 25:01Speaker 3: interacting and coming in contact with certain people, and these
- 25:05Speaker 3: certain people just keep coming across your path. Well, they
- 25:09Speaker 3: keep coming in your mints because there's something that they're
- 25:12Speaker 3: supposed to be helping you with. There's something that they're
- 25:14Speaker 3: supposed to be assisting you with, but for some reason,
- 25:17Speaker 3: you just you are being disobedient. When we move out
- 25:22Speaker 3: of our own way and allow God to lead God
- 25:26Speaker 3: and direct us some of these things that we're having
- 25:30Speaker 3: a hard time with, we won't have a hard time
- 25:32Speaker 3: with So ask him to fill your mind and your
- 25:37Speaker 3: heart up and new with fresh hope and fresh truth.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Second thing reframe, I mean fourth thing, y'all went back
- 25:49Speaker 3: to the second thing. Fourth thing reframe. See your situation
- 25:55Speaker 3: with new eyes. Shift your perspective the cup. The cup
- 26:01Speaker 3: may look half empty, flip it and say it's half four.
- 26:07Speaker 3: That is ourmost where it need to be. And if
- 26:11Speaker 3: you keep pressing that it will be felled. So we
- 26:15Speaker 3: got to learn how to shift how we see things.
- 26:20Speaker 3: When we see a challenge, we got to learn how
- 26:22Speaker 3: to turn it into an opportunity to learn, experience and grow. Y'all,
- 26:29Speaker 3: mistakes are an opportunity to learn, opportunities to grow, opportunities
- 26:35Speaker 3: to learn lessons because guess what, if you don't make
- 26:39Speaker 3: these mistakes, you'll never know what could have happened or
- 26:45Speaker 3: what could not have happened. Hooray for the people that
- 26:49Speaker 3: never make mistakes. When you do make that mistake, I
- 26:54Speaker 3: hope you are prepared and understand that it happens. Now
- 27:01Speaker 3: everything is everything can can happen. Anything can happen because
- 27:09Speaker 3: we have no power. The one that created us have
- 27:14Speaker 3: our power. We only have the power to make choices
- 27:20Speaker 3: and it's our choices that we make that lead us
- 27:24Speaker 3: to the different things that we end up doing in
- 27:27Speaker 3: the different situations that we end up in free will.
- 27:33Speaker 3: Free will have cause a lot of us to go
- 27:38Speaker 3: through some things that we didn't have to go through
- 27:44Speaker 3: if we had a been obedient and and and followed
- 27:47Speaker 3: the past that he had ordained for us. But because
- 27:52Speaker 3: he give us free will, that seems that we have
- 27:55Speaker 3: to go through and things that we will go through
- 28:01Speaker 3: so that we can experience and tell somebody else. Because remember,
- 28:06Speaker 3: everything that we go through is not always for us.
- 28:10Speaker 3: It's just a test for because he'll give us a
- 28:15Speaker 3: testimony so that we can share with somebody else. It's
- 28:19Speaker 3: only a test. And the last, the last step to
- 28:30Speaker 3: being intentional, y'all, is to take action, even if it's small.
- 28:39Speaker 3: Set intentions for your day, Serve, encourage, create, express gratitude,
- 28:50Speaker 3: and show up for your purpose. Oftentimes, y'all, we show
- 28:56Speaker 3: up for everybody else, but we don't show up for
- 28:59Speaker 3: us us. So show up for your purpose today. Show
- 29:04Speaker 3: up for that that you are called for, that that
- 29:07Speaker 3: you were placed on this earth to do. You didn't
- 29:11Speaker 3: get dropped out of the sky. Everything may be in
- 29:14Speaker 3: a disarray. Everything may be up in an uproar right now.
- 29:18Speaker 3: Things may not be going the way that you want
- 29:20Speaker 3: them to go. Take a moment, sit back, relax, reflect
- 29:29Speaker 3: and shift this situation. You can shift it by understanding
- 29:35Speaker 3: who you are, what you love to do, who you are,
- 29:38Speaker 3: figure out your self, be a self aware of you,
- 29:44Speaker 3: and then examine your habits. Examine how did you get there,
- 29:52Speaker 3: what habits that you're there, What happens can you develop
- 29:55Speaker 3: that will take you away from this situation? And then
- 30:01Speaker 3: how can you be intentional? How can you be intention again? Y'all?
