• 1:19
  We
• 1:19
  are
• 1:20
  the
• 1:20
  priest
• 1:20
  of
• 1:20
  the
• 1:20
  geeks.
• 1:21
  I
• 1:21
  am
• 1:21
  one
• 1:21
  of
• 1:22
  your

• 1:25
  Evan,
• 1:26
  how
• 1:26
  are
• 1:26
  you
• 1:26
  tonight?
• 1:27
  I'm
• 1:27
  doing
• 1:28
  well.
• 1:28
  Doing
• 1:28
  well.
• 1:29
  How
• 1:29
  are
• 1:29
  you
• 1:29
  doing,
• 1:30
  Kevin?
• 1:30
  Man,
• 1:30
  I'm
• 1:31
  great.
• 1:31
  I
• 1:31
  am
• 1:32
  really
• 1:32
  excited
• 1:32
  for
• 1:32
  this
• 1:33
  one.
• 1:33
  This
• 1:34
  is
• 1:34
  another
• 1:35
  what's
• 1:35
  news
• 1:36
  episode
• 1:36
  and
• 1:36
  we
• 1:37
  have
• 1:37
  so
• 1:37
  much
• 1:37
  to
• 1:37
  cover
• 1:38
  tonight.
• 1:38
  A
• 1:38
  lot
• 1:39
  happening
• 1:39
  in
• 1:40
  the
• 1:40
  geek
• 1:40
  sphere.
• 1:40
  We
• 1:40
  can't
• 1:41
  even
• 1:41
  cover
• 1:41
  everything
• 1:42
  really
• 1:43
  right
• 1:43
  now,
• 1:43
  but
• 1:43
  we've
• 1:43
  got
• 1:43
  some
• 1:44
  great
• 1:44
  topics
• 1:44
  to
• 1:44
  hit
• 1:44
  on.
• 1:45
  So
• 1:45
  very
• 1:45
  excited
• 1:46
  for
• 1:46
  this.
• 1:47
  But,
• 1:48
  Evan,
• 1:48
  before
• 1:48
  we
• 1:49
  get
• 1:49
  started
• 1:50
  with
• 1:50
  our
• 1:50
  main
• 1:51
  topics,
• 1:52
  what
• 1:52
  have
• 1:52
  you
• 1:53
  else
• 1:53
  have
• 1:53
  you
• 1:53
  been
• 1:53
  geeking
• 1:53
  out
• 1:54
  on
• 1:54
  lately?
• 1:54
  Yes,
• 1:56
  a
• 1:56
  few
• 1:57
  things
• 1:57
  we've
• 1:58
  been
• 1:58
  doing.
• 1:59
  Well,
• 2:00
  I've
• 2:00
  been
• 2:00
  watching
• 2:01
  more
• 2:01
  now,
• 2:02
  but
• 2:02
  I
• 2:03
  wrote
• 2:03
  it
• 2:03
  down.
• 2:03
  I
• 2:03
  have
• 2:03
  Eliz
• 2:04
  Kachow
• 2:06
  in
• 2:07
  the
• 2:07
  theme
• 2:07
  park
• 2:08
  world
• 2:08
  epic
• 2:08
  universe
• 2:09
  open.
• 2:09
  So
• 2:09
  that's
• 2:10
  been
• 2:10
  a
• 2:10
  big
• 2:11
  part
• 2:11
  of
• 2:11
  a
• 2:11
  lot
• 2:11
  of
• 2:11
  my
• 2:12
  content
• 2:12
  right
• 2:12
  now,
• 2:13
  seeing
• 2:13
  that
• 2:13
  cool
• 2:14
  stuff,
• 2:16
  the
• 2:17
  righteous
• 2:18
  gemstones.
• 2:19
  But
• 2:19
  that
• 2:20
  show
• 2:20
  has
• 2:20
  been
• 2:20
  great.
• 2:21
  It's
• 2:21
  been
• 2:22
  firing
• 2:22
  on
• 2:23
  all
• 2:23
  cylinders.
• 2:24
  The
• 2:24
  plot,
• 2:25
  the
• 2:25
  dialogue.
• 2:26
  It's
• 2:26
  been
• 2:26
  great.
• 2:30
  I
• 2:30
  wanted
• 2:30
  to
• 2:31
  put
• 2:31
  andor
• 2:31
  here,
• 2:32
  but
• 2:32
  I
• 2:32
  fell
• 2:32
  asleep
• 2:33
  last
• 2:33
  night
• 2:33
  so
• 2:34
  I
• 2:34
  couldn't
• 2:34
  finish
• 2:35
  the
• 2:35
  episodes.
• 2:37
  And
• 2:37
  that
• 2:38
  a
• 2:38
  Fantastic
• 2:39
  Four
• 2:39
  trailer.
• 2:40
  I've
• 2:40
  been
• 2:41
  watching
• 2:41
  that
• 2:41
  a
• 2:41
  few
• 2:42
  times.
• 2:42
  So
• 2:43
  it
• 2:43
  looks
• 2:43
  like
• 2:43
  they
• 2:44
  finally
• 2:44
  got
• 2:44
  it
• 2:44
  right.
• 2:46
  I
• 2:46
  mean,
• 2:46
  July,
• 2:47
  oh
• 2:47
  my
• 2:47
  gosh,
• 2:47
  what
• 2:48
  am
• 2:48
  I.
• 2:48
  What
• 2:48
  are
• 2:48
  we
• 2:49
  gonna
• 2:49
  do
• 2:49
  with
• 2:49
  Superman
• 2:49
  and
• 2:50
  Fantastic
• 2:50
  Four
• 2:50
  back
• 2:51
  to
• 2:51
  back?
• 2:51
  Just
• 2:52
  the
• 2:52
  utter
• 2:52
  joy
• 2:53
  that
• 2:53
  those
• 2:53
  will
• 2:54
  bring.
• 2:54
  I
• 2:54
  cannot
• 2:55
  wait.
• 2:56
  And
• 2:57
  yeah,
• 2:57
  I
• 2:57
  will
• 2:57
  say,
• 2:58
  just
• 2:58
  for
• 2:58
  viewers,
• 2:58
  listeners
• 2:59
  out
• 2:59
  there,
• 2:59
  we're
• 2:59
  not
• 3:00
  gonna
• 3:00
  go
• 3:00
  in
• 3:00
  depth
• 3:00
  on
• 3:00
  Andor
• 3:01
  tonight
• 3:01
  because
• 3:01
  I'm
• 3:01
  actually
• 3:02
  doing
• 3:02
  a
• 3:02
  rewatch
• 3:02
  of
• 3:03
  season
• 3:03
  one
• 3:03
  first.
• 3:03
  So
• 3:04
  I've
• 3:04
  not
• 3:04
  watched
• 3:04
  the
• 3:05
  premiere
• 3:05
  yet.
• 3:06
  We
• 3:06
  are
• 3:06
  gonna
• 3:06
  talk
• 3:06
  Star
• 3:07
  wars
• 3:07
  stuff
• 3:07
  tonight,
• 3:07
  but
• 3:08
  we
• 3:08
  will
• 3:08
  definitely
• 3:09
  be
• 3:09
  delving
• 3:10
  on
• 3:10
  systematic
• 3:10
  ecology
• 3:12
  in
• 3:12
  depth.
• 3:13
  But
• 3:13
  just
• 3:14
  as
• 3:14
  a
• 3:14
  teaser,
• 3:14
  we're
• 3:15
  not
• 3:15
  going
• 3:15
  to
• 3:15
  cover
• 3:16
  the
• 3:16
  premiere
• 3:16
  tonight.
• 3:17
  So
• 3:17
  if
• 3:17
  you
• 3:17
  haven't
• 3:18
  watched
• 3:18
  it,
• 3:18
  you're
• 3:18
  in
• 3:18
  good
• 3:18
  headache
• 3:19
  because,
• 3:19
  yeah,
• 3:19
  I
• 3:20
  have
• 3:20
  not
• 3:20
  gotten
• 3:20
  to
• 3:20
  it
• 3:20
  yet
• 3:21
  because
• 3:21
  that
• 3:21
  is
• 3:22
  one
• 3:22
  show.
• 3:22
  The
• 3:22
  first
• 3:23
  season
• 3:23
  is
• 3:23
  so
• 3:23
  phenomenal
• 3:24
  that
• 3:24
  I
• 3:25
  really,
• 3:25
  I
• 3:25
  didn't
• 3:25
  want
• 3:25
  to
• 3:25
  just
• 3:26
  do
• 3:26
  a
• 3:26
  recap.
• 3:26
  I
• 3:26
  really
• 3:27
  wanted
• 3:27
  to
• 3:27
  do
• 3:27
  a
• 3:27
  full
• 3:27
  rewatch
• 3:28
  and
• 3:28
  really
• 3:28
  absorb
• 3:29
  it
• 3:29
  before
• 3:30
  I
• 3:30
  went
• 3:30
  into
• 3:30
  season
• 3:30
  two.
• 3:31
  And
• 3:31
  I'm
• 3:31
  glad
• 3:31
  I'm
• 3:32
  doing
• 3:32
  that.
• 3:32
  So
• 3:32
  I'm
• 3:33
  about
• 3:33
  halfway
• 3:33
  through
• 3:34
  a
• 3:34
  rewatch
• 3:34
  of
• 3:35
  season
• 3:35
  one,
• 3:35
  but
• 3:36
  yeah,
• 3:36
  awesome.
• 3:37
  Well,
• 3:37
  those
• 3:38
  are
• 3:38
  great
• 3:38
  items
• 3:40
  I
• 3:40
  will
• 3:40
  add
• 3:40
  to
• 3:41
  it
• 3:41
  because
• 3:41
  aside
• 3:41
  from
• 3:42
  the
• 3:42
  stuff
• 3:42
  we're
• 3:42
  talking
• 3:42
  about
• 3:43
  tonight,
• 3:44
  one
• 3:44
  show
• 3:44
  I
• 3:45
  am
• 3:45
  thoroughly
• 3:46
  enjoying
• 3:46
  is
• 3:47
  the
• 3:47
  studio
• 3:48
  on
• 3:48
  Apple
• 3:49
  tv.
• 3:50
  Evan,
• 3:50
  have
• 3:50
  you
• 3:50
  heard
• 3:50
  about
• 3:51
  this
• 3:51
  one?
• 3:52
  The
• 3:53
  new
• 3:53
  Seth
• 3:53
  Rogen
• 3:54
  and
• 3:54
  Edvin
• 3:54
  Goldberg
• 3:55
  series
• 3:56
  that
• 3:57
  they
• 3:57
  also
• 3:57
  co
• 3:57
  created
• 3:58
  with
• 3:58
  several
• 3:58
  other
• 3:58
  writers
• 3:59
  and
• 3:59
  they
• 3:59
  direct
• 4:00
  every
• 4:00
  episode
• 4:00
  and
• 4:01
  Seth
• 4:01
  Rogen
• 4:01
  stars
• 4:01
  in
• 4:02
  it.
• 4:02
  But
• 4:02
  it's
• 4:03
  a
• 4:03
  great
• 4:03
  show
• 4:04
  where
• 4:04
  Seth
• 4:05
  Rogen
• 4:05
  plays
• 4:06
  this
• 4:06
  stressed
• 4:06
  out
• 4:06
  movie
• 4:07
  executive
• 4:07
  who
• 4:08
  becomes
• 4:08
  the
• 4:09
  head
• 4:09
  of
• 4:09
  a
• 4:09
  fictional
• 4:10
  studio
• 4:10
  called
• 4:11
  Continental
• 4:11
  Studios.
• 4:12
  And
• 4:12
  it's
• 4:12
  a
• 4:13
  fascinating
• 4:13
  concept
• 4:14
  because
• 4:14
  he's
• 4:15
  playing
• 4:15
  the
• 4:15
  guy
• 4:16
  who
• 4:16
  genuinely
• 4:17
  loves
• 4:18
  filmmakers
• 4:18
  and
• 4:18
  loves
• 4:19
  movies
• 4:19
  and
• 4:19
  he
• 4:20
  wants
• 4:20
  to
• 4:20
  be
• 4:21
  the
• 4:21
  cool
• 4:21
  executive
• 4:22
  that
• 4:22
  supports
• 4:23
  them,
• 4:23
  but
• 4:24
  he's
• 4:24
  caught
• 4:24
  in
• 4:24
  a
• 4:25
  system
• 4:25
  that
• 4:26
  forces
• 4:26
  him
• 4:27
  to
• 4:27
  only
• 4:28
  prioritize
• 4:29
  making
• 4:29
  money
• 4:29
  for
• 4:29
  the
• 4:29
  studio.
• 4:30
  And
• 4:30
  so
• 4:30
  he's
• 4:30
  caught
• 4:31
  in
• 4:31
  this
• 4:31
  endless
• 4:33
  dynamic
• 4:34
  between,
• 4:36
  you
• 4:36
  know,
• 4:36
  his
• 4:36
  own
• 4:37
  desires
• 4:37
  and
• 4:37
  wanting
• 4:38
  to
• 4:39
  be.
• 4:39
  Have
• 4:39
  artistic
• 4:40
  integrity
• 4:40
  and
• 4:41
  then
• 4:42
  ultimately
• 4:43
  being
• 4:43
  a
• 4:43
  corporate
• 4:43
  mongol.
• 4:44
  So
• 4:44
  it's
• 4:45
  a
• 4:45
  really
• 4:45
  fast.
• 4:45
  And
• 4:45
  it's
• 4:46
  so
• 4:46
  funny.
• 4:46
  It
• 4:47
  is.
• 4:47
  It's
• 4:48
  such
• 4:48
  a
• 4:48
  show
• 4:48
  that
• 4:49
  is
• 4:49
  made
• 4:49
  for
• 4:49
  movie
• 4:49
  buffs.
• 4:50
  I
• 4:50
  mean,
• 4:50
  they
• 4:51
  have
• 4:51
  Martin
• 4:51
  Scorsese
• 4:52
  playing
• 4:52
  himself
• 4:52
  in
• 4:52
  the
• 4:52
  pilot
• 4:53
  episode
• 4:54
  and
• 4:54
  they
• 4:54
  have
• 4:54
  a
• 4:54
  bunch
• 4:55
  of
• 4:55
  other
• 4:55
  actors
• 4:56
  and
• 4:56
  filmmakers
• 4:57
  playing
• 4:57
  themselves
• 4:58
  in
• 4:58
  the
• 4:59
  rest
• 4:59
  of
• 4:59
  the
• 4:59
  season.
• 5:00
  So,
• 5:00
  like
• 5:00
  Anthony
• 5:01
  Mac,
• 5:01
  he's
• 5:01
  in
• 5:01
  one.
• 5:03
  Like
• 5:04
  Zac
• 5:04
  Efron
• 5:05
  showed
• 5:05
  her,
• 5:05
  like,
• 5:06
  it's.
• 5:06
  It's
• 5:07
  a
• 5:07
  brilliant
• 5:07
  show.
• 5:08
  Katherine
• 5:08
  Hahn
• 5:09
  is
• 5:09
  great
• 5:09
  in
• 5:09
  it.
• 5:10
  Catherine
• 5:11
  O'Hara.
• 5:12
  So
• 5:12
  it's.
• 5:13
  Yeah,
• 5:13
  great
• 5:13
  show
• 5:14
  all
• 5:14
  around.
• 5:15
  So
• 5:15
  I've
• 5:15
  really
• 5:16
  been
• 5:16
  enjoying
• 5:16
  that.
• 5:16
  And
• 5:16
  then
• 5:17
  there's
• 5:17
  a
• 5:17
  lot
• 5:17
  more,
• 5:18
  but
• 5:18
  a
• 5:18
  lot
• 5:18
  of
• 5:18
  the
• 5:18
  what
• 5:19
  is
• 5:19
  what
• 5:19
  we're
• 5:19
  gonna
• 5:19
  be
• 5:19
  talking
• 5:19
  about
• 5:20
  tonight.
• 5:20
  So,
• 5:20
  yeah,
• 5:21
  very
• 5:21
  cool.
• 5:22
  Right
• 5:22
  on,
• 5:22
  right
• 5:22
  on.
• 5:23
  Awesome.
• 5:23
  Well,
• 5:23
  before
• 5:24
  we
• 5:24
  get
• 5:24
  into
• 5:24
  the
• 5:24
  main
• 5:25
  topics,
• 5:25
  just
• 5:26
  want
• 5:26
  to
• 5:26
  thank
• 5:26
  all
• 5:26
  of
• 5:26
  our
• 5:27
  listeners
• 5:27
  and
• 5:28
  viewers
• 5:28
  for
• 5:28
  tuning
• 5:29
  in
• 5:29
  tonight.
• 5:30
  If
• 5:30
  you
• 5:30
  are
• 5:30
  a
• 5:30
  Patreon
• 5:31
  subscriber,
• 5:31
  a
• 5:32
  huge
• 5:32
  shout
• 5:32
  out
• 5:32
  to
• 5:32
  you
• 5:33
  and
• 5:33
  we
• 5:34
  if
• 5:34
  you're
• 5:34
  here,
• 5:35
  whether
• 5:35
  your
• 5:35
  first
• 5:35
  time,
• 5:36
  welcome
• 5:37
  and
• 5:37
  if
• 5:37
  you
• 5:37
  are
• 5:38
  returning.
• 5:39
  So
• 5:40
  welcome
• 5:40
  so
• 5:40
  much
• 5:40
  and
• 5:41
  thank
• 5:41
  you
• 5:41
  so
• 5:41
  much
• 5:42
  for
• 5:42
  supporting
• 5:42
  the
• 5:42
  show.
• 5:43
  Please,

• 5:46

• 5:46
  and
• 5:47
  review.
• 5:47
  It
• 5:47
  helps
• 5:47
  out
• 5:48
  a
• 5:48
  ton.
• 5:48
  Wherever
• 5:49
  you
• 5:49
  hear
• 5:49
  podcasts,
• 5:50
  whether
• 5:50
  you're
• 5:50
  watching
• 5:50
  on
• 5:50
  YouTube
• 5:51
  right
• 5:51
  now
• 5:51
  or
• 5:52
  if
• 5:52
  you're
• 5:53
  listening
• 5:53
  to
• 5:53
  this
• 5:53
  at
• 5:53
  a
• 5:53
  later
• 5:54
  time,
• 5:54
  we
• 5:54
  super
• 5:55
  appreciate
• 5:55
  the
• 5:55
  support.
• 5:57
  So
• 5:57
  now,
• 5:57
  yeah,
• 5:57
  Evan,
• 5:58
  we
• 5:58
  have
• 5:58
  a
• 5:58
  lot
• 5:58
  to
• 5:59
  get
• 6:01
  into
• 6:03
  for
• 6:04
  the
• 6:04
  like
• 6:04
  tonight,
• 6:05
  so.
• 6:07
  Yeah,
• 6:08
  so
• 6:08
  let's
• 6:09
  get
• 6:09
  into
• 6:09
  it.
• 6:10
  So
• 6:10
  first
• 6:10
  off,
• 6:11
  what
• 6:11
  do
• 6:11
  we
• 6:11
  have?
• 6:12
  We
• 6:12
  have
• 6:13
  the
• 6:14
  film
• 6:14
  Sinners,
• 6:15
  which
• 6:15
  is
• 6:16
  a
• 6:17
  surprise
• 6:17
  film
• 6:18
  that.
• 6:19
  Well,
• 6:20
  it
• 6:20
  was
• 6:20
  a
• 6:20
  surprise
• 6:21
  for
• 6:21
  me
• 6:21
  because
• 6:21
  I
• 6:21
  try
• 6:22
  to
• 6:22
  stay
• 6:22
  spoiler
• 6:22
  free
• 6:23
  from
• 6:23
  it
• 6:24
  and.
• 6:24
  And
• 6:25
  I
• 6:25
  pretty
• 6:25
  much
• 6:25
  did.
• 6:26
  And
• 6:27
  I
• 6:28
  really
• 6:28
  loved
• 6:28
  it.
• 6:28
  It's
• 6:29
  a
• 6:30
  probably
• 6:30
  perfect
• 6:31
  film
• 6:31
  for
• 6:32
  what
• 6:32
  it
• 6:32
  was.
• 6:32
  For
• 6:33
  what
• 6:33
  it
• 6:33
  was,
• 6:33
  man.
• 6:34
  I
• 6:34
  really
• 6:34
  liked
• 6:34
  it.
• 6:35
  This
• 6:35
  is
• 6:35
  an
• 6:35
  absolutely
• 6:36
  phenomenal.
• 6:37
  I
• 6:37
  remember
• 6:37
  when
• 6:37
  I
• 6:38
  first
• 6:38
  saw
• 6:38
  the
• 6:38
  trailer,
• 6:39
  I
• 6:39
  was
• 6:39
  immediately
• 6:40
  hyped
• 6:41
  because
• 6:42
  I
• 6:42
  mean,
• 6:43
  it's
• 6:43
  Ryan
• 6:43
  Coogler.
• 6:44
  It's
• 6:45
  a
• 6:45
  horror
• 6:45
  movie.
• 6:46
  And
• 6:46
  it's
• 6:46
  also
• 6:47
  Ryan
• 6:47
  Coogler's
• 6:48
  first
• 6:48
  original
• 6:48
  property.
• 6:49
  That's
• 6:50
  not
• 6:50
  an
• 6:50
  IP
• 6:50
  or
• 6:51
  even,
• 6:51
  I
• 6:51
  guess
• 6:51
  even
• 6:51
  Fruit
• 6:52
  File
• 6:52
  Station,
• 6:52
  which
• 6:52
  was
• 6:53
  like
• 6:53
  indie
• 6:54
  debut,
• 6:54
  was
• 6:55
  still
• 6:55
  based
• 6:55
  on
• 6:55
  a
• 6:55
  true
• 6:55
  story,
• 6:56
  but
• 6:56
  excellent
• 6:57
  movie
• 6:57
  like.
• 6:58
  And
• 6:58
  I
• 6:58
  mean
• 6:58
  he's
• 6:58
  made
• 6:59
  great
• 6:59
  movies
• 6:59
  with
• 6:59
  Creed
• 7:00
  and
• 7:00
  both
• 7:00
  Black
• 7:00
  Panthers,
• 7:01
  but
• 7:02
  this
• 7:02
  was
• 7:02
  his
• 7:02
  first
• 7:03
  just
• 7:03
  Frost
• 7:04
  straight
• 7:04
  from
• 7:04
  the
• 7:04
  imagination.
• 7:05
  So
• 7:05
  I've
• 7:06
  actually
• 7:06
  seen
• 7:06
  this
• 7:06
  movie
• 7:07
  twice.
• 7:07
  Did
• 7:08
  I
• 7:08
  love
• 7:09
  it?
• 7:09
  And
• 7:09
  yes,
• 7:10
  I
• 7:10
  love
• 7:10
  it.
• 7:11
  Is
• 7:11
  this.
• 7:11
  If
• 7:12
  you
• 7:12
  didn't
• 7:12
  already
• 7:13
  love
• 7:13
  Michael
• 7:13
  B.
• 7:13
  Jordan,
• 7:14
  you
• 7:14
  get
• 7:14
  double
• 7:15
  the
• 7:15
  dose
• 7:15
  of
• 7:15
  Michael
• 7:16
  B.
• 7:16
  Jordan
• 7:16
  in
• 7:16
  this
• 7:16
  movie,
• 7:17
  which
• 7:18
  is
• 7:18
  phenomenal.
• 7:19
  So
• 7:20
  yeah,
• 7:21
  let's.
• 7:21
  I
• 7:21
  mean,
• 7:21
  let's
• 7:21
  get
• 7:22
  into
• 7:22
  this.
• 7:23
  So
• 7:24
  you
• 7:24
  want
• 7:24
  to
• 7:24
  give
• 7:25
  just
• 7:25
  kind
• 7:25
  of
• 7:25
  an
• 7:25
  overview
• 7:26
  of
• 7:26
  what
• 7:27
  this
• 7:27
  movie
• 7:27
  is
• 7:27
  about
• 7:28
  and
• 7:28
  then
• 7:28
  we
• 7:28
  can
• 7:28
  get
• 7:28
  on
• 7:28
  a
• 7:29
  little
• 7:29
  more
• 7:29
  about
• 7:30
  the
• 7:30
  themes
• 7:31
  and
• 7:32
  just
• 7:33
  the.
• 7:33
  Do
• 7:33
  we
• 7:33
  want
• 7:34
  to
• 7:34
  spoil
• 7:34
  it?
• 7:35
  Let's
• 7:35
  avoid
• 7:36
  spoilers.
• 7:37
  Because
• 7:37
  I
• 7:38
  do
• 7:38
  want
• 7:38
  to
• 7:38
  like,
• 7:38
  I
• 7:39
  want
• 7:39
  more
• 7:39
  people.
• 7:39
  I
• 7:39
  mean,
• 7:39
  I
• 7:39
  know
• 7:40
  it
• 7:40
  did
• 7:40
  well
• 7:40
  on
• 7:40
  opening
• 7:41
  weekend,
• 7:41
  but
• 7:41
  I
• 7:41
  really
• 7:42
  want
• 7:42
  more
• 7:42
  people
• 7:42
  to
• 7:43
  see
• 7:43
  this.
• 7:43
  So
• 7:44
  I
• 7:44
  think
• 7:44
  we
• 7:44
  can
• 7:44
  talk
• 7:45
  about
• 7:45
  it
• 7:45
  in
• 7:45
  more
• 7:45
  general
• 7:46
  terms.
• 7:47
  So
• 7:48
  if
• 7:48
  you
• 7:48
  want
• 7:48
  to
• 7:48
  just
• 7:48
  give
• 7:49
  the
• 7:49
  initial
• 7:49
  premise
• 7:50
  and
• 7:50
  then
• 7:51
  we
• 7:51
  can
• 7:51
  still
• 7:51
  talk
• 7:51
  about
• 7:52
  some,
• 7:52
  you
• 7:52
  know,
• 7:52
  favorite
• 7:53
  elements
• 7:53
  of
• 7:53
  it.
• 7:53
  There
• 7:54
  we
• 7:54
  go.
• 7:54
  Yeah,
• 7:54
  yeah,
• 7:55
  for
• 7:55
  sure,
• 7:55
  for
• 7:55
  sure.
• 7:56
  So
• 7:56
  this
• 7:57
  is
• 7:57
  like
• 7:57
  you
• 7:57
  said,
• 7:58
  this
• 7:58
  is
• 7:59
  Ryan
• 7:59
  Coogler's
• 8:00
  film.
• 8:00
  It's
• 8:01
  an
• 8:01
  original
• 8:02
  and
• 8:02
  it
• 8:03
  focuses
• 8:03
  on
• 8:04
  two.
• 8:05
  On
• 8:05
  twin
• 8:06
  brothers
• 8:07
  played
• 8:07
  by
• 8:07
  Michael
• 8:07
  B.
• 8:08
  Jordan
• 8:09
  and
• 8:11
  they
• 8:12
  are
• 8:12
  gangsters.
• 8:13
  And
• 8:14
  this
• 8:14
  takes
• 8:15
  place
• 8:15
  in
• 8:15
  the
• 8:15
  1930s
• 8:18
  during
• 8:18
  the
• 8:18
  Depression
• 8:19
  and
• 8:21
  prohibition
• 8:23
  where.
