7/29/26 - Diego denies Copenhaver subpoenas, IEDC's unbelievable LEAP legal bill, Senate drama in TX
Today’s episode of The Rob Kendall Show opens with Rob covering the Indiana Recount Commission’s decision in the Spencer Deery–Paula Copenhaver Senate race, where Copenhaver’s campaign wanted to subpoena voters and question them under oath about how and why they voted. Rob says Diego Morales, despite making the moment about himself and pushing closed primaries, cast the deciding vote against that request. Rob argues voters followed the law by requesting a Republican ballot and voting, and says Republicans are angry because they got beaten under the same primary rules they created.