- 30:19Speaker 3: We are back. We are back. We are back.
- 30:21Speaker 1: That was the five.
- 30:23Speaker 3: That was the five, the five five steps to being intentional.
- 30:28Speaker 1: Y'all.
- 30:29Speaker 3: We've been talking about shifting for the last couple of weeks,
- 30:37Speaker 3: wrapping up April and coming into this month. We have
- 30:42Speaker 3: been talking about shifting, and we got to shift our mindset.
- 30:47Speaker 3: We got to shift how we look at things, how
- 30:51Speaker 3: we see things in order to move, y'all, if you
- 30:55Speaker 3: want something different, you gotta do something different. You can't
- 31:00Speaker 3: be the change that you desire to see doing the
- 31:04Speaker 3: same thing that you did yesterday. Every day should be
- 31:08Speaker 3: a new day filled with grace and mercy, a new
- 31:12Speaker 3: day to do something different, to be a better person,
- 31:16Speaker 3: a better version of yourself than you were on yesterday.
- 31:21Speaker 3: So y'all, I thank you guys for tuning in for
- 31:24Speaker 3: this half of Monday Morning Motivation. I said to try
- 31:33Speaker 3: to make sure that I am obedient with my time.
- 31:37Speaker 3: I committed to an hour, so to stay with my time,
- 31:41Speaker 3: I want to make sure that I motivate you, encourage you,
- 31:46Speaker 3: and give you all that good stuff. At the beginning hour,
- 31:49Speaker 3: I open it up so that we could have some
- 31:52Speaker 3: individuals to come on. But y'all, no one that's really
- 31:55Speaker 3: a bit interesting in coming on and really motivating. You know,
- 31:59Speaker 3: everybody's just been about trying to, you know, talk about
- 32:02Speaker 3: their brand and promote their brand, and you know they're
- 32:04Speaker 3: not really wanting to do that encouraging peace. So y'all,
- 32:09Speaker 3: if I got to do it myself, I'm gonna come
- 32:11Speaker 3: over here every Monday and encourage my people because this
- 32:14Speaker 3: is what God is mandated for me to do. You know,
- 32:17Speaker 3: when he gave me this five years ago, he gave
- 32:19Speaker 3: it to me to pour into the people, to motivate,
- 32:22Speaker 3: to encourage, to educate, to empower, to help keep them
- 32:27Speaker 3: on this journey because I know we all go through
- 32:30Speaker 3: a lot, and we experience a lot, and sometimes we
- 32:34Speaker 3: just need that that that that little extra that little
- 32:38Speaker 3: extra encouragement, that little extra push that will get us started,
- 32:42Speaker 3: that would that and then that will help keep us
- 32:44Speaker 3: on that journey. So that is what I'm trying to
- 32:47Speaker 3: do over here on Mondays. So with that being said, y'all,
- 32:51Speaker 3: I want to share a couple of things with you
- 32:54Speaker 3: guys as I get ready to close out this Monday morning. Y'all,
- 33:00Speaker 3: we here with the Cow Podcast, Aspiring Arthors Magazine, and
- 33:05Speaker 3: all of the platforms that are attached to what we
- 33:09Speaker 3: do over here. I'm not on this I'm not on
- 33:12Speaker 3: this mission alone. There are so many other people that
- 33:16Speaker 3: are attached to the things that I do and that
- 33:20Speaker 3: I try to attach myself to just to be that
- 33:24Speaker 3: that pillar in the community in that that that space
- 33:29Speaker 3: for individuals to come. So, y'all, what we are doing,
- 33:32Speaker 3: y'all know, I am a domestic violence survivor and a
- 33:37Speaker 3: suicide attempt survivor. Don't want to wait till the last minute.
- 33:42Speaker 3: Want to go ahead and get this out here so
- 33:44Speaker 3: that we can go ahead and start promoting it and
- 33:46Speaker 3: start getting individuals involved in getting the individuals signed up.