• 8:23
  And
• 8:25
  they
• 8:25
  are
• 8:25
  coming
• 8:26
  back
• 8:26
  to
• 8:26
  their
• 8:26
  small
• 8:27
  town
• 8:28
  because
• 8:28
  they
• 8:28
  spent
• 8:29
  some
• 8:29
  time
• 8:29
  in
• 8:29
  Chicago
• 8:30
  and
• 8:31
  they're
• 8:31
  coming
• 8:31
  back
• 8:31
  to
• 8:31
  their
• 8:32
  small
• 8:32
  town
• 8:33
  to
• 8:33
  start
• 8:34
  a.
• 8:34
  To
• 8:35
  start
• 8:35
  a
• 8:35
  jive
• 8:36
  club.
• 8:36
  And
• 8:36
  they're
• 8:37
  trying
• 8:37
  to
• 8:37
  bring
• 8:38
  around
• 8:38
  the.
• 8:39
  Trying
• 8:39
  to
• 8:39
  build
• 8:40
  up
• 8:40
  the
• 8:40
  club.
• 8:41
  They
• 8:42
  run
• 8:42
  into
• 8:43
  their
• 8:43
  old.
• 8:44
  They're
• 8:44
  all
• 8:44
  to
• 8:45
  friends
• 8:45
  and
• 8:45
  family
• 8:45
  and
• 8:46
  they
• 8:46
  really
• 8:46
  develop
• 8:47
  relationships
• 8:48
  with
• 8:48
  these
• 8:48
  people
• 8:49
  again.
• 8:49
  They.
• 8:50
  They
• 8:50
  bring
• 8:50
  up
• 8:51
  some
• 8:51
  old
• 8:51
  flames
• 8:51
  and
• 8:52
  stuff
• 8:52
  and
• 8:53
  then
• 8:53
  they
• 8:54
  start
• 8:54
  the
• 8:55
  jive
• 8:55
  club
• 8:56
  and
• 8:56
  things
• 8:57
  go
• 8:57
  bad
• 8:57
  and
• 8:58
  they
• 8:58
  got
• 8:59
  to
• 9:00
  overcome
• 9:01
  it.
• 9:01
  There's
• 9:01
  a
• 9:02
  lot
• 9:02
  of
• 9:02
  blood,
• 9:02
  there's
• 9:02
  a
• 9:03
  lot
• 9:03
  of
• 9:03
  fighting.
• 9:05
  And
• 9:06
  the
• 9:06
  ending
• 9:07
  has
• 9:08
  three
• 9:08
  post
• 9:08
  credit
• 9:09
  sequences.
• 9:09
  So
• 9:10
  don't
• 9:10
  forget
• 9:11
  to.
• 9:12
  To
• 9:12
  see
• 9:12
  those.
• 9:13
  I
• 9:13
  love
• 9:14
  that
• 9:14
  this
• 9:15
  was
• 9:15
  like
• 9:15
  Ryan
• 9:15
  Coog
• 9:16
  non
• 9:16
  Marvel
• 9:17
  movie,
• 9:17
  but
• 9:17
  he
• 9:17
  did
• 9:17
  a
• 9:18
  little
• 9:18
  Marvel
• 9:18
  thing
• 9:18
  there
• 9:19
  by
• 9:19
  having
• 9:20
  all
• 9:20
  the
• 9:20
  post
• 9:20
  credits
• 9:21
  there.
• 9:22
  And
• 9:22
  yeah,
• 9:23
  I
• 9:23
  love.
• 9:23
  And
• 9:24
  it's
• 9:24
  not
• 9:25
  one
• 9:25
  to
• 9:26
  skip.
• 9:26
  Definitely
• 9:27
  stay
• 9:27
  in
• 9:27
  the
• 9:28
  theater
• 9:28
  because
• 9:29
  actually
• 9:29
  when
• 9:29
  I
• 9:29
  saw
• 9:29
  it
• 9:29
  the
• 9:30
  second
• 9:30
  time
• 9:30
  I
• 9:30
  saw
• 9:30
  some
• 9:31
  people
• 9:31
  leaving,
• 9:31
  I
• 9:31
  was
• 9:31
  like,
• 9:31
  no,
• 9:32
  no,
• 9:32
  no,
• 9:32
  stay.
• 9:34
  It's
• 9:35
  not
• 9:35
  done
• 9:35
  yet
• 9:35
  once
• 9:36
  the
• 9:36
  credits
• 9:37
  start
• 9:37
  rolling.
• 9:38
  But
• 9:39
  yeah.
• 9:39
  So
• 9:39
  I
• 9:40
  really
• 9:40
  love
• 9:40
  this
• 9:41
  movie.
• 9:41
  Like
• 9:41
  I
• 9:41
  said,
• 9:41
  I
• 9:41
  already
• 9:42
  saw
• 9:42
  it
• 9:42
  twice.
• 9:42
  I
• 9:43
  saw
• 9:43
  it
• 9:43
  first
• 9:43
  at
• 9:44
  the
• 9:44
  Alamo
• 9:44
  Drafthouse
• 9:45
  and
• 9:45
  then
• 9:45
  again
• 9:46
  at
• 9:46
  the
• 9:47
  AMC
• 9:47
  theater
• 9:48
  because
• 9:49
  for
• 9:49
  that
• 9:49
  one,
• 9:50
  I
• 9:50
  wanted
• 9:50
  to
• 9:51
  experience
• 9:51
  it
• 9:51
  with
• 9:52
  a
• 9:52
  Dolby
• 9:52
  sound
• 9:52
  system.
• 9:53
  And
• 9:53
  that
• 9:54
  made
• 9:54
  it
• 9:55
  so
• 9:55
  much
• 9:55
  more
• 9:55
  immersive.
• 9:56
  It
• 9:57
  was
• 9:57
  because
• 9:57
  this
• 9:58
  is
• 9:58
  a
• 9:58
  movie
• 9:58
  that
• 9:58
  demands
• 9:59
  to
• 9:59
  not
• 9:59
  only
• 9:59
  be
• 10:00
  seen
• 10:00
  on
• 10:00
  the
• 10:00
  big
• 10:00
  screen,
• 10:01
  but
• 10:02
  just
• 10:03
  on
• 10:03
  the
• 10:03
  biggest
• 10:03
  screen
• 10:04
  possible
• 10:04
  and
• 10:04
  with
• 10:05
  a
• 10:05
  great
• 10:05
  sound
• 10:05
  system
• 10:06
  to
• 10:06
  make
• 10:06
  it
• 10:07
  all
• 10:07
  the
• 10:07
  more
• 10:07
  visceral
• 10:08
  and
• 10:08
  all
• 10:08
  the
• 10:08
  more
• 10:08
  immersive.
• 10:09
  But
• 10:10
  there's
• 10:10
  so
• 10:10
  many
• 10:10
  things
• 10:11
  I
• 10:11
  love
• 10:11
  about
• 10:11
  this
• 10:11
  movie,
• 10:12
  I
• 10:12
  think,
• 10:12
  you
• 10:13
  know,
• 10:13
  inevitably,
• 10:14
  I
• 10:14
  mean,
• 10:14
  not
• 10:15
  as
• 10:15
  a
• 10:15
  bad
• 10:15
  thing,
• 10:15
  but
• 10:16
  like
• 10:16
  a
• 10:16
  big
• 10:17
  source
• 10:17
  of
• 10:17
  inspiration
• 10:18
  and
• 10:18
  a
• 10:18
  big
• 10:19
  comparison
• 10:19
  to
• 10:20
  this
• 10:20
  movie
• 10:20
  is
• 10:21
  from
• 10:21
  Dusk
• 10:21
  Till
• 10:21
  dawn,
• 10:22
  which
• 10:22
  was
• 10:23
  directed
• 10:23
  by
• 10:23
  Robert
• 10:24
  Rodriguez,
• 10:25
  written
• 10:25
  and
• 10:26
  starring
• 10:26
  Quentin.
• 10:27
  Quentin
• 10:28
  Tarantino.
• 10:29
  And
• 10:29
  because
• 10:31
  you
• 10:31
  definitely
• 10:31
  see
• 10:32
  parallels
• 10:32
  there
• 10:33
  in
• 10:33
  terms
• 10:33
  of,
• 10:34
  okay,
• 10:34
  that's
• 10:34
  also
• 10:35
  a
• 10:35
  movie
• 10:35
  that
• 10:35
  starts
• 10:36
  out
• 10:36
  as
• 10:36
  a
• 10:37
  crime
• 10:37
  saga
• 10:38
  and
• 10:38
  then
• 10:38
  shifts
• 10:39
  into
• 10:39
  a
• 10:39
  horror
• 10:39
  movie.
• 10:40
  The
• 10:40
  difference,
• 10:40
  though
• 10:41
  is
• 10:41
  that
• 10:41
  with
• 10:41
  that
• 10:42
  one,
• 10:42
  it
• 10:42
  is
• 10:42
  an
• 10:43
  abrupt
• 10:43
  transition.
• 10:44
  Like
• 10:44
  you
• 10:45
  go
• 10:45
  immediately
• 10:46
  from
• 10:46
  a
• 10:47
  crime
• 10:47
  to
• 10:47
  all
• 10:48
  of
• 10:48
  a
• 10:48
  sudden
• 10:48
  you're
• 10:48
  in
• 10:49
  a
• 10:49
  vampire
• 10:49
  movie.
• 10:50
  And
• 10:50
  there's
• 10:51
  like
• 10:51
  no
• 10:52
  gradual
• 10:52
  transition.
• 10:53
  This
• 10:53
  one
• 10:54
  is
• 10:54
  certainly
• 10:55
  a
• 10:55
  genre
• 10:55
  mashup,
• 10:56
  but
• 10:56
  the
• 10:57
  build
• 10:57
  up
• 10:57
  to
• 10:58
  the
• 10:58
  vampire
• 10:58
  horror
• 10:59
  elements
• 10:59
  is
• 10:59
  there
• 11:00
  really
• 11:00
  from
• 11:00
  the
• 11:00
  beginning.
• 11:01
  So,
• 11:02
  I
• 11:02
  mean,
• 11:02
  right
• 11:03
  from
• 11:03
  the
• 11:03
  open.
• 11:03
  Natural,
• 11:04
  right?
• 11:04
  Very
• 11:04
  natural.
• 11:05
  Very,
• 11:05
  like,
• 11:06
  it's
• 11:06
  a
• 11:06
  very
• 11:06
  organic
• 11:07
  progression
• 11:08
  because
• 11:08
  even
• 11:08
  in
• 11:08
  the
• 11:08
  opening
• 11:09
  scene,
• 11:10
  there's
• 11:10
  a
• 11:10
  horror
• 11:10
  tease
• 11:11
  there.
• 11:12
  Like,
• 11:12
  there's
• 11:12
  a
• 11:12
  lot
• 11:12
  of
• 11:12
  horror
• 11:13
  movies.
• 11:13
  And
• 11:13
  then
• 11:13
  we
• 11:13
  shift
• 11:14
  to,
• 11:14
  you
• 11:15
  know,
• 11:15
  the
• 11:15
  brothers
• 11:15
  and
• 11:16
  also
• 11:16
  their
• 11:16
  cousin
• 11:17
  who
• 11:17
  is
• 11:18
  this,
• 11:18
  you
• 11:19
  know,
• 11:19
  aspiring
• 11:20
  musician,
• 11:21
  but
• 11:21
  he's
• 11:21
  also
• 11:21
  a
• 11:22
  preacher
• 11:22
  son.
• 11:23
  And
• 11:23
  his
• 11:23
  dad
• 11:23
  really
• 11:24
  doesn't
• 11:24
  want
• 11:24
  him
• 11:25
  to
• 11:25
  go
• 11:26
  pursue
• 11:26
  this,
• 11:27
  like,
• 11:27
  you
• 11:27
  know,
• 11:28
  secular
• 11:28
  lifestyle
• 11:29
  and
• 11:29
  becoming
• 11:29
  a
• 11:29
  musician.
• 11:30
  He
• 11:30
  wants
• 11:30
  him
• 11:30
  to
• 11:30
  follow
• 11:31
  in
• 11:31
  his
• 11:31
  footsteps.
• 11:32
  And
• 11:32
  so.
• 11:32
  But
• 11:32
  he
• 11:33
  goes
• 11:33
  off
• 11:33
  with
• 11:33
  his,
• 11:34
  you
• 11:35
  know,
• 11:35
  former
• 11:35
  gangster
• 11:36
  brother
• 11:36
  cousins.
• 11:37
  And
• 11:38
  a
• 11:38
  lot
• 11:39
  of
• 11:39
  the
• 11:39
  first
• 11:39
  hour
• 11:40
  is
• 11:40
  exploring
• 11:40
  these
• 11:41
  relationships
• 11:41
  and
• 11:41
  building
• 11:42
  that
• 11:42
  up
• 11:42
  and,
• 11:43
  you
• 11:43
  know,
• 11:43
  setting
• 11:44
  really
• 11:44
  the
• 11:44
  tone
• 11:45
  for
• 11:45
  what's
• 11:46
  going
• 11:46
  to
• 11:46
  transpire
• 11:47
  in
• 11:47
  the
• 11:47
  second
• 11:47
  half
• 11:47
  of
• 11:47
  the
• 11:48
  movie.
• 11:48
  And
• 11:49
  yeah,
• 11:49
  it
• 11:49
  does
• 11:49
  it
• 11:50
  so
• 11:50
  well.
• 11:50
  There's
• 11:50
  this.
• 11:51
  But
• 11:51
  I
• 11:51
  mean,
• 11:51
  like,
• 11:52
  you
• 11:52
  know,
• 11:52
  there's
• 11:53
  not
• 11:53
  just
• 11:53
  horror
• 11:53
  and
• 11:54
  crime
• 11:54
  elements.
• 11:54
  There
• 11:55
  is
• 11:55
  also
• 11:56
  a
• 11:56
  lot
• 11:56
  of
• 11:56
  romance
• 11:57
  that's
• 11:57
  really
• 11:57
  well
• 11:57
  developed.
• 11:58
  There
• 11:58
  is
• 11:59
  a
• 11:59
  really
• 11:59
  a
• 11:59
  musical
• 12:00
  element
• 12:00
  to,
• 12:01
  like.
• 12:01
  I
• 12:01
  mean,
• 12:01
  this.
• 12:02
  I
• 12:02
  mean,
• 12:02
  I
• 12:02
  was
• 12:03
  going
• 12:03
  to
• 12:03
  say,
• 12:03
  like,
• 12:04
  yeah,
• 12:05
  both
• 12:06
  the
• 12:06
  music,
• 12:07
  like
• 12:07
  the
• 12:07
  soundtrack
• 12:09
  and
• 12:09
  the
• 12:09
  music
• 12:10
  within
• 12:11
  the
• 12:11
  plot,
• 12:11
  like,
• 12:12
  the
• 12:12
  good
• 12:12
  guys
• 12:12
  have
• 12:13
  their
• 12:13
  music
• 12:13
  and
• 12:13
  the
• 12:13
  bad
• 12:14
  guys
• 12:14
  clearly
• 12:15
  have
• 12:15
  their
• 12:16
  music,
• 12:16
  too.
• 12:16
  And
• 12:17
  I
• 12:17
  hated
• 12:18
  when
• 12:18
  the
• 12:19
  bad
• 12:19
  Guys,
• 12:19
  quote,
• 12:20
  unquote,
• 12:20
  were
• 12:21
  they
• 12:22
  were
• 12:22
  doing
• 12:22
  their
• 12:22
  music.
• 12:23
  I
• 12:23
  thought,
• 12:23
  oh,
• 12:23
  my
• 12:23
  God,
• 12:23
  this
• 12:24
  music
• 12:24
  is
• 12:24
  so
• 12:24
  good.
• 12:25
  This
• 12:25
  shouldn't
• 12:26
  be
• 12:26
  that
• 12:26
  good.
• 12:27
  I
• 12:28
  was
• 12:28
  like,
• 12:28
  I
• 12:29
  like
• 12:29
  this
• 12:29
  track.
• 12:30
  But
• 12:30
  yes,
• 12:31
  yes,
• 12:31
  man.
• 12:31
  And
• 12:32
  the
• 12:32
  payoff
• 12:33
  is
• 12:34
  so
• 12:34
  good
• 12:34
  with
• 12:34
  all
• 12:35
  those.
• 12:35
  With
• 12:35
  all
• 12:35
  those
• 12:36
  characters
• 12:37
  when
• 12:37
  they
• 12:37
  finally
• 12:38
  bring
• 12:38
  in
• 12:38
  the
• 12:39
  genre
• 12:39
  part
• 12:39
  of
• 12:39
  it,
• 12:40
  all
• 12:40
  that
• 12:41
  set
• 12:41
  up
• 12:41
  and
• 12:41
  all
• 12:42
  the
• 12:42
  character
• 12:42
  development
• 12:43
  pays
• 12:43
  off
• 12:43
  so
• 12:44
  well.
• 12:44
  So
• 12:45
  well,
• 12:45
  it's
• 12:45
  brilliant.
• 12:46
  I
• 12:46
  mean,
• 12:46
  because,
• 12:46
  like.
• 12:46
  And
• 12:47
  it's
• 12:47
  really
• 12:47
  hard
• 12:48
  to
• 12:49
  not
• 12:49
  just
• 12:49
  do
• 12:49
  a
• 12:50
  genre
• 12:50
  mashup,
• 12:50
  but
• 12:51
  to
• 12:51
  have
• 12:51
  an
• 12:52
  ensemble
• 12:52
  of
• 12:53
  this
• 12:53
  size
• 12:53
  and
• 12:53
  to
• 12:54
  have
• 12:54
  everything
• 12:54
  connect
• 12:55
  so
• 12:55
  seamlessly
• 12:56
  and
• 12:57
  organically
• 12:58
  like
• 12:58
  that
• 12:58
  is
• 12:59
  just
• 12:59
  like.
• 13:00
  I
• 13:00
  think
• 13:00
  if
• 13:00
  you.
• 13:01
  You
• 13:01
  know,
• 13:01
  a
• 13:01
  lot
• 13:01
  of
• 13:01
  people
• 13:01
  have
• 13:02
  been
• 13:02
  talking
• 13:02
  about
• 13:02
  this
• 13:02
  as
• 13:03
  you
• 13:03
  know,
• 13:03
  I
• 13:03
  mean,
• 13:04
  this

  that

• 13:10
  I
• 13:10
  mean,
• 13:10
  even
• 13:10
  with
• 13:10
  a
• 13:11
  respected
• 13:11
  director,
• 13:12
  it's
• 13:12
  still
• 13:13
  a
• 13:13
  gamble
• 13:13
  for
• 13:13
  studios.
• 13:14
  And
• 13:14
  I'm
• 13:14
  really
• 13:14
  glad
• 13:14
  they
• 13:15
  took
• 13:15
  the
• 13:15
  risk
• 13:15
  on
• 13:15
  it.
• 13:16
  And,
• 13:17
  you
• 13:17
  know,
• 13:17
  I
• 13:17
  think
• 13:18
  if
• 13:18
  someone
• 13:19
  else
• 13:19
  had
• 13:19
  come
• 13:20
  with
• 13:20
  a
• 13:20
  script
• 13:20
  like
• 13:21
  this
• 13:21
  or.
• 13:22
  Or
• 13:22
  a
• 13:22
  pitch
• 13:22
  even
• 13:23
  and
• 13:23
  was
• 13:23
  like,
• 13:23
  yeah,
• 13:24
  I
• 13:24
  wanted
• 13:24
  all
• 13:24
  this,
• 13:24
  I
• 13:24
  think
• 13:25
  studios
• 13:25
  might
• 13:25
  have
• 13:25
  been
• 13:26
  like,
• 13:26
  yeah,
• 13:26
  no,
• 13:26
  we're
• 13:27
  not.
• 13:28
  Yes,
• 13:29
  ex.
• 13:29
  Exactly.
• 13:29
  Exactly.
• 13:30
  And
• 13:31
  whereas,
• 13:31
  like,
• 13:31
  Ryan
• 13:32
  Coogler
• 13:32
  is
• 13:32
  such
• 13:33
  a
• 13:33
  brilliant
• 13:33
  storyteller
• 13:34
  and
• 13:34
  he
• 13:35
  knows
• 13:35
  how
• 13:35
  to
• 13:35
  connect
• 13:35
  all
• 13:36
  these
• 13:36
  elements
• 13:36
  and
• 13:36
  deliver
• 13:37
  a
• 13:38
  satisfying
• 13:39
  beginning,
• 13:40
  middle
• 13:40
  and
• 13:40
  end
• 13:41
  and
• 13:41
  just
• 13:41
  keep
• 13:41
  viewers
• 13:42
  so
• 13:42
  entranced
• 13:42
  throughout.
• 13:43
  And
• 13:44
  he's
• 13:45
  the
• 13:45
  director
• 13:45
  as
• 13:46
  well,
• 13:46
  so
• 13:46
  he's
• 13:46
  pulling
• 13:47
  out
• 13:48
  of
• 13:48
  these
• 13:49
  actors
• 13:49
  and
• 13:50
  actresses
• 13:51
  these
• 13:51
  performances
• 13:52
  that.
• 13:53
  That
• 13:53
  I've
• 13:53
  never
• 13:54
  seen
• 13:54
  before.
• 13:55
  There's
• 13:56
  the
• 13:56
  girl
• 13:56
  that
• 13:57
  plays
• 13:57
  the
• 13:57
  TVA
• 13:58
  agent.
• 13:58
  She
• 13:59
  is.
• 13:59
  I
• 13:59
  didn't
• 13:59
  realize
• 14:00
  who
• 14:00
  she
• 14:00
  was.
• 14:00
  So,
• 14:00
  like,
• 14:01
  halfway
• 14:02
  through
• 14:02
  the
• 14:02
  film,
• 14:02
  I'm
• 14:02
  like,
• 14:02
  oh,
• 14:03
  my
• 14:03
  gosh,
• 14:03
  that's
• 14:04
  her.
• 14:04
  That's
• 14:04
  amazing.
• 14:05
  I
• 14:05
  mean,
• 14:06
  it
• 14:06
  is
• 14:06
  a
• 14:06
  brilliant
• 14:06
  cast.
• 14:07
  Hallie
• 14:08
  Stanfeld,
• 14:10
  Delroy
• 14:11
  Window.
• 14:12
  He's
• 14:12
  not
• 14:12
  no
• 14:12
  little
• 14:13
  kid
• 14:13
  anymore.
• 14:13
  No,
• 14:14
  she's
• 14:14
  like.
• 14:14
  I
• 14:14
  mean,
• 14:15
  like.
• 14:15
  I
• 14:15
  mean,
• 14:16
  she's
• 14:17
  brilliant.
• 14:18
  And
• 14:18
  yeah,
• 14:18
  I
• 14:18
  was
• 14:18
  looking.
• 14:19
  I
• 14:19
  wanted
• 14:19
  to
• 14:19
  look
• 14:19
  up
• 14:20
  some
• 14:20
  of
• 14:20
  the
• 14:21
  other
• 14:22
  actors.
• 14:23
  Yeah.
• 14:23
  Because
• 14:24
  one
• 14:25
  me,
• 14:25
  Masako,
• 14:26
  I
• 14:26
  hope
• 14:27
  I'm
• 14:27
  not
• 14:27
  butchering.
• 14:28
  And.
• 14:29
  But
• 14:29
  yeah,
• 14:30
  she's
• 14:30
  also.
• 14:31
  Yeah,
• 14:31
  she
• 14:32
  was
• 14:32
  in
• 14:32
  Loki.
• 14:33
  She
• 14:33
  was
• 14:33
  in
• 14:33
  Lovecraft
• 14:34
  country.
• 14:34
  And
• 14:34
  then
• 14:34
  I
• 14:34
  also
• 14:35
  knew
• 14:35
  her
• 14:35
  from
• 14:36
  We
• 14:36
  Own
• 14:36
  this
• 14:36
  City,
• 14:37
  which
• 14:37
  is
• 14:37
  a
• 14:37
  great
• 14:37
  HBO
• 14:38
  series
• 14:39
  with
• 14:39
  her
• 14:39
  and
• 14:39
  John
• 14:40
  Bernthal,
• 14:40
  a
• 14:41
  miniseries
• 14:42
  about
• 14:42
  the
• 14:42
  Boston
• 14:42
  police
• 14:43
  force.
• 14:43
  It's
• 14:43
  an
• 14:44
  excellent
• 14:44
  dinner.
• 14:44
  So
• 14:45
  she
• 14:45
  is
• 14:45
  phenomenal.
• 14:46
  And
• 14:47
  that
• 14:47
  was
• 14:47
  the
• 14:47
  thing.
• 14:47
  There
• 14:48
  was
• 14:48
  such
• 14:48
  a
• 14:48
  great
• 14:48
  play.
• 14:48
  And
• 14:49
  then
• 14:49
  Miles
• 14:50
  Canton,
• 14:50
  who.
• 14:51
  This
• 14:51
  was
• 14:51
  his
• 14:51
  debut
• 14:52
  acting
• 14:52
  role,
• 14:52
  but
• 14:53
  he
• 14:53
  plays
• 14:53
  the
• 14:53
  cousin.
• 14:54
  They
• 14:54
  sing
• 14:55
  and
• 14:55
  he's
• 14:55
  a.
• 14:56
  He's
• 14:56
  an
• 14:56
  R
• 14:56
  B
• 14:57
  singer.
• 14:57
  So
• 14:57
  that's.
• 14:57
  I
• 14:57
  Think
• 14:58
  why
• 14:58
  they.
• 14:58
  They
• 14:59
  look
• 14:59
  for
• 14:59
  that.
• 14:59
  Because
• 14:59
  they
• 14:59
  needed
• 15:00
  someone
• 15:00
  who
• 15:00
  could
• 15:00
  absolutely
• 15:01
  deliver.
• 15:03
  I
• 15:03
  had
• 15:04
  to
• 15:04
  look
• 15:04
  him
• 15:04
  up.
• 15:04
  Yeah.
• 15:05
  But
• 15:05
  it's
• 15:05
  like,
• 15:05
  I
• 15:06
  mean,
• 15:06
  obviously
• 15:07
  he
• 15:07
  can
• 15:07
  sing
• 15:08
  and
• 15:08
  perform,
• 15:09
  but
• 15:10
  for
• 15:10
  this
• 15:10
  to
• 15:10
  be
• 15:10
  his
• 15:10
  first
• 15:11
  movie,
• 15:11
  he
• 15:12
  killed
• 15:12
  it
• 15:12
  as
• 15:12
  an
• 15:13
  actor.
• 15:13
  Like,
• 15:13
  I
• 15:13
  mean,
• 15:14
  that
• 15:14
  was
• 15:14
  the
• 15:14
  thing.
• 15:14
  There
• 15:14
  was
• 15:15
  just
• 15:15
  not
• 15:15
  a
• 15:15
  bad
• 15:16
  performance
• 15:16
  at
• 15:16
  all.
• 15:17
  I
• 15:17
  mean,
• 15:17
  not.
• 15:18
  Not
• 15:18
  only
• 15:18
  not
• 15:18
  bad,
• 15:18
  there
• 15:19
  were
• 15:19
  just
• 15:19
  like.
• 15:19
  There
• 15:20
  were
• 15:20
  a
• 15:20
  few.
• 15:21
  It
• 15:21
  was
• 15:22
  like
• 15:22
  great
• 15:22
  performances
• 15:23
  all
• 15:23
  around.
• 15:23
  I
• 15:24
  mean,
• 15:24
  it
• 15:24
  was
• 15:24
  brilliant.