- 33:52Speaker 3: For the last five years we have been doing a
- 33:55Speaker 3: twenty four hour takeover called Stomping Out Domestic Violence. How
- 34:02Speaker 3: it works is every every speaker, every presenter, for facilitator,
- 34:08Speaker 3: whoever comes on, they can secure an hour to share
- 34:13Speaker 3: their If they have a book around domestic violence, anything
- 34:16Speaker 3: that has to do with domestic violence, if it's a resource,
- 34:19Speaker 3: if you are a community leader, however you advocate for
- 34:23Speaker 3: domestic violence, we are giving everybody a hour slot. In
- 34:30Speaker 3: the past, we've had individuals that have come on and
- 34:33Speaker 3: secured four and five hour slots and then brought individuals
- 34:37Speaker 3: on with them and they just shared during that time.
- 34:41Speaker 3: I'm willing to work with whoever, however you want to
- 34:44Speaker 3: work with this. I just want different voices and different
- 34:48Speaker 3: perspectives and different individuals. It is not just for females.
- 34:53Speaker 3: It is open for our males too, because males experience
- 34:56Speaker 3: domestic violence too. New York is one one of the
- 35:00Speaker 3: highest percentage of mail divested violence survivors and victims. But y'all,
- 35:08Speaker 3: we want to bring awareness to domestic violence. September to
- 35:14Speaker 3: twenty ninth, at eleven fifty nine pm, we will go live.
- 35:19Speaker 3: We will stay live streaming from eleven fifty nine September
- 35:23Speaker 3: thirtieth until October one, eleven fifty nine pm, so we
- 35:29Speaker 3: will stream for twenty four hours. Anyone that would like
- 35:34Speaker 3: to share, anyone that would like to secure an hour,
- 35:38Speaker 3: please come secure your hour. It is free to secure
- 35:43Speaker 3: your spot. If you want me to advertise you on
- 35:47Speaker 3: the podcast with the flyer, there is a fifteen dollars
- 35:53Speaker 3: fee for the promotion the advertisement, but your spot to
- 35:57Speaker 3: share is free. You can come and chef for free.
- 36:00Speaker 3: If you don't want the promos, that's fine. You don't
- 36:03Speaker 3: have to have the promos. It's just something extra that
- 36:06Speaker 3: just allows to get a further reach, further visibility. The
- 36:12Speaker 3: most important thing is that your message on domestic violence
- 36:17Speaker 3: is heard and that your story, whatever it is, is
- 36:23Speaker 3: heard and seen around the globe so that somebody that
- 36:27Speaker 3: may be going through don't have to go through alone.
- 36:31Speaker 3: So definitely want you guys to get attached to that.
- 36:35Speaker 3: Also for all of my urban fiction authors, all of
- 36:40Speaker 3: those real life authors, all of those that have those
- 36:44Speaker 3: memoirs that they don't want to talk about doing the
- 36:47Speaker 3: normal podcasting hours. I know a lot of people don't
- 36:51Speaker 3: want to talk about incense. A lot of people don't
- 36:53Speaker 3: want to talk about rape. A lot of people don't
- 36:55Speaker 3: want to talk about sexual assault. A lot of people
- 36:58Speaker 3: don't want to talk about lot of things that have
- 37:02Speaker 3: happened to them during prime hours. Y'all, we're doing a
- 37:06Speaker 3: late night podcast at ten o'clock on Mondays for those
- 37:11Speaker 3: urban lit those memoirs that may have the extra juicy
- 37:17Speaker 3: topics and all those different things that some people deem
- 37:21Speaker 3: unappropriate for prime time. I want to be an outlet
- 37:26Speaker 3: because there's something, there's a reason why these individuals have
- 37:30Speaker 3: these stories and have these books, and I want to
- 37:33Speaker 3: hear and I want to be able to share because
- 37:36Speaker 3: there may be someone out there. There may be another angel,
- 37:39Speaker 3: or they may be another share or there may be
- 37:40Speaker 3: another patrise, there may be another chanette that needs to
- 37:45Speaker 3: hear our story and need to hear how we got over,
- 37:48Speaker 3: need to hear how we got through being molested by
- 37:53Speaker 3: a family member, being it's saved by a family member,
- 37:56Speaker 3: being all these different things that may have happened, a
- 38:00Speaker 3: lot of people taboo, don't want to talk about suicide attempts,
- 38:02Speaker 3: don't want to talk about the different things that may
- 38:05Speaker 3: have happened in our life. The real and raw Author's
- 38:09Speaker 3: Lines is gonna be that place where you can come
- 38:12Speaker 3: share your journey, share your stories, that it's gonna be
- 38:16Speaker 3: a safe place. Every Monday, I'm gonna highlight an author.