• 15:25
  So.
• 15:26
  Oh,
• 15:27
  I
• 15:27
  just
• 15:27
  love
• 15:27
  this
• 15:27
  movie
• 15:28
  so
• 15:28
  much.
• 15:28
  I
• 15:28
  mean,
• 15:28
  the
• 15:28
  cinematography,
• 15:29
  the
• 15:29
  execution
• 15:29
  and.
• 15:30
  And
• 15:30
  another
• 15:30
  thing
• 15:31
  too,
• 15:31
  about
• 15:31
  it
• 15:31
  being
• 15:32
  an
• 15:32
  original
• 15:33
  movie.
• 15:33
  And
• 15:34
  you
• 15:34
  know,
• 15:34
  one
• 15:34
  of
• 15:34
  the
• 15:34
  things
• 15:35
  that
• 15:35
  is
• 15:35
  scaring
• 15:35
  the
• 15:36
  mess
• 15:36
  out
• 15:36
  of
• 15:36
  studios
• 15:36
  right
• 15:36
  now
• 15:37
  is
• 15:37
  that
• 15:37
  Ryan
• 15:38
  Coogler
• 15:39
  will
• 15:39
  actually
• 15:40
  retain
• 15:40
  full
• 15:40
  ownership
• 15:41
  of
• 15:41
  this
• 15:41
  movie
• 15:42
  in
• 15:42
  25
• 15:42
  years.
• 15:43
  He
• 15:43
  secured
• 15:44
  a
• 15:44
  deal
• 15:44
  with
• 15:44
  Warner
• 15:45
  Brothers
• 15:45
  to
• 15:45
  make
• 15:46
  that
• 15:46
  happen
• 15:46
  because
• 15:47
  he
• 15:47
  said
• 15:47
  he's
• 15:47
  not
• 15:48
  going
• 15:48
  to
• 15:48
  do
• 15:48
  this
• 15:48
  on
• 15:48
  every
• 15:49
  movie,
• 15:49
  but
• 15:49
  he
• 15:49
  did
• 15:50
  it
• 15:50
  specifically
• 15:50
  for
• 15:50
  this
• 15:51
  one
• 15:51
  because
• 15:51
  it's
• 15:51
  about
• 15:52
  black
• 15:52
  ownership.
• 15:53
  And
• 15:54
  Once
• 15:54
  Upon
• 15:54
  a
• 15:54
  Time
• 15:55
  in
• 15:55
  Hollywood
• 15:55
  has
• 15:55
  a
• 15:55
  similar
• 15:56
  thing
• 15:56
  to
• 15:56
  like,
• 15:56
  Tarantino
• 15:57
  will
• 15:58
  be
• 15:58
  in
• 15:59
  a
• 15:59
  few
• 15:59
  decades.
• 15:59
  So.
• 16:00
  But
• 16:01
  that
• 16:01
  also
• 16:02
  scares
• 16:02
  the
• 16:02
  mess
• 16:02
  out
• 16:02
  of
• 16:03
  studios
• 16:03
  because.
• 16:03
  And
• 16:04
  I
• 16:04
  wasn't
• 16:04
  a
• 16:04
  gamble
• 16:04
  too.
• 16:05
  I
• 16:05
  actually,
• 16:05
  I
• 16:06
  have
• 16:06
  respect
• 16:06
  for
• 16:06
  Warner
• 16:06
  Brothers
• 16:07
  for
• 16:07
  doing
• 16:07
  that
• 16:07
  because
• 16:08
  it
• 16:08
  blank
• 16:09
  gives
• 16:09
  a
• 16:09
  lot
• 16:09
  of
• 16:09
  creative
• 16:10
  control
• 16:10
  over
• 16:11
  filmmakers,
• 16:11
  but
• 16:11
  it
• 16:11
  sets
• 16:12
  a
• 16:12
  precedent
• 16:12
  which,
• 16:12
  like,
• 16:13
  I'm
• 16:13
  all
• 16:13
  for,
• 16:14
  because
• 16:14
  I'm
• 16:14
  just
• 16:14
  like,
• 16:14
  I
• 16:15
  want
• 16:15
  more
• 16:15
  filmmakers
• 16:16
  have
• 16:16
  power,
• 16:16
  but
• 16:17
  it
• 16:17
  would
• 16:17
  cause
• 16:18
  a
• 16:18
  major
• 16:18
  shift
• 16:18
  in
• 16:19
  how
• 16:19
  movies
• 16:20
  are
• 16:20
  made
• 16:20
  if
• 16:20
  that
• 16:20
  becomes
• 16:21
  something
• 16:22
  going
• 16:22
  forward.
• 16:23
  So
• 16:23
  we'll
• 16:23
  see
• 16:23
  what
• 16:23
  happens.
• 16:23
  But.
• 16:24
  But
• 16:25
  I
• 16:25
  love
• 16:25
  that
• 16:25
  they
• 16:25
  gave
• 16:26
  him
• 16:26
  that
• 16:26
  power
• 16:26
  because
• 16:27
  he
• 16:27
  deserves
• 16:28
  it.
• 16:28
  100%.
• 16:29
  100%.
• 16:29
  I
• 16:29
  mean,
• 16:30
  it's
• 16:30
  just
• 16:30
  like,
• 16:30
  this
• 16:31
  is
• 16:31
  just
• 16:31
  so
• 16:32
  much
• 16:32
  his
• 16:32
  DNA,
• 16:33
  his
• 16:33
  craft,
• 16:33
  and,
• 16:34
  and
• 16:34
  oh,
• 16:35
  and
• 16:35
  the
• 16:35
  music
• 16:35
  all
• 16:35
  around.
• 16:36
  Ludwig
• 16:36
  Gordon
• 16:37
  score
• 16:37
  is
• 16:37
  phenomenal.
• 16:39
  And
• 16:39
  yeah,
• 16:40
  absolutely
• 16:40
  see
• 16:41
  it
• 16:41
  on
• 16:41
  the
• 16:41
  biggest
• 16:41
  screen
• 16:42
  possible.
• 16:43
  And.
• 16:43
  And
• 16:43
  also,
• 16:44
  you
• 16:44
  know,
• 16:44
  I
• 16:44
  mean,
• 16:45
  we
• 16:45
  can,
• 16:46
  like,
• 16:46
  I
• 16:46
  think
• 16:46
  we
• 16:47
  can
• 16:47
  do
• 16:47
  a
• 16:48
  larger
• 16:48
  discussion
• 16:48
  on
• 16:49
  it
• 16:49
  at
• 16:49
  a
• 16:50
  later
• 16:50
  time
• 16:50
  because
• 16:50
  there
• 16:50
  are
• 16:50
  a
• 16:51
  lot
• 16:51
  of
• 16:51
  religious
• 16:51
  themes
• 16:51
  to
• 16:52
  take
• 16:52
  a
• 16:52
  part
• 16:53
  here
• 16:53
  too.
• 16:53
  Like,
• 16:53
  I
• 16:53
  mentioned
• 16:54
  that
• 16:55
  there
• 16:55
  were
• 16:55
  some.
• 16:55
  Lines
• 16:56
  that
• 16:56
  were
• 16:56
  like,
• 16:56
  oh,
• 16:57
  yeah,
• 16:57
  that's
• 16:57
  a
• 16:57
  jab.
• 16:58
  Yeah,
• 16:59
  like,
• 16:59
  and
• 16:59
  it
• 16:59
  was.
• 17:00
  I
• 17:00
  mean,
• 17:00
  I,
• 17:00
  like,
• 17:01
  I
• 17:01
  didn't
• 17:01
  view
• 17:01
  it
• 17:02
  as
• 17:02
  like
• 17:02
  an
• 17:02
  anti
• 17:03
  Christianity,
• 17:04
  you
• 17:04
  know,
• 17:04
  even
• 17:04
  with
• 17:04
  the
• 17:05
  title.
• 17:05
  Like,
• 17:05
  I
• 17:05
  mean,
• 17:06
  I
• 17:06
  actually
• 17:06
  saw
• 17:06
  it
• 17:06
  with
• 17:06
  one.
• 17:07
  No.
• 17:07
  Yeah,
• 17:07
  yeah.
• 17:07
  No,
• 17:08
  and
• 17:08
  I
• 17:08
  saw
• 17:08
  with
• 17:08
  one
• 17:08
  of
• 17:09
  my
• 17:09
  pastors
• 17:09
  actually,
• 17:09
  like,
• 17:10
  who's
• 17:10
  not
• 17:10
  even
• 17:10
  a,
• 17:11
  like,
• 17:11
  war
• 17:11
  fan,
• 17:11
  but
• 17:11
  he
• 17:11
  was
• 17:11
  like,
• 17:12
  he's
• 17:12
  a
• 17:12
  big
• 17:12
  rock
• 17:13
  family.
• 17:13
  He
• 17:13
  wanted
• 17:13
  to
• 17:13
  see
• 17:13
  it.
• 17:14
  And
• 17:14
  like,
• 17:15
  I
• 17:15
  mean,
• 17:15
  he
• 17:15
  enjoyed
• 17:15
  it.
• 17:16
  But,
• 17:17
  like,
• 17:17
  you
• 17:17
  know,
• 17:17
  there
• 17:17
  is
• 17:18
  that
• 17:18
  element
• 17:19
  I
• 17:19
  mentioned
• 17:19
  of
• 17:20
  Sammy,
• 17:20
  who
• 17:20
  Miles
• 17:21
  Canton
• 17:21
  plays,
• 17:22
  is,
• 17:23
  you
• 17:23
  know,
• 17:23
  a
• 17:23
  preacher
• 17:24
  sign.
• 17:24
  And.
• 17:26
  And,
• 17:26
  you
• 17:26
  know,
• 17:26
  the.
• 17:27
  His
• 17:27
  dad
• 17:28
  thinks
• 17:28
  that
• 17:28
  because
• 17:29
  he
• 17:29
  goes
• 17:29
  off
• 17:30
  to
• 17:30
  this
• 17:30
  Duke
• 17:30
  joint
• 17:31
  and
• 17:31
  plays
• 17:31
  music,
• 17:31
  he
• 17:32
  brought
• 17:32
  about
• 17:32
  these
• 17:32
  demons.
• 17:33
  And
• 17:34
  when
• 17:34
  in
• 17:34
  reality,
• 17:35
  there's
• 17:35
  a
• 17:35
  lot
• 17:35
  more
• 17:35
  going
• 17:36
  on
• 17:36
  than
• 17:36
  there
• 17:36
  to
• 17:37
  that.
• 17:37
  But
• 17:37
  the
• 17:38
  religious
• 17:39
  elements
• 17:39
  are
• 17:40
  very
• 17:40
  prevalent
• 17:41
  in
• 17:41
  this
• 17:41
  movie,
• 17:41
  and
• 17:41
  there's
• 17:42
  a
• 17:42
  lot
• 17:42
  to
• 17:42
  dissect
• 17:43
  there.
• 17:43
  So.
• 17:43
  Yeah,
• 17:44
  yeah.
• 17:44
  And
• 17:45
  the.
• 17:45
  Like,
• 17:46
  I
• 17:46
  said,
• 17:47
  you
• 17:47
  need
• 17:47
  to
• 17:47
  stay
• 17:48
  for
• 17:48
  the
• 17:48
  credits.
• 17:49
  Even.
• 17:50
  Even
• 17:51
  the
• 17:51
  last
• 17:51
  one.
• 17:51
  Because
• 17:52
  I
• 17:52
  was
• 17:52
  thinking,
• 17:52
  I'm
• 17:53
  like,
• 17:53
  huh?
• 17:54
  But
• 17:54
  what
• 17:55
  about
• 17:55
  this
• 17:55
  and
• 17:55
  that
• 17:56
  and
• 17:56
  then
• 17:56
  that
• 17:56
  final
• 17:56
  one,
• 17:57
  at
• 17:57
  least
• 17:57
  for
• 17:58
  me,
• 17:59
  answering
• 17:59
  my
• 17:59
  question,
• 18:00
  I'm
• 18:00
  like,
• 18:00
  this.
• 18:01
  That's
• 18:01
  okay.
• 18:02
  Perfect,
• 18:03
  man.
• 18:04
  And
• 18:04
  also,
• 18:05
  I.
• 18:05
  You
• 18:05
  know,
• 18:05
  other
• 18:05
  things
• 18:05
  I
• 18:06
  came
• 18:06
  out
• 18:06
  of
• 18:06
  this.
• 18:06
  I
• 18:06
  saw
• 18:07
  actually
• 18:07
  my
• 18:08
  friend
• 18:08
  Danny
• 18:08
  Quick,
• 18:08
  who
• 18:08
  was
• 18:09
  on
• 18:09
  an
• 18:09
  episode
• 18:09
  of
• 18:09
  our
• 18:09
  show
• 18:10
  earlier
• 18:11
  the
• 18:11
  year,
• 18:11
  this
• 18:12
  year,
• 18:13
  he
• 18:14
  had
• 18:14
  posted
• 18:15
  something
• 18:15
  along
• 18:15
  the
• 18:15
  lines,
• 18:16
  like,
• 18:16
  why
• 18:16
  is
• 18:16
  it
• 18:16
  so.
• 18:17
  I
• 18:17
  think
• 18:17
  he
• 18:17
  said
• 18:18
  this
• 18:18
  could
• 18:18
  movie,
• 18:18
  could
• 18:19
  work
• 18:19
  as
• 18:19
  a
• 18:19
  Blade
• 18:19
  prequel.
• 18:20
  And
• 18:20
  I
• 18:20
  was
• 18:21
  like,
• 18:21
  coming
• 18:22
  out
• 18:22
  of
• 18:22
  this
• 18:22
  movie,
• 18:22
  I
• 18:22
  was
• 18:23
  like,
• 18:23
  why
• 18:24
  is
• 18:24
  it
• 18:24
  so
• 18:24
  hard
• 18:25
  for
• 18:25
  Marvel
• 18:25
  to
• 18:25
  make
• 18:25
  a
• 18:25
  Blade
• 18:26
  movie
• 18:26
  right
• 18:26
  now?
• 18:27
  Because
• 18:27
  look
• 18:27
  at
• 18:27
  this.
• 18:27
  It's
• 18:28
  just
• 18:28
  a.
• 18:28
  You
• 18:28
  got
• 18:28
  a
• 18:28
  perfect
• 18:29
  vampire
• 18:29
  movie
• 18:29
  right
• 18:29
  here
• 18:30
  and
• 18:31
  a
• 18:31
  great
• 18:31
  cast,
• 18:32
  great
• 18:32
  director.
• 18:32
  So
• 18:33
  if
• 18:33
  Coogler
• 18:34
  wanted
• 18:34
  to.
• 18:34
  If
• 18:34
  they
• 18:35
  ever
• 18:35
  get
• 18:35
  Blade
• 18:36
  going
• 18:36
  again,
• 18:37
  and
• 18:37
  Coogler
• 18:37
  has
• 18:38
  time,
• 18:38
  which,
• 18:38
  I
• 18:38
  mean,
• 18:38
  granted,
• 18:39
  I.
• 18:39
  I
• 18:39
  know
• 18:39
  he's
• 18:40
  moving
• 18:40
  straight
• 18:40
  from
• 18:40
  this
• 18:41
  to
• 18:41
  an
• 18:42
  X
• 18:42
  Files
• 18:42
  reboot,
• 18:44
  so,
• 18:44
  I
• 18:44
  mean,
• 18:44
  he's
• 18:44
  gonna
• 18:44
  be
• 18:45
  busy.
• 18:45
  But
• 18:46
  if
• 18:46
  he
• 18:46
  gets
• 18:46
  time
• 18:47
  between,
• 18:47
  I
• 18:48
  mean,
• 18:48
  or
• 18:48
  If
• 18:48
  Black
• 18:49
  Panther
• 18:49
  3
• 18:49
  comes
• 18:50
  later
• 18:50
  or
• 18:50
  something,
• 18:51
  man,
• 18:51
  I
• 18:51
  would
• 18:52
  love
• 18:52
  him
• 18:52
  to
• 18:52
  do
• 18:52
  Blade.
• 18:53
  That
• 18:53
  would
• 18:53
  be
• 18:53
  awesome.
• 18:54
  Yeah.
• 18:54
  Yeah.
• 18:54
  For
• 18:55
  seconds,
• 18:55
  I
• 18:55
  thought
• 18:55
  you
• 18:55
  said
• 18:55
  Blade
• 18:56
  Runner.
• 18:56
  I
• 18:56
  was
• 18:56
  like,
• 18:56
  wait
• 18:56
  a
• 18:57
  minute.
• 18:57
  Blade
• 18:57
  Runner.
• 18:57
  Blade
• 18:57
  Runner.
• 18:58
  Blade
• 18:59
  Runner
• 18:59
  and
• 18:59
  vampires.
• 19:00
  Let's
• 19:00
  do
• 19:00
  it.
• 19:00
  Let's
• 19:01
  do
• 19:01
  it.
• 19:01
  Yeah.
• 19:03
  Do
• 19:05
  Electric
• 19:06
  Vampire's
• 19:07
  Dream.
• 19:07
  Yes.
• 19:09
  Whatever
• 19:10
  that
• 19:11
  line
• 19:11
  is.
• 19:11
  I
• 19:12
  think
• 19:12
  it
• 19:12
  would.
• 19:12
  Now
• 19:12
  that's
• 19:13
  a
• 19:13
  pitch.
• 19:13
  I
• 19:13
  think
• 19:13
  if
• 19:13
  we
• 19:13
  brought
• 19:14
  to
• 19:14
  a
• 19:14
  robot
• 19:14
  vampire.
• 19:15
  Yeah,
• 19:15
  See,
• 19:16
  now
• 19:16
  I
• 19:16
  love
• 19:17
  it.
• 19:17
  I
• 19:17
  think
• 19:17
  if
• 19:17
  we
• 19:17
  brought
• 19:18
  that
• 19:18
  to
• 19:18
  a
• 19:18
  studio,
• 19:18
  they
• 19:19
  might
• 19:19
  throw
• 19:19
  us
• 19:19
  out
• 19:19
  the
• 19:20
  building,
• 19:20
  but.
• 19:21
  But
• 19:21
  who
• 19:21
  knows?
• 19:22
  I
• 19:22
  like
• 19:22
  that.
• 19:23
  I
• 19:23
  like
• 19:23
  that
• 19:23
  pitch
• 19:24
  a
• 19:24
  lot.
• 19:24
  Let's
• 19:24
  write
• 19:24
  it.
• 19:24
  So.
• 19:25
  Yeah.
• 19:26
  So,
• 19:26
  all
• 19:26
  right.
• 19:27
  Center
• 19:27
  is
• 19:27
  a
• 19:27
  great
• 19:27
  movie.
• 19:28
  Definitely
• 19:29
  seen
• 19:29
  in
• 19:29
  theaters.
• 19:30
  I
• 19:30
  think
• 19:30
  we
• 19:31
  were
• 19:31
  definitely
• 19:31
  do
• 19:31
  a
• 19:31
  future
• 19:32
  episode
• 19:32
  dissecting
• 19:33
  it
• 19:33
  in
• 19:33
  further
• 19:34
  detail,
• 19:34
  but
• 19:35
  absolutely,
• 19:35
  go
• 19:36
  see
• 19:36
  it.
• 19:36
  I
• 19:36
  cannot
• 19:36
  recommend
• 19:37
  it
• 19:37
  enough.
• 19:37
  Don't
• 19:38
  take
• 19:38
  the
• 19:38
  kids,
• 19:38
  but
• 19:39
  for
• 19:39
  adults,
• 19:40
  fantastic
• 19:42
  movie
• 19:42
  theater
• 19:43
  experience.
• 19:43
  Awesome.
• 19:44
  All
• 19:44
  right,
• 19:44
  well,
• 19:45
  we
• 19:45
  got
• 19:45
  next
• 19:45
  three.
• 19:46
  All
• 19:46
  right.
• 19:46
  Yeah.
• 19:47
  Let's
• 19:47
  get
• 19:47
  into
• 19:47
  the
• 19:47
  finale
• 19:48
  of
• 19:48
  Daredevil.
• 19:48
  Let's
• 19:49
  do
• 19:49
  it.
• 19:49
  So
• 19:50
  for
• 19:50
  our
• 19:50
  viewers
• 19:51
  and
• 19:51
  Listeners
• 19:51
  out
• 19:51
  there,
• 19:52
  we
• 19:52
  have
• 19:52
  talked
• 19:52
  about
• 19:53
  Daredevil
• 19:53
  Born
• 19:53
  Again
• 19:54
  pretty
• 19:54
  extensively
• 19:55
  on
• 19:56
  other
• 19:56
  what's
• 19:56
  News
• 19:56
  episodes.
• 19:57
  And
• 19:58
  we
• 19:58
  may
• 19:58
  even
• 19:58
  do
• 19:59
  a
• 19:59
  full
• 19:59
  episode
• 19:59
  dedicated
• 20:00
  to
• 20:00
  just
• 20:00
  Daredevil.
• 20:01
  I
• 20:01
  would
• 20:01
  be
• 20:01
  more
• 20:02
  than
• 20:02
  happy
• 20:02
  to,
• 20:03
  but
• 20:03
  we're
• 20:03
  going
• 20:03
  to
• 20:03
  focus
• 20:04
  on
• 20:04
  the
• 20:04
  finale
• 20:04
  for
• 20:05
  this
• 20:05
  one.
• 20:05
  So
• 20:05
  if
• 20:06
  you've
• 20:06
  not
• 20:06
  watched
• 20:06
  it,
• 20:07
  do
• 20:08
  skip
• 20:08
  this
• 20:08
  part
• 20:08
  or
• 20:08
  come
• 20:09
  back
• 20:09
  to
• 20:09
  it
• 20:09
  once
• 20:09
  you
• 20:10
  go
• 20:10
  watch
• 20:10
  it,
• 20:10
  because
• 20:10
  we
• 20:11
  were
• 20:11
  going
• 20:11
  to.
• 20:11
  We're
• 20:11
  going
• 20:11
  to
• 20:11
  spoil
• 20:11
  a
• 20:12
  little
• 20:12
  bit
• 20:12
  here.
• 20:12
  But,
• 20:13
  Evan,
• 20:13
  what
• 20:13
  were
• 20:14
  your
• 20:14
  overall
• 20:14
  thoughts
• 20:15
  of
• 20:15
  the
• 20:15
  finale
• 20:16
  and
• 20:16
  just
• 20:16
  the
• 20:16
  season
• 20:16
  in
• 20:17
  general?
• 20:17
  Overall
• 20:18
  thoughts
• 20:18
  of
• 20:18
  the
• 20:18
  finale?
• 20:19
  I
• 20:19
  loved
• 20:20
  it.
• 20:20
  10
• 20:21
  out
• 20:21
  of
• 20:21
  10.
• 20:22
  The
• 20:23
  thoughts
• 20:23
  of
• 20:23
  the
• 20:23
  season
• 20:24
  in
• 20:24
  general.
• 20:25
  I
• 20:26
  wish
• 20:26
  there
• 20:26
  was
• 20:26
  a
• 20:26
  little
• 20:27
  bit.
• 20:27
  I
• 20:28
  wish
• 20:28
  there
• 20:28
  were
• 20:28
  two
• 20:29
  more
• 20:29
  episodes.
• 20:31
  One
• 20:31
  or
• 20:31
  two
• 20:31
  more
• 20:32
  just,
• 20:32
  just
• 20:33
  to
• 20:33
  finish
• 20:33
  out
• 20:34
  what
• 20:34
  they
• 20:34
  set
• 20:34
  up
• 20:35
  in
• 20:35
  this
• 20:35
  last
• 20:35
  part,
• 20:36
  because
• 20:37
  it's
• 20:37
  kind
• 20:37
  of
• 20:38
  a
• 20:38
  cliffhanger,
• 20:38
  but
• 20:38
  it's
• 20:39
  not
• 20:39
  really.
• 20:39
  So.
• 20:40
  So.
• 20:41
  But
• 20:41
  yeah.
• 20:42
  But
• 20:42
  overall,
• 20:43
  I
• 20:44
  really
• 20:44
  love
• 20:44
  the
• 20:44
  series.
• 20:46
  It
• 20:46
  was
• 20:46
  great.
• 20:48
  The
• 20:48
  episodes
• 20:49
  that
• 20:49
  the
• 20:49
  two
• 20:50
  brothers
• 20:52
  wrote
• 20:53
  and
• 20:53
  directed,
• 20:54
  like,
• 20:54
  like,
• 20:55
  like
• 20:56
  what
• 20:56
  I
• 20:56
  thought.
• 20:57
  I
• 20:57
  did
• 20:58
  like
• 20:58
  them
• 20:58
  a
• 20:58
  lot
• 20:58
  and
• 20:59
  they
• 20:59
  were
• 20:59
  great.
• 21:01
  It
• 21:01
  was
• 21:01
  cool
• 21:01
  to
• 21:01
  see
• 21:02
  some
• 21:02
  characters
• 21:02
  come
• 21:02
  back
• 21:03
  and
• 21:03
  they
• 21:03
  was
• 21:03
  pretty
• 21:03
  satisfied.
• 21:04
  I
• 21:04
  would
• 21:04
  agree
• 21:04
  with
• 21:05
  that
• 21:05
  a
• 21:05
  lot.
• 21:05
  I
• 21:06
  love
• 21:06
  the
• 21:06
  finale
• 21:07
  and
• 21:07
  it
• 21:08
  makes
• 21:08
  me
• 21:08
  really
• 21:08
  excited
• 21:09
  for
• 21:09
  season
• 21:09
  two,
• 21:10
  I
• 21:10
  think,
• 21:10
  with
• 21:10
  the
• 21:11
  show
• 21:11
  overall.
• 21:11
  I
• 21:12
  mean,
• 21:12
  I
• 21:12
  think
• 21:12
  I
• 21:12
  mentioned
• 21:12
  on
• 21:13
  the
• 21:13
  last
• 21:13
  episode,
• 21:13
  Daredevil
• 21:14
  is
• 21:14
  my
• 21:14
  favorite
• 21:14
  Marvel
• 21:15
  character.
• 21:15
  So
• 21:16
  it's
• 21:16
  not
• 21:16
  that
• 21:16
  hard
• 21:16
  to
• 21:17
  please
• 21:17
  me,
• 21:17
  which
• 21:17
  I
• 21:18
  kind
• 21:18
  of
• 21:18
  like.
• 21:18
  If
• 21:18
  I
• 21:19
  see
• 21:19
  Charlie
• 21:20
  Cox's
• 21:20
  Daredevil
• 21:20
  on
• 21:21
  screen,
• 21:21
  I'm
• 21:21
  in
• 21:22
  heaven.
• 21:22
  So
• 21:23
  it's,
• 21:23
  you
• 21:23
  know,
• 21:23
  it
• 21:24
  doesn't
• 21:24
  say
• 21:24
  much,
• 21:24
  but
• 21:25
  I
• 21:25
  will
• 21:25
  say,
• 21:25
  I
• 21:25
  mean,
• 21:25
  I
• 21:25
  can
• 21:26
  still
• 21:26
  look
• 21:26
  at
• 21:26
  the
• 21:26
  show
• 21:27
  objectively.
• 21:27
  I
• 21:28
  will
• 21:28
  say,
• 21:28
  you
• 21:29
  know,
• 21:29
  based
• 21:29
  on
• 21:29
  the
• 21:29
  history
• 21:30
  of
• 21:30
  the
• 21:31
  series,
• 21:31
  you
• 21:31
  know,
• 21:31
  we
• 21:31
  know
• 21:32
  that
• 21:32
  it
• 21:33
  was
• 21:33
  a,
• 21:34
  you
• 21:34
  know,
• 21:35
  culmination
• 21:35
  of
• 21:36
  two
• 21:36
  different
• 21:36
  creative
• 21:36
  visions
• 21:37
  because
• 21:38
  originally
• 21:38
  it
• 21:39
  was
• 21:39
  going
• 21:39
  to
• 21:39
  be
• 21:39
  a
• 21:39
  full
• 21:39
  reboot
• 21:40
  where
• 21:41
  they.
• 21:41
  While
• 21:42
  they
• 21:42
  were
• 21:42
  always
• 21:42
  bringing
• 21:43
  Charlie
• 21:43
  cox
• 21:43
  and
• 21:43
  Vincent
• 21:44
  D'Onfield
• 21:44
  back,
• 21:45
  originally
• 21:46
  Karen
• 21:46
  and
• 21:46
  Foggy
• 21:46
  were
• 21:47
  not
• 21:47
  there.
• 21:47
  And
• 21:47
  originally
• 21:48
  the
• 21:49
  Netflix
• 21:49
  series
• 21:49
  was
• 21:50
  going
• 21:50
  to
• 21:50
  be
• 21:51
  an
• 21:51
  old
• 21:52
  canon
• 21:52
  and
• 21:52
  this
• 21:52
  was
• 21:52
  going
• 21:52
  to
• 21:53
  be
• 21:53
  new.
• 21:53
  And
• 21:54
  so
• 21:54
  and
• 21:55
  then
• 21:55
  they.
• 21:55
  About
• 21:56
  when
• 21:56
  the
• 21:56
  writer
• 21:57
  strikes
• 21:57
  happened
• 21:58
  and
• 21:58
  they
• 21:58
  were
• 21:59
  had
• 21:59
  some
• 21:59
  time
• 21:59
  to
• 22:00
  rethink
• 22:00
  everything.
• 22:01
  They
• 22:01
  decided,
• 22:01
  no,
• 22:02
  let's
• 22:03
  do
• 22:03
  a
• 22:03
  re
• 22:04
  all
• 22:04
  and
• 22:05
  get
• 22:05
  in
• 22:05
  a
• 22:05
  new
• 22:05
  writer.
• 22:06
  They
• 22:06
  brought
• 22:06
  in
• 22:06
  Darius
• 22:07
  Garda
• 22:07
  Pain
• 22:07
  from
• 22:08
  Punisher
• 22:09
  to
• 22:10
  rewrite,
• 22:10
  and
• 22:11
  Aaron
• 22:12
  Moorhead
• 22:12
  and
• 22:12
  Justin
• 22:13
  Benson
• 22:14
  as
• 22:14
  directors
• 22:14
  and
• 22:14
  executive
• 22:15
  producers
• 22:15
  and
• 22:16
  they
• 22:16
  did
• 22:16
  a
• 22:16
  complete
• 22:16
  overhaul.
• 22:17
  And
• 22:17
  so
• 22:18
  that's
• 22:18
  how
• 22:18
  the
• 22:19
  premiere
• 22:20
  episode
• 22:20
  and
• 22:21
  then
• 22:21
  the
• 22:21
  last
• 22:21
  two
• 22:22
  were
• 22:22
  completely
• 22:23
  original
• 22:23
  from
• 22:24
  this
• 22:24
  new
• 22:24
  iteration
• 22:25
  of
• 22:25
  it.
• 22:26
  So
• 22:26
  there
• 22:26
  is
• 22:26
  definitely
• 22:27
  Even
• 22:27
  if
• 22:28
  you
• 22:28
  didn't
• 22:28
  know
• 22:28
  all
• 22:28
  that,
• 22:29
  I
• 22:29
  think
• 22:29
  you
• 22:30
  can
• 22:30
  just,
• 22:30
  as
• 22:30
  a
• 22:30
  viewer,
• 22:31
  notice
• 22:32
  some
• 22:32
  of
• 22:32
  the
• 22:32
  glaring
• 22:33
  issues
• 22:33
  in
• 22:34
  the
• 22:34
  pacing
• 22:34
  and
• 22:35
  some
• 22:35
  of
• 22:35
  the
• 22:35
  storytelling
• 22:36
  in
• 22:36
  terms
• 22:36
  of
• 22:36
  how
• 22:37
  this
• 22:37
  kind
• 22:37
  of
• 22:37
  feels
• 22:38
  like
• 22:38
  a
• 22:38
  mishmash
• 22:39
  of
• 22:39
  things.
• 22:40
  I
• 22:40
  thought
• 22:40
  even
• 22:41
  with
• 22:41
  those
• 22:41
  circumstances,
• 22:42
  it
• 22:43
  was
• 22:43
  a
• 22:43
  success
• 22:43
  overall.
• 22:44
  Like,
• 22:44
  they
• 22:44
  were
• 22:44
  able
• 22:45
  to
• 22:46
  balance
• 22:46
  the
• 22:47
  lawyer
• 22:48
  procedural
• 22:48
  aspects
• 22:49
  with
• 22:49
  the
• 22:50
  gritty
• 22:51
  continuation
• 22:52
  of
• 22:52
  Daredevil
• 22:53
  stories
• 22:53
  from
• 22:53
  the
• 22:54
  Netflix
• 22:54
  series
• 22:54
  and
• 22:55
  make
• 22:55
  it
• 22:56
  as
• 22:56
  seamless
• 22:56
  as
• 22:56
  possible.
• 22:57
  Again,
• 22:57
  I
• 22:57
  do
• 22:58
  think
• 22:58
  there
• 22:58
  were
• 22:58
  still
• 22:58
  bumps
• 22:59
  along
• 22:59
  the
• 22:59
  road,
• 23:00
  but
• 23:00
  it
• 23:01
  was
• 23:01
  overall
• 23:02
  satisfying,
• 23:02
  I
• 23:02
  think.
• 23:03
  Yeah.
• 23:03
  I
• 23:03
  mean,
• 23:03
  if
• 23:04
  they
• 23:04
  were
• 23:04
  to
• 23:04
  add
• 23:04
  a
• 23:04
  couple
• 23:04
  episodes,
• 23:05
  I
• 23:05
  do
• 23:06
  think,
• 23:06
  like,
• 23:06
  the
• 23:06
  Muse
• 23:07
  storyline
• 23:07
  was
• 23:07
  too
• 23:08
  rushed.
• 23:08
  I
• 23:08
  would
• 23:08
  have
• 23:08
  liked
• 23:09
  to
• 23:09
  see
• 23:09
  that
• 23:09
  expanded
• 23:10
  on.
• 23:11
  So,
• 23:12
  I
• 23:12
  mean,
• 23:12
  there
• 23:12
  were
• 23:12
  things
• 23:12
  like
• 23:12
  that.
• 23:13
  They
• 23:13
  got
• 23:13
  it.
• 23:14
  Mainly
• 23:14
  a
• 23:14
  lot
• 23:14
  of
• 23:14
  the
• 23:15
  new
• 23:15
  supporting
• 23:15
  characters
• 23:16
  that
• 23:16
  were
• 23:16
  introduced,
• 23:17
  like,
• 23:17
  Cherry,
• 23:17
  I
• 23:18
  love
• 23:18
  the
• 23:18
  actor.
• 23:19
  That
• 23:19
  was
• 23:20
  great.
• 23:20
  But
• 23:20
  it
• 23:21
  also
• 23:21
  was
• 23:21
  like.
• 23:22
  I
• 23:22
  didn't
• 23:22
  think
• 23:22
  we
• 23:22
  got
• 23:23
  enough
• 23:23
  of,
• 23:24
  like,
• 23:24
  okay,
• 23:25
  what
• 23:25
  is
• 23:25
  his
• 23:25
  relationship?
• 23:26
  We
• 23:26
  had
• 23:26
  the
• 23:26
  basic.
• 23:27
  But,
• 23:27
  like,
• 23:27
  how
• 23:27
  did
• 23:28
  this
• 23:28
  relationship
• 23:29
  happen?
• 23:30
  It
• 23:30
  felt
• 23:30
  like
• 23:31
  it
• 23:31
  would
• 23:31
  have
• 23:31
  made
• 23:31
  more
• 23:31
  sense
• 23:32
  to
• 23:32
  have,
• 23:32
  like,
• 23:32
  Mahoney
• 23:33
  from
• 23:33
  the
• 23:33
  original
• 23:34
  series
• 23:34
  be
• 23:34
  that
• 23:34
  character
• 23:36
  or
• 23:36
  something.
• 23:36
  And,
• 23:37
  like,
• 23:37
  you
• 23:37
  know,
• 23:37
  so
• 23:37
  there
• 23:37
  was
• 23:38
  still
• 23:38
  those,
• 23:38
  like,
• 23:38
  bumps
• 23:39
  in
• 23:39
  the
• 23:39
  road.
• 23:40
  But
• 23:41
  as
• 23:41
  far
• 23:41
  as
• 23:41
  an
• 23:42
  overall
• 23:42
  enjoyment
• 23:43
  experience,
• 23:43
  I.
• 23:44
  Which
• 23:45
  I
• 23:45
  thoroughly
• 23:45
  enjoyed
• 23:46
  myself
• 23:46
  week
• 23:46
  to
• 23:46
  week.
• 23:47
  And
• 23:47
  I
• 23:47
  absolutely
• 23:47
  love
• 23:47
  the
• 23:48
  finale
• 23:48
  and
• 23:48
  why
• 23:49
  I'm
• 23:49
  really.
• 23:50
  Despite
• 23:50
  the
• 23:50
  bumps
• 23:50
  on
• 23:51
  the
• 23:51
  road
• 23:51
  in
• 23:52
  this
• 23:52
  season
• 23:53
  and
• 23:53
  some
• 23:54
  of
• 23:54
  the
• 23:54
  critiques
• 23:54
  that
• 23:55
  many
• 23:55
  people
• 23:55
  have
• 23:55
  pointed
• 23:56
  out,
• 23:56
  I
• 23:57
  think
• 23:57
  I
• 23:57
  am
• 23:58
  very
• 23:58
  excited
• 23:58
  for
• 23:59
  season
• 23:59
  two
• 23:59
  because
• 24:00
  I
• 24:00
  think,
• 24:00
  like,
• 24:01
  now
• 24:01
  we're
• 24:01
  past
• 24:02
  all
• 24:02
  that
• 24:02
  kind
• 24:02
  of
• 24:02
  baggage
• 24:03
  of
• 24:03
  the
• 24:03
  history,
• 24:03
  and
• 24:04
  now
• 24:04
  it
• 24:04
  has
• 24:04
  a
• 24:05
  very
• 24:05
  good
• 24:05
  setup
• 24:06
  for
• 24:06
  what
• 24:06
  season
• 24:06
  two
• 24:07
  can
• 24:07
  be,
• 24:07
  because
• 24:08
  now
• 24:08
  we
• 24:08
  have,
• 24:09
  okay,
• 24:09
  Mayor
• 24:09
  Fist.
• 24:10
  Kingpin
• 24:11
  is
• 24:11
  stronger
• 24:12
  than
• 24:12
  ever.
• 24:13
  He
• 24:13
  has
• 24:13
  the
• 24:13
  city
• 24:14
  at
• 24:14
  his,
• 24:15
  you
• 24:15
  know,
• 24:16
  under
• 24:17
  his
• 24:17
  control.
• 24:18
  And
• 24:19
  Matt
• 24:19
  is
• 24:20
  forced
• 24:20
  to
• 24:21
  bring
• 24:21
  together
• 24:22
  an
• 24:22
  army
• 24:22
  and
• 24:23
  fight
• 24:23
  to
• 24:23
  reclaim
• 24:24
  New
• 24:24
  York
• 24:25
  and
• 24:25
  all
• 24:25
  in
• 24:25
  Hell's
• 24:25
  Kitchen
• 24:27
  from
• 24:27
  Fisk's
• 24:28
  reign
• 24:28
  of
• 24:28
  terror.
• 24:29
  So
• 24:29
  that
• 24:30
  alone,
• 24:30
  I
• 24:30
  think,
• 24:30
  is
• 24:30
  a
• 24:31
  great
• 24:31
  setup.
• 24:31
  And,
• 24:32
  you
• 24:32
  know,
• 24:32
  now
• 24:32
  we
• 24:32
  don't
• 24:33
  have
• 24:33
  to
• 24:33
  go
• 24:33
  forward
• 24:34
  with
• 24:34
  wrestling
• 24:34
  over,
• 24:35
  like,
• 24:35
  oh,
• 24:35
  should
• 24:36
  I
• 24:36
  be
• 24:36
  continue
• 24:36
  being
• 24:36
  Daredevil
• 24:37
  or
• 24:37
  not?
• 24:37
  We're
• 24:37
  past
• 24:38
  that.
• 24:38
  Yes,
• 24:39
  Matt,
• 24:39
  you're
• 24:39
  Daredevil.
• 24:40
  Yeah,
• 24:41
  like,
• 24:41
  this
• 24:41
  might
• 24:42
  happen,
• 24:42
  you
• 24:42
  know,
• 24:43
  like,
• 24:44
  no,
• 24:44
  this
• 24:44
  is
• 24:44
  your
• 24:45
  destiny,
• 24:45
  and
• 24:46
  you
• 24:46
  gotta
• 24:46
  fight
• 24:47
  and
• 24:47
  you
• 24:47
  gotta
• 24:47
  protect
• 24:47
  the
• 24:48
  city
• 24:48
  so
• 24:48
  we
• 24:49
  don't
• 24:49
  have
• 24:49
  to
• 24:49
  deal
• 24:49
  with
• 24:49
  any
• 24:50
  of
• 24:50
  that
• 24:50
  internal
• 24:51
  struggle
• 24:51
  as
• 24:51
  much
• 24:52
  anymore.
• 24:52
  We've
• 24:52
  got
• 24:52
  a
• 24:53
  good
• 24:53
  storyline
• 24:53
  to
• 24:53
  move
• 24:54
  forward.
• 24:55
  And
• 24:56
  I'll
• 24:56
  just
• 24:56
  say,
• 24:56
  I
• 24:56
  mean,
• 24:57
  the
• 24:57
  Daredevil
• 24:58
  Punisher
• 24:58
  stuff
• 24:59
  in
• 24:59
  the
• 24:59
  season
• 24:59
  finale
• 25:00
  was
• 25:00
  absolutely
• 25:01
  stellar.
• 25:02
  I
• 25:02
  love
• 25:03
  John
• 25:03
  Grundle.
• 25:04
  He
• 25:05
  got
• 25:05
  Some
• 25:05
  of
• 25:05
  his
• 25:05
  best
• 25:06
  moments
• 25:06
  in
• 25:06
  that
• 25:06
  scene.
• 25:08
  And
• 25:08
  it
• 25:08
  was
• 25:09
  just,
• 25:09
  you
• 25:09
  know,
• 25:09
  and
• 25:10
  like
• 25:10
  you
• 25:10
  said
• 25:10
  too,
• 25:11
  the
• 25:11
  directing
• 25:12
  from
• 25:12
  Morehead
• 25:13
  and
• 25:13
  Benson
• 25:14
  just
• 25:14
  added
• 25:14
  a
• 25:14
  whole
• 25:15
  nother
• 25:15
  layer
• 25:15
  to
• 25:15
  it
• 25:16
  and
• 25:16
  made
• 25:16
  the
• 25:16
  last
• 25:17
  two
• 25:17
  episodes
• 25:17
  so
• 25:18
  enticing.
• 25:19
  Yeah,
• 25:19
  yeah,
• 25:20
  I'm.
• 25:20
  I'm
• 25:21
  looking
• 25:21
  forward
• 25:22
  to
• 25:23
  the
• 25:23
  next
• 25:23
  season.
• 25:24
  And
• 25:24
  from
• 25:24
  what
• 25:24
  I
• 25:25
  heard,
• 25:25
  I
• 25:26
  didn't.
• 25:27
  I
• 25:27
  didn't
• 25:27
  confirm
• 25:28
  this,
• 25:28
  but
• 25:28
  I
• 25:28
  heard
• 25:29
  it's
• 25:29
  going
• 25:29
  to
• 25:29
  be
• 25:30
  just
• 25:30
  one
• 25:31
  year
• 25:31
  now.
• 25:32
  They
• 25:32
  are
• 25:32
  still
• 25:32
  filming
• 25:33
  it
• 25:33
  now
• 25:33
  and
• 25:33
  they're.
• 25:34
  Yes,
• 25:35
  they
• 25:36
  have
• 25:36
  announced
• 25:36
  their
• 25:37
  release
• 25:37
  date
• 25:38
  right
• 25:38
  now.
• 25:38
  The
• 25:38
  plan
• 25:38
  is
• 25:39
  March
• 25:39
  of
• 25:39
  2026,
• 25:41
  only
• 25:41
  a
• 25:41
  year
• 25:41
  away,
• 25:42
  which
• 25:42
  is
• 25:42
  like,
• 25:43
  very
• 25:43
  exciting
• 25:43
  because.
• 25:44
  Because
• 25:44
  that
• 25:45
  was
• 25:45
  the
• 25:45
  thing.
• 25:45
  Because
• 25:45
  originally
• 25:46
  it
• 25:46
  was
• 25:46
  announced
• 25:46
  it's
• 25:47
  like
• 25:47
  an
• 25:47
  18
• 25:47
  episode
• 25:48
  series
• 25:48
  way
• 25:48
  back
• 25:48
  when.
• 25:49
  And
• 25:49
  then
• 25:50
  they
• 25:51
  just,
• 25:51
  I
• 25:51
  think,
• 25:51
  decided
• 25:52
  to
• 25:52
  split
• 25:52
  up
• 25:52
  into
• 25:52
  two
• 25:53
  seasons.
• 25:53
  So
• 25:54
  it
• 25:54
  was
• 25:54
  still
• 25:54
  gonna
• 25:54
  be
• 25:55
  filming
• 25:55
  back
• 25:55
  to
• 25:55
  back.
• 25:56
  So
• 25:56
  they
• 25:56
  weren't
• 25:56
  really
• 25:57
  taking
• 25:57
  a
• 25:57
  break
• 25:57
  there.
• 25:58
  They're
• 25:58
  still
• 25:58
  in
• 25:58
  production
• 25:59
  right
• 25:59
  now.
• 26:00
  And
• 26:01
  I
• 26:01
  would
• 26:01
  say
• 26:02
  my
• 26:02
  only,
• 26:02
  my
• 26:03
  one
• 26:03
  hope
• 26:03
  for.
• 26:03
  And
• 26:04
  I'm
• 26:04
  not
• 26:04
  saying
• 26:04
  this
• 26:04
  just
• 26:05
  because
• 26:05
  this
• 26:05
  is
• 26:05
  a
• 26:05
  Christian
• 26:06
  nerd
• 26:06
  podcast,
• 26:07
  but
• 26:07
  you
• 26:08
  know,
• 26:08
  the.
• 26:08
  One
• 26:08
  of
• 26:08
  the
• 26:09
  things
• 26:09
  that
• 26:09
  they
• 26:09
  are,
• 26:09
  they
• 26:10
  didn't
• 26:10
  focus
• 26:11
  on
• 26:11
  as
• 26:11
  much
• 26:11
  they
• 26:11
  mentioned,
• 26:12
  but
• 26:12
  not
• 26:13
  nearly
• 26:13
  as
• 26:13
  much
• 26:14
  in
• 26:14
  the
• 26:14
  original
• 26:14
  series
• 26:15
  is
• 26:15
  Matt's
• 26:16
  Catholic
• 26:16
  faith
• 26:16
  and
• 26:17
  how
• 26:17
  that
• 26:18
  influences
• 26:18
  character
• 26:19
  that
• 26:19
  was
• 26:20
  missing
• 26:20
  from
• 26:20
  the
• 26:21
  season.
• 26:21
  And
• 26:21
  I
• 26:21
  hope
• 26:22
  that
• 26:22
  they
• 26:22
  do
• 26:22
  come
• 26:22
  back
• 26:22
  to
• 26:23
  that
• 26:23
  because
• 26:23
  again,
• 26:24
  this
• 26:24
  isn't
• 26:24
  just
• 26:24
  because
• 26:25
  it's
• 26:25
  like,
• 26:25
  you
• 26:25
  know,
• 26:25
  from
• 26:26
  my
• 26:26
  viewpoint,
• 26:26
  that
• 26:27
  is
• 26:27
  a
• 26:27
  very
• 26:27
  quintessential
• 26:28
  element
• 26:28
  of
• 26:29
  Matt
• 26:29
  Murdock
• 26:29
  and
• 26:29
  Daredevil's
• 26:30
  character.
• 26:30
  They
• 26:31
  made
• 26:31
  some
• 26:31
  movies,
• 26:31
  so
• 26:32
  I
• 26:32
  really
• 26:32
  want
• 26:32
  to
• 26:33
  see
• 26:33
  them
• 26:33
  bring
• 26:33
  back
• 26:34
  like
• 26:35
  his
• 26:35
  mother
• 26:36
  and
• 26:37
  maybe
• 26:37
  like
• 26:37
  flashbacks
• 26:38
  with
• 26:38
  the
• 26:38
  priest
• 26:39
  and
• 26:39
  stuff
• 26:39
  like
• 26:39
  that.
• 26:40
  And
• 26:40
  like
• 26:40
  just
• 26:40
  a
• 26:41
  more
• 26:41
  look
• 26:41
  at
• 26:42
  like,
• 26:42
  you
• 26:42
  know
• 26:42
  how
• 26:43
  that
• 26:43
  is
• 26:43
  a
• 26:43
  very,
• 26:44
  you
• 26:44
  know,
• 26:44
  like,
• 26:44
  because
• 26:44
  they
• 26:44
  had
• 26:45
  that
• 26:45
  one
• 26:45
  scene
• 26:45
  between
• 26:46
  him
• 26:46
  and
• 26:46
  Heather
• 26:47
  in
• 26:47
  the
• 26:48
  season
• 26:48
  where
• 26:48
  she
• 26:48
  talks
• 26:49
  and
• 26:49
  she
• 26:49
  just
• 26:49
  says
• 26:50
  like,
• 26:50
  oh,
• 26:50
  yeah.
• 26:50
  I
• 26:51
  mean,
• 26:51
  I
• 26:51
  knew
• 26:51
  you
• 26:51
  were
• 26:51
  a
• 26:51
  Catholic,
• 26:52
  but
• 26:52
  I
• 26:52
  thought
• 26:52
  you
• 26:52
  were
• 26:52
  more
• 26:53
  like.
• 26:53
  It
• 26:53
  was
• 26:54
  just
• 26:54
  kind
• 26:54
  of
• 26:54
  a
• 26:54
  like.
• 26:55
  Cultural
• 26:55
  thing
• 26:57
  that
• 26:57
  he
• 26:58
  was
• 26:59
  emotional
• 27:00
  just
• 27:00
  looking
• 27:00
  at
• 27:01
  the
• 27:01
  church,
• 27:01
  like
• 27:02
  for
• 27:03
  some
• 27:03
  reason
• 27:03
  he
• 27:03
  couldn't
• 27:03
  go
• 27:04
  in
• 27:04
  or
• 27:04
  something.
• 27:04
  I
• 27:04
  was
• 27:05
  like,
• 27:05
  okay,
• 27:05
  yeah,
• 27:06
  yeah,
• 27:07
  right.
• 27:08
  So
• 27:08
  I
• 27:08
  do
• 27:08
  want
• 27:08
  them
• 27:09
  to
• 27:09
  zero
• 27:10
  in
• 27:10
  on
• 27:10
  that
• 27:10
  more
• 27:11
  in
• 27:11
  a
• 27:11
  natural
• 27:12
  way.
• 27:12
  But,
• 27:13
  like,
• 27:13
  that's
• 27:13
  just
• 27:14
  an
• 27:14
  element
• 27:14
  that
• 27:14
  is
• 27:15
  all
• 27:15
  in
• 27:15
  the,
• 27:15
  you
• 27:15
  know,
• 27:16
  it
• 27:16
  for
• 27:16
  him,
• 27:17
  it
• 27:17
  is
• 27:17
  a
• 27:17
  internal
• 27:18
  spiritual
• 27:19
  calling
• 27:20
  for,
• 27:21
  like,
• 27:21
  why
• 27:21
  he
• 27:21
  becomes
• 27:22
  Daredevil.
• 27:23
  It's
• 27:23
  not
• 27:24
  too
• 27:24
  much.
• 27:25
  It
• 27:25
  could
• 27:25
  have
• 27:25
  been
• 27:25
  too
• 27:25
  much
• 27:26
  if
• 27:26
  you
• 27:26
  had
• 27:26
  the
• 27:26
  whole
• 27:27
  Catholic,
• 27:28
  the
• 27:28
  guilt
• 27:29
  and
• 27:29
  that
• 27:29
  whole
• 27:30
  tension
• 27:30
  there.
• 27:31
  Sure.
• 27:31
  On
• 27:31
  top
• 27:31
  of
• 27:33
  putting
• 27:33
  on
• 27:34
  the
• 27:34
  suit,
• 27:35
  I
• 27:35
  could
• 27:35
  have
• 27:36
  Seen
• 27:36
  that
• 27:36
  kind
• 27:36
  of
• 27:36
  get
• 27:37
  kind
• 27:37
  of
• 27:37
  redundant.
• 27:39
  So.
• 27:40
  That's
• 27:40
  fair.
• 27:40
  That's
• 27:41
  fair.
• 27:41
  I
• 27:41
  did.
• 27:41
  Yeah.
• 27:42
  So
• 27:42
  maybe
• 27:43
  I
• 27:43
  was
• 27:43
  missing
• 27:43
  it
• 27:44
  too,
• 27:44
  because
• 27:44
  it
• 27:45
  was
• 27:45
  very,
• 27:46
  very
• 27:47
  much
• 27:47
  a
• 27:47
  part
• 27:47
  of
• 27:48
  what
• 27:48
  Daredevil
• 27:48
  is,
• 27:49
  and
• 27:50
  the
• 27:50
  previous
• 27:51
  series
• 27:52
  didn't
• 27:52
  shy
• 27:53
  away
• 27:53
  from
• 27:53
  it
• 27:53
  at
• 27:53
  all,
• 27:54
  so.
• 27:55
  Yeah,
• 27:55
  exactly.
• 27:56
  Okay,
• 27:56
  so
• 27:57
  we'll
• 27:57
  see
• 27:57
  what
• 27:57
  happens.
• 27:58
  But.
• 27:58
  But
• 27:59
  overall,
• 27:59
  I
• 27:59
  mean.
• 28:00
  Yeah,
• 28:00
  I
• 28:00
  mean,
• 28:00
  I.
• 28:01
  I
• 28:01
  don't
• 28:01
  know.
• 28:01
  Giving
• 28:02
  a
• 28:02
  rating
• 28:02
  to
• 28:02
  the,
• 28:03
  like
• 28:03
  for
• 28:03
  the
• 28:03
  finale.
• 28:04
  Oh,
• 28:04
  yeah.
• 28:04
  That's
• 28:05
  like
• 28:05
  a
• 28:05
  995.
• 28:07
  But
• 28:08
  for
• 28:08
  the
• 28:08
  season
• 28:08
  as
• 28:09
  a
• 28:09
  whole,
• 28:09
  I
• 28:09
  probably
• 28:10
  get
• 28:10
  a
• 28:10
  solid
• 28:10
  eight.