- 38:21Speaker 3: We're gonna truly highlight you, give you an opportunity to
- 38:24Speaker 3: really share your brand. We're gonna promote you. I have
- 38:28Speaker 3: already created some information for that for those that want
- 38:33Speaker 3: to go ahead and get signed up, y'all. I'm trying
- 38:35Speaker 3: to book out for the rest of the year because
- 38:38Speaker 3: I'm finna get on the road, finn to be traveling.
- 38:41Speaker 3: I want to make sure that I have everything. My
- 38:43Speaker 3: eyes dotted and my t's crossed, so when I get
- 38:47Speaker 3: out and start traveling, nothing is is missed, nothing is over,
- 38:51Speaker 3: nothing is is distracted, and and everything is going accordingly.
- 38:56Speaker 3: So I'm trying to make sure I get some ducks
- 38:59Speaker 3: in the roads so that we can make these things
- 39:01Speaker 3: happen without without ERA. So if you're out there and
- 39:09Speaker 3: you want to be a part, get connected. We are
- 39:12Speaker 3: also taking nominations for those domestic violence survivors and warriors
- 39:19Speaker 3: We're we have seven categories that you can nominate. A
- 39:23Speaker 3: domestic violence survivor or if you are a domestic violence
- 39:27Speaker 3: survivor and you want to self nominate, you can self
- 39:29Speaker 3: nominate as well. We're gonna be having a virtual award
- 39:34Speaker 3: show where we're gonna be giving out these awards. Everyone
- 39:37Speaker 3: that participate and when will get a digital digital certificate,
- 39:44Speaker 3: and then those that when overall, they will receive award
- 39:49Speaker 3: trophies that will be shipped directly to them. So those
- 39:53Speaker 3: that win overall, we want to really recognize and honor
- 39:57Speaker 3: those that have been victims of the mess of violence
- 40:01Speaker 3: and we want to be able to share their story.
- 40:03Speaker 3: So we have a couple of things that's floating around,
- 40:06Speaker 3: So grab a couple of those jot forms. If you
- 40:10Speaker 3: need information, if you can't find the information and you
- 40:13Speaker 3: need the information, please reach out to me, y'all. If
- 40:16Speaker 3: there's any time that you want to be a part
- 40:19Speaker 3: of something and you're not sure where to find the information,
- 40:21Speaker 3: just reach out directly to me, y'all. Know, y'all can
- 40:24Speaker 3: go over to quean up Collaborations on link tree and
- 40:28Speaker 3: find out all of my contact information, how you can
- 40:31Speaker 3: directly reach me and all of that stuff. It's everything
- 40:34Speaker 3: you need is right there on link tree. Queen collaborations again, y'all.
- 40:40Speaker 3: We got a lot going on, but it's an opportunity
- 40:42Speaker 3: for you to get involved, an opportunity for you to connect, collaborate, create,
- 40:47Speaker 3: and community building. Again. Shout out to all of those
- 40:52Speaker 3: authors that are a part of the one hundred author movement,

- 41:20Speaker 3: it's needed for this community and something that I know
- 41:23Speaker 3: she's gonna do very well at representing. So I am
- 41:26Speaker 3: super super proud of her and endeavors that she's doing.
- 41:31Speaker 3: I'm proud of all of those that are attached to
- 41:34Speaker 3: not just the one hundred at the movement, but those

- 42:57Speaker 3: that space, That space is being dedicated to them. It's
- 43:01Speaker 3: going to open up July twenty twenty five. Again, I'm

- 43:14Speaker 3: every one of us to walk into because truly, truly,
- 43:17Speaker 3: truly he didn't have to, but y'all, he saw fit,
- 43:21Speaker 3: he saw fit for us to come out of our
- 43:24Speaker 3: darkness into his marvelous sight. And I thank him for that,
- 43:28Speaker 3: and I am forever grateful, forever grateful, And I want