• 28:11
  I
• 28:11
  mean,
• 28:11
  I.
• 28:11
  There
• 28:11
  was
• 28:12
  never
• 28:12
  a
• 28:12
  week
• 28:12
  where
• 28:13
  I
• 28:13
  didn't
• 28:13
  enjoy
• 28:13
  myself.
• 28:14
  I
• 28:14
  do
• 28:14
  have,
• 28:15
  like,
• 28:15
  you
• 28:15
  know,
• 28:16
  qualms
• 28:16
  or
• 28:16
  some
• 28:16
  of
• 28:16
  the
• 28:16
  writing,
• 28:17
  but
• 28:17
  I
• 28:17
  think
• 28:17
  they
• 28:17
  were
• 28:18
  still
• 28:18
  able
• 28:18
  to
• 28:19
  overcome
• 28:19
  a
• 28:19
  lot
• 28:20
  of
• 28:20
  the.
• 28:20
  Just
• 28:20
  the.
• 28:21
  Just
• 28:21
  the
• 28:21
  circumstances
• 28:22
  they
• 28:22
  had.
• 28:23
  And
• 28:24
  again,
• 28:24
  it
• 28:24
  makes
• 28:24
  me
• 28:24
  so
• 28:24
  excited
• 28:25
  for
• 28:25
  season
• 28:25
  two.
• 28:26
  So
• 28:26
  I
• 28:27
  am,
• 28:27
  you
• 28:27
  know,
• 28:28
  my
• 28:28
  man
• 28:28
  is
• 28:28
  back.
• 28:30
  The
• 28:30
  Devil
• 28:30
  of
• 28:30
  Hell's
• 28:31
  Kitchen.
• 28:31
  I
• 28:32
  am
• 28:32
  so
• 28:32
  happy
• 28:33
  for
• 28:33
  that
• 28:33
  and
• 28:34
  cannot
• 28:34
  wait
• 28:34
  for
• 28:34
  season
• 28:35
  two.
• 29:33
  Star
• 29:34
  Wars
• 29:34
  Celebration
• 29:35
  that
• 29:35
  took
• 29:35
  place
• 29:36
  over
• 29:36
  Easter,
• 29:37
  which
• 29:37
  I
• 29:37
  love
• 29:38
  it
• 29:38
  because
• 29:39
  they've
• 29:39
  been
• 29:39
  doing
• 29:39
  it
• 29:40
  for
• 29:41
  a
• 29:41
  few
• 29:41
  celebrations
• 29:42
  now,
• 29:43
  if
• 29:43
  you
• 29:43
  guys
• 29:43
  don't
• 29:43
  know.
• 29:44
  Star
• 29:44
  Celebration
• 29:45
  is
• 29:46
  the
• 29:46
  Star
• 29:46
  wars
• 29:46
  convention
• 29:47
  that
• 29:47
  takes
• 29:47
  place
• 29:48
  roughly
• 29:49
  every
• 29:49
  couple
• 29:50
  years.
• 29:51
  And
• 29:52
  this
• 29:52
  year
• 29:52
  was
• 29:52
  in
• 29:53
  Japan.
• 29:53
  And
• 29:54
  there
• 29:55
  was
• 29:56
  a
• 29:56
  lot
• 29:56
  of
• 29:56
  fun
• 29:57
  announcements.
• 29:59
  I
• 29:59
  couldn't
• 29:59
  watch
• 29:59
  it
• 30:00
  live
• 30:00
  because
• 30:00
  it
• 30:00
  started
• 30:01
  at
• 30:01
  10
• 30:01
  and
• 30:02
  it
• 30:02
  went
• 30:02
  to
• 30:02
  like,
• 30:03
  4
• 30:03
  in
• 30:03
  the
• 30:03
  morning,
• 30:03
  something
• 30:04
  like
• 30:04
  that.
• 30:04
  So
• 30:05
  I
• 30:05
  watched
• 30:05
  as
• 30:05
  much
• 30:05
  as
• 30:06
  I
• 30:06
  could,
• 30:06
  and
• 30:06
  then
• 30:06
  I
• 30:07
  watched
• 30:07
  some
• 30:07
  recaps
• 30:08
  and
• 30:08
  stuff.
• 30:08
  But
• 30:09
  there
• 30:09
  were
• 30:09
  some
• 30:09
  big
• 30:10
  stuff
• 30:10
  that
• 30:10
  was
• 30:11
  announced.
• 30:12
  There
• 30:12
  was
• 30:12
  some
• 30:12
  big
• 30:12
  stuff
• 30:13
  that
• 30:13
  wasn't
• 30:13
  announced
• 30:14
  and
• 30:14
  that.
• 30:14
  And
• 30:15
  that
• 30:15
  kind
• 30:15
  of
• 30:15
  spoke
• 30:16
  most
• 30:17
  as
• 30:17
  loudly
• 30:18
  as
• 30:19
  the
• 30:19
  stuff
• 30:20
  that
• 30:20
  was
• 30:20
  announced
• 30:20
  too.
• 30:21
  So
• 30:22
  what
• 30:22
  was
• 30:22
  your
• 30:22
  take
• 30:23
  on
• 30:23
  the
• 30:24
  celebration
• 30:24
  this
• 30:24
  year,
• 30:25
  Kevin?
• 30:25
  Man,
• 30:26
  I
• 30:26
  always
• 30:26
  look
• 30:26
  forward
• 30:27
  to,
• 30:27
  like,
• 30:27
  I
• 30:27
  mean,
• 30:28
  Evan,
• 30:28
  have
• 30:28
  you
• 30:28
  ever
• 30:28
  gotten
• 30:28
  to
• 30:29
  go
• 30:29
  in
• 30:29
  person?
• 30:30
  Yeah,
• 30:30
  twice.
• 30:30
  Okay.
• 30:31
  Yeah.
• 30:31
  Okay.
• 30:32
  What?
• 30:32
  What?
• 30:33
  Where
• 30:33
  was.
• 30:34
  Three
• 30:34
  times.
• 30:35
  Three
• 30:35
  times.
• 30:36
  Really?
• 30:36
  Nice.
• 30:37
  Were
• 30:37
  they
• 30:38
  all
• 30:38
  in
• 30:38
  Orlando?
• 30:38
  Because
• 30:39
  I
• 30:39
  know
• 30:39
  it's
• 30:39
  18.
• 30:40
  Yeah,
• 30:40
  yeah.
• 30:40
  Nice.
• 30:41
  That's
• 30:41
  the
• 30:41
  one.
• 30:42
  I
• 30:42
  mean,
• 30:42
  I
• 30:42
  would
• 30:43
  love
• 30:43
  to
• 30:43
  at
• 30:43
  some
• 30:43
  point.
• 30:44
  I
• 30:44
  like,
• 30:44
  I,
• 30:45
  I,
• 30:45
  I.
• 30:45
  So
• 30:46
  I've
• 30:46
  never
• 30:47
  been
• 30:47
  able
• 30:47
  to
• 30:47
  do
• 30:47
  in
• 30:48
  person.
• 30:48
  I
• 30:48
  have
• 30:49
  my
• 30:49
  head
• 30:49
  in
• 30:49
  Christensen,
• 30:50
  though,
• 30:50
  so
• 30:50
  that's
• 30:51
  my,
• 30:51
  like,
• 30:51
  credit
• 30:52
  there.
• 30:52
  Yeah.
• 30:52
  So,
• 30:53
  I
• 30:53
  mean,
• 30:53
  that
• 30:53
  was
• 30:53
  all
• 30:54
  the.
• 30:54
  I
• 30:54
  got
• 30:54
  to
• 30:54
  meet
• 30:54
  him
• 30:54
  at
• 30:55
  awesome
• 30:55
  Con
• 30:55
  last
• 30:55
  year.
• 30:56
  But
• 30:57
  as
• 30:57
  far
• 30:57
  as
• 30:58
  celebration
• 30:59
  news
• 31:00
  wise,
• 31:00
  I
• 31:01
  think
• 31:01
  my
• 31:01
  biggest
• 31:02
  assignment.
• 31:02
  I
• 31:02
  know
• 31:03
  you
• 31:03
  are
• 31:03
  too,
• 31:03
  based
• 31:03
  on
• 31:04
  your
• 31:04
  name
• 31:04
  there.
• 31:05
  I
• 31:05
  know
• 31:05
  we,
• 31:05
  we
• 31:05
  talked
• 31:06
  about
• 31:06
  this
• 31:06
  a
• 31:06
  little
• 31:06
  bit
• 31:07
  last
• 31:07
  time
• 31:08
  when
• 31:08
  there
• 31:08
  was.
• 31:08
  Right.
• 31:09
  There
• 31:09
  was
• 31:09
  speculation
• 31:10
  that
• 31:10
  Sean
• 31:11
  Levy
• 31:11
  and
• 31:11
  Ryan
• 31:12
  Gosling
• 31:12
  were
• 31:13
  gonna
• 31:13
  make
• 31:13
  a
• 31:13
  Star
• 31:13
  wars
• 31:14
  movie,
• 31:15
  even
• 31:15
  though
• 31:15
  it
• 31:15
  wasn't
• 31:16
  like
• 31:16
  officially
• 31:17
  confirmed,
• 31:18
  but
• 31:18
  now
• 31:18
  it
• 31:18
  is.
• 31:18
  And
• 31:19
  not
• 31:19
  only
• 31:19
  that,
• 31:20
  but
• 31:20
  they
• 31:21
  said
• 31:21
  they
• 31:21
  are
• 31:22
  going
• 31:22
  into
• 31:23
  shooting
• 31:24
  in
• 31:25
  the
• 31:25
  fall.
• 31:25
  So
• 31:26
  this
• 31:26
  one
• 31:26
  is
• 31:26
  actually
• 31:27
  happening
• 31:27
  because,
• 31:27
  because
• 31:28
  when
• 31:28
  I,
• 31:28
  I
• 31:29
  like,
• 31:29
  I
• 31:29
  think
• 31:29
  we
• 31:29
  talked
• 31:30
  about
• 31:30
  it
• 31:30
  a
• 31:30
  little
• 31:30
  last
• 31:30
  time,
• 31:30
  but
• 31:31
  like,
• 31:31
  I
• 31:31
  mean,
• 31:31
  I'm
• 31:32
  at
• 31:32
  the
• 31:32
  point
• 31:32
  where
• 31:33
  I
• 31:33
  will
• 31:33
  believe
• 31:34
  a
• 31:34
  Star
• 31:34
  wars
• 31:34
  movie
• 31:35
  is
• 31:35
  happening
• 31:35
  when
• 31:35
  I'm
• 31:35
  sitting
• 31:36
  in
• 31:36
  the
• 31:36
  theater
• 31:36
  because,
• 31:37
  just,
• 31:37
  because
• 31:38
  in
• 31:38
  that
• 31:38
  like
• 31:39
  they
• 31:39
  did
• 31:39
  a
• 31:39
  lot
• 31:39
  of
• 31:39
  shows
• 31:40
  but
• 31:40
  like
• 31:40
  in
• 31:41
  the
• 31:41
  last,
• 31:42
  particularly
• 31:43
  what,
• 31:43
  six
• 31:44
  years,
• 31:44
  like
• 31:44
  since
• 31:45
  Rise
• 31:45
  Skywalker
• 31:46
  and
• 31:46
  like,
• 31:47
  and
• 31:48
  even
• 31:48
  before
• 31:48
  that
• 31:49
  they've
• 31:49
  announced
• 31:49
  so
• 31:50
  many
• 31:50
  movies
• 31:50
  that
• 31:51
  either
• 31:51
  never
• 31:52
  came
• 31:52
  to
• 31:52
  fruition
• 31:53
  or
• 31:53
  are
• 31:54
  still
• 31:54
  in
• 31:54
  some
• 31:54
  level
• 31:55
  of
• 31:55
  development
• 31:56
  hell.
• 31:56
  And
• 31:57
  so
• 31:57
  I,
• 31:58
  you
• 31:58
  know,
• 31:58
  I'm
• 31:58
  just
• 31:58
  like
• 31:59
  a
• 31:59
  little
• 31:59
  hesitant.
• 32:00
  But
• 32:00
  this
• 32:00
  one,
• 32:00
  they
• 32:01
  said
• 32:01
  they
• 32:01
  came
• 32:01
  out,
• 32:02
  did
• 32:02
  the
• 32:02
  panel
• 32:03
  and
• 32:03
  we're
• 32:03
  like,
• 32:04
  no,
• 32:04
  we're
• 32:04
  shooting
• 32:04
  this
• 32:05
  fall.
• 32:05
  That
• 32:05
  means
• 32:06
  they
• 32:06
  already
• 32:06
  have
• 32:06
  a
• 32:06
  script,
• 32:07
  they
• 32:07
  have
• 32:07
  a
• 32:07
  crew,
• 32:08
  they
• 32:08
  have
• 32:08
  a
• 32:08
  cast.
• 32:09
  And
• 32:10
  what
• 32:10
  I
• 32:11
  like
• 32:11
  about
• 32:11
  this
• 32:11
  and
• 32:12
  what
• 32:12
  I
• 32:12
  think
• 32:12
  should
• 32:12
  be
• 32:12
  the
• 32:13
  future
• 32:13
  of
• 32:14
  Star
• 32:14
  wars
• 32:14
  movies
• 32:14
  in
• 32:14
  particular
• 32:15
  and
• 32:15
  shows
• 32:15
  as
• 32:16
  well,
• 32:16
  but
• 32:16
  I
• 32:16
  think
• 32:16
  shows
• 32:17
  pretty
• 32:17
  good
• 32:17
  in
• 32:17
  the
• 32:17
  animated
• 32:18
  world.
• 32:18
  You
• 32:18
  can
• 32:18
  do
• 32:18
  a
• 32:19
  little
• 32:19
  more
• 32:19
  if
• 32:19
  you
• 32:19
  want
• 32:19
  to
• 32:19
  tie
• 32:20
  in
• 32:20
  stuff
• 32:20
  and
• 32:20
  all
• 32:20
  that.
• 32:21
  But
• 32:21
  I
• 32:21
  think
• 32:21
  with
• 32:21
  movies,
• 32:22
  standalone
• 32:24
  chapters
• 32:25
  like
• 32:25
  this
• 32:25
  are
• 32:25
  the
• 32:25
  way
• 32:25
  to
• 32:26
  go.
• 32:26
  So
• 32:27
  this
• 32:27
  movie,
• 32:27
  all
• 32:28
  we
• 32:28
  know
• 32:28
  about
• 32:28
  it,
• 32:28
  it's
• 32:29
  called
• 32:29
  Starfighter,
• 32:30
  it
• 32:30
  takes
• 32:30
  place
• 32:31
  a
• 32:31
  few
• 32:31
  years
• 32:31
  after
• 32:32
  the
• 32:32
  sequel
• 32:32
  trilogy
• 32:33
  and
• 32:33
  it's
• 32:33
  going
• 32:33
  to
• 32:33
  be
• 32:33
  very
• 32:34
  standalone.
• 32:34
  And,
• 32:35
  and
• 32:35
  really
• 32:35
  I
• 32:35
  was
• 32:35
  talking
• 32:35
  about
• 32:36
  a
• 32:36
  friend
• 32:36
  the
• 32:36
  other
• 32:36
  day.
• 32:36
  It
• 32:37
  sounds
• 32:37
  to
• 32:37
  me
• 32:37
  like
• 32:38
  it's.
• 32:38
  There
• 32:38
  are
• 32:38
  remnants
• 32:39
  of
• 32:39
  what
• 32:40
  was
• 32:40
  going
• 32:40
  to
• 32:40
  be
• 32:40
  the
• 32:40
  Patty
• 32:41
  Jenkins
• 32:41
  Rogue
• 32:42
  Squadron
• 32:42
  movies,
• 32:43
  which
• 32:43
  I
• 32:43
  think,
• 32:44
  you
• 32:44
  know,
• 32:44
  she
• 32:44
  left
• 32:45
  there.
• 32:45
  But
• 32:45
  so
• 32:46
  which
• 32:47
  makes
• 32:47
  sense
• 32:47
  as
• 32:48
  far
• 32:48
  as
• 32:48
  why
• 32:48
  they
• 32:48
  already
• 32:49
  had
• 32:49
  a
• 32:49
  script
• 32:50
  or
• 32:50
  even
• 32:50
  if
• 32:50
  like
• 32:51
  it
• 32:51
  was
• 32:51
  changed,
• 32:51
  they
• 32:52
  were
• 32:52
  able
• 32:52
  to
• 32:52
  just
• 32:52
  rewrite
• 32:53
  that.
• 32:54
  And
• 32:55
  you
• 32:55
  know,
• 32:55
  I
• 32:55
  mean,
• 32:55
  Sean
• 32:56
  Levy,
• 32:56
  coming
• 32:56
  off
• 32:57
  the
• 32:57
  success
• 32:57
  of
• 32:58
  Deadpool
• 32:58
  and
• 32:58
  Wolverine
• 32:59
  and
• 32:59
  Stranger
• 32:59
  Things,
• 33:00
  I
• 33:00
  mean,
• 33:00
  he
• 33:01
  knows
• 33:01
  how
• 33:01
  to
• 33:02
  get
• 33:02
  stuff
• 33:03
  done
• 33:03
  and
• 33:03
  is
• 33:03
  a
• 33:04
  very
• 33:04
  passionate
• 33:05
  Star
• 33:06
  wars
• 33:06
  fan.
• 33:06
  So,
• 33:07
  you
• 33:07
  know,
• 33:07
  I
• 33:08
  think
• 33:08
  it's,
• 33:08
  that
• 33:09
  is
• 33:09
  a
• 33:09
  perfect
• 33:09
  opportunity
• 33:10
  to
• 33:10
  just
• 33:11
  make,
• 33:11
  you
• 33:11
  know,
• 33:12
  something,
• 33:14
  to
• 33:14
  make
• 33:14
  something
• 33:15
  that
• 33:15
  is
• 33:15
  self
• 33:16
  contained
• 33:17
  that
• 33:17
  I,
• 33:17
  and
• 33:18
  I
• 33:18
  was
• 33:18
  also,
• 33:19
  you
• 33:19
  know,
• 33:19
  we,
• 33:20
  this
• 33:20
  is
• 33:20
  all
• 33:20
  pure
• 33:21
  speculation.
• 33:21
  Obviously
• 33:21
  we
• 33:22
  don't
• 33:22
  know
• 33:22
  really
• 33:23
  anything
• 33:23
  about
• 33:23
  the
• 33:23
  plot
• 33:24
  of
• 33:24
  the
• 33:24
  movie,
• 33:24
  but
• 33:25
  how
• 33:25
  cool
• 33:26
  would
• 33:26
  it
• 33:26
  be
• 33:26
  if
• 33:27
  it
• 33:28
  turns
• 33:28
  out
• 33:28
  to
• 33:28
  be
• 33:28
  Ryan
• 33:29
  Gosling's
• 33:29
  character
• 33:30
  finds
• 33:31
  out
• 33:31
  he's
• 33:31
  force
• 33:31
  sensitive
• 33:32
  maybe
• 33:32
  midway
• 33:33
  through
• 33:33
  the
• 33:33
  movie
• 33:33
  or
• 33:34
  after
• 33:34
  the
• 33:34
  first
• 33:34
  act.
• 33:35
  So
• 33:35
  like
• 33:35
  he's,
• 33:36
  you
• 33:36
  know,
• 33:36
  introduced
• 33:37
  as
• 33:37
  kind
• 33:37
  of
• 33:37
  a
• 33:37
  Han
• 33:37
  Solo,
• 33:38
  you
• 33:38
  know,
• 33:38
  just
• 33:39
  Starfighter
• 33:39
  character,
• 33:40
  but
• 33:40
  then
• 33:41
  might
• 33:41
  end
• 33:41
  up
• 33:41
  being
• 33:41
  force
• 33:42
  sensitive.
• 33:42
  That
• 33:42
  would
• 33:43
  be
• 33:43
  really
• 33:43
  fun
• 33:43
  because
• 33:43
  I
• 33:44
  would
• 33:44
  love
• 33:44
  to
• 33:44
  see
• 33:44
  kind
• 33:45
  of
• 33:45
  like
• 33:45
  a
• 33:46
  not
• 33:46
  even
• 33:46
  a
• 33:46
  full
• 33:47
  Jedi,
• 33:47
  but
• 33:47
  a
• 33:47
  force
• 33:48
  sensitive
• 33:48
  character
• 33:49
  and
• 33:50
  what
• 33:50
  that
• 33:50
  looks
• 33:50
  like
• 33:51
  in
• 33:51
  the
• 33:51
  post
• 33:52
  sequel
• 33:52
  trilogy
• 33:53
  era
• 33:54
  and
• 33:55
  how
• 33:55
  they
• 33:55
  explore
• 33:56
  that
• 33:56
  dynamic.
• 33:57
  So
• 33:57
  that's
• 33:57
  pure
• 33:58
  speculation
• 33:58
  and
• 33:59
  sort
• 33:59
  of
• 33:59
  what
• 33:59
  I
• 34:00
  want.
• 34:00
  But
• 34:00
  the
• 34:00
  point
• 34:00
  is,
• 34:01
  what
• 34:01
  I
• 34:02
  love
• 34:02
  about
• 34:02
  it
• 34:02
  being
• 34:02
  a
• 34:02
  standalone
• 34:03
  movie
• 34:03
  is
• 34:04
  if
• 34:04
  it's
• 34:04
  great,
• 34:05
  that's
• 34:05
  awesome.
• 34:06
  And
• 34:06
  even
• 34:06
  if
• 34:06
  it's
• 34:07
  not
• 34:07
  that
• 34:07
  good,
• 34:08
  okay.
• 34:08
  It
• 34:08
  doesn't
• 34:09
  really
• 34:09
  have
• 34:09
  any
• 34:09
  major
• 34:09
  ramifications
• 34:10
  on,
• 34:11
  you
• 34:11
  know,
• 34:12
  a
• 34:12
  Skywalker
• 34:13
  Saga
• 34:13
  or
• 34:13
  anything.
• 34:13
  So
• 34:14
  I
• 34:14
  want
• 34:15
  Star
• 34:15
  wars
• 34:15
  to
• 34:15
  move
• 34:15
  away
• 34:16
  from
• 34:16
  trying
• 34:16
  to
• 34:16
  be
• 34:17
  MCU
• 34:18
  and
• 34:18
  to
• 34:18
  just
• 34:19
  recognize
• 34:19
  that
• 34:20
  we
• 34:20
  have
• 34:20
  a
• 34:20
  galaxy
• 34:21
  of
• 34:21
  stories
• 34:22
  to
• 34:22
  play
• 34:22
  with.
• 34:22
  We
• 34:22
  do
• 34:23
  not
• 34:23
  have
• 34:23
  to
• 34:23
  tie
• 34:23
  everything
• 34:24
  back
• 34:24
  to
• 34:25
  Skywalker
• 34:25
  Saga
• 34:26
  or
• 34:26
  to
• 34:26
  everything.
• 34:26
  You
• 34:26
  know,
• 34:27
  we
• 34:27
  can
• 34:27
  tell
• 34:27
  a
• 34:27
  story.
• 34:28
  I
• 34:28
  mean,
• 34:28
  look
• 34:28
  at
• 34:28
  it.
• 34:28
  Look
• 34:29
  at
• 34:29
  andor.
• 34:29
  Look
• 34:29
  at
• 34:31
  and
• 34:31
  Rogue
• 34:31
  One
• 34:32
  and
• 34:32
  you
• 34:32
  know,
• 34:32
  so
• 34:33
  many
• 34:33
  arcs
• 34:33
  from
• 34:33
  the
• 34:33
  animated.
• 34:34
  Shows
• 34:35
  where
• 34:35
  they've
• 34:35
  been
• 34:35
  doing
• 34:36
  it
• 34:37
  in
• 34:37
  the
• 34:37
  video
• 34:37
  games
• 34:38
  and
• 34:38
  the
• 34:38
  books
• 34:39
  since
• 34:39
  the
• 34:40
  70s
• 34:40
  and
• 34:41
  80s.
• 34:41
  So,
• 34:42
  so,
• 34:43
  so
• 34:43
  I
• 34:44
  think
• 34:44
  there's
• 34:44
  a
• 34:44
  space
• 34:45
  for
• 34:45
  the
• 34:45
  standalone
• 34:46
  films
• 34:46
  and
• 34:48
  I'm
• 34:48
  looking
• 34:49
  forward
• 34:49
  to
• 34:49
  it.
• 34:51
  I.
• 34:52
  It's
• 34:52
  going
• 34:52
  to
• 34:52
  be
• 34:53
  weird
• 34:53
  to
• 34:53
  see
• 34:53
  Ryan
• 34:53
  Gosling,
• 34:54
  you
• 34:54
  know,
• 34:55
  like,
• 34:55
  because
• 34:55
  he's.
• 34:56
  Ryan
• 34:57
  Gosling,
• 34:57
  you
• 34:57
  know,
• 34:59
  like,
• 35:00
  you
• 35:00
  know,
• 35:01
  and
• 35:01
  especially
• 35:01
  because,
• 35:02
  like,
• 35:02
  you
• 35:02
  think
• 35:02
  about
• 35:03
  when
• 35:03
  the
• 35:03
  sequel
• 35:04
  trilogy
• 35:04
  started
• 35:04
  and
• 35:05
  even
• 35:05
  when
• 35:05
  the
• 35:05
  prequels
• 35:06
  and
• 35:06
  when
• 35:06
  the
• 35:06
  original
• 35:06
  trilogy,
• 35:07
  all
• 35:07
  of
• 35:07
  those
• 35:08
  started
• 35:08
  with,
• 35:09
  you
• 35:09
  know,
• 35:09
  they
• 35:09
  had
• 35:09
  a
• 35:09
  movie,
• 35:10
  a
• 35:10
  recognized
• 35:11
  actor,
• 35:11
  a
• 35:11
  movie
• 35:12
  star
• 35:12
  in
• 35:12
  there,
• 35:12
  but
• 35:12
  the
• 35:12
  main
• 35:13
  characters
• 35:13
  were
• 35:14
  all
• 35:14
  new,
• 35:15
  you
• 35:15
  know,
• 35:15
  they
• 35:15
  were
• 35:15
  all
• 35:15
  introduced.
• 35:16
  So
• 35:16
  like,
• 35:16
  you
• 35:16
  know,
• 35:17
  we
• 35:17
  didn't
• 35:17
  know
• 35:18
  Daisy,
• 35:18
  Ridley
• 35:19
  and
• 35:19
  John
• 35:19
  Boyega
• 35:20
  before
• 35:21
  2015.
• 35:21
  You
• 35:22
  know,
• 35:22
  we
• 35:22
  didn't.
• 35:22
  I
• 35:22
  mean,
• 35:23
  John
• 35:23
  Boyega
• 35:23
  was,
• 35:23
  he
• 35:24
  is
• 35:24
  in
• 35:24
  a
• 35:24
  great
• 35:24
  movie
• 35:24
  called
• 35:24
  Attack
• 35:25
  the
• 35:25
  Block.
• 35:26
  That's
• 35:26
  a
• 35:26
  really,
• 35:26
  really
• 35:27
  small
• 35:27
  indie.
• 35:28
  But
• 35:28
  like,
• 35:28
  but
• 35:29
  yeah,
• 35:29
  they
• 35:29
  were
• 35:29
  not
• 35:29
  movie
• 35:30
  stars.
• 35:31
  Yeah.
• 35:32
  Yes,
• 35:33
  exactly.
• 35:34
  So
• 35:34
  it's
• 35:35
  a,
• 35:35
  it's
• 35:35
  a
• 35:35
  difference
• 35:36
  when
• 35:36
  you
• 35:36
  have
• 35:37
  a,
• 35:38
  you
• 35:38
  know,
• 35:38
  huge
• 35:39
  movie
• 35:39
  star
• 35:40
  come
• 35:41
  in
• 35:41
  and
• 35:41
  be
• 35:41
  the
• 35:42
  face
• 35:42
  of
• 35:42
  a
• 35:42
  new
• 35:43
  Star
• 35:43
  wars
• 35:43
  movie.
• 35:44
  So
• 35:44
  I,
• 35:44
  you
• 35:44
  know,
• 35:45
  I'm
• 35:45
  really
• 35:45
  excited.
• 35:46
  But
• 35:46
  yeah,
• 35:46
  so
• 35:47
  I,
• 35:47
  So
• 35:47
  that
• 35:47
  was
• 35:47
  my
• 35:48
  big
• 35:48
  day.
• 35:48
  I
• 35:48
  mean,
• 35:48
  as
• 35:49
  far
• 35:49
  as
• 35:49
  some
• 35:49
  of
• 35:49
  the
• 35:49
  other
• 35:50
  news,
• 35:50
  very
• 35:50
  excited
• 35:51
  for
• 35:51
  a
• 35:51
  Darth
• 35:51
  Maul
• 35:52
  animated
• 35:52
  series.
• 35:53
  Yeah,
• 35:53
  it's
• 35:53
  gonna
• 35:53
  be
• 35:54
  awesome.
• 35:54
  Shadow
• 35:54
  Lord,
• 35:55
  that's
• 35:55
  a
• 35:55
  great
• 35:55
  name,
• 35:57
  man.
• 35:58
  I'm
• 35:58
  so
• 35:58
  excited
• 35:58
  for
• 35:58
  that.
• 35:59
  And
• 36:00
  then,
• 36:00
  you
• 36:00
  know,
• 36:00
  of
• 36:00
  course
• 36:01
  the
• 36:01
  Mandalorian
• 36:01
  and
• 36:01
  Grogu
• 36:02
  movie
• 36:03
  that's
• 36:03
  coming
• 36:03
  out
• 36:03
  in
• 36:04
  a
• 36:04
  year
• 36:04
  now,
• 36:04
  so
• 36:04
  that,
• 36:05
  you
• 36:05
  know,
• 36:05
  another
• 36:05
  one
• 36:05
  that's
• 36:06
  like
• 36:06
  definitely
• 36:06
  happening.
• 36:07
  I
• 36:08
  mean,
• 36:08
  I'll
• 36:08
  wait
• 36:09
  till
• 36:09
  we.
• 36:09
  I
• 36:09
  want
• 36:09
  to
• 36:10
  see
• 36:10
  a
• 36:10
  trailer
• 36:10
  that.
• 36:11
  To
• 36:11
  see
• 36:11
  exactly
• 36:12
  what
• 36:12
  the
• 36:12
  narrative
• 36:13
  is.
• 36:13
  Just
• 36:13
  because,
• 36:13
  like,
• 36:13
  I
• 36:14
  mean,
• 36:14
  I
• 36:14
  love
• 36:14
  the
• 36:15
  first
• 36:15
  couple
• 36:15
  seasons
• 36:15
  of
• 36:15
  Mandalorian.
• 36:16
  I
• 36:16
  wasn't
• 36:17
  that
• 36:17
  stoked
• 36:18
  about
• 36:18
  season
• 36:18
  three,
• 36:19
  you
• 36:19
  know,
• 36:20
  I
• 36:20
  mean,
• 36:20
  of
• 36:20
  course,
• 36:20
  I'm
• 36:20
  so
• 36:20
  excited
• 36:21
  for
• 36:21
  the
• 36:21
  movie,
• 36:21
  but
• 36:22
  I
• 36:22
  just
• 36:22
  like
• 36:22
  the
• 36:23
  thing
• 36:23
  about
• 36:23
  season
• 36:24
  three
• 36:24
  is
• 36:24
  if
• 36:25
  the
• 36:25
  way
• 36:25
  it
• 36:25
  ended
• 36:26
  was
• 36:26
  kind
• 36:26
  of.
• 36:27
  I'm
• 36:27
  like,
• 36:27
  this
• 36:27
  could
• 36:28
  really
• 36:28
  be
• 36:28
  a
• 36:28
  nice
• 36:29
  swan
• 36:29
  song
• 36:30
  for
• 36:31
  Bravo
• 36:32
  and
• 36:32
  Mando.
• 36:33
  And
• 36:34
  I'm
• 36:34
  like,
• 36:34
  where
• 36:34
  do
• 36:35
  you
• 36:35
  go
• 36:35
  from
• 36:35
  there?
• 36:35
  I
• 36:36
  mean,
• 36:36
  I'm
• 36:36
  sure
• 36:36
  Favreau
• 36:37
  has,
• 36:37
  you
• 36:37
  know,
• 36:38
  a
• 36:38
  good
• 36:38
  idea
• 36:38
  in
• 36:39
  mind
• 36:39
  and,
• 36:39
  and
• 36:39
  I
• 36:40
  think
• 36:40
  getting
• 36:40
  to
• 36:40
  play
• 36:40
  with
• 36:41
  the
• 36:41
  movie
• 36:41
  budget
• 36:41
  versus
• 36:42
  TV
• 36:43
  will
• 36:43
  give
• 36:43
  them
• 36:44
  a
• 36:44
  lot
• 36:44
  of
• 36:44
  freedom
• 36:45
  there,
• 36:46
  hopefully.
• 36:46
  So.
• 36:47
  Still
• 36:47
  excited
• 36:47
  for
• 36:47
  it,
• 36:48
  but
• 36:48
  I'm
• 36:48
  eager
• 36:49
  to
• 36:49
  see
• 36:49
  a
• 36:49
  trailer.
• 36:50
  There's
• 36:51
  some
• 36:51
  footage
• 36:52
  that
• 36:52
  they
• 36:52
  played
• 36:53
  there,
• 36:53
  and
• 36:54
  there's
• 36:54
  some
• 36:54
  bootleg
• 36:54
  footage.
• 36:55
  You
• 36:55
  should
• 36:55
  go
• 36:55
  watch
• 36:55
  it
• 36:55
  is
• 36:56
  there.
• 36:57
  He
• 36:57
  gave
• 36:57
  me
• 36:58
  vibes
• 36:58
  of
• 36:58
  season
• 36:58
  two
• 36:59
  vibes,
• 36:59
  so
• 37:01
  that's
• 37:01
  cool.
• 37:02
  I
• 37:02
  was
• 37:02
  looking
• 37:03
  forward
• 37:03
  to
• 37:03
  that.
• 37:03
  And
• 37:04
  the
• 37:05
  Star
• 37:05
  Wars
• 37:05
  Visions
• 37:06
  Season
• 37:06
  3.
• 37:07
  That's
• 37:07
  exciting.
• 37:08
  I
• 37:09
  like
• 37:09
  that,
• 37:09
  like
• 37:09
  what
• 37:09
  you
• 37:10
  were
• 37:10
  saying
• 37:10
  before
• 37:11
  about
• 37:11
  the,
• 37:12
  like,
• 37:12
  anthology
• 37:13
  ness
• 37:14
  of
• 37:15
  Star
• 37:15
  wars,
• 37:16
  that
• 37:17
  that
• 37:17
  could
• 37:17
  be
• 37:18
  your
• 37:18
  thing.
• 37:18
  They
• 37:19
  did
• 37:19
  it
• 37:19
  very
• 37:19
  well
• 37:20
  in
• 37:20
  the,
• 37:21
  in
• 37:21
  those
• 37:22
  short
• 37:22
  stories,
• 37:23
  which
• 37:24
  are
• 37:24
  animated
• 37:25
  versions
• 37:26
  of
• 37:27
  some
• 37:27
  Star
• 37:27
  wars
• 37:28
  originals
• 37:29
  and
• 37:29
  some
• 37:30
  great
• 37:30
  stories
• 37:31
  in
• 37:31
  there.
• 37:32
  Yep,
• 37:33
  absolutely.
• 37:34
  I,
• 37:34
  I,
• 37:35
  the
• 37:35
  animation
• 37:36
  is
• 37:36
  fantastic
• 37:37
  and
• 37:37
  the
• 37:37
  storytelling.
• 37:38
  And
• 37:38
  then,
• 37:38
  of
• 37:38
  course,
• 37:39
  Ahsoka
• 37:39
  Season
• 37:39
  2.
• 37:40
  That
• 37:40
  was
• 37:40
  nice
• 37:40
  to
• 37:40
  hear
• 37:41
  because
• 37:41
  I
• 37:41
  wasn't
• 37:41
  sure
• 37:42
  when
• 37:43
  that
• 37:43
  was
• 37:43
  gonna
• 37:43
  come
• 37:43
  out.
• 37:44
  That
• 37:44
  is
• 37:44
  this
• 37:44
  fall.
• 37:45
  Yeah.
• 37:45
  Very
• 37:45
  excited
• 37:46
  for
• 37:46
  that.
• 37:46
  I
• 37:46
  mean,
• 37:46
  I,
• 37:47
  we
• 37:47
  did
• 37:47
  a
• 37:48
  full
• 37:48
  episode
• 37:48
  on
• 37:49
  Ahsoka
• 37:49
  Season
• 37:49
  1
• 37:50
  after
• 37:50
  that
• 37:50
  came
• 37:50
  out.
• 37:51
  And,
• 37:52
  you
• 37:52
  know,
• 37:52
  I
• 37:52
  mean,
• 37:52
  she's
• 37:53
  one
• 37:53
  of
• 37:53
  my
• 37:53
  favorite
• 37:53
  characters.
• 37:54
  I've
• 37:54
  got
• 37:54
  actually,
• 37:55
  I
• 37:55
  can't
• 37:55
  turn
• 37:55
  around
• 37:56
  right
• 37:56
  now,
• 37:56
  but
• 37:56
  I've
• 37:56
  got
• 37:56
  Ahsoka
• 37:57
  and
• 37:57
  Mando
• 37:57
  figures
• 37:58
  on
• 37:59
  my
• 37:59
  desk
• 37:59
  over
• 37:59
  here.
• 38:00
  So,
• 38:00
  you
• 38:01
  know,
• 38:01
  very
• 38:01
  excited
• 38:01
  for
• 38:01
  that.
• 38:02
  You
• 38:02
  know,
• 38:02
  I'm
• 38:03
  really
• 38:03
  curious
• 38:03
  to
• 38:04
  see
• 38:04
  where
• 38:05
  the
• 38:05
  story
• 38:05
  will
• 38:05
  take
• 38:05
  place,
• 38:06
  you
• 38:06
  know,
• 38:06
  how
• 38:07
  Ahsoka
• 38:07
  and
• 38:08
  Sevine
• 38:08
  will
• 38:08
  get
• 38:08
  off
• 38:09
  that
• 38:09
  planet,
• 38:10
  what
• 38:11
  it
• 38:11
  means
• 38:11
  for
• 38:12
  Thrawn
• 38:13
  to
• 38:13
  be
• 38:13
  back
• 38:13
  in
• 38:15
  return
• 38:15
  in
• 38:15
  the
• 38:16
  galaxy
• 38:16
  and,
• 38:17
  you
• 38:17
  know,
• 38:18
  launch
• 38:18
  his
• 38:19
  vengeance
• 38:20
  campaign,
• 38:21
  you
• 38:21
  know,
• 38:21
  so
• 38:21
  I'm
• 38:22
  very
• 38:22
  excited
• 38:22
  for
• 38:23
  that.
• 38:24
  Yeah.
• 38:24
  And
• 38:24
  then
• 38:25
  did
• 38:25
  you
• 38:25
  want
• 38:25
  to
• 38:25
  say
• 38:25
  anything
• 38:25
  about
• 38:26
  Zero
• 38:26
  Company
• 38:26
  as
• 38:27
  well?
• 38:27
  It
• 38:27
  looked
• 38:27
  like
• 38:28
  a
• 38:28
  really
• 38:28
  cool
• 38:30
  extension
• 38:31
  of
• 38:31
  the
• 38:31
  Clone
• 38:31
  Wars.
• 38:31
  It's
• 38:32
  basically
• 38:32
  like
• 38:34
  it's
• 38:34
  a
• 38:34
  video
• 38:35
  game
• 38:36
  that
• 38:36
  is
• 38:36
  kind
• 38:37
  of
• 38:37
  like
• 38:37
  the,
• 38:38
  the
• 38:39
  special
• 38:39
  ops
• 38:40
  of
• 38:40
  the
• 38:40
  Clone
• 38:41
  wars,
• 38:42
  like,
• 38:42
  what
• 38:42
  was
• 38:42
  going
• 38:43
  on
• 38:43
  underneath
• 38:44
  all
• 38:44
  the,
• 38:45
  all
• 38:46
  the
• 38:47
  campaigns
• 38:48
  with
• 38:48
  the
• 38:48
  Jedi
• 38:49
  and
• 38:49
  stuff.
• 38:49
  And
• 38:50
  that
• 38:51
  looks
• 38:51
  like
• 38:51
  it's
• 38:51
  gonna
• 38:51
  be
• 38:51
  great.
• 38:52
  The
• 38:52
  problem,
• 38:52
  not
• 38:52
  so
• 38:52
  much
• 38:53
  very
• 38:53
  story
• 38:53
  based,
• 38:54
  but
• 38:54
  it's
• 38:54
  Gonna
• 38:55
  have
• 38:55
  some.
• 38:56
  It's
• 38:56
  gonna
• 38:57
  be
• 38:58
  a
• 38:58
  really
• 38:58
  good
• 38:58
  play.
• 38:59
  Hopefully
• 38:59
  I
• 38:59
  can
• 38:59
  bring
• 39:00
  it
• 39:00
  back
• 39:00
  to,
• 39:00
  like,
• 39:00
  the
• 39:00
  Battlefront
• 39:01
  two
• 39:01
  days.
• 39:01
  Like,
• 39:02
  that
• 39:02
  was
• 39:02
  the
• 39:02
  one
• 39:02
  I.
• 39:03
  I
• 39:03
  played
• 39:03
  religiously
• 39:04
  as
• 39:04
  a
• 39:04
  kid.
• 39:05
  That
• 39:05
  was.
• 39:06
  That
• 39:06
  was
• 39:06
  it,
• 39:06
  man.
• 39:07
  That
• 39:07
  was
• 39:07
  it.
• 39:08
  Those.
• 39:08
  And
• 39:09
  speaking
• 39:09
  of
• 39:09
  Star
• 39:09
  Wars.
• 39:10
  Oh,
• 39:11
  yes.
• 39:11
  And
• 39:12
  speaking
• 39:12
  of.
• 39:12
  Those
• 39:12
  were
• 39:12
  the
• 39:12
  days
• 39:13
  in
• 39:13
  Star
• 39:13
  wars
• 39:13
  era
• 39:13
  when
• 39:14
  we
• 39:14
  were
• 39:14
  kids.
• 39:14
  Yeah.
• 39:15
  Revenge
• 39:15
  of
• 39:15
  the
• 39:15
  Sith
• 39:16
  is
• 39:16
  back
• 39:16
  in
• 39:16
  theaters
• 39:17
  this
• 39:17
  weekend.
• 39:18
  We
• 39:18
  already
• 39:18
  have
• 39:18
  our
• 39:18
  tickets.
• 39:19
  Cannot
• 39:20
  wait.
• 39:20
  Yep.
• 39:20
  Yeah,
• 39:20
  Friday.
• 39:21
  I'm
• 39:21
  going
• 39:22
  Friday.
• 39:22
  And
• 39:23
  they're
• 39:23
  gonna
• 39:23
  have
• 39:23
  the
• 39:23
  cool
• 39:24
  popcorn
• 39:24
  bucket
• 39:24
  at
• 39:25
  the
• 39:25
  Disney
• 39:25
  jmc.
• 39:26
  So
• 39:27
  hopefully
• 39:27
  it's
• 39:27
  not
• 39:27
  sold
• 39:28
  out
• 39:28
  when
• 39:28
  I
• 39:28
  go,
• 39:28
  because
• 39:29
  that
• 39:29
  would
• 39:29
  be
• 39:29
  fun.
• 39:29
  To
• 39:29
  have,
• 39:30
  I
• 39:30
  hope,
• 39:31
  at
• 39:31
  Alamo.
• 39:31
  I
• 39:31
  mean,
• 39:31
  I
• 39:32
  know
• 39:32
  they'll
• 39:32
  have
• 39:32
  Merc,
• 39:32
  but
• 39:33
  I.
• 39:33
  I
• 39:33
  hope
• 39:33
  they
• 39:33
  have
• 39:34
  one
• 39:34
  of
• 39:34
  the.
• 39:35
  The
• 39:35
  pint
• 39:36
  glasses.
• 39:36
  That
• 39:37
  would
• 39:37
  be
• 39:37
  awesome.
• 39:37
  But
• 39:37
  yeah,
• 39:38
  yeah,
• 39:38
  yeah.
• 39:39
  We
• 39:39
  were
• 39:39
  supposed
• 39:39
  to
• 39:39
  get
• 39:40
  it.
• 39:40
  Very
• 39:40
  excited.
• 39:41
  Alamo
• 39:41
  Drafthouse
• 39:42
  here
• 39:42
  in
• 39:43
  Orlando.
• 39:43
  But
• 39:44
  I
• 39:44
  think
• 39:44
  a
• 39:45
  Covid.
• 39:46
  Covid
• 39:46
  canceled
• 39:47
  those
• 39:47
  plans.
• 39:47
  Yeah,
• 39:48
  man.
• 39:49
  Like,
• 39:49
  and
• 39:49
  it's
• 39:49
  all
• 39:49
  right.
• 39:50
  Like,
• 39:50
  I
• 39:50
  hope
• 39:50
  it,
• 39:51
  you
• 39:51
  know,
• 39:51
  will
• 39:51
  bounce
• 39:52
  back
• 39:52
  eventually
• 39:52
  because
• 39:53
  it
• 39:53
  is
• 39:53
  a.
• 39:54
  I
• 39:54
  love
• 39:55
  the
• 39:55
  theater
• 39:55
  so
• 39:55
  much.
• 39:55
  It's
• 39:56
  just.
• 39:57
  Yeah.
• 39:58
  Awesome.
• 39:58
  Well,
• 39:59
  so,
• 39:59
  yeah,
• 39:59
  that's
• 40:00
  a
• 40:00
  tower
• 40:01
  celebration.
• 40:01
  And,
• 40:02
  you
• 40:03
  know,
• 40:03
  you
• 40:03
  can
• 40:03
  go
• 40:03
  back
• 40:03
  and
• 40:04
  watch
• 40:04
  some
• 40:04
  of
• 40:04
  those
• 40:04
  panels
• 40:05
  on.
• 40:05
  YouTube,
• 40:06
  but
• 40:07
  Dave
• 40:07
  Filoni's
• 40:08
  panels
• 40:08
  are
• 40:09
  always.
• 40:10
  Yes.
• 40:11
  Oh,
• 40:11
  and
• 40:11
  the.
• 40:12
  And
• 40:12
  the.
• 40:13
  And
• 40:13
  the
• 40:14
  documentary
• 40:14
  about
• 40:15
  ilm,
• 40:16
  there's
• 40:16
  a.
• 40:17
  There's
• 40:18
  season
• 40:18
  two.
• 40:19
  I
• 40:19
  finished
• 40:20
  watching
• 40:20
  it,
• 40:20
  and
• 40:21
  I
• 40:21
  never
• 40:22
  knew
• 40:22
  some
• 40:22
  of
• 40:22
  some
• 40:23
  of
• 40:23
  these
• 40:23
  stories
• 40:24
  that
• 40:24
  they
• 40:24
  were
• 40:24
  telling.
• 40:24
  And.
• 40:25
  Great,
• 40:26
  great
• 40:26
  documentary.
• 40:27
  It
• 40:28
  reminded
• 40:28
  me
• 40:28
  of
• 40:28
  the
• 40:29
  old.
• 40:30
  The
• 40:30
  old
• 40:30
  DVD
• 40:31
  documentaries
• 40:31
  from
• 40:32
  20,
• 40:32
  25
• 40:33
  years
• 40:33
  ago.
• 40:34
  Yeah,
• 40:34
  season
• 40:35
  one
• 40:35
  was
• 40:35
  fantastic.
• 40:35
  I
• 40:35
  haven't
• 40:36
  actually
• 40:36
  watched
• 40:36
  season
• 40:37
  two
• 40:37
  yet,
• 40:37
  but
• 40:37
  I
• 40:37
  will.
• 40:38
  Yes.
• 40:38
  Light
• 40:39
  of
• 40:39
  Magic.
• 40:39
  Yeah,
• 40:40
  it's
• 40:40
  excellent.
• 40:40
  So
• 40:41
  if
• 40:41
  you're
• 40:42
  at
• 40:42
  all
• 40:42
  like
• 40:42
  us
• 40:43
  and
• 40:43
  you
• 40:43
  really
• 40:43
  want
• 40:43
  to
• 40:43
  dive
• 40:44
  into
• 40:45
  the.
• 40:46
  In
• 40:46
  this
• 40:46
  case,
• 40:46
  it's
• 40:47
  the
• 40:47
  visual
• 40:47
  effects
• 40:48
  that
• 40:48
  went
• 40:48
  into
• 40:49
  Star
• 40:49
  wars
• 40:49
  and,
• 40:50
  like,
• 40:50
  and.
• 40:50
  And
• 40:50
  also
• 40:51
  other
• 40:51
  franchises
• 40:52
  and
• 40:52
  everything.
• 40:53
  It's
• 40:53
  a
• 40:53
  fascinating
• 40:54
  story.
• 40:55
  Really
• 40:55
  well
• 40:55
  done.
• 40:56
  So
• 40:56
  that
• 40:56
  is
• 40:56
  on
• 40:56
  Disney
• 40:56
  as
• 40:57
  well.
• 40:57
  Go
• 40:57
  check
• 40:57
  that
• 40:57
  out.
• 40:58
  All
• 40:58
  right,
• 40:58
  what
• 40:58
  do
• 40:58
  we
• 40:58
  got
• 40:59
  next
• 40:59
  here?
• 40:59
  Awesome.
• 41:51
  Let's
• 41:51
  see.
• 41:52
  Here
• 41:52
  we
• 41:53
  go.
• 41:53
  So
• 41:53
  I
• 41:53
  gotta
• 41:54
  talk
• 41:54
  about
• 41:54
  this
• 41:54
  one.
• 41:55
  Okay,
• 41:55
  so,
• 41:56
  Evan,
• 41:56
  you've
• 41:56
  not
• 41:56
  watched,
• 41:57
  have
• 41:57
  you?
• 41:57
  But
• 41:57
  you've
• 41:58
  not
• 41:58
  watched
• 41:58
  or
• 41:58
  played
• 41:59
  lots
• 41:59
  of
• 41:59
  us,
• 41:59
  Correct?
• 42:01
  Correct.
• 42:04
  Okay.
• 42:05
  So
• 42:05
  on
• 42:05
  my
• 42:06
  end,
• 42:06
  I
• 42:06
  never
• 42:06
  played
• 42:07
  the
• 42:07
  game,
• 42:07
  but
• 42:07
  I've
• 42:08
  been
• 42:08
  watching
• 42:08
  the
• 42:08
  show
• 42:08
  from
• 42:09
  the
• 42:09
  beginning.
• 42:09
  And
• 42:09
  as
• 42:10
  I
• 42:10
  watch
• 42:10
  the
• 42:10
  show,
• 42:11
  like,
• 42:11
  after
• 42:12
  each
• 42:12
  episode
• 42:12
  comes
• 42:12
  out,
• 42:13
  I
• 42:13
  go
• 42:13
  back
• 42:13
  and,
• 42:13
  like,
• 42:14
  read
• 42:14
  up
• 42:14
  on
• 42:15
  the
• 42:15
  game
• 42:15
  just
• 42:15
  to
• 42:15
  see
• 42:15
  what
• 42:16
  the
• 42:16
  differences
• 42:17
  are
• 42:17
  and,
• 42:17
  like,
• 42:18
  what
• 42:18
  was
• 42:18
  really
• 42:18
  faithful
• 42:18
  and
• 42:19
  what
• 42:19
  they
• 42:19
  changed
• 42:19
  and
• 42:19
  everything.
• 42:20
  So
• 42:20
  it's
• 42:20
  been
• 42:20
  an
• 42:21
  excellent
• 42:21
  show
• 42:21
  from
• 42:22
  the
• 42:22
  beginning.
• 42:23
  And,
• 42:24
  you
• 42:24
  know,
• 42:24
  I
• 42:24
  mean,
• 42:24
  I'll
• 42:25
  give
• 42:25
  the
• 42:25
  brief,
• 42:25
  like,
• 42:26
  you
• 42:26
  know,
• 42:26
  overview
• 42:27
  of
• 42:27
  what
• 42:28
  it
• 42:28
  is.
• 42:28
  For
• 42:28
  those
• 42:29
  who
• 42:29
  don't
• 42:29
  know,
• 42:30
  this
• 42:30
  is
• 42:30
  a
• 42:30
  post
• 42:30
  apocalyptic
• 42:32
  zombie
• 42:32
  show
• 42:33
  that
• 42:33
  follows
• 42:33
  the
• 42:34
  main
• 42:34
  characters,
• 42:35
  Joel
• 42:35
  and
• 42:35
  Ellie.
• 42:36
  Joel
• 42:37
  lost
• 42:37
  his
• 42:38
  daughter
• 42:38
  on
• 42:39
  the
• 42:39
  day
• 42:39
  of
• 42:39
  the
• 42:39
  outbreak.
• 42:40
  And.
• 42:40
  And
• 42:41
  the
• 42:41
  difference
• 42:41
  between
• 42:42
  this
• 42:43
  and
• 42:43
  kind
• 42:43
  of
• 42:43
  other
• 42:43
  zombies
• 42:44
  is
• 42:44
  the
• 42:44
  zombie
• 42:45
  stems
• 42:46
  from
• 42:46
  like
• 42:46
  a
• 42:46
  virus
• 42:47
  that
• 42:48
  creates
• 42:48
  really
• 42:49
  interesting
• 42:50
  monsters
• 42:51
  that
• 42:51
  you
• 42:51
  don't
• 42:51
  see
• 42:52
  in
• 42:52
  other
• 42:53
  zombie
• 42:53
  shows
• 42:54
  and
• 42:54
  movies
• 42:54
  and
• 42:54
  comics.
• 42:55
  It's
• 42:55
  very
• 42:56
  unique
• 42:56
  where
• 42:57
  it's
• 42:57
  like
• 42:57
  this
• 42:57
  organized
• 42:59
  organism
• 42:59
  that
• 43:01
  was
• 43:01
  the
• 43:02
  cause
• 43:02
  of
• 43:02
  everything
• 43:02
  and
• 43:03
  stemmed
• 43:03
  it
• 43:03
  and
• 43:04
  brought
• 43:04
  about
• 43:04
  the
• 43:05
  end
• 43:05
  of
• 43:05
  the
• 43:05
  world.
• 43:05
  So
• 43:06
  Joel
• 43:07
  lost
• 43:07
  his
• 43:07
  daughter
• 43:08
  on
• 43:08
  the
• 43:08
  day
• 43:08
  of
• 43:08
  the
• 43:08
  outbreak
• 43:09
  and
• 43:10
  has
• 43:10
  been
• 43:12
  just
• 43:12
  kind
• 43:12
  of
• 43:12
  surviving
• 43:13
  ever
• 43:14
  since
• 43:14
  The.
• 43:14
  Because
• 43:15
  the
• 43:15
  outbreak
• 43:15
  happens
• 43:16
  at
• 43:16
  the
• 43:16
  beginning,
• 43:17
  the
• 43:17
  early
• 43:17
  2000s,
• 43:18
  and
• 43:18
  then
• 43:18
  this,
• 43:19
  you
• 43:19
  know,
• 43:19
  the
• 43:20
  show
• 43:20
  takes
• 43:20
  place
• 43:20
  like
• 43:20
  20
• 43:21
  years
• 43:21
  later.
• 43:22
  And
• 43:22
  Ellie
• 43:23
  is.
• 43:25
  She's
• 43:26
  born
• 43:26
  during
• 43:27
  the
• 43:27
  apocalypse.
• 43:28
  This
• 43:28
  is
• 43:28
  all
• 43:28
  she's
• 43:28
  ever
• 43:29
  known.
• 43:29
  But
• 43:30
  she
• 43:30
  is
• 43:31
  immune
• 43:31
  to
• 43:32
  the
• 43:32
  virus
• 43:32
  because,
• 43:34
  like,
• 43:34
  her
• 43:35
  mother
• 43:35
  was
• 43:36
  bitten
• 43:36
  when
• 43:37
  she
• 43:37
  was
• 43:37
  born
• 43:37
  and
• 43:38
  it
• 43:38
  like,
• 43:38
  allowed
• 43:39
  her
• 43:39
  to
• 43:39
  be
• 43:39
  immune.
• 43:40
  And
• 43:40
  so
• 43:41
  because
• 43:41
  of
• 43:41
  that,
• 43:42
  she's
• 43:42
  obviously
• 43:42
  like,
• 43:43
  is
• 43:43
  this,
• 43:43
  like,
• 43:44
  sought
• 43:44
  after
• 43:45
  being
• 43:46
  from
• 43:47
  the
• 43:47
  resistance
• 43:48
  called
• 43:48
  the
• 43:48
  Fireflies.
• 43:49
  And
• 43:49
  so
• 43:50
  in
• 43:50
  season
• 43:50
  one,
• 43:51
  it's
• 43:51
  about
• 43:52
  Joel
• 43:52
  trying
• 43:53
  to
• 43:53
  get
• 43:53
  Ellie
• 43:54
  to
• 43:56
  Where
• 43:56
  were
• 43:56
  they
• 43:57
  headed?
• 43:57
  I'm
• 43:58
  trying
• 43:58
  to
• 43:58
  play
• 43:58
  on.
• 44:00
  I'll
• 44:00
  look
• 44:00
  at
• 44:00
  One
• 44:01
  sec.
• 44:01
  But.
• 44:01
  But
• 44:01
  anyway,
• 44:02
  like,
• 44:02
  they
• 44:02
  go
• 44:02
  across
• 44:03
  country
• 44:03
  to
• 44:04
  get
• 44:04
  to
• 44:04
  the
• 44:04
  Fireflies
• 44:05
  headquarters
• 44:06
  so
• 44:06
  that
• 44:07
  because
• 44:07
  they're
• 44:07
  trying
• 44:07
  to
• 44:08
  develop
• 44:08
  a
• 44:08
  cure
• 44:09
  and
• 44:10
  raid
• 44:11
  the
• 44:11
  world
• 44:11
  of
• 44:11
  these
• 44:12
  monsters
• 44:12
  and
• 44:12
  get
• 44:13
  back
• 44:13
  to
• 44:13
  normal
• 44:14
  in
• 44:15
  some
• 44:15
  capacity.
• 44:16
  And
• 44:16
  so
• 44:17
  season
• 44:17
  one
• 44:17
  is
• 44:17
  a
• 44:17
  lot
• 44:17
  about
• 44:18
  that.
• 44:18
  And
• 44:18
  I
• 44:19
  will
• 44:19
  go
• 44:19
  ahead
• 44:19
  and
• 44:19
  do.
• 44:20
  Because
• 44:20
  it's
• 44:20
  hard
• 44:20
  to
• 44:20
  not
• 44:21
  talk
• 44:21
  about
• 44:21
  spoilers
• 44:22
  here,
• 44:22
  especially
• 44:22
  with
• 44:23
  what
• 44:23
  happened
• 44:23
  in
• 44:24
  this
• 44:24
  episode.
• 44:24
  So
• 44:26
  at
• 44:26
  the
• 44:26
  end
• 44:26
  of
• 44:26
  season
• 44:27
  one,
• 44:27
  they
• 44:27
  make
• 44:28
  it
• 44:28
  there,
• 44:29
  but
• 44:29
  the
• 44:30
  Fireflies
• 44:32
  tell
• 44:32
  Joel
• 44:33
  that
• 44:33
  the
• 44:33
  only
• 44:33
  way
• 44:34
  to
• 44:35
  develop
• 44:35
  the
• 44:35
  cure
• 44:35
  is
• 44:36
  Ellie
• 44:36
  cannot
• 44:36
  survive
• 44:37
  the
• 44:37
  operation.
• 44:38
  So
• 44:38
  they
• 44:38
  have
• 44:38
  the
• 44:38
  operation
• 44:39
  ready
• 44:39
  to
• 44:39
  go.
• 44:40
  And
• 44:40
  before
• 44:41
  this
• 44:41
  happened,
• 44:41
  like,
• 44:42
  Ellie's
• 44:42
  on
• 44:42
  caucus
• 44:42
  at
• 44:43
  this
• 44:43
  point
• 44:43
  because
• 44:43
  the
• 44:43
  Fireflies
• 44:44
  know
• 44:44
  that,
• 44:44
  like,
• 44:45
  Joel's
• 44:45
  not
• 44:45
  going
• 44:45
  to
• 44:45
  react.
• 44:46
  So
• 44:46
  they
• 44:47
  go
• 44:47
  ahead
• 44:47
  and
• 44:47
  knock
• 44:47
  them
• 44:48
  both
• 44:48
  out
• 44:48
  and
• 44:48
  they
• 44:49
  have
• 44:49
  Ellie
• 44:49
  on
• 44:49
  the
• 44:49
  operating
• 44:50
  table
• 44:50
  and
• 44:51
  Joel's
• 44:51
  knocked
• 44:52
  out.
• 44:52
  And
• 44:52
  they
• 44:52
  tell
• 44:53
  Joel
• 44:53
  this
• 44:54
  because
• 44:54
  they
• 44:54
  know
• 44:54
  he,
• 44:55
  you
• 44:55
  know,
• 44:55
  he
• 44:55
  wouldn't
• 44:56
  like,
• 44:56
  let
• 44:56
  it
• 44:56
  happen
• 44:57
  otherwise.
• 44:58
  And.
• 44:59
  But
• 44:59
  the
• 44:59
  thing
• 44:59
  is,
• 44:59
  before
• 45:00
  this
• 45:00
  happens,
• 45:01
  Ellie
• 45:02
  tells
• 45:02
  Joel,
• 45:03
  whatever
• 45:04
  happens,
• 45:04
  like,
• 45:04
  I'm
• 45:05
  willing
• 45:05
  to
• 45:05
  sacrifice
• 45:06
  myself
• 45:06
  is
• 45:07
  like,
• 45:07
  she
• 45:07
  understands
• 45:09
  her,
• 45:09
  what
• 45:09
  makes
• 45:10
  her
• 45:10
  unique.
• 45:10
  And
• 45:11
  if
• 45:11
  she
• 45:11
  can
• 45:12
  do
• 45:12
  anything
• 45:13
  to
• 45:13
  literally
• 45:14
  save
• 45:14
  the
• 45:15
  world,
• 45:15
  she
• 45:15
  will.
• 45:17
  And.
• 45:17
  But
• 45:17
  she's
• 45:18
  unconscious
• 45:18
  that
• 45:19
  she's
• 45:19
  not
• 45:19
  given
• 45:19
  the
• 45:19
  choice.
• 45:20
  But
• 45:20
  at
• 45:20
  the
• 45:21
  end
• 45:21
  of
• 45:21
  season
• 45:21
  one,
• 45:22
  Joel,
• 45:22
  when
• 45:23
  he
• 45:23
  hears
• 45:23
  this,
• 45:24
  he
• 45:24
  goes
• 45:25
  full
• 45:25
  John
• 45:25
  Wick
• 45:26
  and
• 45:26
  not
• 45:27
  only
• 45:27
  kills
• 45:27
  all
• 45:27
  the
• 45:28
  fireflies,
• 45:28
  he
• 45:29
  kills
• 45:29
  the
• 45:29
  doctors
• 45:29
  there
• 45:30
  too,
• 45:30
  and
• 45:31
  takes
• 45:31
  Ellie
• 45:32
  out
• 45:32
  and
• 45:32
  rescues
• 45:32
  her.
• 45:33
  And
• 45:33
  later
• 45:34
  when
• 45:34
  she
• 45:34
  wakes
• 45:34
  up,
• 45:35
  he
• 45:35
  just
• 45:35
  tells
• 45:35
  her
• 45:36
  that,
• 45:37
  oh,
• 45:38
  you
• 45:38
  know,
• 45:38
  it
• 45:38
  didn't
• 45:39
  work.
• 45:39
  And
• 45:40
  he
• 45:40
  does
• 45:40
  not
• 45:41
  tell
• 45:41
  her
• 45:41
  anything
• 45:41
  that
• 45:42
  he
• 45:42
  killed
• 45:43
  them
• 45:43
  all.
• 45:43
  And
• 45:44
  like,
• 45:44
  what
• 45:44
  happened
• 45:45
  and
• 45:45
  there's
• 45:46
  still.
• 45:46
  And
• 45:46
  she
• 45:47
  makes
• 45:47
  him
• 45:47
  swear
• 45:47
  that
• 45:48
  he's
• 45:48
  telling
• 45:48
  the
• 45:48
  truth.
• 45:49
  But
• 45:49
  even
• 45:49
  in
• 45:49
  that
• 45:49
  moment
• 45:50
  in
• 45:50
  the
• 45:50
  final
• 45:50
  scene
• 45:51
  in
• 45:51
  season
• 45:51
  one,
• 45:51
  she
• 45:52
  knows
• 45:52
  something
• 45:52
  is
• 45:53
  like
• 45:54
  he's
• 45:54
  lying
• 45:54
  to
• 45:54
  her,
• 45:55
  even
• 45:56
  though.
• 45:56
  And
• 45:56
  so
• 45:57
  season
• 45:58
  two
• 45:58
  then
• 45:59
  jumps
• 45:59
  five
• 45:59
  years
• 46:00
  later
• 46:01
  and
• 46:01
  we
• 46:02
  learn
• 46:02
  that
• 46:03
  one
• 46:04
  of
• 46:04
  the
• 46:04
  former
• 46:05
  fireflies
• 46:06
  whose
• 46:06
  dad
• 46:07
  was
• 46:07
  the
• 46:07
  doctor
• 46:08
  that
• 46:08
  Joel
• 46:09
  killed,
• 46:09
  is
• 46:10
  now
• 46:10
  out
• 46:10
  for
• 46:11
  revenge.
• 46:11
  And
• 46:12
  so
• 46:13
  she
• 46:13
  tracks
• 46:15
  Joel
• 46:16
  all
• 46:16
  the
• 46:16
  way
• 46:16
  to
• 46:17
  Jackson,
• 46:17
  Wyoming,
• 46:18
  where
• 46:19
  they
• 46:19
  like
• 46:19
  we.
• 46:20
  We
• 46:20
  visited
• 46:20
  there
• 46:21
  in
• 46:21
  season
• 46:21
  one.
• 46:22
  That's
• 46:22
  where
• 46:22
  Joel's
• 46:23
  brother
• 46:23
  has
• 46:23
  been
• 46:24
  with
• 46:24
  his
• 46:24
  community
• 46:25
  and
• 46:25
  being
• 46:25
  the
• 46:26
  leader
• 46:26
  there.
• 46:27
  And
• 46:27
  him
• 46:28
  and
• 46:28
  Joel
• 46:28
  were
• 46:28
  obvious,
• 46:29
  you
• 46:29
  know,
• 46:29
  together
• 46:30
  before
• 46:30
  the
• 46:31
  apocalypse.
• 46:31
  And.
• 46:32
  And
• 46:32
  Tommy
• 46:33
  survives
• 46:33
  too,
• 46:34
  and
• 46:34
  is
• 46:34
  now
• 46:34
  the
• 46:35
  leader
• 46:35
  of
• 46:35
  this
• 46:35
  community.
• 46:36
  And
• 46:36
  so
• 46:36
  they.
• 46:37
  So
• 46:37
  Joel
• 46:37
  and
• 46:37
  Ellie
• 46:38
  go
• 46:38
  back
• 46:38
  to
• 46:38
  Jackson.
• 46:39
  They've
• 46:39
  been
• 46:39
  living
• 46:39
  there.
• 46:40
  We
• 46:40
  see
• 46:41
  this
• 46:41
  community.
• 46:42
  You
• 46:42
  know,
• 46:43
  there's
• 46:43
  still,
• 46:43
  you
• 46:44
  know,
• 46:44
  threats,
• 46:44
  but
• 46:45
  overall
• 46:45
  they're.
• 46:47
  They've
• 46:47
  maintained
• 46:48
  kind
• 46:48
  of
• 46:48
  a
• 46:48
  fortress
• 46:49
  and
• 46:49
  haven't
• 46:50
  had
• 46:50
  any
• 46:50
  major
• 46:50
  attacks.
• 46:51
  But
• 46:52
  Abby,
• 46:52
  this
• 46:53
  girl,
• 46:53
  follows
• 46:54
  them
• 46:55
  in
• 46:55
  and
• 46:56
  so
• 46:57
  there's
• 46:57
  a
• 46:57
  lot
• 46:57
  of
• 46:57
  setup
• 46:57
  in
• 46:58
  episode
• 46:58
  one,
• 46:58
  episode
• 46:59
  two,
• 46:59
  which
• 46:59
  aired
• 47:00
  this
• 47:00
  week.
• 47:01
  And
• 47:01
  I
• 47:01
  mean,
• 47:02
  I.
• 47:03
  If
• 47:03
  you've
• 47:04
  already
• 47:05
  can't
• 47:06
  tell,
• 47:06
  you
• 47:06
  know,
• 47:06
  I'm
• 47:06
  going
• 47:07
  to
• 47:07
  full
• 47:07
  spoilers
• 47:07
  here.
• 47:08
  So
• 47:08
  if
• 47:08
  you
• 47:09
  haven't
• 47:09
  caught
• 47:09
  up
• 47:09
  on
• 47:09
  this
• 47:10
  season,
• 47:11
  zone
• 47:11
  out
• 47:11
  now
• 47:11
  and
• 47:12
  come
• 47:12
  back
• 47:12
  later.
• 47:13
  But
• 47:14
  I
• 47:14
  think
• 47:14
  based
• 47:15
  on
• 47:15
  my
• 47:15
  Instagram
• 47:16
  story
• 47:16
  that
• 47:16
  I
• 47:16
  posted
• 47:17
  and
• 47:17
  how
• 47:17
  many
• 47:17
  people
• 47:17
  responded,
• 47:18
  I
• 47:18
  think
• 47:18
  this
• 47:18
  is
• 47:19
  a
• 47:19
  big
• 47:19
  sensation
• 47:19
  right
• 47:20
  now
• 47:20
  and
• 47:20
  everyone
• 47:20
  is
• 47:20
  tuning
• 47:21
  in
• 47:21
  and
• 47:21
  everyone
• 47:22
  was
• 47:22
  really
• 47:23
  shocked,
• 47:23
  especially
• 47:24
  who
• 47:24
  had
• 47:24
  not
• 47:24
  played
• 47:24
  the
• 47:25
  game.
• 47:25
  But
• 47:26
  in
• 47:26
  this
• 47:26
  episode,
• 47:27
  two
• 47:27
  major
• 47:28
  things
• 47:28
  happen
• 47:28
  there.
• 47:29
  One,
• 47:29
  there
• 47:29
  is
• 47:30
  a
• 47:30
  big
• 47:30
  battle
• 47:30
  going
• 47:30
  on
• 47:31
  in
• 47:31
  Jackson
• 47:31
  because
• 47:33
  Abby
• 47:35
  and
• 47:35
  Joel,
• 47:36
  while
• 47:36
  everyone.
• 47:36
  While
• 47:37
  Joel
• 47:37
  and
• 47:37
  some
• 47:37
  of
• 47:37
  the
• 47:37
  other
• 47:38
  patrol
• 47:39
  series
• 47:39
  of
• 47:39
  events
• 47:40
  happens
• 47:40
  that
• 47:40
  a
• 47:41
  bunch
• 47:41
  of
• 47:42
  hoarded
• 47:42
  zombies
• 47:43
  make
• 47:44
  it
• 47:44
  through
• 47:44
  and
• 47:45
  get
• 47:45
  to
• 47:45
  the
• 47:45
  outskirts
• 47:46
  of
• 47:46
  the
• 47:46
  city.
• 47:46
  So
• 47:47
  a
• 47:47
  big
• 47:47
  battle
• 47:47
  ensues.
• 47:48
  There's.
• 47:48
  But
• 47:49
  also
• 47:50
  Abby
• 47:51
  finds
• 47:51
  a
• 47:51
  way
• 47:51
  into
• 47:51
  the
• 47:51
  community
• 47:52
  and
• 47:52
  finds
• 47:53
  Joel
• 47:53
  and
• 47:54
  is
• 47:54
  able
• 47:54
  to
• 47:54
  lure
• 47:55
  him
• 47:55
  back
• 47:55
  to
• 47:56
  their
• 47:56
  base
• 47:57
  to
• 47:57
  get
• 47:57
  away
• 47:57
  from
• 47:57
  the
• 47:57
  zombies.
• 47:58
  And
• 47:58
  that's
• 47:59
  when
• 47:59
  she
• 48:00
  executes
• 48:01
  her
• 48:01
  revenge.
• 48:02
  And
• 48:02
  you
• 48:03
  know,
• 48:03
  I.
• 48:03
  So
• 48:04
  yeah,
• 48:05
  Joel
• 48:05
  dies
• 48:05
  in
• 48:05
  this
• 48:05
  episode,
• 48:07
  really
• 48:07
  is
• 48:08
  brutally
• 48:08
  killed.
• 48:09
  And.
• 48:11
  And
• 48:11
  like,
• 48:12
  I
• 48:12
  kind
• 48:12
  of.
• 48:12
  I
• 48:12
  mean,
• 48:12
  I
• 48:12
  Think
• 48:13
  even
• 48:13
  though
• 48:13
  I
• 48:13
  had
• 48:13
  not
• 48:13
  played
• 48:14
  the
• 48:14
  game,
• 48:14
  I
• 48:15
  knew
• 48:15
  from
• 48:16
  fans
• 48:16
  of
• 48:16
  it
• 48:17
  that
• 48:18
  this
• 48:18
  was
• 48:18
  a
• 48:18
  big
• 48:19
  controversial
• 48:20
  storyline.
• 48:21
  And,
• 48:21
  like,
• 48:22
  even
• 48:23
  then
• 48:23
  I
• 48:23
  kind
• 48:23
  of
• 48:23
  saw.
• 48:24
  I
• 48:24
  figured
• 48:25
  Joel
• 48:25
  would
• 48:25
  die
• 48:25
  eventually.
• 48:26
  I
• 48:26
  was
• 48:26
  not
• 48:26
  expected
• 48:27
  to
• 48:27
  happen
• 48:27
  this
• 48:28
  quick.
• 48:28
  And,
• 48:28
  like,
• 48:28
  I
• 48:29
  thought
• 48:29
  there
• 48:29
  might
• 48:29
  be,
• 48:29
  you
• 48:29
  know,
• 48:30
  but.
• 48:30
  And
• 48:31
  just
• 48:32
  to
• 48:32
  tell
• 48:32
  you
• 48:32
  how
• 48:32
  brutal
• 48:33
  it
• 48:33
  is.
• 48:34
  So
• 48:35
  she
• 48:35
  has
• 48:36
  him,
• 48:37
  like,
• 48:37
  tied
• 48:37
  down.
• 48:38
  She
• 48:38
  shoots
• 48:38
  him
• 48:39
  in
• 48:39
  a
• 48:39
  leg
• 48:39
  first,
• 48:40
  and
• 48:40
  then
• 48:40
  she
• 48:40
  takes
• 48:41
  a
• 48:41
  golf
• 48:41
  club
• 48:42
  and
• 48:43
  starts
• 48:43
  beating
• 48:44
  his
• 48:44
  leg
• 48:44
  where
• 48:45
  she
• 48:45
  just
• 48:45
  shot
• 48:45
  with
• 48:46
  the
• 48:46
  gothclub
• 48:46
  and
• 48:47
  then
• 48:47
  just
• 48:47
  tortures
• 48:48
  him
• 48:48
  and
• 48:48
  beats
• 48:48
  him
• 48:48
  like,
• 48:49
  within
• 48:49
  inch
• 48:49
  of
• 48:49
  his
• 48:49
  life.
• 48:50
  And
• 48:50
  in
• 48:50
  the
• 48:50
  final
• 48:51
  blow,
• 48:51
  which
• 48:52
  at
• 48:52
  that
• 48:52
  point
• 48:52
  Ellie
• 48:53
  comes
• 48:53
  in
• 48:54
  and
• 48:55
  because
• 48:55
  she
• 48:55
  is
• 48:56
  like.
• 48:56
  She
• 48:56
  tracks
• 48:56
  Joel
• 48:57
  down
• 48:57
  and
• 48:58
  is,
• 48:58
  like,
• 48:58
  trying
• 48:58
  to
• 48:58
  rescue
• 48:59
  him,
• 48:59
  but
• 49:00
  Abby's
• 49:01
  like,
• 49:01
  cohorts
• 49:02
  pin
• 49:02
  her
• 49:02
  down.
• 49:03
  And
• 49:03
  so
• 49:03
  she
• 49:03
  has
• 49:03
  to
• 49:04
  watch
• 49:04
  while
• 49:05
  Abby
• 49:05
  kills
• 49:05
  him
• 49:06
  and
• 49:06
  she
• 49:07
  stabs
• 49:07
  him
• 49:08
  with
• 49:08
  the.
• 49:10
  The
• 49:10
  base
• 49:11
  of
• 49:11
  the
• 49:11
  golf
• 49:12
  club,
• 49:12
  taking
• 49:12
  the
• 49:13
  tip
• 49:13
  off
• 49:13
  and
• 49:13
  stabs
• 49:14
  him
• 49:14
  right
• 49:14
  through
• 49:15
  the
• 49:15
  neck.
• 49:15
  And
• 49:15
  it
• 49:16
  is
• 49:16
  brutal.
• 49:18
  Yeah,
• 49:19
  yeah.
• 49:19
  So
• 49:19
  it
• 49:20
  is
• 49:20
  like.
• 49:21
  So
• 49:22
  now,
• 49:22
  I
• 49:22
  hope
• 49:22
  that
• 49:22
  doesn't.
• 49:23
  Did
• 49:23
  not
• 49:23
  encourage
• 49:24
  you
• 49:24
  from
• 49:24
  watching
• 49:24
  at
• 49:24
  some
• 49:25
  point,
• 49:25
  because
• 49:25
  it
• 49:26
  is
• 49:26
  like,
• 49:26
  even
• 49:26
  with
• 49:27
  just
• 49:27
  that,
• 49:27
  like,
• 49:27
  plot
• 49:28
  description
• 49:28
  there.
• 49:29
  There's
• 49:29
  so
• 49:30
  much
• 49:30
  more
• 49:30
  in
• 49:30
  the
• 49:30
  show
• 49:30
  to
• 49:31
  take
• 49:31
  in.
• 49:32
  And
• 49:32
  it's.
• 49:32
  And
• 49:32
  also
• 49:33
  this
• 49:33
  episode
• 49:34
  specifically,
• 49:35
  the
• 49:35
  battle
• 49:36
  sequence
• 49:36
  is.
• 49:37
  I'm
• 49:37
  talking,
• 49:38
  like,
• 49:38
  Helm's
• 49:38
  Deep
• 49:38
  level
• 49:39
  and
• 49:39
  the
• 49:40
  Game
• 49:40
  of
• 49:40
  Thrones
• 49:40
  battle.
• 49:40
  I
• 49:41
  mean,
• 49:41
  it
• 49:41
  was
• 49:42
  one
• 49:42
  of
• 49:42
  the
• 49:42
  most
• 49:43
  epic
• 49:43
  battle
• 49:43
  sequences
• 49:44
  I've
• 49:44
  ever
• 49:44
  seen.
• 49:45
  Not
• 49:46
  just
• 49:46
  for.
• 49:46
  I
• 49:46
  mean,
• 49:47
  especially
• 49:47
  for
• 49:47
  a
• 49:47
  TV
• 49:48
  budget,
• 49:48
  but
• 49:48
  this
• 49:48
  was
• 49:49
  basically
• 49:49
  a
• 49:49
  movie.
• 49:50
  I
• 49:51
  mean,
• 49:51
  they.
• 49:51
  They
• 49:52
  put
• 49:52
  all
• 49:53
  their
• 49:53
  money
• 49:53
  into
• 49:54
  making
• 49:54
  this
• 49:55
  happen.
• 49:55
  But
• 49:56
  it's
• 49:56
  especially
• 49:56
  very
• 49:57
  reminiscent
• 49:57
  of
• 49:57
  Helm's
• 49:58
  Deep
• 49:58
  in
• 49:58
  the
• 49:58
  sense
• 49:58
  that
• 49:59
  you
• 49:59
  have
• 49:59
  the
• 49:59
  zombies
• 50:00
  as
• 50:00
  this
• 50:01
  horde,
• 50:01
  much
• 50:01
  like
• 50:01
  the
• 50:01
  orcs
• 50:02
  trying
• 50:02
  to
• 50:02
  get
• 50:03
  through
• 50:03
  a
• 50:03
  wall
• 50:03
  and
• 50:04
  the
• 50:04
  humans
• 50:05
  are
• 50:05
  defending
• 50:06
  it.
• 50:07
  And
• 50:07
  there
• 50:07
  is
• 50:07
  a
• 50:08
  big,
• 50:08
  like,
• 50:09
  ultra
• 50:09
  zombie
• 50:09
  monster.
• 50:10
  There's
• 50:10
  all
• 50:10
  this
• 50:10
  other
• 50:11
  stuff.
• 50:11
  It
• 50:12
  is
• 50:12
  such
• 50:12
  an
• 50:13
  impressive
• 50:13
  display
• 50:13
  of
• 50:14
  filmmaking
• 50:14
  that
• 50:15
  you
• 50:15
  have
• 50:15
  got
• 50:15
  to
• 50:16
  experience
• 50:16
  it.
• 50:17
  And
• 50:17
  it's
• 50:17
  so
• 50:18
  much.
• 50:18
  Well,
• 50:18
  it's
• 50:18
  so
• 50:18
  well
• 50:19
  balanced
• 50:19
  with
• 50:19
  the
• 50:21
  obviously,
• 50:22
  the
• 50:22
  emotional,
• 50:23
  you
• 50:23
  know,
• 50:23
  overly
• 50:24
  dramatic
• 50:25
  aspect
• 50:25
  of
• 50:25
  the
• 50:25
  episode.
• 50:26
  Seeing
• 50:27
  your
• 50:27
  beloved
• 50:28
  character.
• 50:29
  Even
• 50:29
  though
• 50:30
  I
• 50:30
  say
• 50:30
  beloved,
• 50:31
  but,
• 50:31
  like,
• 50:31
  mainly
• 50:31
  because
• 50:31
  of
• 50:32
  Patriot
• 50:32
  Pascal,
• 50:33
  but
• 50:33
  also,
• 50:34
  you
• 50:34
  know,
• 50:34
  I
• 50:35
  think,
• 50:35
  like,
• 50:36
  you
• 50:37
  kind
• 50:37
  of
• 50:37
  as
• 50:37
  a
• 50:37
  viewer,
• 50:38
  you
• 50:38
  turn
• 50:38
  on
• 50:38
  Joel
• 50:39
  at
• 50:39
  the
• 50:39
  end
• 50:39
  of
• 50:39
  the
• 50:39
  season
• 50:40
  when
• 50:40
  he
• 50:40
  does
• 50:40
  that,
• 50:40
  because
• 50:40
  it's
• 50:41
  like,
• 50:41
  oh,
• 50:41
  man,
• 50:42
  I
• 50:43
  know
• 50:43
  you
• 50:44
  didn't
• 50:44
  want
• 50:44
  to
• 50:44
  have
• 50:45
  the
• 50:45
  pain
• 50:45
  of
• 50:45
  losing
• 50:45
  another
• 50:46
  dot
• 50:46
  because
• 50:46
  they
• 50:47
  become,
• 50:47
  like,
• 50:48
  she
• 50:48
  becomes
• 50:48
  a
• 50:48
  surrogate
• 50:49
  daughter
• 50:49
  to
• 50:49
  him.
• 50:50
  And
• 50:50
  I
• 50:51
  get
• 50:51
  it.
• 50:51
  You've
• 50:51
  lost
• 50:52
  one
• 50:52
  daughter
• 50:52
  already,
• 50:53
  but
• 50:54
  holy
• 50:54
  crap.
• 50:55
  Like,
• 50:55
  that
• 50:55
  was
• 50:55
  a
• 50:56
  straight
• 50:56
  up
• 50:56
  villain
• 50:56
  move
• 50:57
  and
• 50:58
  not
• 50:59
  that,
• 50:59
  like,
• 50:59
  what
• 50:59
  Abby
• 51:00
  does,
• 51:00
  is
• 51:00
  it,
• 51:00
  like,
• 51:01
  horrible,
• 51:02
  but
• 51:03
  you
• 51:03
  kind
• 51:03
  of
• 51:03
  understand
• 51:04
  why
• 51:04
  she
• 51:04
  would
• 51:05
  do
• 51:05
  something
• 51:05
  like
• 51:05
  that,
• 51:05
  after
• 51:06
  all.
• 51:06
  And
• 51:07
  so
• 51:08
  it
• 51:08
  adds
• 51:08
  for
• 51:09
  so
• 51:09
  much
• 51:09
  moral
• 51:09
  complexity
• 51:11
  and,
• 51:12
  you
• 51:12
  know,
• 51:12
  inside
• 51:13
  dissection.
• 51:14
  And
• 51:14
  I
• 51:14
  think
• 51:14
  that's
• 51:14
  the
• 51:15
  best
• 51:15
  thing
• 51:15
  about
• 51:16
  the
• 51:16
  show,
• 51:16
  whether
• 51:17
  you
• 51:17
  like
• 51:18
  some
• 51:18
  of
• 51:18
  those
• 51:18
  big
• 51:18
  moments
• 51:19
  or
• 51:19
  not,
• 51:19
  it
• 51:20
  demands
• 51:21
  an
• 51:21
  emotional
• 51:22
  reaction
• 51:22
  to
• 51:22
  it,
• 51:23
  and
• 51:23
  I
• 51:23
  think
• 51:23
  that's
• 51:23
  what
• 51:24
  Great
• 51:24
  Art
• 51:24
  does.
• 51:25
  So
• 51:26
  it's
• 51:26
  a
• 51:26
  phenomenal
• 51:27
  show.
• 51:28
  You
• 51:28
  know,
• 51:28
  I
• 51:28
  mean,
• 51:28
  I'm
• 51:28
  not
• 51:29
  really
• 51:29
  a
• 51:29
  gamer,
• 51:30
  so
• 51:30
  I
• 51:30
  haven't
• 51:30
  played
• 51:30
  the
• 51:30
  game,
• 51:31
  but.
• 51:31
  But
• 51:32
  it's
• 51:32
  been
• 51:32
  cool
• 51:32
  following
• 51:33
  along
• 51:33
  and,
• 51:34
  you
• 51:34
  know,
• 51:34
  seeing
• 51:35
  the
• 51:35
  reactions
• 51:35
  from
• 51:36
  fans
• 51:37
  following
• 51:37
  the
• 51:37
  show
• 51:37
  from
• 51:38
  the
• 51:38
  beginning.
• 51:38
  So
• 51:39
  there's
• 51:39
  so
• 51:39
  much
• 51:39
  to
• 51:40
  take
• 51:40
  in.
• 51:40
  But,
• 51:40
  yeah,
• 51:41
  this
• 51:41
  week
• 51:41
  was
• 51:41
  a
• 51:42
  banger.
• 51:43
  So
• 51:43
  it
• 51:44
  is
• 51:44
  a.
• 51:44
  It
• 51:44
  was
• 51:44
  a.
• 51:45
  I
• 51:45
  mean,
• 51:45
  for
• 51:45
  me,
• 51:45
  a
• 51:46
  great
• 51:46
  episode.
• 51:46
  I
• 51:47
  know
• 51:47
  there
• 51:47
  were
• 51:47
  some
• 51:47
  changes
• 51:48
  that,
• 51:48
  like,
• 51:48
  some
• 51:48
  fans
• 51:48
  were
• 51:49
  upset
• 51:49
  with,
• 51:50
  but
• 51:50
  I
• 51:51
  thought.
• 51:51
  I
• 51:51
  listened
• 51:51
  to
• 51:52
  interviews
• 51:52
  with
• 51:52
  the
• 51:52
  showrunner
• 51:53
  after,
• 51:53
  and
• 51:54
  I
• 51:54
  thought
• 51:54
  they
• 51:54
  were
• 51:54
  justified
• 51:55
  personally,
• 51:56
  but.
• 51:58
  And
• 51:58
  I
• 51:58
  just,
• 51:58
  you
• 51:59
  know,
• 51:59
  not
• 52:00
  having
• 52:01
  be
• 52:01
  something
• 52:02
  to
• 52:02
  compare
• 52:02
  it
• 52:02
  to
• 52:03
  and
• 52:03
  just
• 52:03
  watching
• 52:03
  it
• 52:03
  as
• 52:04
  a
• 52:04
  show,
• 52:04
  I
• 52:04
  thoroughly
• 52:05
  enjoyed
• 52:05
  it.
• 52:06
  But
• 52:07
  although
• 52:07
  I
• 52:07
  say
• 52:07
  enjoy,
• 52:08
  it
• 52:08
  was
• 52:08
  not
• 52:08
  a
• 52:08
  happy
• 52:09
  lesson.
• 52:09
  But
• 52:09
  he
• 52:09
  means
• 52:12
  yes,
• 52:13
  but
• 52:13
  excellent
• 52:14
  storytelling.
• 52:15
  Well,
• 52:15
  then,
• 52:16
  dang,
• 52:16
  That's.
• 52:17
  That's.
• 52:18
  That's
• 52:18
  cool
• 52:18
  to
• 52:19
  have
• 52:19
  to
• 52:20
  know
• 52:20
  that
• 52:20
  that
• 52:20
  quality
• 52:21
  is
• 52:21
  there
• 52:21
  and
• 52:22
  I'll
• 52:22
  get
• 52:22
  around
• 52:23
  to
• 52:23
  this
• 52:23
  show,
• 52:23
  and
• 52:24
  I
• 52:24
  am.
• 52:25
  I
• 52:25
  like
• 52:26
  to
• 52:26
  be
• 52:26
  warned
• 52:27
  about
• 52:27
  it,
• 52:27
  so
• 52:28
  that's
• 52:28
  good.
• 52:29
  And
• 52:29
  it
• 52:29
  also,
• 52:29
  like
• 52:29
  I
• 52:29
  was
• 52:30
  saying
• 52:30
  with
• 52:30
  Daredevil
• 52:31
  earlier,
• 52:31
  how
• 52:31
  well
• 52:31
  it
• 52:31
  sets
• 52:32
  up
• 52:32
  for
• 52:32
  season
• 52:32
  two,
• 52:33
  this
• 52:33
  one,
• 52:33
  despite
• 52:34
  the
• 52:34
  shock
• 52:34
  of
• 52:35
  this
• 52:35
  episode,
• 52:35
  it
• 52:36
  sets
• 52:36
  up
• 52:36
  a
• 52:36
  perfect
• 52:37
  storyline
• 52:37
  going
• 52:38
  forward
• 52:38
  because
• 52:39
  the
• 52:39
  parallels
• 52:40
  between
• 52:40
  Ellie
• 52:41
  and
• 52:41
  Abby
• 52:41
  are
• 52:41
  so
• 52:42
  apparent
• 52:42
  because
• 52:43
  they've
• 52:43
  both
• 52:43
  been
• 52:43
  wrong.
• 52:44
  They're
• 52:44
  both
• 52:44
  like.
• 52:44
  Because
• 52:45
  now
• 52:45
  that
• 52:46
  Abby
• 52:46
  has
• 52:46
  killed
• 52:46
  Joel,
• 52:47
  Ellie
• 52:48
  isn't.
• 52:48
  Is
• 52:49
  now
• 52:49
  going
• 52:49
  to
• 52:50
  be
• 52:50
  bent
• 52:50
  on
• 52:50
  revenge
• 52:51
  against
• 52:51
  her.
• 52:52
  And
• 52:53
  so
• 52:53
  it
• 52:53
  adds
• 52:53
  this
• 52:54
  really
• 52:54
  fascinating
• 52:54
  dynamic
• 52:55
  there.
• 52:56
  And
• 52:56
  also
• 52:56
  the
• 52:57
  people
• 52:57
  like
• 52:57
  the
• 52:57
  performances
• 52:58
  of
• 52:59
  obviously,
• 53:00
  but
• 53:00
  Bella
• 53:00
  Ramsey
• 53:01
  is
• 53:01
  absolutely
• 53:01
  phenomenal
• 53:02
  in
• 53:02
  this
• 53:02
  show
• 53:03
  throughout.
• 53:04
  So
• 53:04
  even
• 53:04
  though
• 53:05
  Joel
• 53:05
  is
• 53:05
  gonna
• 53:05
  be
• 53:05
  gone,
• 53:06
  we're
• 53:06
  gonna
• 53:06
  see
• 53:06
  him
• 53:06
  in
• 53:06
  flashbacks,
• 53:07
  but
• 53:08
  even
• 53:08
  though
• 53:09
  his
• 53:09
  storyline
• 53:10
  is
• 53:10
  done,
• 53:12
  you
• 53:12
  know,
• 53:13
  Bella
• 53:13
  Ramsey
• 53:14
  can
• 53:14
  definitely
• 53:14
  carry
• 53:14
  the
• 53:15
  show
• 53:15
  because
• 53:15
  she
• 53:15
  is
• 53:16
  fantastic.
• 53:17
  And,
• 53:17
  you
• 53:17
  know,
• 53:17
  I.
• 53:18
  I'm
• 53:18
  really
• 53:18
  interested
• 53:19
  in
• 53:19
  seeing.
• 53:19
  I
• 53:19
  mean,
• 53:20
  it's.
• 53:20
  It's
• 53:20
  got
• 53:20
  to
• 53:21
  be
• 53:21
  rough.
• 53:21
  It's
• 53:21
  gonna
• 53:22
  be
• 53:22
  brutal
• 53:22
  stuff
• 53:22
  happening.
• 53:23
  I
• 53:23
  know,
• 53:23
  but
• 53:24
  I'm
• 53:24
  really
• 53:24
  fascinated
• 53:25
  to
• 53:25
  see
• 53:25
  where
• 53:25
  Ellie's
• 53:26
  story
• 53:26
  goes
• 53:26
  from
• 53:27
  here.
• 53:27
  I
• 53:27
  saw
• 53:28
  some
• 53:28
  of
• 53:28
  that.
• 53:29
  Yeah,
• 53:29
  I
• 53:30
  saw
• 53:30
  some.
• 53:31
  I
• 53:31
  saw
• 53:31
  some
• 53:31
  posts,
• 53:32
  and
• 53:32
  from
• 53:32
  what
• 53:32
  people
• 53:33
  said,
• 53:33
  I'm
• 53:33
  like,
• 53:33
  wow,
• 53:33
  did
• 53:34
  they
• 53:34
  really
• 53:34
  do
• 53:34
  it?
• 53:35
  And
• 53:35
  I
• 53:36
  did
• 53:36
  it.
• 53:36
  Yeah.
• 53:37
  Yeah.
• 53:37
  And
• 53:38
  again,
• 53:38
  it
• 53:38
  was
• 53:38
  just
• 53:38
  that,
• 53:39
  like.
• 53:39
  Because
• 53:39
  I
• 53:39
  texted
• 53:40
  a
• 53:40
  friend
• 53:40
  right
• 53:41
  after
• 53:41
  I
• 53:41
  watched
• 53:41
  it
• 53:41
  who
• 53:42
  had
• 53:42
  like
• 53:43
  played
• 53:43
  the
• 53:43
  game
• 53:43
  and
• 53:43
  everything.
• 53:44
  And
• 53:44
  so
• 53:44
  I
• 53:44
  was
• 53:44
  like,
• 53:45
  I
• 53:45
  just
• 53:45
  said,
• 53:45
  well,
• 53:46
  now
• 53:46
  I
• 53:46
  know
• 53:46
  why
• 53:47
  they.
• 53:47
  Why
• 53:48
  the
• 53:48
  game
• 53:48
  too
• 53:48
  is
• 53:49
  like
• 53:49
  really
• 53:49
  controversial
• 53:50
  and
• 53:50
  shocking.
• 53:51
  And
• 53:51
  he's
• 53:51
  like.
• 53:51
  He
• 53:51
  hadn't
• 53:52
  watched
• 53:52
  the
• 53:52
  episode
• 53:52
  yet,
• 53:52
  but
• 53:53
  he
• 53:53
  knew
• 53:53
  what
• 53:53
  I
• 53:53
  was
• 53:54
  referencing.
• 53:54
  He's
• 53:54
  like,
• 53:54
  whoa,
• 53:55
  they
• 53:55
  already
• 53:55
  did
• 53:56
  it,
• 53:56
  like.
• 53:56
  And
• 53:56
  he
• 53:56
  watched
• 53:56
  the
• 53:56
  episode
• 53:57
  the
• 53:57
  next
• 53:57
  day
• 53:58
  and.
• 53:59
  Yeah,
• 53:59
  because
• 53:59
  he
• 54:00
  wasn't
• 54:00
  expecting
• 54:00
  it
• 54:00
  to
• 54:01
  be
• 54:01
  that.
• 54:01
  I
• 54:01
  mean,
• 54:01
  he
• 54:02
  obviously
• 54:02
  knew
• 54:02
  it
• 54:02
  was
• 54:02
  gonna
• 54:02
  happen,
• 54:03
  but
• 54:03
  he
• 54:03
  thought
• 54:03
  it
• 54:03
  was
• 54:03
  gonna
• 54:03
  be
• 54:04
  like
• 54:04
  maybe
• 54:04
  a
• 54:04
  mid
• 54:05
  season
• 54:06
  story
• 54:06
  or
• 54:06
  something
• 54:07
  like
• 54:07
  that.
• 54:07
  But
• 54:07
  they
• 54:08
  did
• 54:08
  it
• 54:09
  right
• 54:09
  in
• 54:09
  episode
• 54:09
  two.
• 54:10
  All
• 54:10
  right.
• 54:10
  Yeah.
• 54:11
  So
• 54:12
  Last
• 54:12
  of
• 54:12
  Us,
• 54:12
  that's
• 54:13
  another
• 54:13
  one.
• 54:13
  I
• 54:14
  think
• 54:14
  we'll
• 54:14
  do
• 54:14
  a
• 54:14
  full
• 54:14
  episode
• 54:15
  on
• 54:15
  at
• 54:15
  some
• 54:15
  point.
• 54:15
  And
• 54:16
  I
• 54:16
  would
• 54:16
  love
• 54:16
  to
• 54:16
  do
• 54:16
  it
• 54:17
  with
• 54:17
  some
• 54:17
  people
• 54:17
  who
• 54:17
  have
• 54:17
  played
• 54:17
  the
• 54:18
  game
• 54:18
  as
• 54:18
  well
• 54:19
  to
• 54:19
  get
• 54:19
  their
• 54:19
  perspective.
• 54:20
  But
• 54:21
  it
• 54:21
  is
• 54:21
  a
• 54:21
  phenomenal
• 54:22
  show.
• 54:22
  Just
• 54:23
  amazing
• 54:23
  storytelling
• 54:23
  all
• 54:24
  around.
• 54:24
  Yeah.
• 54:25
  Awesome.
• 54:26
  Well,
• 54:26
  is
• 54:27
  that
• 54:27
  the
• 54:27
  end
• 54:27
  of
• 54:27
  our
• 54:27
  main
• 54:28
  event?
• 54:28
  That's
• 54:28
  all
• 54:28
  we
• 54:28
  got.
• 54:29
  That's
• 54:29
  all
• 54:29
  we
• 54:29
  got.
• 54:30
  Man.
• 54:31
  That
• 54:31
  was
• 54:31
  impressive.
• 54:32
  I
• 54:32
  know
• 54:32
  when
• 54:32
  we
• 54:32
  were
• 54:33
  texting
• 54:33
  Josh
• 54:33
  about
• 54:33
  this,
• 54:34
  I
• 54:34
  was
• 54:34
  like,
• 54:34
  oh,
• 54:34
  this
• 54:35
  could
• 54:35
  be
• 54:35
  like
• 54:35
  a
• 54:35
  three
• 54:35
  hour
• 54:35
  one.
• 54:36
  But
• 54:36
  I
• 54:36
  think
• 54:36
  I'm
• 54:37
  about
• 54:37
  out
• 54:37
  of
• 54:37
  breath
• 54:37
  anyway.
• 54:38
  So
• 54:38
  I
• 54:39
  think
• 54:39
  we're.
• 54:40
  I'm
• 54:41
  satisfied.
• 54:42
  Like
• 54:42
  Snickers,
• 54:43
  that
• 54:43
  is
• 54:43
  fees.
• 54:45
  Well,
• 54:46
  I
• 54:46
  mean,
• 54:46
  this
• 54:47
  was
• 54:47
  great.
• 54:47
  Before
• 54:48
  we
• 54:48
  go,
• 54:48
  do
• 54:48
  you
• 54:48
  have
• 54:48
  any
• 54:49
  quick
• 54:49
  recommendations
• 54:50
  you
• 54:50
  want
• 54:50
  to
• 54:50
  give
• 54:51
  either
• 54:51
  any
• 54:52
  of
• 54:52
  the
• 54:52
  stuff
• 54:52
  here
• 54:53
  tonight
• 54:53
  or
• 54:53
  just
• 54:53
  something
• 54:54
  totally
• 54:54
  different?
• 54:54
  I
• 54:55
  was
• 54:55
  gonna
• 54:55
  say
• 54:56
  I
• 54:56
  was
• 54:56
  gonna
• 54:56
  double
• 54:57
  down
• 54:57
  on
• 54:57
  that
• 54:58
  Industrial
• 54:59
  Light
• 54:59
  and
• 54:59
  Magic
• 55:00
  documentary.
• 55:01
  Great.
• 55:02
  Yeah,
• 55:02
  I'll
• 55:02
  double
• 55:02
  down
• 55:03
  on
• 55:03
  that
• 55:03
  one.
• 55:03
  And
• 55:04
  that's
• 55:04
  a
• 55:04
  great
• 55:05
  little
• 55:05
  piece
• 55:05
  of
• 55:06
  history
• 55:06
  there
• 55:06
  because.
• 55:08
  And
• 55:08
  they
• 55:09
  touch
• 55:09
  on
• 55:09
  other
• 55:10
  films
• 55:10
  that
• 55:10
  are
• 55:11
  just
• 55:11
  not
• 55:11
  Star
• 55:11
  wars
• 55:12
  and
• 55:12
  how
• 55:12
  they've
• 55:13
  impacted
• 55:14
  the.
• 55:15
  The
• 55:15
  world
• 55:15
  of
• 55:15
  cinema,
• 55:16
  basically.
• 55:16
  And.
• 55:17
  And
• 55:18
  the
• 55:18
  ending
• 55:18
  was
• 55:19
  very
• 55:19
  emotional
• 55:20
  and.
• 55:20
  And
• 55:21
  I've
• 55:21
  never
• 55:21
  worked
• 55:21
  there
• 55:21
  and
• 55:22
  stuff.
• 55:22
  So
• 55:22
  it's
• 55:22
  like,
• 55:22
  wow,
• 55:24
  great
• 55:24
  choice.
• 55:25
  Yeah,
• 55:25
  no,
• 55:25
  it's
• 55:25
  a.
• 55:26
  It's
• 55:26
  a
• 55:26
  fascinating
• 55:26
  documentary.
• 55:27
  I'm
• 55:28
  definitely
• 55:28
  gonna
• 55:28
  get
• 55:28
  to
• 55:29
  season
• 55:29
  two
• 55:29
  very
• 55:29
  soon.
• 55:30
  I
• 55:30
  will
• 55:31
  recommend,
• 55:31
  you
• 55:31
  know,
• 55:32
  obviously
• 55:32
  Sinners,
• 55:32
  but
• 55:33
  if
• 55:33
  you
• 55:33
  want
• 55:34
  a
• 55:34
  little.
• 55:34
  If
• 55:34
  you're
• 55:34
  coming
• 55:34
  out
• 55:34
  of
• 55:35
  Sinners
• 55:35
  and
• 55:35
  you
• 55:35
  want
• 55:35
  a
• 55:35
  little
• 55:35
  more
• 55:36
  of
• 55:36
  that,
• 55:36
  a
• 55:37
  great
• 55:37
  comic
• 55:38
  to
• 55:38
  go
• 55:38
  to
• 55:38
  that.
• 55:38
  I
• 55:39
  actually
• 55:39
  saw
• 55:39
  a
• 55:39
  friend
• 55:39
  and
• 55:40
  I
• 55:40
  saw
• 55:40
  a
• 55:40
  lot
• 55:40
  of
• 55:40
  comparisons
• 55:41
  to
• 55:41
  Is
• 55:42
  American
• 55:42
  Vampire,
• 55:43
  which
• 55:43
  is
• 55:43
  a
• 55:44
  hugely
• 55:45
  successful
• 55:45
  popular
• 55:46
  title
• 55:46
  from.
• 55:47
  It
• 55:47
  started
• 55:48
  well
• 55:48
  over
• 55:48
  a
• 55:48
  decade
• 55:48
  ago,
• 55:49
  but
• 55:50
  from
• 55:50
  Scott
• 55:50
  Cider
• 55:51
  and
• 55:51
  Stephen
• 55:51
  King
• 55:52
  actually,
• 55:53
  and
• 55:54
  Raphael
• 55:54
  Albuquerque,
• 55:56
  it's
• 55:56
  a
• 55:56
  great
• 55:57
  horror
• 55:57
  comic.
• 55:58
  The
• 55:58
  art
• 55:58
  is
• 55:58
  phenomenal.
• 55:59
  Great
• 55:59
  storytelling.
• 56:00
  That
• 56:00
  was
• 56:00
  one
• 56:00
  of
• 56:00
  Cider's
• 56:01
  earlier
• 56:02
  works
• 56:02
  before
• 56:02
  he
• 56:03
  went
• 56:03
  on
• 56:03
  to
• 56:03
  do
• 56:03
  Batman
• 56:04
  and
• 56:04
  everything.
• 56:05
  So
• 56:05
  there's
• 56:05
  a
• 56:05
  bunch
• 56:06
  of
• 56:07
  storylines
• 56:07
  there
• 56:08
  but
• 56:08
  if
• 56:08
  you
• 56:08
  want
• 56:08
  to
• 56:08
  just
• 56:09
  check
• 56:09
  out
• 56:09
  like
• 56:09
  the
• 56:09
  first
• 56:10
  trade
• 56:11
  and
• 56:11
  see
• 56:11
  if
• 56:11
  you
• 56:11
  like
• 56:11
  it,
• 56:11
  I
• 56:12
  highly
• 56:12
  recommend
• 56:12
  that
• 56:12
  one.
• 56:13
  Well,
• 56:13
  there
• 56:13
  we
• 56:14
  go.
• 56:14
  Thanks.
• 56:15
  Thank
• 56:15
  you
• 56:16
  for
• 56:17
  chatting
• 56:17
  with
• 56:18
  me
• 56:18
  and
• 56:20
  this
• 56:21
  was
• 56:21
  fun.
• 56:21
  This
• 56:22
  was
• 56:22
  fun.
• 56:23
  Oh
• 56:23
  Evan,
• 56:24
  this
• 56:24
  was
• 56:24
  a
• 56:24
  blast
• 56:25
  as
• 56:25
  always.
• 56:25
  And
• 56:26
  and
• 56:26
  again
• 56:27
  I
• 56:27
  want
• 56:27
  to
• 56:27
  thank
• 56:27
  all
• 56:28
  of
• 56:28
  our
• 56:28
  listeners
• 56:28
  and
• 56:29
  viewers
• 56:29
  for
• 56:29
  tuning
• 56:29
  in
• 56:30
  again
• 56:31
  rate
• 56:32
  review
• 56:32
  the
• 56:33
  show.
• 56:33
  It
• 56:33
  helps
• 56:33
  us
• 56:33
  out
• 56:33
  a
• 56:33
  ton.
• 56:34
  And
• 56:35
  if
• 56:35
  you're
• 56:35
  on
• 56:35
  YouTube
• 56:36
  and
• 56:36
  you
• 56:36
  like
• 56:37
  that
• 56:37
  video,
• 56:37
  if
• 56:37
  we
• 56:38
  get
• 56:38
  up
• 56:38
  to
• 56:38
  50
• 56:38
  likes
• 56:39
  on
• 56:39
  any
• 56:39
  video
• 56:40
  whatsoever,
• 56:41
  will
• 56:42
  Rose
• 56:42
  will
• 56:43
  it
• 56:43
  spring
• 56:43
  now
• 56:43
  so
• 56:44
  he
• 56:44
  can
• 56:44
  definitely
• 56:44
  frolic
• 56:45
  through
• 56:45
  a
• 56:45
  field
• 56:45
  of
• 56:45
  flowers.
• 56:46
  So
• 56:47
  if
• 56:47
  you
• 56:47
  don't
• 56:47
  want
• 56:47
  to
• 56:47
  miss
• 56:48
  that,
• 56:48
  please

• 56:50

• 56:50
  We
